- 0:01Speaker 1: America finally got the special counsel that we've been wanting
- 0:06Speaker 1: years ago appointed to investigate Hunter Biden. Do not be
- 0:11Speaker 1: fooled by this. The appointment of David Weiss is one
- 0:17Speaker 1: of the most corrupt appointments I've ever seen. Weiss is
- 0:23Speaker 1: the prosecutor, and this is a fact who previously broker
- 0:28Speaker 1: the sweetheart plea deal for Hunter Biden that would have
- 0:32Speaker 1: granted him broad immunity for any crimes he had committed
- 0:36Speaker 1: in the past. That's who the special prosecutor is who's
- 0:40Speaker 1: been appointed. Does that sound like somebody that's going to
- 0:43Speaker 1: do their job.
- 0:44Speaker 2: No.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Thankfully that judge stopped that horrific abuse of justice deal
- 0:51Speaker 1: from getting done. But now David Whits' has been put
- 0:54Speaker 1: in charge of the entire investigation with special counsel capabilities.
- 1:00Speaker 1: So let me lay this out for you this way.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Wiss is the one who put together the corrupt plea deal.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Tell everybody you know that, because that's what they need
- 1:07Speaker 1: to understand. Weiss previously said he had all the power
- 1:11Speaker 1: he needed without requesting special council status. So then the
- 1:15Speaker 1: second question you didn't be asking is well, then why
- 1:18Speaker 1: now are you getting this power? If you said before
- 1:21Speaker 1: that you had all the power you needed. Why now,
- 1:23Speaker 1: because this is part of the cover up Number three,
- 1:27Speaker 1: Weis's already let the Statue of Limitations pass on the
- 1:30Speaker 1: tax charges, the most egregious tax charges that were out there.
- 1:35Speaker 1: That's another part of this that you need to understand.
- 1:39Speaker 1: He just spent five years waiting for his investigation to
- 1:44Speaker 1: wrap up. That's what the media would want you to believe.
- 1:47Speaker 1: That's not the case. David Weisse waited five years before
- 1:52Speaker 1: he looked to do the charges against Hunter Biden, so
- 1:54Speaker 1: the Statue of Limitations would drag out, the investigation would
- 1:58Speaker 1: drag out, and then it would be passed the next
- 2:01Speaker 1: election cycle and it would be passed, the Statute of
- 2:04Speaker 1: limitation for the most egregious crimes. Now, this came this
- 2:10Speaker 1: special you know, prosecutor. Special counsel was named as House
- 2:14Speaker 1: Representative James Comer announced that he had subpoened the Biden
- 2:17Speaker 1: family financial records. Speaker McCarthy announced an upcoming impeachment inquiring inquiry.
- 2:25Speaker 1: House Republicans are expecting to haul in Weiss to testify
- 2:28Speaker 1: this fall. Well, guess what happens now, David Weiss will
- 2:32Speaker 1: not have to come and testify before Congress, because when
- 2:35Speaker 1: you're in charge as a special prosecutor, you're gonna have
- 2:38Speaker 1: an alibi to say I can't come talk to you.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I'm heading the investigation. That is your alibi. So not
- 2:47Speaker 1: only is this special prosecutor status for David Weiss not
- 2:52Speaker 1: going to do anything, it actually protects him from having
- 2:55Speaker 1: to testify to Congress.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Think about that.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Now, the media is playing this up, and the media
- 3:03Speaker 1: is saying, well, this is a really big deal, right,
- 3:07Speaker 1: They're all over the place, they're saying, this is a
- 3:10Speaker 1: big deal.
- 3:10Speaker 3: This is just you don't understand. This is this is.
- 3:13Speaker 1: A very very, very very big deal, right. This is
- 3:18Speaker 1: something you need to understand. It is significant. We are
- 3:22Speaker 1: shocked by just how significant significant this really is.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Is it really? No, it's not.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Catherine Heritage over it's CBS News said this was a
- 3:36Speaker 1: shocking move, right, a big move from the you know,
- 3:40Speaker 1: and acting like this is going to be bad news
- 3:42Speaker 1: for the Bidens. This isn't bad news to the Bidens.
- 3:44Speaker 1: This is good news to the Bidens. It's protecting the
- 3:46Speaker 1: Bidens at least until after the election.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Former federal prosecutor I spoke to just before this event
- 3:51Speaker 4: said to me, the appointment of a special counsel would
- 3:54Speaker 4: have the effect of delaying a resolution on the Hunter
- 3:57Speaker 4: Biden matter.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Did you hear what you just said?
