- 0:00Speaker 1: Donald Trump is now the first president ever to be
- 0:04Speaker 1: charged with indicted in New York City. A grand jury
- 0:09Speaker 1: in New York has indicted former President Donald Trump. But
- 0:13Speaker 1: I want to read for you now the statement that
- 0:15Speaker 1: has come in from Donald Trump, and the statement from
- 0:20Speaker 1: the president reads this way. This is a political prosecution,
- 0:24Speaker 1: an election interference at the highest level in history. For
- 0:28Speaker 1: the time I came down the Golden escalator at Trump Tower,
- 0:31Speaker 1: and even before I was sworn in as your President
- 0:33Speaker 1: of the United States of America, the radical left Democrats,
- 0:37Speaker 1: the enemy of the hard working men and women of
- 0:40Speaker 1: this country, haven't engaged in a witch hunt to destroy
- 0:44Speaker 1: the Make America Great Again movement. You remember it just
- 0:49Speaker 1: like I do. Russia, Russia, Russia, the Mueller hoax, Ukraine Ukraine, Ukraine,
- 0:55Speaker 1: impeachment hoax number one, Impeachment Hoax number two, the illegal
- 1:01Speaker 1: and unconstitutional Marlago raid. And now this, Trump says in
- 1:07Speaker 1: a statement, quote the Democrats have lied, cheated, and stolen
- 1:12Speaker 1: in their obsession. We're trying to quote get Trump. But
- 1:16Speaker 1: now they've done the unthinkable in doubting a completely innocent
- 1:20Speaker 1: person in an act of blatant election interference. Never before
- 1:25Speaker 1: in our nation's history. Has this been done. The Democrats
- 1:28Speaker 1: have cheated countless times over the decades, including spying on
- 1:33Speaker 1: my campaign, but weaponizing our justice system to punish a
- 1:37Speaker 1: political opponent who just so happens to be a president
- 1:42Speaker 1: of the United States and by far the leading Republican
- 1:46Speaker 1: candidate for president, has never happened before ever. Manhattan da
- 1:53Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg, who was hand picked and funded by George Soros,
- 1:56Speaker 1: Trump goes on to say, is a disgrace. Rather than
- 2:00Speaker 1: stopping the unprecedented crime wave taking over New York City,
- 2:06Speaker 1: he's doing Joe Biden's dirty work, ignoring the murders and
- 2:11Speaker 1: the burglaries and assaults he should be focused on. This
- 2:15Speaker 1: is how Bragg spends his time. Quote. I believe this
- 2:19Speaker 1: which hunt will backfire massively on Joe Biden. The American
- 2:23Speaker 1: people realize exactly what the radical left Democrats are doing here.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Everyone can see it. So our movement and our Party
- 2:33Speaker 1: United and Strong, will first defeat Alvin Bragg, and then
- 2:38Speaker 1: we will defeat Joe Biden, and we are going to
- 2:42Speaker 1: throw every last one of these crooked Democrats out of
- 2:46Speaker 1: office so we can make America great again. That is
- 2:51Speaker 1: the statement from President Donald Trump's office tonight, as he
- 2:57Speaker 1: has been indicted in New York. Now, let me also
- 3:00Speaker 1: say something else, and I want all of you to
- 3:02Speaker 1: pay very close attention to what I'm about to say.
- 3:07Speaker 1: This is a moment where you're going to find out
- 3:11Speaker 1: who the real and true and authentic Conservatives are. And
- 3:17Speaker 1: this is a moment when you're gonna find out who
- 3:21Speaker 1: the Mods, who the Rhinos, Republicans in name only really are.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I don't care who you are. I don't care if
- 3:34Speaker 1: you're running against Donald Trump, as many Republicans are going
- 3:40Speaker 1: to do. If you don't come out and aggressively condemn
- 3:48Speaker 1: the actions by Alvin Bragg, and I mean condemn them.
- 3:54Speaker 1: And if you don't take a stand right now, because
- 3:57Speaker 1: and you should understand this could be you next, then
- 4:03Speaker 1: you're not a real conservative. Notice I didn't say that
- 4:07Speaker 1: you had to pledge allegiance to Donald Trump. What I
- 4:11Speaker 1: said was, this is a moment where every single conservative.
- 4:17Speaker 1: If you want me to believe in respect that you're
- 4:19Speaker 1: not a Rhino, that you're not a mod, that you're
- 4:24Speaker 1: not an Adam Kinsinger, that you're not a Liz Cheney,
- 4:30Speaker 1: then you better show up and condemn what Alan Bragg
- 4:35Speaker 1: has done, because this is a line that should have
- 4:37Speaker 1: never been crossed. This is a line that you should
- 4:42Speaker 1: be able to come out and not have to the
- 4:44Speaker 1: worry or or take a moment to play out the
- 4:48Speaker 1: politics of this. I'll be clear, I'm not advising Rhonda Santis. Okay,
- 4:54Speaker 1: I like what Rhonda Santis has done in Florida. I
- 4:56Speaker 1: also want to make that clear. I loved what he
- 4:59Speaker 1: had to say, a lot of what he had to
- 5:00Speaker 1: say when he was interviewed by The Great One on
- 5:03Speaker 1: his TV show recently. But if I was sitting in
- 5:07Speaker 1: a room tonight with Rhonda Santis, the conversation and the
- 5:12Speaker 1: only conversation I would have would be coming out and
- 5:15Speaker 1: condemning Alvin Bragg and defending the rule of law in
- 5:19Speaker 1: this country. Now by default, that means you're defending is
- 5:22Speaker 1: what's happening to our Trump. But you should defend Donald
- 5:25Speaker 1: Trump from what's happening right now, because you're defending the
- 5:28Speaker 1: rule of law and not living in a third world
- 5:32Speaker 1: country where you put into exile your political enemies and
- 5:37Speaker 1: you lock them up. That's not supposed to happen in
- 5:43Speaker 1: the United States of America. That happens in third world countries.
- 5:49Speaker 1: That does not happen in America. That happens to people
- 5:52Speaker 1: in places like Russia and China, not in the United
- 5:57Speaker 1: States of America. Yet here we are, a former president
- 6:01Speaker 1: of the United States of America has been indicted for
- 6:05Speaker 1: the first time ever. And it's not just a disgrace,
- 6:07Speaker 1: that's not The words that I'm trying to find a
- 6:10Speaker 1: nite are not powerful enough yet. I haven't found out.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I haven't figured out a way yet to describe just
- 6:15Speaker 1: how horrific of a moment this is in our American history.
- 6:20Speaker 1: This is not a good moment. And and let me
- 6:22Speaker 1: also say something else to people that don't like Donald Trump.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I've had this conversation with many of them. I've had
- 6:31Speaker 1: this conversation with the even family members. I can't stand him.
- 6:33Speaker 1: I just his arrogance. I didn't like his tweets. I
- 6:36Speaker 1: didn't like this. I think he embarrassed and said, yea
- 6:38Speaker 1: ya ya. If you were sitting here tonight celebrating this moment,
- 6:46Speaker 1: you're celebrating the demise of the United States of America.
- 6:49Speaker 1: What makes this country great, which is our freedom and
- 6:53Speaker 1: having a rule of law. What Alvin Bragg has just
- 6:57Speaker 1: accomplished is he's basically for sale, and he's saying that
- 7:03Speaker 1: our justice system is for sale. What Alvin Bragg did
- 7:08Speaker 1: was he went to a guy and said, George Soros,
- 7:11Speaker 1: please give me money and I'll go find a way
- 7:14Speaker 1: to indict Donald Trump. I don't care how ridiculous it is.
- 7:18Speaker 1: George Soros, just get me elected. Give me some cash,
- 7:20Speaker 1: give me some money, and I'm gonna go and I'm
- 7:23Speaker 1: gonna indict Donald Trump. And George Soros said, Okay, do it.
- 7:25Speaker 1: He bought the legal system here. That's the part that
- 7:29Speaker 1: you need to understand about this is this is a wealthy,
- 7:32Speaker 1: rich Democrat who's been condemned by no other Democrats in
- 7:38Speaker 1: the major Democratic party. They're completely silent today. Who knew
- 7:44Speaker 1: this was gonna happen, wanted it to happen, are excited
- 7:46Speaker 1: about it happening. They are excited about this, folks. This
- 7:55Speaker 1: was their wet dream. They're excited that we're gonna turn
- 8:00Speaker 1: Donald Trump's face into a mugshot and they're going to
- 8:03Speaker 1: use that on social media. And that is their wet dream.
