- 0:00Speaker 1: We are now getting news that a Biden appointed judge
- 0:04Speaker 1: has blocked Donald Trump's new verification system to remove foreign
- 0:11Speaker 1: nationals from our voter roles. Yeah, you want to talk
- 0:17Speaker 1: about fraud, You want to talk about people that shouldn't
- 0:20Speaker 1: be voting in our elections actually getting to vote in
- 0:23Speaker 1: our elections. Well, this is a perfect example of that.
- 0:29Speaker 1: This federal judge appointed by President Joe Biden has block
- 0:33Speaker 1: President Trump's administration from using an updated verification system known
- 0:39Speaker 1: as the SAVE program to remove foreign nationals from state
- 0:44Speaker 1: voter roles. Now, on Monday, the judge appointed to the
- 0:49Speaker 1: United States District Court for the District Columbia by Biden
- 0:53Speaker 1: issued an order specifically to prevent the Trump administration from
- 0:58Speaker 1: using a stream line version of the federal government say
- 1:02Speaker 1: program to combat voter fraud. Now, this is all about
- 1:04Speaker 1: just combating voter fraud. Like, that's it. The update to
- 1:08Speaker 1: SAVE allows states to more quickly verify that only American
- 1:13Speaker 1: citizens are voting in federal elections by no longer requiring
- 1:18Speaker 1: that all nine digits of a voter's registrant social Security
- 1:24Speaker 1: number have to be entered to verify eligibility. Quote. This
- 1:30Speaker 1: case implicates two fundamental rights that protect Americans from government overreach.
- 1:36Speaker 1: The right to privacy and the right to vote is
- 1:38Speaker 1: what the judge said. This is incredible, by the way,
- 1:43Speaker 1: in the past year, several federal agencies have joined forces
- 1:46Speaker 1: to create a centralized federal database that contains a private
- 1:50Speaker 1: information of United States citizens, including SOID security numbers, citizenship status,
- 1:54Speaker 1: and other sense of data. But decades ago, she went
- 1:58Speaker 1: on to say, Congress put protections in place to prevent
- 2:00Speaker 1: precisely this type of centralized data bank, and the record
- 2:05Speaker 1: in this case shows that federal agencies that created this
- 2:08Speaker 1: database knew that the database violated those set story protections.
- 2:12Speaker 1: The agencies were scrambling to comply with an executive order
- 2:15Speaker 1: aimed at reshaping federal elections, which directs them to create
- 2:19Speaker 1: a system for mass voter verification, So they combine and
- 2:25Speaker 1: repurpose the private information millions of Americans, including citizenship data
- 2:29Speaker 1: that they knew to be unreliable. Since then, states have
- 2:34Speaker 1: partnered with the federal government to access the database and
- 2:36Speaker 1: are actively removing United States citizens from voter roles based
- 2:40Speaker 1: on inaccurate information quote unquote. All in all, the federal
- 2:44Speaker 1: government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American
- 2:47Speaker 1: citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote.
- 2:51Speaker 1: This Court cannot stand idly by while this happens. Emphasis
- 2:55Speaker 1: added of course there. Okay, So let me be clear.
- 3:00Speaker 1: You have a president that's trying to make sure that
- 3:02Speaker 1: people aren't voting in our elections that are here illegally,
- 3:05Speaker 1: that aren't allowed to vote, and immediately a wacko Biden
- 3:09Speaker 1: judge is like, Nope, we got to let those illegals
- 3:12Speaker 1: and people that are not eligible to vote vote in
- 3:14Speaker 1: our elections. Now. A US Citizenship and Integration Services spokesman
- 3:20Speaker 1: previously said that the update say program was necessary to
- 3:25Speaker 1: quote ensure America's elections are reserved exclusively for American citizens.
- 3:31Speaker 1: By the way, what's like wrong with that? Like that
- 3:34Speaker 1: that should just be like very logical, Like hey, who,
- 3:39Speaker 1: by the way, that's what the law says. Can we
- 3:41Speaker 1: can we also just talk about that for a second,
- 3:43Speaker 1: Like the law actually says that only American citizens. Okay,
- 3:50Speaker 1: only American citizens. I want to say that one more time.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Only American citizens are supposed to vote in our election. Uh.
- 4:05Speaker 1: I don't know what else to say if you think
- 4:10Speaker 1: that people that are that are not in this country legally,
- 4:15Speaker 1: and you think that illegal immigrants should be able to vote,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and you then then the question is why, what is
- 4:21Speaker 1: the nefarious reason why? I think it's a pretty simple answer.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I think the answer is pretty obvious, and that answer
- 4:35Speaker 1: is because you want to defraud the will and overthrow
- 4:40Speaker 1: the will of the people. You don't like the outcome
- 4:44Speaker 1: of what the elections are going to be only with
- 4:47Speaker 1: American citizens, so you want to pack the books to
- 4:52Speaker 1: your advantage. And so that for you is like the
- 4:54Speaker 1: holy graaly, I gep, that's all we need, got it?