- 4:01Speaker 1: The having the US Attorney Garland a point, David Wiss's
- 4:04Speaker 1: special counsel the Hunter Biden investigation would absolutely delay the outcome.
- 4:11Speaker 4: Of delaying a resolution on the Hunter Biden matter.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So wait, wait, when's there an election. There's an election
- 4:18Speaker 1: next year, there's a primary this year. Could it be
- 4:22Speaker 1: that the special council was appointed to make sure that
- 4:26Speaker 1: they could slow this, shut it down. Make everybody just
- 4:31Speaker 1: kind of be quiet, have no one talk, have everyone
- 4:37Speaker 1: just be.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Silent on this. Could it be that?
- 4:39Speaker 1: Could it be that there's a very good chance that
- 4:43Speaker 1: actually the reason why all of this happened is to
- 4:46Speaker 1: protect the Biden crime family by an individual that's already
- 4:50Speaker 1: protected the Biden crime family. I think the answer is
- 4:54Speaker 1: absolutely yes. That's exactly what this is all about. This
- 4:58Speaker 1: isn't about justice. CBA just said it there. Well, get ready, folks,
- 5:02Speaker 1: this is going to delay the resolution Hunter Biden.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Well that's a good thing if you're running for president.
- 5:06Speaker 3: You're Joe Biden right now.
- 5:07Speaker 4: In his opinion, and it would certainly delay any anticipated
- 5:11Speaker 4: testimony from the US Attorney in Delaware to Republicans on
- 5:15Speaker 4: Capitol Hill who.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Have there's part two.
- 5:17Speaker 1: As I just said, David Weiss, she's telling you now,
- 5:21Speaker 1: don't get your hopes up. Don't get your hopes up.
- 5:25Speaker 1: You're not going to get to talk to David Weiss.
- 5:27Speaker 1: You're not going to get to interview David Weiss. You
- 5:30Speaker 1: are not going to get to hear from David Weiss.
- 5:32Speaker 1: David Weiss's a special prosecutor. Now you're gonna get nothing
- 5:36Speaker 1: out of David Weiss now, right, because David Weiss is
- 5:39Speaker 1: now special you can't interview him because he's got this
- 5:44Speaker 1: big job, this big appointment.
- 5:46Speaker 3: So there's no way that you can talk to him.
- 5:49Speaker 1: So not only are we delaying an outcome of Hunter Biden,
- 5:52Speaker 1: we are delaying everything to protect the Biden crime family.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Keep listening.
- 5:57Speaker 4: I've been seeking that testimony for several months. So it's
- 6:01Speaker 4: an extraordinary development considering where the two parties were two
- 6:05Speaker 4: weeks ago, to wrap up this year's long case. Now
- 6:08Speaker 4: to the appointment of a special counsel that will have
- 6:11Speaker 4: these broad authorities, most importantly to continue this ongoing investigation.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Margaret. So there it is right. Oh, well, that's where
- 6:20Speaker 3: we are. Now.
- 6:21Speaker 1: It's going to be a serious thing like that, right,
- 6:24Speaker 1: It's going to be you know, this is a you
- 6:28Speaker 1: need to understand. This is going to take time. I'm
- 6:30Speaker 1: not mad, by the way, Catherine in Heritage, You want
- 6:32Speaker 1: to make that clear. What I'm mad about is the
- 6:35Speaker 1: fact that we're even having this conversation after knowing now
- 6:38Speaker 1: what we know, after seeing and witnessing what we're seeing
- 6:41Speaker 1: and witnessing right now. That's what makes me mad. That's
- 6:45Speaker 1: what infuriates me. Remember it was June seventh that the
- 6:51Speaker 1: wife said he had quote ultimate authority, which he then
- 6:54Speaker 1: repeated to Congress. Okay, well, then I'd like to know
- 6:58Speaker 1: what changed in his mind to make that this appointment necessary.
- 7:02Speaker 1: If he had the ultimate authority to do everything that
- 7:04Speaker 1: he said he needed to do, then the question is
- 7:07Speaker 1: why now? Is it because you need an investigation or
- 7:10Speaker 1: is it because you're protecting the president Ied States America
- 7:12Speaker 1: and this is stonewalling. I think you can answer that question.