- 8:06Speaker 1: It's now becoming a reality. It took them from two
- 8:09Speaker 1: thousand and sixteen to twenty twenty three to actually get there.
- 8:14Speaker 1: But that's how dedicated they are. If we don't come
- 8:20Speaker 1: together and save this country now, we will lose it forever. Folks.
- 8:24Speaker 1: The Democrats are fighting and playing by a different set
- 8:26Speaker 1: of rules. And if we don't show up for our
- 8:31Speaker 1: damn elections, and I'm talking about every different level. We've
- 8:33Speaker 1: lost and given up in our public school systems. We've
- 8:36Speaker 1: lost and given up in our higher education. We've lost
- 8:40Speaker 1: and given up our school boards. We've lost and given
- 8:42Speaker 1: up many of our city council and county commissions and
- 8:45Speaker 1: Board of Alderman. We've lost our kids. So that's LGBTQI
- 8:49Speaker 1: and transgender agenda in this country. We're allowing for drag
- 8:54Speaker 1: queen shows to be in our libraries, in our schools
- 8:57Speaker 1: because we don't stand up for what we believe in.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Wake the hell up, and to any Republican out there
- 9:07Speaker 1: that claims to be a leader, I'm watching you and
- 9:13Speaker 1: every other Republican should be watching as well. Every other
- 9:18Speaker 1: concern you should be watching and you should be sending.
- 9:21Speaker 1: You should be focused on these concerns. I don't give
- 9:24Speaker 1: a crap what they're saying on MSNBC, and I already
- 9:27Speaker 1: know what they're saying. They're celebrating this. This is this
- 9:29Speaker 1: is their honeymoon, this is the this is their psychotic
- 9:34Speaker 1: grand prize coming to Fruition. This is what they've been
- 9:36Speaker 1: wanting since the day that Donald Trump came down that
- 9:39Speaker 1: golden escalator. As he put it, he's absolutely right. But
- 9:45Speaker 1: if you ever want me to even look at voting
- 9:47Speaker 1: for you in any job, for any capacity, you better
- 9:50Speaker 1: get this one right. And if you play politics on
- 9:56Speaker 1: this one, I will never forget it. And I will
- 9:59Speaker 1: never give you if you sit there and you let
- 10:04Speaker 1: Donald Trump hang out to dry because you don't want
- 10:08Speaker 1: to defend Donald Trump because you're it's that it's that
- 10:12Speaker 1: political personal for you. I will never forget this moment,
- 10:17Speaker 1: because this moment is much bigger than even Donald Trump.
- 10:22Speaker 1: I remember there was a meme that was going around,
- 10:24Speaker 1: and this has been up for years now. It was
- 10:27Speaker 1: a meme that was going on and it was one
- 10:31Speaker 1: that was and I want to make sure I get
- 10:33Speaker 1: it right. I post this earlier on Facebook. It says,
- 10:35Speaker 1: in reality, they're not after me, they're after you. I'm
- 10:39Speaker 1: just in the way. And it was a picture of
- 10:42Speaker 1: Donald Trump pointing at the camera. It couldn't be more accurate.
- 10:51Speaker 1: You have Donald Trump that's been indicted. If they can
- 10:54Speaker 1: indict Donald Trump, they can indict you. If they can
- 10:58Speaker 1: indict the form were president of the United States of America,
- 11:02Speaker 1: they will come after you. What happens to the next
- 11:08Speaker 1: generation of people that want to run for office. A
- 11:10Speaker 1: you're gonna run for office if you think you're gonna
- 11:12Speaker 1: be locked up just because you win, just because you
- 11:15Speaker 1: stand up against the swamp. I also want to say
- 11:18Speaker 1: one other thing. If Donald Trump does in fact get reelected,
- 11:22Speaker 1: and I think there's a very good chance now that
- 11:24Speaker 1: he will be unstoppable because of this indictment, He a
- 11:30Speaker 1: hundred percent has a mandate to go into Washington, DC
- 11:34Speaker 1: and fire everyone in our political positions and the deep
- 11:41Speaker 1: state and the FBI, the CIA. The list is long,
- 11:46Speaker 1: my friends, the list is a very long. This government
- 11:54Speaker 1: that's supposed to represent us does not represent us anymore.
- 11:59Speaker 1: This government has turned against us. They've turned against our constitution.
- 12:03Speaker 1: They've turned against their fellow man who they were supposed
- 12:06Speaker 1: to protect and defend with our laws. They have weaponized
- 12:10Speaker 1: the justice and my father I grew up in a
- 12:13Speaker 1: law enforcement family, and my father told me something about
- 12:16Speaker 1: law enforcement back in the day he said, Ben, if
- 12:19Speaker 1: you get pulled over, you don't argue with a police officer,
- 12:24Speaker 1: and if they're wrong, you have a jury of your
- 12:29Speaker 1: peers and a judge where we can work it out.
- 12:32Speaker 1: You say yes, sir, you say no, sir, and if
- 12:36Speaker 1: they do something that's wrong, we have a legal system
- 12:39Speaker 1: that will protect you. I don't believe that's the case
- 12:43Speaker 1: any longer in this country, based on what I've just witnessed.
- 12:46Speaker 1: I used to have faith in our legal system that
- 12:49Speaker 1: I could go before a judge and a jury of
- 12:51Speaker 1: my peers if I'm wrongfully accused something and it's gonna
- 12:54Speaker 1: work out, the truth will set you free. It's not
- 12:58Speaker 1: the case anymore in New York City, isn't. It's not
- 13:01Speaker 1: the case with any of these activist das around the country.
- 13:04Speaker 1: They got a chance to nail a conservative, They're gonna
- 13:06Speaker 1: nail a conservative every single time they can do it.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I said earlier, you better watch every Republican now to
- 13:18Speaker 1: see what they are saying. And if they aren't coming
- 13:21Speaker 1: out vigorously defending Donald Trump in this political prosecution, you
- 13:27Speaker 1: know they are not a real hardcore conservative. You need
- 13:32Speaker 1: to watch what everybody says now because it's not even
- 13:35Speaker 1: about Donald Trump. This is I will say this, This
- 13:38Speaker 1: is bigger than Donald Trump. This is about a country
- 13:43Speaker 1: that is changing. Where we are now in doubting people
- 13:46Speaker 1: based on their political ideology to get rid of them.
- 13:50Speaker 1: We don't like you, We find you as a threat,
- 13:53Speaker 1: so we're gonna lock you up. We're gonna get you
- 13:55Speaker 1: in a mug shot. We're gonna put you in handcuffs.
- 13:57Speaker 1: We're gonna put you into exile. We're gonna put you
- 14:00Speaker 1: either kick you out of the country or send you
- 14:01Speaker 1: to prison. That is now what's happening in the United
- 14:06Speaker 1: States of America, on top of the fact that there's
- 14:08Speaker 1: been two insurrections and two different state capitals in the
- 14:11Speaker 1: last twenty four hours. But not a damn word for
- 14:14Speaker 1: the media on this. No, No, January six was nine
- 14:18Speaker 1: to eleven. Remember killing on guy who just got out
- 14:22Speaker 1: of jail. After we got to actually see the damn
- 14:24Speaker 1: tapes from January to six, early Oh, he was al Qaeda.
