Measles is spreading fast in Teton County, Wyoming—two new cases bring the state total to six, five of them in the county alone. One case is linked to exposure, the other not, showing how easily this virus hops between people. Measles can cause pneumonia, brain swelling, hospitalization, or even death—vaccination is your best defense.
