Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: A lot of you have asked me the question on
- 0:03Speaker 1: social media. You can always send me your questions. I
- 0:06Speaker 1: love it when I get them from you. What's next?
- 0:09Speaker 1: What happens? What are the takeaways from this shocking moment
- 0:13Speaker 1: when Hunter Biden's plea deal evaporated, exploded into thin air.
- 0:18Speaker 2: I'm going to explain to you exactly what is next.
- 0:21Speaker 1: But before I get into that, there's some other big
- 0:24Speaker 1: breaking news that is not being covered right now, and
- 0:27Speaker 1: I want to bring it to you. Congressman Jim Jordan
- 0:31Speaker 1: has just obtained Facebook files, and these files are now
- 0:37Speaker 1: showing that White House, the White House pressured Facebook to
- 0:43Speaker 1: censor specific Americans that they didn't like that we're saying
- 0:47Speaker 1: things online.
- 0:49Speaker 2: And they did it.
- 0:51Speaker 1: These never before seen emails from within, meaning internally at
- 0:57Speaker 1: Facebook have now been obtained by the House Judiciary Committee
- 1:02Speaker 1: Chairman Jim Jordan and is now shedding light on how
- 1:06Speaker 1: the White House and specifically Biden appointed government officials pressure
- 1:13Speaker 1: the tech giant to infringe on the First Amendment rights
- 1:17Speaker 1: of countless Americans that they didn't like politically. Breitbart is
- 1:23Speaker 1: now reporting that Facebook initially resisted the Judiciary Committee's subpoena
- 1:30Speaker 1: of internal communications about White House pressure that led the
- 1:35Speaker 1: committee and the chairman Jim Jordan, to schedule a vote
- 1:39Speaker 1: to hold Mark Zuckerberg in contempt of Congress if his
- 1:42Speaker 1: company did not turn over the documents that they have requested.
- 1:48Speaker 1: After this threat of congressional censure, Facebook appears to have
- 1:52Speaker 1: turned over those required documents, which reveal more of the
- 1:57Speaker 1: Biden administration's rious pressure campaign against the company to suppress
- 2:04Speaker 1: discussion about important issues that are affecting Americans. Now we're
- 2:08Speaker 1: not just talking about the Biden crime family. I want
- 2:11Speaker 1: to be very clear. We're also talking about things like vaccines, COVID,
- 2:15Speaker 1: the list goes on and on. In other words, if
- 2:18Speaker 1: the White House has an agenda item or has a
- 2:22Speaker 1: narrative out there or something that they do not like,
- 2:26Speaker 1: they just went straight to Facebook and said, hey, here's
- 2:29Speaker 1: the person we need you to shut down, and Facebook
- 2:33Speaker 1: did it. Representative Jim Jordan posted the material in a
- 2:37Speaker 1: long thread earlier today, saying, in April of twenty twenty one,
- 2:43Speaker 1: a Facebook employee circulated an email from Facebook CEO Mark
- 2:47Speaker 1: Zuckerberg to the CEO, the chief operating officer, Cheryl Samberg,
- 2:52Speaker 1: writing quote, we are facing continued pressure from external stakeholders,
- 2:58Speaker 1: including the White House, to remove posts. In another April
- 3:04Speaker 1: twenty twenty one email, Nick Clegg, Facebook's president for Global Affairs,
- 3:10Speaker 1: informed his team at Facebook that Andy Slavitt, a senior
- 3:15Speaker 1: advisor to President Biden, was outraged that Facebook did not
- 3:20Speaker 1: remove a particular post. When Clegg countered that removing content
- 3:26Speaker 1: like that would represent a significant incursion into traditional boundaries
- 3:32Speaker 1: of free expression in the US, Slavitt disregard the warning
- 3:36Speaker 1: and the First Amendment. No surprise there that this White
- 3:40Speaker 1: House doesn't believe in your First Amendment rights. What happened
- 3:45Speaker 1: next is the big question. Facebook then panicked. In another
- 3:50Speaker 1: April twenty twenty one email, Brian Rice, which is Facebook's
- 3:55Speaker 1: vice president of public policy, raise the concern it Slavit's
- 4:00Speaker 1: challenge felt quote very much like a crossroads for us
- 4:05Speaker 1: with the Biden White House in these early days quote unquote,
- 4:09Speaker 1: but Facebook wanted to repair its relationship with the White
- 4:13Speaker 1: House to avoid adverse action, saying this quote, given what
- 4:18Speaker 1: is at stake here, it would also be a good
- 4:20Speaker 1: idea if we could regroup and take stock of where
- 4:24Speaker 1: we are in our relations with the White House and
- 4:28Speaker 1: our internal methods too. So Facebook gets pressure. White House
- 4:33Speaker 1: basically puts out in essence of threat. Facebook understands this threat.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Facebook then decides to do whatever the White House decides
- 4:40Speaker 1: to do now. Representative Jordan also revealed that the White
- 4:45Speaker 1: House demanded to know why Facebook had not censored a
- 4:52Speaker 1: clip listen carefully from Tucker Carlson's show on Fox News
- 4:59Speaker 1: and respond. Facebook was quote ready to tell the White
- 5:02Speaker 1: House that it had demoted a video, meaning that you
- 5:07Speaker 1: can't find it easily. It's not put out there on
- 5:09Speaker 1: people's timelines. In other words, if a big tree falls
- 5:13Speaker 1: in the forest and no one's around, did it make
- 5:15Speaker 1: a noise? That's what Facebook did to Tucker Carlson's video.
