- 0:29Speaker 1: we come. Welcome to Money Making Conversation. I'm your host,
- 0:32Speaker 1: Rashwan McDonald. It is important to understand that everybody travels

- 0:38Speaker 1: The challenges you face in your life are different. So
- 0:41Speaker 1: stop reading other people's success stories and start writing your own.
- 0:43Speaker 1: That's why I created Money Making Conversations. You should be

- 0:50Speaker 1: for themselves for not for you. You have to set
- 0:53Speaker 1: your own goal, exclaiming comreated effort. My next guest is
- 0:58Speaker 1: Barbara Furlough Spiles and earnest smiles. She is the least strategist,
- 1:02Speaker 1: Global head of Employment, Research Group and Diversity Engagement at Facebook. Now,
- 1:06Speaker 1: outside of her role in Facebook and operating Smiles Chill,
- 1:09Speaker 1: Barbara's found a BT consultant, LLC and co founder a
- 1:13Speaker 1: nonprofit globu Smiles Health, which is focused on sustainable health
- 1:17Speaker 1: and providing people with the basic needs of living around
- 1:20Speaker 1: the globe one community and smile at a time. Now
- 1:23Speaker 1: Smiles Shields as a family owned and operating company founded
- 1:26Speaker 1: about Barbara and her husband, muscle Bound Earnest Smiles the
- 1:32Speaker 1: Smiles Seal as a major arnor for the categories of children, luxury,
- 1:36Speaker 1: be Dazzled, and name customization. Please work into the money making.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Please work with the money making. I'm laughing, so please
- 1:44Speaker 1: work with the money making. Conversation Earnest and Barbara fellow smiles.
- 1:48Speaker 1: How y'all doing. We're doing an amazing rush. Thank you
- 1:52Speaker 1: so much for having us. Like I said, man, I've
- 1:55Speaker 1: been looking forward to this interview. I've been counting down
- 1:58Speaker 1: the clock to to this, so I'm happy to be here.
- 2:01Speaker 1: My wife and I well, first of all, you know,
- 2:03Speaker 1: I want to thank everybody who are who are challenging
- 2:07Speaker 1: themselves when I look at what you guys are doing.
- 2:10Speaker 1: You challenge yourself to understand that we're in the pandemic.
- 2:13Speaker 1: When you see the stock market is flying off the charts,
- 2:16Speaker 1: you don't have to be the person that's been laid off.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Other person who's in the line saying waiting for somebody
- 2:22Speaker 1: to hand out. And I'm not saying that negatively, but
- 2:24Speaker 1: we have to be smart about it because somehow in
- 2:26Speaker 1: this pandemic, when we see unemployment, we see food lines,
- 2:31Speaker 1: somebody's making money and somebody's out there going to cost code.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Amazon stock is on fire because old Line. Just on
- 2:38Speaker 1: the Cyber Monday it was twelve point seven billion dollars
- 2:42Speaker 1: in sales. On Black Friday, there was over nine billion
- 2:45Speaker 1: dollars in sales. So there has to be a sense
- 2:48Speaker 1: that there is economic positivity in play right now. So
- 2:54Speaker 1: the whole concept of what you guys are doing with
- 2:56Speaker 1: the shields are right in line with what we're dealing
- 2:59Speaker 1: with with the dim It now tell us about how
- 3:02Speaker 1: the concept came about. And I know it's the first
- 3:04Speaker 1: time coming on money making conversations. Please we artist about
- 3:08Speaker 1: everything you've done. I'm not here to blasting your thing.
- 3:11Speaker 1: That's want you to tell your story is a power
- 3:13Speaker 1: couple because Earnest you have your shield on, and Barbara
- 3:17Speaker 1: you got your shield on. And the reason I love
- 3:19Speaker 1: it I can see your smiles. And then here's the
- 3:21Speaker 1: thing about YouTube, y'all, y'all tied it to your last names.
