- 0:00Speaker 1: So over fifty classified folders sees by the FBI from
- 0:06Speaker 1: our lago, we now know we're empty. I'm gonna hit
- 0:09Speaker 1: pause on that story and i want to go to
- 0:11Speaker 1: another one. There's a new lawsuit out that reveals dozens
- 0:15Speaker 1: and the Biden administration worked with big tech to suppress
- 0:18Speaker 1: free speech, an online coronavirus discourse, and other stories like
- 0:24Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. I'm gonna pause on that story and go
- 0:29Speaker 1: to another story. CNN is now reporting that there are
- 0:35Speaker 1: quote serious questions about Hunter Biden's scandal, and the FBI
- 0:42Speaker 1: claiming now that it shouldn't be a partisan issue quote unquote.
- 0:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna pause that story and I'm painting a picture.

- 1:09Speaker 1: indoctrinate your kids, then you need to make the switch
- 1:13Speaker 1: to the only Christian conservative cell phone company in the US. Now,
- 1:18Speaker 1: they're not just a company that is a Christian conservative company.
- 1:21Speaker 1: They actually take a part of your bill every month
- 1:23Speaker 1: when you pay, and they use that money to fight
- 1:26Speaker 1: for our first, our Second Amendment rights. They use it
- 1:30Speaker 1: to fight for the sanctity of life and for adoption services.
- 1:34Speaker 1: After we have had this big victory with Roe v Wade.

- 2:38Speaker 1: There's a new Rasmus and poll that has come out
- 2:40Speaker 1: this morning that says faith in Biden and the DEM's
- 2:44Speaker 1: direction is still falling, meaning that even after they attack
- 2:49Speaker 1: everybody this past week looking like for you was speaking
- 2:52Speaker 1: from the Gates of Hell referring to Joe Biden, it
- 2:55Speaker 1: didn't work right. Demonizing conservatives and calling us domestic terrorists
- 3:00Speaker 1: not working. Saying that we're anti democracy or the worst
- 3:03Speaker 1: part of America is not working. In fact, faith in
- 3:07Speaker 1: the direction of the country was low a year ago,
- 3:10Speaker 1: but it is even lower now. According to the latest Pole,
- 3:14Speaker 1: a majority of likely US voters sixty five percent in fact,
- 3:17Speaker 1: say the country is heading the wrong direction under President
- 3:19Speaker 1: Joe Biden, and with the Democrats having control of the
- 3:22Speaker 1: both the House and the Senate. That number is four
- 3:25Speaker 1: points worse than a year ago and one point worse
- 3:29Speaker 1: than last week's Pole. This is after he made the
- 3:31Speaker 1: Gates from Hell speech, basically saying that half the country
- 3:35Speaker 1: is a bunch of evil, demonic, sick individuals that are
- 3:40Speaker 1: anti democracy. I'm gonna move on from that story, and
- 3:45Speaker 1: I want you again stay with me and keep connecting
- 3:48Speaker 1: these dots right to a new story that you haven't
- 3:52Speaker 1: heard about. There is a new version of the Journalism
- 3:59Speaker 1: Competential Competition and Preservation Act. You've probably never even heard
- 4:05Speaker 1: of this. It's also known as the JCPA. It is
- 4:09Speaker 1: now circulating a new version that is actually worse than
- 4:12Speaker 1: the original version, which is what they were supposed to
- 4:14Speaker 1: be fixing. And what it would do is it would
- 4:17Speaker 1: allow mainstream and legacy media, as well as left wing
- 4:22Speaker 1: media to form exclusionary media cartels that empower them with
- 4:31Speaker 1: extraordinary collective bargaining power to collude with big tech companies.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I go back to the headline I just told you
- 4:38Speaker 1: about a moment ago, right, You've got this lawsuit that
- 4:41Speaker 1: reveals that the Biden administration worked with big tech to
- 4:44Speaker 1: suppress free speech and online discourse on Twitter, Instagram, the
- 4:52Speaker 1: list goes on LinkedIn, by the way, was even involved
- 4:56Speaker 1: in this, just so you know, and we know now
- 5:00Speaker 1: that they were also working with big tech to suppress
- 5:02Speaker 1: parity accounts that made fun of doctor Fauci. We know
- 5:06Speaker 1: in this lawsuit that the White House was also working
- 5:08Speaker 1: to protect Hunter and Joe and James Biden stories as well.
