- 0:01Speaker 1: Thursday.
- 0:02Speaker 2: We're now being told the Senate is going to deal
- 0:04Speaker 2: with the Department of Homeland Security Secretary. My orcis is
- 0:08Speaker 2: impeachment that has moved over from the House. Chuck Schumer
- 0:12Speaker 2: saying this about the impeachment at what it means moving forward?
- 0:17Speaker 3: Thank you, my colleagues. Questions.
- 0:21Speaker 4: Your colleague said, you're going to offer a potion to
- 0:23Speaker 4: dismiss the impeachment charges on Thursday. Are you all concerns
- 0:27Speaker 4: into some Democrats and tough races over that and then.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Come back to the book.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Look, we're going to try and resolve this issue as
- 0:34Speaker 3: quickly as possible. Impeachment should never be used to settle
- 0:38Speaker 3: policy disagreements leadership.
- 0:41Speaker 5: Yes, does that mean.
- 0:42Speaker 6: That this is going There might be a debate about
- 0:44Speaker 6: some sort of a framework first, at least hear from
- 0:47Speaker 6: the managers.
- 0:47Speaker 3: What do you think is as I said, we're going
- 0:50Speaker 3: to try to resolve this as quickly as possible. As
- 0:54Speaker 3: I've said in the past, it's absurd and there are
- 0:57Speaker 3: no charges in the House complaint that rise to the
- 1:02Speaker 3: level of impeachment.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Yes, does that mean dismissing it or tabling?
- 1:06Speaker 3: As I said, We're going to move forwards and resolve
- 1:11Speaker 3: this as quickly as possible. Once again, impeachment should never
- 1:15Speaker 3: be used to settle policy disagreements. Yes, go ahead, leadership.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Now you hear Schumer.
- 1:22Speaker 2: They're saying that the Secretary of Homeland Security, my archis,
- 1:27Speaker 2: who's in charge of the border, is not breaking any rules.
- 1:30Speaker 2: He says, it's a policy disagreement. So to be clear,
- 1:34Speaker 2: this is the problem with what he just said there is.
- 1:36Speaker 2: What he's saying is the policy of the Democratic Party
- 1:39Speaker 2: to have an open border, to have a lawless society,
- 1:42Speaker 2: to allow for more terrorists to come across the southern border,
- 1:45Speaker 2: who are on the terrorists watch list than at any
- 1:47Speaker 2: other time in American history, is a policy disagreement. So
- 1:51Speaker 2: they are saying the Democrats. Now, if you listen to Schumer,
- 1:55Speaker 2: he is clearly saying, we just believe that people should
- 1:58Speaker 2: be able to come across the border at will, those
- 2:01Speaker 2: on the tarists watch list, those are sex traffickers, human traffickers,
- 2:05Speaker 2: drug traffickers. We have a disagreement a policy, and policy
- 2:11Speaker 2: should not be a reason to impeach someone. That's what
- 2:13Speaker 2: they have now said. So they're admitting, yes, it is
- 2:16Speaker 2: their policy to allow for these individuals to come across
- 2:21Speaker 2: the southern border have unfettered access and it's just a
- 2:25Speaker 2: policy decision. Republicans should seize on this moment because what
- 2:30Speaker 2: they're admitting now is this is their policy.
- 2:33Speaker 1: It's not an accident. Right.
- 2:35Speaker 2: They've been trying to blame Republicans, saying it's their fault
- 2:38Speaker 2: for not having a secure border because they won't do
- 2:40Speaker 2: an amnesty deal. We now know what this really is.
- 2:44Speaker 2: This is the first time Democrats have admitted it. And
- 2:46Speaker 2: I don't think Schumer realized what he was admitting to
- 2:49Speaker 2: when he said this, but he was admitting to the
- 2:51Speaker 2: fact that this is by design. And you shouldn't impeach
- 2:54Speaker 2: someone because of a policy disagreement. And their policy is
- 3:00Speaker 2: a wide open southern border, and that allows for any
- 3:04Speaker 2: terrorists to come across the southern border at will. That
- 3:08Speaker 2: is the policy of the Biden administration. And you should
- 3:12Speaker 2: not be able to Okay, and this is their words,
- 3:16Speaker 2: not my words, you should not be able to impeach
- 3:19Speaker 2: someone because we've decided to have a wide open southern border.
