- 0:40Speaker 2: week allowed the band to go into effect six'. Three

- 0:53Speaker 2: who refused to allow A doze officer to enter his
- 0:57Speaker 2: agency to examine his financial. Records and actually we've discovered
- 1:02Speaker 2: a reason for, this which is that he steered illicit

- 2:56Speaker 3: so let's start center with this big.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Story and, look The Supreme court Giving trump a big
- 3:02Speaker 1: win on The pentagon transgender. Policy this is something The
- 3:06Speaker 1: president campaigned. On it is something that left tried to
- 3:10Speaker 1: beat him up, on and clearly The american people back
- 3:13Speaker 1: the president and The Supreme court now giving him a.
- 3:16Speaker 1: WIN a lot of people were worried maybe it wouldn't
- 3:18Speaker 1: happen this, way but it, Did thank. Goodness and Now trump, says,
- 3:22Speaker 1: look we get to go back to what we do
- 3:23Speaker 1: well and not all THIS dei woke.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Crap, yeah that's.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Right On, tuesday The Supreme court entered an order that
- 3:30Speaker 2: upheld The trump administration's order banning transgender military service members from,
- 3:35Speaker 2: serving and the order that The trump policy bars individuals
- 3:41Speaker 2: with genders, dysphoria or those who have undergone gender transition
- 3:46Speaker 2: medical procedures from serving in the armed. Forces and of,
- 3:50Speaker 2: course the incident the policy was put in, place there
- 3:53Speaker 2: was a lawsuit a loss that was brought challenging, it
- 3:56Speaker 2: AND Us District Judge Benjamin settle granted a preliminary injunction
- 4:02Speaker 2: blocking The department Of defense's policy from taking effect, nationally
- 4:06Speaker 2: and that was In, march and he ruled that the
- 4:08Speaker 2: hardship the government said allowing transgender people to serve would inflict,
- 4:12Speaker 2: quote pales in comparison to the hardship imposed on those service.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Members this was in The Ninth, circuit which is the
- 4:20Speaker 2: most liberal federal court of appeals in the country on
- 4:23Speaker 2: The West, coast and a panel of judges in The
- 4:25Speaker 2: Ninth circuit declined to stop the, injunction so left it in,
- 4:29Speaker 2: place and The trump administration appealed to THE. U. S Supreme,
- 4:32Speaker 2: court and The Supreme court On tuesday reversed that. Injunction
- 4:37Speaker 2: it was six'. To three the three left Wing Justices,
- 4:40Speaker 2: Sonya Sotomayor, Atlanta Kagan Katanji brown, jackson dissented but all
- 4:45Speaker 2: the other justices said the policy could go. Into effect
- 4:48Speaker 2: and so this is, a big big victory For the
- 4:52Speaker 2: trump administration on a, major issue and it's Good.
- 4:55Speaker 1: For america when you look at what this means for,
- 4:59Speaker 1: our military it means that the idea that we were
- 5:03Speaker 1: going to, have before which Was the biden Dream and
- 5:06Speaker 1: obama's dream, as well that we're going to try all these.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Social experiments Pete edge seth has made, it Clear the
- 5:12Speaker 1: president's made it clear.
- 5:13Speaker 3: That is not the job of.
- 5:14Speaker 1: The military we want to, be ready we, want cohesion
- 5:18Speaker 1: we want there to be a service that works. Well
- 5:20Speaker 1: together this is not supposed to be a melting pot
- 5:23Speaker 1: of experience, of experiments especially when we need to be ready.
- 5:27Speaker 2: At wartime so ben, more simply the job of the
- 5:30Speaker 2: military is to defeat.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Our enemies it's To.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Defend america it's to be the most badass fighting force
- 5:37Speaker 2: on the face of. The planet, and unfortunately Under, radical
- 5:42Speaker 2: democrats they decided that was not the job of. The
- 5:44Speaker 2: military they wanted the military to be a transgender experimental
- 5:51Speaker 2: Pool where, i'm, sorry look if you're suffering from, gender
- 5:54Speaker 2: dysphoria if you're a man who thinks he's, a chick
- 5:58Speaker 2: if you're a chick who thinks is as a Dude
- 6:01Speaker 2: that i'm sorry that you were troubled struggling with. Those
- 6:04Speaker 2: issues but at the end of, the day the job
- 6:07Speaker 2: of the military is not to provide mental health counseling.
