- 0:01Speaker 1: Center. It's nice to be with you here in Washington, DC.
- 0:03Speaker 1: There's a lot going on as speakers race. We're gonna
- 0:06Speaker 1: save that for another episode because who knows what's gonna
- 0:09Speaker 1: happen there. But there's serious news that is breaking, and
- 0:13Speaker 1: the media's reaction to this rocket that hit a hospital
- 0:17Speaker 1: a lot of casualties in Gaza was immediately to start
- 0:21Speaker 1: going after Israel. CNN was almost excited to report it,
- 0:25Speaker 1: saying this could have the whole world change their mindset
- 0:29Speaker 1: on Israel, when we didn't have any of the facts yet.
- 0:32Speaker 1: That is disturbing.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Well, look at it. It is a powerful illustration of
- 0:36Speaker 2: what we said in Monday's podcast. And by the way,
- 0:39Speaker 2: if you didn't listen to Monday's podcast, you ought to
- 0:41Speaker 2: go back and listen to it. It was entitled CNN
- 0:45Speaker 2: is Hamasa's air Force, So is MSNBC, so is ABC.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Here's the evidence, and we walk through how a critical
- 0:52Speaker 2: part of Hamasa's battle plan is to count on the
- 0:56Speaker 2: corporate media, the dishonest line puppets of the media, to
- 1:02Speaker 2: repeat their propaganda and in particular, to attack Israel, to
- 1:06Speaker 2: demonize Israel. And what happened here today. You and I
- 1:08Speaker 2: are sitting here, it's about eleven pm on Tuesday night.
- 1:11Speaker 2: We're recording this today. A hospital was struck in Gaza,
- 1:16Speaker 2: and you know, it is striking the media left. It's saying, aha,
- 1:20Speaker 2: the Israelis did at c see. We knew there'd be
- 1:23Speaker 2: Palestinian civilian casualties, and there are going to be Palestinian
- 1:26Speaker 2: civilian casualties, but they were gleeful to blame it on Israel.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Now as we sit here tonight at eleven pm, the
- 1:34Speaker 2: facts are still murky. It's still coming out. But Prime
- 1:37Speaker 2: Minister Netanyahoo Is emphatically demanded denied that it was an
- 1:41Speaker 2: Israeli rocket. The IDF has put out video proof that
- 1:44Speaker 2: it appears to have been a Palestinian terrorist rocket that
- 1:49Speaker 2: went awry and hit the hospital. And one of the
- 1:52Speaker 2: things to understand, the Israeli missiles are incredibly targeted. They
- 1:55Speaker 2: know exactly what they're doing. They hit military targets because
- 1:58Speaker 2: their precision the Palestine and is just file fire rockets
- 2:02Speaker 2: willy nilly. They don't have guidance systems, they're not advanced,
- 2:06Speaker 2: they're really crude, and a very significant percentage of the
- 2:09Speaker 2: rockets just go off course. They hit civilian areas.
- 2:12Speaker 1: There's reports that thirty to forty percent of the rockets
- 2:15Speaker 1: when they shoot a lot at the same time, don't
- 2:18Speaker 1: even make it out of Gaza in that area. They
- 2:20Speaker 1: just misfire or they come down early and they kill
- 2:23Speaker 1: other innocent people Palestinians well.
- 2:25Speaker 2: And the thing to understand, look, the Poalestinians Hamas is
- 2:27Speaker 2: making these rockets. Many of these rockets are mained out
- 2:30Speaker 2: of things like water pipes because international agencies give millions
- 2:34Speaker 2: of dollars to put in water pipes to get clean
- 2:36Speaker 2: water to Gaza and the terraces, and Hamas cut up
- 2:39Speaker 2: the water pipes and turn them into rockets. And so
- 2:41Speaker 2: these are just these are rockets that have some propulsion
- 2:45Speaker 2: and some ball bearings or other other shrapnel that explode
- 2:49Speaker 2: that is designed to kill personnel. But they don't have
- 2:53Speaker 2: precision guidance systems. So right now, as we sit here
- 2:56Speaker 2: at eleven o'clock tonight, it appears that it is likely
- 2:59Speaker 2: the rocket that hit the hospital was actually fired by
- 3:03Speaker 2: a Palestinian terrorist organization. We don't know that for sure,
- 3:06Speaker 2: but let me give you a for example, the evolution
- 3:09Speaker 2: of the New York Times headlines today. So the first
- 3:13Speaker 2: headline says israeleigh strike kills hundreds in hospital. Palestinians say, yeah,
- 3:21Speaker 2: I noticed how much they worried there. Palestinians say, notice
- 3:24Speaker 2: how much work that is that that phrase. Palestinians say, now,
- 3:28Speaker 2: they had to revise that, and so afterwards they changed
- 3:31Speaker 2: it to at least six hundred dead in strike on
- 3:36Speaker 2: Gaza hospital. Palestinian say, boy, they stick everything. You're going
- 3:41Speaker 2: to see a lot of New York Times headlines. That
- 3:43Speaker 2: ends with Palestinians say, because whatever their propaganda is, the
- 3:48Speaker 2: New York Times is going to emblaze it across the headline.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Here's the third headline today, at least five hundred dead
- 3:56Speaker 2: in blast at Gaza hospital.
- 3:58Speaker 1: That changed a lot from the first headline.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Palestinians say, they still include those words on every headline. Now.
- 4:05Speaker 2: The point is there's a blast. But notice, and this
- 4:08Speaker 2: goes back to we've talked before on this podcast about
- 4:12Speaker 2: the active voice and the passive voice. The active voice
- 4:15Speaker 2: is Ben hit the ball. Yeah in tennis, that's a
- 4:20Speaker 2: frequent accurate statement. You're a very good tennis player, So
- 4:23Speaker 2: Ben hit the ball. The active voice has an actor
- 4:27Speaker 2: that is engaging in the verb. The passive voice is
- 4:31Speaker 2: the ball was hit. Now, the ball was hit. The
- 4:34Speaker 2: reason people use the passive voice in politics and in
- 4:38Speaker 2: journalism is for one reason, and it's consistent, which is
- 4:42Speaker 2: they use the passive voice to hide the actor, to
- 4:46Speaker 2: obscure who did the thing. So if you say the
- 4:49Speaker 2: ball was hit, you're trying to hide that it was
- 4:52Speaker 2: Ben that hit the ball. In this case, they started
- 4:55Speaker 2: out with Israeli strike kills. What is it that killed?
- 4:59Speaker 2: It was the Israeli strike. It was those bad, bad
- 5:03Speaker 2: Jewish people in Israel. That's what the New York Times and.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Implying it was purposeful that they said we want to
- 5:08Speaker 1: blow up a hospital to day.
- 5:09Speaker 2: You know, because the Israelis are sitting there saying, what
- 5:11Speaker 2: do you want to do today? Let's blow up a
- 5:13Speaker 2: hospital because that seems like a great idea. But you
- 5:16Speaker 2: know what, for the media, these headlines are pre written.
- 5:20Speaker 2: They're ready to there will be civilians killed. Why because
- 5:24Speaker 2: the Hamas puts their military targets surrounded by civilians. But
- 5:30Speaker 2: then suddenly the facts got ahead of them and they
- 5:33Speaker 2: changed it to strike on Gaza Hospital. And notice what's
- 5:38Speaker 2: missing the actor, and then finally blast at Gaza Hospital.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Then it's not even a strike, it's just boom.
- 5:47Speaker 1: It just happened.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Hospital blew up. And by the way, you know, the
- 5:51Speaker 2: New York Times and CNN and the corporate media was
- 5:54Speaker 2: not alone. And we'll cover this more on Friday's pod.
- 5:58Speaker 2: They were not alone and immediate wanting to blame Israel.
- 6:01Speaker 2: You know who else did?
