- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, come in is verdict with Center Tech Cruz Ben
- 0:03Speaker 1: Ferguson with you as well, and Senator, You've got a
- 0:06Speaker 1: big investigation that is looking into big tech specifically and
- 0:12Speaker 1: how they are silencing and deplatforming conservatives, and it's something
- 0:17Speaker 1: the media really isn't covering.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right. In the Senate Commerce Committee, I
- 0:22Speaker 2: launched an investigation in terms of into how big tech
- 0:26Speaker 2: is abusing its power, and we just released a report
- 0:28Speaker 2: explaining how big tech is using monopoly power over basic
- 0:32Speaker 2: infrastructure online to deplatform conservatives, to target conservatives, and to
- 0:37Speaker 2: shut them down. I'm going to explain all about what
- 0:40Speaker 2: they're doing and how they're trying to silence you. We're
- 0:43Speaker 2: also going to talk about a big story that broke
- 0:46Speaker 2: this week that the corporate media is utterly ignoring, which
- 0:48Speaker 2: is testimony that occurred in a federal bankruptcy proceeding that
- 0:53Speaker 2: Joe Biden's brother Jim Biden, was in business with Cutter
- 0:58Speaker 2: and was making vast sums of money from the nation
- 1:01Speaker 2: of Cutter, and that that money was flowing directly to
- 1:04Speaker 2: Joe Biden. Now, Cutter is a country that also has
- 1:06Speaker 2: been a leading player supporting hamas sheltering Hamas, and the
- 1:12Speaker 2: Biden administration has been incredibly soft on Cutter and so
- 1:17Speaker 2: it is direct ties of Biden corruption that is undermining
- 1:21Speaker 2: our national security. We're gonna explain all about it, and
- 1:23Speaker 2: to be honest, you can hear about it here and
- 1:25Speaker 2: very few other places.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Yeah, it is, and it's shocking that no one else
- 1:29Speaker 1: seems to be covering it. I want to tell you
- 1:30Speaker 1: real quick about my friends at Freedom Gold USA. If
- 1:36Speaker 1: you have been looking at gold and silver and you've
- 1:39Speaker 1: seen the headlines gold and silver continuing to have record days,
- 1:44Speaker 1: especially with the volatility that we've been seeing on Wall Street.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Why has there been volatility because of what we've been
- 1:50Speaker 1: seeing when it comes to the economy and inflation and
- 1:53Speaker 1: the job reports. The list goes on and on. In
- 1:56Speaker 1: other words, it's Bidenomics. Well, there are a lot of
- 1:59Speaker 1: companies they can sell you gold and silver, but you
- 2:02Speaker 1: need to pick the right one. And the reason why
- 2:04Speaker 1: I want you to know about Freedom Goold USA is
- 2:07Speaker 1: because not only do they preach diversity, They're never going
- 2:11Speaker 1: to tell you to put all of your money in
- 2:13Speaker 1: gold and or silver. They want you to diversify your assets.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And the second reason and this may actually be the
- 2:20Speaker 1: most important. They charge twenty five to thirty percent less
- 2:25Speaker 1: than most major gold and silver firms that you've heard about. Now,
- 2:30Speaker 1: that means you're literally buying twenty five to thirty percent
- 2:34Speaker 1: more gold and silver with your hard earned money.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Then you will get somewhere else.
- 2:40Speaker 1: So if you want to find out if gold and
- 2:42Speaker 1: silver can work for you, if you want to see
- 2:45Speaker 1: what you can do with an IRA or four A
- 2:47Speaker 1: one K, and if you want to know how to
- 2:49Speaker 1: protect your hard earned dollars with physical gold, call my
- 2:53Speaker 1: friends at Freedom Goold USA. Go online to FREEDOMGOLDUSA dot com,
- 2:58Speaker 1: slash verdict that's Freedom Gold USA dot com slash verdic,
- 3:03Speaker 1: or you can call them at one eight hundred six '
- 3:06Speaker 1: five five eight eight four three. That's one eight hundred
- 3:10Speaker 1: six ' five five eight eight four to three or
- 3:14Speaker 1: Freedom Gold USA dot com slash verdict center. Big tech
- 3:20Speaker 1: is obviously had a massive influence over public opinion in
- 3:24Speaker 1: this country. We saw a recent report that came out
- 3:28Speaker 1: just on TikTok, for example, where they were forty five
- 3:32Speaker 1: to one stories that were pro Palestinian pro Hamas over Israel.
- 3:36Speaker 1: That's one example of how they've really been able to
- 3:39Speaker 1: shape public opinion, especially with young people, and the riots
- 3:42Speaker 1: and the chaos we're witnessing on college campuses right now.
- 3:46Speaker 1: But there's also something else that's happened with big tech.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I've been a victim of it. I spoke out again
- 3:51Speaker 1: against big tech a few years ago at a CPAC convention,
- 3:54Speaker 1: and before I landed home, after I spoke out about
- 3:58Speaker 1: big tech, specifically fit Facebook, my accounts were shut down.
- 4:03Speaker 1: They have never worked the same way as they did before.
- 4:07Speaker 1: The reach has disappeared. I've witnessed it, and many other
- 4:11Speaker 1: conservative leaders out there are going through the same things.
