- 0:01Speaker 1: President Donald Trump promised that if you elected a president,
- 0:04Speaker 1: he was going to get rid of illegal immigrants, especially
- 0:08Speaker 1: the worst of them that were in this country, those
- 0:11Speaker 1: that committed heinous crimes, violent crimes, those had gone after children,
- 0:16Speaker 1: those have been convicted of murder and rape. Well, the
- 0:19Speaker 1: President has made good on that promise. But there's still
- 0:22Speaker 1: a lot of work to be done. How do we
- 0:24Speaker 1: know this Because of the backlock, there are not enough
- 0:28Speaker 1: immigration judges to deal with all of the cases. Well,
- 0:33Speaker 1: the President said that's not going to stop him from
- 0:35Speaker 1: moving forward, And now we know what the plan looks like.
- 0:40Speaker 1: The Pentagon has authorized up to six hundred military lawyers
- 0:46Speaker 1: to serve as temporary immigration judges. This could speed things
- 0:51Speaker 1: up significantly. And not only has the President said this
- 0:55Speaker 1: is important, but the Defense Secretary Pete Headseth approving the
- 0:59Speaker 1: deployment ofup this six hundred military judges makes it a reality.
- 1:03Speaker 1: The Justice Department is where they're going to be working.
- 1:05Speaker 1: They're going to act as quote, temporary immigration judges. The
- 1:09Speaker 1: directive follows a request from the DOJ to deliberately help
- 1:14Speaker 1: alleviate a overwhelming backlog in immigration courts. Why is this
- 1:20Speaker 1: happening because we're actually prosecuting people that need to be
- 1:24Speaker 1: prosecuted for the crime of being in this country illegally,
- 1:27Speaker 1: along with other crimes as well. Now, the deployment timeline
- 1:32Speaker 1: is also very important. It will begin as soon as
- 1:35Speaker 1: possible with groups of one hundred and fifty attorneys being
- 1:38Speaker 1: sent at a time. The first round of personnel is
- 1:42Speaker 1: actually expected to be identified by this next week, and
- 1:47Speaker 1: then they will be put out into the court system. Now,
- 1:50Speaker 1: their initial term will last no more than one hundred
- 1:53Speaker 1: and seventy nine days, with the renewals possible under the
- 1:57Speaker 1: current directives. Why one hundred and seventy nine It's because
- 2:01Speaker 1: how the law works. Right now for these temporary judges,
- 2:04Speaker 1: the Justice Department has faced a dramatic shortage of immigration judges.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Over one hundred, by the way, have been fired to
- 2:12Speaker 1: resign after the deferred resignation offers, cutting the bench roughly
- 2:16Speaker 1: in half from about twelve hundred to six hundred judges.
- 2:20Speaker 1: The AP is now reporting simultaneously, the immigration court system
- 2:24Speaker 1: faces a massive backlog of approximately three point four to
- 2:32Speaker 1: three point five million pending cases. How do we get
- 2:36Speaker 1: to the point where there were this many cases backlog?
- 2:39Speaker 1: It was all by design by the Biden administration so
- 2:43Speaker 1: that illegal immigrants could overflow the country and stay here
- 2:47Speaker 1: and not actually have to worry about getting in any
- 2:50Speaker 1: trouble or being held accountable for breaking into the country.