- 7:15Speaker 1: I think you know what that answer is, and I
- 7:17Speaker 1: think you understand exactly like I'm saying it right now,
- 7:20Speaker 1: that this is one hundred percent This is one hundred
- 7:25Speaker 1: percent about protect the president at all costs, nothing less
- 7:30Speaker 1: than that.
- 7:30Speaker 3: That's what it is. We all know this.
- 7:34Speaker 1: And by the way, it's important to know that Weiss
- 7:36Speaker 1: is not even qualified to be a special counsel. You
- 7:40Speaker 1: may ask, Okay, Ben, well that's your opinion, what do
- 7:41Speaker 1: you mean by that great question? I'm going to read
- 7:44Speaker 1: you from the law so you understand what the law
- 7:47Speaker 1: actually says.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Okay, the law says.
- 7:52Speaker 1: To become a special counsel, you have to be and
- 7:55Speaker 1: I quote, a lawyer with a reputation for integrity and
- 8:00Speaker 1: an impartial decision making in conduct investigations expeditiously and thoroughly. Okay, Well,
- 8:09Speaker 1: he doesn't qualify for any of that, does he He
- 8:13Speaker 1: doesn't qualify for any of it, y'all. Not a single
- 8:16Speaker 1: part of this does he qualify for. David Weiss is
- 8:21Speaker 1: not impartial. David Weiss wrote the sweetheart deal. David Weiss
- 8:25Speaker 1: let the satsu of limitations run out on the most
- 8:26Speaker 1: serious crimes. David Weiss is basically a lawyer protecting and
- 8:32Speaker 1: defending the Biden crime family. He's not gonna do anything here.
- 8:37Speaker 1: He's gonna protect it all costs. He's gonna do whatever
- 8:41Speaker 1: it takes to make sure the Biden family stays intact,
- 8:45Speaker 1: by the way, so he gets his awesome job and
- 8:48Speaker 1: keeps getting really famous with everything else.
- 8:50Speaker 3: We just talked about.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Look, you did the tough thing during COVID. You paid
- 8:55Speaker 1: your people and pulled your business through the pandemic, And
- 8:59Speaker 1: now doing the tough thing could qualify you for a
- 9:02Speaker 1: twenty six thousand dollars per employee At COVID tax Relief
- 9:07Speaker 1: dot Org. Government funds are available to reward companies with
- 9:10Speaker 1: two or more employees who stayed open during COVID. This
- 9:14Speaker 1: is not a loan and you don't have to pay
- 9:17Speaker 1: it back. Look, this program is complicated, but nobody knows
- 9:21Speaker 1: more about it than the CPAs and tax experts at
- 9:24Speaker 1: Consumer Tax Advocates. The best part is you pay nothing upfront.
- 9:28Speaker 1: They do all the work, and then they share percentage
- 9:30Speaker 1: of cash that you get. Businesses of all types, including
- 9:34Speaker 1: nonprofits and churches, can qualify, including those who took PPP loans.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Even if you had increases in sales. You did the
- 9:42Speaker 1: tough thing for your employees during COVID. Let COVID tax
- 9:45Speaker 1: Relief dot Org help get you up to twenty six
- 9:49Speaker 1: thousand dollars per employee visit COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 9:53Speaker 1: That's COVID tax relief dot org. COVID tax relief dot org.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Let me also remind you, by the way, if you
- 10:02Speaker 1: want to know just how corrupted David Weiss is and
- 10:04Speaker 1: the DOJ, let me remind you what the IRS whistleblower,
- 10:10Speaker 1: Gary Shapley, he was a supervisory agent and whistleblower about
- 10:14Speaker 1: the Biden family investigation, had to say about the investigation
- 10:18Speaker 1: and David Weiss listen carefully.
- 10:20Speaker 5: The Justice Department allowed the president's political appoint to use
- 10:23Speaker 5: a way in on whether they charged the president's son
- 10:26Speaker 5: after United States Attorney for DC Matthew Graves, appointed by
- 10:29Speaker 5: President Biden, refused to bring charges in March twenty twenty two.