- 3:22Speaker 2: That is the definition here, full stop, of what they
- 3:26Speaker 2: believe in. Now this gets even worse for the president
- 3:30Speaker 2: because Joe Biden, we've now found out has been secretly
- 3:33Speaker 2: flying in thirty three thousand migrants that would be called
- 3:38Speaker 2: illegal immigrants into New York City alone, and they have
- 3:42Speaker 2: also flown in three hundred and twenty six thousand into Florida,
- 3:45Speaker 2: all at your expense as a tax payer. I'm going
- 3:49Speaker 2: to give you those details in a moment, but I
- 3:50Speaker 2: want to tell you about our friends over at Patriot Mobile.
- 3:53Speaker 1: If I told you that you were giving.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Money right now to Planned Parenthood, how mad would you be,
- 3:58Speaker 2: especially if you didn't know you were doing it. If
- 4:00Speaker 2: I told you that you were giving money to Democratic candidates,
- 4:04Speaker 2: causes and organizations, how mad would you be right now,
- 4:08Speaker 2: especially if you didn't know you were doing it. Well,
- 4:11Speaker 2: that's exactly what is happening. When you are with Big Mobile.
- 4:15Speaker 2: You may not understand where your money's going, And now
- 4:18Speaker 2: you do, because I've just told you. They give massive
- 4:21Speaker 2: donations to Plan Parenthood and hardcore leftist organizations. They give
- 4:26Speaker 2: massive donations to those that are fighting against your First
- 4:30Speaker 2: and your Second Amendment rights. And that is exactly why
- 4:34Speaker 2: I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Now.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Look, I've done it.
- 4:37Speaker 2: I just went down to the hill country to watch
- 4:38Speaker 2: the eclipse, and I can tell you my coverage was
- 4:41Speaker 2: perfect in areas where it would have been spotty. Now,
- 4:45Speaker 2: that's the number one reason why people are afraid to switch.
- 4:48Speaker 2: They're worried about coverage. You don't have to with Patriot Mobile.
- 4:51Speaker 2: You get the same exact coverage that you're used to.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Why because they use the same exact towers. And that's
- 4:56Speaker 2: all you really care about when it comes to service
- 4:59Speaker 2: and cove. And that is why you should call Patriot Mobile. Now,
- 5:03Speaker 2: I'm also gonna give you free activation, and I'm gonna
- 5:07Speaker 2: tell you about what happens when you pay your bill.
- 5:09Speaker 2: When you pay your bill to Patriot Mobile, you're giving
- 5:11Speaker 2: back to support conservative causes, candidates, organizations, including fighting to
- 5:18Speaker 2: protect the rights of unborn children. Every time you make
- 5:22Speaker 2: a phone call, every single time you pay your bill,
- 5:26Speaker 2: you're making a difference. So check out Patriot Mobile. Go
- 5:30Speaker 2: to Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben that's Patriot Mobile
- 5:35Speaker 2: dot com slash ben, Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben,
- 5:40Speaker 2: or you can call them nine seven two Patriot that's
- 5:43Speaker 2: nine seven to two Patriot nine seven to two Patriot
- 5:47Speaker 2: or Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben. All right, let
- 5:51Speaker 2: me get to the money side of this. Now what
- 5:53Speaker 2: I just told you about, so Joe Biden, we now
- 5:55Speaker 2: know and his administration, after a review of available federal records,
- 6:01Speaker 2: is now confirming that the Biden administration has secretly flown
- 6:05Speaker 2: thirty three thousand illegal aliens into New York City and
- 6:09Speaker 2: an astounding three hundred and twenty six thousand, okay, three
- 6:15Speaker 2: hundred twenty six thousand in the state of Florida over
- 6:18Speaker 2: the last several years. Now, in just these two instances alone,
- 6:24Speaker 2: it means that we as taxpayers, if you're listening to
- 6:27Speaker 2: you're an American taxpayer, you have basically chartered an airplane
- 6:32Speaker 2: flight for three hundred and fifty thousand plus illegal aliens
- 6:38Speaker 2: just to New York City and afforda. Now the number
- 6:41Speaker 2: going into the Florida, the three hundred and twenty six
- 6:43Speaker 2: thousand in state of Florida, you got to ask yourself
- 6:45Speaker 2: the question why.
- 6:46Speaker 1: I can take exactly why?