- 5:19Speaker 1: They demoted a video that was posted by Tucker Carlson
- 5:23Speaker 1: by fifty percent quote unquote in response to the White
- 5:27Speaker 1: House's demands, even though the post didn't violate any of
- 5:32Speaker 1: Facebook's policies. So, in other words, the White House could
- 5:35Speaker 1: just say, hey, we don't like this, it doesn't break
- 5:40Speaker 1: any of Facebook's policies, and Facebook would then take it
- 5:43Speaker 1: down anyway. Jordan also revealed that the US Surgeon General
- 5:50Speaker 1: also intervened to ask why Facebook had not censored the
- 5:56Speaker 1: so called disinformation doesn't a group of accounts questioning official
- 6:02Speaker 1: COVID nineteen policy. The Judiciary Committee chairman also noted how
- 6:07Speaker 1: difficult it was to obtain the information from Facebook, and
- 6:10Speaker 1: we now know why Facebook. This was such damning information
- 6:14Speaker 1: that every single person that's listening now understands that Facebook
- 6:17Speaker 1: was literally taking orders from the government to silence people
- 6:21Speaker 1: who broke no rules at all, solely based on what
- 6:24Speaker 1: you were saying. Does a violation of your free speech? Quote?
- 6:29Speaker 1: Only after the Committee announced its intention to hold Mark
- 6:32Speaker 1: Zuckerberg in contempt did Facebook produce any internal documents to
- 6:36Speaker 1: the committee, including these documents which proved that government pressure
- 6:42Speaker 1: was directly responsible for censorship on Facebook.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Jordan said, before I do that.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Let me tell you about our good friends ofver COVID
- 6:51Speaker 1: tax relief dot org. Look, you did the tough thing
- 6:54Speaker 1: during COVID. You paid your people and pulled your business
- 6:57Speaker 1: through the pandemic, and now doing the tough thing could
- 7:00Speaker 1: qualify you for a twenty six thousand dollars per employee
- 7:05Speaker 1: At COVID tax relief dot Org. Government funds are available
- 7:09Speaker 1: to reward companies with two or more employees who stayed
- 7:13Speaker 1: open during COVID. This is not a loan, and you
- 7:17Speaker 1: don't have to pay it back. Look, this program is complicated,
- 7:20Speaker 1: but nobody knows more about it than the CPAs and
- 7:23Speaker 1: tax experts at Consumer Tax Advocates. The best part is
- 7:27Speaker 1: you pay nothing upfront, They do all the work, and
- 7:30Speaker 1: then they share percentage of cash that you get. Businesses
- 7:33Speaker 1: of all types, including nonprofits and churches can qualify, including
- 7:37Speaker 1: those who took PBP loans. Even if you had increases
- 7:41Speaker 1: in sales, you did the tough thing for your employees
- 7:44Speaker 1: during COVID Let COVID tax Relief dot org help get
- 7:48Speaker 1: you up to twenty six thousand dollars per employee. Visit
- 7:52Speaker 1: COVID tax Relief dot org. That's COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 7:56Speaker 1: COVID tax Relief dot org. Now you put this into
- 8:01Speaker 1: comparison with where we are now with social media. Anytime
- 8:05Speaker 1: you put something up there that they don't like, they
- 8:07Speaker 1: will silence, censor you, destroy your account, and threaten to
- 8:09Speaker 1: shut down your account forever.
- 8:11Speaker 2: How do I know this? It just happened to me.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I posted an article or actually a picture that dealt
- 8:19Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden. The people at Facebook clearly didn't like it.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Now I have a warning on my account that tells
- 8:28Speaker 1: me that there is a chance that my account could
- 8:31Speaker 1: be shut down if I have quote any more violations.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So the one point two million people that are on
- 8:40Speaker 1: my account right now, they're saying, if I have another violation,
- 8:43Speaker 1: they may shut down my account forever. The other thing
- 8:47Speaker 1: we know is they have completely silenced the reach of
- 8:50Speaker 1: our page. How do we know this? We posted a link,
- 8:54Speaker 1: for example, to our podcast this morning. There's one point
- 8:57Speaker 1: two million people on my page. The total interactions is
- 9:03Speaker 1: eighty five. That's it, eighty five people. You're telling me
- 9:07Speaker 1: that with one point two million people, only eighty five
- 9:10Speaker 1: are going to interact with a post that I have.
