Inspection reports published today highlight ongoing problems in some nursing homes
The inspections by HIQA followed an RTE Investigates programme which raised serious concerns about conditions in two Emeis homes in Portlaoise and Dublin. Finbarr Colfer, Chief Inspector of Social Services with HIQA joined Rachael in studio.