- 6:10Speaker 2: To you the job of the military is To defend
- 6:13Speaker 2: america And The. Supreme court it was, Six' three it.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Was not close that is a big victory. For the
- 6:20Speaker 2: military it's a Big Victory. For president trump it's a Big.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Victory for america.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Let's just remind people of where our Military Was before
- 6:28Speaker 1: donald trump. Was re elected THIS Was The Us air
- 6:32Speaker 1: force academy Hosting a. Transgender pentagon official so this is
- 6:37Speaker 1: someone in the top Level of our pentagon for a symposium.
- 6:41Speaker 1: On quote inclusion, they did this it was. Caught on
- 6:45Speaker 1: tape here is what that transgender individual in our military
- 6:49Speaker 1: high ranking had to say.
- 6:50Speaker 4: At the time ALL too often i hear leaders talk
- 6:54Speaker 4: about providing everyone with dignity and respect like it's. An
- 6:58Speaker 4: aspirational goal that's. Not good enough dignity and respect is,
- 7:04Speaker 4: the bare minimum it's the floor of where. We can
- 7:09Speaker 4: be we must set our sites higher and focus on
- 7:13Speaker 4: intentional inclusivity because there are still far too many, people
- 7:17Speaker 4: out THERE not just lgbtq individuals, that feel, marginalized shut out.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Or discriminated against so for all of, YOU out there
- 7:27Speaker 4: i ask you to set out your, symbols of pride
- 7:30Speaker 4: share your pronouns, in your email particularly if you're a
- 7:33Speaker 4: person who doesn't think they need to initiate difficult conversations
- 7:38Speaker 4: about racial, and gender barriers and share a bit of
- 7:42Speaker 4: your vulnerability in.
- 7:44Speaker 3: A way that.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Draws others in you all have the power to take
- 7:49Speaker 4: intentionally inclusive actions to ensure the multiple perspectives that we
- 7:55Speaker 4: know make us stronger as we devise winning war fighting.
- 7:58Speaker 4: Strategies get heard.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Let, me ask you If you're, a russian general If you're,
- 8:04Speaker 2: a chinese general if You Are a, north korean general
- 8:07Speaker 2: If you're, a venezuelan general If you're, an iranian terrorist and,
- 8:11Speaker 2: you hear that?
- 8:12Speaker 3: Are, you scared no? Not at all like what the
- 8:16Speaker 3: hell are?
- 8:17Speaker 2: These people doing like Proclaim, your pronoun no go like
- 8:23Speaker 2: train on weapons and get really badass, in great shape
- 8:26Speaker 2: and get really smart and learn to use Weapons. To
- 8:30Speaker 2: defend america that's the job of the military to be
- 8:34Speaker 2: so ready to kill our, enemies that frankly they don't
- 8:36Speaker 2: need to because our enemies are scared out. Of THEIR
- 8:39Speaker 2: mind and i got to say the Fact that the
- 8:41Speaker 2: democrats not only lost, sight of that but didn't. Care
- 8:45Speaker 2: about that they viewed the most important thing to do
- 8:48Speaker 2: in the military is let's all be transgender and have.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Sex change surgeries and, By, the way ben there is
- 8:56Speaker 2: a reason military enlistment plummeted because, you know what the
- 9:01Speaker 2: big old Strapping dudes In texas And mississippi and alabama
- 9:05Speaker 2: across the COUNTRY who said i Want, to defend america
- 9:08Speaker 2: they looked at, That, and said okay that. Ain't for
- 9:11Speaker 2: me if that's what serving in, our military is. No
- 9:15Speaker 2: thank you and it is striking in the first three
- 9:18Speaker 2: and a half Months of the Trump Administration with. Pete
- 9:21Speaker 2: hegseith there pete is a, friend of yours a. Friend
- 9:23Speaker 2: of mine he is someone who's focused on. Defending the
- 9:26Speaker 2: warfighters we're seeing military enlistment numbers skyrocketing, because once again
- 9:33Speaker 2: young men, and, women say, YES damn it i Want.
