- 0:36Speaker 2: created community dedicated to health literacy, holistic wellderness, and as
- 0:42Speaker 2: well as breaking the stigma and myths about sexual health
- 0:46Speaker 2: and sexual satisfaction. They are real, authentic media physicians promoting
- 0:51Speaker 2: health literacy, holistic wellness and sexual health education. Please welcome
- 0:57Speaker 2: to the Money Making Conversation Masterclass, Doctor Trey and doctor mac.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Ladies. How are you doing?
- 1:03Speaker 1: We are great. I just want to jump in really quickly.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Thank you Rashawan. As always, you know I have to
- 1:09Speaker 1: just give my heart to you because you have been
- 1:12Speaker 1: there with me, Doctor Max since two thousand and seven.
- 1:16Speaker 4: So heck, we almost going on twenty years, buddies, but
- 1:20Speaker 4: we're still doing great things.
- 1:21Speaker 1: And I'm so proud of all the success that you've
- 1:24Speaker 1: had with your massive class. I appreciate the opportunity today.
- 1:27Speaker 1: We really thank you for the honor to be able
- 1:30Speaker 1: to You know, I've kind of shifted my pivoted in
- 1:33Speaker 1: my platform. You know, for years I've just focused on
- 1:36Speaker 1: my dermatology with skin and hair. But honestly, Rashan, I
- 1:40Speaker 1: had so much outreach for all these years saying can
- 1:43Speaker 1: you help us on.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Other health topics.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Well, I'm internal medicine doctor as well, like I can
- 1:48Speaker 1: talk about everything from head to to the toe on
- 1:52Speaker 1: inside outside from medical issues. So I said, well, what
- 1:56Speaker 1: better way to do that than to bring on my
- 1:59Speaker 1: real yet And when I tell you, doctor Trey is
- 2:02Speaker 1: my brilliant partner, I have to share this one quick
- 2:06Speaker 1: moment because doctor Trey and I go back to summer
- 2:10Speaker 1: of nineteen eighty six. We came into a Howard pre
- 2:12Speaker 1: med program together. We successfully finished that, we entered Howard
- 2:16Speaker 1: Mad School.
- 2:17Speaker 4: We finished there.
- 2:17Speaker 1: In Howard nineteen ninety we entered in Howard Med School
- 2:21Speaker 1: together finished out of there.
- 2:23Speaker 4: She became a brilliant.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Psychiatrist that specializes in sexual health as a sexual health therapist.
- 2:30Speaker 4: And as I heard from.
- 2:32Speaker 1: People saying they wanted to hear broader subject matter, everybody's
- 2:35Speaker 1: concerned about sexual health.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Let's keep it real, you know.
- 2:38Speaker 1: And I said, well, what better person to bring on
- 2:41Speaker 1: than doctor Trey, because this woman has three decades worth
- 2:44Speaker 1: of expertise, Like she's not the psychologist. No disrespect to
- 2:49Speaker 1: the doctor Ruth and the doctor George Brothers and these
- 2:52Speaker 1: other people, but respectfully, she knows the anatomy of the
- 2:55Speaker 1: body and that is the most important thing when it
- 2:58Speaker 1: comes to fulfilling the wellness of the body. When it
- 3:01Speaker 1: comes to sexual health is you got to know the
- 3:04Speaker 1: inside and out compartments. And so she knows all of that.
- 3:07Speaker 1: But I give credence to doctor Trey Rishan. I have
- 3:11Speaker 1: to share this September of nineteen what was it, nineteen
- 3:16Speaker 1: ninety three, I believe we were in and we were
- 3:20Speaker 1: transitioning from our southhomore to our junior year.
- 3:23Speaker 4: At Howard Hospital.
