- 2:07Speaker 8: dig me now, one and only, Steve Harvey, I got
- 2:11Speaker 8: a radio show. Somebody sent me an email one day that,
- 2:15Speaker 8: you know, kind of a nasty little email. You know,
- 2:19Speaker 8: I think I said it once before, Steve Harvey trying
- 2:22Speaker 8: to be a preacher.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Man.
- 2:23Speaker 8: I'm so far from being a preacher. Man, I can't
- 2:25Speaker 8: even tell you. But what I am trying to do
- 2:29Speaker 8: is share information.
- 2:31Speaker 7: Now.
- 2:31Speaker 8: I understand how haters work, and I understand how the
- 2:33Speaker 8: devil work.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Believe me, I do you know, sometimes even he the Devil.
- 2:42Speaker 8: Surprises me at the level and the angles of attack
- 2:46Speaker 8: they use, you know which I go, wow, man, I
- 2:49Speaker 8: didn't see that one. Ooh, that was pretty slick. Gotta
- 2:52Speaker 8: get hit credit on that. We try to get me.
- 2:54Speaker 8: But every time you try to get me, I get saved.
- 2:58Speaker 8: I get saved every time, man, because because God got me,
- 3:04Speaker 8: God got some angels camped around me. That's what my
- 3:08Speaker 8: mama used to always say as Sunday school teacher. Never
- 3:11Speaker 8: really understood it, but you know when I was growing
- 3:13Speaker 8: up as a kid, but I got it.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Now.
- 3:14Speaker 8: He got some angels around me. And angels come in
- 3:18Speaker 8: to form sometimes of people, people who pull your coat
- 3:22Speaker 8: to this, or introduce you to that, or reveal some
- 3:25Speaker 8: information to you like this. He got them all around me.
- 3:29Speaker 8: So see, having a relationship with God has been beneficial
- 3:33Speaker 8: to me, y'all. It's not just that what he gives
- 3:38Speaker 8: to me, but what he protects me from. And you know,
- 3:46Speaker 8: some some people wonder, well, if you were God, why
- 3:48Speaker 8: he let them people do that to you.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Now, that's not how it works. See.
- 3:52Speaker 8: There's two forces in this world, as good and as evil.
- 3:56Speaker 8: And if you succumb to good, that's what you become,
- 3:58Speaker 8: that's what you do. But everybody don't succumb to good.
- 4:01Speaker 8: Some people succumb to evil. Some people's mission is to hate,
- 4:05Speaker 8: to destroy, to tear down, and so that force is
- 4:10Speaker 8: at work in this world too. And when that force
- 4:12Speaker 8: comes up against me. What God never promised me that
- 4:16Speaker 8: I wouldn't see none of that, that I wouldn't see
- 4:19Speaker 8: the attacks, that I would not come under fire, that
- 4:23Speaker 8: I would not be falsely accused. He didn't say that.
- 4:25Speaker 8: Matter of fact, he forewarned me that it would happen.
- 4:29Speaker 8: Or what he does give me in those moments are
- 4:32Speaker 8: moments of comfort and peace, knowing that He's with me,
- 4:36Speaker 8: and no matter what my enemy does to bring me down,
- 4:40Speaker 8: it ain't gonna work.
- 4:41Speaker 2: It ain't gonna work.
- 4:42Speaker 8: So come if you want to fight, if you will,
- 4:45Speaker 8: I have a man that has been attacking me since
- 4:51Speaker 8: I owned the comedy club in Dallas. He has been
- 4:55Speaker 8: on a mission and that if I don't give him
- 5:00Speaker 8: five million dollars, he gonna do it. He didn't done everything, man,
- 5:04Speaker 8: he has done everything. Now you've a mess around and
- 5:08Speaker 8: got hisself now claiming in his letters physically ill and
- 5:13Speaker 8: his illnesses and what's befalling his family. He's blaming that
- 5:18Speaker 8: on me too, that Steve Harvey not stressed me out
- 5:21Speaker 8: and paid me this money he owe me, Well, where
- 5:24Speaker 8: were you were you coming with this? He just has
- 5:27Speaker 8: kept on and on and on, and you know what
- 5:30Speaker 8: he a mess around God, hisself sick. He messed around man,
- 5:34Speaker 8: got himself in some situation. And can I tell you
- 5:37Speaker 8: something that's been going on since nine team, maybe ninety seven.
- 5:48Speaker 8: He started the attack when I first went on, No
- 5:52Speaker 8: before that, probably ninety five. He started the attacks in
- 5:57Speaker 8: ninety five. Every now and then he got six lawyers.
- 6:02Speaker 8: All the lawyers don't drop the case after they come
- 6:05Speaker 8: in and they discover the fact. But he steadied trying.
- 6:08Speaker 8: But it's to my angels that's around me. And I
- 6:12Speaker 8: forewarned him several times. Man, and man, if I wish you,
- 6:14Speaker 8: I'd go ahead on because what I'm not gonna do
- 6:16Speaker 8: is ben because see, you cannot break me because I
- 6:21Speaker 8: happen to be a soldier for Christ. I happen to
- 6:24Speaker 8: be an imperfect soldier for Christ as nothing, man as nothing.
