- 0:01Speaker 1: Senator, always a pleasure to be with you in person.
- 0:03Speaker 1: Somebody's lying. I think that's pretty clear. It's been very
- 0:07Speaker 1: confusing over this hunter Byde investigation. Did Weiss have authority
- 0:13Speaker 1: to actually bring charges? He's saying he did. He had
- 0:17Speaker 1: the ability to do whatever he wanted to do. Whistle
- 0:19Speaker 1: Blowers are saying, no, you didn't, and we think we
- 0:22Speaker 1: have the proof to show that you actually didn't. Or
- 0:25Speaker 1: could it be that he did have the power he
- 0:27Speaker 1: chose not to. It's confusing. Break it down for us.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Look, the past ten days, things have gotten consistently worse
- 0:34Speaker 2: for Merrick Garland. He is in the greatest legal jeopardy
- 0:37Speaker 2: he has been since the day he took the oath
- 0:40Speaker 2: to be Attorney General. We now have two different IRS
- 0:43Speaker 2: whistleblowers who have flat out accused him of lying under
- 0:48Speaker 2: oath and of obstruction of justice.
- 0:50Speaker 3: Not hardcore Republicans. Either should be made clear.
- 0:53Speaker 2: That they are career IRS employees with no reason to lie.
- 0:57Speaker 2: That anyone knows if what they're saying saying is true,
- 1:01Speaker 2: Merrick Garland is guilty of serious felonies. If what they're
- 1:05Speaker 2: saying is true, Merrick Garland should be impeached. If what
- 1:08Speaker 2: they're saying is true. A special council should be appointed
- 1:12Speaker 2: in the Department of Justice to consider charging Merrick Garland
- 1:16Speaker 2: with lying under oath and obstruction of justice. Here, just
- 1:19Speaker 2: a few months ago, you can see Garland testifying in
- 1:23Speaker 2: front of the Senate and here's what he had to say.
- 1:26Speaker 4: The US Attorney in Delaware has been advised that he
- 1:29Speaker 4: has full authority to make those kind of referrals that
- 1:33Speaker 4: you're talking about, or to bring cases in other jurisdictions
- 1:36Speaker 4: if he feels it's necessary, and I will assure that
- 1:39Speaker 4: if he does, he will be able to do that.
- 1:42Speaker 5: Does the Delaware US Attorney lack independent charging authority over
- 1:46Speaker 5: certain criminal allegations against the President's son outside of the
- 1:50Speaker 5: district of Delaware.
- 1:53Speaker 4: He would have to bring if it's in another district,
- 1:56Speaker 4: he would have to bring the case in another district. But,
- 1:58Speaker 4: as I said, to ensure that he's able to carry
- 2:02Speaker 4: out his investigation and that he be able to run it,
- 2:05Speaker 4: and if he needs to bring it in another jurisdiction,
- 2:09Speaker 4: he will have full authority to do that.
- 2:11Speaker 1: You believe him, I mean he said it there pretty clearly. Look,
- 2:15Speaker 1: he said it under oath. Yeah, if he's knowingly lying.
- 2:19Speaker 1: You just witnessed a felony. Now the irs whistleblowers said
- 2:24Speaker 1: something completely contrary. Well here, let's listen to because Garland
- 2:30Speaker 1: elaborated it even more so, listen to Garland even further.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Under oath, under the regulations, that kind of act he
- 2:37Speaker 4: would have to bring to me, under to the Attorney General,
- 2:40Speaker 4: under the regulations, those kind of charging decisions would.
- 2:44Speaker 6: Have to be brought.
- 2:45Speaker 4: I would then have to authorize it, and I'll permit
- 2:53Speaker 4: it to be brought in another jurisdiction. And that is
- 2:56Speaker 4: exactly what I promised to do here already, that if
- 2:59Speaker 4: he needs to bring a case in another jurisdiction, he
- 3:02Speaker 4: will have my full authority to do that.
- 3:05Speaker 5: Has the Delaware US Attorney sought permission from permission of
- 3:11Speaker 5: another US Attorney's office, such as in the District of
- 3:14Speaker 5: Columbia or in California, to bring charges? If so, was
- 3:17Speaker 5: it denied?
- 3:18Speaker 6: So I don't know the answer to that.
- 3:20Speaker 4: I do, and I don't want to get into the
- 3:22Speaker 4: internal elements of decision making by the US Attorney. But
- 3:25Speaker 4: he has been advised that he is not to be
- 3:29Speaker 4: denied anything that he needs, and if that were to happen,
- 3:33Speaker 4: it should send to the department's ranks that I have
- 3:36Speaker 4: not heard anything from that office to suggest that they
- 3:40Speaker 4: are not able to do everything that the US Attorney
- 3:42Speaker 4: wants to do.
- 3:43Speaker 2: So there are several things in there to break down.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Number one, the IRS whistleblowers have specifically alleged that Weiss
- 3:50Speaker 2: asked the US Attorney in DC to bring charges and
- 3:54Speaker 2: asked the US Attorney in the Central District California to
- 3:57Speaker 2: bring charges. The IRS whistle blowers allege that those district
- 4:01Speaker 2: attorneys said no. In our last PEP podcast on Friday,
- 4:07Speaker 2: we went and last week's podcast Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- 4:10Speaker 2: did a deep dive into these facts. All three are
- 4:12Speaker 2: worth listening to if you have not listened to them,
- 4:15Speaker 2: But on last Friday's podcast, we walk through how the
- 4:19Speaker 2: US Attorney in d C was a political donor to
- 4:22Speaker 2: Joe Biden, how the US Attorney in the Central District
- 4:26Speaker 2: California was a political donor to Kamala Harris, and at
- 4:29Speaker 2: least what the IRS whistleblowers are saying, those US attorneys
- 4:32Speaker 2: said no, we will not prosecute Hunter Biden. The other
- 4:37Speaker 2: avenue is Weiss could have been named a special US
- 4:41Speaker 2: Attorney able to bring charges outside of Delaware, in other words,
- 4:46Speaker 2: in d C or in the Central District California. The
- 4:48Speaker 2: reason that matters is the most serious of the charges
- 4:51Speaker 2: Hunter faced, we're for conduct in twenty fourteen and twenty
- 4:55Speaker 2: fifteen where the violations were committed either in DC or
- 4:59Speaker 2: the Central District of California. So the Delaware US Attorney
- 5:02Speaker 2: can't bring it in Delaware because he wasn't in Delaware
- 5:05Speaker 2: when he committed the crime. He's got to bring it
- 5:09Speaker 2: where the crime occurred. If the IRS whistleblower is right,
- 5:14Speaker 2: then what Merrick Garland said is flat out wrong. Now
- 5:19Speaker 2: it's interesting he you know, one of the things Chuck
- 5:21Speaker 2: Grassley asked. He said, well, did Weiss ask to bring
- 5:25Speaker 2: these these charges? And Garland said, I don't know.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Ignorance is Bliss right, would work his favor.