- 4:15Speaker 1: And it always seems to happen center right during a
- 4:19Speaker 1: big election cycle, where the Democrats get a free flow
- 4:22Speaker 1: of information out and conservatives get hammered and silenced.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right. So I started last year as
- 4:30Speaker 2: the ranking member on the Senate Committee of Commerce, Science,
- 4:32Speaker 2: and Transportation, and from that position as the ranking member,
- 4:36Speaker 2: which means the senior Republican on that committee, I launched
- 4:38Speaker 2: an investigation into the abuse of power from big tech,
- 4:42Speaker 2: and this past week we put out a major report.
- 4:44Speaker 2: The report is entitled Weaponizing Terms of Service. How online
- 4:48Speaker 2: service providers use broad policies to silence conservatives. Now, there
- 4:52Speaker 2: are a lot of instances that we know about that
- 4:55Speaker 2: get a lot of publicity. We know, for example, that Twitter,
- 4:59Speaker 2: before Elon Musk purchased them, suspended the account of the
- 5:03Speaker 2: Babylon Bee for making a joke about a Biden administration official.
- 5:07Speaker 2: We know that both Facebook and Twitter suppressed stories about
- 5:11Speaker 2: Hudter Biden's laptop before the twenty twenty election. We know
- 5:15Speaker 2: that Facebook removed posts suggesting that COVID nineteen originated in
- 5:21Speaker 2: Wuhan Lab, something we talked about at length on this podcast,
- 5:25Speaker 2: and a theory that has now been confirmed both by
- 5:28Speaker 2: the Federal Department of Energy and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
- 5:32Speaker 2: We know that YouTube took down a March twenty twenty
- 5:36Speaker 2: one video of a panel discussion with Florida Governor Ron
- 5:39Speaker 2: de Santis, during which he disputed claims that children needed
- 5:43Speaker 2: to wear face masks. We know that YouTube, also, which
- 5:47Speaker 2: is owned by Google, blocked access to a November twenty
- 5:51Speaker 2: twenty three episode of this podcast Verdict because we were
- 5:54Speaker 2: criticizing the corporate media's favorable coverage of Hamas, and YouTube
- 6:00Speaker 2: deemed okay, you must be an adult to see what
- 6:03Speaker 2: is on the network news. We also know in twenty
- 6:06Speaker 2: twenty two, DirecTV dropped one America news network and less
- 6:11Speaker 2: than a year after Democrat leaders in Congress sent a
- 6:13Speaker 2: letter to the CEO calling on them to stop carrying
- 6:16Speaker 2: the network. We also know they did the same thing
- 6:18Speaker 2: to Newsmax. Now I lit Direct TV up and they
- 6:21Speaker 2: ended up bringing Newsmax back. We also know that into It,
- 6:26Speaker 2: at the direction of its banking partners, refused to provide
- 6:30Speaker 2: payment processing and payroll services to gun manufacturers and sellers.
- 6:37Speaker 2: And we know that JP Morgan Chase closed the account
- 6:40Speaker 2: of the National Committee of Religious Freedom, which was created
- 6:44Speaker 2: by former State Department Ambassador at Large for International Religious
- 6:48Speaker 2: Freedom and former US Senator Sam Brownback. We know that
- 6:51Speaker 2: go fund me block the release of ten million dollars
- 6:55Speaker 2: of donations to the Canadian Trucker's Freedom Convoy. We've seen
- 7:00Speaker 2: that happen over and over and over again. Well, what
- 7:04Speaker 2: this report does is it lays out an entirely new
- 7:08Speaker 2: area of discrimination, and it is using web based products
- 7:13Speaker 2: and services online service providers to ban conservative organizations from
- 7:18Speaker 2: using their technology. And it's going after the infrastructure that
- 7:23Speaker 2: is needed to communicate and in fact this investigation reveals
- 7:27Speaker 2: that online service providers are following a playbook for silencing
- 7:33Speaker 2: conservatives that leftist organizations, including the Southern Poverty Law Center,
- 7:38Speaker 2: which is wildly left wing and hates conservatives, and the
- 7:41Speaker 2: Anti Defamation League the ADL, they together put together this strategy,
- 7:46Speaker 2: this playbook to quote remove infrastructure services that conservative organizations
- 7:52Speaker 2: need to operate. And so I'm going to describe that
- 7:54Speaker 2: playbook and what they're doing in particular.
- 7:58Speaker 1: When you look at their playbook and this amount of influence,
- 8:02Speaker 1: I mean, this can change and alter, certainly an election cycle.
- 8:06Speaker 1: It can certainly, I would argue change a presidential election
- 8:10Speaker 1: as well. And that's the reason why they're doing this.
- 8:15Speaker 1: When you think about, you know, you've got millions of
- 8:17Speaker 1: people that follow you Facebook. I've got you know, over
- 8:21Speaker 1: a million. But if you turn off and throttle either
- 8:25Speaker 1: one of us, then the reach that we have compared
- 8:28Speaker 1: to the left, it just disappears. It's the old thing, right,
- 8:32Speaker 1: if a big tree falls in the forest and no
- 8:34Speaker 1: one's around and it make a sound. And that's exactly
- 8:37Speaker 1: what they did. But it wasn't just to one or
- 8:39Speaker 1: two people. They were doing this to hundreds of top
- 8:43Speaker 1: conservative voices that people look to for their opinions, specifically
- 8:50Speaker 1: when it comes to election your issues.