- 6:31Speaker 8: And oh it ain't like a bunch of people and tried. Now,
- 6:34Speaker 8: Oh y'all been on YouTube, y'all been on the internet.
- 6:37Speaker 8: Oh they done try. Oh they don't put some dirt
- 6:40Speaker 8: on me. Man, that ain't true. But if you keep
- 6:43Speaker 8: looking at me though, and I am not theprized, but
- 6:46Speaker 8: if you put your eyes on God, it's where you go.
- 6:49Speaker 8: But if you look at me, He's covering me through
- 6:51Speaker 8: it all. And that's been the importance of the relationship
- 6:54Speaker 8: I form with God, is that I know that I'm
- 6:58Speaker 8: under his wings, that I'm ever under his ever loving protection,
- 7:03Speaker 8: that he got me. And I just wanted to share
- 7:06Speaker 8: that with you that if you got If you're looking
- 7:09Speaker 8: for some protection, if you're looking for a way to
- 7:13Speaker 8: have the strength to get through what you're going through,
- 7:16Speaker 8: get some god man. If you want a wigh out,
- 7:21Speaker 8: get some god man. If you've been gang banging and

- 8:24Speaker 2: God can't blessing.
- 8:25Speaker 8: You See a lot of times we go to God
- 8:27Speaker 8: asking for prayers and stuff, but we go to him
- 8:30Speaker 8: and we don't give nothing. God nothing to bless We

- 9:09Speaker 8: I've this dude been on me twenty three hundred dollars
- 9:11Speaker 8: for four years. I just asked him, have you survived
- 9:16Speaker 8: the folk without the twenty three hundred Yeah? Man, how
- 9:21Speaker 8: much you think you just spent trying to get to
- 9:23Speaker 8: twenty three hundred?
- 9:24Speaker 2: Just a few hundred? Now, let me ask you something.
- 9:26Speaker 8: Do you have a few hundred more to try to
- 9:28Speaker 8: get this twenty three hundred that you've been trying to
- 9:30Speaker 8: get for four years?
- 9:32Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 9:32Speaker 2: I could do that, But do you want to? Man?
- 9:36Speaker 8: Do you have the time to dedicate foe mo of
- 9:39Speaker 8: your years to try to get twenty three hundred? But
- 9:42Speaker 8: Steve am out of work right now and fell on
- 9:43Speaker 8: some hard times. I could use that money. And I've
- 9:46Speaker 8: been praying to God to help me. Yeah, you've been
- 9:48Speaker 8: praying to God to help you. God probably got something
- 9:51Speaker 8: way greater for you. But you gotta let go of
- 9:53Speaker 8: your own thinking and let God have his way. You understand,
- 9:56Speaker 8: you feel me.
- 9:57Speaker 10: You're listening.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Morning show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen. Again. God did it again. He did it.
- 10:10Speaker 8: He keep on and I got news for you. He's
- 10:12Speaker 8: the only one that can do it. What God does
- 10:16Speaker 8: is not what's the word duplicatable?
- 10:19Speaker 2: Is that a word? That word? It is now.
- 10:24Speaker 8: Again, as long as it's good with the other food,
- 10:28Speaker 8: what he does is not duplicatable.
- 10:32Speaker 2: What what they called it? Sherley would it be replicable.
- 10:34Speaker 1: It's not.
- 10:35Speaker 10: Just say it cannot be duplicated.
- 10:37Speaker 1: How about that?
- 10:39Speaker 8: Oh no, see I wanted to sound more, bigger, more bigger.
- 10:45Speaker 11: God just more big. It's not with more with him,
- 10:52Speaker 11: just say bigger. I wanted to bigger, more bigger.
- 10:56Speaker 3: That's a bigger plus it's just bigger. If you say
- 11:01Speaker 3: more is more big.
- 11:02Speaker 2: To Okay, I'll give you an example of what I'm saying.
- 11:06Speaker 8: It's like God is extra or God is extraordinary, or
- 11:12Speaker 8: God is extraordinary.
- 11:15Speaker 2: That's why I'm going with this here. See that's right,
- 11:19Speaker 2: the intent and meaning of it, and go with that.
- 11:23Speaker 2: But the reason.
- 11:24Speaker 8: Listen, let me tell y'all something, improper grammar, if they
- 11:30Speaker 8: placed properly, is very very effective.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Stay in school kids really is fundamental.
- 11:39Speaker 2: All of that, all of that, but I'm telling you about.
- 11:42Speaker 8: Let me bring the group in here, Shure the strawberry,
- 11:45Speaker 8: Miss Demonica, Juifican Tommy. I'm just trying to tell y'all
- 11:49Speaker 8: listen to me. We have three people on the show.
- 11:50Speaker 8: They can provety it is better. Improper grammar is more affective.
- 11:58Speaker 1: No, that's not the message.
- 12:00Speaker 9: But I want to know.
- 12:02Speaker 12: I want to who said it was? It was improper grammar?
- 12:05Speaker 1: Who said that it may me? How about English teachers,
- 12:10Speaker 1: grammar teachers, miss wit, dictionary say they don't work here?
- 12:23Speaker 2: Give me a proper sentence of any kind. Let me
- 12:26Speaker 2: show you how to fix.
- 12:31Speaker 8: Give me what you call proper grammar, and let me
- 12:34Speaker 8: show you what improper grammar does to magnify and enhance it.
