- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all back a suit, looking back to back down,
- 0:13Speaker 1: giving them like theming bu bu things and it's not good.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve to mother for star, don't join. You gotta use
- 0:59Speaker 1: that turn out. You got to turn to turn them out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn got to turn them out, to turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 1: the water. Come, come on your baby, I shall well
- 2:03Speaker 1: a good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come
- 2:07Speaker 1: on dig me now, one and only Steve Harley got
- 2:10Speaker 1: a radio show. Here we go today. I think I
- 2:15Speaker 1: have something for a lot of people today, at least
- 2:18Speaker 1: I hope I do. And this is about on your journey,
- 2:23Speaker 1: And this is about something that happens to us all.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I mean, what happens to all of us from time
- 2:31Speaker 1: to time when we get discouraged, What happens to all
- 2:36Speaker 1: of us when we feel like quitting, What happens to
- 2:41Speaker 1: all of us when we have that turn back moment,
- 2:44Speaker 1: What happens to all of us when it don't seem
- 2:48Speaker 1: like it's gonna pan out. Because I want you to
- 2:52Speaker 1: understand something that everyone, every single living soul, has those
- 2:57Speaker 1: thoughts about something at some point in their life. I mean,
- 3:03Speaker 1: you know, look, I've oftentimes been discouraged about things not
- 3:07Speaker 1: happening as fast as I like them. All things don't
- 3:12Speaker 1: pan out the way I would like for them to
- 3:15Speaker 1: have panned out. I mean, there's so many ways to
- 3:19Speaker 1: get discouraged. But but what my encouragement to you is
- 3:26Speaker 1: when discouragement comes is understand this. It is a part
- 3:32Speaker 1: of the growth process. It is a test. It is
- 3:40Speaker 1: a test of your faith. How bad you want it,
- 3:45Speaker 1: do you really believes that's all faith is. It's simply
- 3:51Speaker 1: and I've said this how many times. Faith is to
- 3:55Speaker 1: belief in things that you cannot see. So when discouragement comes,
- 4:00Speaker 1: backs comes, it is a test of your faith. At
- 4:04Speaker 1: least it's been that way for me. Now other people
- 4:06Speaker 1: can explain it another way. I'm not other people. I
- 4:09Speaker 1: can only give it to you the way it has
- 4:11Speaker 1: come to me and throughout my life, and man on
- 4:14Speaker 1: man on man. Discouragement sometimes it's tough to deal with
- 4:20Speaker 1: because it seems at times when you are discouraged that
- 4:24Speaker 1: is so absolute that this means the end, and if
- 4:32Speaker 1: you allow it to set in, it can be just
- 4:36Speaker 1: that the end of you. When Milly Milly, it was
- 4:40Speaker 1: a test, that's all it is. But the majority of
- 4:44Speaker 1: people that I know who are not successful or who
- 4:48Speaker 1: have told me the story of how they gave up,
- 4:51Speaker 1: it was because at a moment of discouragement that they
- 4:56Speaker 1: allowed it to set in and it became so engulfing
- 5:02Speaker 1: that it became the reason why you shouldn't finish. And
- 5:05Speaker 1: then they started justifying it with hither one that I
- 5:08Speaker 1: hate to hear. Well, if it's God's will, excuse me.
- 5:13Speaker 1: If it's God's will that you fail. If it's God's
- 5:18Speaker 1: will that you're not successful. If it's God's will that
- 5:23Speaker 1: you lay down and give up, it's God's will that
- 5:27Speaker 1: you allow yourself to amount to to not reach your potential.
- 5:33Speaker 1: That's God's will. That's not the God I know. That's
- 5:38Speaker 1: not the God I served. That's not the God I've
- 5:40Speaker 1: read about. That's not the God I believe in. I'm sorry.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I just my mother always taught me something that he
- 5:48Speaker 1: didn't bring me this far to leave me. I just
- 5:50Speaker 1: don't believe that, not for a second. Now have I
- 5:57Speaker 1: convinced myself or some things, yep, Have I allowed the
- 6:01Speaker 1: devil to come into the picture and paint a different
- 6:03Speaker 1: one from it? Yep, yep, I've done all of that.
- 6:08Speaker 1: But you can't blame that on God. Now, come on,
- 6:11Speaker 1: So when discouragement comes, try to look at it if
- 6:18Speaker 1: you can, as a test of your faith, and you
- 6:22Speaker 1: merely have to pass the test. It could be for
- 6:26Speaker 1: a day, a half a day, a few hours, a week,
- 6:28Speaker 1: a few weeks, it don't matter. Don't nobody know how
- 6:32Speaker 1: long the test period is. Your job is to keep
- 6:35Speaker 1: the faith and keep moving. Keep the faith and keep moving,
- 6:40Speaker 1: keep working, keep believing, keep hope alive. That's your job.
- 6:46Speaker 1: If you do that, that's how you pass the test.
- 6:50Speaker 1: It could be over tomorrow, it could be over in
- 6:52Speaker 1: two weeks, it could be over in a month. You
- 6:54Speaker 1: don't know. But all you got to do is wake
- 6:56Speaker 1: up and keep the faith and fight the discourage feelings.
- 7:00Speaker 1: And how do you do that? Steve? Now here we go.
- 7:03Speaker 1: This is the part I know about for show because
- 7:06Speaker 1: how many times I've had to fight off discouragement in
- 7:10Speaker 1: order to get to where God wanted me to be.
- 7:14Speaker 1: What do you do when you become discouraged? Well, I
- 7:19Speaker 1: think of the outcome. When I get discouraged about a task,
- 7:24Speaker 1: I think about the outcome. Man, what would it be like,
- 7:27Speaker 1: if I were to complete the task, what would it
- 7:30Speaker 1: be like? Man? What would the outcome be for me
- 7:33Speaker 1: if I hung on in there? If I didn't give up,
- 7:37Speaker 1: if I if I imagine, I imagine if I don't quit,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I imagine if I don't give up, what would it
- 7:46Speaker 1: be like? Man, Suppose everything I'm hoping for comes true.
- 7:52Speaker 1: But if I don't quit and give up, that might
- 7:54Speaker 1: just be the case. I start talking to myself like that,
- 8:00Speaker 1: I think of what the upside is. What's the upside
- 8:04Speaker 1: to stay in with it? You see, all this is
- 8:06Speaker 1: the same thing. I'm just giving you different ways to
- 8:09Speaker 1: look at it. I'm saying the exact same thing over
- 8:11Speaker 1: and over. But I'm just trying to find the switch
- 8:14Speaker 1: that connects in your mind where you can say, Okay, man,
- 8:17Speaker 1: I'm gonna hang in there. Because if you think of
- 8:20Speaker 1: the outcome and the outcome is appealing to you, if
- 8:23Speaker 1: you imagine what it would be like if you don't
- 8:26Speaker 1: give up or you don't quit, if you think only
- 8:30Speaker 1: of what the upside is to stay in with it,
- 8:34Speaker 1: and then I go, where can this lead to? If
- 8:38Speaker 1: I stay with it, man, and the outcome comes true?
- 8:42Speaker 1: What else could that lead me to, because I mean,
- 8:46Speaker 1: there's always more to it. So where else could this
- 8:49Speaker 1: lead me to? What are the possibilities? Man? What are
- 8:55Speaker 1: the limitless possibilities? What could God possibly have in story
- 9:00Speaker 1: for me? If I just hang in there, if I
- 9:02Speaker 1: pass this test of faith? If I just passed this test, Now,
- 9:07Speaker 1: it ain't gonna be the only one. But you gotta
- 9:09Speaker 1: get past this one. No, then you're gonna hit a
- 9:12Speaker 1: smooth plane. Then it's gonna be another one. It's gonna
- 9:15Speaker 1: be another one. Life ain't nothing but a series of tests. Man. Man,
- 9:21Speaker 1: when you're thinking about giving up, when you discourage, think
- 9:25Speaker 1: of the outcome. Imagine what it would be like if
- 9:28Speaker 1: you don't quit, if you don't give up. What's the
- 9:31Speaker 1: upside to stay in with it? Where can this all
- 9:34Speaker 1: lead to? What? What can this get you too? If
- 9:38Speaker 1: you do this and you get to where you think
- 9:40Speaker 1: you want to be, Oh my god, what's after that?
- 9:44Speaker 1: What are the limitless and endless possibilities of holding on
- 9:49Speaker 1: to your faith? What could really be out there for me? Man?
- 9:53Speaker 1: If I just passed this test, you gotta talk yourself
- 9:56Speaker 1: into hanging in there. You're listening to show, ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:04Speaker 1: let me. Have you undivided attention please, this would have
- 10:08Speaker 1: a notice. Is a Steve Harvey Morning Show, the happening

- 12:24Speaker 1: I mean you look at what we got to be
- 12:26Speaker 1: thankful for, though, those of us that are still here
- 12:32Speaker 1: surviving the pandemic. Bless the loss of major stars lives
- 12:40Speaker 1: that affected the culture him starting with Kobe Brown, people
- 12:44Speaker 1: who lost loved ones who we do not know, And
- 12:48Speaker 1: oh my god, is that's that's day Kobe and their life?
