- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a suit on the don giving
- 0:13Speaker 1: them like the million bucks things in the stove through
- 0:20Speaker 1: good it to mother. Stay, I don't join join me.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You gotta turn hur you go. You gotta turn to
- 1:41Speaker 1: turn them out. Turn you got to turn out. Then
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water the water go. Come come on your thing, huh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I shall will. Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 1: Come on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey
- 2:10Speaker 1: got a radio show. Okay. I want to share something
- 2:16Speaker 1: with you that I had to come to the realization
- 2:18Speaker 1: one time, and even in the reinvention of myself right now,
- 2:23Speaker 1: I've had to come to that and I want to
- 2:24Speaker 1: share it with you today. Give it to you. I
- 2:28Speaker 1: want to tell you about something that a lot of
- 2:30Speaker 1: people do in their life and I want you to
- 2:33Speaker 1: be aware of it. Here it is, don't get stuck
- 2:38Speaker 1: on yourself. You could be wrong. You know I said,
- 2:47Speaker 1: don't get stuck on yourself. You could be wrong. You know.
- 2:54Speaker 1: The reason I'm saying this is because people have a
- 3:01Speaker 1: tendency to once they make a decision about something, or
- 3:05Speaker 1: once they decide to go a certain path. They go
- 3:09Speaker 1: against all everything, anything anybody says, anything anybody might do,
- 3:16Speaker 1: any other ruling they may come across. They shun advice,
- 3:23Speaker 1: they don't listen to counsel. They just I made the decision.
- 3:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna do it anyway. Don't get stuck on yourself.
- 3:37Speaker 1: You could be wrong, you know. Now here's a sure
- 3:40Speaker 1: fire way to tell if you're wrong. If you don't
- 3:47Speaker 1: see any movement in the direction you've chosen, if you
- 3:54Speaker 1: don't see anything going right in that decision, If you
- 4:01Speaker 1: feel as though you're interrupt if the wall you're climbing
- 4:07Speaker 1: seems so insurmountable that you ain't even moving an inch,
- 4:13Speaker 1: and every time you turn around you keep getting knocked
- 4:16Speaker 1: by down, knocked back down. Don't get stuck on yourself.
- 4:19Speaker 1: You know you could be wrong, you know. See, that's
- 4:23Speaker 1: why it's important for people to always be open to
- 4:27Speaker 1: the reinvention of yourself. You know, you cannot be afraid
- 4:33Speaker 1: to reinvent yourself. In other words, you can't be afraid
- 4:38Speaker 1: to change. Change is necessary when it comes to growth.
- 4:44Speaker 1: There is no growth without change. The more you know,
- 4:49Speaker 1: the older you look, that is no growth without change.
- 4:56Speaker 1: If you're heading in a direction. It ain't nothing going
- 4:58Speaker 1: right in your life? Could it be be the wrong direction?
- 5:02Speaker 1: If you're climbing and you're making no headway, could it
- 5:05Speaker 1: be the wrong direction? Could you have possibly made the
- 5:10Speaker 1: wrong choice. Don't get stuck on yourself because you never
- 5:13Speaker 1: made the wrong self. It's okay to forgive yourself. It's
- 5:16Speaker 1: okay to let yourself off the hook. It's even smarter
- 5:20Speaker 1: sometimes to admit that you were wrong. You ever met
- 5:23Speaker 1: somebody ain't ever wrong. Have you ever met somebody you
- 5:27Speaker 1: talk to? They ain't ever wrong about nothing. Man, They
- 5:30Speaker 1: just it's their way or the highway. It's this is
- 5:33Speaker 1: my way, this is the I know people like that,
- 5:36Speaker 1: stuck on them powered trips and all like that. You
- 5:39Speaker 1: know what I had to learn how to do. I
- 5:40Speaker 1: had to learn how to let them go on them
- 5:42Speaker 1: power trips. But listen to this. Though you're not taking
- 5:45Speaker 1: me on that trip. Though you're going on that trip
- 5:47Speaker 1: by yourself, I'm going in the right direction. I've decided
- 5:52Speaker 1: to stop the way. Okay, listen to this person. This person,
- 5:57Speaker 1: I decided to stop doing business the way I was
- 6:00Speaker 1: doing business. I decided to stop to allow business being
- 6:05Speaker 1: done around me the way business was being done around me.
- 6:09Speaker 1: You know what, you know, the best decision I made
- 6:12Speaker 1: was to allow for God to have some say so
- 6:18Speaker 1: and to offer me his direction. I have found him
- 6:22Speaker 1: to be a better driver than anyone else I know.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I have found him to know more about the man
- 6:30Speaker 1: he made than anybody else who's merely associating with me.
- 6:36Speaker 1: I have found it to be a fact that my
- 6:39Speaker 1: maker knows more about the vehicle he created than does
- 6:43Speaker 1: anybody else. If you if your Chevy break don't you
- 6:47Speaker 1: take it to Chevy. You don't take your Forward when
- 6:50Speaker 1: it break down to a Toyota dealership. They not gonna
- 6:54Speaker 1: know everything that the Forward dealership would know about the vehicle.
- 6:57Speaker 1: You know why, because they're not the maker of it.
- 7:01Speaker 1: So now, why are you letting you letting your life
- 7:04Speaker 1: being led, controlled and guided by somebody other than your maker.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I'm just asking you to let's all take a common
- 7:14Speaker 1: sense look at this. So, if going to your maker's
- 7:17Speaker 1: the best way, the best decision I made in my
- 7:20Speaker 1: business was take over my brand myself and to allow
- 7:25Speaker 1: the maker of this brand see without God, I'm none
- 7:28Speaker 1: of this. I'm none of this. I want you to
- 7:30Speaker 1: clearly understand I ain't none of this without him. I
- 7:34Speaker 1: wish I could have the guts to reach back there
- 7:38Speaker 1: and pat myself on the back for what I've accomplished
- 7:41Speaker 1: in my life. I wish I had the guts. I
- 7:43Speaker 1: wish the nerve of me because I know for or
- 7:48Speaker 1: fact that there is no way that I could have
- 7:50Speaker 1: manufacted the life that I have. I could not even
- 7:54Speaker 1: have thought of it. It's no way I could have
- 7:57Speaker 1: told you that this was the route I was gonna take,
- 8:00Speaker 1: this is the outcome. Because of it, I had no idea,
- 8:03Speaker 1: no clue. The one thing I had, though, was an
- 8:07Speaker 1: unshakable faith in God. I had an I just kept
- 8:13Speaker 1: believing in him. I kept believing that he had something
- 8:17Speaker 1: more for me. And then when I touched base with
- 8:20Speaker 1: him and asked him to show me what it is
- 8:22Speaker 1: what he had for me, Tada, the magic show began.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Because you know what he did. He took all my
- 8:29Speaker 1: natural abilities that he had given to me, This gift
- 8:32Speaker 1: that he gave me, that he poured into me at birth,
- 8:36Speaker 1: that same gift that he poured into you at birth.
- 8:39Speaker 1: The moment you go to him and let him show
- 8:42Speaker 1: you that gift, and then guess what. Once he takes
- 8:46Speaker 1: what he naturally put in you and put his super
- 8:49Speaker 1: his superpowers on top of that. Then you have some
- 8:52Speaker 1: supernatural things going on in your life and you may
- 8:56Speaker 1: not be feeling me. I'm cool with that, but I
- 9:01Speaker 1: didn't have some supernatural things happen to me. Every day
- 9:05Speaker 1: I wake up some supernatural the man, the rewards of
- 9:10Speaker 1: my life, the awards of my life, the accomplishments, the
- 9:13Speaker 1: how I'm working, the how I manage it all all
- 9:16Speaker 1: that ain't none but God. That ain't nothing but God.
- 9:19Speaker 1: You can't even explain this schedule to people. Sometimes when
- 9:22Speaker 1: people ask me, Steve, how do you do it? I go, well,
- 9:25Speaker 1: it's what I manage my time. Then at the end
- 9:27Speaker 1: of when I get through, I say, hey, man, you
- 9:28Speaker 1: know what I need to tell y'all for real, it's God.
- 9:31Speaker 1: I don't really know, but I'm letting him manage me.
- 9:34Speaker 1: So he handling it. He ain't gonna put no more
- 9:36Speaker 1: of it than I can bear. Listen to me, y'all,
- 9:38Speaker 1: don't be afraid to reinvent yourself and remember this. Don't
- 9:42Speaker 1: get stuck on yourself because you could be wrong. You know,
- 9:47Speaker 1: you absolutely could be wrong if you don't tie this
- 9:51Speaker 1: to your gift, you will be struggling the rest of
- 9:55Speaker 1: your life. You're listening to, ladies and gentlemen, it is
- 10:02Speaker 1: upon us. The morning time is here, which means one thing.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It's time to get it on, get it smoking, get
- 10:08Speaker 1: it cracking, get it to doing what it do. This
- 10:11Speaker 1: is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. It never starts the same, ever,
- 10:15Speaker 1: the same way in the morning. I refuse monotony brings
- 10:22Speaker 1: about bottom, which brings about a staleness that inhibits growth.
- 10:30Speaker 1: I am forever changing because I am trying to grow.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the damn Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:44Speaker 1: On the verge of the greatest verses of all times.