- 5:31Speaker 2: So I have seen speculation from some observers that Weiss
- 5:35Speaker 2: may have asked Lisa Monico. Who's Monico? Lisa Monico is
- 5:40Speaker 2: the Deputy Attorney General. The DAG is what she's called
- 5:44Speaker 2: internally in DOJ parlance, the DAG the Deputy Attorney General
- 5:49Speaker 2: that as a typical matter, US attorneys report up through
- 5:53Speaker 2: the DAG. It is possible that Lisa Monico denied that
- 5:57Speaker 2: denied the request and never even let Merrick Garland know.
- 6:00Speaker 2: If that's the case, then he's still lying because he's responsible.
- 6:04Speaker 2: If his henchmen under him are acting directly contrary to
- 6:09Speaker 2: what he said, then he doesn't get to go lie
- 6:14Speaker 2: to Congress just because he remains willfully unaware of what's
- 6:18Speaker 2: going on. Now. Another development, on June thirtieth, David Weiss
- 6:22Speaker 2: sent a letter back to Jim Jordan. Jim Jordan had
- 6:25Speaker 2: sent an oversight letter asking about the investigation, and Weiss
- 6:29Speaker 2: right now is sticking with Mary Garland. So Weiss says
- 6:32Speaker 2: several things in the letter. He says, number One, I'm
- 6:34Speaker 2: not at liberty to provide you the materials you seek
- 6:37Speaker 2: about the investigation. I am required to protect confidential law
- 6:41Speaker 2: enforcement information delibert of communications. Thus, I will not provide
- 6:45Speaker 2: specific information related to the Hunter Biden investigation at this time. Secondly,
- 6:51Speaker 2: he says, I will provide some general insight on two issues. First,
- 6:57Speaker 2: the Department of Justice did not retaliate it against an
- 6:59Speaker 2: Internal Revenue Service criminal supervisor, special agent and whistleblower, as
- 7:04Speaker 2: well as his entire investigative team for making protective disclosures
- 7:07Speaker 2: to Congress because oh wait, there is no because that's
- 7:13Speaker 2: all he says about it. He didn't say what happened.
- 7:16Speaker 2: He literally has one sentence, We did not retaliate. I'm
- 7:20Speaker 2: not going to tell you why. I'm not going to
- 7:21Speaker 2: give you any facts. I'm not going to respond. My
- 7:23Speaker 2: answer is no, I gotta say, Weiss, it's doing a
- 7:26Speaker 2: good job channeling Joe Biden. You know Joe Biden, when
- 7:28Speaker 2: asked about it, just goes no, no, just like an
- 7:30Speaker 2: old man in his lawn. No, no, get off my lawn. No, Wiss,
- 7:34Speaker 2: we did not retaliate. Facts. The whistleblowers alleged they were
- 7:39Speaker 2: all removed from the case. I'm not aware that anyone
- 7:41Speaker 2: disputes they were removed from the case. Were they removed
- 7:44Speaker 2: from the case? Yes or no? Sorry, Weiss won't tell us.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Were they removed for the case because they were whistleblowers?
- 7:49Speaker 4: Yes?
- 7:49Speaker 7: Or no?
- 7:49Speaker 2: I'm sorry, Weis won't tell us. This is a stone walling. No,
- 7:54Speaker 2: they were not retaliated against. And I don't have to
- 7:56Speaker 2: tell you another damn word because I don't work for
- 7:59Speaker 2: the American people. I am in the Department of Justice. Second,
- 8:04Speaker 2: Weiss says in my June seventh letter, I stated, quote,
- 8:08Speaker 2: I've been granted ultimate authority over this matter, including responsibility
- 8:11Speaker 2: for deciding where, when, and whether to file charges, and
- 8:14Speaker 2: for making decisions necessary to preserve the integrity of the
- 8:17Speaker 2: prosecution consistent with federal law, the principles of federal prosecution,
- 8:20Speaker 2: and departmental regulations. I stand by what I wrote, and
- 8:24Speaker 2: I wish to expand on what it means. And here's
- 8:26Speaker 2: what he expands. He says, as the US Attorney for
- 8:29Speaker 2: the District of Delaware, no charging authority is geog My
- 8:33Speaker 2: charging authority is geographically limited to my home district. It's
- 8:36Speaker 2: what I just said. If venue in the case lies elsewhere,
- 8:40Speaker 2: common departmental practice is to contact the US Attorney's office
- 8:43Speaker 2: for the district in question and determine whether it wants
- 8:46Speaker 2: a to partner in the case. If not, I may
- 8:49Speaker 2: request special attorney status with the Attorney General pursuitt to
- 8:52Speaker 2: twenty eight USC. Section five point fifteen. Here, I have
- 8:56Speaker 2: been assured that, if necessary, after the above process, I
- 9:02Speaker 2: would be granted five point fifteen authority in the District
- 9:04Speaker 2: of Columbia, the Central District California, or any other district
- 9:07Speaker 2: where charges could be brought in this matter. Now, notice
- 9:10Speaker 2: what Weiss doesn't say. He doesn't say, did you ask
- 9:14Speaker 2: the DCUs attorney to break charges? Doesn't answer that, did
- 9:17Speaker 2: you ask the Central District California US attorney to bring charges?
- 9:21Speaker 2: He doesn't answer that, did you ask to be appointed
- 9:24Speaker 2: as special attorney status so you could bring charges? He
- 9:27Speaker 2: doesn't answer that. He just says, well, if necessary, I've
- 9:29Speaker 2: been told after all of these processes, ultimately I could,
- 9:33Speaker 2: I would have the authority. I'll tell you what's a fact.
- 9:37Speaker 2: The statute of limitations has run on the most serious charges.
- 9:41Speaker 2: There's a six year statute of limitations. When you commit
- 9:43Speaker 2: a crime, most crimes, there's the statute of limitations, and
- 9:48Speaker 2: after that statute of limitation, you cannot be charged for
- 9:51Speaker 2: the crime. One day after the statute of limitations, you're
- 9:54Speaker 2: scott free. What is a fact, to the very best
- 9:58Speaker 2: of my knowledge, is the state it has run on
- 10:01Speaker 2: the most serious crimes. They ran while David Weiss was
- 10:04Speaker 2: allegedly investigating this, and this letter is saluting to the
- 10:08Speaker 2: Attorney General and saying sir, yes, sir, I'm still on
- 10:11Speaker 2: the team. But it is a fact that the charges
- 10:15Speaker 2: were not brought. It is a fact that this sweetheart deal,
- 10:19Speaker 2: which the Biden White House desperately, desperately desperately wants to
- 10:22Speaker 2: close the door in all investigations on Joe Biden, provides
- 10:27Speaker 2: that Hunter Biden served not a minute in jail, not
- 10:29Speaker 2: a day in jail, served no jail time at all
- 10:32Speaker 2: for millions of dollars in tax fraud. And David Weiss
- 10:36Speaker 2: nowhere addresses the most serious allegations in the whistleblowers claims,
- 10:43Speaker 2: which are that DOJ blocked any and all investigations into
- 10:49Speaker 2: Joe Biden's corruption, no asking about the big guy, and
- 10:52Speaker 2: in fact that DOJ tipped off Hunter Biden over and
- 10:55Speaker 2: over and over again to thwart search warrants, to thwart
- 10:59Speaker 2: investigationsations this. At this point, the statements between Merrick Garland
- 11:07Speaker 2: and David Weiss on one side and the two IRS
- 11:10Speaker 2: whistleblowers on the other side are entirely in conflict. The whistleblowers,
- 11:15Speaker 2: as I've noted, we have no reason to think they're lying.
