Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is his verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 2: with you, Senator. I don't know if we call this
- 0:07Speaker 2: a rapture alert, but the media actually did some real
- 0:12Speaker 2: reporting this coming from CBS Evening News. They are now
- 0:18Speaker 2: reporting on a bombshell IRS whistleblower report in the Hunter
- 0:24Speaker 2: Biden investigation. There is an attorney representing someone with the
- 0:29Speaker 2: IRS that wants to come forward as a whistleblower. Before
- 0:33Speaker 2: I play this audio, can you explain to everybody the
- 0:37Speaker 2: legal aspect of this. When you're asking for whistleblower status,
- 0:41Speaker 2: who grants that to you? What does that allow you
- 0:44Speaker 2: to do? And why is an attorney involved this early on.
- 0:49Speaker 3: Well, we have a senior supervisory agent at the IRS
- 0:55Speaker 3: who is coming forward and saying that he or she
- 0:58Speaker 3: has incriminating in for information about the IRS's investigation into
- 1:04Speaker 3: Hunter Biden and investigating information that demonstrates that the IRS
- 1:10Speaker 3: has been giving political favoritism to Hunter Biden. This is
- 1:15Speaker 3: a big DAN deal. Now, under federal law, whistleblowers are protected.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Whistleblowers are protected from being fired, So this individual presumably
- 1:24Speaker 3: doesn't want.
- 1:24Speaker 1: To lose his or her job.
- 1:26Speaker 3: And if you are granted whistleblower status. The agency cannot
- 1:33Speaker 3: fire you, they cannot retaliate against you, they cannot punish
- 1:36Speaker 3: you because you have highlighted a illegality of breaking of
- 1:43Speaker 3: the law. And so I got to say this is
- 1:46Speaker 3: astonishing number one, that we've got a courageous senior official,
- 1:51Speaker 3: career official at the IRS who is standing up and
- 1:56Speaker 3: calling out the political misconduct of the Biden appointee. He's
- 2:00Speaker 3: But number two even more amazing is you've got a
- 2:06Speaker 3: major media outlet, CBS News who's reporting on it. And
- 2:11Speaker 3: so it's worth just let's listen right now to what
- 2:14Speaker 3: CBS News had to say here.
- 2:17Speaker 4: There is breaking news in the federal criminal investigation into
- 2:20Speaker 4: Hunter Biden's tax returns. An attorney for an IRS supervisor
- 2:24Speaker 4: sent a letter to lawmakers today asking for whistleblower protection,
- 2:28Speaker 4: saying his client has information that suggests the investigation is
- 2:32Speaker 4: being improperly influenced by quote, preferential treatment and politics. Here
- 2:38Speaker 4: is CBS News Chief investigative correspondent Jim Axelrod.
- 2:43Speaker 5: My client wants to come forward to Congress. He's ready
- 2:46Speaker 5: to be questioned about what he knows and what he
- 2:48Speaker 5: experienced under the proper legal Protections.
- 2:51Speaker 6: Attorney Mark Ladle's client is a supervisory special agent at
- 2:55Speaker 6: the IRS who's prepared to tell Congress the investigation he's
- 2:59Speaker 6: been working one has been hampered by what he thinks
- 3:02Speaker 6: is special treatment.
- 3:04Speaker 5: Typical steps that a law enforcement investigator would take were
- 3:08Speaker 5: compromised because of political considerations.
- 3:12Speaker 6: Lytel wouldn't talk in specifics, declining to identify either his
- 3:16Speaker 6: client or the target of the investigation his client helped conduct.
- 3:20Speaker 6: Can you identify him?
- 3:21Speaker 5: I can't at this stage, Jim.
- 3:23Speaker 6: But CBS News has learned the investigation the whistleblower worked
- 3:27Speaker 6: on is about Hunter Biden.
- 3:29Speaker 1: What we're doing is is being completely cooperative.
- 3:32Speaker 6: That was Biden. Two years ago, after the DOJ opened
- 3:36Speaker 6: an investigation into his finances, the FBI collected what it
- 3:40Speaker 6: believed was sufficient evidence to charge Biden with tax crimes,
- 3:44Speaker 6: and last year, Senate's findings to the US attorney in Delaware.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Since then, silence, Senator. You hear them say this on CBS.
- 3:56Speaker 2: This is I think clearly significant because the fact that
- 4:01Speaker 2: they're doing it, dedicating a minute in thirty nine seconds
- 4:04Speaker 2: to it and explaining it this way while they're interviewing
- 4:08Speaker 2: this attorney.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Is it fair?
- 4:10Speaker 2: To say now that the Biden family is no longer
- 4:13Speaker 2: able to control this story and is losing their grip
- 4:17Speaker 2: on the media protecting them at all costs, like they
- 4:19Speaker 2: did with the Hunter Byden laptop story, saying we refuse
- 4:23Speaker 2: to touch it.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Well, I hope.
- 4:25Speaker 3: So as I listened to that story, my immediate reactions
- 4:30Speaker 3: are up and down. The sky is green, grass is blue,
- 4:37Speaker 3: and cats and dogs are living together in the end times.
- 4:43Speaker 3: And I say that because you've got CBS actually reporting
- 4:48Speaker 3: on serious evidence of corruption by Joe Biden's family. The
- 4:55Speaker 3: corrupt corporate media has not been willing to report on that.