- 8:53Speaker 2: So that's exactly right. And what this report focuses on
- 8:56Speaker 2: is it uses a couple of key examples. It uses
- 8:58Speaker 2: number one slacks removal of libs of TikTok's workspace. It
- 9:03Speaker 2: focuses on event brights, removal of event pages for events
- 9:07Speaker 2: related to Matt Walsh's What Is a Woman documentary as
- 9:11Speaker 2: well as an event where Riley Gaines was scheduled to speak.
- 9:14Speaker 2: And it focuses on Bontera's termination of its relationship with
- 9:18Speaker 2: Independent Women's Forum, which deprived that organization of major nonprofit
- 9:23Speaker 2: technology service provider services. And all of this follows. There
- 9:27Speaker 2: was a report that was put out by the Anti
- 9:30Speaker 2: Defamation League and it is called Bad Gateway. How deplatforming
- 9:36Speaker 2: affects extremist websites And here's what the ADL recommended. It says,
- 9:42Speaker 2: quote deplatforming websites removing infrastructure services they need to operate,
- 9:47Speaker 2: such as website hosting, can reduce the spread and reach
- 9:50Speaker 2: of extremism and hate online. But when does deplatforming succeed?
- 9:55Speaker 2: And here's what ADL explained, quote, this report shows that
- 9:58Speaker 2: deplatforming can decree the popularity of extremist websites, especially when
- 10:02Speaker 2: done without warning and they go through We learned four
- 10:08Speaker 2: important lessons about how deplatforming affects extremist websites, by which
- 10:12Speaker 2: they mean anything right of center. Number one, it can
- 10:16Speaker 2: cause popularity rankings to decrease immediately. Number two, it may
- 10:23Speaker 2: take users a long time to return to the website.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Sometimes the website never regains its previous popularity bingo number
- 10:33Speaker 2: three unexpected and unexpected as key. Unexpected deplatforming makes it
- 10:38Speaker 2: take longer for the website to regain its previous popularity levels.
- 10:43Speaker 2: And number four, Replicating deplatform services such as discussious discussion
- 10:48Speaker 2: forums or live streaming video products on a standalone website
- 10:53Speaker 2: presents significant challenges, including higher costs and smaller audiences. Now
- 11:01Speaker 2: I want to go into a little bit more. This
- 11:03Speaker 2: is what the ADL report. It has an entire section
- 11:05Speaker 2: that says what is deplatforming? And by the way, the
- 11:08Speaker 2: corporate media insists when we talk about deplatforming that we're
- 11:11Speaker 2: making it up. Well, if you actually read the blueprint,
- 11:16Speaker 2: they are very explicit. The left is explicit. They want
- 11:19Speaker 2: to silence use. So let me read from this ADL
- 11:21Speaker 2: report quote. There are three main categories of infrastructure that
- 11:26Speaker 2: keep websites running domain registrars, web hosting companies, and security
- 11:33Speaker 2: protection companies. Number one, the website must be able to
- 11:37Speaker 2: register and keep a domain name. A domain name such
- 11:40Speaker 2: as Google dot com or ADL dot org is how
- 11:44Speaker 2: visitors find a site. If a website is removed from
- 11:47Speaker 2: domain name services, it becomes much more difficult, if not impossible,
- 11:52Speaker 2: to find. Number two, web hosting companies and content distribution
- 11:57Speaker 2: networks provide digital storage space for all the files, pictures, videos,
- 12:03Speaker 2: and software that make up the content of a website.
- 12:06Speaker 2: When a website loses its hosting provider, the site's content disappears.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Losing a CDN a content distribution network can cause slow
- 12:17Speaker 2: service for high traffic sites. And number three, a third
- 12:21Speaker 2: category of infrastructure provider includes companies that protect websites from
- 12:26Speaker 2: external security risks such as distributed denial of service d
- 12:30Speaker 2: DOOS attacks. DDoS attacks flood a website with fake traffic
- 12:35Speaker 2: to overwhelm it, rendering it unable to answer normal user requests.
- 12:41Speaker 2: If an infrastructure company, such as a network security firm
- 12:44Speaker 2: cloud Fare, refuses to provide DDoS protection to a vulnerable website.
- 12:50Speaker 2: It is vulnerable to being flooded with traffic, rendering it inaccessible.
- 12:56Speaker 1: So you look at this what we FINI found out
- 13:00Speaker 1: and what you just went through. The question is how
- 13:04Speaker 1: is it that these companies and I'm specifically referring to
- 13:08Speaker 1: big tech, are allowed to get away with this and
- 13:11Speaker 1: do this to many people that they're in business with.
- 13:16Speaker 1: I used myself as the example again because I've experienced this.
- 13:20Speaker 1: When you went into business and I felt like I
- 13:23Speaker 1: was in business with Facebook. They said, advertise with us, right,
- 13:26Speaker 1: advertise your show, advertise your content, boost your content, spend
- 13:31Speaker 1: money with us, and we're going to help you grow
- 13:33Speaker 1: an audience and it'll be good for everyone. And then
- 13:35Speaker 1: all of a sudden they just shut you down. And
- 13:38Speaker 1: they were able to walk away and just say, oh, well,
- 13:41Speaker 1: you violated our terms of service, or you did this,
- 13:44Speaker 1: or you posted too many things that liberals posted as
- 13:48Speaker 1: saying they were factually incorrect. The fact checkers came out
- 13:51Speaker 1: right the liberals on the left. They were fact checking
- 13:53Speaker 1: and putting things against conservatives. So they lose their reach,
- 13:56Speaker 1: lose their ability to boost posts, lose their ability to advertise,
- 14:00Speaker 1: and it was all being done to clearly influence public opinion,
- 14:04Speaker 1: and yet they've gotten away with it.
