- 0:07Speaker 2: Member of the United States on for.
- 0:12Speaker 3: But we have to take care of.
- 0:13Speaker 1: This little gnat that's on our shoulder called the Democrats.
- 0:16Speaker 4: They want to give all of our money.
- 0:18Speaker 5: To illegal aliens in Florid into the country.
- 0:20Speaker 6: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 0:24Speaker 5: Good Monday morning. Nice to have you with us on
- 0:26Speaker 5: the forty seven Morning ED. Baby. We've got two big
- 0:28Speaker 5: stories for you. First up, can you spont the difference
- 0:32Speaker 5: between Democrats on Donald Trump's indictments versus James Comey's. We've
- 0:38Speaker 5: got a heck of a montage for you that we're
- 0:40Speaker 5: going to play showing you just how radical the media
- 0:43Speaker 5: has become as an arm of the Democratic Party. Also,
- 0:48Speaker 5: there is a Democrat running for office and text messages
- 0:52Speaker 5: from a couple of years ago have come back to
- 0:53Speaker 5: haunt him. What was he advocating for the killing of
- 0:57Speaker 5: Conservatives lawmakers including their family members, yes, even their children.
- 1:04Speaker 5: How radical is the Democratic Party and how long have
- 1:07Speaker 5: they been advocating for this? We'll break that down for
- 1:10Speaker 5: you as well. Are you one of those that's just
- 1:12Speaker 5: so tired of giving your money to radical left woke
- 1:15Speaker 5: companies that actually are fighting against your values every day. Well,
- 1:19Speaker 5: there are certain bills that you pay every month that
- 1:22Speaker 5: if you can go with a conservative company, why not
- 1:26Speaker 5: do it? In fact, why not go with a conservative
- 1:28Speaker 5: company actually takes part of your bill every month that
- 1:31Speaker 5: you're going to pay to somebody, and they give it
- 1:33Speaker 5: back to organizations that support your First and your Second
- 1:36Speaker 5: Amendment rights, that support the rights of unborn children, that
- 1:40Speaker 5: stand with our military, our first responders, and so many
- 1:45Speaker 5: wounded warriors that need help. Call Patriot Mobile today and
- 1:49Speaker 5: make a difference every single day with every call you make.
- 1:52Speaker 5: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 1:58Speaker 5: com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And
- 2:02Speaker 5: if you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get
- 2:04Speaker 5: a free month of service on top of that. Patriotmobile
- 2:07Speaker 5: dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot.
- 2:12Speaker 5: That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, ninety seven to two Patriot.
- 2:16Speaker 5: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 2:19Speaker 6: Story number one.
- 2:20Speaker 5: It is important to show you and let you hear
- 2:23Speaker 5: exactly what is happening when it comes to the media,
- 2:27Speaker 5: especially in the Comy indictment. We have put together a
- 2:31Speaker 5: montage and I want you to listen carefully to see
- 2:34Speaker 5: if you can spot the difference between what Democrats had
- 2:38Speaker 5: to say when Donald Trump was indicted compared to what
- 2:43Speaker 5: they're saying now with James Comy's indictment. You don't hate
- 2:47Speaker 5: the media enough, and if you don't believe that the
- 2:50Speaker 5: media is extremely biased and basically state sponsored media for
- 2:55Speaker 5: the Democratic Party, well then you're not paying attention. So
- 2:59Speaker 5: here is a montage of the difference between Democrats on
- 3:03Speaker 5: Trump versus the Comy indictment, and I hope you'll share
- 3:07Speaker 5: this wherever you can on social media.
- 3:10Speaker 3: This is an example of our judicial system working like
- 3:14Speaker 3: it should work, and how it works in democracies across
- 3:17Speaker 3: the globe. We have no reason to believe Comy actually
- 3:20Speaker 3: broke any laws here, and we have no reason to
- 3:23Speaker 3: believe that prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia have
- 3:26Speaker 3: any evidence that suggests he did. In fact, we have
- 3:29Speaker 3: reason to believe the exact opposite.