- 6:47Speaker 2: Because Democrats are trying to change the makeup of Florida,
- 6:51Speaker 2: because if they can get Florida like they have California
- 6:54Speaker 2: now and own that state, they will never lose a
- 6:59Speaker 2: presidential moving forward. They know that they want to flood
- 7:04Speaker 2: Florida with illegal immigrants to tip the balances as fast
- 7:08Speaker 2: as they possibly can. So that's number one, just so
- 7:13Speaker 2: you understand that, Like that's the full thing here, Okay,
- 7:16Speaker 2: uh it is.
- 7:18Speaker 1: It is shocking to me.
- 7:22Speaker 2: That the media isn't covering this in a more in
- 7:25Speaker 2: a more vigorous way, and they should be because you're
- 7:29Speaker 2: importing voters at staggering rates from outside of the country.
- 7:34Speaker 2: That's the other part of this that people need to
- 7:36Speaker 2: really understand. This is importing illegal immigrants at record rates,
- 7:41Speaker 2: and the importation of them costs a significant amount of cash.
- 7:47Speaker 2: We're talking about money that many people can't get their
- 7:50Speaker 2: heads around. Just how much money this is costing. Just
- 7:53Speaker 2: how much cash this is going to be. I mean,
- 7:55Speaker 2: this is a staggering amount of money, and we're talking
- 7:59Speaker 2: about tens of millions that turn into hundreds of millions
- 8:02Speaker 2: and then turn into other millions of dollars just in
- 8:05Speaker 2: support that is needed to take care of these legal
- 8:09Speaker 2: limits because when they come here. To be clear, we
- 8:12Speaker 2: are taking care of them. Okay, I'm going to say
- 8:15Speaker 2: that again. It's not just the price of the ticket,
- 8:19Speaker 2: it's once they get here, once they are in the US,
- 8:23Speaker 2: the amount of money that it costs to take care
- 8:25Speaker 2: of them is the most insane number of all and
- 8:29Speaker 2: we're all paying for that amount of cash. Now, the
- 8:33Speaker 2: number of illegals that Biden has flun into the country
- 8:36Speaker 2: also dwarfs the number that Texas Governor Greg Abbott has
- 8:41Speaker 2: sent via bus to deep blue cities that are sanctuary cities,
- 8:45Speaker 2: even though it is Abbot who is suffering that the
- 8:49Speaker 2: brunt of the left wing media attacking him. Right, So,
- 8:52Speaker 2: remember they said he was inhumane, they said it was
- 8:55Speaker 2: human rights abuses. There were some that even sued the
- 8:58Speaker 2: state of Texas saying that they were having in humane
- 9:01Speaker 2: treatment that they met, and that he was kidnapping illegal
- 9:05Speaker 2: immigrants when he was sending them to New York City
- 9:07Speaker 2: in places like that, which is laughable because now we
- 9:10Speaker 2: know that the federal government, and remember the media jumped
- 9:14Speaker 2: on this. I remember the View doing a segment on this,
- 9:17Speaker 2: and on the View they were saying that this was
- 9:19Speaker 2: human trafficking by the governor of Texas, that this was
- 9:25Speaker 2: kidnapping of illegal immigrants, and that he should be put
- 9:28Speaker 2: in prison. Well, now we found out that the President
- 9:31Speaker 2: of the United States of America, the Biden administration, has
- 9:34Speaker 2: then been importing illegal immigrants and sending them to New
- 9:37Speaker 2: York City and other states. And guess what, the media
- 9:40Speaker 2: is not writing a damn article about this at all. Now,
- 9:44Speaker 2: the media, the same media that accused Abbot and those
- 9:48Speaker 2: that are just evil people in Texas right of human trafficking,
- 9:53Speaker 2: of kidnapping and dropping illegal immigrants and blue states and
- 9:57Speaker 2: sanctuary cities. That also was a lie by the medium
- 10:01Speaker 2: because the people said where they wanted to go. Greg
- 10:05Speaker 2: Abbott said where do you want to go? And the
- 10:07Speaker 2: state of Texas would then bust them to or fly
- 10:10Speaker 2: them to the city that they said they wanted to
- 10:13Speaker 2: end up in. And again, this is nothing compared to
- 10:19Speaker 2: what Biden has been doing with your federal tax dollars.