- 4:58Speaker 3: As you noted, when it came to Hunter Biden's laptop,
- 5:01Speaker 3: CBS at ABC and NBC, along with CNN and MSNBC,
- 5:05Speaker 3: and along with The Washington Post, the New York Times
- 5:08Speaker 3: and all of the corporate media, engaged in a blackout
- 5:12Speaker 3: of any reporting on Hunter Biden's laptop in the two
- 5:16Speaker 3: weeks before the twenty twenty election. And they did so
- 5:20Speaker 3: at the behest of the FBI, at the behest of
- 5:23Speaker 3: the intelligence agencies, and they did so in close concert
- 5:29Speaker 3: with big tech that actively suppressed Facebook, Twitter, They suppressed
- 5:36Speaker 3: any references to Hunter Biden's laptop. They blocked The New
- 5:41Speaker 3: York Post, the newspaper with the fifth largest circulation in
- 5:44Speaker 3: the United States, from posting until they withdrew their story
- 5:51Speaker 3: on Hunter Biden's laptop, a story that was true, and
- 5:57Speaker 3: yet it was politically inconvenient the media.
- 6:01Speaker 2: You look at this story and if you just go
- 6:04Speaker 2: back to our podcast on Wednesday, and if you missed it,
- 6:07Speaker 2: go back and listen to it. But there was big
- 6:10Speaker 2: breaking news center that deals with the Biden crime family, obviously,
- 6:15Speaker 2: and the expansion of the number of people that were
- 6:18Speaker 2: on the take with the last name Biden. But also
- 6:20Speaker 2: there was the suspicious activity reports that apparently have connections
- 6:24Speaker 2: to prostitution rings, to Chinese business dealings worth astronomical sums
- 6:28Speaker 2: of money. Every time, as you described it, you flip
- 6:32Speaker 2: over rock, there's another Biden on the take. This story
- 6:36Speaker 2: with a potential whistle blower at the IRS has nothing
- 6:39Speaker 2: to do with that story that we covered on Wednesday.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Go back and listen to it. But if you are
- 6:44Speaker 2: the White House tonight, what's going through your head now
- 6:47Speaker 2: knowing you have these types of stories coming out in
- 6:51Speaker 2: consecutive days.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Look, this has been an exceptionally bad week. For the
- 6:56Speaker 3: White House. I'll say one word nine nine nine nine
- 7:02Speaker 3: our last podcast on Wednesday. If you didn't listen to it,
- 7:05Speaker 3: go back and listen to Wednesday's podcast. We laid out
- 7:09Speaker 3: the evidence that the House committee investigating this corruption went
- 7:15Speaker 3: to the Treasury Department, they reviewed the suspicious activity reports,
- 7:20Speaker 3: and they came out and said that there was evidence
- 7:22Speaker 3: that nine total Biden family members were on the take,
- 7:27Speaker 3: were getting paid, getting paid from communist China, and getting
- 7:33Speaker 3: paid to the tune of millions of dollars. We also
- 7:38Speaker 3: know the Congresswoman Nancy May said the evidence indicated their
- 7:44Speaker 3: involvement with prostitution rings. Now that is you want to
- 7:48Speaker 3: talk about a bombshell salacious claims. I don't know what
- 7:55Speaker 3: truth or falsity there is to that. I don't know
- 7:57Speaker 3: if the Biden family was involved in prostitution rings. But
- 8:02Speaker 3: what Congresswoman May said is that the Treasury suspicious activity
- 8:06Speaker 3: reports demonstrated that the Biden family was profiting from those.
- 8:12Speaker 3: What I called for on Wednesday, I'm gonna call for
- 8:15Speaker 3: again right now is Janet Yellen should release every one
- 8:21Speaker 3: of those suspicious activity reports. Let the American people see,
- 8:27Speaker 3: is Joe Biden corrupt? Is Hunter Biden corrupt? Is the
- 8:32Speaker 3: entire Biden family on the take from the Communist Chinese Party?
- 8:38Speaker 3: And by the way, if you're inclined to discount what
- 8:44Speaker 3: I'm saying, listen, I'm a conservative Republican. I don't support
- 8:49Speaker 3: Joe Biden. I don't support the agenda that he's putting
- 8:52Speaker 3: in place that I think is very harmful for the country.
- 8:55Speaker 3: But the fact that CBS News is now reporting on
- 8:58Speaker 3: this that you've got a senior career employee at the IRS,
- 9:03Speaker 3: not a political appointee, but a career appointee who's coming
- 9:06Speaker 3: forward saying something is rotten in the state of Denmark,
- 9:11Speaker 3: that is a big, big deal.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I want to play for you one of the things
- 9:15Speaker 2: that James Cumber said and get your reaction to it.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Before I get to that one, I tell you about
- 9:18Speaker 2: our friends over chock. If you are a guy and

- 10:38Speaker 2: code Ben. Senator, I want you to hear what Representative
- 10:41Speaker 2: Comer had to say. He was talking with Larry Kudlow
- 10:43Speaker 2: on Fox Business. He was talking about these six additional
- 10:47Speaker 2: Biden family members that have been involved in shady foreign transactions.