- 3:25Speaker 1: There was a large sect of us that did not
- 3:27Speaker 1: pass the Step one exam to be able to finish
- 3:30Speaker 1: to go to start into our clinical year. I had
- 3:34Speaker 1: packed up my bags with Sean. I was headed back
- 3:36Speaker 1: to Chicago. I said, forget this. I want to be
- 3:38Speaker 1: a hairstylest anyway. I don't even want to do this
- 3:40Speaker 1: doctor stuff.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Travia came to my apartment that same.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Day that I had gotten the news, along with a
- 3:48Speaker 1: whole bunch of other people that got news. But this
- 3:50Speaker 1: woman came to my apartment when she heard I was
- 3:52Speaker 1: going to pack up and go home.
- 3:54Speaker 4: She says, no, ma'am. She came in my home with
- 3:57Speaker 4: a stack of.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Study books, some tune fish with some lime and some crackers,
- 4:02Speaker 1: and she says, baby girl, you built for this.
- 4:05Speaker 4: You're not going anywhere. I get my heart to trade it.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Because she made sure that I passed that step one exam,
- 4:12Speaker 1: I successfully was able to enter my clinical year at
- 4:15Speaker 1: Howard University and the rest was history. So I love
- 4:19Speaker 1: this woman from the bottom of my heart. Honestly, when
- 4:22Speaker 1: no one else was there for me, this woman was
- 4:25Speaker 1: so what better person that I could bring on a
- 4:28Speaker 1: platform with me to help to empower the world on
- 4:32Speaker 1: health literacy. But this brilliant DNA mind girl right here,
- 4:36Speaker 1: doctor Trey, and I'm going to choust over to doctor
- 4:39Speaker 1: trade because.
- 4:40Speaker 2: My heart, my little intro was just it was just
- 4:44Speaker 2: got blown out the window, Doctor Trey Well.
- 4:47Speaker 5: I certainly hope to live up to the expectations. The
- 4:51Speaker 5: truth of the matter is we need to promote health
- 4:55Speaker 5: literacy in our community.
- 4:58Speaker 6: What we have.
- 4:59Speaker 5: Joined for is to collaborate to create a community dedicated
- 5:04Speaker 5: to creating health literacy and holistic wellness. Those two arms
- 5:11Speaker 5: will help us to shadow shatter and dismantle the myths
- 5:17Speaker 5: and taboos around sexual health which are at the crux
- 5:22Speaker 5: of destroying the Black family.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Right now, let me say this, doctor Trait, when you're
- 5:28Speaker 2: talking about sexual health, what exactly you referencing when that,
- 5:34Speaker 2: because doctor Mack was talking about it is more than
- 5:37Speaker 2: just the stigmas that are tied to When you say stigmas,
- 5:41Speaker 2: what stigmas are you referencing?
- 5:43Speaker 5: Well, to begin with the basic elements you have to
- 5:47Speaker 5: understand physiology, psychology, spirituality, and social settings. All of those
- 5:55Speaker 5: four components are what constitute the parameters of sexual health.
- 6:04Speaker 5: Sexual health involves sexual desire, abilities, gender identity, sexual orientation,
- 6:15Speaker 5: sexual satisfaction, sexual dysfunction, so it crosses many different areas.
- 6:22Speaker 5: But what holds them together are the four main compass
- 6:29Speaker 5: points of physiology psychology, sociology, and spirituality. So I've had
- 6:38Speaker 5: three decades of experience in connecting the mind, body, and
- 6:42Speaker 5: soul aspects in medicine, and so that's what I bring
- 6:47Speaker 5: uniquely to the table to help facilitate the discussions in
- 6:51Speaker 5: dismantling taboos and myths.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Okay, taboos, what do you mean when you say taboos?
- 6:58Speaker 5: Well, let's talk about the current status in the federal
- 7:03Speaker 5: government moving to go to only having the designations of
- 7:08Speaker 5: male and female.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Okay, that in and.
- 7:13Speaker 5: Of itself is not based in science. Not to get
- 7:17Speaker 5: too deep, but as we're aware, genetically we have the
- 7:23Speaker 5: X chromosome and the Y chromosome, and depending how those
- 7:28Speaker 5: two chromosomes come together in forming an embryo, you can
- 7:35Speaker 5: have an XX, which is a girl, x Y which
- 7:40Speaker 5: is a boy. You can have X x Y, which
- 7:43Speaker 5: a person can be born with indiscriminate sexual genitalia. You
- 7:51Speaker 5: don't know if they're male or female because they may
- 7:54Speaker 5: have remnants of both organs or you made you be
- 7:59Speaker 5: gene to collate x oh, which is only the ex.
