- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to do a fantastic job. We have four years,
- 0:04Speaker 1: just about almost close to four years. We're getting a
- 0:08Speaker 1: lot of credit for having done a great job in
- 0:10Speaker 1: the first almost one hundred days. And we have some
- 0:12Speaker 1: big things we're going to be announcing over the next
- 0:14Speaker 1: two days. And you know very well, Peter and I
- 0:16Speaker 1: think it's going to be something that's going to bring
- 0:18Speaker 1: a lot of wealth back to our country, tremendous wealth
- 0:20Speaker 1: back to our country.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Actually, you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
- 0:25Speaker 2: Ben Ferguson.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Good Tuesday morning, Ben Ferguson with you. It's nice to
- 0:28Speaker 3: have you on the forty seven Morning Update. And here
- 0:31Speaker 3: are the three big stories that you need to know
- 0:33Speaker 3: about that are happening right now. First up, the polls
- 0:36Speaker 3: don't lie. Most Americans are now backing Donald Trump's deportation
- 0:42Speaker 3: efforts of criminals who not only have broken into this
- 0:45Speaker 3: country but also have committed crimes. So why is the
- 0:48Speaker 3: left still fighting against this. We'll break those numbers down
- 0:51Speaker 3: for you. Also, citizens in America are uniting to find
- 0:56Speaker 3: the Tesla Teris, you know, those that are king Swastika
- 1:00Speaker 3: and the sides of cyber trucks. Well, America seems to
- 1:03Speaker 3: be fighting back and tracking them down. And finally the
- 1:07Speaker 3: Trump administration announcing a probe into Harvard's anti semitism and
- 1:12Speaker 3: it could cost the university billions of dollars in federal funds.
- 1:16Speaker 3: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Donald Trump promised that he was going to go after
- 1:24Speaker 3: the bad own braids that have come across our border illegally,
- 1:27Speaker 3: and those that have committed crimes in the US were
- 1:29Speaker 3: going to be the first to be deported. Democrats have
- 1:31Speaker 3: done everything they can to try to stop him from
- 1:33Speaker 3: doing that, and they're even moral outrage over the idea
- 1:37Speaker 3: of sending the worst criminals to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. They
- 1:41Speaker 3: thought that was going to change American's minds. Then they
- 1:44Speaker 3: tried something new over the last few weeks, saying that
- 1:47Speaker 3: those that are being deported haven't been given quote due process,
- 1:51Speaker 3: and this is what a dictator or tyrant would do again,
- 1:55Speaker 3: protecting these individuals that have come across the border illegally, yes,
- 1:59Speaker 3: breaking our law and also breaking other significant laws on
- 2:03Speaker 3: top of that. That is who the Democratic Party is defending. Well,
- 2:07Speaker 3: the American people are having none of the liberals propaganda
- 2:11Speaker 3: against Donald Trump. In fact and new polling numbers we've
- 2:14Speaker 3: seen now most Americans approve of President Donald Trump's program
- 2:19Speaker 3: to deport illegal immigrants period. That means, if you came
- 2:23Speaker 3: into America illegally, that is enough for the American people
- 2:27Speaker 3: to say you should be deported, not just committing other
- 2:30Speaker 3: crimes on top of that. Yes, this is an incredible
- 2:33Speaker 3: new number that we're seeing. The poll was taken between
- 2:37Speaker 3: March to twenty seventh and the twenty eighth and fifty
- 2:39Speaker 3: eight percent say they approve of the Trump administration's program
- 2:43Speaker 3: to deport illegal immigrants in the US, compared to forty
- 2:47Speaker 3: two percent who say they disapprove. Translation, an overwhelming majority
- 2:51Speaker 3: of Americans stand with Donald Trump.
- 2:53Speaker 4: Now.
- 2:53Speaker 3: What's even more interesting about what we're witnessing right now
- 2:57Speaker 3: is the fact that the media is angry at dem
- 3:00Speaker 3: Democrats on Capitol Hill for not going out and going
- 3:04Speaker 3: to war with Donald Trump over deportations. Many of them,
- 3:08Speaker 3: they believe, apparently now are just cowards and they're angry
- 3:11Speaker 3: and shocked that the majority of Americans are supporting Trump.
- 3:15Speaker 3: MSNBC is a perfect example where they say they cannot
- 3:19Speaker 3: believe what they're witnessing with their own eyes.