- 2:54Speaker 1: It was also part of the game plan. Democrats wanted
- 2:57Speaker 1: to overrun the country, so the only way that seem
- 3:00Speaker 1: possible to deal with the issue was to offer some
- 3:03Speaker 1: sort of amnesty, to basically say that if, well, you're
- 3:07Speaker 1: here already, we'll just let you stay and we'll give
- 3:11Speaker 1: you a pathway to citizenship. Well, Donald Trump ran on
- 3:15Speaker 1: doing the exact opposite of that, and he's now saying
- 3:18Speaker 1: we've got to clean up the backlog, no matter how
- 3:21Speaker 1: long it takes, and adding the up to six hundred
- 3:24Speaker 1: military lawyers to service temporary immigration judges is a massive
- 3:28Speaker 1: step in the right direction. Now, the administration's broader context
- 3:32Speaker 1: includes increased immigration enforcement as well, and the White House
- 3:36Speaker 1: said the deployment of troops to the border and different
- 3:39Speaker 1: major cities, and also the use of military resources in
- 3:42Speaker 1: domestic immigration operations. Now, you're gonna hear a lot from
- 3:46Speaker 1: the media, and you're gonna hear a lot from the left.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Their argument about why this is going to be a
- 3:51Speaker 1: quote disaster. Is this they're claiming already that the military lawyers,
- 3:56Speaker 1: who haven't even been named or been in the courts
- 3:58Speaker 1: yet typically they say, lack training and immigration law or
- 4:02Speaker 1: procedure and due process considerations. The American Immigration Lawyers Association
- 4:09Speaker 1: coming out with a full court press condemning what they
- 4:13Speaker 1: say is the shift, likening assigning the DOJ attorneys to
- 4:18Speaker 1: immigration judges is to asking a cardiologist, they say, to
- 4:22Speaker 1: do a hip replacement, thus highlighting the mismatch in expertise,
- 4:27Speaker 1: and running to the news to put out that propaganda.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I just told you, where do they put it first? Well,
- 4:33Speaker 1: the mainstream media, and they started with CBS News, and yes,
- 4:38Speaker 1: there was also a Reuter's report echoing the same exact
- 4:42Speaker 1: verbiage as CBS News and same concerns, noting that even
- 4:47Speaker 1: with additional training, jags may struggle with the complexities of
- 4:53Speaker 1: immigration proceedings due process, they say, and judicial integrity is
- 4:58Speaker 1: also a major problem. Right critics are now saying that
- 5:01Speaker 1: this measure prioritizes speed over the fairness of the law
- 5:06Speaker 1: breakers of the illegal immigrants. They say that potentially is
- 5:09Speaker 1: going to undermine due process and increase the risk of
- 5:12Speaker 1: flaud or appealable. They claim decisions. Democratic legislators and immigration
- 5:18Speaker 1: rights advocates have already joined together and they're condemning the
- 5:22Speaker 1: move and also saying that it is reckless and not
- 5:26Speaker 1: putting people where they should be first. So here we are.
- 5:31Speaker 1: The Pentagon is authorized up to six hundred military lawyers
- 5:34Speaker 1: to serve as temporary judges. The left is saying, yes,
- 5:38Speaker 1: this is going to be a disaster and that these
- 5:40Speaker 1: illegal immigrants deserve a better system. So here's my response.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Maybe it's time for us to stop caring so much
- 5:48Speaker 1: about people that break into this country and start protecting
- 5:51Speaker 1: their victims and American workers. And that's exactly what I
- 5:55Speaker 1: voted for and it's exactly what Donald Trump is doing now.
- 5:59Speaker 1: By the way, the local media, they do have a
- 6:01Speaker 1: little bit of a different spin on this, especially in
- 6:05Speaker 1: cities that have been affected by so many illegal immigrants
- 6:08Speaker 1: and much of the violent crime. Let me give you
- 6:11Speaker 1: a perfect example of that. The report that played on
- 6:14Speaker 1: Fox ten, the local affiliate in Phoenix, sounding very different
- 6:18Speaker 1: than what I read you from the big boys at
- 6:21Speaker 1: CBS and at the other news media outlets.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Their nationwide new at six, the military could soon be
- 6:28Speaker 2: running some immigration courts across the US. Today, the Pentagon
- 6:32Speaker 2: issued new orders to six hundred military lawyers to serve
- 6:36Speaker 2: as temporary immigration judges. The first round of attorneys are
- 6:39Speaker 2: heading to the Justice Department next week. The Trump administration
- 6:42Speaker 2: says that this will help expedite immigration cases as the
- 6:45Speaker 2: country has long dealt with a shortage of judges. Arizona
- 6:49Speaker 2: attorney Nick Suriel says that the decision will only bog
- 6:52Speaker 2: down an already broken legal system.
- 6:54Speaker 3: I've been doing this thirty three years, and this least
- 6:57Speaker 3: six hundred pages of immigration law. Well, right, these things
- 7:01Speaker 3: are not you know, for the casual observer, These these
- 7:06Speaker 3: people being being proposed have is again one week of training.
- 7:11Speaker 3: You know what we're asking for. We're asking for all
- 7:14Speaker 3: the appellate courts to be clogged, clogged up with cases.
- 7:19Speaker 2: The judge advocates have a range of different responsibilities like
- 7:22Speaker 2: their civilian counterparts, including carrying out prosecutions, acting as defense
- 7:26Speaker 2: attorneys for service members, and offering legal advice.
