Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / DEMS and media say Colorado shooter was emboldened by conservatives and the shooting is republicans fault!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, the media decided it was a good idea to
- 0:02Speaker 1: blame conservatives, blame Desantists, blame the GOP for the Colorado
- 0:11Speaker 1: gay nightclub shooting, saying that clearly the shooter had to
- 0:16Speaker 1: be inspired by desantists and other Republican candidates in Colorado.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Did the media stop for a moment to think, maybe
- 0:25Speaker 1: we should just wait and see what the actual facts
- 0:28Speaker 1: are because the GLAD CEO said that Desantists and Congresswoman
- 0:33Speaker 1: Bobert are to blame for the Colorado LGBTQ club attack. Well,
- 0:40Speaker 1: you gotta score political points if you're on the left
- 0:43Speaker 1: anytime there's some sort of opportunity. Never let a crisis
- 0:48Speaker 1: go to waste. Correct. Well, court documents are now showing
- 0:52Speaker 1: that the Colorado gay nightclub shooter identifies as non binary,
- 0:58Speaker 1: uses pronounce them, and they not exactly what they were
- 1:03Speaker 1: hoping for. If you're the president of GLAD claiming this
- 1:06Speaker 1: is Ronda Santis's fault, Anderson Lee Aldrich, the suspect who
- 1:12Speaker 1: is allegedly shot and kill, who allegedly shot and killed
- 1:14Speaker 1: five people and wounded at least eighteen others over the
- 1:17Speaker 1: weekend at that LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado, identifies as non
- 1:22Speaker 1: binary and uses they them pronouns. According to the court
- 1:26Speaker 1: documents filed Tuesday night, the twenty two year old is
- 1:31Speaker 1: facing multiple murder and hate crime charges stemming from last
- 1:34Speaker 1: weekends shooting. The public defender revealed that Aldrich is quote
- 1:41Speaker 1: non binary and uses them they pronounced. The New York
- 1:45Speaker 1: Times is also confirmed. In addition to the pronouns, Aldrich
- 1:50Speaker 1: is referred to as MX Aldrich MX in the court filings,
- 1:57Speaker 1: Anderson is non binary. A footnote in the filing states,
- 2:03Speaker 1: then it says, and I'm reading exactly from the document,
- 2:06Speaker 1: quote they use, they slash them pronouns, and for the
- 2:11Speaker 1: purposes of all formal filings, will be addressed as MX
- 2:17Speaker 1: dot all Rich. Okay, so let's just back this up
- 2:24Speaker 1: real quick. You've got a new court filing. You've got
- 2:28Speaker 1: a public defender for the suspect of the mass shooting
- 2:32Speaker 1: at a Colorado gay club, if five people dead, that
- 2:35Speaker 1: say their client is non binary, and that that he
- 2:39Speaker 1: uses they them pronouns, and the lawyer refers to their
- 2:42Speaker 1: client as MX dot Anderson all Rich and says, moving forward,
- 2:49Speaker 1: that's how he must be referred to. Now, the news
- 2:53Speaker 1: about the shooters. Gender identity came after Democrats and members
- 2:59Speaker 1: of the court print media politicize the shooting and blame
- 3:02Speaker 1: Republicans for the tragedy. For example, NBC's Ben Collins claimed
- 3:10Speaker 1: that Republican politicians and quote the internet's far right machine
- 3:17Speaker 1: targeted LGBTQ plus individuals in the months leading up to
- 3:23Speaker 1: the nightclub shooting, So therefore it must be the problem
- 3:27Speaker 1: of the Republican party. That's what he said. This is
- 3:35Speaker 1: the Republican's fault. Just get your head around that. Now,
- 3:42Speaker 1: there was a hero army veteran who subdued the attacker
- 3:46Speaker 1: and beat the attacker. That was an amazing part of
- 3:51Speaker 1: the story. You think the media is going to talk
- 3:53Speaker 1: about that hero that much? Nah, why would we do that.