- 8:06Speaker 6: Jane.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Let me just show you because because I know that's
- 8:11Speaker 2: the whole woke conversation that has been out there in
- 8:14Speaker 2: the political circle. Now, the conversation is that those are
- 8:19Speaker 2: rare lifestyles. That's the conversation. Now you're an expert, doctor,
- 8:23Speaker 2: maxison expert. Now, the big push if we're going to
- 8:27Speaker 2: go public, and you brought it up, is that it
- 8:30Speaker 2: was being invaded into everybody's lifestyle. In other words, everybody
- 8:36Speaker 2: had to make changes for a few, a very minute few.
- 8:41Speaker 2: So that was the big push back in this political
- 8:44Speaker 2: election is that while we're making all these massive changes,
- 8:48Speaker 2: while we're going to he she is her, all these
- 8:51Speaker 2: different terminologies that you have on your email signature, you'll
- 8:56Speaker 2: LinkedIn accounts and all these things for such a small
- 8:59Speaker 2: amount of people, not ignoring them. But why are we
- 9:02Speaker 2: making these mass changes? What that impacts everybody for such
- 9:06Speaker 2: a small few.
- 9:08Speaker 5: Well, we need to talk about the two mis aligned
- 9:14Speaker 5: concepts on as sexual identity and the other is or
- 9:20Speaker 5: gender identity versus sexual orientation.
- 9:26Speaker 6: So one of.
- 9:27Speaker 5: The misaligned, misunderstood issues is there's a differentiation between identity
- 9:37Speaker 5: and orientation. Identity is based on genetics or physiology and
- 9:48Speaker 5: psychology as well as social and spiritual aspects. In many
- 9:57Speaker 5: indigenous cultures, there is a specific acknowledgement of the different genders.
- 10:09Speaker 6: Okay, it is a.
- 10:12Speaker 5: Western European mindset that is trying to reduce it to
- 10:17Speaker 5: merely A and B. Many indigenous cultures around the world,
- 10:26Speaker 5: South Pacific, Asians, Native Americans, Polynesians, many different cultures Thailand,
- 10:35Speaker 5: for instance, recognize that human beings are on a spectrum.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Deny that doctor Drake, doctor trait. Nobody's denying that. Nobody's
- 10:47Speaker 2: denying that. And I don't want to drift too far
- 10:49Speaker 2: because we're getting into politics, you know that. And my
- 10:52Speaker 2: mind is in sociology, and so I'm very much aware
- 10:55Speaker 2: of how our patterns happen in our people, because I
- 10:58Speaker 2: think that the big case, because really we could do
- 11:01Speaker 2: a series, and I think that here and you guys talk,
- 11:03Speaker 2: we probably will get into a series because I think
- 11:05Speaker 2: it needs to be a degree of education and all that.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Because what happens is is that I understand all these dynamics,
- 11:13Speaker 2: all these different lifestyle, all different cultures.
- 11:16Speaker 3: But we talked about the United States.
- 11:18Speaker 2: We're talking about when I wake up in the morning,
- 11:20Speaker 2: you know, you know, I don't know my lifestyle, how
- 11:24Speaker 2: has it impacted and why I have to make adjustment
- 11:27Speaker 2: for a few people when it becomes a mandate, it
- 11:33Speaker 2: becomes a mandate, and that's what happened recently, and that's
- 11:37Speaker 2: why we have a new administration in the office right now.
- 11:40Speaker 3: But when you start a program called the.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Ramp, you know, and doctor maca wanted to pull you
- 11:45Speaker 2: back in as well.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Why why ramp? What was important with RAMP?
- 11:49Speaker 2: What's important in this ramps stand for anything, doctor Mack.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Yes, rams stand.