- 10:33Speaker 5: I watched United States Attorney Wiss tell a roomful senior
- 10:36Speaker 5: FBI and IRS senior leaders on October seventh, twenty twenty two,
- 10:40Speaker 5: that he was not the deciding person on whether charges
- 10:44Speaker 5: were filed. That was my red line. I had already
- 10:47Speaker 5: seen a pattern of preferential treatment and obstruction. Now United
- 10:51Speaker 5: States Weiss was admitting that what the American people believed
- 10:54Speaker 5: based on the Attorney general sworn sworn statement was false,
- 10:57Speaker 5: like a no longer stay silent.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I can no longer stay silent. He just said there
- 11:03Speaker 1: David Wis's lied. He just said that those around him lied.
- 11:09Speaker 1: He said that they were all lying about all of
- 11:12Speaker 1: the things that were happening, and he could no longer
- 11:15Speaker 1: stay silent because of this. And now you've got the
- 11:21Speaker 1: guy who was accused by the whistleblowers of committing these crimes.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Of now.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Doing an investigation as a special prosecutor. This is a joke.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Jonathan Turley on David Weiss being named special counsel probe
- 11:39Speaker 1: and the hunter Biden listened.
- 11:41Speaker 6: I was not surprised, but I was not nearly as
- 11:44Speaker 6: delighted as I would have been two years ago when
- 11:48Speaker 6: many of us were calling for this appointment. They waited
- 11:51Speaker 6: for the appointment of a special counsel after the statue
- 11:56Speaker 6: limitations has run on critical crimes like the tax violations
- 12:01Speaker 6: in twenty fourteen twenty fifteen. They waited until Weiss himself
- 12:06Speaker 6: was accused of slowing our suppressing efforts. At least the
- 12:13Speaker 6: whistleblower suggested that he was not able to pursue cases
- 12:17Speaker 6: and didn't aggressively push back on that. So there's gonna
- 12:20Speaker 6: be a lot of questions here. This is occurring as
- 12:23Speaker 6: Congress is moving aggressively to pursue some of these issues.
- 12:28Speaker 6: This new status can certainly slow that process down. Weiss
- 12:33Speaker 6: was at the top of the list of Congress to
- 12:36Speaker 6: be brought in to explain why did you allow the
- 12:39Speaker 6: STATI limitations to run? Why were Biden people tipped off
- 12:44Speaker 6: about raids? Why was there an interference with investigators and
- 12:48Speaker 6: trying to interview Hunter Biden. All of those questions are
- 12:53Speaker 6: now likely to be delayed before they are answered.
- 12:58Speaker 1: And he said it there delayed, right, delayed. This will
- 13:04Speaker 1: all be delayed, delayed. Why are they going to be delayed?
- 13:12Speaker 1: I think we all know why. We all understand they're
- 13:16Speaker 1: afraid this will play out into the election. That's why.
- 13:20Speaker 1: That's why they're afraid of the delay. Here Turley saying,
- 13:25Speaker 1: you know, there's also talking about there's no evidence that
- 13:28Speaker 1: the president's involved.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Here's where we had to say on Laura Ingram Show.
- 13:32Speaker 6: We've heard this drum beat recently that the media is
- 13:37Speaker 6: now acknowledging that, sure, Hunter Biden was selling influence and access,
- 13:42Speaker 6: but it was an illusion. There's no proof that Joe
- 13:45Speaker 6: Biden got an envelope full of money or a direct
- 13:48Speaker 6: deposit to his account. Therefore there's nothing here. Democrats have
- 13:53Speaker 6: constantly said, stop asking questions because you don't have that
- 13:57Speaker 6: type of direct evidence of benefits. Well, that's just ridiculous.
- 14:01Speaker 6: All of these payments benefit Joe Biden. It's going to
- 14:05Speaker 6: the Biden family fund. You know, Joe Biden is eighty
- 14:08Speaker 6: years old. He's worth at least eight million dollars. He's
- 14:11Speaker 6: not going to spend that. People at his age, his
- 14:14Speaker 6: wealth are largely preoccupied during these days with leaving a
- 14:18Speaker 6: legacy for their children, for their grandchildren. This was a
- 14:22Speaker 6: great benefit in that sense.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Great benefit, I would agree with that. I think it's
- 14:28Speaker 1: pretty clear it's a great benefit. It's a phenomenal benefit.
- 14:32Speaker 1: And now you've got the guy who gave you the
- 14:33Speaker 1: sweetheart deal, who you're trying to convince people that somehow
- 14:39Speaker 1: he's going to do a great job of investigating you.
