- 0:00Speaker 1: Joe Biden's press conference on guns and the Second Amendment
- 0:03Speaker 1: was filled with lies, misinformation, and made up statistics and facts,
- 0:09Speaker 1: all to take away the rights of law biding citizens
- 0:12Speaker 1: from the ability to own the gun which they think
- 0:15Speaker 1: is the best gun for them. I want you to
- 0:17Speaker 1: understand exactly what Joe Biden has done in this executive
- 0:23Speaker 1: order slash get a new anti gun ATF guy to
- 0:26Speaker 1: be in charge. He's saying, you have the right to
- 0:30Speaker 1: own a gun, just not any gun you want that
- 0:34Speaker 1: is not what the constitution says. He's saying, you have
- 0:37Speaker 1: the right to own a gun, just not a gun
- 0:40Speaker 1: that has more than an arbitrary number of bullets that
- 0:43Speaker 1: we decide that your gun should be able to hold.
- 0:46Speaker 1: He's saying that you should have the right to own
- 0:52Speaker 1: a gun, just as long as it's a gun that
- 0:54Speaker 1: we think is not a gun that would make any
- 0:57Speaker 1: of us nervous or law enforcement officials that we've talked
- 1:02Speaker 1: to nervous about this gun. There are certain links of
- 1:06Speaker 1: your gun that you should or should not have an
- 1:08Speaker 1: arbitrary number that we have chosen, that we have picked
- 1:11Speaker 1: that we believe is right for you. We also are
- 1:14Speaker 1: going to imply that there are new gun control laws
- 1:17Speaker 1: that you need, okay, to be in favor of it.
- 1:21Speaker 1: If you don't, then you're clearly un American. You're clearly
- 1:26Speaker 1: anti American. You're trying to kill people. And the only
- 1:30Speaker 1: people that would want these guns are psychotic people and
- 1:33Speaker 1: people that deserve to not have the right to buy
- 1:34Speaker 1: a gun based on red flag laws, which brings us
- 1:37Speaker 1: to the next point. Joe Biden doesn't just want to
- 1:40Speaker 1: ban quote, assault weapons and magazines have an arbitrary number
- 1:44Speaker 1: that they have decided that you shouldn't be able to have.
- 1:47Speaker 1: But they want your family and friends to be able
- 1:49Speaker 1: to turn you in, or people that claim that they're
- 1:51Speaker 1: your family and or your friends that want to turn
- 1:53Speaker 1: you in for red flag laws which would allow you
- 1:55Speaker 1: to not be able to buy any gun at all.
- 1:59Speaker 1: This is the law coming from the same people that
- 2:01Speaker 1: won't protect our border and now they want to take
- 2:05Speaker 1: your guns away from you. Now, if you listen to
- 2:11Speaker 1: this press conference, you would think that there is a
- 2:16Speaker 1: bunch of kumbaya, right. Kamala Harris came out and she's
- 2:21Speaker 1: pretty much running the country, So I'm going to start
- 2:23Speaker 1: with her. Kamala Harris came out and said that she
- 2:26Speaker 1: believes that there are real people on both sides yow
- 2:29Speaker 1: that want action, I would argue, based in fact, that's
- 2:32Speaker 1: absolutely not true. Good morning. Over the course of my career,
- 2:40Speaker 1: I have seen gun violence up close. I've looked at
- 2:44Speaker 1: autopsy photographs. I've seen with my own two eyes what
- 2:48Speaker 1: a bullet can do to the human body. I've held
- 2:52Speaker 1: hands with the hands of parents who have lost a child.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I have seen children who are traumatized by the loss
- 3:03Speaker 1: of a parent or sibling. You know, it's interesting that
- 3:06Speaker 1: Kamala Harris is lecturing me on traumatizing of children when
- 3:12Speaker 1: she's the one who's the border crisis czar who has
- 3:16Speaker 1: still not gone down to the border to visit the
- 3:18Speaker 1: crisis of kids in cages, kids on top of each other,
- 3:22Speaker 1: like there's some sort of rats or mice in a
- 3:26Speaker 1: cage waiting for some sort of experiment to be done
- 3:29Speaker 1: on them. You know, it's interesting that she's going to
- 3:32Speaker 1: criticize and lecture US Americans about the trauma of children
- 3:38Speaker 1: when she's the one that's allowing for these kids to
- 3:40Speaker 1: be literally thrown over border fences. Children infants, and kids
- 3:45Speaker 1: who are drowning and dying in the Rio Grand River.
