Tragic Pedestrian Collision in Norfolk | Sioux City News
An 85-year-old man, Saturnino Carrera Torres, died after being struck by a vehicle in Norfolk, alongside his 48-year-old wife Gloria. The driver, 29-year-old Justin Wulf, claimed he didn’t see the pedestrians and immediately called for help. Both victims were airlifted to hospitals, but Saturnino didn’t survive. Wulf, who tested sober, now faces charges of motor vehicle homicide and failure to yield. Authorities continue investigating how this tragic collision occurred.
