Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Assad Toppled in Syria & Trump Unloads on Media During Interview
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: There are two big stories that we're going to hit.
- 0:03Speaker 2: One, Donald Trump doing a sit down interview, sit down interview,
- 0:07Speaker 2: laying out what he is expecting to do in his
- 0:10Speaker 2: first hundred days in office, talking about many of the
- 0:12Speaker 2: people that he is nominated into very important positions. And
- 0:16Speaker 2: the media of course continuing to be unhinged when they
- 0:19Speaker 2: chat with Donald Trump because they can't get him to
- 0:22Speaker 2: say what they actually want him to say when they
- 0:25Speaker 2: try the quote, I got you questions. But there's also
- 0:29Speaker 2: another major, major story, and that is a story about
- 0:34Speaker 2: what has happened the fall of Syria's President Alis sade Is. Well,
- 0:40Speaker 2: as they said it on TV this morning, it was
- 0:43Speaker 2: one of the quote most extraordinary events in history in
- 0:47Speaker 2: the Middle East.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Take a listen, good morning.
- 0:50Speaker 3: As we come on the air this morning, we are
- 0:52Speaker 3: tracking one of the most extraordinary events in Middle East
- 0:56Speaker 3: history in Syria. Overnight, rebel forces sweeping through the capital
- 1:00Speaker 3: city of Damascus, putting an end to the brutal twenty
- 1:04Speaker 3: four year dictatorship of Busha Assad. The rebels scenems celebrating
- 1:09Speaker 3: the stunning turn of events as people poured into the
- 1:12Speaker 3: streets in jubilation.
- 1:14Speaker 1: At Assad's fall. This will have a.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Profound impact on the region and beyond. With almost all
- 1:21Speaker 3: the major global powers involved in Syria's ongoing war, including
- 1:26Speaker 3: the US, Syria's allies Russia, Iran and Hezbala, have been
- 1:30Speaker 3: weakened and distracted by their own conflicts, leaving Assad with
- 1:34Speaker 3: little protection. In a moment, I'll speak to the former
- 1:37Speaker 3: commander of US forces in the region, retired General Frank Mackenzie,
- 1:41Speaker 3: on what this means, including for the nine hundred US
- 1:45Speaker 3: based forces in Syria.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Now you hear that intro there, and I think there's
- 1:52Speaker 2: a lot of accuracy to this, But I also as
- 1:56Speaker 2: much as I'm excited for the people getting rid of Asad,
- 1:59Speaker 2: I'm very worried about what the people are about to
- 2:01Speaker 2: get with radical Muslim extremists that very well are going
- 2:04Speaker 2: to take over that country, and that is something that's
- 2:08Speaker 2: very concerning. If you go back and look at history,
- 2:12Speaker 2: there was lots of excitement when a guy by the
- 2:15Speaker 2: name of Gaddafi and.
- 2:17Speaker 1: His brutal dictatorship fell.
- 2:19Speaker 2: And he was found hiding in one of those holes
- 2:22Speaker 2: where they pulled them out and shot and killed him
- 2:24Speaker 2: and drug him through the streets and celebration. The country
- 2:28Speaker 2: then turned into total chaos. It has never recovered from
- 2:33Speaker 2: that moment when he fell and his government fell, and
- 2:36Speaker 2: the world doesn't know what to do. What I worry
- 2:39Speaker 2: about now is that this is going to turn into
- 2:42Speaker 2: a stronghold for extremists. Yes, it is absolutely correct that
- 2:46Speaker 2: these other countries and terrorist groups that were helping Aside
- 2:49Speaker 2: be propped up were distracted and had other interests and
- 2:54Speaker 2: resources they wanted to focus on instead of him, and
- 2:57Speaker 2: that is exactly why he became so vulnerab and they
- 3:00Speaker 2: were able to overthrow him. The question now is who
- 3:04Speaker 2: is actually going to be in charge and what does
- 3:06Speaker 2: this mean. Is there a moment here where you can
- 3:08Speaker 2: be happy, yes, of course, but is it also a
- 3:11Speaker 2: cautionary tale of what happens when we overthrow or when
- 3:14Speaker 2: the people I should say overthrow someone like this. Take
- 3:17Speaker 2: a listen to all the excitement on facinination as well.
- 3:20Speaker 4: You've been involved with the Syrian opposition for well over
- 3:24Speaker 4: a decade. Help us understand what it means to see
- 3:27Speaker 4: the regime fall.
- 3:28Speaker 5: It's an indescribable feeling of happiness that this regime, this
- 3:35Speaker 5: dictator who has made the worst crimes of the twenty
- 3:38Speaker 5: first century alongside Russia, and Iran and Isis, all of
- 3:43Speaker 5: these horrible people have been defeated by a coalition of
- 3:48Speaker 5: rebel forces that did not need any support from any
- 3:51Speaker 5: outside country. Not Turkey, no Coatona, not anyone. This time around,
- 3:55Speaker 5: Syria was liberated by its people for its people, and
- 3:58Speaker 5: it's truly inspired.