- 9:13Speaker 1: That's how you know that your page has been basically
- 9:16Speaker 1: shut down even though you have it. It says when
- 9:19Speaker 1: I log in, quote, don't lose your page. If you
- 9:23Speaker 1: get a few more Community Standard violations, you could lose
- 9:26Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson forever. That's said, since I'm Ben Ferguson, nobody
- 9:31Speaker 1: wants that help out by appealing violations you disagree with,
- 9:34Speaker 1: but more importantly, try to share content that follows the rules.
- 9:37Speaker 1: They then go on to say, and it says, then
- 9:40Speaker 1: your page quality page is at risk, Yes, pages at risk.
- 9:45Speaker 2: So what is my violation?
- 9:46Speaker 1: I posted a picture of Hunter Biden from his laptop
- 9:50Speaker 1: that they said goes against our community standards. They said
- 9:55Speaker 1: that I shared a piece of content because it was
- 9:57Speaker 1: a blurred out naked Hunter Biden that went against our
- 10:01Speaker 1: rules on sexual exploitation of adults.
- 10:04Speaker 2: I'm not joking.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Then below that it says your page is restricted because
- 10:10Speaker 1: you didn't follow community's standards. We know we're not always right,
- 10:14Speaker 1: so if you think we got it wrong, you can
- 10:15Speaker 1: disagree with our decision and in some cases get the
- 10:18Speaker 1: restriction removed.
- 10:20Speaker 2: So we did that.
- 10:22Speaker 1: The administration of Facebook disagreed and they said we're keeping
- 10:26Speaker 1: it down. Then under that it says on our Facebook page,
- 10:29Speaker 1: your pages at risk of being unpublished and has reduced
- 10:32Speaker 1: distribution and other restrictions due to community standard violations. So
- 10:37Speaker 1: I post a picture of Hunter Biden from his own
- 10:39Speaker 1: laptop that's been in The picture been used in the media.
- 10:43Speaker 1: It is blurred out of anything that would be sexual
- 10:46Speaker 1: exploitation of an adult, and Facebook, because it's against Hunter Biden,
- 10:51Speaker 1: accuses me of breaking the rules on sexual exploitation of adults.
- 10:57Speaker 1: The same picture I use, which is blurred out is
- 11:00Speaker 1: the same picture that's been used on the news. So
- 11:04Speaker 1: the question is is that censorship. I'll let you decide. Now,
- 11:10Speaker 1: if you apply what I just told you that Jim
- 11:14Speaker 1: Jordan has exposed with Facebook to the Hunter Biden investigation
- 11:18Speaker 1: that's now the Biden crime family investigation, it actually makes
- 11:22Speaker 1: a lot of sense. This is why Hunter Biden believed,
- 11:26Speaker 1: and his lawyers believed in the DOJ and the FBI
- 11:29Speaker 1: and everybody else involved in this cover up believe they
- 11:32Speaker 1: could get away with it because they could silence and
- 11:35Speaker 1: censor any story they believe before it got too big.
- 11:38Speaker 1: In fact, they could silence and sence of the biggest
- 11:40Speaker 1: stories we've ever seen politically since Watergate. Now, if you
- 11:44Speaker 1: look at Watergate and you go back and you actually
- 11:47Speaker 1: just remember Watergate, go watch any of the movies on it,
- 11:50Speaker 1: Go watch anything are the Pentagon files, the Pentagon papers,
- 11:54Speaker 1: for example. You can watch that Washington Post article there.
- 11:58Speaker 1: It's unbelievable. I mean, it's true, unbelievable. Okay, it's incredible.
- 12:03Speaker 1: And what you learn is what you realize is that
- 12:09Speaker 1: this story is bigger than all of those, Okay, every
- 12:12Speaker 1: the story is so much bigger. Then this story is
- 12:17Speaker 1: than even Nixon and Watergate. What the Bidens have done
- 12:20Speaker 1: selling access to America, What the Bidens have done selling
- 12:24Speaker 1: us out, not just selling us out, but to our adversaries.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Then if you.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Look at them silencing and censoring, the story, the story
- 12:34Speaker 1: that I'm talking about is a pretty clear story. The
- 12:37Speaker 1: story that I'm referencing is the Biden laptop, the Hunter
- 12:42Speaker 1: Byden laptop. You got to go back and remember it.
