Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Media Advocates for Corrupt Biden Officials to Skate w Presidential Pardons
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: We've got a lot to cover today, including what we're
- 0:03Speaker 1: being told now could be mass pardons coming from the
- 0:08Speaker 1: President Joe Biden for anyone around his administration, his family,
- 0:14Speaker 1: or around the Biden crime family businesses who may have
- 0:18Speaker 1: committed crimes. Now, you can expect if these pardons do
- 0:22Speaker 1: come out, they will be massive, as in the timeframe,
- 0:26Speaker 1: since his son got an eleven year pardon for anything
- 0:30Speaker 1: illegally he's done in eleven year period, you can expect
- 0:34Speaker 1: that many more things just like this could happen moving forward,
- 0:38Speaker 1: which is honestly totally shocking. We also had the president
- 0:42Speaker 1: falling asleep on the world stage again, the President United
- 0:46Speaker 1: States of America for the next forty seven days totally
- 0:50Speaker 1: asleep on the job. It's an embarrassing video that has
- 0:54Speaker 1: now gone viral, which allows for people around the world
- 0:58Speaker 1: to do whatever the hell they wanted knowing that the
- 1:01Speaker 1: President United States of America is basically asleep at the wheel.
- 1:05Speaker 1: We'll talk about that also. In another shocking moment at
- 1:10Speaker 1: the Supreme Court, we have a Supreme Court justice that
- 1:15Speaker 1: is now referred to trans rights and allowing kids to
- 1:21Speaker 1: be able to get transitional surgeries as no different You
- 1:26Speaker 1: ready for this than discrimination between a black and a
- 1:30Speaker 1: white person who were married. Yes, Justice Jackson, who wouldn't
- 1:34Speaker 1: define a woman, now claims that trans drugs and a
- 1:39Speaker 1: ban on them is sex discrimination. I'll break down that
- 1:44Speaker 1: story coming up in a moment as well. Now let's
- 1:47Speaker 1: get back to the pardon issue here, and you need
- 1:49Speaker 1: to understand the backstory on this. Democrats and the media
- 1:54Speaker 1: have gone into a full court press now trying to
- 1:58Speaker 1: convince you that Donald Trump has an enemy's list. Now,
- 2:04Speaker 1: to be clear, the list that they put together as
- 2:07Speaker 1: an enemy's list is actually their list that they created
- 2:10Speaker 1: a people they believe may have committed crimes and are
- 2:14Speaker 1: going to need presidential pardons. The Democrats are now using
- 2:19Speaker 1: the media to sell this list, claiming it is Donald
- 2:22Speaker 1: Trump's enemies list, even though it is actually their list
- 2:26Speaker 1: of people that they believe may have committed crimes. They're
- 2:30Speaker 1: going on TV and they're selling this as we are
- 2:33Speaker 1: now expecting there could be massive pardons given out to
- 2:37Speaker 1: people with the last name Biden, including the President possibly
- 2:41Speaker 1: pardoning himself, and many other members of the family that
- 2:46Speaker 1: were working in the crime business. The Biden crime family
- 2:50Speaker 1: and including their associates, members of Congress, people that work
- 2:54Speaker 1: the FBI, the Department of Justice, the CIA, and worked
- 2:58Speaker 1: in the White House. I want you to take a
- 3:01Speaker 1: listen to one Democrat calling for Joe Biden to pardon
- 3:04Speaker 1: his entire administration brant of clemency.
- 3:09Speaker 2: I hope that President Biden will also issue preemptive pardons
- 3:13Speaker 2: to all of those people threatened by the unjustice of
- 3:18Speaker 2: what will become the Department of Justice in the Trump administration.
- 3:22Speaker 2: That of course includes Jack Smith and all of his staff,
- 3:25Speaker 2: many Department of Justice lawyers. It includes President Biden himself,
- 3:29Speaker 2: although we don't know that anyone can legally pardon themselves,
- 3:34Speaker 2: he will need a pardon because he is going to
- 3:36Speaker 2: be harassed and charged for no crimes whatsoever. Donald Trump
- 3:41Speaker 2: has promised that.
- 3:42Speaker 1: By the way, Donald Trump has not promised that, but
- 3:45Speaker 1: this is what the Democrats are now trying to convince
- 3:48Speaker 1: you of that. Well, they're all going to get dragged
- 3:51Speaker 1: through the mind and they're on an enemy's list. So therefore,
- 3:55Speaker 1: just in case, you just pardon everybody, everybody that was
- 3:57Speaker 1: involved in Biden crime, family corruption, everybody that was involved
- 4:01Speaker 1: in weaponizing of the DOJ and the FBI to go
- 4:03Speaker 1: after their political opponents just pardon them all because somehow
- 4:07Speaker 1: this is Donald Trump's fault. That's what this woman just
- 4:12Speaker 1: said on National TV. Now, this is a woman, I
- 4:16Speaker 1: want to be clear about this that as an individual
- 4:21Speaker 1: that has been around for a while. Her name is
- 4:23Speaker 1: Joe Wene Banks, a former assistant Watergate prosecutor who was
- 4:28Speaker 1: relieved and thrilled that Joe Biden pardoned Hunter and then said,
- 4:31Speaker 1: not only does he need to pardon Hunter, but you
- 4:35Speaker 1: gotta know, preemptively pardon anyone who you believe may be
- 4:39Speaker 1: threatened by the injustice of the American people voting in
- 4:44Speaker 1: a free and fair election to elect Donald Trump. Again,
- 4:48Speaker 1: she wasn't the only one, by the way, putting this
- 4:50Speaker 1: out there. There was another list that was put out
- 4:53Speaker 1: and it said breaking preemptive pardons being considered for Joe Biden.