- 7:31Speaker 1: All right, so let's just be real. It's not that
- 7:33Speaker 1: different from the mainstream media. Right, it was almost good,
- 7:37Speaker 1: but then you hear it the way that it was
- 7:39Speaker 1: just described, and yeah, guess what. The media still wants
- 7:43Speaker 1: you to think this is some sort of terrible idea. Well,
- 7:47Speaker 1: at the end of the day, the President of United
- 7:49Speaker 1: States of America says, we're going to do this. The
- 7:51Speaker 1: Pentagon says we're going to do this. The man in
- 7:54Speaker 1: charge of the Pentagon says, we're doing it. And the
- 7:57Speaker 1: most important part is this. When you have a system
- 8:01Speaker 1: that was deliberately backloged, like the Democrats did, to the
- 8:05Speaker 1: point where we have a million and a half people
- 8:08Speaker 1: waiting for a date, the president had no choice but
- 8:12Speaker 1: to take that disaster and try to get it back
- 8:15Speaker 1: to something that's manageable. This is why it's so important
- 8:19Speaker 1: moving forward that the president has these judges and maybe
- 8:23Speaker 1: others that get in the game and get this country
- 8:26Speaker 1: back on track. When it comes to our immigration laws, policies,
- 8:31Speaker 1: and enforcement, cause and effect is something that happens all
- 8:36Speaker 1: the time. Well, there was a major cause and effect
- 8:40Speaker 1: when it came to COVID nineteen and the lies that
- 8:43Speaker 1: were told to the American people about that vaccine and
- 8:48Speaker 1: so many of the regulations and rules that put us
- 8:50Speaker 1: in a lockdown for far too long. What happened. There's
- 8:54Speaker 1: a lot of people now asking more questions than ever
- 8:57Speaker 1: about the CDC and not trusting the CDC, not trusting
- 9:01Speaker 1: them on vaccines. It also brought up an even bigger point,
- 9:05Speaker 1: should the government be able to mandate what vaccines you
- 9:09Speaker 1: have to have for your kids? Well, Florida, they said
- 9:13Speaker 1: they believe that parents should have the rights over their children,
- 9:18Speaker 1: not the federal government when it comes to vaccines. Let
- 9:21Speaker 1: me be clear about what happened in Florida. It is
- 9:24Speaker 1: not in Florida, and this is very important, a ban
- 9:28Speaker 1: on vaccines. What Florida has now done is said parents
- 9:32Speaker 1: could decide, not the government, and that brings us to
- 9:36Speaker 1: the big headline. Liberals are losing their minds because they
- 9:39Speaker 1: want the government to be able to dictate to you
- 9:42Speaker 1: what you have to do for your children. Florida now
- 9:46Speaker 1: we know plans to eliminate all vaccine mandates, including those
- 9:53Speaker 1: required for children attending public schools. The announcement came from
- 9:58Speaker 1: the Surgeon General of Florida and was made during a
- 10:01Speaker 1: press conference alongside Governor Ron De Santis. Now, the Surgeon
- 10:06Speaker 1: General describe the mandates as oppressive and even liken them
- 10:09Speaker 1: to slavery, and frame the repeal as a matter of
- 10:12Speaker 1: printal choice, bodily autonomy, and medical freedom. Florida, by the way,
- 10:18Speaker 1: would become the first US state to withdraw mandatory vaccination
- 10:22Speaker 1: requirements entirely, marking a significant shift from decades of public
- 10:28Speaker 1: health policy. Now, while the Department of Health can rescind
- 10:32Speaker 1: mandates it issued administratively, any vaccine requirements established by laws,
- 10:38Speaker 1: such as those for polio, measles, and monks, you know, intentanus,
- 10:42Speaker 1: for example, will require legislative action to quote unquote repeal. Well,
- 10:49Speaker 1: the liberals their minds exploded over this, as well as
- 10:52Speaker 1: many in the medical field. The American Medical Associations say
- 10:56Speaker 1: that the repeal would quote undermine decades of public health
- 11:00Speaker 1: progress and dramatically increased the risk of serious illness. Well,
- 11:05Speaker 1: guess what if you guys at the CDC and in
- 11:07Speaker 1: the medical community wouldn't have lied about the COVID vaccine
- 11:11Speaker 1: and its effectiveness, or the spread or masking or staying
- 11:15Speaker 1: six feet apartners, shutting down the schools, or any of
- 11:18Speaker 1: the issues you lied to us about with COVID, then
- 11:21Speaker 1: we might actually believe you on issues moving forward. But
- 11:25Speaker 1: the reality is Americans don't. Infectious disease leaders also came
- 11:30Speaker 1: out warning of likely outbreaks of preventable diseases like measles
- 11:34Speaker 1: and polio, especially in schools and vulnerable populations. Florida Democrats
- 11:40Speaker 1: echoed these concerns, with Senator Jones calling it a quote
- 11:44Speaker 1: grave public health risk. Another state senator emphasized disease like
- 11:49Speaker 1: polio could return and that would be horrific for Florida. Now,
- 11:54Speaker 1: I went on CNN Newsnight with Abby Phillips. It was
- 11:57Speaker 1: the lead story, and I want you to hear how
- 11:59Speaker 1: the media is now attacking Donald Trump for this, saying
- 12:04Speaker 1: that he's going to have kids die because of a popsey.