- 10:23Speaker 2: He's flying them in from out of the country. The
- 10:25Speaker 2: difference also is, Greg Abbott, these people are already in
- 10:28Speaker 2: this country. The federal government's not doing their job, and
- 10:31Speaker 2: so he's forced to deal with a wide open, unsecured
- 10:37Speaker 2: southern border that is flooding his state with literally millions
- 10:41Speaker 2: and millions of illegal immigrants. That is completely different than
- 10:46Speaker 2: what Biden is doing, which is going to foreign countries,
- 10:49Speaker 2: going to the illegal immigrants and saying, who wants to
- 10:53Speaker 2: go to America? And we're going to flood states like
- 10:57Speaker 2: Florida to try to change them. We're clearly flooding the
- 11:00Speaker 2: state of Texas to change them to be California. If
- 11:04Speaker 2: you are a Democrat, best case scenario for you is
- 11:09Speaker 2: you flood Texas and you flip the state to a
- 11:12Speaker 2: liberal state with illegal immigrants.
- 11:14Speaker 1: And they're well on their way to do that.
- 11:16Speaker 2: And I think that's very obvious that that's the goal
- 11:19Speaker 2: and that's what they want to do, and they're well
- 11:21Speaker 2: on their way to pull that off. Okay, So that's
- 11:23Speaker 2: that's that's that's already part of their plan. Now you
- 11:26Speaker 2: get Florida in there, you own California. That means that
- 11:30Speaker 2: a Republican And this is just electoral college math here.
- 11:34Speaker 2: If you if you lose every election cycle Florida and
- 11:39Speaker 2: you lose Texas with electoral college votes, and then on
- 11:42Speaker 2: top of that, you lose California every time, guaranteed you'll
- 11:46Speaker 2: never win a presidential election again.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Now you do that while also taking states like.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Georgia and Louisiana and New Mexico and Arizona and you
- 11:58Speaker 2: and Nevada, and then you turn them liberal by flooding
- 12:01Speaker 2: them with illegal immigrants.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Which is exactly what they're doing. Now.
- 12:04Speaker 2: You control the Senate with probably what would be considered
- 12:07Speaker 2: a super majority, because the illegal immigrants coming across, if
- 12:11Speaker 2: you give them amnesty, they're going to vote for Democrats.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Democrats have also made it very clear that with illegal immigrants,
- 12:17Speaker 2: the one thing they want to make sure is that
- 12:19Speaker 2: they're treated quote like American citizens and they get all
- 12:22Speaker 2: of the benefits of free health care, free food, housing, and.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Education for their kids.
- 12:29Speaker 2: If you give them the American dream, you own them
- 12:32Speaker 2: like a modern day slave, and they will vote for
- 12:34Speaker 2: you forever. That is exactly what the Democratic Party's doing.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Now you compare this real quick to what Donald Trump
- 12:42Speaker 2: just said. He said day one, we're going to start
- 12:45Speaker 2: deporting We're going to secure the border, and we're going
- 12:48Speaker 2: to start mass deportations of illegal immigrants. Now, the media
- 12:52Speaker 2: will also tell you that that is racist and xenophobic,
- 12:56Speaker 2: and they'll go through all their name calling when Donald
- 12:59Speaker 2: Trump says every time, and then they then they'll tell
- 13:01Speaker 2: you what's impossible to deport twenty million, thirty million people.
- 13:08Speaker 2: I think Donald Trump's going to prove that that is
- 13:11Speaker 2: absolutely incorrect and that we're going to do exactly that.
- 13:14Speaker 1: If he wins. Now, here's something else.
- 13:16Speaker 2: According to report by Todd Bensman, a senior National security
- 13:20Speaker 2: fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies, he said that,
- 13:23Speaker 2: quote Biden, this is looking at the data of our
- 13:26Speaker 2: own government. Biden imported, so that means they grabbed illegals
- 13:30Speaker 2: from outside the country flew them into this country.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Okay, you paid for this.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Biden imported more than eight hundred thousand illegals into the
- 13:39Speaker 2: country via program called the CHNV program or the Advanced
- 13:44Speaker 2: Travel Authorization Program. These programs, with your tax dollars, then
- 13:50Speaker 2: send these planes directly to foreign airports. They then load
- 13:54Speaker 2: them up with illegal immigrants who have who have not okay,
- 14:00Speaker 2: gone through the normal immigration process, and then they fly
- 14:04Speaker 2: them directly the US airports, where they're dumped into the
- 14:07Speaker 2: American populace. All of this is done without any notice.
- 14:12Speaker 2: All of this is done without any coordination. All of
- 14:15Speaker 2: this is done without any local government officials even knowing
- 14:18Speaker 2: that this is happening in their city. They just dump
- 14:22Speaker 2: them there and say, welcome to America. We're going to
- 14:24Speaker 2: change this country under Biden's plan. Sponsors, as they call them, okay,
- 14:32Speaker 2: quote unquote sponsors, they fill out online applications for the
- 14:37Speaker 2: illegals to apply for permission to fly into the US.
