Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is verdict for Ted Cruz. Week in Review.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Ben Ferguson with you, and these are the major stories
- 0:07Speaker 2: that we talked about this week that you may have missed.
- 0:10Speaker 2: First up, the White House takes their hand off of Israel,
- 0:14Speaker 2: actually threatening Israel that if they go into Rafa, you
- 0:17Speaker 2: can kiss your support and military aid goodbye. Will this
- 0:21Speaker 2: backfire on the administration and what does this mean for
- 0:24Speaker 2: the terrorists in the region. We'll get into that in
- 0:27Speaker 2: just a moment. Also, is there anything that Congress will
- 0:31Speaker 2: do after we found out that the anti Israel protesters
- 0:35Speaker 2: on college campuses are being funded by some of the
- 0:39Speaker 2: biggest adversaries the United States of America in the world.
- 0:43Speaker 2: And finally, Hunter Biden, sugar Daddy cuts him off after
- 0:47Speaker 2: letting him borrow more than six million dollars. Don't worry
- 0:50Speaker 2: another money has to be paid back apparently until after
- 0:53Speaker 2: election day. So why did he cut him off just
- 0:55Speaker 2: weeks before he's going to trial. We'll explain the backstory
- 0:59Speaker 2: of what that may mean for the present's re election campaign.
- 1:03Speaker 2: It's the Week in Review and it starts right now.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Centaer.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I also want to ask you about a second part
- 1:12Speaker 2: of what we've learned, and this actually came out in
- 1:15Speaker 2: the Washington Post. The US apparently offers Israel Israel intelligence
- 1:22Speaker 2: and supplies an effort to avoid the RAFA invasion. Now
- 1:28Speaker 2: this is I think maybe a quid pro quo. Is
- 1:32Speaker 2: that how you would describe it?
- 1:34Speaker 3: Well, I would say it's even worse than that. So
- 1:37Speaker 3: this is an article that came out in the Washington Post.
- 1:39Speaker 3: So that was published a lot of places, and it
- 1:42Speaker 3: was on May eleventh. The title of the article is
- 1:45Speaker 3: what you just said, US sites intelligence, offers Israel supplies
- 1:48Speaker 3: to limit RAFA operation. Let me read to the first
- 1:51Speaker 3: couple of paragraphs, because it really is stunning news when
- 1:54Speaker 3: you understand quote, the Biden administration, working urgently to stave
- 1:59Speaker 3: off full scale Israeli invasion of Rapha, is offering Israel
- 2:04Speaker 3: valuable assistance in an effort to persuade it to hold back,
- 2:07Speaker 3: including sensitive intelligence to help the Israeli military pinpoint the
- 2:11Speaker 3: location of Hamas leaders and find the group's hidden tunnels,
- 2:17Speaker 3: according to four people familiar with the US offers, Now
- 2:23Speaker 3: I want you to pause and understand what that means.
- 2:26Speaker 3: It means the Biden administration is saying that right now
- 2:31Speaker 3: they know where senior Hamas leaders are, and right now
- 2:37Speaker 3: they are not telling Israel where the senior Hamas leaders are.
- 2:42Speaker 3: That also means that Biden is saying, right now, the
- 2:45Speaker 3: administration knows where Hamas's hidden tunnels are, and right now
- 2:50Speaker 3: they are not telling Israel where the hidden tunnels are.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Now I mentioned before that there is a pro Hamas
- 2:57Speaker 3: wing of the administration. What in the hell Hamas murder
- 3:01Speaker 3: twelve hundred israelis it is US policy that Hamasa terrorists,
- 3:07Speaker 3: by the way, they murdered over thirty Americans, and what
- 3:10Speaker 3: this White House knows where the senior leaders are. And
- 3:13Speaker 3: it is like, Nope, nope, we're not going to tell you.
- 3:14Speaker 3: We're not going to tell you, Like how the hell
- 3:18Speaker 3: is that possible? And now they're saying, well, if you
- 3:22Speaker 3: don't invade Rafa and go after Hamas, we'll tell you
- 3:26Speaker 3: where the leadership is. That is truly stunning.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Isn't that the same thing that they were implying by
- 3:33Speaker 2: the way that Donald Trump they accused him and impeach
- 3:38Speaker 2: him like the quid pro quo with Ukraine. Remember, I'll
- 3:41Speaker 2: go after the Bidens, even though that's not actually what
- 3:43Speaker 2: it was. It was the real quid pro quo back
- 3:45Speaker 2: then was Joe Biden withholding a billion dollars from Ukraine
- 3:51Speaker 2: until they fired the prosecutor that was going after the
- 3:54Speaker 2: company where his son was getting paid and he was
- 3:56Speaker 2: getting the other kick to look.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Look, Ben, I don't care. I don't care about the
- 4:00Speaker 3: quid pro quo. I don't care even about the analogies
- 4:05Speaker 3: to the Trump impeachment. Everyone knew at the time that
- 4:07Speaker 3: was a partisan exercise by Democrats because they hated Trump.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Had nothing to do with Ukraine, had nothing to do
- 4:13Speaker 3: with quid pro quo. It just had to do with
- 4:15Speaker 3: Orange Man bat. It had to do with Trump derangement syndrome.
