- 0:01Speaker 1: New documents obtained by the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization
- 0:05Speaker 1: of the Federal Government confirm that the federal government, your
- 0:09Speaker 1: government was spying on you if you were using terms
- 0:14Speaker 1: like maga or trump. That's right, those two words could
- 0:19Speaker 1: then get you monitored by your government. They use those
- 0:23Speaker 1: words and sent them to financial institutions in America to
- 0:28Speaker 1: spy on Americans, saying if people were using those phrases
- 0:32Speaker 1: when completing transactions that dealt with finances like Venmo or
- 0:38Speaker 1: zell or anything like that. Individuals who shopped at stores
- 0:43Speaker 1: also like Cabellas or Dick Sporting Goods, or purchased religious texts,
- 0:49Speaker 1: including the Bible, may also have had their transactions flagged
- 0:55Speaker 1: by those financial institutions and then given to the United
- 0:58Speaker 1: States of America's government to then look at you as
- 1:01Speaker 1: a possible domestic terrorists. Yes, this kind of financial surveillance
- 1:08Speaker 1: carried out in coordination with and at the requests of
- 1:12Speaker 1: federal law enforcement into Americans' private transactions, is also raising
- 1:18Speaker 1: alarms and serious concerns about the FBI's respect for fundamental
- 1:24Speaker 1: civil liberties in this country.
- 1:27Speaker 2: How did all this even happen?
- 1:29Speaker 1: This now coming from the House of Representative Judiciary Committee
- 1:33Speaker 1: Chairman Jim Jordan, who is blowing the whistle on this, saying,
- 1:37Speaker 1: in light of these revelations, Jim Jordan has now officially
- 1:40Speaker 1: requested transcribed interviews with Peter Sullivan, he's the senior Private
- 1:45Speaker 1: Sector Partner for Outreach and the Strategic Partner Engagement Section
- 1:50Speaker 1: of the FBI, and Noah Bissoff, former Director of the
- 1:55Speaker 1: Office of Stakeholder Integration and Engagement in the Strategic Operations
- 2:00Speaker 1: Division of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. The Committee and
- 2:07Speaker 1: the Select Subcommittee have obtained documents, he says, indicating that
- 2:12Speaker 1: following January sixth, twenty twenty one, there was distributed materials
- 2:18Speaker 1: to financial institutions that, among other things, outline these types
- 2:23Speaker 1: of various people of interest and provide financial institutions with
- 2:28Speaker 1: suggested search terms and merchant category codes. I want you
- 2:34Speaker 1: to hear exactly what Jim Jordan had to say to
- 2:37Speaker 1: Sean Hannity about this spye on you the American.
- 2:41Speaker 3: People, all right, turning down to a very disturbing report
- 2:44Speaker 3: from Jim Jordan.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Now get this.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Apparently, federal investigators we're asking banks to search the personal
- 2:51Speaker 3: transactions of individual Americans for terms like trump and MAGA
- 2:57Speaker 3: thanks for also asking to see to use merchant category
- 3:02Speaker 3: codes to identify potentially suspicious transactions And what transactionations did
- 3:09Speaker 3: Treasury think were so suspicious? Small arms, sporting recreational goods
- 3:15Speaker 3: In other words, if you go to stores like Dick's
- 3:17Speaker 3: Sporting Goods and Bass Pro shops. By the way, I
- 3:20Speaker 3: got my boots for Iowa at Dick's Sporting Goods.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Thank god for instacart.
- 3:25Speaker 3: If you are a law abiding American who legally purchased
- 3:28Speaker 3: a gun after twenty twenty one, your government thought you
- 3:32Speaker 3: needed to be monitored.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Now sources are telling Fox.
- 3:35Speaker 3: News Digital tonight that the impetus for this very serious
- 3:38Speaker 3: invasion of privacy was, of course, none other than January sixth.
- 3:43Speaker 3: These revelations should scare every single American. You want to
- 3:47Speaker 3: talk about privacy, constitutional rights? What do you want to
- 3:50Speaker 3: live in an Orwellian nightwear nightmare with big Brother?
- 3:54Speaker 4: Here was the latest on all of this.
- 3:56Speaker 3: House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, I want to understand this.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Tell me what they did here?
- 4:02Speaker 3: Because do we not have privacy anymore in America? Is
- 4:06Speaker 3: this not a constitutional violation? Unreasonable search and seizure?
- 4:11Speaker 5: Yeah? Now in the last year's song. We've exposed the
- 4:14Speaker 5: censorship where you had big government, big tech, big media,
- 4:16Speaker 5: big academia working.