- 12:52Speaker 1: You feel me? Yes, sir, yes, sir yes. And then
- 12:55Speaker 1: the other great blessing is we post to get rid
- 12:58Speaker 1: of this president. Yeah, thank you Jesus. Ye see, he's
- 13:05Speaker 1: still in there though, right, he's still at the house. Man.
- 13:09Speaker 1: I talked to my brother today. My brother dip. Now,
- 13:12Speaker 1: my brother dipped seventy four years old. He said, Man,
- 13:17Speaker 1: you know one man, that's how you talking. Yeah, that's
- 13:24Speaker 1: why I got a voice from man. I showed once,
- 13:28Speaker 1: hoping he was on the ventilator something. I said, the president,
- 13:34Speaker 1: Why not anybody else been on it? All? Right? Steve
- 13:39Speaker 1: coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, asked
- 13:41Speaker 1: the CLLO. Right after this, you're listening to the Steve
- 13:46Speaker 1: Morning Show. So before we get to the cello, Steve,
- 13:50Speaker 1: I got to ask you, how was your weekend? Did
- 13:52Speaker 1: you do anything special? Oh my goodness, let me tell
- 13:56Speaker 1: y'all something. I went to Memphis to pick up my family,
- 14:01Speaker 1: you know, for the holidays. We're gonna have a Thanksgiving together.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Everybody took COVID tests. I have another set of COVID
- 14:08Speaker 1: tests set up for Wednesday. Everybody's coming into the house.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Got to take the COVID test, right, So I go
- 14:15Speaker 1: to Memphis pick up the family. And last night, Saturday,
- 14:20Speaker 1: not last night, but Saturday night, we went to a
- 14:25Speaker 1: restaurant in Memphis called Mahogany, Memphis. One of Marjorie's girlfriends
- 14:31Speaker 1: is co owner of the restaurant is called Mahogany Memphis.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And man, let me tell you something. This food in
- 14:39Speaker 1: here at Mahogany Memphis in Memphis was off the chain.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Marjorie had told me about it. Let me tell you something.
- 14:48Speaker 1: First of all, we got the whole red snapper. They
- 14:50Speaker 1: bring a whole red snapper propped up with diamond cut
- 14:54Speaker 1: into everything. Man. Yeah, and the way you take the
- 14:59Speaker 1: meat off the few is so perfect, unbelievable. We had
- 15:04Speaker 1: frag legs fried I ain't never got the best fried
- 15:08Speaker 1: frog legs I've ever had. We had oxtails. We had
- 15:14Speaker 1: crab claws, you know, the little crab craws dipped in it.
- 15:19Speaker 1: So it's like an upscale soul food with with a
- 15:24Speaker 1: with a dash of Creole on it. It's called Mahogany
- 15:27Speaker 1: Memphis if and Bill Bellamy just went there Sunday because
- 15:33Speaker 1: he heard us talk about it. Yeah. Bill Bellamy stopped
- 15:35Speaker 1: in there and he was talking about he's a mad Steve.
- 15:39Speaker 1: This place was off the chain, man. He said, what
- 15:41Speaker 1: y'all ate up all the oxtails restaurant? She and orders
- 15:49Speaker 1: for everyone. All right, let's get to the cello the
- 15:52Speaker 1: chief love Officer. This is from Mooney and Tampa. You're ready,
- 15:55Speaker 1: see hello, Here we go. I'm a fifty seven year
- 15:58Speaker 1: old married man and I have a big problem with
- 16:00Speaker 1: my wife's mouth. I can't do normal pillow talk with
- 16:04Speaker 1: her because she gets on the phone and tells her
- 16:06Speaker 1: best friend everything. She overheard me talking about my son
- 16:10Speaker 1: in law being cheap, and she told my daughter. Now,
- 16:13Speaker 1: my daughter is upset with me and told me that
- 16:15Speaker 1: her husband is doing the best he can. I feel bad,
- 16:18Speaker 1: but my wife doesn't see why I'm bothered by it.
- 16:21Speaker 1: How can I get her to see the consequences of
- 16:23Speaker 1: running her mouth so much? Why don't you quit having
- 16:27Speaker 1: pillow talk with your wife? Dog? But you can't do
- 16:36Speaker 1: is tell a woman to shut up. You can't do that.
- 16:39Speaker 1: So what you got to do to fix that problem
- 16:41Speaker 1: is you gotta quit having pillar talk with your wife. Now.
- 16:43Speaker 1: The sad part is you're supposed to be able to
- 16:45Speaker 1: tell your pardon anything that's right, and so you you've
- 16:49Speaker 1: taken away a major element. This man just trying to
- 16:52Speaker 1: confide with his wife, but she running and telling everything.
- 16:57Speaker 1: You know, your dad is saying you ain't. Man. I'm
- 17:04Speaker 1: telling you man, that's like, you know, okay, man, because
- 17:08Speaker 1: the stuff you say to your wife you wanted to
- 17:10Speaker 1: be just between you and her. I've said some stuff
- 17:13Speaker 1: to Margie that the rest of the family just cannot hear,
- 17:16Speaker 1: and she know that, Like right out there I say it.
- 17:19Speaker 1: She would go, you know you can't say that to
- 17:21Speaker 1: nobody else, don't you? Oh? Okay, all right, because I
- 17:24Speaker 1: was gonna say it Thursday. You're the one. You're the
- 17:27Speaker 1: one that she has to tell not to talk, okay,
- 17:30Speaker 1: getting all your conversations together last night for Thursday. Ye're
- 17:34Speaker 1: just telling me what I can't say. She don't. She
- 17:37Speaker 1: don't tell nothing I said. So that's that's just quick
- 17:39Speaker 1: telling the man, all right. So Camille and Lagrange. Georgia says,
- 17:43Speaker 1: I just celebrated my fortieth birthday and my husband told
- 17:46Speaker 1: me he'd give me a threesome as one of my gifts.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I was overjoyed until I found out that it can't. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 17:53Speaker 1: that's what fortieth birthday gift. That's what they're doing. I
- 17:58Speaker 1: was overjoyed until I found out that it came with
- 18:01Speaker 1: a stipulation. Camille says, if I had a threesome with
- 18:04Speaker 1: another woman. I had to allow him to have a
- 18:06Speaker 1: threesome with me, him and another man. That caught me
- 18:11Speaker 1: off guard, and I asked if he wanted to be
- 18:13Speaker 1: with a man. He said that it's always been a
- 18:16Speaker 1: fantasy of his to see me with another man. I
- 18:19Speaker 1: don't want to sleep with another man, but I do
- 18:21Speaker 1: still want to threesome. Is this something I should explore
- 18:24Speaker 1: with him or just say no? Now, why don't y'all
- 18:28Speaker 1: just gonna do it? Because y'all crazy anyway? Yeah, just
- 18:31Speaker 1: gonna do an other man in the room. His fantasy,
- 18:34Speaker 1: see people, you're stupid man, Ye're gonna do it. Gonna
- 18:40Speaker 1: do it, y'all. Do you do know y'all head into
- 18:43Speaker 1: divorce court? Yes, yes, yes, yes you do know that
- 18:48Speaker 1: because I wanted to see you and another man. Your
- 18:52Speaker 1: biggest concern, ain't it's when you and the other man
- 18:55Speaker 1: is busy. That ain't your biggest concern? What's your biggest concern?
- 19:01Speaker 1: All right? Moving on, I'm just saying that, ain't you No, No,
- 19:07Speaker 1: just say no. She don't want to say no. She
- 19:12Speaker 1: real yeah, but she says this is something I should
- 19:15Speaker 1: explore with him or just say No, what are you?
- 19:19Speaker 1: This is something you won't you excited for your forty
- 19:23Speaker 1: y'all gonna do a threesome? Then you will bring another
- 19:26Speaker 1: man into you in for some most surprises. Why is
- 19:31Speaker 1: Robert here? Robert? And then Robert going to the game? Right?
- 19:39Speaker 1: All right? Herschel in Chicago, We're moving on. I'm sixty
- 19:43Speaker 1: seven years old and I'm divorced and I've been single
- 19:46Speaker 1: for six years. I've had my eye on a woman
- 19:49Speaker 1: for the past year or so and she has finally
- 19:51Speaker 1: started flirting back with me. I'd planned to ask her
- 19:54Speaker 1: out on a date, but I need your advice first.
- 19:57Speaker 1: She's eight years younger than I am and I I've
- 20:00Speaker 1: had some issues with having sex with the diabetes medicine.
- 20:03Speaker 1: I'm on jay, It's been about five years since I've
- 20:08Speaker 1: It's been about five years since I've had sex, and
- 20:11Speaker 1: none of those special pills for men work on me.
- 20:14Speaker 1: If me and this younger woman hit it off, she
- 20:16Speaker 1: will want to have sex, but it is not possible.
