I had a really tough week energetically speaking. My negative thoughts were racing. I heard a song lyric that spoke to me. It said, "Sometimes we make it harder than it is." I don't know why that particular lyric stuck in my mind, but it really spoke to me. I realized that all of the negative energy I was experiencing all week was a product of my own thinking. I had been inadvertently calling in even more negative energy. Today I talk about how we sometimes without realizing it make life much harder than it has to be.
