- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to start off by first saying our thoughts
- 0:04Speaker 1: and our prayers are with everyone that has had to
- 0:07Speaker 1: deal with what has happened with this Hurricane Helene. It
- 0:11Speaker 1: is a gut punch to so many different parts of
- 0:14Speaker 1: the country. Many have lost their lives. I actually know
- 0:19Speaker 1: some people personally that have lost all of their belongings
- 0:23Speaker 1: in the path of this hurricane. They have nothing left
- 0:27Speaker 1: in their home, and that is really sad when you
- 0:31Speaker 1: talk to people and you hear the devastation in their voice,
- 0:34Speaker 1: and it's you see it on TV and you see
- 0:38Speaker 1: what happens. But the majority of Americans get to kind
- 0:41Speaker 1: of move on with their lives. And I can tell
- 0:43Speaker 1: you after talking with a friend and again, they lost everything.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Their entire house, all of their belongings of their time
- 0:52Speaker 1: on earth are just completely gone. It is ruined, and
- 0:56Speaker 1: it puts a face on it, and it's a moment
- 0:58Speaker 1: a reminder of how blessed so many of us are
- 1:02Speaker 1: that we're able to even spend the time right now
- 1:06Speaker 1: communicating and listening to the show right now. And I
- 1:10Speaker 1: just want to say to everybody that is listening that's
- 1:13Speaker 1: been affected or have a family member affected, We're praying
- 1:16Speaker 1: for you, our thoughts and our prayers. Get involved however
- 1:18Speaker 1: you can help, however you can. The Red Cross, are
- 1:22Speaker 1: so many different organizations that do great work that you
- 1:24Speaker 1: can get involved with. But I want to say at
- 1:27Speaker 1: the very beginning, our thoughts and our prayers are with
- 1:30Speaker 1: all of you with this devastation and the flooding that
- 1:35Speaker 1: has taken place because of this hurricane. It was a
- 1:38Speaker 1: monster and I just didn't want to start the show
- 1:42Speaker 1: without saying that. Now onto a lot of other major
- 1:45Speaker 1: important news, and there is some shocking news that has
- 1:49Speaker 1: broken the acting keyword. Acting ICE director has come out
- 1:56Speaker 1: and has told us the truth about what we have
- 1:59Speaker 1: all known. But we have it from the acting ICE
- 2:03Speaker 1: director who has now said that there are Listen carefully
- 2:07Speaker 1: and please take this show the podcast, share this everywhere.
- 2:13Speaker 1: The Borders are is a woman by the name of
- 2:15Speaker 1: Kamala Harris. Remember when the media called her the borders are,
- 2:18Speaker 1: and remember we played it for you when they lied
- 2:21Speaker 1: and said she isn't the borders are. She is the
- 2:23Speaker 1: woman in charge of the border. She was given that job.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Kamala Harris as the borders are, and the ICE acting
- 2:30Speaker 1: director has now said that she as the borders are
- 2:34Speaker 1: has allowed more than six hundred and fifty thousand known
- 2:41Speaker 1: migrant criminals into the interior of the United States of America.
- 2:46Speaker 1: These criminals have been set free in America, six hundred
- 2:51Speaker 1: and fifty thousand of them. Now, this is the part
- 2:56Speaker 1: that's even more shocking than that more than thirteen thousand
- 3:02Speaker 1: of them are murderers. So there are thirteen thousand plus
- 3:09Speaker 1: murderers who are running free in America right now because
- 3:14Speaker 1: Kamala Harris let them into America and let them go
- 3:19Speaker 1: free in America. What's even more shocking is there is
- 3:26Speaker 1: another one or no, let me make sure I get
- 3:29Speaker 1: this number right. Sixteen thousand sexual assault convicts, people that
- 3:36Speaker 1: have been tried and are convicted of sexual assaults that
- 3:41Speaker 1: she is set free in America. So you have thirteen
- 3:44Speaker 1: thousand convicted murders, she's set free. You have sixteen thousand
- 3:48Speaker 1: sexual assault convicts that have been set free into the
- 3:53Speaker 1: interior of this country, and six hundred and fifty thousand
- 3:58Speaker 1: that have actual criminal history. I'm going to break down
- 4:02Speaker 1: more of these numbers that should make every of you,
- 4:05Speaker 1: every one of you angry, But I'm going to ask
- 4:06Speaker 1: you now immediately take this podcast and share it everywhere
- 4:12Speaker 1: on social media. Now, let me tell you about our
- 4:15Speaker 1: friends real quick, Patriot Mobile Americans. If you're like me,
- 4:18Speaker 1: you are sick and tired and frustrated by a stalling economy.