- 12:39Speaker 11: Just give me any sentence like like I said earlier,
- 12:42Speaker 11: what God can do cannot be duplicated?
- 12:47Speaker 2: What can God do can't be flipped around like this here?
- 12:51Speaker 12: What makes sense to me?
- 12:52Speaker 2: What God can do?
- 12:53Speaker 10: What should cannot be duplicated?
- 12:57Speaker 2: And then what did I say? What God want to read?
- 13:00Speaker 2: Not that complicatable?
- 13:03Speaker 1: That's word to see that what God does is done.
- 13:08Speaker 1: We're tired.
- 13:09Speaker 2: I don't even want to play the game. No, old Bush,
- 13:15Speaker 2: my nerves nerves?
- 13:17Speaker 1: Sure why you're on our nerd?

- 49:37Speaker 9: to me like a man, you coming to me like
- 49:39Speaker 9: a coward, instead of coming to me like a man
- 49:41Speaker 9: and saying, listen now, because the first thing you're talking about, oh,
- 49:45Speaker 9: I'm gonna call the police, and then when the police
- 49:48Speaker 9: come and beat your blacks up, you're gonna be on
- 49:51Speaker 9: the other line complaining, talk about what this to me?
- 49:54Speaker 9: You want to be suing and doing this and that,
- 49:56Speaker 9: don't you know? That's how man. So it's black people.
- 50:00Speaker 9: We got to learn how to stick together and come together.
- 50:02Speaker 9: If you want to come to the party. It sounds
- 50:04Speaker 9: like you're silent Hayter on the loaf for real, like
- 50:07Speaker 9: you really want to come to the party, but because
- 50:09Speaker 9: you're the only person in the neighborhood that hasn't been invited.
- 50:11Speaker 9: Now you're talking about calling the police. I know exactly
- 50:15Speaker 9: who you are. Who am I You that dude that
- 50:18Speaker 9: live up two three streets over and you drive that
- 50:21Speaker 9: red pickup truck with the flannel shirts and all of that.
- 50:24Speaker 9: You're the only person in the hood driving a red
- 50:26Speaker 9: pickup truck in the flannel what's wrong with you?
- 50:29Speaker 15: Man?
- 50:29Speaker 9: That's why you ain't getting no invite. And on top
- 50:31Speaker 9: of that, all those dogs you got running around in
- 50:34Speaker 9: your backyard, you need to clean them up. They'd be
- 50:35Speaker 9: back there and and everything, and then the other neighbors
- 50:39Speaker 9: can't even have barbecues because you're big, rusty ass dogs
- 50:42Speaker 9: running around. You got a nerve to be fucking u
- 50:44Speaker 9: you calling the police when we need to be calling
- 50:46Speaker 9: the city on you. All that trash and you got
- 50:49Speaker 9: in front of your house, man, get out of here.
- 50:51Speaker 9: I'm gonna call the cops on you right now. But
- 50:53Speaker 9: if you ain't wearing the flannel shirts, with the red
- 50:56Speaker 9: pickup truck and the dogs running around with callow in
- 50:58Speaker 9: the front yard and the backyard, them all over the place,
- 51:01Speaker 9: who are you that?
- 51:03Speaker 8: Tell me?
- 51:03Speaker 14: Say no more.

- 51:07Speaker 4: Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Yo, just got

- 51:37Speaker 4: truck and the flannel sat I ain't listening to it

- 54:21Speaker 13: She got strawberry Hell, come on look.
- 54:25Speaker 11: Subject, thank you nephew. Subject she gives my husband marital advice.
- 54:30Speaker 11: Dear Stephen Shirley, My husband played a significant role in
- 54:34Speaker 11: politics in our city for fifteen years, and then he
- 54:37Speaker 11: started a business that we now run together. When he
- 54:41Speaker 11: was in politics, he interacted with lots of prominent females
- 54:44Speaker 11: that he called his associates. When rumors swirled about him cheating,
- 54:49Speaker 11: there was no way for me to find out if
- 54:50Speaker 11: they were true because he was around pretty women all
- 54:53Speaker 11: the time. When he started our business, we interviewed a
- 54:58Speaker 11: lady that worked on his campaign. She seemed to know
- 55:01Speaker 11: all about marketing, so I agreed to hire her. I've
- 55:04Speaker 11: regretted it for three years. Whenever she and I have
- 55:08Speaker 11: a disagreement, my husband pulls me to the side and
- 55:11Speaker 11: says something like, you know how you can be I
- 55:14Speaker 11: started keeping an eye on him, and I put an
- 55:16Speaker 11: air tag in his glove compartment so I can see
- 55:19Speaker 11: where his car is at all times. Last night, around
- 55:23Speaker 11: nine pm, he was at her house. I used my
- 55:26Speaker 11: GPS and went over there to join them. The two
- 55:29Speaker 11: of them were standing in her car port, so I
- 55:31Speaker 11: walked right on up. My husband was all dramatic, like,
- 55:35Speaker 11: oh hey, babe, is everything okay. She gave me a
- 55:38Speaker 11: fake hug and said that my husband stopped by for
- 55:41Speaker 11: some marital advice.