- 10:52Speaker 2: He was clearly using and choosing his words carefully. You
- 10:55Speaker 2: can hear it kind of in the way he was talking,
- 10:58Speaker 2: because I think he was even shocked by what they
- 11:00Speaker 2: found in these suspicious activity reports.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 11:04Speaker 7: There are thousands of pages of documents relating to financial transactions.
- 11:09Speaker 7: And let me be very clear, this isn't just about
- 11:12Speaker 7: the president's son or the president's brother. We've identified six
- 11:16Speaker 7: new Biden family members involved in shady foreign transactions that
- 11:23Speaker 7: we believe we're a direct result of influence peddling. That
- 11:27Speaker 7: brings the number of Biden family members now to nine
- 11:30Speaker 7: that were involved in the Biden family influence peddling. And
- 11:33Speaker 7: we still have more family members that we suspect were involved.
- 11:37Speaker 7: So this is a family affair. This is something that
- 11:40Speaker 7: should be troubling to every American. And what we've learned
- 11:44Speaker 7: from going through these records are there a lot of
- 11:46Speaker 7: additional LLCs, a lot of additional bank accounts that we
- 11:49Speaker 7: didn't know prior to going to the Treasury Cabinet. So
- 11:53Speaker 7: we've learned a lot. This investigation is ongoing, but I
- 11:56Speaker 7: can tell you without hesitation, it's very serious, and the
- 12:00Speaker 7: person of the United States is going to have a
- 12:01Speaker 7: very hard time explaining how so many of his family
- 12:05Speaker 7: members have received so much money from our adversaries around
- 12:09Speaker 7: the world.
- 12:09Speaker 2: At Centaer, I mean he talks about our adversaries around
- 12:14Speaker 2: the world. Is where the money is coming in from.
- 12:16Speaker 2: This isn't just grabbing cash from individuals. This is grabbing
- 12:21Speaker 2: cash directly from people that you know that the United
- 12:24Speaker 2: States of America's adversaries, people that want to harm us,
- 12:27Speaker 2: that want to hurt us. We're talking about you go
- 12:29Speaker 2: back to Russia and people forget this. It is a
- 12:32Speaker 2: fact that Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family took
- 12:35Speaker 2: money from the former mayor of Moscow's wife, who is
- 12:40Speaker 2: a Russian oligarch, who is one of two different people
- 12:44Speaker 2: that we know of that have given money to the
- 12:46Speaker 2: Biden family who have still not been sanctioned in the
- 12:50Speaker 2: list of sanctions that are coming out against people in Russia.
- 12:54Speaker 2: There are people that have been screaming about that as well.
- 12:57Speaker 2: You've got money coming in from China and other parts
- 13:00Speaker 2: around the world, and they're saying, and he said, thousands
- 13:03Speaker 2: of pages of records now of suspicious activity, reports of
- 13:07Speaker 2: these bank accounts. Is there anything now that would shock you?
- 13:10Speaker 3: You know, I wish there was. I'd say the biggest
- 13:13Speaker 3: thing that shocks me is that CBS is reporting on
- 13:16Speaker 3: this that has not happened, and that is a break
- 13:20Speaker 3: in the dam. That is significant. Look, it's important underscore
- 13:25Speaker 3: the concern with Hunter Biden. The concern with the Biden
- 13:29Speaker 3: family is not their own personal circumstance. It's not Hunter
- 13:34Speaker 3: Biden's long chronicled struggle with drug addiction. Many people deal
- 13:39Speaker 3: with addictions. Most American families have at least one person
- 13:43Speaker 3: that has faced serious issues of that nature. The concern
- 13:48Speaker 3: instead is about official corruption by Joe Biden. And the
- 13:54Speaker 3: thing that is important to keep your eye on is
- 13:57Speaker 3: this is all about Joe, and the partisans in the
- 14:02Speaker 3: Department of Justice and the administration who want to protect
- 14:06Speaker 3: Joe Biden are going to do everything they can to
- 14:09Speaker 3: shine the focus off of Joe Biden. So when it
- 14:12Speaker 3: comes to Hunter, it's easy to put together an indictment
- 14:16Speaker 3: that indicts him on personal tax fraud claims. He was
- 14:21Speaker 3: receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in connection to all
- 14:25Speaker 3: of his conduct with foreign countries, and by all appearances,
- 14:31Speaker 3: he failed to report much of that income, and so
- 14:35Speaker 3: I think it's an easy IRS claim that is quite
- 14:39Speaker 3: likely to be brought against him.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I want to move to another issue center, and that
- 14:44Speaker 2: is on the border crisis. This is another big story.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Obviously being a center from Texas, this is something that
- 14:51Speaker 2: you've been seeing firsthand, the just total abuse by this
- 14:56Speaker 2: administration to look the other way and lie to the
- 14:58Speaker 2: American people claiming that they've got things under control at
- 15:02Speaker 2: the border. One of the dumbest things that I've heard
- 15:05Speaker 2: was again reiterated today by my Orchis in his testimony.
- 15:10Speaker 2: He said today that the border is secure. That's a lie.
- 15:15Speaker 2: We know it from the data. But here he is
- 15:17Speaker 2: again saying it again today.
- 15:19Speaker 8: It is my testimony that the border is secure and
- 15:22Speaker 8: we are working every day, day and night to increase
- 15:26Speaker 8: its security. The challenges that we are experiencing at the
- 15:30Speaker 8: border cannot be overstated.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Center. We know that's a lie.