- 14:42Speaker 2: The approval process for these applications has not been made public.
- 14:46Speaker 2: All right, So they're hiding something. I think we know why.
- 14:49Speaker 2: But once an application is approved, the illegals make their
- 14:53Speaker 2: way to a designated airport in the US where they
- 14:56Speaker 2: are allowed into the country. Programs identified by ben'sman seem
- 15:03Speaker 2: to have directly imported eight hundred thousand illegals into the
- 15:08Speaker 2: country and then disseminated them all across the land, often
- 15:12Speaker 2: in flights that arrive in the middle of the night,
- 15:15Speaker 2: so that the American people don't actually know that this
- 15:18Speaker 2: is happening. Now, looking at this paperwork, okay, because this
- 15:22Speaker 2: all comes down to paper work, I want you to
- 15:26Speaker 2: understand that. All right, this is all paperwork that the government,
- 15:29Speaker 2: from what we understand, keeps. Okay, So this is just
- 15:32Speaker 2: straight up paperwork, all right. None of these records are
- 15:38Speaker 2: exactly in the public they said, all right, So Biden's
- 15:42Speaker 2: Department of Homeland Security refused to comply. We're also being
- 15:45Speaker 2: told with the freedom of information records request, and the
- 15:49Speaker 2: numbers that Benson sites have had to be parsed from
- 15:52Speaker 2: a disc from a a group of government reports that
- 15:57Speaker 2: they've then compiled because the Biden administration doesn't one admit
- 16:00Speaker 2: that they're actually doing this. The Biden administration, by the way,
- 16:04Speaker 2: is doing their best to keep these flights a total
- 16:06Speaker 2: secret from local communities, from locally elected officials, from cities
- 16:11Speaker 2: and states where this is taking place. They said, not
- 16:14Speaker 2: only is this a problem because of the secrecy that
- 16:18Speaker 2: Biden has used to basically silence the media and anyone
- 16:21Speaker 2: from asking questions about these fights, which are incredibly expensive,
- 16:26Speaker 2: that are bringing in hundreds and hundreds of thousands of
- 16:28Speaker 2: legal immigrants. And again that's not exaggeration. Governor DeSantis went
- 16:33Speaker 2: on to say this back in April, quote, it is
- 16:36Speaker 2: secret because they're not telling anybody. They don't tell us
- 16:40Speaker 2: any time somebody comes in. De Santas said, they don't
- 16:44Speaker 2: give us any information on it. They are not coordinating
- 16:48Speaker 2: with state government at all. If they throw six people
- 16:52Speaker 2: on a commercial fight coming from a foreign country, there's
- 16:54Speaker 2: no acknowledgment at all to state or local authorities.
- 16:58Speaker 1: That's just a fact.
- 16:59Speaker 2: And even New York City Mayor Eric Adams continued to
- 17:02Speaker 2: rail at the thirty seven thousand, five hundred legals that
- 17:06Speaker 2: Texas's bust to the Big Apple. He has completely ignored
- 17:10Speaker 2: and not mentioned the thirty three thousand that Biden has
- 17:13Speaker 2: literally dropped off at their airports, and that number is
- 17:17Speaker 2: likely quote a low estimate, Benson said, indicated that there
- 17:20Speaker 2: have probably been well over thirty three thousand, But these
- 17:23Speaker 2: are thirty three thousand that we've been able to figure
- 17:25Speaker 2: out for sure. One of the illegals, by the way,
- 17:29Speaker 2: that Biden flew into JFK that's John F. Kennedy International Airport,
- 17:34Speaker 2: was a Haitian migrant who was later arrested by Boston
- 17:37Speaker 2: police after being accused of raping a teen girl with
- 17:41Speaker 2: a developmental disability.
- 17:43Speaker 1: That is a fact.
- 17:47Speaker 2: So you look at this now and you see what
- 17:50Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer says, Right, we don't have a problem here,
- 17:54Speaker 2: all right.
- 17:55Speaker 1: We don't think that my Orcus has done anything wrong.
- 17:57Speaker 2: In fact, we think impeachment should quote never be used
- 18:00Speaker 2: to set up a policy disagreement. Understand, this is the
- 18:04Speaker 2: policy now of these illegal immigrants of the Biden administration
- 18:10Speaker 2: who they will bring in at your expense, You will
- 18:15Speaker 2: pay for them to come in.