- 4:17Speaker 4: To censor Americans.
- 4:19Speaker 5: Now we have financial surveillance where it's big government working
- 4:22Speaker 5: with big banks, big corporations to surveil to spy on Americans.
- 4:27Speaker 4: And so it was big banks looking.
- 4:29Speaker 5: And searching private transactions using key terms at the suggestion
- 4:34Speaker 5: of the federal government to find out what you're buying,
- 4:37Speaker 5: what you're spending your money on. Scary stuff. All it
- 4:40Speaker 5: looks like, without any warrant, without any legal process, they
- 4:44Speaker 5: undertook this as a way to identify domestic violent extremists.
- 4:48Speaker 5: And here's what it sounds a lot like. Remember that
- 4:52Speaker 5: memorandum in Richmond about pro life Catholics are extremists because
- 4:57Speaker 5: they go to church in their pro life when they
- 4:59Speaker 5: talk about, you know, protecting humans. That's exactly what these
- 5:02Speaker 5: documents sound that life. We're right on the on the
- 5:05Speaker 5: front edge of this. We'll see how it all progresses.
- 5:07Speaker 5: But it's scary stuff. It's financial surveillance of the American people.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Now, let's really just take a moment and dissect what
- 5:15Speaker 1: Jim Jordan just said. Not only did the federal government
- 5:19Speaker 1: give to financial institutions a hit list of people that
- 5:23Speaker 1: they wanted to go after. They gave them the exact
- 5:27Speaker 1: words that they think make you a threat to our democracy,
- 5:30Speaker 1: because this list was about being a threat to our democracy.
- 5:35Speaker 1: And the words that they use, the ones that we
- 5:37Speaker 1: obviously could see at the beginning, like maga, right and Trump.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Those are words that are associate you, associating you with
- 5:44Speaker 1: conservative values. Right, you are public enemy number one to
- 5:49Speaker 1: the left, if you voted for Donald Trump, if you
- 5:51Speaker 1: are a make America great Again conservative, and those actually
- 5:57Speaker 1: make a little more sense to me. I would expect
- 5:59Speaker 1: them to use those types of words to then discriminate
- 6:04Speaker 1: and take away our rights and our protections from our constitution.
- 6:10Speaker 1: They believe that if you voted for Donald Trump, that
- 6:12Speaker 1: you should be treated like a terrorist, a domestic terrorist specifically.
- 6:16Speaker 1: How do we know this because they've said that. Remember
- 6:19Speaker 1: this is the same group of people that believe that
- 6:22Speaker 1: you should be unprogrammed, right, you should go to a
- 6:27Speaker 1: deprogramming camp.
- 6:30Speaker 2: That was their words.
- 6:31Speaker 1: In fact, that was something that was talked about by
- 6:35Speaker 1: so many in the media. It was something that was
- 6:38Speaker 1: said a lot, in fact, to the point where we
- 6:41Speaker 1: were able to put together an entire montage about why
- 6:45Speaker 1: Trump's supporters should in fact be d programmed. Take a
- 6:51Speaker 1: listen to this.
- 6:52Speaker 6: Sadly, so many of those extremists, those mega extremists, take
- 6:58Speaker 6: their marching orders from Donald Trump, and when do they
- 7:01Speaker 6: break with him? You know, because at some point, you know,
- 7:05Speaker 6: maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the
- 7:08Speaker 6: cult members.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Terms being tossed around like deprogramming Trump followers. All of
- 7:13Speaker 3: America needs deprogramming because we've all been negatively influenced by
- 7:18Speaker 3: Donald Trump.
- 7:19Speaker 7: Can't sit down with people that don't recognize there was
- 7:22Speaker 7: an insurrection or theygan alluded the other day to the
- 7:24Speaker 7: dprogramming that Katie Kurk talked about.
- 7:27Speaker 8: Deprogramming that might work in other cases is it's obviously
- 7:33Speaker 8: proven to be difficult.
- 7:34Speaker 3: But many of them have allowed the lies really to
- 7:37Speaker 3: seep into their soul and.
- 7:38Speaker 4: It's beginning to rot their minds.
- 7:40Speaker 9: Taking it even a step further, Raskin told The New
- 7:42Speaker 9: York Times that he's ordered books about cults and deprogramming
- 7:46Speaker 9: to try to understand his Republican colleagues.
- 7:49Speaker 10: There are a couple accounts lives of TikTok, A few,
- 7:52Speaker 10: you know really prominent anti transit sort of far right
- 7:54Speaker 10: activists who started to essentially make the argument that any
- 7:58Speaker 10: exposure to children about LGBT people is automatically grooming.