- 4:22Speaker 1: You're frustrated by inflation, You're infrustrated by the endless wars
- 4:26Speaker 1: of the left and the relentless assault on our American values.
- 4:31Speaker 1: There are major companies that you are giving your money
- 4:36Speaker 1: to every month with your cell phone service, Big Mobile,
- 4:39Speaker 1: that are actually helping these things to happen. How because
- 4:43Speaker 1: they give massive donations to democratic causes, candidates including Harris,
- 4:49Speaker 1: including Biden, including Obama. The list goes on and on,
- 4:53Speaker 1: and they give money to organizations that pay for abortions.
- 4:58Speaker 1: If you don't want your money going there, you need
- 5:01Speaker 1: to switch to Patriot Mobile. Because Patriot Mobile was created
- 5:05Speaker 1: after there was a group of conservatives that found out
- 5:08Speaker 1: just how radical Big Mobile had gotten, and they believe
- 5:11Speaker 1: in America and our constitution. Now I'm proud to say
- 5:14Speaker 1: I use Patriot Mobile. I am proud to say I've
- 5:16Speaker 1: been telling you about them for years, and they are
- 5:19Speaker 1: on the front lines fighting every day for our rights.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Because when you pay your bill every month, at no
- 5:25Speaker 1: extra cost to you. They take about five percent of
- 5:27Speaker 1: that bill and they give it back to First and
- 5:29Speaker 1: Second Amendment causes Sanctity of Life groups and organizations, and
- 5:34Speaker 1: they give to our military, our veterans, our first responders,
- 5:38Speaker 1: and are wounded warrior heroes. So you can take a
- 5:41Speaker 1: stand with every phone call you make. And switching now
- 5:44Speaker 1: is easy because in twenty twenty four you're going to
- 5:47Speaker 1: use the same towers when you switch to Patriot Mobile
- 5:50Speaker 1: that you're using right now. They operate on all three
- 5:53Speaker 1: of the major networks in this country, and they back
- 5:56Speaker 1: their service with a coverage guarantee. So switching is e.
- 6:00Speaker 1: You do it all over the phone. Go to Patriot
- 6:02Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 6:07Speaker 1: slash ferguson, and you're gonna get a free month when
- 6:10Speaker 1: you use the offer code ferguson. You can also call
- 6:12Speaker 1: them and just make the switch over the phone. Ninety
- 6:15Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot is their number. Nine seven to
- 6:18Speaker 1: two Patriot, call them and make the switch and make
- 6:21Speaker 1: a difference every day. Now, I want you to hear
- 6:25Speaker 1: this report as a shocking news broke that this administration
- 6:31Speaker 1: under the borders are Kama Harris has released the worst
- 6:36Speaker 1: people in the world into the US, and she knew
- 6:39Speaker 1: she was doing it. By the tens of thousands, the.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirms that more than
- 6:46Speaker 2: thirteen thousand illegal immigrants convicted of murder have been caught
- 6:51Speaker 2: at the border and then released into the United States.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Did you hear that have been caught at the border.
- 6:59Speaker 1: So these are people that are not got aways. These
- 7:02Speaker 1: are not they're not counting people, okay, that that got
- 7:06Speaker 1: across the border legally. So we're not even talking about
- 7:09Speaker 1: those numbers. What the ICE director is saying, these are
- 7:12Speaker 1: people that we actually caught, and Kamala Harris said, let
- 7:17Speaker 1: them go.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Letter here tells the tale. Alo. I'm John robertson Washington.
- 7:22Speaker 2: You believe this, Sandra, which.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Means they are here and this is just an unbelievable development.
- 7:28Speaker 3: I'm Sandra Smith, and you are gonna be with you, John.
- 7:30Speaker 3: This is America Reports. Let's get right to Bill Malujin.
- 7:32Speaker 3: He's got this news for us. He's live out of Douglas, Arizona,
- 7:35Speaker 3: right now, where Vice President Kamala Harris is set to
- 7:38Speaker 3: visit leader this afternoon. Bill, the details of this News.