- 3:26Speaker 1: That's beautiful. That's beautiful. So so I'm gonna Earnest talk
- 3:29Speaker 1: that's my man. Before he might he might, I got you,
- 3:32Speaker 1: I got you Cover Rush, Well, be honest. This product,
- 3:37Speaker 1: just if I must span it was actually shot down
- 3:40Speaker 1: in an NBA program. I go to Syracuse University finishing
- 3:44Speaker 1: up my last two classes and it was developed during
- 3:48Speaker 1: the last semester and I actually brought it to an
- 3:52Speaker 1: NBA group and say, I have this great idea about
- 3:54Speaker 1: these customized shields. And they were like, well, that's not
- 3:58Speaker 1: gonna work because we have to wear man. I said,
- 4:00Speaker 1: you don't understand what I'm saying. I have this great
- 4:03Speaker 1: idea about designing customized shields for customers to have. And
- 4:09Speaker 1: it was declined. But I said, you know what, I'm
- 4:12Speaker 1: still gonna make these shields and I'm gonna prove to
- 4:15Speaker 1: you that you don't have to listen to what any
- 4:17Speaker 1: other group says. If you believe in it, and you
- 4:19Speaker 1: know there's a market. Just push yourself through right now,
- 4:23Speaker 1: because I I love that. Then, Bobby, I don't you
- 4:25Speaker 1: want to comment on that because that's somebody told him. No,
- 4:28Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, And quite frankly, I don't
- 4:30Speaker 1: think he hears that word. Right. So, so tell us
- 4:35Speaker 1: about the whole process of you know, because it's trademark
- 4:39Speaker 1: and we know and and all that stuff, and so
- 4:41Speaker 1: talk about the process of developing a product. Yes, So
- 4:47Speaker 1: Ernest came home like he normally does with the brilliant idea.
- 4:51Speaker 1: That's what we do. We support each other. And the
- 4:54Speaker 1: first and shield was a Dodger shield. So you see this,
- 4:58Speaker 1: you see the makeup and it and the flyness. Right,
- 5:02Speaker 1: So I was like, we gotta take it to another level.
- 5:05Speaker 1: So one of the things we initially thought of was
- 5:08Speaker 1: creating different collections. So you see here laying around the shield,
- 5:14Speaker 1: um dazzled. We have luxury, um, et cetera. Now this
- 5:19Speaker 1: is right, I means I can contact you and it's
- 5:22Speaker 1: made to order. Correct. Yeah, So we have a website. Okay, okay,
- 5:27Speaker 1: now I'm gonna I'm gonna havep some people, cause like something,
- 5:30Speaker 1: some of this place back on podcast too, so it's
- 5:32Speaker 1: all the only of course it plays off on video
- 5:35Speaker 1: and on YouTube. Now there are two things she has
- 5:38Speaker 1: to shield and on the outside of the shield it
- 5:41Speaker 1: said smile and then inside there's a band that place.
- 5:47Speaker 1: They strategically allowed you to put the logo branding on
- 5:50Speaker 1: that as well. Who came up with that? I did
- 5:53Speaker 1: the double brand logo. That's double branding. Yeah, yep, can
- 6:05Speaker 1: you hear me, Rush, I can hear that? Okay, cool? Now,
- 6:07Speaker 1: who came up with the idea of the double the
- 6:10Speaker 1: double branding of the logos? Oh? I did? Um. What
- 6:15Speaker 1: I thought about was and when even when I saw
- 6:18Speaker 1: the first Dodger one, I said, I'm gonna take this
- 6:21Speaker 1: back to Detroit, Michigan. And I'm explaining I'm from Detroit.
- 6:24Speaker 1: We used to wear a name but belt buckles, and
- 6:27Speaker 1: I said, I said, man, I bet people would love
- 6:32Speaker 1: to have a face shield just like the buckle. So
- 6:35Speaker 1: if you look at the black band, it's nothing but
- 6:37Speaker 1: a belt with with your what's your what's your name
- 6:40Speaker 1: on it? And I just thinking back to back to
- 6:43Speaker 1: that time, and I said, we were we went crazy
- 6:45Speaker 1: for these, right, I said, I know this will work
- 6:49Speaker 1: on a face shield, and this is what you see
- 6:51Speaker 1: with both what we both have on at the present moment. Okay, cool,
- 6:54Speaker 1: let me ask you this the process of making a
- 6:57Speaker 1: custom mind, what is is it? A number of hours?