- 3:31Speaker 7: Sign that this country is on track that people actually
- 3:36Speaker 7: respect the rule of law and are willing to do
- 3:39Speaker 7: their duty. This is such a horrendous moment for the
- 3:43Speaker 7: rule of law, for the Department of Justice, for the
- 3:46Speaker 7: country we're at large.
- 3:48Speaker 8: This is a test of citizenship. Are we a country
- 3:51Speaker 8: of laws?
- 3:51Speaker 9: This is the rule of law under assault.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Kevin McCarthy is already casting judgment on the process. He
- 4:00Speaker 2: could get someone killed with his rhetoric. He is going
- 4:03Speaker 2: to inspire and cite somebody to take up violence against
- 4:07Speaker 2: law enforcement. Donald Trump has not come for you yet.
- 4:11Speaker 2: He eventually will find you.
- 4:12Speaker 10: Trump and many of his allies have already begun criticizing
- 4:15Speaker 10: and accusing the justice system of being corrupt and biased
- 4:18Speaker 10: against him.
- 4:19Speaker 1: The fact that the president was actually able to get
- 4:22Speaker 1: the federal government to do his bidding, there's a giant
- 4:24Speaker 1: step toward eroding the independence of the justice system and
- 4:28Speaker 1: undoing the rule of law in America.
- 4:29Speaker 4: I've covered the intelligence community for more than a decade.
- 4:32Speaker 4: Retaining classified information, especially at the level of classification that
- 4:36Speaker 4: we're talking about here, is deeply significant. It is extraordinary
- 4:40Speaker 4: that a former president did this, But a lot of
- 4:42Speaker 4: regular Americans out there are saying when they hear about this, well,
- 4:45Speaker 4: didn't Biden do that, didn't Mike Pence do it? Of
- 4:47Speaker 4: course that's not the same, but that's what a lot
- 4:49Speaker 4: of people are saying because they're not delving into the details.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Comie authorized Dan Richmond to talk to reporters, and let's
- 4:55Speaker 4: think about that. Does that matter in the scheme of things.
- 4:58Speaker 4: This case against James Comy, for the Trump World in
- 5:01Speaker 4: Magat World, is not about whether he lied to Congress
- 5:04Speaker 4: about leaks. They're using this as a weapon, this marginal
- 5:09Speaker 4: perjury charge to go after Comy because they hate what
- 5:13Speaker 4: he did in investigating Donald Trump.
- 5:15Speaker 11: There are inflammatory accusations about partisanship and political basis for
- 5:21Speaker 11: these charges, and that should tell you everything that you
- 5:24Speaker 11: need to know about what is motivating Donald Trump and
- 5:28Speaker 11: his supporters.
- 5:30Speaker 12: Is fundamentally a breakpoint in our system of government, because
- 5:37Speaker 12: even James Comy recognizes that the individual case against him
- 5:42Speaker 12: is far less important than the damage this is doing
- 5:46Speaker 12: and has done to the Department of Justice.
- 5:49Speaker 9: Here's an indictment to move forward with the potential prosecution.
- 5:54Speaker 7: That's the process.
- 5:56Speaker 9: There's nothing political about that. It's never been political. This
- 6:00Speaker 9: reaction is what it is, performative, it's required.
- 6:04Speaker 7: It is expected of them. There's not a.
- 6:08Speaker 10: Brain cell that kicks in and goes, Oh, I have
- 6:10Speaker 10: to say and do the right thing, which is shut
- 6:12Speaker 10: you mouth.
- 6:12Speaker 9: The visa, all the other autocratic activities and behaviors they're
- 6:16Speaker 9: engaging in, while at the same time, to your point,
- 6:20Speaker 9: making people afraid by going after them and in imputing
- 6:26Speaker 9: to them, they're the offenses of the state.