- 12:07Speaker 1: It's been acted in Florida. Yes, they want to fear
- 12:11Speaker 1: monger you and control you. Yet again, listen carefully.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Joining the conversation for this one is doctor Chris Parnell.
- 12:19Speaker 4: She's the director of the NAACP Center for Health Equity
- 12:22Speaker 4: and Public Health and Preventative Medicine. Physician and doctor Purnell,
- 12:27Speaker 4: you know this well. In twenty twenty, we had thirteen
- 12:30Speaker 4: cases of measles twenty twenty five, fourteen hundred, a huge
- 12:35Speaker 4: increase in whooping cough whooping cough in this country, and
- 12:39Speaker 4: at the same time, the rates of vaccine exemptions have
- 12:43Speaker 4: gone up by about a point since twenty nineteen. None
- 12:47Speaker 4: of this is by accident, none of this is by osmosis.
- 12:50Speaker 4: And now this in Florida reckless.
- 12:53Speaker 5: If I could summon up in one word, let's just
- 12:56Speaker 5: go to some facts, and I have him here to
- 12:58Speaker 5: keep myself honest. Since the last thirty years, we've saved
- 13:03Speaker 5: over one hundred and fifty million lives because of vaccines globally.
- 13:07Speaker 5: If we begin to think about in the United States,
- 13:11Speaker 5: we've saved over one point one million children due to
- 13:15Speaker 5: vaccination since nineteen ninety four. We've prevented five hundred and
- 13:20Speaker 5: eight million illnesses in thirty two million hospitalizations. That's not
- 13:26Speaker 5: anything to wink at. That's hardcore data. But what's happening
- 13:30Speaker 5: in the United States is as if we are a
- 13:33Speaker 5: runaway train. In public health, we talk about the cliff
- 13:37Speaker 5: of good health, and we have fallen completely off of
- 13:40Speaker 5: the cliff.
- 13:40Speaker 4: That company feels like that in a way, Ben that
- 13:44Speaker 4: everybody sitting at this table, all the folks in Florida,
- 13:48Speaker 4: all of these people who are vaccine skeptics now have
- 13:52Speaker 4: benefited from vaccines allowing them to live their lives without polio,
- 13:57Speaker 4: without measles, and now all of a sudden they want
- 13:59Speaker 4: to pull the rut out from underneath children, as I'm
- 14:02Speaker 4: surprised by. I mean, you have kids, A lot of
- 14:05Speaker 4: us do at this table. If you live in Florida,
- 14:08Speaker 4: what what would you?
- 14:09Speaker 6: Two things?
- 14:09Speaker 7: One't they're not outlawed.
- 14:11Speaker 6: That's good. The parents are going to decide too. There's
- 14:14Speaker 6: a cause and effect.
- 14:14Speaker 7: And the CDC lied to us about COVID and they
- 14:17Speaker 7: lied a lot. They lied about masks in school, they
- 14:20Speaker 7: lied about distancing, They lied about the efficiency or the
- 14:23Speaker 7: effectiveness of the COVID nineteen vaccine.
- 14:27Speaker 1: It is true I said that distancing, did they did?
- 14:30Speaker 1: They not lie about the effective of the mass Yes.
- 14:35Speaker 5: If you talk about certain types of masks, if we're
- 14:38Speaker 5: looking at high quality masks. If we're looking at high
- 14:41Speaker 5: quality masks, right, so mass absolutely permit infections because this
- 14:48Speaker 5: is the way science works. Science works as you get data,
- 14:52Speaker 5: the type of communication that you give.
- 14:55Speaker 6: You can't say the reason you can.
- 14:58Speaker 4: I think I actually think it's a more if you're
- 15:01Speaker 4: saying things that are accurate. I do think it's fair
- 15:05Speaker 4: for her to count.