- 3:50Speaker 1: This is the woman who's in charge of the quote
- 3:52Speaker 1: crisis of the kids in cages, hasn't gone to the
- 3:56Speaker 1: border to see any of this, seeing the kids that
- 3:58Speaker 1: are being sexually assaulted, seeing the kids that are dying,
- 4:02Speaker 1: seeing the kids that are abused verbally and physically by
- 4:05Speaker 1: the cartel members and the human smugglers coming across the border,
- 4:09Speaker 1: who could then go into a life of human trafficking,
- 4:12Speaker 1: sex trafficking. United States of America. You want to talk
- 4:15Speaker 1: about traumatizing kids, go down to look at the cages
- 4:17Speaker 1: you're keeping them in. Of course, the administration yesterday after
- 4:21Speaker 1: they election to the American people on the trauma to
- 4:24Speaker 1: children with gun crimes, right, and why we should just
- 4:27Speaker 1: give up all of our rights because they say there's
- 4:29Speaker 1: trauma that's being done in this country, not talking about
- 4:32Speaker 1: any of the aspects of our constitution or the things
- 4:34Speaker 1: that actually stop some of the trauma. People stop bad
- 4:38Speaker 1: people from doing things that cause trauma with guns every day,
- 4:42Speaker 1: including killing and raping of women and children, including the
- 4:45Speaker 1: beating and abuse of women and children. Guns are an
- 4:49Speaker 1: equalizer to help good people protect themselves from people that
- 4:53Speaker 1: do harm and evil. You would think that they would
- 4:57Speaker 1: have brought up some of that, but no, everything was
- 5:01Speaker 1: about guns are bad and that you don't need the guns.
- 5:04Speaker 1: We say you don't need, and we're doing this to
- 5:06Speaker 1: protect the children. Well, why aren't you protecting the children
- 5:08Speaker 1: at the border, then, if this is all about kids,
- 5:11Speaker 1: you know, stop lecturing me when you're in charge of
- 5:13Speaker 1: the border crisis. You're the one putting the kids in cages.
- 5:15Speaker 1: You're the one they're allowing for a marketplace for children
- 5:18Speaker 1: to be abused sexually and physically and to quite possibly
- 5:22Speaker 1: die coming across the border and making people money off
- 5:24Speaker 1: these kids. So please stop lecturing me on children when
- 5:29Speaker 1: you're the one that refused to go look at the
- 5:31Speaker 1: abuse of the children at the border. But don't worry,
- 5:35Speaker 1: the White House wasn't done. They've got more to tell
- 5:37Speaker 1: you about why you need to give up your rights
- 5:39Speaker 1: because it's really good for the country. And I have
- 5:43Speaker 1: fought my entire career to end this violence and to
- 5:47Speaker 1: pass reasonable gun safety laws. Let's stop with that real quick.