- 11:51Speaker 1: about it right now. I'm debating on like what what
- 11:55Speaker 1: I mean? You know, I can't say it right now
- 11:58Speaker 1: because I don't want to put no energy out there.
- 12:00Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm gonna do, but I do
- 12:03Speaker 1: know I'm gonna do something. Well, what about the gear?
- 12:08Speaker 1: What are you wearing? Are you gonna throw back now?
- 12:11Speaker 1: And the fake suede vests with the shingles on it? Okay,
- 12:17Speaker 1: with the sae fake suede pants with the Indian like
- 12:21Speaker 1: the shingles down the side and the moccasins because I
- 12:26Speaker 1: knew they was coming out in TPS. And how did
- 12:30Speaker 1: you know that? How you get that information? Because because
- 12:33Speaker 1: my boy day he had been the concept down in
- 12:35Speaker 1: Cincinnati and he told you. Yeah, So when they came
- 12:39Speaker 1: to Richfield, I already knew what it was. And so
- 12:42Speaker 1: where did you find the outfit? Where did you go shopping? Shopping? Now,

- 12:50Speaker 1: had no money for no custom And that's when you

- 13:13Speaker 1: cheapest day ticket Day had, and just waited to the
- 13:16Speaker 1: show started and kept my eye on the floor. And
- 13:18Speaker 1: when I saw that opening on about row six, I
- 13:22Speaker 1: eased on down and I parted right on up. Old
- 13:25Speaker 1: player dressed up in like a pimp. He said, what's up,

- 21:55Speaker 1: You know, my wife Michelle. We own the Yeah, yeah, okay,
- 21:59Speaker 1: I help you. Okay, we've been uh I think we've
- 22:02Speaker 1: had your son, Malik, probably close to a year now.
- 22:04Speaker 1: I'm all right, yes, you have is everything? Okay? So
- 22:07Speaker 1: everything's fine, Everything is fine. I don't think we have
- 22:10Speaker 1: a problem that we can't clear up. Um, I have
- 22:14Speaker 1: a question for you. Have you been noticing anything different
- 22:18Speaker 1: about Malik? Um? Like concerning hygiene at all? Hygiene? No,
- 22:24Speaker 1: not that I can be called. What are you talking about? Okay?
- 22:27Speaker 1: How old is Malik? He's too? Okay, Well, we as
- 22:31Speaker 1: soon have come across a little glitch here that we're
- 22:33Speaker 1: gonna try to take care of here at the at
- 22:36Speaker 1: the daycare. Actually my wife didn't. I told her I
- 22:39Speaker 1: would make the phone call and leave her out of it.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I know you see her every day. One. Yeah, but
- 22:43Speaker 1: what's the glitch are you talking about? What? What is
- 22:45Speaker 1: this glitch? I'm sorry, glitch? What is this glitch that
- 22:48Speaker 1: you want to talk about? I'm confused? Okay, Well, actually
- 22:51Speaker 1: we're having is it seems like every day here lately
- 22:55Speaker 1: for the last two months, Malik has been you know,
- 22:59Speaker 1: very musty. You know, he hasn't been really sweety, but
- 23:02Speaker 1: just real musty. Okay, you clearly have the wrong child
- 23:06Speaker 1: because I give my son a bath every night, and
- 23:09Speaker 1: most morning is before he leaves to school, I give
- 23:11Speaker 1: another bath again. So yeah, I'm pretty positive you have
- 23:13Speaker 1: the wrong child. Oh man, your son is Malik, right,
- 23:16Speaker 1: and he's two years old. You guys have been here
- 23:19Speaker 1: with us right close to a year now, correct, yes,
- 23:22Speaker 1: and okay, and he's a cute little kid with the
- 23:25Speaker 1: curly hair. I know exactly which one is. So what
- 23:28Speaker 1: I'm what I'm saying to you is that we are
- 23:30Speaker 1: having problems. He's just he's just reeking. You know, he's
- 23:34Speaker 1: real musty. Okay, you know what, my son does not reek.
- 23:37Speaker 1: I don't know what child you're talking about, but you're
- 23:38Speaker 1: not talking about my child. I just told you and
- 23:40Speaker 1: make sure that he gets a bath every night, So
- 23:42Speaker 1: that's not my child. My child is very clean. Okay.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Well what hang on, Vanessa. What I'm trying to get
- 23:47Speaker 1: you to understand is I'm trying to this is why
- 23:49Speaker 1: my wife didn't want to call. Okay, and I'm glad
- 23:52Speaker 1: I'm actually the one that made the call. What we
- 23:54Speaker 1: need to do. This is what I'm gonna do. I'm
- 23:55Speaker 1: just gonna try a little experiment for the next month
- 23:58Speaker 1: or so, fairment gonna I'm sorry, Well what do you
- 24:01Speaker 1: mean experiment? What kind of experiment? Well, what I'm gonna