- 14:06Speaker 3: So what's next.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Well, what this report focuses on many of the deep
- 14:11Speaker 2: platforming steps by Facebook or Twitter or YouTube, they're very public.
- 14:17Speaker 2: What this report focuses on as the ones that are
- 14:19Speaker 2: not public, which is the back office infrastructure. So let's
- 14:22Speaker 2: take for example, Slack, which is used for communication for
- 14:26Speaker 2: many online organizations and companies. Slack canceled libs of TikTok's
- 14:32Speaker 2: workspace for violating its terms of service and the terms
- 14:36Speaker 2: of service for prohibit users from quote engaging activity that
- 14:40Speaker 2: incites or encourages violence or hatred towards against individuals or groups.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Slack determined that Libs of TikTok violated this policy based
- 14:51Speaker 2: on three social media posts concerning quote, gender affirming hysterectomies
- 14:56Speaker 2: and all age drag shows. Now here's the interesting thing.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Slack shut down libs of TikTok's worksplace without any warning,
- 15:04Speaker 2: without any explanation as to how it is violated Slack's policy,
- 15:08Speaker 2: and Slack's action caused Libs of TikTok to effectively lose
- 15:12Speaker 2: its use of Slax communications and force it to rely
- 15:16Speaker 2: entirely on cell phones to run its business. Now, listen
- 15:20Speaker 2: to this quote, which is fascinating, Slack told the Commerce
- 15:23Speaker 2: Committee told my investigation quote. What makes Libs of TikTok's
- 15:29Speaker 2: posts problematic is that Libs of TikTok has a specific audience,
- 15:34Speaker 2: and they are taking this information and posting it to
- 15:37Speaker 2: that specific audience so that everyone in that audience sees
- 15:40Speaker 2: it at the same time. In other words, they didn't
- 15:43Speaker 2: even find objections with what Libs of TikTok was posting.
- 15:46Speaker 2: What they were mad at is conservatives were reading it
- 15:49Speaker 2: and that was enough reason to deplatform libs TikTok.
- 15:53Speaker 1: So when you shut down a business in essence the
- 15:56Speaker 1: way they did, is there any real in relief for
- 16:02Speaker 1: Libs of TikTok or others or is this one of
- 16:04Speaker 1: those they're too big to fail?
- 16:06Speaker 3: Right?
- 16:06Speaker 1: These companies are too big, they're protected and you're the
- 16:10Speaker 1: minion and just deal with it. And if you're in
- 16:13Speaker 1: and who cares if your life work is destroyed in
- 16:15Speaker 1: thirty seconds because they shut it off.
- 16:17Speaker 2: So right now there is not immediate relief. You could
- 16:20Speaker 2: presumably file a breach of contract case. The biggest relief
- 16:24Speaker 2: and the reason I did this report is just sunshine.
- 16:26Speaker 2: They're doing this in the dark. They're doing this without scrutiny.
- 16:29Speaker 2: There is right now no federal law that this is prohibited.
- 16:33Speaker 2: I'll give you another example. Event Bright, which we focus
- 16:35Speaker 2: is on. Event Bright canceled pages for events hosted by
- 16:39Speaker 2: college Republican clubs concerning Matt Walsh's What Is a Woman? Film?
- 16:44Speaker 2: And it also canceled pages for an event featuring swimmer
- 16:49Speaker 2: Riley Gaines for violating its terms of service. Now, critically,
- 16:54Speaker 2: no one involved in the decision. This is what they told.
- 16:57Speaker 2: The committee watched the movie v What is a Woman',
- 17:01Speaker 2: so they never saw it, and they couldn't identify anything
- 17:05Speaker 2: objectionbal in the trailer, So they just didn't like the topic,
- 17:09Speaker 2: so they decided to take it down. They relied instead
- 17:12Speaker 2: on Matt Walsh's statements about quote gender affirming surgeries, pronouns,
- 17:17Speaker 2: and is Johnny the Walris Children's book to reach the conclusion. Likewise,
- 17:21Speaker 2: event Bright determined that Riley Gains's event violated its policy
- 17:26Speaker 2: based on her social media post about biological men compeding
- 17:29Speaker 2: women's sports. They shut down the event page without any warning,
- 17:34Speaker 2: without any explanation as to how they violated this policy
- 17:37Speaker 2: without any way to fix it, and their actions ruined
- 17:41Speaker 2: advertisements that included QR coaches for the event pages. So
- 17:45Speaker 2: you know, a lot had been done to put out
- 17:47Speaker 2: the codes to say hey, come to this event, and
- 17:49Speaker 2: they forced the event organizers to quickly pivot to a
- 17:52Speaker 2: new method of providing tickets. And the committee asked event
- 17:57Speaker 2: Bright whether gained this statement. On October tenth, twenty twenty three,
- 18:02Speaker 2: she posted on Twitter quote real women lack a Y chromosome,
- 18:09Speaker 2: and we asked whether that violates event Bright's policy. Event
- 18:14Speaker 2: Bright responded that quote the post speaks for itself, so
- 18:18Speaker 2: they needn't answer that. How dare you say that someone
- 18:23Speaker 2: with a Y chromosome is not a woman. We don't
- 18:25Speaker 2: even need to dispute it. We have the power to
- 18:28Speaker 2: shut it down.
