Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcoming as verdict with Ted Cruz week in Review Ben
- 0:04Speaker 1: Ferguson with you, and these are the stories that you
- 0:07Speaker 1: may have missed that we talked about this week. First up,
- 0:10Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's gun has been in evidence, and guess what
- 0:14Speaker 1: was on that gun in the case it was holding
- 0:17Speaker 1: that gun none other than a white substance. It's now
- 0:21Speaker 1: been confirmed as cocaine. So why did it take from
- 0:25Speaker 1: twenty seventeen until now? Well, it was probably a part
- 0:28Speaker 1: of the big cover up. We'll have more about that
- 0:30Speaker 1: in a moment. Also, ESPN they knew they were giving
- 0:34Speaker 1: fake awards to people that were on air personalities, and
- 0:38Speaker 1: they'd been doing it for decades and they finally got caught.
- 0:41Speaker 1: So why is the rest of the media not calling
- 0:43Speaker 1: them out for this? And finally, Hunter Biden's laptop something
- 0:47Speaker 1: we already knew four years ago it was real, and
- 0:51Speaker 1: now the Department of Justice has admitted that in fact,
- 0:54Speaker 1: it is real and they knew it all along. Is
- 0:57Speaker 1: there going to be any accountability for that weekend review?
- 1:01Speaker 1: And it starts right now, Senator, I want to turn
- 1:03Speaker 1: to something else real quick, and it's another issue that
- 1:07Speaker 1: you're not going to hear about probably anywhere but here,
- 1:11Speaker 1: and you might see it on Fox. Hunter Biden is
- 1:14Speaker 1: back in the news barely keyword barely, and The Washington
- 1:20Speaker 1: Post Matt Weiser tweeted this out, saying, in a new
- 1:23Speaker 1: court filing, the Department of Justice said they pulled Hunter
- 1:27Speaker 1: Biden's gun from evidence in twenty twenty three and found
- 1:32Speaker 1: a white substance on the leather gun pouch. An FBI
- 1:37Speaker 1: chemist determined it was cocaine. To be clear, quote, investigators
- 1:44Speaker 1: literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant has
- 1:47Speaker 1: kept his gun, and yet no one's talking about cocaine
- 1:52Speaker 1: found on the leather pouch of the president's son's firearm.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Really, so look, Hunter Biden is a world of trouble.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Anyone who pays attention knows that this filing this week
- 2:06Speaker 2: from the Department of Justice was really stunning. It is
- 2:09Speaker 2: a felony for someone who has a substance abuse problems,
- 2:13Speaker 2: for someone who's using illegal drugs to.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Have a firearm.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Here's what the Biden Department of Justice said in their
- 2:20Speaker 2: written brief filed in court. I just want to read this.
- 2:23Speaker 2: It is the following paragraph title, Cocaine was found on
- 2:30Speaker 2: the defendant's brown leather gun pouch.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Here's what the paragraph says.
- 2:35Speaker 2: In twenty twenty three, FBI investigators pulled sealed evidence from
- 2:39Speaker 2: the state police vault to take photographs of the defendant's firearm,
- 2:43Speaker 2: being Hunter Biden. After opening the evidence, FBI investigators observed
- 2:49Speaker 2: a white pottery substance on the defendant's brown leather pouch
- 2:54Speaker 2: that had held the defendant's firearm in October twenty eighteen.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Based on their training an expertise, investigators believed that this
- 3:02Speaker 2: substance was likely cocaine and that this evidence would corroborate
- 3:08Speaker 2: the messages that investigators had obtained, which showed the defendant
- 3:12Speaker 2: buying and using drugs in October twenty eighteen. An FBI
- 3:18Speaker 2: chemist subsequently analyzed the residue and determined that it was cocaine.
- 3:26Speaker 2: To be clear, investigators literally found drugs on the pouch
- 3:33Speaker 2: where the defendant had kept his gun. Now, look, this
- 3:39Speaker 2: is reminiscent of Bob Menendez having evidence in his closet
- 3:46Speaker 2: of a jacket with the US Senate seal on it
- 3:50Speaker 2: with the name Senator Menendez typed on it with a
- 3:54Speaker 2: packet of ten thousand dollars in its pocket, with the
- 3:58Speaker 2: fingerprints of the Egyptians who were allegedly bribed him in
- 4:02Speaker 2: his pocket. Like I got to tell you, I practiced
- 4:05Speaker 2: law a lot of years. You don't get evidence like this.
- 4:09Speaker 2: You don't get evidence that ties every piece of it together.
- 4:12Speaker 2: The fact that Hunter his gun case had cocaine on it,
- 4:16Speaker 2: and the FBI is determined yep, that's cocaine on his
- 4:19Speaker 2: gun case. The felony is possessing a firearm while using
- 4:25Speaker 2: illegal drugs. Your gun case has cocaine on it. I
- 4:30Speaker 2: don't care how bad a lawyer you are, that ain't
- 4:32Speaker 2: hard to prove. And and let's be clear, the Biden
- 4:35Speaker 2: DOJ was prepared to give a sweetheart deal to Hunter,
- 4:39Speaker 2: Biden give him a slap on the wrist and have
- 4:41Speaker 2: him serve zero, not a moment of jail time until
- 4:47Speaker 2: they got caught at it. And so this evidence.
