- 0:00Speaker 1: What does it take for the Biden administration to come
- 0:03Speaker 1: out and actually say you shouldn't be doing that. I'm
- 0:07Speaker 1: referencing now actual tanks rolling into Chinese streets as it
- 0:13Speaker 1: is a chilling echo of the Tenement Square massacre. GEE
- 0:18Speaker 1: is cracking down on what are now being referred to
- 0:20Speaker 1: as the White Paper protests. Tanks have now rolled out
- 0:25Speaker 1: onto all the streets where these protests were happening, clamping
- 0:29Speaker 1: down telling people to go home. There is an appearance
- 0:34Speaker 1: that many of the cities now are in total lockdown.
- 0:36Speaker 1: This after video has surface of actual apartment buildings having
- 0:41Speaker 1: their doors to the outside world being wielded shut because
- 0:45Speaker 1: of COVID. Lockdowns have now lasted for three years. Troops
- 0:50Speaker 1: are now on the streets as demonstrators had come out
- 0:54Speaker 1: suppressing those demonstrations, prompting many to say this is no
- 0:58Speaker 1: different than when the troops were used to brutally suppress
- 1:01Speaker 1: demonstrations etinam And Square that famous picture of a man
- 1:06Speaker 1: standing in front of a tank refusing to move. Now
- 1:10Speaker 1: the tanks are rolling through multiple cities and police have
- 1:13Speaker 1: been put in full force and several cities including Shanghai,
- 1:18Speaker 1: which is something that usually doesn't happen now. The protests
- 1:22Speaker 1: of tank Man became an iconic symbol of resistance in China.
- 1:27Speaker 1: There were multiple tanks coming down the street, and there
- 1:30Speaker 1: was a man that stood in front of one of
- 1:32Speaker 1: those tanks so bravely. Footage of that picture became iconic
- 1:40Speaker 1: and has inspired people for generations. China understands that, so now,
- 1:45Speaker 1: what are we seeing? Footage of tanks has been shared
- 1:47Speaker 1: over several days of historic protests in China in which
- 1:52Speaker 1: demonstrators have waived blank sheets of white paper in the
- 1:56Speaker 1: symbolic protest against censorship. Hundreds of taking the streets in
- 2:02Speaker 1: multiple cities, including now Shanghai and Beijing. Normally you don't
- 2:07Speaker 1: see protests in those cities. Why are they protesting? They're
- 2:12Speaker 1: protesting after the deaths of ten people in an apartment
- 2:15Speaker 1: fire that was blamed on Jee's draconian zero COVID lockdowns,
- 2:22Speaker 1: China's vast security apparatus now has swung into full action
- 2:27Speaker 1: to flood the streets of police and identify those who
- 2:29Speaker 1: have taken part in the demonstrations, using the government's power
- 2:34Speaker 1: of artificial intelligence and everything that they do to actually
- 2:39Speaker 1: spy on the people in China. A column of tanks
- 2:43Speaker 1: was even spotted in another city, leading fears they could
- 2:47Speaker 1: be heading to put down protests in other parts of
- 2:51Speaker 1: the nation that are not heavily guarded by tanks in general.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Popular USA oppression blogger Feng Shi Mien, who shared the video, asked,
- 3:04Speaker 1: are they going to Shanghai? The city has seen the
- 3:08Speaker 1: large protests following a deadly blaze at that apartment block.
- 3:11Speaker 1: The fire broke out on the fifteenth floor and rapidly
- 3:15Speaker 1: spread to the higher floors in the city's main building. There.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Furious residents blamed the deaths on the COVID lockdowns, as
- 3:24Speaker 1: they said they were only allowed to leave home for
- 3:27Speaker 1: short periods each day and the timing was strictly controlled
- 3:31Speaker 1: by the local authorities. The protests have seen individual acts
- 3:35Speaker 1: of heroism, including one woman who stood still as police
- 3:38Speaker 1: surrounded her, then stole her phone before beating her in public.
- 3:43Speaker 1: She has been dubbed the new Tank Lady in honor
- 3:46Speaker 1: of the unknown tank man who blocked the path of
- 3:48Speaker 1: Chinese troops following the nineteen eighty nine massacre, and the
- 3:52Speaker 1: Chinese authorities have begun inquiries into some of the people
- 3:56Speaker 1: who gathered at weekend protests as police are now rounding
- 4:00Speaker 1: them up and they become the new disappeared ones. So
- 4:05Speaker 1: what is the Biden administration saying in response to this?
- 4:09Speaker 1: Are they standing with these brave individuals, these brave souls?