- 4:56Speaker 1: Let's roll like like like, that's all we got to
- 5:00Speaker 1: do here, Let's just And this is part of the
- 5:04Speaker 1: open border strategy. You flood this country with the legal immigrants,
- 5:07Speaker 1: tens of millions of them, You figure out a way
- 5:10Speaker 1: to get them to vote in our elections, and then
- 5:12Speaker 1: once you pull that off, how do you stop it?
- 5:14Speaker 1: And you get them to vote in local elections, By
- 5:15Speaker 1: the way, liberals have been advocating for them voting in
- 5:18Speaker 1: local elections for as long as I can remember, which
- 5:21Speaker 1: is also scary as hell, And then you can fundamentally
- 5:24Speaker 1: change this country. That's what this really does boil down to.
- 5:29Speaker 1: At this point, like that is the actual ballgame. You
- 5:35Speaker 1: look at this judge, and what this judge is saying is, sorry,
- 5:38Speaker 1: I can't let only American citizens vote. Like American elections
- 5:43Speaker 1: under the Democratic Party are actually not reserved exclusively for Americans.
- 5:49Speaker 1: We're not gonna allow that to be even though that
- 5:53Speaker 1: is what the law says. And I go back to
- 5:55Speaker 1: the point on this, which is the law actually says
- 5:58Speaker 1: that our elections are so supposed to be only for
- 6:01Speaker 1: American citizens. And so now what we have as a
- 6:05Speaker 1: Democratic Party that has found activist judges and put them
- 6:07Speaker 1: in office, and the activist judges are now saying, no, no, no,
- 6:10Speaker 1: we're going to stop the law from actually being used
- 6:15Speaker 1: and protecting that only American citizens are the ones voting.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I asked the question, and I don't say it in
- 6:21Speaker 1: a joking way, like whose side are you on? I
- 6:25Speaker 1: can tell you exactly whose side they're on. They're on
- 6:27Speaker 1: the side of the illegal immigrant. These judges are on
- 6:31Speaker 1: the side of the illegal immigrant. These judges that have
- 6:34Speaker 1: been put into these positions of power want to remake
- 6:38Speaker 1: fundamentally what the United States of America is. They do
- 6:44Speaker 1: not want law and order for Americans. They want anarchy
- 6:47Speaker 1: and chaos, and they want to give rights to the
- 6:50Speaker 1: illegal immigrants in this country, and they want to ultimately
- 6:53Speaker 1: give them what citizenship. I mean, ultimately, this is really
- 6:58Speaker 1: just about citizenship, is it not. It's about flooding this
- 7:02Speaker 1: country of people that came from other countries where Marxism
- 7:06Speaker 1: and socialism and communism were the norm. They're way more
- 7:11Speaker 1: likely Okay again, I'm want to be clear, they are
- 7:15Speaker 1: way more likely to be in favor of it or
- 7:18Speaker 1: vote for it here in America. When you bring in
- 7:22Speaker 1: people that are legal immigants from other countries and you say, hey,
- 7:24Speaker 1: vote for me, right, so and so I'll give you
- 7:28Speaker 1: free stuff. Gavin Newsom's a great example of that. Hell,
- 7:30Speaker 1: Joe Biden was a great example of that. Kama Harris
- 7:32Speaker 1: is a great example of this. If you can have
- 7:34Speaker 1: every illegal immigrant and you bribe them with free government aid,
- 7:37Speaker 1: we give it legal immigrants more in this country than
- 7:40Speaker 1: other countries give their own citizens. Think about that, and
- 7:45Speaker 1: what this judge is saying is, yeah, I'm going to
- 7:47Speaker 1: be an activist. I'm going to make sure that as
- 7:51Speaker 1: many illegal immigrants as I can help vote in the
- 7:56Speaker 1: elections are able to vote in American elections. I'm going
- 8:01Speaker 1: to fight against Donald Trump, and I'm going to fight
- 8:04Speaker 1: against law and order, and I'm going to fight against
- 8:06Speaker 1: what the law say on the books because I was
- 8:10Speaker 1: put here by an activist. You have a judge, now,
- 8:14Speaker 1: a Biden radical judge, who has just stepped in here
- 8:18Speaker 1: and said, uh, I'm going to block Donald Trump's new
- 8:23Speaker 1: verification system to remove foreign nationals from the voter rolls.