- 8:04Speaker 2: It seems to be emboldening.
- 8:06Speaker 4: Anti gae trolls explain how it just lives of TikTok
- 8:09Speaker 4: with this guy, James Lindsay.
- 8:11Speaker 10: They would say, Hey, there's going to be something at
- 8:13Speaker 10: this library.
- 8:14Speaker 4: You know that they're going to read books. You know
- 8:15Speaker 4: a dragon is going to come and read books. How
- 8:18Speaker 4: do you fix it? How do you undo it?
- 8:20Speaker 2: Well, at this point, you know it's deprogramming.
- 8:22Speaker 11: That's what we're being fed. People of other races are
- 8:25Speaker 11: out to get you. We accept that, we get fed that,
- 8:28Speaker 11: and so when that doorbell rings or the basketball comes
- 8:31Speaker 11: into your yard, your first response is to pull that gun.
- 8:35Speaker 11: It's a programming that's occurring. The deprogramming question is much
- 8:39Speaker 11: tougher to answer.
- 8:40Speaker 7: People have literally been brainwashed, and it's scary by the
- 8:44Speaker 7: myths and disinformation that is online, that is being the
- 8:47Speaker 7: propaganda on Fox News. It is another epidemic that our
- 8:52Speaker 7: country is facing. And until we really hold platforms accountable,
- 8:55Speaker 7: until we really do some deprogramming.
- 8:58Speaker 2: And anyone like him that the presses the enemy of
- 9:02Speaker 2: the people.
- 9:03Speaker 3: That's what Hubbard would say, That's what Moon said.
- 9:06Speaker 11: If you say this is a cult, what's the first
- 9:08Speaker 11: step of deprogramming?
- 9:09Speaker 3: The first step with anyone who's a true believer is
- 9:12Speaker 3: contact with people that are outside the bubble.
- 9:15Speaker 8: I mean, I was just trying to engage in a
- 9:17Speaker 8: little deprogramming with all of these myths about COVID nineteen.
- 9:22Speaker 8: Is there any convincing those people that they're not living
- 9:27Speaker 8: in a.
- 9:27Speaker 4: World of reality or fact?
- 9:29Speaker 5: Now, listen, if there was a deprogramming pill that I
- 9:32Speaker 5: could put in everybody stocking for Christmas, I would do.
- 9:35Speaker 8: It's because of Facebook. It's gotten out into wine moms
- 9:38Speaker 8: and yoga groups and some maybe that's something that started
- 9:41Speaker 8: as innocuous online that turns into something completely different, Brian,
- 9:45Speaker 8: And that's part of the challenge, as you write of
- 9:48Speaker 8: deprogramming it.
- 9:49Speaker 9: We have issues that are going to take a long
- 9:52Speaker 9: time to root out, and it's really about deprogramming. People
- 9:55Speaker 9: have been listening to stuff coming from Marjorie Taylor Green
- 9:57Speaker 9: and other big social influencers, and that includes the President.
- 10:00Speaker 11: I hope deprogramming some people, one person at a time.
- 10:04Speaker 5: They just need a little bit of affirmation.
- 10:06Speaker 2: You know, I just spent a lot of time reading
- 10:07Speaker 2: about deprogramming.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Deprogramming, deprogram you're reading my mind.
- 10:11Speaker 11: Yeah, I see a lot of that happeningly.
- 10:13Speaker 4: No, you don't need to be deprogrammed.
- 10:15Speaker 2: You look pretty No not, I'm not talking about me.
- 10:18Speaker 1: But this is what they think of you. And not
- 10:21Speaker 1: only do they think you need to be deprogrammed, but
- 10:23Speaker 1: they also think that your financial transactions must be investigated
- 10:28Speaker 1: if you use words like maga and trump. And we
- 10:31Speaker 1: know this for a fact. All right, let me tell
- 10:34Speaker 1: you real quick about an amazing company. And if you're
- 10:37Speaker 1: like me, and you're sick and tired of giving your
- 10:39Speaker 1: money to companies that hate you, that literally hate you,
- 10:42Speaker 1: hate your family values, hate your Christian values, hate your
- 10:45Speaker 1: traditional values, well now there's an option when it comes
- 10:48Speaker 1: to your cell phone.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I have switched to Patriot Mobile.