- 36:00Speaker 1: to the Stave Harvey Morning Show. Well, guys, it's Wellness Wednesday,

- 36:17Speaker 1: one point five pounds that is, one and a half
- 36:20Speaker 1: pounds per month during the pandemic related lockdown, According to
- 36:25Speaker 1: a study published yesterday by a JAMA Network. Open participants
- 36:30Speaker 1: in thirty seven states and Washington, DC monitor between February

- 36:50Speaker 1: are you still trying to lose weight you gained and
- 36:53Speaker 1: stay at home lockdown from a year ago? What do
- 36:56Speaker 1: you say? Oh? Yes, that and then something that was
- 37:01Speaker 1: there before that, before pre COVID got up to you. Man,

- 37:27Speaker 1: it's increasingly harder to lose weight as you age. It
- 37:32Speaker 1: really is. And what I've discovered is that's why I
- 37:35Speaker 1: wear this T shirt all the time because I keep
- 37:37Speaker 1: reminding myself to age less and to think about eating
- 37:43Speaker 1: so I can age less. Workout now, I don't enjoy
- 37:47Speaker 1: working out. I do not like working out. No parts
- 37:52Speaker 1: of it, none of me. I don't like you. No,
- 37:54Speaker 1: don't know that, man, I don't. I don't know what
- 37:57Speaker 1: part of it is too. Like I like the atching

- 38:05Speaker 1: I've been walking every day, y'all. Walking is goody. Yes,
- 38:12Speaker 1: you don't have to run. That's what people think. I'm
- 38:14Speaker 1: gonna get out here and run. Listen, man, if you
- 38:16Speaker 1: haven't ran in a while, don't go out there and
- 38:18Speaker 1: try to run. No, I'm not even that's shocking. Yes,
- 38:23Speaker 1: you don't know what you're gonna do to your body,
- 38:25Speaker 1: your shins, please, your calves, your knees, your ankles, your
- 38:30Speaker 1: bottom of your feet. You're gonna have a misunderstand it. Yeah,
- 38:34Speaker 1: start with walking, and you don't really have to do it.
- 38:38Speaker 1: You don't have to run to get in shape. No,
- 38:41Speaker 1: if you're not a runner, you just ain't the time
- 38:43Speaker 1: to start. Yeah. Active, Yeah, do something, do something, walk
- 38:49Speaker 1: whatever you can do. Yeah, because we see with this
- 38:53Speaker 1: pandemic chronic disease and sex is an exercise in case
- 38:59Speaker 1: y'all need to just get a game at it and
- 39:01Speaker 1: get a workout here today by saying surely, go ahead.
- 39:04Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll

- 39:40Speaker 1: his job. I offered to train him for free, but
- 39:42Speaker 1: my buddy was too proud for that. His son called
- 39:45Speaker 1: and said he was coming back to training and he'd
- 39:48Speaker 1: pay me. He gave me cash, and I noticed a
- 39:50Speaker 1: roll of twenties in the gym bag. I was at
- 39:52Speaker 1: a loss for words. Am I supposed to tell my
- 39:55Speaker 1: buddy about this first? Or is it okay to ask
- 39:57Speaker 1: the boy about it? Asked his boy, But you gotta
- 40:01Speaker 1: roll the twenties. We know what's happened. Everybody know what

- 40:41Speaker 1: absolutely it does. All right, we're moving on. A year ago.
- 40:45Speaker 1: This is from Beverly and Little Rocket. Year ago, I
- 40:47Speaker 1: met a man that can sing his behind off. He
- 40:50Speaker 1: was very romantic and he swept me off his feet.
- 40:53Speaker 1: He moved in with me after four months of dating,
- 40:56Speaker 1: and a few months later he landed a great job.
- 40:59Speaker 1: During backup Vocal was on an album. He was making
- 41:01Speaker 1: money and he started feeling himself. One Friday, he got
- 41:05Speaker 1: his check and left the house and never came back.
- 41:08Speaker 1: I noticed his clothes were gone, and he changed his number. Well,
- 41:13Speaker 1: his checks still come to my house? Do I try
- 41:15Speaker 1: to find them? Do I try to find him? Or
- 41:18Speaker 1: throw them away? Well, throwing him away don't help nobody.
- 41:26Speaker 1: You know, I know you're mad, But throwing away money,
- 41:30Speaker 1: what do that accomplish? You know? So don't you know
- 41:35Speaker 1: I'd say, hey, your checks is over here, but he
- 41:38Speaker 1: changed his number. She can't get in touch with him.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Oh well, just hold on to the checks. He gonna