- 11:54Speaker 1: We came up and it took us a little minute
- 11:56Speaker 1: rashan to come up with. You know, and this world
- 12:00Speaker 1: right now, everybody hears the word zoom you know, you
- 12:02Speaker 1: zoom in on different meetings and so forth. We said, look,
- 12:06Speaker 1: we're about to ramp into something on health literacy.
- 12:08Speaker 4: So RAMP stands for real authentic.
- 12:13Speaker 1: We are authentic medical doctors, both from media physicians. So
- 12:19Speaker 1: we want to ramp into various multimedia platforms and give
- 12:26Speaker 1: real health education.
- 12:28Speaker 4: People are yearning this, they're wanting this.
- 12:32Speaker 1: They're going to unauthentic sort of areas to get information
- 12:38Speaker 1: or they're just not getting information at all. So we're like, look,
- 12:42Speaker 1: put us out there, ramp us on into any multimedia.
- 12:46Speaker 1: We can be global. This is not just have to
- 12:48Speaker 1: be national, like we can talk.
- 12:49Speaker 4: On any topic. And so that's what RAMP is.
- 12:53Speaker 1: And so RAMP is not Rashaan just talking about somebody's
- 12:56Speaker 1: dog on hair and skin anymore.
- 13:00Speaker 4: Broadening the horizons.
- 13:01Speaker 2: And I think that's all a part of the process though, hair, look,
- 13:07Speaker 2: skin tone, where people wear, approach. You know, within the
- 13:11Speaker 2: black community. You know, there have always been a gay
- 13:15Speaker 2: population in the Black community. We just didn't want to
- 13:17Speaker 2: talk about it. Well, you know our uncle wearing a dress.
- 13:21Speaker 2: You know, when I was a kid, nobody wanted to
- 13:23Speaker 2: see it. Oh, he just crazy, He just silly like that.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Don't go over there and talk to him. Boy still
- 13:29Speaker 2: over here with us. So that that has always been
- 13:32Speaker 2: a part of our Black community. And so you know,
- 13:35Speaker 2: and we also know that when you start talking about stigmas,
- 13:38Speaker 2: that means stereotypes too, doctor Trey.
- 13:41Speaker 3: And so when you.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Start dealing with stereotypes, because this is a complicated conversation
- 13:46Speaker 2: you both are dealing with. When you start a program
- 13:49Speaker 2: called RAP, it's like where do you start because it's
- 13:53Speaker 2: a lot. You know, when you start talking about literacy,
- 13:57Speaker 2: holistic wellness, sexual patterns and behavior and what do you
- 14:03Speaker 2: want to narrow in or where you want to dive in? First,
- 14:06Speaker 2: Doctor Trey, or you just want to keep that book
- 14:08Speaker 2: open and we all just go for a big swim.
- 14:11Speaker 5: Well, the first thing is we need to be able
- 14:14Speaker 5: to communicate.
- 14:15Speaker 6: We need to have a common language.
- 14:18Speaker 5: That's why we promote literacy because we have to have
- 14:24Speaker 5: the appropriate language and awareness of how to use that
- 14:29Speaker 5: language so that we can communicate effectively, so that people
- 14:33Speaker 5: can have an understanding. It's not enough just to use words.
- 14:38Speaker 5: You have to have an understanding that accompanies that use
- 14:42Speaker 5: of language.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Now let me let me set the stage again. I'm talking.
- 14:46Speaker 2: That's doctor Trey. You know both of as you sold early.
- 14:50Speaker 2: We're here for the early part of the conversation, both
- 14:53Speaker 2: for graduates of Howard Universally strong medical backgrounds, I said, strong, certified,
- 14:57Speaker 2: board certified individuals know you. The one is a member
- 15:01Speaker 2: of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and the others
- 15:05Speaker 2: leader in research and developing. I've known doctor Maxis in
- 15:08Speaker 2: two thousand and seven when Chris Rock holds a good hair.