- 10:50Speaker 1: And when I look at my phone every time, and
- 10:53Speaker 1: the top left it says Patriot. And I know that
- 10:56Speaker 1: when I pay my bill every month, that a percentage
- 10:59Speaker 1: of that bill, a cost to me, is going to
- 11:01Speaker 1: go back to support conservative causes, candidates, organizations, and most
- 11:05Speaker 1: importantly to me, support the rights of unborn children.
- 11:09Speaker 2: This country to live now.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I do that every month because I love knowing that
- 11:14Speaker 1: I'm giving my money to a company that actually loves
- 11:17Speaker 1: my values. For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's
- 11:21Speaker 1: only Christian conservative wireless provider, and when I say only
- 11:25Speaker 1: trust me, they are the only one. Patriot Mobile is
- 11:28Speaker 1: a great supporter of this show, which is why I'm
- 11:30Speaker 1: proud to partner with him, because they support conservative ideals.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile offers dependable nationwide coverage, giving you the ability
- 11:37Speaker 1: to access all three major networks the same exact cell
- 11:41Speaker 1: phone towers you're using right now, which means you get
- 11:44Speaker 1: the same coverage you've been accustomed to without funding the left. Now,
- 11:48Speaker 1: when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending the message
- 11:50Speaker 1: that you support free speech, religious freedom, the sancty of life,
- 11:54Speaker 1: the Second Amendment, and our military veterans and first responder heroes.
- 11:58Speaker 1: So check out Patriot Mode. Go to patriotmobile dot com
- 12:02Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or
- 12:07Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot get free activation when you
- 12:11Speaker 1: use the offer code Ferguson.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Join me.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Make the switch today and make a difference with every
- 12:16Speaker 1: phone call nine seven to two Patriot or Patriot mobile
- 12:19Speaker 1: dot com slash Ferguson. Now, it's not just the terms
- 12:25Speaker 1: MAGA in Trump that we're getting flagged by the government
- 12:29Speaker 1: and financial institutions were turning in Americans obviously that use
- 12:33Speaker 1: the words MAGA and Trump. But what else was flagged?
- 12:37Speaker 1: Religious texts And this is even outside of MAGA and
- 12:41Speaker 1: Trump world. If you bought a religious text or a Bible, yes,
- 12:47Speaker 1: a Bible or a Bible study book, and you use
- 12:50Speaker 1: the word Bible, that would flag you in these category
- 12:57Speaker 1: codes identifying transactions on behalf of the federal government buy
- 13:02Speaker 1: banking institutions. And they said these are terms that they
- 13:07Speaker 1: wanted to search in Zell payments. For example, they wanted
- 13:11Speaker 1: to see if anybody that bought a Bible or a
- 13:15Speaker 1: Bible study book or anything like that and had that
- 13:18Speaker 1: term in the payment would then be looked at as
- 13:22Speaker 1: a homegrown violent extremist indicator. So buying a book or
- 13:28Speaker 1: reimburse somebody for Bible study right, and let's say you
- 13:33Speaker 1: were in a Bible study or and somebody bought all
- 13:36Speaker 1: the Bible study books and you reimbursed somebody and had
- 13:38Speaker 1: that in the Zell and the word Bible appeared. Bam,
- 13:42Speaker 1: you're now in the government's watch list. Not only that,
- 13:47Speaker 1: but it wasn't just words like the Bible. It was
- 13:49Speaker 1: also where you shopped. You heard Jim Jordan mention earlier
- 13:53Speaker 1: in that audio I played to Sean Hannity about what
- 13:56Speaker 1: words could get you busted, like bass pro or Cabella's.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Imagine you go hunting. Imagine you have a friend that
- 14:06Speaker 1: picks up for you something at academy sports and then
- 14:09Speaker 1: you have a transaction in there. I've had this happen
- 14:13Speaker 1: many times where I'd have a friend that would be
- 14:15Speaker 1: going there. But yeah, grab me this, right, you're doing
- 14:17Speaker 1: a weekend guys trip, or maybe you've got your kid
- 14:21Speaker 1: that's on a team that you know with other kids,
- 14:23Speaker 1: and so it would be a Christian school, right, so
- 14:26Speaker 1: it may be reimbursement for Zell that would say my
- 14:29Speaker 1: son's school name basketball, but it would have Dick's sporting
- 14:34Speaker 1: goods in there, and it would have the name of
- 14:36Speaker 1: the school, the religious school, which would have a religious
- 14:38Speaker 1: name in at. Bam, now you're on a list. This
- 14:41Speaker 1: is not just an invasion of privacy. I want to
- 14:44Speaker 1: be very clear about that. This is a shocking abuse
- 14:52Speaker 1: of power to spy on you. This should not I
- 14:57Speaker 1: want to be clear, be okay, this should not be
- 15:01Speaker 1: something that we say, Wow, I've got nothing to hide,
- 15:04Speaker 1: so therefore I'm not worried about it moment. This should
- 15:09Speaker 1: be a moment that should enrage you. And the reason
- 15:13Speaker 1: why I say that is because this is what happens
- 15:17Speaker 1: in socialists and communist countries. In the United States of America,
- 15:21Speaker 1: our constitution says you're not supposed to be able to
- 15:24Speaker 1: do that.