- 4:51Speaker 1: By the way, while they knew that the crime had committed,
- 4:53Speaker 1: which is a felony, lying on this form to buy
- 4:59Speaker 1: a gun. I mean, you can't make not a center
- 5:03Speaker 1: cocaine on the pouch of the gun. How much easier
- 5:06Speaker 1: would it be for you to have a cage than this.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Look, I want to say something original that's never been
- 5:11Speaker 2: said before cocaine.
- 5:14Speaker 4: She don't lie, She don't lie. Cocaine. Yeah yeah, welcome
- 5:20Speaker 4: to your DOJ right now.
- 5:21Speaker 1: If you're the President's signed, you can have cocaine on
- 5:23Speaker 1: your gun and they still will try to give you
- 5:26Speaker 1: a sweetheart deal to cover it.
- 5:27Speaker 2: By the way, but Ben, don't forget the mystery of
- 5:30Speaker 2: the century. The Department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA,
- 5:34Speaker 2: the entire a massed forces of the federal government cannot
- 5:39Speaker 2: figure out who left a packet of cocaine in the
- 5:42Speaker 2: White House. With cameras everywhere and security guards everywhere, it's
- 5:46Speaker 2: a mystery. Who the hell can figure it out? And
- 5:50Speaker 2: his name might rhyme with bunter Heyden.
- 5:52Speaker 4: All right, I can, I can.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I can ask this because it's a podcast, I can
- 5:55Speaker 1: use this word, So I'm gonna use it. Which one
- 5:58Speaker 1: and we'll end with this center pisses you off off
- 6:00Speaker 1: more that they can't figure out who's cocaine it was
- 6:03Speaker 1: in the White House, or that they can't figure out
- 6:05Speaker 1: who leaked the decision coming out of the Supreme Court
- 6:08Speaker 1: on Roe v.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Wade.
- 6:10Speaker 2: So let me break those down. And I actually I'm
- 6:12Speaker 2: joking with the bunter Hyden thing, but as we said
- 6:15Speaker 2: on a previous podcast, and go back, I actually don't
- 6:18Speaker 2: think it's Hunter Biden's cocaine, really, okay, because and we
- 6:21Speaker 2: talked about this, right, that's.
- 6:23Speaker 4: Right, because I believe it totally is.
- 6:25Speaker 2: No, it's not because the place it's at is where
- 6:28Speaker 2: the staff goes in and out. I think it's a staffer.
- 6:31Speaker 2: I don't know if it's the chief of staff or
- 6:33Speaker 2: the deputy chief of staff or a senior official, but
- 6:36Speaker 2: it's an employee, and probably a senior employee. But I
- 6:39Speaker 2: don't know that of the Biden White House because Hunter Biden,
- 6:43Speaker 2: as the presidential son, doesn't go through the staff entrance
- 6:48Speaker 2: to the West Wing. I go through all there all
- 6:50Speaker 2: I used to. I haven't been there in years, but
- 6:52Speaker 2: when Trump was president, I went through there all the time.
- 6:55Speaker 2: That's where staff goes in and out. It's not where
- 6:58Speaker 2: the first family goes in and out. And so I
- 7:01Speaker 2: actually think the cover up there is they are hiding
- 7:03Speaker 2: for a staffer who was dumb enough to bring his
- 7:06Speaker 2: or her cocaine into the White House. So I was
- 7:11Speaker 2: being a smart ass saying saying it was Hunter Biden's,
- 7:13Speaker 2: but I actually don't think that's Hunters. I do think
- 7:16Speaker 2: the cocaine on his gun pouch was Hunters, but that's
- 7:19Speaker 2: a different thing between the two. It's not even close
- 7:22Speaker 2: in terms of what the public consequence is, which is
- 7:24Speaker 2: the leaking of the draft opinion from the Supreme Court
- 7:27Speaker 2: was consequential at historic levels. It undermined the rule of law,
- 7:32Speaker 2: It undermined the Supreme Court, and I think it is
- 7:34Speaker 2: an absolute outrage that they have not tracked down and
- 7:37Speaker 2: prosecuted the person who did so. So between the two,
- 7:41Speaker 2: it's not even close. But I got to say, more
- 7:45Speaker 2: broadly on the cocaine issue, Look, this DOJ filing illustrates
- 7:50Speaker 2: that the evidence against Hunter is compelling. It's overwhelming. And
- 7:54Speaker 2: mind you that the Biden DOJ has let the most
- 7:56Speaker 2: serious offenses, has let the statute limitations expire. They're trying
- 8:00Speaker 2: to let him off. Remember remember, remember we said this
- 8:03Speaker 2: in our last podcast. The target of this investigation, if
- 8:09Speaker 2: you're looking at the public interest, is not and should
- 8:12Speaker 2: not be Hunter Biden. The guy is a poor, sad
- 8:15Speaker 2: sack who's got enormous problems. But the reason this is
- 8:19Speaker 2: a matter of public import is because Joe Biden, Daddy Biden,
- 8:24Speaker 2: who's the President of the United States has now years
- 8:28Speaker 2: and even decades of history of corruption, of selling official
- 8:32Speaker 2: favors for millions of dollars going to his family, and
- 8:36Speaker 2: so this filing from the Biden DOJ just shows they've
- 8:40Speaker 2: got the evidence like crazy, and yet they're bending over.