- 4:19Speaker 3: We will weaponize impeachment to go after Trump. By the way,
- 4:21Speaker 3: it's the same thing that has led one, two, three
- 4:24Speaker 3: four Democrat prosecutions of Trump in the past year. It's
- 4:30Speaker 3: what led to the ridiculous circus playing out in the
- 4:34Speaker 3: New York trial court, just like the last ridiculous circus
- 4:37Speaker 3: that played out in a different New York trial court,
- 4:39Speaker 3: the one the civil trial that resulted a half billion
- 4:43Speaker 3: dollar judgment against Trump, the current one where Democrats are
- 4:47Speaker 3: are living their fantasy. This is fantasy poured and by
- 4:56Speaker 3: the way, I don't mean in terms of actual a
- 4:59Speaker 3: porn star discussing salacious details. That's actually the least pornographic
- 5:03Speaker 3: thing for leftists. They're just loving seeing Trump dragged through
- 5:08Speaker 3: the mud because they hate his guts. And so I
- 5:12Speaker 3: am less concerned about the quid pro quot stuff than
- 5:17Speaker 3: I am about the simple reality. Given a choice between
- 5:22Speaker 3: Israel and Hamas, Joe Biden and today's Democrats, over and
- 5:27Speaker 3: over and over again choose Hamas. That is astonishing, It
- 5:33Speaker 3: is idiotic, It is unprecedented, it is dangerous, it is indefensible,
- 5:38Speaker 3: and there are no Democrats defending it. Every Democrat ought
- 5:42Speaker 3: to be asked, why, given the choice between Israel and Hamas,
- 5:45Speaker 3: do you choose to give money and weapons to Hamas
- 5:48Speaker 3: and blockade weapons to Israel.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Well, let's go back quickly to you guys getting notified
- 5:54Speaker 2: about the President deciding to change this and to basically
- 5:58Speaker 2: go around the sanctions. So, if I've got the list correct,
- 6:02Speaker 2: there's these newests. Hey, we're going to allow for these
- 6:06Speaker 2: weapons to be sold to places that are basically hate Israel.
- 6:10Speaker 2: We have a ran that we have a little sanctions
- 6:13Speaker 2: on a ran right now that we're not imposing and
- 6:17Speaker 2: we have a president. This is coming also from the
- 6:20Speaker 2: New York Times Peter Baker that Biden privately threatened to
- 6:24Speaker 2: rethink his support for the war in a private call
- 6:27Speaker 2: with now Who back in February. That would be two
- 6:31Speaker 2: months before doing so publicly. So lying to the American
- 6:34Speaker 2: people are misleading them. The White House didn't put it
- 6:37Speaker 2: into the readout of the call because they purposely were
- 6:40Speaker 2: trying to I would argue, cover up or avoid quote
- 6:43Speaker 2: a public blow up, and the New York Times has
- 6:46Speaker 2: got this.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Now.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Now, look, that's exactly right. This administration from the beginning,
- 6:53Speaker 3: from January twentieth, twenty twenty one, they have been systematically
- 6:57Speaker 3: undermining Israel. And by the way, some Democrats will say, well,
- 7:02Speaker 3: it's not in Yahoo they hate. Look there's a unity
- 7:04Speaker 3: government Israel. The entire war Cabinet supports going into Rafa.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Rafa is where the Hamas terrorists are, and Israel is
- 7:12Speaker 3: committed We're going to destroy Hamas. The Biden administration of
- 7:16Speaker 3: the Democrats have decided they're going to use the full
- 7:18Speaker 3: force of the American government to try to protect Tamas
- 7:22Speaker 3: from Israel.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Senator, final question I have for you is this, if
- 7:28Speaker 2: you are Israel right now, in essence, you're being blackmailed
- 7:31Speaker 2: to not protect yourself. You have a country that's supposed
- 7:37Speaker 2: to be your ally that they're heavily dependent on for
- 7:40Speaker 2: military aid and equipment, and the president saying I'm not
- 7:44Speaker 2: giving it to you if you don't do what I
- 7:45Speaker 2: tell you to do. And you see this, and then
- 7:49Speaker 2: you look at our withdrawal from Afghanistan, and then you
- 7:52Speaker 2: look at what's happening in Russia and Ukraine. If you're
- 7:55Speaker 2: an ally of America right now, do you feel like
- 7:58Speaker 2: they're actually a genuine ally Because in the past, if
- 8:02Speaker 2: you were an ally of America meant big brother America
- 8:05Speaker 2: is going to protect and defend you, and you don't
- 8:07Speaker 2: screw with the little brother because they're an ally of
- 8:10Speaker 2: America and if you do, there will be major consequences
- 8:13Speaker 2: that seems to be completely gone now in the world.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Yeah. Look, I think every ally of America is questioning
- 8:20Speaker 3: how valuable is that with with Joe Biden as president,
- 8:23Speaker 3: being an ally of America, you can't count on this administration.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Let's take for example, a country like Saudi Arabia. Listen,
- 8:30Speaker 3: I think if if Donald Trump had served a second term,
- 8:34Speaker 3: Saudi Arabia would have joined the Abraham Accords. They were
- 8:36Speaker 3: very close to they were ready to do so, and
- 8:40Speaker 3: Biden came in and he immediately began undermining our allies,
- 8:43Speaker 3: including Saudi Arabia, and Saudi Arabia still has not joined
- 8:46Speaker 3: the Abraham Accords. And I think explain the Abraham Accords
- 8:50Speaker 3: here that are it may not understand exactly what that means.
