- 2:03Speaker 7: Good morning everybody you are listening to the voice, Come on,
- 2:07Speaker 7: dig me down one and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:10Speaker 7: radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Man o, man o, man, I just I have to
- 2:17Speaker 2: tell you this. How good is the God I serve?
- 2:25Speaker 7: How amazing is he? That's that's all I you know.
- 2:29Speaker 7: And you know what, really, man, when I try to
- 2:31Speaker 7: explain how I feel about what he does for me, really,
- 2:37Speaker 7: the words that I come up with, that they just
- 2:39Speaker 7: they they inadequate. Man, They don't they don't cut it.
- 2:41Speaker 7: They really don't. You know, I could say amazing. At
- 2:45Speaker 7: one time, I even just got that. I tried something
- 2:48Speaker 7: real ignorant. One time, I just said, you know, God
- 2:50Speaker 7: is just super captual, fragilistic as be all adocious.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I just tried that. See how that felt that's that's
- 2:56Speaker 2: all to change. He is with me. I just try
- 2:58Speaker 2: to because see how that felt.
- 2:59Speaker 7: But then I ain't feel right saying that's the fact
- 3:02Speaker 7: that he's amazing and awesome and he's an awesome God.
- 3:05Speaker 7: You hear people say that is it's bigger than that too, man.
- 3:09Speaker 7: So you know, as hard as I try, no matter
- 3:13Speaker 7: what I do every day, I'm gonna come up short
- 3:15Speaker 7: with trying to explain to you exactly how he works
- 3:18Speaker 7: and how he is for me.
- 3:19Speaker 2: So I just thank him that every day every chance
- 3:22Speaker 2: I get.
- 3:24Speaker 8: Here.
- 3:24Speaker 6: It is.
- 3:26Speaker 2: It is your determination and your effort. Listen to me carefully.
- 3:34Speaker 2: It is your determination and your effort. I think that
- 3:40Speaker 2: the average person, and I'm not knocking you, I just
- 3:43Speaker 2: want you to hear me out. I think what stops
- 3:46Speaker 2: the average person from becoming successful is that we don't
- 3:50Speaker 2: realize the effort that it takes. And that's just truth.
- 3:55Speaker 7: I found that to be so true in my life
- 3:58Speaker 7: and my talking to people and meeting people, and people
- 4:01Speaker 7: aren't asking me questions about it and me trying to
- 4:04Speaker 7: figure out the way myself. I don't think that you
- 4:09Speaker 7: really can comprehend the effort that it takes to become successful.
- 4:15Speaker 7: This is the thing that you have to wrap your
- 4:17Speaker 7: mind around very quickly if you want to be successful
- 4:21Speaker 7: on any level in any area. The dream is the beginning.
- 4:26Speaker 7: Good Lord, let me tell you something. The determination and
- 4:29Speaker 7: effort is massive. You cannot be overly concerned with sleep.
- 4:37Speaker 7: If you are a person who is always concerned about
- 4:41Speaker 7: sleep gets success out your mind. Ain't finna happen, partner,
- 4:45Speaker 7: It's not finn happen. You cannot be that concerned about sleep.
- 4:51Speaker 7: Now listen to me. You have to get your rest.
- 4:54Speaker 7: But this was my philosophy. I'm just sharing you with
- 4:57Speaker 7: what how I did it. My philosophy was I stopped
- 5:03Speaker 7: being concerned about sleep. I got my rest, but I
- 5:08Speaker 7: got just enough to get back to it, and I
- 5:13Speaker 7: got back on the grind to hop in the hustle.
- 5:16Speaker 7: I got just enough rest so I could go and
- 5:20Speaker 7: put forth some more effort.
- 5:22Speaker 2: But listen to me.
- 5:24Speaker 7: You cannot sleep a third of your life away and
- 5:27Speaker 7: expect to become successful. If you're not already successful. If
- 5:31Speaker 7: you are asleep for eight hours, that is a third
- 5:34Speaker 7: of your day. You cannot be asleep a third of
- 5:37Speaker 7: your life and expect to get successful. Now, after you
- 5:40Speaker 7: get successful. You know, you learn as you go to
- 5:46Speaker 7: work smarter, not harder. So as you get successful, you
- 5:50Speaker 7: may have eight hours available to you. But on the
- 5:53Speaker 7: way up there, I don't see how you can do it.
- 5:55Speaker 2: I promise you. I don't. Now, maybe somebody can come
- 5:58Speaker 2: for it.
- 5:58Speaker 8: I did it.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Hey, yeah, probably lying. But okay, tell your story.
- 6:04Speaker 7: Because everybody I know that's successful that I've sat down
- 6:08Speaker 7: and had real talks with they wasn't concerned with sleeping.
- 6:13Speaker 7: You cannot be concerned with sleeping if you want to
- 6:17Speaker 7: be successful.
- 6:17Speaker 2: How can this happen for you? Listen to me.
- 6:21Speaker 7: The effort that it requires is massive. It's an all
- 6:25Speaker 7: out of salt on your dream. Now you got to
- 6:28Speaker 7: make an assault. It requires an all out of salt
- 6:31Speaker 7: on it. And you can't be sleeping. Fight at the
- 6:34Speaker 7: same time. You can't fight when you sleep. Man, I
- 6:37Speaker 7: wish I could get y'all understand this right here. Understand
- 6:41Speaker 7: that the effort that is required to be successful will
- 6:44Speaker 7: take everything you have, and when you think you've given
- 6:48Speaker 7: your all, it's gonna require some more.
- 6:51Speaker 2: The quality of your chield is amazing.
- 6:55Speaker 7: See okay, listen to what is sitting around having a
- 6:59Speaker 7: bill day faux what but they're sitting around smoking weed
- 7:03Speaker 7: for every day phone.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Come on, man, for.
- 7:06Speaker 7: Real, But if you took that beer, drinking weeds, smoking
- 7:11Speaker 7: chill time and applied it to progressing yourself towards your dream.
- 7:17Speaker 2: When you do carve out.
- 7:18Speaker 7: Of vacation, guess where you be able to go. Guess
- 7:22Speaker 7: what part of the world you can go see? Guess
- 7:24Speaker 7: how you can cheer now now instead of you just
- 7:27Speaker 7: driving Every year your family to the family union, sit
- 7:30Speaker 7: at the same picnic table. Everybody pull they money in
- 7:33Speaker 7: two ten families don't never pool they money in.
- 7:36Speaker 2: They down there eating like y'all eating.
- 7:38Speaker 7: You got attitude cause cause the day or day side
- 7:41Speaker 7: don't have a chip in or know they down there
- 7:43Speaker 7: eating the extra potatoes at it making place.
- 7:45Speaker 2: You're not arguing about this every year?
- 7:47Speaker 6: For real?
- 7:48Speaker 7: Man, They ain't got the T shirt money. You know,
- 7:51Speaker 7: they got the same T shirt on. They ain't put
- 7:53Speaker 7: in that really, man, so so so so so you
- 7:56Speaker 7: want that to be it every year? Or do you
- 7:59Speaker 7: want this year? I'm taking my family to New Orleans. Oh,
- 8:04Speaker 7: I'm taking my family see the Grand Canyon. I'm taking
- 8:07Speaker 7: my family down to the beach this year. Me and
- 8:09Speaker 7: me and my family gonna go sight see. We're gonna
- 8:11Speaker 7: go ride a couple of river on Chicago. Me and
- 8:14Speaker 7: my family gonna go skiing this year. Me and me
- 8:16Speaker 7: and my family going out to La Man we go.
- 8:18Speaker 7: We're gonna go out there for a weekend. You know,
- 8:21Speaker 7: you know it can happen like that. But if you
- 8:23Speaker 7: ain't working, listen to me. Average effort gets average results.
- 8:34Speaker 7: That's that's all it is to it. See, ordinary effort
- 8:40Speaker 7: gets ordinary results. But if you put forth an extra effort. See,
- 8:48Speaker 7: the only difference between extraordinary and ordinary is one word.
- 8:52Speaker 2: That's extra.
- 8:53Speaker 7: If you do extra, you can take ordinary right on
- 8:57Speaker 7: over to extraordinary. Do you understand you have to have
- 9:00Speaker 7: a massive assault on your dreams? Quit sitting up in here, man,
- 9:04Speaker 7: trying to chill all the time. I'm sorry, man, I
- 9:06Speaker 7: wish I could tell you another way, but it ain't one.
- 9:09Speaker 7: Here's what I did. I wasn't concerned about how much
- 9:13Speaker 7: sleep I got. I just had to get my rest.
- 9:17Speaker 7: And once I got enough rest to get up and
- 9:19Speaker 7: get the task done, I got up. Somebody sent me
- 9:24Speaker 7: a tweet the other day, a partner mine. He said,
- 9:30Speaker 7: to see if I can pull it up While I'm
- 9:31Speaker 7: talking to you. But he just sent me a little
- 9:33Speaker 7: sign just what nothing, just a little something to say,
- 9:36Speaker 7: Hey man, I ran across this, I thought about you,
- 9:39Speaker 7: and I sent it to you.
- 9:40Speaker 2: It said no.
- 9:41Speaker 7: Alarm clock needed, My passion wakes me. It's in block print.
- 9:50Speaker 7: He said, no alarm clock needed, my passion wakes me.
- 9:56Speaker 7: That's what you got to be about.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Your listeners to it, Steve Harvey.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Moore, Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:06Speaker 7: Again, God Almighty has done it again, created the one
- 10:11Speaker 7: thing that only he can do another day. And he
- 10:16Speaker 7: did the other thing that only he can do. He
- 10:20Speaker 7: gave you the breath to partake in it. This is
- 10:23Speaker 7: all God right here. You have no say so in
- 10:26Speaker 7: this matter.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Ain't that crazy? Ain't that amazing? Ain't that something else?
- 10:31Speaker 2: Have you thought about it like that? You actually have
- 10:34Speaker 2: no say so in how long you live?
- 10:36Speaker 8: Now?
- 10:36Speaker 7: You can cut it short, but the length of time
- 10:40Speaker 7: can vary. You can cut it short. Oh, you can
- 10:44Speaker 7: do ignity things with your health, you know, and then
- 10:47Speaker 7: just gone and you know, mess it all up. But
- 10:51Speaker 7: an unhealthy life is no life at all. So pay
- 10:54Speaker 7: attention to your health. Everybody. Thank God for this day,
- 10:57Speaker 7: because the day is the day that the Lord has
- 10:59Speaker 7: made to rejoice and be glad in it. I'm glad
- 11:02Speaker 7: in it.
- 11:02Speaker 2: You feel me?
- 11:03Speaker 7: Steve Harvey, Marty Show, Shirty Strawberry College for Reld, Mississippi,
- 11:06Speaker 7: Monica Jr.
- 11:07Speaker 2: And the legend that is Nephew Tommy Jr. What's on
- 11:10Speaker 2: your mind this morning?
- 11:11Speaker 5: Man?
- 11:12Speaker 2: Ain't you glad? You ain't who you used to be up?
- 11:15Speaker 2: Because I could just see all the change in you. Man,
- 11:17Speaker 2: you ain't who you used to be?
- 11:19Speaker 9: Better off at this version of yourself now because you have.
- 11:22Speaker 7: A different work like that, different much better, much better
- 11:25Speaker 7: than a sad thing. But do you to owe you
- 11:28Speaker 7: all the remnants? The remnants are there. You know how
- 11:32Speaker 7: people get saved and they get washed white as snow.
- 11:36Speaker 7: I didn't get that version. I just got wrinked off.
- 11:40Speaker 7: I didn't get the whitest snow version. I still got
- 11:43Speaker 7: a couple of things I'm dealing with. I'm an imperfect
- 11:47Speaker 7: soldier for Christ that I know.
- 11:51Speaker 1: You know.
- 11:52Speaker 2: It's funny.
- 11:53Speaker 7: I'm not gonna mention any names, but I heard the
- 11:55Speaker 7: Minister again put my name in his pull pit, and
- 11:58Speaker 7: I'm just curious as to his fascination with celebrities and
- 12:03Speaker 7: other people. Look, we all make mistakes. If you're gonna
- 12:07Speaker 7: use everybody else's mistake as the example, could I please
- 12:11Speaker 7: see one of yours? Could you just use yourself one time?
- 12:16Speaker 7: Tell me that you was once a sinner saved by grace.
- 12:20Speaker 7: Tell me that you made some mistakes. Tell me what
- 12:22Speaker 7: you failed and got up from. Because I'm yet to
- 12:24Speaker 7: hear that Sunday, but I got to hear all this
- 12:27Speaker 7: about Steve Harvey. He got new and now Steve Harvey
- 12:30Speaker 7: says more than one way to heaven. No, I was saying,
- 12:32Speaker 7: I don't know what's how God thinks it could be
- 12:36Speaker 7: more than one way to heaven.
- 12:37Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 12:38Speaker 7: I'm not the judge and jury made a whole sermon
- 12:41Speaker 7: about that. But then, lemonstraighten something out. I'm not a pastor.
- 12:44Speaker 7: I'm not standing in the poor pit telling y'all to
- 12:46Speaker 7: follow me. I am an imperfect soldier for Christ. That's
- 12:50Speaker 7: all I am. I'm trying to do the best I
- 12:53Speaker 7: can with what I got and be the better version
- 12:55Speaker 7: of who I can be. Now I am a better version.
- 13:00Speaker 7: Thank God for that, because to do forty years ago,
- 13:06Speaker 7: him him the twenty eight year old, Oh he wasn't
- 13:14Speaker 7: wrapped right. He didn't have he didn't have it all together. Man,
- 13:19Speaker 7: I thank God for changing me though, I do, I do?
- 13:23Speaker 2: I like this version. Now you know I can actually
- 13:26Speaker 2: walk away from stuff. Now what comes? What a blessing?
- 13:32Speaker 2: That is not even at school?
- 13:37Speaker 1: All right, guys, coming up at thirty two minutes after
- 13:41Speaker 1: the hour, we will hear from the nephew as he
- 13:43Speaker 1: runs that frank back right after this. You're listening Steve
- 13:47Speaker 1: Hardy Morning Show. Hey, everyone, quick health question. Even though
- 13:55Speaker 1: you're still thriving, still loving, still connecting, did you know
- 13:58Speaker 1: your immune system weakens with age. That's where vaccines come in.
- 14:02Speaker 1: They help train and strengthen your immune response to fight
- 14:05Speaker 1: off certain respiratory illnesses like blue numacaco, pneumonia, RSV, and