- 8:28Speaker 1: In layman's terms, I am going to make sure that
- 8:32Speaker 1: America's elections are not reserved exclusively for American citizens. I'm
- 8:37Speaker 1: going to make sure that America's elections are infiltrated by
- 8:42Speaker 1: anyone that wants to defraud the system. That's what I'm
- 8:47Speaker 1: going to do as a judge. And this is exactly
- 8:50Speaker 1: why the midterms also matter so much. The judge, a judge,
- 8:58Speaker 1: i should say, has shut down the Trump Admin database
- 9:01Speaker 1: used to remove non citizens from voter rules. And this
- 9:06Speaker 1: is now being celebrated by the left. Now, this was,
- 9:10Speaker 1: as I mentioned, I think it was yesterday you had
- 9:13Speaker 1: a Biden appointed federal judge that not only shut down
- 9:16Speaker 1: the database used to remove co citizens from voter rules.
- 9:19Speaker 1: But now the left is saying that this is a
- 9:20Speaker 1: massive victory. It's exactly what I predicted. They want lawlessness
- 9:27Speaker 1: in our country and especially in our elections. Now, our
- 9:30Speaker 1: elections are supposed to be American citizens vote, not illegal immigrants.
- 9:35Speaker 1: What's even more interesting is this seventy five page opinion
- 9:39Speaker 1: that was issued by Sparkle L Suk Nunnan follows a
- 9:44Speaker 1: civil action suit against the Department of Homeland Security, the
- 9:48Speaker 1: Social Security Administration, and the State of Texas by parties
- 9:51Speaker 1: including the League of Women Voters. Now, this was a
- 9:55Speaker 1: very big opinion and the decision set aside a modified
- 9:58Speaker 1: version of the system Smatic Alien Verification for Entitlements known
- 10:03Speaker 1: as the SAVE system, and that was all created following
- 10:06Speaker 1: the Trump signed executive order to verify the citizenship or
- 10:10Speaker 1: immigration status of registered voters or individuals registered to vote.
- 10:14Speaker 1: And this was all put in place by the Department
- 10:16Speaker 1: of Owned Security and the Social Security Administration. So Nonon
- 10:20Speaker 1: justified vacating the SAVE system by citing quote two fundamental
- 10:24Speaker 1: rights that protect Americans from government overreach, namely that she said,
- 10:30Speaker 1: the right to privacy and the right to vote. Now,
- 10:32Speaker 1: she pointed to the twenty twenty five modified version of
- 10:36Speaker 1: the SAVE system as the quote overreach as It included
- 10:39Speaker 1: the records of natural born American citizens direct access, she
- 10:43Speaker 1: says SSA SOI Security Administration records, and allowed state users
- 10:47Speaker 1: to conduct automated bulk searches rather than individual inquiries. Now
- 10:52Speaker 1: this is an activist, judge. When you dive into more
- 10:55Speaker 1: of what she said, you find out just how much
- 10:57Speaker 1: more activists she actually is. She said the database shared
- 11:01Speaker 1: among several federal agencies, So this is all federal agencies
- 11:05Speaker 1: that have this information they're cross checking. It basically contain
- 11:08Speaker 1: private information on US citizens and thus violates protections put
- 11:12Speaker 1: in place by Congress to prevent centralized data banks, including
- 11:17Speaker 1: the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act, She says of
- 11:20Speaker 1: nineteen eighty eight. All Right, translation, I don't want you
- 11:25Speaker 1: to be able to check in any way if someone
- 11:27Speaker 1: is a citizen. So therefore, I'm going to say that
- 11:29Speaker 1: all the databases that we have and the SAVE database
- 11:33Speaker 1: that we have, you can't use because I want illegal
- 11:37Speaker 1: immigrants and dead people to be able to vote in
- 11:39Speaker 1: our elections. Why would you want that to happen unless
- 11:41Speaker 1: it's solely for one reason, and that is for to
- 11:44Speaker 1: commit voter fraud. Now, the defendants argued that other more
- 11:49Speaker 1: specific immigration laws overrode the general restrictions of the nineteen
- 11:53Speaker 1: eighty eight Act. Specifically, they pointed to the Illegal Immigration
- 11:57Speaker 1: Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of ninety six, which actually
- 12:01Speaker 1: mandates that the federal government respond to state inquiries to
- 12:05Speaker 1: verify the citizenship status of any individual. By the way,
- 12:08Speaker 1: Democrats hate that. The judge declared the argument not a
- 12:12Speaker 1: winner quote unquote, Like that's our actual words, not a winner.