- 8:44Speaker 2: I want to ask you, Ben, do you think all right?
- 8:47Speaker 2: You own a gun store? Yeah, I want to ask
- 8:50Speaker 2: you a question. At your gun store, if the FBI
- 8:54Speaker 2: came in and found cocaine on a brown leather package
- 9:00Speaker 2: that was holding guns, what do you think how do
- 9:03Speaker 2: you think they would treat Ben Ferguson.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I would be in jail and it would be bad. Yeah,
- 9:08Speaker 1: it wouldn't even be up for debate.
- 9:10Speaker 2: But like not close, like sing sing, don't bend over
- 9:14Speaker 2: for the soap. Ben, nice to know you. I'll write
- 9:17Speaker 2: your letter, I'll bake you a cake and put a
- 9:18Speaker 2: file in it.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:20Speaker 1: That and that would be how they would treat I
- 9:22Speaker 1: think pretty much anybody that doesn't have the connections that
- 9:25Speaker 1: he has.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Now, if your name were Benjamin Biden, by the way,
- 9:29Speaker 2: you would be driving a sweet car, you might have
- 9:31Speaker 2: a private play, and you would be living life well
- 9:34Speaker 2: because you'd be able to sell favors from daddy.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 9:40Speaker 1: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
- 9:42Speaker 1: from earlier this week.
- 9:44Speaker 4: Now onto story number two.
- 9:47Speaker 1: All right, lastly, I do have to ask you about
- 9:49Speaker 1: a story. And you love sports as much as I
- 9:52Speaker 1: love sports. I watch a lot of sports. It's my
- 9:55Speaker 1: way of just, you know, disconnecting from the political world.
- 9:58Speaker 1: There was one story this week that just made me
- 10:02Speaker 1: so happy that ESPN got busted. The same people that
- 10:05Speaker 1: are so sanctimonious about anybody that they think might be
- 10:08Speaker 1: doing something wrong in sports, and they got all in
- 10:11Speaker 1: on the Black Lives Matter and all the kneeling protests
- 10:14Speaker 1: and stood behind people that were kneeling.
- 10:17Speaker 4: So this happened this week.
- 10:19Speaker 1: ESPN took awards won by imaginary people whose names they
- 10:25Speaker 1: submitted on purpose, so John Do Jane Doo right, people
- 10:29Speaker 1: that didn't work for them, didn't even exist, they knew
- 10:32Speaker 1: didn't exist, and then had these awards after they won,
- 10:36Speaker 1: re engraved to give quote on air personalities statues. ESPN
- 10:42Speaker 1: awarded the trophies to front facing figures to give them
- 10:46Speaker 1: more clout. So this was like a clear conspiracy to
- 10:50Speaker 1: like raise the the you know the stature of their
- 10:52Speaker 1: own on air people. They gave these figures to college
- 10:56Speaker 1: game day hosts such as Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreet, Chris Fowler,
- 11:00Speaker 1: Desmond Howard, and Sam Ponder. This is because quote hosts
- 11:05Speaker 1: were not eligible to be honored in a credit list
- 11:09Speaker 1: until twenty twenty three. Now, this scheme was something that
- 11:12Speaker 1: went on, not for like a year or two, went
- 11:15Speaker 1: on for decades. What happened well until twenty twenty three.
- 11:20Speaker 1: They said, we were just trying to give them what
- 11:22Speaker 1: we thought was so they needed. They're now being forced
- 11:25Speaker 1: to give the statues back. I gotta get your reaction
- 11:28Speaker 1: to it. It's amazing.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Well, listen, like a lot of sports fans, ESPN pisses
- 11:33Speaker 2: me off. ESPN pisses me off because they've decided in
- 11:36Speaker 2: recent years that they don't actually really care about sports.
- 11:38Speaker 3: They care about woke politics.
- 11:40Speaker 2: And so they spend it seems more time lecturing us
- 11:43Speaker 2: about their radical politics than actually covering sports, like watching
- 11:47Speaker 2: amazing plays, watching great catches in the end zones, watching
- 11:50Speaker 2: you know, tomahawk dunks or crushing blocks, or you know,
- 11:54Speaker 2: amazing Grand Slam hits. I mean, sports is fun to watch,
- 11:59Speaker 2: but they said no, no, no, we're political commentators. We're
- 12:03Speaker 2: left wing, and you know what, MSNBC is not woke
- 12:06Speaker 2: enough for us. We can be to the left of MSNBC,
- 12:10Speaker 2: and it pisses me off because most sports fans are
- 12:13Speaker 2: not hardcore Marxist. We're watching it because we enjoy it,
- 12:16Speaker 2: and so ESPN it is almost worth watching it on mute.
