I caught my focus going in directions that were not good for me. Negativity, things that were bringing me down, etc. Sam Crowley says it a lot, where our focus goes - that’s where our energy flows!! I’m glad I realized I had to stop it. Having intentional focus (as Ben Newman talks about a lot) came back into focus for me.