- 5:11Speaker 1: I mean, this is a pretty big list, folks. So
- 5:16Speaker 1: remember that story. As I go back to this Journalism
- 5:20Speaker 1: Competition and Preservation Act, the amendment serves only to spell
- 5:25Speaker 1: out in greater specificity how to exclude conservative an anti
- 5:32Speaker 1: establishment media from any alleged benefits. Specifically, this new JCPA
- 5:38Speaker 1: contains a provision that allows quote eligible media companies forming
- 5:44Speaker 1: a cartel to create admission criteria for membership unrelated to
- 5:50Speaker 1: the size of an eligible digital journalism provider the views
- 5:56Speaker 1: expressed by its content criteria of content to limit memberships
- 6:03Speaker 1: to only eligible publishers. Are only eligible broadcasters quote unquote
- 6:11Speaker 1: Stephen Brill and Gordon Cortez. They are cocos of News Guard,
- 6:18Speaker 1: They're involved in all this. US House Minority Leader Ken
- 6:21Speaker 1: McCarthy also very concerned about this. And here's why. What
- 6:26Speaker 1: that provision that I just read for you means. Is
- 6:29Speaker 1: it significant because these mainstream and left wing media cartels
- 6:34Speaker 1: may not exclude people so right now based on size
- 6:38Speaker 1: or views expressed by its content. But if this moves
- 6:42Speaker 1: forward and happens, it would absolutely allow for them to say, no,
- 6:47Speaker 1: we don't want conservatives in here. And these self appointed
- 6:50Speaker 1: mainstream left wing media cartels are now allowed to exclude
- 6:55Speaker 1: many conservative journalists or organizations based on the usual totally
- 7:01Speaker 1: subjective factors they always do so, such as things like
- 7:05Speaker 1: trustworthiness or fake news, or they can just say you're
- 7:08Speaker 1: an extremist, or you have misinformation or hate speech or
- 7:12Speaker 1: conspiracy or correction policy issues, right, all of these things.
- 7:17Speaker 1: They can say, no, no, you're not part of the media,
- 7:19Speaker 1: so now you're different and will be treated different. All
- 7:24Speaker 1: of these terms, by the way, our viewpoint neutral. Yet
- 7:28Speaker 1: when interpreted by these leftist ngeo's media watchdogs like newscard
- 7:32Speaker 1: that I just mentioned a moment ago and the fact
- 7:34Speaker 1: checkers right that mark things they don't like is being
- 7:38Speaker 1: false so that no one sees them even though they're
- 7:40Speaker 1: actually real and content moderators a big tech what do
- 7:45Speaker 1: they do. They end up targeting one side of the
- 7:46Speaker 1: political spectrum. Great examples a Hunter Biden's story. They all
- 7:51Speaker 1: censored its silence and refused to allow you to share it.
- 7:54Speaker 1: And even if you could share it, no one could
- 7:55Speaker 1: see it. We know that from what Zuckerberg said last
- 7:58Speaker 1: week when he was on the Rogan podcast. Yeah, you
- 8:01Speaker 1: could share it, but no one saw it. When you
- 8:03Speaker 1: share the story on Hunter Biden. But he's like, hey,
- 8:06Speaker 1: we're better than Twitter, who just banned the story and
- 8:09Speaker 1: you couldn't share it no matter what. Now, despite misleading
- 8:14Speaker 1: the American public for years, even winning a Pulitzer Prize
- 8:17Speaker 1: for their efforts, most of the news companies that pushed
- 8:21Speaker 1: the discredited Russia Gate conspiracy theory, for example, like The
- 8:24Speaker 1: New York Times and Washington Posts, continue to receive a
- 8:27Speaker 1: quote green approval rating from NewsGuard. Well, news outlets that
- 8:32Speaker 1: debunked the conspiracy theory like bright Bart News and Fox
- 8:35Speaker 1: News are smeared as untrustworthy and reliable by the same organizations.