- 6:30Speaker 13: This is not a disparate treatment for a former president,
- 6:34Speaker 13: contrary to some who say it's political. We have to
- 6:36Speaker 13: see the indictment, but it feels to me like they
- 6:39Speaker 13: are doing what we're supposed to do in America, treating
- 6:42Speaker 13: no one as being above the law. Donald Trump has
- 6:46Speaker 13: thirty four felony convictions. He's now going to go after
- 6:51Speaker 13: the people who are responsible for that. The whole thing,
- 6:54Speaker 13: the lies, the injustice. That is not democracy, that's not America.
- 7:00Speaker 9: People who want to lie.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Their way through this or claim that any accountability of
- 7:03Speaker 1: any kind is automatically a political prosecution. People around Donald
- 7:07Speaker 1: Trump try to take the first real criminal accountability process
- 7:11Speaker 1: that exists and pretended something else.
- 7:14Speaker 10: Oh God, what if the law is enforced?
- 7:16Speaker 7: What if it's not.
- 7:17Speaker 10: We now have the actual indictment and it's very thin.
- 7:21Speaker 10: It doesn't involve allegations of conduct, that is to say,
- 7:25Speaker 10: action that forms a crime in the physical sense. We
- 7:29Speaker 10: have the public, likely unlawful demands by Donald Trump to
- 7:33Speaker 10: do what's called selective prosecution, to go after someone because
- 7:36Speaker 10: of who they are, not of the evidence showing what
- 7:38Speaker 10: they did.
- 7:39Speaker 8: There's a lot of us that still believe that in
- 7:41Speaker 8: this country, no man is above the law.
- 7:43Speaker 9: They're willing to trash the.
- 7:45Speaker 8: Rule of law, all because of a failed reality TV host.
- 7:49Speaker 9: For those who.
- 7:49Speaker 14: Are screaming and crying on the air about weaponization of
- 7:55Speaker 14: the government, or collusion with the Biden White House, or
- 7:58Speaker 14: all sorts of other things that have led to this
- 8:00Speaker 14: moment that are baseless, completely baseless. It's not responsible.
- 8:04Speaker 8: This is a bogus case and it is lawfare. The
- 8:08Speaker 8: only intention is he wants payback and he wants to
- 8:13Speaker 8: make Komi pay. And when you see people like the
- 8:15Speaker 8: Vice President going out, there's the rape on law.
- 8:19Speaker 9: It's just it's ridiculous.
- 8:22Speaker 15: That is the difference between the Dems on Trump versus
- 8:25Speaker 15: the Komy in Dton And I hope you will play
- 8:28Speaker 15: that in post on social media everywhere, because you do
- 8:32Speaker 15: not hate this media.
- 8:35Speaker 6: Enough now story number two.
- 8:37Speaker 5: If you want to know how mainstream violence and the
- 8:42Speaker 5: rhetoric of violence has become among the Democratic Party, look
- 8:45Speaker 5: no further than what's happening in Virginia. There is a
- 8:49Speaker 5: Democrat who is a leader in Virginia, a Democrat Attorney
- 8:54Speaker 5: General Hopeful Jay Jones, who's now being called out by
- 8:59Speaker 5: the right eight and many are saying it's time for
- 9:02Speaker 5: him to drop out of that race because of what
- 9:05Speaker 5: he had to say in text messages. The Virginia Democratic
- 9:09Speaker 5: Attorney General, Hopeful Jay Jones being pressured now to drop
- 9:14Speaker 5: out of the race because the text message reveals he
- 9:16Speaker 5: apparently fantasized, I'm gonna say this again, that he apparently
- 9:21Speaker 5: fantasized about a Republican lawmaker being fatally shot to death.