- 18:17Speaker 1: And what he.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Says is it's just a policy disagreement. We're open borders,
- 18:22Speaker 2: bring them in. We don't care who they are. Hell,
- 18:24Speaker 2: we'll go pick you up in a foreign country and
- 18:26Speaker 2: drop you off in America if we have to. Now,
- 18:29Speaker 2: Governor DeSantis and Florida is really focusing in on trying
- 18:34Speaker 2: to stop this problem. Florida is doing exactly what Texas
- 18:40Speaker 2: is now doing, which is they're going out and saying
- 18:42Speaker 2: enough is enough. We're going to arrest illegal immigrants. And
- 18:46Speaker 2: Desanta's has now signed a new executive order that Florida
- 18:49Speaker 2: troops can stop migrants.
- 18:53Speaker 1: This is significant, Okay.
- 18:56Speaker 2: This is the Santas in the Florida National Guard members
- 19:00Speaker 2: also to the Florida coast to stop Haitian migrants that
- 19:02Speaker 2: were coming and seeing them to Texas to help there.
- 19:05Speaker 2: I want you to hear what he had to say
- 19:07Speaker 2: on Fox News Channel about this.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Listen carefully.
- 19:09Speaker 5: But when you have illegal aliens committing crimes, the victims,
- 19:14Speaker 5: the Famili's victims, they look and they say, if the
- 19:16Speaker 5: government had just enforced the law, we know this crime
- 19:19Speaker 5: would not have happened. If Biden had just closed the
- 19:22Speaker 5: border or at least not done what he's done, the
- 19:24Speaker 5: chances of this happening would have been very zero.
- 19:26Speaker 7: The White House is also playing down spiking crime on
- 19:29Speaker 7: Biden's watch, with one illegal immigrant using the Chinese Communist
- 19:33Speaker 7: Party's TikTok app to taunt illegals into overtaking americans homes.
- 19:39Speaker 7: The so called squatters increasingly apprehended across the country, sparking
- 19:43Speaker 7: Florida Governor Ron de Santis to take action. The governor
- 19:47Speaker 7: outlawing squatters in Florida, protecting Americans' property rights.
- 19:51Speaker 5: Does your house belong to you? Or if you are
- 19:55Speaker 5: not using it? Can someone just come in squat for
- 19:58Speaker 5: a period of time and then claim that they have
- 20:01Speaker 5: a right to be there. Well, when we started seeing
- 20:04Speaker 5: some of this in places like California and New York,
- 20:07Speaker 5: where someone will just commandeer someone's home, then the homeowner
- 20:12Speaker 5: goes to try to get their property back, and sometimes
- 20:14Speaker 5: the homeowner is the one getting arrested or they have
- 20:17Speaker 5: to go through all this stuff. So we said that
- 20:19Speaker 5: is not happening in the state of Florida. So if
- 20:22Speaker 5: you try to squat in Florida, the homeowner will get
- 20:26Speaker 5: rid of you immediately. Now we have legal rights in place.
- 20:30Speaker 5: You call up the sheriff, and the sheriff is mandated
- 20:33Speaker 5: to evict the folks who are illegally commandeering the residents.
- 20:38Speaker 2: You look at this right now, and again I got
- 20:41Speaker 2: to give credit for the quick action of DeSantis.
- 20:44Speaker 5: Here.
- 20:45Speaker 2: What DeSantis is saying is I'm not putting up with this,
- 20:49Speaker 2: and neither is neither the people of Florida.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Right, We're not doing this. We're not going to be
- 20:56Speaker 1: run the same way.
- 20:58Speaker 2: That the federal government does this in the people have
- 21:00Speaker 2: rights right that the people have the right to their homes,
- 21:05Speaker 2: they have the right to live in a safe society.
- 21:07Speaker 1: They have a right to.
- 21:10Speaker 2: Be able to not have to worry about about their
- 21:13Speaker 2: state or their town being overrun with illegal immigrants. So
- 21:19Speaker 2: if you're squatting, if you're learning these things on the internet,
- 21:22Speaker 2: we're not going to let you do it, Okay, Like
- 21:25Speaker 2: we're not going to just sit here and act like
- 21:28Speaker 2: this isn't happening.
- 21:30Speaker 1: We're going to take care of us. Number One.