- 3:57Speaker 1: It's a lot easier if you just jump on there
- 3:59Speaker 1: and start attacking and saying all sorts of crazy things, right,
- 4:04Speaker 1: It just makes it a lot easier. He also said
- 4:08Speaker 1: in the interview, quote, but I think we have to
- 4:11Speaker 1: have a come to Jesus moment here as reporters quote unquote,
- 4:16Speaker 1: Kylin said to MSNBC, are we more afraid of being
- 4:20Speaker 1: on brightbart for saying that trans people deserve to be
- 4:24Speaker 1: alive or are we more afraid of dead people? Question mark,
- 4:29Speaker 1: because I'm more afraid of dead people. The political grandstanding
- 4:34Speaker 1: continued Brightbart, referring to Brightbart News conservative website. Democrat representative
- 4:40Speaker 1: AOC blasted Colorado Republican representative Lauren Bobert, who they celebrated
- 4:46Speaker 1: was going to lose an election who ended up winning
- 4:50Speaker 1: as a bigot who motivated the shooter. Shortly after Bobert
- 4:54Speaker 1: issued a statement condemning the violence in her home state,
- 4:58Speaker 1: AOC tweeted out, at Lauren Bobert, you have played a
- 5:03Speaker 1: major role in elevating anti LGBT plus hate rhetoric and
- 5:10Speaker 1: anti trans lies while spending your time in Congress blocking
- 5:14Speaker 1: even the most common sense gun safety laws, AOC tweeted.
- 5:20Speaker 1: She went on to say, you don't get You don't
- 5:25Speaker 1: get to thoughts and prayers your way out of this.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Look inward and change. Dehumanizing rhetoric leads to dehumanizing actions,
- 5:35Speaker 1: the tirade went on to say, which quickly translates to violence, shootings, assaults,
- 5:41Speaker 1: and worse. That's what Cortez added an Instagram post also
- 5:46Speaker 1: about the congresswoman from Colorado, a Republican, the Glad CEO
- 5:55Speaker 1: came out and said, it's very clear this is really
- 5:59Speaker 1: the fault of Rhonda Santis and Bobert are to blame
- 6:05Speaker 1: for the Colorado LGBTQ club attack. There was zero and
- 6:12Speaker 1: let me say this again, there was zero evidence to
- 6:17Speaker 1: support the agregious assault on Governor Rhonda Santis in Florida
- 6:22Speaker 1: and the Congresswoman Bobert in Colorado. It was an egregious
- 6:26Speaker 1: attack that should have never happened. But when you have
- 6:31Speaker 1: an opportunity and you've got the media on your side
- 6:34Speaker 1: and you can pretty much get away with anything you
- 6:37Speaker 1: want to say, then this is what you do. You
- 6:41Speaker 1: just go out there and you say it and no
- 6:44Speaker 1: one will hold you accountable for it. That apparently is
- 6:47Speaker 1: how this all works. Now, before I get into more
- 6:51Speaker 1: of this story, I want to say thank you and
- 6:53Speaker 1: tell you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile. If
- 6:55Speaker 1: you've got a cell phone, you need to switch the
- 6:57Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile because they are America's only Christian conservative mobile
- 7:03Speaker 1: phone provider and they use the same towers that you're
- 7:06Speaker 1: using right now. Why do you want to switch? Because
- 7:09Speaker 1: they are a force for conservative values. They take a
- 7:12Speaker 1: portion of your bill every month at no extra cost.