- 11:17Speaker 2: One of them is a gay Democrat who's married to
- 11:20Speaker 2: a man. Both of them are career IRS employees. Neither
- 11:25Speaker 2: of them have any indication that they're in any way
- 11:27Speaker 2: shape or form Republican and they've come over and risked
- 11:31Speaker 2: their entire careers by calling out what appears to be
- 11:36Speaker 2: a pattern of felonies. Here's what needs to happen. The
- 11:39Speaker 2: House of Representatives needs to have a hearing with Merrick
- 11:43Speaker 2: Garland at the table, with David Weiss at the table,
- 11:45Speaker 2: and with the irs whistleblowers at the table. Every one
- 11:48Speaker 2: of them needs to raise their hand and take an
- 11:49Speaker 2: oath and testify under oath. And you need real people
- 11:53Speaker 2: who know how to cross examine, find out who's telling
- 11:55Speaker 2: the truth and find out who's lying. And if it's
- 11:57Speaker 2: Merrick Garland, he should be impeached and he's should be prosecuted.

- 13:16Speaker 1: I got to ask you about the satch of limitations.
- 13:18Speaker 1: We mentioned this in one of the past podcasts, but
- 13:21Speaker 1: it almost seems like wise understood two things.
- 13:25Speaker 3: I probably don't want the power.
- 13:27Speaker 1: To be a special prosecutor where I can bring charges
- 13:30Speaker 1: wherever I want to.
- 13:31Speaker 3: That's that maybe too much.
- 13:33Speaker 1: He didn't want that, right, He didn't want to have
- 13:35Speaker 1: that ability to do that, because then he could say, hey,
- 13:38Speaker 1: it's on that guy, that prosecutor who said no, and
- 13:40Speaker 1: it's on that prosecutor. The other one that everybody seems
- 13:43Speaker 1: to be now really focusing in on is did he
- 13:46Speaker 1: slow play this investigation so he couldn't bring the most
- 13:50Speaker 1: serious charges against the Bidens. So, in other words, if
- 13:55Speaker 1: you say every day you're investigating while the clock is
- 13:57Speaker 1: taking down to that time bomb, right when you get
- 14:00Speaker 1: past that moment, you won by default for the Bidens.
- 14:04Speaker 2: So, look, I don't know David Weiss. I've never met
- 14:06Speaker 2: David Weiss. The media, the corporate media, loves saying he
- 14:10Speaker 2: was the Trump appointed US attorney. Let me underscore, you
- 14:13Speaker 2: cannot get appointed US attorney without the explicit sign off
- 14:17Speaker 2: of both home state senators. In this case, Delaware's two
- 14:20Speaker 2: home state senators are Chris Coons and Tom Carper. They
- 14:23Speaker 2: are both Democrats. They are both partisan Democrats. That means,
- 14:26Speaker 2: for all intents and purposes, David Weiss was the handpicked
- 14:30Speaker 2: selection of two Democrat senators from Delaware. And by the way,
- 14:35Speaker 2: every politician in Delaware is completely in bed with Joe Biden.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Delaware is a tiny state and if you're a Democrat
- 14:44Speaker 2: politician with Joe Biden, Joe Biden is the godfather, and
- 14:48Speaker 2: every other politician in Delaware is at best a lower coppo.
- 14:53Speaker 2: So on the question of who's going to be the
- 14:56Speaker 2: US attorney in the state of Delaware, every Democrat senator,
- 14:59Speaker 2: every day Democrat politician has great incentive to make sure
- 15:03Speaker 2: that the big guy is taken care of. I don't
- 15:06Speaker 2: know if David Weiss is actually complicit.
- 15:11Speaker 1: It seems like a really long time, and you know,
- 15:15Speaker 1: and I'm actually six years excuse me, six years to
- 15:18Speaker 1: investigate a really long time, especially when it's such a
- 15:21Speaker 1: high profile case that involves so many issues with the presidency,
- 15:26Speaker 1: with the vice presidency when he's back, and the vice president,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and with the president's son is Would you have ever
- 15:30Speaker 1: expected to take this long look?
- 15:32Speaker 2: It shouldn't have. It should have moved quickly. Weiss is
- 15:36Speaker 2: either complicit in covering up for Joe Biden, or at best,
- 15:42Speaker 2: he's incredibly weak and is allowing himself to be used
- 15:45Speaker 2: as a patsy. Those are really the only options any
- 15:49Speaker 2: US attorney with any integrity if told, no, you can't
- 15:53Speaker 2: ask about the big guy, No you can't investigate No,
- 15:57Speaker 2: you can't find out when you see a text, the
- 16:00Speaker 2: text the WhatsApp to a Chinese official saying I'm here
- 16:03Speaker 2: with my father. No, you can't investigate any attorney general
- 16:07Speaker 2: with a shred of backbone, or rather, any US attorney
- 16:11Speaker 2: would say I'm going to investigate these facts and if
- 16:14Speaker 2: you don't want me to fire me, that's what he
- 16:18Speaker 2: should have done. There's no indication he did. And now
- 16:21Speaker 2: he sends a letter said, no, I had all the authority.
- 16:23Speaker 2: All right, weis you want all the authority on your part?
- 16:25Speaker 2: Then you're the one that's covering up for Joe Biden Pickett.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Is it you or is it the Attorney general who's
- 16:33Speaker 2: engaged in obstruction of justice? Maybe the answer is you're
- 16:36Speaker 2: the one who's engaged in obstruction of justice. Somebody is Yeah,
- 16:40Speaker 2: if what the irs whistle blowers is saying is accurate,
- 16:43Speaker 2: somebody is obstructing justice. And I'll tell you I'm encouraged.
- 16:47Speaker 2: I think the House is onto this. Listen, listen to
- 16:51Speaker 2: Speaker McCarthy and Jim Jordan.
- 16:52Speaker 6: Here someone has lied here.
- 16:55Speaker 7: If we find that Garland has lied to Congress, we
- 16:58Speaker 7: will start impeachment inquiry.
- 17:00Speaker 6: But you have to understand what we found out.
- 17:02Speaker 7: First of all, I've got to thank these three chairmen,
- 17:04Speaker 7: what Jim Jordan, what Comer has done, what Jason Smith
- 17:08Speaker 7: has done.