- 15:34Speaker 2: We have record number of individuals coming across our southern border.
- 15:39Speaker 2: You've been saying this for a long time now and
- 15:43Speaker 2: blowing the whistle on just how bad things are at
- 15:45Speaker 2: the border. And he SAIDs there and goes, oh, no,
- 15:47Speaker 2: it's secure, it's secure. Everything's fine, it's secure.
- 15:51Speaker 3: Well, I got to say, I wonder if Alejandro Majorcis
- 15:55Speaker 3: and Merrick Garland have a bar bet for who can
- 15:59Speaker 3: be the most brazenly dishonest to Congress. And if they
- 16:04Speaker 3: have a bar bet, I'm not sure who's gonna win,
- 16:07Speaker 3: because each time one steps forward, the other seems to
- 16:10Speaker 3: want to up one up him. In this instance, let
- 16:14Speaker 3: me just ask the counterfactual. If the border is secure today,
- 16:20Speaker 3: what would it look like if it wasn't secure like
- 16:24Speaker 3: we have today the worst illegal immigration in the history
- 16:29Speaker 3: of our country, over six million people across illegally under
- 16:35Speaker 3: Joe Biden. Yet may Orcus claims the border is secure.
- 16:39Speaker 3: Kaarine John Pierre, the paid liar on behalf of the
- 16:45Speaker 3: Biden White House, stood up and said at the White
- 16:48Speaker 3: House podium, nobody walks across the border. That's just not happening.
- 16:56Speaker 3: That's not a small lie, it's not a medium lie.
- 17:02Speaker 3: It is a brazen, in your face, bold face and
- 17:07Speaker 3: bald face lie. As I've talked about on this podcast before,
- 17:14Speaker 3: when you go down to our southern border, and I
- 17:16Speaker 3: go down to our southern border frequently, and you go
- 17:19Speaker 3: out on midnight patrol when you go out with the
- 17:21Speaker 3: border patrol. You don't have to spend hours hunting for
- 17:26Speaker 3: illegal immigrants. You go to the border and inevitably, within
- 17:31Speaker 3: minutes you encounter groups of illegal aliens walking across the border.
- 17:37Speaker 3: What Kareem John Pierre claimed is disproven every hour of
- 17:43Speaker 3: every day that Joe Biden is president. And when they
- 17:47Speaker 3: come across the border and they see you, they don't run,
- 17:50Speaker 3: they don't hide, They come and seek you out, and
- 17:54Speaker 3: they turn themselves into you. So I've had multiple groups
- 17:57Speaker 3: of illegal immigrants turn themselves into me. And they show up.
- 18:00Speaker 3: They've got a ziplop bag with them, They've got typically
- 18:05Speaker 3: some form of identification with their name, and then they
- 18:09Speaker 3: have a phone number or an email or an address
- 18:12Speaker 3: of somebody in the United States and they go look
- 18:14Speaker 3: for a border patrol agent and they turn themselves in.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Why do they do that? They do that because they
- 18:20Speaker 3: know that the Biden administration is the last mile of
- 18:25Speaker 3: the human trafficking network. And when they turn themselves in,
- 18:30Speaker 3: Allahandra Majorcas, who claims the border is secure, this has
- 18:33Speaker 3: not happen. Do not pay attention to the six million
- 18:36Speaker 3: people crossing Mayorcis. Will put them on a bus or
- 18:41Speaker 3: a plane and send them to any city in America
- 18:45Speaker 3: where they desire to go. And every city in America
- 18:49Speaker 3: today is a frontline city in the war on drugs,
- 18:55Speaker 3: in the war on Mexican drug cartels, and in the
- 18:57Speaker 3: chaos at the southern border. Mayorcus, I've never seen anyone
- 19:05Speaker 3: like him who is so willing to lie without a
- 19:10Speaker 3: tinge of guilt, a tinge of integrity. You know. A
- 19:14Speaker 3: few weeks ago, when may Orcus testified before the Senate
- 19:17Speaker 3: Judiciary Committee, I told him, if you had even a
- 19:21Speaker 3: shred of integrity, you would resign. He hasn't resigned, and
- 19:27Speaker 3: the implication is obvious.
- 19:28Speaker 2: He took a lot of heat at this hearing, and
- 19:30Speaker 2: I want to play another back and forth with my
- 19:33Speaker 2: Orchis where he got very defensive. Before I do that, though,
- 19:36Speaker 2: let me tell you about our friends over Augusta Precious Metals.
- 19:39Speaker 2: How would you like to get your hands on a
- 19:41Speaker 2: free pure gold coin. You can just learning about how
- 19:46Speaker 2: a gold ira can protect you. That's right, My friends
- 19:49Speaker 2: Augusta Precious Metals who want to sit down with you,
- 19:52Speaker 2: want to talk to you about how a gold ira
- 19:55Speaker 2: can help you protect your hard earned dollars, protect your
- 19:57Speaker 2: assets protect your wealth. You I've been stressing out over
- 20:01Speaker 2: the economy, inflation, the bank failures. This is the time
- 20:04Speaker 2: that you should sit down and talk about what gold
- 20:07Speaker 2: and silver can do for you. They help you set
- 20:10Speaker 2: up that gold dira to protect your retirement savings because
- 20:12Speaker 2: you know that it is very hard to make up losses,
- 20:16Speaker 2: especially at the end when you're in retirement.