- 4:12Speaker 1: Of course not why. I think it's pretty clear China
- 4:15Speaker 1: has compromising information on the President of the United States
- 4:18Speaker 1: of America, Joe Biden, because of the business deals and
- 4:21Speaker 1: the tens of millions and hundreds of millions of dollars
- 4:24Speaker 1: in loans that were given to the Biden crime family.
- 4:28Speaker 1: John Kirby, I'm going to play for you what he
- 4:31Speaker 1: had to say when he was asked about China detaining
- 4:35Speaker 1: these protesters and rounding them up. But before I get
- 4:37Speaker 1: to that, I want to tell you about an awesome

- 5:52Speaker 1: John Kirby is a guy that should stand up for
- 5:54Speaker 1: people around the world that are standing up to these
- 5:57Speaker 1: types of horrible atross that these taking place against human
- 6:01Speaker 1: beings that shouldn't be controversial. John Kirby is a guy
- 6:07Speaker 1: that is a smart guy who understands that this is
- 6:12Speaker 1: one of those moments where his words may actually matter.
- 6:17Speaker 1: So instead of actually standing up for these protesters. This
- 6:22Speaker 1: is what the official line of the United States government
- 6:25Speaker 1: is from the Pentagon, from the Biden administration about what's
- 6:29Speaker 1: happening in China, the US's assessment that these protests we've
- 6:33Speaker 1: seen are widespread or are they perhaps more isolated incidents
- 6:38Speaker 1: that are being amplified by social media. I don't think
- 6:42Speaker 1: that we know a whole lot more about the geographic location, size,
- 6:47Speaker 1: scale and scope of them than what you're learning as
- 6:51Speaker 1: well through social media and through traditional media. It's not
- 6:55Speaker 1: like we have, I think, a finer sense of insight
- 7:00Speaker 1: and then what's already out there in the public sphere.
- 7:03Speaker 1: So I don't have a sense of that in that realm.
- 7:07Speaker 1: The statement you issued or there was issued earlier today
- 7:10Speaker 1: didn't include any explicit calls for China to stuff detaining,
- 7:14Speaker 1: en harming protesters and journalists. We're watching this closely, as
- 7:19Speaker 1: you might expect we would, and again we continue to
- 7:22Speaker 1: stand up and support the right of peaceful protests. And
- 7:25Speaker 1: I think we're going to watch this closely and we'll
- 7:27Speaker 1: see where things go. And we'll see where things go.
- 7:31Speaker 1: That's all you've got to say. You're not going to
- 7:33Speaker 1: stand up for these people that are standing up for themselves.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Democratic Center. Warner is actually defending now the Biden administration
- 7:41Speaker 1: silence on Chinese protests. Why because they're too afraid of
- 7:45Speaker 1: a quote conflict. So now we don't say things to
- 7:49Speaker 1: protect human beings around the world because we're afraid of
- 7:52Speaker 1: a conflict. Let me ask you about this, because I
- 7:56Speaker 1: understand the administration's reticence on not speaking out too openly
- 7:59Speaker 1: in front of in favor of the protests, because they
- 8:01Speaker 1: don't want China to do what it already does, which
- 8:03Speaker 1: is to say, oh, this is a foreign plot and
- 8:05Speaker 1: you know, instigators from outside the country are causing all this,
- 8:08Speaker 1: when this is very clearly a grassroots set of protests there.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Do you, though, believe there is something, particularly as China
- 8:16Speaker 1: is now cracking down on those protesters, something more that
- 8:20Speaker 1: the US could or should do to support the Chinese
- 8:24Speaker 1: people when they express themselves this way. Well, I think
- 8:27Speaker 1: there are things that those of US leaders in the
- 8:30Speaker 1: Senate and the House have a little more flexibility, frankly
- 8:33Speaker 1: than the administration. You know this. The administration, particularly after
- 8:38Speaker 1: the most recent meeting between she and Biden, try to
- 8:43Speaker 1: have lower some of the tensions. This is a we
- 8:46Speaker 1: don't want an active conflict to erupt. I think those
- 8:50Speaker 1: of us in the Congress have a little more freedom,
- 8:52Speaker 1: and I think we can push the administration, but as
- 8:55Speaker 1: you said, we don't want to feed the propaganda machine
- 8:59Speaker 1: rate that turns these protests driven by Chinese people into
- 9:04Speaker 1: what the overall message would be to the Chinese people.
- 9:06Speaker 1: And remember that's why I talk about the technology. The TikTok,
- 9:10Speaker 1: for example, that the Chinese people receive is very different
- 9:12Speaker 1: from the TikTok that we receive. As one case, these
- 9:16Speaker 1: that are completely owed their allegiance buying laws of the
- 9:20Speaker 1: Communist Party, not their shareholders. So if they are able
- 9:24Speaker 1: to portray this as kind of an anti Chinese or
- 9:29Speaker 1: Western plot that undermines the protesters that we're trying to
- 9:33Speaker 1: stand with, I love that rhetoric here the BS and
- 9:36Speaker 1: this is total BS from from Center War. Basically he's saying,
- 9:39Speaker 1: we're too afraid to stand up for these people. You
- 9:42Speaker 1: may ask yourself this question, where's the NBA right now? Right?