- 7:00Speaker 1: Is a number of days? And so let me just
- 7:01Speaker 1: take for attention to the shield that you have. I'm
- 7:04Speaker 1: looking at two different shards because on your shild, Barbera,
- 7:07Speaker 1: you have bedazzle around the trimp. You have a bedazzle trimp. Okay, now,
- 7:11Speaker 1: earnest on your shield's clean. It's a very clear screen.
- 7:14Speaker 1: You can see their eyes, their nose, beautiful smiles and
- 7:18Speaker 1: which I missed with masks. I missed that because I
- 7:21Speaker 1: like to encourage people with a smile that guess what,
- 7:24Speaker 1: we're into this together. We're gonna get through this together.
- 7:27Speaker 1: When you wear a mask, you can't do that, okay,
- 7:29Speaker 1: But a sill allows you to smile at the person's
- 7:32Speaker 1: saying hello. You know, look up beat when you're going
- 7:35Speaker 1: in the grocery store, look up beat when you come
- 7:37Speaker 1: out of home depot. Life is not that bad. You know,
- 7:40Speaker 1: I'm not mad. I'm not mad at white people. White
- 7:42Speaker 1: people shouldn't be mad at me. You know, this is
- 7:46Speaker 1: important when the in the in the in the world
- 7:49Speaker 1: that we live in now, when you see so much anger,
- 7:52Speaker 1: so much hate, so much doubt, people afraid of so
- 7:56Speaker 1: much bad media that's put in social media, that's put
- 8:00Speaker 1: in the digital world. So with that said, the numbdazzo,
- 8:04Speaker 1: how long does it take, Trim and how does it
- 8:06Speaker 1: take them do the bidazzo trip? Barbara? Yeah, so it
- 8:10Speaker 1: takes pretty much forty eight hours. Well, let's let's make
- 8:15Speaker 1: sure we get that fully correct. That's her like orders
- 8:19Speaker 1: of twenty and thirty. We can make one of one
- 8:22Speaker 1: or more the shields and approximately. Honestly, if I call
- 8:26Speaker 1: right now said make me a money making conversations, I
- 8:28Speaker 1: get you one of thirty minutes. See with my staff. See,
- 8:33Speaker 1: that's what I gotta do. I gotta give me a
- 8:35Speaker 1: money making conversation. So I can I need to have
- 8:38Speaker 1: that wait till I make that shilpa because you know
- 8:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna put it on social media. You know, I've
- 8:44Speaker 1: let all my million, my million followers know about this
- 8:46Speaker 1: because first of all, first of all, the entrepreneurs. Now, okay,
- 8:50Speaker 1: on Ernest, what do you do with your your your
- 8:55Speaker 1: forty hour week or your entrepreneurs side other than the shields.