- 15:08Speaker 6: ago was that the two of them then run off
- 15:11Speaker 6: and then got married together. I don't know what what
- 15:14Speaker 6: what what make him run off and get married?
- 15:16Speaker 5: Like? Wait, wait, wait wait wait where did you hear
- 15:19Speaker 5: this from?
- 15:21Speaker 6: I just got a phone call from one of the

- 15:26Speaker 6: that grew up with and went to grew up with
- 15:28Speaker 6: also grade school. She called it Saint La Shanda and
- 15:31Speaker 6: there then then randoff and got married together. That they've
- 15:35Speaker 6: done that, say they've done it yesterday?
- 15:38Speaker 5: But he wait wait wait, my Saturday, my Sunday, and
- 15:42Speaker 5: I talked to him, uh about three days ago, and
- 15:45Speaker 5: he ain't done nothing like that.
- 15:47Speaker 6: I know son, yesterday I've been calling Shanda and call
- 15:52Speaker 6: ain't nobody picking up and I'm calling the boy. They
- 15:56Speaker 6: give me the bark phone number and I'm calling him.
- 15:58Speaker 6: It ain't nobody picking up in there as a nothing.
- 16:02Speaker 6: Ain't like my baby girl do like nothing, not nothing
- 16:05Speaker 6: like this here.
- 16:05Speaker 5: But it's not like my father do nothing like that
- 16:08Speaker 5: without talking to me first. So h let me call
- 16:10Speaker 5: down there and talk to Darren and uh, I can't
- 16:14Speaker 5: give me your number. I'll I'll call you back.
- 16:16Speaker 6: I'm going down there to that school myself. I'm gonna
- 16:19Speaker 6: find more for them. Now, I'm gonna call you to
- 16:22Speaker 6: let you know his Now, if I find out that

- 22:45Speaker 1: I end up eating really, really fast, so I can
- 22:48Speaker 1: beat him to it. I'm sick of it. How do
- 22:50Speaker 1: I stop him from doing it?
- 22:53Speaker 2: Well, why don't you just order your own?
- 22:55Speaker 7: Let him order for the both of you, and then

- 24:26Speaker 1: for Thanksgiving? Should I uninvite them? So my husband will stop.
- 24:34Speaker 7: I want to hear the rest of the joke. Yeah,
- 24:37Speaker 7: let him through here. And that's how you can't sit

- 25:37Speaker 1: get my wife off her phone at night while we're
- 25:40Speaker 1: in bed. Immediately after sex, she's back on TikTok, looking
- 25:43Speaker 1: at videos and giggling. My forty four year old wife
- 25:47Speaker 1: is like a teenager. Now, would I be wrong to
- 25:50Speaker 1: demand that she stays off her phone in bed?
- 25:53Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 25:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, go ahead try that, Yeah yeah,
- 25:57Speaker 2: go hold the demand.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Go ahead, man, your wife to do something.
- 26:02Speaker 2: How do you do that? I tried a couple of times.
- 26:05Speaker 1: I stopped because what did you say?
- 26:08Speaker 2: Oh no, it's something stupid.
- 26:10Speaker 1: That part.
- 26:14Speaker 10: I didn't think it was stupid, but you know, when
- 26:16Speaker 10: she explained it to me, I realized the category.
- 26:22Speaker 7: So I don't I don't make no demands. I give
- 26:25Speaker 7: suggestions and then let it let her think it's her idea.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Oh that's what women do all the time. Yeah, I've
- 26:37Speaker 1: been doing that.
- 26:38Speaker 2: No, we just learning that. You got to be a

- 27:01Speaker 1: at a place that my ex boyfriend hangs out. It
- 27:05Speaker 1: got his attention, and now we're dating again. I heard
- 27:09Speaker 1: that he's still seeing another girl too. Is he back

- 27:18Speaker 7: didn't really go over there to make him jealous. You
- 27:22Speaker 7: went over there to see if you could get him back.