- 4:00Speaker 6: And it's not just.
- 4:01Speaker 5: Good reverberations for Syria, for the Middle Eastern Europe as well.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Now, what is interesting about was just said there, because
- 4:08Speaker 2: this is true. This was a very much an organic
- 4:12Speaker 2: event where they saw an opportunity, they saw a moment,
- 4:14Speaker 2: they saw a week assade, They saw his allies who
- 4:19Speaker 2: had run the other direction and were not paying attention.
- 4:23Speaker 2: The Syrian rebel leader said this on TV as he
- 4:28Speaker 2: was being interviewed earlier about the regime, the Asad regime.
- 4:32Speaker 7: Listen and your The Iranians attempted to revive the regime,
- 4:37Speaker 7: buying its time, and later the Russians also try to
- 4:39Speaker 7: promp it up. But the truth remains, this regime is dead.
- 4:44Speaker 1: This regime is dead.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Now the question is who's going to take over and
- 4:49Speaker 2: what does this mean moving forward? You look at the
- 4:54Speaker 2: bigger picture here and the rebels declaring Damascus liberated, political
- 5:00Speaker 2: prisoners have been released. They are releasing people from prison.
- 5:05Speaker 2: That is an amazing thing, especially those that were political prisoners.
- 5:08Speaker 2: And as a reporting continues to come in, this is
- 5:10Speaker 2: those moments. It feels very much after Gaddafi fell in Libya,
- 5:16Speaker 2: where there was this incredible moment of just freedom of excitement.
- 5:19Speaker 2: But look at what has happened there since Gaddafi fell.
- 5:24Speaker 1: It is in many ways how on Earth.
- 5:26Speaker 8: Still but fifty years of authoritarian rule by the Asad
- 5:30Speaker 8: family has crumbled in the face of a lightning fast
- 5:34Speaker 8: rebel offensive. A statement carried on state TV, the rebels
- 5:39Speaker 8: declared they have quote liberated the capital Damascus.
- 5:47Speaker 6: I know, I've thought.
- 5:49Speaker 8: The rebels scene celebrating on the grounds of the Syrian
- 5:53Speaker 8: presidential palace and they are searching, they say for President
- 5:58Speaker 8: Basha al Asad, who has not been seen or heard
- 6:00Speaker 8: from sincell CNN, that the Syrian military there has fallen.
- 6:08Speaker 8: As scenes of chaos unfolded inside Damascus Airport early Sunday,
- 6:14Speaker 8: with people rushing to flee the country. Here is what
- 6:17Speaker 8: the Syrian Prime Minister had to say about the growing crisis.
- 6:24Speaker 9: We are ready to cooperate with any leadership that people choose,
- 6:27Speaker 9: offering all possible support to ensure smooth and systematic transition
- 6:31Speaker 9: of government functions, preserving state facilities.
- 6:36Speaker 8: Well, rebels have been sweeping through the country since launching
- 6:40Speaker 8: this offensive last week. They claim to have captured for
- 6:44Speaker 8: cities in one day before reaching the capital of Damascus.
- 6:50Speaker 8: Well Syrians seeing tearing down and setting fire to posters
- 6:55Speaker 8: of the president Assad. Rebels say senior Asad regime of
- 6:59Speaker 8: ficials are preparing now to defect in the capital.
- 7:04Speaker 6: Well.
- 7:04Speaker 8: To more on this, let's get you live to Paula
- 7:06Speaker 8: Hancocks's with me in the studio here in Aberdabi. This
- 7:09Speaker 8: is going at lightning speed, so let's just get us
- 7:11Speaker 8: a bang up to speed on where we stand at
- 7:14Speaker 8: this point. What do we understand to be happening on
- 7:16Speaker 8: the ground.
- 7:17Speaker 10: So, Becca, we've had the official announcement now from the rebels.
- 7:20Speaker 10: They've taken over the state run media to control the narrative.
- 7:24Speaker 10: They have come on air and they say that they
- 7:26Speaker 10: have liberated Damascus, saying the city of Damascus was liberated,
- 7:31Speaker 10: the regime of the tyrant Basha al Assad was toppled,
- 7:34Speaker 10: also saying that all the prisoners from the state prisons,
- 7:38Speaker 10: they call them political prisoners were also released. Now, what
- 7:42Speaker 10: we understand is that the people said that they were
- 7:44Speaker 10: going to try and take over key strategic institutions within
- 7:48Speaker 10: the city as well. We have seen that they have
- 7:51Speaker 10: been on the grounds of one of the presidential palaces.
- 7:55Speaker 10: It's very reminiscent of what we've seen in the past
- 7:58Speaker 10: when there has been a brutal dict to topple and
- 8:01Speaker 10: those who have come to liberate the city have then
- 8:05Speaker 10: moved into those particular areas. We have heard from a
- 8:09Speaker 10: source familiar with this as well that the rebels are
- 8:12Speaker 10: actively looking for vasha Alas said.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Now we know that Assad obviously has fled the country.