- 8:52Speaker 3: So the Abraham Accords were historic peace deals that Donald
- 8:57Speaker 3: Trump and his administration negotiated, and they were peace. They
- 9:00Speaker 3: were peace accords between Israel and several Arab countries, between
- 9:05Speaker 3: the United Arab Emirates, between Bahrain and Israel. And I
- 9:11Speaker 3: was there on the south lawn of the White House
- 9:12Speaker 3: when they were signed into law, and it was you
- 9:16Speaker 3: had to go back forty years for the last time
- 9:19Speaker 3: something like this had happened, had been either with Jordan
- 9:21Speaker 3: or with Egypt. And it had been forty years since
- 9:24Speaker 3: we'd seen peace between the Arabs and the Israelis, and
- 9:27Speaker 3: we were seeing multiple Arab countries signing normalization accords. They
- 9:32Speaker 3: were called the Abraham Accords with Israel. Now, I will
- 9:35Speaker 3: say it was very sad when the Abraham Accords were signed.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Do you know how many Democrat senators showed up with signing.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I'm going to guess between zero and five zero. There
- 9:45Speaker 1: you go.
- 9:46Speaker 3: By the way, when we opened our embassy in Jerusalem
- 9:50Speaker 3: in Israel, I was there, flew to Israel, I was
- 9:53Speaker 3: there at Jerusalem The day we opened the embassy happened
- 9:56Speaker 3: to be the seventieth anniversary of the creation of the
- 9:58Speaker 3: modern state of Israel. How many Democrats were there, either
- 10:02Speaker 3: senators or House members the day we opened our embassy
- 10:04Speaker 3: in Jerusalem.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I'm going to go with zero zero, not a one.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Now, Joe Lieberman was there, so you could say he
- 10:11Speaker 3: was a former Democrat senator. But to be clear, the
- 10:13Speaker 3: Democrats drove him out of the party and then last
- 10:15Speaker 3: time he was reelected, he was reelected as an independent
- 10:18Speaker 3: because they'd beaten him in the Democrat primary. So he
- 10:21Speaker 3: had been a Democrat, but he didn't lose his mind
- 10:23Speaker 3: and decide that he hated Israel. And so that was
- 10:26Speaker 3: the closest we have. And by the way, the defense
- 10:30Speaker 3: that some Democrats gave as to why they didn't go
- 10:34Speaker 3: to the opening of the embassy in Jerusalem, which by
- 10:37Speaker 3: the way, many many Democrats senators had claimed they supported
- 10:41Speaker 3: for years the defense they gave as well. Trump didn't
- 10:45Speaker 3: invite us. You know what, Trump didn't invite me either
- 10:48Speaker 3: when they opened. When they were opening the embassy, I said,
- 10:52Speaker 3: I'm going. And by the way, let me tell you
- 10:54Speaker 3: how it works as a senator. If you want to
- 10:56Speaker 3: go somewhere, you go. You don't have to be invited
- 10:58Speaker 3: by the White House. They don't just where you travel.
- 11:01Speaker 3: As a senator. I decided this is an historic moment.
- 11:04Speaker 3: I will be there, and I flew down there. Mike
- 11:07Speaker 3: Lee flew down there with me. Lindsey Graham was down there,
- 11:10Speaker 3: Dean Heller was there, there were several Republican senators. I
- 11:14Speaker 3: propose to Mike Katie, you want to go to Israel
- 11:15Speaker 3: for the opening? The embassy said absolutely, let's go, and
- 11:18Speaker 3: we flew down. The reason no Democrats were there is
- 11:21Speaker 3: they didn't want to be there. They didn't want to
- 11:23Speaker 3: be at the signing of the Abraham Accords. And the
- 11:26Speaker 3: point is the value of being an ally to America
- 11:31Speaker 3: when Joe Biden and the feckless Democrats are in charge
- 11:36Speaker 3: is much much less than it used to be. And
- 11:39Speaker 3: that's tragic. It should be really valuable to be a
- 11:43Speaker 3: friend and ally of America and listen, if you're the
- 11:47Speaker 3: government of Taiwan right now, you got to be looking around, going, boy,
- 11:50Speaker 3: I'm feeling really lonely. And those are some big Chinese
- 11:53Speaker 3: missiles and big, big Chinese amphibious vehicles that are looming
- 11:59Speaker 3: on the horizon.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 12:02Speaker 2: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
- 12:05Speaker 2: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two.
- 12:09Speaker 1: So is there.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Anything that Congress can do? I mean you're hearing this,
- 12:14Speaker 2: everyone's hearing this now you mentioned it earlier. Can you
- 12:18Speaker 2: ask the FBI director? Can you call on them to
- 12:22Speaker 2: take action here and to look into this? Or is
- 12:25Speaker 2: this just a Hey, they're on our side as the
- 12:28Speaker 2: Democratic Party, the Socialists and the Marxist and the communists
- 12:32Speaker 2: within the Democratic Party, we don't care because we want
- 12:36Speaker 2: their influence and we want their money.