- 14:29Speaker 1: He was no different than one of the nine eleven hijackers.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Not my words, that's what the Democrats said. Every If
- 14:36Speaker 1: you're a real constitutional conservative, you need to come out
- 14:40Speaker 1: with vigor and you better not pause or weight now
- 14:47Speaker 1: At five fifty five, Ronda Santists put out a statement
- 14:52Speaker 1: on Twitter saying, this the weaponization of the legal system
- 14:55Speaker 1: to advance a political agenda, turns the rule of law
- 14:58Speaker 1: on its head. It is un American. The Soros backed
- 15:03Speaker 1: Manhattan distric attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade
- 15:07Speaker 1: felonies and to excuse criminal miscon conduct. Yet, now, if
- 15:16Speaker 1: you ever want me to believe that you're a conservative,
- 15:19Speaker 1: if you want me to believe that you're truly a Republican,
- 15:21Speaker 1: you better come out with one of the strongest political
- 15:25Speaker 1: statements in the history of your career defending Donald Trump
- 15:32Speaker 1: from this political prosecution. Mitch McConnell better come out and
- 15:38Speaker 1: say this incredibly loud and incredibly quick. There should be
- 15:42Speaker 1: outrage among every true conservative. And if you don't, I
- 15:46Speaker 1: will never trust you again because I know you're not
- 15:49Speaker 1: a real conservative. I know that you are a part
- 15:52Speaker 1: of the problem. You're part of the swamp. There isn't
- 15:59Speaker 1: a publican, governor, congressman, city councilman, school board member, board
- 16:04Speaker 1: of aldermen that shouldn't be coming out condemning this, because
- 16:07Speaker 1: this could be you next. I also said, if you're
- 16:13Speaker 1: running against Donald Trump, it doesn't matter because this could
- 16:16Speaker 1: be you. You better come out and condemn Alan Bragg
- 16:19Speaker 1: and defend Donald Trump from this prosecution. And if you don't,
- 16:24Speaker 1: I will never trust you as a candidate on any
- 16:27Speaker 1: debate stage ever. Again. I say that because I want
- 16:32Speaker 1: you to know who's saying what right now. And you
- 16:35Speaker 1: need to be looking wherever you are in the country,
- 16:37Speaker 1: wherever you're listening, Go look at your congressman, your senator's
- 16:40Speaker 1: Twitter account and see if they are being silent or
- 16:42Speaker 1: if they are coming out swinging. This is when you
- 16:46Speaker 1: find out who they really are. This is when you
- 16:49Speaker 1: find out who the scumbags are. This is when you
- 16:51Speaker 1: find out who the swamp really is. You know when
- 16:54Speaker 1: they say when things at hardened life, you find out
- 16:55Speaker 1: who your real friends are. Well, it doesn't get anymore
- 16:57Speaker 1: real than this. Governor Rhonda Santis put out a statement.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Obviously everything everybody knows he's running for president. It's right now,
- 17:08Speaker 1: and many believe it's two man race. And this is
- 17:11Speaker 1: a moment where if you're Rhonda santists you better get
- 17:13Speaker 1: this right because there's other people that will never ever
- 17:15Speaker 1: look at you the same way. Again. If you don't.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Here is his statement. The weaponizing and the legal system
- 17:21Speaker 1: to advance a political agenda turns the rule of law
- 17:25Speaker 1: on its head. It is un American. Soros Back Manhattan
- 17:30Speaker 1: District Attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade felonies
- 17:34Speaker 1: and excuse criminal misconduct, yet now he is stretching the
- 17:38Speaker 1: law to target a political opponent. Now this is the
- 17:42Speaker 1: part that I like. And again, this has nothing to
- 17:44Speaker 1: do with politics. For me, this is an issue of
- 17:46Speaker 1: right or wrong. Florida will not assist in an extradition
- 17:51Speaker 1: request given the questionable circumstances at issue with this Soros
- 17:57Speaker 1: Back Manhattan prosecutor and his political agenda. Okay, that is
- 18:04Speaker 1: the type of statement that every Republican needs to be making.
- 18:06Speaker 1: And you don't get special credit, by the way, for
- 18:08Speaker 1: making it. This is just a bare minimum. You're either
- 18:12Speaker 1: with us or you're against us. There is no in between.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Like this statement right here, good, it's a no brainer.
- 18:18Speaker 1: You should say it. I'm not giving special credit to
- 18:21Speaker 1: anybody that gets us right. I'm only going to condemn
- 18:23Speaker 1: people that don't get it right. This is a moment
- 18:27Speaker 1: when you realize you're either in the boat with Donald
- 18:30Speaker 1: Trump as a conservative where you could be next or
- 18:35Speaker 1: you're with the Democrats. There is a line, a very
- 18:40Speaker 1: deep and clear line, a very big crack in the
- 18:45Speaker 1: foundation right now in this country, and I need to
- 18:48Speaker 1: know what side you're on without any ambiguity. I don't
- 18:54Speaker 1: think this is about distracting. I think this is just
- 18:58Speaker 1: their decision and they decided now is the perfect time
- 19:02Speaker 1: to do it, right. I do think there could be
- 19:05Speaker 1: some distracting from what happened in Nashville, from the reality
- 19:09Speaker 1: that we have a real problem with mental health and
- 19:13Speaker 1: that we're set. We've been celebrating, the left has been celebrating,
- 19:16Speaker 1: and corporate America has been celebrating a mental health issue
- 19:19Speaker 1: and a mental illness and transgenderism. Yes, I do believe
- 19:22Speaker 1: that this could be a distraction for that, But ultimately
- 19:25Speaker 1: this is just Bragg wanting to nail Trump and go
- 19:29Speaker 1: to dinner tonight at a very nice restaurant and cheers
- 19:32Speaker 1: and celebrate and get a nice bottle of wine and
- 19:34Speaker 1: say I did it. And George Soros, who's his boss? Okay,
- 19:37Speaker 1: it's not the people of New York. There is boss.
- 19:39Speaker 1: George Soros owns him. He is George Soros's b I TC.
- 19:43Speaker 1: You know what. Okay, he wouldn't exist without George Soros.
- 19:46Speaker 1: No one would know his name without George Soros. George
- 19:49Speaker 1: Soros owns Alvin Bragg like a modern day slave for him.
- 19:54Speaker 1: And I'm sure he was trying to make George Soros proud.
- 19:58Speaker 1: He owed George Soros for him elected. He owed George Soros,
- 20:03Speaker 1: and he paid off on this debt. Here's them all
- 20:06Speaker 1: the money to get you elected, Alvin Bragg. Now you
- 20:08Speaker 1: better give me what I want to return. He just
- 20:10Speaker 1: did it tonight. Imagine the pressure that's off Alan Bragg now.
- 20:14Speaker 1: And this isn't even about getting a conviction, by the way,
- 20:16Speaker 1: I want to make that clear. They just wanted a
- 20:18Speaker 1: mug shot of Donald Trump. That's their wet dream. It's
- 20:20Speaker 1: been their wet dream since twenty sixteen. Remember when they
- 20:23Speaker 1: were talking about impeachment the first time and the second time,
- 20:26Speaker 1: it wasn't enough. They didn't want to just impeach Donald Trump.
- 20:29Speaker 1: They wanted him locked up, They wanted him behind bars.
- 20:33Speaker 1: And the entire time they were impeaching him the first time,
- 20:36Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer and Adams Shift and these other anti American scumbags.
- 20:42Speaker 1: And that's what they are, Okay, I will never back
- 20:44Speaker 1: down from saying that they knew the entire time that
- 20:47Speaker 1: the charges against Donald Trump were crap, and that and
- 20:50Speaker 1: that the Russian that this Russian conspiracy was crap the
- 20:54Speaker 1: entire time. They knew it because they knew who paid
- 20:56Speaker 1: for it. They did. The DNC and Hillary Clinton both
- 21:00Speaker 1: paid fines for mischaracterizing the Russian dossier payments, which, by
- 21:05Speaker 1: the way, they're not indicted for doing that, which is
- 21:07Speaker 1: what you just indicted Donald Trump for. They paid fines
- 21:12Speaker 1: the FEC for like pennies on the dollar worth it
- 21:15Speaker 1: in their mind, totally worth it, and they indicted him.
- 21:20Speaker 1: And that was their goal. That's been their goal since
- 21:22Speaker 1: twenty sixteen. If you cannot beat your political opponent, then
- 21:26Speaker 1: you take them out. Remember they try to co attempt.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I think people forget that, and I'm gonna say it
- 21:32Speaker 1: again because I think it's a really important point to make.