- 12:45Speaker 1: They silence the whole damn thing. You couldn't post it,
- 12:49Speaker 1: you couldn't tweet it, you could say something about it,
- 12:52Speaker 1: but no one would see it on Facebook, all because
- 12:55Speaker 1: the government got involved and went to big tech and said,
- 12:58Speaker 1: silence it, censor it, shut it down.
- 13:01Speaker 2: That's what happened. Like, that's the reality of the situation.
- 13:05Speaker 1: And if you're the Bidens, then you probably thought, dude,
- 13:08Speaker 1: we can get away with this plea deal. We can
- 13:09Speaker 1: get away with this agreement, this proposal for this plea
- 13:13Speaker 1: agreement which will give no jail time to Hunter Biden.
- 13:16Speaker 1: And actually it's it's the best plea deal I've ever
- 13:19Speaker 1: seen because it gave him protection from all other investigations
- 13:24Speaker 1: and being charged with any of the other crimes like this.
- 13:27Speaker 1: You couldn't have written a better deal for Hunter Biden
- 13:32Speaker 1: or the Biden crime family.
- 13:33Speaker 2: In fact, I would take this step further.
- 13:35Speaker 1: If you knew that you could start a criminal enterprise,
- 13:38Speaker 1: you could run that criminal enterprise for decades and then
- 13:41Speaker 1: when you got caught, and if you knew you were
- 13:43Speaker 1: gonna get caught, like if someone came and said, hey,
- 13:44Speaker 1: you can be You can take bribes from anybody who
- 13:48Speaker 1: want to around the world. You can sell access to
- 13:50Speaker 1: America to anybody that's wanting to give you cash. But
- 13:53Speaker 1: one day you're gonna get caught. And when you do,
- 13:55Speaker 1: here's what's going to happen to you. You're gonna plead
- 13:58Speaker 1: out to these estimators on things that have nothing to
- 14:01Speaker 1: do with the worst crimes that you committed. And then
- 14:05Speaker 1: you're going to get immunity from all your other sins
- 14:08Speaker 1: that you've committed, all the other crimes you've committed in
- 14:11Speaker 1: your past at that moment, and then you got to
- 14:13Speaker 1: go clean. Ninety percent of I think people would take
- 14:17Speaker 1: that deal. They would say, let me get this straight.
- 14:20Speaker 1: I can start a criminal enterprise.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Yes you can. Okay, so I can start a criminal enterprise.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I can do whatever I want to I can sell
- 14:28Speaker 1: American secrets or or our American favors.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Maybe is a better way of putting it.
- 14:35Speaker 1: And then when I get caught, you're telling me I
- 14:37Speaker 1: won't go to jail and you'll give me a plea
- 14:39Speaker 1: deal that protects me from all of the worst things
- 14:41Speaker 1: that I ever did by charging me with the things
- 14:43Speaker 1: that are no big deal to the point where I'm
- 14:45Speaker 1: not going to go to jail.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Yes, that's what we're saying.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Now, if you think about that deal, Okay, you think
- 14:53Speaker 1: about what that deal means. Every criminal would take that deal. Okay,
- 14:59Speaker 1: let's let's just start with that. Like, every criminal would
- 15:04Speaker 1: take that deal. Happily. They would take it because it's
- 15:08Speaker 1: the best deal. You can't write it better. Well, now
- 15:11Speaker 1: we know what was in this plea deal. Now we
- 15:13Speaker 1: know it's in what was in it. And the reason
- 15:14Speaker 1: why I know that is because Politico has obtained the
- 15:17Speaker 1: document that was laying out the proposed plea deal that
- 15:20Speaker 1: the federal judge blocked on Wednesday. I'm going to read
- 15:23Speaker 1: from you from Politico. Hunter Biden's plea deal is on
- 15:26Speaker 1: hold after judge raised questions Wednesday about the proposed plea
- 15:30Speaker 1: agreement and a related agreement, known as a pre trial
- 15:32Speaker 1: diversion program. Lawyers detailed aspects of the proposed deal in court,
- 15:38Speaker 1: but the documents themselves have not been published on the
- 15:41Speaker 1: court's docket. Why you can ask that question and guess
- 15:46Speaker 1: the answer. Politico, however, obtained them and is publishing them here.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Politico also obtained a transcript of Wednesday's hearing. It's also
- 15:55Speaker 1: published below. Now, under the proposed plea agreement and a
- 15:59Speaker 1: version of agreement, Biden would plead guilty to two misdemeanor
- 16:03Speaker 1: tax charges and would be able to avoid punishment on
- 16:07Speaker 1: a felony gun charge if he stayed out of trouble
- 16:09Speaker 1: for two years, like this is the greatest deal ever.