- 8:42Speaker 1: If you want to know what communism sounds like, this
- 8:44Speaker 1: is literally it is easy to imagine news Cartel pointing
- 8:48Speaker 1: to Newsguard's criteria or the criteria of any organization presenting
- 8:52Speaker 1: itself as an independent watchdog over an industry, and then saying, no, no,
- 8:58Speaker 1: we're neutral. So we think think that this conservative outlet,
- 9:01Speaker 1: of this independent media outlet is bad and evil, and
- 9:05Speaker 1: we're going to mark them as such. So if you're
- 9:08Speaker 1: a conservative or even an independent or even a free
- 9:13Speaker 1: speech advocate, what they're trying to do right now is
- 9:17Speaker 1: they're trying to basically say, we're going to give you
- 9:19Speaker 1: a list in the United States of America through through
- 9:22Speaker 1: official regulations that you can read and believe as trustworthy.
- 9:26Speaker 1: And then we're going to silence, suppress, and shut down
- 9:30Speaker 1: the reach of anybody else that isn't basically state sponsored media.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Maybe I should have led with that, so you understand
- 9:37Speaker 1: how big of a deal this is, right all, they're
- 9:41Speaker 1: all doing this, by the way, by supporting this amended bill,
- 9:44Speaker 1: in rewarding mainstream and legacy media and left wing publishers
- 9:50Speaker 1: in big tech, by allowing them to exclude whomever they
- 9:53Speaker 1: deem not part of the club, or who they do
- 9:56Speaker 1: not like, or who they think is telling too much
- 9:59Speaker 1: of the truth. This is what happens literally in communist countries.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Think about last week, the President Units It's America just
- 10:08Speaker 1: called half the country extremists who threatened the very foundation
- 10:13Speaker 1: of a republic. And if you believe that, if you're
- 10:15Speaker 1: the president Units It's America and the people around you
- 10:17Speaker 1: believe that, right then then what would happen is they
- 10:20Speaker 1: would then say, anybody else disagrees, we basically are going
- 10:23Speaker 1: to ban you from being able to reach the masses.
- 10:27Speaker 1: We're gonna shadow ban you, silence you, come after you,
- 10:30Speaker 1: and shut you down. I want to play for you
- 10:34Speaker 1: some audio of Donald Trump. He was talking about big
- 10:38Speaker 1: tech suppressing the Hunter Biden's story. He was talking about
- 10:42Speaker 1: big tech getting it wrong with Russia, get he was
- 10:44Speaker 1: talking about big tech getting it wrong with impeachment. He
- 10:46Speaker 1: was talking about the media getting it wrong on all
- 10:49Speaker 1: these stories and coming after him for four years. And
- 10:52Speaker 1: he said this at a speech. And then there was
- 10:55Speaker 1: a panel on Fox News The Big Show on Sundays.
- 10:59Speaker 1: We're in to Vogel was having a conversation and I
- 11:02Speaker 1: want you to hear this with Tommy Aren't and I
- 11:03Speaker 1: want you to listen to what they said. So our
- 11:06Speaker 1: President brought up a good point here, though, Anita, that
- 11:08Speaker 1: this actually has consequences for elections. It's not just a
- 11:12Speaker 1: parody account that maybe somebody liked or COVID misinformation. This
- 11:16Speaker 1: actually goes to the core of what was happening before
- 11:18Speaker 1: the twenty twenty election and how big tech colluded. Does
- 11:21Speaker 1: this go to a First Amendment issue at some point
- 11:23Speaker 1: as well? Absolutely it does, and it really bothers me
- 11:25Speaker 1: as a journalist because it absolutely goes to the First
- 11:28Speaker 1: Amendment and freedom of the press, which is one of
- 11:31Speaker 1: the things that sets this country apart from so many
- 11:34Speaker 1: others that don't have that, and I can't help but
- 11:37Speaker 1: also see some hypocrisy here because President Biden likes to
- 11:41Speaker 1: call out Maggot supporters and call them semi fascists. But
- 11:45Speaker 1: if you look at the definition of fascism the history there,
- 11:49Speaker 1: one of the first things fascist regimes do is they
- 11:51Speaker 1: try to stifle and control the press. So this is
- 11:55Speaker 1: not a good look for the administration if it comes
- 11:59Speaker 1: to beach through that they were colluding with big tech,
- 12:01Speaker 1: it's not a good look. Well, the truth is actually there.