- 15:06Speaker 8: He said that masking was effective and work when they
- 15:09Speaker 8: knew internal documents said, emails came out that it didn't work.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Okay, well what distance he said.
- 15:18Speaker 7: You're seeing it was going to stop?
- 15:22Speaker 4: Then are you are you gonna are you going to
- 15:24Speaker 4: have a conversation? Are you just going to keep talking?
- 15:26Speaker 6: Look?
- 15:27Speaker 4: Hold on, okay, First of all, what she is disputing
- 15:32Speaker 4: is your language around this, which is that they lied,
- 15:35Speaker 4: which she's saying. I think she's right about this is
- 15:38Speaker 4: not true. There are certain types of masks that work
- 15:41Speaker 4: better than others science.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I mean, this is this is one Florida did this.
- 15:48Speaker 6: Let me do what you guys don't understand. There's a cause.
- 15:51Speaker 8: Effect that the American people don't trust this for the
- 15:55Speaker 8: reasons I said, you may not like this.
- 15:56Speaker 3: You may not.
- 15:57Speaker 4: Americans don't trust the CD because RFK Junior and I
- 16:04Speaker 4: got the job. Hold on a second, okay, man, just
- 16:08Speaker 4: give me one second. Okay, this this Florida Surgeon General
- 16:12Speaker 4: has been railing against vaccines for a while, but he's
- 16:15Speaker 4: also responsible for a lot of misinformation. He's altered key
- 16:20Speaker 4: findings in a COVID nineteen vaccine safety study.
- 16:23Speaker 6: Practice.
- 16:23Speaker 4: He pushed things like cures like ivermectin and others for
- 16:29Speaker 4: for cot not work.
- 16:31Speaker 6: No have it shows that it did work.
- 16:33Speaker 4: No, he is pushing all of those that it does
- 16:36Speaker 4: not work effect Okay, Ben, are you really going to
- 16:39Speaker 4: argue with the doctor.
- 16:41Speaker 8: This iss during COVID You guys screwed us and we've
- 16:48Speaker 8: failed miserably at a vaccine.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Isn't it amazing how they're so angry that you have
- 16:56Speaker 1: parents that are going to have the right to make
- 16:58Speaker 1: a decision for their children what is best for them.
- 17:02Speaker 1: They cannot stand that the government can't dictate to the people,
- 17:07Speaker 1: at least in Florida on the issue of vaccines. They
- 17:11Speaker 1: cannot stand to admit that the reason why this happened,
- 17:15Speaker 1: the reason why RFK Juniors and the government is because
- 17:18Speaker 1: the cause of effect of the CDC lying pathologically to
- 17:22Speaker 1: the American people every step of the way on the
- 17:25Speaker 1: issue of COVID nineteen, the effectiveness of vaccines and masking
- 17:29Speaker 1: and all the other things that I just mentioned. And
- 17:32Speaker 1: they're mad that this is happening in Florida. Now, look,
- 17:36Speaker 1: I think the people in Florida should be trusted. I
- 17:38Speaker 1: think the people in Florida should have the right to
- 17:41Speaker 1: do what's best for their children. And if the doctors
- 17:45Speaker 1: are angry that they say the science is overwhelming that
- 17:48Speaker 1: these vaccine mandates should be a thing, Well, then they
- 17:52Speaker 1: should actually talk to their patients about it with compassion
- 17:57Speaker 1: and understanding instead of the arrogance that you just heard
- 18:00Speaker 1: right there from that doctor, condescending and frustrated of anybody
- 18:05Speaker 1: that would ever question her as a quote doctor. You
- 18:09Speaker 1: heard it, and it's amazing that we're still even having
- 18:11Speaker 1: the conversation after what we witnessed during COVID. I want
- 18:16Speaker 1: to talk to you about my friends at Kirk Elliott
- 18:19Speaker 1: Precious Metals. Two days ago, I got my new order
- 18:23Speaker 1: of silver. Now I'm investing in silver right now because
- 18:26Speaker 1: the pricing on it is amazing and the upside well,
- 18:29Speaker 1: it's real. I actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar.
- 18:35Speaker 1: It is actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's
- 18:39Speaker 1: one hundred ounces. But I also know that I bought
- 18:42Speaker 1: it at the right price and I wasn't paying massive
- 18:45Speaker 1: up charges on quote. Rare are special coins, and then
- 18:49Speaker 1: when you go to sell them, you take away all
- 18:51Speaker 1: of your earning potential. Why do they do it this
- 18:54Speaker 1: way at Kurt Elliott because they have transparent pricing up front.