- 14:43Speaker 3: Again.
- 14:43Speaker 1: By law, to become a special counsel, you have to be,
- 14:46Speaker 1: and I quote, a lawyer with a reputation for integrity
- 14:49Speaker 1: and impartial decision making. You're supposed to be exponditiously and
- 14:54Speaker 1: thoroughly doing your job. And what do we know. We
- 14:57Speaker 1: know that didn't happen, right, We know that didn't happen.
- 15:04Speaker 1: We know that that's I. We know that he has
- 15:08Speaker 1: cooked the books. We know there's a problem with him.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Everybody knows there's a problem with him. So why now
- 15:16Speaker 1: would there be Why now would you be in a
- 15:19Speaker 1: situation in a scenario where you would give him a
- 15:21Speaker 1: job unless you're trying to stonewall. David Weiss, by the way,
- 15:25Speaker 1: is now protected. That's something else that people need to understand. Okay,
- 15:30Speaker 1: David Weiss now has been protected in a way that
- 15:36Speaker 1: is truly incredible. He's not gonna have to go before Congress.
- 15:40Speaker 1: He's not gonna have to answer questions. Now. Congress was
- 15:43Speaker 1: going to bring him up and ask him questions, not anymore.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Don't have to do it because he's a special counsel.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Now he doesn't have to go before Congress anymore. He
- 15:53Speaker 1: just won the lottery and that by default protects the
- 15:57Speaker 1: Joe Biden presidency. This this isn't an investigation. This is
- 16:02Speaker 1: a cover up. And this is how far they're having
- 16:05Speaker 1: to go to cover up the crimes that were committed.
- 16:10Speaker 1: By the way, we've talked about this before, but Senate Democrats, right,
- 16:16Speaker 1: they're the ones that.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Gave you David Weiss.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Okay, David Weiss wouldn't be a special prosecutor, he wouldn't
- 16:24Speaker 1: be at the as the attorney for the state if
- 16:30Speaker 1: it wasn't for the fact that he was appointed. He
- 16:32Speaker 1: was chosen by the two hardcore Democrats from his state.
- 16:36Speaker 1: That's something else you'd say. They go, oh, well, he
- 16:38Speaker 1: was a Trump appointee. Donald Trump got a name from
- 16:41Speaker 1: two Democrats in a liberal state and they said that
- 16:43Speaker 1: we want in Delaware, David Weiss. And he said, Okay,
- 16:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump didn't pick this guy. Democrats did. And this
- 16:50Speaker 1: idea that Democrats picked him is also just straight up absurd.
- 16:54Speaker 1: It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. And they
- 16:58Speaker 1: keep saying this over and over and over and over
- 17:01Speaker 1: and over again. And the big claim from the left
- 17:05Speaker 1: is that there's you know, there's no check with you know,
- 17:08Speaker 1: corruption written in the memo line to provide proof of
- 17:11Speaker 1: Joe Biden's involvement, right, and to prove the presence of corruption,
- 17:14Speaker 1: So therefore there's nothing there, right, Well, I mean, I'm sorry,
- 17:18Speaker 1: there is something there. That's part of the reason why
- 17:20Speaker 1: they're at the point where they have to even appoint
- 17:22Speaker 1: David Weiss because they realize that the sweetheart deal that
- 17:25Speaker 1: he wrote.
- 17:26Speaker 3: Got blown up.
- 17:27Speaker 1: And now what better person to have, quote investigating the
- 17:33Speaker 1: president or the president's family or the president's son. What
- 17:38Speaker 1: better person to investigate from the guy that was willing
- 17:40Speaker 1: to give him the sweetheart deal in the first place.
- 17:43Speaker 1: That's the best that's the smartest move ever. Hey, we
- 17:46Speaker 1: found corruption and the guy that was part of the
- 17:48Speaker 1: corruption is now going to investigate the corruption. Sounds like
- 17:51Speaker 1: a third world country, doesn't It sounds like a really, really,
- 17:56Speaker 1: really interesting third world country scenario here. So you go, yeah,
- 18:00Speaker 1: not too shabby, right, like a pretty good deal. Kind
- 18:03Speaker 1: of dig it, this is pretty awesome. We're getting everything
- 18:08Speaker 1: we want here. We're getting political protection, we're getting legal protection,
- 18:13Speaker 1: we're getting the DOJ protection. This is a great scenario
- 18:18Speaker 1: for us. And yet the media is like, oh, wow,
- 18:22Speaker 1: this is a big deal. This is something you really
- 18:25Speaker 1: got to look at, You really got to think about.