- 9:36Speaker 2: TO defend america i just don't want to be on
- 9:39Speaker 2: this social, experiment, for radical woke. Left wing ideologues.
- 9:45Speaker 1: You look at december of, twenty Twenty four the army
- 9:48Speaker 1: reported its most productive month, and fifteen years with an
- 9:53Speaker 1: average of three hundred and forty six. Enlistments per day
- 9:56Speaker 1: the Momentum continued into january, of this year, with six
- 10:00Speaker 1: thousand five hundred and thirty one new contract sign making
- 10:04Speaker 1: It the highest january total since two. Thousand and ten
- 10:08Speaker 1: and you look, at these gains we had. Real Challenges
- 10:12Speaker 1: there the army reduced its recruitment goal from sixty five
- 10:16Speaker 1: thousand and twenty twenty three to fifty five twenty twenty
- 10:20Speaker 1: four because they knew they weren't going to, hit their
- 10:23Speaker 1: target because people did not want to Serve under. The
- 10:26Speaker 1: biden administration and if this IS and again i go
- 10:29Speaker 1: back to the audio we just played a view. A
- 10:31Speaker 1: second ago if this, is, the MILITARY Right The Us
- 10:34Speaker 1: air force academy Hosting a transgender pentagon official for a,
- 10:37Speaker 1: symposium on, inclusion, you Say now maybe i'm not want
- 10:41Speaker 1: to serve. In this level you look at. These recruitment
- 10:44Speaker 1: numbers now it goes back to what. You Mentioned earlier
- 10:47Speaker 1: the trump administrations em beside emphasize.
- 10:50Speaker 3: One simple thing we want to have a.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Military that's ready we want to have a military that's
- 10:55Speaker 1: ready to take on anybody that we need to.
- 10:57Speaker 3: In the world we want them.
- 10:58Speaker 1: To be effective we want them to be, proud of,
- 11:01Speaker 1: Being you know americans and having, a strong military and
- 11:04Speaker 1: NONE of the dei stuff is in here for.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Us, right now.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Look we want warriors Prepared. To defend america and, by
- 11:12Speaker 2: the way they're a ton of young men and women
- 11:16Speaker 2: who want to be warriors Prepared. To defend america And
- 11:20Speaker 2: that's exactly i'm, a Big believer as reagan Put it In,
- 11:24Speaker 2: peace through strength that if, you're strong enough if your military,
- 11:28Speaker 2: is strong enough the bad guys don't want to. Screw
- 11:31Speaker 2: with you that's one of The things that. Left gets
- 11:33Speaker 2: wrong they think the way you avoid war, is being
- 11:36Speaker 2: weak is, engaging in appeasement is giving your enemies.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Whatever they want and.
- 11:41Speaker 2: It's exactly backwards i've joked. More than once there's a
- 11:45Speaker 2: reason nobody goes and studies and gets a Degree From
- 11:49Speaker 2: The neville Chamberlain School. Of foreign affairs, Appeasement doesn't work.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Weakness Doesn't Work, And Joe, Biden Chuck, schumer Kamala, harrison
- 12:00Speaker 2: the democrats they are the party of, appeasement and weakness
- 12:04Speaker 2: and what they did. To the military they look, at
- 12:07Speaker 2: badass warriors, and they're, like, get, out, no no we
- 12:10Speaker 2: don't want anyone who could actually. Win a fight we
- 12:13Speaker 2: want people who could, EMOTE and say i just want
- 12:17Speaker 2: you to tell. ME your pronouns i don't give a damn.