- 41:50Speaker 1: damn money, No not no dude, Yeah, because he's gonna
- 41:54Speaker 1: be wondering where him checks. That just just hold on
- 41:57Speaker 1: to the checks and you'll be able to get a
- 41:59Speaker 1: couple of she answered. Or you cut a deal. I
- 42:02Speaker 1: got your checks, you know, commit thousand dollars, I'll give
- 42:05Speaker 1: them to you. You know you're doing good, something like that.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Or you know you can't stand on the porch and
- 42:11Speaker 1: you can open the curtain and they didn't want you
- 42:13Speaker 1: set the checks on five? Yes, come on, yes, yes,
- 42:19Speaker 1: good answers. Yes, I'm on cloak. Well you know when
- 42:28Speaker 1: you say something ignorant? All right, Quentin and Memphis says,
- 42:32Speaker 1: I'm thirty nine and my girlfriend is thirty six, and
- 42:35Speaker 1: she has bought me a ring and is planning to
- 42:39Speaker 1: propose to me. She can fide it in my mother,
- 42:42Speaker 1: and my mom gave me the heads up because I've
- 42:45Speaker 1: told my mother that I love this woman, but she's
- 42:47Speaker 1: not my soul mate. I certainly don't want to marry
- 42:51Speaker 1: her or cause her embarrassment at this engagement party she's
- 42:55Speaker 1: planned for us. How do I break it to her
- 42:57Speaker 1: beforehand without breaking her heart into Well, what you gotta
- 43:02Speaker 1: do is say, look, I was talking to my mom
- 43:04Speaker 1: and my mom told me what you was playing, and
- 43:06Speaker 1: don't do that because I don't see a future with you.
- 43:09Speaker 1: Show you just said he didn't want to break her heart. Okay,
- 43:13Speaker 1: what you're gonna do. You're gonna marry her because the
- 43:16Speaker 1: only way not to break her heart is to let
- 43:18Speaker 1: her go through with her plans. So here's your choice.
- 43:23Speaker 1: You can break her heart or you can ruin her life.
- 43:28Speaker 1: I think she would pick the broken heart. And oh,
- 43:32Speaker 1: by the way, not to mention you've been to throw
- 43:34Speaker 1: a big section of yours out of the window. Two.
- 43:37Speaker 1: She ain't your soul mate. What you're marrying a fault,
- 43:41Speaker 1: but you you love her, but you don't want to
- 43:42Speaker 1: break her heart. Yeah you all right? We all been
- 43:44Speaker 1: in love with the wrong person. That ain't nothing new.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Who ain't who he ain't been in love with the
- 43:49Speaker 1: wrong person? Coming up next, I thank you Cello the
- 43:57Speaker 1: nephew with today's prank phone call. Right after this, you're
- 44:01Speaker 1: listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the top
- 44:06Speaker 1: of the hour. Write about four minutes after. It's my
- 44:08Speaker 1: strawberry letter for today. The subject she wants to be
- 44:12Speaker 1: the man of the house. But right now we're talking
- 44:17Speaker 1: to the nephew about his prank phone call. We'll get
- 44:19Speaker 1: to the strawberry letter in just a bit, but nephew,
- 44:22Speaker 1: what do you have for us today? Please? It's trying
- 44:25Speaker 1: to put some focus on my refrigerator. My refrigerator. Okay, okay,
- 44:36Speaker 1: sounds pretty simple. Let's go get down. Hello. Hello, I'm
- 44:41Speaker 1: trying to reach up mister. Please. This is Jackson. I'm
- 44:45Speaker 1: the driver, man, I'm actually the delivery guy that's bringing
- 44:47Speaker 1: you refrigerator over the day. Okay, what's going on? Okay, listen,
- 44:51Speaker 1: I know we had a window that was from eight
- 44:53Speaker 1: to twelve this morning eleven thirty now, so we run
- 44:59Speaker 1: a little bit behind schedule. Man. We had some problems
- 45:01Speaker 1: at the yard getting everything loaded up. Man, come on, man,
- 45:04Speaker 1: you killing man, I can't, y'all. So y'all running behind.
- 45:08Speaker 1: We're a little bit behind schedule. Man, we're gonna have
- 45:09Speaker 1: we we'll beat up somewhere between twelve and four. Oh,
- 45:12Speaker 1: come on, man, y'all know to do better than that, now, Man,
- 45:16Speaker 1: I understand, sir, I understand. Actually it's it's act. I
- 45:20Speaker 1: got a man, I got all my food in here
- 45:22Speaker 1: and this and coolers and stuff. Man, I got everywhere.
- 45:25Speaker 1: I man, So I mean, what's what's what's going on?
- 45:30Speaker 1: Y'all ain't got the refrigerator. I'm trying to figure out. No, No,
- 45:33Speaker 1: we loaded up. You know, we just had some problems.
- 45:35Speaker 1: I think one of the fourth limps went out, and
- 45:37Speaker 1: you know, it kind of pushed us back. So that
- 45:39Speaker 1: four hour wind that we had from eight to twelve,
- 45:41Speaker 1: man just got ruined. And now we're pushing things from
- 45:43Speaker 1: our twelve to four. So between twelve and four, man,
- 45:45Speaker 1: we would definitely be there. Man, y'all don't have to
- 45:47Speaker 1: be brothers and man, it's all I spoke to them yesterday. Actually,
- 45:53Speaker 1: the warehouse supervisor he's actually out today. He's not here

- 46:09Speaker 1: this rarely happens, and it just so happened this morning.
- 46:12Speaker 1: The fork Lymph was down and we had a lot
- 46:14Speaker 1: of stuff to load up. You know, we got I
- 46:16Speaker 1: got ten refrigerators on this truck, man, and one of
- 46:18Speaker 1: them is definitely yours, sir. So I'm definitely gonna be
- 46:20Speaker 1: getting into you as soon as I can't, man, y'all.
- 46:22Speaker 1: So so man, yea, I'm pushing it. I'm supposed to
- 46:24Speaker 1: do work. And then I scheduled everything, yes, around this,
- 46:28Speaker 1: because I'm supposed to. You know, I gotta have a
- 46:29Speaker 1: refrigerator hand on my food and stuff and in the
- 46:32Speaker 1: kitchen and whatnot. The refrigerator went out. Did the refrigerator
- 46:37Speaker 1: went out? Is that what happened? Yeah, it's very so did.
- 46:39Speaker 1: I mean I hadn't had it for quite some times,
- 46:41Speaker 1: which you know, so it's just amount of time for
- 46:44Speaker 1: we'll go out. So I try to even get a newes,
- 46:46Speaker 1: you know, right, that's why. Well, now I can scared you.
- 46:49Speaker 1: I can scaredu you next week sometime if you want
- 46:51Speaker 1: me to. I mean, I can't. I can't afford that
- 46:54Speaker 1: we're gonna pay for this food that I got to
- 46:56Speaker 1: hear all over the floor to me. Let me get
- 46:57Speaker 1: the hustler. Man. See if I can move as quick
- 46:59Speaker 1: as I can. But twelve and four is the window. Man.
- 47:01Speaker 1: Like I said, I apologize, miss, but we'll be that man.
- 47:04Speaker 1: We're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna be that what you're
- 47:05Speaker 1: refrigerated day? Okay? Okay, So so when you when you
- 47:09Speaker 1: on your way, how about I want you to call
- 47:10Speaker 1: me and let me know that you on your way
- 47:12Speaker 1: so I know what's going on. We don't know. We
- 47:14Speaker 1: don't know him to call when we're on our way.
- 47:15Speaker 1: We just come on in and get some things set up.
- 47:17Speaker 1: What do you mean you don't call not? You just