- 17:09Speaker 6: We wouldn't know any of this if we didn't win
- 17:11Speaker 6: the majority.
- 17:11Speaker 7: We would not know any of this, if we didn't
- 17:13Speaker 7: start the Weaponization committee that Jim Jordan runs over. There
- 17:17Speaker 7: are people now that are lying and think of what transpired.
- 17:20Speaker 7: They let the statue of limitation run out six years.
- 17:22Speaker 7: These are the most serious allegations that he would get
- 17:25Speaker 7: prosecuted over. But also remember this is the timeline when
- 17:29Speaker 7: his father was serving as vice president. Then they did
- 17:32Speaker 7: not allow the prosecution. They let him off on paying
- 17:36Speaker 7: hundreds of thousands of dollars on the taxes of what
- 17:39Speaker 7: he transpired. Then they also tipped off his attorneys. His
- 17:43Speaker 7: attorneys didn't even know he had a storage unit with
- 17:46Speaker 7: papers in it. Why would they call and tell him
- 17:49Speaker 7: ahead of time and say we're going to come a
- 17:50Speaker 7: couple days later. They literally tipped off the inaugural committee.
- 17:55Speaker 7: They tipped off when they wanted to go see hunter
- 17:57Speaker 7: byden before. No one else would get treated this way.
- 18:00Speaker 7: But this goes direct conflict of what Garland has told
- 18:04Speaker 7: members of Congress and Senate that Weiss had all power,
- 18:08Speaker 7: and now we're finding that that's not true. So what
- 18:10Speaker 7: we need to do, just like you do, is anything else.
- 18:13Speaker 7: Bring everybody into the room. Let's look everybody in the
- 18:15Speaker 7: eye who's lying here, because you've got six people, You've
- 18:19Speaker 7: got two IRS agents that have worked very hard on this.
- 18:22Speaker 6: They have no axe to grind anywhere else. They just
- 18:24Speaker 6: see that justice is not equal.
- 18:27Speaker 1: You hear him talk about just a storage unit, and
- 18:30Speaker 1: many people may not even understand this part of the story.
- 18:32Speaker 1: So I think we should definitely shine a light on it.
- 18:35Speaker 1: You had a storage unit that apparently Hunter Biden's own
- 18:38Speaker 1: attorneys didn't even know existed, with documents that clearly related
- 18:44Speaker 1: to this case could have been damning criminally to Hunter Biden.
- 18:50Speaker 1: They didn't even know it existed, and they were tipped
- 18:52Speaker 1: off by the investigators about the storage unit and then
- 18:56Speaker 1: that we might want to see what's in the storage unit.
- 18:59Speaker 1: If David Why knew that and was tipping them off,
- 19:02Speaker 1: how is he not colluding with the Bidens.
- 19:05Speaker 2: If the IRS whistleblower's allegations are true, he is to
- 19:09Speaker 2: tip off the subject of the investigation. Hey, here's where
- 19:12Speaker 2: we're going to search and here's what day to tip
- 19:14Speaker 2: out the subject of the investigation. Hey, we're gonna come
- 19:16Speaker 2: question you on this date. Get ready. That is actively
- 19:20Speaker 2: frustrating the investigation. I'll tell you another development that we have.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Also on June thirtieth, Hunter Biden's lawyer sent a long
- 19:28Speaker 2: letter to the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee
- 19:30Speaker 2: complaining about releasing the testimony.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Yeah, why why would he not want that testimony out there?
- 19:36Speaker 1: And complain, well, he has a sweetheart deal. He wants
- 19:38Speaker 1: the sweetheart deal to go through. And he says, this
- 19:42Speaker 1: was really mean of you to release this testimony because
- 19:46Speaker 1: it makes my client look really bad.
- 19:48Speaker 3: And so do you think they're really concerned that this
- 19:50Speaker 3: plea deal?
- 19:50Speaker 1: A judge might say, in light of all that's come out,
- 19:54Speaker 1: it's impossible for me to give you this sweetheart deal.
- 19:56Speaker 2: I don't know, but it's bad. They're worried it is.
- 20:01Speaker 2: So the funniest part of this letter is is on
- 20:06Speaker 2: page eight of the letter. Yeah, and he reproduces the
- 20:09Speaker 2: WhatsApp between Hunter and the Chinese official Henry Zao, who
- 20:17Speaker 2: who We've read that in the last couple of podcasts.
- 20:19Speaker 2: It's the one where five times Hunter made references to
- 20:23Speaker 2: the man sitting next to me, the guy sitting next
- 20:25Speaker 2: to me, my father. We he makes clear this is
- 20:29Speaker 2: all about the big guy. So what is really funny?
- 20:35Speaker 2: I said in each of the last three podcasts last week.
- 20:39Speaker 2: If this WhatsApp is accurate, this is a smoking gun.
- 20:46Speaker 2: This demonstrates that Joe Biden flat out lied. This demonstrates
- 20:50Speaker 2: that Joe Biden was deeply involved in Hunter Biden's shakedown
- 20:54Speaker 2: of communist China. And this demonstrates, if it's true and accurate,
- 20:59Speaker 2: that at the Biden DOJ is stonewalling and protecting the
- 21:04Speaker 2: Biden White House. And I said, there's one one possibility.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Maybe it's not accurate. It could be a fraudulent document.
- 21:09Speaker 2: We don't know that. That would be a possible defense.
- 21:12Speaker 2: We talked about the laptop. When the laptop first broke,
- 21:15Speaker 2: I said, look, this could be fake. Hunter could come
- 21:19Speaker 2: out and say these this laptop is not true, it's
- 21:22Speaker 2: not mine. The Biden White House would come out and
- 21:24Speaker 2: say this laptop is not true, it's not mine. They
- 21:26Speaker 2: never did that. Why did they not do that? Because
- 21:27Speaker 2: it was true, because it was accurate. So this is
- 21:30Speaker 2: his lawyer's first chance to respond to the WhatsApp and
- 21:32Speaker 2: I'm going to read you from the paragraph. So Jason
- 21:37Speaker 2: Smith tweeted out two different things with the WhatsApp, and
- 21:41Speaker 2: here's what the letter says. The screen grab images you
- 21:44Speaker 2: posted are not real and contain a myriad of issues.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Both include a photo of mister Biden, not from twenty seventeen,
- 21:50Speaker 2: but from the White House Easter egg roll on April
- 21:52Speaker 2: twenty twenty two, long after the purported message was sent.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Both images portray the message in a blue bubble, when
- 21:59Speaker 2: WhatsApp messages are in green. One image superimposed the Chinese
- 22:03Speaker 2: flag for content ID, when surely that was not how
- 22:07Speaker 2: a text or contact was kept, and one purports to
- 22:10Speaker 2: be a screenshot with the dot dot dot of someone
- 22:14Speaker 2: composing a text as in Apple's eye message, when that
- 22:17Speaker 2: does not happen in WhatsApp. In short, the images you
- 22:21Speaker 2: circulated online are complete fakes, and complete fakes is in italics.