- 4:59Speaker 1: That would be the first leg Alejandro Myorcis, James Comey,
- 5:04Speaker 1: Andrew McCabe, Peter Struck, Bruce Orr, Nelly Orr, Rod Rosenstein.
- 5:10Speaker 1: These individuals they say need pardons. Why because many of
- 5:14Speaker 1: them have acted in illegal activity. This is their list.
- 5:18Speaker 1: They're telling you who the criminals are, who those are
- 5:22Speaker 1: that abuse their power in office, whether it's the FBI director,
- 5:26Speaker 1: whether it's Andrew McCabe, whether it's Alejandro Majorcis with illegal
- 5:29Speaker 1: immigrants and border crossings, whether it's Peter Struck who said
- 5:32Speaker 1: I'm going to stop the president from being the president
- 5:35Speaker 1: back in twenty sixteen, remember that story, Rod Rosenstein. The
- 5:39Speaker 1: list goes on and on, and that's not all they're saying.
- 5:43Speaker 1: They're saying there's even more people that should be on
- 5:46Speaker 1: that list. And I'm going to play that for you
- 5:47Speaker 1: in just a second. But first I want to talk
- 5:50Speaker 1: to you real quick about the USCCA. There are over
- 5:55Speaker 1: eight hundred thousand Americans that are members of the USCCA. Why. Well,
- 6:00Speaker 1: because of what you receive when you're a member. I've
- 6:03Speaker 1: had to carry a firearm, and I've had to pull
- 6:05Speaker 1: the trigger, and i had to save my life one night,
- 6:08Speaker 1: and I'm so thankful that i was able to exercise
- 6:10Speaker 1: my Second Amendment right or I wouldn't be here talking
- 6:12Speaker 1: to you right now. But what I will tell you
- 6:15Speaker 1: that is even more shocking than that is now our
- 6:18Speaker 1: twisted legal system, especially with activist das, are wanting to
- 6:22Speaker 1: put law abiding citizens who exercise their Second Amendment rights
- 6:25Speaker 1: just like you, behind bars because they cannot stand that
- 6:29Speaker 1: so many of us carry a firearm. Well, you've got
- 6:32Speaker 1: to protect yourself and protect your Second Amendment rights, and
- 6:36Speaker 1: you don't want to lose everything because you actually had
- 6:39Speaker 1: to save your own life or the life of someone
- 6:41Speaker 1: in danger. And that's why I want you to join
- 6:44Speaker 1: the USCCA, Because not only do you get access to
- 6:47Speaker 1: their Protector Academy where you learn vital skills like precision
- 6:50Speaker 1: shooting and how to fortify your home against criminals, but
- 6:54Speaker 1: you also get access to the twenty four to seven
- 6:57Speaker 1: Critical Response Team and the benefit of the Self Defense
- 7:03Speaker 1: Liability Insurance to make sure you and your family are
- 7:06Speaker 1: prepared for anything. Now, I also want to give you
- 7:09Speaker 1: a chance to win something amazing. You can win right now,
- 7:14Speaker 1: any seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self defense gear
- 7:18Speaker 1: that you need before it's too late. How do you
- 7:21Speaker 1: do it? Text the word America to eight seven two
- 7:24Speaker 1: two two right now. Let's text the word America to
- 7:27Speaker 1: eight seven two two two right now to get the
- 7:29Speaker 1: uscca's free Life Saving Concealed Carry and Family Defense God
- 7:33Speaker 1: and a chance to win seventeen hundred dollars to buy
- 7:36Speaker 1: any self defense gear that you need before it's too late,
- 7:38Speaker 1: so text the word America eight seven two to two
- 7:41Speaker 1: right now, all right, So let me play this second
- 7:44Speaker 1: piece of audio that I want you to hear. And
- 7:47Speaker 1: this is even more shocking. This is Paul Rosenwig. He
- 7:53Speaker 1: went on MSNBC and wrote an article for the Atlantic,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and the title of that article is is pardon Trump's
- 8:02Speaker 1: critics now? Now? Why would you write that article Pardon
- 8:07Speaker 1: Trump's critics now? Because he understands that there are a
- 8:11Speaker 1: lot of people in and around Joe Biden that have
- 8:13Speaker 1: committed crimes and he is afraid that those people are
- 8:17Speaker 1: going to be held accountable for the crimes that committed
- 8:19Speaker 1: just like Hunter Biden. Take a listen to him saying
- 8:22Speaker 1: it needs an extensive list of all of these people
- 8:25Speaker 1: receiving decade old basically pardons to cover that much time.
- 8:30Speaker 3: When twenty seventeen you argued, we defend norms by defending norms,
- 8:35Speaker 3: not preaching them. A lot of tappens between now and then,
- 8:40Speaker 3: And I wonder how you're thinking about the president's pardon
- 8:43Speaker 3: power today and how he should wield it.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Well back in twenty seventeen, I thought that Trump was
- 8:49Speaker 4: an aberration and unusual.
- 8:53Speaker 1: And black Swan if you will.
- 8:57Speaker 4: And my thought was that you had to defend the
- 9:00Speaker 4: norms of the rule of law, the governance, and the
- 9:04Speaker 4: only way to do that was to maintain them even
- 9:07Speaker 4: in the face of his aberrational behavior. Today, I think
- 9:12Speaker 4: we know that Trump is not an aberration. He's a phenomenon.