- 21:36Speaker 1: The Democratic Party lost an election. They couldn't believe that
- 21:40Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton could lose. They couldn't believe that they lost
- 21:43Speaker 1: to Donald Trump, and so instead of just dealing and
- 21:46Speaker 1: respecting the will of the American people, they said, no, no, no,
- 21:49Speaker 1: we're gonna kick him out of office. We're gonna indict him,
- 21:53Speaker 1: right like, that's what we're gonna do. We're gonna indict him,
- 21:56Speaker 1: and we're gonna we're gonna impeach him. We're gonna kick
- 22:00Speaker 1: him out office, and then we're gonna go after him
- 22:02Speaker 1: after that, we're gonna put him in jail. We're gonna
- 22:03Speaker 1: have to his family members. Remember, we're gonna go to
- 22:05Speaker 1: the Trump organization. We're gonna bankrupt him, we're gonna destroy
- 22:08Speaker 1: his life. We're never gonna let it go. And even
- 22:10Speaker 1: after he lost, they've still not let it go. They
- 22:13Speaker 1: want to bury him. That's what psychotic people do. They
- 22:19Speaker 1: are psychotic. They are totally deranged and completely insane. And
- 22:26Speaker 1: the entire time that they were trying to overthrow the
- 22:28Speaker 1: will of the people, this was a cop attempt by
- 22:30Speaker 1: the Democratic Party. They knew the Still dolsier was created
- 22:33Speaker 1: out of thin air, and they were the ones that
- 22:36Speaker 1: did it. They were the ones that paid for it,
- 22:38Speaker 1: they were the ones that orchestrated it. The FBI, by
- 22:42Speaker 1: the way, knew the Still dossier was alive. They never
- 22:44Speaker 1: went to Congress and whistleboo and said, hey, guys, we've
- 22:46Speaker 1: already seen this thing we know it's not real, we
- 22:48Speaker 1: know it's not legit, we know it's not authentic. You
- 22:51Speaker 1: guys might want to impeach a president of the United
- 22:53Speaker 1: States of America over a document that it's not real.
- 22:56Speaker 1: And they what they do? They were in on it too,
- 23:00Speaker 1: knew it was a lie. They knew it wasn't real.
- 23:01Speaker 1: What do they do? Not a damn thing to stop it? Either.
- 23:06Speaker 1: There is one thing And somebody asked me about this
- 23:09Speaker 1: then they said what would what would excite you? Was
- 23:12Speaker 1: speaking in event, They said, what would excite you about
- 23:14Speaker 1: another presidential turn by Donald Trump? What would And I
- 23:17Speaker 1: and I said this, and I'll say it again. If
- 23:19Speaker 1: Donald Trump is re elected, Okay, if Donald Trump gets
- 23:22Speaker 1: re elected, he has a mandate to go in and
- 23:26Speaker 1: literally fire everyone. Okay, he has he has a mandate
- 23:30Speaker 1: to go in and literally fire everybody in career positions
- 23:36Speaker 1: of the CIA, the FBI, the Department of hone Security,
- 23:40Speaker 1: where I mean, there is no way that he shouldn't
- 23:44Speaker 1: walk in and do that. At this point, do not
- 23:50Speaker 1: forget what they have tried to do this man. And
- 23:52Speaker 1: it's and it's because he's a threat to their structure.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Donald Trump was a threat to the Democratic Party because
- 24:00Speaker 1: the empowered people, the voters that they felt like they owned,
- 24:03Speaker 1: like modern day slaves, African American minority voters. He empowered
- 24:07Speaker 1: them to take care of themselves. We have the lowest
- 24:10Speaker 1: unemployment rate in history of this country for African American men, women,
- 24:14Speaker 1: and young people. We have the lowest unemployment rate for
- 24:17Speaker 1: for Asian Americans and for Hispanic Americans. Donald Trump said,
- 24:24Speaker 1: I'm not here to take care of you, right, I'm
- 24:27Speaker 1: not your mom, I'm not your dad. Okay, I'm not.
- 24:30Speaker 1: This is not Barack Obama's America where you get an
- 24:32Speaker 1: Obama phone and I pay the minutes. Grow up, take
- 24:38Speaker 1: care of yourself, and I'm gonna help you do it.
- 24:40Speaker 1: I'm gonna empower you. I'm gonna teach you how to
- 24:42Speaker 1: take care of yourself. I'm gonna give you an economy
- 24:44Speaker 1: where you can start a business, start a small business, survive,
- 24:48Speaker 1: and not just survive, but flourish. I don't want you
- 24:52Speaker 1: living in poverty. I don't want you living where you're
- 24:57Speaker 1: where you're You're sitting there waiting for the magic card,
- 25:00Speaker 1: right that the Democrats get you addicted to your EBT
- 25:03Speaker 1: card to have money on it again, to go buy stuff.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I don't want you to have a cell phone because
- 25:09Speaker 1: the government gives it to you. I want you to
- 25:12Speaker 1: be able to prosper and not live below the poverty line.
- 25:16Speaker 1: That's what Donald Trump did. That's why it was such
- 25:18Speaker 1: a threat to the Democratic Party. He was a threat
- 25:22Speaker 1: to the Democratic Party because he was empowering. He was
- 25:26Speaker 1: empowering minorities to live outside of the chains of the
- 25:33Speaker 1: Democratic Party. And that's when they said we got to
- 25:36Speaker 1: take him down. And today is their day of jubilee.
- 25:42Speaker 1: They don't care that we're turning into a you know,
- 25:45Speaker 1: a third world country. They don't care that we look
- 25:47Speaker 1: like the Banana Republic or Russia or China. They don't
- 25:50Speaker 1: care because this is their definition of winning. And their
- 25:54Speaker 1: new definition of winning is not winning an election. Their
- 25:56Speaker 1: definition of winning is locking people up. Their definition of
- 26:02Speaker 1: winning is saying we're gonna take out our political opponents
- 26:06Speaker 1: by destroying their lives, their businesses, and their families and
- 26:08Speaker 1: locking all of them up. That is the Democratic Party now.
- 26:14Speaker 1: And if you vote for Democrats now, we're not on
- 26:17Speaker 1: the same team. You are my enemy. You're anti American.
- 26:22Speaker 1: You are my enemy, just like the communists are my enemy.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Just like the USSR is my enemy, just like vidermir
- 26:29Speaker 1: Putin is my enemy. You are my enemy because I
- 26:32Speaker 1: stand up for what America is supposed to be, free
- 26:37Speaker 1: country with free people, where you can say what you
- 26:40Speaker 1: want to say and you can protect and defend yourself.
- 26:42Speaker 1: And that is not The Democratic Party is dead. They
- 26:45Speaker 1: are socialists and communists now. Actually with Donald Trump, he
- 26:51Speaker 1: was the last person to interview Donald Trump. He was
- 26:54Speaker 1: doing a two hour special for his TV show on
- 26:56Speaker 1: Fox News Channel Life Liberty in the then, and that's
- 26:59Speaker 1: why was filling in for him. He was the last
- 27:01Speaker 1: person interviewed Donald Trump before he was indicted, as I
- 27:05Speaker 1: was filling in for a live in show obviously with
- 27:07Speaker 1: this news breaking, he called into his own radio show,
- 27:10Speaker 1: You Can't Make This Up, and I talked with him
- 27:14Speaker 1: about his in its reaction and I want you to
- 27:16Speaker 1: hear it. I also talked with Ted Cruz that called
- 27:19Speaker 1: in afterwards to talk about his reaction to the President
- 27:23Speaker 1: of the United States of America Donaldrump being indicted. I
- 27:26Speaker 1: want you to hear first what Mark had to say,
- 27:28Speaker 1: and then I'm going to let you hear what Ted
- 27:30Speaker 1: Cruz had to say. They had some very very important
- 27:34Speaker 1: points about America's about this country or history, and just
- 27:39Speaker 1: how broken we now are because of this indictment. Listen,
- 27:43Speaker 1: tell everybody your initial thoughts. It's the longest witch hunt
- 27:46Speaker 1: I've ever seen. He's indicted, Democrats are cheering. Is this
- 27:50Speaker 1: going to be the biggest backfire in political history? You know, Bannon,
- 27:55Speaker 1: I want my audience to know something. I'm not on
- 27:58Speaker 1: tonight because I just spent two hours for President Trump
- 28:01Speaker 1: at Marl Largo, interviewing him from my Sunday Fox show.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Then I left and within an hour I hear on
- 28:09Speaker 1: the radio about this, this outrageous action by these sorrows
- 28:14Speaker 1: prosecutor in Manhattan. I don't like this phrase, the first
- 28:18Speaker 1: president ever indicted. That's exactly what they want. They want
- 28:22Speaker 1: the mugshot. But I will tell you this, as a nation,
- 28:26Speaker 1: we've now turned the corner. We've turned the corner into
- 28:29Speaker 1: a hard tyranny that a former president can be indicted
- 28:36Speaker 1: really over absolute nonsense. And the fact that they've had
- 28:40Speaker 1: four grand juries functioning, one in Manhattan, two in Atlanta, well,
- 28:47Speaker 1: I guess it's five, two in Washington. D see all
- 28:50Speaker 1: these Democrat heavy Democrats cities demonstrates to you that we've
- 28:56Speaker 1: now crossed the rubicon into tyranny. We have completely out
- 29:02Speaker 1: of control prosecutors and investigators. And what's interesting is if
- 29:06Speaker 1: lee Zelden had been elected the governor of New York,
- 29:09Speaker 1: his first act, he told us, was to fire Alvin Bragg. Well,
- 29:14Speaker 1: you can see why. And if Democrats are cheering, this
- 29:19Speaker 1: is what people need to understand. But the Democrat Party
- 29:22Speaker 1: is the party of totalitarianism. That's what it is. Murders,
- 29:29Speaker 1: rapists in the front door, out the back door. But
- 29:32Speaker 1: if you're a Republican, or if you're a Trump support
- 29:35Speaker 1: or anything of that sort, well then of course they're
- 29:38Speaker 1: gonna hunt you down and they're going to do whatever
- 29:40Speaker 1: they have to do. Democrat grand juries, Democrat juries, Democrat prosecutors,
- 29:45Speaker 1: Democrat judges, and and no care at all for the country.