- 15:11Speaker 2: That's how far back we go back, and I've been
- 15:13Speaker 2: a champion. Every time some issue comes out of my hair,
- 15:17Speaker 2: I call her because I knew she's gonna give me
- 15:19Speaker 2: the the the ruty duty, you know, from rute to
- 15:23Speaker 2: the duty.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Whatever that looked quote they used to say.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Now, doctor Trey, you're the first time in my life,
- 15:29Speaker 2: why should I trust the information coming from you?
- 15:33Speaker 5: Because I've had three decades of experience and developing understanding
- 15:40Speaker 5: and ability to communicate with people.
- 15:43Speaker 6: I know how to use my soul and spirit.
- 15:49Speaker 5: To bring honest, open communication. There's a thing in psychiatry
- 15:56Speaker 5: known as the therapeutic alliance, which is that safe, rusting
- 16:00Speaker 5: relationship that the doctor has to have with the patient
- 16:05Speaker 5: in order to have any meaningful change happen in their life.
- 16:11Speaker 5: And so bringing therapeutic alliance to the table on a
- 16:16Speaker 5: global stage is one of the things that we want
- 16:23Speaker 5: to bring. That's why we keep underlining real and authentic.
- 16:29Speaker 6: In this world where AI is.
- 16:31Speaker 5: Being pushed and the Internet keeps us in a digital format,
- 16:38Speaker 5: we need things that are real and authentic, an alliance
- 16:46Speaker 5: that can be a healing, safe place, and that's why
- 16:51Speaker 5: we're dedicated to creating a community that can facilitate that.
- 16:57Speaker 7: Please don't go anywhere, We'll be right back with more
- 17:00Speaker 7: Money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
- 17:10Speaker 7: Conversations Masterclass hosted by Rashaan McDonald. Money Making Conversations Masterclass
- 17:16Speaker 7: continues online at Moneymakingconversations dot com and follow money Making
- 17:20Speaker 7: Conversations Masterclass on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Right now, there are three topics we're discussing here, health literacy,
- 17:31Speaker 2: holistic wellness, sexual health education.
- 17:36Speaker 3: And let's start with you, doctor Mack.
- 17:38Speaker 2: When we start talking about health literacy, what are you
- 17:41Speaker 2: trying to communicate to my audience? And then I'm gonna
- 17:44Speaker 2: come back to you, doctor Trede in regards to holistic wellness,
- 17:49Speaker 2: and then both of us are going to share a
- 17:50Speaker 2: conversation on the sexual health education side. But starting with you,
- 17:54Speaker 2: doctor mac, health literacy, what are you trying to control
- 17:59Speaker 2: or try to convey program.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Yeah, we're really trying to help to properly educate people,
- 18:06Speaker 1: to point them to the right resources and tools that's
- 18:11Speaker 1: needed for them to be able to get the right
- 18:14Speaker 1: health information because right now, people are all over the place.
- 18:17Speaker 1: They're getting information from the grandmama, the neighbor across the.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Street, or the old tricks or whatever.
- 18:26Speaker 1: We just want, honestly, Rashaan, to be able to properly
- 18:29Speaker 1: educate on various health topics and inform people so that
- 18:33Speaker 1: they can get an overall greater well being because we're
- 18:38Speaker 1: not in that place right now. We're kind of confused.
- 18:42Speaker 1: We're hearing different things from illegitimate sources. So that's why
- 18:48Speaker 1: we're enforcing we're real, we're authentic, we're medical doctors, but
- 18:54Speaker 1: we're going through multimedia outlets to be able to educate
- 18:58Speaker 1: on any topic like bring it on, like whatever topic
- 19:02Speaker 1: that someone wants to talk about when it comes to
- 19:04Speaker 1: their health. We want to be that source, that go
- 19:07Speaker 1: to source of information that's real and off that we'll
- 19:11Speaker 1: keep it real when we don't want to fluff and stuff.
- 19:14Speaker 1: We want to just just like when Doctor Trey when
- 19:17Speaker 1: she really gets into talking about like the whole sexual
- 19:20Speaker 1: miss and taboos.