- 7:16Speaker 1: To you, and they use that money to fund conservative causes,
- 7:20Speaker 1: to back conservative candidates who believe in the sanctity of life,
- 7:25Speaker 1: freedom of speech, the Second Amendment, and they are winning
- 7:29Speaker 1: big time. Patriot Mobile will save you money as well
- 7:32Speaker 1: over what you're spending right now. They have affordable plans

- 8:15Speaker 1: slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. Now let me
- 8:19Speaker 1: get back to this audio. Glad CEO said politicians rhetoric
- 8:24Speaker 1: does lead to violence and hate, saying we live in
- 8:28Speaker 1: a dangerous society if you are LGBTQ. She says that
- 8:33Speaker 1: politicians are the ones creating division and hate on social media. Platforms,
- 8:38Speaker 1: and that we need to make sure that they stop
- 8:41Speaker 1: all of the hate. These are just some of the
- 8:44Speaker 1: words that have come out from these people on the left.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Glad President had this to say on MSNBC. Take a listen,
- 8:53Speaker 1: and even a report that we're about to release shows
- 8:56Speaker 1: that in the past year, there have been either one
- 8:59Speaker 1: hundred violent attacks or threats of violence against drag events
- 9:04Speaker 1: across this country. In this country, brunches, I mean, we're
- 9:10Speaker 1: talking about brunch people. So I think that DeSantis Bober
- 9:16Speaker 1: they have blood on their hands on this. They have
- 9:18Speaker 1: to stop spreading lies. These are lies that they're spreading,
- 9:22Speaker 1: and they're causing pain and death and murder against our community.
- 9:27Speaker 1: In addition to insufficient gun safety in this country. Couple
- 9:32Speaker 1: that all together and you have what happened on Saturday night,
- 9:36Speaker 1: and you have it. You know, in this city alone,
- 9:39Speaker 1: in New York City, on Saturday night, a brick was
- 9:42Speaker 1: thrown through a gay bar in Hell's Kitchen. That's the
- 9:45Speaker 1: fourth time that happened in a week to that bar.
- 9:48Speaker 1: So you can see whether or not the motive on
- 9:51Speaker 1: Saturday night turns out to be hate, which we all
- 9:55Speaker 1: it looks like it's pointing that way, it's still an
- 9:58Speaker 1: environment and a ulture that we're living in and that
- 10:01Speaker 1: politicians are leading. They're leading this hate, so we need
- 10:05Speaker 1: them to stop. We need them to stop. Does Santis
- 10:10Speaker 1: Bobert are to blame for the Colorado LGBTQ club attack,
- 10:14Speaker 1: whether or not the motive turns out to be hate,
- 10:16Speaker 1: there's a culture. And you notice the media doesn't like
- 10:20Speaker 1: jump in there and say, well, hold on a second,
- 10:21Speaker 1: is it fair to blame the Colorado governor or the
- 10:24Speaker 1: Afforda governor for something that happened in Colorado. We don't
- 10:26Speaker 1: know anything about the shooter yet, right doesn't matter. It
- 10:29Speaker 1: doesn't matter because this is what the rhetoric that we have.
- 10:33Speaker 1: So now we find out that the Colorado gay nightclub
- 10:36Speaker 1: shooter isn't some right wing extremists, right, he's a non
- 10:42Speaker 1: binary uses them they pronounce, and is in this culture
- 10:50Speaker 1: the suspect to allegedlie shot and killed the five people
- 10:52Speaker 1: would at least eighteen. Now there's over the weekend at
- 10:54Speaker 1: that nightclub. It identifies as non binary, uses them they pronounced,
- 10:58Speaker 1: according to his own lawyers, Does that have anything to
- 11:01Speaker 1: do with Governor de Santis? No, does it have any
- 11:05Speaker 1: to do with Lauren Robert, the GLAD CEO, though, keeping
- 11:10Speaker 1: the rhetoric up, not backing down, saying it's the politician's fault.
- 11:15Speaker 1: A dark day we've been reporting. We just spoke to
- 11:17Speaker 1: the district attorney there in Colorado Springs, who did confirm
- 11:20Speaker 1: that they are looking into the possibility of this being
- 11:23Speaker 1: a hate crime. They're not calling it that at this
- 11:25Speaker 1: time as they developed the evidence to talk to witnesses
- 11:28Speaker 1: and everything else. But your reaction, as you said, this
- 11:31Speaker 1: is getting exhausting, these tragedies, to watch this happen. Your
- 11:35Speaker 1: reaction to what we saw around midnight Colorado Springs over
- 11:39Speaker 1: the weekend. Yeah, Unfortunately, when I woke up to that news,
- 11:42Speaker 1: I felt heartbroken like so many Americans, and I also
- 11:47Speaker 1: felt not surprised because we've seen in this past year
- 11:52Speaker 1: about three hundred anti LGBTQ bills proposed that creates an
- 11:58Speaker 1: environment and culture of hate and discrimination. We've seen in
- 12:03Speaker 1: our own poll at GLAD seven out of ten LGBTQ
- 12:08Speaker 1: folks report feeling discrimination in the past year. That's up
- 12:12Speaker 1: eleven percent year over year twenty four percent from twenty twenty.