- 9:16Speaker 4: He's a movement, and as such, what we have to
- 9:21Speaker 4: do is recalibrate how we respond to that. And it
- 9:25Speaker 4: now strikes me as essential to at least begin to
- 9:30Speaker 4: play to the edge of the field, to go as
- 9:34Speaker 4: far as the law permits in combating the authoritarian excesses
- 9:40Speaker 4: of Trump. And the way I wrote about in The
- 9:42Speaker 4: Atlantic is the pardon power.
- 9:45Speaker 1: A pardon for.
- 9:48Speaker 4: Hunter Biden, a pardon for Trump's critics would be completely
- 9:52Speaker 4: normative breaking, and it would be out of character, out
- 9:57Speaker 4: of historical tradition. But at this point I was listening
- 10:02Speaker 4: to you, your earlier broadcaster.
- 10:05Speaker 1: You were talking about Kash Patel.
- 10:07Speaker 4: He's got a list of sixty people he wants to prosecute.
- 10:11Speaker 1: That's a real list. Will he do all of them?
- 10:13Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 10:14Speaker 4: Will there be resistance of the FBI, probably, But one
- 10:19Speaker 4: of the realities of being investigated is that investigation has
- 10:24Speaker 4: a cost, even if you're not prosecuted in the end,
- 10:28Speaker 4: you have to hire a lawyer, the mental cost, the time,
- 10:31Speaker 4: the resources. And so it strikes me as perfectly reasonable
- 10:36Speaker 4: to ask, what can President Biden do within the bounds
- 10:39Speaker 4: of law, even if it would not be normatively traditional,
- 10:43Speaker 4: to save his allies from that, And the answer is
- 10:46Speaker 4: obviously pardon them.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Pardon them all. We know this is crazy, we know
- 10:51Speaker 1: this is insane, We know that this is out of
- 10:54Speaker 1: the norm, we know that this is, you know, something
- 10:57Speaker 1: that's outside of what would be normally traditional. But he's
- 11:02Speaker 1: got to save his allies, right In other words, he's
- 11:05Speaker 1: got to save those in and around him that were
- 11:08Speaker 1: a part of the Biden crime family. He's got to
- 11:12Speaker 1: save the members of the mafia that have been doing
- 11:16Speaker 1: the corrupt job with him. That is the argument that
- 11:20Speaker 1: the media is now making, saying, just pardon everyone. So
- 11:25Speaker 1: this idea that all of this has come from Donald Trump,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and that there is an enemy's list that Trump has
- 11:33Speaker 1: out there that he's going to go after that is
- 11:36Speaker 1: the biggest part of this lie in propaganda. This list
- 11:41Speaker 1: has been clearly put together by Joe Biden's allies and
- 11:48Speaker 1: the members of the media who are telling you that
- 11:51Speaker 1: we have a lot of bad actors, a lot of
- 11:55Speaker 1: criminals that we need to say because they're on our team,
- 12:00Speaker 1: and we are okay with criminal activity. We are fine
- 12:06Speaker 1: with criminals committing crimes as long as you are on
- 12:11Speaker 1: our side, right, as long as you're on our team.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Abuse power twenty four to seven. We don't care, just
- 12:18Speaker 1: abuse power. We want you to abuse power. We're in
- 12:21Speaker 1: favor of you abusing the power. We don't care if
- 12:24Speaker 1: you're going after political opponents. In fact, we're giving you
- 12:27Speaker 1: jobs so that you will, in fact go after your
- 12:31Speaker 1: political opponents. That is what is being said here. He
- 12:35Speaker 1: wasn't done, by the way, MSNBC pushing this radical idea
- 12:39Speaker 1: not done either. Take a listen MSNBC continuing trying to
- 12:45Speaker 1: sell this like, oh, yeah, great idea, we should do this.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Keep listening Part two.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:50Speaker 3: I mean, it seems and to you, and I think
- 12:53Speaker 3: to other folks as well, that the argument about the
- 12:57Speaker 3: institutional preservation in this moment is best relegated to academics,
- 13:03Speaker 3: and that in reality it's time to play political hardball.
- 13:06Speaker 3: And it sounds like you're extending that not just to
- 13:08Speaker 3: the pardon power, but to other levers that the Democrats
- 13:11Speaker 3: might be able to pull. I'll read an excerpt from
- 13:12Speaker 3: your Atlantic piece. It has become painfully self evident. The
- 13:15Speaker 3: democratic self restraint is a form of unilateral disarmament that
- 13:19Speaker 3: neither persuades Trump to refrain from bad behavior nor wins
- 13:23Speaker 3: points among the undecided. It is time, well pastime for
- 13:27Speaker 3: responsible Democrats to use every tool in their tool kit.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Does any part of that, I guess worry you, you know,
- 13:33Speaker 3: I mean one it could have said the Democrats, when
- 13:35Speaker 3: they were in control of the Cena ship have gotten
- 13:36Speaker 3: rid of the filibuster and done stuff.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Well, now, by the way, I love how they go this,
- 13:42Speaker 1: Like basically they're telling you we should have just overthrown
- 13:47Speaker 1: democracy so that we could do what we want to
- 13:49Speaker 1: do when we want to do it. That's what was
- 13:53Speaker 1: just stated there, Like, we should have gotten rid of
- 13:55Speaker 1: the filibuster so we can just do whatever the hell
- 13:58Speaker 1: we want to. We should, you know, we should be
- 14:01Speaker 1: able to make sure that we guarantee that we win
- 14:04Speaker 1: elections so that we don't have to deal with people
- 14:05Speaker 1: that we don't like, and now we have to deal
- 14:09Speaker 1: with Donald Trump and the American people. In fact, we
- 14:11Speaker 1: should just cancel the American people in voting all together.