- 8:18Speaker 1: He is now a sylum.
- 8:20Speaker 2: They've given him asylum in Russia, which actually makes a
- 8:23Speaker 2: lot of sense based on what we know about that relationship.
- 8:26Speaker 2: I'm sure he's been sifling off money for years, probably
- 8:30Speaker 2: to Russia, making sure that he had more than enough
- 8:33Speaker 2: to take care of him if he ever had to
- 8:35Speaker 2: leave the country. And there's no telling what all he
- 8:38Speaker 2: has sent to Russia from Syria, so it to be
- 8:41Speaker 2: very interesting to see how this plays out. I want
- 8:44Speaker 2: to take a moment and talk to you about IFCJ
- 8:47Speaker 2: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews wants to wish
- 8:50Speaker 2: you a blessed beginning of the holiday season as you
- 8:53Speaker 2: gather with your families, grateful for the blessings that God
- 8:57Speaker 2: has given us all, but let's all also remember those
- 9:01Speaker 2: who are facing unbelievable hardship in need of food, fellowship,
- 9:06Speaker 2: and hope. That includes the people of Israel, who are
- 9:09Speaker 2: threatened daily by attacks from enemies on all sides. And
- 9:13Speaker 2: during these hard times, Israelis are thankful for the fellowship,
- 9:17Speaker 2: for food and basic assistance, truly life saving aid, when
- 9:21Speaker 2: the rest of the world seems to have turned its
- 9:23Speaker 2: back on them. Your gift of twenty five dollars will
- 9:27Speaker 2: help provide a food box to an elderly Jew or
- 9:30Speaker 2: a Jewish family who are suffering and in desperate need.
- 9:34Speaker 2: A gift of one hundred dollars will help provide four
- 9:37Speaker 2: of these life saving food boxes this holiday season. Please
- 9:41Speaker 2: consider standing with Israel and the Jewish people. You can
- 9:44Speaker 2: go to SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's support IFCJ dot org.
- 9:51Speaker 2: To make a gift now that SUPPORTIFCJ dot org, or
- 9:56Speaker 2: you can call to give at eight to eight for
- 9:59Speaker 2: eight eight IFCJ that's eight eight eight four eight eight
- 10:05Speaker 2: four three two five. Now there's a guy by the
- 10:08Speaker 2: name of John Bolton. He is a useful idiot for
- 10:11Speaker 2: the left. He goes on CNN and he will attack conservatives.
- 10:16Speaker 2: He'll go on any network that will have him on
- 10:18Speaker 2: there because he hates On Trump. I remember, this is
- 10:20Speaker 2: the same scumbag that went and worked for Donald Trump
- 10:22Speaker 2: and then when he didn't, when Donald Trump didn't listen
- 10:25Speaker 2: to everything he told him to do, he basically does
- 10:28Speaker 2: what John Bolton does and then he tries to burn
- 10:30Speaker 2: you down and use a deep state against you and
- 10:31Speaker 2: to attack you and to undermine you every single step
- 10:34Speaker 2: of the way.
- 10:35Speaker 1: That that is no different than what he did right here. Okay,
- 10:38Speaker 1: it's it's.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Exact same thing. It's what you should expect. And he's
- 10:41Speaker 2: not the only one, by the way, that's going to
- 10:43Speaker 2: do this. There's going to be a lot that are
- 10:45Speaker 2: going to do this. I want you to understand. This
- 10:48Speaker 2: is the politics and how the politics will play out.
- 10:52Speaker 2: The politics are going to play out this way, and
- 10:56Speaker 2: anything to deal with foreign policy UH is going to
- 11:00Speaker 2: play in this way on TV and they're gonna use
- 11:03Speaker 2: it to do whatever they can to undermine, to attack,
- 11:07Speaker 2: to go after any person that Trump wants, So be
- 11:13Speaker 2: prepared for this type of BS.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Now, I want you to listen to Bolton.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Now, this is as the regime is falling, This is
- 11:24Speaker 2: as people are trying to flee Syria. This is in
- 11:27Speaker 2: Damascus specifically, this is as we're finding out that decade
- 11:31Speaker 2: is in Russia.
- 11:32Speaker 1: And what does Bolton do?
- 11:35Speaker 2: He used it to attack Donald Trump and specifically Toulsi Gabbard.
- 11:41Speaker 2: And notice how the media sets him up for the question.
- 11:44Speaker 2: They're not talking about what's actually happened in the real
- 11:46Speaker 2: breaking news in Syria. They're like, all right, how do
- 11:50Speaker 2: we somehow turn what just happened in Syria into something
- 11:53Speaker 2: bad for Donald Trump?
- 11:54Speaker 11: Listen, as I think the success of the rebels has
- 11:57Speaker 11: caught pretty much everybody's supported by some prize, including in Washington.