- 3:22Speaker 5: You heard Stephen Miller say in an interview on the
- 3:24Speaker 5: lawn of the White House, look at you to a
- 3:26Speaker 5: CBS reporter, Are you seriously defending people who are here
- 3:30Speaker 5: from Venezuela who are gang members even though there had
- 3:33Speaker 5: been no due process to know whether they were gang members.
- 3:35Speaker 5: But it was a kind of perfect demonstration of the
- 3:38Speaker 5: way that the administration flips this against any critics to
- 3:43Speaker 5: say that you are inherently pro illegal immigrant. You are
- 3:47Speaker 5: inherently pro people who are here illegally or have done
- 3:50Speaker 5: bad things. And it's so difficult. It makes it hard
- 3:53Speaker 5: for the Democrats to defend the rights of these people,
- 3:56Speaker 5: which is why you're not hearing much outcry. I mean,
- 3:59Speaker 5: it was interesting talking to Applebaum just a minute ago
- 4:01Speaker 5: off cameras, who's saying, we've gone further than Hungary in
- 4:04Speaker 5: the United States already just in the space of three months.
- 4:07Speaker 5: Auband took ten years to do this, We've done it
- 4:09Speaker 5: in the space of three months. And it's even more
- 4:11Speaker 5: chilling here what is happening. But you're hearing so little
- 4:14Speaker 5: opposition to it from Democrats.
- 4:17Speaker 3: You're hearing so little opposition to it from Democrats. Hell
- 4:23Speaker 3: may be freezing over because MSNBC is now attacking Democrats,
- 4:27Speaker 3: they say, for not being radical enough at standing up
- 4:30Speaker 3: to what the American people are saying they want overwhelmingly.
- 4:34Speaker 3: You also heard in there the fear mong grey saying
- 4:37Speaker 3: that Hungary, which they've attacked Victor Orbond, the leader of
- 4:41Speaker 3: that country relentlessly, since Donald Trump set his name and
- 4:44Speaker 3: said he's doing a great job on the issue of immigration,
- 4:48Speaker 3: they are now saying that what it took him years
- 4:51Speaker 3: or decades to accomplish in Hungary has only taken Donald
- 4:54Speaker 3: Trump three months. Like that's a bad thing. It's very
- 4:57Speaker 3: clear the American people are loving Donald Trump is doing,
- 5:01Speaker 3: and it's exactly what he ran on for president. No
- 5:04Speaker 3: one should be surprised that this is his agenda item.
- 5:08Speaker 3: In fact, you could argue this is exactly why the
- 5:10Speaker 3: American people voted him back into the White House. So
- 5:13Speaker 3: the good news is, no matter what the Democrats have
- 5:16Speaker 3: said so far in the first three months of his presidency,
- 5:19Speaker 3: none of it seems to be working, and the American
- 5:21Speaker 3: people seem to be united behind Donald Trump to get
- 5:25Speaker 3: rid of illegal immigrants who entered the country illegally.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Next story Number two.
- 5:30Speaker 3: The story that you're about to hear is one that's
- 5:33Speaker 3: very important, and I hope every one of you will
- 5:36Speaker 3: share this podcast wherever you can on social media because
- 5:39Speaker 3: the American people are standing up and finding these Tesla terrists.
- 5:46Speaker 3: In recent weeks, there have been a significant increase in
- 5:49Speaker 3: attax targeting Tesla vehicles, dealerships, charging stations, both in the
- 5:54Speaker 3: United States of America and internationally. The incense of range
- 5:57Speaker 3: from basic vandalism to full on arson, to bombs even
- 6:02Speaker 3: being planted at dealerships around the country, whether it's Las
- 6:06Speaker 3: Vegas or Colorado, Brooklyn, New York. Nationwide, we have seen
- 6:11Speaker 3: a massive uptick. And then on Saturday you had the
- 6:14Speaker 3: international protest of Elon Musk and the activist group Tesla
- 6:19Speaker 3: Takedown organize over two hundred protests, they claim, at Tesla
- 6:24Speaker 3: dealerships across the country. In response, Tesla' sen a video
- 6:28Speaker 3: message to its sales staff urging them to stay vigilant.