- 20:19Speaker 1: I want to tell her upfront, what do you think? Wow,
- 20:23Speaker 1: that's a good question. No, I tell you, yeah, under
- 20:26Speaker 1: take your pimp, don't give up, don't give up. All
- 20:29Speaker 1: them pills don't work, They got other stuff you need
- 20:32Speaker 1: to go to. Get yourself a pump. What another president
- 20:36Speaker 1: to help you out? You got something I only woter.
- 20:40Speaker 1: I ain't had sex in five year? Who ain't he hasn't? No, no, no, no,
- 20:49Speaker 1: well he can'tnot tell me, tell me that that's real, man,
- 20:53Speaker 1: that's real for some guys. But they got something to
- 20:55Speaker 1: help you, though. Dog, if the pills don't work, they
- 20:58Speaker 1: got something you need to go. Get yourself for pump,
- 21:01Speaker 1: get yourself a wratchet set. You gotta get son, drink
- 21:05Speaker 1: a lot of water, ranks to crank it out, cranking.
- 21:11Speaker 1: What kind of doctors special? Well, I mean you know
- 21:15Speaker 1: you got to go to a urologists in a star
- 21:18Speaker 1: from there. You got to tell you right now though
- 21:21Speaker 1: I got to go out. Well, I can't say that
- 21:22Speaker 1: on man. I had to see all right. Coming up next,
- 21:25Speaker 1: Reverend Motown and Deacon def Jam with today's church complaints.

- 22:20Speaker 1: these complaints from our church congregation. We have worth those
- 22:26Speaker 1: the Deacon death Jam, who registers all complaints on the
- 22:32Speaker 1: particlingness of the participates. We go ahead. I say you're
- 22:41Speaker 1: gonna have to tie I talk to the US shoes.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Would you tell them to please quit wearing a uniform
- 22:46Speaker 1: and sit down during the zoom service? That that's that's
- 22:50Speaker 1: never answering to be done. It makes no sense to
- 22:52Speaker 1: be standing there in your uniform on the computer. They
- 22:57Speaker 1: are committed, and I'm not gonna uncommit him because you
- 23:00Speaker 1: don't want to standing or I think that's privilege natural.
- 23:05Speaker 1: They are in the spirit and acting it out. They're
- 23:07Speaker 1: carrying out their duties the way the garden intended for me.
- 23:13Speaker 1: If you say so, we're doing all that. That's the
- 23:15Speaker 1: problem we got when we passed that off around trade.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Too many people come on. They adn't see it really,
- 23:26Speaker 1: somebody like it's real. There's been a proud of sister
- 23:31Speaker 1: Francis fig Pins. She buried her husband this past Saturday,
- 23:35Speaker 1: but during the funal she invited everyone to her wedding.
- 23:39Speaker 1: That's this comming Saturday. The thig Pen family is very
- 23:43Speaker 1: upset and don't want you to officiate this wedding that's
- 23:46Speaker 1: happening in this comming said, I don't understand past she
- 23:49Speaker 1: bearing her husband this, pass that and getting married. This
- 23:52Speaker 1: comming said, it makes no sense. Well, she paid the
- 23:55Speaker 1: three hundred and fifty dollars feet, but you don't officiate. Yes, sir, okay,
- 24:02Speaker 1: when the fig Pian family don't want you to do this,
- 24:07Speaker 1: don't have to come. I'm not in charge of wedding invitations.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I'm in charge of the ceremony. The three fifties what
- 24:18Speaker 1: we're gonna fulfillin. But you're hurting the fig Pens families
- 24:27Speaker 1: feelings by doing this. I'm not hurting nobody damn feelings.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Since the thig Pen is hurting their feelings by announcing
- 24:36Speaker 1: the wedding at the funeral. I thought that was a
- 24:42Speaker 1: bit much for myself when she had because I'm standing
- 24:46Speaker 1: up going with damn, I'm just doing the funeral and
- 24:49Speaker 1: the wed next day. Why don't you just tell us
- 24:53Speaker 1: you're pregnant. We had a Christmas truth. I ca why
- 25:01Speaker 1: are we still in this church school? This is a
- 25:05Speaker 1: word for congregation, all right, pastor? We got a problem
- 25:10Speaker 1: around the head is Thanksgiving in a few days. The
- 25:12Speaker 1: two live turkeys that we had for the church, we
- 25:16Speaker 1: was gonna cook and pass out then us for the needy.
- 25:19Speaker 1: The two turkeys, I don't know how they did, but
- 25:21Speaker 1: they have flown way up into the trees and won't
- 25:24Speaker 1: come down. So, um, do you want us to just
- 25:27Speaker 1: serve with sides and no turket? How do you want
- 25:30Speaker 1: to do this? If the turkey come out the tree?
- 25:33Speaker 1: I got a twenty two. We get your turkey down
- 25:36Speaker 1: about the tree. That's not a problem. They opened the tree. Yeah,
- 25:45Speaker 1: So I don't know if you want to say just
- 25:47Speaker 1: sides and for the chilling shide, I'm having turkey. I
- 25:51Speaker 1: have a twenty two, rightful Yeah, I'm gonna get a
- 25:55Speaker 1: turkey down, you're gonna shot can't get the take it
- 25:59Speaker 1: down all right? I mean one of them fat ass.
- 26:02Speaker 1: I've been feeding him all year. I'll be damn, but
- 26:04Speaker 1: he ain't gonna make a thought all his feed. Didn't
- 26:09Speaker 1: hear this special organic feed or in front of as
- 26:12Speaker 1: be right? Because you know I got hot blood now,
- 26:14Speaker 1: so I can't even know. I got to eat the organic.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Oh you're grass fed or chicken feeding everything. Yeah, here's
- 26:24Speaker 1: another situation passage the side Peace Ministry. But the side
- 26:29Speaker 1: Piece Ministry won't be getting a Wednesday visit. They are
- 26:34Speaker 1: asking for a hug on Thursday since they will be
- 26:36Speaker 1: eating alone. It's your cowl on if you want to
- 26:39Speaker 1: pass ship passing out hook to the side Piece Ministry,
- 26:46Speaker 1: your side will always We've been trading for years. Carla.
- 26:55Speaker 1: We got to get out for you. I mean, where
- 26:58Speaker 1: else can you hear such ministry? Another church that's reaching
- 27:05Speaker 1: these many types of people? There is no church church.
- 27:11Speaker 1: We're open here. We're open here, worship it all right,
- 27:18Speaker 1: pastor here we have our sister. Now that's not it,
- 27:22Speaker 1: Sister Bernardine, that's what it was. You're gonna have to
- 27:25Speaker 1: talk to us. She's calling telling members that she has
- 27:27Speaker 1: a cure for COVID nineteen. She's selling it for forty
- 27:30Speaker 1: nine and ninety nine. She didn't make some apphiside of vinegar,
- 27:34Speaker 1: some pepto bismos, some Kanyene, peppers and pine needles and
- 27:37Speaker 1: two drops to flow rocks and setting it for forty
- 27:39Speaker 1: nine and ninety nine. She already got a hundred orders.
- 27:42Speaker 1: But I'm I'm afraid for the members to take this,
- 27:44Speaker 1: So I need you to talk to her. Well, just
- 27:50Speaker 1: dealing with that owners own shell problem with it. You
- 27:54Speaker 1: know it might work, you know, don't think that's work.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Donald Trump did say if you drink disaffected. I heard
- 28:03Speaker 1: you mentioned Cloe Rocks in there. It's two drops of
- 28:06Speaker 1: clothe rocks, pine needles, Kanye, and pepper pep. Now if
- 28:11Speaker 1: you put Kanye in there, I don't know if it's
- 28:13Speaker 1: gonna help help getting it better. Kanye started making vaccine,
- 28:30Speaker 1: was involved in everything. We got to go Kanye. I
- 28:37Speaker 1: just thought he had got involved, and you know he
- 28:39Speaker 1: do everything. You know, he bought Kim Daddy back after that.
- 28:44Speaker 1: I just remember on the road, or he didn't bought
- 28:46Speaker 1: Kim Daddy back, caring everything I saw that Damn the
- 28:50Speaker 1: read about it that out. I was gonna call Kanye
- 28:56Speaker 1: and see if he could bring back the old pastor
- 29:00Speaker 1: the church keep it moving if you bring him back
- 29:04Speaker 1: to pass the eye. Sister Line Delicia Lin Line, Delicia
- 29:13Speaker 1: Lynn Line, Delicia Len du Pre is changing her name
- 29:17Speaker 1: this week to Laura du Pre. But sister Laura Mason
- 29:21Speaker 1: is upset by this change and want you to talk
- 29:23Speaker 1: to her and get her another name. So somebody needs
- 29:25Speaker 1: to talk to Line. Its sister Line Delicia Len. No,
- 29:28Speaker 1: she can change her name or whatever she want to,
- 29:31Speaker 1: because I have a fee for that too. At seven, Dar,
- 29:37Speaker 1: you gotta feed. But changing name. It might not change
- 29:41Speaker 1: your name legally, but that's what we're gonna start calling
- 29:43Speaker 1: you around this church for seven Every time you come
- 29:49Speaker 1: in here, you be whatever you want. Where I didn't
- 29:52Speaker 1: get except Latina boy. I had to put him out,
- 30:01Speaker 1: you time man. What's his name? His name was Hey Soup,
- 30:07Speaker 1: but he told me would pronounce Jesus. I told him, will,
- 30:12Speaker 1: I won't be called a you Jesus. Coming up at
- 30:17Speaker 1: the top of the hour, Entertainment and National right after this,
- 30:24Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. In today's Entertainment News,
- 30:31Speaker 1: we want to say thank you, thank you, thank you
- 30:33Speaker 1: to everyone who attended the twenty twenty Circle of Sisters Expo.