- 16:12Speaker 1: But attends court hearing, US District judge questioned the constitutionality
- 16:17Speaker 1: of the diversion agreement and refuse to sign off on
- 16:19Speaker 1: the deal at least for now. Lawyers are due back
- 16:22Speaker 1: in court in several weeks to revisit the issue this
- 16:26Speaker 1: plea agreement, and it's long. I want to make that clear, Okay,
- 16:30Speaker 1: this this this plea, This plea agreement is one that
- 16:34Speaker 1: is shocking to me because what it says in there
- 16:39Speaker 1: is that in essence, we're going to hold them accountable
- 16:41Speaker 1: for nothing that we know that he did criminally early on,
- 16:46Speaker 1: and we're going to hold him accountable for some misdemeanors
- 16:49Speaker 1: here that he won't go to jail for. And the
- 16:53Speaker 1: fines are not even like real fines. It's almost a joke.
- 16:57Speaker 1: That's the deal. When you read it. It also is like, oh,
- 17:02Speaker 1: and by the way, if you take this deal, you
- 17:04Speaker 1: can't charge them with any other crimes forever and ever,
- 17:07Speaker 1: Amen that he did in the past. That's not how
- 17:10Speaker 1: this is supposed to work. That's not how any of
- 17:13Speaker 1: this is supposed to work. Now, before I get into
- 17:16Speaker 1: more of this story, I want to say thank you
- 17:18Speaker 1: and tell you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Every day we hear about another familiar brand selling out
- 17:24Speaker 1: their customers and going all woke. Americans are sick and
- 17:28Speaker 1: tired of having leftist propaganda jammed into every product we consume.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Woke mobile companies are no different. For years, probably the
- 17:38Speaker 1: cell phone provider you have right now has been dumping
- 17:40Speaker 1: millions of dollars into liberal causes, including planned parenthood, and
- 17:45Speaker 1: you had to deal with it because you had to
- 17:47Speaker 1: have a.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Cell phone and there was no alternative. Well not anymore.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Now you can switch to Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian
- 17:54Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider, offering dependable nationwide coverage on all three
- 18:00Speaker 1: major network so you get the best possible coverage in
- 18:03Speaker 1: your area, minus the low leftist propaganda. When you switch
- 18:08Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile, you're sending a message that you support
- 18:10Speaker 1: free speech, religious freedom, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment,
- 18:14Speaker 1: and our military veterans and first responder heroes. They have
- 18:17Speaker 1: one hundred percent US based customer service team that makes
- 18:20Speaker 1: switching easy. You get to keep your same phone and
- 18:24Speaker 1: your same phone number two or upgrade to a new
- 18:26Speaker 1: phone if you want to go right now to Patriotmobile
- 18:30Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson,
- 18:36Speaker 1: or call them eight seven eight Patriot. That's eight seven
- 18:40Speaker 1: eight Patriot. Use the promo code ferguson and you will
- 18:44Speaker 1: get the best deals of the year Patriot Mobile dot
- 18:47Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or eight seven eight Patriot. Now, while
- 18:52Speaker 1: all of this is happening, okay, well every bit of
- 18:56Speaker 1: this is happening, the media is trying to figure out
- 18:58Speaker 1: what the hell to do. They don't know how to
- 19:00Speaker 1: cover this because they can't decide if they want to
- 19:02Speaker 1: get rid of Hunter Biden or Joe Biden because he's
- 19:05Speaker 1: such a political liability now, or if they want to
- 19:08Speaker 1: just go back to Trump as bad Orange Man bad
- 19:10Speaker 1: and we'll beat him that way. How do I know this,
- 19:14Speaker 1: NBC News is Andrea Mitchell actually apologized to a Democratic
- 19:19Speaker 1: senator because she mentioned Hunter Biden and Donald Trump at
- 19:25Speaker 1: the same time while having an interview.
- 19:28Speaker 2: I wish I was joking. I'm not listen though, to.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Donald Trump and Hunter Biden. Actually, your reaction as a
- 19:39Speaker 3: family friend, as a Delaware senator is a long time,
- 19:42Speaker 3: you know, intimate of the Biden's to this. It's more
- 19:46Speaker 3: than a hiccup. The deal fell apart and it has
- 19:49Speaker 3: to be put back together again if he's going to
- 19:52Speaker 3: figure out a way not to face a trial.
- 19:55Speaker 4: Well, Andrew, you asked me to comment on both Donald
- 19:57Speaker 4: Trump and Hunter Biden, and I'll speak briefly to their
- 20:00Speaker 4: respective legal challenges. The press is reporting that Donald Trump,
- 20:05Speaker 4: former President Trump's lawyers have been notified by Jack Smith
- 20:09Speaker 4: that he may well be indicted in the coming day
- 20:13Speaker 4: or two for his alleged role in the January sixth insurrection.