- 12:15Speaker 1: I mean one hell of a legal brief when you
- 12:17Speaker 1: just say, quote unquote, not a winner. The judge also
- 12:20Speaker 1: blocked the Federal Trade Commissions Anti Trust probe in immedia
- 12:23Speaker 1: matters by the way, just for point of clarity here,
- 12:25Speaker 1: and bar the executive branch from deporting on accompanied migrant
- 12:30Speaker 1: miners and reuniting them with their families abroad. So you
- 12:33Speaker 1: can't even do that. Now, this is the same crazy judge. Now,
- 12:36Speaker 1: this ruling comes as both Republicans and Democrats are preparing
- 12:40Speaker 1: for the upcoming midterm elections. That's why this has like
- 12:43Speaker 1: it's a big deal and it has big ramifications. Republican
- 12:46Speaker 1: Utah Center Mike Lee again is attempting to advance the
- 12:49Speaker 1: Save America Act in the Senate. But you have a
- 12:51Speaker 1: problem there because you have basically four scumbag Republicans in
- 12:54Speaker 1: the Senate that hate Donald Trump and don't look at
- 12:57Speaker 1: the eighty plus percent of Americans that want to Save
- 12:59Speaker 1: Act to pass, and so they want to stick it
- 13:01Speaker 1: to Donald Trump. And so they're like, here's our middle finger.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Like that's just the truth of this. What is the
- 13:06Speaker 1: Save Act? If you don't know, it's real simple. It
- 13:08Speaker 1: requires a government issued ID to vote. What a novel idea.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Lee centerally said this on Sunday on Fox News. Quote,
- 13:16Speaker 1: the American people overwhelmingly support this, regardless of political party.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Want to make it easy to vote, hard to cheat.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna say it again. Want to make it easy
- 13:24Speaker 1: to vote, but hard to cheat. That's what the House passed,
- 13:27Speaker 1: and that's what the Save Act actually does. Couldn't, by
- 13:30Speaker 1: the way, agree more with Lee on that one. So
- 13:33Speaker 1: when you look at the Save Act and you look
- 13:35Speaker 1: at this, what Democrats are now publicly saying and celebrating
- 13:40Speaker 1: is lawlessness, is actually making sure that lawlessness continues. Now.
- 13:46Speaker 1: The Save Act is also something else that's, by the way,
- 13:48Speaker 1: not controversial. More than eighty percent of American voters Republican
- 13:51Speaker 1: Democrats alike want it. The voter ID bill is now
- 13:55Speaker 1: becoming even bigger issue heading into the midterms, and these
- 13:58Speaker 1: Republicans are stuff upping it. Will they suck? Now? What
- 14:02Speaker 1: we're being told is President Trump is now gearing up
- 14:05Speaker 1: and going to be attending a closed door Senate GOP
- 14:08Speaker 1: lunch with John fun while pushing for the Save Act.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Brett Bear Fox News Channel reporting this just a few
- 14:15Speaker 1: minutes ago.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Pation tonight as he pushes Senate Republicans to pass the
- 14:19Speaker 2: Save America Act. But that is creating another political problem.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Chief Congressional correspondent Chad Program shows us from Capitol Hill.
- 14:29Speaker 3: President Trump fixated on a singular goal.
- 14:32Speaker 4: We have to pass the Save America Act, which is
- 14:35Speaker 4: voter ID, which is proof of citizenship.
- 14:38Speaker 3: But he's not getting his way.
- 14:40Speaker 1: There's no doubt.
- 14:40Speaker 5: The President is very prostrated with the speed of the Senate.
- 14:44Speaker 3: As am I. The President is exasperated at the Senate
- 14:47Speaker 3: struggling to approve the bill.
- 14:49Speaker 5: There, I suspect we'll get a talking to, but at
- 14:52Speaker 5: the same time we'll be able to convey back to him.
- 14:54Speaker 3: The GOP numbers don't work.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Talking's good.
- 14:58Speaker 6: Save Acts a waste of time.
- 14:59Speaker 3: Some Senate republic Flicans are irritated that President Trump incinerated
- 15:02Speaker 3: GOP plans to renew the Anti Terrorism Program fires A
- 15:06Speaker 3: Section seven oh two and stymied rapid confirmation of National
- 15:09Speaker 3: Intelligence Director nominee Jakeleyton.
- 15:12Speaker 5: We have very candid conversations. I am very direct with
- 15:17Speaker 5: the President. I shoot straight with him and vice versa,
- 15:20Speaker 5: and you know we at times have differences of opinion GOP.
- 15:23Speaker 3: Florida Senator Rick scott bypassed through and inviting the President
- 15:27Speaker 3: to Capitol Hill to pitch the Save America Act.
- 15:30Speaker 6: My experience in business is that you will sit down
- 15:32Speaker 6: with people and find out what their needs are and
- 15:33Speaker 6: try to solve it.
- 15:34Speaker 3: The President is pressuring Soon.
- 15:36Speaker 4: John's a leader. That's what being his leader. Bet John
- 15:39Speaker 4: is a leader, and hopefully he can get the votes.
- 15:41Speaker 3: Democrats anticipate intra party GOP fighting.