- 5:51Speaker 1: What is a reasonable gun safety law? Taking all semi
- 5:57Speaker 1: automatic rifles and banning them, is that a reasonable gun
- 6:01Speaker 1: safety law? I would argue, no, that is not a
- 6:06Speaker 1: reasonable gun safety law. Taking an arbitrary number and wanting
- 6:16Speaker 1: to pass a law that says I can only have
- 6:18Speaker 1: eight bullets or nine bullets or seven bullets like I'm
- 6:21Speaker 1: Barney Fife. Is not a reasonable gun safety law. Having
- 6:26Speaker 1: red flag laws that would allow for someone who doesn't
- 6:29Speaker 1: like me to take ay my right to protect and
- 6:32Speaker 1: defend myself, or allowing for abuse of exes to take
- 6:35Speaker 1: away the rights of their exes. Maybe they're going through
- 6:40Speaker 1: a custody battle or a divorce and you call and
- 6:44Speaker 1: you screw with them by saying we need to report
- 6:47Speaker 1: a red flag law the person that I love, when
- 6:49Speaker 1: in reality you hate them. You say may harm themselves
- 6:53Speaker 1: and they need to have their guns taken away. That
- 6:55Speaker 1: is not a reasonable law. But they'll disguise it as
- 7:00Speaker 1: that and lie to you and tell you that's exactly
- 7:02Speaker 1: what they're doing. And I want to get back to
- 7:05Speaker 1: Kamala Harrison more of what she had to say as
- 7:08Speaker 1: she unveiled the executive actions. No laws were passes all
- 7:12Speaker 1: through the swipe of a pen on gun control and
- 7:15Speaker 1: what they want to do moving forward. Time and again,
- 7:20Speaker 1: as progress has stalled, we've all asked, what are we
- 7:24Speaker 1: waiting for? Let's talk about progress stalling. For just a second,
- 7:29Speaker 1: when you hear a politician say what she just said,
- 7:32Speaker 1: what are we waiting for? I can tell you progress
- 7:35Speaker 1: hasn't stalled. The American people have said no to what
- 7:38Speaker 1: you're selling. And this is what she and Joe Biden
- 7:42Speaker 1: don't understand. Democrats are in charge of the Senate, Democrats
- 7:48Speaker 1: are in charge of the House. Democrats are in charge
- 7:51Speaker 1: of the White House. You want to know why they're
- 7:54Speaker 1: not getting this law passed through traditional means, or a
- 8:00Speaker 1: massive gun control law through traditional means. I'll say exactly why,
- 8:05Speaker 1: because the Democratic Party is even saying no to this.
- 8:09Speaker 1: That's why you won't know why under the Obama administration,
- 8:13Speaker 1: when they had almost a supermajority in the House and
- 8:16Speaker 1: the Senate and the White House where they could pretty
- 8:20Speaker 1: much do whatever the hell they wanted to do during
- 8:21Speaker 1: the first year two years, why they didn't pass any
- 8:23Speaker 1: gun control measures because Democrats said no to it. So
- 8:28Speaker 1: this idea that as she put, you know, what are
- 8:30Speaker 1: we quote waiting for? As she said, right like, what
- 8:32Speaker 1: are we what are we waiting for? What are we
- 8:35Speaker 1: waiting for? It's not waiting for anything. The American people
- 8:41Speaker 1: have said no to what you're selling them. They in fact,
- 8:44Speaker 1: the American people have actually said hell no to what
- 8:48Speaker 1: you're selling them. Your own party has said hell no
- 8:51Speaker 1: to what you are selling them. Your own party has
- 8:55Speaker 1: said uh, your own party has said, we don't want
- 9:00Speaker 1: dream gun control. We don't want you to take away
- 9:02Speaker 1: our right to bear arms. We don't want you to
- 9:03Speaker 1: take away our guns. We don't want you to arbitrarily
- 9:06Speaker 1: give us a number of bullets that we can carry.