- 47:58Speaker 1: into a few more problems, man, And it's like we're

- 54:59Speaker 1: the Strawberry Thank your Nephew. Subject she wants to be
- 55:02Speaker 1: the man of the house. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm thirty
- 55:06Speaker 1: eight and I married my beautiful wife five years ago.
- 55:09Speaker 1: We both have great jobs, and we bought a big
- 55:12Speaker 1: house for our family. When we got married. She came
- 55:15Speaker 1: with three kids and her nephew that she's raising for
- 55:18Speaker 1: her sister, no problem. I did not have children and
- 55:22Speaker 1: I loved being a father. All of a sudden, I
- 55:25Speaker 1: have a job that involves a lot of travel, and
- 55:28Speaker 1: for the past year I've been out working overseas and
- 55:31Speaker 1: I came home as much as possible, but with the pandemic,
- 55:35Speaker 1: it was challenging to get back home. That ended four
- 55:38Speaker 1: months ago, and I'm back home for good. Since I
- 55:42Speaker 1: got back home, I'm beginning to hate my life and
- 55:45Speaker 1: my wife. She has become a very controlling person, and
- 55:49Speaker 1: it's all because I left her alone for so long.
- 55:52Speaker 1: I had this job when we met, and she knew
- 55:55Speaker 1: what it entailed, so I was surprised by her attitude
- 55:58Speaker 1: when I got home. Has given me an ultimatum to
- 56:01Speaker 1: get rid of any female friends that I have, even
- 56:04Speaker 1: if she's cool with them. Every weekend, she has a
- 56:07Speaker 1: honey do list for me, so if I want to
- 56:09Speaker 1: hang out with my boys, that's out. She keeps telling
- 56:13Speaker 1: me that I have a lot of things to take
- 56:15Speaker 1: care of around the house since I have been gone
- 56:17Speaker 1: so long. She goes through my phone when I'm asleep,
- 56:21Speaker 1: and it's not a problem because I leave it right there.
- 56:23Speaker 1: If she wants to go through it. I have nothing
- 56:26Speaker 1: to hide. Sex is always at her command, and she
- 56:29Speaker 1: determines when it's over. I tried to discipline the kids
- 56:33Speaker 1: and she always tells me I got it, So I
- 56:37Speaker 1: let her have that and everything else she wants to control.
- 56:41Speaker 1: I want to go back to the country I was
- 56:42Speaker 1: living in last year. How can I get my loving
- 56:46Speaker 1: wife back? Well, I gotta. This is what I see
- 56:49Speaker 1: in this letter. I see that you, sir, are selfish,
- 56:52Speaker 1: and you're a little whiny, and you and your wife,
- 56:55Speaker 1: I mean, and your wife and I are not here
- 56:57Speaker 1: for it is people change, situations change, and they're supposed
- 57:04Speaker 1: to change. You've been gone, like you said, a whole year.
- 57:07Speaker 1: You came back expecting things to be just like you
- 57:10Speaker 1: left them. No, that's not the way life works. I mean,
- 57:14Speaker 1: have you ever considered for a moment, how what she's
- 57:18Speaker 1: been going through over here by herself. I mean, that's
- 57:21Speaker 1: why she's so upset with you. Yes, she knew what
- 57:24Speaker 1: kind of job you had initially, but that was five
- 57:27Speaker 1: years ago, and you were gone for a very long time.
- 57:30Speaker 1: She had to step way up. And may I remind
- 57:34Speaker 1: you that she was alone raising four kids while she
- 57:39Speaker 1: was still working. She was for all intents and purposes,
- 57:44Speaker 1: she was the man of the house. Okay, And it
- 57:46Speaker 1: sounds like she doesn't trust you anymore. What happened while
- 57:49Speaker 1: you were away all that time? You didn't cheat overseas?
- 57:53Speaker 1: I know it's not in the letter, but I gotta
- 57:55Speaker 1: ask you didn't cheat overseas, not one time. I mean,
- 57:59Speaker 1: you know, come on, you could tell Steve and I
- 58:01Speaker 1: you could tell us if you did. You didn't put
- 58:04Speaker 1: it in a letter. She doesn't want you around any
- 58:07Speaker 1: females anymore. She goes through your phone. Something has caused
- 58:12Speaker 1: her to change. To get her back, what I can
- 58:16Speaker 1: tell you is you got to try harder. I mean,
- 58:19Speaker 1: you guys have got to reconnect. I mean, where's the romance?
- 58:22Speaker 1: Have you tried that? You didn't mention any of that.
- 58:24Speaker 1: You just came back wanting things to be like they were.
- 58:27Speaker 1: I mean, where's a consideration for what she's been going through?
- 58:30Speaker 1: I think you should think about that while you're complaining
- 58:33Speaker 1: about what your wife isn't doing. Steve, Well, she wants
- 58:38Speaker 1: to be the man at the house. I see a
- 58:39Speaker 1: couple of things wrong. I see wrong in both parties myself.
- 58:44Speaker 1: She's thirty eight, you married. He's thirty eight, married to
- 58:47Speaker 1: the beautiful wife five years ago, great jobs, bought a
- 58:50Speaker 1: big house, got married. She came with three kids and
- 58:53Speaker 1: her nephew. She was raising forces to guy said, no problem, said,
- 58:58Speaker 1: I didn't have children. I live being a all of
- 59:00Speaker 1: a sudden, got a job that travels him allot for
- 59:04Speaker 1: the past year, been out the overseas working. Came home
- 59:07Speaker 1: as much as possible with the pandemic, it was challenging
- 59:09Speaker 1: to get back home. That ended four months ago, and
- 59:12Speaker 1: I'm back home for good. Now since he came back home,
- 59:17Speaker 1: I'm beginning to hate. I'm beginning to hate my life
- 59:22Speaker 1: and my wife. Now you're gonna tell me why, But
- 59:27Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you why. She has become very controlling person.
- 59:32Speaker 1: Well she hasn't. She had to be because she was
- 59:36Speaker 1: in charge of everything. She had to take control with
- 59:40Speaker 1: the four kids. Okay, and it's all because I left
- 59:45Speaker 1: her alone for so long. Ta Okay, do you understand, bro,
- 59:53Speaker 1: I had this job when we met, and she knew
- 59:55Speaker 1: what it entailed. She had no idea you would be
- 59:59Speaker 1: gone this long. She had no idea that would be
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: a pandemic. She had no idea you wouldn't going to
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: be able to come home for Hold on, Steve, hold
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: that thought. Okay, we'll have part two of your response
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Strawberry letter, subject she wants to be the man of
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: the house. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: You're listening show, all right, Come on, Steve, let's recap
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: today's Strawberry letter, the subject she wants to be the
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: man of the house. See, this guy married this beautiful woman,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: been married five years. She came with four kids. He
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: loved being a father. They had great jobs, they bought
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: a big house, they moved in. Everything was great. He
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: has a job that he travels a lot. So that
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: was it. The pandemic hit. It was hard for him
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: to come from overseas. He's been overseas for a whole year,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: and now when he came back, he hates his life
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: and his wife because he says that this woman has
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: become controlling and it's all because I left her alone
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: for so long. Well, you have your answer right there, sir.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: I mean she's been in charge of everything for a year.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: And then you said I had this job when we met,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: and she knew what it didn't tailed. Well, that's not
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: entirely true. She may have known what the job entailed,
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: but she did not know what the pandemic would entell,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: as did none of us. No one saw this coming. No,
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: she didn't know that you couldn't come back home. But
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: a couple of times in the past year, she didn't
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: know that she was gonna miss her husband. The pandemic
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: had them kids at home too, They couldn't go to school.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: So now she at home, she probably working for home.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: She got them four kids at home. That's a lot
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: dug So then she gave you an ultimatum to get
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: rid of any female friends that I have, even if
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: she's cool with them. Now that came out of nowhere,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: So I'm going to as soon. Don't nothing just come
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: out of nowhere. You have some female friends. That takes
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: up whatever little bit of time you have to make
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: up for being gone so long. And now you're sitting
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: up on the phone talking to these girls. And you've
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: been gone all this time, and ain't no telling what
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: conversations you had with him while you was gone. On
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: Like Sherley said, what you're doing. You've been gone a year? Dog,
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: Come on Pardner, let's get see in the pandemic. So
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: now she told you you gotta get altimated. You gotta
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: get rid of all the female friends out there, even
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: if she's cool with them. You're thirty eight, you're married,
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: you're a father. I don't even see how you got