- 9:26Speaker 5: In a social media post on Saturday, the Governor Glenn
- 9:29Speaker 5: Youngkin called out Jones for the text messages he is
- 9:32Speaker 5: accused of sitting in twenty twenty two that show him
- 9:35Speaker 5: wishing for a now former State House Speaker Todd Gilbert
- 9:40Speaker 5: and listen carefully his children to be killed. The New
- 9:46Speaker 5: York Post has exposed in their reporting quote this violent
- 9:50Speaker 5: rhetoric disgusting, rhetoric targeted an elected official and his children
- 9:56Speaker 5: is beyond disqualifying. Jay Jones said that Gilbert gets It's
- 10:00Speaker 5: two bullets to the head and then hopes his children
- 10:04Speaker 5: would die. That is what Youngkin, the governor of Virginia,
- 10:08Speaker 5: said on x. He went on to say, read those
- 10:11Speaker 5: words again. There is no gosh. I'm sorry here. Jones
- 10:16Speaker 5: doesn't have the morality or character to drop out of
- 10:19Speaker 5: the race, and his running mate and every Democrat elected
- 10:23Speaker 5: in Virginia don't have the courage to call on him
- 10:25Speaker 5: to step away from his campaign in disgrace. The governor added,
- 10:30Speaker 5: Now you may want to know what was actually in
- 10:32Speaker 5: these text messages. Well, I'm going to read them for you,
- 10:36Speaker 5: and I want to be clear. They are disturbing. Private
- 10:39Speaker 5: messages offer not only a disturbing glint into how the
- 10:42Speaker 5: Democratic Party is run in Virginia, but specifically to how Jones,
- 10:45Speaker 5: who is looking to ouse the incumbent Republican Attorney General
- 10:50Speaker 5: this fall, describes his political adversaries in private conversations. I
- 10:54Speaker 5: want to go back to this, allegedly in twenty twenty two,
- 10:58Speaker 5: some of this is Is it a point where you
- 11:01Speaker 5: just have to sit there and scratch your head and
- 11:03Speaker 5: go how did we get to work to this point?
- 11:06Speaker 5: How did we get to a point where you have
- 11:08Speaker 5: this many individuals who are in the Democratic who are
- 11:11Speaker 5: doing exactly this, saying we want kids to die, we
- 11:15Speaker 5: want people to die, we want there to be more death,
- 11:19Speaker 5: and asking for and hoping for the assassination of your
- 11:22Speaker 5: political opponents. I'm going to go back to part of
- 11:26Speaker 5: this conversation talking about Joe Johnson, a D but basically
- 11:30Speaker 5: an R leaked everything to your caucus. It's why Gilbert
- 11:34Speaker 5: gave him such a glowing tribute. I knew what you
- 11:36Speaker 5: were talking about. Served with my dad, who had nice
- 11:39Speaker 5: words with a little choice choice sprinkled in. I didn't
- 11:43Speaker 5: look at that. I just saw a guy died and
- 11:46Speaker 5: assumed you'd have words. He was a D. They say
- 11:50Speaker 5: nice things about everyone, Lol. If those guys die before me.
- 11:55Speaker 5: Quote this is again the guy who's trying to become
- 11:57Speaker 5: the attorney general and the Democratic Party in Virginia. He says,
- 12:01Speaker 5: if those guys die before me, I will go to
- 12:03Speaker 5: their funerals and blank on their graves, send them out
- 12:07Speaker 5: a wash in something. The guy's responding by the rights
- 12:10Speaker 5: back Jay Jones. Then he says, three people, two bullets, Gilbert,
- 12:16Speaker 5: Hitler and Polpot. Gilbert gets two bullets to the head.
- 12:20Speaker 5: Spoiler put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst
- 12:23Speaker 5: people you know, and it receives both bullets every time. Jay,
- 12:28Speaker 5: please stop Lol, Okay, okay, it really bothers me when
- 12:32Speaker 5: you talk about hurting people are wishing death on them.
- 12:36Speaker 5: The person that text message responds, you weren't simply asking,
- 12:40Speaker 5: and you know it. I genuinely was. I wasn't attacking you.