- 18:27Speaker 3: This is this could be.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Very damning, right, This could be very damning for the
- 18:33Speaker 1: president of the United States of America. He could be
- 18:35Speaker 1: in some serious trouble here. He's not in any serious
- 18:37Speaker 1: trouble here because he's got the people they're supposed to
- 18:40Speaker 1: be investigating, they're actually protecting him. I promise you, when
- 18:43Speaker 1: this special counsel was appointed by the Attorney General Merritt Garland,
- 18:47Speaker 1: the President slept even more than the fifteen or twenty
- 18:51Speaker 1: hours he sleeps a day. Remember he only has a
- 18:53Speaker 1: four hour schedule. But I bet you maybe even even
- 18:57Speaker 1: he was pretty excited over this, right, this is pretty good.
- 19:03Speaker 1: This is also another part of the problem. We won't
- 19:06Speaker 1: get answers now before the election. I think that's part
- 19:09Speaker 1: of what we're going to see. And remember all this
- 19:11Speaker 1: will be covered up this week because I have no
- 19:14Speaker 1: doubt this week that in Georgia they're gonna indict Donald
- 19:16Speaker 1: Trump again. They're going to indict him there, and they're
- 19:20Speaker 1: gonna say, here's the news story you got to look at.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Judge Janine Over at Fox said this about this hunter
- 19:26Speaker 1: Biden prosecutor David Weiss being named special counsel.
- 19:29Speaker 7: Listen, David Weiss has to be appointed special counsel because
- 19:33Speaker 7: he reached the stage at which he should continue his
- 19:35Speaker 7: work as special counsel. Wait a minute, he reached the
- 19:38Speaker 7: stage where he ended the investigation and gave the guy
- 19:41Speaker 7: immunity for the rest of his life. Now all of
- 19:43Speaker 7: a sudden he wants we want to investigate more. This
- 19:47Speaker 7: is their effort to cover everything up. David Weiss's compromise.
- 19:51Speaker 7: Merrick Garland is compromised. David Weiss said to his staff
- 19:55Speaker 7: and said, in October of twenty twenty two, I can't
- 19:58Speaker 7: go any further. I don't have the ability to ask questions.
- 20:01Speaker 7: That was written down seven people in the room irs FBI.
- 20:05Speaker 7: Then in JUNI he tells Jim Jordan, Hey, you know
- 20:08Speaker 7: I had all the power I needed, And now all
- 20:11Speaker 7: of a sudden they say we're going to make him
- 20:12Speaker 7: special counsel. Number One, he shouldn't be special counsel because
- 20:16Speaker 7: he's still working for the Department of Justice. He has
- 20:18Speaker 7: no independence from Merrick Garland. Number two, the Statute of
- 20:22Speaker 7: Limitations has already passed on the most serious crimes where
- 20:26Speaker 7: he could get some serious jail time. Number Three. Now
- 20:29Speaker 7: David Weiss can come in and say, I've investigated Joe
- 20:33Speaker 7: Biden as special counsel and there's nothing there there And
- 20:37Speaker 7: in the end I think that what you've got is
- 20:40Speaker 7: the the Bidens are covering up and the Republicans are
- 20:44Speaker 7: now in a position where they can't even call David
- 20:47Speaker 7: Weiss and ask him to testify, just like they did
- 20:51Speaker 7: when they said the investigation was continued.
- 20:53Speaker 3: So was that? So to be clear, she's saying exactly
- 20:56Speaker 3: what I said.
- 20:57Speaker 1: You can't even now bring David Weis to answer questions
- 21:01Speaker 1: because of what they just did. I want you to
- 21:04Speaker 1: hear what Senator Ted Cruz had to say about this
- 21:08Speaker 1: David Weiss's appointment. What he had to say was very important,
- 21:14Speaker 1: and it was important because he's exposing David Weiss.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Listen, also the author of a new book on Woke,
- 21:21Speaker 2: How to Defeat Cultural Marxism in America. It is available
- 21:24Speaker 2: this November and a pre order is possible now. Senator
- 21:28Speaker 2: thanks very much for joining us this morning.