- 6:01Speaker 1: Some of your colleagues in Congress.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Rashida Talib, I want you to take a look right
- 6:06Speaker 2: now at the tweet she put out. I'm gonna read it.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Israel just bombed the Baptist hospital, killing five hundred Palestinians, doctors, children, patients,
- 6:17Speaker 2: just like that, potus. This is what happens when you
- 6:20Speaker 2: refuse to facilitate a cease fire and help de escalate
- 6:24Speaker 2: your war and destruction only approach. Your wrote war and
- 6:29Speaker 2: destruction only approach has opened my eyes and many Palestinian
- 6:33Speaker 2: Americans and Muslim Americans like me. We will remember where
- 6:37Speaker 2: you stood. So understand what she's saying. Immediately when she
- 6:41Speaker 2: sees the headline, she's like, this is Israel and what
- 6:44Speaker 2: does she want? Cease fire? Yeah, I told you before.
- 6:47Speaker 2: And look, we've talked about on this podcast how the
- 6:49Speaker 2: Biden administration has said, ceasefire, sees fire, sees fire. That's
- 6:52Speaker 2: going to be their talking points. Why because after Hamas
- 6:55Speaker 2: has murdered now over fourteen hundred Israelis, roughly three hundred
- 7:01Speaker 2: IDF soldiers and about eleven hundred civilians, thirty Americans, the
- 7:06Speaker 2: position of the radical left is to cease fire Israel,
- 7:08Speaker 2: do nothing. We're done now. Yeah, they murdered their people.
- 7:11Speaker 2: They're murdered more, but right now, do not respond, do
- 7:14Speaker 2: not attack Amas, do not eliminate Hamas. Cease fire. That
- 7:18Speaker 2: is what the Democrats say, that is what the media say.
- 7:21Speaker 2: That is why this is Hamas's air force.
- 7:24Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting and I got to say to
- 7:26Speaker 1: our audience, they did an amazing job spreading what we
- 7:30Speaker 1: were talking about with the media and how they're covering
- 7:32Speaker 1: this conflict, this war and our last podcast. It clearly
- 7:36Speaker 1: went viral because the people that listen shared it on
- 7:39Speaker 1: social media. If they missed it, go back for this.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Monday's podcast is the biggest podcast we have had in
- 7:44Speaker 2: months because people were interested and we cited chapter and verse.
- 7:49Speaker 2: We just played the media coverage and showed how they
- 7:52Speaker 2: are playing the role. CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBCCBS, They're all
- 7:57Speaker 2: playing the role of being hamon us as propagandists. And
- 8:01Speaker 2: it's not just peripheral. It is an integral part of
- 8:05Speaker 2: the strategy from Hamas to try to defeat israel Is.
- 8:09Speaker 2: The media is part of their strategy, and boy, there
- 8:12Speaker 2: fulfilling their role.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Gangbust, I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile.
- 8:17Speaker 1: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 8:20Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider. And when I say only trust me,
- 8:23Speaker 1: they're the only one now. The team there have been
- 8:26Speaker 1: great supporters, not only of shows just like this one,
- 8:30Speaker 1: but they are proud to partner with conservative organizations to
- 8:34Speaker 1: grow the conservative base. When you switch to Patriot Mobile,
- 8:38Speaker 1: you're sending a message that you support free speech, religious freedom,
- 8:43Speaker 1: the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, as well as
- 8:45Speaker 1: our military, our veterans, and our first responder heroes. They
- 8:49Speaker 1: have one hundred percent US based customer service team which
- 8:52Speaker 1: makes switching easy. You can keep your same cell phone
- 8:56Speaker 1: number you have now, you can keep your same phone
- 8:58Speaker 1: or upgrade now when you pay your bill. This is
- 9:01Speaker 1: when the magic happens. They take a percentage of your
- 9:03Speaker 1: bill each and every month and give it back to
- 9:05Speaker 1: conservative causes that you help choose to support in these
- 9:10Speaker 1: categories that I just mentioned. And you may not realize it,
- 9:13Speaker 1: but many of the big mobile companies actually give huge
- 9:16Speaker 1: donations to democrats as well as to plan parenthood. So
- 9:21Speaker 1: stop giving your mind to woke corporations that are fighting
- 9:23Speaker 1: against your values and switch to Patriot Mobile. Use the
- 9:27Speaker 1: promo code Verdict. You'll get free activation and the best
- 9:32Speaker 1: deals of the year. Call them nine to seven to
- 9:34Speaker 1: two Patriot that's nine seven to two Patriot or online
- 9:39Speaker 1: at Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict that's Patriot Mobile dot
- 9:44Speaker 1: com slash verdict. There's a second part of this that
- 9:48Speaker 1: we're going to do a very deep dive on tonight,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and it's an important one for everyone that's listening, and
- 9:53Speaker 1: that is how did we get to a point in
- 9:56Speaker 1: this country where our colleges are on the side of
- 10:00Speaker 1: terrass To be clear, the majority of colleges that I've
- 10:02Speaker 1: seen all over the country, the students are in favor
- 10:07Speaker 1: of the Palestinians Hamas the terrorists. They're against Israel. And
- 10:12Speaker 1: you don't have to look that deep to understand this
- 10:16Speaker 1: is money flowing in from democrats. This is money flowing
- 10:19Speaker 1: in from George Soros. This is also very clear connections
- 10:24Speaker 1: between Black Lives Matter and HAMAS, and no one is
- 10:29Speaker 1: covering this or touching this or connecting these dots in
- 10:32Speaker 1: the media, which if there's any time to do it,
- 10:34Speaker 1: it's right now.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Yeah, Listen, our elite universities are venomous pits of anti
- 10:41Speaker 2: Semitism and hatred for Israel, and we're seeing that arise
- 10:46Speaker 2: all across the country. It is vicious, it is nasty.
- 10:50Speaker 2: But our elite universities are also places that have embraced
- 10:54Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter. And this is an important piece of
- 10:56Speaker 2: news that you will not see on the corporate media.
- 11:00Speaker 2: They will not cover this. But I want our listeners
- 11:03Speaker 2: to understand this. Black Lives Matter supports Hamas. Black Lives
- 11:12Speaker 2: Matter is HAMAS, and I want you to understand this.
- 11:17Speaker 2: And we're gonna lay out the facts and details on
- 11:19Speaker 2: this carefully. But every university president, every college professor, every
- 11:27Speaker 2: fortune five hundred corporation that wrote a check to Black
- 11:31Speaker 2: Lives Matter, all of them who embraced these radical Marxist revolutionaries,
- 11:39Speaker 2: they need to be asked, every one of them, do
- 11:42Speaker 2: you support this anti Semitic, anti Israel hatred? Because you've
- 11:48Speaker 2: funded it, you've embraced it, you've endorsed it. So let's start.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Black lives matter to the organization, and it's important to
- 11:54Speaker 2: draw distinction. And what we did several years ago on Verdict,
- 11:58Speaker 2: we did a long podcast while looking through the Marxist
- 12:01Speaker 2: roots of Black Lives Matter. Understand there's a difference between
- 12:04Speaker 2: the phrase black lives matter. The phrase black lives matter
- 12:08Speaker 2: is unequivocally true. It is a truism. Every reasonable and
- 12:13Speaker 2: rational person agrees with that. Sure, Now it is also
- 12:17Speaker 2: true White lives matter, Hispanic lives matter, Agian American lives matter.
- 12:20Speaker 1: All lives matter.
- 12:21Speaker 2: But yes, yes, unequivocally yes, do black lives matter? Absolutely? Now,
- 12:27Speaker 2: mind you, Black Lives matter the movement, and there is
- 12:30Speaker 2: an organization Black Lives Matter, Inc. Yeah, that is incorporated.
- 12:34Speaker 2: It is a business. It is a business where they've
- 12:37Speaker 2: made millions.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Their grifters.