- 14:14Speaker 1: We put in our stooges, we steal elections, and we
- 14:16Speaker 1: lock up our political opponents. And if we can just
- 14:20Speaker 1: lock up our political opponents, we're going to be in
- 14:22Speaker 1: great shape. That's what they're advocating for and normalizing it.
- 14:27Speaker 1: These are the same people, by the way, that wanted
- 14:30Speaker 1: you to go kill Supreme Court justices when they released
- 14:33Speaker 1: the decision early on Roe v. Wade. The same Department
- 14:37Speaker 1: of Justice that refuse to lock up people that were intimidating,
- 14:42Speaker 1: which is a federal offense judges. It is a federal
- 14:46Speaker 1: offense to try to intimidate a judge, much less Supreme
- 14:50Speaker 1: Court judges and then putting out their addresses is a
- 14:54Speaker 1: kill list and having people show up to try to
- 14:57Speaker 1: change their opinion on ro wait. And I don't believe
- 15:02Speaker 1: for a second that they couldn't figure out who in
- 15:04Speaker 1: a very small and intimate Supreme Court setting released that preliminary,
- 15:11Speaker 1: you know, opinion from the court that had not officially
- 15:14Speaker 1: been put out from the court. I don't believe for
- 15:17Speaker 1: a half a second that they couldn't figure out who
- 15:19Speaker 1: the hell that was, Like, I don't believe for a
- 15:21Speaker 1: second that they don't know who leaked it. Did they
- 15:25Speaker 1: find that person? Nope, couldn't find them. Really, you can't
- 15:29Speaker 1: find out who leaked a opinion from the Supreme Court.
- 15:33Speaker 1: And then when people start intimidating those Supreme Court justice
- 15:36Speaker 1: you don't prosecute. This is the lawlessness and the radical
- 15:40Speaker 1: extremism of the left. There are no rules for them.
- 15:45Speaker 1: They will put tons by the way of rules on you,
- 15:49Speaker 1: but there are no rules for them. Listen to this
- 15:53Speaker 1: next part where they continue to talk about since things
- 15:57Speaker 1: in garway, we should just be able to overthrow the
- 16:00Speaker 1: people who know by the way part of anybody that
- 16:01Speaker 1: breaks along in the process.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Oh, it seems like the philibuster is the only thing
- 16:05Speaker 3: that's actually going to stop Trump from enacting probably the broadest,
- 16:08Speaker 3: most pernicious parts of his agenda. So how do you,
- 16:11Speaker 3: I mean, how do you think about the cost benefit
- 16:13Speaker 3: analysis here?
- 16:15Speaker 1: Well, of course it worries me.
- 16:18Speaker 4: It has to be, It has to worry any sensible
- 16:20Speaker 4: thinking person to argue for breaching norms that have guided
- 16:26Speaker 4: our country for two hundred and fifty years. On the
- 16:29Speaker 4: other hand, I don't think the democratic self restraint is
- 16:32Speaker 4: what is going to stop Trump from acting. If in
- 16:36Speaker 4: the end, Trump and the Republican majority think that the
- 16:39Speaker 4: filibuster is a barrier to whatever it is that they want,
- 16:42Speaker 4: for example, they're going to get rid of it anyway,
- 16:46Speaker 4: whether or not. The Democrats have done so in the
- 16:48Speaker 4: in the prior Congress, And so it strikes me as
- 16:52Speaker 4: essential to begin trying to take steps that can't be
- 16:56Speaker 4: reversed or irreversible steps in defense of safe voting rights,
- 17:00Speaker 4: for example, expanding the franchise guaranteeing federally against state entrepreneces.
- 17:09Speaker 4: We would still have to contend, obviously with the Supreme Court.
- 17:12Speaker 4: But for two years the Democrats had a majority in
- 17:17Speaker 4: both houses, and instead of doing transgressive, normative things like
- 17:24Speaker 4: changing the electoral rules to prevent Trump's cheating, they did
- 17:30Speaker 4: normal democratic things.
- 17:31Speaker 1: They passed the.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Inflation Reduction Act and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act, and all
- 17:36Speaker 4: good things, I'm sure from their perspective. But they thought
- 17:41Speaker 4: that that would be how to reclaim America, and turned
- 17:45Speaker 4: out they were wrong.
- 17:46Speaker 1: So there you go. The American people aren't with us,
- 17:51Speaker 1: so we need to just take matters into our own hands.
- 17:54Speaker 1: And it's personally perfectly quote reasonable for Biden to parton
- 17:58Speaker 1: Trump critics so that they don't ever have to worry.
- 18:02Speaker 1: In other words, if we get in power again, right
- 18:05Speaker 1: when we win the White House again, and Democrats will
- 18:07Speaker 1: win the White House again, I have no doubt about it.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Based on history. There are ebbs and flows of politics
- 18:12Speaker 1: and what people like and what they don't like, and
- 18:14Speaker 1: it goes one way to the other, and it will happen.
- 18:16Speaker 1: And what they're saying is, when we get back in charge,
- 18:19Speaker 1: take every check and balance, throw it out the window,
- 18:22Speaker 1: lock up political opponents, and give your staff the ability
- 18:26Speaker 1: to get the job done regardless of what the law says,
- 18:29Speaker 1: and then let them know that when they do this,
- 18:34Speaker 1: we've got their back and we will give them the
- 18:37Speaker 1: pardons that they need so they don't have to worry
- 18:39Speaker 1: about being prosecuted for breaking the law. That is what
- 18:43Speaker 1: they're now advocating for. So let me just be clear.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I think that there are mass pardons coming. I think
- 18:51Speaker 1: this is going to happen, and I think the wheels
- 18:53Speaker 1: have come off, and the Left is like, screw all
- 18:55Speaker 1: of y'all. We're going to do whatever the hell we
- 18:57Speaker 1: want to do, whenever we want to do it, wherever
- 18:59Speaker 1: we want to do it, and there's nothing that you
- 19:01Speaker 1: can do to stop us. Let me also just and
- 19:04Speaker 1: I go back to lawlessness real quick. You may remember
- 19:07Speaker 1: there's a guy that has a show named Charlemagne the God.