- 27:28Speaker 7: so guess what when you went over there, Now y'all
- 27:30Speaker 7: back dating? That was your whole reason for going over there.
- 27:33Speaker 7: It wasn't to make him jealous. It was to see

- 27:38Speaker 7: you back, but now he got another girl. Yeah, because
- 27:42Speaker 7: guess what, that ain't part of the new deal. All

- 29:23Speaker 2: Y'all gonna put it running up on the stages. Yeah,
- 29:30Speaker 2: that's not a good idea.
- 29:34Speaker 1: That what happened at a comedy show. That happened with y'all.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Somebody ran up on Anthony Brown. He took the butter

- 32:05Speaker 11: We're in the top ten on next week as the
- 32:07Speaker 11: hotters in the country. Right now, it's called Joe telling
- 32:11Speaker 11: Business because these fools need to start telling jokes. If
- 32:14Speaker 11: you say you're a comedian and you fly to bat
- 32:16Speaker 11: of being a comedian, we want you to be funny.
- 32:19Speaker 11: Please get you the job descriptions. And that's what we're
- 32:22Speaker 11: talking about. And I think comedians need to do just
- 32:26Speaker 11: like driver's license, renew your license as a comic.
- 32:29Speaker 6: Go get out the game. You know what I'm saying.
- 32:31Speaker 11: That's why I name the steam joke telling Business because
- 32:34Speaker 11: I'm not walking about nothing but these jokes number ones
- 32:37Speaker 11: in their face like you taught me. And also steam,
- 32:40Speaker 11: dat is so great.
- 32:41Speaker 3: I done got married.
- 32:42Speaker 11: I'm the right woman and I'm gonna have my own
- 32:45Speaker 11: titcom Go ahead.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Boy, we'll love on that. I'm coming on that because
- 32:52Speaker 2: I just want to see you act.
- 32:56Speaker 11: I'm gonna ask for them check now.

- 33:04Speaker 7: went to the wind, Temmy, how was the big web
- 33:06Speaker 7: out there?
- 33:07Speaker 10: Outstanding? Outstanding? Quake looked amazing. Bride looked beautiful. It was
- 33:14Speaker 10: good everybody with the weather, outstanding, the hotel, everything, it
- 33:19Speaker 10: wasn't nothing wrong.
- 33:20Speaker 1: It was outstanding, a nice when essence right now.
- 33:24Speaker 11: You can watch it, you can see it. It was
- 33:26Speaker 11: out there to spend a lot of money, Steve, I
- 33:28Speaker 11: was trying to be like But I found my Marjory,
- 33:31Speaker 11: and I'm happy. I'm happily married.
- 33:35Speaker 8: Loans Now, don't look at it happily.
- 33:37Speaker 11: You ain't want me when I was broke.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Yeah, quake you happy now?
- 33:42Speaker 11: Man, man, listen, say I am so blessed.
- 33:46Speaker 6: I told you.
- 33:47Speaker 11: People always asked us, say, quake when you're gonna blow up.
- 33:49Speaker 11: I say, I'm one good black woman from making it.
- 33:52Speaker 11: And it happened, and I found her, And that's why
- 33:55Speaker 11: everybody's working out because I got it now.
- 33:57Speaker 8: She believes in me.
- 33:58Speaker 11: She believes in me, she loves me unconditionally, and that's
- 34:03Speaker 11: the most beautiful thing in the world. Is nothing like
- 34:05Speaker 11: being loved by a black woman to change your whole perspective.
- 34:08Speaker 11: And you know, I was all I only had quality
- 34:11Speaker 11: because I didn't have quality. I had the quality because
- 34:15Speaker 11: I couldn't find the right one. But I got it now,
- 34:17Speaker 11: so I'm out I'm out, I'm happy, and it's great
- 34:19Speaker 11: and we're doing big things. Brother.
- 34:22Speaker 7: Yeah, that's an amazing statement. When you're gonna blow up.
- 34:29Speaker 7: I'm just one black woman away from find it.
- 34:35Speaker 10: Bruh.
- 34:36Speaker 2: If you ain't never lied about that, man, you ain't
- 34:39Speaker 2: never lied.
- 34:40Speaker 7: Hey, man, So you know what you said something else too,
- 34:43Speaker 7: because one of the things I noticed, I'm still a
- 34:45Speaker 7: student of the game. Even though I got out of
- 34:47Speaker 7: stand up. You know, I still know the business of it.
- 34:51Speaker 7: And I had watched this business change. I've watched comedians.
- 34:56Speaker 7: Instead of telling jokes, they out there making as brash
- 35:00Speaker 7: a statement as they can and trying to be shocking.
- 35:05Speaker 7: Our job is not to be shocking. Our job really
- 35:08Speaker 7: is to be funny. And I guess that's what prompted
- 35:12Speaker 7: the name of the special joke telling business.
- 35:15Speaker 11: Yeah, because they're not they're not sticking with the job description,
- 35:18Speaker 11: you know what I mean. Then, if you're gonna be
- 35:20Speaker 11: all these things, you're gonna be a shock job. You're
- 35:22Speaker 11: gonna be a You're gonna sit around here and tell
- 35:25Speaker 11: what people should or should not be in their life.
- 35:27Speaker 11: You're gonna bring up they pass and you don't put
- 35:30Speaker 11: no jokes in it. Then be that, but do not
- 35:33Speaker 11: fly around here with the banner saying you're a comedian.
- 35:35Speaker 11: If you did not, you're not telling no jokes to
- 35:38Speaker 11: be funny. And you need to not just lay on
- 35:41Speaker 11: your loans or wrestle your loans to what you preleasedly did.
- 35:45Speaker 6: You need the reading you need to.
- 35:47Speaker 11: Renegotiate and renew your life is to prove that you're
- 35:50Speaker 11: a comedian and put something out that's funny, because that's
- 35:53Speaker 11: our job.
- 35:54Speaker 6: We don't beef like this. We're not rappers.
- 35:57Speaker 11: We said down them, we will never have Well, we
- 36:01Speaker 11: are coming to America or a hall of night with
- 36:03Speaker 11: the temperature that's going with comedians like this. That's why
- 36:06Speaker 11: we don't have metal detectives in comedy clubs.
- 36:09Speaker 8: Because we don't bring that.
- 36:10Speaker 11: We are the DNA of a clown. So be funny,
- 36:13Speaker 11: show your perspective and if not, get out of my
- 36:16Speaker 11: joenre do something else. But you're not a comedian if
- 36:19Speaker 11: you're not funny, and all platforms that put them on
- 36:22Speaker 11: there they need to hold them.
- 36:24Speaker 6: To that be funny.
- 36:26Speaker 11: If you're gonna come up as a comedian or get.
- 36:28Speaker 8: Out the game.
- 36:32Speaker 2: That's all facts. Just get on the podcast and be
- 36:37Speaker 2: everything but funny everything.
- 36:40Speaker 7: But you gotta hear what killed me though your opinion
- 36:44Speaker 7: of somebody else how they want to do. But then
- 36:47Speaker 7: you ain't none of who.
- 36:48Speaker 2: You talking about.
- 36:49Speaker 7: That's what be killing me that I'll be just sitting
- 36:52Speaker 7: there going wait a minute, man, You talking about people
- 36:56Speaker 7: you ain't even them.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Instead they talking about what they are. I'm proud of you, man, Man,
- 37:00Speaker 2: I am proud of you.
- 37:01Speaker 8: Boy.
- 37:02Speaker 2: Don't go any babies. You are living witness that God
- 37:07Speaker 2: is never too late. Hey, we come back.
- 37:09Speaker 7: We're gonna talk more with the Legion earthquake spitting business
- 37:14Speaker 7: when joke telling business. That's the name of the Netflix special.
- 37:17Speaker 7: It's in the top ten already check it out. We'll
- 37:19Speaker 7: be right back.
- 37:20Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hey everyone, quick health question.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Even though you're still thriving, still loving, still connecting, did