- 55:43Speaker 10: My husband asked, why are you here?
- 55:45Speaker 11: His question shocked me, so I told him to also
- 55:48Speaker 11: ask her for advice on where to stay. I told
- 55:52Speaker 11: him he was not welcome at home. He said, I
- 55:54Speaker 11: am an embarrassment to myself and our business. Why would
- 55:58Speaker 11: he say that in front of herd No, we had
- 56:00Speaker 11: marital problems, but if we do, why would he confide
- 56:03Speaker 11: in this beautiful single woman. Well, you said it right there,
- 56:08Speaker 11: because she's beautiful and single. He likes her, obviously, and
- 56:12Speaker 11: he's obviously stupid too, because what is he doing over
- 56:16Speaker 11: there at nine pm? You all aren't working, it's late.
- 56:20Speaker 11: He should be at home with you in the house,
- 56:22Speaker 11: and your husband defends her in front of you every
- 56:26Speaker 11: chance he gets. No, sir, we're not doing that. Not
- 56:30Speaker 11: to mention how he talks to you in front of her.
- 56:32Speaker 11: He doesn't need marrit little advice from her. She's not married,
- 56:35Speaker 11: she's single. She's not a marriage counselor or anything. I'm
- 56:39Speaker 11: with you, it's definitely way more going on between the
- 56:42Speaker 11: two of them than meets the eye, because she is not,
- 56:45Speaker 11: I repeat, a marriage counselor anyway. I'm glad that they
- 56:49Speaker 11: were just standing in the airport in the car port though.
- 56:52Speaker 11: I'm glad about that when you drove up, because it
- 56:54Speaker 11: could have been much worse if they were just in
- 56:58Speaker 11: the house alone and you walked in on him. So
- 57:01Speaker 11: this is a mess, and I hope. I don't know
- 57:04Speaker 11: if you and your husband are going to be able
- 57:05Speaker 11: to work this out. I don't know because of the
- 57:08Speaker 11: way he acts.
- 57:08Speaker 8: Steve, Well, all this letter is for me is a
- 57:13Speaker 8: letter filled with lessons.
- 57:16Speaker 2: This is nothing but lessons.
- 57:18Speaker 8: I am not really sure about the guilt of anybody
- 57:21Speaker 8: in this letter that's not crystal clear, and I'll point
- 57:26Speaker 8: that out to you as we go. But this is
- 57:29Speaker 8: a letter full of lessons, So let's go. My husband
- 57:33Speaker 8: played a significant role in politics in our city for
- 57:36Speaker 8: fifteen years. He started a business we run together. When
- 57:40Speaker 8: he was in politics, he interacted with lots of prominent
- 57:43Speaker 8: females that he called associates.
- 57:46Speaker 1: Now, this is where the letter begins.
- 57:48Speaker 2: When rumors swirled.
- 57:50Speaker 8: Around about him cheating, there was no way for me
- 57:52Speaker 8: to find out if they were true because he was
- 57:54Speaker 8: around pretty women all the time.
- 57:56Speaker 2: Right down right now, there have been rumors of him cheating,
- 58:04Speaker 2: and you.
- 58:05Speaker 8: Could not find out because he was around pretty women
- 58:09Speaker 8: all the time.
- 58:12Speaker 2: Could it have just been rumors?
- 58:15Speaker 1: It could have been.
- 58:16Speaker 2: Could it been to have been true? It could have been,
- 58:19Speaker 2: But you said, just now, you couldn't.
- 58:22Speaker 8: Prove anything, not nothing. So now what is the lesson here?
- 58:29Speaker 8: You can ignore these rumors and trust your instinct. You
- 58:32Speaker 8: didn't find out anything, so factually he seems to be
- 58:35Speaker 8: in the clear. When we started our business, where we
- 58:40Speaker 8: interviewed a lady that worked on his campaign, she seemed
- 58:43Speaker 8: to know all about marketing, so I.
- 58:46Speaker 2: Agreed to hire her, all right now, all right now?
- 58:54Speaker 8: And we find out later on that the person in
- 58:59Speaker 8: question was hired by the both of you. What is
- 59:04Speaker 8: the lesson here? Put hind people. That's finding in you?
- 59:12Speaker 8: That part hind people.
- 59:14Speaker 2: That's mind it in you. That's that's the number one.
- 59:18Speaker 2: I regretted it for three years. I know you did.
- 59:22Speaker 2: I just said, some hind people, that's find it in you.
- 59:27Speaker 2: I regretted it for three years. Whenever she and I
- 59:31Speaker 2: have a disagreement, why right here.
- 59:35Speaker 8: Now if you hire her because she knows so much
- 59:37Speaker 8: about marketing, did she give you a marketing strategy?
- 59:40Speaker 2: And then you disagree with her? Why did you hire her?
- 59:44Speaker 8: My husband pulls me to the size and says something like,
- 59:47Speaker 8: all right, come on, man, you know how you can be.
- 59:50Speaker 8: You hire You said you wanted her to do the job.
- 59:54Speaker 8: Now let her do the job. This may be the
- 59:56Speaker 8: best thing for us. You just got to have another
- 59:58Speaker 8: eyebohol on these things. Baby, you know how you can be?
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: What did he do?
- 1:00:04Speaker 7: Just now?