- 30:37Speaker 1: It was virtual and it was an amazing event this year,
- 30:41Speaker 1: two days of us coming together as one, celebrating women
- 30:44Speaker 1: of color and sisterhood. Steve, Carla and myself, Carla and
- 30:48Speaker 1: I made a virtual appearance. That was really fun. Carla,
- 30:52Speaker 1: that was fun. Yeah. It was the first time we
- 30:55Speaker 1: had ever did it virtually, but it turned out to
- 30:57Speaker 1: be great. Circle of Sisters is a movement. So we
- 31:01Speaker 1: want to say thank you to our home station one
- 31:03Speaker 1: oh seven point five WBLS and we got to say
- 31:06Speaker 1: see you next year and hopefully next year it will
- 31:08Speaker 1: be in person. Uh yeah, I've got a lot of comments.
- 31:12Speaker 1: And Steve yeah a virtual appearance too. So it was
- 31:15Speaker 1: all yeah, yeah, sure, yeah, thank everybody for voting. It
- 31:20Speaker 1: was all good. Yeah, it was really good. Thank you guys. Yeah.
- 31:25Speaker 1: And other entertainment news, the American Music Awards were last night,
- 31:29Speaker 1: hosted by Taraji p Henson. It was a big night
- 31:32Speaker 1: for Roddy Rich and Megan. The Stallion was Fly last night.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Yeah good, she looked good Fly last night, Yes she was.
- 31:47Speaker 1: She should have opening number dancing gown to d not
- 31:51Speaker 1: playing with them grown women. Hats off to grown ass women. Okay, yes, yeah,
- 32:01Speaker 1: showed a kid. Uh more. Performers included The Weekend, Kenny
- 32:08Speaker 1: g Billie Eilish, Billbev Bell, BIV, Devout, and Jennifer Lopez.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Good show. I thought it was a great show. I
- 32:16Speaker 1: really did. Yeah. Entertaining. Yeah, she looked damn good. Oh
- 32:30Speaker 1: but she looked great. She's gorgeous. Yes, yes, yeah, she
- 32:36Speaker 1: looked great. And finally other entertainment news, She's always beautiful.
- 32:41Speaker 1: The thirtieth annual Reunion of The Fresh Prince of bell
- 32:44Speaker 1: Lair was released. It was finally released on HBO Max.
- 32:49Speaker 1: Everyone has been talking about the reunion of Will Smith
- 32:52Speaker 1: and Janet huber Uh, better known as the original on VIV.
- 32:57Speaker 1: Of course, she starred in the role for the first
- 32:59Speaker 1: three seasons before being replaced by Daphanie Maxwell read, uh second,
- 33:08Speaker 1: that so a relative? Yeah, I'm just asking. I ain't
- 33:19Speaker 1: I ain't pick his size. I don't know nothing about it.
- 33:21Speaker 1: I was tripping. She told Will that being labeled difficult
- 33:27Speaker 1: hurt her career. Take a listen to this. You know
- 33:30Speaker 1: words can kill. I lost that reputation, everything, everything, and
- 33:37Speaker 1: I understand you were able to move forward. But you
- 33:41Speaker 1: know those words, calling a black woman difficult in Hollywood
- 33:44Speaker 1: is the kiss of death. It's a kiss of death
- 33:47Speaker 1: and it's part enough in a dark scanned black woman
- 33:50Speaker 1: in this business. Wow. Well, she said that after the
- 33:53Speaker 1: union she was talking to and Will Yeah, because he
- 33:58Speaker 1: was twenty one at the time, you know, when the
- 34:00Speaker 1: show's show first premiered and everything, and he admitted that
- 34:05Speaker 1: he wasn't sensitive to her needs at the time. Yeah,
- 34:08Speaker 1: she was going through a lot of stuff this year,
- 34:12Speaker 1: Will Smith has heard a lot. No, what I'm saying
- 34:16Speaker 1: is we need to quit doing like interviews, tables ta
- 34:26Speaker 1: let need to stop listening to people I wouldn't listen
- 34:28Speaker 1: to the ladies and gentleman. Without further ado, miss Anne Trill,
- 34:35Speaker 1: Thank you very much, everybody. Yes, this is entered. Put
- 34:37Speaker 1: the news. Let's get to it. More bad news for
- 34:38Speaker 1: the Trump administration's legal effort to try and to gate
- 34:41Speaker 1: the results of the election. A federal judge has dismissed
- 34:44Speaker 1: the Trump lawsuit in Pennsylvania ames invalidating millions of votes.
- 34:47Speaker 1: To judge even scolded Rudy Giuliani and Trump's other campaign
- 34:51Speaker 1: lawyers for not presenting any facts to back up their arguments.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Both Pennsylvania and Michigan schedule to certify their vote counts
- 34:57Speaker 1: sometime today. Meanwhile, though more and more Publicans are urging
- 35:00Speaker 1: Donald Trump to bow out gracefully for the good of
- 35:03Speaker 1: the party. A group of former Homeland Security officials feel
- 35:06Speaker 1: that way. Elizabeth Newman is a former Assistant secretary for
- 35:08Speaker 1: counter Terrorism. Now it's the time to come out rationally,
- 35:11Speaker 1: explain that he has lost, and it's okay to be
- 35:15Speaker 1: upset about that, but violence is not the answer. Newman
- 35:18Speaker 1: tells ABC that she's afraid that Trump supporters could turn
- 35:21Speaker 1: violent if Republican leaders don't speak out, and there have
- 35:25Speaker 1: been some threats to that end. Actually, one person, by
- 35:29Speaker 1: the way, voted out of office election day, didn't call
- 35:32Speaker 1: to cover this was that Georgia district attorney who initially
- 35:35Speaker 1: oversaw the case of the black jaga Ahmad Aarbury, and
- 35:37Speaker 1: who's under investigation for seeming to avoid charging mister Aarbury's
- 35:41Speaker 1: alleged killers. DA Jackie Johnson, who was white, was turned
- 35:44Speaker 1: out of office by the voters, and by a sizable
- 35:47Speaker 1: margin of sixty six to only thirty four percent. Not
- 35:54Speaker 1: exactly Lebron James is what I want to talk about.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Lebron James does so much for the community, and now
- 35:59Speaker 1: it's time for us to do something for him. King
- 36:01Speaker 1: James says somebody he considers family was murdered this past
- 36:05Speaker 1: weekend in his hometown of Akron, Ohio. He says the
- 36:08Speaker 1: killer or killers are still out there. His best friend's
- 36:11Speaker 1: sister was found shot to death in her bedroom on Monday.
- 36:15Speaker 1: Lebron tweets that quote my city, I need y'all to
- 36:18Speaker 1: go to work and find out who did this awful, shameful,
- 36:21Speaker 1: disgusting thing to such a caring, loving angel. Justice for
- 36:27Speaker 1: Erica weems again, that's for King James. Lebron James. Someone
- 36:30Speaker 1: in his family found shot to death in his hometown
- 36:34Speaker 1: of Akron, Ohio, and he's asking the public to help out.
- 36:37Speaker 1: Shocking news. Looks like there'll be no legal reckoning in
- 36:39Speaker 1: the Tamir Rice case, at least not right now, apparently
- 36:42Speaker 1: under William Barr, the man President Trump has picked to
- 36:44Speaker 1: run the Justice Department. Apparently, they said they left the
- 36:48Speaker 1: case just drop. They haven't had determination about who should
- 36:51Speaker 1: pay for the shooting death of the twelve year old
- 36:53Speaker 1: black child and who shouldn't just left it like that.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Maybe they'll change with incoming President elect Biden. Only Baby Nancy,
- 37:00Speaker 1: the first afro centric dog with an afro, has been
- 37:03Speaker 1: inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame, along with Sidewar,
- 37:05Speaker 1: Chalk and Jenga from Irwin Great Game with a strange
- 37:09Speaker 1: name on it. You can't keep your hands off it? No,
- 37:12Speaker 1: I was breaking fall. It always messes up with me.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening show,
- 37:20Speaker 1: all right, Steve intested y Anthony Brown, please right now?
- 37:25Speaker 1: Six time. Well, you know, folks, I'm just gonna have
- 37:28Speaker 1: to tell you he's just so a throwback from there.