- 19:21Speaker 4: I mean it's some she can go really really deep.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Absolutely absolutely, But I command you because right now we're
- 19:29Speaker 2: getting all our information from YouTube and social media.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Yeah, and these are people that are just influencers that
- 19:35Speaker 1: are getting they're getting their information from somewhere else, and
- 19:39Speaker 1: they're getting their information from somewhere.
- 19:42Speaker 4: We got from the books.
- 19:43Speaker 3: It's in our brains, right. That's why I'm not running
- 19:47Speaker 3: from what you guys are bringing.
- 19:48Speaker 2: That's why you're on my show because you got to
- 19:50Speaker 2: have a place of source, a source or actual educated source.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Because of the fact that you all know that. You know,
- 19:57Speaker 2: Facebook came out and said they we're gonna fire our
- 19:59Speaker 2: fact check division, and so fact checked yourself. We all
- 20:03Speaker 2: know that TikTok. People go to TikTok for factual information.
- 20:08Speaker 2: A lot of our primary news is not being delivered
- 20:11Speaker 2: by David mayor by Walter Konkrak, if you want to
- 20:15Speaker 2: go back those type of individuals, It being delivered on YouTube.
- 20:19Speaker 2: And those media sources are not fact checked. They don't
- 20:24Speaker 2: have people going in fact checking. That's why Donald Trump
- 20:27Speaker 2: is suing ABC, suing CBS and guess what they're writing
- 20:31Speaker 2: him a check. Yeah, because they step the bounds and
- 20:36Speaker 2: just didn't fact check the information.
- 20:38Speaker 3: They decided to just start talking.
- 20:40Speaker 2: And so with that being said, doctor Trey, because I
- 20:43Speaker 2: called her she little feisty.
- 20:45Speaker 3: She fights, I know right now, Doctor Tray, I don't
- 20:49Speaker 3: know about that Southern.
- 20:50Speaker 2: She's just feisty because the fact that she's been battling.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Because when you're a battler and you talk to somebody
- 20:56Speaker 2: like her, you know she's been battling. Because of the
- 20:58Speaker 2: fact that so many people have said I don't want
- 21:01Speaker 2: to hear that. I don't want to hear that I'm good. Now,
- 21:05Speaker 2: when we start talking about the whole process of holistic wellness,
- 21:09Speaker 2: what are you talking about right now, doctor Trey?
- 21:12Speaker 6: Okay, those are all facts that you all have just spit.
- 21:17Speaker 5: One of the reasons we want to do holistic wellness
- 21:19Speaker 5: is medicine itself has been corrupted with money, insurance and
- 21:26Speaker 5: the disease modeled, and it's basically like putting human beings
- 21:33Speaker 5: on that little hamster wheel and they're just running and
- 21:39Speaker 5: never achieving a healthy status. So changing the paradigm to
- 21:47Speaker 5: wellness and looking at the different elements of wellness which
- 21:53Speaker 5: include physiology, psychology, social, economic, spiritual. You have to have
- 22:02Speaker 5: a balance in all of these areas to achieve wellness.
- 22:06Speaker 5: And the goal for life should be wellness so that
- 22:10Speaker 5: you're living your life well, so that you can be
- 22:14Speaker 5: engaged in this beautiful thing known as life instead of
- 22:18Speaker 5: being caught up in a model of dysfunction. Disease model
- 22:24Speaker 5: is a model of dysfunction less than it promotes the
- 22:32Speaker 5: ugly underside of what capitalism is, which is preying upon
- 22:40Speaker 5: the weak and the unfortunate, denying access to clean water,
- 22:46Speaker 5: healthy food.
- 22:50Speaker 6: Promotes disease.
- 22:52Speaker 5: And we're here to champion having complete holistic wellness that
- 23:00Speaker 5: you can enjoy life and get the most out of
- 23:04Speaker 5: that trip around the sun.
- 23:07Speaker 2: You know, this is a I'm gona telling you something, ladies.