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: Reverse psychology?
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: My man? Ah, cause lady, you do know how you
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: could be.
- 1:00:15Speaker 8: I started keeping it out on him and I put
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: an ad tag in his glove compartment so I can
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: see where it's come.
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: That's another valuable lesson.
- 1:00:25Speaker 8: I'm gonna go on a commercial break and find out
- 1:00:27Speaker 8: what an ad tag is so I can let y'all know.
- 1:00:29Speaker 8: Y'all gotta start going through the damn blood compartments.
- 1:00:31Speaker 11: All right, Steve, we'll have part two of your response
- 1:00:34Speaker 11: coming up at twenty three minutes after the subject of
- 1:00:37Speaker 11: today's Strawberry letter, she gives my husband marital advice.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:42Speaker 10: You're listening hard morning show.
- 1:00:45Speaker 11: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:48Speaker 11: The subject is she gives my husband marital advice?
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: All right, very quickly.
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: Was a man that was in politics, and there was
- 1:00:54Speaker 8: some rumors going around and his wife heard about him
- 1:00:56Speaker 8: that I'm cheating, but she could never prove it or
- 1:00:59Speaker 8: figured out because he's always around pretty women, so really
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: that was no proof.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: Let's just move on.
- 1:01:04Speaker 8: They started a business together and one of the people
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: they hied was an attractive woman that worked on his campaign.
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: She knew a lot about marketing, so they hired her.
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: Lesson number one because this is nothing but a letter
- 1:01:15Speaker 8: of lessons to be learned. There's probably no fix for this.
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: Lesson Number one, don't hide. Nobody find it than you.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: That's number one.
- 1:01:24Speaker 8: Don't hide, nobody find it. And then she said, for
- 1:01:28Speaker 8: three years, I have regretted it. I know you have,
- 1:01:33Speaker 8: cause you put the fox in the chicken coop. Yeah,
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: and put it all up under your husband's faith. You
- 1:01:44Speaker 8: knew she would find it. And you when you hide
- 1:01:47Speaker 8: and you think your husband don't see that.
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: All right?
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: You said, she seemed to know a lot about marketing,
- 1:01:53Speaker 8: and then you've regretted it. Now you've regretted it, so
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: now you check her every time she come up with
- 1:01:59Speaker 8: a marketing idea and you disagree with it. Then your
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: husband pulled you to the side and said, come on, bet,
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: now you know how you can be. Come on now,
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: let's stop this. He just wanted a chance to do
- 1:02:07Speaker 8: her job, and you know what.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: You hired her, so you're supposed to let her do
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: a job.
- 1:02:12Speaker 8: But you don't like her ideas because you don't like
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: how she looks, and you don't like how she is
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: when she round your husband, because you know she fined.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: Let's get back to the lesson, could hid people let's
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: find it.
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: So now I started keeping an eye on him, and
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: I put an ad tag in his glove compartment so
- 1:02:32Speaker 8: I could see where his car is at all times.
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: My staff has done some research for me and brought
- 1:02:38Speaker 8: it to my attention to what an ad tag is.
- 1:02:40Speaker 8: And ad tag is a little small round device. You
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: can put it on your keychain or attach it to anything,
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: and it's a tracker. It allows you to track a
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: person and you can look at your ipold and find
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: out who they are. Fellas, get outside, getting them glove compartments.
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: That is a tracker in your glove compartment. That's less
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: number two. I didn't know what the hell ad tag was,
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: and now I'm gonna have to hire somebody go through
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: all my damn calls make sure I ain't getting tracked.
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: It could be anything though, it could be in a backpacks,
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: it could be anything.
- 1:03:14Speaker 8: I'm gonna buy me a dog and train him to
- 1:03:18Speaker 8: smell as tags.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: They get dogs to smell anything. All right, here we go.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: Last night, around nine pm.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: He was at her house.
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: And how she know because that ad tag is in
- 1:03:31Speaker 8: that damn blood compartment. I used my GPS and I
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: went over to join them. The two of them were
- 1:03:38Speaker 8: standing in her card port.
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: So I walked right on up. My husband was all dramatic, Oh, hey, babe,
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: is everything okay?
- 1:03:49Speaker 10: Whatever?
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Excellent excellent response fellas.
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: You personalized it with hey, baby, everything ain't okay. You
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: personalize it and you showed concern. Ah, but you mad though.
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: She gave me a fake hug. Yes, everybody played in
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: the role.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: But lady, they was standing in the carport. Yes, again,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: you didn't up.
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: On nothing doing nothing. They wasn't hugging, They wasn't coming
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: out of a warm embrace. They were standing in the carport.
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: And then she gave you a fake.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: Hug and said, my husband stopped by. I like this
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: girl right here. She came up with the alibi because
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: his stupid ass might not have had one. She said,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: my husband stopped by for Smariti advice.
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: My husband asked, why are you here? Baby? What's wrong?
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: Why are you here?
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: His question shocked me, So I told him to ask
- 1:04:59Speaker 8: cor for advice on where to stay?
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: Baby, baby, baby, why are you here?
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: What is something wrong?
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: And now you say that question shocked you, So you said,
- 1:05:15Speaker 8: ask her for some advice on where to stay.
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: I told him he was not welcome at home.