- 21:32Speaker 8: Good morning, Maria, good to be with you.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Your reaction to David Weiss being named as special counsel here, well.
- 21:39Speaker 8: This appointment is camouflage and its cover up. I think
- 21:44Speaker 8: it's disgraceful. Listen, David Weiss was the US attorney handpicked
- 21:49Speaker 8: to lead this investigation who spent the last five years
- 21:53Speaker 8: covering it up. David Weiss, who was personally selected by
- 21:57Speaker 8: the two Democrat senators from Delaware, Tom Carr and Chris Coons.
- 22:01Speaker 8: For five years, the investigation has gone nowhere other than
- 22:05Speaker 8: to protect Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. Not only that,
- 22:09Speaker 8: David Weiss is the one that is subject to two
- 22:12Speaker 8: whistleblower complaints from senior career IRS officials who came forward.
- 22:17Speaker 8: They said they'd never seen an investigation like this in
- 22:20Speaker 8: their entire time in law enforcement. They said that the
- 22:22Speaker 8: Department of Justice lawyers working for David Weiss protected the
- 22:27Speaker 8: Biden family, that they gave heads up to Hunter Biden
- 22:31Speaker 8: before search warrants were executed, presumably so that he could
- 22:34Speaker 8: hide incriminating evidence. That they refused to allow them to
- 22:39Speaker 8: ask any questions at all about the big guy, about
- 22:42Speaker 8: Joe Biden that they were focused on. You cannot inquire
- 22:47Speaker 8: into President Joe Biden's personal corruption. And the result of
- 22:52Speaker 8: all of that is that David Weiss either was an
- 22:58Speaker 8: active participant in covering up this criminality and protecting Joe
- 23:03Speaker 8: Biden in engaging in obstruction of justice. That's option one
- 23:09Speaker 8: or option two. He wasn't the driver, he was just complicit.
- 23:13Speaker 8: He was so weak that he couldn't stop the partisans
- 23:16Speaker 8: in Main Justice from turning it into a political effort
- 23:19Speaker 8: to protect Joe Biden. Either case, he is a wildly
- 23:24Speaker 8: inappropriate person to be a special counsel. We should have
- 23:27Speaker 8: a special counsel. But number one, we should have a
- 23:30Speaker 8: special counsel to investigate Merrick Garland for whether he lied
- 23:35Speaker 8: under oath to Congress in response to questioning from me.
- 23:38Speaker 8: Number one, and whether he committed obstruction of justice. Those
- 23:42Speaker 8: are both the allegations that came from the whistleblowers. And
- 23:45Speaker 8: number two, we need a whistle blower not to go
- 23:48Speaker 8: back and bury what Hunter Biden did, which is what
- 23:51Speaker 8: David Wise has been doing for five years. We need
- 23:54Speaker 8: a special counsel to investigate Joe Biden and the twenty
- 23:58Speaker 8: million dollars that his family received while he was vice president.
- 24:03Speaker 8: The allegation now is for official favors that he was selling.
- 24:07Speaker 8: That is bribery. It's not a little gun charge on Hunter.
- 24:11Speaker 8: It is bribery of the President of the United States.
- 24:13Speaker 8: Is what these allegations are. And this special council he
- 24:17Speaker 8: ain't going to do anything to get to the bottom
- 24:19Speaker 8: of that.
- 24:20Speaker 1: So the question now becomes do we go after the
- 24:24Speaker 1: president with impeachment? That is the question Republicans have to decide.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Senator Ted Kruz, also talking about impeachment, said.
- 24:33Speaker 2: This, do you think this special Council and this power
- 24:37Speaker 2: play out of the DOJ warrants that impeachment inquiry sooner
- 24:42Speaker 2: rather than later? Do you support an impeachment inquiry?
- 24:47Speaker 3: Absolutely?