- 9:45Speaker 1: Why aren't they standing up? In fact, why isn't anyone
- 9:49Speaker 1: standing up and saying, hey, what's happening in China? We
- 9:51Speaker 1: stand with the people of China right because China is
- 9:54Speaker 1: not going to tolerate these protests. They have a serious
- 9:58Speaker 1: history of cracking down. Now, there are two obvious answers
- 10:02Speaker 1: to that question. One you're compromised by the Chinese, which
- 10:05Speaker 1: I think is very clear that is literally the Democratic
- 10:08Speaker 1: Party now certainly the Biden administration. Or two you just
- 10:12Speaker 1: don't care about what they do these people because you
- 10:14Speaker 1: care more about profits and money aka Apple, Nike. The
- 10:20Speaker 1: NBA Tugger Carlson had something very interesting to say about that,
- 10:25Speaker 1: specifically with the NBA. Right the same people that have
- 10:28Speaker 1: the you know, Black Lives Matter on the end of
- 10:31Speaker 1: each of the courts and went all in for social justice,
- 10:34Speaker 1: just not in China. All right, real quick, let me
- 10:37Speaker 1: pause and tell you about our incredible friends over at
- 10:39Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. They are America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.
- 10:46Speaker 1: They want to make it easy for you to try
- 10:49Speaker 1: switching to Patriot Mobile from whatever service you have right now.
- 10:53Speaker 1: You can give them sixty days to show you why
- 10:55Speaker 1: I use Patriot Mobile and why you should make the
- 10:57Speaker 1: switch right now. When you try Patriot Mobile for two months,
- 11:03Speaker 1: you get your third month free, plus you get free
- 11:05Speaker 1: activation now. They offer nationwide coverage on the best four
- 11:09Speaker 1: G and five G networks, and they use the same
- 11:11Speaker 1: exact cell towers of all of the three other major carriers.
- 11:15Speaker 1: You're gonna get the same coverage you have right now,
- 11:18Speaker 1: You get the same grade service, you get to keep
- 11:20Speaker 1: your same cell phone number if you want to. You
- 11:21Speaker 1: can even usually use the same phone you have in
- 11:23Speaker 1: your hand right now. Now, why do you want to switch?
- 11:26Speaker 1: When you do, they actually stand up for a First
- 11:29Speaker 1: and Second Amendment rights, and they give a portion of
- 11:32Speaker 1: your bill every month back to conservative Christian causes that
- 11:36Speaker 1: we all believe in. So, if you're ready to support
- 11:40Speaker 1: a company that's fighting to preserve our God given rights
- 11:43Speaker 1: and our freedoms, just go to Patriot Mobile dot com
- 11:46Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson, or
- 11:52Speaker 1: you can call them nine seven to Patriot. That's nine
- 11:55Speaker 1: seven to Patriot. If you're fed up with woke companies
- 11:58Speaker 1: that don't care about your values, support a company that
- 12:00Speaker 1: actually does make the switch today get a free month
- 12:04Speaker 1: of service plus free activation Patriot Mobile dot com slash
- 12:08Speaker 1: ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. Now, take a listen
- 12:12Speaker 1: to what Tucker said on his show. It's hard to
- 12:14Speaker 1: believe that's real. It is real, and the US Congress
- 12:16Speaker 1: has by and large adopted the same posture. Eric Squawell
- 12:19Speaker 1: spends a lot of his life yelping about human rights
- 12:21Speaker 1: on Twitter, abortion as human rights, and then he said
- 12:24Speaker 1: nothing about what's happening tonight in China. We were not
- 12:27Speaker 1: able to reach his former girlfriend, the Chinese spy Fang
- 12:29Speaker 1: Fang for comment either, unfortunately, nor did we hear a
- 12:32Speaker 1: word from the NBA commission that would be Adam Silver. Now,
- 12:35Speaker 1: Adam Silver also spends a lot of time yelping about
- 12:38Speaker 1: what an authoritarian country this is and threatening the people
- 12:41Speaker 1: who live here with punishment. He has no problem threatening
- 12:45Speaker 1: American voters in North Carolina, for example, or in Texas
- 12:48Speaker 1: who wanted separate bathrooms for little girls. What does he
- 12:52Speaker 1: think of killing people for wanting to leave their apartment
- 12:56Speaker 1: or throwing people on moss into concentration camps. Well, we
- 12:58Speaker 1: decided to find so we emailed this office today to
- 13:01Speaker 1: get his view of Chinese concentration camps. What does Adam
- 13:04Speaker 1: Silver think of that one of our premier moral voices.