- 12:17Speaker 1: We're seeing these large numbers happen because we're living in
- 12:20Speaker 1: an environment that's driven by two things. Politicians who are
- 12:25Speaker 1: using us to bolster their careers by creating division and hate.
- 12:30Speaker 1: And number two is social media platforms that are monetizing
- 12:35Speaker 1: hate and especially against marginalized communities. They're choosing profits over
- 12:41Speaker 1: hate and it's killing, literally killing our community. Profits over hate.
- 12:48Speaker 1: It's almost like these soundbites she keeps saying, I've been
- 12:51Speaker 1: pre planned for any attack. It's almost like they were
- 12:55Speaker 1: just waiting for a moment to go out there and
- 12:57Speaker 1: seize the opportunity attack. Conservatives say that when something like
- 13:02Speaker 1: this happens, regardless of the facts, right, regardless of the facts,
- 13:10Speaker 1: that this is how it's going to be played, regardless
- 13:13Speaker 1: of what the actual information says. Game on, We're gonna attack.
- 13:20Speaker 1: We're gonna go after the right, and we're gonna say
- 13:23Speaker 1: that this is the right's fault. I'll just say it again.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Wasn't a right wing extremists, wasn't a conservative, wasn't a
- 13:32Speaker 1: discantist or Bobert supporter. The suspect to shot and killed
- 13:37Speaker 1: five people when at least eighteen others over the weekend
- 13:39Speaker 1: at that LGBTQ night club in Colorado was a part
- 13:42Speaker 1: of the community identifies as a non binary and uses
- 13:47Speaker 1: them they pronounced according to the court filing, do you
- 13:51Speaker 1: think any of these people saying this type of crap
- 13:53Speaker 1: on TV are gonna pull back and say no, or
- 13:56Speaker 1: say we're sorry, or say we got it wrong. No,
- 13:58Speaker 1: MSNBC keeping up the rhetoric this morning, Collins, So, Ben,
- 14:03Speaker 1: what do we know about the alleged shooter here in
- 14:06Speaker 1: terms of his online footprint? If you can't find it,
- 14:08Speaker 1: nobody can. You're always you know, in these dark corners
- 14:11Speaker 1: of the Internet as part of the work you do.
- 14:13Speaker 1: What do we know about this guy? Yeah, there's nothing
- 14:15Speaker 1: under his name, And for a twenty two year old,
- 14:18Speaker 1: that is not particularly different than most people, not particularly
- 14:23Speaker 1: different than most people. The majority of twenty two year olds,
- 14:27Speaker 1: by the way, or on the Internet, the majority of
- 14:30Speaker 1: them have a footprint online. To imply that that's abnormal,
- 14:35Speaker 1: to imply that that's something that you know, that is
- 14:37Speaker 1: that is I mean, how many twenty two year olds
- 14:39Speaker 1: you know you can Google them and find something about
- 14:41Speaker 1: them in two seconds. And he says, oh, well, that's
- 14:45Speaker 1: just that's just typical, that's normal. No, it's not. They
- 14:49Speaker 1: young people now tend to have user names that have
- 14:51Speaker 1: nothing to do with their name or not traceable to
- 14:53Speaker 1: their actual name. We do know that he was, you know,
- 14:56Speaker 1: he made this bomb threat with his mom in the house.
- 14:58Speaker 1: There's this video of this is mo. Mom took a
- 15:00Speaker 1: Facebook live of this happening in real time. This was
- 15:03Speaker 1: last year. This was last year, and he was let out.