- 7:42Speaker 3: What do you have.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Yeah, and Sandra, bear with me. We just got these
- 7:46Speaker 4: numbers moments ago. But it's a jaw dropper to say
- 7:49Speaker 4: the least. So to set the stage here, let me
- 7:51Speaker 4: just explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called
- 7:55Speaker 4: a non detained docket. Essentially, what that is is it
- 7:58Speaker 4: means migrants who were in uned by DHS but are
- 8:01Speaker 4: no longer in federal custody. So who's on this non
- 8:04Speaker 4: detained docket. It's illegal immigrants who are caught and released
- 8:08Speaker 4: at the border, released with the court date years away.
- 8:10Speaker 4: They're in immigration proceedings, combined with illegal immigrants who have
- 8:14Speaker 4: already been ordered deported from the country by a judge
- 8:18Speaker 4: but are still here roaming the country. So keep that
- 8:20Speaker 4: in mind. This non detained docket. According to a letter
- 8:24Speaker 4: that the acting Director of ICE just sent to Texas
- 8:27Speaker 4: Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on ICE's non detained docket, they're currently
- 8:33Speaker 4: tracking four hundred and twenty five thousand non citizens who
- 8:39Speaker 4: have been convicted.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Of a crime.
- 8:41Speaker 4: Of that number, over thirteen thousand non citizens have convictions
- 8:47Speaker 4: for homicide and are on the non detained docket, meaning
- 8:51Speaker 4: they're roaming the country right now, on top of that,
- 8:53Speaker 4: there are another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven non
- 8:57Speaker 4: citizens convicted of sexual assault.
- 9:01Speaker 1: These numbers should make every American, regardless of if you're
- 9:04Speaker 1: Republican or Democrat, infuriated.
- 9:07Speaker 4: The ICE Director also says there are currently just under
- 9:11Speaker 4: nineteen hundred non citizens on the non detained docket who
- 9:16Speaker 4: have pending homicide charges who are roaming the country, and
- 9:20Speaker 4: another four thousand, two hundred and fifty non citizens who
- 9:25Speaker 4: have pending sexual assault charges who are roaming the country
- 9:29Speaker 4: on the non detained dockets. So people's eyes might be
- 9:32Speaker 4: glazing over right now with all the numbers we just
- 9:34Speaker 4: threw out, you just to put it in a nutshell
- 9:36Speaker 4: right here, what we've learned from the acting ICE Director
- 9:39Speaker 4: via this letter to Congressman Tony Gonzalez is, right now,
- 9:43Speaker 4: there are over thirteen thousand illegal aliens convicted of homicide
- 9:48Speaker 4: who are roaming the United States right now. There are
- 9:51Speaker 4: another fifteen eight hundred and eleven illegal aliens roaming the
- 9:55Speaker 4: country right now who have been convicted of sexual assault,
- 9:59Speaker 4: and there are even more who are facing charges for
- 10:02Speaker 4: homicide and charges for sexual assault. So this just goes
- 10:06Speaker 4: to show guys, the non detained docket has exploded under
- 10:09Speaker 4: the Biden administration to over I believe it's seven point
- 10:12Speaker 4: three million. They're anticipating it could hit eight million by
- 10:16Speaker 4: the end of the years. But looking at the numbers
- 10:18Speaker 4: on this letter right here, there are currently over six
- 10:22Speaker 4: hundred thousand non citizens on ICE's non detained docket who
- 10:26Speaker 4: are either convicted or excuse me, six hundred thousand non
- 10:30Speaker 4: citizens on this non detained docket who are roaming the
- 10:33Speaker 4: country right now. Of that, four hundred and twenty five
- 10:35Speaker 4: thousand have already been convicted of crimes, two hundred and
- 10:38Speaker 4: twenty two thousand are pending crimes, and again the most
- 10:42Speaker 4: serious crimes we just told you about.