- 12:04Speaker 1: We have the emails between the CDC, for example, that
- 12:08Speaker 1: I believe the Washington Free Beacon first put out, and
- 12:10Speaker 1: when you look at this, it's a track record James Rosen,
- 12:14Speaker 1: the Obama Biden administration, Cheryl Actus and surveilling journalists. That's
- 12:18Speaker 1: a true violation of the First Amendment when the federal
- 12:21Speaker 1: government or any government is involved. So why not just
- 12:25Speaker 1: keep doing it right if you're so successful at it
- 12:28Speaker 1: so far, And that's exactly what they're now trying to
- 12:31Speaker 1: do now. Several important voices are speaking up against this. JCPA,
- 12:42Speaker 1: numerous witnesses and congress have testified to the bills failings
- 12:46Speaker 1: before the Senate and the House, including award winning journalists
- 12:50Speaker 1: like Glenn Greenwald. The GOP leadership and the House representatives
- 12:57Speaker 1: has condemned this bill, Kevin McCarthy calling it, you know,
- 13:02Speaker 1: an attack on our society and our democracy. Judiciary Committee
- 13:08Speaker 1: ranking member Jim Jordan's warning it will be used to
- 13:10Speaker 1: suppress competition and conservative media. They quote the media will
- 13:16Speaker 1: use it in the end to discriminate against people who
- 13:19Speaker 1: don't fit into their category, who aren't defined as the press,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and who's going to determine that definition? Jordan said in
- 13:29Speaker 1: the Senate, the bill has been condemned by a growing
- 13:32Speaker 1: number of Republican senators, including Marshall Blackburn, Mark Arubio, Tom Cotton,
- 13:36Speaker 1: and Mike Lee. Republican FCC commissioner has come out. He's
- 13:43Speaker 1: also a legal scholar who worked on President Trump's proposed
- 13:46Speaker 1: Section two thirty reforms. Has also warned of the dangers
- 13:49Speaker 1: of this legislation, saying you're picking and choosing rights, who
- 13:54Speaker 1: gets to be called a journalist and who gets to
- 13:56Speaker 1: be silenced. It's it's not just conservatives opposing this bill.
- 13:59Speaker 1: By the way, the JCPA is so aligned with the
- 14:05Speaker 1: interest of corporations and the liberal think tanks that some
- 14:09Speaker 1: on the left are even set are coming out against this.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Some of the groups including Public Knowledge, which called it
- 14:17Speaker 1: a gift to the Wall Street media Executives, Fight for
- 14:21Speaker 1: Our Future, Fight for the Future, which argued enables an
- 14:24Speaker 1: Internet killing link tax, and Free Press, which called it
- 14:29Speaker 1: a bailout for legacy media. The left winning Electronic Frontier
- 14:36Speaker 1: Foundation also came out opposing the bill. All emphasize how
- 14:40Speaker 1: the bill would benefit America's largest, wealthiest, and most corrupt
- 14:43Speaker 1: media companies while destroying those at the bottom. But despite
- 14:49Speaker 1: this widespread opposition from those on the right and the left, right,
- 14:52Speaker 1: these people that are truly terrified about just shutting down
- 14:55Speaker 1: free speech lobbyists have brought this JCP back again with amendments.
- 15:04Speaker 1: And the reason why they've done is because the left realizes,
- 15:07Speaker 1: if we can control the media, we can control America.
- 15:13Speaker 1: If we can control the media, we can control everyone.