- 12:43Speaker 5: I was trying to understand your logic. He writes back.
- 12:46Speaker 5: You weren't trying to understand. You were talking about hoping
- 12:49Speaker 5: Jennifer Gilbert's children would die. Jay then responds, yes, I've
- 12:53Speaker 5: told you this before. Only and again, listen carefully. Only
- 12:58Speaker 5: when people feel pain personally do they move on policy.
- 13:04Speaker 5: There isn't. I point blank asked you more than three times,
- 13:07Speaker 5: and you dug in that you mean it. I honestly
- 13:10Speaker 5: am questioning a lot today. He writes back, I mean,
- 13:14Speaker 5: do I think Todd and Jennifer are evil and that
- 13:16Speaker 5: they're breeding little fascists? Yes? This was in twenty twenty two.
- 13:21Speaker 5: The private messages offer a disturbing look into how Jones,
- 13:26Speaker 5: a Democrat who's been mainstreamed by the Democratic Party, is
- 13:30Speaker 5: not only wanting to ouse the incumbent Republican Attorney general
- 13:34Speaker 5: this fall, but he describes his political adversaries as fascists
- 13:38Speaker 5: breeding little fascists who deserve two bullets in their head,
- 13:42Speaker 5: not one, and their kids deserve to die. This is
- 13:45Speaker 5: what is happening right now in the Democratic Party. This
- 13:48Speaker 5: is how long it's been festering. This is exactly why
- 13:51Speaker 5: we have the attacks on Charlie, the assassination I should
- 13:55Speaker 5: say of Charlie Kirk, the attempt at assassinations on Donald Trump.
- 13:59Speaker 5: This is why Democrats around the country celebrated the assassination
- 14:04Speaker 5: of Charlie Kirk because of everything that I just told you.
- 14:09Speaker 5: It is incredibly scary. It is also incredibly sick that
- 14:12Speaker 5: this is now where we are. This is what is
- 14:15Speaker 5: actually happening. We are now in a situation where the
- 14:19Speaker 5: Democratic Party is being exposed for advocating for this for years.
- 14:25Speaker 5: I want to say that again, four years. This is
- 14:29Speaker 5: what they have been advocating for. And when they also
- 14:32Speaker 5: talk about this elected official, they clearly talk about the
- 14:36Speaker 5: family and the children. They believe that because your dad
- 14:40Speaker 5: is in politics, and they disagree with you that you
- 14:42Speaker 5: are quote breeding, as they described it, little fascists. I
- 14:47Speaker 5: want you to think about that, little fascists. Say it again,
- 14:52Speaker 5: little fascists. When you look at this and you realize
- 14:57Speaker 5: what is being said here, it is truly shocking. It
- 15:02Speaker 5: is incredibly scary that we are sitting in a situation
- 15:06Speaker 5: now in this country where this is what the Democrats
- 15:11Speaker 5: are saying in their private conversations. And do not tell
- 15:15Speaker 5: me this is just one. Do not tell me that
- 15:18Speaker 5: this is an outlier. Do not tell me any of
- 15:21Speaker 5: those things. This is what the Democratic Party has refused
- 15:26Speaker 5: to police. This is what the Democratic Party has refused
- 15:30Speaker 5: to condemn. This is what the Democratic Party has refused
- 15:35Speaker 5: to reign in. In fact, they're the opposite of that.
- 15:38Speaker 5: This is what they advocate for. This is what they
- 15:43Speaker 5: fantasize about. This is what they encourage, calling them little fascists,
- 15:50Speaker 5: that they're breeding little fascists. You notice these words that
- 15:55Speaker 5: they've been using long before what we've recently witnessed in
- 15:59Speaker 5: the worst case in this country of people going after
- 16:03Speaker 5: and trying to kill Republicans. This is the encouragement using
- 16:07Speaker 5: the word fascists over and over again, and you know
- 16:11Speaker 5: what happened. It worked.