- 15:26Speaker 2: I'm going to say that again. In our country.
- 15:30Speaker 1: You're not supposed to be able to monitor the financial
- 15:33Speaker 1: transactions of a person because they bought a Bible or
- 15:37Speaker 1: went shopping at a sporting goods store, or they use
- 15:42Speaker 1: a word like maga. That is not something that you're
- 15:47Speaker 1: supposed to be able to do. And yet that's exactly
- 15:50Speaker 1: what the government was doing without a warrant. There was
- 15:55Speaker 1: no judge involved here, there was no babbable cause this
- 16:02Speaker 1: was a straight up fishing expedition to turn you into
- 16:08Speaker 1: an extremist domestic terrorist. And that is exactly what the
- 16:13Speaker 1: left is trying to do here. They're trying to create
- 16:18Speaker 1: a narrative in this country that if you vote for
- 16:20Speaker 1: Donald Trump, You're a threat to society if you vote
- 16:24Speaker 1: for Donald Trump this go around, you need to be deprogrammed,
- 16:28Speaker 1: and your financial transactions need to be looked at by
- 16:31Speaker 1: the way. I know people that went to January the sixth.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I know people that were there that did not go
- 16:38Speaker 1: into the capitol. I know people that were there that
- 16:41Speaker 1: went there peacefully. I know people that went there that
- 16:45Speaker 1: absolutely did not break any laws. Should they be treated
- 16:49Speaker 1: like a domestic terrorist? Should they be treated like they
- 16:52Speaker 1: are some sort of threat to the United States of America.
- 16:55Speaker 1: And let's be also clear about this. They do not believe.
- 16:59Speaker 1: And when I say they, I'm talking about the Biden administration,
- 17:02Speaker 1: the DOJ, the FBI, and these scumbags that went down
- 17:05Speaker 1: this road and did this. They okay, I want to say,
- 17:09Speaker 1: I'll say it again. They don't believe you're actually a threat.
- 17:13Speaker 1: They want to lock you up because you are a
- 17:14Speaker 1: threat to their power. They don't believe you're a threat
- 17:17Speaker 1: to this country. You are a threat to their power.
- 17:21Speaker 1: That's why they're treating you like you're a terrorist. That's
- 17:24Speaker 1: why they want to put you on a list. They're
- 17:28Speaker 1: not actually worried about you doing something wrong. They're worried
- 17:31Speaker 1: about you doing something right. They're worried about you getting
- 17:34Speaker 1: involved in the process. They're worried about you voting. They're
- 17:36Speaker 1: worried about you exposing their corruption. Let me remind you
- 17:42Speaker 1: about parents, parents who went to school board meetings. Do
- 17:47Speaker 1: you remember what happened to parents that went to school
- 17:49Speaker 1: board meetings? The FBI put them on a list and
- 17:53Speaker 1: then they lied about it to try to cover it up.
- 17:55Speaker 1: And that list was if you were a parent that
- 17:59Speaker 1: went to his cool board meeting to voice your frustrations
- 18:02Speaker 1: about the indoctrination of your children on things that had
- 18:05Speaker 1: nothing to do with an education, had nothing to do
- 18:07Speaker 1: with the reading, writing, and arithmetic, to voice your concerns
- 18:10Speaker 1: about transgender bathrooms and the assault of young girls in
- 18:15Speaker 1: those bathrooms of the hands of men. You are to
- 18:18Speaker 1: be treated like a domestic terrorist. You are to be
- 18:21Speaker 1: put on a list like you are a domestic.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Terrorist.
- 18:29Speaker 1: This is the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party, and I
- 18:33Speaker 1: will also say this, and I've said this before, and
- 18:35Speaker 1: I hope you're understanding now just how accurate it is,
- 18:38Speaker 1: is dead.