- 12:21Speaker 2: I don't quite do that, because you do learn. When
- 12:24Speaker 2: they cover sports, you occasionally learn some interesting things, and
- 12:27Speaker 2: so I like, you know, I like hearing the commentary
- 12:29Speaker 2: of you know so and so. This is, for example,
- 12:32Speaker 2: the the Cleveland Browns. I learned when the Texans were winning,
- 12:36Speaker 2: were the first team in twenty years to make the
- 12:38Speaker 2: playoffs after leading the NFL in turnovers.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Did you know that?
- 12:41Speaker 4: I did not know that.
- 12:42Speaker 2: It's it that's kind of interesting, you know. And flaccoh Look,
- 12:45Speaker 2: Flack was a very good quarterback. He just has a
- 12:47Speaker 2: bad habit of throwing interceptions. But he's still he's an
- 12:50Speaker 2: old dude. So I sort of like watching old dudes
- 12:52Speaker 2: that are not not yet put out the bad habit.
- 12:55Speaker 4: As long as he's on the other team, I love
- 12:57Speaker 4: that habit.
- 12:58Speaker 2: It was they weren't interceptions they were great passes to
- 13:01Speaker 2: our defenders and needed needed to score. Our defense almost
- 13:04Speaker 2: outscored the offense. I mean that was the fourteen points
- 13:07Speaker 2: from the d is pretty good.
- 13:08Speaker 3: All right.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Anyway, that's commentary you like to hear. That's kind of
- 13:12Speaker 2: an interesting fact TOOI And it's like, huh, I didn't
- 13:14Speaker 2: know that, but instead ESPN just yabbers on and it's
- 13:18Speaker 2: a corporate decision.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Corporate It's I don't even I remember. I remember when
- 13:24Speaker 1: I saw the change in real life. You remember on
- 13:26Speaker 1: ESPN two they used to show Cole Pizza. They would
- 13:30Speaker 1: have on guests. I was a guest that did that
- 13:32Speaker 1: show regularly, and I did it when there was a
- 13:34Speaker 1: controversy that was quasi kind of like political in nature
- 13:38Speaker 1: with it with sports, and they used to have both sides,
- 13:40Speaker 1: and then all of a sudden they said, hey, we
- 13:41Speaker 1: basically ban all conservatives.
- 13:43Speaker 3: Yeah. By the way, I'm curious, check me on this.
- 13:47Speaker 2: When when Daily Wire came out with with their movie
- 13:51Speaker 2: Lady Baller, in which yours truly has a cameo.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Now it's a sports movie. It's a sports movie.
- 13:56Speaker 4: I wonder if you'll get an Emmy for that, Like
- 13:57Speaker 4: if they because that's a real name. They could at
- 13:59Speaker 4: least nominate.
- 14:01Speaker 3: But my question, did ESPN cover the movie Lady Ballers.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Which was a sports movie. They should have at least
- 14:06Speaker 4: mentioned it's a sports movie.
- 14:08Speaker 3: It's really funny. It's like dodgeball. It's really funny.
- 14:10Speaker 2: The premise of Lady Ballers, which if you haven't watched it,
- 14:13Speaker 2: you ought to go watch it because you'll laugh. It's
- 14:16Speaker 2: well done. I have a tiny cameo, so my part
- 14:18Speaker 2: is completely inconsequential. But the premise is a bunch of
- 14:22Speaker 2: guys in their forties who, when they were in high
- 14:24Speaker 2: school where the state champion in basketball, decide to pretend
- 14:29Speaker 2: they're women and dominate women's basketball.
- 14:31Speaker 3: It's really damn funny. It's amazing.
- 14:33Speaker 2: No one's made this movie for twenty years because it's
- 14:35Speaker 2: an obvious premise, but they do it.
- 14:38Speaker 4: BEAUTI very predictable movie that should have been made.
- 14:41Speaker 3: But no one would.
- 14:42Speaker 2: And by the way, most Hollywood actors won't participate in
- 14:44Speaker 2: it because they'd be blackballed for daring to laugh at
- 14:48Speaker 2: the idioces of the woke left.
- 14:51Speaker 3: Well.
- 14:51Speaker 2: ESPN would never acknowledge it exists, but we now know,
- 14:55Speaker 2: and this story is amazing that ESPN in addition to
- 14:59Speaker 2: being woke leftist propagandists, they are liars. They are engaged
- 15:05Speaker 2: in active fraud decades. And understand what this lie is.
- 15:08Speaker 2: It's really quite stunning. So they're submitting to an award
- 15:12Speaker 2: show to win awards, and they're asked to list all
- 15:16Speaker 2: of the crew. So if we give you an award,
- 15:19Speaker 2: who deserves it and they just for decades put fake
- 15:23Speaker 2: names there. Yeah, now they want a bunch of these awards,
- 15:26Speaker 2: and so they'd get the award statues with a fake name.
- 15:29Speaker 2: You know, you might say that is a Mickey Mouse award, Well,
- 15:32Speaker 2: it might have been a Mickey Mouse award. It might
- 15:33Speaker 2: have been awarded to Mickey Mouse because they they just
- 15:37Speaker 2: they made up names of human beings that don't exist,
- 15:40Speaker 2: not even people that didn't work on the show. Just
- 15:43Speaker 2: totally made up names. And why did they do it?