- 8:58Speaker 1: And also I'm gonna ask you to at because i
- 9:00Speaker 1: want to let everybody to know that I would your people,
- 9:02Speaker 1: if you want to be successful, take that twenty four
- 9:05Speaker 1: hours as you could every day, learn to take advantage
- 9:07Speaker 1: of every hour. It seems that you guys following that motto, Well,
- 9:14Speaker 1: let me say first rush that there is no forty
- 9:17Speaker 1: hour week for us. Yes, there really is. Our Our
- 9:21Speaker 1: week runs congrueing, meaning they all blame all the days
- 9:24Speaker 1: blending together. We we work off for goals, meaning you know,
- 9:29Speaker 1: the days just are there to set our goals. And
- 9:32Speaker 1: what we do is we live off of what is
- 9:35Speaker 1: the goal for the week. Meaning if my goal is
- 9:38Speaker 1: something that requires me to work another twelve hours, I'm
- 9:41Speaker 1: working the whole twelve hours. So there there's no such
- 9:44Speaker 1: thing gas at the eight hour mark. I'm shutting it
- 9:48Speaker 1: down at four o'clock. I wake up at three in
- 9:51Speaker 1: the morning and say, I still got some emails to
- 9:53Speaker 1: see and I'm sending my emails, So I'm based I
- 9:55Speaker 1: based my week off a task, not not off of
- 9:59Speaker 1: off of the day. So when you understand it's the entrepreneur,
- 10:04Speaker 1: there should never be an eight to four set clock
- 10:07Speaker 1: because then that would mean you just limited yourself. And
- 10:09Speaker 1: if Rush call for money making conversations and want you
- 10:12Speaker 1: to come on the show, you say, Rush, I can't
- 10:15Speaker 1: make it because I'm off at four o'clock. Right, so
- 10:20Speaker 1: he Rush called me rushing here two and the one
- 10:22Speaker 1: on the show. I'm getting on the show. That's what
- 10:24Speaker 1: I like about you, sir, Thank you very But now, Barbara,
- 10:27Speaker 1: I I know I got hercules over that to you, right,
- 10:29Speaker 1: hercles over. You know, you know he got what you
- 10:32Speaker 1: know something there is a deal because when you came
- 10:34Speaker 1: on before she was in a job. You know, he
- 10:37Speaker 1: was up. I said, I'm ready for this interview, and
- 10:39Speaker 1: I see you know you you're married to the zer bunny. Okay,
- 10:43Speaker 1: you can't. You can't come home and not be happy
- 10:45Speaker 1: to see each other. And that's important because you know,
- 10:49Speaker 1: God has blessed y'all with a clear understanding that why
- 10:52Speaker 1: I produced a sad day with a happy day is better. Okay.
- 10:56Speaker 1: And so now that now the pidazza one, that pidazz
- 10:59Speaker 1: a trim that put out what is that trim made
- 11:01Speaker 1: up or what is what is creating that pedazzle nous? Yeah,
- 11:05Speaker 1: so it's called when you go on our website you
- 11:08Speaker 1: can add this to any shield. It's called blamed around
- 11:11Speaker 1: the shield. Um, it's really what it is. He said,
- 11:16Speaker 1: he's from Detroit. Where are you from? I'm from Los Angeles,
- 11:20Speaker 1: So they called me Hollywood that Hollywood together, I got
- 11:31Speaker 1: the Motor City. I got Hollywood. No, no, no, no no.
- 11:34Speaker 1: See see he know I've been in Detroit many times.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Me and Steve Barber used to go up there and
- 11:38Speaker 1: do comedy shows and all that stuff up at the
- 11:40Speaker 1: Fox then, so I know about dressing. So when you
- 11:43Speaker 1: start talking about Detroit, I know exactly what you're talking about.
- 11:46Speaker 1: I lived in l A for fifteen years, so I
- 11:48Speaker 1: knew exactly what you're talking about, Blake. So I got
- 11:51Speaker 1: a strong mix of both of y'all conversation. It's finally here,
- 11:55Speaker 1: the season of celebration. And no matter how you celebrate
- 11:59Speaker 1: with family and friends, whether you're preparing for Reis Magos

- 13:50Speaker 1: dot ai. Now, well, we started introducing the brain okay,
- 13:55Speaker 1: of course, like you said, the NBA thought this wasn't
- 13:58Speaker 1: a good idea. How did you start introducing it on
- 14:00Speaker 1: social media? Did you shoot videos? How did you guys
- 14:04Speaker 1: start introducing the brain? Yeah, I'll take that. I actually
- 14:08Speaker 1: work at Facebook and Instagram, the number one social media company,
- 14:12Speaker 1: and what we see in particular COVID nineteen talk about
- 14:16Speaker 1: the pivot. So we pivoted to purely social media e
- 14:20Speaker 1: commerce UM, and we utilize our social media platform. We
- 14:25Speaker 1: have amazing photographer and designers. Where we took some shots
- 14:29Speaker 1: of people in the shield UM and we created organically
- 14:32Speaker 1: the following on Instagram. What we also did. I'm also
- 14:37Speaker 1: getting my NBA U c l A. I wanted to
- 14:39Speaker 1: shout that out, so you're not the only NBA in
- 14:41Speaker 1: the house. UM. And what we did was we bypassed
- 14:46Speaker 1: all the traditional ways and go to market, right, so
- 14:49Speaker 1: you have your market analysis. It takes years, UM, And
- 14:52Speaker 1: we said, why don't we try the social media out
- 14:55Speaker 1: and so we had the direct to consumer interaction with
- 14:59Speaker 1: our customer that let us know that we were onto something.