- 15:45Speaker 7: Trump only will talk to Senate Republicans behind closed doors,
- 15:49Speaker 7: and from what it looks like, that ain't going to
- 15:52Speaker 7: be pretty now.
- 15:54Speaker 1: The President clearly is trying to get this done. The
- 15:58Speaker 1: Save Act isn't even controversial. American citizens should only be
- 16:02Speaker 1: the ones that vote in our elections. That is not controversial.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Congressman Wesley Hunt, African American talking about this issue, and
- 16:10Speaker 1: it's an important one because Democrats say the Save Act
- 16:13Speaker 1: is going to actually disenfranchise African American voters. That and
- 16:17Speaker 1: you want to talking about racism. Their actual argument is
- 16:20Speaker 1: you can't expect black people minorities to have a form
- 16:25Speaker 1: of government. ID Now, if that's not racism, one oh one,
- 16:28Speaker 1: I don't know what is Wesley Hunt saying this in Congress.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 16:34Speaker 7: But if the United States is a country worth preserving,
- 16:36Speaker 7: then I think we must protect the integrity of our
- 16:39Speaker 7: elections and do everything in our power to do just that.
- 16:42Speaker 7: I am shocked at the Save Act, which has already
- 16:44Speaker 7: passed the House. Even controversial in safeguarding our elections is.
- 16:47Speaker 1: The betrock of our democracy is.
- 16:49Speaker 7: Something that both sides, sides should easily support. They say
- 16:52Speaker 7: that non citizens voting in the election is not a
- 16:54Speaker 7: real issue, or if some naciitists are ready for the vote,
- 16:56Speaker 7: it's not seaf can amount to make a difference. Well,
- 16:58Speaker 7: in my hostead of Texas, we just removed thousands of
- 17:02Speaker 7: non citizens from voter rolls, and in some of these
- 17:04Speaker 7: recently hotly contested elections that amount could even be enough
- 17:09Speaker 7: to swing an entire election. Undermining the integrity of elections
- 17:13Speaker 7: is not an oversight. It's a threat to democracy. I
- 17:16Speaker 7: think is tom that we as a body acknowledged that threat.
- 17:20Speaker 5: Now.
- 17:20Speaker 7: I'm sitting here right now, and I got to tell y'all,
- 17:22Speaker 7: I'm black, and I'm a veteran. I have six forms
- 17:25Speaker 7: of the government ID six. I've been black from a
- 17:28Speaker 7: whole life. I've been a veteran since two thousand when
- 17:30Speaker 7: I was at West Point. The insinuation that black and
- 17:33Speaker 7: brown people cannot get an ID to vote like every
- 17:37Speaker 7: other citizen, regardless of your race, religion, color, or creed
- 17:40Speaker 7: is insulting. I actually refer to this as the soft
- 17:43Speaker 7: bigotry of low expectations. We as all Americans, should want
- 17:49Speaker 7: free and fair elections. We aren't making it more difficult
- 17:52Speaker 7: for people to get an ID to vote. Every last
- 17:55Speaker 7: black person that I know in my life has a
- 17:58Speaker 7: government ID. As a country, have got to clean up
- 18:01Speaker 7: our rules to ensure that we have free and fair
- 18:04Speaker 7: elections regardless of your race, religion, color, or creed. And
- 18:07Speaker 7: that's why I reject the assertion that we, no matter
- 18:11Speaker 7: what color you are, cannot reach that very low bar
- 18:15Speaker 7: of having a government id to figure out how to
- 18:17Speaker 7: vote for the leadership and the future of this country.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Could not agree more with what was said there by
- 18:23Speaker 1: Wesley Hunt. I want you to hear what President Trump
- 18:27Speaker 1: had to say earlier today about the Save Act, and
- 18:31Speaker 1: this comes again as he's meeting with a Senate for
- 18:34Speaker 1: their luncheon. Here's what he.
- 18:35Speaker 8: Said, And we will pass the Save America Act to
- 18:40Speaker 8: protect our sacred American ala. And in the Save America Act,
- 18:51Speaker 8: it's very simple of voters. My show a photo voter ID.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Very nice, May we see a picture?
- 18:58Speaker 9: Please?
- 19:00Speaker 8: All voters must provide proof of citizenship and there will
- 19:04Speaker 8: be no mail in ballots except for illness, disability, military deployment,
- 19:08Speaker 8: or travel. And we will also in that same bill
- 19:15Speaker 8: and shrine in permanent law no men in women's sports
- 19:23Speaker 8: and no transgender surgery for our children. So, together with
- 19:30Speaker 8: the help of patriots throughout Pennsylvania.
- 19:33Speaker 1: And all across the land, you listen to the President.