- 15:07Speaker 1: That is the unclear thing here. He is, you know,
- 15:09Speaker 1: arriving back jail, and she called police from inside and
- 15:13Speaker 1: they showed up in tactical gear and he said he
- 15:15Speaker 1: was ready for hours. He said he was ready to
- 15:17Speaker 1: blow on this Facebook life. He was ready to get
- 15:19Speaker 1: into a firefight over it. And obviously he was brought in,
- 15:22Speaker 1: but prosecutors did not go forward with the case. And
- 15:24Speaker 1: we're still digging through and trying to figure out why exactly.
- 15:27Speaker 1: That is. Yeah, and the case was sealed, which is
- 15:29Speaker 1: that part is not particularly different in the Colorado law.
- 15:33Speaker 1: I do want to say though, by the way, you
- 15:37Speaker 1: have a guy that threatened to blow up his own
- 15:39Speaker 1: house with his mom. You have law enforcement that knew
- 15:42Speaker 1: about the guy that were called in tactical gear, was
- 15:44Speaker 1: brought in. It's a guy that went to jail, but
- 15:47Speaker 1: then they didn't prosecute him. I wonder if Glad might
- 15:50Speaker 1: want to say, when you see somebody as mental issues,
- 15:54Speaker 1: maybe we might want to really think about what the
- 15:56Speaker 1: issues are, and when they're threatening to blow themselves up
- 15:59Speaker 1: in their own mother, maybe just maybe for a moment,
- 16:02Speaker 1: we should talk about I don't know, blocking this human
- 16:04Speaker 1: being up. We used to do that in this country.
- 16:07Speaker 1: We don't anymore. You know, if you notice we're starting
- 16:11Speaker 1: to see a pattern here, you would think that the
- 16:13Speaker 1: media would want to talk about the pattern. The pattern
- 16:17Speaker 1: is very clear. We are seeing people that should be
- 16:21Speaker 1: in prison who commit Hainah's crimes when we don't put
- 16:24Speaker 1: them in prison, and we let them out of prison
- 16:27Speaker 1: to rehabilitate them. This is a guy that should not
- 16:30Speaker 1: have been on the streets, based on the video and
- 16:33Speaker 1: based on what happened that day just last year, when
- 16:38Speaker 1: his mom believed he was going to blow up the
- 16:40Speaker 1: house with a bomb. And they tell you this part
- 16:44Speaker 1: of the story, but then immediately they go back to
- 16:46Speaker 1: the virtue, signing, well, this is really a Republican's fault.
- 16:49Speaker 1: I need to tell you about my good friends at
- 16:50Speaker 1: Legacy Precious Metals. If you're paying attention, you've seen that
- 16:55Speaker 1: the stock market has been plummeting. Many economists are predicting
- 16:58Speaker 1: this is just the beginning and we could see a
- 17:01Speaker 1: market pullback well into twenty twenty three. If that happens,
- 17:05Speaker 1: you're going to see tremendous losses in your portfolio. Many
- 17:08Speaker 1: of you have already seen those losses. That is where
- 17:12Speaker 1: there's an upside with gold. In the two thousand and
- 17:14Speaker 1: eight crash, when the market dipped, gold win up. Legacy

- 18:02Speaker 1: It's LEGACYPM Investments dot com. I'm gonna go back to
- 18:07Speaker 1: this audio of NBC News telling you the story. Right
- 18:12Speaker 1: suspect was attained and hospitalized after sustaining injuries and attack
- 18:15Speaker 1: at the LGBTQ club in Colorado's spearings and he, oh,
- 18:19Speaker 1: by the way, threatened to blow up his own house.
- 18:21Speaker 1: And for some reason we didn't put him in jail.