- 15:19Speaker 1: We just have to figure out how to control the media,
- 15:22Speaker 1: and once we do that, we own them. They've already
- 15:26Speaker 1: figured out, by the way, how to suppress certain things.
- 15:29Speaker 1: We know that they figured out pretty easily how to
- 15:34Speaker 1: suppress what's happening. Right, We've got that, Okay, we understand
- 15:40Speaker 1: that they've figured that out, they get it right, they've
- 15:47Speaker 1: figured out how to suppress. But now they just want
- 15:50Speaker 1: to end it. They want to control it all. And
- 15:53Speaker 1: there's only one reason why they want to control it.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Because if they can control the narrative, if they can
- 15:58Speaker 1: control it all, then they really have to worry about
- 16:03Speaker 1: what's what's true, what's honest, what's fair, what's right, what's legit. No,
- 16:10Speaker 1: they're not to worry about any of that, folks saying
- 16:12Speaker 1: just they can just make it up as they go.
- 16:14Speaker 1: They can go out there and put out propaganda just
- 16:17Speaker 1: like what I mentioned, right, they can they can put
- 16:22Speaker 1: out propaganda against anybody, not just Donald Trump, but any conservative,
- 16:27Speaker 1: and they can tell you that they are right and
- 16:29Speaker 1: the other side is wrong, and they can tell you
- 16:32Speaker 1: that even when the story is real, that it's not real,
- 16:34Speaker 1: that it's silence. Right. Look at this divisive rhetoric that
- 16:40Speaker 1: happened last week from the President United States of America.
- 16:45Speaker 1: When the President comes out and calls half, I mean
- 16:47Speaker 1: trash is half of America saying that you're an extremist,
- 16:53Speaker 1: that you threatened the very foundations of our republic. This
- 16:56Speaker 1: is what dictators and tyrants do and say about the opposition. Party.
- 17:03Speaker 1: President Joe Biden took to social media on Sunday to
- 17:05Speaker 1: trash what he called Maga Agenda, dismissing it and those
- 17:08Speaker 1: Republicans who follow it as again as a threat to
- 17:12Speaker 1: the very fabric of America. This after he did the
- 17:17Speaker 1: speech literally from the Gates of Hell with a red backdrop.
- 17:20Speaker 1: He said on his Twitter account, ready for this. The
- 17:22Speaker 1: Maga Agenda represents an extremism that threatens a very foundation
- 17:27Speaker 1: of our republic. It doesn't respect our constitution. No, we
- 17:30Speaker 1: do actually respect our constitution. We're the ones that don't
- 17:32Speaker 1: want it to be trampled. We believe that the Constitution
- 17:35Speaker 1: is a living document that is literally the basis of America,
- 17:40Speaker 1: and you guys run all over it all the time.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Biden went on to tweet, it doesn't believe in the
- 17:46Speaker 1: rule of law. That's a lie. We're the ones that
- 17:48Speaker 1: are the law and order party. You're the ones that
- 17:53Speaker 1: allow for people to set up third world countries in
- 17:55Speaker 1: the middle of cities. You're the one that allowed for
- 17:57Speaker 1: churches to be burned, for police cars to be burned,
- 18:00Speaker 1: for people to chant what do we want dead cops?
- 18:02Speaker 1: When do we want them. Now, you're the ones that
- 18:04Speaker 1: supported the ransacking and the attacks on cities, the torching
- 18:10Speaker 1: of cities, the torching of government buildings within TIVA and
- 18:14Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter. You guys were raising money for them.
- 18:17Speaker 1: You guys were sitting out tweets supporting them while by
- 18:19Speaker 1: the way, they were doing this. So don't tell me
- 18:25Speaker 1: that we're the threat to that to society. But remember,
- 18:29Speaker 1: if you control the media, you can say stupid crap
- 18:32Speaker 1: like this and everybody will agree with you. He went
- 18:35Speaker 1: on to finally saying, it doesn't recognize the will of
- 18:37Speaker 1: the people. We know that the Democratic Party tried to
- 18:40Speaker 1: overthrow the will of the people by impeaching Donald Trump.