- 20:19Speaker 1: And get this, if.
- 20:20Speaker 2: You have one hundred thousand dollars plus save for retirement,
- 20:23Speaker 2: Augusta will actually pay you in pure gold to learn
- 20:26Speaker 2: how a gold ira can protect you. That's a big deal.
- 20:30Speaker 2: A pure gold coin for free. Reach out to a
- 20:33Speaker 2: gust of Precious Metals a day and get started with gold.

- 20:38Speaker 2: free gold and get some peace of mind. Eight seven
- 20:42Speaker 2: seven four gold Ira to learn how to protect your
- 20:46Speaker 2: retirement and get your free gold coin. That's a Gusta
- 20:48Speaker 2: Precious Metals dot Com call them eight seven to seven
- 20:52Speaker 2: the number four Gold Ira Center. There was another back
- 20:56Speaker 2: and forth, and this was real calling out my orcis
- 21:02Speaker 2: for not agreeing having a border patrol chief that is
- 21:06Speaker 2: basically telling the truth about the border and testimony. And
- 21:10Speaker 2: then my orcis is lying, putting him at odds with
- 21:13Speaker 2: a person he's supposed to be agreeing with.
- 21:15Speaker 9: Listen, not a single Democrat came to the hearing that
- 21:19Speaker 9: we had in McCallen, Texas and Chief Ortiz said that
- 21:22Speaker 9: the border is not secure. Do you disagree with Chief Ortees?
- 21:26Speaker 8: Congressman, let me return to what you said. Accountability is
- 21:30Speaker 8: brought in a court of law. Mister mayork has delivered
- 21:33Speaker 8: accountability for twelve years.
- 21:34Speaker 9: Mister Mayorkus, do you disagree with the head border patrol
- 21:38Speaker 9: agent when he said that our border is not secure?
- 21:41Speaker 8: Congressman, I have testified to that issue.
- 21:43Speaker 9: So you do disagree with him? You disagree with your
- 21:45Speaker 9: chief of Border Patrol, I respectfully do in that regard?
- 21:49Speaker 2: You do, I mean, Senator in your reaction to that,
- 21:52Speaker 2: he's saying, I disagree with my own border patrol chief.
- 21:55Speaker 2: You testified. You know we do not have operational control
- 21:58Speaker 2: of the southern border. You've said this, We don't have
- 22:02Speaker 2: operational control of the southern border. It's wide open, with
- 22:05Speaker 2: more legal immigrants coming across the border than we've ever
- 22:08Speaker 2: had before.
- 22:09Speaker 3: This is not complicated when you have the worst border
- 22:14Speaker 3: crisis in our nation's history. For the Secretary of DHS
- 22:18Speaker 3: to say the border secure and we have operational control.
- 22:22Speaker 3: It is utterly brazen. It is a lie. And by
- 22:26Speaker 3: the way, it's not just an objective lie in the aggregate,
- 22:30Speaker 3: it's also an objective lie compared to previously. One of
- 22:35Speaker 3: the lines that Democrats in the media are trying to
- 22:38Speaker 3: push as well. Immigration's too big a problem. We just
- 22:41Speaker 3: can't solve it. There are no solutions. So it's not
- 22:44Speaker 3: Biden's fault. It's just the world's messed up. And it
- 22:47Speaker 3: wouldn't matter if we had a Republican or Democrat as president.
- 22:49Speaker 3: This would be a problem. We know that's a lie.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Why because the last year of the Trump presidency twenty twenty,
- 22:59Speaker 3: we had the lowest rate of ellegal immigration in forty
- 23:03Speaker 3: five years. What we were doing was working, and it
- 23:08Speaker 3: was three decisions, build the wall and catch and release
- 23:12Speaker 3: and enter the remain in Mexico Agreement, the Historic Agreement.
- 23:16Speaker 3: And that worked so incredibly well. Where illegal immigrants stopped
- 23:21Speaker 3: making the incredibly dangerous trek North where they are over
- 23:26Speaker 3: and over again physically abused, sexually abused. We saw those
- 23:30Speaker 3: numbers plummet under Donald Trump. Fast forward to January twenty
- 23:35Speaker 3: twenty one, Joe Biden sworn in as president, and almost
- 23:38Speaker 3: to the day that Biden takes the oath of office,
- 23:42Speaker 3: the numbers explode, and they've continued going up and up
- 23:45Speaker 3: and up and up. And it is not inadvertent, it
- 23:49Speaker 3: is not an unexpected side effect. The Biden administration wants
- 23:54Speaker 3: to maximize the number of illegal immigrants entering this country.
- 23:59Speaker 3: And if you look look at what Mayorcis is doing
- 24:01Speaker 3: at DHS, not only is he not trying to stop
- 24:05Speaker 3: illegal immigration, his entire objective is to expedite illegal immigration,
- 24:12Speaker 3: to make it more efficient, to make it quicker and faster,
- 24:15Speaker 3: to make the turnstile were with speed. And he doesn't
- 24:19Speaker 3: care about the eight hundred and fifty three migrants who
- 24:22Speaker 3: died trying to cross illegally last year. When I questioned
- 24:25Speaker 3: him about it, he had no idea how many migrants
- 24:27Speaker 3: had died. He doesn't care. He doesn't care about the
- 24:30Speaker 3: women being sexually assaulted by the cartels, He doesn't care
- 24:34Speaker 3: about that at all. He doesn't care about the children
- 24:37Speaker 3: being physically assaulted, being raped, being sexually assaulted, None of
- 24:42Speaker 3: that matters. He doesn't care about the dead bodies that
- 24:45Speaker 3: are abandoned on Texas farms and ranches by cruel cartels
- 24:50Speaker 3: who do not give a damn about the people they're trafficking.