- 9:09Speaker 1: So don't ever say something that's stupid. Again, what are
- 9:12Speaker 1: we waiting for. If you guys had the votes, you
- 9:14Speaker 1: would do it. You don't have the votes because the
- 9:16Speaker 1: American people keep telling you over and over again that
- 9:18Speaker 1: they're saying no to this. They don't want it, that's
- 9:22Speaker 1: what they're saying. You're just not listening. In fact, I
- 9:27Speaker 1: actually argue that you know exactly what I'm saying, and
- 9:29Speaker 1: you are listening, because that's the reason why you did
- 9:32Speaker 1: what you did yesterday. That's the reason why you decided
- 9:36Speaker 1: to go around Congress because Congress had already told you no.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Interesting how that works, isn't it? Because we aren't waiting
- 9:46Speaker 1: for a tragedy. I know that we've had more tragedy
- 9:51Speaker 1: than we can bear. We aren't waiting for solutions either,
- 9:55Speaker 1: because the solutions exist. They already exist. People on both
- 10:01Speaker 1: sides of the aisle want action. That's a lie. If
- 10:06Speaker 1: that was true, then you guys would pass a bill
- 10:08Speaker 1: in Congress. If that was true, you'd have a bipartisan
- 10:11Speaker 1: bill when you control the House and the Senate that
- 10:14Speaker 1: would actually get past. There's a reason why that's not happening.
- 10:19Speaker 1: It's because people have rejected it, and people have said no,
- 10:24Speaker 1: people have said we're not going to do this. People
- 10:26Speaker 1: have said, ah, your own party is rejecting you. Because
- 10:31Speaker 1: what you guys do is you don't look at the
- 10:33Speaker 1: actual tragedy and try to figure out how to fix it.
- 10:36Speaker 1: You guys keep going back in and selling a narrative
- 10:38Speaker 1: every time there is a tragedy, regardless of if it
- 10:41Speaker 1: would actually have fixed the problem or not. That is
- 10:45Speaker 1: the problem with what you're trying to do. That's the
- 10:48Speaker 1: problem with what you're trying to sell. That's the reason
- 10:51Speaker 1: why there's an issue. There is not bipartisan support for
- 10:56Speaker 1: what you're doing. So stop telling the American people and
- 10:59Speaker 1: stop saying that. Real people on both sides of the
- 11:02Speaker 1: aisle want action. So all that is left is the
- 11:08Speaker 1: will and the courage to act. By the way, I
- 11:18Speaker 1: love the one random woman in the background that's acting
- 11:21Speaker 1: like she's at a high school cheer competition. It's amazing.
- 11:25Speaker 1: And President Joe Biden has the will and the courage
- 11:29Speaker 1: to act as a United States senator. I'm going to
- 11:38Speaker 1: stop her there, but it's interesting. And if you notice,
- 11:41Speaker 1: she's the one taking the lead here. You notice that, right,
- 11:45Speaker 1: She's the one that's moving us forward here. It's not
- 11:49Speaker 1: Joe Biden, it's Kamala Harris. Now, Joe Biden did come
- 11:55Speaker 1: out and say some stuff, right, He told us that
- 11:58Speaker 1: the Constitution was no longer a document that actually protects you.
- 12:04Speaker 1: The Second Amendment right is is not at stake here,
- 12:08Speaker 1: he said, it's a phony argument that suggests that there
- 12:10Speaker 1: are Second Amendment rights at stake. The Second Amendment is everything.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Don't tell me it's a quote phony argument, as he
- 12:18Speaker 1: described it yesterday. Nothing. Nothing I'm about to recommend in
- 12:23Speaker 1: any way impinges on the Second Amendment. Their phony arguments
- 12:27Speaker 1: suggesting that these are Second Amendment rights at stake from
- 12:30Speaker 1: what we're talking about. But no amendment, no amendment to
- 12:35Speaker 1: the Constitution is absolute. You can't yell crowd. You can't
- 12:39Speaker 1: yell fire in a crowd of movie theater. We call
- 12:41Speaker 1: a freedom of speech. From the very beginning, you couldn't
- 12:44Speaker 1: own any weapon you wanted to own. On the very
- 12:47Speaker 1: beginning of the Second Amendment existed, certain people weren't allowed
- 12:50Speaker 1: to have weapons. So the idea is just bizarre to
- 12:53Speaker 1: suggest that some of the things we're recommending are contrary
- 12:56Speaker 1: to the constitution. Gun violence in this country is an epidemic.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Let me say it again. Okay. So he's telling me
- 13:08Speaker 1: that we're going to do something on guns and it
- 13:10Speaker 1: has nothing to do has nothing to do with a
- 13:18Speaker 1: Second Amendment. Okay, Then what does it have to do
- 13:19Speaker 1: with because we're talking about banning guns. So tell me
- 13:25Speaker 1: what else it's dealing with. I don't know. I would
- 13:29Speaker 1: love to know. I don't tell me what it is.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Tell me where this fits in somewhere else. Please, will
- 13:34Speaker 1: you tell me that? Let me know. I'm waiting. I
- 13:37Speaker 1: want to know. I really do, genuinely want to know.