- 15:03Speaker 1: UM and rest I wanted to also mention you talked
- 15:06Speaker 1: about being trademark. So one of the early signs that
- 15:10Speaker 1: this was going to be successful. When we were in
- 15:13Speaker 1: the process of getting trademark, there were over ten thousand
- 15:16Speaker 1: applications from masks and shields. But when you talked about
- 15:21Speaker 1: other people making money, you know, many people saw this
- 15:24Speaker 1: as an opportunity and many people that don't look like us.
- 15:30Speaker 1: And I agree, and I you know, that's what I'm
- 15:31Speaker 1: happy about it because I have some friends, you know,
- 15:34Speaker 1: they've been very successful with masks okay, and I've helped
- 15:38Speaker 1: them and dropped their information in my newsletter and dropped
- 15:41Speaker 1: it on my social media. Because that's that's why I
- 15:43Speaker 1: created money making conversations. And so when I when I
- 15:46Speaker 1: look at African American's clearly understanding the pivot clearly understanding that.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And this is this is why I'm excited about it.
- 15:54Speaker 1: And this is just because of the fact that there's
- 15:56Speaker 1: a vaccine coming out and black people don't want to
- 15:58Speaker 1: take it. They don't trust the system, you know what
- 16:01Speaker 1: I'm saying, And so I think it's time that in
- 16:04Speaker 1: order for us to create trust, we gotta move you
- 16:07Speaker 1: guys face to the front of the line. You know
- 16:09Speaker 1: what I'm saying, isn't that's more than just me taking
- 16:12Speaker 1: a photo with myself on it. I want to take
- 16:15Speaker 1: a photo with YouTube to post on social media talking
- 16:18Speaker 1: about it's a black couple that have invented you know,
- 16:23Speaker 1: these shields and you can buy from them online. So
- 16:26Speaker 1: that's way more important than anything because that because that's
- 16:29Speaker 1: gonna encourage black participation. Blacks and say, I supported blacks
- 16:34Speaker 1: may even take the vaccine because we understand that we
- 16:38Speaker 1: don't want to be guinea pigs. But then also we
- 16:42Speaker 1: want to be able to participate in the support system
- 16:46Speaker 1: of profitability. And that's what you guys are doing with
- 16:48Speaker 1: the shield. Look, it's a health it's for your health,
- 16:52Speaker 1: it's for safety. COVID NATI safety lots to create social distance,
- 16:57Speaker 1: to me, it creates a very social experience. To me,
- 17:01Speaker 1: I think that in the end that's gonna be honest.
- 17:04Speaker 1: You can still eat, you can still you can still
- 17:06Speaker 1: do uh a straw, you can do a lot of
- 17:09Speaker 1: things where this shield here, and that's what your kid.
- 17:12Speaker 1: So all that was taken in consideration, Earnest, when you
- 17:15Speaker 1: really started thinking about this whole process. Oh yeah, absolutely.
- 17:20Speaker 1: We we thought about, like you said, the social experience,
- 17:23Speaker 1: and that, like you said, we're gonna be going through
- 17:25Speaker 1: COVID in and out for the next couple of years.
- 17:29Speaker 1: So we we recognized that, and our goal as entrepreneurs
- 17:33Speaker 1: was was to embrace it, not to act as if
- 17:36Speaker 1: it didn't exist, or to go into a shall of fear.