- 18:58Speaker 1: It's very simple. You pay eight percent when you buy,
- 19:02Speaker 1: and here's what matters to you the most. Nothing when
- 19:05Speaker 1: you sell. There are no hidden fees ever with Kurt
- 19:10Speaker 1: Elliott Precious Metals. This is the reason why I recommend them.

- 21:00Speaker 1: Beast James Comer announces new investigation into Biden over the
- 21:04Speaker 1: use of the autopen. Well, we now have new information
- 21:08Speaker 1: as James Comer sat down with Fox News Sunday, and
- 21:12Speaker 1: here is part of what he had to say about
- 21:14Speaker 1: the assessment that Biden staffords are deliberately refusing to answer
- 21:20Speaker 1: questions about the autopen use and providing extraordinary levels of obfuscation. Now,
- 21:26Speaker 1: James Comer seems to be really hammering in on the
- 21:29Speaker 1: facts and continuing to press the investigation into whether Biden
- 21:33Speaker 1: used an autopen to sign documents like pardons, raising major
- 21:38Speaker 1: concerns about who may have truly been in charge during
- 21:41Speaker 1: the final days, weeks, or months of the Joe Biden presidency.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Now in May of this year, Comer initiated a fresh probe.
- 21:50Speaker 1: He issued letters to key aids, including many of those
- 21:54Speaker 1: close to the president in non political roles, for example,
- 21:57Speaker 1: like Biden's physician, doctor Kevin o'can, and warning of subpoenas
- 22:02Speaker 1: if they don't cooperate. Fast forward to June of this year,
- 22:06Speaker 1: testimony from several raised major red flags, some admitting limited
- 22:11Speaker 1: direct interaction with Biden and no insight into the autopen
- 22:15Speaker 1: approval process, suggesting a total lack of transparency or oversight.
- 22:22Speaker 1: And then the Fifth Amendment invocations continued. On July sixteenth,
- 22:28Speaker 1: a former aid to First Lady Joe Biden invoked the
- 22:31Speaker 1: Fifth Amendment during his Oversight Committee appearance, becoming the second
- 22:35Speaker 1: such individual in the probe to do so. Comer responded
- 22:39Speaker 1: by stating that the public is concerned about unaccountable decision
- 22:43Speaker 1: making within the White House. In other words, who was
- 22:46Speaker 1: actually in charge. The bottom line is clear. Representative Coma
- 22:51Speaker 1: asserts he now has unprecedented evidence of a cover up
- 22:56Speaker 1: involving the autopen use and Biden's Kaig of decline. Now,
- 23:01Speaker 1: this is what he had to say on Fox Sunday Morning.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 23:06Speaker 9: This week, the House Oversight Committee is set to continue
- 23:08Speaker 9: its investigation into Joe Biden's mental fitness during his presidency
- 23:12Speaker 9: when former White House Deputy Assistant Andrew Bates sits down
- 23:16Speaker 9: for an interview on Friday. Former White House Press Secretary Kareein,
- 23:20Speaker 9: Jean Pierre, and former White House Chief of Staff Jeff
- 23:23Speaker 9: Designs are also slated to appear before the committee in
- 23:27Speaker 9: coming weeks. Joining me now with more on his investigation
- 23:30Speaker 9: into former President Biden. In the chairman is the chairman
- 23:34Speaker 9: of the House Oversight Committee, Congressman James Comer. It's great
- 23:37Speaker 9: to have you with us this morning.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 23:39Speaker 9: I want to get the latest on the investigation, Congressman,
- 23:42Speaker 9: but also what we've heard so far, Key figures, taking
- 23:46Speaker 9: the fifth Key Figures that day after day said that
- 23:49Speaker 9: Biden was totally fit and ready to do the job.
- 23:52Speaker 9: Now saying they really didn't spend that much time with him.
- 23:56Speaker 9: The testimony doesn't add up with what we see. A
- 24:00Speaker 9: something is awry.
- 24:01Speaker 6: Here, Something's definitely awry.
- 24:04Speaker 10: Look when you have Ian Sam's who was the face
- 24:08Speaker 10: of the White House response to the very damaging report
- 24:13Speaker 10: that said that Joe Biden was a forgetful old man.
- 24:17Speaker 10: He was the face of the White House response to
- 24:20Speaker 10: our investigation Byron Donalds and myself as well as all
- 24:23Speaker 10: the members of the House Oversycmvita when we found that
- 24:26Speaker 10: China had in fact wired money to LLC's owned by
- 24:30Speaker 10: Biden family members. He was the one that would always
- 24:33Speaker 10: respond and see he talked.