- 12:20Speaker 2: ABOUT your pronouns i want You. To defend america and,
- 12:22Speaker 2: you know what a whole lot of young men and
- 12:24Speaker 2: women they want to be in the military, that's doing.
- 12:26Speaker 3: That which brings a center to one of.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Our other stories it's a very interesting one and it
- 12:31Speaker 1: IS one that i think a lot of people are
- 12:33Speaker 1: going to. Be upset about a foreign aid Official, who
- 12:37Speaker 1: resisted doge we now have learned took secret Payments after
- 12:42Speaker 1: steering africa money.
- 12:45Speaker 2: To, a friend yes this Is A story, daily wire
- 12:48Speaker 2: broke and actually the Reporter Of, their luke Rosiac is
- 12:53Speaker 2: someone he was the one who broke The Story about
- 12:56Speaker 2: loudon county and the incredible the Showing Abuses in loudon
- 13:01Speaker 2: county where you had, a sexual predator a boy dressed
- 13:05Speaker 2: as a girl in a skirt who sexually assaulted a
- 13:07Speaker 2: teenage girl in the school district covered it up and
- 13:12Speaker 2: it was a Great Example, where daily wire which is
- 13:14Speaker 2: Not The new york times Is Not, the washington POST, IT'S.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Not abc nbccbs they drove the. News this story we're gonna,
- 13:22Speaker 2: cover this Story and it's it's one Of, the reasons
- 13:24Speaker 2: BEN you and i do this podcast because the corporate
- 13:28Speaker 2: media is so corrupt they don't cover stories that are counter.
- 13:32Speaker 2: To the Narrative So this daily wire story. Is a
- 13:35Speaker 2: Bombshell and yet i'm, gonna wager, you all right you're
- 13:40Speaker 2: gonna take a bet A hundred bucks cna. Won't, COVER this.

- 13:57Speaker 1: what this. Podcast is for So Here's the. Daily wire
- 14:00Speaker 1: story let me just read you the. BEGINNING Of it
- 14:02Speaker 1: a foreign eight official Who refused The Department of government
- 14:05Speaker 1: efficiency access to his agency's financial records may have had
- 14:09Speaker 1: a reason to. Keep auditors out he steered illicit contracts
- 14:14Speaker 1: to a friend who sent. Him secret payments according to
- 14:19Speaker 1: a law enforcement Affidavit Attained By, The Daily, wire matthew
- 14:22Speaker 1: zahui chief financial Officer Of The, african development foundation REFUSED
- 14:29Speaker 1: to grant doge access to its books And Told the
- 14:32Speaker 1: white house that the agency Would Not Acknowledge president donald
- 14:36Speaker 1: trump's appointee as chairman. Of the board after a Dramatic,
- 14:40Speaker 1: SHOWDOWN in march doge physically took over THE building, with
- 14:43Speaker 1: us marshals but control of the agency is now subject
- 14:46Speaker 1: to a lawsuit objecting to SWOOPING in with doege staff
- 14:51Speaker 1: demanding access to, sensitive information systems an objection that reads
- 14:56Speaker 1: differently in light of.
- 14:58Speaker 3: The criminal probe.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Years workers AT the small usaaid adjacent federal Agency focused
- 15:05Speaker 2: on africa have told oversight bodies about allegations, of self,
- 15:09Speaker 2: dealing procurement violations and mysterious, offshore bank accounts many Of,
- 15:15Speaker 2: them involving zaoui but little was, Done about It Several Told.