- 13:07Speaker 1: We didn't get a reply. Why is that? Maybe because
- 13:10Speaker 1: he has made millions personally in the NBA itself makes
- 13:13Speaker 1: billions of dollars in China. So the NBA has no
- 13:18Speaker 1: word to say about China throwing its population into concentration camps,
- 13:21Speaker 1: turning Shanghai into a prison. And in fact, when you
- 13:24Speaker 1: ask NBA coaches about civil rights abuses in China, what
- 13:28Speaker 1: you get is a lecture about how we're worse. Watch
- 13:31Speaker 1: it has not come up in terms of people asking
- 13:35Speaker 1: me about it, people discussing it. No, nor has our
- 13:44Speaker 1: record of human rights abuses come up either. People in
- 13:48Speaker 1: China didn't ask me about, you know, people owning a
- 13:52Speaker 1: or fifteens and mowing each other down in a mall.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I wasn't asked that question. The world is a complex
- 14:00Speaker 1: and there's more gray than black and light. Oh so
- 14:03Speaker 1: China commits genocide against Muslims and locks down a city
- 14:06Speaker 1: of twenty five million people, But we've got the Second
- 14:09Speaker 1: Amendment and they're pretty much the same. That's the word
- 14:11Speaker 1: from Steve Kerr. It's a very famous coach. These people
- 14:14Speaker 1: are all on the take from China. The NBA is
- 14:16Speaker 1: literally on the take from China, and therefore they will
- 14:19Speaker 1: not say a single negative word about their masters. This
- 14:24Speaker 1: is not an American league. These are not people who
- 14:27Speaker 1: are boiled to the United States. They despise the United States,
- 14:29Speaker 1: are on the payroll of China. That's true. How is
- 14:31Speaker 1: it not true? So they can't even criticize children burning
- 14:36Speaker 1: alive in a high rise apartment building because the doors
- 14:38Speaker 1: have been nailed shut because of COVID, which doesn't actually
- 14:42Speaker 1: pose a threat to anybody. So the NBA has taken
- 14:45Speaker 1: a pass. Eric Swalwell and his Chinese by girlfriend are
- 14:48Speaker 1: taking a pass. The White House is taking past State Department,
- 14:51Speaker 1: MSNBC taking a pass. So, in other words, if you're
- 14:54Speaker 1: on the take, you just make crap up, right, just
- 14:57Speaker 1: like that famous basketball coach for Golden State, just saying, well,
- 15:01Speaker 1: they didn't ask me about are fifteen's mowing down people
- 15:04Speaker 1: and our human rights abuses in America. So everybody calmed down.
- 15:08Speaker 1: It's China. They give us a lot of money and
- 15:09Speaker 1: they make me and Lebron James and all the others
- 15:12Speaker 1: really rich. I want to go back to see an
- 15:15Speaker 1: end for a second here on this and again next time.
- 15:17Speaker 1: That's see an in virtue signals on a plethora of
- 15:21Speaker 1: issues in the US. Right, They just did this recently
- 15:24Speaker 1: on immigration. We you know, we deserve to not have
- 15:27Speaker 1: these people waiting in limbo and not sure what they're
- 15:30Speaker 1: gonna do. After they break our laws. Well, when you
- 15:32Speaker 1: break laws and you break into a country, I'm not
- 15:34Speaker 1: really worried about owing you that much. When it comes
- 15:37Speaker 1: to your nervousness of me kicking you out or not,
- 15:41Speaker 1: I think that should be something we should all agree on. Like,
- 15:43Speaker 1: if you don't want that nervousness, then do your favor. Okay,
- 15:49Speaker 1: if you don't want that nervousness that concerned, then again,
- 15:53Speaker 1: do us all a favor. Don't break into this country.