- 15:45Speaker 2: Because they wanted the little statuette.
- 15:48Speaker 4: Yeah's a big deal.
- 15:49Speaker 2: To pull the name played off and put somebody else's
- 15:54Speaker 2: name that was their on air talent, and their on
- 15:56Speaker 2: air talent was ineligible. And understand esp is being forced
- 16:00Speaker 2: to return.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I think it's thirty thirty seven thirty seven thirty seven
- 16:04Speaker 1: so they were ordered ESPN to return a total of
- 16:06Speaker 1: thirty seven trophies, each of which was intended for a
- 16:09Speaker 1: behind the scenes employee who does not exist. Former ESPN
- 16:13Speaker 1: reporter Shelley Smith told The New York Times that in
- 16:17Speaker 1: May of twenty twenty three, executive Stephanie Dooley ordered her
- 16:22Speaker 1: to return her two Sports Emmy statues. Duley apparently told
- 16:26Speaker 1: her that it was a serious matter and that the
- 16:28Speaker 1: reason must stay between them. So it wasn't just that
- 16:31Speaker 1: they got busted. There was in a cover up to
- 16:34Speaker 1: make sure that the story didn't go public after they
- 16:37Speaker 1: were ordered to get back the thirty seven.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Try So, Ben, I'm gonna go online and I'm going
- 16:40Speaker 2: to see if you can order a fake Emmy, and
- 16:42Speaker 2: I'm going to order a fake Emmy with the name
- 16:44Speaker 2: Mickey Mouse. And then when it arrives, I'm gonna take
- 16:47Speaker 2: Mickey Mouse off and I'm gonna put Ben Ferguson on.
- 16:49Speaker 4: I love it.
- 16:49Speaker 1: I'll get you won for Lady Ballers, and I'll just
- 16:52Speaker 1: just make it up because.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Well but I want to put the Emmy up our
- 16:55Speaker 2: our Emmy Award winning podcast, because you know what, we
- 16:58Speaker 2: won as many Emmy's as the on talent at ESPN
- 17:01Speaker 2: did it.
- 17:02Speaker 3: They are literally fraudulent liars.
- 17:05Speaker 2: And let me ask you a question. For every on
- 17:08Speaker 2: air talent who had the statue in his office, who
- 17:11Speaker 2: had it on TV, how many of them have apologized?
- 17:14Speaker 2: How many of them have gone on air and said,
- 17:16Speaker 2: you know what, I went on TV with an Emmy
- 17:18Speaker 2: behind me that I didn't win, and it was fake
- 17:20Speaker 2: and it was fraudulent, and I'm sorry for lying to you.
- 17:22Speaker 2: And by the way, if their claim is oh, we
- 17:24Speaker 2: didn't know, how many of them have said I want
- 17:27Speaker 2: to apologize. I didn't know, but my bosses did. Yeah,
- 17:30Speaker 2: and my bosses put it up because they were lying
- 17:33Speaker 2: to you. They claimed to be a journalistic outlet, but
- 17:36Speaker 2: they are engaged in fraud and they're lying to you.
- 17:39Speaker 2: As far as I can tell, there has been zero
- 17:42Speaker 2: journalistic integrity nobody at ESPN.
- 17:44Speaker 4: Time, and there's a cover up.
- 17:47Speaker 1: That's the best part of the story is not only
- 17:49Speaker 1: were they busted, but ESPN executives are saying this has
- 17:52Speaker 1: to stay between you and I. I need your Emmy back,
- 17:54Speaker 1: and don't talk about it. Don't tell anybody I need
- 17:57Speaker 1: it back quickly. We don't want anybody in the public
- 17:59Speaker 1: to find. Now, we were doing this for decades.
- 18:01Speaker 2: By the way, I really want to know the names
- 18:03Speaker 2: of the fake employees, like how good they were? Yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 2: did they do John Doe? Did they do Mickey Mouse?
- 18:09Speaker 2: Did they do who flung du Like? Like like what
- 18:12Speaker 2: what kind of you know, peaking duck? Like what what
- 18:14Speaker 2: kind of names did they go with? That would be
- 18:17Speaker 2: great to know. I feel confident we will never know
- 18:19Speaker 2: because ESPN and their parrot company will do everything they
- 18:22Speaker 2: can to say nothing to see here.
- 18:24Speaker 4: This is Disney, right, just just to throw that out there, right,
- 18:26Speaker 4: doesn't I think that's right?
- 18:29Speaker 1: So to be fair, maybe Mickey Mouse Mickey Mouse distressed.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Maybe they gave the name plate to Mickey Mouse.
- 18:36Speaker 2: So it was a two fer, you know, the Seven
- 18:38Speaker 2: Dwarves all one Emmys, Sleepy got one.
- 18:42Speaker 1: I like that, Well done, Well done to ESPN, good
- 18:44Speaker 1: job try to cover it up.
- 18:45Speaker 4: And I'm so glad they got roasted as before.