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: time for female friends, which are taking up time that
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: you would have to devote to your family. Since you've
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: been gone every weekend, she got a honey dude list
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: for me. So if I want to hang out with
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: my boys women women do? You've been gone for a year,
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: you're back. You got the female friends. You don't really want,
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: want to give them up? Now you want you want?
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: You don't want, no honeydo lists. You don't want nothing
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: to do. She'd been doing all year with the kids.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: You got a honey du list on the weekend, and
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: you want to hang out with your boys, partner, Come on, man,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: it's time for her to get a break. See you're
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: coming home wanting breaks, but you really be trying to
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: find need to be trying to find a way to
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: give her a break. You could save your marriage if
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: you would take some time out to give her a break.
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: She keeps telling me, I have a lot of things
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: to take care of around the house since I've been
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: gone so long that that sounds like truth. She goes
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: through my phone when I'm asleep, and it's not a
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: problem because I leave it right there. If she wants
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: to go through it, I have nothing to hide. Well,
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: she found something before. Ain't a woman just suspiciously going
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: through your phone without being suspicious? Partners, something happened that
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: you ain't putting in the letter? All right? Sex is
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: always at her command, and she determines when it's over. Now,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: ain't that always the case? Don't that's that's bro, We're
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: done here. They do determine when it's over. You do
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: realize that? Stop? Uh stay over it. I don't want
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: I'm tired. Catch me in the morning. Okay, yeah, bro,
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: So I don't know why you put that in the letter.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: It ain't a man know where going? I feel you, dog.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: I tried to discipline the kids and she always tells
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: me I got it. So I let her have that
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: everything else she wants and everything else she wants to control.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: Now here's the key to the letter. I want to
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: go back to the country I was living in last year. See,
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: wasn't all these problems over there, but now she was
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: over here catching hell with the four kids, bro, And
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: you don't really see that. How can I get my
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: loving wife back? Well, the only way I think you
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: can get her back has become the loving husband. Because
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: right now, man, I was trying to be on your
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: side a little bit dull. But tomorrow read this letter.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: You got to really you got to come in here
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: and make her for lost time. Now she has changed,
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: but the pandemic changed her. The little wild sex kidding
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: you had and all that had to be a mother
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: at the house, home school and at the house and
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: working from the house. The pandemic ate ups ate up
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: a lot of relationships, dog the family dynamics change. They
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: are all home now. Now you're back, and you want
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: to sit on the phone with the girls and hang
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: out with your boys. She's gotten used to handling everything.
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: She's been doing it for a year. She got a
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: system in place. Now now you have things you have
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: to get back to. You gotta get you. You gotta
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: get a lot of up keep back with the kids
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: in the house. You got to gain her trust back.
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: And if you don't want to put the work in, brother,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: then this marriage is over. Yeah, and now let me
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: tell you what's gonna happen. She's gonna have some proof
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: and all this money you're making oversees them two good jobs.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: She's finna get half that. You do, understand that. So
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: you can get your loving wife back if you get
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: back to being who you supposed to be. Dog. And
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: I hate to dump this on your playoff, but really
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: that's what it sounded like in this letter. Good luck.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: All right, Thank you, Steve. Post your comments on today's
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. It's Steve Harvey FM on Instagram and Facebook,
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: and check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demandable you're
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Junior is here
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: with sports Talk. What you got Junior? First of all,
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: can we just say congratulations to the Rockets for winning
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: a game. We want to just say that for them. Yeah,
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: twenty straight losses, we're proud of y'all. Wait, welcome to March.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: Welcome Dame won again, says February fourth. Wow. Yeah. So,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: but also fans were looking forward to Mike Tyson and
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Evan the hold of Field whatever fight. Then it's not
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: gonna happen. It's been canceled. Good. Yeah, it's been canceled. Man.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: It was really scheduled to take place during the Mother
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: Day weekend at the hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: to Florida. But twenty five million apparently wasn't enough for
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: Mike Tyson to return to the ring, and according to
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: holy Fields camp, there were intense negotiations for months and
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: he just said we were we're negotiating with good faith
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: all along. It appears he just ended up wasting our time,
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: so Holy Fields manager Chris Lauren said meanwhile, and another
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: source that Mike Tyson and even originally agreed to split
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: the prophets fifty fifty, but Tyson wanted more money. So yeah,
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: hopefully there's uh, there's some, there's some you know, there's
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: some hope for a future fight. But twenty five get hurt.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: Let's let's get hurt for twenty five million times. Why
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: you wouldn't get hurt for twenty five I would? But
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: you you gonna want to be Mike Tyson hurt. You
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: don't get to enjoy your twenty five million. Yeah, you know,
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: hard to have a good time when your nose ain't
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: on your face. You got twenty five million, but you
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: got people feeding. It ain't good. Yeah, it's not worth it.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: It's not it's not not twenty five ain't worth doing that,
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: you know, I don't. I don't think that. First of all,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: it wouldn't have been a really good fight because you've
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: seen the best of them. But it would have been interesting. Mike, Mike,