- 10:45Speaker 1: I go back to the rate number here convicted, Well
- 10:49Speaker 1: let's start. We go back to convicted murder. So they
- 10:52Speaker 1: knew that there were murders, which goes back to remember
- 10:54Speaker 1: when Donald Trump said they are sending their worst And
- 10:58Speaker 1: we've done again to this and talked about this on
- 11:02Speaker 1: previous shows, and I'm going to ask you again, take
- 11:04Speaker 1: the show, take the podcast, share it everywhere on social media,
- 11:09Speaker 1: because this has to get out to the masses. These
- 11:13Speaker 1: are people they knew were convicted murder. Donald Trump said
- 11:18Speaker 1: they were sending their worse and he was right. He
- 11:20Speaker 1: said they're emptying out their jails. He was right. I
- 11:24Speaker 1: want you to understand the economics of this so that
- 11:27Speaker 1: that part is very clear. Imagine you are a country
- 11:32Speaker 1: like Venezuela. Imagine you're a country like Haiti. Imagine you're
- 11:38Speaker 1: a country like China, and you are having to take
- 11:43Speaker 1: care of all of these people Imagine Mexico, Guatemala, Okay,
- 11:50Speaker 1: at Columbia, and you have a tight budget. You are
- 11:56Speaker 1: a country that's many of these are Third World countries,
- 12:00Speaker 1: and you've got all these people in jail that are murderers,
- 12:04Speaker 1: and you say, hold on a second, I can get
- 12:08Speaker 1: them off of my liabilities, right because it's a liability
- 12:14Speaker 1: for that people person to be in jail financially to
- 12:17Speaker 1: the government, and the government's suffocating, and people in your
- 12:22Speaker 1: country are poor, and you're like, hold on, I can
- 12:25Speaker 1: take a murderer who I'm going to have to take
- 12:27Speaker 1: care of for a lifetime, and I could drop him
- 12:32Speaker 1: at the southern border and tell him to never ever
- 12:34Speaker 1: ever come back. And then I just saved Venezuela or Guatemala,
- 12:40Speaker 1: or Panama or Peru, wherever it may be China or Russia,
- 12:45Speaker 1: and I can save a lifetime of bills on this person.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Now do you understand why they're letting these people out
- 12:54Speaker 1: of jail. Now, they're not letting out jail and saying
- 12:56Speaker 1: just go romar country. They're saying, you have to leave
- 13:00Speaker 1: this country and you can go to America. That is
- 13:05Speaker 1: actually happening, and that's why we're seeing these numbers of
- 13:10Speaker 1: people that are convicted hardcore rapists, sexual abusers, sexual abusers
- 13:19Speaker 1: of children, convicted people of murder and brutal murders like
- 13:25Speaker 1: beating people to death, okay, torture. These are the worst
- 13:31Speaker 1: of the worst. And so when Donald Trump said what
- 13:33Speaker 1: he said, like, oh, you can't say that that's racist, right,
- 13:36Speaker 1: they're sitting their worse. These countries are in fact seeing
- 13:40Speaker 1: their worse, and now we have the numbers to back
- 13:43Speaker 1: it up. This is why it is so important that
- 13:47Speaker 1: we talk about this election the way that we need
- 13:49Speaker 1: to talk about it, which is this is the future
- 13:51Speaker 1: of our country and it depends on who if you're
- 13:54Speaker 1: going to vote for Kamala Harris or not, because if
- 13:56Speaker 1: you vote her in office, you're going to get this
- 14:00Speaker 1: on steroids for another four years, you will not recognize
- 14:03Speaker 1: the United States of America, or you put Donald Trump
- 14:08Speaker 1: in office and he shuts this down and starts supporting
- 14:12Speaker 1: these people. Like I think we can all agree that
- 14:14Speaker 1: the thirteen thousand and ninety nine illegal immigrants in America
- 14:18Speaker 1: that the borders are Kamala Harris knew were murders and
- 14:22Speaker 1: still let them go free in the United States of
- 14:24Speaker 1: America interior. That's what they're saying. This is not count
- 14:27Speaker 1: the godaways, folks. These are not the godaways, the people
- 14:31Speaker 1: that were not detained. These are people that were detained.