- 22:28Speaker 2: You know what is screamingly funny about this. They don't
- 22:32Speaker 2: dispute a word of the message.
- 22:33Speaker 1: Yeah, they don't say these messages or texts were never set.
- 22:37Speaker 2: They don't dispute that hunter sent it sent it to
- 22:40Speaker 2: a Chinese Communist official, and five times referred to his
- 22:45Speaker 2: father being sitting in the room, sitting next to him.
- 22:50Speaker 2: They don't dispute that at all. They don't dispute that
- 22:56Speaker 2: the money transferred almost immediately thereafter that, once a week,
- 23:00Speaker 2: once Hunter threatened retribution from Daddy.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Over five million showed up.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Within a week, the Chinese Communist money started flowing. So
- 23:09Speaker 2: they don't dispute any of it. What they say as well,
- 23:12Speaker 2: you know the tweet, it's not the right color, so
- 23:17Speaker 2: like the graphic designer took the actual text and framed
- 23:21Speaker 2: it a little differently. You put a Chinese flag on it. Dammit.
- 23:24Speaker 2: We didn't have a Chinese flag on the tweet. We
- 23:26Speaker 2: were just asking for money. Yeah, so we didn't put
- 23:28Speaker 2: a like. This is the one of the funniest legal
- 23:32Speaker 2: documents I've ever read because they used the word complete fakes.
- 23:36Speaker 2: But what they don't say is fake is the actual
- 23:39Speaker 2: text of it.
- 23:40Speaker 1: And if that was the case, they would have said
- 23:42Speaker 1: these words were never text, right, is any lawyer worth
- 23:45Speaker 1: their weight would have been known. That's how you would
- 23:47Speaker 1: have confronted this. Not that the bubbles are different with
- 23:49Speaker 1: the remake.
- 23:50Speaker 2: All right, let me ask you this, Ben if when
- 23:53Speaker 2: you came home your wife said, I heard you went
- 23:58Speaker 2: out and had Chinese food dinner and then had sex
- 24:02Speaker 2: with nine other women on the fifty yard line of
- 24:04Speaker 2: the Dallas Cowboys Stadium and your response was I did
- 24:09Speaker 2: not have Chinese food. How much trouble would you go?
- 24:13Speaker 3: A lot? Yeah, lot, It'd be a bad day.
- 24:16Speaker 2: That's the equivalent of what happened here, Like this is
- 24:19Speaker 2: a smoking gun that implicates the president of the United States,
- 24:22Speaker 2: and official corruption implicates dog and covering it up. And
- 24:26Speaker 2: they say, you guys put a Chinese flag on that.
- 24:29Speaker 2: That is their response. And much like Sherlock Holmes the
- 24:35Speaker 2: dog that did not bark the absence of a rebuttal,
- 24:41Speaker 2: here is an admission. That is a real message Hunter
- 24:44Speaker 2: Biden sent. The only question now is was Hunter telling
- 24:47Speaker 2: the truth or lying? But interestingly, you know what Hunter's
- 24:50Speaker 2: lawyers don't say, Oh, by the way, Joe Biden went with.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Him, Yeah, those dates didn't match up. The president wasn't
- 24:56Speaker 1: even the same thing the same time, none of that.
- 24:58Speaker 3: And they know his.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Schedule could figure that out very easily, and they could
- 25:02Speaker 1: have said, hey, here is the alibi. Joe Biden on
- 25:05Speaker 1: this date was in this place nowhere close to Hunter Biden.
- 25:09Speaker 1: They could clear it.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Up just by not denying it, because they know the
- 25:12Speaker 2: corporate media will continue to lie and stonewall. Now CBS
- 25:17Speaker 2: has started to have a crack in the wall. We'll
- 25:19Speaker 2: see if other corporate media out let's follow up. All right,
- 25:23Speaker 2: I want to walk through Breitbard had a really good
- 25:25Speaker 2: article that did a timeline of the corruption. I think
- 25:29Speaker 2: it's worthwhile, so I want to do this quick. Yeah,
- 25:32Speaker 2: but run through the facts of the timeline.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Of when the money start falling in. Yeah, let's do that.
- 25:38Speaker 1: But first, let me tell you about our friends of
- 25:39Speaker 1: her Chalk. If you're a guy and you're getting a
- 25:41Speaker 1: little bit older and you feel like you've lost a

- 25:50Speaker 1: and go do things used to love. You're not active
- 25:53Speaker 1: like used to, You're not working out like used too.
- 25:55Speaker 3: You're not alone.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Testastrum rates have dropped off the charts right now, not

- 26:58Speaker 1: we're doing this as a video version as well, so
- 27:00Speaker 1: you can actually see this this video and you can
- 27:03Speaker 1: share it on social media. But make sure you share
- 27:05Speaker 1: this podcast because all the points are about to give you.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Outside of Breitboard, no one has talked about this at all.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Go ahead well and make sure you subscribe both to
- 27:14Speaker 2: video and audio. We typically do one video show a week.
- 27:17Speaker 2: We do three audio shows a week, and so you
- 27:19Speaker 2: want to catch them both. The article, by the way,
- 27:21Speaker 2: this is from, is an article in Breitbart that is
- 27:23Speaker 2: entitled nineteen point timeline Joe Biden's infamous links to the
- 27:28Speaker 2: family businesses point number one. In twenty thirteen, Hunter flew
- 27:33Speaker 2: to China with Vice President Joe Biden to board Air
- 27:35Speaker 2: Force two. During the excursion, Hunter introduced the Vice president
- 27:39Speaker 2: to his business partner, Jonathan Lee, the CEO of a
- 27:43Speaker 2: company linked to Chinese intelligence. Ten days after the visit
- 27:46Speaker 2: to China, Hunter secured a ten percent interest in BHR Partners,
- 27:52Speaker 2: a Chinese state backed investment fund co founded with Lee.
- 27:57Speaker 2: The funds capitalization will was one billion.
- 28:02Speaker 3: Dollars twenty thirteen.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Move Forward photos from twenty fourteen revealed Joe Biden met
- 28:09Speaker 1: with Hunter's Mexican business associates, a billionaire mogul and his
- 28:13Speaker 1: son in the Vice President's office. The then vice president
- 28:17Speaker 1: also flew Hunter and his partner, Jeff Cooper on Air
- 28:21Speaker 1: Force two to Mexico City in twenty sixteen, where Hunter
- 28:25Speaker 1: ranged to meet the man's son for a meeting over
- 28:28Speaker 1: quote a Flippin' gigantic that's exact quote A flippin' gigantic
- 28:33Speaker 1: business deal that Daily Mail.
- 28:35Speaker 2: Reported that sounds bad. Number three. In twenty sixteen, Hunter
- 28:40Speaker 2: and Joe Biden flew aboard Air Force two to Mexico,
- 28:43Speaker 2: where Hunter met with a business associate for Mexico City.