- 13:40Speaker 1: What is it that this deals with. If it doesn't
- 13:42Speaker 1: deal with a Second Amendment, and if it is an
- 13:45Speaker 1: attack on the Second Amendment, then what's an attack on?
- 13:48Speaker 1: Explain that to me, this goes back to my opening statement.
- 13:52Speaker 1: This is all based on bs. It's all based on lies, deception,
- 13:58Speaker 1: false narratives. This is absolutely an attack on our Second
- 14:02Speaker 1: Amendment rights that says very clearly shall not be infringed.
- 14:06Speaker 1: And if it wasn't about our Secondment rights, you guys
- 14:09Speaker 1: wouldn't be talking about and bringing it up so much.
- 14:13Speaker 1: They're the ones have been bringing it up so much, right,
- 14:16Speaker 1: They're the ones that are talking about it NonStop. They're
- 14:22Speaker 1: the ones that are having a conversation about it and
- 14:26Speaker 1: how we need to limit our Second Amendment rights and
- 14:28Speaker 1: saying the Constitution is just nothing. They're attacking our rights
- 14:35Speaker 1: and we all know it. And when they tell you
- 14:37Speaker 1: that they're not attacking your rights, that's when you know
- 14:40Speaker 1: they're attacking your rights. When they tell you it's a
- 14:41Speaker 1: phony argument to suggests that these seconds that are your
- 14:44Speaker 1: Secondment rights are stake, that's when you know that your
- 14:46Speaker 1: Second Amendment rights are at stake. When they tell you
- 14:50Speaker 1: this run run away from this legislation. When he talks
- 14:57Speaker 1: about these red flag laws right where they want to
- 15:00Speaker 1: take away your right to own a firearm. If someone
- 15:02Speaker 1: turns you in and says you might be a threat
- 15:05Speaker 1: to society without there really being much checks and balances
- 15:08Speaker 1: where you could lose your right to defend yourself instantly
- 15:12Speaker 1: and then you got to go fight to get those
- 15:14Speaker 1: rights back. That, in my opinion, is a clear violation
- 15:17Speaker 1: of the Second Amendment rights. You want to come after
- 15:20Speaker 1: my guns, you better tell me in advance, not come
- 15:23Speaker 1: get them them. Me have to beg you to get
- 15:25Speaker 1: them back because their red flag law, what they're advocating for,
- 15:31Speaker 1: is a walk into your house because someone's accused you
- 15:34Speaker 1: of being a threat to yourself or society, they take
- 15:37Speaker 1: away your guns, and then you have the burden approof
- 15:39Speaker 1: to go to them and explain to them why you're
- 15:42Speaker 1: not a threat to yourself or someone else. That's not
- 15:45Speaker 1: how the Second Amendment works. Now, Joe Biden has come
- 15:49Speaker 1: out saying and lying to you saying, first off, your
- 15:52Speaker 1: Second Amendments attack and everything I'm doing through Executive order
- 15:56Speaker 1: on guns has nothing to do with your Second Amendment.