- 14:34Speaker 1: We knew they had convictions, and she let them go
- 14:37Speaker 1: into the interior of this country. That is the point
- 14:40Speaker 1: you need to understand. But of these thirteen thousand ninety nine, like,
- 14:46Speaker 1: it should be a massive man hunt and then we
- 14:48Speaker 1: should deport them, because we shouldn't have thirteen thousand plus
- 14:52Speaker 1: murderers that we know are murders out free among all
- 14:57Speaker 1: of us. Of the fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven
- 15:02Speaker 1: convicted of rape and sexual assault, I'm using the numbers
- 15:06Speaker 1: from the Acting Ice Director here, we should have a
- 15:10Speaker 1: man hunt and we should find every one of them,
- 15:14Speaker 1: and we should deport them. Immediately. Why are they not
- 15:18Speaker 1: doing that now? But this isn't all. We have a
- 15:21Speaker 1: six hundred plus thousand, as Bill Malucian described it, who
- 15:25Speaker 1: are either either have charges of murder or rape or
- 15:29Speaker 1: other horrific crimes against them that we knew about, and
- 15:34Speaker 1: they let them go. The ICE director is sounding the
- 15:41Speaker 1: alarm for the American people and telling you pay attention
- 15:46Speaker 1: to what we're trying to say to you. Pay attention
- 15:50Speaker 1: to what she is doing to this country now. Later
- 15:53Speaker 1: in the day from Douglas, Arizona, Bill Malusian did a
- 15:56Speaker 1: second report with even more details on what what'd I
- 16:00Speaker 1: just describe for you? And all of these people were
- 16:03Speaker 1: let into this country by Kamala Harris. I would argue,
- 16:06Speaker 1: this is treason because you knew that you had a
- 16:09Speaker 1: rapist and you let him go. You knew you had
- 16:11Speaker 1: a murderer and you let him go. Listen carefully to
- 16:14Speaker 1: this second report.
- 16:16Speaker 4: Yeah, and Sandra, bear with me. We just got these
- 16:18Speaker 4: numbers moments ago. But it's a jaw dropper to say
- 16:21Speaker 4: the least. So to set the stage here, let me
- 16:23Speaker 4: just explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called
- 16:27Speaker 4: a non detained docket. Essentially what that is is it
- 16:30Speaker 4: means migrants who were encountered by DHS but are no
- 16:33Speaker 4: longer in federal custody. So who's on this non detained docket.
- 16:37Speaker 4: It's illegal immigrants who were caught and released at the border,
- 16:41Speaker 4: released with the court date years away. They're in immigration proceedings,
- 16:44Speaker 4: combined with illegal immigrants who have already been ordered deported
- 16:48Speaker 4: from the country by a judge but are still here
- 16:51Speaker 4: rolling the country. So keep that in mind. This non
- 16:53Speaker 4: detained docket. According to a letter that the acting Director
- 16:57Speaker 4: of ICE just sent to Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on
- 17:02Speaker 4: ICE's non detained docket, they're currently tracking four hundred and
- 17:07Speaker 4: twenty five thousand non citizens who have been convicted of
- 17:13Speaker 4: a crime. Of that number, over thirteen thousand non citizens
- 17:19Speaker 4: have convictions for homicide and are on the non detained docket,
- 17:22Speaker 4: meaning they're roaming the country right now. On top of that,
- 17:25Speaker 4: there are another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven non
- 17:29Speaker 4: citizens convicted of sexual assault who are roaming the country
- 17:34Speaker 4: right now on ICE's non detained docket.
- 17:37Speaker 1: They're roaming the country and we had them in custody.
- 17:42Speaker 1: The part that scares me even more than the numbers
- 17:46Speaker 1: that were laying out for you here is okay, So
- 17:50Speaker 1: there's another what fifteen to twenty million that were gotaways
- 17:56Speaker 1: or eight million or twelve million, whatever the number is.
- 17:59Speaker 1: How many rape are in those numbers? How many of
- 18:02Speaker 1: are convicted of homici are those convicted of murdering someone?
- 18:06Speaker 1: How many of them are people that have done heinous
- 18:09Speaker 1: crimes against society who are also in the interior of
- 18:15Speaker 1: this country. Let's just talk about the bigger number here
- 18:20Speaker 1: for a second. You got six hundred one thousand that
- 18:23Speaker 1: you caught that are convicted criminals who then or suspects
- 18:31Speaker 1: who've been charged with things like murder or rape, that
- 18:34Speaker 1: you've let loose in America. You got thirteen plus thousand
- 18:40Speaker 1: for sure that have been convicted of murder, and they
- 18:43Speaker 1: were let out the worst prisons in the world, and
- 18:46Speaker 1: you then let them stay in America. You did not
- 18:48Speaker 1: deport them. You could have deported them by the way
- 18:52Speaker 1: you think about this policy of Harris and it's a
- 18:58Speaker 1: clear policy of just hey, we don't have time to
- 19:01Speaker 1: deal with the murderers and the rapists, so when you
- 19:02Speaker 1: catch them, just let them go. In the American interior
- 19:06Speaker 1: as well, because you could have had a process and
- 19:08Speaker 1: a policy like hey, you grab someone that's been convicted
- 19:13Speaker 1: of murder. Yeah, we're not going to let them go.