- 17:40Speaker 1: And and that's and and I'm gonna be honest, my
- 17:42Speaker 1: wife and I we we did go to an initial
- 17:45Speaker 1: phase of fear. And I want the audience to know
- 17:47Speaker 1: that fear is okay in the in the beginning, But
- 17:51Speaker 1: you got a short time. I I have a window
- 17:53Speaker 1: of fear, and that's probably two weeks to figure out
- 17:57Speaker 1: how scared I'm gonna be. And after that, I gotta
- 17:59Speaker 1: come up, I gotta mote there with some with a plan.
- 18:02Speaker 1: You know and my wife developed and Garrett Webster from
- 18:05Speaker 1: South Africa the four ELP you want tell them about
- 18:07Speaker 1: the four Yeah, So we talked about the silent fear
- 18:09Speaker 1: where Ernest was talking about for the other four fs
- 18:12Speaker 1: that we talked about is focused focus once you get
- 18:16Speaker 1: out of the fear, focused on how do you lean
- 18:18Speaker 1: in and aswer the call on where you're in right,
- 18:22Speaker 1: how do you lean into and meet the moment where
- 18:25Speaker 1: it is. And then the faith, the faith whatever anybody practices,
- 18:29Speaker 1: there's some faith that you have to know that you're
- 18:31Speaker 1: gonna get through this. There's some faith you know that
- 18:33Speaker 1: you will have the answers um and that you can prosper.
- 18:37Speaker 1: We have a win win per mentality of prosperity and abundance.
- 18:43Speaker 1: And so we were speaking out we were a money
- 18:45Speaker 1: magnet where an opportunity magnet. A lot of people were
- 18:48Speaker 1: like f We did not speak never because we knew
- 18:54Speaker 1: that twenty was gonna be prosperous for us UM. And
- 18:57Speaker 1: then we talked about family. So we're a family, my
- 19:00Speaker 1: own business. We knew that we had to stick together
- 19:04Speaker 1: during this tumultuous time and why not use this opportunity
- 19:08Speaker 1: to build something beautiful together and the last piece of
- 19:10Speaker 1: future what's our future outlook of this? So it could
- 19:14Speaker 1: be quite honest with you. We've only been in business
- 19:16Speaker 1: with small shops for four months and we've seen the
- 19:19Speaker 1: uber growth and so when you talk about the future
- 19:22Speaker 1: of it, we started to attract like minded individuals and
- 19:26Speaker 1: do partnerships. So for partnering with Sydney Jackson who has
- 19:31Speaker 1: a Paget beauty line, we're also partnering u's MS teen
- 19:37Speaker 1: DC USA Sydney Jackson, what are pageon beauty line? We're
- 19:40Speaker 1: also partnering with Jamia from Atlanta Housewives is gonna come
- 19:46Speaker 1: out with a mask and shield combinations, which is exciting.
- 19:50Speaker 1: And then in Instagram and fluencer Toy Hardy, who's also
- 19:54Speaker 1: coming out with a shield and mask. So we were
- 19:57Speaker 1: in the beginning, we saw this opportunity in their lot
- 20:00Speaker 1: of people that are now understanding that we're gonna be
- 20:03Speaker 1: in this for some time. Well, that's why I wanted
- 20:05Speaker 1: to help promote YouTube. You know what I'm saying. You know,
- 20:08Speaker 1: I because I can easily put that sheeld over my
- 20:10Speaker 1: face money making conversation and I want that, don't get
- 20:13Speaker 1: me wrong. But also, like last week, a couple of
- 20:15Speaker 1: weeks ago, I had the a couple of HBCU grad
- 20:19Speaker 1: they created a clowns clause and uh and I posted
- 20:23Speaker 1: the picture of them too, and their two children blew up.
- 20:27Speaker 1: You know, they created clowns clause. And so I know
- 20:29Speaker 1: the value of support. Where African Americans know that they
- 20:34Speaker 1: are creating this product that they could support, it's not
- 20:37Speaker 1: somebody modeling the product. And that's what I would be.
- 20:40Speaker 1: I'll be modeling the product that they wouldn't know where
- 20:42Speaker 1: it was who created it. And so I want you
- 20:45Speaker 1: guys to take a real nice photo and probably already
- 20:47Speaker 1: got I was just trying to be professive. I just
- 20:54Speaker 1: try to be professive, you know right there, you know,
- 21:03Speaker 1: get it to Samantha, and so let's let's get it up.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Let's listen, let's let's build y'all brand Let's build his branding.