- 1:05:22Speaker 8: He said, damn baby, you are an embarrassment to yourself
- 1:05:27Speaker 8: and our business.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: Why would he say that in front of her? Cause
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: you over there? He asked you. Why you over there?
- 1:05:37Speaker 8: You told him to get some advice on where to stay,
- 1:05:40Speaker 8: he said, in front of her, because you just said
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: something in front of him. He's only right that, he said,
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: the baby, you embarrassing yourself and our business because guess.
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: What you hired that woman in your business told you,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: and not to hide.
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: Nobody find it now they standing in the carport talking
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: and your mind playing tricks on you get o boy?
- 1:06:03Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:06:12Speaker 8: Then she said, I didn't know we had man no problem?
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: Yeah you do, cause you're suspicions. But if we do, nah,
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: you doubting it because you know you got something. Why
- 1:06:22Speaker 8: would he confide in this beautiful single woman. Listen to me,
- 1:06:26Speaker 8: Every married man that's making a move is saying he
- 1:06:30Speaker 8: got problems at home. That's bark hold one on one
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: for cheat. The only thing is you didn't bust them,

- 1:10:29Speaker 11: A letter from Barbara in Conyers. Barbara says, I'm turning
- 1:10:34Speaker 11: sixty in April and I have a staycation planned with
- 1:10:37Speaker 11: my boyfriend. My husband thinks I'm going to my sister's
- 1:10:40Speaker 11: house for the weekend, and my sister said, my husband
- 1:10:43Speaker 11: texted her to see if her husband would be around
- 1:10:45Speaker 11: for the weekend because he wants to surprise me and
- 1:10:48Speaker 11: come hang out. My sister is not the best liar,
- 1:10:52Speaker 11: so it's no telling what she told my husband. Oh,
- 1:10:55Speaker 11: by the way, my husband has a girlfriend and I
- 1:10:58Speaker 11: met her and saw pictures of him sleeping in her bed.
- 1:11:01Speaker 10: I'm not concerned about that.
- 1:11:02Speaker 11: I just don't want him to find out I'm cheating,
- 1:11:05Speaker 11: because you know, men can't handle it when we cheat.
- 1:11:08Speaker 11: How can I sneak away and make sure my husband
- 1:11:11Speaker 11: doesn't try to follow me.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: I can't help you with this, lady, I can't right
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: here now.
- 1:11:17Speaker 8: Why don't y'all get a divorce and then you will
- 1:11:20Speaker 8: stop all this sneaking around. I don't understand he has
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: a girlfriend. You've seen pictures of her, him and her
- 1:11:26Speaker 8: in her bed. Yeah, you sneaking around. You got a boyfriend,
- 1:11:30Speaker 8: but you don't want to hear me know it because
- 1:11:32Speaker 8: he can't handle it.
- 1:11:33Speaker 9: What?
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: What the hell is happening here? Why y'all married?
- 1:11:36Speaker 13: Well?
- 1:11:36Speaker 14: Why?
- 1:11:37Speaker 8: Why I'm not gonna help you with this? You don't
- 1:11:39Speaker 8: need help. You already have a side dude, and he
- 1:11:42Speaker 8: got a side chick. Now, let me tell you how
- 1:11:46Speaker 8: I can should it be quiet.
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: This is not what you do.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: I don't give that. It's not what you do.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: This is all about me right now, I know, but
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: I'm just saying.
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: It is time to get a divorce.
- 1:11:57Speaker 9: Now.
- 1:11:57Speaker 8: If you won't know how to do that, come to
- 1:11:59Speaker 8: the right place. I know everything that is about divorce. Now,
- 1:12:04Speaker 8: depending on what part of the country you in, I
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: know several great divoice laws.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: Which one you.
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: Yes, I've looked in Taller.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: Where is she from? He she's from Conyers. Don's George Georgia. Oh,

- 1:12:29Speaker 8: Go on and celebrate. I'm not gonna help you do that.
- 1:12:32Speaker 8: I'm not gonna help you do that. And see, first
- 1:12:33Speaker 8: of all, rule number one, you got to learn how
- 1:12:36Speaker 8: to cheat. Cannot include other people in your mess.
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: That's nothing.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: You don't do that.
- 1:12:42Speaker 8: Now you just said you going to your sisters. Your
- 1:12:45Speaker 8: husband will text your sisters, as is her husband gonna
- 1:12:48Speaker 8: be wild because he's gonna pop in and surprise. That'll
- 1:12:52Speaker 8: be the biggest than of surprise you ever had because
- 1:12:55Speaker 8: guess what, you ain't going to your sister's house.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: You're going to a staycase. She is your boy because
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: it's her birthday.
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: You keep talking about the irrelevant ass parts. What's wrong
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: with that?
- 1:13:11Speaker 8: She wants to celebrate, it's irrelevant to turn out for her.
- 1:13:18Speaker 8: She needs to know how to be able to cheat
- 1:13:22Speaker 8: without her husband following her.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: On her birthday or her Listen.
- 1:13:27Speaker 8: To me, she's already laid the wrong lie out there
- 1:13:30Speaker 8: because he didne doubled down and he's trying to follow
- 1:13:33Speaker 8: her out.
- 1:13:34Speaker 10: Yeah, because it's her birthday and he wants to celebrate.