- 12:03Speaker 12: And I want to ask you about Trump's pick for
- 12:05Speaker 12: the Director of National Intelligence, Tulci Gabbard, a former congresswoman.
- 12:08Speaker 12: She met with Presidentissan back in twenty seventeen. Nearly one
- 12:13Speaker 12: hundred former national security officials are urging a full review
- 12:16Speaker 12: of the governor our government. The US Governments files on Gabbard.
- 12:20Speaker 12: Are you concerned about her ties to the Syrian regime,
- 12:24Speaker 12: her potential ties to Russia, in what power she might
- 12:28Speaker 12: hold if confirmed by the Senate.
- 12:31Speaker 11: Yeah, I think she's totally unqualified to be a DNI,
- 12:35Speaker 11: and I think her positions put her beyond the outer
- 12:38Speaker 11: most fringe of American politics. When she visited Aside in Syria,
- 12:43Speaker 11: he was effectively a Russian Iranian ally, And what she
- 12:48Speaker 11: said about the Syria not being a direct threat to
- 12:52Speaker 11: the United States, that was her justification for going. It's
- 12:55Speaker 11: completely false. The Syrians and their combination with Iran and
- 13:00Speaker 11: Hasbala have posed direct threats to Americans across the region.
- 13:04Speaker 1: They certainly pose a.
- 13:05Speaker 11: Direct threat to key American allies Israel and Jordan.
- 13:10Speaker 1: And it's going to be.
- 13:11Speaker 11: Very interesting to see what the files that may be
- 13:13Speaker 11: uncovered in the Syrian government if the rebels succeed in
- 13:17Speaker 11: capturing Damascus, what they show about a number of Americans.
- 13:22Speaker 1: So there it is.
- 13:23Speaker 2: All of this is we're going to use this moment,
- 13:26Speaker 2: and we're going to use this opportunity to then attack
- 13:30Speaker 2: or somehow slander Donald Trump or anybody. We can't and
- 13:33Speaker 2: by the way, toldsy Gabbert, I have no problem with
- 13:36Speaker 2: her answering that question. For confirmation, like, hey, when you
- 13:39Speaker 2: met with a sad what was that for. Let me
- 13:42Speaker 2: also remind you Donald Trump said, I'll basically meet with
- 13:44Speaker 2: any bad guy anywhere. I'll meet with Keim Jong Ung,
- 13:46Speaker 2: I don't give a crap. I'll meet with Vladimir Putin
- 13:49Speaker 2: because what he understood was isolationism doesn't always work. And
- 13:54Speaker 2: if you're the president United into America, what's wrong with
- 13:57Speaker 2: having a conversation to dial down the miscommunications that could
- 14:04Speaker 2: lead to a war. Because he understands that people die
- 14:07Speaker 2: in war. He understands that there is really no harm
- 14:12Speaker 2: in meeting someone like Kim Jong ung or talking to
- 14:16Speaker 2: someone like an assad because it may actually save lives.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Doesn't mean you're doing a deal. And notice how Bolton
- 14:25Speaker 2: there did exactly what the deep state did against Trump
- 14:29Speaker 2: last time.
- 14:31Speaker 1: And the media did it too. There they lied to you.
- 14:34Speaker 2: They're like, well, you know she has these direct connections
- 14:36Speaker 2: to Asade. Meeting with the world leaders should not be
- 14:40Speaker 2: held against you. Now, if you conspire with a bad
- 14:44Speaker 2: actor and a world leader, that's a different conversation. But
- 14:47Speaker 2: meeting with a world leader should not be held against you.
- 14:52Speaker 2: I think that's what leaders do. You meet with other leaders,
- 14:57Speaker 2: and then you try to read the room and you
- 14:59Speaker 2: try to figure it out out, you try to understand
- 15:01Speaker 2: what's going on, like this is not that hard, and
- 15:06Speaker 2: you try to learn and figure out. And it's a
- 15:10Speaker 2: really high stakes game of chess, if you want to
- 15:14Speaker 2: just call it what it is. And I am in
- 15:17Speaker 2: favor of meeting with leaders, especially the worst, because if
- 15:21Speaker 2: it can help save lives, or you can gain an edge,
- 15:24Speaker 2: or you can understand or dial things back and save
- 15:27Speaker 2: lives that way, there's nothing wrong from having that meeting.
- 15:31Speaker 2: But the media just put out there that narrative, well,
- 15:33Speaker 2: she may have ties to Russia.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Notice how that right?
- 15:36Speaker 2: Because they're saying, well, Asad has ties to Russia, so
- 15:39Speaker 2: therefore her Tolsi meeting with Asad means she may now
- 15:44Speaker 2: be a stooge.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Of the Russian government. That's what they're wanting you to believe.