- 18:30Speaker 1: So now moving forward, you shine light on this and
- 18:35Speaker 1: you talk about this is really being done in darkness
- 18:38Speaker 1: and we need to shine light on it. Was there
- 18:42Speaker 1: any nervousness from those that you're questioning. I want to
- 18:48Speaker 1: use the word remorse, but I can't imagine they're remorseful.
- 18:51Speaker 1: But is it going to at least make them pause
- 18:54Speaker 1: before they do it again?
- 18:55Speaker 2: Or since I'm ask you, Ben Have you seen this
- 18:57Speaker 2: on CNN?
- 18:58Speaker 3: No?
- 18:59Speaker 2: Have you seen it on an AB, the NBCCBS, MSNBC nowhere,
- 19:03Speaker 2: You read it past, you read in the New York Times. No, no,
- 19:06Speaker 2: the corporate media will not cover. I'll give you another example.
- 19:09Speaker 2: So Bontera, which provides nonprofit management services, so it's back office,
- 19:14Speaker 2: but it's incredibly important and they're very few providers of this.
- 19:19Speaker 2: They denied those services to Independent Women's Forum, which is
- 19:23Speaker 2: a conservative organization that is focused on advancing women's rights,
- 19:27Speaker 2: and Bontera concluded that it violates its policies, which require
- 19:32Speaker 2: customers to agree to refrain from advocacy denying quote LGBTQ
- 19:37Speaker 2: rights or denying a woman's right to reproductive choice, or
- 19:41Speaker 2: denying racial justice, or denying climate change, and their policies
- 19:46Speaker 2: also prohibit customers from quote promoting, encouraging, or facilitating hate speech, violence,
- 19:51Speaker 2: discrimination based on race, color, sexual orientation, marital status, gender,
- 19:55Speaker 2: or identity expression. Bonterra notified Independent Women's Form of its
- 20:00Speaker 2: decision not to renew their contract without any explanation of
- 20:04Speaker 2: how the organization violated this policy. As a result, Independent
- 20:08Speaker 2: Women's Forum had to quickly move off Bonterra's platform and
- 20:11Speaker 2: obtain a replacement services provider. Bontera told the committee that
- 20:16Speaker 2: Independent Women's Forum violated its terms of service because the
- 20:19Speaker 2: organization quote works to restrict the rights of the LGBTQ community.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Bontera could not explain exactly how the group was working
- 20:29Speaker 2: to restrict LGBTQ rights, but generally pointed to Independent women
- 20:35Speaker 2: forums advocacy on issues like protecting women's sports and women's spaces.
- 20:41Speaker 2: So if you actually think that girls should compete in
- 20:43Speaker 2: girls sports, that is of view. That is not acceptable
- 20:48Speaker 2: and you will be denied online basic infrastructure from monopoly
- 20:53Speaker 2: and near monopoly providers.
- 20:55Speaker 1: The amount of arrogance that weceive now from these companies
- 20:59Speaker 1: you've witnessed sit now firsthand tells you they feel like
- 21:03Speaker 1: they are protected by the current regime.
- 21:04Speaker 3: Am I wrong?
- 21:06Speaker 2: You are exactly right. And if you look at event
- 21:11Speaker 2: Bright for example, let's go back to Riley Gaines. So
- 21:16Speaker 2: Riley Gaines, they shut her down because they disagreed about
- 21:20Speaker 2: not her event, but about some posts that she had
- 21:23Speaker 2: put out. What they did not object to was an
- 21:29Speaker 2: event that we identified entitled Gaza and the Struggle for Palestine. Now,
- 21:36Speaker 2: that event was flagged by Event Rights algorithm and it
- 21:40Speaker 2: was reviewed by its Trust and Safety team, but it
- 21:43Speaker 2: determined that that event did not violate its hateful events
- 21:47Speaker 2: policy in an October ninth, twenty twenty three statements. So
- 21:52Speaker 2: two days off after October seventh, here's what the event
- 21:55Speaker 2: sponsored the Palestinian American organization Networks said. It called the
- 21:59Speaker 2: October SI attack quote self defense measures and said that
- 22:04Speaker 2: quote Israel bears the full responsibility for those attacks, and
- 22:09Speaker 2: declare that quote the Palestinian people have the right to
- 22:11Speaker 2: defend themselves and to fight the occupation with all means available.
- 22:15Speaker 2: We salute the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in its resistance.
- 22:20Speaker 2: So understand saluting the mass murder of twelve hundred people,
- 22:25Speaker 2: the raping of women and girls that does not violate
- 22:30Speaker 2: their hateful speech policy. But saying that girls exist that does.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Saying that men should not compete against women in women's
- 22:41Speaker 2: sports that does. That is the utter hypocrisy and double
- 22:47Speaker 2: standards that allows. By the way, event Bright has also
- 22:51Speaker 2: allowed numerous quote stop Cop City events which support violent
- 22:57Speaker 2: protesters who oppose the building of a police and firefighter
- 23:02Speaker 2: training facility. Likewise, event Bright created a map of Black
- 23:09Speaker 2: Lives Matter protests, many of which turn violent to help
- 23:13Speaker 2: users find them. So, in other words, actual events that
- 23:17Speaker 2: produce violence that end up killing people, that burn shops,
- 23:21Speaker 2: that fire bomb cars, those are not deem hateful and violent.