- 29:53Speaker 1: The party comes first. So this is a grave turn.
- 29:58Speaker 1: I don't know that we will ever come out of this.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Now where president has been set a local prosecutors can
- 30:06Speaker 1: charge politicians, particularly a former president like this, it's a
- 30:10Speaker 1: completely bogus case. I've looked at it backwards and forwards.
- 30:14Speaker 1: You'll probably give inspiration to the Democrat prosecutor in Atlanta
- 30:20Speaker 1: and inspiration to the Democrat phony special counsel in Washington, DC.
- 30:25Speaker 1: And I just want the audience to know that we
- 30:28Speaker 1: are staring in the face of tyranny, that the Democrat
- 30:32Speaker 1: Party is a totalitarian party. Donald Trump should never have
- 30:36Speaker 1: been criminally investigated by Muller, He should never have been
- 30:40Speaker 1: impeached twice. He should never have faced these kinds of investigations,
- 30:45Speaker 1: which are preposterous. And so this is a very very
- 30:50Speaker 1: serious matter. The way this has been done, and all
- 30:54Speaker 1: this talk about the grand jury's gone for a month,
- 30:57Speaker 1: obviously that was subterfuge. That was a her up because
- 31:01Speaker 1: they knew they were going to bring this whatever this
- 31:03Speaker 1: is still under seal in order to I guess they
- 31:07Speaker 1: did it first quote unquote security reasons, but rather than
- 31:13Speaker 1: the first president or former president ever indicted. I think
- 31:18Speaker 1: the headline here, and it's a big headline, is America
- 31:21Speaker 1: has gone, has gone tyrannical, and the Democrat Party has
- 31:27Speaker 1: dragged us there because they never accepted the Trump presidency,
- 31:31Speaker 1: they never accept his existence. He stood in Hillary's way,
- 31:35Speaker 1: he stood in Obama's way, and they are simply not
- 31:39Speaker 1: going to tolerate that. If you're a Republican like a
- 31:41Speaker 1: Christie or a Sunoonnu or a Hogan or whomever. You're
- 31:49Speaker 1: gonna do just fine because you're just a figurehead. You're
- 31:52Speaker 1: not going to fight hard or reverse the course of
- 31:55Speaker 1: what the Democrats have done to this country. They'll just
- 31:58Speaker 1: slow roll you and that'll be that. But in a
- 32:01Speaker 1: matter like this, this is how difficult it is to
- 32:04Speaker 1: beat Washington, to beat the administrative state, to beat the
- 32:09Speaker 1: Republican establishment. This is a grotesque, grotes stalinist, Maoist type action.
- 32:19Speaker 1: You've got a multi billionaire who's behind it, Soros. You've
- 32:23Speaker 1: got an intellectually corrupt prosecutor. We have prosecutors running for
- 32:29Speaker 1: office now running to get Vos by saying they're gonna
- 32:32Speaker 1: they're gonna get Trump, They're gonna indict Trump. This guy
- 32:35Speaker 1: did it in the Attorney General of New York did it.
- 32:38Speaker 1: You are not safe in a blue state. You are
- 32:41Speaker 1: not safe in a blue city. That's the bottom line.
- 32:45Speaker 1: What's to go. Let's talk about mobre You mentioned this
- 32:48Speaker 1: a moment ago, and my concern now is what you
- 32:52Speaker 1: just I think referenced are leaned into a little bit,
- 32:54Speaker 1: which is this could turn into mobrow mentality. You have
- 32:59Speaker 1: one indictment of the present in New York the weakest
- 33:01Speaker 1: of all the cases. Everybody legal expert said that the
- 33:04Speaker 1: one that's the most ridiculous. Now, how easy is it
- 33:08Speaker 1: to get other grand juries mark to indict the present
- 33:12Speaker 1: because there's already present. Hey, well they did it. Screw it,
- 33:14Speaker 1: we'll do it too. It's gonna be much easier. It's
- 33:19Speaker 1: gonna be much easier. All these legal lanis talking about
- 33:23Speaker 1: how they'll be a backlash. Well, and then, what, it's
- 33:26Speaker 1: not like we get to vote. It's not like our
- 33:28Speaker 1: representatives get to do anything. Here. You have a prosecutor
- 33:32Speaker 1: who gave the middle finger, two committees of Congress who
- 33:36Speaker 1: wanted to question him under oath, given the fact that
- 33:41Speaker 1: he's tried to weazzle in a federal statute or will
- 33:44Speaker 1: as we'll find out, and they hang up on them.
- 33:49Speaker 1: It just shows you the lawlessness, the utter lawlessness of
- 33:53Speaker 1: what's taking place here. And those of us who are
- 33:58Speaker 1: appalled by this, you actually like Donald Trump, whether you're
- 34:02Speaker 1: going to vote for him or not, you better keep
- 34:05Speaker 1: something in mind. Now, this is aimed at you. This
- 34:09Speaker 1: is aimed at you. This is an attempt to interfere
- 34:11Speaker 1: in the Republican nominating process, the primary process. It's an
- 34:16Speaker 1: attempt by the Democrats to take back or to win
- 34:20Speaker 1: a second term by handicapping Trump. Who's the leading Republican
- 34:25Speaker 1: right now? Even if you support the Santist or somebody else,
- 34:28Speaker 1: you have to recognize what's taking place here and be
- 34:31Speaker 1: appalled by it and reject it. Let me ask you
- 34:36Speaker 1: about Republicans specifically, this can be one of I think
- 34:41Speaker 1: that one of those defining moments where we find out
- 34:43Speaker 1: who our allies are, who our friends are, and who
- 34:45Speaker 1: they aren't. Is there any reason mark any conservative or
- 34:50Speaker 1: any Republican shouldn't come out immediately and denounce this and
- 34:56Speaker 1: stand with Donald Trump on the fact that he was
- 34:59Speaker 1: indicted today. If there is anybody out there that waits, pauses,
- 35:04Speaker 1: or doesn't come to his defense over this, are they
- 35:07Speaker 1: playing for a different team? In essence? And true constitutional
- 35:10Speaker 1: conservatives like you and myself, they're playing for the team tyranny.
- 35:16Speaker 1: And I am telling the Patriots in my audience, Ben,
- 35:20Speaker 1: I want them to listen very very carefully. This isn't
- 35:25Speaker 1: the usual politics. This is what Stalin would do, and
- 35:30Speaker 1: Mao would do, and Lennon would do, and Castor would do.