- 37:31Speaker 1: He's a relic. It's what he is, old school lady
- 37:36Speaker 1: and gentlemen. Ch Anthony Brown, Okay, let's get it. Let's
- 37:40Speaker 1: get this over with. I sang Christmas songs totally different
- 37:44Speaker 1: from the songs that you listen to. The songs I
- 37:47Speaker 1: sang ain't like what you hear. There's no joy in
- 37:50Speaker 1: my Christmas songs. Okay, none at all. Here we go,
- 37:56Speaker 1: Here we go, me be gone by Chris This I asked,
- 38:09Speaker 1: maud jay, Oh, I don't care where you go because
- 38:17Speaker 1: I don't want to know. Won't please be gone by
- 38:27Speaker 1: Chrismas this I ask of thee if you're not gone
- 38:40Speaker 1: by Christmas, damn it, be gone by Christmas Eve. He
- 38:50Speaker 1: be gone this because you hate company? This side asked
- 38:57Speaker 1: of you. Still go boy, I don't care you go
- 39:06Speaker 1: because I go home. Jay, take it out, come on,
- 39:15Speaker 1: batress love play. It is I of the plead be
- 39:26Speaker 1: gone by Christmas. Damn it least by new Is Eve.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Al Right, that's it. We out. We love you, I
- 39:36Speaker 1: love you, joy your dinners, dinners here all week. Hello.
- 39:45Speaker 1: He had his own bells though. Yes, I'm singing to somebody.
- 39:53Speaker 1: Stevie then in radio land is listening and let yes,
- 39:58Speaker 1: Jay sing it. You're singing a company so much because
- 40:02Speaker 1: I know this. I know this. Everybody is not happy
- 40:05Speaker 1: with everybody. That's all I know. Everybody is not happy.
- 40:10Speaker 1: But it's some unhappy people out there that songs for you. Okay,
- 40:17Speaker 1: please be gone by Christmas? Okay, Well, thank you. Jay.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Coming up with thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll
- 40:26Speaker 1: continue in that good news Vein tell me something good
- 40:29Speaker 1: good is coming up. Good News the Steve Harvey Morning
- 40:32Speaker 1: Show Turkey Giveaway. We'll talk about it. Right after this.
- 40:35Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Time now
- 40:39Speaker 1: for tell me something good news. Here's some great news.
- 40:43Speaker 1: The Steve Harvey Morning Show Annual Turkey Giveaway is underway.
- 40:47Speaker 1: The giving started last week and we'll continue today and tomorrow.
- 40:51Speaker 1: We here at the Steve Harvey Morning Show now more
- 40:53Speaker 1: than ever, we know how important it is to give back.
- 40:57Speaker 1: We just do write Steve. Yeah, I mean, you know,
- 41:00Speaker 1: this is something that we do every year. We will
- 41:04Speaker 1: committed to it. And look, it's been especially trying year,
- 41:08Speaker 1: so we're gonna do what we can. You know, it's
- 41:10Speaker 1: it's it's not it's not gonna fulfill all needs. It's
- 41:14Speaker 1: just a little help to some people that could be
- 41:16Speaker 1: in need. That's what we try to do every year.
- 41:18Speaker 1: That's right. We're giving away gift cards to some of
- 41:21Speaker 1: our listeners all over the country to try and help
- 41:24Speaker 1: out those in need. Of course, this thing and we
- 41:26Speaker 1: had to do that because of COVID, because normally we
- 41:29Speaker 1: do a big Turkey giveaway, but because of COVID, you know,
- 41:32Speaker 1: you can't handle food, hand it to people, you know,
- 41:35Speaker 1: the delivery trucks, exposure, so COVID changes everything. Man. Yeah,
- 41:42Speaker 1: but it doesn't stop the giving. So we did a
- 41:44Speaker 1: different way. That's right, that's right. All of us here
- 41:48Speaker 1: at the Steve Harvey Morning Show are blessed to be
- 41:50Speaker 1: a blessing. And thank you, thank you, thank you so much.
- 41:53Speaker 1: We appreciate it. And Happy Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving. Seriously, yes,
- 41:59Speaker 1: yes we're switch gears now here, guys, time to have
- 42:02Speaker 1: some fun. We gotta ask you, is there a member
- 42:06Speaker 1: junior your family comes to mind? But is there one
- 42:09Speaker 1: member of your family? Because I love his family? Uh,
- 42:14Speaker 1: that's guilty. Is there one member of your family that's
- 42:16Speaker 1: guilty of just always being a problem, just being a
- 42:18Speaker 1: massive Thanksgiving? And what have they done? That's not ten?
- 42:26Speaker 1: Maud gonna be there, David, Uncle Jay, Uncle Red. It's
- 42:32Speaker 1: gonna be some people that are gonna be some primes. Okay.
- 42:34Speaker 1: So that's why I say, sir, when you come to
- 42:37Speaker 1: our Thanksgiving, get in your clique. Don't go over somebody,
- 42:41Speaker 1: click getting your clique. Stay with your people, because I'm
- 42:44Speaker 1: taking with each other. Families had clicks like that though
- 42:49Speaker 1: time prisoners hain't with the prisoners. They got all kinds
- 42:53Speaker 1: to wait. What you can't be free? Ain't never been
- 42:57Speaker 1: a prisoner to talk what they talk about over depend
- 43:00Speaker 1: ain't get they clicked up. Everybody's been locked up. They
- 43:05Speaker 1: all they all together. They're the card table, domino table.
- 43:09Speaker 1: You know they're over there looking with mirrors around corners. Yeah,
- 43:14Speaker 1: you have no idea what they talked about. You know
- 43:17Speaker 1: what they're talking about. You don't know about going to
- 43:20Speaker 1: bed at nine lights out? I don't know nothing about that.
- 43:28Speaker 1: You don't know why would you be over there. You
- 43:31Speaker 1: don't know how they got the cell phone in the
- 43:33Speaker 1: in the whole you know how to get them in.
- 43:37Speaker 1: You ain't contribute to talk about you don't know you Yeah,
- 43:44Speaker 1: you don't know about unscrewing the light bulb, crushing it
- 43:46Speaker 1: in the in the whole town, and what you're doing
- 43:48Speaker 1: with the you know, you don't know them about that
- 43:52Speaker 1: he put it out in the hallway. That's how to
- 43:54Speaker 1: hear the guard coming. Yeah, you don't know about this click,
- 44:00Speaker 1: I wouldn't write. Yeah, you ain't never hear to shank
- 44:04Speaker 1: any ain't never let them know. That's what you don't
- 44:10Speaker 1: have no bits over in that conversation. What do you
- 44:13Speaker 1: know about how to press your pants? And you don't
- 44:15Speaker 1: know about putting your pants in between the mattress. You
- 44:18Speaker 1: don't know about that, and lay on it to get

- 44:39Speaker 1: can relate to boy bringing cars more than just payments
- 44:43Speaker 1: and somebody going to school. Your hand had no biness
- 44:46Speaker 1: over in this car. And then when they compregate that
- 44:49Speaker 1: they always congregate in low light. They don't never be
- 44:51Speaker 1: an open every time they get together. The ass in
- 44:54Speaker 1: the ConA wins lowed you over here trying to talk
- 44:58Speaker 1: to us. Ain't got one recipe? Make hooch. You ain't
- 45:03Speaker 1: never had for a minute fruit in your damn life.

- 46:31Speaker 1: a good time. Okay. So, first of all, did everybody
- 46:34Speaker 1: enjoy everything that we put out for you guys? Yeah,
- 46:38Speaker 1: we had a good old time. My auntie Bridget, she
- 46:43Speaker 1: was so happy. There was no better way to bring
- 46:46Speaker 1: in her sixtieth birthday party. We had a great time.
- 46:48Speaker 1: The food was delicious. We are so grateful, so thank
- 46:51Speaker 1: you so much. You and your team did the bomb job. Okay,
- 46:55Speaker 1: good deal, good deal. I was here when they loaded
- 46:57Speaker 1: up the van and everything, and I wanted to make sure.
- 46:59Speaker 1: I want to follow back up. But listen, I'm looking
- 47:01Speaker 1: at the paperwork and m and we had a little mishap,
- 47:05Speaker 1: and I wanted to let you know that we're not
- 47:07Speaker 1: going to um, we're not gonna charge you guys for
- 47:11Speaker 1: the chicken. Um because they made a mistake and they
- 47:17Speaker 1: put the wrong pan on the van and they I
- 47:21Speaker 1: noticed that the chicken was actually still here, so we
- 47:24Speaker 1: want to take off take that off, and I won't.
- 47:26Speaker 1: That won't be on the on the envoys. So I'm

- 47:52Speaker 1: you know, here here at the shop. So you know,
- 47:55Speaker 1: like I said, we made a mistake. I'm gonna take
- 47:57Speaker 1: it off and that'll probably not yourn like a couple
- 47:59Speaker 1: of hundred dollars off off of you alls price hold
- 48:02Speaker 1: on deck thirt. So so what are you saying? So?