- 23:26Speaker 2: But if you say that women exists, you must be deplatformed.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Incredible, I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile. If
- 23:33Speaker 1: you're like me and you're sick and tired of giving
- 23:35Speaker 1: your money to woke liberal companies to hate your values,
- 23:38Speaker 1: then your cell phone provider maybe at the top of
- 23:41Speaker 1: the list and you don't even know it. You may
- 23:43Speaker 1: not realize that Big Mobile gives massive donations to democratic
- 23:47Speaker 1: causes candidates that are running at the local, state, national
- 23:52Speaker 1: level as well. You may not realize that when you
- 23:55Speaker 1: pay your bill to Big Mobile, you're supporting Planned Parenthood.
- 24:00Speaker 3: That's right.
- 24:01Speaker 1: They give major donations decade after decade.
- 24:05Speaker 3: To Planned Parenthood.
- 24:07Speaker 1: That's why I made the switch to Patriot Mobile because
- 24:10Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is the only nationwide, conservative, dependable provider of
- 24:18Speaker 1: what you need, and that is access to all three
- 24:21Speaker 1: major networks. That means the same towers you're using right
- 24:24Speaker 1: now are the same towers you're.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Going to keep using. The other thing is switching is
- 24:28Speaker 3: now easy in twenty twenty four.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Look.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Number one reason why people don't switch internet providers or
- 24:33Speaker 1: cell phone providers is they think it takes forever because
- 24:37Speaker 1: it used to take forever. Well, not anymore. Switching is easy,
- 24:42Speaker 1: and you can do it over the phone. You can
- 24:45Speaker 1: keep your same cell phone number you have now, keep
- 24:47Speaker 1: your same cell phone you have right now, or upgrade
- 24:49Speaker 1: to a new one. But here's the payoff that you're
- 24:52Speaker 1: going to love. Every time you pay your bill to
- 24:54Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile, they take about five percent of your bill
- 24:57Speaker 1: at no extra cost to you, and they give it
- 25:00Speaker 1: back to organizations that support free speech, religious freedom, that
- 25:05Speaker 1: protect the sanctity of life of unborn children. They also
- 25:10Speaker 1: give money to Second Amendment organizations, and they support our military,
- 25:14Speaker 1: our wounded warriors, our veterans, and our first responder heroes.
- 25:19Speaker 1: So you're making a difference with every phone call you make.
- 25:22Speaker 1: So get away from Mobile and switch to Patriot the
- 25:26Speaker 1: number nine to seven to two Patriot, use the promo
- 25:29Speaker 1: code Verdict, and you're going to get free activation. That's
- 25:33Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash Verdict.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Senator.
- 25:39Speaker 1: One of the reasons why I just I love doing
- 25:41Speaker 1: this show with you is we get to talk about
- 25:43Speaker 1: issues that the media is not covering. The last one's
- 25:46Speaker 1: a great example, but there's also one that needs to
- 25:50Speaker 1: have everyone listening, share on social media, and that is
- 25:54Speaker 1: this new report out that it wasn't just Hunter Biden
- 25:57Speaker 1: that was getting in on the action of selling access
- 25:59Speaker 1: to daddy. Jim Biden was getting in on the action
- 26:03Speaker 1: and actually may have been a bigger offender based on
- 26:07Speaker 1: what we're finding out. Jim Biden is now being accused
- 26:10Speaker 1: of being in business with Katari officials, the actual government
- 26:14Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden. Yeah, he leverages ties to his dad.
- 26:18Speaker 1: We've seen that. But Politico has a new report out
- 26:21Speaker 1: that says that Joe Biden's brother was winning business deals
- 26:25Speaker 1: with business partners that were directly linked and tied to
- 26:28Speaker 1: foreign governments, those that were actually tied to terrorism. According
- 26:32Speaker 1: to the outlet, Jim Biden, the President's brother, was in
- 26:35Speaker 1: business with Katari officials to fund his healthcare venture. That
- 26:39Speaker 1: would be quote some of the closest known links between
- 26:44Speaker 1: a Biden relative and a foreign government.
- 26:48Speaker 2: Well that's exactly right. This was a bombshell report that
- 26:51Speaker 2: came out three days ago in Politico. The title of
- 26:54Speaker 2: the report is quote fund manager indicates Jim Biden was
- 26:57Speaker 2: in business with Katari officials, and Politico explains quote. New
- 27:03Speaker 2: details about Jim Biden's foreign fundraising efforts are spilling out
- 27:06Speaker 2: into a Kentucky bankruptcy court, where recent testimony indicates that
- 27:10Speaker 2: President Joe Biden's brother partnered with the Katari government officials
- 27:14Speaker 2: in his quest to find money for a US healthcare venture.
- 27:18Speaker 2: The sworn testimony by fund manager Michael LeWitt, a former
- 27:22Speaker 2: business partner of Jim Biden's, a test that two companies
- 27:25Speaker 2: that facilitated the efforts were part owned by members of
- 27:30Speaker 2: the Katari government. One company named in the testimony partnered
- 27:34Speaker 2: directly with Jim Biden the multi year fundraising efforts. The
- 27:37Speaker 2: second company provided financial backing for a series of loans
- 27:41Speaker 2: that a hospital chain paid Jim Biden to arrange. According
- 27:44Speaker 2: to documents and testimony Lewet submitted in the course of
- 27:48Speaker 2: the federal bankruptcy proceedings. If substantiated, the alleged arrangements would
- 27:54Speaker 2: constitute some of the closest known financial links between a
- 27:59Speaker 2: relative of Presidentident Joe Biden and a foreign government.