- 18:48Speaker 1: If you want to hear the rest of this conversation
- 18:50Speaker 1: on this topic, you can go back and dow the
- 18:53Speaker 1: podcasts from earlier this week to hear the entire thing.
- 18:56Speaker 1: I want to get back to the big story Number
- 18:59Speaker 1: three of the week, you may have missed center. Lastly,
- 19:02Speaker 1: I want to move to another story that has broken.
- 19:05Speaker 1: It's one that is captain obvious. Yeah, we already knew this,
- 19:08Speaker 1: and yet somehow we've finally gotten the admission of something
- 19:14Speaker 1: we all knew from the very beginning. Biden's Department of
- 19:17Speaker 1: Justice is admitting now that Hunter Biden's laptop is in
- 19:22Speaker 1: fact real. Four years after Biden's Laptop from Hell was
- 19:27Speaker 1: falsely labeled misinformation, the DOJ is admitting it's real. We
- 19:32Speaker 1: also knew at the time they knew it was real,
- 19:33Speaker 1: and the FBI knew it was real. And we also
- 19:36Speaker 1: now know that those fifty plus leaders in the intelligence community,
- 19:41Speaker 1: they knew that it was real when they lied to
- 19:44Speaker 1: the American people to influence the election in the last
- 19:47Speaker 1: presidential cycle.
- 19:48Speaker 4: Your reaction to this.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Look, this is a stunning admission. It means Joe Biden
- 19:55Speaker 2: lied to the American people. Hunter Biden lied to the
- 19:59Speaker 2: American people. Just About every single elected Democrat in America
- 20:03Speaker 2: lied to the American people. Just about every single corporate
- 20:07Speaker 2: media outlet that repeated the Democrat talking points lied to
- 20:11Speaker 2: the American people. I want to read you what the
- 20:13Speaker 2: Biden Department of Justice just filed the Federal court. This
- 20:16Speaker 2: is from a brief and the heading is while investigating
- 20:20Speaker 2: the defendant for tax violations, investigators obtained evidence showing his
- 20:24Speaker 2: prior gun purchase was illegal because he was addicted to
- 20:28Speaker 2: controlled substances. And here's the paragraph. In August twenty nineteen,
- 20:33Speaker 2: IRS and FBI investigators obtained a search warrant for tax
- 20:37Speaker 2: violation for defendant's Apple iCloud account. In response to that warrant,
- 20:44Speaker 2: in September of twenty nineteen, Apple produced backups of data
- 20:48Speaker 2: from various of the defendant's electronic devices that he had
- 20:52Speaker 2: backed up to his iCloud account. Investigators also later came
- 20:57Speaker 2: into possession of the defendant's Apple MacBook Pro, which he
- 21:03Speaker 2: had left at a computer store. A search warrant was
- 21:07Speaker 2: also obtained for his laptop, and the results of the
- 21:10Speaker 2: search were largely duplicative of information investigators had already obtained
- 21:18Speaker 2: for Apple. That means the Biden Department of Justice is
- 21:21Speaker 2: admitting the Hunter laptop is real. It was his laptop,
- 21:25Speaker 2: he left it the repair station. The information on it
- 21:28Speaker 2: is accurate. They knew it was accurate. They knew it
- 21:30Speaker 2: was accurate. In twenty nineteen, they knew it was accurate
- 21:34Speaker 2: because they had the information from Hunter Biden's apple iCloud
- 21:38Speaker 2: account and it was the same thing, so they knew
- 21:41Speaker 2: it was real, and yet they did not make that public.
- 21:46Speaker 2: And Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and just about every
- 21:49Speaker 2: elected Democrat lied to the American people and said this
- 21:51Speaker 2: is not real, this is not his laptop, this is
- 21:54Speaker 2: Russian misinformation, this is planted by Vladimir Putin and the media.
- 21:59Speaker 2: The corporate meeting was utterly complicit. They repeated it over
- 22:03Speaker 2: and over and over again, and by the way, to
- 22:04Speaker 2: the best of my knowledge, so we now have the
- 22:07Speaker 2: Biden DOJ saying every word they said was a lie.
- 22:10Speaker 2: I'm not aware of a single corporate media outlet that
- 22:12Speaker 2: has apologized, that has retracted what they've said. The New
- 22:15Speaker 2: York Times, to the best of my knowledge, has not,
- 22:17Speaker 2: The Washington Post has not, ABCNBCCBS is not, MSNBC has not,
- 22:23Speaker 2: CNN has not. They are perfectly happy to have lied
- 22:29Speaker 2: to the American people, and by the way, lied to
- 22:31Speaker 2: the American people in October of twenty twenty, right before
- 22:36Speaker 2: the presidential election. They all lied to the American people.
- 22:40Speaker 2: And now the Biden DOJ has admitted it was a lie,
- 22:43Speaker 2: and doj knew it was a lie then, and they
- 22:47Speaker 2: were perfectly happy with that lie being told to the
- 22:50Speaker 2: American people.
- 22:50Speaker 4: Well, and let's play the liar in chief.
- 22:52Speaker 1: This is the then candidate Joe Biden at a president
- 22:56Speaker 1: to debate, standing next to Donald Trump, and I'll start
- 23:00Speaker 1: with this lie. And then you can hear him throughout
- 23:02Speaker 1: that entire campaign cycle.