- 18:40Speaker 2: For all.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Intents and purposes. The Democratic Party is dead. They are
- 18:47Speaker 1: masquerading like they are Democrats. When in reality what they
- 18:51Speaker 1: actually are are socialists, communists, and Marxists. The Democratic Party
- 19:00Speaker 1: of Bill Clinton's years is over. It is gone, folks,
- 19:04Speaker 1: it does not exist. I'll be honest with you, Bill Clinton,
- 19:08Speaker 1: he would have never done this. And the reason why
- 19:12Speaker 1: is because I think even Bill Clinton, when he was
- 19:13Speaker 1: the president of nineteen nineties, knew you couldn't get away
- 19:16Speaker 1: with this and it was against the United States of
- 19:19Speaker 1: America's constitution and against the rights of the people. Notice
- 19:23Speaker 1: I didn't say Hillary Clinton wouldn't do this. I absolutely
- 19:25Speaker 1: believe Hillary Clinton would do this and go much further
- 19:28Speaker 1: than this. She's just like Barack Obama, She's just like
- 19:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden. But there are many other Democrats back in
- 19:35Speaker 1: the day that would have never even tried this because
- 19:37Speaker 1: they would have said this is wrong. You don't lock
- 19:40Speaker 1: up your political opponents this way. And if you think
- 19:44Speaker 1: things aren't coming unhinged, look at just another example that
- 19:49Speaker 1: happened in the last forty eight hours. There was an
- 19:52Speaker 1: elected official that was arrested by the police because she
- 19:56Speaker 1: was criticizing the sheriff in the town and she said,
- 19:59Speaker 1: what are you.
- 20:00Speaker 2: And they arrested her.
- 20:02Speaker 1: They arrested her because she is an elected official, was
- 20:05Speaker 1: holding the sheriff accountable and criticizing the sheriff, and the
- 20:09Speaker 1: sheriff said, no, no, you can't do that. You can't
- 20:11Speaker 1: criticize me. I'm going to arrest you at this meeting.
- 20:15Speaker 1: There are people right now that are so power hungry
- 20:19Speaker 1: and drunk, and they're realizing now that you can pretty
- 20:22Speaker 1: much get away with whatever the hell you want to
- 20:24Speaker 1: get away with if you're willing to just break the
- 20:28Speaker 1: law and the other questions, who's going to stop you?
- 20:31Speaker 1: Not this Department of Justice if you're on their team.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Earlier today, I sat down with Senator Ted Cruz to
- 20:38Speaker 1: talk about this exact issue of what Congress can do
- 20:43Speaker 1: with real oversight of how this abuse of power took
- 20:48Speaker 1: place with these financial institutions. And I want you to
- 20:50Speaker 1: hear what he had to say. I want to move
- 20:53Speaker 1: Senator also to this other really shocking story and it
- 20:57Speaker 1: just shows you how bad our government has become. And
- 21:02Speaker 1: I'm talking about the deep state here with the FEDS
- 21:05Speaker 1: targeting conservatives with alarming new surveillance. The FEDS asked banking
- 21:11Speaker 1: institutions to search private transactions without any type of warrants
- 21:18Speaker 1: for terms like maga Trump or other words that dealt
- 21:24Speaker 1: with things that were biblical purchases that.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Can include a Bible.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Also, keywords that they said that they suggested that banks
- 21:33Speaker 1: look for in transactions would be things like sporting goods
- 21:37Speaker 1: stores like Dick Sporting Goods, Cabbella's Bass Pro Shop in more.
- 21:42Speaker 1: This is such an abuse of power and a weaponization
- 21:46Speaker 1: of the federal government on the American people. When I
- 21:49Speaker 1: hear this, I want to know, how is this not
- 21:52Speaker 1: breaking the law to be able to do this without
- 21:54Speaker 1: there being any probable cause or search warrants where they
- 21:57Speaker 1: can just go to my bank and say, hey, if
- 21:59Speaker 1: any of these things are there, we want to know
- 22:01Speaker 1: about it.
- 22:02Speaker 12: Look, this is an enormous abuse of power. It is
- 22:05Speaker 12: an enormous violation of the privacy of Americans. This happened
- 22:09Speaker 12: the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan released the documents that
- 22:12Speaker 12: they got from the Treasury Department. And this all happened
- 22:16Speaker 12: after January sixth, twenty twenty one. So after January sixth,
- 22:20Speaker 12: you had Joe Biden in power, and these zealots said,
- 22:23Speaker 12: we are going to target our political enemies. We have
- 22:27Speaker 12: the entire federal government as a weapon. We are going
- 22:30Speaker 12: to go after them. And this was driven by the
- 22:33Speaker 12: Treasury Department's Office of Stakeholder Integration and Engagement in the
- 22:39Speaker 12: Strategic Operations of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and it's
- 22:44Speaker 12: called Finnsen is the acronym, and it distributed materials to
- 22:49Speaker 12: financial institutions that outlined quote typologies of quote various persons
- 22:56Speaker 12: of interest. Now, those typologies included anyone using the term Trump,
- 23:05Speaker 12: anyone using the term MAGA. And they said, these are
- 23:10Speaker 12: people more likely to be quote loan actor, homegrown violent extremists.