- 21:33Speaker 2: The other part that I think is very interesting about
- 21:35Speaker 2: all this is the fact that now de Santras had
- 21:39Speaker 2: to come out and fire back at a liberal lawsuit, okay,
- 21:43Speaker 2: a liberal lawsuit that has been brought against him for
- 21:47Speaker 2: sending migrants to Martha's Vineyard.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Now you may remember Martha's Vineyard.
- 21:52Speaker 2: There were illegal immigrants that were sent there, like all right,
- 21:54Speaker 2: you guys are a welcoming city. And what'd they do
- 21:56Speaker 2: in Martha's Vineyard. They got rid of them in like
- 21:58Speaker 2: twenty minutes. They had them come in, they bust them
- 22:00Speaker 2: right out, They used a National guard. They made sure
- 22:03Speaker 2: there was more law enforcement there. It was like, I
- 22:06Speaker 2: think it was a three to one ratio of people
- 22:08Speaker 2: in law enforcement to the illegal immigrants that were sent
- 22:10Speaker 2: to Martha's Vineyard. And they basically said, hey, we're welcoming,
- 22:14Speaker 2: but not to legal immigrants, but we are welcoming.
- 22:17Speaker 5: Right.
- 22:17Speaker 2: They got called on their bs of the rich liberals
- 22:20Speaker 2: in Martha's Vineyard. But now there's a lawsuit that's been
- 22:23Speaker 2: filed against him for sending those migrants to Martha's Vineyard.
- 22:27Speaker 2: I want you to hear what Governor and Sanders also
- 22:29Speaker 2: had to say about that.
- 22:31Speaker 5: Well, okay, so I think most of you guys remember,
- 22:34Speaker 5: so you know you have these folks. You know they
- 22:39Speaker 5: Florida has a program to relocate to sanctuary jurisdictions, including
- 22:43Speaker 5: Martha's Vineyard.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Okay, I mean, look, so they do it and.
- 22:53Speaker 5: The company that runs this for that was running as
- 22:55Speaker 5: a contractor. Everyone who gets on the transportation signs of
- 22:59Speaker 5: forum saying that they know what they're doing, they're consenting.
- 23:02Speaker 5: This is not something that's being done against anybody's will.
- 23:06Speaker 5: And so these folks were really had nothing, and they
- 23:10Speaker 5: had an opportunity to go to a sanctuary jurisdiction which
- 23:13Speaker 5: had advertised itself as being a place where everyone could
- 23:17Speaker 5: come and that nobody is illegal. And yet when they
- 23:20Speaker 5: got there, all hell broke loose on that island. They
- 23:25Speaker 5: called out the National Guard. It was like a five
- 23:28Speaker 5: alarm fire, and you know, you know, they didn't put
- 23:30Speaker 5: their money where their mouth is. So after that, and
- 23:33Speaker 5: just because it got media attention, some of those folks
- 23:36Speaker 5: sued me in the state of Florida and all this
- 23:38Speaker 5: and like for what, And so the judge dismissed all
- 23:42Speaker 5: of that. The judge up there is saying that I
- 23:45Speaker 5: guess the vendor is able to continue to be in
- 23:49Speaker 5: this suit, but I don't see how you could possibly
- 23:52Speaker 5: sustain a suit against the vendor. These folks signed forms
- 23:57Speaker 5: saying that that they were going to do and they
- 23:59Speaker 5: had opportunities if they didn't want to do and the
- 24:01Speaker 5: vendor treated them very well from what I've seen in
- 24:04Speaker 5: the reports, providing food, lodging, all this other stuff.
- 24:08Speaker 1: So it's a frivolous case.
- 24:10Speaker 5: Obviously, it was so frivolous against us at the state
- 24:13Speaker 5: that there was no choice for the judgment to dismiss,
- 24:16Speaker 5: and we knew that that was the right legal outcome.
- 24:18Speaker 5: But I think the same should happen with the with
- 24:22Speaker 5: the company. But here's the thing. Just having the borders
- 24:26Speaker 5: open doesn't work. And I understand that there may be
- 24:29Speaker 5: these elite liberal enclaves who want to advocate those policies,
- 24:34Speaker 5: but they only do it as long as they don't
- 24:36Speaker 5: have to face the consequences of those policies, and that's
- 24:40Speaker 5: the problem. So I think that more and more people
- 24:43Speaker 5: in New York City, now in Chicago, residents, you know,
- 24:47Speaker 5: who may politically be different than say maybe the typical
- 24:50Speaker 5: Florida voter. I think everyone is seeing, okay, just having
- 24:53Speaker 5: an open border doesn't work. First of all, you don't
- 24:55Speaker 5: know who the folks are. You are having people come
- 24:58Speaker 5: in who are not doing I mean the number of
- 25:01Speaker 5: military age males that you see coming across that border.