- 18:43Speaker 1: We know that they knew that the documents were created
- 18:46Speaker 1: by them, the Democratic Party, and were created by the
- 18:49Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton campaign, and they used it right. They used
- 18:54Speaker 1: it to overthrow the will of the people. They said,
- 18:57Speaker 1: we want to we want to get rid, we want
- 19:01Speaker 1: to get rid of Donald Trump, and we're gonna overthrow
- 19:05Speaker 1: the will of the people because we don't like who
- 19:07Speaker 1: they voted for. That's what they actually did. Now, before
- 19:11Speaker 1: I get into more of this story, I want to
- 19:12Speaker 1: say thank you and tell you about our good friends
- 19:14Speaker 1: at Legacy Precious Medals. Without them, the show wouldn't be possible.
- 19:18Speaker 1: And if you have not looked at gold and silver
- 19:21Speaker 1: as a way to protect your hard earned dollars against
- 19:23Speaker 1: what happening on Wall Street with inflation, it's time for
- 19:27Speaker 1: you to call them and get the free Investor's Guide.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Why because so many around the world are now using
- 19:32Speaker 1: gold and silver, and historically they have for decades as
- 19:36Speaker 1: a protection, a hedge against inflation, which is exactly what
- 19:39Speaker 1: we're dealing with right now. If you're terrified to look
- 19:42Speaker 1: at your retirement account, your four one case statement because
- 19:44Speaker 1: of what's happening on Wall Street, that's all the more
- 19:48Speaker 1: reason why you should call and get the investors Guide
- 19:50Speaker 1: in gold and silver, protect your hard earned money and diversify.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Call them and get the free Investor's Guide from Legacy
- 19:56Speaker 1: Precious Medals one eight six, six, seven five one twenty
- 20:01Speaker 1: two eighteen. One eight six, six, seven five one twenty
- 20:06Speaker 1: two eighteen are online at Legacy PM investments dot Com.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Faith in Biden and the Democrats direction is still falling
- 20:15Speaker 1: because there still are some people in this country that
- 20:18Speaker 1: I think understand just how bad things actually are. Just
- 20:22Speaker 1: twenty nine percent of Americans believe the country's head in
- 20:25Speaker 1: the right direction. Now all indicators say we're heading the
- 20:29Speaker 1: wrong direction. And then I also tells you how many
- 20:31Speaker 1: stupid people that they are in the world. The fact
- 20:33Speaker 1: that there's people that will dig in regardless of what's
- 20:35Speaker 1: actually happening. And this does concern me as well. You know,
- 20:39Speaker 1: back when Jimmy Carter, by the way, was president and
- 20:42Speaker 1: things were heading the wrong direction, yeah, you still hadn't
- 20:45Speaker 1: close to the same numbers, right, which just means that
- 20:47Speaker 1: there's too many people that dig in on ideology and
- 20:50Speaker 1: refuse to admit when their side screws up. The fact
- 20:54Speaker 1: that there's twenty nine percent of the people in this
- 20:55Speaker 1: country that believe that we're heading the right direction is
- 20:57Speaker 1: insanity unless you understand who those twenty nine percent of
- 21:03Speaker 1: people actually are. I think that's twenty nine percent of
- 21:06Speaker 1: people that truly genuinely want okay, who really, really, really
- 21:12Speaker 1: actually want socialism. They're just straight up willing to admit it. Now.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I want socialism. I want free stuff. I want free healthcare,
- 21:23Speaker 1: I want a free cell phone, I want free college.
- 21:27Speaker 1: I want you to pay off my bills, right, which
- 21:29Speaker 1: is what they're trying to do. With this college loan
- 21:32Speaker 1: forgiveness program. I want I want the government to take
- 21:35Speaker 1: over the media, which is exactly what we're talking about now.