- 23:10Speaker 2: It's a big task, you know, because when you're fighting
- 23:13Speaker 2: against social media, that big machine with facts, guess what
- 23:19Speaker 2: they're going to go That ain't what I saw, That
- 23:21Speaker 2: ain't what I saw on TikTok, That ain't what.
- 23:23Speaker 3: It used to be.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Just you know Google, you know the medical information people
- 23:29Speaker 2: go to Google and try to try to cure themselves
- 23:31Speaker 2: before they go to a doctor nowadays, because.
- 23:34Speaker 4: It's easy to a medical degree with doctor Google.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Right there really are and so as we as we
- 23:40Speaker 2: sit up here and talk about, you know, the whole
- 23:43Speaker 2: propsss of sexual satisfaction and the taboos and the myths,
- 23:49Speaker 2: what do you consider three of the myths that you
- 23:52Speaker 2: guys are really trying to do away.
- 23:56Speaker 3: The education side.
- 23:58Speaker 5: If you google, if you that's ai what orgasm is,
- 24:03Speaker 5: for example, it will give you the masters and Johnson's answer,
- 24:10Speaker 5: when in reality, women are capable of having twelve different
- 24:15Speaker 5: orgasms and men are capable of having four You're not
- 24:19Speaker 5: gonna hear that on TikTok or YouTube or AI. It
- 24:24Speaker 5: takes someone who knows the physiology and the anatomy to
- 24:30Speaker 5: explain that to you.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Now, that's four and three, twelve and four.
- 24:36Speaker 5: And the reason is women can have orgasm with or
- 24:40Speaker 5: without ejaculation.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Okay, through emotion, no, I'll explain, okay.
- 24:48Speaker 5: All human beings start out as female, right, okay, and
- 24:54Speaker 5: through the during development, the genitalia are analogous okay, and
- 25:06Speaker 5: the female the glitterus and the inner lip is equivalent
- 25:10Speaker 5: to the crown and the shaft of the penis.
- 25:15Speaker 6: They're the same organs.
- 25:18Speaker 5: The G spot in the woman and the cervix in
- 25:22Speaker 5: a woman are the prostate in a man.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Okay, okay, m hm.
- 25:29Speaker 5: So for women, you can have clitteral stimulation or gas, right,
- 25:37Speaker 5: you can have G spot, you can have cervical tapping.
- 25:42Speaker 5: You can have cul de sac, which is that part
- 25:44Speaker 5: of the vagina that's between that wrap. The cervix sits
- 25:49Speaker 5: within the sock of the vagina, So.
- 25:53Speaker 6: That's the could de sac.
- 25:55Speaker 5: You can have a combination of all of those four.
- 25:59Speaker 5: That's five and the sixth kind. It's the kind that
- 26:02Speaker 5: you can have with meditation and or yoga or exercise.
- 26:09Speaker 3: Right.
- 26:09Speaker 5: Okay, so those are the six type and six time
- 26:14Speaker 5: two because they can be with or without ejaculation.
- 26:18Speaker 6: It's how you get twelve.
- 26:20Speaker 2: There you go for now, now we're talking about information.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Now we're talking about do you guys have a website yet?
- 26:26Speaker 2: Our LinkedIn account that we can start directing people to
- 26:29Speaker 2: right now.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Our newsletter landy page. Okay, what's your website, Doctor Mac.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Doctor Max, send that to you right, doctor Mac and
- 26:39Speaker 1: doctor Trey MD dot.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Com, Doctor Mac and doctor Trey MD dot com.
- 26:44Speaker 1: D R M A c A N D d R
- 26:49Speaker 1: t R E M d dot com. So cool, it's
- 26:52Speaker 1: being developed. It's almost finished the problem.
- 26:55Speaker 3: That's why.