- 12:40Speaker 2: They are grifters, but they're not just grifters. They are
- 12:43Speaker 2: Marxist grifters, and they are explicitly Marxist. They are trained
- 12:48Speaker 2: Marxist organizers. And they've referred to Israel as an apartheid state.
- 12:53Speaker 2: They've said that the US, because of its alliance with
- 12:58Speaker 2: Israel is quote complicit in the genocide taking place against
- 13:03Speaker 2: the Palestinian people. I want you to watch now Palestine
- 13:07Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter co founder patrese culors, she's at my
- 13:12Speaker 2: alma mater in twenty fifteen doing a panel at the
- 13:15Speaker 2: Harvard Law School. Here she is calling for the end
- 13:20Speaker 2: of Israel.
- 13:21Speaker 4: Listen actions always. The other thing I'll say is Palestine
- 13:26Speaker 4: is our generation in South Africa. And if if we
- 13:34Speaker 4: don't step up boldly and courageously to end the imperialist
- 13:39Speaker 4: project that's called Israel, we're doomed.
- 13:43Speaker 2: I want you to hear those words. End the imperialist
- 13:48Speaker 2: project that is called Israel. That's Black Lives Matter, That's
- 13:54Speaker 2: what Black Lives Matter calls for. And mind you not
- 13:57Speaker 2: help the Palestinian people not have a two states solution.
- 14:01Speaker 1: End Israel, push them into the sea.
- 14:04Speaker 2: She wants to eliminate. We talked about in the last
- 14:06Speaker 2: episode the radical left wing mantra from the river to
- 14:10Speaker 2: the sea. What that means is literally wipe out Israel.
- 14:14Speaker 2: There are twenty two Arab countries on Earth, there are
- 14:17Speaker 2: fifty Muslim countries on Earth. There is one one one
- 14:21Speaker 2: Jewish state on planet Earth. And these radicals. They believe
- 14:26Speaker 2: that number should be zero. They don't want there to
- 14:29Speaker 2: be a Jewish state. And here's what she's calling for,
- 14:33Speaker 2: end Israel. That is the view of the radical left now.
- 14:41Speaker 2: I want to also point out that she said in
- 14:44Speaker 2: twenty fifteen she admitted she and her fellow organizers are
- 14:49Speaker 2: quote trained Marxist.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Here, have a look.
- 14:53Speaker 5: I think that the criticism is helpful. I also think
- 14:58Speaker 5: that it might I think of a lot of things.
- 15:03Speaker 5: The first thing I think is that we actually do
- 15:05Speaker 5: have an ideological frame, myself and Alicia in particular, trained organizers.
- 15:12Speaker 5: We are trained Marxists.
- 15:16Speaker 2: We are.
- 15:19Speaker 5: Super versed on sort of ideological theories.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Look, that's who they are. They are communists, they are Marxists.
- 15:33Speaker 2: By the way, Patrise Kuller started as a trained organizer
- 15:40Speaker 2: with something called the Labor Community Strategy Center. She called
- 15:43Speaker 2: it her first political home. The center's director, Eric Mann,
- 15:47Speaker 2: was her political mentor. She told Politic that there was
- 15:52Speaker 2: that it was there. She was trained for a youth
- 15:55Speaker 2: and she grew as a leader. The Labor Community Strategy
- 15:59Speaker 2: Centator just describes its philosophy as quote an urban experiment
- 16:05Speaker 2: using grassroots organizing to quote focus on Black and Latino
- 16:08Speaker 2: communities with deep historical ties to the long history of
- 16:11Speaker 2: anti colonial, anti imperialist, pro communist resistance to the US Empire.
- 16:18Speaker 2: So understand if you support Black Lives Matter, the organization
- 16:22Speaker 2: you support, in their own words, pro communist resistance to
- 16:26Speaker 2: the US Empire. Now, the Senator teaches and studies the
- 16:32Speaker 2: history of quote indigenous rebellions against the initial European genocidal
- 16:37Speaker 2: invasions and quote the Great Slave Haitian Revolution of the
- 16:41Speaker 2: seventeen nineties, and quote the great slave rebellions that won
- 16:44Speaker 2: the US Civil War for the racist North. The Center
- 16:47Speaker 2: also expresses its appreciation for the work of the US
- 16:51Speaker 2: Communist Party, especially quote especially black communists, as well as
- 16:58Speaker 2: a support for the great work of the Black Panther Party,
- 17:01Speaker 2: the American Indian Movement, the Young Lords, the Brown Berets,
- 17:04Speaker 2: and the Great Revolutionary Rainbow Experiments of the nineteen seventies.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Speaking with the asl US at Liberty Weekly podcast, Cullers
- 17:14Speaker 2: described the Center as her quote foundation, claiming that it
- 17:19Speaker 2: was there that she developed the skills that helped her
- 17:21Speaker 2: found the Black Lives Matter movement after having been recruited
- 17:25Speaker 2: by its director, Eric mann Man, who is an avowed
- 17:28Speaker 2: communist revolutionary, that's what he described himself as. Was the
- 17:32Speaker 2: New England coordinator for Students Students for a Democratic Society
- 17:38Speaker 2: in nineteen sixty eight the Radical Marxist Organization. The following year,
- 17:42Speaker 2: an even more radical wing splittered from the SDS, led
- 17:46Speaker 2: by Bill Ayres and Bernardine Dorn, calling for violent direct
- 17:52Speaker 2: action over civil disobedience, and that splinter group became known
- 17:56Speaker 2: as the Weather Underground, with the stated goal of over
- 18:00Speaker 2: throwing the US government. As a result, the FBI classified
- 18:04Speaker 2: correctly the organization as a domestic terrorist group in nineteen
- 18:08Speaker 2: sixty nine. That's where Black Lives Matter came from, explicit
- 18:12Speaker 2: Marxists waging violent war on what they describe as the
- 18:20Speaker 2: US Empire. They described themselves as a pro communist resistance
- 18:26Speaker 2: to the US Empire.
- 18:27Speaker 1: You would think that these CEOs that were writing these
- 18:29Speaker 1: massive checks to Black Lives Matter, and all of these
- 18:32Speaker 1: sports teams are giving them literally billions in free media
- 18:35Speaker 1: with Black Lives Matter on the helmets, the end zones
- 18:39Speaker 1: at the end of the basketball courts that even the
- 18:40Speaker 1: US opened the corners, they had them up Black Lives Matter.
- 18:43Speaker 1: You would think they would have done a little bit
- 18:45Speaker 1: of research and been like do we really want to
- 18:47Speaker 1: give this? But that was that part of a Hey,
- 18:49Speaker 1: you can't say no, you can't ask questions. You have
- 18:53Speaker 1: to go with these radicals because if you don't, they
- 18:56Speaker 1: will come to ruin and destroy your industry.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Look, the NBA mandated that every NBA court had to
- 19:02Speaker 2: have the words black Lives Matter emblazoned on the court.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Now does the NBA support what Patrice Kulor says, she
- 19:09Speaker 2: supports the founder of Black Lives Matter, Inc? The end
- 19:13Speaker 2: of Israel? Do they support Hamas? Do they support and
- 19:17Speaker 2: by the way, following following these attacks, So let's go
- 19:25Speaker 2: back two weeks ago. You have the terror attacks in Israel.
- 19:29Speaker 2: You have the greatest single day massacre of Jews since
- 19:32Speaker 2: the Holocaust. You have death squads going house to house
- 19:36Speaker 2: murdering civilians, targeting civilians, targeting elderly people, targeting women, targeting children,
- 19:42Speaker 2: raping women and raping little girls, dragging them into the
- 19:47Speaker 2: public street, beheading infants. What was Black Lives Matter reaction? Well,
- 19:54Speaker 2: here's one tweet they sent out. Take a look that
- 19:58Speaker 2: is all that is it? A picture of a hand
- 20:05Speaker 2: glider with a Palestinian flag saying I stand with Palestine.