- 35:33Speaker 1: The Democrat Party has become a radicalized party. It pushes
- 35:38Speaker 1: a Marxist agenda. It does not believe in law and order,
- 35:42Speaker 1: it believes in lawlessness. And so just because you have
- 35:46Speaker 1: somebody who's elected as a prosecutor appointed as a prosecutor,
- 35:51Speaker 1: you've seen it in the tyrannical regimes before and even today,
- 35:56Speaker 1: and this is exactly what that is. They go through
- 35:59Speaker 1: the motions of a justice system, the motions of a
- 36:02Speaker 1: grand jury, the motions of due process. That's none of this,
- 36:08Speaker 1: that's none of this. And also notice how this man
- 36:11Speaker 1: could care less about the impact it has on the nation,
- 36:15Speaker 1: this frivolous case, the impact on the entire nation, the
- 36:20Speaker 1: impact on the entire Republican Party, the impact on the
- 36:24Speaker 1: general election should he be nominated. That he did this
- 36:29Speaker 1: on behalf of the Democrat Party, he did it on
- 36:31Speaker 1: behalf of Biden. That's why I don't know if Democrats
- 36:35Speaker 1: are cheering, that they're cheering. That's why it's the media
- 36:39Speaker 1: is cheering that they're cheering, that they are now using
- 36:42Speaker 1: the instrumentalities of the law against the people and the
- 36:47Speaker 1: people's will. And this means that and I want to
- 36:51Speaker 1: be very clear that the United States of America that
- 36:56Speaker 1: we have all believed in as an hour ago in
- 37:02Speaker 1: this respect does not exist. You've been with you've been
- 37:06Speaker 1: with Trump, You've been with Trump today. And one of
- 37:11Speaker 1: the things that I think so many people are going
- 37:13Speaker 1: to be concerned about is him personally. It's one thing
- 37:16Speaker 1: to think that you might get indicted, you know you're
- 37:18Speaker 1: under attack, but now it's actually happened. What was President
- 37:22Speaker 1: Trump like today? How concerned was he? What do you
- 37:24Speaker 1: think his mentality is going to be? Coming? You know,
- 37:27Speaker 1: in to dinner tonight, sitting there going wow, I've been
- 37:29Speaker 1: indicted in where I live for many, many years, all
- 37:33Speaker 1: because I served the United States of America's president. It
- 37:36Speaker 1: was in a very good mood. We spoke for two
- 37:39Speaker 1: hours for two shows. We talked about his presidency. We
- 37:44Speaker 1: talked about his new book that's coming out about letters
- 37:48Speaker 1: to Trump. It's very fascinating. We went through various world
- 37:52Speaker 1: leaders and what it was like in his presidency. He
- 37:56Speaker 1: did ask me before we sat down, as an aside,
- 37:59Speaker 1: I don't think violating anything. What do I think it
- 38:02Speaker 1: means when the grand jury isn't meeting for four weeks
- 38:05Speaker 1: and I wrongly told them? I think that means that
- 38:08Speaker 1: they're not going to press ahead, because why would they
- 38:10Speaker 1: take off. Turns out they didn't take off, that they
- 38:14Speaker 1: were still there, and that's another deception to the American people.
- 38:19Speaker 1: This isn't about Manhattan, This isn't about step Stormy Daniels,
- 38:24Speaker 1: This isn't about a non disclosure agreement. This is an
- 38:27Speaker 1: attack on the system that Soros wants to attack, that
- 38:32Speaker 1: this prosecutor wants to attack as a radical nut job.
- 38:35Speaker 1: This is an attack by the Democrats on the Republican
- 38:39Speaker 1: Party on the next election. This is a complete set
- 38:44Speaker 1: up job. That's exactly what it is. It's intended to
- 38:49Speaker 1: influence the outcome of the Republican primary, the outcome of
- 38:52Speaker 1: the presidential election. It's intended to make sure that Dibide
- 38:56Speaker 1: wants to run or anybody else they're reelected, that the
- 39:00Speaker 1: Democrats continue to control Washington, d C. The budget, try
- 39:05Speaker 1: to take control of the courts, change the voting system,
- 39:09Speaker 1: keep the borders wine open. You want to talk about
- 39:13Speaker 1: an insurrection, this is an insurrection. And I fear it's
- 39:17Speaker 1: only going to get worse. As we just discussed, It's
- 39:20Speaker 1: gonna embold in Atlanta, It's gonna Involden Washington, DC. We
- 39:24Speaker 1: now have these Democrat metropolitan areas, these Democrat metropolitan areas
- 39:33Speaker 1: essentially taking over the system, even if they lose an election.
- 39:39Speaker 1: They're now we've now set the president. We've now set
- 39:42Speaker 1: the president. They can go ahead and indict, indict a
- 39:48Speaker 1: Republican candidate who's leading in the polls for president of
- 39:53Speaker 1: the United States with this mickey mouse bs crack, even
- 39:58Speaker 1: though the US Attorney the office passed on it, even
- 40:01Speaker 1: though the prior district attorney passed on it, even though
- 40:05Speaker 1: the character district attorney passed on it. But obviously they
- 40:08Speaker 1: got to him, and obviously he decided a mug shot
- 40:13Speaker 1: and fingerprints is enough? Is enough to defeat Trump and
- 40:18Speaker 1: the Republicans. This is I am telling you as somebody
- 40:22Speaker 1: who studies history, Soviet history, Communist Chinese history, these movements
- 40:29Speaker 1: and so forth. This is a grave step in the
- 40:33Speaker 1: hard tyranny and it's gonna be very very difficult to
- 40:36Speaker 1: step back. It's gonna be extremely difficult because now radical
- 40:41Speaker 1: left wing Democrat prosecutors, should they be elected by a
- 40:45Speaker 1: Soros type or whatever they know now that president has
- 40:50Speaker 1: been set. This is a disgrace and as I say,
- 40:54Speaker 1: I must say, I feel so sorry for the Trump
- 40:58Speaker 1: family and President Trump. They did nothing to deserve this
- 41:02Speaker 1: kind of focus and a treatment. But this is definitely
- 41:06Speaker 1: being used to create a precedent for the nation, any
- 41:10Speaker 1: precedent that one party can try and cripple another party,
- 41:14Speaker 1: whether through impeachment processes or criminal investigations or indictments or
- 41:20Speaker 1: what have you. It's just sickening. I want to ask you,
- 41:25Speaker 1: what's going to be next. Can you explain people how
- 41:27Speaker 1: this is going to play out with the mugshot and
- 41:29Speaker 1: everything else. I honestly don't know, because apparently it's the
- 41:33Speaker 1: sort of thing they negotiate. I don't know how they
- 41:36Speaker 1: work it there in Manhattan. I'm sure they'll do everything
- 41:39Speaker 1: they can to try and humiliate and embarrass the man,
- 41:42Speaker 1: because that's what they're all about. I just think this
- 41:46Speaker 1: entire thing, you'll watch the press. The press will make
- 41:50Speaker 1: you sick to your stomach. They will absolutely make you sick.
- 41:54Speaker 1: They're all Democrats. Behind the scenes, they're high fiving each
- 41:57Speaker 1: other because they have become the VA of America. They
- 42:01Speaker 1: are the American Propta. That's who they are. But we're
- 42:05Speaker 1: as you mentioned, this is the weirdest moment in my
- 42:09Speaker 1: life when it comes to America and what we're supposed
- 42:12Speaker 1: to be, and we weren't supposed to be a country
- 42:15Speaker 1: where we go after our political foes and try to
- 42:18Speaker 1: lock them up and send them into exile like they
- 42:21Speaker 1: do in other countries. Now that's the reality in the
- 42:23Speaker 1: United States of America. And we've turned the corner. Now,
- 42:26Speaker 1: we've turned the corner. Now it's no more talk. This
- 42:30Speaker 1: is what they did, this is what they've been wanting
- 42:32Speaker 1: to do. We've turned the corner now and we are
- 42:35Speaker 1: in an extremely troubling, if not frightening period in our country.
- 42:40Speaker 1: We just are all right. I want to bring in
- 42:42Speaker 1: my good friend US Senator from Texas Centor Ted Cruz,
- 42:46Speaker 1: and Senator this is a I'm sure you heard what
- 42:49Speaker 1: Mark said. This is a a sad day for the country,
- 42:51Speaker 1: is he put it, We've turned a corner. He is
- 42:53Speaker 1: worried about what happens next to the United States of America.
- 42:57Speaker 1: I want to get your initial overall reaction, and then
- 43:00Speaker 1: I want to talk with you about what's going to
- 43:02Speaker 1: happen next. But first, your reaction today is an absolute outrage.