- 20:17Speaker 4: Anne Hunter Biden, as you just referenced, had a hearing
- 20:22Speaker 4: in front of a distrecord judge in Delaware about.
- 20:24Speaker 2: A plea deal.
- 20:26Speaker 4: The judge expressed some real concerns about the supervision of
- 20:30Speaker 4: a piece of that agreement that would have allowed a
- 20:33Speaker 4: Hunter to avoid any prosecution for a gun related offense.
- 20:37Speaker 4: This is a common practice in prosecutions where your first
- 20:41Speaker 4: time offender, the offense is related to drug abuse, and
- 20:45Speaker 4: you enter into a supervision agreement or as long as
- 20:47Speaker 4: you do not re offend in terms of anything involving
- 20:51Speaker 4: owning weapons or substance abuse, that that record is expunged.
- 20:56Speaker 4: This was not unusual, but in this particular case, judge
- 21:00Speaker 4: was asking about who is going to supervise that that
- 21:03Speaker 4: piece of it fell apart. I expect that they'll be
- 21:05Speaker 4: back in front of the judge with a revised deal
- 21:08Speaker 4: in a matter of weeks.
- 21:09Speaker 2: Here's what now. Listen to Koons here.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Okay, this is Biden's campaign co chair, Senator Chris Coons
- 21:17Speaker 1: from Delaware. All right, he's asked about the failure to
- 21:20Speaker 1: reach a plea deal in the Hunter Biden case.
- 21:23Speaker 2: He's asked about this fell apart. This is a big deal.
- 21:26Speaker 1: They understand how bad this And immediately he's like, ah,
- 21:28Speaker 1: this isn't a big deal. Now he's asked about this
- 21:31Speaker 1: and Donald Trump, because right, they need some sort of diversion.
- 21:34Speaker 1: And now we're on grand jury watch for another indictment
- 21:38Speaker 1: of Donald Trump, because that's what the left does, right,
- 21:41Speaker 1: You nail them on something they've done, and they immediately say,
- 21:44Speaker 1: all right, we'll go after Donald Trump again. We'll charge
- 21:45Speaker 1: Donald Trump with some other other crimes and that'll take
- 21:48Speaker 1: away from the Hunter Biden story, so it's not on
- 21:50Speaker 1: the headlines anymore. So we'll go back to Orange. Man
- 21:53Speaker 1: is bad. That's the plan each and every time. This
- 21:59Speaker 1: second part this clip is amazing, right, he goes on
- 22:02Speaker 1: at the first part, is like, wow, there's no problems here.
- 22:05Speaker 1: They're going to figure this deal out. It's going to
- 22:07Speaker 1: get done. We're not worried. Everything's fine. However, let me
- 22:10Speaker 1: tell you something about Donald Trump. And second, how dare
- 22:14Speaker 1: you bring up the two at the same time, acting
- 22:17Speaker 1: like they should even be in the same sentence.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Listen matters, Andrea.
- 22:21Speaker 4: In one case, it is the former president who is
- 22:25Speaker 4: trying to be the presidential nominee for the Republican Party.
- 22:28Speaker 4: Who is facing very real legal challenges. In the other case,
- 22:32Speaker 4: it's a private citizen, yes, the president's son, but someone
- 22:35Speaker 4: who never served in the White House, who had no
- 22:37Speaker 4: official role. I think that is a significant difference. None
- 22:41Speaker 4: of this that relates to Hunter Biden and his history
- 22:44Speaker 4: of substance abuse and his plea deal and the District
- 22:46Speaker 4: Cord of Delaware relates to President By All of the
- 22:50Speaker 4: charges that have already been laid against former President Trump
- 22:53Speaker 4: in other contexts and that may soon be further advanced
- 22:56Speaker 4: by an indictment, directly relates to the conduct of former
- 23:00Speaker 4: President Trump in this case in office, conduct that resulted
- 23:04Speaker 4: in an armed gang assaulting the building that I am
- 23:07Speaker 4: in here in the United States Capitol.
- 23:10Speaker 2: So let's just be clear.
- 23:12Speaker 4: One is about the conduct of a former president in office,
- 23:15Speaker 4: and the other is about a private citizen, the son
- 23:18Speaker 4: of the current president.
- 23:19Speaker 2: There's a stark difference.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Now, you are absolutely correct, and I should not have
- 23:23Speaker 3: analogized those two things together in my haste. There's no
- 23:28Speaker 3: question that there are of very very different proportions. There's
- 23:33Speaker 3: no comparison. What I meant to be asking you, in
- 23:37Speaker 3: my defense, is are you concerned about the House Republicans
- 23:40Speaker 3: trying to make much of this now and saying that
- 23:43Speaker 3: there is something to be investigated that could warrant in
- 23:47Speaker 3: opening an impeachment inquiry of the sitting president of the
- 23:50Speaker 3: United States based on the fact that there is an ongoing.