- 20:08Speaker 2: And by the way, that image are the terrorists that
- 20:12Speaker 2: came in to the concert, to the ravee and murdered
- 20:16Speaker 2: hundreds of young people at an outdoor concert. They're at
- 20:20Speaker 2: a concert, and they stood there and they just gunned
- 20:22Speaker 2: them down.
- 20:23Speaker 1: And this is the equivalent of putting on a picture
- 20:25Speaker 1: of the nine to eleven hijackers.
- 20:27Speaker 2: This is I support murderers who target teenagers, not military targets,
- 20:36Speaker 2: not people engaged in war. Not I support a peaceful
- 20:40Speaker 2: dialogue of a different diplomatic situation with the Palestines. None
- 20:44Speaker 2: of that. I support the terrorists who were murdering people.
- 20:50Speaker 2: That was Black Lives Matter, and and let me give
- 20:52Speaker 2: you for example, a quote from the Washington Free Beacon.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Lives Matter chapters across the United States had hardly contained
- 21:02Speaker 2: their glee following the terrorist attacks against the Jewish nation.
- 21:06Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter Chicago on Tuesday posted an image exalting
- 21:10Speaker 2: at paragliding Palestinian terrorist, a clear reference to the Hamas
- 21:14Speaker 2: gunmen who flew into a music festival Saturday morning and
- 21:17Speaker 2: massacred at least two hundred and sixty Israelis. On Instagram,
- 21:22Speaker 2: the Chicago chapter posted graphics claiming it is racist and
- 21:26Speaker 2: islamophobic quote to criticize Hamasa's brutality. So if you don't
- 21:31Speaker 2: like raping children, you're racist and homophobe, Islamophobic, and said
- 21:36Speaker 2: the terrorist group had quote the legal right to resist
- 21:39Speaker 2: Israel by slaughtering innocent civilians. Black Lives Matter Grassroots, which
- 21:43Speaker 2: represents twenty six of the movement's chapters, on Monday, justified
- 21:48Speaker 2: Hamas's terror as quote a desperate act of self defense
- 21:54Speaker 2: and in fact, so this is more from the Washington
- 21:56Speaker 2: Examiner quote, as black people continue to fight to end
- 22:03Speaker 2: militarism and mass incarceration in our own communities, let us
- 22:06Speaker 2: understand the resistance in Palestine as an attempt to tear
- 22:10Speaker 2: down the gates of the world's largest open air prison.
- 22:14Speaker 2: That was BLM Grassroots, which represents dozens of BLM chapters.
- 22:19Speaker 2: BLM Indianapolis on X on Twitter reposted an image that
- 22:25Speaker 2: read I Stand with Palestine from the US Palestinian Community Network.
- 22:30Speaker 2: The chapter also reposted a separate image from a racial
- 22:32Speaker 2: justice group reading quote, Palestinians have lived under the violence
- 22:36Speaker 2: of Israeli colonialism for seventy five years. To end all violence,
- 22:41Speaker 2: the initial and ongoing violence of the oppressor and the
- 22:44Speaker 2: reactive resistance of the oppressed. We must act to end
- 22:48Speaker 2: the oppression. BLM Detroit, another group posted on Instagram the
- 22:52Speaker 2: image that BLM Grassroots released, while BLM Philadelphia, yet another group,
- 22:57Speaker 2: has since appeared to delete. A repost on its Instagram
- 23:01Speaker 2: story a pro Palestinian protesters of the US, with one
- 23:04Speaker 2: exclaiming quote, all of us are here standing today, are proud,
- 23:10Speaker 2: proud of what occurred yesterday. Proud proud of it. Now.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Now hold on, let's also be queer about saying that
- 23:16Speaker 1: I think you didned to understand. You can be off
- 23:18Speaker 1: off groups or one offs right with it, one of
- 23:21Speaker 1: the large organization nationwide, and you could say, okay, as
- 23:24Speaker 1: a national group we condemned.
- 23:27Speaker 2: With Indianapolis, Detroit, Philadelphia.
- 23:29Speaker 1: They didn't come out. In fact, they said.
- 23:31Speaker 2: They're allowed to do this, and no one disagreed.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Right. No one's saying that they shouldn't have said it.
- 23:35Speaker 1: No one's saying they went off the off the deep Ed.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Well, the founder of Black Lives Matter, called for the
- 23:39Speaker 2: end of Israel. Of course they're celebrating this. They're trained Marxists,
- 23:43Speaker 2: they're anti Semites, they hate Israel, and they are rooting
- 23:47Speaker 2: for the terrorists that are murdering Israeli civilians. Now you
- 23:50Speaker 2: might say, Okay, this is a fringe group. This is
- 23:53Speaker 2: not near the core of American society.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Follow the money.
- 23:57Speaker 2: I want to go back and just look at some
- 24:01Speaker 2: of the record. Airbnb donated five hundred thousand dollars to
- 24:08Speaker 2: the Black Lives Matter Foundation and the NAACP. It's unclear
- 24:11Speaker 2: how the money was divided between the two groups.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Got a cash Amazon, This is an incredible amount of money.
- 24:17Speaker 1: I hope everybody listening to this will share this. This
- 24:20Speaker 1: is the part that people need to understand. Amazon donated
- 24:24Speaker 1: twenty seven million across twelve or of the organizations, including
- 24:27Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter. It's unclear which scares the hell out
- 24:30Speaker 1: of me how the twenty seven million was divvied up.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Twenty seven million is a crap ton of money. Yeah.
- 24:37Speaker 2: Bad Robot Productions donated two hundred thousand dollars to Black
- 24:41Speaker 2: Lives Matter Los Angeles in June of twenty twenty. Coca
- 24:43Speaker 2: Cola Yeah, actually, Sprite made a five hundred thousand dollars
- 24:48Speaker 2: contribution to Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation. Degree the
- 24:54Speaker 2: deodorant planged one hundred thousand dollars the Black Lives Matter
- 24:58Speaker 2: Global Network Foundation, Dash.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Half a half a million.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Bucks, DoorDash five hundred thousand dollars. I used DoorDash all
- 25:05Speaker 2: the time. It's it's great, it's convenient, except for the
- 25:08Speaker 2: bastards of supporting Marxist organizations.
- 25:12Speaker 1: It support the Palestinians and cheered them on while they're
- 25:15Speaker 1: the Palestinians.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Hamastomos, it's Amas terrorists. Drop Box, the founder and CEO,
- 25:22Speaker 2: personally donated five hundred thousand dollars of the Black Lives
- 25:26Speaker 2: Matter Global Network Foundation and said that he would personally
- 25:29Speaker 2: match employee donations. Microsoft Microsoft donated two hundred and fifty
- 25:35Speaker 2: thousand dollars the Black Lives Matter Foundation. And how about
- 25:37Speaker 2: Warner Brothers Discovery. Warner Brothers Discovery signed Patrise Colors Pledge
- 25:45Speaker 2: and signed actually Patris Colors to a multi year deal
- 25:51Speaker 2: to produce original programming across a range of platforms. So
- 25:54Speaker 2: understand this. Warner Brothers Discovery looked at this event Marxists,
- 26:01Speaker 2: this racist anti Semite who. By the way, among other things,
- 26:06Speaker 2: the founders of a Black Lives Matter have also called
- 26:09Speaker 2: for boycotting all white owned businesses. So the last time
- 26:13Speaker 2: I checked Amazon. Jeff Bezos ain't black. Bill Gates, who
- 26:17Speaker 2: owns Microsoft, is the biggest shareholder. He ain't black. These
- 26:21Speaker 2: morons are literally funding organizations that are calling for boycotts
- 26:25Speaker 2: of their companies.
- 26:27Speaker 1: But this is this is virtue signaling one I won right.