- 28:02Speaker 1: It's also about following the money. Yes, we're hearing now
- 28:08Speaker 1: that this money that was coming in was not just
- 28:12Speaker 1: going to Jim Biden, but it was also going into
- 28:15Speaker 1: the pocket of the now President of the United States
- 28:19Speaker 1: of America. This testimony that came out in this bankruptcy,
- 28:25Speaker 1: these documents, and now this individual that did business with
- 28:29Speaker 1: the Bidens, he said, Look, at first there was a
- 28:32Speaker 1: bridge loan to amer Corps that coincided with a payment
- 28:35Speaker 1: from Americ Corps directly to Jim Biden. The report says
- 28:39Speaker 1: Biden said in testimony in February that the roughly six
- 28:43Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars payments that he received from Americrps around
- 28:48Speaker 1: the time where his role was in arranging quote loans
- 28:52Speaker 1: and many other services quote unquote, and then in March
- 28:57Speaker 1: of twenty eighteen, Jim Biden it's transferred two hundred thousand
- 29:01Speaker 1: dollars of the payments in question to then his brother
- 29:06Speaker 1: Joe Biden.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Well, look, that is exactly right. And you needn't understand
- 29:12Speaker 2: Cutter has some of the most problematic foreign policy of
- 29:16Speaker 2: any country on Earth, and so this is you know,
- 29:20Speaker 2: it's amazing the Biden crime family. In that phrase. I
- 29:23Speaker 2: got to say a while ago it sounded like hyperbole.
- 29:25Speaker 2: It no longer sounds like hyperbole because the entire Biden
- 29:28Speaker 2: family is engaged in a business where they only do
- 29:32Speaker 2: business with our enemies. They somehow never seem to do
- 29:35Speaker 2: business with Canada, They never do business with the United Kingdom.
- 29:38Speaker 2: They never do business with France or Spain or Japan.
- 29:42Speaker 2: They only do business with Russia. They do business with Ukraine,
- 29:46Speaker 2: they do business with communist China. Let me read from
- 29:52Speaker 2: this political art article because it lays out quote. In
- 29:56Speaker 2: June of twenty seventeen, Cutter's neighbors, led by Saudia Arabia,
- 30:00Speaker 2: ganged up and cut diplomatic ties with the country, citing
- 30:04Speaker 2: its alleged support for terrorism. The ensuing financial and physical
- 30:08Speaker 2: blockade through the country, a peninsula that juts out from
- 30:11Speaker 2: Saudi Arabia into the Persian Gulf, into a sustained crisis.
- 30:16Speaker 2: In response, the country's rulers began showering well connected Westerners
- 30:20Speaker 2: with gifts and financial benefits, sometimes in the form of
- 30:23Speaker 2: investment funding. The Qatari influence offensive strengthened the country's ties
- 30:28Speaker 2: to the US and Europe, but also led to corruption scandals,
- 30:31Speaker 2: including the European parliament sprawling Cuttergate fiasco. Around the time
- 30:38Speaker 2: of the blockade. Jim Biden was embarking into a foray
- 30:40Speaker 2: into the healthcare business, in which he worked closely with
- 30:43Speaker 2: a troubled hospital chain AmeriCorps. And by the way, when
- 30:47Speaker 2: Jim Biden was raising money, he pitched himself very directly
- 30:54Speaker 2: as so. For example, here's what Jim Biden said in
- 30:58Speaker 2: a draft letter to official at Cutter's and Wealth fund.
- 31:01Speaker 2: He said, quote, my family could provide a wealth of
- 31:06Speaker 2: introductions and business opportunities at the highest level that I
- 31:09Speaker 2: believe would be worthy of the interest of his excellency
- 31:13Speaker 2: on behalf of the Biden family. I welcome your interest here.
- 31:20Speaker 2: That's how he was pitching it, and it resulted in
- 31:25Speaker 2: payments of roughly six hundred thousand dollars from AmeriCorps that
- 31:29Speaker 2: he received, and Jim Biden transferred two hundred thousand dollars
- 31:34Speaker 2: of those payments directly to Joe Biden. Now understand who
- 31:38Speaker 2: Cutter is. Also, do you know where the leaders of
- 31:41Speaker 2: a MOSS live? Where's that Cutter? There? You go that
- 31:46Speaker 2: they live as billionaire as they live in incredibly lush,
- 31:50Speaker 2: opulent apartments, they fly private jets. Cutter gives them sanctuary.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Cutter supports them, Cutter protects them. This is the same
- 31:57Speaker 2: Mas that carried out October seventh. This is the same
- 32:00Speaker 2: Moss that murders Israelis and murders murders Americans. And yet
- 32:05Speaker 2: the Biden administration consistently refuses the sanctioned Cutter, refuses to
- 32:09Speaker 2: stand up to Cutter, and suddenly we discover that the
- 32:14Speaker 2: Biden family has been bought and paid for. By the way,
- 32:20Speaker 2: can you.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Go back and read that one line, because I do
- 32:22Speaker 1: think it's an important one.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Holy let me read a different line, which is Jim
- 32:28Speaker 2: Biden presented a presentation on behalf of America Corps saying
- 32:32Speaker 2: that Americarps was seeking thirty million dollars in financing to
- 32:36Speaker 2: acquire hospitals. Do you know how the presentation described Jim Biden.
- 32:42Speaker 3: I'm gonna guess Joe Biden's brother.