- 24:34Speaker 6: To Joe Biden. Joe Biden was vibrant.
- 24:36Speaker 10: Joe Biden did not do this, the famili sayes it
- 24:38Speaker 10: and then come to find out when we put him
- 24:40Speaker 10: under oath, he admits, well, I only saw Joe Biden
- 24:44Speaker 10: two times over a two year period.
- 24:46Speaker 6: That's unprecedented.
- 24:47Speaker 10: We're trying to get to the bottom of who was
- 24:49Speaker 10: operating the autopin and we've brought in a dozen people
- 24:53Speaker 10: so far, and they're all pointing the fingers at other people.
- 24:57Speaker 10: The ones that I think may have a little more.
- 25:00Speaker 10: They played the fifth to avoid self incrimination.
- 25:02Speaker 6: So I think what.
- 25:03Speaker 10: You're going to see is unless John Pierre and some
- 25:07Speaker 10: of these others come in and, you know, tell us more,
- 25:11Speaker 10: it's becoming very apparent that Joe Biden really wasn't the
- 25:14Speaker 10: one in command at the end of his presidency.
- 25:17Speaker 6: And that's important because.
- 25:18Speaker 10: You're talking about thousands of pardons and dozens of executive
- 25:22Speaker 10: orders that were signed with that autopen, and it appears
- 25:25Speaker 10: without President Biden's knowledge.
- 25:27Speaker 9: Absolutely, I want to move to this ten FBI whistleblowers.
- 25:31Speaker 9: They warned of political weaponization, and they also say that
- 25:35Speaker 9: they faced retaliation from the Biden administration. We've been talking
- 25:39Speaker 9: about this weaponization as a theme. It touches so many
- 25:42Speaker 9: different aspects of what we've discussed just this morning alone.
- 25:46Speaker 9: But it also shows you that it's not just the
- 25:48Speaker 9: president who has faced this. It flows into all different
- 25:52Speaker 9: levels and to everyday people that are just trying to
- 25:55Speaker 9: serve and do their duties.
- 25:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 25:59Speaker 10: Well, look, the government is comprised of an overwhelming number
- 26:03Speaker 10: of liberals, an overwhelming number of activists. During the Obama
- 26:07Speaker 10: and Biden years, the government numbers swelled of liberal activists
- 26:12Speaker 10: that came in. Whether they worked for the EPA or
- 26:14Speaker 10: whether they worked for the Department of Justice or the FBI,
- 26:17Speaker 10: they had an agenda. They weren't necessarily public servants. The
- 26:21Speaker 10: ones that rose to the top were activists, and these
- 26:23Speaker 10: activists tried to weaponize the federal government in various forms,
- 26:27Speaker 10: whether to enact policy or whether to ruin the lives
- 26:31Speaker 10: of people or influence elections as we've seen. So now
- 26:34Speaker 10: we have people in place like Tulca Gabbert and John
- 26:37Speaker 10: Ratcliffe and Cash Ptael who are exposing this. Congress has exposed,
- 26:42Speaker 10: as the House Oversight Committee is exposed, to the Judiciary
- 26:44Speaker 10: Committee under Jim Jordan's exposed it. Now we need accountability,
- 26:48Speaker 10: and I'm hopeful that Pam Bondi will take this evidence
- 26:51Speaker 10: and her Department of Justice will start holding people account
- 26:54Speaker 10: And we're seeing President Trump be more active on true
- 26:57Speaker 10: social encouraging his own Department of Justice to hold people
- 27:01Speaker 10: accountable for wrongdoing.
- 27:02Speaker 6: And I think it's going to happen.
- 27:04Speaker 1: And I think it's going to happen very clearly. James
- 27:06Speaker 1: Comer sharing unpressded details surrounding the by not open investigation
- 27:11Speaker 1: and also what the White House is doing to hold
- 27:14Speaker 1: people accountable as well. This is exactly what so many
- 27:17Speaker 1: Americans voted for and why I think there's many in
- 27:20Speaker 1: Washington right now, in the deep State that are very
- 27:22Speaker 1: concerned about what's happening now. By the way, Comer wasn't
- 27:27Speaker 1: done there. He also was asked this question, listen.