- 26:31Speaker 1: I don't want to be accused of being a racist company. Therefore,
- 26:34Speaker 1: how big does it check me to be to black
- 26:35Speaker 1: lives matter? Regardless of what you're supporting, even if it's
- 26:38Speaker 1: terrorist organization.
- 26:39Speaker 2: So here's what needs to happen everyone who watches this podcast,
- 26:43Speaker 2: and we are I think this month we're going to
- 26:45Speaker 2: cross the threshold of one million viewers of the month
- 26:48Speaker 2: of October. I think we're on pace to do that.
- 26:51Speaker 2: We've been just under a million. I think this month
- 26:53Speaker 2: we're going to cross a million. This has big been
- 26:55Speaker 2: our biggest month ever.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Unique individuals let's speak here. But by the way, views
- 26:59Speaker 1: are way the million.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Views where three to four million. We're well north of that.
- 27:05Speaker 2: But this is a million unique people that watch this podcast,
- 27:08Speaker 2: which is blowing away CNN. It's blowing away a lot
- 27:11Speaker 2: of the media. Every one of us who watches this
- 27:16Speaker 2: needs to demand of these companies, Hey do you support
- 27:20Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter, Marxist agenda supporting Hamas? Are you anti Semites?
- 27:25Speaker 2: Do you support that we need the end of Israel?
- 27:30Speaker 2: That is important that these groups be held accountable. And
- 27:33Speaker 2: by the way, it's not just Black Lives Matter?
- 27:35Speaker 1: Can we go one another thing about Black Lives Matter?
- 27:37Speaker 1: That I think also people to understand this is their
- 27:40Speaker 1: total focus right now. So if you want to understand
- 27:43Speaker 1: what they're doing as an organization right now, if you're
- 27:45Speaker 1: writing checks right now to Black Lives Matter, if you're
- 27:47Speaker 1: a corporation right in these checks they're so purpose right
- 27:50Speaker 1: now is supporting Hamas.
- 27:52Speaker 2: That's all they're doing right now now. To be fair,
- 27:54Speaker 2: I think most of these corporations are trying to just
- 27:56Speaker 2: slink into the cornfields. It reminds me of Homer Simpson,
- 27:59Speaker 2: like fading into the cornfield. That that that that that
- 28:02Speaker 2: mean like they're just trying to disappear. And you know what,
- 28:06Speaker 2: they know the corporate media is not going to hold
- 28:08Speaker 2: him to account. They know that that CNN's not going
- 28:11Speaker 2: to ask, hey, why do you support a Marxist organization
- 28:14Speaker 2: that wants to end Israel?
- 28:15Speaker 1: Or are you still giving to them this year?
- 28:16Speaker 2: Now?
- 28:17Speaker 1: Is it in your corporate budget.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Look, nobody's asking that they may be they may be right, now,
- 28:21Speaker 2: every one of these companies needs to be asked that
- 28:24Speaker 2: and and and you know it's not just Black Lives Matter,
- 28:26Speaker 2: it's other radical left wing groups. So you take, for example,
- 28:30Speaker 2: the Democratic Socialist of America. So Democratic Socialists of America
- 28:34Speaker 2: is the radical left wing group. It's the Democratic Socialists
- 28:38Speaker 2: of America is the party of ilan Omar of Cory Bush,
- 28:41Speaker 2: of Rashida Taliv of AOC of Jamal Bowman, who remember
- 28:46Speaker 2: pulled the fire alone because he wanted to end the vote.
- 28:50Speaker 2: That's who the Democrats Socialists of America are. Watch one
- 28:54Speaker 2: Colorado State representative, a guy named Tim Hernandez, when he's
- 28:58Speaker 2: asked by a reporter about Hamas's atrocity. He's a Democrat
- 29:02Speaker 2: Democratic Socialist, just like the rest of these. Watch how
- 29:05Speaker 2: he responds.
- 29:07Speaker 1: And I think it's despicable why they're protesting, for.
- 29:10Speaker 5: Protesting and the fact that you can't condemn women and
- 29:13Speaker 5: children and elderly.
- 29:14Speaker 6: People in the streets.
- 29:16Speaker 2: What about it?
- 29:19Speaker 1: Do you condemn it? Why can't you say yes? Because
- 29:24Speaker 1: you didn't give an answer, and every I think anybody
- 29:25Speaker 1: who watches would understand there you go.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Well, I think we guaranteed more than three people will
- 29:33Speaker 2: watch the video.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I think we just did that.
- 29:35Speaker 2: But but look, what's interesting is when he says, what about
- 29:41Speaker 2: what about the women and children and elderly people being
- 29:45Speaker 2: mowed down in the streets, and his response is what
- 29:48Speaker 2: about it? Yeah. Look, it's just like Rashida Talib. They
- 29:54Speaker 2: won't condemn the barbarism, the war crimes, the targeting of civilians,
- 30:00Speaker 2: the horrific conducts of Hamas terrorists because they supported it.
- 30:03Speaker 2: And so let's be clear, if you support Black Lives Matter,
- 30:08Speaker 2: if you write checks to Black Lives Matter, you were
- 30:10Speaker 2: supporting these Hamas terrorists. And if you support the Democrats
- 30:13Speaker 2: Socialists of America, that's what you support as well, because
- 30:19Speaker 2: they embrace this hatred for Israel, this hatred for Jews.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Let's be clear, Hamas was murdering people simply because they
- 30:34Speaker 2: were Jewish, if you were Jewish, just.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Like their rockets, they don't care what it hits as
- 30:39Speaker 1: long as someone dies.
- 30:40Speaker 2: It's Jewish, yes, and it is naked anti Semitism and
- 30:45Speaker 2: more and more on the left. That is their view
- 30:49Speaker 2: is Jews are evil and deserve to be killed because
- 30:53Speaker 2: they're Jewish and that sounds harsh, but that's Hamas's view.
- 30:57Speaker 2: And if you defend Hamosh. Look, Black Lives Matter Chicago
- 31:02Speaker 2: puts up an image of a terrorist who murdered nearly
- 31:05Speaker 2: three hundred teenagers Israelis because they were Jews, and said,
- 31:08Speaker 2: I stand with the murderer. I stand with the terrorist.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Do it again.
- 31:13Speaker 2: That is exactly what they're saying. And by the way,
- 31:17Speaker 2: it's not just major fortune, five hundred companies, the media,
- 31:22Speaker 2: it's also George Soros. George Soros, let me read an
- 31:26Speaker 2: article from The News. Billionaire Democratic donor George Soros once
- 31:31Speaker 2: slammed the US for supporting Israel and not recognizing Hamas
- 31:35Speaker 2: after the terrorist group won control of the Gaza strip.
- 31:38Speaker 2: In a two thousand and seven Financial Times off ed,
- 31:41Speaker 2: Soros chasing the Bush administration's commitment to Israel, calling on
- 31:45Speaker 2: the US and the Jewish state to work together with Hamas,
- 31:49Speaker 2: whose forces killed more than nine hundred people across the
- 31:52Speaker 2: Gaza border on Saturday. So, George Soros, who is by
- 31:56Speaker 2: the way, one of, if not the single biggest Democrat
- 31:59Speaker 2: giver donor on the Democrat side, it is funding dozens,
- 32:05Speaker 2: if not hundreds of left wing organizations, is putting millions
- 32:09Speaker 2: and millions of dollars, is funding the Soros Das who
- 32:13Speaker 2: are refusing to lock up murderers, who, by the way,
- 32:15Speaker 2: are releasing people who commit the kind of crime Samas commits,
- 32:18Speaker 2: although they do it on smaller scales. They murder and
- 32:20Speaker 2: rape one, two, three, four, five Americans, and the Soros
- 32:23Speaker 2: Das let them go. Hamas murders fourteen hundred Israelis, thirty Americans,
- 32:30Speaker 2: and Soros says, hey, America ought to work with Amas.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Those are our people. That is the view of the
- 32:36Speaker 2: radical left.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Do you know of any other op ed that George
- 32:39Speaker 1: Soros has written? Because for George Soros to go out
- 32:42Speaker 1: there and to want to do an op ed defending
- 32:45Speaker 1: Hamas and attacking Israel, he has to really believe this
- 32:50Speaker 1: at a whole nother level, because he's not a guy
- 32:53Speaker 1: yet he does a lot behind the scenes. He's a
- 32:54Speaker 1: behind the scenes guy, but to publicly come out and
- 32:57Speaker 1: to do that and to say I stand with him, basically,
- 33:00Speaker 1: you need to accept Thomas Hamas or the people you
- 33:03Speaker 1: need to be standing by. If that's what's sort of
- 33:06Speaker 1: saying publicly, imagine what he's saying privately.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Look, this is the modern radical left. They hate Israel.