- 32:46Speaker 2: It described him as totally separate person with no connection
- 32:49Speaker 2: to the vice president of the president. No, no, that
- 32:51Speaker 2: actually is not correct. I'm gonna read you what it said.
- 32:55Speaker 2: This is a quote Jim Biden quote, brother and campaign
- 33:01Speaker 2: finance chair of former Vice President Joe Biden. So it
- 33:06Speaker 2: ain't complicated. Why do you want to give him money?
- 33:10Speaker 2: Because he's Joe's brother. And by the way, the money
- 33:13Speaker 2: you give him, he'll give to Joe. Why is this
- 33:17Speaker 2: not on the six o'clock news.
- 33:18Speaker 1: Ben, Because it indicts the President United States of America
- 33:22Speaker 1: in a paid a play scheme that would bring down
- 33:24Speaker 1: I would argue any other presidency, look.
- 33:29Speaker 2: In any normal sense, that would be right. But if
- 33:36Speaker 2: you look at this these documents, these documents are being
- 33:41Speaker 2: ignored by the media. So, for example, Lewett wrote to
- 33:46Speaker 2: Jim Biden to express confidence that his funds would be
- 33:49Speaker 2: repaid immediately for its loans to AmeriCorps with money from Dubai.
- 33:54Speaker 2: According to an email that emerged in the bankruptcy litigation,
- 33:57Speaker 2: quote nothing else changes in turn terms of what I
- 34:00Speaker 2: will be doing re AmeriCorps, since I will be just
- 34:04Speaker 2: as responsible for the Dubai dollar dollar dollar three dollar
- 34:08Speaker 2: signs with the added worry of being driven around the desert.
- 34:16Speaker 2: L Ol.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Wow.
- 34:19Speaker 1: I mean I'm sitting here and I say wow, and
- 34:21Speaker 1: I mean it rarely am I speechless, But I go
- 34:24Speaker 1: back to that sence I wanted you to read again
- 34:27Speaker 1: where the pitch is to his excellency. I mean they're saying, hey,
- 34:31Speaker 1: do business with us. You guys need access. You're in trouble.
- 34:35Speaker 1: This is how you get the Biden family on your team. Again,
- 34:39Speaker 1: It's just going to cost you millions of dollars in
- 34:42Speaker 1: quote business.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Yet, let's speak clear the entire pitch. It was not
- 34:48Speaker 2: about Jim Biden's financial acumen. It's not about what he
- 34:53Speaker 2: knew about healthcare. As far as we can tell, he
- 34:55Speaker 2: didn't know a damn thing about healthcare. Here's what he
- 34:58Speaker 2: what he wrote. I'm going to read it again. The
- 35:00Speaker 2: draft letter from Jim Biden read, in part quote my family.
- 35:04Speaker 2: It's not even me my family and who's my family mean?
- 35:07Speaker 2: He means his brother. It's just like Hunter Biden when
- 35:09Speaker 2: he says my father. They're all talking about Papa Joe.
- 35:13Speaker 2: My family could provide a wealth of introduction and business
- 35:18Speaker 2: opportunities at the highest level that I believe would be
- 35:22Speaker 2: worthy of the interest of his excellency and his excellency
- 35:26Speaker 2: are both capitalized on behalf of the Biden family. I
- 35:32Speaker 2: welcome your interest here.
- 35:34Speaker 3: Yeah, meaning I'm speaking on behalf of my brother.
- 35:37Speaker 2: Just like Hunter Biden said, I'm sitting here next to
- 35:39Speaker 2: my father to the Chinese Communist. If you do not
- 35:42Speaker 2: give me five million dollars Right now, my father will retaliate.
- 35:46Speaker 2: It wasn't just Hunter, it was Jim. It was the
- 35:49Speaker 2: entire family. And I want to underscore why didn't they
- 35:53Speaker 2: do business with the French, or the British or any friends,
- 35:56Speaker 2: the Japanese, the Canadians know. It was only enemies of America.
- 36:00Speaker 2: It was only countries that provide comfort and shelter to
- 36:04Speaker 2: Hamas and terrorists to murder Americans. That was their business
- 36:08Speaker 2: strategy is find people who hate America, find countries who
- 36:12Speaker 2: are enemies of America, but who need favors from Joe Biden,
- 36:17Speaker 2: and go get hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars
- 36:21Speaker 2: from them.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Yeah, and this comes, by the way, two weeks after
- 36:25Speaker 1: James Biden it came out in court documents as well,
- 36:28Speaker 1: apparently secretly negotiate one hundred and forty million dollars settlement
- 36:31Speaker 1: deal in twenty twelve between a US company and the
- 36:34Speaker 1: Saudi Arabian government quote due to his relationship with then
- 36:38Speaker 1: Vice President Joe Biden.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Court documents revealed, and.
- 36:41Speaker 1: No one talked about that story either on the nightly news,
- 36:44Speaker 1: as you mentioned a moment ago.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Look, it reminds me of mel Brooks's movie History of
- 36:48Speaker 2: the World Part One, where he says repeatedly, it's good
- 36:51Speaker 2: to be the king.
- 36:52Speaker 3: It's good to be the king.
- 36:53Speaker 2: That's how the Biden family sadly approaches government.
- 36:58Speaker 3: Yeah, we're gonna keep watching this.
- 37:00Speaker 1: I ask all of you listening make sure you share
- 37:02Speaker 1: it on social media because this is what we're up against.