- 1:13:37Speaker 2: You have to wait till the last minute.
- 1:13:41Speaker 8: Two, you can't tempt You can't give people this much
- 1:13:45Speaker 8: time to figure nothing out.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: Oh too much lead time?
- 1:13:48Speaker 8: Oh yeah yeah, telling them your plans and where you're going.
- 1:13:52Speaker 8: Oh god, yeah, listen for my birthday. I'm just and

- 1:14:17Speaker 8: When your husband flying to surprise you for your birthday,
- 1:14:21Speaker 8: introduce him to your new dudes, Now, why are you
- 1:14:25Speaker 8: doing that? Have that picture of him laying in the
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: bed with the other woman. Get that blowed up into
- 1:14:34Speaker 8: eleven by fourteen, put a chain on it and have
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: it around you like a flavor flame clock. So when
- 1:14:41Speaker 8: you introduce the new guy, he'll see the evidence that
- 1:14:44Speaker 8: you have and then and then just hand him the paperwork.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: You're a monster to I.

- 1:20:10Speaker 11: Coming up in forty nine minutes after the hour, we
- 1:20:12Speaker 11: will close out the show with one and only Steve
- 1:20:15Speaker 11: Harvey right after this. You're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys,
- 1:20:21Speaker 11: here we are on this Friday, our last break of
- 1:20:23Speaker 11: the day, Friday before the super Bowl.
- 1:20:27Speaker 10: Steve, before we get out of here, words of wisdom.
- 1:20:30Speaker 8: Closing remarks, Well, you know, I got a couple of
- 1:20:33Speaker 8: things that's on my mind. It's made my close remarks
- 1:20:36Speaker 8: are going to be a little seem a little discombobulated.
- 1:20:39Speaker 8: But I haven't really had time to put it together.
- 1:20:42Speaker 8: It's just some thoughts that I've been having. I want
- 1:20:45Speaker 8: to address what's being labeled as comedy beefs. Y'all, comedy
- 1:20:51Speaker 8: was never designed to beat this. Comedy is a a
- 1:20:55Speaker 8: is a great art form. It's always been for the
- 1:20:59Speaker 8: best stand to come into people's lives, homes, theaters and
- 1:21:04Speaker 8: provide just as hard to laughs as we possibly could
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: as a stand up. That has always been my only goal.
- 1:21:14Speaker 8: This thing that's going around now about comedy beefs, it's
- 1:21:18Speaker 8: only coming really from a few people.
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: It's really not the overall thing.
- 1:21:24Speaker 8: Eighty five South ain't beefing with nobody, and those are
- 1:21:28Speaker 8: the youngest comedic giants out there. Eighty five South ain't
- 1:21:32Speaker 8: beefing with nobody, you know. And them cats come from
- 1:21:36Speaker 8: the hip hop culture. What you're seeing, man, in these
- 1:21:40Speaker 8: comedy beefs are people who aren't where they used to be,
- 1:21:46Speaker 8: and all of a sudden are using this thing called
- 1:21:49Speaker 8: comedy beefs as a way to get some light shined
- 1:21:52Speaker 8: on them. That's not what comedy is, man, It's just
- 1:21:56Speaker 8: not I'm gonna tell you something. I'm not saying any name, James.
- 1:22:00Speaker 8: Let me explain something to you. I've been in comedy
- 1:22:03Speaker 8: a long time in my entire career. Was there ever
- 1:22:08Speaker 8: a question about who the headliner was in my entire career?
- 1:22:13Speaker 8: And on my contract it said I have been headlining
- 1:22:18Speaker 8: clearly since nineteen ninety five.
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: I have been headlining since nineteen ninety five. You know,
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: the Kings.
- 1:22:25Speaker 8: We switched up, like if we went to Chicago, Bernie
- 1:22:28Speaker 8: was closing. We went to Saint Louis, said it was closed,
- 1:22:31Speaker 8: and we went to out the La DL closed. Whoever's
- 1:22:34Speaker 8: hometown it was closed. But we always understood that. One
- 1:22:39Speaker 8: night in Baltimore, Chris Tucker's movie had just came out.
- 1:22:43Speaker 8: It was Fridays and something else that had came out,
- 1:22:46Speaker 8: and my contract said I was a headliner in Baltimore.
- 1:22:49Speaker 8: We got there, me and Chris was sitting up laughing,
- 1:22:51Speaker 8: and the little new promoter, little boy had some money.
- 1:22:54Speaker 8: He ain't had no biers is having. He came in
- 1:22:56Speaker 8: there and said, hey man, I want Chris Tucker to
- 1:22:58Speaker 8: close this show.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: Tuck.
- 1:23:00Speaker 8: I had a problem with that, but we talked about it.
- 1:23:02Speaker 8: I said, Chris, he the dude he wanted to not.
- 1:23:04Speaker 8: I told you, just look, man, long as you pay
- 1:23:06Speaker 8: me my money, I don't care who quotes. Chris Tucker
- 1:23:08Speaker 8: came to me and asked me, hey man, just do
- 1:23:09Speaker 8: me one favorite man. If you're gonna go up first,
- 1:23:12Speaker 8: and he got me closing, could you just keep it
- 1:23:15Speaker 8: to thirty minutes?
