Finding peace in the middle of life’s everyday chaos can feel a lot harder than staying calm in an actual emergency; at least in emergencies we’re too focused to panic. But in the swirl of busy schedules, mixed‑up plans, and moments where everything feels just a little off‑the‑rails, peace can feel like a distant concept.