- 28:46Speaker 2: On the trip, Jeff Cooper, who ran a large litigation
- 28:49Speaker 2: firm Simmons Cooper, invested one million dollars in Hunter and
- 28:54Speaker 2: James Biden's now defunct hedge fund.
- 28:56Speaker 1: I just wonder if that was a bad day you
- 28:58Speaker 1: go from a billion dollar loan to just a million
- 28:59Speaker 1: dollar investment.
- 29:01Speaker 3: I like, I wonder if that's like doubt playing it
- 29:03Speaker 3: for that.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Every million helps million, that's true, Every million helps Number four.
- 29:07Speaker 1: A photo reportedly taken in twenty fourteen shows Joe Biden
- 29:11Speaker 1: golfing with Hunter and Devon Archer hold on center. Didn't
- 29:14Speaker 1: Joe Biden say he never talked about business with his son,
- 29:18Speaker 1: his brother, or any of the family members ever.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Only about one thousand times.
- 29:21Speaker 3: Okay, So they're playing golf. He's playing golf with.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Devon Archer, Hunter's fellow board member at the Ukrainian gas
- 29:27Speaker 1: company Barisma. Archer, who was imprison for fraud, is in
- 29:32Speaker 1: talks to comply with the House Oversight Committee subpoena regarding
- 29:35Speaker 1: his knowledge of the Biden's family alleged ten million dollars
- 29:40Speaker 1: Ukrainian bribe and additional Biden family business transactions. The photograph
- 29:45Speaker 1: includes a fourth man who has not been identified.
- 29:48Speaker 3: I wonder if we could figure out who he is.
- 29:49Speaker 1: However, he is not Brisma's top executive or the founder.
- 29:53Speaker 1: So wonder who that person is. Maybe the world can
- 29:56Speaker 1: figure that one out.
- 29:57Speaker 2: If only there were, say, investigative journalists that actually if
- 30:01Speaker 2: investigated five. In twenty fifteen, Borisma was under suspicion of
- 30:05Speaker 2: money laundering and public corruption. Prosecutor Victor Chokin was investigating
- 30:10Speaker 2: the case before his termination due to pressure applied by
- 30:13Speaker 2: then Vice President Joe Biden, who threatened to withhold one
- 30:18Speaker 2: billion dollars in usaid from Ukraine if the Ukrainian government
- 30:22Speaker 2: did not fire Shokun. Joe Biden later bragged about the
- 30:26Speaker 2: firing during a twenty eighteen appearance at the Council of Fourimulations.
- 30:30Speaker 2: That would be the infamous son of a bitch they
- 30:33Speaker 2: fired him.
- 30:33Speaker 3: I wanted five.
- 30:34Speaker 1: I want to say some of a bitch next time, Okay,
- 30:36Speaker 1: So next time we go through a list.
- 30:38Speaker 3: I want that line on my side fair enough.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Number six, an FBI informant claims to possess two pieces
- 30:44Speaker 1: of evidence that showed Joe Biden received five million after
- 30:47Speaker 1: threatening to withhold aid to Ukraine until Chokin was fired.
- 30:52Speaker 1: House Oversight Committee Republicans told reporters after reviewing the Bureau's
- 30:56Speaker 1: information informant file of that.
- 30:59Speaker 2: In Number seven. In twenty fifteen, the day after Joe
- 31:03Speaker 2: and Hunter Biden met with foreign business partners at Cafe Milano,
- 31:06Speaker 2: a very Shishi restaurant in DC, one of the men
- 31:09Speaker 2: emailed Hunter Biden his thanks for quote the opportunity to
- 31:14Speaker 2: meet your father.
- 31:15Speaker 3: But remember they never talked business.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Number eight, Hunter and Joe Biden allegedly coursed a Barisma
- 31:21Speaker 1: executive into paying them ten million in bribes. We now
- 31:24Speaker 1: know about the five and five, a source familiar with
- 31:27Speaker 1: the FBI's informant document confirmed to bright Bart News. According
- 31:30Speaker 1: to Senator Grassley, the FBI informant document said the founder
- 31:34Speaker 1: of Barisma, who allegedly paid Joe Biden and his son,
- 31:38Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, kept seventeen audio recordings of his conversations with
- 31:45Speaker 1: Joe and Hunter as quote. An insurance policy that may
- 31:49Speaker 1: be the smartest guy in all of this.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Well, and those would be the seventeen audio recordings that
- 31:53Speaker 2: the deputy director of the FBI refused to admit to
- 31:56Speaker 2: me under oath existed and refused for the FBI to
- 32:00Speaker 2: provide them to Congress because the FBI is stonewalling for
- 32:03Speaker 2: the Biden White House number nine. In twenty fifteen, Hunter
- 32:07Speaker 2: and Joe Biden met with business associates from Ukraine, Russia,
- 32:10Speaker 2: and Kazakhstan and a popular Washington, DC restaurant. Joe Biden
- 32:16Speaker 2: was then vice president.
- 32:17Speaker 1: They did a lot of business overseas. It's interesting these
- 32:20Speaker 1: countries number ten. In twenty seventeen, Joe Biden penned a
- 32:23Speaker 1: college recommendation letter for a child of Hunter's Chinese business partner,
- 32:28Speaker 1: At Lee, with whom Joe Biden also met with in China.
- 32:33Speaker 3: I wonder if they talked business there.
- 32:35Speaker 2: So this would be the same Jonathan Lee who put
- 32:38Speaker 2: a billion dollars, was responsible for the billion dollars in
- 32:40Speaker 2: the fund. Suddenly Daddy Joe is writing a recommendation letter
- 32:45Speaker 2: for his kid. Amazing. Look at that.
- 32:48Speaker 3: No business was connected, that was just friends.
- 32:50Speaker 2: And that's very impressive that you have that conversation without
- 32:53Speaker 2: discussing business. Number eleven. In twenty seventeen, Hunter Biden stated
- 32:58Speaker 2: in an email that Joe Biden was one of his
- 33:00Speaker 2: quote new officemates after he quote went into business with
- 33:04Speaker 2: the CFC executive. According to The Washington Post, Hunter also
- 33:08Speaker 2: made a key for Joe Biden to use at the
- 33:10Speaker 2: House of Sweden in Georgetown. Hunter appeared to cancel the
- 33:15Speaker 2: lease with the House of Sweden in twenty eighteen after
- 33:18Speaker 2: the CFC energy deal failed. In twenty seventeen, the Biden
- 33:22Speaker 2: family had previously negotiated a deal with CEFC whereby Joe
- 33:26Speaker 2: Biden the Big Guy, would receive a ten percent equity
- 33:29Speaker 2: state in the joint venture. Hunter Biden's former business partner
- 33:33Speaker 2: Tony Bobolinski.
- 33:34Speaker 1: Oh, Yes, the same guy that came out right for
- 33:36Speaker 1: the election saying no one will listen to me, including
- 33:39Speaker 1: the FBI, so I'll go publish.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Yeah, David Weis would an interview him, but putim in
- 33:42Speaker 2: front of the Grand Jury.