- 41:02Speaker 2: I watch it this week. Appreciate you. Ladia Jenner, do.
- 41:11Speaker 6: All right?
- 41:11Speaker 1: Coming up with thirty four minutes after the hour of
- 41:13Speaker 1: the federal government shut down and the standoff between Republicans
- 41:17Speaker 1: and Democrats. We'll talk about it right after this. You're
- 41:20Speaker 1: listening Hardy Morning Show. Well, we all know that yesterday
- 41:29Speaker 1: the White House declared a government shut down after the
- 41:32Speaker 1: Senate failed to get funding to sustain federal operations. The
- 41:36Speaker 1: gop led measure was blocked in the Senate, failing to
- 41:39Speaker 1: secure the sixty votes needed to advance. The Democrats accused
- 41:44Speaker 1: Republicans of not wanting to work with them as they
- 41:47Speaker 1: try to help the American people on this healthcare cost
- 41:50Speaker 1: on these healthcare costs. Typically in a shutdown, some essential
- 41:54Speaker 1: federal employees that remain on the job continue work, often
- 41:58Speaker 1: without pay, until Congress acts to fund the government. Just
- 42:03Speaker 1: in case you're wondering now, this is according to US News,
- 42:06Speaker 1: the president's salary, though of four hundred thousand dollars a year,
- 42:10Speaker 1: is generally not affected by a government shut down. And
- 42:15Speaker 1: they say, with regard to the president's pay, Article two,
- 42:18Speaker 1: Section one of the Constitution forbids the salary of the
- 42:22Speaker 1: president to be reduced while he or she is in office,
- 42:26Speaker 1: thus effectively guaranteeing the president of compensation regardless of any
- 42:31Speaker 1: shut down action. That's according to the twenty eighteen Congressional
- 42:35Speaker 1: Research Service report. And by the way, this is the
- 42:38Speaker 1: fifteenth government shut down since nineteen eighty one.
- 42:46Speaker 2: Scene. Yes, nothing we can do about it. Nothing.
- 42:55Speaker 7: All them and all they doing up there. They play games.
- 42:59Speaker 7: They just play in the political game. This side say this,
- 43:03Speaker 7: that side say that, and then the one that suffers
- 43:05Speaker 7: this people in the middle.
- 43:07Speaker 6: Ye.
- 43:07Speaker 7: So you know again again the Republicans are blaming the Democrats.
- 43:13Speaker 7: The Democrats are blaming the Republicans. The Democrats are trying
- 43:16Speaker 7: to fight for the benefits and the healthcare of Americans,
- 43:20Speaker 7: which the Republicans are not telling you what's going to happen.
- 43:25Speaker 7: But after the mid terms, the big beautiful Bill, I
- 43:29Speaker 7: want you all to be aware, will kick in full blast.
- 43:33Speaker 7: But it's gonna be after the mid terms so they
- 43:35Speaker 7: don't get stunned at the polls. But right after that,
- 43:40Speaker 7: all hell gonna break loose and a lot of people
- 43:42Speaker 7: gonna lose a lot of stuff. And it's sad. And
- 43:44Speaker 7: it don't matter what the Democrat if you mega, it
- 43:49Speaker 7: don't matter. The big beautiful bill being passed. The bill
- 43:52Speaker 7: has been passed. Yeah, hey, dog, in this presidency right here,
- 43:59Speaker 7: Donald Trump does whatever he wants to do, and he
- 44:04Speaker 7: has every single Republican, which is the Senator is being
- 44:09Speaker 7: led and the House is being led, and they and
- 44:13Speaker 7: they do whatever he says.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Do they scared?
- 44:17Speaker 1: Scared, terrified.
- 44:19Speaker 2: Because he and he's proved if you ever did anything
- 44:26Speaker 2: in him, he coming. Yeah. Is it worth it?
- 44:32Speaker 7: Is it worth it to sacrifice your job and your
- 44:34Speaker 7: position to go after him knowing what the what the
- 44:39Speaker 7: problem is going to be. And that's a crazy place
- 44:42Speaker 7: to be in knowing he's going to go after you. Like,
- 44:45Speaker 7: let me ask you all the question, would you give
- 44:47Speaker 7: up your job for the country? Would you give up
- 44:52Speaker 7: your family's, your job, your ability to take care of
- 44:55Speaker 7: your family, your livelihood, your job for the country?
- 45:00Speaker 2: I would that I understand, which I understanding. No, I'm
- 45:03Speaker 2: not though quick getting you for the for your court,
- 45:08Speaker 2: for the country.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Some of these government workers.
- 45:11Speaker 7: Listen, No, listen, I don't want you to take it
- 45:14Speaker 7: in two weeks the check that you get from my
- 45:17Speaker 7: heart for coming in here to do the radio. In
- 45:19Speaker 7: any other job you have, are you willing to sacrifice
- 45:23Speaker 7: that just for the good of the country. If they
- 45:28Speaker 7: say you can help the country by giving up your position,
- 45:31Speaker 7: would you do it?
- 45:32Speaker 8: No?
- 45:36Speaker 7: Your status is you find to be real pope all
- 45:40Speaker 7: your money, Would you do that to sacrifice for the country?
- 45:45Speaker 2: The answer is no.
- 45:47Speaker 7: Rich people are not going to sacrifice they're richest for
- 45:52Speaker 7: the good of the country.
- 45:55Speaker 2: Why ain't nobody understanding that they won't do nothing? Yeah,
- 45:59Speaker 2: so that shows you. So why would I are you,
- 46:03Speaker 2: as a commoner, why would you do that?
- 46:05Speaker 1: No?
- 46:06Speaker 7: Man, uh skip that because the rich ain't finna do it. True,
- 46:10Speaker 7: I ain't fitna do it.
- 46:11Speaker 1: All right, we got to move on. Coming up next
- 46:15Speaker 1: to the nephew and the prank phone call for today.
- 46:17Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning
- 46:21Speaker 1: Show coming up at the top of the hour, about
- 46:28Speaker 1: four minutes after. It's my Strawberry letter for today and
- 46:32Speaker 1: the subject is you can't do what I do. Okay,
- 46:35Speaker 1: we'll get into that find out what that's all about.
- 46:39Speaker 1: But right now the nephew is here with today's prank
- 46:41Speaker 1: phone call. What you got for us, neph.
- 46:43Speaker 2: Well, Shirley. You know, sometimes schedules get cross and things happen.
- 46:47Speaker 2: It's just it's just a part of life.
- 46:50Speaker 10: But one of the greatest moments that most people have,
- 46:53Speaker 10: one of the memorable moments is when they're getting married.
- 46:56Speaker 2: That's that's a memorable moment. We all we all love that,
- 47:00Speaker 2: that great day.
- 47:01Speaker 10: But what happens when you're getting married and the lines
- 47:05Speaker 10: have gotten crossed and there is a funeral at the
- 47:10Speaker 10: church at the same time of your wedding?
- 47:14Speaker 2: This right here is a wedding and a funeral.
- 47:18Speaker 10: Were double book and we can't from we call it.
- 47:22Speaker 10: We can't move about it. The body already Okay, finish,
- 47:28Speaker 10: but you can't move this wed neither. You understand what
- 47:31Speaker 10: I'm saying. It's a wedding in the funeral. Let's quit
- 47:33Speaker 10: worrying about Quit worrying about who laying back there gonna have.
- 47:36Speaker 1: You the bride and group. What you say so quick
- 47:40Speaker 1: about who lays back this body.
- 47:44Speaker 10: Laying They out and they're gone. Why are you worried
- 47:47Speaker 10: about that? This is a wedding and a funeral.
- 47:50Speaker 8: Let's go get hell all right. I'm trying to Ryan, Ryan,
- 47:55Speaker 8: how you doing?
- 47:56Speaker 3: Hey, I'm good.
- 47:56Speaker 8: I'm thinking this is Josh, Josh over at you. I
- 47:59Speaker 8: want to be officials at the church where you guys
- 48:01Speaker 8: are getting married tomorrow?
- 48:03Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, how you doing? Man?
- 48:05Speaker 3: They want to thank y'all for that too, man. We
- 48:07Speaker 3: we'll appreciate it.
- 48:08Speaker 8: Sure here. Well, we definitely hope to make you a
- 48:10Speaker 8: member here sooner or later since you guys are getting married.