- 15:57Speaker 1: That is a lie. Second thing, as he's talking about
- 16:00Speaker 1: these red flag laws and he says, I'm going to
- 16:03Speaker 1: demand that states and act their own red flag laws.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Red flag laws are one of the scariest attacks on
- 16:08Speaker 1: the Second Amendment rights that we have in this country.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Here is what Joe Biden had to say about red
- 16:14Speaker 1: flag laws, as he's coming after our rights through these
- 16:18Speaker 1: quote laws that are going to keep you safe, that's
- 16:20Speaker 1: what they claim. Fourthly, during my campaign for president, I
- 16:26Speaker 1: wanted to make it easier for states to adopt extreme
- 16:29Speaker 1: risk protection order laws. They're also called red flag laws,
- 16:34Speaker 1: which everybody in this law knows, but many people listening
- 16:37Speaker 1: do not know. These laws allow a police or family
- 16:42Speaker 1: member to petition a court in their jurisdiction and say,
- 16:47Speaker 1: I want you to temporarily move from the following people
- 16:50Speaker 1: any firearm that may possess because they're a danger and
- 16:55Speaker 1: a crisis. They're presenting a danger to themselves and to others,
- 16:59Speaker 1: and makes a ruling. To put this in perspective, more
- 17:03Speaker 1: than half of all suicides, for example, involve the use
- 17:07Speaker 1: of a firearm. But when a gun's not available an
- 17:12Speaker 1: attempt at suicide, the death rate drops precipitously. States that
- 17:18Speaker 1: have red flag laws have seen and see the reduction
- 17:23Speaker 1: in the number of suicides in their states. Every single month.
- 17:28Speaker 1: By the way, an average of fifty three women are
- 17:33Speaker 1: shot and killed by an intimate partner. I wrote the
- 17:38Speaker 1: Violence Against Women Act. It's been a constant struggle to
- 17:42Speaker 1: keep it moving. We know red flag laws can have
- 17:45Speaker 1: significant effect in protecting women from domestic violence, and we
- 17:49Speaker 1: know red flag laws can stop mass shooters before they
- 17:53Speaker 1: can act out their violent plants. I'm proud excuse the
- 17:58Speaker 1: point of personal privilege used to stay in the Senate.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I'm proud that the red flag law in my home
- 18:03Speaker 1: state of Delaware was named after my son, Attorney General
- 18:06Speaker 1: Boe Biden, and our son, excuse me, Jill, who proposed
- 18:10Speaker 1: that legislation back in twenty thirteen. I want to see
- 18:14Speaker 1: a national red flag law and legislation to incentivized states
- 18:20Speaker 1: to enact their own red flag laws. Today, I asked
- 18:24Speaker 1: the Justice Department to publish a model red flag legislation
- 18:29Speaker 1: so states can start crafting their own laws right now,
- 18:33Speaker 1: just like with background checks. The vast majority of the
- 18:36Speaker 1: Americans support these extreme risk Protection order laws. By the way,
- 18:41Speaker 1: that's not true. It's not accurate. They're just making up
- 18:43Speaker 1: crap as they go. The majority of Americans are not
- 18:47Speaker 1: in favor of having a disgruntled X, or disgruntled family
- 18:50Speaker 1: member or a disgruntled friend be able to call the
- 18:55Speaker 1: police and say you need to lose all of your
- 18:57Speaker 1: rights to bear arms right now because we think you
- 19:00Speaker 1: may harm us or somebody else. That's not accurate. What
- 19:04Speaker 1: is accurate is the majority of Americans are in favor
- 19:07Speaker 1: of you not having access to weapons if you are
- 19:09Speaker 1: committed against your will or declared mentally insane temporarily or
- 19:15Speaker 1: mentally incompetent through a judge against your will. What they're
- 19:20Speaker 1: not in favor of is just saying, hey, I'm going
- 19:22Speaker 1: through an ugly divorce. Right, fifty percent of Americans go
- 19:25Speaker 1: through their divorce more than fifty percent, So more than
- 19:28Speaker 1: fifty percent go through divorce, A lot of them are ugly,
- 19:32Speaker 1: and apparently a phenomenal way to screw with somebody who
- 19:35Speaker 1: loves their firearms, or just screw them in general, and
- 19:39Speaker 1: say you call the police to say, hey, my husband
- 19:42Speaker 1: is I think a threat to himself and others around him,
- 19:44Speaker 1: and he's been having some major bouts with depression, etc.