- 23:04Speaker 5: Fifty former national intelligence folks who said that what this
- 23:08Speaker 5: he's accusing me of is a Russian plant. They have
- 23:12Speaker 5: said that this has all the four five former heads
- 23:16Speaker 5: of the CIA, both parties say what he's saying is
- 23:19Speaker 5: a bunch of garbage. This is classic Trump. We have
- 23:23Speaker 5: four days left and all of a sudden, there's a laptop.
- 23:25Speaker 5: There's overwhelming evidence that from the intelligence community that the
- 23:30Speaker 5: Russians are engaged, and.
- 23:31Speaker 4: They'll think that the story from the fall of Altri.
- 23:35Speaker 5: Simebunder said, yes, yes, yes, I know you'd ask it.
- 23:42Speaker 4: I have no response.
- 23:43Speaker 5: An it's the lastest effort in this desperate campaign to
- 23:47Speaker 5: smear me and my family. The vast majority of the
- 23:50Speaker 5: intelligence people have come out and said there's no basis at.
- 23:53Speaker 1: All, no basis at all, turns out he was lying
- 23:58Speaker 1: the entire time. By the way, he knew it was
- 24:00Speaker 1: the laptop of his son.
- 24:01Speaker 4: He knew it wasn't.
- 24:04Speaker 1: And hundred did too, and the DOJ knew it as well,
- 24:07Speaker 1: and the FBI knew as well. At this point, center,
- 24:11Speaker 1: how do you trust anything coming out of this FBI
- 24:14Speaker 1: and this DOJ.
- 24:16Speaker 4: If this is what they're doing in the process.
- 24:18Speaker 3: You can't.
- 24:19Speaker 2: They've demonstrated that they're willing to be partisans, They're willing
- 24:22Speaker 2: to lie to the American people, and they don't feel
- 24:24Speaker 2: they have any obligation to the truth. I mean, this
- 24:27Speaker 2: does enormous damage to the Department of Justice, the FBI
- 24:31Speaker 2: because they knew as a fact that what Biden was saying,
- 24:35Speaker 2: that what was being said public was a total lie.
- 24:37Speaker 2: And by the way, the fifty quote intelligence professional professionals.
- 24:42Speaker 2: You know who organized that group?
- 24:44Speaker 4: Who was that?
- 24:45Speaker 3: Tony Blincoln and.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Sectaryquaken's job was then he was working for the Biden campaign.
- 24:52Speaker 2: He was working for the Biden campaign, and he got rewarded.
- 24:55Speaker 2: I get to say, as a president about the biggest
- 24:58Speaker 2: plum you have to offer is Secretary of State is
- 25:01Speaker 2: the most prestigious cabinet position. And for the job of
- 25:05Speaker 2: organizing all these intelligence officials to lie. Every one of
- 25:09Speaker 2: these fifty. By the way, a reporter, if there's any
- 25:12Speaker 2: honest reporter in America, they ought to ask every one
- 25:14Speaker 2: of these fifty you lied to the American people weeks
- 25:17Speaker 2: before a presidential election. Are you embarrassed? Or do you
- 25:20Speaker 2: apologize to the American people? What did you do wrong
- 25:24Speaker 2: to cause you to lie to the American people? Did
- 25:27Speaker 2: you abuse their trust? Are you and shamed of your role?
- 25:31Speaker 3: Now?
- 25:31Speaker 2: I don't think there'll be a single reporter that asked
- 25:33Speaker 2: them that, because the corporate media participated the lies as well.
- 25:37Speaker 2: They're not embarrassed, they're not ashamed, and they're certainly not
- 25:40Speaker 2: going to ask the liars who participated in What is
- 25:44Speaker 2: you want to talk about election interference?
- 25:46Speaker 3: This is blatant election interference.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Not only that, but it brings up a new lie.
- 25:51Speaker 1: It's one that Representive James Comer was talking about on Hannity.
- 25:55Speaker 1: He had this to say about the new lie from
- 25:58Speaker 1: Joe Biden and the Biden crime family, about the art
- 26:01Speaker 1: that his son was selling.
- 26:03Speaker 6: Take a listen. Let me ask you about the other
- 26:05Speaker 6: two issues. The stories that John Solomon was reporting on
- 26:08Speaker 6: one is the art dealer and the testimony that was given.
- 26:12Speaker 6: Were we not told that they had an ethics agreement
- 26:15Speaker 6: that Hunter would not know the people that purchased his art.
- 26:19Speaker 6: Now we know that Joe Biden, the big guy himself,
- 26:22Speaker 6: was speaking to the art dealer directly. That was testimony
- 26:26Speaker 6: apparently that you received. And what do you have to
- 26:30Speaker 6: say about the cocaine that the FBI knew about in
- 26:33Speaker 6: twenty eighteen as it relates to his gun holster. We
- 26:35Speaker 6: have only about a minute left.