- 19:16Speaker 1: We're going to send them home, or we're going to
- 19:19Speaker 1: put them in our prison, whatever you want to do,
- 19:21Speaker 1: but we're not going to just like let them go
- 19:22Speaker 1: into America. That is what she did. Now there's two
- 19:27Speaker 1: hundred and twenty two plus thousand, and this is coming
- 19:30Speaker 1: from the acting ICE Director. There are two hundred and
- 19:34Speaker 1: twenty two plus thousand migrants that are facing criminal charges
- 19:38Speaker 1: that we knew we're facing criminal charges in their home country.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Many of them are heinous crimes, rape, sexual assault, sexual
- 19:47Speaker 1: assault of miners, right, child predators, and also murderers or
- 19:53Speaker 1: those that try to kill people.
- 19:55Speaker 4: Right.
- 19:55Speaker 1: So you have attempted murderers that have been charged with
- 19:59Speaker 1: these crimes, but they instead of going to their court date,
- 20:02Speaker 1: they fled the country and now they're in America and
- 20:05Speaker 1: we caught them, and Kamala Harris and Joe Biden said no, no, look,
- 20:08Speaker 1: we don't have time to deal with that, Like we
- 20:09Speaker 1: don't let them go too. The data says among those
- 20:14Speaker 1: not in detention, okay, not in detention, there are four
- 20:19Speaker 1: hundred and twenty five plus thousand convicted criminals. Representative Tony
- 20:24Speaker 1: Gonzalez from Texas putting this letter from the ICE out
- 20:28Speaker 1: there saying everyone you need to know. Quote. Your letter
- 20:33Speaker 1: requests a number of non citizens on ICE's docket convicted
- 20:40Speaker 1: or charged with a crime as of July twenty one,
- 20:43Speaker 1: of twenty twenty four. So this is old data. The
- 20:46Speaker 1: numbers have gotten worse, not better since this date. Okay,
- 20:50Speaker 1: there were more than six hundred and sixty two thousand
- 20:54Speaker 1: non citizens that we caught at the border that we
- 20:57Speaker 1: know have criminal histories that are on ICE's national dockets.
- 21:03Speaker 1: So we knew they were criminals, they knew the they
- 21:06Speaker 1: we knew they committed major crimes, and we let them go.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Of those I'm reading from the letter, now, four hundred
- 21:14Speaker 1: and thirty five thousand, seven hundred and nineteen are convicted criminals,
- 21:20Speaker 1: so there's not even like being accused. You're just straight
- 21:25Speaker 1: up convicted. And of those, that's where we get the
- 21:29Speaker 1: number the thirteen thousand, ninety nine murderers. And then there's
- 21:33Speaker 1: another two hundred and twenty six thousand, eight hundred and
- 21:35Speaker 1: forty seven that we know have pending criminal charges that
- 21:39Speaker 1: are significant. I go back to what Donald Trump said,
- 21:42Speaker 1: they're sitting their worse. It wasn't just sitting their worse.
- 21:45Speaker 1: They were clearing out their jails. They were emptying their jail,
- 21:49Speaker 1: saying go to America and don't ever step foot back
- 21:53Speaker 1: in this country. And we're going to let you out
- 21:55Speaker 1: of jail. We know you're a child rapist, we know
- 21:58Speaker 1: that you killed the child. We know that you killed
- 22:01Speaker 1: your girlfriend, We know that you killed your mother of
- 22:03Speaker 1: your children, we know that you killed multiple people. We
- 22:07Speaker 1: get out of our jail right Because this is all
- 22:09Speaker 1: a financial thing. We want to empty our jails, and
- 22:14Speaker 1: the people that are in our jails we don't want
- 22:16Speaker 1: to have to pay for anymore. So we're going to
- 22:18Speaker 1: let you out, go to America. The report also says
- 22:23Speaker 1: there is an additional two hundred and twenty two thousand,
- 22:27Speaker 1: one h forty one undetained migrants that are facing these
- 22:32Speaker 1: kerminel charges. Of those we know for a fact, and
- 22:35Speaker 1: we let them go. Kama Harris let them go. There
- 22:38Speaker 1: were one thousand, eight hundred and forty five homicide charges.