- 19:48Speaker 1: And you need to I need to red flag him.
- 19:52Speaker 1: All of a sudden that get involved, They show up, Bam,
- 19:55Speaker 1: take away your guns. You got to fight the government
- 19:56Speaker 1: to get your guns back. You got an AX that
- 20:00Speaker 1: decides to screw with you. You got a former employee
- 20:04Speaker 1: or a friend that doesn't like that your pro second
- 20:06Speaker 1: Amendment for just basic political reasons, and they decide to
- 20:10Speaker 1: screw with you and take away your guns. What you're
- 20:15Speaker 1: doing is you're turning neighbor against neighbor, citizen against citizen.
- 20:19Speaker 1: You're basically saying, if you think someone has a large
- 20:22Speaker 1: arsenal of weapons and you don't like it, here is
- 20:24Speaker 1: a false flag to red flag them and turn them in.
- 20:31Speaker 1: The problem is, the burden of proof is now on
- 20:34Speaker 1: you to tell the government or to get the government
- 20:36Speaker 1: to understand that you're not a threat to society. The
- 20:41Speaker 1: other reason why this is a terrible decision from the
- 20:45Speaker 1: Biden administration is it makes people extremely paranoid who are
- 20:49Speaker 1: already paranoid from going and seeking mental health. We are
- 20:52Speaker 1: trying to humanize mental health problems in this country. We
- 21:00Speaker 1: are trying to incentivize people to get help, especially those
- 21:04Speaker 1: that are depressed by polar etc. Schizophrenic. What we don't
- 21:07Speaker 1: want to do is make a person who is already
- 21:09Speaker 1: paranoid even more paranoid that if they go get help,
- 21:12Speaker 1: that then somehow that's going to be used against them.
- 21:14Speaker 1: So that they can't protect themselves because look, if I
- 21:17Speaker 1: am manic, if I am bipolar, or have any other
- 21:19Speaker 1: mental health issue like that, there is nothing in the
- 21:22Speaker 1: Constitution that says I shouldn't be able to defend myself
- 21:24Speaker 1: at three am when someone kicks in the back door.
- 21:28Speaker 1: What this law would allow for is exactly that taking
- 21:32Speaker 1: away the rights of people that maybe deal with depression
- 21:36Speaker 1: or who are on medication from defending and protecting themselves. Now,
- 21:42Speaker 1: you have people that refuse to go get help because
- 21:43Speaker 1: they're afraid that if they go ask for help, then
- 21:46Speaker 1: the government's going to say, well, how many guns do
- 21:48Speaker 1: you have? Okay, we're going to take those away because
- 21:52Speaker 1: we believe that you don't have the right to own
- 21:54Speaker 1: that gun because you deal with mental health or you
- 21:55Speaker 1: came and asked for mental health help. This is insane.
- 22:02Speaker 1: And what Joe Biden is saying here is he's gone, well,
- 22:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna I'm gonna push this legislation forward right because
- 22:08Speaker 1: it's it's we know what's best for you. I'm Joe Biden.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I know what's best for you. And these states seemed
- 22:16Speaker 1: to enact their own red flag laws. I hope the
- 22:18Speaker 1: majority of these states will not do it. I'm sure
- 22:19Speaker 1: some liberal states will. But all you're gonna do is
- 22:22Speaker 1: make people that are already stressed out even more stressed
- 22:24Speaker 1: out over these red flag laws. You know. He also
- 22:31Speaker 1: went after pistol braces. Biden said that pistol braces make
- 22:35Speaker 1: the pistol a hell of a lot more accurate than
- 22:39Speaker 1: a many rifle, so therefore we should get rid of them.