- 48:13Speaker 3: You know, hey, man, you know I'm trying to get
- 48:15Speaker 3: this work schedule changed up. You know what I'm saying.
- 48:17Speaker 3: They got me working on Sundays now, man, So as
- 48:19Speaker 3: soon as I tweaked at a mood at around a
- 48:21Speaker 3: little bit, I'll be there.
- 48:22Speaker 8: Okay, listen, we have a bit of a situation that's
- 48:25Speaker 8: come up. We had some problems and miscommunication and it's
- 48:29Speaker 8: definitely been on the outside. They had your name Ryan
- 48:32Speaker 8: down here with your phone number as well as you
- 48:35Speaker 8: as soon to be wife's Sonya. They had her name here,
- 48:38Speaker 8: but we didn't want to call her with if we
- 48:39Speaker 8: wanted to just reach out and talk to you and
- 48:42Speaker 8: see if it just make you aware of what was
- 48:44Speaker 8: going on.
- 48:44Speaker 3: Okay, what's going on?
- 48:46Speaker 8: Man, there's been a mix up on scheduling. I don't
- 48:49Speaker 8: know if you know since the older make she passed
- 48:52Speaker 8: away a week ago. Oh and you're not you're not
- 48:55Speaker 8: a member of the church, so you wouldn't know her.
- 48:56Speaker 8: But she's one of the one of the oldest members
- 48:58Speaker 8: here at the church. It's the old May passed away.
- 49:01Speaker 8: And what's going on is you all's wedding is tomorrow
- 49:06Speaker 8: at twelve o'clock, right, but the actual funeral is at
- 49:11Speaker 8: three o'clock here at the church.
- 49:13Speaker 3: Okay, uh but brother Josh, Josh, okay, look here, brother Josh, Hey, man,
- 49:21Speaker 3: we we already got this thing in motion. Man, we
- 49:23Speaker 3: didn't stand out. We had two hundred invitations. Man, I
- 49:26Speaker 3: mean blessed us so and and.
- 49:29Speaker 8: I understand that, but but but I mean, you know,
- 49:32Speaker 8: she's there's no way we could have moved it around. Now.
- 49:35Speaker 8: The biggest problem the funeral home is bringing the casket
- 49:38Speaker 8: first thing in the morning. So what I want, what
- 49:40Speaker 8: I wanted to make you aware of, and I don't
- 49:42Speaker 8: want you to tell your wife this, but the actual
- 49:45Speaker 8: casket will be in the Saints Arear, but we will
- 49:47Speaker 8: have it.
- 49:48Speaker 3: Come hold on, man, are you serious?
- 49:51Speaker 6: Now?
- 49:51Speaker 3: Look at him? Hey, y'all need to move this round.
- 49:53Speaker 3: I don't know what y'all gonna do if y'all have
- 49:55Speaker 3: a fellows Paul in the back or something like that.
- 49:59Speaker 8: Ryan. The only place we can actually put the casket,
- 50:02Speaker 8: and if we didn't put it there, is in the
- 50:03Speaker 8: actual room that you'll as soon to be wife would
- 50:06Speaker 8: be changing in. That's the only place you got your mile.
- 50:09Speaker 8: My wife could have changed no room with the dead body.
- 50:12Speaker 8: But you kidding, And you know what, I understood that.
- 50:15Speaker 8: That's the first thing I thought of it. I thought,
- 50:17Speaker 8: I said that, just put the casket the way it
- 50:19Speaker 8: goes for the funeral and we're gonna cover it up
- 50:22Speaker 8: and see basically you actually get in.
- 50:24Speaker 3: Wow, I can't even believe you call it what this man?
- 50:29Speaker 3: Look at the excuse my french man. Yeah, I know
- 50:31Speaker 3: I need to get back into church, I really do,
- 50:33Speaker 3: but right now that this ain't going down like this man. Now,
- 50:36Speaker 3: we didn't already paid the money. And first of all,
- 50:39Speaker 3: first of all, you know she should have. I don't
- 50:42Speaker 3: even feel like she may had to pay, you know,
- 50:44Speaker 3: touch the hold, no wedding over a hunch her to
- 50:46Speaker 3: where she paid times at. That's that's the first thing.
- 50:49Speaker 11: You know.
- 50:49Speaker 3: I ain't like that from the jumping, but I would
- 50:51Speaker 3: ahead and when win it because she want her pastor
- 50:53Speaker 3: to marry us. And now you got the nerve to
- 50:55Speaker 3: tell me that, y'all, well, arrange something that a funeral
- 50:58Speaker 3: gonna happen the same day as my wedding. And my
- 51:00Speaker 3: wife got to get dressed in the room with a
- 51:02Speaker 3: dead body.
- 51:03Speaker 8: Well, we're not gonna put her in that, bro. Like
- 51:05Speaker 8: I say, I'm putting that body first thing in the morning.
- 51:08Speaker 8: I'm gonna put that body in the right there in
- 51:11Speaker 8: front of the full pit, and we're gonna cover it. Now,
- 51:14Speaker 8: what you're getting out of is you're getting more flowers
- 51:17Speaker 8: because there's gonna be flowers from the filleral. So I'm
- 51:20Speaker 8: thinking that's probably gonna be a little bit of a perk.
- 51:22Speaker 8: But I just wanted you to be don't wear. It's
- 51:24Speaker 8: probably gonna be more people than you think because some
- 51:27Speaker 8: of the people that's gonna be a your wedding, it's
- 51:29Speaker 8: really for the funeral.
- 51:30Speaker 3: A hold on, man, are you serious right now? I mean,
- 51:34Speaker 3: look here, doctor, I then paid for the wedding to
- 51:37Speaker 3: happen at this church, man, Okay, And no disrespect to
- 51:40Speaker 3: the lady that is past. God bless her family. I
- 51:43Speaker 3: ain't planning to not putting no dead body having a
- 51:46Speaker 3: funeral at my wedding.
- 51:48Speaker 5: Man, that's crazy.
- 51:50Speaker 3: I'm gonna come down their.
- 51:51Speaker 8: Church too, sir. She's a member of the church too.
- 51:54Speaker 3: I don't give it. I don't being no member of
- 51:56Speaker 3: the church.
- 51:56Speaker 2: Man.
- 51:57Speaker 3: I done, paid for this wedding, and it's gonna happen tomorrow. Man,
- 52:00Speaker 3: you my fixing and putting. No dead body at my wedding.
- 52:08Speaker 4: Right right?
- 52:09Speaker 8: I mean no distance. But the woman has passed. She
- 52:12Speaker 8: is not gonna get up. I mean, what what is it?
- 52:15Speaker 3: The problem is? YO calls me with this man's day
- 52:18Speaker 3: before my wedding. We didn't schedule. There's six months ago.
- 52:21Speaker 3: I gotta spend twenty five thirty thousand dollars on this web.
- 52:24Speaker 5: Okay, and I just wanna tell me that we got
- 52:25Speaker 5: to shore.
- 52:26Speaker 3: I will wed with a funeral. But the hell is
- 52:28Speaker 3: wrong with you?
- 52:29Speaker 8: Man there? Do you want to have your wedding at
- 52:32Speaker 8: this church?
- 52:33Speaker 5: I paid for the which we mean wrong.
- 52:35Speaker 3: I'm having a wedding, okay. I tell you what lift
- 52:37Speaker 3: the body be up in the morning. I rode in
- 52:38Speaker 3: the right up the street planning. Y'all just stay out
- 52:41Speaker 3: saying in the front and and and throw for.
- 52:43Speaker 5: Hours like throwing rice.
- 52:44Speaker 3: But we're gonna have a wedding. It's out the same
- 52:47Speaker 3: here tomorrow. I promise you that I can't.
- 52:49Speaker 8: I cannot assure you that it won't be I have
- 52:52Speaker 8: no other place to put.
- 52:53Speaker 3: The body, okay, well, I'll bet you'll find somewhere to
- 52:55Speaker 3: put it if I get that a mark me. It's
- 52:57Speaker 3: a body in there. There's gonna be a couple of
- 52:59Speaker 3: bodies in there, and you got two choices to move
- 53:02Speaker 3: in funeral or to remburse me back. There's thirty thousand
- 53:05Speaker 3: dollars out of hour to spend those only two choices.
- 53:07Speaker 3: I want to hear about it. Meet me at the
- 53:09Speaker 3: front door to night with a thirty thousand dollars cashier check,
- 53:12Speaker 3: or we say to have this wedding up in there
- 53:13Speaker 3: tomorrow morning.
- 53:14Speaker 6: You heard me.
- 53:15Speaker 3: I ain't playing. I ain't playing at all.
- 53:17Speaker 8: No joke.
- 53:18Speaker 3: What's wrong with child?
- 53:19Speaker 6: Man?
- 53:20Speaker 8: You can do something else, man, I understand that.
- 53:23Speaker 3: I don't want to to know from you.
- 53:25Speaker 5: Man. All I'm saying is it's going to be a.