- 24:47Speaker 8: Yes. I have publicly called for three impeachment inquiries to
- 24:51Speaker 8: precede in the House. Number one, I believe the House
- 24:54Speaker 8: should impeach Alejandro Majorcis, the Secretary of Homeland Security, for
- 24:58Speaker 8: opening up our borders and creating the greatest humanitarian history
- 25:02Speaker 8: disaster in our history. Number two, I believe the House
- 25:05Speaker 8: should impeach Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, for being brazenly lawless,
- 25:11Speaker 8: for committing perjury and obstruction of justice. And number three,
- 25:16Speaker 8: I believe the House should open an inquiry into impeaching
- 25:19Speaker 8: Joe Biden. Now, to impeach Joe Biden, what needs to
- 25:22Speaker 8: be demonstrated is bribery. Under the text of the Constitution,
- 25:26Speaker 8: a president can be impeached for treason, bribery, or other
- 25:31Speaker 8: high crimes and misdemeanors. Bribery is explicitly enumerated. Now, what
- 25:35Speaker 8: does it take to have bribery? Bribery is The essence
- 25:38Speaker 8: of bribery is a quid pro quo. Now you'll remember
- 25:41Speaker 8: during the first trumppeachment, we heard that over and over
- 25:44Speaker 8: and over again. Quid pro quo. That is a Latin
- 25:47Speaker 8: phrase that means this. For that, it means compensation, usually
- 25:52Speaker 8: money in exchange for an official favor of a government officeholder. Now,
- 25:57Speaker 8: with respect to this quit pro quo, we know the
- 26:01Speaker 8: quote happened. Joe Biden on television, in an interview, bragged
- 26:06Speaker 8: that he held hostage over a billion dollars in US
- 26:11Speaker 8: loan guarantees to Ukraine and force them to fire the
- 26:15Speaker 8: prosecutor that was investigating the oligarch that was paying his
- 26:19Speaker 8: son a million bucks a year and allegedly had paid
- 26:22Speaker 8: him and his son ten million dollars all together. And
- 26:25Speaker 8: Joe Biden says, son of a bitch, the prosecutor got fired.
- 26:28Speaker 8: He's admitted the quote. The only question for bribery is
- 26:32Speaker 8: the quid did that oligark pay Joe and Hunter ten
- 26:37Speaker 8: million dollars five million to Joe five million a Hunter.
- 26:39Speaker 8: If yes, that's bribery, and Biden should be impeached, he
- 26:44Speaker 8: should be removed from office, he should be prosecuted, and
- 26:47Speaker 8: he should go.
- 26:47Speaker 3: To jail, and he should go to jail.
- 26:51Speaker 1: That's the point that all the Republicans need to hurry
- 26:54Speaker 1: up and get to is exactly that.
- 26:58Speaker 3: The jail part is the part that should be brought up.
- 27:01Speaker 1: The jail part is the part that is extremely important
- 27:04Speaker 1: that should be mentioned. The jail part is the part
- 27:08Speaker 1: that everyone should be talking about.
- 27:11Speaker 3: It's the jail part.
- 27:14Speaker 1: You should have a president that is held accountable for
- 27:16Speaker 1: the corruption and being and being completely compromised with twenty
- 27:22Speaker 1: thirty forty million dollars of bribes that we know about,
- 27:28Speaker 1: that we know about.
- 27:30Speaker 3: This is what again that we know about. And yet
- 27:35Speaker 3: you have.
- 27:36Speaker 1: This conversation now that's taking place in this country, people like, oh.
- 27:41Speaker 3: Oh, well we got a special prosecutor. It's fine.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Oh, it's no big deal. Rights, it's no big deal.
- 27:49Speaker 1: We've got a special prosecutor. He's going to get to
- 27:52Speaker 1: the bottom of this. No he's not. But if you
- 27:55Speaker 1: don't know what's actually going on, if you don't understand it,
- 28:00Speaker 1: if you don't have a perspective on this right the
- 28:05Speaker 1: way that you and you don't understand everything that's gone on,
- 28:08Speaker 1: all the facts here, you're gonna go along with this
- 28:11Speaker 1: you're gonna make oh yeah, it makes sense.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Okay, sure sounds good.
- 28:15Speaker 1: You're gonna be like, yeah, no problems here, and you're
- 28:18Speaker 1: gonna go, oh, well, this is above my pay grade.
- 28:20Speaker 1: They got a special prosecute right here. That's a big deal.
- 28:23Speaker 1: You're not gonna realize everything that we just talked about here.
- 28:26Speaker 1: You're gonna have absolutely no idea what just happened here,
- 28:30Speaker 1: no idea whatsoever. And this is why we need to
- 28:34Speaker 1: go for impeachment, plain and simple. Impeachment has to happen now.
- 28:40Speaker 1: That's the only way we're gonna be able to keep
- 28:42Speaker 1: moving forward. Please share this podcast with your family and friends.