- 22:42Speaker 1: So we had eighteen hundred and forty five homicide charges.
- 22:44Speaker 1: In fact, I want to go back to the report
- 22:47Speaker 1: from Bibel Lujian because he walks us through this and
- 22:50Speaker 1: this is a second report, okay, when he got more
- 22:53Speaker 1: of the numbers, so he understood more of what he
- 22:55Speaker 1: was telling the American people.
- 22:56Speaker 4: Listen, it doesn't stop there. Those are convictions. The ICE
- 23:00Speaker 4: Director also says there are currently just under nineteen hundred
- 23:05Speaker 4: non citizens on the non detained docket who have pending
- 23:09Speaker 4: homicide charges who are roaming the country, and another four thousand,
- 23:14Speaker 4: two hundred and fifty non citizens who have pending sexual
- 23:19Speaker 4: assault charges who are roaming the country on the non
- 23:22Speaker 4: detained docket. So people's eyes might be glazing over right
- 23:25Speaker 4: now with all the numbers we just threw out. You
- 23:27Speaker 4: just to put it in a nutshell right here, what
- 23:29Speaker 4: we've learned from the acting ICE Director via this letter
- 23:33Speaker 4: to Congressman Tony Gonzalez is, right now, there are over
- 23:36Speaker 4: thirteen thousand illegal aliens convicted of homicide who are roaming
- 23:42Speaker 4: the United States right now. There are another fifteen eight
- 23:45Speaker 4: hundred and eleven illegal aliens roaming the country right now
- 23:49Speaker 4: who have been convicted of sexual assault, and there are
- 23:52Speaker 4: even more who are facing charges for homicide and charges
- 23:56Speaker 4: for sexual assaults. So this just goes to show, guys,
- 23:59Speaker 4: the non detained docket has exploded under the Biden administration
- 24:03Speaker 4: to over I believe it's seven point three million. They're
- 24:06Speaker 4: anticipating it could hit eight million by the end of
- 24:08Speaker 4: the years. But looking at the numbers on this letter
- 24:11Speaker 4: right here, there are currently over six hundred thousand non
- 24:16Speaker 4: citizens on ICE's non detained docket who are either convicted
- 24:21Speaker 4: excuse me, six hundred thousand non citizens on this non
- 24:24Speaker 4: detained docket who are roaming the country right now. Of that,
- 24:27Speaker 4: four hundred and twenty five thousand have already been convicted
- 24:29Speaker 4: of crimes, two hundred and twenty two thousand are pending crimes,
- 24:33Speaker 4: and again, the most serious crimes we just told you about,
- 24:36Speaker 4: over thirteen thousand convicted of homicide, over fifteen thousand convicted
- 24:41Speaker 4: of sexual assault. And honestly, that is not a surprise
- 24:44Speaker 4: to hear given these horrible headlines we keep seeing popping
- 24:47Speaker 4: up in multiple parts of the country almost every day
- 24:50Speaker 4: now of a horrible sexual assault or a murder or
- 24:53Speaker 4: another violent felony committed by an illegal alien who is
- 24:57Speaker 4: often caught in release from custody. And the job dropper here, too, guys,
- 25:01Speaker 4: is all these numbers we just rattled off, they don't
- 25:04Speaker 4: even account for the nearly two million gotaways who have
- 25:07Speaker 4: crossed our border under the Biden administration. Those almost two
- 25:10Speaker 4: million got aways, they were never encountered by DHS. They
- 25:13Speaker 4: snuck in, they were never caught by border patrol, they
- 25:15Speaker 4: were never encountered by ICE. There's no record of them.
- 25:18Speaker 4: So they have nothing to do with the numbers I
- 25:20Speaker 4: just rattled off to you. These are just the numbers
- 25:22Speaker 4: of people that ICE has already encountered, that Border Patrol
- 25:25Speaker 4: has encountered, that DHS knows who they are. And we
- 25:29Speaker 4: just saw those horrible stories in Nantucket the other day.
- 25:32Speaker 4: ICE ran a week long operation in Nantucket and in
- 25:36Speaker 4: a single operation in a forty eight hour span.