- 15:58Speaker 1: And so when they virtue signal on something like that,
- 16:01Speaker 1: just remind them of their same exact moments that they
- 16:04Speaker 1: have on TV when they're talking about actual human beings
- 16:08Speaker 1: in China. Jim Shudo, Look, hey, trying to may tolerate
- 16:12Speaker 1: the protest now, but they have a history of cracking down. Well,
- 16:14Speaker 1: thank you for clarifying that for us. True. Here's the thing,
- 16:18Speaker 1: you know, Thorist Terran states they don't admit mistakes right,
- 16:21Speaker 1: and China's ZEO COVID policy as a failure. They're three
- 16:24Speaker 1: years into this pandemic, they have a vaccine that largely
- 16:27Speaker 1: doesn't work. They refuse for nationalistic reasons to bring in
- 16:31Speaker 1: foreign vaccines. mRNA vaccines that have had greater success. They
- 16:35Speaker 1: don't have a healthcare system that could sustain a big
- 16:38Speaker 1: increase in illnesses among an aging population. So they're between
- 16:42Speaker 1: a rock and a hard place. They can tweak, but
- 16:44Speaker 1: they can't really reverse without admitting failure and giving up
- 16:48Speaker 1: some control and opening up. And this is just not
- 16:50Speaker 1: a government that does that. It's also not a government
- 16:52Speaker 1: that will not tolerate sustained descent. They may tolerate this
- 16:57Speaker 1: what you're seeing now for some time if it gets bigger,
- 17:00Speaker 1: if it becomes a genuine threat to well, not threat
- 17:03Speaker 1: or challenge to the government, right or the police forces.
- 17:06Speaker 1: They've got a history of cracking down. Ivan's in Hong Kong.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Hong Kong had you months and months of protests until
- 17:12Speaker 1: China said enough and they cracked down enough, cracked down, right.
- 17:16Speaker 1: So he's warning you about the Chinese here, while also
- 17:19Speaker 1: saying but it completely makes sense for the White House
- 17:21Speaker 1: to say nothing at all. British Prime Minister declares the
- 17:24Speaker 1: golden era between the UK and China over right, this
- 17:27Speaker 1: is I guess what good the leadership sounds like. You
- 17:30Speaker 1: should be pretty simple. The America should be saying the
- 17:32Speaker 1: same thing. Listen to what the Prime minister said moments ago. Now,
- 17:35Speaker 1: let's be clear, the so called Golden era is over,
- 17:39Speaker 1: along with a naive idea that trade would automatically lead
- 17:43Speaker 1: to social and political reform. But nor should we rely
- 17:48Speaker 1: on simplistic cold war rhetoric. We recognize China poses a
- 17:54Speaker 1: systemic challenge to our values and interests, a challenge that
- 17:59Speaker 1: grows more acute as it moves towards even greater authoritarianism.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Instead of listening to their people's protests, the Chinese government
- 18:11Speaker 1: has chosen to crack down further, including by assaulting a
- 18:16Speaker 1: BBC journalist. Wouldn't it be nice if the leaders in
- 18:21Speaker 1: the United States of America made the same type of
- 18:24Speaker 1: comments that were just made by the new British Prime Minister,
- 18:28Speaker 1: where he just made it clear of who China is,
- 18:32Speaker 1: our stance on who they are, being honest, intellectually honest
- 18:36Speaker 1: about who they are. Meanwhile, we've got a State department
- 18:39Speaker 1: that refuses to make any type of blunt statement that says, hey, look,
- 18:45Speaker 1: we know they're screwing up, we know that they're bad people,
- 18:48Speaker 1: we know that they don't value human beings. Wouldn't it
- 18:52Speaker 1: be nice if we heard that? Wouldn't it be nice.
- 18:56Speaker 1: If we heard something as basic as that, wouldn't that
- 19:01Speaker 1: be truly incredible. We're not getting that in this country.
- 19:06Speaker 1: No, no no, no. Instead, what we are getting is something
- 19:11Speaker 1: very different. Instead, what we are getting is something that
- 19:14Speaker 1: basically is the opposite of that. And the opposite of
- 19:18Speaker 1: that is we don't want to take a stance against China.
- 19:21Speaker 1: There's too much money involved. It's just too much cash, folks.
- 19:26Speaker 1: We can't have this conversation too much money. You gotta understand,
- 19:32Speaker 1: when there's this much money to be made, we don't
- 19:34Speaker 1: want to rock that boat. We'll take China's dollars or
- 19:38Speaker 1: when it comes to our actual foreign policy. The reason
- 19:41Speaker 1: why the Prime Minister of the UK can actually come
- 19:44Speaker 1: out the way that he just did declaring the golden
- 19:46Speaker 1: air between the UK and China is over is because
- 19:49Speaker 1: maybe he's not compromised by the Chinese. That could be
- 19:54Speaker 1: part of it as well. When you are compromised the
- 20:00Speaker 1: way that this administration is compromised because of their personal
- 20:04Speaker 1: financial dealings with China, and I'm referring directly the Biden
- 20:08Speaker 1: crime family, it's very hard for you to stand up
- 20:11Speaker 1: for others in China when they own you. China is
- 20:16Speaker 1: not stupid. They knew what they were doing when they
- 20:18Speaker 1: got into business with Hunter and James and the President
- 20:21Speaker 1: of the United States of America, and it wasn't about
- 20:23Speaker 1: massive profits for them. It was about control over American policy.