- 19:37Speaker 1: He's not backing down. That's exactly why I think some
- 19:41Speaker 1: of you will voted for him. But if you want
- 19:42Speaker 1: to know what he's up against the Senate, I'll give
- 19:44Speaker 1: you another headline to just prove the point that you
- 19:46Speaker 1: have centers there who have lost their power, Republicans, and
- 19:49Speaker 1: they're just going to try to screw him. The Senate
- 19:52Speaker 1: has now voted to adopt the War Powers Resolution limiting
- 19:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump's military authority over the Iran issue. It voted
- 20:00Speaker 1: in favor of a war Powers resolution to limit Donald
- 20:03Speaker 1: Trump's military authorization of Iran, which directs him to pull
- 20:05Speaker 1: the United States military troops out of the conflict with Iran.
- 20:10Speaker 1: It was a fifty to forty eight vote. The Senate
- 20:13Speaker 1: adopted the War Powers Resolution, which instructs Trump to remove
- 20:15Speaker 1: the United States armed forces from hostilities against the Islamic
- 20:18Speaker 1: Republic of Iran. By the way, you know who. This
- 20:21Speaker 1: is a winner for one person, one person only. That
- 20:23Speaker 1: is a group people, the IRGC. This is a win
- 20:26Speaker 1: for Iran and for terrorist group Hamasen has Blot and
- 20:30Speaker 1: the other ones a fund. The resolution was described as
- 20:33Speaker 1: being concurrent, which means Trump's signature is not needed, according
- 20:36Speaker 1: to media reports. Now I go back to why the
- 20:41Speaker 1: Save Act not passing? All right? Look at this vote.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Republican Senator Susan Collins, Republican from Maine, Bill Cassi, the
- 20:48Speaker 1: same one that's screwing us on the Savac from Louisiana,
- 20:51Speaker 1: Lisa Murkowski, Republican from Alaska, and Ran Paul as you know,
- 20:55Speaker 1: Rampaul's his own breed Republican from Kentucky joined with this
- 21:00Speaker 1: Senate Democrats and supporting the war Powers resolution. John Fetterman,
- 21:04Speaker 1: by the way, Democrat who's actingly a Republican. God bless
- 21:07Speaker 1: this guy, opposed it. Now. The Senate's adoption of the
- 21:10Speaker 1: war Powers resolution comes after the House vote on June
- 21:13Speaker 1: third in favor of the resolution after three previous failed attempts.
- 21:17Speaker 1: According to the latest records, So the Senates delivered a
- 21:20Speaker 1: symbolic rebuke to Trump's war in Iran, adopting a war
- 21:24Speaker 1: Powers resolution fifty to forty eight. And you've got these
- 21:26Speaker 1: four senators that hate Donald Trump, and they're like, yeah,
- 21:29Speaker 1: we'll go along with this now. The video posted on
- 21:33Speaker 1: x y c SPAN. Senator Jim Reich, a Republican from Idaho,
- 21:37Speaker 1: chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations, called upon his
- 21:40Speaker 1: colleagues to pose the measure, adding that there are no
- 21:43Speaker 1: armed forces at the moment that are engaged in hostilities
- 21:47Speaker 1: in Iran. By the way, that's true, So you would
- 21:49Speaker 1: think that that would be an important data point. Not
- 21:53Speaker 1: if you hate Donald Trump, not if you're a just
- 21:55Speaker 1: grunt to a Republican.
- 21:56Speaker 9: This is a House concurrent resolution with States and operative
- 22:00Speaker 9: part quote Congress directs the President to remove United States
- 22:04Speaker 9: armed forces from hostilities against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- 22:08Speaker 9: I'm going to urge everyone to vote know on this.
- 22:11Speaker 9: It is wrong on so many levels, starting with the
- 22:13Speaker 9: fact that a concurrent resolution process, which this attempts to do,
- 22:19Speaker 9: has been held unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court.
- 22:23Speaker 9: So whatever happens with this, it's going to have no effect.
- 22:25Speaker 9: President isn't going to pay any attention to it.
- 22:28Speaker 1: That's one thing.
- 22:28Speaker 9: The second thing that's wrong with this is it directs
- 22:30Speaker 9: him to remove United States armed forces from hostilities. There
- 22:35Speaker 9: are no armed forces at this moment that are engaged
- 22:40Speaker 9: in hostilities with Iran. The third thing, and the most
- 22:43Speaker 9: important thing, is that voting on this, whether it passes
- 22:47Speaker 9: or fails, sends a message to Iran. If this passes,
- 22:52Speaker 9: the Iranians are going to simply stand up and walk
- 22:54Speaker 9: away from negotiations.
- 22:56Speaker 1: They're going to say this thing's over.
- 22:57Speaker 9: The Congress has told the President United States, leave us alone.