- 25:39Speaker 1: By the way, I want you to listen to this, okay,
- 25:41Speaker 1: because this was not reported anywhere else, and I'm going
- 25:44Speaker 1: to say it again. Please take this show, take the podcast,
- 25:49Speaker 1: share it with your family and your friends, put it
- 25:53Speaker 1: on social media, because this story in Nantucket, all right,
- 25:57Speaker 1: and I'm going to back it up a couple of
- 25:58Speaker 1: seconds because I want you to hear it. This story
- 26:00Speaker 1: Nantucket was not reported by the media at all.
- 26:04Speaker 4: Encountered that Border Patrol has encountered that DHS knows who
- 26:08Speaker 4: they are, and we just saw those horrible stories in Nantucket.
- 26:12Speaker 4: The other day. ICE ran a week long operation in Nantucket,
- 26:15Speaker 4: and in a single operation in a forty eight hour span,
- 26:19Speaker 4: they arrested two salvador And illegal aliens who came into
- 26:23Speaker 4: the country as got aways and were arrested for child rape.
- 26:26Speaker 4: On Nantucket, they got a Brazilian guy who was arrested
- 26:29Speaker 4: for sexually assaulting a Nantucket resident, and then a Guatemalan
- 26:34Speaker 4: guy who was previously deported who was arrested for sexually
- 26:37Speaker 4: assaulting a Nantucket resident. So we keep seeing all these
- 26:40Speaker 4: headlines about migrant crime popping up in different cities all
- 26:43Speaker 4: over the country. This right here is the first time
- 26:46Speaker 4: we have ever seen specific numbers as to who and
- 26:49Speaker 4: what ICE is tracking when it comes to convicted criminals
- 26:53Speaker 4: who have crossed the border at some point and are
- 26:55Speaker 4: either supposed to be deported or are going through their
- 26:58Speaker 4: immigration proceedings but are not a nice custody right now
- 27:01Speaker 4: and are roaming the country. So I'll ping it back
- 27:04Speaker 4: to you.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Guys, how is this not treason if you know that
- 27:08Speaker 1: you're letting in people and not like kind of note,
- 27:12Speaker 1: like you're catching them, you're running them through a database,
- 27:17Speaker 1: and it comes back this dude's a child rapists and
- 27:20Speaker 1: Kamala Harris and Joe Biden for the last three and
- 27:23Speaker 1: a half years like yeah, let him go into the
- 27:25Speaker 1: American population. And then a few minutes later, you grab
- 27:29Speaker 1: another guy and you run him through the system and
- 27:34Speaker 1: it comes back, Hey, this guy, like you know, killed
- 27:38Speaker 1: a lot of people or killed one person, or saw
- 27:40Speaker 1: someone's head off, or butchered somebody with a machete. And
- 27:45Speaker 1: they're like, yeah, we know, but let them go. Are
- 27:48Speaker 1: you Are you insane? The only type of person that
- 27:52Speaker 1: would do this and allow this to happen and see
- 27:54Speaker 1: the numbers growing, Like what you need to understand is
- 27:56Speaker 1: Kama Harris knew these numbers. She was briefed on these numbers.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Kama Harris's the borders are knew exactly what she's doing then,
- 28:02Speaker 1: and then she has the gall to show up at
- 28:05Speaker 1: the border wall for to take a photo op in
- 28:08Speaker 1: the last twenty four hours and says, I'm going to
- 28:11Speaker 1: be tough on the border. You're the one that let
- 28:14Speaker 1: in more than four hundred and twenty five, four hundred
- 28:18Speaker 1: and thirty one convicted criminals that included sixteen thousand rapists
- 28:23Speaker 1: and over thirteen thousand murderers, and you knew that these
- 28:27Speaker 1: are the crimes they had committed, and you let them
- 28:29Speaker 1: go to terrorize Americans. You want to know why this
- 28:33Speaker 1: election matters. This is why this election matters. I'm going
- 28:39Speaker 1: to say it one more time because it's so important.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Please take everything I'm giving you and share it with
- 28:47Speaker 1: everyone you know, because the state sponsored media is not
- 28:53Speaker 1: going to run this story. They don't want you to
- 28:57Speaker 1: know what they have done to you and your family
- 29:00Speaker 1: and how much they put your lives at risk