- 20:27Speaker 1: How much is it worth to have America be silent
- 20:30Speaker 1: right now, whether they're cracking down on their own citizens,
- 20:32Speaker 1: Unlike in the UK, where you can just say the truth,
- 20:36Speaker 1: how much is that worth? Hundred million, two hundred million. Well,
- 20:42Speaker 1: if you're Chinese and you're the Chinese government, having America
- 20:46Speaker 1: be silent when America should not be silent, that may
- 20:50Speaker 1: be worth in your mind a billion or two billion dollars,
- 20:54Speaker 1: because when America leads, usually the rest of the world
- 20:57Speaker 1: will follow, and when America doesn't lead, the rest of
- 21:01Speaker 1: the world usually does not follow. I love the UK,
- 21:05Speaker 1: but the truth is the Prime Minister in the UK
- 21:07Speaker 1: A is not going to lead some big grand coalition
- 21:09Speaker 1: against China and probably be successful. If America did it
- 21:12Speaker 1: with the UK, there's a much better chance that could happen.
- 21:17Speaker 1: All right, real quick, I want to tell you about
- 21:18Speaker 1: my good friends over at Legacy Precious Metals. With the
- 21:21Speaker 1: economy really an inflation out of control in the stock
- 21:24Speaker 1: market taking horrific losses. The NASDAC down more in one
- 21:29Speaker 1: month than we've seen back in two thousand and eight
- 21:32Speaker 1: was the last time it was this bad. You may
- 21:35Speaker 1: be looking at your financial portfolio in your sick to
- 21:37Speaker 1: your stomach. You're not alone. The question is if you
- 21:41Speaker 1: are not diversified in precious metals as part of your
- 21:45Speaker 1: financial portfolio, then what would it look like now? Maybe
- 21:48Speaker 1: if you would have been, it's not too late, by
- 21:50Speaker 1: the way, to take advantage of gold and silver. It
- 21:53Speaker 1: is a hedge against inflation, and it's a way for
- 21:56Speaker 1: you to diversify your IRA, your four O one K,
- 21:59Speaker 1: your investment portfolio. If you've never looked at gold and silver,
- 22:02Speaker 1: there's actually no better time than right now now. I've
- 22:05Speaker 1: been investing in golden silver for gosh, almost twenty years.
- 22:09Speaker 1: I've used it as a percentage of my strategy to
- 22:12Speaker 1: protect myself. So on the worst days on Wall Street,
- 22:15Speaker 1: usually they're not as bad for me as they are
- 22:17Speaker 1: for others. Call Legacy Precious Metals and see what they
- 22:20Speaker 1: can do for you. Calling get the free Investors Guide

- 22:37Speaker 1: go online to Legacy PM investments dot com. That's a
- 22:42Speaker 1: Legacy PM investments dot com. Governor de Santis, by the way,
- 22:46Speaker 1: wasting no time being a leader on this issue with China.
- 22:50Speaker 1: He has come out. He was doing an event about
- 22:53Speaker 1: infrastructure improvements in Duval County in Florida. He understood that
- 22:59Speaker 1: this is the moment to call out China because the
- 23:03Speaker 1: world's watching, and if you truly are going to be
- 23:05Speaker 1: a leader, you need to be a leader win. They're
- 23:08Speaker 1: people that are being attacked like they are in China
- 23:11Speaker 1: right now, and I want you to hear what he
- 23:12Speaker 1: had to say about not just China in general, but
- 23:16Speaker 1: the justifiable fighting of the people in China have been
- 23:19Speaker 1: locked down, with doors nailed shut, doors welded shut because
- 23:26Speaker 1: of the draconian, psychotic nature the Chinese regime refusing to
- 23:30Speaker 1: allow outside, for example, vaccines to come in, and their
- 23:35Speaker 1: vaccine is basically ineffective, so when somebody gets COVID, they
- 23:38Speaker 1: shut down the entire community. Still three years later, listen,
- 23:41Speaker 1: I just want to make a comment about what we've
- 23:44Speaker 1: been seeing going on in China. This zero COVID policy
- 23:50Speaker 1: is draconian, It violates people's liberties, and it is completely unscientific.