- 12:38Speaker 3: So yes, I've called on the Biden administration to do this.
- 12:41Speaker 3: I've called on the IRS, I've called on the FBI.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Many of these organizations that are pushing these protests or
- 12:48Speaker 3: five to one C three's which is supposed to be
- 12:50Speaker 3: tax exempt. They're supposed to be not engaging in political activity,
- 12:53Speaker 3: So I've called on the IRS to investigate that already.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Look in a sane world, the FBI would be the
- 12:59Speaker 3: big examining this closely. We watched during the Trump presidency
- 13:03Speaker 3: the whole Russia Russia Russia nonsense, which was totally made up.
- 13:06Speaker 3: It was based on Hillary Clinton campaign OPO research, but
- 13:11Speaker 3: it became the obsession number one of the deep state
- 13:15Speaker 3: and number two now of the Biden administration. And yet
- 13:18Speaker 3: I have no indication that the Department of Justice is
- 13:22Speaker 3: doing anything to examine this. I have no indication that
- 13:25Speaker 3: the FBI and by the way, the fbio to announce
- 13:27Speaker 3: they are investigating this. If they were doing it, they
- 13:30Speaker 3: shouldn't keep it a secret. They should make absolutely clear
- 13:34Speaker 3: that what is happening on these campuses is deeply concerning,
- 13:37Speaker 3: and they're going to get to the bottom of who's
- 13:38Speaker 3: funding it. But they're not doing that, and I don't
- 13:41Speaker 3: believe they will because many of the funders, in addition
- 13:45Speaker 3: to being the Chinese communists and the Cuban communists, many
- 13:48Speaker 3: of the funders are also the top funders for the
- 13:50Speaker 3: Democrat Party. And this Department of Justice operates as an
- 13:55Speaker 3: adjunct to the White House. It is a Democrat Enforcement Bureau,
- 13:59Speaker 3: which means I don't think they're going to go after
- 14:01Speaker 3: the top funders of the Democrat Party because you know
- 14:03Speaker 3: what their objective is to re elect Joe Biden and
- 14:06Speaker 3: so stopping foreign communist governments from fomenting dissent, protecting Jewish
- 14:12Speaker 3: students on campus, preventing our universities from being ripped apart,
- 14:16Speaker 3: preventing airports from being shut down, preventing freeways from being
- 14:21Speaker 3: shut down. Remember, these are the same people who during
- 14:23Speaker 3: the quote Summer of Love, the deep state didn't want
- 14:26Speaker 3: to do anything, and so I don't believe the Biden
- 14:29Speaker 3: administration is going to do a damn thing.
- 14:32Speaker 1: You mentioned something that we talked about.
- 14:34Speaker 2: It jogging my memory from maybe in two or three
- 14:36Speaker 2: episodes ago where we were talking about it was very
- 14:40Speaker 2: clear that the same people in this country that are
- 14:44Speaker 2: funding Joe Biden's reelect for president are the exact same
- 14:47Speaker 2: people that are funding the campus rioters. And so you
- 14:52Speaker 2: combine that right with now the foreign money.
- 14:56Speaker 1: This is a hell of a.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Lot of influence center over the United States of America
- 15:00Speaker 2: and young people, and it's is it being orchestrated by
- 15:04Speaker 2: the foreigners or is this being orchestrated by the Biden
- 15:07Speaker 2: administration in essence.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Yes, Look, understand, this is not organic, This is not
- 15:13Speaker 3: occurring spontaneously. This is highly organized. There's a reason why
- 15:18Speaker 3: all of these activists have the same damn tents because
- 15:22Speaker 3: the groups that are pushing this sent out links to
- 15:24Speaker 3: the same Amazon link to buy the tents, and they
- 15:28Speaker 3: are being funded. They're being funded, number one, by radical leftists.
- 15:31Speaker 3: They're being funded by anarchists. They're being funded by communists.
- 15:35Speaker 3: And I don't use communists as a pejorative, as just
- 15:37Speaker 3: an insult. I mean people who embrace communism. And as
- 15:41Speaker 3: we're laying out here, it's not just American communists, of
- 15:45Speaker 3: which there are sadly far too many. It is Chinese communists,
- 15:49Speaker 3: the Chinese Communist Party, it is Cuban communists, and they
- 15:52Speaker 3: see this as a vulnerability in America, a way to
- 15:57Speaker 3: tear us apart. Look you look at a place we were
- 16:01Speaker 3: talking about elite institutions. You look at a place like
- 16:03Speaker 3: Duke University, Ben, how the hell is Jerry Seinfeld now
- 16:09Speaker 3: too controversial of a speaker for campus leftists. We saw
- 16:12Speaker 3: a Duke's commencement, oh about fifty anti Semitic leftist storm out.
- 16:19Speaker 3: And by the way, Seinfeld was not giving a speech
- 16:21Speaker 3: about Israel. He was not talking. He happens to support Israel.