- 33:16Speaker 2: We talked about the last part how Jake Tapper went
- 33:20Speaker 2: went on CNN and said, Wow, the anti Semitism and
- 33:24Speaker 2: the far left is really becoming apparent to a lot
- 33:26Speaker 2: of us, and it's shocking a lot of us. Well, look,
- 33:29Speaker 2: it's not shocking anyone who's paying attention. This is who
- 33:32Speaker 2: they are. The hate Jews, the hate Israel, and every
- 33:37Speaker 2: one of the leftists who embraced Black Lives Matter. You
- 33:41Speaker 2: cannot support Black Lives Matter, the Marxist institution and claim
- 33:47Speaker 2: you support Israel. Those are fundamentally inconsistent because they are
- 33:51Speaker 2: profoundly anti Semitic. They want the destruction of Israel. Their
- 33:57Speaker 2: co founder said her objective is to end the imperialist
- 34:02Speaker 2: project that is Israel, and they openly embrace and support
- 34:06Speaker 2: the Hamas terrorists. So ask yourselves. If you're a head
- 34:11Speaker 2: of corporate philanthropy at any company and you write the check,
- 34:14Speaker 2: you sign your name to a check to Black Lives Matter,
- 34:18Speaker 2: understand that you're signing a check saying I stand with
- 34:21Speaker 2: the terrorist who are raping and murdering children. Because there
- 34:25Speaker 2: is no gray area in this There is good and
- 34:29Speaker 2: evil and these hamas terrorist or evil.
- 34:32Speaker 1: You also have a very interesting thing that's happening, and
- 34:34Speaker 1: that's Look, you've got Soros. And some people may say,
- 34:36Speaker 1: look Soros BLM, they're kind of on the outside. Okay,
- 34:40Speaker 1: well look at this administration. John Kerry, who's in this administration,
- 34:44Speaker 1: he has his own problem in the past when it
- 34:46Speaker 1: comes to his thoughts on Israel that are now coming
- 34:49Speaker 1: back into play, and they should have been the clip
- 34:51Speaker 1: we're about to play should have been played everywhere to
- 34:54Speaker 1: give you kind of a perspective on the people that
- 34:56Speaker 1: Joe Biden is surrounding himself with. Take a look at
- 34:59Speaker 1: Carrie in a his own words. Back in twenty fourteen.
- 35:02Speaker 7: Secret recordings of the Secretary of State John Carey during
- 35:05Speaker 7: closed door meeting with a Trilateral Commission group of global leaders.
- 35:08Speaker 7: They were talking about the Middle East peace process when
- 35:11Speaker 7: the Secretary of straight dropped this bombshell, the unitary state.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Lines of either the apartized state, seventy class citizens or
- 35:21Speaker 2: lines of being states is the shortest the capacity in
- 35:24Speaker 2: this room, and.
- 35:25Speaker 3: He was shaved.
- 35:26Speaker 1: He was Secretary of State under Barack Obama at the time.
- 35:29Speaker 1: When he said that he has a job in this
- 35:31Speaker 1: administration with what they still say. Remember a week ago,
- 35:35Speaker 1: when all this happened, this terrorist attack happened, they were
- 35:38Speaker 1: still out there on TV saying that climate is the
- 35:40Speaker 1: number one threat to everybody in the world. It looked,
- 35:42Speaker 1: and that's his job now, Remember that's his new job.
- 35:44Speaker 1: The climate Zar, whatever the hell they call it.
- 35:46Speaker 2: John Kerry is today the climate Zar, today, the head
- 35:49Speaker 2: of Chinese communist appeasement, because as climates are, his main
- 35:54Speaker 2: job is to purchase wind solar products from communist China
- 35:58Speaker 2: produced with Chinese slave labor and concentration camp. So that's
- 36:01Speaker 2: what he's doing now. He's perfectly comfortable with supporting evil,
- 36:05Speaker 2: with supporting slavery, with supporting mass genocide which Communist China
- 36:10Speaker 2: is committing. But previously, when he was Secretary of State. Look,
- 36:14Speaker 2: those comments were not made when he was just sort
- 36:16Speaker 2: of a rogue citizen, some clown. Those comments were made
- 36:20Speaker 2: when he was the sitting US Secretary of State. And
- 36:23Speaker 2: I don't know if you remember what I did following
- 36:25Speaker 2: those comments. I went to the Senate floor and I
- 36:29Speaker 2: called on John Kerry to resign because I said, those
- 36:32Speaker 2: comments will be repeated by every enemy of Israel. They
- 36:37Speaker 2: will be repeated by Hamas. They were repeated by Hesbala,
- 36:39Speaker 2: they will be repeated by Iran and say, this is
- 36:43Speaker 2: not us saying this. This is the United States Secretary
- 36:45Speaker 2: of State that says Israel is an apartheid state. That
- 36:49Speaker 2: is a lie, an utter lie. But it is a
- 36:52Speaker 2: lie that is driven by people that want the number
- 36:55Speaker 2: of Jewish states on planet Earth to be zero because
- 36:58Speaker 2: they say, well, we want to bring enough Palestinians into
- 37:02Speaker 2: Israel that they control Israel as well, so there are
- 37:05Speaker 2: zero Jewish states. There is in fact a Jewish state
- 37:08Speaker 2: in Israel. Now. They protect the rights of Muslims, they
- 37:13Speaker 2: protect the rights of Arabs and Israel. And by the way,
- 37:15Speaker 2: Gaza they Gaza. Israel left Israel seated sovereignty. The Palestinian
- 37:22Speaker 2: authority runs Gaza entirely. Hamas runs Gaza entirely. When when
- 37:27Speaker 2: the leftists refer to Gaza as an open air prison,
- 37:30Speaker 2: they may be right, but the jail guards are Hamas.
- 37:34Speaker 2: Israel's not the jail guards. All they're doing is saying
- 37:37Speaker 2: stay where you are, stay out of Israel.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Well, and to prove your point, the reporting is clear.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Israel said get out of Gaza, and we know that
- 37:45Speaker 1: Hamas was forcing people to stay in Gaza because they
- 37:48Speaker 1: wanted us to be able to die so they can
- 37:50Speaker 1: blame Israel for its and everything. Yeah, they're trying to
- 37:54Speaker 1: say please leave before we come in, and Hamas is
- 37:57Speaker 1: saying you can't leave his prison.
- 37:59Speaker 4: Is it?
- 38:00Speaker 2: No, Hamas wants Palestinian civilians to die. Why because CNN
- 38:06Speaker 2: and the rest of the media will then amplify it
- 38:09Speaker 2: and do just what they did with Palestinian hospital. Yeah,
- 38:12Speaker 2: they'll blame Israel because they're already ready to blame Israel.