- 21:09Speaker 1: And and my I've created money making conversations. It ain't
- 21:12Speaker 1: about me making money. It's about be sharing your stories,
- 21:15Speaker 1: about giving your platform that's free that I've been blessed
- 21:18Speaker 1: with to be able to have interviews. You guys been
- 21:21Speaker 1: trusted me to tell your story, to share your story
- 21:24Speaker 1: to my fan base and in the end, by the
- 21:27Speaker 1: title of my show is money Making Conversations. So if
- 21:29Speaker 1: you come on my show and make a little money,
- 21:31Speaker 1: then guess where the conversation is real good. And that's
- 21:35Speaker 1: what we like. We love the partnership well just like
- 21:39Speaker 1: just not even a partnership, but their partnership is you
- 21:41Speaker 1: came on the show, You've done your job. Our relationship
- 21:43Speaker 1: is about me just showing you some tricks and marketing
- 21:47Speaker 1: and branding using the tentacles that I put out there
- 21:50Speaker 1: and I've created. And also but I want to market
- 21:53Speaker 1: you too, okay, on my on my platform with a
- 21:56Speaker 1: link to click to buy your problem. And that's what
- 21:59Speaker 1: I want. Wanna do it, I do it on my
- 22:01Speaker 1: Facebook page. I gotta do the eight hundred thousand followers
- 22:04Speaker 1: on my Facebook page. I want to put you guys
- 22:06Speaker 1: on Monday, on a Monday post before Christmas. So we
- 22:09Speaker 1: want to turn this around real quick. Okay. You know
- 22:13Speaker 1: my man uhdel he he's my program director. Samantha is
- 22:18Speaker 1: my uh excuse me, is my executive producer money Making Conversations.
- 22:22Speaker 1: So we're gonna get this together. But more importantly, it's
- 22:25Speaker 1: not so much what you do outside your brand, because
- 22:28Speaker 1: again ornest you explain. Look, you're entrepreneurs. Okay, you're not
- 22:32Speaker 1: eight to five. Your dreamers were the goal and the purpose.
- 22:36Speaker 1: And you know I just noticed, you know, underneath that
- 22:37Speaker 1: year you got a little cold turtling that going there.
- 22:40Speaker 1: I just noticed he got a turtle. Boy. I'm so
- 22:43Speaker 1: mad at you. You know I'm not taking this coming.
- 22:47Speaker 1: My brand of turn maker is that man, I'll be
- 22:50Speaker 1: This is Hugo boss man. This is this is one
- 22:52Speaker 1: of my goal to man, Hugo boss kind of guy. Man.
- 22:56Speaker 1: I just didn't I didn't want to overdo. But I
- 22:59Speaker 1: got the go Boys jacket and on top of this,
- 23:02Speaker 1: you know it's right here because you know I love
- 23:06Speaker 1: turtlenext man. I love That's one of my favorites because
- 23:10Speaker 1: because the mask. See that's what he has to mask
- 23:12Speaker 1: it so I can look through the man. I can
- 23:13Speaker 1: look through the man. Let's have a turn. Yeah, you
- 23:17Speaker 1: know that's the cool thing. But he modeling. He just
- 23:25Speaker 1: certain I didn't he man, I like showtime, never learning be.
- 23:31Speaker 1: He just showed me he could flip the face up
- 23:35Speaker 1: to a lot of people do that. They have to
- 23:37Speaker 1: take the entire shield off their face and lift this
- 23:41Speaker 1: up right here. See that. We we we you know,
- 23:44Speaker 1: we we can set them up there for a minute
- 23:46Speaker 1: and have a conversation or ship or have a little
- 23:48Speaker 1: food and everything would be great. And emergency dropping back down,
- 23:52Speaker 1: somebody come by coughing and looking crazy. Yeah, down with that,
- 23:56Speaker 1: sheeld back up, baby, absolutely, So tell everybody to getting barber.