- 21:37Speaker 1: I want them to center and silence stories to the
- 21:39Speaker 1: people that I disagree with, and I want them to
- 21:42Speaker 1: do it now. That's what these thirty percent are. Maybe
- 21:44Speaker 1: they're not that stupid, Maybe they are just dis messed
- 21:47Speaker 1: up that they actually believe that America would be better
- 21:52Speaker 1: off if we were a socialist and communist country. Go
- 21:57Speaker 1: to the story about the w NBA player grind Or
- 22:00Speaker 1: who's still being held in Russia. This is a woman
- 22:03Speaker 1: who said that she believed that the national anthem should
- 22:06Speaker 1: not be played at w NBA games. So woman that
- 22:09Speaker 1: said on multiple occasions that she was pretty much ashamed
- 22:14Speaker 1: of the United States of America. She didn't love America.
- 22:17Speaker 1: She it was the opposite. Should love America, shouldn't like America.
- 22:21Speaker 1: She was ashamed of America's America was a bad place.
- 22:25Speaker 1: You can never forget who these people are, you can
- 22:28Speaker 1: never forget what they stand for, you can never forget
- 22:30Speaker 1: what they believe. This is what they believe. And there
- 22:38Speaker 1: is a real shift tappening now. You know. I think
- 22:40Speaker 1: the people that were dug in with Jimmy Carter, and
- 22:44Speaker 1: even when things are heading in the wrong direction, that
- 22:46Speaker 1: twenty plus percent, I think it was just more or
- 22:49Speaker 1: less because they didn't want to admit that they were wrong.
- 22:51Speaker 1: And people hate admitting when they're wrong. It's natural instinct
- 22:56Speaker 1: to not want to say, yep, I'm wrong. I voted
- 22:58Speaker 1: for this guy, and I was an idiot. It right.
- 23:01Speaker 1: I voted for this moron, and it's on me, my bad.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Referring to Joe Biden, there are people that just don't
- 23:08Speaker 1: want to admit they made a mistake. But I think
- 23:12Speaker 1: that's now. You know, Jimmy Carter had that. This time.
- 23:15Speaker 1: It is different. There people saying no, no no, you don't understand.
- 23:17Speaker 1: I want full blown socialism. I'm fine with us becoming
- 23:22Speaker 1: a communist country. I think Britney Griner is a great
- 23:24Speaker 1: example of that. I think many on the left or
- 23:27Speaker 1: agree with that. The fact they want there to be
- 23:29Speaker 1: this new law with standards with journalism, which will only
- 23:32Speaker 1: allow for the establishment media, the liberal media, to have
- 23:35Speaker 1: all the power into silence and shut down anybody else
- 23:38Speaker 1: that's not giving the government's narrative. You look at this lawsuit,
- 23:45Speaker 1: and I mentioned it earlier but the Biden administration big
- 23:48Speaker 1: tech colluded to suppress free speech during the pandemic, with
- 23:54Speaker 1: at least eighty eight separate communications with the Missouri Attorney
- 23:58Speaker 1: General revealed last week. You had Missouri and the Louisiana
- 24:02Speaker 1: Attorney generals Jeff Landry file the lawsuit May sought to
- 24:06Speaker 1: expose how top Biden administration officials colluded with social media
- 24:11Speaker 1: companies a censor free speech on a number of topics,
- 24:14Speaker 1: including COVID nineteen. They won the lawsuit in July. Then
- 24:18Speaker 1: the Department of Justice was forced to reveal to the
- 24:21Speaker 1: plaintiffs in total, and these are the ones that we
- 24:24Speaker 1: know about. I'm assuming this is probably not all of
- 24:26Speaker 1: them realistically, but eighty eight different communications between the Biden
- 24:31Speaker 1: administration and social media companies that showed exactly how the
- 24:35Speaker 1: Biden administration operated and how big tech worked together and
- 24:39Speaker 1: operated together to censor freedom of speech. And there's thirty
- 24:44Speaker 1: percent of Americans that love this. You look at how
- 24:49Speaker 1: many different defendants were identified. Forty five federal officials at
- 24:55Speaker 1: the top levels of the Department of Homeland Security, at
- 24:59Speaker 1: the CDC, at the NIAID under Fauci, and the CISA,
- 25:04Speaker 1: as well as the Office of the Surgeon General, all
- 25:07Speaker 1: of which are contained in either the Department of Home
- 25:10Speaker 1: and Security or the Health and Human Services Division. Communicated
- 25:14Speaker 1: directly with top lelevel people at social media platforms and
- 25:18Speaker 1: told them what to do, told them what to label
- 25:21Speaker 1: is misinformation, told them what to label it was censorship,
- 25:26Speaker 1: and then you have beyond the DOJ. Meta Also that's
- 25:31Speaker 1: a new name for Facebook. The company Meta identified thirty
- 25:35Speaker 1: two additional federal officials, including White House officials, who communicated
- 25:43Speaker 1: directly with them on what they wanted to silence or censor.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Look at YouTube. YouTube was forced to identify eleven federal officials,
- 25:56Speaker 1: including White House officials, who can communicate with them, many
- 26:00Speaker 1: of whom were not disclosed by the Department of Justice.