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: I did twenty eight minutes exactly.
- 1:23:18Speaker 8: That was the only time in my career and in
- 1:23:21Speaker 8: my contract though I was the headliner.
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: But this dude decided he liked Chris better.
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: I don't care who it is.
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: That was the only dispute.
- 1:23:29Speaker 8: Look, man, it's known beforehand in the tickets, in the contract.
- 1:23:34Speaker 8: There's no such thing as memos and all like that.
- 1:23:37Speaker 8: You have a contract to sign, and that's who the
- 1:23:40Speaker 8: headline is. And read the marquee when you get that.
- 1:23:43Speaker 8: When you pull up at the front of the theater
- 1:23:45Speaker 8: with under the marquee, it'll tell you that too. It's
- 1:23:48Speaker 8: all simple. So these beefs that people are having, it's
- 1:23:51Speaker 8: always coming from somebody who ain't where they were.
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: That's all I see in this. I just wanted to.
- 1:23:59Speaker 8: Put that out there, man, for those of you that's
- 1:24:00Speaker 8: not in the business, That's not how this works, man,
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: It's just not how it works. Second thing I want
- 1:24:06Speaker 8: to kind of address is what I see online oftentimes
- 1:24:09Speaker 8: is people talking about that's karma every time something bad
- 1:24:13Speaker 8: happened to a person, just for your little blog purposes
- 1:24:17Speaker 8: or sensationalizing.
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: You can't call it karma.
- 1:24:21Speaker 8: Everything that happened in a person's life ain't karma. Sometimes
- 1:24:25Speaker 8: it's just called life. It's just called life, man, and
- 1:24:30Speaker 8: bad things happen to everybody in life. It has nothing
- 1:24:34Speaker 8: to do with karma. It's just like the course of
- 1:24:37Speaker 8: a day. The sun don't shine all day long. That
- 1:24:41Speaker 8: is a period at called night. Even a day part
- 1:24:45Speaker 8: has different parts. There's hours in the day. Listen, man,
- 1:24:51Speaker 8: everything that happens to a person is not calma. And
- 1:24:54Speaker 8: just because you see something negative happening to a person,
- 1:24:56Speaker 8: that ain't calma. It's called life. If you're grieving over
- 1:25:00Speaker 8: the law for someone, it ain't cost nine. Now there
- 1:25:03Speaker 8: you go. That's comma. No, that's life. A person lose
- 1:25:06Speaker 8: their job, that's life.
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: Hey, hold up.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: The plant closed. That ain't comma. The plant closed.
- 1:25:12Speaker 8: The plant had a thousand employees. The plant closed. That
- 1:25:16Speaker 8: ain't colma. That's life. A lot of stuff, y'all, is
- 1:25:19Speaker 8: a test of your faith. There are things that are
- 1:25:22Speaker 8: going to happen to you in your life that is
- 1:25:24Speaker 8: going to prepare you for something else. I've learned in
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: my life, and a minister taught this to me. Everything
- 1:25:31Speaker 8: that happens to you is God preparing you for what
- 1:25:33Speaker 8: you ask for. If you ask God for more strength,
- 1:25:38Speaker 8: God gonna put some situations and some trials in front
- 1:25:41Speaker 8: of you that requires you to be strong. If you're
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: asking God for patience, God is gonna put some stuff
- 1:25:47Speaker 8: in your path that makes you have to learn how
- 1:25:50Speaker 8: to wait. That ain't calm. It's life. It's a test
- 1:25:54Speaker 8: of your faith. Stop letting these people fool you with
- 1:25:57Speaker 8: their little sensationalizing acts that every time something happened to
- 1:26:01Speaker 8: a person, they gonna put a story and call it karma.
- 1:26:03Speaker 8: It ain't Colma. It's called life and we all have
- 1:26:06Speaker 8: to experience it. So please, man, be smart about this thing, y'all.
- 1:26:11Speaker 8: And we have got to stop destroying one another. I
- 1:26:15Speaker 8: don't know what it is about us, man, but I'm
- 1:26:18Speaker 8: watching other cultures and it just ain't happening. It ain't
- 1:26:22Speaker 8: just happening. It ain't no white groups batling. It ain't
- 1:26:25Speaker 8: no white comedians battling. It ain't no white superstars going
- 1:26:29Speaker 8: at each other and attacking each other. It ain't no old,
- 1:26:33Speaker 8: washed up white acts going after the new acts.
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: It ain't none of that. But we keep filling our
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: timelines with this stuff.
- 1:26:41Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:26:41Speaker 8: We have got to do better, y'all. We need to
- 1:26:44Speaker 8: turn around. Hey man, we need to get back to God.
- 1:26:47Speaker 8: We need to start praying. Moment you need God, y'all.
- 1:26:50Speaker 8: I'm gonna keep God wrapped around me. I'm covered, get
- 1:26:53Speaker 8: covered by God.
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: Talk to it.
- 1:26:55Speaker 8: Those are my closing remarks. I know they was a
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: little all over the place with those who are the starts. Hey, y'all,
- 1:27:00Speaker 8: have a great WEEKI okay, talk to God. He that
- 1:27:03Speaker 8: food I love to hear.
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: From you, God willing, We'll see y'all Monday morning. Man