- 23:58Speaker 1: And the people of China are to be able to
- 24:01Speaker 1: speak out and protest against what the Chinese Communist Party
- 24:06Speaker 1: is doing. This CCP has a maniacal desire to exert
- 24:11Speaker 1: total control over its population. Zero COVID is really just
- 24:16Speaker 1: the pretexts for them to do what they want to
- 24:20Speaker 1: do anyways, and that is not a model that can
- 24:23Speaker 1: work over the long term. The people in China are
- 24:27Speaker 1: finally speaking out against it, and I just think we
- 24:30Speaker 1: need these draconian COVID policies to go to the asheap
- 24:35Speaker 1: of history where they belong. He wasn't done there, by
- 24:40Speaker 1: the way. He's also called out Apple for working in
- 24:43Speaker 1: China while also threatening to remove Twitter app. Listen to this,
- 24:47Speaker 1: and then as you've seen that go on in China,
- 24:50Speaker 1: you know, there's reports that Apple is not allowing the
- 24:54Speaker 1: protesters to use this air drop function where they're trying
- 24:58Speaker 1: to communicate that obvious is providing aid and comfort to
- 25:02Speaker 1: the CCP, And so you see that report and that's
- 25:05Speaker 1: very concerning. And then when you also hear reports that
- 25:09Speaker 1: Apple is threatening to remove Twitter from the app store,
- 25:15Speaker 1: because Elon Musk is actually opening it up for free
- 25:19Speaker 1: speech and is restoring a lot of accounts that were
- 25:23Speaker 1: unfairly and illegitimately suspended for putting out accurate information about COVID.
- 25:30Speaker 1: That's like one of the main things that being reinstated.
- 25:33Speaker 1: So many things these experts were wrong at and you
- 25:36Speaker 1: had people on Twitter that we're calling that out and
- 25:39Speaker 1: Twitter the old regime, and Twitter their response was to
- 25:43Speaker 1: try to just suffocate the dissent. And Elon Musk knows
- 25:47Speaker 1: that's not a winning formula, and so he's providing free speech.
- 25:51Speaker 1: And so if Apple responds to that by nuking them
- 25:56Speaker 1: from the app store, you know, I think that that
- 25:59Speaker 1: would be a huge, huge mistake, and it would be
- 26:01Speaker 1: a really raw exercise of monopolistic power that I think
- 26:05Speaker 1: would merit a response from the United States Congress. And
- 26:09Speaker 1: so don't be a vassal of the CCP on one
- 26:14Speaker 1: hand and then use your corporate power in the United
- 26:17Speaker 1: States on the other to suffocate Americans and try to
- 26:20Speaker 1: suppress their right to express themselves. And so I'm glad.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I'm glad things are changing at Twitter, and I know
- 26:28Speaker 1: there's a lot of work to do with big tech generally.
- 26:31Speaker 1: But this is big progress and we're really happy that
- 26:35Speaker 1: that is now happening. You know, Governor of Santis, slamming
- 26:40Speaker 1: Apple for aiding China during these protests, picking aside while
- 26:46Speaker 1: threatening to remove Twitter in America is exactly what the
- 26:52Speaker 1: White House should also be saying. But they're not center tech, Cruz,
- 26:58Speaker 1: and we're going to talk about this more on his
- 27:00Speaker 1: podcasts A Verdict with Ta Crew as a co host tomorrow.
- 27:02Speaker 1: He had this to say a moment ago about the
- 27:05Speaker 1: White House's statement on China's zero COVID policy, which which
- 27:10Speaker 1: has caused unrest and uprisings to break out across the
- 27:13Speaker 1: country as citizens are fighting back. Americans looking for the
- 27:16Speaker 1: Biden administration issue a strong rebuke of the CCP's inhumane
- 27:20Speaker 1: treatment of its citizens and some reassurance that these tyrannical
- 27:24Speaker 1: policies wouldn't start rearing their ugly heads here in the
- 27:27Speaker 1: US while they were disappointed. In a statement, Ted Cruz
- 27:34Speaker 1: called it not only tone death but pitiful, quoted a
- 27:39Speaker 1: potential historic inflection point. DEM's shill for the CCP pure
- 27:44Speaker 1: weakness from the Biden administrations. Biden administration, it's almost as
- 27:48Speaker 1: if Biden wishes he was driving a tank and tim
- 27:53Speaker 1: and square. That is what Centator Trick Ted Cruz had
- 27:58Speaker 1: to say about this a moment ago. Now, I want
- 28:00Speaker 1: to also get you update on something else that I
- 28:03Speaker 1: mentioned on this podcast yesterday. Democrats, it's just been announced,
- 28:08Speaker 1: have succumbed to the political reality on this same sex
- 28:12Speaker 1: marriage bill in the Senate they were trying to get
- 28:15Speaker 1: done in this lame duck session. The Senate's respect quote
- 28:19Speaker 1: for Marriage Jack has Progressive arguing that efforts to safeguards
- 28:25Speaker 1: same sex marriage remain unfinished after concessions were made to
- 28:29Speaker 1: Republicans demands for bolstering religious liberty protections. Now, the bill
- 28:36Speaker 1: is that currently stands would officially repeal the Defensive Marriage
- 28:39Speaker 1: Act and require state recognition of legal same sex and
- 28:43Speaker 1: interracial marriages, but would not codify the Supreme Courts twenty
- 28:48Speaker 1: fifteen ruling that legalized same sex unions Nation one and
- 28:52Speaker 1: prevent the High Court from eventually overturning the landmark decision.