- 25:06Speaker 5: You know, do we want to import twenty thousand military
- 25:10Speaker 5: age males from China. Is that in the US's interest,
- 25:14Speaker 5: I don't think so. Do we want to import ten
- 25:17Speaker 5: thousand military age males from Libya? I don't think so.
- 25:20Speaker 5: I don't think that's in our interest. And we don't
- 25:23Speaker 5: know what's going to happen once they get in, what's
- 25:25Speaker 5: going to happen. So you have all those problems. But
- 25:27Speaker 5: even putting that aside, the sheer number of people that
- 25:31Speaker 5: have poured in, it's overwhelming some of these communities because
- 25:35Speaker 5: you have hospitals that get overwhelmed, you've got schools, You've
- 25:38Speaker 5: got all these issues that happen. So one, there's a
- 25:42Speaker 5: lot of obviously the elite illegality come across the border,
- 25:46Speaker 5: but then just the sheer number of it, there's not
- 25:48Speaker 5: a structure and an order to it that it really
- 25:51Speaker 5: is impacting the quality of life of just hard working
- 25:55Speaker 5: Americans who are just trying to take care of their families.
- 25:58Speaker 5: And so that's why the policy of the board has
- 26:01Speaker 5: been a total failure. You know, we don't have my
- 26:04Speaker 5: first year as governor, we signed legislation banning sanctuary cities.
- 26:07Speaker 5: I mean, some of these guys were in the legislature.
- 26:09Speaker 5: I think Roter was there and that was really important
- 26:12Speaker 5: to do. And then everything we've done since then has
- 26:15Speaker 5: been saying yes to rule of law, but no to
- 26:19Speaker 5: being a magnet for people to come illegally.
- 26:22Speaker 2: No to being a magnet of people that are coming illegally.
- 26:26Speaker 2: This is the reason why so many Americans really do
- 26:29Speaker 2: like Rhonda Santis is why is a very popular governor.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Other governors that are that are are being smart, like
- 26:36Speaker 2: Greg Abbot in Texas. They're saying enough, like we have
- 26:38Speaker 2: to take back our communities with law and order and
- 26:42Speaker 2: we cannot allow for this lawlessness, which is the policy
- 26:47Speaker 2: of the Democratic Party. To wrap this up, I go
- 26:50Speaker 2: back to Chuck Schumer. Listen to Schumer in his own
- 26:53Speaker 2: words saying, look, this is just a policy issue for us.
- 26:56Speaker 2: It's just policy.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 26:58Speaker 3: My colleagues's questions.
- 27:00Speaker 4: Your college said you're going to offer a potion to
- 27:04Speaker 4: dismiss the impeachment charges on Thursday.
- 27:07Speaker 5: Are you all concerns of some Democrats and tough races
- 27:10Speaker 5: spoke for that.
- 27:10Speaker 1: And come back to the book.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Look, we're going to try and resolve this issue as
- 27:15Speaker 3: quickly as possible. Impeachment should never be used to settle
- 27:20Speaker 3: policy disagreements leadership.
- 27:22Speaker 6: Yes, does that mean that this is going there might
- 27:25Speaker 6: be a debate about some sort of a framework first,
- 27:27Speaker 6: at least hear from the managers.
- 27:29Speaker 5: What do you think.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Is as I said, we're going to try to resolve
- 27:33Speaker 3: this as quickly as possible. As I've said in the past,
- 27:36Speaker 3: it's absurd and there are no charges in the House
- 27:42Speaker 3: complaint that rise to the level of impeachment.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Yes, I mean again his words, impeachment should never be
- 27:49Speaker 2: used to settle policy disagreements.
- 27:51Speaker 1: He's admitting it.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Bringing in millions of illegal immigrants is the policy of
- 27:56Speaker 2: the Democratic Party, and if you don't like it, it
- 28:00Speaker 2: is a policy disagreement, full stop. That is what they
- 28:07Speaker 2: want to do. They're doing it. They don't care about
- 28:10Speaker 2: our laws, that's what they're telling you. Believe them. Make