- 23:18Speaker 12: And according to the Judiciary Committee's analysis, Finnsend wanted this
- 23:23Speaker 12: is a quote Finnsend wanted financial institutions of extremism indicators
- 23:29Speaker 12: that include transportation charges such as bus tickets, rental cars,
- 23:35Speaker 12: plane tickets for travel areas with noparent purpose, or the
- 23:41Speaker 12: purchase of books, including religious texts and subscriptions to other
- 23:46Speaker 12: media containing extremist views. Now what kind of religious books. Well,
- 23:52Speaker 12: among them was the Bible. If you went and bought
- 23:55Speaker 12: the Bible, the Biden Treasury Department was reporting that, Okay,
- 24:01Speaker 12: we think you're in danger of being a terrorist because
- 24:04Speaker 12: you purchased the Bible. So if if you had any
- 24:07Speaker 12: financial transaction that included the word Trump or MAGA. They
- 24:11Speaker 12: thought you were in danger of being a terrorist. If
- 24:13Speaker 12: you bought the Bible, you were in danger of being
- 24:15Speaker 12: the terrorist. And they also instructed financial institution to query
- 24:21Speaker 12: for transactions using certain codes like small arms and that
- 24:29Speaker 12: that is an MCC code of three four eight four,
- 24:33Speaker 12: or sporting and recreational goods in supply that's an MCC
- 24:36Speaker 12: code of five zero nine to one and the keywords
- 24:40Speaker 12: and this is what Treasury specified. Cabela's, Dick Sportings Goods,
- 24:46Speaker 12: and Bass Pro Shop. And I'll point out Dick Sporting
- 24:49Speaker 12: good in the middle of all the Democrat efforts to
- 24:52Speaker 12: engage in gun control, came out rather loudly against the
- 24:56Speaker 12: Second Amendment. So as for me, I don't go to
- 24:59Speaker 12: Dick Sporting's good but bess Pro Shops and Cabella's are
- 25:02Speaker 12: both fantastic institutions, and if you shop there, the Biden
- 25:07Speaker 12: administration wanted to know because if you go to bess
- 25:11Speaker 12: Pro shops, they think you're a likely terrorists. It's outrageous.
- 25:16Speaker 1: It's also I think shocking how easily people were giving
- 25:20Speaker 1: up this information. Why is it that we now find
- 25:24Speaker 1: out that so many businesses are willing to just say
- 25:27Speaker 1: here's everything when they're asked, not say hey, we'd get
- 25:31Speaker 1: a warrant for this or show me some actual paperwork.
- 25:34Speaker 1: It seems that almost all of these companies are complicit
- 25:38Speaker 1: saying we're more than happy to help you invade on
- 25:41Speaker 1: the privacy of our customers. From a standpoint you just
- 25:44Speaker 1: mentioned of Dick's Sporting Goods. When I look at companies
- 25:48Speaker 1: that do this, I say I'm never wanting to go
- 25:50Speaker 1: there again, certainly not with a credit card.
- 25:52Speaker 12: Yep. So it's not clear that the retailers were engaged
- 25:57Speaker 12: in this process. So it's not clear that Cabells are
- 26:00Speaker 12: Dick Sporting good or Beast Pro shops were participating. This
- 26:03Speaker 12: was directed at banks, and listen, banks. Banks are massively
- 26:09Speaker 12: regulated by the federal government. They are dealing literally every
- 26:12Speaker 12: day with their federal regulators. The federal government has enormous
- 26:16Speaker 12: power over banks, and and so I understand from a
- 26:19Speaker 12: bank's perspective is Treasury is leaning on them and saying
- 26:22Speaker 12: we want this information. The federal government has the ability
- 26:26Speaker 12: to shut down a bank, to destroy a bank's business
- 26:29Speaker 12: if they disagree with you. And so it is an
- 26:32Speaker 12: area where for big state leftists that want to know
- 26:38Speaker 12: everything about your personal life. Banks are a real vulnerability
- 26:42Speaker 12: because every one of us, if you're dealing with modern life,
- 26:45Speaker 12: if you're depositing a paycheck in your bank account, if
- 26:48Speaker 12: you're paying your bills with a bank account, if you
- 26:50Speaker 12: have a credit card, your financial records detail what you're
- 26:54Speaker 12: spending money on. And by the way, the left, just
- 26:58Speaker 12: like communists China, wants to know every single thing you
- 27:03Speaker 12: spend money on. You know, one of the very first
- 27:05Speaker 12: versions of the Build Back Broke bill, they called it
- 27:08Speaker 12: build back Better, but I think build Back Broke defined
- 27:11Speaker 12: it more accurately. One of the earliest versions required banks
- 27:16Speaker 12: to report to the federal government. So if you're making
- 27:19Speaker 12: a car payment, if you're making a rent payment, you know,
- 27:22Speaker 12: we're not quite there, but we're not far away from.