- 16:25Speaker 3: They simply said, damn it, I will not listen to
- 16:27Speaker 3: a Jew. I am such a bigot. If you invited
- 16:31Speaker 3: Jew to speak to me, I will walk out ostentatiously.
- 16:34Speaker 3: You look at the recent graduation at Columbia where you
- 16:36Speaker 3: had these nitwits walking up and ripping their diploma in half,
- 16:40Speaker 3: and I mean they are angry, they are bigoted on
- 16:44Speaker 3: the left. Being a bigot. Hating Jews is accepted on
- 16:49Speaker 3: the left. Now. That is an acceptable bigotry.
- 16:52Speaker 1: And I don't understand why these universities.
- 16:54Speaker 2: And maybe it's just because I'm old school, and I
- 16:56Speaker 2: think you would agree with me. If back when I
- 17:01Speaker 2: was in school, if you ripped up your diploma when
- 17:03Speaker 2: you were walking across the stage, they probably would have
- 17:06Speaker 2: just taken away from me and said you didn't graduate.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Yeah, so it's an interesting question. Consequences, is what I'm saying.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Probably I will say I'm not sure you could do that.
- 17:18Speaker 3: You might actually have a breach of contract claim if
- 17:20Speaker 3: you have actually paid your tuition and pastor your classes.
- 17:23Speaker 3: I'm not sure, they could revoke your diploma at that point,
- 17:26Speaker 3: but you know what they could certainly print on your transcript.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Ben Ferguson is embarrassed to have graduated from ole Miss
- 17:35Speaker 3: and tore up his diploma. You should know that if
- 17:37Speaker 3: you're thinking of hiring it.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Final question for you on what we just exposed. What
- 17:44Speaker 2: is it that people need to do with this information?
- 17:47Speaker 2: And it is this just more of a Hey, if
- 17:50Speaker 2: you've got a kid or a grandkid that is looking
- 17:54Speaker 2: at where they're going to be going to college is
- 17:56Speaker 2: part of this, pay attention to what they're doing to
- 17:59Speaker 2: your kid's mind. And don't just assume that because your
- 18:02Speaker 2: kid gets into quote a prestigious university, that's the right
- 18:05Speaker 2: decision to send them there.
- 18:07Speaker 3: Look, that's a hard choice. And I will say parents,
- 18:10Speaker 3: particularly parents with high school and college aged kids, it's
- 18:13Speaker 3: a really hard choice. My view has long been that
- 18:18Speaker 3: a kid should go to the best school they can
- 18:20Speaker 3: get into. And it does open doors, it opens career doors,
- 18:23Speaker 3: it's beneficial. I will say, the more radicalized these places get,
- 18:27Speaker 3: the less convinced I am that make sense. I will
- 18:31Speaker 3: say I saw an article recently talking about how many
- 18:34Speaker 3: top high school graduates are now looking at schools in
- 18:38Speaker 3: the South by the way. You know, it's easy, and
- 18:42Speaker 3: we talked about this in a prior podcast. You know,
- 18:44Speaker 3: it's easy to say, Oh, all colleges are just crazy
- 18:48Speaker 3: and this is just a problem across the country. No,
- 18:50Speaker 3: that's not true. This is a problem in Blue states.
- 18:54Speaker 3: This is a problem at Columbia, at NYU, at Yale,
- 18:58Speaker 3: at Harvard. This is a problem at Princeton. This is
- 19:00Speaker 3: a problem at UCLA. This is a problem at UC Berkeley.
- 19:03Speaker 3: This is a problem at usc This is a problem
- 19:05Speaker 3: at the University of Washington. This is a problem in
- 19:08Speaker 3: blue states. Why is it a problem in blue states?
- 19:10Speaker 3: Because you have Democrats who will not stand up against it,
- 19:12Speaker 3: who will not protect you ash students, who will not
- 19:14Speaker 3: oppose anti Semitism, who will not lock up protesters, who
- 19:17Speaker 3: will not stop pro Hamas protesters, who will not stop
- 19:21Speaker 3: threats of violence. These are the same people that were
- 19:23Speaker 3: utterly powerless in the so called Summer of Love and
- 19:26Speaker 3: let anarchists take over portions of major cities in America.
- 19:29Speaker 3: These are the same people who allowed Black Lives Matter
- 19:32Speaker 3: and Antifa protesters to fire bomb police cars, to loose stores,
- 19:36Speaker 3: to commit crimes we're not seeing this in red states. Look,
- 19:42Speaker 3: you and I both live in Texas. At UT there
- 19:43Speaker 3: were protests. You know what they did. They sent in
- 19:46Speaker 3: the police, and if you committed threats of violence, you
- 19:48Speaker 3: got arrested, and miraculously you didn't have the garbage you
- 19:52Speaker 3: had at these other schools. You look at places, whether
- 19:56Speaker 3: University of North Carolina or other southern schools, they don't
- 19:58Speaker 3: have the problems Florida. Look, Florida and Texas. Listen, you
- 20:02Speaker 3: and I both have a lot of very close Jewish friends.