- 24:55Speaker 3: All this administration cares about. He is number one, appeasing
- 24:59Speaker 3: the radic left advocates, and number two, they view every
- 25:03Speaker 3: one of the millions of illegal immigrants coming into this
- 25:06Speaker 3: country as future I don't even maybe even present day
- 25:11Speaker 3: Democrat voters. And so in the interest of politics, they're
- 25:17Speaker 3: willing to subjugate every other interest. They're willing to subjicate
- 25:22Speaker 3: humanitarian interests, national security interests, protecting ourselves from drug interests.
- 25:27Speaker 3: All of this is less important to this White House
- 25:31Speaker 3: than the political objectives of giving the radical far left
- 25:35Speaker 3: open borders crazies everything they want.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Center Myiarchis also says they're doing so very much quote
- 25:45Speaker 2: to gain operational control at the southern border, contradicting himself
- 25:49Speaker 2: because last month he said they were delivering quote effective results. Now,
- 25:55Speaker 2: to be clear, you have six point three plus million
- 25:59Speaker 2: illegal immigrants instead of crossed the border since Biden took office.
- 26:03Speaker 2: The question you got to ask yourself is, all right,
- 26:05Speaker 2: my arcus, which one is it?
- 26:06Speaker 1: And here's what he had to say. Now compared to
- 26:08Speaker 1: a month ago.
- 26:09Speaker 8: That we use. I use a lens of reasonableness in
- 26:13Speaker 8: defining operational control. Are we maximizing the resources that we
- 26:18Speaker 8: have to deliver the most effective results? And under that definition,
- 26:23Speaker 8: we are doing so very much to gain operational control.
- 26:28Speaker 8: So that is my response.
- 26:30Speaker 2: So, Senator, was he lying when he was talking to
- 26:33Speaker 2: you guys in the Senate last month, or is he
- 26:35Speaker 2: lying now when he's talking to the house?
- 26:38Speaker 1: Which one is it?
- 26:40Speaker 3: It's not an either or he was lying both times.
- 26:44Speaker 3: May Orcus is demonstrated he's perfectly willing to take an
- 26:47Speaker 3: oath to raise his right hand, swear to tell the truth,
- 26:51Speaker 3: the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, and then
- 26:53Speaker 3: to break that oath over and over and over again.
- 26:59Speaker 3: We have the highest rate of illegal immigration in the
- 27:03Speaker 3: history of our nation. For Mayorcus to claim everything is fine,
- 27:08Speaker 3: it is every bit as delusional as CNN standing outside
- 27:12Speaker 3: of buildings on fire and describing the burning buildings as
- 27:17Speaker 3: a mostly peaceful protest. It is politics. It is not truth.
- 27:22Speaker 3: It is not describing the world, It is not trying
- 27:26Speaker 3: to accurately report on the world. It is engaging in
- 27:29Speaker 3: political deception and misdirection. And I got to say today,
- 27:37Speaker 3: if Alejandra Mayorcis wanted to secure the border. He could.
- 27:40Speaker 3: It's not complicated how to do so. We know this
- 27:45Speaker 3: because we did so, we succeeded. Let me repeat it again.
- 27:50Speaker 3: In twenty ten, or rather in twenty twenty, the last
- 27:55Speaker 3: year of the Trump administration, we had the lowest rate
- 28:00Speaker 3: of the illegal immigration in forty five years. Joe Biden
- 28:06Speaker 3: and Mayorcus made the decision to end that because they
- 28:10Speaker 3: are captive to and following the directions of the radical
- 28:15Speaker 3: left wing open borders zelots who believe we have no
- 28:20Speaker 3: right to secure our border. If you look at what
- 28:22Speaker 3: may Orcus is doing, listen, go down to the border
- 28:25Speaker 3: and talk to border patrol agents. I got to tell you,
- 28:28Speaker 3: those guys despise may Orcus. They loathe him. Why imagine
- 28:34Speaker 3: for a second, Let's say you're a border patrol agent. Ben,
- 28:37Speaker 3: you go out late night patrol. You're risking your life.
- 28:43Speaker 3: You apprehend a dangerous human trafficker, a dangerous drug dealer,
- 28:48Speaker 3: You bring them in. You feel good. Okay, I'm protecting America,
- 28:51Speaker 3: I'm keeping my children safe, I'm keeping my community safe.
- 28:55Speaker 3: And your political superiors turn around and say, we're not
- 28:59Speaker 3: going to charge of Let them go that is happening every.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Day, and yet they say that this border is secure.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Clearly it's not.
- 29:12Speaker 2: The New York Times and this goes back to what
- 29:14Speaker 2: we were talking about earlier with the media seems to
- 29:16Speaker 2: be now not necessarily turning on Biden's but not covering
- 29:21Speaker 2: for them anymore in their failures, whether it's the Biden
- 29:23Speaker 2: crime family or now.