- 43:08Speaker 1: I listened everything Mark said. Mark's exactly right. Today is
- 43:12Speaker 1: a sad It's a tragic day for our country because
- 43:15Speaker 1: today is a significant turning point in our nation's history.
- 43:21Speaker 1: Today marks a moment in the death of the rule
- 43:25Speaker 1: of law. This indictment is utter garbage. It is baseless,
- 43:32Speaker 1: It is frivolous, It has an illegal predicate. It is
- 43:37Speaker 1: entirely a partisan attack. This is a left wing Democrat
- 43:44Speaker 1: DA elected with over a million dollars of money from
- 43:48Speaker 1: George Soros, who came into office filled with hatred for
- 43:52Speaker 1: Donald Trump, and he decided to use the power of
- 43:56Speaker 1: his office to indict Donald Trump. Facts be damned, law
- 44:01Speaker 1: be damned, justice be damned, Fairness be damned. He hates
- 44:06Speaker 1: Trump and he's going to do everything he can to
- 44:10Speaker 1: attack him. Listen, I've spent my entire life fighting to
- 44:14Speaker 1: defend the Constitution. I revere the Constitution. Today the framers
- 44:20Speaker 1: of the Constitution are weeping. They are weeping because our
- 44:24Speaker 1: justice system is meant to follow the law fairly, regardless
- 44:30Speaker 1: of your party, regardless of who you are. Law is
- 44:35Speaker 1: not meant to be a weapon to attack your political enemies.
- 44:40Speaker 1: And today is it is the culmination we have seen
- 44:48Speaker 1: for six long years, the Democrats weaponizing our law enforcement system,
- 44:56Speaker 1: weaponizing the Department of Justice, weaponizing the FBI, weaponizing the CIA,
- 45:01Speaker 1: weaponizing our district attorney offices, and using them to target
- 45:06Speaker 1: and persecute their enemies. When that happens, all of us
- 45:13Speaker 1: are less safe. When that happens, liberty is in jeopardy,
- 45:21Speaker 1: not just for Donald J. Trump, for all of us. Look,
- 45:24Speaker 1: there are banana republics. There are dictatorships across the world
- 45:30Speaker 1: where law is used. If you cross the regime, you
- 45:35Speaker 1: get prosecuted. The United States is supposed to be different.
- 45:40Speaker 1: I am angry and I'm heartbroken at the same time
- 45:46Speaker 1: because what we're seeing is absolute garbage. We just got
- 45:51Speaker 1: in a statement, Senator, and I want to read this quickly,
- 45:53Speaker 1: a statement from Donald J. Trump. It says this is
- 45:57Speaker 1: political persecution, election interference to the level in history. For
- 46:01Speaker 1: the time I came down the Golden escalator at Trump Tower,
- 46:04Speaker 1: and even before I was sworn in as you're President
- 46:06Speaker 1: of the United States, the radical left Democrats, the enemy
- 46:09Speaker 1: of the hard working men and women in this country,
- 46:12Speaker 1: have been engaged in a witch hunt to destroy the
- 46:15Speaker 1: Make America Great Again movement. You remember it just like
- 46:19Speaker 1: I do. Russia, Russia, Russia, the Miller hoax Ukraine Ukraine Ukraine,
- 46:24Speaker 1: impeachment hoax, impeachment hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two,
- 46:29Speaker 1: the illegal and unconstitutional Marlago raid. And now this he said,
- 46:35Speaker 1: quote the Democrats have lied, cheated, and stolen in their
- 46:38Speaker 1: obsession with trying to get Trump. But now they've done
- 46:43Speaker 1: the unthinkable in doubting a completely innocent person an act
- 46:46Speaker 1: of blatant election interference. Your reaction that first part of
- 46:51Speaker 1: his statement. I think President Trump is exactly right. This
- 46:56Speaker 1: is being done number one because Alvin Bragg and the
- 47:01Speaker 1: Democrats hate Donald Trump, and number two because they want
- 47:03Speaker 1: to interfere in the election. They want to reelect Joe Biden,
- 47:09Speaker 1: and they're willing to abuse the justice system to do it.
- 47:12Speaker 1: And I will say, if you're sitting there wondering, Okay,
- 47:16Speaker 1: what's behind all of this, what's the basis of the indictment?
- 47:19Speaker 1: What is the law? I want to refer everyone, Ben,
- 47:23Speaker 1: you and I do every week, three times a week
- 47:26Speaker 1: a podcast called Verdict with Ted Cruze. Three times a week.
- 47:30Speaker 1: We analyze, We go into deep dive on the issues
- 47:34Speaker 1: that are facing this country, that are before Congress, that
- 47:37Speaker 1: are before the White House, and we explain what's really happening.
- 47:42Speaker 1: Last week, we did an entire podcast, the title of
- 47:46Speaker 1: which is Trump Indictment is Garbage. Understand the facts and
- 47:52Speaker 1: law to know why this is a brazen political persecution.
- 47:58Speaker 1: We did the podcast imediately after Trump said he was
- 48:01Speaker 1: going to be arrested. Every bit of the explanation in
- 48:05Speaker 1: the podcast. If you want, when you go to work
- 48:07Speaker 1: tomorrow to turn to your coworker and know why this
- 48:11Speaker 1: is a garbage prosecution. I want to encourage folks go
- 48:15Speaker 1: listen to the podcast Verdict with Ted Cruz, the podcast
- 48:19Speaker 1: Trump Indictment as Garbage from last week, and it will
- 48:22Speaker 1: walk you through chapter and verse why this is utterly
- 48:27Speaker 1: baseless under the law. Well, let's talk about Alvin Bragg
- 48:31Speaker 1: for a second here, Senator, and this is a guy
- 48:33Speaker 1: that was handpicked and funded by George Soros. That's the
- 48:37Speaker 1: exact words of Donald Trump. I think he's completely right here.
- 48:40Speaker 1: But there is an obsession now the left that they say, Okay,
- 48:44Speaker 1: he's indicted, We're gonna see a mug shout of Donald Trump.
- 48:48Speaker 1: That maybe the satasday in modern political history, in the
- 48:51Speaker 1: history of this country to see a former president indicted
- 48:53Speaker 1: over something as garbage as this indictment. But there is
- 48:57Speaker 1: also a lot of people that have been saying, well,
- 49:00Speaker 1: if he's indicted, he's no longer eligible to run for president.
- 49:05Speaker 1: That's not true. So explain the legal ramifications for this
- 49:09Speaker 1: for Donald Trump running for office. Well, it is not true.
- 49:14Speaker 1: His being indicted has zero impact on his eligibility to
- 49:17Speaker 1: run for president, has zero impact on his eligibility to
- 49:21Speaker 1: be elected president or to service president. The only way
- 49:26Speaker 1: an individual can be barred from running for president is
- 49:30Speaker 1: if that individual is impeached by the House of Representatives
- 49:34Speaker 1: and convicted by two thirds of the Senate, and the
- 49:37Speaker 1: Senate imposes the penalty of making them ineligible for federal law.
- 49:42Speaker 1: And so the Democrats are not trying to bar President
- 49:46Speaker 1: Trump from running for office legally. What they're trying to
- 49:50Speaker 1: do is make this a political mess. They want that
- 49:55Speaker 1: mug shot. Look, we've all seen online on Twitter, the
- 49:59Speaker 1: sort of left wing fan fiction porn where they imagine
- 50:05Speaker 1: they paint Trump's face in an orange jumpsuit and it
- 50:10Speaker 1: tibulates the fantasies of the left wing. They want that picture. Now.
- 50:16Speaker 1: I'm going to predict right now that Trump, when he
- 50:18Speaker 1: takes the mugshot which we will all see that he's
- 50:22Speaker 1: going to be wearing a very crisp suit with a
- 50:24Speaker 1: bright red tie and is going to be smiling. But
- 50:28Speaker 1: they're nonetheless going to be thrilled because they're gonna do
- 50:31Speaker 1: everything they can to use that imagery. I think it's
- 50:34Speaker 1: going to backfire badly. I think Alvin Bragg may have
- 50:38Speaker 1: given the single largest in kind contribution to a presidential
- 50:42Speaker 1: campaign in history, because people understand this is garbage. Look,
- 50:48Speaker 1: the basis of this is not anything that Trump did
- 50:51Speaker 1: when he was president. The basis of this indictment is
- 50:58Speaker 1: a payment that allegedly half in twenty sixteen during the
- 51:01Speaker 1: presidential campaign. It's one hundred and thirty thousand dollars that
- 51:05Speaker 1: Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, allegedly gave to Stormy Daniels, the
- 51:10Speaker 1: porn star who claims she had an affair with Donald Trump. Now,
- 51:15Speaker 1: whether or not they had an affair, that's not illegal,
- 51:18Speaker 1: even in New York City, that's not illegal. So that's
- 51:20Speaker 1: not the basis of the indictment. The basis of the
- 51:23Speaker 1: indictment is a New York law New York Penal Law
- 51:27Speaker 1: one seventy five Dotto five, which makes it a crime
- 51:32Speaker 1: to create a false business record. Now it's a misdemeanor.