- 28:56Speaker 1: It would be great if the bill went further, but
- 28:59Speaker 1: we don't have the vote for the bill to go further,
- 29:01Speaker 1: is what Senator Brian Schats, a Democrat from Hawaii, said,
- 29:05Speaker 1: moments ago, he was speaking during a Senate Appropriation Subcommittee
- 29:09Speaker 1: on Commerce, Commerce, Justice, and Science and Related Agencies hearing
- 29:14Speaker 1: on Capitol Hill. He said at the time, I think
- 29:16Speaker 1: it's an enormously important first step, and I don't think
- 29:18Speaker 1: there are any guarantees that the Supreme Court will not
- 29:21Speaker 1: overturn the precedent they set recently. It is important to
- 29:28Speaker 1: protect the rights of same sex couples across the country,
- 29:31Speaker 1: is what they claimed. Now this bill actually doesn't have
- 29:34Speaker 1: that much to do with the same sex marriages. She
- 29:35Speaker 1: would actually could be used to attack conservative Christian and
- 29:39Speaker 1: religious organizations, which is part of the reason why there
- 29:45Speaker 1: was an amendment put in there to make sure by
- 29:48Speaker 1: Mike Lee. We talked about this on this show, we
- 29:51Speaker 1: talked about on Vertic with Ted Cruz as well, and
- 29:54Speaker 1: it was an important peace an amendment that was put
- 29:58Speaker 1: in there to protect re aigious institutions. Now what we're seeing,
- 30:03Speaker 1: the Senator Mike Lee was able to force the Upper
- 30:07Speaker 1: Chamber to delay a procedural vote on the bill this
- 30:11Speaker 1: month until ten PM after he was unable to win
- 30:14Speaker 1: necessary support for his amendment to further strengthen the religious
- 30:17Speaker 1: liberty provisions. They shouldn't be able to punish religious beliefs
- 30:22Speaker 1: Lee said on the Senate floor before that vote on
- 30:25Speaker 1: November the sixteenth. That's all I want a protection, saying
- 30:29Speaker 1: the federal government name may not punish any individual or
- 30:32Speaker 1: entity based on a religious or moral conviction based belief
- 30:36Speaker 1: about marriage. That is not too much to ask, Lee said,
- 30:41Speaker 1: ask questions during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing about it,
- 30:45Speaker 1: and a by Parson amendment was then introduced by senators
- 30:48Speaker 1: to seek to address some of the concerns by reaffirming
- 30:51Speaker 1: religious liberty and conscience protection guarantees under the US Constitution
- 30:57Speaker 1: and existing federal law and clearing the respect for Mary
- 31:01Speaker 1: Jack will not authorize the recognition of polygamous marriages either.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Centators including Tammy Baldwin, a Democrat from Wisconsin, and Rob Portman,
- 31:14Speaker 1: a Republican from Ohio, are hoping the added religious protection
- 31:18Speaker 1: will win over Republicans still in the fence when the
- 31:20Speaker 1: measure is brought up for a final vote this week.
- 31:23Speaker 1: The good news here is this is clearly becoming an
- 31:27Speaker 1: issue for the Democrats and we should protect religious liberties
- 31:31Speaker 1: at all costs. Now, is it totally done? Could things change? Yes?
- 31:36Speaker 1: Things could change. I'm going to keep you update on this,
- 31:38Speaker 1: just so you know. One other side note here former
- 31:43Speaker 1: Department and Security Disinformations are that crazy woman at a
- 31:47Speaker 1: Jenkowitz remember who is at the White House and singing
- 31:52Speaker 1: about COVID. That crazy woman has officially registered as a
- 31:57Speaker 1: foreign agent. Yes, she now as registered as a foreign agent,
- 32:02Speaker 1: goes to work for the Psycho's overseas. It's amazing. You
- 32:07Speaker 1: can't make this up. Nina Jankowitch, who the President pick
- 32:11Speaker 1: to lead the Department of Home Insecurities Disinformation Government's board,
- 32:15Speaker 1: gets fired from that job. She only lasted three weeks there.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Now she is working as a foreign agent. She is
- 32:24Speaker 1: registered as a foreign agent so that she can combat
- 32:27Speaker 1: undesirable speech abroad quote unquote, not a joke. There you go.
- 32:31Speaker 1: There's Nina Jenkowich for you, a foreign agent. Pretty nice, huh?