- 56:46Speaker 2: we got it. Pull you here. It needs strawberry.
- 56:49Speaker 6: Let us.
- 56:50Speaker 1: That's right, nephew, this one could be your subject. You
- 56:52Speaker 1: can't do what I do, Dear Stephen Shirley. My husband
- 56:57Speaker 1: and I were only having sex three time times a month.
- 57:01Speaker 1: That may have been cool for him, but I get
- 57:04Speaker 1: it when I want it, just not from him. I've
- 57:07Speaker 1: had a man on the side for about four months,
- 57:09Speaker 1: and I don't feel bad about it. My man on
- 57:12Speaker 1: the side is loving and thoughtful, and we only stay
- 57:15Speaker 1: in five star hotels. He whinds and dines me before
- 57:19Speaker 1: we make love, and he lets me stay overnight in
- 57:21Speaker 1: the room if he has to leave. He's married and
- 57:25Speaker 1: he's very happy in his marriage, but he does not
- 57:28Speaker 1: get enough sex at home either. I used to feel
- 57:32Speaker 1: bad about it, but I enjoy my time with my
- 57:34Speaker 1: side man. I thought I had it all figured out
- 57:37Speaker 1: until I came out of a hotel late Saturday night,
- 57:41Speaker 1: late one Saturday night, late on a Saturday night, I
- 57:44Speaker 1: should say, and I saw my husband's truck park next
- 57:47Speaker 1: to my car. I panicked and slowly walked to my car.
- 57:51Speaker 1: He left a note on my windshield that said you
- 57:54Speaker 1: can't do what I do. I called his phone to
- 57:57Speaker 1: see where he was, but it went straight to voice me.
- 58:00Speaker 1: I went back in the hotel to see if my
- 58:02Speaker 1: husband checked into a room. The lady at the desk
- 58:05Speaker 1: told me that she couldn't tell me that, but she
- 58:07Speaker 1: said a man came in that night and commented that
- 58:10Speaker 1: his wife was up in one of the rooms at
- 58:12Speaker 1: the hotel. I was so outdone because all this time
- 58:17Speaker 1: he was cheating too. When I finally got up the
- 58:20Speaker 1: nerve to talk to him about the note, he was
- 58:22Speaker 1: calm about it. He said that there's no way he's
- 58:25Speaker 1: going to allow his wife to run around behind his back.
- 58:28Speaker 1: He said, it's one thing if he does it, because
- 58:31Speaker 1: I made him cheat by the way I try to
- 58:33Speaker 1: control him. He told me, either I stopped cheating or
- 58:37Speaker 1: I'll have to move out. How can he say that
- 58:39Speaker 1: to me if he's still going to be stepping out
- 58:42Speaker 1: on me? Why the double standard?
- 58:44Speaker 8: What do I do?
- 58:47Speaker 5: Well?
- 58:48Speaker 1: Double standards have been around since the beginning of time.
- 58:52Speaker 1: They aren't going anywhere. I mean, you can ask all
- 58:55Speaker 1: you want, they're just not going. So I'm sure your
- 58:57Speaker 1: husband mean what he says what do you do? You ask, well,
- 59:01Speaker 1: I think it depends on what you want. Your husband
- 59:04Speaker 1: already told you you can't do what he does. That's
- 59:08Speaker 1: the double standard. He said. He cheats because you try
- 59:11Speaker 1: to control him. So unless you stop trying to control him,
- 59:15Speaker 1: according to your husband, he's gonna keep cheating. This makes
- 59:19Speaker 1: no sense, but it is what it is. That's what
- 59:21Speaker 1: he said. You know, you can't fix what's wrong with
- 59:24Speaker 1: your marriage by going outside of it cheating, and neither
- 59:27Speaker 1: can he. But that's what you guys have chosen to do,
- 59:30Speaker 1: and it is tearing your marriage apart. But the damage
- 59:34Speaker 1: is done now. This marriage is on life support, it's
- 59:37Speaker 1: barely hanging on. So the question is are you willing
- 59:41Speaker 1: to give up your side piece for the sake of
- 59:44Speaker 1: your marriage? Are you gonna let your husband put you
- 59:47Speaker 1: out of the house your house to stay with your
- 59:50Speaker 1: other man? I mean, those are the questions you have
- 59:52Speaker 1: to ask yourself or you know, I don't even know
- 59:56Speaker 1: if this marriage is so stablegeable at this point because
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: you guys are both cheating. You don't want to give
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: up your side piece, and it doesn't sound like your
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: husband is gonna stop cheating.
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: Steve uh We're gonna do this letter a little bit
- 1:00:09Speaker 7: differently because this is such an obvious letter to me.
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: By the time I make this statement right here, really
- 1:00:15Speaker 7: is over. So I'll let you all ask me any
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: questions you like about this letter. For clarity, Let's just
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: get this one thing straight. Why the double standard? This
- 1:00:24Speaker 7: isn't a letter about double standards at all. See the
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: thing that you're trying to make it is when he
- 1:00:32Speaker 7: said when he found when he put the note on
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: the windshield that said, you can't do what I do?
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: And then she's going, well, why can't I? You're thinking
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: that's the double standard. This is not about double standards.
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: This is a straight gangster move he's pulling. He calm
- 1:00:50Speaker 7: is all out doors. I went and got me a
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: side piece, chick, because you be trying to control me.
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: But now you're gonna go out here and get you
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: a side piece due And now when you bust it.
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: Y'all sitting up been talking about WHI is This is
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: a double standard. No, this is a gangster move. And
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: you and I don't know how you don't see this
- 1:01:10Speaker 7: right here, this is him telling you all in a
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: one sided way, how.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: It's going to go.
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: You have no options here. This isn't double standard. This
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: is a gangster move. Okay, so you dating this, You
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: seeing this side guy who's happily married, but he.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: Don't get enough sex at home. You didn't say you
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: were happily married.
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: You just said you only get sex three times a month,
- 1:01:37Speaker 7: but you get it when you want it because you
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: got this side dude. He winds and dines you, allows
- 1:01:42Speaker 7: you to stay at four star hotels even when he
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: leave if you want to spend the night. I don't
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: know how you can be married and spend the night
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: at a hotel. I just don't understand that. This is crazy.
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: So and he go home every night because he can't
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: do that. I promise you his life don't know this.
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: I give you my word on this right here. So
- 1:02:03Speaker 7: now you trying to feel good about yourself because he
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: winds and dines you. Before you have sex, he bought
- 1:02:10Speaker 7: you some food and then y'all have sex. Now listen,
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: if I hand you the money and you go eat
- 1:02:18Speaker 7: with it, or I hand you the money and you
- 1:02:21Speaker 7: buy drugs with it, or you go drink with her,
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: you go buy a purse with it, it's a transaction.
- 1:02:27Speaker 7: Y'all got now he's polite to you, and you just
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: ain't standing on the street corner. But this is a
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: transaction and what you're getting out of it it's sex,
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: and so is he, and it costs money and most
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: people understand that. But now you're trying to make it
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: look like it's more than that, because you're in a
- 1:02:47Speaker 7: hotel room, folk star. So and now you go out
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: to the car, you find a note on the car
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: that says you can't.
- 1:02:57Speaker 6: Do what I do.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: Now you want to go back in there to see.
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: If you wait, I'll come back and tell you.
- 1:03:02Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: We won't have no time for no questions.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: We'll have part two of your response coming up at
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry Letter. It's
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: subject you can't do what I do. We'll get back
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: Great news. Homeowners rates have dropped.
- 1:03:24Speaker 9: Now the longer you've owned your home, the more equity
- 1:03:27Speaker 9: you've built, and Rocket Mortgage LLC licens than fifty states
- 1:03:31Speaker 9: n Mlscosumer access dot Org number thirty thirty.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: The subject is you can't.
- 1:03:39Speaker 6: Do what I do.
- 1:03:42Speaker 7: This lady wants you to know why the doubles stand
- 1:03:45Speaker 7: it because she got busted cheating.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: This woman is married to her husband.
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: They only have sex three times a month, she said
- 1:03:53Speaker 7: with him because she got a side dude, because she
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: wanted more than three times a month.
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: The guy's kind to her, gets her full star hotels.
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: They always eat before they have sex, and when he
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: go home, he lets her stay there all.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: Night if he want to. The groom pay for.
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: You can't stay that past leven though, unkie, what room
- 1:04:18Speaker 7: you and they got that sign on the door checkout
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: time is that you gotta read that right by the
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: peep hole. So once he buy a room that evening,
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: he you gonna spend the night. That's what hotel rooms are,
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: and y'all order food. So so now you having sex
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: with this man. Now you go to the hotel one
- 1:04:38Speaker 7: night and you coming out to go gett in your truck,
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: and you know that your husband's You go get in
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: your car, you notice your husband's truck is parked right
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: next to yours, and you look at there's a note
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: on the windshield that says, you can't do what I do.
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: You go back in the hotel to ask if your
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: husband has a room. That a lady at the front desk,
- 1:04:58Speaker 7: being how women are y'all are try to be with
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: each other? He she can't tell you if he got
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: a room there, but she said there was a man
- 1:05:06Speaker 7: that came in earlier that said his wife is upstairs.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: In the room, and he got a room she told.
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: She told yeah.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: Now, so now I was so outdone because all this
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: time he was cheating too.
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: Why you out done? Why you out done? Because you
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: got out dead? Is that why you out done? Because
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: you got out dead. When I finally got up the
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: nerve to talk to him about the note, he was
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: calm about it. He said there's no way he gonna
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: allow his wife to run around behind his back. He said,
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: it's one thing if he doesn't because I made him
- 1:05:47Speaker 7: cheat the way I try to control him. He told me,
- 1:05:49Speaker 7: either I stop cheating or have to move out. How
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: can he say that to me if he's still going
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: to be stepping out on me? Why the double standard?
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: What do I do?
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: There is no double stand and it's a gangster moving.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: Let me explain to you how may if you sex?
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: If I got over if I got a glass of water,
- 1:06:09Speaker 7: and I asked, Shirley, does she want to drink? And
- 1:06:12Speaker 7: she said, yeah, she takes her silk. And because their friends,
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: she might say Monica, would you like a silk? And
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: it's thirsty, and Monica might take a sip of the water,
- 1:06:24Speaker 7: and then Carlin might take the water and they bring
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: the glass back to me. If I take my finger
- 1:06:29Speaker 7: and I put my finger in that glass, and then
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: I let Tommy put his finger in the glass, and
- 1:06:35Speaker 7: then I let Junior put his finger in the glass
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: of the water, and then I hand it to Shelly. Shelly,
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: you want something, she gonna say no, Carly gonna say no,
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: Monica gon. See that's how sexy is, because see, once
- 1:06:51Speaker 7: a man looks at it like that, wants you to
- 1:06:53Speaker 7: let some people put put their finger in the water,
- 1:06:56Speaker 7: That water ain't the same no more.
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: And that's how we because see we could we could
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: take our finger.
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: And dry it off and it never been in the water.
- 1:07:08Speaker 7: But once you put the finger in the water, it's
- 1:07:10Speaker 7: always in the water. You feel me, Can you understand
- 1:07:13Speaker 7: what I'm telling you?
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: That's the nasty I take my finger out the water
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: I dried off.
- 1:07:18Speaker 7: It's like it's never been in the water. But once
- 1:07:22Speaker 7: you had the water and a bunch of fingers been
- 1:07:24Speaker 7: in it, you can't And that's what and so that's
- 1:07:29Speaker 7: what the double standard is. It's nothing else. Now you
- 1:07:33Speaker 7: are stupid, ma'am. If you gonna let him put you
- 1:07:36Speaker 7: out the house for cheating while he cheating, that's dumb.
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: How he busted you was brilliant. But you went back
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: in that to the hotel. What was you finna do?
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: That was dumb. Then you brought up the note to him.
- 1:07:53Speaker 7: He calm as hell now because he got you, He
- 1:07:57Speaker 7: got you feeling some kind of way.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: Listen, this letter makes no sense at all.
- 1:08:04Speaker 7: You all don't have a marriage because both of you
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: all have violated the marriage in the most vile way
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: you can do, both of y'all.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: So just in this you don't want him and he
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: don't want you. But now guess what I promise you.
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: The married dude ain't leaving his wife.
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: Yeah, he.
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: Happily married. So this is not a double standard.
- 1:08:29Speaker 11: Man.
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: You just got played, you got busted, and you found
- 1:08:33Speaker 7: out your husband was doing the same thing.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: That's all.
- 1:08:38Speaker 7: It ain't no big deal, all right, But I'm not
- 1:08:43Speaker 7: leaving a note of well you if I'm married and
- 1:08:46Speaker 7: you in the room with somebody, when you come out,
- 1:08:50Speaker 7: you will be the note, but it won't be a
- 1:08:52Speaker 7: windshield for you to put it on. Yeah, your note
- 1:08:58Speaker 7: gonna be on top of the glass and this will
- 1:09:02Speaker 7: be you ain't go ahead and stay we I'm gonna
- 1:09:05Speaker 7: tell you all that out all right. I'm going to
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: be in my truck waiting on you to come out.
- 1:09:11Speaker 6: All right.