- 19:10Speaker 1: He interviewed Biden Harris. You know, he's a big you know,
- 19:14Speaker 1: been a big lib but even he like learned from
- 19:17Speaker 1: the election and realized that, like, hey, you might want
- 19:19Speaker 1: to listen to the American people a little bit. He
- 19:22Speaker 1: was on the View and he called out Sunny Houston
- 19:26Speaker 1: for having to constantly read legal notes because the lawyers
- 19:33Speaker 1: of the View are like, hey, you can't say that
- 19:34Speaker 1: on TV. Hey, you can't say that on TV. Hey
- 19:37Speaker 1: you can't say that on TV. And so what she's
- 19:39Speaker 1: now having to do is go on the show on
- 19:41Speaker 1: a regular basis and say, I have a legal note,
- 19:45Speaker 1: which is where I have to get my foot out
- 19:47Speaker 1: of my mouth before we get sued at ABC. And
- 19:52Speaker 1: and this is the lawlessness that I talk about. They
- 19:55Speaker 1: don't believe that anything applies him. I'll give you another
- 19:57Speaker 1: example I did. I did Piers Morgan's show, and on
- 20:01Speaker 1: that show, one of the guests accused Pete Headseth of
- 20:06Speaker 1: rape being a rapist, and I said on the show
- 20:10Speaker 1: out loud. You're gonna get sued for that. That is slander.
- 20:13Speaker 1: That is liable, and I hope you lose everything. You're
- 20:16Speaker 1: a terrible person because they for so long, they've been
- 20:20Speaker 1: able to do and say whatever they want to without
- 20:23Speaker 1: any repercussions for their actions because they knew that no
- 20:28Speaker 1: one was going to enforce the laws. That's why Sonny
- 20:31Speaker 1: Houston has been able to say whatever the hellse she
- 20:33Speaker 1: wants for so long. And just now because there's been
- 20:35Speaker 1: a change and law and order is coming back, is
- 20:38Speaker 1: she having to actually give all these legal notes to say, Okay,
- 20:43Speaker 1: what I said was a lie, wasn't true, and I
- 20:45Speaker 1: got to go back and fix it real quick so
- 20:47Speaker 1: it don't get sued.
- 20:49Speaker 5: Listen, now that Trumps won, you say that you don't
- 20:51Speaker 5: think cable news will ever truly cover him honestly again,
- 20:56Speaker 5: why not even just.
- 20:57Speaker 6: Cable to Know network nobody because they didn't do it before.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Why would they do it? Noted? Yeah, well, well, let's
- 21:06Speaker 1: be honest.
- 21:07Speaker 6: You have to apologize a couple of times last monks.
- 21:09Speaker 1: So somebody's coming through some notes from.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Downtow apologizing but making a legal note as an attorney
- 21:14Speaker 3: of law.
- 21:14Speaker 6: Because you know, we have a penny president, a couple
- 21:17Speaker 6: Houns that is going to be very litigious, litigious, but
- 21:22Speaker 6: we check ourselves.
- 21:24Speaker 1: I love it. That's not it. I love it. And
- 21:26Speaker 1: he's like, look, you guys are constantly having to give
- 21:28Speaker 1: out legal notes, and of course I blame Trump for that, Like, oh, well,
- 21:32Speaker 1: it's Trump's fault. No, you guys get busted saying things
- 21:35Speaker 1: that aren't true. And when you say things that aren't true,
- 21:39Speaker 1: there should be consequences for your actions. And let me
- 21:45Speaker 1: give you another example of them, and I'm talking about
- 21:48Speaker 1: the left in general. There have been zero consequences for
- 21:51Speaker 1: the lies that they've been telling against good people in
- 21:54Speaker 1: this country. Anyone that's around Donald Trump is a great
- 21:56Speaker 1: example of this. If you want your life to be real,
- 22:00Speaker 1: and support Donald Trump. I was on Piers Morgan's show earlier, Uncensored,
- 22:05Speaker 1: and we were having a debate on there about these
- 22:11Speaker 1: mass pardons, and then we were having a conversation about
- 22:15Speaker 1: different people that he is appointed to his cabinet positions.
- 22:19Speaker 1: One of them is Pete Headseth. I know him, I've
- 22:21Speaker 1: known him for a long time. He works at Fox,
- 22:24Speaker 1: and now he's up for the Department of Defense and
- 22:28Speaker 1: this is the stuff just like they have to do
- 22:32Speaker 1: on the view where they just lie and they lie
- 22:36Speaker 1: and slander and they tried to destroy people's lives. They're
- 22:39Speaker 1: doing it right now to Pete saying, oh, he's an alcoholic,
- 22:42Speaker 1: and everybody around that works and was like, no, he's
- 22:44Speaker 1: not all he was drunk on the airbody that worked
- 22:46Speaker 1: with him putting out statements No he didn't, and they
- 22:49Speaker 1: don't care because they want to take him down. And
- 22:52Speaker 1: we're having a conversation about Pete and then this radical
- 22:56Speaker 1: leftists says this on National TV.