- 27:24Speaker 12: If you're filling up your tank with gas, you had
- 27:27Speaker 12: to report to the federal government. And for leftist Elizabeth
- 27:31Speaker 12: Warren and President she and China both want to know
- 27:36Speaker 12: every single thing you spend a penny on. And this
- 27:39Speaker 12: is an example of the Treasury Department Janet Yellen. You
- 27:43Speaker 12: know George Orwell's nineteen eighty four talked about big brother.
- 27:47Speaker 12: Janet Yellen is perfectly happy to be big sister and
- 27:51Speaker 12: try to gather as much information about your personal financial
- 27:57Speaker 12: transactions as humanly possible.
- 27:59Speaker 1: What will the how come be of this? I guess
- 28:01Speaker 1: you could say new investigation? And is there any way
- 28:04Speaker 1: to stop this from happening in the future or as
- 28:07Speaker 1: long as the Biden administration's in power, can they continue
- 28:10Speaker 1: to get away with this abuse of power?
- 28:12Speaker 12: Well, look, we can have congressional oversight, and we will
- 28:16Speaker 12: and the House will engage in it because the House
- 28:19Speaker 12: has a majority, and so they can hold hearings in
- 28:21Speaker 12: the Senate. No Democrat cares. So in the Senate we
- 28:25Speaker 12: will not have a single hearing on this. Why because
- 28:28Speaker 12: the consequence of having a majority in the Senate is
- 28:31Speaker 12: whoever has the majority has the committee chairman. So I
- 28:33Speaker 12: am the ranking member on the Senate Commerce Committee. That
- 28:36Speaker 12: means I'm the senior Republican on the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science,
- 28:40Speaker 12: and Transportation. That's a committee that has jurisdiction over forty
- 28:44Speaker 12: percent of the US economy. It's an enormously consequential committee.
- 28:48Speaker 12: As the ranking member, I have the ability to fight
- 28:52Speaker 12: hard for jobs and economic growth in the state of Texas,
- 28:55Speaker 12: and I do that and across the country, and I
- 28:57Speaker 12: do that every day. But what I I don't have
- 29:00Speaker 12: the ability to do is I can't convene a hearing.
- 29:02Speaker 12: Only the chairman can convene a hearing. So in the
- 29:05Speaker 12: Senate there is literally not a single Democrat that gives
- 29:08Speaker 12: a dam that the Biden administration is violating your privacy
- 29:13Speaker 12: by engaging in the searches because they, all of them,
- 29:16Speaker 12: they hate Donald Trump so much that they've been radicalized
- 29:21Speaker 12: and they believe it's perfectly justifiable to weaponize the federal government.
- 29:25Speaker 12: So you ask, what can Congress do. Look, if we
- 29:27Speaker 12: had control of both bodies, we could pass legislation to
- 29:30Speaker 12: stop this. Under a Chuck Schumer Democrat Senate, they're not
- 29:34Speaker 12: going to pass legislation to stop it. No Democrat will
- 29:37Speaker 12: support it. So that means we can do oversight. I
- 29:40Speaker 12: can write letters, I can give speeches, I can shine
- 29:43Speaker 12: a light on it, I can do this podcast. But
- 29:46Speaker 12: I can't convene a hearing of the Judiciary Committee because
- 29:49Speaker 12: Dick Durbin, the chairman, won't do it. I can't pass
- 29:54Speaker 12: legislation because no Democrat will support it. And so at
- 29:57Speaker 12: this point, election have consequences, and as long as we're
- 30:02Speaker 12: in the minority, what I'm limited to be able to
- 30:05Speaker 12: do on something like this an abusive power of the
- 30:07Speaker 12: Biden administration is shine a light and do everything I
- 30:11Speaker 12: can to encourage the American people to be outraged at
- 30:14Speaker 12: this and hold their elected officials accountable for violating their privacy.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and friends.