- 38:15Speaker 2: They are part of the propaganda effort, and Hamas recognizes
- 38:20Speaker 2: they don't have the military force to defeat Israel. They
- 38:23Speaker 2: believe that the global corporate media does have the power
- 38:27Speaker 2: to defeat Israel, and so they're not even an ancillary
- 38:30Speaker 2: part of the strategy. They're an integral part of the strategy.
- 38:34Speaker 2: And today they demonstrated exactly why Hamas feels they can
- 38:39Speaker 2: count on the corporate media to be their biggest ally.
- 38:43Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about our friends that
- 38:44Speaker 1: gets the precious metals real quick. If you're like me

- 38:55Speaker 1: bad investment. I wanted to make sure that I had

- 40:14Speaker 1: gonna make sure that the headlines are not getting out there,
- 40:16Speaker 1: keep getting out there. I also want to talk about
- 40:18Speaker 1: backshifting to the US and some domestic news. This gag
- 40:23Speaker 1: order that was just put on former President Donald Trump,
- 40:26Speaker 1: plain and simple, is this election interference at its worst,
- 40:30Speaker 1: but also at its finest. For Democrats who say, hey,
- 40:33Speaker 1: we can shut up a candidate running the leader in
- 40:36Speaker 1: the lead by I don't know, forty plus points depending
- 40:39Speaker 1: on what poll you look at. We're gonna make sure
- 40:41Speaker 1: this guy can't defend himself and what we're trying to
- 40:43Speaker 1: do to him.
- 40:44Speaker 2: This gag order is blatantly unconstitutional. Really, it is an
- 40:47Speaker 2: absolute abuse of power. Here's what the gag order reads. Quote,
- 40:51Speaker 2: all interested parties in this matter, including the parties in
- 40:53Speaker 2: their council, are prohibited from making any public statements or
- 40:56Speaker 2: directing others to make any public statements that target will
- 41:00Speaker 2: One the Special Council prosecuting this case or his staff.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Two Defense counselor their staff. Three any of this Court
- 41:05Speaker 2: staff or other sporting personnel. And four any reasonable foreseeable
- 41:09Speaker 2: witness or the substance of their testimony. Now I want
- 41:12Speaker 2: to focus in particular on two of them. Number one,
- 41:14Speaker 2: the special council prosecuting the case. The judge is saying,
- 41:18Speaker 2: you're not allowed to make this case. That the special
- 41:21Speaker 2: counsel is a rabid partisan Democrat who's made a career
- 41:24Speaker 2: out of prosecuting Republicans, out of abusing his power, and
- 41:28Speaker 2: he's saying Trump can't make that point, but a sheep
- 41:32Speaker 2: rather the judge. But even more importantly, number four, Trump
- 41:37Speaker 2: is prohibited from saying making any public comments about any
- 41:44Speaker 2: reasonable foreseeable witness or the substance of their testimony. So
- 41:48Speaker 2: one of the witnesses is Mike Pence. Mike Pence is
- 41:51Speaker 2: currently running against Donald Trump for President of the United States.
- 41:54Speaker 2: So you now have a federal judge saying you, the
- 41:57Speaker 2: leading candidate for president of the United States, as a Republican,
- 42:02Speaker 2: are prohibited by this court from making any comments positive
- 42:06Speaker 2: or negative about Mike Pence, one of your opponents.
- 42:10Speaker 1: That's impossible, by the way.
- 42:13Speaker 2: I can just envision if Trump participated in a debate,
- 42:16Speaker 2: and I don't know if he will or not. But
- 42:17Speaker 2: you can imagine him on a debate stage and Mike
- 42:19Speaker 2: Pence stands up and a taxi and Mike Pence has
- 42:22Speaker 2: criticism of Trump, and Trump turns to him. And if
- 42:26Speaker 2: Trump were to follow this order, I guess Trump would say,
- 42:30Speaker 2: I would like to respond to those comments, but I
- 42:32Speaker 2: am prohibited by court order from saying anything regarding the
- 42:35Speaker 2: individual who just said that. That's absurd. That is right
- 42:41Speaker 2: in the face, laughing at the First Amendment, laughing at
- 42:45Speaker 2: free speech, laughing at the democratic process. Now watch and
- 42:49Speaker 2: listen to what Donald Trump said in response to this.
- 42:53Speaker 3: They think the only way they can.
- 42:55Speaker 6: Catch me is to stop me from speaking. They want
- 42:57Speaker 6: to take away my voice. And a judge gave a
- 43:01Speaker 6: gag order today.
- 43:02Speaker 1: Did you hear that?
- 43:03Speaker 6: On speech? Which I believe is totally unconstitutional? What she did?
- 43:08Speaker 6: A judge gave a gag order. A judge doesn't like
- 43:10Speaker 6: me too much. Her whole life is not like in me,
- 43:13Speaker 6: but she gave a gag order. You know what a
- 43:15Speaker 6: gag order is. You can't speak badly about your opponent.
- 43:21Speaker 6: But this is weaponry. All being done because Joe Biden
- 43:24Speaker 6: is losing the election and losing very very badly to
- 43:27Speaker 6: all of us. In the polls, he's losing badly. But
- 43:30Speaker 6: what they don't understand is that I am willing to
- 43:33Speaker 6: go to jail if that's what it takes for our
- 43:36Speaker 6: country to win and become a democracy again.
- 43:43Speaker 1: By the way, that's why people love him. Look, he's
- 43:46Speaker 1: calling it out and saying, fine, you want to go there,
- 43:48Speaker 1: you can put me in jail. I'm willing to go
- 43:51Speaker 1: to defend my rights to that end.
- 43:53Speaker 2: There are very few statements Donald Trump has made that
- 43:55Speaker 2: I agree with more emphatically than what he.
- 43:57Speaker 1: Just said there.
- 43:59Speaker 2: That is a exactly right. By the way, on the
- 44:02Speaker 2: face of it, he arguably violated the gag order right there,
- 44:06Speaker 2: because he's pointing out that the judge is a radical
- 44:08Speaker 2: leftist and is in fact one of the most liberal judges,
- 44:11Speaker 2: if not the most liberal judge on the entire DC Court.
- 44:15Speaker 2: I don't think the DC judge is going to dare
- 44:18Speaker 2: to put him in jail like you could.
- 44:20Speaker 1: She really couldn't. That was my question based on that.
- 44:24Speaker 1: Could she actually go and arrest him.
- 44:26Speaker 2: She could issue an order go arrest him and put
- 44:28Speaker 2: him in jail. Part of me wants her to do
- 44:34Speaker 2: that because if she did, he would immediately appeal, and
- 44:38Speaker 2: I am absolutely certain the appellate courts would reverse it.
- 44:41Speaker 2: I put it at one hundred percent even for a
- 44:46Speaker 2: hardcore leftist judge. She knows that she's not going to lie.
- 44:50Speaker 1: And why did she do the gag order? That's my
- 44:52Speaker 1: question because if you know Donald Trump at all, you
- 44:55Speaker 1: know he's going to push that button.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Because there's an arrogance to it. And I think what
- 44:59Speaker 2: she probably will do is find him. I think you
- 45:03Speaker 2: will see her at some point. I don't think she'll
- 45:05Speaker 2: take that comment. I think she'll try to find something
- 45:08Speaker 2: that is really explicitly blasting the prosecutor explicitly blasting Mike
- 45:14Speaker 2: Pence or some other potential witness. And I think what
- 45:17Speaker 2: is likely to that we're likely to see is that
- 45:21Speaker 2: she enters an order finding him one thousand dollars or
- 45:24Speaker 2: five thousand dollars or fifty or hundred whatever some amount.
- 45:29Speaker 2: And I expect that fine to be appealed, but it
- 45:32Speaker 2: will not be appealed with the urgency of if she
- 45:36Speaker 2: issued an order for the leading Republican candidate to be incarcerated.