- 23:01Speaker 9: We can do whatever we want to do and they
- 23:03Speaker 9: will walk away. If you think that's a good idea,
- 23:06Speaker 9: you should vote for this. On the other hand, if
- 23:08Speaker 9: you believe that what the President of the United States
- 23:11Speaker 9: has done, and that is bring the Iranians to the
- 23:14Speaker 9: table to negotiate on items that they have refused to
- 23:19Speaker 9: negotiate on for a long time in the past, and
- 23:22Speaker 9: has used the armed forces of the United States to
- 23:26Speaker 9: bring them to the table, then you should vote know
- 23:28Speaker 9: on this. Let diplomacy work, Give the President, give the
- 23:32Speaker 9: Department of State, give the current administration the ability to
- 23:38Speaker 9: once again give orun the opportunity to do the right thing.
- 23:43Speaker 8: Maybe they will.
- 23:44Speaker 9: We don't know for sure yet because we have some
- 23:46Speaker 9: fifty some days left of the negotiations, but we ought
- 23:50Speaker 9: to at least give that an opportunity to work. I
- 23:54Speaker 9: urge everyone to vote know on the resolution. Thank you,
- 23:58Speaker 9: mister President.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Foreign Relations Chair saying this, What did Republicans do? The
- 24:03Speaker 1: ones that are angry at Trump, like, God, we don't care,
- 24:06Speaker 1: Like we will be useful idiots for the Democratic Party
- 24:09Speaker 1: and we will go with the Democratic Party and that
- 24:11Speaker 1: would just be how this works, because who cares about
- 24:15Speaker 1: what Donald Trump says? By the way, This isn't even
- 24:18Speaker 1: about Donald Trump. This is about what the American people
- 24:23Speaker 1: are saying they want. And so they're like, all right,
- 24:27Speaker 1: save Act. Yeah, we know Americans won don't. We don't
- 24:29Speaker 1: care right to say? I mean, House conservatives are threatened
- 24:34Speaker 1: ing by the way, now, this is just breaking to
- 24:37Speaker 1: oppose any bill from the Senate until it passes the
- 24:39Speaker 1: Save America Act. This is again, this is just breaking.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Moments ago, listen.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Conservatives are threatening to oppose anything from the Senate until
- 24:48Speaker 3: it passes the Save America Act. They want the president
- 24:51Speaker 3: to veto a bipartisan housing bill.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Right wow, So now you have House conservatives that are threatened,
- 25:00Speaker 1: and by the way, Democrats are loving this. I want
- 25:02Speaker 1: to be clear. So now you've got a civil war
- 25:05Speaker 1: between the Republicans hold out to four in the Senate
- 25:11Speaker 1: against the House. And several of the members of those
- 25:14Speaker 1: four are going to be out of office. They don't care, Okay,
- 25:19Speaker 1: like they don't care, and they want to burn down
- 25:22Speaker 1: this country because they're mad that they lost their power. Now.
- 25:26Speaker 1: President Trump also in another speech, he confirmed, look, I
- 25:31Speaker 1: know I got some guys that are against me. I
- 25:33Speaker 1: know this, I really am.
- 25:34Speaker 8: But that's how bad it is, and we're going to
- 25:38Speaker 8: have to push the Senate because you have four or
- 25:39Speaker 8: five senators that are.
- 25:43Speaker 10: I don't know, four or five Republican senators. You'll have
- 25:46Speaker 10: to explain them to me. But we're not going to
- 25:48Speaker 10: get into that. But we're going to push them to
- 25:50Speaker 10: get it done because I don't think you can politically
- 25:53Speaker 10: exist if you're not going to do voter idea in
- 25:55Speaker 10: these things. I don't think the people in this country
- 25:57Speaker 10: will stand for it. So I'm making my biggest pleach.
- 26:00Speaker 10: It'll make you and I'm not doing it for this
- 26:03Speaker 10: reason at all. It'll guarantee the midterms. It'll guarantee the midterms.
- 26:10Speaker 10: If you don't get it, big trouble my opinion. If
- 26:14Speaker 10: you get this your midterms and they know it for
- 26:17Speaker 10: two reasons. Number one, they won't be able to cheat,
- 26:20Speaker 10: and number two, the people are demanding it. Every time
- 26:24Speaker 10: I go out, Save America, sir, Save America Act.
- 26:27Speaker 1: We want the Save America Acts, sir.
- 26:30Speaker 10: That's all they talk about. They don't talk about housing,
- 26:33Speaker 10: they don't talk about anything.
- 26:34Speaker 1: That's what they talk about.
- 26:36Speaker 10: And if you send it up that you're gonna win
- 26:38Speaker 10: the midterms at levels that you can't even believe, and
- 26:41Speaker 10: you're gonna win every election for a long time until
- 26:44Speaker 10: somebody really screws things up, and hopefully that won't happen.