- 1:12:48Speaker 9: know how you don't care. I don't care San Francisco
- 1:12:53Speaker 9: and the Rams. I don't care. You ain't neither one
- 1:12:56Speaker 9: of them going to the super Bowl. Why is we
- 1:12:58Speaker 9: talking about this?
- 1:13:00Speaker 10: Okay, well, good thing.
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: We ain't talking about Buffalo, Baltimore, Kansas City, the Texans
- 1:13:07Speaker 7: and the Texans, the Texans, you all know.
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: Stop.
- 1:13:10Speaker 7: I told y'all, what do you mean? I told y'all
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: how to handle this. Y'all keep having any high hopes.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: Yea, they say they're going.
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: To the super Bowl.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: We want Sunday. What did you mean?

- 1:13:20Speaker 1: We all our way. We're back on the super Bowl way.
- 1:13:22Speaker 8: We got a win.
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: Now, what's your record? Junior?
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: That ain't the point.
- 1:13:26Speaker 9: The point is we're going we want three, one and
- 1:13:30Speaker 9: three and who we beat is Owen Folk, now yeah.
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: Yeah, so who y'all being.
- 1:13:39Speaker 9: Yeah Win, don't don't be mad us because we're going I'm.
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: Mad at you.
- 1:13:47Speaker 7: I'm mad at you because you think you going that
- 1:13:49Speaker 7: what I'm talking about, You're not going to super Bowl?
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: All right, Junior, thank you. Coming up at the top
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: of the hour, grandmother on social media needs some advice.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: She says she never gets to see her grandchildren. We'll
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, This is from Latricia
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: on Steve Harvey FM.
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: Steve.
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: She says, my son barely speaks to me these days,
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: so as a result, I almost never get to see
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: my granddaughter. It feels so unfair. Whatever issues he has
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: with me should mean I should be kept from my grandchild. Yes,
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: I wasn't always around when he was growing up, but
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: I worked hard and provided for him, and he's never
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: appreciated everything I did to sacrifice for him. Now he
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: acts like I was never really there for him, and
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: my punishment is that I don't get to be in
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: his daughter's life. Now I've always wanted to be that
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: doting grandmother and now I'm being shut out. How am
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: I supposed to handle this? What can I do?
- 1:14:53Speaker 11: Wow?
- 1:14:53Speaker 7: Well, I can't tell you how to handle that because
- 1:14:56Speaker 7: you're his mother. I've never been a mother grandmother. I've
- 1:15:00Speaker 7: never been to grandmother. So for me to to act
- 1:15:04Speaker 7: like I know what you're feeling, I don't. All I
- 1:15:08Speaker 7: know is you and him have to have a sit
- 1:15:10Speaker 7: down and this young man has to grow up.
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: See. You know the problem with hanging on to the past.
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: The past hangs on to you too.
- 1:15:24Speaker 7: So now you can't have a future with your mother,
- 1:15:27Speaker 7: and your baby can't have a future with her grandmama
- 1:15:29Speaker 7: because you still mad about the past.
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: Broh.
- 1:15:33Speaker 7: At one point in time, for the good of all involved,
- 1:15:36Speaker 7: especially yourself and your family, you got to let it go.
- 1:15:42Speaker 7: You got to let it go because always remember this,
- 1:15:45Speaker 7: anything you won't let go of won't let go of
- 1:15:49Speaker 7: you either.
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: Okay, we do that, how y'all like the way I'm
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: starting to edit myself later, but I don't like it.
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: But to know what you created, you finish? No, Well,
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: you want to know there was a junior. I just
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: edited when Junior speaking at the no in North Carolina.
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: At the I'm just saying, I just said, Shirley, let
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: me do this.
- 1:16:14Speaker 7: I edited myself from saying what I was thinking because
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: he's speaking of Sickle Sale convention. He to keep no speaking. Yes,
- 1:16:20Speaker 7: I just have an idea that would really no national
- 1:16:26Speaker 7: point across people would be giving if they saw its. No,
- 1:16:31Speaker 7: some people have never seen it though.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: All right, don't move on. We have time for We
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: have time for another one. This is from TJ on
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: Steve Harvey FM. TJ says, it's not like I'm new
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: to the dating game, but but does something change when
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: you hit thirty? About two months ago, I started dating
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: a girl I met at a work function, and we've
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: really hit it off. In fact, we've just made the
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: whole boyfriend girlfriend thing official. There is a downside though,
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: Apparently being called my girlfriend also entitled her to a
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: key to my place and I'm not feeling that just
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: right now. And when I said that I wasn't comfortable
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: with it, things turned into a what are you hiding
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: from me? Inquisition? Is this normal?
- 1:17:15Speaker 7: I don't know, dog, you're thirty, you know how long
- 1:17:19Speaker 7: It's been thirty eight years since I've been thirty.
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: I was thirty. I didn't have a key to nothing thirty.
- 1:17:30Speaker 7: Man, I'd have gladly gave somebody a key, anybody had
- 1:17:33Speaker 7: gave me a key. But bro, listen to me, man,
- 1:17:36Speaker 7: when y'all made it official, Yeah, y'all don't live together.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: No, but she wants a kep.
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: What you're hiding from it? That's a fair question.
- 1:17:48Speaker 11: Bro.
- 1:17:49Speaker 7: If you don't want to give a key, don't give
- 1:17:50Speaker 7: a key. Don't give me personally. I'll give a key,
- 1:17:53Speaker 7: but I just want I just won't get the right
- 1:17:56Speaker 7: one made.
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: You try coming over the other?
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: Oh my bad.
- 1:18:03Speaker 7: Let me get another one, Oh my bad. Maybe maybe
- 1:18:06Speaker 7: I'll try to get you a copy made. Maybe they
- 1:18:08Speaker 7: didn't do it right.
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll give you a key. I'm moving. I'm not
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: giving you now. You can't just open the door on me.
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: We ain't that ain't We all often be surprised.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: What are you hiding from me? That's what she wants
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: to know.
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: The truth.
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: Said that exactly exactly. All right, guys, coming up, we'll