- 29:25Speaker 1: With this issue of the border.
- 29:26Speaker 2: They actually came out with a report today and a
- 29:29Speaker 2: big deep dive titled as Migrant Children were put to work,
- 29:34Speaker 2: US ignored warnings. The White House and federal agencies were
- 29:38Speaker 2: repeatedly alerted to signs of children at risk.
- 29:42Speaker 1: The warnings were ignored or missed.
- 29:43Speaker 2: In twenty twenty one, as images of children sleeping under
- 29:47Speaker 2: Foyle blankets and overflow centers dominate the news, Susan Rice,
- 29:51Speaker 2: the White House head of Domestic Policy, told staff members
- 29:54Speaker 2: she was frustrated with a situation. According to five people
- 29:57Speaker 2: who worked with her, this Rice vented in a note
- 30:01Speaker 2: she scribbled on a memo detailing the position of advocates
- 30:04Speaker 2: who believed a pandemic air border closure was compelling parents
- 30:08Speaker 2: to send uncoming children sometimes called ucs, to the US.
- 30:13Speaker 2: She said in her words, apparently on this memo pad
- 30:17Speaker 2: this is bs, Miss r Ice wrote, according to a
- 30:20Speaker 2: copy of a memo reviewed by The Times, what is
- 30:24Speaker 2: leading to voluntary separation is our generosity to U sees.
- 30:30Speaker 1: This is their own words.
- 30:31Speaker 2: They knew that they were encouraging this to happen, and
- 30:34Speaker 2: they knew their policies were encouraging it, and they knew
- 30:37Speaker 2: it was putting lives kids' lives at risk.
- 30:40Speaker 3: Of course they did. These people aren't stupid, they're zealous.
- 30:46Speaker 3: Every decision that has been carried out by this administration
- 30:51Speaker 3: and immigration has been designed to increase illeal immigration. When
- 30:58Speaker 3: they refused to prosecute people for crossing illegally, when they
- 31:02Speaker 3: engage in catch and release. So what does catch and
- 31:04Speaker 3: release mean? Functionally, someone crosses illegally, they get apprehended, usually
- 31:09Speaker 3: they've turned themselves into border patrol agents, and the Biden
- 31:13Speaker 3: administration gives them a date sometime months or years in
- 31:16Speaker 3: the future, a court date, and they say, hey, please
- 31:19Speaker 3: come back for the court date. And the overwhelming majority
- 31:22Speaker 3: of those illegal immigrants, when they let them go, they're
- 31:24Speaker 3: never seen again. They don't show up to court. Everybody
- 31:29Speaker 3: knows this. It's not like the Biden people are stupid.
- 31:32Speaker 9: They don't know this.
- 31:33Speaker 3: The reason they're doing this. They do not want to
- 31:37Speaker 3: stop illegal immigration. And it's a combination of two things.
- 31:42Speaker 3: One the pattern of the Biden administration on every issue
- 31:47Speaker 3: is they've handed the agenda over to the radical left
- 31:50Speaker 3: wing extremes. On energy, they listen to the Green New
- 31:53Speaker 3: Deal extremes. On the border, they listen to the open
- 31:56Speaker 3: border extremes. On gender issues, they listen to the radical
- 32:00Speaker 3: transgender extremes who want to do sterilizing surgeries on children
- 32:06Speaker 3: because that is their zealotry. Now, by the way, the
- 32:10Speaker 3: positions that all of those extremes urge upon the Biden administration,
- 32:15Speaker 3: that more and more the administration is adopting those positions
- 32:19Speaker 3: are wildly unpopular. But this is all about politics, and
- 32:26Speaker 3: so Majorcus knows that he's lying and he does not care.
- 32:32Speaker 1: It's incredible.
- 32:33Speaker 2: We just got a letter, and I love that we
- 32:36Speaker 2: do this show live and sometimes news breaks while we're
- 32:38Speaker 2: doing it. That letter has just been released by the
- 32:42Speaker 2: attorney Mark letter, the partner who is trying to or
- 32:46Speaker 2: is representing I say, the wessel boar at the Irs
- 32:48Speaker 2: with Hunter Biden and this whistle Barer saying he has information.
- 32:53Speaker 2: I want to read that to you, Senator in just
- 32:54Speaker 2: a moment. First, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
- 32:57Speaker 2: If you're a conservative and you're sick and tired of

- 33:05Speaker 2: then you need to check out Patriot Mobile. For years,
- 33:09Speaker 2: big mobile companies have been dumping millions into leftist causes,
- 33:14Speaker 2: and we just had to deal with it because you
- 33:16Speaker 2: need a cell phone, not anymore. Patriot Mobile is America's
- 33:19Speaker 2: only Christian conservative wireless provider, offering dependable nationwide coverage on
- 33:25Speaker 2: all three major networks, so you get the best possible
- 33:28Speaker 2: service in your area without the woke propaganda pushed by
- 33:32Speaker 2: the leftist working hard to destroy this country.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Big Mobile. You don't have to give me your money anymore.
- 33:38Speaker 2: When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you support free speech,

- 34:22Speaker 2: released and again this is the IRS special agent is
- 34:27Speaker 2: allegedly overseeing an investigation to Hunter Biden is requesting whistleblower protection.