- 15:50Speaker 2: And I want to play that for you so you
- 15:52Speaker 2: understand just how corrupt the media is. I want you
- 15:56Speaker 2: to understand just how evil they are when it comes
- 15:59Speaker 2: to push narratives and lies, just like the one that
- 16:03Speaker 2: you just heard. This is the problem with it was
- 16:08Speaker 2: so much of the media right now, as they will
- 16:11Speaker 2: never tell you the actual truth. They will never tell
- 16:15Speaker 2: you what's really going on. They will push a narrative
- 16:20Speaker 2: to try to undermine what's actually happening, and you can
- 16:25Speaker 2: hear it clearly in.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Their voice right here.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Now, let me tell you real quick about an important
- 16:32Speaker 2: organization that I want you to know about, especially if
- 16:36Speaker 2: you carry a firearm. Everyone thinks that their family is safe,
- 16:41Speaker 2: but are you really is a question you need to
- 16:43Speaker 2: be asking yourself with the elections coming up, anything might
- 16:46Speaker 2: happen if you dare defend yourself with the firearm. Our
- 16:49Speaker 2: twisted legal system with activists das all over the country
- 16:54Speaker 2: will probably put you behind bars while the criminals walk free.
- 16:58Speaker 2: There's a lot of activists das that hey, eight law
- 17:00Speaker 2: abiding citizens that carry a firearm, And that is exactly
- 17:04Speaker 2: why you need to be able to protect yourself and
- 17:07Speaker 2: your family. And that's why over eight hundred thousand Americans
- 17:12Speaker 2: are now members of the USCCA. I had to use
- 17:15Speaker 2: my firearm to save my life. I had to pull
- 17:17Speaker 2: that trigger, and boy do I wish that night when
- 17:19Speaker 2: that happened, I had someone looking out for my rights.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Because not only will you get access to their protect
- 17:26Speaker 2: your academy, a USCCA but you also learn vital skills
- 17:31Speaker 2: like precision shooting and how to fortify your home against criminals.
- 17:35Speaker 2: But you're also going to get access to the most
- 17:38Speaker 2: important thing, the twenty four to seven Critical Response Team
- 17:42Speaker 2: and the included benefit of self defense Liability insurance to
- 17:48Speaker 2: make sure that you and your family are prepared for anything.
- 17:51Speaker 2: And for a limited time. If you text the word
- 17:54Speaker 2: America to eight seven two two two, we're gonna get
- 18:00Speaker 2: the uscca's free Life Saving Concealed Carrey and Family Defense
- 18:04Speaker 2: Guide that's for free, and also a chance to win
- 18:07Speaker 2: seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self defense gear you
- 18:11Speaker 2: need before it's too late. All you have to do
- 18:13Speaker 2: is text to word America to eight seven to to
- 18:17Speaker 2: two right now. That's text to word America to eight
- 18:20Speaker 2: seven two to two right now. Donald Trump did a
- 18:25Speaker 2: sit down interview and this was the other big story
- 18:28Speaker 2: that I wanted to talk about tonight as well. And
- 18:31Speaker 2: as Donald Trump set down for this interview, a lot
- 18:35Speaker 2: of people are angry because Donald Trump.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Wasn't taking the bait.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Donald Trump wasn't playing their game. Jensaki acted like she
- 18:51Speaker 2: was outraged that Donald Trump said that we would be
- 18:54Speaker 2: potentially pulling out of NATO. And the reason why is
- 18:58Speaker 2: because we're funding virtually all of NATO and it's wrong
- 19:02Speaker 2: how much we are funding compared to other countries. And
- 19:06Speaker 2: so what's the point of being in NATO if we're
- 19:09Speaker 2: the ones that are doing it? It's a scam. Do
- 19:11Speaker 2: you want to know how much money we fund of NATO?
- 19:15Speaker 2: NATO member states spending as a percentage of combined spending,
- 19:22Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you the countries compared to the US,
- 19:26Speaker 2: Russia seventy point five.
- 19:28Speaker 1: All right, let me rephrase that.
- 19:30Speaker 2: The US seventy point five percent is NATO funding UK
- 19:38Speaker 2: five point four, France four point seven, Germany four point seven, Italy.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Two point six, Canada two point one.
- 19:46Speaker 2: When you look at that number the NATO member states
- 19:49Speaker 2: spending as a percentage of combined spending, seventy point five
- 19:53Speaker 2: percent is coming from the US, compared to five to
- 19:56Speaker 2: four for UK, four to seven for France, four to
- 19:59Speaker 2: seven for Germany, two six for Italy and two point
- 20:01Speaker 2: one for the cheap government in Canada. Why the hell
- 20:06Speaker 2: are we involved in an organization that we're propping up
- 20:08Speaker 2: like this?
- 20:09Speaker 1: It makes no sense at all. And what did Donald
- 20:13Speaker 1: Trump say?