- 33:43Speaker 1: At least they met with him once right after that
- 33:45Speaker 1: press conference, and then they never talked to him again.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Number twelve.
- 33:48Speaker 1: In twenty seventeen, whistle blower Tony Bobolinski one of Hunter
- 33:52Speaker 1: Biden's many business partners twice met with Joe Biden to
- 33:58Speaker 1: discuss a business this deal in China. Quote I directly
- 34:03Speaker 1: dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden, Bobolinski stated.
- 34:07Speaker 1: After Babolinsky dined with the former Vice President Joe Biden,
- 34:11Speaker 1: his brother Jim Biden, and an Hunter, they were all
- 34:14Speaker 1: there to discuss their deal in China. Bobylinsky messaged James
- 34:18Speaker 1: telling him think Joe quote unquote.
- 34:20Speaker 2: For his time number thirteen between twenty nine. Between twenty
- 34:25Speaker 2: nine and twenty seventeen, Hunter business partner Eric Schwerin met
- 34:30Speaker 2: with Vice President Joe Biden at the White House. How
- 34:33Speaker 2: many times? Not once, not twice, not six, not ten,
- 34:36Speaker 2: nineteen times nineteen times Hunter's business partner. By the way,
- 34:40Speaker 2: the nineteen times Hunter's business partner met with Vice President
- 34:42Speaker 2: Joe Biden at the White House never discussed business any
- 34:45Speaker 2: of those nineteen times, because Joe Biden says he doesn't
- 34:47Speaker 2: talk business with any of the people that are making him,
- 34:49Speaker 2: his brother, his son, his grandson's, his entire family stinking freakin' rich.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Never discussed his business within him nineteen times. White House visitors'
- 34:57Speaker 2: logs obtained by The New York Post revealed Schwerin was
- 35:01Speaker 2: the president of the infamous but now dissolved investment fund
- 35:06Speaker 2: Rosemont Seneca Partners Number fourteen.
- 35:09Speaker 1: In twenty seventeen, Hunter Biden demanded payment from the Chinese
- 35:13Speaker 1: Communist Party link Chinese businessman Zoo while Joe Biden was
- 35:17Speaker 1: sitting next to him. According to I finally got a
- 35:20Speaker 1: good Win Center. According to a screenshot of the WhatsApp
- 35:24Speaker 1: message from an IRS whistleblower, quote.
- 35:27Speaker 3: I am sitting here with my father.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Number one timing invokes's dad, and we number two would
- 35:33Speaker 1: like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
- 35:36Speaker 1: The screen capture shows quote tell the director that I
- 35:39Speaker 1: would like to resolve this now before it gets out
- 35:41Speaker 1: of hand, and now means tonight.
- 35:44Speaker 2: And this would be the WhatsApp that Hunter's lawyers implicitly
- 35:47Speaker 2: conceded was accurate and true in the text because their
- 35:50Speaker 2: complaint was you put a Chinese flag on that image.
- 35:53Speaker 2: We didn't have a Chinese flag when we were out
- 35:56Speaker 2: negotiating and checking down the Chinese Communists. Number fifteen, just
- 36:01Speaker 2: days after demanding to be paid by a CEFC associate
- 36:04Speaker 2: and a WhatsApp text with Joe Biden sitting next to him.
- 36:08Speaker 2: Hunter Biden asked a second CFC business associate Gong Win
- 36:13Speaker 2: Kevin Dong for ten million dollars in another WhatsApp text,
- 36:18Speaker 2: noting the Biden family is best at quote doing exactly
- 36:24Speaker 2: what the chairman wants. Let me repeat that again, noting
- 36:27Speaker 2: in another WhatsApp text, the Biden family is best at
- 36:30Speaker 2: quote doing exactly what the chairman wants. In a message
- 36:36Speaker 2: dating dated August third, twenty seventeen, Hunter Biden told Kevin
- 36:40Speaker 2: he wanted to quit squabbling over quote peanuts and settle
- 36:45Speaker 2: on a firm deal by putting quote this to bed
- 36:47Speaker 2: tonight and get to work. I am tired of this, Kevin.
- 36:50Speaker 2: I can make five million in salary at any law
- 36:53Speaker 2: firm in America. Let me pause for a second. Okay,
- 36:58Speaker 2: Hunter Biden, to the best of my knowledge no legal
- 37:00Speaker 2: skills at all, has not practiced law in any meaningful way.
- 37:03Speaker 2: Nobody would pay Hunter Biden to represent them in a lawsuit.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Nobody would pay Hunter Biden for legal work. If he
- 37:09Speaker 2: can make five million dollars in ain't law firm in America.
- 37:12Speaker 2: It is purely because he's selling access to the big guy.
- 37:15Speaker 2: That's all his business is Yes, he has a law degree,
- 37:19Speaker 2: but to the best of my knowledge, the guy never
- 37:21Speaker 2: practiced law. And I say this as someone who earned
- 37:24Speaker 2: a seven figure salary at a law firm. I know
- 37:26Speaker 2: what it actually entails to practice law and generate that
- 37:30Speaker 2: kind of money. Hunter Biden has zero experience, but he
- 37:33Speaker 2: confidently tells you. What he's really telling is, Oh, look,
- 37:36Speaker 2: there're lots of buddies of my daddy who would pay
- 37:38Speaker 2: me five million dollars because when they pay me five
- 37:41Speaker 2: million dollars, they get to talk to my daddy and
- 37:43Speaker 2: he does them favors. Going back to this quote very simple,
- 37:47Speaker 2: Hunter wrote, quote ten million per annum budget to use
- 37:54Speaker 2: to further the interest of the JV. This move to
- 37:57Speaker 2: five million is completely new to me and is not
- 38:00Speaker 2: acceptable obvious. How dare you offer me five million? I
- 38:03Speaker 2: want ten million. When I'm shaking you down, I want
- 38:06Speaker 2: it all. Quote. If you think this is about money,
- 38:09Speaker 2: by the way, that's not actually in it. That's shaking
- 38:11Speaker 2: me down is my commentary. What's in it is what
- 38:14Speaker 2: I say. Quote quote. If you think this is about money,
- 38:18Speaker 2: it's not. Quote. The Bidens are the best I know
- 38:22Speaker 2: at doing exactly what the chairman wants from this partnership.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Let's not quibble over peanuts. Chris Clark, Hunter Biden's attorney,
- 38:30Speaker 2: admitted the twenty seventeen WhatsApp text demanding money from a
- 38:33Speaker 2: CCP linked businessman while sitting next to his dad was
- 38:39Speaker 2: indeed Hunter's message. Quote the DOJ investigation covered a period
- 38:44Speaker 2: which was a time of turmoil and addiction for my client. Quote.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Any verifiable words or actions of my clients in the
- 38:52Speaker 2: midst of a horrible addiction are solely his own, and
- 38:56Speaker 2: I am not connection to anyone in the family. Mind you.