- 20:06Speaker 3: They're not living in fear in Texas. They're not living
- 20:09Speaker 3: in fear in in in Florida. But you know what,
- 20:11Speaker 3: they are living in fear in New York and New
- 20:13Speaker 3: Jersey and Connecticut, in California. And ideology has consequences. If
- 20:19Speaker 3: you have leftists who embrace cultural Marxism, who believe Jews
- 20:23Speaker 3: or oppressors, you know what, they're not going to oppress
- 20:26Speaker 3: Jewish students, and that is that is sadly where today's
- 20:31Speaker 3: radicalized Democrat party is.
- 20:34Speaker 2: As before, if you want to hear the rest of
- 20:35Speaker 2: this conversation on this topic, you can go back and
- 20:38Speaker 2: dow the podcast from earlier this week to hear the
- 20:41Speaker 2: entire thing. I want to get back to the big
- 20:45Speaker 2: story number three of the week.
- 20:46Speaker 1: You may have missed.
- 20:48Speaker 2: There's another report that has hit the same time that
- 20:52Speaker 2: Hunter Biden's sugar daddy, Kevin Morris, is quote tamped out
- 20:57Speaker 2: of cash after funding President Biden's son.
- 21:01Speaker 1: That would be the famous Hunter Biden.
- 21:04Speaker 2: He has been funding the president's son's legal battles now
- 21:08Speaker 2: for almost half a decade. His quote close friend Karen
- 21:13Speaker 2: Kevin Morris, who said, no, no, no, I'm not getting anything
- 21:16Speaker 2: out of this guy. I'm just a good guy. He's
- 21:19Speaker 2: said to have loaned Hunter Biden more than six million
- 21:23Speaker 2: dollars this as Hunter Biden is facing two criminal trials
- 21:27Speaker 2: starting in a few weeks, and now the sugar daddy's
- 21:30Speaker 2: saying I'm out after six grand. My question is the
- 21:34Speaker 2: timing of this. He's seen the same poll numbers you're seeing.
- 21:39Speaker 2: He's seeing the same momentum that you and I are
- 21:41Speaker 2: seeing day in and day out with Donald Trump. He's
- 21:44Speaker 2: seeing the same economic news it's coming out, and he's
- 21:47Speaker 2: seeing these trials come up, and it's is he cutting
- 21:50Speaker 2: basically a bad investment at this point saying okay, I'm
- 21:53Speaker 2: hedging my bets. Joe Biden's not going to be able
- 21:56Speaker 2: to do me favors for another four years. Why would
- 21:58Speaker 2: I keep spending my money?
- 22:01Speaker 3: Of course he is so. The headline in the Daily
- 22:04Speaker 3: Mail which broke this story is Hunter Biden's sugar brother,
- 22:08Speaker 3: Kevin Morris quote tapped out of cash after funding President's
- 22:14Speaker 3: sons legal battles for almost five years. Here's how it begins.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Hollywood lawyer and Hunter Biden's sugar brother, Kevin Morris is
- 22:21Speaker 3: said to be tapped out of cash after financially supporting
- 22:25Speaker 3: Hunters legal battles over the last four and a half
- 22:28Speaker 3: years to the tune of six million dollars. Let me
- 22:33Speaker 3: ask you, do you have any friends that are good
- 22:35Speaker 3: enough friends that you give them six million dollars?
- 22:37Speaker 1: No? And not only that.
- 22:38Speaker 2: I love how the money apparently is supposed to be
- 22:40Speaker 2: paid back after the election.
- 22:42Speaker 3: The Daily Mail continues. The withdrawal of financial support for
- 22:45Speaker 3: the President's son comes at the worst possible time for Hunter,
- 22:48Speaker 3: with two trials looming which could end up seeing him
- 22:51Speaker 3: serve jail time. I got to say, this is striking.
- 22:58Speaker 3: Nobody seemed to care. The US didn't seem to care
- 23:01Speaker 3: that there was this lawyer in California funding Joe Biden's
- 23:06Speaker 3: sons legal defense up until this stage. But the fact
- 23:09Speaker 3: that he is bailing out. I got to tell you
- 23:12Speaker 3: that there is the old phrase the rats are running
- 23:15Speaker 3: from the ship, that starts to suggest that's exactly what
- 23:19Speaker 3: happened here.
- 23:19Speaker 2: Yeah, quid pro quote, you got to have somebody that
- 23:22Speaker 2: can hook you up on the end of it. And
- 23:23Speaker 2: if Joe Biden's out of office, what's the point of
- 23:26Speaker 2: keeping your money flowing to this? To Hunter Biden, this
- 23:29Speaker 2: could be major could mean major complications also for Hunter
- 23:34Speaker 2: Biden's legal defense. Can that be used as a delayed tactic?
- 23:38Speaker 2: Is my question?
- 23:40Speaker 3: Oh, they'll try, but I don't think it will succeed.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Here's what the Daily Mail reported quote the Paramount. In
- 23:45Speaker 3: twenty nineteen, during Dad President's Biden's campaign for the White House,
- 23:50Speaker 3: they quickly developed a close friendship. Justice Hunter was trying
- 23:53Speaker 3: to get his life on track and stay sober. At
- 23:56Speaker 3: the time, Morris helped him get safe housing. He was
- 24:00Speaker 3: dubbed Hunter sugar brother. If you're agreed to loan the
- 24:03Speaker 3: first sun Or reported two point eight million dollars to
- 24:06Speaker 3: pay off his tax debts and joined his legal team
- 24:09Speaker 3: amidst criminal and congressional investigations. But now, after four and
- 24:14Speaker 3: a half years of shouldering the financial burden, having loaned
- 24:18Speaker 3: him more than six point five million dollars, Morris is
- 24:23Speaker 3: no longer willing to foot the bill.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Where does he get the money?