- 20:13Speaker 2: And they're trying to act like this is some sort
- 20:15Speaker 2: of reckless doctrine. Listen to Trump in his own words.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Sir, will the United States stay in NATO while you're
- 20:22Speaker 4: in office anywhere NATO? Do you commit that the United
- 20:25Speaker 4: States will remain a member of NATO while you're in office?
- 20:29Speaker 13: Again, they have to pay their bills. If they pay
- 20:31Speaker 13: their bills.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Absolutely, but not if they don't pay their bills.
- 20:33Speaker 13: But NATO's take an advantage of us, because we would
- 20:35Speaker 13: go Look two things. Number one, they take advantage of
- 20:39Speaker 13: us on trade, meaning the European nations. Okay, like terrible.
- 20:41Speaker 13: They don't take our cars, they don't take our food products,
- 20:44Speaker 13: they don't take anything they take. It's a disgrace. And
- 20:48Speaker 13: on top of that, we defend them. So it's a
- 20:51Speaker 13: double whemmy. So let me just tell you. I was
- 20:53Speaker 13: able to get hundreds of billions of dollars put into
- 20:56Speaker 13: NATO just by a tough attitude. I said to the countries,
- 20:59Speaker 13: I'm not going to check you unless you pay, and
- 21:01Speaker 13: they started paying, and that amounted to the more than
- 21:04Speaker 13: six hundred billion dollars.
- 21:05Speaker 6: That's a big thing. Otherwise they wouldn't even be fighting.
- 21:07Speaker 13: They wouldn't have any money to fight if they're paying
- 21:10Speaker 13: their bills, and if I think they're doing a fair
- 21:13Speaker 13: they're treating us fairly.
- 21:14Speaker 6: The answers, absolutely, I'd stay with Naana.
- 21:17Speaker 2: That doesn't seem complicated or controversial, seems actually extremely responsible
- 21:23Speaker 2: and reasonable.
- 21:24Speaker 1: So why is the media losing their minds over this?
- 21:26Speaker 2: Because they want to turn this into Donald Trump's going
- 21:28Speaker 2: to start World War three? Donald Trump doing a big
- 21:33Speaker 2: sit down interview getting ready for his administration. You know
- 21:37Speaker 2: what happens when Donald Trump does sit downs, especially after
- 21:41Speaker 2: he's won the presidential election, He's like, ask me anything
- 21:43Speaker 2: you want to write, ask me anything you want to
- 21:47Speaker 2: ask me. You may not like my answers, but ask
- 21:51Speaker 2: me whatever the hell you want to ask me, and
- 21:52Speaker 2: I will answer it.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Well, that's exactly what he did. And Mayo, my has
- 21:57Speaker 1: the media freaked out over this?
- 21:59Speaker 2: Donald Trump up was asked specifically about illegal immigrants. Well,
- 22:04Speaker 2: you know, mister president, you're not really president, Like, you're
- 22:06Speaker 2: not going to actually deport everybody you said your regard
- 22:09Speaker 2: to your line to the American people.
- 22:10Speaker 1: That's not really going to happen. That's not real.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Okay, listen to Donald Trump's back and forth. If you
- 22:16Speaker 2: think he's not serious about deporting illegal immigant, especially the criminals,
- 22:19Speaker 2: you're not paying attention America.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Listen to him.
- 22:23Speaker 4: Let's talk about mass deportation, one of your big agenda items.
- 22:27Speaker 4: You've talked about prioritizing people who have criminal histories. Correct,
- 22:31Speaker 4: But is it your plan to deport everyone who is
- 22:34Speaker 4: here illegally over the next four years.
- 22:36Speaker 13: Well, I think you have to do it, and it's
- 22:39Speaker 13: a it's a very tough thing to do. It's but
- 22:44Speaker 13: you have to have you know, you have rules, regulations
- 22:46Speaker 13: law as they came in illegally. You know, the people
- 22:48Speaker 13: that have been treated very unfairly are the people that
- 22:51Speaker 13: have been online for ten years to come into the country.
- 22:53Speaker 13: And we're going to make it very easy for people
- 22:55Speaker 13: to come in in terms of they have to pass
- 22:57Speaker 13: the test. They have to be able to tell you
- 22:59Speaker 13: what the statue of liberty is. They have to tell
- 23:01Speaker 13: you a little bit about our country. They have to
- 23:04Speaker 13: love our country. They can't come out of prisons. We
- 23:06Speaker 13: don't want people that are in for murder. So we
- 23:09Speaker 13: had eleven thousand and thirteen thousand different estimates thirteen thousand
- 23:13Speaker 13: and ninety nine murderers released into our country over the
- 23:17Speaker 13: last three years. They're walking down the streets, they're walking
- 23:20Speaker 13: next to you and your family, and they're very dangerous.
- 23:23Speaker 4: Thirteen thousand figure I think goes back about forty good.
- 23:26Speaker 13: No, it doesn't know it's within the three year period.
- 23:29Speaker 6: It's during the Biden term.
- 23:30Speaker 13: Now that was a fiction that they put that out.