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: don't care about money like that, no more. That's the difference. Yeah,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: got we need money. Yes, I'm fighting. I'm fighting anybody
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: for twenty five millions, would you fight? Would you fight Timing?
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: Would you fight Time? Twenty five dog? Tim mass behind?
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: For twenty five million, you're gonna get I know you're
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: quicker than me and all that, But for twenty five million,
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: you're not gonna blue leave am my old ass gonna
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: put forth? How many? How many rounds you think you
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: could really go? Man? Two minute? Man? Oh, you gotta
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: do too many. You don't want too many two minutes?
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: Two minutes? Them them fights is two minute rounds. Yeah.
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: I can do about to two minute rounds. I'm talking
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: about the time. I can look sharp for about seventy
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: eighty seconds, shop on my toes, everything everything. Nice job
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: fight yeah right that second round? No, dog, you're gonna
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: look like a whole nother fight out. All right, Thanks Junior. Uh,
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: we'll be back with more of the Sea Harvey Morning
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Show right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: All right. So, guys, hip hop artist Sweetie and Quavo
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: from Amigos are no longer together. I think everybody knows
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: that by now. And now, Yeah, you're you're broken up
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: about it, aren't you? You're heartbroken. Sweetie is insinuating that
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: he cheated on her, and according to him, she's not
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: the woman he thought she was while there Heaven. Rumors
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: circulating about the car he gave to her that he'd
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: repossessed the Bentley in the wake of their public split.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: Those rumors are not true. Sources directly connected to Quevo
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: said it didn't happen. The word on the street was
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: that he'd sent the repo man out to Sweetie's house
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: in the wee hours of the morning to take the
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: car back. He'd supposedly leased it and never put it
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: in her name, and the deal he struck with the
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: dealership allowed him to end the contract early. While that
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: story sounds likely, it's not true. So here's some question, guys,
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: here's a question for the guys. Have you ever taken
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: a gift back after a breakup? Junior? Starting with you,
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Oh no, I had no money, no gift for you
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: I had. I just had to leave, that's all I
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: You didn't take it back? Yeah, yeah, I took myself
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: out of that situation. And no, I couldn't. I didn't
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: have the money. Then, all right, all right, okay, Steve.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: Have you ever taken a gift back after a break up?
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: Oh no, I couldn't. What do you mean you couldn't? Now,
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: I had to stay clear once I break up. It's
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: pretty ugly. So I got what you got? Yeah you got.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: I don't get what you had. You had, you have
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: all that. I gave away houses before. I don't let
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: alane a purse. I wish I would be asking you
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: for that shoe back. I got to get clear, dog,
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: I didn't let houses gone. I ain't got a chance
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: of Yeah, I don't got a chance of getting nothing
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: back mon relationship. I don't even give it there or
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: you want some money here now a matter of fact,
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: I hadn't paid to get out of relationship get give
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: gifts back. I paid money to lawyers and government and
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: all types of stuff to get out of the stuff
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: I've been in. No, no, no, no, no no, clearly I've
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: never gotten anything back. I paid to get ghosts. Okay,
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: I already no, look at I cut my losses. I
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: know what it is. If I buy you something that's yours,
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: ain't no problem. And if you don't want to leave,
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: I buy you something else. All right, here we go?
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: Uh nephew, have you ever taken a gift back after
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: a breakup? I tried to take a gift back, but
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: I couldn't do it. It was gonna cost me more
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: money to take it back. Then when I bought it
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: what it was, I bought some breasts. I bought some
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: thirty six double d's and couldn't you know that's about
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: what I think right up in there. I couldn't get
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: that back. Cast wave more money to uh take them
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: back in order for what I paid for it. So yeah,
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: they're still walking around with what I didn't bought a
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: little Oh I damn, show, how did it go? What
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: did you say? I want my breast back? That's what
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: I want. I want my breast back. I bought them
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: their mind because the thought of her being with another
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: man with my breast. Uh huh huh. I kind of
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: feel you on that one. Uh huh you. I mean,
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: surely when you look at the big picture, you over
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: there with Darkneill and my breast. Oh no, So you've
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: been salty about that for a while, every since I
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: spent that money. H Steve, did you know your nephew
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: had Uh? Did you know this about your nephews and
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: the breath? Yeah? But I explained, what did you tell?
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: What did you do with you belong to that person?
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: You can't get that back. They don't take it out
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: and hand you the silicone. I wanted to don't get
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: him on my wall. I wanted my own breath. You
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: don't get that. I tried to tell him that, But
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: that's his problem. Though. Everything he give and do is
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: be for He wants something in return, and I understand that.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: I don't even breath no mo just because of that.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: More up Today's trending stories coming up on the Steve
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show at twenty minutes after. Right after this,
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show and trending making
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: money moves news on the NBA Legend, Lebron James has
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: just signed a new multi year endorsement with pets Coo,
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: leaving Coca Cola in the cold after a seventeen year
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: run with that company. I didn't know what happened that
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: long he did. He was with cocon Sprite, same thing
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: he did write, Yeah, but I you know, it was
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: seventeen years. Of course, there were hints of this new
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: deal back in January of this year, when he has
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: already been promoting Mountain Dew Rise, Pepsi's new Mountain Dew
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: energy drink. But the questions are answered and King James