- 34:33Speaker 2: The wistleblower claims their disclosures contradict sworn testimony to Congress
- 34:39Speaker 2: by a senior political appointee, involve failure to mitigate clear
- 34:44Speaker 2: conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case,
- 34:47Speaker 2: and detail examples of preferential treatment. The letter was sent
- 34:54Speaker 2: to Dick Durbin, Lindsey Graham, Chuck Grassley, the Honorable Jason Smith,
- 35:00Speaker 2: the Honorable Richard Neil, the Honorable Jim Jordan, the Honorable
- 35:03Speaker 2: Jerry Nadler. It says, Dear Chairs and ranking Members, I
- 35:06Speaker 2: represent a career IRS criminal supervisory as special Agent who
- 35:10Speaker 2: has been overseeing the ongoing incensive investigation of a high profile,
- 35:14Speaker 2: controversial subject since early twenty twenty and would like to
- 35:18Speaker 2: make protected whistleblower disclosures to Congress despite serious risks of retaliation.
- 35:23Speaker 2: My client is offering to provide you with the information
- 35:26Speaker 2: necessary to exercise your constitutional oversight function and wishes to
- 35:31Speaker 2: make the disclosures in a nonpartisan manner to the leadership
- 35:34Speaker 2: of the relevant committees on both sides of the political aisle.
- 35:38Speaker 2: My client has already made legally protected disclosures internally at
- 35:44Speaker 2: the IRS through Council, to the US Treasury Inspector General
- 35:48Speaker 2: for Tax Administration and to the Department of Justice Office
- 35:52Speaker 2: of Inspector General. The protected disclosures contradict sworn testimony to
- 35:58Speaker 2: Congress by a senior political appointee, involve failure to mitigate
- 36:02Speaker 2: clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case,
- 36:05Speaker 2: and detail examples of preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting
- 36:13Speaker 2: decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career
- 36:17Speaker 2: law enforcement professionals, and similar circumstances if the subjects were
- 36:22Speaker 2: not politically connected. Some of the protected disclosures contain information
- 36:28Speaker 2: that is restricted by statue from unauthorized disclosure to protect
- 36:33Speaker 2: taxpayer and tax return information. Senator, you're hearing this for
- 36:38Speaker 2: the first time, as I was reading it for the
- 36:39Speaker 2: first time. You see a lawyer come out this strongly
- 36:42Speaker 2: with this, telling this, many people publicly that they know
- 36:47Speaker 2: about it. This many sections of government now know about this.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Is there any way that he doesn't get whistle whistleblower
- 36:55Speaker 2: protection at this point, I think he's very likely to
- 36:58Speaker 2: get whistle lower protect I think it is important let
- 37:01Speaker 2: me speak out to all of the career employees and
- 37:05Speaker 2: the Biden administration, all of the employees in the IRS, the.
- 37:08Speaker 3: Department of Justice, the FBI, all of the employees that
- 37:12Speaker 3: have seen institutions that you love and respect, and many
- 37:15Speaker 3: of you devoted your entire life to, and these institutions
- 37:19Speaker 3: are being corrupted. It's what my last book, Justice Corrupted,
- 37:22Speaker 3: talks about how first Obama and then the deep state
- 37:27Speaker 3: under Trump and now under Joe Biden, the mechanisms of
- 37:33Speaker 3: force in our society, whether it is the armed forces,
- 37:40Speaker 3: whether it is the police, whether it is protecting our
- 37:43Speaker 3: fundamental liberties, the mechanisms of force the Biden administration supports
- 37:50Speaker 3: their having the power to strip your liberties, and that
- 37:54Speaker 3: I think is incredibly dangerous.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Senator, We're going to keep following this.
- 37:59Speaker 2: If you are a listener a Verdict, make sure you
- 38:02Speaker 2: hit that subscribe that auto download button as well. Please
- 38:06Speaker 2: go back listen to our Wednesday podcast. We give you
- 38:10Speaker 2: a lot more details on the Biden crime family and
- 38:13Speaker 2: the new number going to a total of nine members
- 38:16Speaker 2: of the family that are apparently on the take from
- 38:18Speaker 2: these different business schemes that they've come up with the
- 38:22Speaker 2: over the last several bands.
- 38:23Speaker 3: Let me jump in and repeat that word, nine nine nine.
- 38:27Speaker 3: I want every one of our listeners to ask, is
- 38:31Speaker 3: there any universe where you can imagine nine members of
- 38:35Speaker 3: your family receiving substantial sums in the aggregate millions of
- 38:40Speaker 3: dollars from communist China? That is weird. I don't know
- 38:45Speaker 3: of anybody else for whom that is true other than
- 38:48Speaker 3: Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. And CBS has been willing to
- 38:53Speaker 3: start reporting on some of this. Although it's interesting what
- 38:56Speaker 3: they reported on was directed still to Hunter Biden's misconduct,
- 39:01Speaker 3: it was not to Joe Biden's. To date, the media
- 39:04Speaker 3: does not want to report on the big guy on
- 39:07Speaker 3: his corruption. They still want to scapegoat Hunter Biden rather
- 39:13Speaker 3: than get to what is the real news and the
- 39:15Speaker 3: real topic of public concern.
- 39:18Speaker 1: No doubt about it.
- 39:19Speaker 2: Make sure you go back listen to Wednesday's episode, don't