- 23:32Speaker 6: This was done by the Border Patrol.
- 23:34Speaker 13: It's thirteen thousand and ninety nine and it's during the
- 23:37Speaker 13: Biden period of time. And these are murderers, many of
- 23:40Speaker 13: who murdered more than one person.
- 23:42Speaker 6: You don't want those people in this country.
- 23:45Speaker 4: But you're saying something, sir, that's significance. I just want
- 23:49Speaker 4: to make sure I'm clear, which is that you're saying, Yes,
- 23:51Speaker 4: you're going to focus on the people with criminal histories,
- 23:53Speaker 4: but everyone who's here illegally has to go.
- 23:55Speaker 13: I'm saying, we have to get the criminals out of
- 23:58Speaker 13: our country, have to get people that were taken out
- 24:01Speaker 13: of mental institutions and put them back into their mental institution,
- 24:05Speaker 13: no matter what country it is. Do you know that Venezuela,
- 24:08Speaker 13: their prisons are at the lowest point in terms of
- 24:12Speaker 13: emptiness that they've ever been they're taking their people out
- 24:16Speaker 13: of those prisons by the thousands, and they're drug and
- 24:19Speaker 13: just to get back because they know exactly what you're getting.
- 24:21Speaker 13: At number one, we're doing criminals, and we're going to
- 24:25Speaker 13: do them really rapidly. We're getting the worst gang probably
- 24:29Speaker 13: with MS thirteen and the Venezuelan gangs are the worst
- 24:33Speaker 13: in the world. They're vicious, violent people, and you see
- 24:36Speaker 13: what they've done in Colorado and other places. They're taking
- 24:38Speaker 13: over literally taking over apartment complexes and doing it with impunity.
- 24:43Speaker 13: They don't care, they couldn't. They just are taking They're
- 24:46Speaker 13: in the real estate.
- 24:46Speaker 4: You know, the local police say that is not the
- 24:49Speaker 4: case in Colorado.
- 24:50Speaker 6: Oh, it's totally the case. I mean the local polty.
- 24:53Speaker 6: I play it.
- 24:54Speaker 13: I used to play it at my rallies every single night. No,
- 24:57Speaker 13: they're breaking into doors, they're taking over the building.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Are you by the way, the.
- 25:01Speaker 13: Police, the police are afraid to do anything.
- 25:04Speaker 4: You raise the point that the logistics are complicated.
- 25:07Speaker 6: You say to yourself, what everything's gone?
- 25:09Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean you need twenty four times more ice
- 25:11Speaker 4: attention capacity just to deport one million people per year,
- 25:15Speaker 4: not to mention more agents, more judges, more planes, is
- 25:18Speaker 4: it realistic to deport everyone who's Jews?
- 25:21Speaker 13: First of all, they're costing us a fortune. But we're
- 25:24Speaker 13: starting with the criminals and we got to do it,
- 25:27Speaker 13: and then we're starting with others, and we're going to.
- 25:30Speaker 6: See how it goes. The others.
- 25:32Speaker 13: Others are other people. Outside of criminals. We have convicted murders.
- 25:36Speaker 13: We don't mean people that are even on trial. We
- 25:39Speaker 13: have people that have murdered numerous people are on our
- 25:43Speaker 13: streets and in our farms, and we have to get
- 25:45Speaker 13: them out of our country.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Don't you wish that they would she would actually defend
- 25:50Speaker 2: the American people Christian Welker as much as she defends
- 25:53Speaker 2: the illegal immigrants on NBC. Wouldn't it be nice if
- 25:58Speaker 2: she would just defy fend the American citizens as much
- 26:02Speaker 2: as she cares about the people that are breaking your laws.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Like what other people It's like, well, people that have
- 26:08Speaker 2: committed Hanes' crimes, people have been convicted of murdering like
- 26:12Speaker 2: that too, Like these are bad people. You should want
- 26:18Speaker 2: them to go, and the American people want them gone.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Donald Trump, he knows us about the dreamers, right, And
- 26:26Speaker 2: so I want to dissect that part of this down too,
- 26:29Speaker 2: is Donald Trump going to be a heartless person that
- 26:32Speaker 2: just rounding up people left and right. No, he's gonna
- 26:35Speaker 2: be rounding up the bad guys left and right. Hell yeah,
- 26:38Speaker 2: But what does Trump say about the dreamers? And you
- 26:42Speaker 2: need to know this. There's some of you, by the way,
- 26:44Speaker 2: they're not gonna be happy about Trump's answer. There's some
- 26:46Speaker 2: that believe that if you're in this country illegally, regardless
- 26:49Speaker 2: of how you got here, you should be deported.
- 26:52Speaker 1: There's others that say, look.