- 1:15:49Speaker 1: your only competitor, Yeah, your competitor Yeah, that's their only
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: Ain't nobody in the class with Coca Cola except PepsiCo.
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: They spend money in a different way, but Cola is

- 1:16:20Speaker 1: Steven Show. All right, guys, it's time now for a
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: quick round of Ask the CLO. Chief Love Officer Steve
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: Harvey is in the building. This one is from Garland
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: in Pittsburgh. Garland, that's the name for you. Steve Garland says.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: I do basketball clinics with up and coming ball players,
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: and I charged by the hour. One of my good
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: buddy's sixteen year old son was training with me, but
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: he stopped coming after my buddy lost his job. I
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: offered to train him for free, but my buddy was
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: too proud for that. His son called and said he
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: was coming back to training and he'd pay me. He
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: gave me cash, and I noticed a roll of twenties
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: in his gym bag. I was at a loss for words.
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: Am I supposed to tell my buddy about this first?
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: Or is it okay to ask the boy about it? Well,
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: you're better asked this boy. But you gotta roll the twenties.
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: We know what's happened. Oh yeah, everybody know what twenty Amen.
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: But I would, I would. I would talk to your
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: buddy too, man. I mean, you know you got to
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: help parents, you know. M Yeah, you got this point,
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: go to prison. I can pay you. No roll the
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: twenties in your gim bag. Yeah, An showed up and
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: said he could pay. And I saw a roll of
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: twenties in the jim bag. You might want to talk
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: to your son, period. Yeah, this ain't the time to
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: be you. Ain't this ain't your friend right right? Right?
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: Takes all it takes all of us to save you. Yeah,
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: absolutely it does. All right. We're moving on. A year ago.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: This is from Beverly and Little Rocket. Year ago. I
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: met a man that can sing his behind off. He
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: was very romantic, and he swept me off his feet.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: He moved in with me after four months of dating,
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: and a few months later he landed a great job
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: doing backup vocals on an album. He was making money,
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: and he started feeling himself. One Friday, he got his
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: check and left the house and never came back. I
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: noticed his clothes were gone and he changed his number. Well,
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: his checks still come to my house. Do I try
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: to find them? Do I try to find him? Or
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: throw them away? Well, throwing him away don't help nobody.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: I know you're mad, but throwing away money, what do
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: that accomplish? You know? So, don't you know I'd say, hey,
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: your checks is over here, but he changed his number.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: She can't get in touch with him. Oh well, just
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: hold on to the checks. Oh I ain't nobody forgot
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: about no damn money. Not no dude, Yeah, because he
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: gonna be wondering where him checks. That Just just hold
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: on to the checks and you'll be able to get
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: a couple of questions answered. Or you cut a deal.
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: I got your checks, you know, commit thousand dollars, I
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: give them to you. You know he's doing good, something
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: like that. Or you know you can't stand on the
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: porch and you can open the curtain and they didn't
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: want you set the checks on five? Yes, come on, ye, yeah, yeah,
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: good answer. Yes, I'm on close coming up. It is
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: our last break of the day and we'll have some
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey at
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: forty nine minutes after right after this, you're listening Morning show.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: the day on this Wednesday hump day, midweek, Yeah, midweek. Yeah,
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: what's on your mind, Steve? I don't you know, I'm
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: really good. You know, I'm looking at our country and
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: I watch how we are now ted crews. After the
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: Boulder shooting. He made another statement. Man, he is just
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: that dude. Here we go after every mass shooting. We
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: have this conversation that we need to do something, but
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: nothing we're proposing to do is gonna stop these mass
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: motive murders. He's such a liar. Nothing that nothing that
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: they would agree to do could stop these mass murders.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: This doesn't happen in certain countries because you can't own
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: these types of weapons in certain countries. They are banned.
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: You cannot sell them, you cannot bring them in. Yeah,
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: this is all about money. It's as simple as that.
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: And that these parts politicians have proven in this last
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: election and the support of Donald Trump, that what's important
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: to these politicians nothing is bigger than their money and
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: their power, and in order to get the money in
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: their power, they have to maintain the position. So they're
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: never going to get rid of these gun laws until
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: we get rid of them. See now, the NRA is
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: the biggest funder to the Republican Party, and they put
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: money behind these candidates, and these Republican candidates that don't
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: support the Second Amendment, they withdraw their funding. So they're
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: going to do it. And it's a sad thing, man,
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: that they're willing to sacrifice so many lives and not care.
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: They genuinely do not care, because they care more about
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: their position, power, and money than they do the lives
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: of innocent people. This country is so free that we
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: are freely destroying ourselves. You know, this bowlder shooting guy,
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: they walk him out in handcuffs with blood running down
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: his leg. He took his vest off and everything in
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: shirt and they walked him out. That don't happen to
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: black people. You know. We look at the way this
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: country is, and what I'm getting more and more sick
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: of is the Republican Party and their senators and the
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: people who backed them, because they really don't care about
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: other people. They care about themselves too, because they put
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: people in there who only care about themselves. And I'm
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: sick of not saying it, because if you vote for
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: these people, it's because you believe in the policies of
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: these people. And if you re elect these people, you
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: heard what they said and you must be okay with it.
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: And it just bears true with the fight that Donald
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: Trump put up this election. They believe what he says
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: to be true. And seventy two million people voted for him.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: You heard everything he said. You heard it, the misslum Band,
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: the killing, the Docker program, the wall, the anti gay rhetoric,
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: all of this stuff right here. All of this. You
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: talk about physically disabled people, you talk about anybody, you
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: dog every black person that has an agenda. Anytime you
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: come out with and get on your soapbox is something
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: to do with blacks. It's the kneel and it's the
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: Black lives matter, and you make statements that are completely false,
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: and these people here and they back him. This is
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: the United States we live in. This is it. I'm sorry, Well,
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: I'm just talking about Donald Trump and to what he's
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: still fell and represented and how and how they voted
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: for him. And this is the country we're in, man,
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: And what we just proved in this last election as
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: people of color, is that we are powerful voting block,
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: and once we see something about themselves, we don't usually
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: give that back. So we're going to be effective in
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: the next election, the simpler elections too. We're gonna start
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: voting in everything, and we're gonna start showing up and
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: we're gonna get behind this People's Right Act, and we're
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: gonna make sure that this gets through our Senate, our Congress,
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: and we're gonna make sure that the Voting Right Acts
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: for Black people never have to be voted on again.
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: Why do we have to go and vote on this
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: every so many years determined? If we can just go
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: vote again, and we're supposed to be Americans, Man, y'all
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: miss me with all this talking about how great it
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: is over here. America's a great country that has a
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: lot of great problems, that needs a lot of great fixes.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: And we got a lot of people who ain't trying
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: to fix it. And I've been looking at them, from
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: climbing over the wall to the way they handle that,
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: to the voting to everything, and they just keep going.
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: And these are the things that we have to be
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: conscious of as voters. Man, who's in here voting against
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: the Voting Right Act. Who's in here pushing to leave
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: gun laws the way they are? Who in here is
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: shooting down every time we have a shooting, they got
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: a stand up and defend guns and all this here,
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: These are the people that have to be removed. This
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: country is turning a little bit, and it's never been
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: this way before. When Georgia turned blew, that was scary
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: for them. Texas was almost that was scary for them.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: They trying to do stuff about this man. They see
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: the turn coming, but there's nothing they can do about it. Y'all,
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: we will never ever let them play a short again.
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: Those days are done. You're gonna count us, you're gonna
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: recognize us, and you're gonna respect us. For all Steve