- 1:19:13Speaker 13: You know, she released her sophomore album titled am I
- 1:19:16Speaker 13: The Drama, and it seems like it has re ignited
- 1:19:20Speaker 13: this feud between her and Nicki Minaj.
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: These two women have the rappers.
- 1:19:26Speaker 13: They have tossed accusations back and forth on social media.
- 1:19:30Speaker 13: Nicki claims that Carti inflated the first week's sales of
- 1:19:35Speaker 13: her album on the debut number one on the Billboard Charts.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: You know, I talked about that and Music News not
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: too long ago. But this beef is too much.
- 1:19:45Speaker 13: The insults they're going back and forth. It's very nasty.
- 1:19:49Speaker 13: They're mentioning the children.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: It's too far. You got to keep the chills out
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: of it.
- 1:19:54Speaker 13: Yes, Tommy, it's it's nasty and it's ugly and I
- 1:19:58Speaker 13: just want them to stop.
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: It's just not really it really don't make no sense,
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: you know. I'm so sick of us. Yes, we're the
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: only ones that do this.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: It's horrible. It's horrible, Steve.
- 1:20:10Speaker 7: And you wait till you ask, you wait till you
- 1:20:13Speaker 7: get where you ask God to get you, and then
- 1:20:16Speaker 7: you start back.
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: Pett Yeah, it's all about your business. There's plenty of
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: room at the top for both of them.
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: Thank you that part. Thank you. It's too much divide
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: going on in the country for all this right now.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: So that said with music News, that's my commentary. Yeah,
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: all right, thank you God for that.
- 1:20:35Speaker 11: We appreciate it.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: Yeah, they need to stop. You're right, all right, coming up,
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: we'll play around it, would you rather? Right after this

- 1:22:03Speaker 7: I could tell you so many things the benefit of it,
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: you know, like if you don't want to kiss a
- 1:22:10Speaker 7: girl twice, just give them one good one and that
- 1:22:13Speaker 7: a holder. You know that'll stop all that. Yeah, you know,
- 1:22:17Speaker 7: take your bad for donut. I just put the bottom
- 1:22:19Speaker 7: lip in your mouth and choke your half to death.
- 1:22:21Speaker 7: It works out like that, like like if I see

- 1:26:36Speaker 7: foolishness by staying in a place that don't respect you,
- 1:26:41Speaker 7: that don't get you, that don't honor you, that don't
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: value you. You can spend a lot of time trying
- 1:26:48Speaker 7: to convince somebody of who you are me.
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: I've learned to walk away. And you know something, I
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: don't walk away now. I want you to hear what
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: I'm saying to you now. I don't walk away to
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: teach people a lesson. I walk away because I learned mine.
- 1:27:10Speaker 2: That was the biggest thing I had to get. I
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: do not walk away to teach people a lesson. I
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: walk away because I learned mine.
- 1:27:20Speaker 7: I would rather walk away and adjust to living with
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: your absence that to stay over here, build up all
- 1:27:30Speaker 7: these boundaries so I can exist in your disrespect. I'm
- 1:27:35Speaker 7: not going to adjust my life anymore, set up all
- 1:27:40Speaker 7: these boundaries so I can fit within your disrespect.
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: I walk away, And let me tell you something, y'all.
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: Walking away is not a weakness.
- 1:27:49Speaker 7: It's actually strength because when you walk away, you can't
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: lose what you never had. When you walk away, it
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: mayom for greater things to come into your life. Sometimes
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: you got to let go to grow. Sometimes you have
- 1:28:08Speaker 7: to go to grow. Stop staying there thinking you you
- 1:28:12Speaker 7: I'm biting in. I'm digging in for what You're trying
- 1:28:17Speaker 7: to convince somebody of who you are, and they not
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: trying to buy it. Stop selling it, Stop letting people
- 1:28:24Speaker 7: devalue you, stop doing that.
- 1:28:28Speaker 2: Know your worth.
- 1:28:30Speaker 6: Move on.
- 1:28:31Speaker 7: It's okay. So I'm not walking away to teach you
- 1:28:33Speaker 7: a lesson. I'm walking away because I done learned.
- 1:28:36Speaker 6: Mind.
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: You ain't for me, you ain't with me, you don't
- 1:28:41Speaker 7: want me, you don't value me. You keep trying to
- 1:28:47Speaker 7: put who I am and what I am in your
- 1:28:49Speaker 7: mental capacity.
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: I ain't in that.
- 1:28:52Speaker 7: It's a funny thing, man. I was dealing with this
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: group one time in the government, a government agency, and
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: I was talking to the higher ups and it was
- 1:29:02Speaker 7: going really good. And then they said to me, well,
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: I'm gonna put you with my team so they can
- 1:29:09Speaker 7: analyze everything.
- 1:29:13Speaker 2: And you know what they did.
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: They put me with their team. But the team that
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: they put me with, all those people sit in cubicles.
- 1:29:23Speaker 7: I'm not a cubical person. You can't fit my ideas
- 1:29:28Speaker 7: and dreams in your cubicle because a lot of times
- 1:29:31Speaker 7: some people in cubicles can't see over the top of
- 1:29:33Speaker 7: them cubicles. Some people just belong in a cubicle because
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: they can't see over the top of it. They got
- 1:29:39Speaker 7: their little computer, they got their little job description, and
- 1:29:42Speaker 7: they sit in that cubicle and they operate as an
- 1:29:45Speaker 7: expert in that cubicle. And then here you come with
- 1:29:48Speaker 7: a big idea, a better idea, and it's all outside
- 1:29:52Speaker 7: their cubicle. But now they passing judgment. So now this
- 1:29:56Speaker 7: person in a cubicle can't even understand the value the monetary,
- 1:30:00Speaker 7: very value out and put on this deal, which is
- 1:30:03Speaker 7: an amount of money they may never see. So now
- 1:30:06Speaker 7: they sitting up been here looking at my idea, trying
- 1:30:10Speaker 7: to get how they can fit my idea into their cubicle.
- 1:30:14Speaker 2: It's time to walk away. It's time to walk away.
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: And walking away, I ain't walking away to teach you
- 1:30:21Speaker 2: no lesson. I'm walking away because I learned mine that
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: you don't get me.
- 1:30:28Speaker 7: See y'all, when they don't get you, it's okay, go
- 1:30:32Speaker 7: somewhere where they will, because somebody will get you. I
- 1:30:39Speaker 7: don't know a lot of people who become famous at home.
- 1:30:42Speaker 7: I just don't know a lot. I don't know a
- 1:30:46Speaker 7: lot of people who get famous at home. It's too
- 1:30:50Speaker 7: much hate.
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: Who he think he is? Now?
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: Why he over here talking like that? I remember when
- 1:30:55Speaker 7: you were you just ride your bike in front of
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: my house. Ain't nobody finn to pay you know, ten
- 1:31:00Speaker 7: thousand dollars? What what is you talking about? How he
- 1:31:03Speaker 7: gonna sit up in charge all that to come see him?
- 1:31:07Speaker 7: Ain't that that little big little boy you sit on
- 1:31:09Speaker 7: that porch down there? Ain't that ill baby? How he
- 1:31:12Speaker 7: gonna sit up here and charge me?
- 1:31:16Speaker 3: Now?
- 1:31:16Speaker 7: The church I grew up in, why don't you come
- 1:31:17Speaker 7: and bless us? Why don't you bless me? You know
- 1:31:21Speaker 7: why I got to be in the blessing business. You
- 1:31:24Speaker 7: make a church? You got four thousand members? Now why
- 1:31:28Speaker 7: I got to come bless you? Why don't you bless me?
- 1:31:30Speaker 11: You?
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: Sometimes I don't know nobody got famous at home. I
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: just don't. Sometimes you got to go to grow. Leave
- 1:31:37Speaker 2: it alone, y'all walk away, and don't walk away to
- 1:31:40Speaker 2: teach him a lesson? Walk away because you learned a lesson.
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: Cool?
- 1:31:44Speaker 7: Those are my clothes remarks. Y'all stay in peace today. Hey,