- 24:26Speaker 2: Now, I'm going to guess it's probably going to be
- 24:28Speaker 2: some some of his foreign businesses, or hey, maybe it's
- 24:30Speaker 2: some really nice artwork that will go for more than
- 24:32Speaker 2: a half a million dollars, because apparently getting a half
- 24:35Speaker 2: million dollars to do finger painting is pretty impressive. That's
- 24:38Speaker 2: just the going right now. If you're the president's son,
- 24:41Speaker 2: let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. If you have
- 24:43Speaker 2: a cell phone and you have a cell phone with
- 24:45Speaker 2: Big Mobile, you may not realize that you're actually supporting
- 24:49Speaker 2: planned parenthood. You may not realize you're supporting democratic causes
- 24:54Speaker 2: and candidates running at the local, state and national level. Well,
- 24:58Speaker 2: with Big Mobile, they get big donates to the left.
- 25:01Speaker 2: And once I found that out, I had to make
- 25:03Speaker 2: the switch. Now, the number one reason why people don't
- 25:07Speaker 2: switch cell phone providers is because in the past it's
- 25:10Speaker 2: been incredibly time consuming. Not anymore with technology in twenty
- 25:16Speaker 2: twenty four. In fact, switching to Patriot Mobile, you do
- 25:19Speaker 2: not have to go to a store. You can literally
- 25:22Speaker 2: do it over the phone. And when you switch to
- 25:26Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile, with every phone call you make, with every
- 25:29Speaker 2: text message you send, you're supporting conservative values and causes
- 25:35Speaker 2: because they take about five percent of your bill each
- 25:38Speaker 2: and every month and they give it back to conservative
- 25:41Speaker 2: organizations that support free speech, religious freedom, the sanctity of life,
- 25:47Speaker 2: the Second Amendment, and they support our military veterans, first responders,
- 25:53Speaker 2: and are wounded warrior heroes. So when you make a
- 25:57Speaker 2: call and you pay your bill, you're sustained up for
- 26:00Speaker 2: what you believe in. So don't wait too long. Make
- 26:04Speaker 2: the switch. You get the same exact service used to
- 26:07Speaker 2: right now because you're going to use the same towers
- 26:09Speaker 2: that you're using right now. You can keep your same
- 26:12Speaker 2: cell phone number, keep the same phone you have in
- 26:15Speaker 2: your hand right now, or.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Upgrade to a new one.
- 26:17Speaker 2: All you got to do is go to Patriotmobile dot
- 26:19Speaker 2: com slash verdict that's Patriotmobile dot com slash vertict or
- 26:23Speaker 2: call them nine to seven to two Patriot. That's nine
- 26:27Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot, and you're gonna get free activation
- 26:30Speaker 2: when you use the offer code verdict join me, make
- 26:34Speaker 2: the switch today and make a difference patriotmobile dot com
- 26:36Speaker 2: slash verdict or nine seven to two Patriot. Finally, Senator,
- 26:42Speaker 2: one other thing that has happened, and this is going
- 26:44Speaker 2: to continue to break and become a bigger story. But
- 26:48Speaker 2: we are now finding out that the White House is
- 26:52Speaker 2: refusing a Foyer request. It is a request that was
- 26:57Speaker 2: filed to find out about the naties of people on
- 27:01Speaker 2: the terror watch list that have been arrested by border
- 27:03Speaker 2: patrol in recent years. The CBP now says they will
- 27:07Speaker 2: not turn over the data, citing privacy and law enforcement
- 27:11Speaker 2: sensitivity exemptions, saying that yeah, deal with it. We're not
- 27:16Speaker 2: giving you the inte on how many people have come
- 27:18Speaker 2: across the southern border that are on the terrorists watch
- 27:21Speaker 2: list and what nations they're coming from.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Well, this is the third story we're covering today that
- 27:27Speaker 3: deals with Biden cover ups. That's the unifying theme behind
- 27:31Speaker 3: all these stories. In this instance, they're covering up the
- 27:36Speaker 3: likely terrorist and the criminal threats that are crossing into
- 27:39Speaker 3: this border illegally through Joe Biden, the Democrats' open borders
- 27:44Speaker 3: and let me read you a tweet from Bill Malugian.
- 27:47Speaker 3: Bill Lugan, as you know, is the heroic, the fantastic
- 27:50Speaker 3: reporter for Fox News, has done more reporting on the
- 27:54Speaker 3: border than I think any reporter in the whole country.