- 18:23Speaker 1: But don't worry, knowing that the guy had major mental issues.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Has his non binary them they pronounced clearly is messed
- 18:31Speaker 1: up in the head, and we had him. That's not enough.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Now we got attack Republicans now and say somehow this
- 18:38Speaker 1: is their fault. Am I doing something wrong? Here? Here's
- 18:43Speaker 1: some headlines that I wrote the last six months, fuel
- 18:47Speaker 1: by Internet's far rate machine, anti LGBTQ threats, shut down
- 18:51Speaker 1: trans rates, and drag events. Remember there's a drag event
- 18:54Speaker 1: happening Colorado. Anti trans stocker is at QWI Farms, which
- 18:58Speaker 1: is a anti trans website. The stocks people are chasing
- 19:02Speaker 1: one victim around the world. Their list of targets is growing.
- 19:04Speaker 1: That was a couple months ago. Doctors under threat from
- 19:07Speaker 1: far right activists for providing trans care. Boston Children's Hospital
- 19:11Speaker 1: faces bomb threat after right wing harassment campaign. There were
- 19:14Speaker 1: three of those bomb threats FBI charges Massa Chusetts women
- 19:16Speaker 1: with Boston Children's Hospital bomb threats, so they found one
- 19:19Speaker 1: of the people. At least twenty Republican politicians have claimed
- 19:22Speaker 1: that schools are making accommodations for students who identify as cats.
- 19:27Speaker 1: That was before the midterms. Here are here are three
- 19:30Speaker 1: more from my colleagues. In the last three weeks, as
- 19:33Speaker 1: election nears, some conservative groups have ramped up anti trans
- 19:37Speaker 1: campaign ads. Far right figures appear to be testing Twitter's
- 19:40Speaker 1: boundaries for anti LGBTQ speech, GOP senator targets TikTok influencer
- 19:45Speaker 1: with the anti transgendered taunts. And I'm just wondering, what
- 19:50Speaker 1: could I have done different? Seriously, as reporters, what can
- 19:53Speaker 1: we do different? Because there are five dead people in
- 19:57Speaker 1: a strip mall because I was the only place they
- 19:59Speaker 1: felt as gay or trans people in this town in
- 20:03Speaker 1: Colorado Springs. That is that true? I'm asking the question,
- 20:08Speaker 1: did he talk to the five people that are dead
- 20:10Speaker 1: to find out this the only place they felt safe
- 20:12Speaker 1: was to be at this club. I doubt he did,
- 20:16Speaker 1: because how witty. And then to say that's the only
- 20:21Speaker 1: place they felt safe. Are you saying that they didn't
- 20:23Speaker 1: feel safe at the grocery store, or at their jobs
- 20:25Speaker 1: or at school. Like that's a that's a very very
- 20:28Speaker 1: very bold statement. And I understand the virtue signaling here,
- 20:31Speaker 1: but you just told the people that this guy was
- 20:36Speaker 1: mentally insane. In essence, that's what you just said. You
- 20:41Speaker 1: just told the audience that he threatened to blow up
- 20:43Speaker 1: his own house and that for some reason they thought
- 20:46Speaker 1: it was a good idea to not charge him or
- 20:50Speaker 1: put him in jail for those crimes. And his own
- 20:52Speaker 1: mother is begging for help, calling NY one. We see
- 20:55Speaker 1: this happen often, right, we see this happen often. That
- 21:01Speaker 1: didn't happen either. It's a problem. So you add all
- 21:07Speaker 1: this up, right, you add every bit of this, and
- 21:12Speaker 1: then immediately they go on say, well, look at all
- 21:14Speaker 1: the headlines. Now, none of these headlines are connected the shooting.