- 23:52Speaker 2: But by the way, give me this out there.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Does it not sound like Andrew Mitchell has now become
- 23:56Speaker 1: the female version of Joe Biden. She can barely get
- 23:59Speaker 1: a sentence out, like it's like she's almost going to
- 24:02Speaker 1: fall asleep the entire time she's doing the interview. And
- 24:06Speaker 1: then she apologized, like, I am so sorry I brought
- 24:09Speaker 1: that up that way. I didn't mean to bring that up.
- 24:11Speaker 1: You're right, there's no comparison between the two. I would argue,
- 24:14Speaker 1: actually that that's correct, but not for the same logic
- 24:17Speaker 1: or the reason they're.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Saying that it's somehow different.
- 24:19Speaker 1: I would say that what she's saying is accurate, and
- 24:22Speaker 1: what she's saying is correct only in the perspective, okay,
- 24:27Speaker 1: that what has happened with Hunter Biden and Joe Biden
- 24:31Speaker 1: and the Biden crime family is so egregious, is so
- 24:36Speaker 1: egregious compared to what Donald Trump has not done. That
- 24:45Speaker 1: is the difference here, and I think everybody understands that.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I think everybody should understand it and gets the difference here.
- 24:55Speaker 1: The difference is very significant in these two scenario.
- 25:01Speaker 2: It's ridiculous to.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Imply that Hunter Biden is the same as Donald Trump, right, Like, yes,
- 25:10Speaker 1: I agree, because what Hunter Biden did is is completely
- 25:15Speaker 1: he sold out the United States of America.
- 25:17Speaker 2: That's a simple way of putting it.
- 25:19Speaker 1: He sold out the United States of America to the
- 25:22Speaker 1: highest bidder on multiple occasions, right, on multiple occasions, multiple
- 25:28Speaker 1: times he sold them out.
- 25:31Speaker 2: He sold him out, and he said, see ya, he
- 25:34Speaker 2: sold him out.
- 25:34Speaker 1: And he was like, yeah, absolutely, ten million. Yeah, we'll fire,
- 25:40Speaker 1: We'll get people in your own and your country fired,
- 25:43Speaker 1: and we'll hold up American loans in Ukraine. Chinese communist government. Yeah,
- 25:47Speaker 1: we'll take your money. We love a billion dollar loans,
- 25:50Speaker 1: We love millions of dollars to go directly into our
- 25:53Speaker 1: bank accounts. This sounds amazing to us. Absolutely, let's do it.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Sign us up. They are very different. But when you
- 26:03Speaker 1: hear Andrew and Mitchell, this is apologizing for asking about
- 26:06Speaker 1: the two different legal woes. There's also one other thing
- 26:09Speaker 1: I want to mention real quick, because I think this
- 26:10Speaker 1: is really important. So you understand that there is there
- 26:14Speaker 1: was an obsession today that Donald Trump was going to
- 26:17Speaker 1: get indicted and they had like this ticker up on
- 26:20Speaker 1: TV of the grand jury watch and a building, a
- 26:23Speaker 1: random building on on two of the liberal networks today.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I saw that, and it just tells you how much
- 26:31Speaker 1: the media is willing to carry water for the Biden
- 26:36Speaker 1: crime family like that. They'll do anything. They'll change headlines, right,
- 26:41Speaker 1: They'll they'll put up a box of a grand jury watch.
- 26:44Speaker 1: And so it's like, all right, well if you if
- 26:46Speaker 1: if Joe Biden's bad, then we're gonna make sure the
- 26:49Speaker 1: other side's bad too, Right, if Joe Biden's in trouble,
- 26:53Speaker 1: or the Biden crime families in trouble, then just know
- 26:55Speaker 1: we're gonna we're gonna make sure that other people are
- 26:57Speaker 1: in trouble too. That that's the that's a game plan here,
- 27:01Speaker 1: that that's how they're going to try to I guess
- 27:04Speaker 1: the best way to say is survive this, right, this
- 27:08Speaker 1: is this is how you survive it. You put all
- 27:12Speaker 1: this together and you say, well, you think are guys bad?
- 27:16Speaker 1: We just indicted your guy, and your guy is Donald Trump.
- 27:21Speaker 1: I expect Donald Trump, by the way, to be indicted.
- 27:23Speaker 1: I don't know if it's going to be this week. Okay,
- 27:26Speaker 1: I'll be clear about that. I have no idea if
- 27:28Speaker 1: it's going to be this week. But if it is
- 27:30Speaker 1: this week, you got to really sit there and go,
- 27:33Speaker 1: come on, you guys can't even fake it for a week.