- 23:01Speaker 6: Take a listen, Ben, Can I just say that I
- 23:04Speaker 6: do think that Pete he actually is a good choice
- 23:07Speaker 6: to oversee the US military.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I think they have a lot in common.
- 23:09Speaker 6: Like just like the US military, Pete Hexath doesn't practice consent,
- 23:13Speaker 6: you know, when raping and pillaging other people, and I
- 23:16Speaker 6: think the US military does the same thing.
- 23:17Speaker 1: They rape and.
- 23:18Speaker 6: Pillage at operating budgets. He was able to tank you.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Budget US.
- 23:35Speaker 6: And as someone who doesn't want to see more wars abroad,
- 23:37Speaker 6: if you can take depended on budget, discussing about it,
- 23:42Speaker 6: discussing is drugs.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Her husband and her childs in the same hotel room.
- 23:53Speaker 1: She wakes up, no memory what happened.
- 23:55Speaker 6: And pete her A n d A want to play
- 23:59Speaker 6: her any An.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Ben Well, for goodness sakes, I don't think I could
- 24:18Speaker 1: have said it differently. She just said that Peter Headseth
- 24:22Speaker 1: is out there raping and pillaging women. I hope she
- 24:26Speaker 1: gets sued for this. There should be accountability when you
- 24:29Speaker 1: go on TV and you try to destroy people's lives.
- 24:34Speaker 1: And this is what the Left has been able to
- 24:37Speaker 1: do for the last four years without any accountability for
- 24:40Speaker 1: their actions, zero accountability for their actions, and this is
- 24:47Speaker 1: what they've gotten away with. Now you understand why they're
- 24:52Speaker 1: willing to pardon everyone because they are afraid of what
- 24:56Speaker 1: is about to happen. They're afraid they're going to be
- 24:59Speaker 1: held accountable for their lives and their deceit and trying
- 25:02Speaker 1: to destroy people's lives and weaponizing the government to destroy
- 25:06Speaker 1: people's lives. That is what they are truly afraid of. Now,
- 25:12Speaker 1: let me just put an exclamation point on this by
- 25:14Speaker 1: saying two things. One, I'm expecting that Biden's going to
- 25:18Speaker 1: pardon everyone with the last name Biden that he needs to.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I expect he's going to give out mass pardons to people,
- 25:23Speaker 1: probably covering more than a decade of time, because this
- 25:26Speaker 1: is how they're going to basically ensure that people will
- 25:30Speaker 1: continue to break the law when Democrats are in power
- 25:32Speaker 1: in the future, saying look, we always take care of you.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Look what we did the last time we left office.
- 25:37Speaker 1: I'm going to keep covering it. I'm going to keep
- 25:39Speaker 1: exposing it. I want to take a moment and talk
- 25:41Speaker 1: to you about IFCJ, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews,
- 25:46Speaker 1: wants to wish you a blessed beginning of the holiday
- 25:48Speaker 1: season as you gather with your families, grateful for the
- 25:52Speaker 1: blessings that God has given us all, but let's also
- 25:56Speaker 1: remember those who are facing unbelievable hardship in need of food, fellowship,
- 26:02Speaker 1: and hope. That includes the people of the Israel, who
- 26:05Speaker 1: are threatened daily by attacks from enemies on all sides.
- 26:09Speaker 1: And during these hard times, Israelis are thankful for the
- 26:13Speaker 1: Fellowship for food and basic assistance, truly life saving aid
- 26:17Speaker 1: when the rest of the world seems to have turned
- 26:19Speaker 1: its back on them. Your gift of twenty five dollars
- 26:23Speaker 1: will help provide a food box to an elderly Jew
- 26:26Speaker 1: or a Jewish family who are suffering and in desperate need.
- 26:31Speaker 1: A gift of one hundred dollars will help provide four
- 26:33Speaker 1: of these life saving food boxes this holiday season. Please
- 26:37Speaker 1: consider standing with Israel and the Jewish people. You can
- 26:41Speaker 1: go to SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's support IFCJ dot org.
- 26:48Speaker 1: To make a gift now that SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. Or
- 26:52Speaker 1: you can call to give at eight to eight for
- 26:55Speaker 1: eight eight IFCJ. That's eight eight eight eight eight four
- 27:01Speaker 1: three two five. Now I want to get to the
- 27:04Speaker 1: other issue I mentioned earlier, and that was Justice Jackson
- 27:09Speaker 1: says laws banning sex changes for young children are sort
- 27:15Speaker 1: of the same thing as banning interracial marriage. This was
- 27:20Speaker 1: part of the Supreme Court's oral arguments on should you
- 27:24Speaker 1: be able to do sex change operations on very young children?
- 27:28Speaker 1: Take a listen being drawn.
- 27:30Speaker 7: By the statute that was sort of like the starting point.
- 27:33Speaker 7: The question was whether it was discriminatory because it applied
- 27:37Speaker 7: to both races and it wasn't necessarily invidious or whatever.
- 27:41Speaker 7: But you know, as I read the statute here, excuse
- 27:44Speaker 7: me the case here. You know, the court starts off
- 27:47Speaker 7: by saying that Virginia is now one of sixteen states
- 27:49Speaker 7: which prohibit and punished marriages on the basis of racial classifications.
- 27:53Speaker 7: And when you look at the structure of that law,
- 27:56Speaker 7: it looks in terms of incontinued you can't do something
- 27:59Speaker 7: that is inconstant with your own characteristics.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Is sort of the same thing.