- 15:19Speaker 2: The daily wire one action that Raised eyebrows was ahui's
- 15:23Speaker 2: insistence on directing both grants and contracts to A company
- 15:29Speaker 2: In Kenya. Called ganiam limited according, to spending records it
- 15:34Speaker 2: was awarded nearly eight hundred thousand dollars in. Contracts without,
- 15:39Speaker 2: competition for example, a one year three hundred and. Fifty
- 15:44Speaker 2: thousand Dollars Contract, For quote Travel transport and relocation services
- 15:49Speaker 2: Was executed in march, of twenty twenty when few people
- 15:52Speaker 2: were traveling or holding conferences. Because of coronavirus according to
- 15:57Speaker 2: a search warrant Application Uncovered By, the Daily Wire USAID's
- 16:01Speaker 2: inspector General established by august of, twenty twenty four that
- 16:05Speaker 2: the company's owner had secretly wired Money does a hohoe's
- 16:11Speaker 2: personal bank account at times to match up with. The federal,
- 16:15Speaker 2: contracts To date The department of justice has not charged
- 16:19Speaker 2: either man. WITH a crime i want to repeat that
- 16:22Speaker 2: sentence again. Because it's stunning according to a search warrant
- 16:26Speaker 2: Application Uncovered By, the Daily Wire USAID's inspector General established
- 16:32Speaker 2: by august, twenty twenty four, before the election that the
- 16:36Speaker 2: company's owner had secretly wired Money does a whoy's personal
- 16:41Speaker 2: bank accounts at times that matched up with The federal
- 16:46Speaker 2: contract so this guy is sending federal tax payer monies
- 16:50Speaker 2: hundreds of thousands of dollars, to his buddy and his
- 16:53Speaker 2: buddy is wiring money, back to him and when, does
- 16:57Speaker 2: shows up he blocks, them, and says no you can
- 16:59Speaker 2: have no access.
- 17:01Speaker 3: To our.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Records it is on the, face of it it certainly
- 17:05Speaker 2: appears to, be massive corruption which is why the media.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Won't cover it so the.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Question everybody's that's listing now sinners, asking themselves, like, all
- 17:14Speaker 1: right well is there actually going to? Be accountability here
- 17:17Speaker 1: will this individual be prosecuted or is this just somebody
- 17:20Speaker 1: that's just going to get fired and we move, down
- 17:22Speaker 1: the road or maybe doesn't, even, Get fired right they're
- 17:24Speaker 1: just maybe move. Them around somewhere when is there going
- 17:27Speaker 1: to be hell to pay for this? Type, of corruption.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Look if, this was corruption this person should be, fired
- 17:33Speaker 2: number one but. Number two prosecuted we don't know, that
- 17:37Speaker 2: for sure but the allegations on the face of it.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Are deeply concerning if you're giving hundreds of thousands of
- 17:44Speaker 2: dollars to a buddy of yours and, by the way
- 17:46Speaker 2: the person who. Got these contracts i'll read a little more.
- 17:49Speaker 2: From The article ganium limited Is owned By, maina Got

- 18:39Speaker 2: agents interviewed Zahui about, the ganiam contracts and he Acknowledged
- 18:44Speaker 2: having known ghakuri personally since nineteen ninety nine and having been.
- 18:49Speaker 2: To his apartment he could not explain why The contract
- 18:54Speaker 2: with ganiam was sole sourced instead of, Being competitively bid
- 19:00Speaker 2: The agents wrote sahui was Named chief financial officer of
- 19:03Speaker 2: the federal agency after he declared bankruptcy and had his.
- 19:08Speaker 2: House foreclosed on he acknowledged to investigators that the travel
- 19:12Speaker 2: contract WAS executed after covid had Already. Shut down travel
- 19:17Speaker 2: he told them the contract was actually used, for it
- 19:20Speaker 2: Services but since ganiam had no, expertise in it it
- 19:26Speaker 2: subcontracted to. A Different company A department of treasury contracting
- 19:31Speaker 2: official told the agents that, was not Allowed so who
- 19:36Speaker 2: he continued to give More contracts to, ganiam without competition
- 19:41Speaker 2: which he justified by saying he. Was quote lazy, by
- 19:44Speaker 2: the way. That's his, Defense i'm.

- 23:45Speaker 2: ending the tax FAIR subsidy OF, npr and pbs both
- 23:49Speaker 2: of which received, millions from taxpayers and they're just. Partisan
- 23:54Speaker 2: propaganda outlets the order reads as follows by the authority
- 23:58Speaker 2: of Vested, me as President by the constitution and the