- 45:40Speaker 1: And the former president of the United States of America, Yes,
- 45:43Speaker 1: that appeal would be resolved within hours like that would
- 45:47Speaker 1: be done on an emergency expedited basis.
- 45:50Speaker 2: And even the d C Circuit leans left. I don't
- 45:53Speaker 2: believe the DC Circuit look The Supreme Court, in a
- 46:01Speaker 2: case called Seattle Times versus Reinhardt, said that Litigan's First
- 46:05Speaker 2: Amendment rights quote may be subordinated to other interests that
- 46:08Speaker 2: arise in the courthouse. For instance, on several occasions, this
- 46:11Speaker 2: Court has approved restrictions on the communication of trial participants
- 46:14Speaker 2: where necessary to ensure a fair trial for a criminal defendant.
- 46:18Speaker 2: But this isn't designed to ensure a fair trial for
- 46:20Speaker 2: criminal defendant. In fact, just the opposite. This is designed
- 46:23Speaker 2: to hurt the criminal defendant. And I will point out
- 46:28Speaker 2: in New York Times versus Sullivan, which is a landmark,
- 46:31Speaker 2: maybe the landmark free speech freedom of the press case,
- 46:36Speaker 2: the Supreme Court said that the First Amendment reflects quote,
- 46:39Speaker 2: a profound national commitment to the principle that debate on
- 46:43Speaker 2: public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide open, and
- 46:48Speaker 2: that it may well include vehement, caustic, and sometimes unpleasantly
- 46:52Speaker 2: sharp attack on government and public officials. What this judge
- 46:57Speaker 2: just said is you're not allowed to criticize the prosecutor.
- 46:59Speaker 2: You're not allowed to criticize Merrick Garland, the most political
- 47:01Speaker 2: Attorney general in America's history, for weaponize the Department of
- 47:05Speaker 2: Justice to go after you because he's afraid you'll win
- 47:07Speaker 2: the election and he wants to abuse the justice system
- 47:09Speaker 2: to lock you up because he doesn't want the voters
- 47:11Speaker 2: to be able to vote for you. You're not allowed to
- 47:14Speaker 2: say that because while you're running for president, I don't
- 47:17Speaker 2: want I don't want the voters to hear that. That's
- 47:19Speaker 2: not about the jury pool. That's not about protecting the
- 47:22Speaker 2: integrity of the trial. That's about I don't like anyone
- 47:26Speaker 2: knowing what's going on. Now everyone knows what's going on.
- 47:28Speaker 2: That's why every time Trump gets indicted, his numbers in
- 47:31Speaker 2: the primary go up, because it's obvious whether you like
- 47:35Speaker 2: Trump or don't like Trump. Even people that don't like Trump,
- 47:37Speaker 2: they look at this and say, this is garbage and
- 47:41Speaker 2: this gag order. I gotta say, this judge may overreach,
- 47:49Speaker 2: and I think this gag order is overreaching. Now, the
- 47:53Speaker 2: gag order, on the face of it, is not likely
- 47:56Speaker 2: to be immediately appealable on an expedite basis. When the
- 48:02Speaker 2: appeal will speed up in all likelihood is when the
- 48:05Speaker 2: judge orders a consequence. If the judge ordered incarceration, if
- 48:10Speaker 2: the judge says locks on, do that. I don't think
- 48:13Speaker 2: she is I actually don't. I think I don't know
- 48:16Speaker 2: this judge at all. I've never practiced in front of her.
- 48:18Speaker 2: I don't know her. But from everything I know, I'm
- 48:20Speaker 2: assuming and her record indicate she's a hardcore leftist. But
- 48:23Speaker 2: I don't think she's stupid. If you issue an order
- 48:27Speaker 2: go incarcerate the president of the United States, lock them up,
- 48:30Speaker 2: by the way, you want to talk about unprecedented, put
- 48:33Speaker 2: it in handcuffs, put it in prison. Secret Service is
- 48:35Speaker 2: coming with him, So in the cell, you're gonna have
- 48:37Speaker 2: Secret Service agents protecting Donald Trump in prison. If she
- 48:41Speaker 2: issued that order, you would have an emergency expedited appeal.
- 48:45Speaker 2: And my prediction is in less than a day it
- 48:47Speaker 2: would be reversed. I actually think in hours. I don't
- 48:49Speaker 2: even think it'd take It wouldn't take twenty four hours.
- 48:51Speaker 2: It would take a couple of hours. And Trump is
- 48:53Speaker 2: exactly right. Send me to jail, you crazy lunatic partisan
- 48:59Speaker 2: who who is rubber stamping this abuse of power from
- 49:03Speaker 2: the most partisan attorney general we've ever seen.
- 49:06Speaker 1: It's incredible.
- 49:07Speaker 2: This gag order is a sad moment in American democracy.
- 49:10Speaker 2: It's a sad moment for American free speech. And let
- 49:13Speaker 2: me close the podcast with this question. Can you name
- 49:17Speaker 2: a single Democrat who's criticized the gag order?
- 49:21Speaker 1: Not a one, So I.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Can't name an elected Democrat, but I can. Actually, I'm
- 49:27Speaker 2: gonna close with this, I can name Erwin Chimerinsky. So
- 49:32Speaker 2: Erwin Chimerinsky, I know him well. He's a very liberal,
- 49:35Speaker 2: left wing law professor. When I litigated the case defending
- 49:39Speaker 2: the Texas Ten Commandments monument in Texas went to the
- 49:42Speaker 2: Supreme Court, we won five to four. The lawyer on
- 49:45Speaker 2: the other side was Erwin Chimerinsky. He and I have
- 49:48Speaker 2: done multiple debates one on one. He's a very smart,
- 49:51Speaker 2: very affable, very liberal constitutional law professor. So Erwin wrote
- 49:57Speaker 2: on October seventeenth, twenty twenty three, and op ed in
- 50:00Speaker 2: the La Times entitled a federal judges gag order against
- 50:03Speaker 2: Trump may be satisfying, but it isn't constitutional. And here's
- 50:08Speaker 2: what Erwin wrote. Basic First Amendment principles cast serious doubt
- 50:12Speaker 2: on the judge's order. Quote the Supreme Court is long
- 50:14Speaker 2: held that court orders prohibiting speech constitute prior restraint and
- 50:18Speaker 2: allowed are allowed only in extraordinary, compelling circumstances. Quote. What
- 50:22Speaker 2: is particularly troubling about Chutkin's order is that it seems
- 50:26Speaker 2: primarily concerned with protecting prosecutors and court personnel from Trump's vitriol.
- 50:31Speaker 2: The law is clear that speech can't be restricted to
- 50:34Speaker 2: prevent government officials from being criticized or even vilified. Quote.
- 50:39Speaker 2: The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that the First Amendment
- 50:42Speaker 2: protects a right to criticize government officials, even harshly. Quote.
- 50:46Speaker 2: There is no reason to believe, however, that Trump's criticism
- 50:49Speaker 2: of Smith, his staff, or court personnel will prevent a
- 50:52Speaker 2: fair trial. It is impossible to imagine that Trump's attacks
- 50:56Speaker 2: will change how the prosecutors behave Irwin Chemerinsky is mistrating principle.
- 51:00Speaker 2: Here's absolutely right. Name one Democrat senator who's shown this principle.
- 51:07Speaker 2: Name one Democrat House member who shown this principle. If
- 51:10Speaker 2: they exist, I don't know about it. Because today's Democrat
- 51:13Speaker 2: members of Congress hate Donald Trump so much that the
- 51:17Speaker 2: rule of law, the First Amendment, the Constitution, free speech
- 51:22Speaker 2: none of it matters. Trump hatred defines today's Democrat Party.
- 51:27Speaker 1: It's incredible. As it's almost midnight here, we thought we
- 51:30Speaker 1: might be talking about a new Speaker of the House.
- 51:32Speaker 1: I promise you we are going to have that update