- 26:48Speaker 1: So there's the President making it clear in his words like, hey,
- 26:53Speaker 1: I'm doing everything I can here. We know where the
- 26:55Speaker 1: American people stand on this, but I got these four
- 26:58Speaker 1: or five Republicans that it's just a hard problem. Now.
- 27:01Speaker 1: The Republicans in the civil war back and forth that
- 27:05Speaker 1: we're describing right now, it's going to be a problem.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Mike Lee also reveals some Republicans are organizing hit pieces
- 27:13Speaker 1: against him and the Save Act as well, so you
- 27:16Speaker 1: have even more of a civil war. Is Mike Lee
- 27:19Speaker 1: put it outside the Senate. He said this about Thune
- 27:23Speaker 1: and about Cornin.
- 27:25Speaker 6: It's often said that in Washington, no good deed goes unpunished.
- 27:29Speaker 6: I've been trying to advocate for the Save America Act,
- 27:31Speaker 6: making the case for it, not attacking my colleagues. I'm
- 27:34Speaker 6: not engaging in personal ad hominem criticism of individuals, rather
- 27:41Speaker 6: making the case for why we ought to do this.
- 27:44Speaker 1: That's not an attack.
- 27:46Speaker 6: It's therefore a little surprising and somewhat ironic when some
- 27:50Speaker 6: of the same people who are criticizing me for doing this,
- 27:53Speaker 6: are saying that my advocacy for the Save America Act
- 27:56Speaker 6: somehow amounts to an attack on Senate Republicans when the
- 28:00Speaker 6: other ones orchestrating the hit pieces and making personal attacks.
- 28:04Speaker 1: I don't get it.
- 28:05Speaker 6: Regardless, we got to move this thing forward.
- 28:08Speaker 1: So he's clearly referring to I think Thune and corn
- 28:12Speaker 1: In on this, and as he describes, a little surprised
- 28:15Speaker 1: that somewhat ironic when some of the same people who
- 28:18Speaker 1: say my advocacy for the Save America Act somehow amounts
- 28:22Speaker 1: to an attack on Senate Republicans when they're the ones
- 28:24Speaker 1: orchestrating the hit pieces and making personal attacks. I don't
- 28:28Speaker 1: get it, forces the floor leader Thune. That's what he's saying.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I agree with him. You force it. Your job is
- 28:37Speaker 1: to fight. The American people overwhelmingly support this seventy five
- 28:41Speaker 1: plus percent depending on what poll you look at. And
- 28:45Speaker 1: by the way, Donald Trump fired back at Thune, saying
- 28:50Speaker 1: this as well about the Save Act in an interview
- 28:54Speaker 1: getting on Air Force one.
- 28:56Speaker 4: Well, we're just going to talk about Save America. We
- 28:59Speaker 4: have to get we have to pass the Save America Act,
- 29:02Speaker 4: which is voter ID, which is proof of citizenship, et cetera.
- 29:05Speaker 4: We have to pass it. So we're gonna have to
- 29:07Speaker 4: talk about that in many other things, a lot of
- 29:09Speaker 4: good relations and authority.
- 29:12Speaker 8: Leader John Joy has told you many times he doesn't
- 29:15Speaker 8: believe that they have.
- 29:16Speaker 1: The vote.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Vote.
- 29:18Speaker 1: You know, he's a leader. John's a leader. That's what
- 29:21Speaker 1: being as a leader.
- 29:21Speaker 8: Pat.
- 29:22Speaker 4: Look, we have to be able to get proof of
- 29:24Speaker 4: citizenship when you vote, otherwise we don't have elections. We
- 29:28Speaker 4: have to be able to get voter ID. So John
- 29:31Speaker 4: is a leader and hopefully he can get the votes.
- 29:33Speaker 1: John is a leader, and that's a Lincoln and nod
- 29:35Speaker 1: like dude, like do your job, Like what are you
- 29:38Speaker 1: doing here? Mike Lee? And again he's on and all
- 29:42Speaker 1: at war blasting senators who are holding up to Save
- 29:44Speaker 1: America Act. I have yet to hear a legitimate argument
- 29:47Speaker 1: against the bill. They don't really just want to make
- 29:49Speaker 1: it so he's a vote. They're willing to make it
- 29:51Speaker 1: easier to cheat, is how he described on Capitol Hill
- 29:55Speaker 1: earlier today. And by the way, Mike Lee is right
- 29:57Speaker 1: on this one. I mean, we want free and fair elections.
- 30:02Speaker 1: The American people say they want free and fair elections.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Why would you stop this if you're a Republican. It
- 30:09Speaker 1: is personal. It's because they hate Trump and that's why
- 30:12Speaker 1: they're holding out. Well, keep following this story. I can
- 30:15Speaker 1: promise you that we've got a lot more that's going
- 30:18Speaker 1: to happen the days ahead, So make sure you don't forget.