- 48:08Speaker 1: What was it? Uh? Well, miss Tammy, like I said,
- 48:13Speaker 1: you know, I got on this kid for making this mistake.
- 48:16Speaker 1: You know, I got on it real bad about it
- 48:18Speaker 1: from you know, putting the wrong pan on there. But
- 48:20Speaker 1: like I said, this what you guys had? Was it?
- 48:22Speaker 1: That was a chicken? What was it? Though? That's what
- 48:25Speaker 1: I'm asking you? What was it that was actually what
- 48:28Speaker 1: he put on there by mistake? Miss tam? Me? That
- 48:31Speaker 1: was that was rabbid? What? You can't be serious right now?

- 48:43Speaker 1: your call? No? Tell me? Did your team put the
- 48:46Speaker 1: wrong trade on the trucks and then served it to
- 48:49Speaker 1: my family? And you're trying to call me about two
- 48:52Speaker 1: hundred dollars? Are you serious more than that? You owe
- 48:57Speaker 1: me more than that? You don't know who the because
- 48:59Speaker 1: allergic to that and you're calling me about two hundred dollars?
- 49:03Speaker 1: Are you out of your mind? Well? I wanted to
- 49:06Speaker 1: credit you all that you know what I'm saying, No,
- 49:08Speaker 1: and there's gonna be no credit. There ain't gonna be
- 49:10Speaker 1: no credit. It ain't no credit. Do you mean credit?
- 49:14Speaker 1: Richard could have died, Monty could have died, Lucie. Uh,
- 49:17Speaker 1: we got kids in there. You don't know our dietary needs?
- 49:20Speaker 1: Are you crazy? I mean, though, it don't matter if

- 56:04Speaker 1: you here. It is a strong baby Letta. The subject
- 56:08Speaker 1: how should I approach the pastor's wife. All right, Dear
- 56:12Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley, I've been in an entanglement with this pastor
- 56:17Speaker 1: that I met eight months ago. My office shared a
- 56:20Speaker 1: parking lot with his church, and he always greeted me
- 56:23Speaker 1: with Hello, Brown Sugar. I eventually told him my name
- 56:27Speaker 1: because he's married, and I did not want to appear
- 56:30Speaker 1: to be flirting with a married man and a man
- 56:33Speaker 1: of God. I didn't entertain him at first, but then
- 56:36Speaker 1: he found me on social media and he started inboxing me,
- 56:39Speaker 1: telling me how lovely I am and how good I smell.
- 56:42Speaker 1: When I passed by him, I told him about himself,
- 56:45Speaker 1: and he apologized for making me uncomfortable, but he said
- 56:49Speaker 1: he still wanted to keep in touch if it was okay.
- 56:53Speaker 1: I told him it was fine, even though I knew
- 56:56Speaker 1: a married man should not be inboxing me at all.
- 57:00Speaker 1: We kept on sending messages to each other, and eventually
- 57:04Speaker 1: he started calling me. He's twenty years twenty three years
- 57:08Speaker 1: my senior, and his wisdom and worldly knowledge had me hooked.
- 57:13Speaker 1: So we started sneaking out on dates on the other
- 57:17Speaker 1: side of town. Now we meet up for sex a lot,
- 57:20Speaker 1: and it's so good to be with an older man
- 57:23Speaker 1: that knows how to please me. Listen to this line
- 57:26Speaker 1: very carefully. We've grown into a very deep relationship, and
- 57:32Speaker 1: he strengthened my prayer life. I've tried to leave him,
- 57:38Speaker 1: and he tells me that he might be the man
- 57:40Speaker 1: of God. He might be the man God sent to me,
- 57:44Speaker 1: and I shouldn't question God. It's very confusing, and now
- 57:49Speaker 1: he's paying most of my bills. It's harder to walk
- 57:53Speaker 1: away from him. I can't help but think of his wife,
- 57:55Speaker 1: so I've been praying about leaving her husband for good
- 57:59Speaker 1: and confessing my sin to her. How do you think
- 58:03Speaker 1: I should approach the pastor's wife? Okay, please don't do that. Please.
- 58:10Speaker 1: I mean you're obviously a young woman. You say he's
- 58:14Speaker 1: twenty three years your singer, but please do not tell
- 58:17Speaker 1: WIFEE don't do that. Excuse me the first lady. She's
- 58:20Speaker 1: going to be devastated and it will probably go not
- 58:24Speaker 1: the way you think it's going to go. Please don't
- 58:27Speaker 1: do that. She doesn't want to find this out from you.
- 58:32Speaker 1: We're all adults here, you know right from wrong. There's
- 58:36Speaker 1: so much wrong with this letter that I hardly know
- 58:38Speaker 1: where to begin, but I'll start at the crazy place
- 58:41Speaker 1: For me, this was just crazy to me, which is
- 58:44Speaker 1: and I quote, We've grown into a very deep relationship
- 58:47Speaker 1: and he's strengthened my prayer life. How does that sound
- 58:50Speaker 1: to you? I mean yeah, I mean, needless to say,
- 58:55Speaker 1: it's always good to strengthen your prayer life. But with
- 58:58Speaker 1: the married pastor you're sleeping with, I don't think so.
- 59:02Speaker 1: Do you honestly think God is pleased with this or
- 59:04Speaker 1: he's going to be pleased with us? I mean, this
- 59:07Speaker 1: man again, is twenty three years your senior. So he
- 59:11Speaker 1: tells you things like, um, you know, like he might
- 59:15Speaker 1: be the man God sent to you and all of that.
- 59:17Speaker 1: And yes, that's confusing because he is a man of God.
- 59:22Speaker 1: So no, don't let it confuse you. Don't. Please, don't
- 59:25Speaker 1: let him play you like that. You know this isn't right.
- 59:29Speaker 1: If you're gonna pray about anything, please continue praying about
- 59:33Speaker 1: leaving him, and then leave him and think about getting
- 59:36Speaker 1: your life together without this pastor who you shouldn't be
- 59:40Speaker 1: sleeping with and who most definitely shouldn't be sleeping with
- 59:43Speaker 1: you entanglement, get unentangled with this guy, all right, Steve?
- 59:52Speaker 1: Where did he let us from people? Our listeners? How
- 59:59Speaker 1: should I aproach the pastors? What what what? What you're from? Approacher?
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: And say what I've been in in an entanglement with
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: this pastor that I met eight months ago? Here's another question. Yeah,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: this term that everybody uses now entanglement. You know, listen
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: to me, y'all stop trying to give cute names to
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: ugly ass situations. One more time, one more stop trying
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: to give these cute names to ugly ass situations. You're
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: having an a foul with a pastor that's married. That
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: ain't an entanglement. That's an a fairl adult tree. It's
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: a whole lot of stuff. It's not an entanglement. Anybody
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: got you twisted up? All this is volunteer every time
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: me see you? Hey brown shit ago. Now you know
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: you ain't supposed to be getting hit on by no
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: married man, and you didn't want to be a flirting
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: with a married man. Y'all share the same parking lot?
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: What y'all shared a parking lot? That's how I got started. Yeah,
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: you ain't entertainment first? Didn't he find you on social media?
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: Started in boxing me? Tell him how love lam good
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: I smell when I passed by? Yeah, he got you now,
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: I'll be back stating it out. Got some news for you,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: all right, Steve. Part two of your response coming up
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: at twenty three minutes after how should I approach the
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: Pastor's Wife? We'll get back into it when we come
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: back right after this. You're listening Morning show, all right, Steve,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: come on, let's recap today's Strawberry Letters subject how should
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: I approach the pastor's wife? This woman is dating this
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: married man who happens to be able pastor. She is
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: telling us how they met. The church shares a parking
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: lot at the office, and every time he passed by,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: he said hello, brown sugar. And she thought that since
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: a married man shouldn't be hidden on it, she would
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: ignore it at first, And then he found on social
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: media and started DM And now she says that she's
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: been in this entanglement with this man faith most. This
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: is the new term that they've come up with. Um,
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: it's really sounds, you know, interesting, instant an entanglement. Um,
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: y'all having a fan and somebody going to hell, that's
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: what this is from man, y'all having a fan, somebody
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: going to hell? Okay, cool, okay, now let's go. Uh.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: I didn't entertainment first, and he fined you on social media.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Started in boxing. Tell you how I love you were
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: and how you smell when you're passed. I told him
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: about himself, and he apologized for making me feel uncomfortable,
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: but he still said he still wanted to keep in
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: touch if it was okay. I told him it was fine,
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: you know, even though she said she knew a married
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: man should not be in boxing me at all. And
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: they kept on sending message to each other, and eventually
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: he started calling they twenty three years older than this lady,
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: and his wisdom and worldly knowledge got me hooked. That
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: that wisdom and worldly knowledge that's called game, lady, that's
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: called game. That ain't wisdom and worldly knowledge. That's called game.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: The older you get, the more of it you acquire,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: it's called game. Game. So y'all started sneaking out on
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: dates on the other side of the time. You bid
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: is here with me, but my mind is all the
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: other side of time. Oh missing me around on time?