- 22:43Speaker 1: He makes no sense when he's speaking yesterday. They want
- 22:47Speaker 1: to get rid of stabilizers for a handgun, which allows
- 22:51Speaker 1: for many that are handicapped and many that are older
- 22:54Speaker 1: to more accurately shoot a firearm. Apparently we want people
- 22:58Speaker 1: to be less accurate now with a firearm. If you
- 23:01Speaker 1: listen to the logic of Joe Biden. The section action
- 23:04Speaker 1: the second action, we're going to take back. In two
- 23:07Speaker 1: thoear two thousand and a Bureau of Alcohol to Back
- 23:10Speaker 1: on Firearms released a report on its investigations of firearms
- 23:14Speaker 1: trafficking in America. The report was a pivotal values of
- 23:18Speaker 1: an important tool for policymakers when I was in the
- 23:21Speaker 1: Senate and beyond at all levels to stop firearms from
- 23:26Speaker 1: being illegally diverted into dangerous hands. Today, with online sales
- 23:32Speaker 1: and ghost guns. Times and trafficking methods have changed and
- 23:38Speaker 1: we have to adjust. We also have to ask the
- 23:41Speaker 1: Just Department to release a new and and report. This
- 23:44Speaker 1: report will better help policymakers address firearms trafficking as it
- 23:49Speaker 1: is today, not what it was yesterday. The third change,
- 23:55Speaker 1: we want to treat pistols modified with stabilizing braces, but
- 24:00Speaker 1: the seriousness they deserve. A stabilizing brace, shook and a
- 24:03Speaker 1: pencil essentially makes that pistol a hell a lot more
- 24:07Speaker 1: accurate and a many rifle. As a result, it's more lethal.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Effectively turn it into a short barreled rifle. That's what
- 24:16Speaker 1: the alleged shooter and boulder appears to have done. I
- 24:19Speaker 1: want to be clear that these modifications to firearms that
- 24:23Speaker 1: make them more lethal should be subject to the National
- 24:26Speaker 1: Firearms Act. The National Farms Act requires that a potential
- 24:31Speaker 1: owner paid two hundred dollars fee and submit their name
- 24:35Speaker 1: and other identifying information to the Justice Department. Chess says
- 24:38Speaker 1: that would if they went out and purchased a silencer
- 24:41Speaker 1: for a gun. So, in translation, what Biden is saying
- 24:48Speaker 1: is pistol braces are evil and should be banned. Because
- 24:53Speaker 1: a pistol brace that helps many people that are elderly,
- 24:57Speaker 1: many people that are handicaps shoot more accurately, is bad
- 25:01Speaker 1: because it allows them to shoot a handgun more accurately.
- 25:07Speaker 1: His exact quote is it makes that pistol a hell
- 25:10Speaker 1: of a lot more accurate. Why would we not want
- 25:12Speaker 1: to make guns accurate? Do you want to be randomly
- 25:15Speaker 1: spring bullets like all over the place? Is what Joe
- 25:19Speaker 1: Biden advocating for is selling less accurate handguns so more
- 25:22Speaker 1: innocent bystanders or others may be shot and killed. I
- 25:25Speaker 1: thought it was a good thing to have a gun
- 25:27Speaker 1: that's like super accurate, so you can hit your target
- 25:32Speaker 1: and your target only and put fewer lives at risk,
- 25:35Speaker 1: if your people's lives at risk. Right, No, no, no, Now,
- 25:38Speaker 1: what he's saying is is we want to be less accurate,
- 25:42Speaker 1: less accurate. It's what we're going for now. We don't
- 25:45Speaker 1: want to be more accurate, we want to be less accurate.
- 25:47Speaker 1: So I want to ban these things because I want
- 25:50Speaker 1: to be less accurate. This is what Joe Biden's doing.
- 25:54Speaker 1: And if you're opposed to any of this, don't forget
- 25:58Speaker 1: you're the worst person the world. You are if you're
- 26:04Speaker 1: not okay with us and you don't want to just
- 26:08Speaker 1: freely give up your rights, you're the worst personal world.
- 26:11Speaker 1: You're basically trying to kill innocent people in this country.
- 26:13Speaker 1: You're the equivalent of a terrorist. All right. Lastly, you
- 26:18Speaker 1: just want to remind you how important it is for you, guys,