- 28:03Speaker 7: So it's interesting to me that we now have this
- 28:05Speaker 7: different argument, And I wonder whether Virginia could have gotten
- 28:08Speaker 7: away with what they did here by just making a
- 28:12Speaker 7: classification argument the way that Tennessee is in this case.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Yes, I think that's exactly right.
- 28:18Speaker 7: That there is absolutely a parallel between any law that
- 28:21Speaker 7: says you can't act and consistent with a protected characteristic
- 28:25Speaker 7: in all other county.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Now, let's just break down a little bit of this.
- 28:30Speaker 1: This law states that there's a compelling interest to protect
- 28:33Speaker 1: minors from physical and emotional harm in Tennessee. And what
- 28:38Speaker 1: she is saying in this argument here is the Department
- 28:42Speaker 1: of Justice and the planiffs are arguing that the law
- 28:44Speaker 1: discriminates on the basis of both sex and transgender status
- 28:48Speaker 1: of young children. They're arguing what the Supreme Court justice
- 28:51Speaker 1: is arguing there is is that you should be able
- 28:54Speaker 1: to literally cut off body parts of young children if
- 28:59Speaker 1: you believe that they are transgender. So if you're a parent,
- 29:04Speaker 1: and let's say you're crazy and you believe that you
- 29:08Speaker 1: should have had a daughter, but some you had a son,
- 29:10Speaker 1: and you indoctrinate that little kid to believe that they
- 29:13Speaker 1: are in the wrong sex, which you can get a
- 29:14Speaker 1: kid to believe just about anything when they're young. If
- 29:17Speaker 1: you don't believe me, look at al Kaita and suicide bombers.
- 29:19Speaker 1: For goodness sakes. Then they believe the parents should have
- 29:23Speaker 1: the right to do all of the transition surgeries of
- 29:27Speaker 1: puberty blockers, take the medicines that will literally destroy their
- 29:31Speaker 1: chances of ever having a child in the future. If
- 29:33Speaker 1: you got it wrong, if they kid in fact doesn't
- 29:36Speaker 1: really want to transition when they get older, and what
- 29:39Speaker 1: Supreme Court Justice Jackson saying there is well, no, no,
- 29:43Speaker 1: She believes that you should be able to do this.
- 29:45Speaker 1: In other words, you should be able to decide whatever
- 29:47Speaker 1: you want to cut off. You want to cut off
- 29:48Speaker 1: with a young girl's breasts. You want to give them
- 29:49Speaker 1: puberty bokers, You want to give them medicine that we
- 29:53Speaker 1: give to sexual offenders to castrate them chemically. That's what
- 30:01Speaker 1: they give kids when they're going through transitioning for goodness sakes,
- 30:05Speaker 1: and she's saying, totally fine, a law banning sex changes
- 30:10Speaker 1: for young children, sorry, the same thing as banning interracial marriage.
- 30:14Speaker 1: They're not the same thing. The banning of interracial marriage
- 30:17Speaker 1: is a completely different scenario than a law banning sex
- 30:22Speaker 1: changes for young children. By the way, at eighteen, they're
- 30:24Speaker 1: sending you to do what the hell you want. But
- 30:26Speaker 1: when you are young and a little child, the job
- 30:29Speaker 1: of a parent is not to cut off their genitals.
- 30:32Speaker 1: That is not what they're supposed to do. Here. The
- 30:36Speaker 1: media all in on this as well. CNN had one
- 30:40Speaker 1: of the most disgusting segments I've ever heard outside of
- 30:45Speaker 1: the Supreme Court on this exact issue. I love how
- 30:48Speaker 1: networks send out partisan hacks. Especially it's seeing it and
- 30:53Speaker 1: they're like, oh, well, we've got to correspond out there.
- 30:55Speaker 1: They're supposed to be a journalist. They're supposed to just
- 30:57Speaker 1: tell you the who, what, when, we're and why not anymore. No, No,
- 31:00Speaker 1: they push pure propaganda. And this may be one of
- 31:05Speaker 1: the most disgusting segments I've ever watched and seen, and
- 31:09Speaker 1: that's saying something. They have a correspondent by the name
- 31:12Speaker 1: of Lucy, I don't even know what her last name is,
- 31:16Speaker 1: denouncing those quote unquote against gender firming care for minors,
- 31:20Speaker 1: saying they put a quote unquote exhausted young children in
- 31:24Speaker 1: the crosshair, in the crossfire of this cultural war. So
- 31:29Speaker 1: you got a culture war and it's the kids that
- 31:32Speaker 1: are in the crosshairs. Well, who put them there? Wasn't Republicans.
- 31:36Speaker 1: It was these radical extremists at Vanderbilt University who we
- 31:41Speaker 1: have on tape bragging and demanding that doctors get on
- 31:46Speaker 1: board with transitional care. Because if you get a kid
- 31:49Speaker 1: in transition, guess what they're worth millions of dollars because
- 31:54Speaker 1: their body, their entire life, is fighting against what you're
- 31:57Speaker 1: artificially trying to accomplish. That your entire life, your body
- 32:03Speaker 1: is on medications when you go through a transition because
- 32:07Speaker 1: your DNA knows that what you're trying to do is
- 32:11Speaker 1: not real. There's a reason why a dude will never
- 32:15Speaker 1: get pregnant. There's a reason why a chick that becomes
- 32:21Speaker 1: a dude, we've seen them quote get pregnant because there's
- 32:24Speaker 1: still a chick. And dudes that become chicks will never
- 32:30Speaker 1: get pregnant because they have different DNA. Now, you can
- 32:35Speaker 1: fight your body and dope yourself up for decades, it
- 32:40Speaker 1: doesn't mean you're actually the opposite sex. So if you
- 32:44Speaker 1: want to know how we got to where we are now,
- 32:47Speaker 1: for those on the left that don't understand this issue,
- 32:50Speaker 1: it wasn't me or you conservatives that were out there.