- 27:56Speaker 3: So here's what Bill Malujan tweeted, quote new Six plus
- 28:01Speaker 3: months ago, I filed a foyer requests with CBP seeking
- 28:05Speaker 3: the nationalities of people on the terror watch list arrested
- 28:08Speaker 3: by Border Patrol in recent years. CBP now says they
- 28:12Speaker 3: will not turn over that data, citing privacy and law
- 28:17Speaker 3: enforcement sensitivity exemptions, telling me, quote, the privacy interests of
- 28:21Speaker 3: the individuals in the records you have requested outweigh any
- 28:24Speaker 3: minimum public interest in disclosure of the information. Any private
- 28:29Speaker 3: interest you may have in the information does not factor
- 28:32Speaker 3: into the aforementioned balancing tests. Llujin continues, quote, I did
- 28:37Speaker 3: not ask for any names, IDs, addresses, anything that would
- 28:42Speaker 3: breach privacy, nor did I ask for any law enforcement
- 28:44Speaker 3: sensitive information. I simply requested only, and only, as bracketed
- 28:49Speaker 3: by asterisks on both sides, the nationalities of people arrested
- 28:54Speaker 3: on the list, so the public can have an understanding
- 28:57Speaker 3: of where in the world they are coming from. CBP
- 29:01Speaker 3: acknowledges in the opening paragraphs of their response letter to
- 29:04Speaker 3: me that all I asked for was the nationalities of
- 29:07Speaker 3: those arrested on the terror watch list. But they then
- 29:10Speaker 3: go on to cite exemptions that have nothing to do
- 29:13Speaker 3: with what I requested, including medical files, phone numbers, email addresses,
- 29:17Speaker 3: home addresses, dates of birth, etc. None of which I sought.
- 29:23Speaker 3: And they even excite an exemption regarding quote records which
- 29:27Speaker 3: could be reasonably expected to endanger the life or physical
- 29:30Speaker 3: safety of any individual. I disagree with CBPS withholdings of
- 29:36Speaker 3: this data based on exemptions that have nothing to do
- 29:39Speaker 3: with my FOIER request, and I will be appealing immediately.
- 29:43Speaker 3: Let me ask you something, Ben, What is Joe Biden,
- 29:48Speaker 3: this administration and the Democrats? What are they hiding?
- 29:51Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 29:52Speaker 2: And the question is where they hiding and how is
- 29:54Speaker 2: it affecting? Most importantly, are secured in this country with
- 29:58Speaker 2: terrors coming across the southern border. They know they're coming across,
- 30:01Speaker 2: but they don't want us to know what countries. Yeah,
- 30:04Speaker 2: and why is that? What is your guess?
- 30:07Speaker 3: Because it's stamming Because the countries are countries where there's
- 30:10Speaker 3: massive terrorism. They're Jahatis, their people that want to kill Americans.
- 30:15Speaker 3: And it illustrates I've said repeatedly, we're at a greater
- 30:17Speaker 3: risk of a major terrorist attack in the United States
- 30:21Speaker 3: than we have been any time since September eleventh. It
- 30:24Speaker 3: is tragically going to happen. I don't want it to happen.
- 30:28Speaker 3: But Joe Biden, the Democrats are inviting terrorists to come
- 30:31Speaker 3: into this country. Iran has demanded global jahad against America.
- 30:35Speaker 3: Hamas has demanded global Jahada against America. Hesbel has demanded
- 30:39Speaker 3: global Jahada against America. And Joe Biden, the Democrats are
- 30:43Speaker 3: inviting people in. And I assume from their refusal to
- 30:47Speaker 3: tell us so we know there have been hundreds of
- 30:50Speaker 3: people on the Terror watchless who've been apprehended. They have
- 30:54Speaker 3: not released what countries they came from. I assume, based
- 30:57Speaker 3: on their refusal to do so, that the country list
- 31:00Speaker 3: is really damning, that they're from countries that are dangerous,
- 31:04Speaker 3: that have lots of terrorists who want to kill us.
- 31:07Speaker 3: And this is political. This is all about hiding the politics.
- 31:11Speaker 3: It reminds me of you remember, and we talked about this.
- 31:15Speaker 3: We did a whole podcast on this when the data
- 31:18Speaker 3: broke about about the hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants
- 31:22Speaker 3: that Joe Biden had flown into America flown into cities
- 31:24Speaker 3: all of America, and the Biden administration refused to disclose
- 31:29Speaker 3: which cities and they claimed it it was national security
- 31:35Speaker 3: information they wouldn't release it. Ultimately we got that information.
- 31:39Speaker 3: We covered that on this podcast. What cities they were
- 31:42Speaker 3: overwhelmingly cities in Florida and Texas, which is not surprising
- 31:46Speaker 3: given this administration is so political. They're trying to do
- 31:49Speaker 3: everything they can to screw Florida and Texas. But their
- 31:54Speaker 3: claim that it was a national security risk to release
- 31:57Speaker 3: those cities was a lie. It was politically embarrassing, and
- 32:02Speaker 3: that's exactly true here. It's politically embarrassing. I hope through
- 32:07Speaker 3: litigation and political pressure pressure, we can get the information,
- 32:11Speaker 3: but Joe Biden the administration accounting on that, they can
- 32:13Speaker 3: stonewall until at least the election.
- 32:16Speaker 2: It's all about the election, isn't it. Don't forget. We
- 32:18Speaker 2: are going to keep you update on this story. I
- 32:20Speaker 2: have a feeling more will break on this, and we