- 21:18Speaker 1: These are around the country, totally different places. And again
- 21:20Speaker 1: you've got to wonder about even some of these headlines
- 21:22Speaker 1: if they're actually accurate or real or truthful. Right, you
- 21:26Speaker 1: kind of got to ask those questions, now, do you
- 21:28Speaker 1: really trust them? Do you really believe them? Do you
- 21:32Speaker 1: actually believe that what they're telling you now in the
- 21:34Speaker 1: media is true? At all, because I don't usually anymore,
- 21:39Speaker 1: not based on paranoia, just based on the facts of
- 21:41Speaker 1: the situation and where we are right now. And then
- 21:45Speaker 1: he says, what can we do in the media to
- 21:47Speaker 1: do better? Well, you guys have written all the articles
- 21:49Speaker 1: attacking the right. You've done everything you can to divide
- 21:52Speaker 1: us as a country. You're doing that really well. Congratulations,
- 21:57Speaker 1: great job. I mean that's impressive. And then you got
- 22:00Speaker 1: a guy that could have been in jail. Are you
- 22:02Speaker 1: gonna go after the My gut is it was an
- 22:05Speaker 1: activist da in Colorado. You're gonna tell that part of
- 22:08Speaker 1: the story. I'm just curious. Are you gonna tell that
- 22:12Speaker 1: that part of the conversation. I really want to know.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Is that a part of the conversation that you're even
- 22:18Speaker 1: worth you're willing to mention? I'm gonna guess probably not.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Are you going to talk about why he wasn't in
- 22:27Speaker 1: jail and why he was allowed out, and why when
- 22:30Speaker 1: we knew this guy had the problems that he had,
- 22:33Speaker 1: why you didn't do more to stop him? I want
- 22:35Speaker 1: to know. Now, we're not going to go to any
- 22:39Speaker 1: of that. We're gonna Ben Kylin's senior reporter, NBC news saying, well,
- 22:44Speaker 1: you know, what do we need to do better? We've
- 22:46Speaker 1: been telling you that all these right wingers are doing
- 22:48Speaker 1: these things. This guy's not a right winger, but it
- 22:50Speaker 1: doesn't matter. We'll indict them because this and then we'll
- 22:53Speaker 1: virtue signal for for for agnasium on this issue. And
- 23:00Speaker 1: I am trying to thread this needle here. I'm trying
- 23:03Speaker 1: to say that this is happening. This targeted stuff has
- 23:06Speaker 1: real life impacts. They say in the Internet has real
- 23:08Speaker 1: life impacts. And I'm going to fail, by the way.
- 23:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna, you know, freak out because it's happening, because
- 23:13Speaker 1: I wake up and I see that there are five
- 23:16Speaker 1: dead bodies. But I think we have to have a
- 23:20Speaker 1: come to Jesus moment here as reporters. Are we more
- 23:25Speaker 1: afraid of being on break part for saying that trans
- 23:28Speaker 1: people deserve to be alive? Or are we more afraid
- 23:32Speaker 1: of the dead people because I'm more afraid of the
- 23:34Speaker 1: dead people. I don't want. I don't want to wake
- 23:37Speaker 1: up on a Sunday and see that all these headlines
- 23:39Speaker 1: came to fruition. Well, what do we do about public
- 23:42Speaker 1: officials at local level, state level, federal level who try
- 23:48Speaker 1: to inject the fear of the very word transgender into
- 23:52Speaker 1: school issues, that a transgender person might be trying to
- 23:56Speaker 1: be on your sons or daughter's softball being team right,
- 24:00Speaker 1: And that's the biggest worry, right, can't be allowed. Right.
- 24:04Speaker 1: You notice how they're not talking about the local elected
- 24:06Speaker 1: officials that let this guy out, that allowed him to
- 24:10Speaker 1: kill the five people. I think the sickest part of
- 24:14Speaker 1: the conversation is they see this as an opportunity. When
- 24:16Speaker 1: there are dead bodies, they go and stand on top
- 24:19Speaker 1: of them. They don't care about what actually happened, and
- 24:24Speaker 1: they say, see, we told you this is the Republican's fault.
- 24:27Speaker 1: What about the shooter, Well he wasn't a Republican. Okay,
- 24:29Speaker 1: what about him, Well he was actually in the LGBTQ
- 24:32Speaker 1: non binary community. Okay, you're gonna tell that part of
- 24:35Speaker 1: the story. Nope, why would I do that because it's
- 24:39Speaker 1: the Republican's fault, and you know it's the Republican's fault. No,
- 24:42Speaker 1: I'm not really sure I do. No, it is. It's
- 24:44Speaker 1: a Republican's fault. You should understand it is the Republicans
- 24:48Speaker 1: fault every time. Always, Amen, that's the problem. All right Lastly,