- 26:05Speaker 1: The AG gave specific examples of how the Biden administration
- 26:08Speaker 1: and big tech coordinated to suppress freedom of speech on
- 26:11Speaker 1: their platforms. For example, a senior Facebook officials send an
- 26:15Speaker 1: email to the Surgeon General stating quote, I know our
- 26:19Speaker 1: teams met today to better understand the scope of what
- 26:22Speaker 1: the White House expects from us on misinformation going forward.
- 26:29Speaker 1: The email. This email chain followed the Surgeon General's Misinformation
- 26:33Speaker 1: Health Advisory in July of twenty twenty one, the same
- 26:36Speaker 1: by the way, senior officials send a letter and send
- 26:39Speaker 1: an email to the Health and Human HHS and noted
- 26:43Speaker 1: thank you again for taking time to meet earlier today.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Then the official continue to discuss how Facebook is taking
- 26:49Speaker 1: even more steps to censor freedom of speech. We have
- 26:54Speaker 1: further communications that have come out from this lawsuit showing
- 26:56Speaker 1: that Facebook is increasing quote the strength of our demotions,
- 27:01Speaker 1: meaning that you can post something but no one will
- 27:03Speaker 1: see it for anything that it questions the government's propaganda
- 27:09Speaker 1: on COVID and vaccine related content, and how they will
- 27:14Speaker 1: use fact checkers to rate many posts that they don't
- 27:17Speaker 1: want out there is partially false or missing context, so
- 27:19Speaker 1: then no one will see it. They see that content
- 27:22Speaker 1: will now be demoted at the same strength that we
- 27:25Speaker 1: demote any content on our platform rated falls. So even
- 27:28Speaker 1: if you put something up there and they can say,
- 27:29Speaker 1: and it's very easy to rate something as quote missing
- 27:32Speaker 1: contexts Okay, you need to understand that as well. Putting
- 27:35Speaker 1: something up there that is missing context is not hard.
- 27:38Speaker 1: It's actually incredibly easy. And when you do that, when
- 27:46Speaker 1: you put it up there that way, they said, all right, well,
- 27:48Speaker 1: we'll make sure that anything in that scenario, right, anything
- 27:51Speaker 1: that is that way, right an anything that goes in
- 27:55Speaker 1: that capacity, what we will do is we will we
- 28:00Speaker 1: will suppress it at the same level as if you
- 28:05Speaker 1: put out something that was totally false. Thirty percent of
- 28:10Speaker 1: the American people actually love this, right, That's that's what
- 28:15Speaker 1: this is. Okay. You need to realize that thirty percent
- 28:18Speaker 1: of this country is like, yeah, let's go full blown socialist,
- 28:22Speaker 1: let's go full blown communists. Let's go full blown government
- 28:25Speaker 1: regulate everything. This is no different than what they do
- 28:28Speaker 1: in Russia, folks, so different than what they do in China.
- 28:31Speaker 1: And there's thirty percent of Americans now that are on
- 28:34Speaker 1: the record is openly saying, yes, this is what I want.
- 28:37Speaker 1: This is what America needs. We need to fundamentally change
- 28:39Speaker 1: this country forever. Make sure by the way that you