- 6:31Speaker 3: It is very obvious that much of this is organized
- 6:34Speaker 3: and being pushed by the radical left. The FBI has
- 6:37Speaker 3: formed a task force to address the rising number of
- 6:39Speaker 3: attacks on Tesla properties, collaborating with the Bureau of Alcohol
- 6:43Speaker 3: tobacco on firearms and investigating all of these incidents with
- 6:48Speaker 3: local law enforcement. They're also now treating this as domestic terrorism.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Well here's the best part. Americans are getting involved as well.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Many of the attacks on Tesla vehicles are being caught
- 7:00Speaker 3: by the Tesla camera systems and then the owners are
- 7:04Speaker 3: putting them on the internet. Well, guess what's happening. Americans
- 7:07Speaker 3: are identifying the attackers and turning them into police. In fact,
- 7:12Speaker 3: one man whose car was vandalized with a swastika keyed
- 7:16Speaker 3: into the side found because the internet the man who
- 7:20Speaker 3: did it, and he confronted him and it was all
- 7:22Speaker 3: caught on video. I'll say it again, You're not gonna
- 7:25Speaker 3: see or hear this anywhere else, so make sure you
- 7:28Speaker 3: share this with all of your family and friends on
- 7:30Speaker 3: social media. Now, the man that's being confronted realizes that
- 7:34Speaker 3: he is being taped and that the whole world is
- 7:37Speaker 3: going to see who he is, putting his entire livelihood,
- 7:40Speaker 3: in his life, his businesses, and his quote good name
- 7:44Speaker 3: in a bad light. So what did he say when
- 7:46Speaker 3: he was confronted by the man who tracked him down,
- 7:49Speaker 3: whose car he put these swastika in? Will take a
- 7:52Speaker 3: listen to his own words.
- 7:54Speaker 4: Frue service, and how about you pay for the repairs,
- 7:57Speaker 4: write a check. You just bought a test, I can
- 7:59Speaker 4: wipe it off. No, no, it's not. It is a
- 8:02Speaker 4: heat crime. It is a heat crime. Did you write
- 8:06Speaker 4: a swastika on upset? Did you write a swat It
- 8:09Speaker 4: didn't even work? Did you write a swastika on the
- 8:13Speaker 4: it's a key, sir, we see it on the video.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Did you Is it a swast Is it a swastika?
- 8:21Speaker 1: Yes?
- 8:22Speaker 4: Is it a It's at the police right now. It's
- 8:25Speaker 4: being fingerprinted.
- 8:27Speaker 6: What do you mean it's being finger printed because they.
- 8:29Speaker 4: They were trying to track you down. Thankfully Facebook tracked
- 8:32Speaker 4: you down, so your business, your freaking livelihood, everything down
- 8:36Speaker 4: because you chose to write au so tough Facebook that
- 8:40Speaker 4: you're sorry for writing a swastika on a test.
- 8:43Speaker 6: Listen, I said, I'm sorry for what. I have nothing
- 8:48Speaker 6: against what are and I have nothing against you.
- 8:51Speaker 4: So why would you write a swastika?
- 8:54Speaker 6: Obviously I have something against but.
- 8:56Speaker 4: That's not because we think it was so. It was
- 9:02Speaker 4: bought and paid for a long time.
- 9:03Speaker 6: That's why it's misguided. And obviously I did not intend
- 9:06Speaker 6: to do this.
- 9:07Speaker 3: This should serve as a warning to anyone thinking about
- 9:11Speaker 3: going after Tesla vehicles that if you're caught on camera,
- 9:14Speaker 3: there are a lot of good Americans that are out
- 9:16Speaker 3: there willing to find you and expose you for actually
- 9:20Speaker 3: who you are. We also are finding out that there
- 9:23Speaker 3: are consequences for those who've already done this. A man
- 9:27Speaker 3: suspected of setting fire to Tesla vehicles in Las Vegas,
- 9:30Speaker 3: we were told today, will remain jailed until trial. Tesla
- 9:35Speaker 3: taire is also spreading in Europe, as dealerships have gone
- 9:38Speaker 3: up in flames and vandals hit another in at tax
- 9:42Speaker 3: on Trump and Elon Musk. It's obvious that the left
- 9:46Speaker 3: is realizing now that when they can't control Donald Trump, well,
- 9:49Speaker 3: they're going to at least try to burn down everything
- 9:52Speaker 3: that's important to him and Elon Musk.
- 9:54Speaker 2: And here is story number three.