- 26:55Speaker 2: That's why I say landing page, so newsletter, so people
- 26:59Speaker 2: start all of getting information and everything, because I know
- 27:02Speaker 2: when the early stages because you call me immediately, said Rishan,
- 27:05Speaker 2: I wanted you. I want to launch this in Black
- 27:09Speaker 2: History Monk. I said yes, let's get started February third,
- 27:13Speaker 2: because we want to just start the groundwork. So when
- 27:15Speaker 2: it airs, have that landing page set up, how they
- 27:20Speaker 2: can click and submit their name and the news and
- 27:22Speaker 2: the email address, say can start getting information. Yes, that's
- 27:26Speaker 2: where we're at with this relationship. Then when the website's up,
- 27:30Speaker 2: y'all gonna come back on this show, and then we're
- 27:32Speaker 2: gonna break down those three categories that we talked about,
- 27:35Speaker 2: because I think it's important that I can't do y'all
- 27:39Speaker 2: an injustice by trying to make this an interview about
- 27:42Speaker 2: all three subjects.
- 27:43Speaker 3: That's impossible, correct because there's so detail.
- 27:46Speaker 2: And they also can be very educational for me because
- 27:51Speaker 2: I always tell people, you guys are the subject matter experts.
- 27:55Speaker 3: I'm just a storyteller. The stories I tell is what people.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Want to listen, right to download my past, my podcast,
- 28:02Speaker 2: that's what you know.
- 28:04Speaker 3: Come on, come on, thank you very much.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Congrat I appreciate it, and so and we want to
- 28:09Speaker 2: we want to continue to spread that knowledge. And I've
- 28:12Speaker 2: never had an interview like this, and so I'll be
- 28:15Speaker 2: remissed not to continue moving forward because we haven't even
- 28:19Speaker 2: gotten into a lot of areas and I'm not and
- 28:22Speaker 2: I'm not prioritiz prioritizing the sexual side of it. The
- 28:26Speaker 2: holistic side is the humanizing side. The health literacy is
- 28:32Speaker 2: the humanizing side. And we will get there because if
- 28:36Speaker 2: we don't know who we are or how we need
- 28:38Speaker 2: to walk, how we need to communicate. Then the stigmas
- 28:40Speaker 2: are going to stay with us, the stereotypes are understated, and.
- 28:44Speaker 3: We're not going to win.
- 28:45Speaker 4: That's right, that's right.
- 28:48Speaker 2: So again, give me that website one more time as
- 28:51Speaker 2: we close out this interview, Doctor Trey, you're fantastic, Doctor Mac.
- 28:54Speaker 2: You know where were staying and this our relationship together,
- 28:57Speaker 2: yes to be absolutely power couple of information. Give me
- 29:02Speaker 2: that website one more time as we close out.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Right, we're doctor Mac and doctor tremd dot com.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Good again, Thank you ladies for both coming on the show.
- 29:11Speaker 2: And you've heard it here will be coming back. Well,
- 29:14Speaker 2: we will create a three part series breaking out each
- 29:17Speaker 2: subject matter. This was just a launch program interview. To
- 29:21Speaker 2: get to gain interest, please go to that website sign
- 29:24Speaker 2: up for their newsletter. So we started getting information from
- 29:28Speaker 2: them and they can start educating you about some things
- 29:31Speaker 2: that you need to know about your health.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Right getting ramped up?
- 29:39Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you know the thing about it, I think
- 29:41Speaker 2: that you know, you know, March is women's history mark
- 29:43Speaker 2: and so I think that we should be back on
- 29:45Speaker 2: the air in March.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Talking about it.
- 29:48Speaker 2: But you know, doctor keep me posting on the website
- 29:51Speaker 2: because if it moves fast, I'll bring you back fast. Okay, Okay,

- 30:38Speaker 2: I'm gonna keep you in the three ways so you
- 30:40Speaker 2: can see how I'm gonna just don't worry about that.

- 31:29Speaker 2: the girl. I grew up in fifth Ward. My daddy
- 31:32Speaker 2: brought a hog home. The only thing that left out
- 31:34Speaker 2: of that house was just the hooves because we ate
- 31:37Speaker 2: the big feet with the hog head, cheese with the chittlers,
- 31:41Speaker 2: ham everything else.
- 31:42Speaker 3: So you really don't know who you talk to.
- 31:44Speaker 2: The young lady, I'm gonna call you young because you know