- 32:54Speaker 1: It wasn't us. Okay that we're out there going, oh,
- 32:57Speaker 1: let's let's fight on the issue transmient. You brought it
- 33:00Speaker 1: into our classrooms, you brought it into our bathrooms, You've
- 33:04Speaker 1: forced it on our college campuses. You're trying to force
- 33:07Speaker 1: it on our kids. And you're trying to make money
- 33:10Speaker 1: millions and millions and millions off of these patients doing
- 33:15Speaker 1: something that is impossible to do. And as Vanderbilt put it,
- 33:20Speaker 1: there's a lot of money here. It's lucrative. So you
- 33:24Speaker 1: want to know who started this war, it wasn't me.
- 33:26Speaker 1: By the way, I'm defending not mutilating a child. I'm
- 33:29Speaker 1: very comfortable standing here before you and before God one
- 33:33Speaker 1: day saying what did you do with your life? I
- 33:35Speaker 1: can tell you one thing I did. I made sure
- 33:37Speaker 1: that they didn't mutilate children to make money off of them.
- 33:41Speaker 1: But listen, to CNN and the way they described this
- 33:44Speaker 1: at the Supreme Court.
- 33:45Speaker 5: Transgender Americans, the Americans who identify a transgender make up
- 33:49Speaker 5: less than two percent of the entire population, but especially
- 33:52Speaker 5: in the selectoral campaign, they have taken on this outsized role.
- 33:56Speaker 5: They become clawed in the cross fires of this culture war.
- 33:59Speaker 1: And we've actually.
- 33:59Speaker 5: Been time with some of the families and the teenagers
- 34:03Speaker 5: and the kids who are be impacted by these bands,
- 34:07Speaker 5: by these laws. We spent time with three families who
- 34:10Speaker 5: traveled on their own time, time, missing school, missing work
- 34:13Speaker 5: to be here in DC, all the way from Arizona
- 34:16Speaker 5: to have their voices heard because they feel that there
- 34:19Speaker 5: are a lot of politicians, lawyers, talking heads.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Discussing their rights. They're not being heard from themselves.
- 34:25Speaker 5: And I want to give you a sense of what
- 34:27Speaker 5: one ten year old Violin demon told me when I
- 34:30Speaker 5: asked her what it feels like to be a transgender
- 34:33Speaker 5: kid in America today.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Take a listen to.
- 34:36Speaker 5: What concerns have you had about speaking out.
- 34:39Speaker 1: I'm going to be like murdered.
- 34:41Speaker 6: Like one day I'm going to be walking down the
- 34:46Speaker 6: street and somebody's going to come up and like shoot
- 34:48Speaker 6: me or something.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Mother, let me just hit pause here. I feel bad
- 34:54Speaker 1: for this little boy that the parents are turning into
- 34:58Speaker 1: a little girl, and that they've indoctrinated this little boy
- 35:03Speaker 1: to believe that not only she's a little girl, but
- 35:05Speaker 1: also that someone's going to kill her on the street.
- 35:09Speaker 1: You want to talk about the power of parents, This
- 35:12Speaker 1: segment is the power of parenting. Why do you think
- 35:15Speaker 1: this little boy, who they have dresses a little girl,
- 35:18Speaker 1: thinks that someone's going to walk up and shoot him
- 35:21Speaker 1: or now her on the street. It's because of the parents.
- 35:26Speaker 5: That's a really scary thing to be worrying about at
- 35:28Speaker 5: ten years old.
- 35:30Speaker 1: Yeah, that should not be a worry Michelle. What's going
- 35:34Speaker 1: through your mind as you hear your daughter say this?
- 35:39Speaker 7: I'm sorry to hear it say that.
- 35:43Speaker 5: And one of the things that all of these families
- 35:45Speaker 5: emphasizes gender affirming care, things like hormones, puberty blockers, and
- 35:50Speaker 5: these are deeply personal, intimate decisions that they are making
- 35:53Speaker 5: with their pediatricians, whether psychiatrists, with the children over the course.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Of many, many years.
- 35:58Speaker 5: These are not you know, Nelly Willy decisions that they're
- 36:02Speaker 5: making carelessly, and for these children.
- 36:04Speaker 1: It's I mean, these aren't Nelly willy decisions. Do you
- 36:09Speaker 1: hear what you're saying. This isn't a news segment. This
- 36:13Speaker 1: is pure blown propaganda. Do you know how many kids
- 36:18Speaker 1: that transition when they're younger, when they get older, say
- 36:23Speaker 1: they wish they would have never had this happen. And
- 36:27Speaker 1: many are in pain for the rest of their lives
- 36:29Speaker 1: after they try to detransition because of the mutilation that
- 36:32Speaker 1: they've done to their bodies. Does anybody talk about that?
- 36:37Speaker 1: By the way, if you're eighteen and you want to
- 36:39Speaker 1: do this, like you're sixteen seventeen and you want to
- 36:42Speaker 1: have peer but knock yourself out. But to do this
- 36:46Speaker 1: to like this ten year old little boy that they
- 36:48Speaker 1: have as a little girl, this is child abuse. Okay,
- 36:53Speaker 1: Like that's what it is. It's child abuse. And the
- 36:57Speaker 1: fact that they're putting this propaganda out there and I
- 37:00Speaker 1: want to do this to your kids is sick and perverted.