- 26:37Speaker 7: This is another major law that Joe Bidens told the
- 26:41Speaker 7: American people. The White House said they had an agreement
- 26:44Speaker 7: in place to provide maximum ethics. We really thought they
- 26:49Speaker 7: probably had something in place. It probably wasn't worth the
- 26:51Speaker 7: paper that it was written on. But we were shocked
- 26:53Speaker 7: to learn from George Burgess in the Transcrib interview that
- 26:57Speaker 7: he's never even heard from anyone from the White House.
- 26:59Speaker 7: He didn't know anything about an ethics agreement. He had
- 27:01Speaker 7: never even seen in the news where there was an
- 27:04Speaker 7: ethics agreement. So you know, again, another live about Joe Biden,
- 27:07Speaker 7: another live of.
- 27:08Speaker 4: The White House.
- 27:09Speaker 7: Nothing is painting out that Joe Biden said with respect
- 27:12Speaker 7: to his family, shady business teams. We're gonna bring Hunter
- 27:15Speaker 7: Biden in. We're going to get answers from from all
- 27:17Speaker 7: of these people.
- 27:18Speaker 1: They're going to get answers from all these people. These
- 27:21Speaker 1: are just some of the questions they're going to get
- 27:23Speaker 1: to ask in theory if he shows up, Hunter Biden,
- 27:27Speaker 1: And I gotta imagine that if you're you know, any
- 27:31Speaker 1: one of these Republican congressmen are women that may get
- 27:35Speaker 1: to ask him questions, or James Comer, Jim Jordan, you've
- 27:37Speaker 1: got to be chomping at the bit to get answers.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Well, I got to say, we're really in an unusual
- 27:43Speaker 2: moment of time. Listen, Politicians are not known for tremendous honesty.
- 27:49Speaker 2: To put it mildly, but as a general matter, presidents
- 27:53Speaker 2: of the United States do not routinely lie to the
- 27:56Speaker 2: American people. And I'm not suggesting that because all of
- 28:00Speaker 2: our presidents have been paragons of integrity. I think there
- 28:03Speaker 2: have been presidents that would certainly have been willing to lie.
- 28:07Speaker 2: But the reason presidents typically don't commit direct lies to
- 28:12Speaker 2: the American people is they get caught, and when they
- 28:14Speaker 2: get caught, it undermines their credibility and it hurts you.
- 28:17Speaker 2: And most politicians, even if they're venal and self serving,
- 28:21Speaker 2: they don't want to get caught to lie because it
- 28:22Speaker 2: hurts their credibility. The Biden presidency has been unique in
- 28:29Speaker 2: the history of our country with the willingness of Joe
- 28:32Speaker 2: Biden and every person who works for him to lie
- 28:37Speaker 2: on a daily basis, over and over and over again
- 28:41Speaker 2: and not spin. Look, everyone spins. I don't fault a
- 28:45Speaker 2: White House Democrat or a Republican for spinning, for trying
- 28:49Speaker 2: to put a good twist on the facts, but straight
- 28:52Speaker 2: out lies things that are demonstrably absolutely false. What you
- 28:55Speaker 2: just played Joe Biden saying this laptop is Russian disinformation.
- 28:59Speaker 2: He knew it was his son's laptop. His son knew
- 29:01Speaker 2: it was his son's laptop. It was his son's laptop.
- 29:04Speaker 2: It was a flat out lie. There's not that that's
- 29:06Speaker 2: not a matter of perspective. That's just blatantly false. Why
- 29:11Speaker 2: is it that Joe Biden, unique among presidents, lies on
- 29:16Speaker 2: seemingly a daily basis to the American people? And the
- 29:20Speaker 2: reason is because the American corporate media is broken. You
- 29:26Speaker 2: want to know who's responsible for Biden's lying. Jake Tapper,
- 29:29Speaker 2: and you and I have talked about in my last
- 29:32Speaker 2: book that just came out a couple of months ago, Unwoke,
- 29:35Speaker 2: How to Defeat Cultural Marxism in America. I have an
- 29:39Speaker 2: entire chapter I talk about the leftist takeover in major institutions.
- 29:42Speaker 2: I have an entire chapter on journalism, and I talk
- 29:45Speaker 2: about how Jake Tapper used to be a journalist. He
- 29:48Speaker 2: used to care about truth, and then Trump broke him
- 29:51Speaker 2: and he is now a propaganda see is a shell
- 29:55Speaker 2: of his former self. You know, Jake Tapper, you work
- 29:57Speaker 2: for years for CNN. Jake Tapper knows that Biden is
- 30:02Speaker 2: lying on a daily basis. And you know what Jake
- 30:04Speaker 2: Tapper doesn't do, He doesn't call about. And the fact
- 30:06Speaker 2: that Jake Tapper behaves like a cheerleader and pretorian guard
- 30:15Speaker 2: for the White House, like a propagandist for the White House,
- 30:18Speaker 2: like Pravda for the White House, it makes the White
- 30:22Speaker 2: House more and more likely to lie because they know
- 30:25Speaker 2: they will not get caught anywhere other than Fox News
- 30:28Speaker 2: and right wing media, and they don't care what they say.
- 30:31Speaker 1: As always, thank you for listening to Verdict with Center,