- 27:30Speaker 9: Carefully, and the weaponization is really interesting because in some
- 27:33Speaker 9: ways it serves as a distraction. Look over here, so
- 27:37Speaker 9: you're not really focusing on what was over here. Many
- 27:39Speaker 9: Americans want to know went on with Special Counsel Jack
- 27:43Speaker 9: Smith going after the president. They want to know about
- 27:45Speaker 9: Jim Comey and John Brennan and Russiagate and where the
- 27:48Speaker 9: accountability is in those instances.
- 27:52Speaker 6: I completely agree.
- 27:53Speaker 10: As I travel Kentucky as well as all across America.
- 27:56Speaker 10: That's the biggest question I get from people. When are
- 27:58Speaker 10: people going to be held toc doutible for this wrongdoing?
- 28:01Speaker 10: The evidence that the investigations are complete, more and more
- 28:05Speaker 10: evidence that's surfacing.
- 28:06Speaker 6: One of the limiting.
- 28:07Speaker 10: Factors we had, whether it was Jim Jordan's Weaponization Subcommittee
- 28:11Speaker 10: or my House Oversight Committee, was the fact that the
- 28:13Speaker 10: Body administration wouldn't turn over documents. Now we've got Trump
- 28:18Speaker 10: administration officials like Cash Matel and like John Ratcliffe and
- 28:21Speaker 10: Tulsea Gabbard who are making public these documents. So I
- 28:25Speaker 10: think the case now for the Department of Justice, Trump's
- 28:28Speaker 10: Department of Justice, Pam Body's Department Justice is now there
- 28:32Speaker 10: to hold these people account when I think you're seeing
- 28:34Speaker 10: more hints from President Trump that the day of accountability
- 28:40Speaker 10: is near and hopefully this is going to set an
- 28:43Speaker 10: example for future people in the government never to let
- 28:47Speaker 10: this deep state rise again and to try to weaponize
- 28:50Speaker 10: the government to punish your enemies or to enact liberal
- 28:55Speaker 10: legislative agendas like the Green New Deal.
- 28:57Speaker 9: On Tuesday, Sir, House members are going to meet with
- 29:00Speaker 9: Epstein victims. How is that going to play into how
- 29:04Speaker 9: the Department of Justice is handling this As Americans have
- 29:07Speaker 9: said they want to see the files.
- 29:10Speaker 10: Right and I want to commend the Department Justice. Pambondi's
- 29:14Speaker 10: has started turning over those documents to the House oversighte
- 29:17Speaker 10: Committee is subpoena those documents. The Trump administration is cooperating
- 29:22Speaker 10: with us. We're bringing in the families and the attorneys
- 29:26Speaker 10: of the victims Tuesday afternoon to talk to the House
- 29:29Speaker 10: Oversight Committee. This will be Republicans and Democrats because we're
- 29:33Speaker 10: going to make this information public. That's what the American
- 29:36Speaker 10: people want. When we travel around all of our districts,
- 29:39Speaker 10: That's one of the things that people ask, when are
- 29:41Speaker 10: we going to see the Epstein files. But it's very
- 29:44Speaker 10: complicated because there are victims of the Epstein files, and
- 29:47Speaker 10: we want to listen to those victims and their families
- 29:49Speaker 10: and their attorneys to see how best can we present
- 29:52Speaker 10: this information. Do they want their names redacted? Do they
- 29:55Speaker 10: not want their names redacted? And that's one of the
- 29:58Speaker 10: things that President Trump's talked about, like this is a
- 30:00Speaker 10: lot more complicated than then. A lot of people want
- 30:03Speaker 10: to realize there are victims that are involved here, and
- 30:05Speaker 10: we want to protect their futures and their reputations and
- 30:10Speaker 10: their family So we're going to have a good conversation
- 30:14Speaker 10: to see how best then to turn around and present
- 30:17Speaker 10: this information to the American people and hopefully put this
- 30:20Speaker 10: issue to rest so Congress can focus on passing the
- 30:23Speaker 10: spending bill and working with President Trump to reduce crime
- 30:26Speaker 10: in our big cities.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Translation, it is a very big week in Washington, d C.
- 30:32Speaker 1: And James Comer helping lead the way on the House side.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Many Democrats on the Senate side are worried about the
- 30:37Speaker 1: Republicans there, and the media is obviously terrified what's happening
- 30:41Speaker 1: at the White House. At the DOJ and the FBI
- 30:45Speaker 1: don't forget share this podcast. Please with your family and
- 30:48Speaker 1: your friends wherever they are, and I will see you
- 30:51Speaker 1: back here tomorrow