- 26:54Speaker 2: If you're in this country illegally, but you're brought here
- 26:56Speaker 2: against your will, like you're you're a kid, you can't
- 26:59Speaker 2: stand up to your parents when you're six weeks old
- 27:01Speaker 2: or six months old or four years old. Right, your
- 27:06Speaker 2: parents come into America illegally, and you're a dreamer, you
- 27:09Speaker 2: come in here, that's not your decision. Am I in
- 27:12Speaker 2: favor of having some compassion for.
- 27:14Speaker 1: People like that?
- 27:15Speaker 2: Absolutely? I am no doubt about it.
- 27:18Speaker 1: I am.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Let me tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile. If
- 27:22Speaker 2: you are sick and tired of giving your money to

- 29:26Speaker 2: Now let me go back to what I was saying
- 29:28Speaker 2: a moment ago about this story.
- 29:30Speaker 1: What does Trump say about the dreamers? Take a listen.
- 29:34Speaker 4: So dreamers who were brought to this country illegally as children.
- 29:37Speaker 4: You said once back in twenty seventeen, they quote, shouldn't
- 29:40Speaker 4: be very worried about being deported? Should they be worried?
- 29:42Speaker 6: Now?
- 29:44Speaker 13: The dreamers are going to come later, and we have
- 29:47Speaker 13: to do something about the dreamers because these are people
- 29:49Speaker 13: that have been brought here at a very young age.
- 29:52Speaker 13: And many of these are middle aged people now. They
- 29:55Speaker 13: don't even speak the language of their country. And yes,
- 29:58Speaker 13: we're going to do something about this.
- 30:00Speaker 4: What are you going to do?
- 30:00Speaker 13: I will work with the Democrats on a plan, and
- 30:02Speaker 13: we can come up with a plant. But the Democrats
- 30:04Speaker 13: have made it very, very difficult to do anything. Republicans
- 30:07Speaker 13: are very open to the dreamers. The dreamers we're talking
- 30:11Speaker 13: many years ago. They were brought into this country many
- 30:13Speaker 13: years ago. Some of them are no longer young people,
- 30:17Speaker 13: and in many cases they've become successful. They have great jobs.
- 30:22Speaker 13: In some cases they have small businesses, some cases they
- 30:24Speaker 13: might have large businesses.
- 30:26Speaker 6: And we're going to have to do something with them.
- 30:29Speaker 4: And you want them to be able to stay, that's
- 30:31Speaker 4: what you're saying.
- 30:31Speaker 6: I do.
- 30:32Speaker 13: I want to be able to work something out, and
- 30:34Speaker 13: it should have been able to be worked out over
- 30:36Speaker 13: the last three or four years, and it never got
- 30:38Speaker 13: worked out. You know, Biden could have done it because
- 30:40Speaker 13: he controlled you know, Congress to a certain extent, right,
- 30:44Speaker 13: he could have done something, but they didn't do it.
- 30:46Speaker 13: I never understood why, because they always seem to want
- 30:48Speaker 13: to do it. But then when it comes down to it,
- 30:50Speaker 13: they don't. I think we can work with the Democrats
- 30:52Speaker 13: and work something out.
- 30:54Speaker 2: You notice how he says Republicans, many of us want
- 30:58Speaker 2: the dreamers to be able to stay. The problem is
- 31:01Speaker 2: the Democrats refuse to do a deal that isolates the
- 31:04Speaker 2: Dreamers without giving amnesty to a significant.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Number of people. That's the problem.
- 31:12Speaker 2: Democrats won't just do something as they've been offered to
- 31:16Speaker 2: protect Dreamers, only they want to make sure they're handing
- 31:20Speaker 2: out amnesty to all sorts of illegal immigrants, to dreamers,
- 31:23Speaker 2: parents to dreamers, kids, to you know that may not
- 31:26Speaker 2: have been born here.
- 31:27Speaker 1: If they're born here, they're American citizens, it's a non issue.
- 31:29Speaker 2: But what they want to do is they want to
- 31:31Speaker 2: hand out amnesty to everyone. That's the problem. They want
- 31:36Speaker 2: to hand out amnesty to every illegal immigrant. And so
- 31:40Speaker 2: when Donald Trump's like, we want to get a deal done,
- 31:42Speaker 2: but Democrats are very hard to work with, he's not.
- 31:46Speaker 2: He's he's not embellishing that at all. He's absolutely right.
- 31:51Speaker 2: I actually believe the majority of Conservatives are very compassionate
- 31:54Speaker 2: towards Dreamers. What they're not okay with is handing out
- 31:58Speaker 2: anesty to just everyone that broke into the country. And
- 32:01Speaker 2: I think that's the biggest part that Donald Trump was
- 32:03Speaker 2: saying there in that interview. Notice how cool, calm and
- 32:06Speaker 2: collected he was. By the way, in that conversation.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Did you notice that?
- 32:09Speaker 2: Did you notice how calm he was so much for
- 32:12Speaker 2: the narrative, Oh, Donald Trump's crazy and unhinged, Yeah, that
- 32:16Speaker 2: ain't gonna fly this time. Folks, make sure you share