- 27:37Speaker 1: You guys are so desperate to undermine the President of
- 27:41Speaker 1: the United States of America, former President Donald Trump, that
- 27:44Speaker 1: you're willing to when when you have the worst week
- 27:46Speaker 1: for the Biden crime family, you then indict Donald Trump
- 27:49Speaker 1: as political cover because that's what it is.
- 27:53Speaker 2: There is no shame, by the way, and there are
- 27:56Speaker 2: no rules.
- 27:57Speaker 1: There is no ethics or morals involved with any of
- 28:01Speaker 1: these individuals. They called for goodness sakes, they called you
- 28:06Speaker 1: look at the pre deal and what would disappeared out
- 28:08Speaker 1: of this plea deal? You had the lawyers representing the
- 28:15Speaker 1: Bidens called the courthouse and act like they were on
- 28:19Speaker 1: the other side to get something taken out so the
- 28:23Speaker 1: judge couldn't see it. And they got busted doing that,
- 28:26Speaker 1: and no one got sent to jail, and no one
- 28:29Speaker 1: got disbarred. Now there is also one last story here
- 28:33Speaker 1: which makes me laugh and that is the White House. Now,
- 28:37Speaker 1: the White House was asked, hey, Hunter Biden now is
- 28:41Speaker 1: in serious trouble. Would you guys pardon Hunter Biden? And
- 28:46Speaker 1: they're gonna lie to you. Listen, you went.
- 28:47Speaker 2: To the first question of the briefing.
- 28:49Speaker 4: I know you said not a lot of changed this yesterday,
- 28:51Speaker 4: and it's a personal matter. But from a presidential perspective,
- 28:54Speaker 4: is there any possibility that the president would end up
- 28:57Speaker 4: pardoning his side?
- 29:00Speaker 2: I just said no, I just answer it ahead. By
- 29:04Speaker 2: the way, that's a lie.
- 29:06Speaker 1: If Joe Biden gets reelected and his son gets gets
- 29:08Speaker 1: indicted for a ton of crimes and charge a bunch
- 29:11Speaker 1: of crimes, I promise you he is going to pardon
- 29:14Speaker 1: his son, and there's no way to hold him accountable
- 29:17Speaker 1: for doing that because he's already won reelection and he's
- 29:21Speaker 1: not going to be up for another reelection. Of course
- 29:24Speaker 1: he's going to pardon his son. And by the way,
- 29:26Speaker 1: if his son has done nothing wrong as he describes it, right,
- 29:30Speaker 1: and they've never done anything illegal, why would you even
- 29:33Speaker 1: have to say no, I'm not going to pardon him,
- 29:36Speaker 1: because you would stick to that argument.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Remember, the White House's narrative has changed.
- 29:40Speaker 1: It was first I never talked about any business dealings
- 29:42Speaker 1: with my son.
- 29:44Speaker 2: We now know that's a lie.
- 29:45Speaker 1: We know they talk to business, and we know dwistel
- 29:47Speaker 1: Blowers are saying they have examples of when they and
- 29:51Speaker 1: they have evidence to prove that they talk to business.
- 29:54Speaker 1: So now they've said they've changed the narrative. The new
- 29:57Speaker 1: narrative is I Joe Biden was never ever in business
- 30:02Speaker 1: with his son, By the way, that doesn't Then the
- 30:04Speaker 1: next question is, Okay, was he ever in business with
- 30:06Speaker 1: his brother.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Either of them? Was he ever in business with his sister?
- 30:13Speaker 1: Was he ever in business with any of the other
- 30:14Speaker 1: people that have been taking money out of the bank
- 30:16Speaker 1: accounts from CEFE and from Barisma. So if you're going
- 30:20Speaker 1: to say he's not ever in business with Biden, right
- 30:23Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden, then the next question, the follow up
- 30:26Speaker 1: should have been, okay, well, then was he in business
- 30:28Speaker 1: with any other Bidens that are involved in any of
- 30:30Speaker 1: this corruption? Somebody should have asked that question at the
- 30:34Speaker 1: press briefing. Of course the media didn't, but when they
- 30:38Speaker 1: sit there they're like, oh, well, we're not gonna you know.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Would he would absolutely not pardon Hunter Biden? Of course
- 30:44Speaker 1: he would. It's his son. You think Joe Biden, if
- 30:47Speaker 1: he wins re election, is going to give a crap
- 30:49Speaker 1: about accountability. No, because there is no such thing for him.
- 30:52Speaker 1: He's never running for another election again. You only get
- 30:54Speaker 1: two terms as president. Of course, he would immediately pardon
- 30:58Speaker 1: him to shut all of this down. He's also an
- 31:01Speaker 1: old man. What does he have to lose now, right?
- 31:03Speaker 1: He doesn't care. These are again more lies coming from
- 31:08Speaker 1: this White House. Make sure you share this podcast with