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: Your bod is here my my I said, I said,
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: my body is here with you, but my mind is
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: on the other side of town. Whoa missing you around?
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: All right? So y'all started sneaking out on the other
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: side of the town. Now we meet up for sex
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: a lot, a lot. It's so good to be with
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: an older man that knows how to please me. Yeah.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: I keep telling y'all, the only you get you're gonna
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: gain some knowledge, experience, game. You gotta have stuff to
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: match your game. All right, they got it? Here we
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: go again. Now we've grown into a very deep relationship
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: and he's strengthened my prayer life. Let me, how has
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: this strengthen your prayer life? Help me? Is it? Because
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: now you're in a situation you ain't gotten over. You're
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: talking to God more than you ever have before because
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: you have got yourself into a situation you don't know
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: how to hand how well? I understand sometimes it takes
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: people to go to prison to find God. So maybe
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: this for you has strengthened your prayer life. Okay, well,
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: let's just take a look at that. Let's see how
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: this goes. I've tried to leave him. He tells me
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: that he go to other line, that he might be
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: the man God sent to me, and I shouldn't question God.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: Let me ask you something. So what he was sent
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: by God to do? What I'm just asking you he
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: was sent by God to do what? Yeah, that don't
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: make no sense. I've tried to leave him. He tells
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: me that he might be key word, might be the
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: man that God said to me. And I shouldn't question
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: God what. It's very confusing. And so now he's paying
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: most of my bills. Oh okay, okay, so now you
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: kept Okay, So now he paying most of your bills.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: That's probably with church money. Yeah you're high. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: it's got to come from somewhere. You know. I can't
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: help but think his wife. I think of his wife.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: So I've been praying about leaving her husband for good
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: and confessing my sins to her. See, you need, you need,
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: you need to go to church because God voice has
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: no sin in it. So God ain't sitting nobody when
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: sin on your behalf. And then next things right now,
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: when you confess your sins to her, she ain't God.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: What did you confessing your seas to her fault? And
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: how do you think I should approach your pass his
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: wife very gently because passes wives people ass too. One
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: more time passed his wives? What people ass too? Okay,
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: don't mess around and get your ass whip end of
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: my letter. I know, Steve, I mean, really, that's all
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: you can tell her. Don't do that. She's young, But yeah,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: you gotta grow up fashion doing grown people things right here,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: So you gotta know what grown folks do, and that's
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: nothing they would do. Just leave him, all right, man,
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: it doesn't make any sense. Lady, what are you doing?
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: You've known it was wrong from the kid. Go yeah,
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: all right, we gotta go, Steve, Thank you. Coming up next,
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: Sports Talk with Junior at forty six minutes after the hour.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: here's Junior with Sports Talk. Junior, What you guys, Week
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: eleven in the NFL, there was some good games on yesterday. Um,
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: first of all, let's say this. We hadn't said this
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: in a while. How about them Cowboys they finally got
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: to win. They ain't won in four weeks. Go ahead, Dallas, go,
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: it's gonna be nice to day in Dallas. They're happy,
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: so happy. They beat the Vikings thirty one to twenty eight. Also,
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: man An upset the Cults shocked everybody and beat Aaron
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: Rodgers and the Packers thirty one to thirty one. Nobody
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: saw that. That was crazy. Man. It's a good game though.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Also I got to stay. Shout out to the Houston
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: Texas for getting to win. Way to Go Home, team,
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: Way to Go Home. We need that. Now we're three
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: and seven, man, Man, yeah, thank you, we did. We
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: were talking. Always check with me because I can hand you.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: I can teach you how to handle losing. Were probably
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: gonna be back an next week. I promise you. We'll
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: three and seven now, yeah, three and I think we're
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: seven and three? Yes? Or brown are seventy three? Yes,
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: that's correct, gess y'all. Lord, that's so y'all reversed it?
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: Uh yeah, well I had throw it in your face.
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: I've asked the Lord to take away the spirit of me.
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: He ain't rubbing it in people's faces, be in it
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: all around in mouth. But and I found out, like
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: I said last week, the Lord sometimes when you ask
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: God for something, to answer is no. And he told
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: me I'm not going to remove that spirit from you,
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: So him do I gotta keep doing it to the
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: Lord take it off of me. Man, I got to
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: do his will. Thanks over the falcon. I can't believe
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: the food man every Week Time. Man whoop the Jaguars
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: twenty seventy three. And also, man, here's something that's really
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: nice stuff. Know that tonight's game, the w the Night
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Football game between the Rams and the Buccaneers, will feature
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: the first ever all black officiating crew major right there.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: That's big. Yeah, yeah, it's very big. I mean yeah,
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: show had a lot of all white ones, that's right,
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: and nobody said anything. And also, congratulations to Dance Bryant
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: because he caught his first pass in the NFL game
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: since two thousand and seventeen. Yeah, man, welcome back to
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: Brian back man Baltimore. He got signed to the practice squad,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: but the boy went out there. Yeah yeah, yeah, man,
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: actually don't and he got his first path. But they
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: took a loss through to the Titans. They did in overtime. Yeah, well,
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: you know, somebody got to lose. Somebody got to lose.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Just can't be us, everybody. When the Brown Browns won again?
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: Man brown again? How many is that the role? You know?
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: We win? We win? Okay, I'm so used to losing.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: I can badly keep up, but I go. Y'all ain't
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: having no trouble keeping y'all ain't want but three times
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: times we're gonna be all right, y'all gonna be all right?
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: Were not? Did you what y'all gonna do? We gotta go.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: I bet the Browns being the playoff, and I bet
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: I bet you the Texans don't. We'll be back. Y'all
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: get in the same division with the cowboys. You're listening
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: to show, all right, so listen. If you want to
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: end a relationship, here's the question. Do you wait until
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: after the holidays or do you get out before having
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: to hang out with your family? So thanks Giving might
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: be more high stakes at the time of COVID, but
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: it's probably the safest holiday to break up close to.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: So here is the question between Thanksgiving, Christmas and New
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: Year's is there and is there any good time to
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: split up? Why am I looking at you? Tommy? You
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: know why? Well, you're supposed to start breaking up around Halloween,
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: but we're the week of right now though, Thanksgiving, So now,
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: well then you might want to break up to date
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: this morning to day to day. If I would you,
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: I break up to date and ride that all the
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: way to like mid January. But this is the day
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: to do it, yesterday, and you can just come up
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: with a cold argument. Just just just start anything. It
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: don't matter what it is. Who the hell put water
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: in the tarlet? How? How did how do water get
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: in my tart? You know? Just who? I don't think
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: who the hell for water? And the talking? That's all
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: I want to know. That's an argument. Fine, don't argument,
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: Fine covid has definitely Yeah, why why do you say that?
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: Because you ain't got to see the person. You could
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: just zoom. Man, you ain't got to be in the
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: same room to break up. You know, you ain't got
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: the moment. You ain't got to worry about, no altercations
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: and them going crazy getting you and stuff you sting you,
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: and then when it get and then when it gets
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: the way you don't want to, you just zoom out
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: reading who's gonna stay in? And you know, and just
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: take all of that. Yeah, I'm zooming. I'm I'm a
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: proponent of breaking up around Thanksgiving. I think that's the
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: ideal time because normally if you don't like her, yeah,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: thanks Giving this best time back up. Because you don't
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: like her, she probably just like her family. So you know,
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure you don't need to sit around all
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: these other people house eating. You know people usually have
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: bad ass food. Yeah. Yeah, Can I say why wait
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: to Thanksgiving? Because if you wait to think that you're
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: giving people hope, no one, you don't need to give
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: them hope that long. Yeah, but but see sometimes it
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: don't happen that way. And I'm just saying, as each
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: holiday approaches, you got to have them plan because maybe
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: nothing was wrong Halloween, you know, maybe something. Maybe she
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: busted you November ten. You know you ain't gonna be
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: able to fix that bout Thanksgiving. If she busted you
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: on November ten. Now she bust you like Decimber fifth.
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: You got to get out now for your best round.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: Start going shopping, be all up in there at that
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: table at Macy's looking at all that stuff on that
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: middle eye with two for one and all this. Hell,
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: you ain't got to go through that and that. You
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: definitely got a break up. New Year's Eve, get here,
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: because you can't go into the New Year with her ass.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: Yeah that's or his ass or his ass. And yeah,
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: can you start an argument maybe over politics? No, no, no,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: you know, start in the argument. You don't even start
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: no argument. You can do that too, though, Carl. You
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: can go and you can tell her you know, you're asking,
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: just like Trump, And that's why I came for denial, denial,
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: just acute. Yeah, just accused her of voting for Trump
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: then he yeah, yeah, yeah, there you go. Or no
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: matter what she does, no matter what he or she does,
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: you go. That's it. That's it right there, It's over with.