- 9:56Speaker 3: There are two basic questions that American taxpayers should be
- 10:00Speaker 3: asking when it comes to universities like Harvard. Number one,
- 10:05Speaker 3: why are your federal tax dollars going there? Especially when
- 10:08Speaker 3: Harvard University's endowment at the end of June of twenty
- 10:12Speaker 3: twenty four, their fiscal year was valued at fifty three
- 10:16Speaker 3: point two billion dollars. By the way, that represented a
- 10:20Speaker 3: two point five billion dollar increase from the previous fiscal year.
- 10:24Speaker 3: The second question is why is the government giving nine
- 10:27Speaker 3: billion in federal funds to a university that also has
- 10:31Speaker 3: anti Semitic tendencies. Well, both of those questions are now
- 10:37Speaker 3: being answered by the Trump administration as they are probe
- 10:41Speaker 3: being Harvard for exactly that anti semitism and looking at
- 10:45Speaker 3: the real possibility of pulling the nine billion in federal funds.
- 10:49Speaker 3: The Trump administration announcing on Monday that they are looking
- 10:53Speaker 3: into Harvard over its chronic problem with anti semitism, placing
- 10:57Speaker 3: the nine billion in federal grants at risk. At the
- 10:59Speaker 3: nation's most elite academic institution, Harvard's campus has become increasingly
- 11:05Speaker 3: hostile to Jews in recent years, as radical anti Israel
- 11:09Speaker 3: activists have become well one to one basically with a
- 11:13Speaker 3: university and their mindset. Especially since the hamas Tera attacks
- 11:17Speaker 3: of October the seventh, which dozens of student groups blamed
- 11:21Speaker 3: on Israel on campus, the university has struggled to respond.
- 11:25Speaker 3: In fact, the former Harvard president, Clouding Gay could not
- 11:29Speaker 3: even commit to Congress that the university would take action
- 11:32Speaker 3: if there were calls for genocide of Jews on campus.
- 11:36Speaker 3: She resigned weeks later in disgrace. Three separate federal departments
- 11:41Speaker 3: announced a joint investigation on Monday of Harvard in a
- 11:45Speaker 3: press statement saying this Today, the Department of Education, Health
- 11:49Speaker 3: and Human Services, and the US General Services Administration announced
- 11:53Speaker 3: a comprehensive review of federal contracts and grants at Harvard
- 11:57Speaker 3: University and its affiliates. This review is part of the
- 12:01Speaker 3: ongoing efforts of the Joint Task Force to Combat Anti Semitism.
- 12:05Speaker 3: The task Force will review more than two hundred and
- 12:08Speaker 3: fifty five million in contracts between Harvard University, its affiliates,
- 12:13Speaker 3: and the federal government. The review also includes more than
- 12:17Speaker 3: eight point seven billion in multi year grant commitments to
- 12:21Speaker 3: Harvard University and its affiliates to ensure the university is
- 12:25Speaker 3: in compliance with federal regulations, including its civil rights responsibilities.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Harvard has served as a symbol of the American dream
- 12:34Speaker 3: for generations, the pinnacle aspiration for students all over the
- 12:38Speaker 3: world to work hard and earn it mission to the
- 12:40Speaker 3: storied institution. Harvard's failure to protect students on campus from
- 12:46Speaker 3: anti Semitic discrimination, all while promoting divisive ideologies over free
- 12:53Speaker 3: inquiry has put its reputation in serious jeopardy. Harvard can
- 12:58Speaker 3: right these wrongs and restore itself to a campus dedicated
- 13:01Speaker 3: to academic excellence and truth seeking where all students feel
- 13:06Speaker 3: safe on its campus now. The Trump administration took a
- 13:10Speaker 3: similar approach in addressing anti semitism on the campus of
- 13:13Speaker 3: Columbia University, which quickly agreed to make major policy changes,
- 13:18Speaker 3: though it later seemed to backtrack privately after the enaction
- 13:22Speaker 3: of the Biden administration, which was reluctant to confront its
- 13:25Speaker 3: own radical base about anti Jewish bigotry. Donald Trump clearly
- 13:30Speaker 3: has no problem confronting anti semitism on college campuses, clearly
- 13:36Speaker 3: making sure that every Jewish student feel safe no matter
- 13:40Speaker 3: what campus they're on in America. As for Harvard, if
- 13:44Speaker 3: they keep up their anti Semitic ways, it's going to
- 13:47Speaker 3: cost them billions of dollars.