- 51:37Speaker 1: The misdemeanor has a two year statute of limitations. Now
- 51:39Speaker 1: I may not be the best at math, but twenty sixteen,
- 51:42Speaker 1: the last I checked. More than two years has passed
- 51:44Speaker 1: since twenty sixteen. So Alvin Bragg can't bring that misdemeanor.
- 51:50Speaker 1: So what this case to get around the statute of limitation.
- 51:54Speaker 1: What Alvin Bragg is trying to do is rely on
- 51:57Speaker 1: a different statute, which is New York Penal Law one
- 52:01Speaker 1: seven five dot one zero, which says it's a felony
- 52:07Speaker 1: if you create a false business record in order to
- 52:09Speaker 1: commit another crime. So they've got to prove a predicate
- 52:12Speaker 1: crime and then the false business record. Here's the whole
- 52:15Speaker 1: heart of the claim is that on the books they
- 52:20Speaker 1: claim that Trump recorded one hundred and thirty thousand dollars
- 52:23Speaker 1: as legal fees, when in fact it wasn't legal fees,
- 52:27Speaker 1: it was hush money. Now that theory is the exact
- 52:32Speaker 1: theory that was used to prosecute John Edwards. Remember the
- 52:36Speaker 1: Democrats senator who ran for president, who had an affair.
- 52:40Speaker 1: They tried to prosecute him on this and it got
- 52:43Speaker 1: blown out of court. Not only that, and here's an
- 52:46Speaker 1: amazing fact that you will not hear on CNN, you
- 52:50Speaker 1: will not hear in the corporate media. If this is
- 52:54Speaker 1: a crime, then Hillary Clinton did the exact same thing.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Here's what you need to understand, Hillary Clinton. In twenty sixteen,
- 53:05Speaker 1: in the middle of the campaign, the Hillary Clinton campaign
- 53:08Speaker 1: paid over a million dollars for the Steel Dossier, the
- 53:14Speaker 1: bogus fake attack on President Trump, full of lurid rumors
- 53:18Speaker 1: that have now been thoroughly disbunked and disproven. The Hillary
- 53:22Speaker 1: Clinton campaign paid over a million dollars to create that
- 53:26Speaker 1: work of fiction. The Hillary Clinton campaign recorded that million
- 53:31Speaker 1: dollars plus as quote legal fees. They literally did the
- 53:36Speaker 1: same thing that their alleging Trump did. Now Hillary Clinton
- 53:39Speaker 1: did it in the same place, New York City, at
- 53:43Speaker 1: the same time twenty sixteen that Trump is alleged to
- 53:45Speaker 1: have done so, and she did it with ten times
- 53:49Speaker 1: as much money. There is no rational way for Alvin Bragger,
- 53:56Speaker 1: any Democrat to say, if Trump does it, it's a felony,
- 54:00Speaker 1: but Hillary Clinton does it. Nothing to see here, I'm
- 54:02Speaker 1: not concerned at all. This is blatant partisanship. Last question,
- 54:07Speaker 1: I want to ask you, and I want to ask
- 54:08Speaker 1: you solely a political question here. You've obviously run for present,
- 54:14Speaker 1: You've run against Donald Trump. When you see this indictment
- 54:18Speaker 1: come down, if you were running against Trump right now
- 54:21Speaker 1: and knowing what you know about politics, could this be
- 54:25Speaker 1: one of the biggest overreaches and slash backfires in modern
- 54:30Speaker 1: political history by the opposite party thinking they're nailing somebody
- 54:37Speaker 1: to the wall and Donald Trump in reality giving him
- 54:40Speaker 1: a gift. I think it could be exactly that. I
- 54:44Speaker 1: think any of Donald Trump's primary opponents or potential primary opponents,
- 54:49Speaker 1: are incredibly unhappy right now because the rich irony is.
- 54:56Speaker 1: It could very well turn out that Alvin Bragg, the
- 54:59Speaker 1: left wing Democrat i'd elected with over a million dollars
- 55:02Speaker 1: of George Soros money, elected to let criminals go, to
- 55:05Speaker 1: release violent criminals from jail in New York. It could
- 55:09Speaker 1: well be that Alvin Bragg will have played a pivotal
- 55:14Speaker 1: role in re electing Donald Trump as president. It is,
- 55:18Speaker 1: it is, and what's interesting. Look, they held off for
- 55:22Speaker 1: over a week. A lot of National Democrats understood this
- 55:26Speaker 1: was a really bad move, and I think Bragg was
- 55:28Speaker 1: getting massive pressure from National Democrats do not do this.
- 55:33Speaker 1: And my assumption, as Bragg is such a partisan, he said,
- 55:37Speaker 1: screw it, I'm doing it anyway. I hate the guy,
- 55:40Speaker 1: and that's all this is. And I got to say
- 55:44Speaker 1: it is really, really dangerous. If you want to understand
- 55:48Speaker 1: just how much the justice system was corrupted to go
- 55:52Speaker 1: after Donald Trump, I'd encourage you to read the book
- 55:55Speaker 1: that I wrote just a couple of months ago. It's
- 55:58Speaker 1: called Justice Corrupted, How the Left has Weaponized the Legal System,
- 56:02Speaker 1: and it explains how the deep state went after Donald Trump,
- 56:06Speaker 1: how they corrupted DJ how they corrupted the FBI. It
- 56:09Speaker 1: talks about Alvin Bragg and the George Soros prosecutors. If
- 56:13Speaker 1: you want to understand it, go read Justice Corrupted and
- 56:16Speaker 1: it'll take you inside to understand. What happened today is
- 56:20Speaker 1: an absolute outrage and it is dangerous for every American
- 56:24Speaker 1: who cares about his or her liberty. I'll say this,
- 56:27Speaker 1: I think George Soros may think that today was his
- 56:29Speaker 1: biggest victory. In reality, this may be the biggest screw
- 56:33Speaker 1: up of his entire political obsession with taking down Trump
- 56:37Speaker 1: and taking down conservatives. Senator, I appreciate your time as always, sir,
- 56:41Speaker 1: great to chat with you on this. I mean this
- 56:44Speaker 1: sincerely a sad day for this country. This is bad
- 56:47Speaker 1: for everyone. This is going to be a day that
- 56:50Speaker 1: will go in the history books. As I think we're
- 56:52Speaker 1: the worst days in political modern political history for US
- 56:56Speaker 1: as a country internally and the people that are loving
- 56:59Speaker 1: this tonight our adversaries. Do not forget that. The Chinese
- 57:03Speaker 1: are loving this, The Russians are loving this. Al Qaeda
- 57:07Speaker 1: isis and all of our adversaries are loving watching this
- 57:11Speaker 1: right now play out in this country. I agree, And
- 57:14Speaker 1: you know what, It's a strategy. The Chinese understand it's
- 57:17Speaker 1: a strategy. The Russians understand. It's a strategy every tyranny
- 57:21Speaker 1: understands is use the legal system to try to lock
- 57:24Speaker 1: up your enemies. It's not what we do in the
- 57:26Speaker 1: United States of America. It's not what we do under
- 57:28Speaker 1: a constitution, or at least we didn't until the Democrats
- 57:31Speaker 1: became utterly corrupt and decided to go to any means
- 57:35Speaker 1: necessary to attack and destroy their political opponents. Center. God
- 57:40Speaker 1: bless you, sir. Talk to you real soon. All right.
- 57:42Speaker 1: We're gonna keep you updated on this story. I promise
- 57:45Speaker 1: you it's gonna keep unfolding. It'll probably happen quickly. When