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: And keep them guessing about what it is they did. Yeah,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: what the hell you mean? That's it? Can you pass
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: me the remote? I'd like to change the chancel. No,
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: you ain't going to turn it to Atlanta housewife. That's
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: what you're sending to do. Wow, I'm out. I'm out.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: But Tommy, you're known for breaking up before the holidays though,
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, oh yeah. All right. We'll have more
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey Morning Show and some trending stories
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: coming up at twenty minutes after the hour. Right after this,
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Tell me
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: something good news and extremely important world figure is immune
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: to the coronavirus. Uh any guesses on who that might be?
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: Say what now? Shelley an extremely important world figure? Keywords
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: world figure is immune to the coronavirus. Oh, I can't
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: catch it because because I ain't chidling for thirty eight years,
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: I'm immune to it. Well, you and Santa Santa Claus Uh. Yeah,
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: Doctor Anthony fauci Uh said that Saint Nick is exempt
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: from this because Santa, of all the good qualities, has
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: a lot of good innate immunity. He adds that it's
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: good news not just because he'll be able to visit
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: all the good little kids on Christmas Eve, but because
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: Santa is not going to be spreading any infections to anyone. Obviously,
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: kids around the world have been concerned. Nonetheless, children, you
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: will still want to stay in your beds and not
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: try to get a closer look to at Santa when
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: he does visit. Okay, I'll tell you what's Santa better, Dude,
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: I'd better have that damn mask on chimney. I saw
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: one today with the mask on. Actually yea. And because
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: of Covidius saying it won't be no cookies left out
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: or the milk, don't put your mouth, only glass and
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: touch nothing. Somebody gonna give it a s all right.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: up at thirty three minutes after the hour. Right after
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: this you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Time
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: now for tell me something good news. Here's some great news.
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: The Steve Harvey Morning Show Annual Turkey Giveaway is underway.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: The giving started last week and we'll continue today and tomorrow.
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: We're here at the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Now more
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: than ever, we know how important it is to give back.
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: We just do, right, Steve, absolutely. I mean, you know,
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: this is something that we do every year. We will
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: committed to it. And look, it's been especially trying year,
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: so we're gonna do what we can. It's just a
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: little help to some people that could be in need.
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: That's what we try to do every year. That's right.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: We're giving away gift cards to some of our listeners
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: all over the country to try and help out those
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: in need. Of course, this thinks, and we had to
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: do that because of COVID because normally we do a
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: big Turkey giveaway, but because of COVID, you know, you
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: can't handle food, so COVID changes everything, man, Yeah, but
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: it doesn't stop the giving a different way, that's right.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: That's right. We're gonna switch gears now here, guys. Time
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: to have some fun, is there? One member of your family. Uh,
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: that's guilty. Is there one member of your family that's
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: guilty of just always being a problem? Just being a
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: massive Thanksgiving? And what have they done? That's not ten
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: Martin's gonna be there, David, Uncle Jay, uncle Red. It's
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: gonna be some people. That's gonna be some primes. Okay.
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: That's why I say, sir, when you come to our Thanksgiving,
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: get in your click, don't go over click, getting your
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: click with your people, mingle with each other. Families had
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: clicks like that bell time. Prisoners hang with the prisoners.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: They got all cons Wait what you can't be free?
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: Ain't never been a prisoner to talk? What they talk
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: about over? Ain't get the prison They clicked up. Everybody's
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: been locked up. They all they all together. They're the
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: card table, domino table. You know they're over there looking
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: with mirrors around corners, conversation. If yeah, you have no
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: idea what they talked about, what they talking about. You
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: don't know about going to bed at nine lights out?
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: I don't know nothing about that. You don't know why
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: would you be over there? You don't know how they
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: got the cell phone in the in the whole You know,
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: how to get them in tribute to talk about you
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: don't know you Yeah, you don't know about unscrewing the
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: light bulb, crushing it in the in the whole town,
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: and what you're doing with the you know, you don't
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: know them about that pieces of that he put it
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: out in the hallway. That's how to hit a guard coming. Yeah. Click,
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: I wouldn't write a click. Yeah, you ain't never a
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: shank any Let them know that you have no blowing
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: that conversation. All right, guys, coming up, it is our
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: last break of the day. It is the last break
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: of the damn day. Baby what we'll have some closing
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey coming up
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: at forty nine minutes after the hour. Right after this,
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steven Show. It's time for Steve's
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: closing remarks. But of course before we get to that,
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: we got to remind Georgia that the countdown is on
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: for the Senate runoff dates. The Georgia Senate runoff dates.
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: Please request your absentee ballot now if you haven't already,
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: don't forget that December seventh is the deadline for voter registration.
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: If you have not registered yet, please do so by
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: December seventh. December fourteenth through the thirty first is early voting,
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: and we do what on the Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: we vote early, Yes, we do. And then January fifth,
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: twenty twenty one is election day. So please we want
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: you to vote for Reverend Raffie L. Warnock and John Ossoff. Okay,
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: we need to send them to Washington. Yes, And the
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: reason we need to do this, you all, it's very
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: very simple. This president, after spewing lie after lie after lie,
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: and I don't know how these followers have just discredited
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: the truth to the point where it doesn't matter. They
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: just allow him to get away with it. But what
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: he's been doing of late since he lost the election,
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: having the Michigan GOP elect election officials come to the
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: White House to talk to him, he wants to talk
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: to him and see if he can find something. They've
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: told him there is nothing. So now he's trying to
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: demand another recount in the state of Georgia, and he
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: just keeps trying to find something he can hang his
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: hat on. And what he's doing desperately and everybody's starting
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: to say it, he's trying to discredit the Black vote.
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: Donald Trump, now the one who's the most least racist
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: person you've ever met, Donald Trump, the one who says
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: he's done more for African Americans than any president since
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: Abraham Lincoln. This guy right here, this is the one
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: I'm talking to you about. He now wants to discredit
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: the Black vote that he wasn't counting on doing what
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: the Black vote did to him this election. They did
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: not know the movement of Stacy Abrams and how she
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: has been working for years behind the scene registering voters.
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell said they find it difficult
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: to believe that more people voted for Joe Biden than
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: Barack Obama. What they were saying in code was because
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: it came down to Milwaukee in Wisconsin, Detroit in Michigan,
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: Atlanta area in Georgia, and Philadelphia area in Philly. What
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: he was saying was he couldn't believe that more Black
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: people turn out and voted for Joe Biden than voted
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: for President Obama. Here's what they don't know is that
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: more of us are registered to vote now than were
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: registered to vote when President Obama took office over twelve
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: years ago. It's just more of us register And I'll
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: tell you something else about black people that you don't know.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: We turned out for President Obama because we wanted to
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: see a change. We turn out for President Obama because
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: we knew it would make history. We wanted to We
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: wanted to see ourselves the way you've been allowed to
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: see yourselves through the history of this country. We wanted
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: to see ourselves in the highest office in the land.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: We wanted to be able to point this out to
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: our children and our grandchildren. But let me tell you
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: why we came out in this election, Mister President, and
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: everybody listening to the officials that can't figure it out. See,
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: y'all got it wrong about black people. And I'm not
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: a spokesman for black people, but I do know how
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: we feel because I've been one sixty three years. A
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: matter of fact, the entire time i've been alive, i've
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: been one, So I know what I'm talking about. We
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: don't want you to do nothing for us, but we
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: do want you to stop doing what you've been doing
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: to us. And we turned out in large numbers because
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: we're sick of your racism. We're sick of social injustice.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: We're sick of your system systemic racism. We're sick of
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: your police brutality. We're sick of your red zoning laws.
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: We're sick of you saying to us over and over
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: and over that black lives don't matter, even when we
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: keep pleading with you to see our lives the same
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: as yours. But you're so hell bent on being righteous
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: that you can't even see what we're saying when we
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: say black lives matter. You're so busy telling us that
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: white lives matter, that all lives matter, that blue lives matter,
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: that you are missing the whole point of what we
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: keep being screaming to you about black lives matter. It's
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: not either all. We don't care that all lives matter.
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: We ain't got no problem with police lives matter. Matter
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: of fact, we get along with white America. New flash.
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: Another news flash, We built America. News flash. So with
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: all of our contributions to America, we want our lives
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: to matter just like everybody else's lives matter. That's what
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: we want. But since you don't think black lives matter,
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: how about this damn vote now? Though I bet your
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: ass understand us a little bit better now or I
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: bet you can't play us to next election. You can't
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: play us no more because we proved something to you.
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: You don't think black lives matter? How about these damn
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: votes matter because of your refusal to say anything calming
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: to the forces of black lives matter. Black votes now
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: matter in Detroit, in Atlanta, in Philly, in Milwaukee, to
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: the point where you, sir, you out of office now.
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: And I got one more partying gift for you to
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: take with you. We don't let you leave and send
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: these two damn Senate seats with you. This is my
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: parting gift and parting prayer to Donald Trump. We're gonna
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: win Georgia, Raphael Wanted and John Alsoff for Senate in Georgia.
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: We're gonna show up again that we matted in homie.