- 38:59Speaker 2: They're saying is a drug addict, and so the fact
- 39:04Speaker 2: that he was shaking down Chinese communists on behalf of
- 39:07Speaker 2: his father who was allegedly sitting next to him, is
- 39:09Speaker 2: not his father's fault.
- 39:10Speaker 3: Yeah, because he's a drug addict.
- 39:11Speaker 2: It's the demon drugs. Yeah, it's not.
- 39:13Speaker 1: The drugs made me do it, and my dad just
- 39:15Speaker 1: having to be sitting there with me a part of it.
- 39:18Speaker 3: Number sixteen.
- 39:19Speaker 1: In twenty eighteen, two years after Joe and Hunter, Biden
- 39:23Speaker 1: flew to another country. By the way, let's throw it
- 39:25Speaker 1: on the list of Mexico to meet with Cooper, Hunter
- 39:28Speaker 1: texted Cooper about a deal he had in the works
- 39:31Speaker 1: with a new business partner named Slim. The New York
- 39:33Speaker 1: Post reported, spoke to my dad quote unquote about Slim, asked.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Hunter said to Cooper, Oh, that sounds so effing good.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Cooper responded, you know, it's really hard to talk to
- 39:48Speaker 2: dad about Slim's request when you don't talk to Dad
- 39:51Speaker 2: about business deal.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Yeah, because that whole text exchange is about business.
- 39:55Speaker 2: You know what, Maybe Slim was asking Dad to write
- 39:57Speaker 2: a letter of recommendation for Lee's son. Could happen that
- 40:01Speaker 2: has nothing to do with business.
- 40:02Speaker 3: You should be a lawyer.
- 40:03Speaker 2: There you go, Number seventeen. Anyone want to pay me
- 40:07Speaker 2: five million dollars, You'll do it? Well, ten million, come
- 40:09Speaker 2: on you, god bless number seventeen.
- 40:14Speaker 3: Let's not. Let's go what is it over? Peanuts? Is
- 40:16Speaker 3: that what they call five million?
- 40:17Speaker 2: Those are expensive peas, that's one. Hell of those are
- 40:20Speaker 2: macadamia nuts. Those are well, we're not talking the mister peanut,
- 40:24Speaker 2: the monicle stuff. Those are high end. Those are the
- 40:27Speaker 2: great pupona.
- 40:27Speaker 3: Fin at costco. Is what you're saying?
- 40:29Speaker 2: Number seventeen. In twenty eighteen, Joe Biden called Hunter, Biden
- 40:34Speaker 2: and left a voicemail about a business deal with the
- 40:37Speaker 2: Chinese energy company CEFC. The voicemail revealed the Biden family's
- 40:41Speaker 2: concern that sensitive information was included in a New York
- 40:44Speaker 2: Times article about Hunter Biden's involvement with CFC chairman Ye
- 40:48Speaker 2: Jin Ming. Hey pal, it's dad. It's eight fifteen on
- 40:53Speaker 2: Wednesday night. If you have a get a chance, just
- 40:56Speaker 2: give me a call. Nothing urgent. I just wanted to
- 40:58Speaker 2: talk to you. That's what Joe Biden said, But he continued,
- 41:04Speaker 2: I thought the article released online it's going to be
- 41:06Speaker 2: printed tomorrow in the Times, was good. I think you're clear.
- 41:10Speaker 2: And anyway, if you give it, get a chance to
- 41:11Speaker 2: give me a call. I love you. That's how the
- 41:14Speaker 2: message concludes.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Definitely not talking about business there.
- 41:17Speaker 1: No, not at all because the article. You know, I
- 41:19Speaker 1: had nothing to do but business.
- 41:20Speaker 2: But the article is about Manjan Yeah, it was not
- 41:23Speaker 2: about the corrupt business deals. Had nothing to do with
- 41:25Speaker 2: corrupt business deals. Mind. You just read it and said, Okay,
- 41:28Speaker 2: I think you're in the clear right here. Okay, wow.
- 41:30Speaker 2: Sure they didn't report the bad stuff on this one.
- 41:32Speaker 2: It is the Times.
- 41:33Speaker 1: They have our back, not bad, not bad for peanuts
- 41:36Speaker 1: day of work right with the cash there number eighteen.
- 41:38Speaker 1: But first, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile, the
- 41:40Speaker 1: only conservative cell phone company in the US. If you
- 41:44Speaker 1: are just sick and tired like I am, and you're

- 41:53Speaker 3: They give you amazing nationwide coverage.

- 43:07Speaker 1: that Joe Biden collected quote half my family for thirty years.
- 43:12Speaker 1: The money salary, my salary for thirty years. Hunter reportly
- 43:15Speaker 1: paid thousands of dollars for Joe Biden's house repairs from
- 43:20Speaker 1: the money reportly obtained from selling access to Joe Biden.
- 43:24Speaker 3: Quote.
- 43:24Speaker 1: I hope all of you can do what I did
- 43:26Speaker 1: and pay for everything for this entire family for thirty years.
- 43:32Speaker 1: That's the text, quote unquote from Hunter. It's really hard,
- 43:35Speaker 1: but don't worry. Unlike Pop that would be Joe Biden,
- 43:39Speaker 1: I won't make you give me half your salary.
- 43:43Speaker 2: Holy cow, that's.
- 43:45Speaker 1: A lot of money. If you're not talking about business.
- 43:47Speaker 1: That's nasty, all right. Number nineteen the last in the list.
- 43:51Speaker 1: In twenty twenty, three.
- 43:53Speaker 2: Former Obama White House stenographer Mike McCormick alleged that the
- 43:56Speaker 2: FBI had ignored Joe Biden's role in the family's foreign
- 44:00Speaker 2: influenced peddling conspiracy in Ukraine. McCormick, who told The New
- 44:05Speaker 2: York Post he has relevant information implicating Joe Biden the
- 44:08Speaker 2: family business affairs in Ukraine, submitted a tip to the
- 44:11Speaker 2: FBI in February. McCormick said he had never heard back
- 44:14Speaker 2: from the FBI. That's a pattern. This same law enforcement
- 44:17Speaker 2: agency which allegedly shut down the investigation of Hunter's abandoned
- 44:21Speaker 2: laptop from Hell. According to McCormick, Biden's farmer, National Security
- 44:25Speaker 2: aid Sullivan told reporters on April twenty first, twenty fourteen,
- 44:29Speaker 2: on Air Force two, as an anonymous quote senior Administration official,
- 44:34Speaker 2: that the United States intended to help Ukraine's natural gas industry.
- 44:40Speaker 2: Unknown to the public at the time, Hunter Biden was
- 44:42Speaker 2: already a board member of Barisma, Interestingly enough, a Ukrainian
- 44:47Speaker 2: natural gas company. Hunter's position on the board was not
- 44:50Speaker 2: disclosed by the company until May twelfth, twenty fourteen, nearly
