- 0:00Speaker 1: It's a name that everyone should remember. Daryl Brooks Jr.
- 0:03Speaker 1: A career criminal, was taken into custody following the deadly
- 0:07Speaker 1: incident during the Christmas parade Sunday in Wisconsin. Why should
- 0:12Speaker 1: you remember his name, not just because what he did
- 0:15Speaker 1: on Sunday, but for the fact that he should have
- 0:17Speaker 1: never been on the streets to be able to do
- 0:19Speaker 1: what he did on Sunday. But don't worry. The media
- 0:24Speaker 1: is going to protect him, The White House even protecting him.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Why because he's a Black Lives Matter dude. Yeah, he's
- 0:32Speaker 1: a Black Lives Matter activist who was getting revenge, possibly
- 0:36Speaker 1: from the Written House trial. He's a BLM guy, and
- 0:41Speaker 1: we gotta make sure that we don't know his name
- 0:43Speaker 1: and no one talks about it. We just make this
- 0:45Speaker 1: all go away. Now. In a minute, I'm going to
- 0:48Speaker 1: tell you about this Wisconsin district attorney who once championed
- 0:53Speaker 1: the policy to not put blackman in jail for crimes
- 0:58Speaker 1: that they commit. He was like big woke guy and
- 1:03Speaker 1: he's been doing this since twenty fifteen, when he was
- 1:07Speaker 1: paraded around by the Left as being a guy who's
- 1:10Speaker 1: changing the way we're doing things in America. We're purposely
- 1:15Speaker 1: not incrustrating people because of the color of their skin.
- 1:18Speaker 1: How did that work out? Yeah? I think we all know. Now.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you about him in a moment. Make
- 1:23Speaker 1: sure you share this podcast, okay, because people need to
- 1:26Speaker 1: hear about this DA and this woke DA and again
- 1:29Speaker 1: hit the share button, hit that little forward button, Share
- 1:31Speaker 1: this with your friends and text message or on social media.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Post it right now now. How was he out on bail.
- 1:37Speaker 1: It's a question that a lot of people are asking,
- 1:40Speaker 1: especially when he's got a rap sheet as long as
- 1:42Speaker 1: his and it is a lengthy He killed people because
- 1:46Speaker 1: we allowed him to. He killed people because of woke
- 1:49Speaker 1: district attorneys who are in favor of just letting people
- 1:52Speaker 1: out as soon as they committing his crimes. You want
- 1:54Speaker 1: to know how bad the crimes were. Take a listen
- 1:57Speaker 1: talked about Darryl E. Brooks. He is the suspect that
- 1:59Speaker 1: is now facing five counts of intentional homicide with that
- 2:03Speaker 1: vehicle in Waukashaw. You see Professor Jonathan Turley there. I
- 2:07Speaker 1: just want to point this out very quickly. We have
- 2:09Speaker 1: just confirmed that he was out of jail after apparently
- 2:15Speaker 1: deliberately trying to run down the mother of his child,
- 2:19Speaker 1: and the report says, quoting here EAP an acronym to
- 2:23Speaker 1: talk about the victim. The alleged victim refused to get
- 2:26Speaker 1: into the vehicle, and Brooks intentionally and without consent, struck
- 2:29Speaker 1: Eap in the face with a closed fist. Eap walked
- 2:33Speaker 1: away from Brooks. EAP reported that Brooks then intentionally and
- 2:37Speaker 1: without consent, ran Eap over with his vehicle while Eap
- 2:43Speaker 1: was walking through the parking lot of a VP gas station.
- 2:46Speaker 1: That's the man right there, Darryl E. Brooks, who mowed
- 2:49Speaker 1: down dozens of people in Waukashaw, Wisconsin, yesterday, allegedly. Now,
- 2:58Speaker 1: this is a bom guy. This is a hardcore leftist activists.
- 3:03Speaker 1: The media cannot let this become a story. The media
- 3:08Speaker 1: can't tell you the truth that this guy should have
- 3:10Speaker 1: never been out of jail. The media cannot tell you
- 3:13Speaker 1: all this because it would be too damning for them. Now,
- 3:17Speaker 1: remember the President nited States of America guy in the
- 3:18Speaker 1: name of Joe Biden. He had no problem at all
- 3:22Speaker 1: attacking Kyle Rittenhouse saying he's white supremacist so he could
- 3:25Speaker 1: help get elected, saying look at this guy, this guy
- 3:27Speaker 1: over here, Written House, he supports Trump. How do I know?
- 3:31Speaker 1: I don't know. We just made it up. He's a
- 3:33Speaker 1: white supremacist. How do we know. I don't know. I
- 3:35Speaker 1: just made it up because we want to convict him
- 3:40Speaker 1: of being the worst person in the world, because then
- 3:42Speaker 1: it will imply that anyone that supports it on Trump
- 3:44Speaker 1: is just like him, and that's who you're supporting, so
- 3:46Speaker 1: we can win an election. There was no Let's step
- 3:49Speaker 1: back and get all the facts and all the details
- 3:52Speaker 1: before we indict at Written House a seventeen year old
- 3:54Speaker 1: who did nothing wrong. White House playing it very different
- 4:00Speaker 1: in this Wisconsin tragedy, a masked casualty event. Joe Biden
- 4:04Speaker 1: at the White House before I began, I want to
- 4:07Speaker 1: comment on the tragedy that occurred last night during the
- 4:11Speaker 1: holiday holiday parade in Wisconsin. By the way, I love
- 4:15Speaker 1: how we changed it from a Christmas parade to holiday parade.
- 4:17Speaker 1: So we got a holiday parade. Hey, what's the holiday Christmas? Okay,
- 4:20Speaker 1: then call it a damn Christmas parade. Nope, can't do that.
- 4:22Speaker 1: We gotta be woke. We're gonna call it a holiday parade. Well,
- 4:26Speaker 1: we don't have all the facts and details yet. We
- 4:29Speaker 1: know this morning that five families of Walkershaw are facing
- 4:35Speaker 1: fresh grief of a life without a loved one. At
- 4:39Speaker 1: least forty Americans are suffering from injuries, some of them
- 4:43Speaker 1: in critical condition, and an entire community is struggling, struggling
- 4:48Speaker 1: to cope with a horrific act of violence. Last night,
- 4:52Speaker 1: the people of Walkershaw were gathered to celebrate the start
- 4:57Speaker 1: of a season of hope and togetherness and thanksgiving. This morning,
- 5:03Speaker 1: Gill and I, in the entire Biden family, and I'm
- 5:05Speaker 1: sure all of us pray that that same spirit's going
- 5:08Speaker 1: to embrace and lift up all the victims of this tragedy,
- 5:12Speaker 1: bringing comfort to those recovering from the injuries, and rapping
- 5:16Speaker 1: the families of those who died in the support of
- 5:19Speaker 1: their community. We're all grateful their extraordinary work of the
- 5:23Speaker 1: first responders, from law enforcement to the emergency room doctors
- 5:27Speaker 1: who are working around the clock to deal with the
- 5:29Speaker 1: terrible consequence of what happened last night. My administration is
- 5:34Speaker 1: monitoring the situation very closely, so we're gonna we don't
- 5:38Speaker 1: have all the facts the details yet. We're gonna tread
- 5:41Speaker 1: lightly on this, but we do want to make a
- 5:43Speaker 1: come in here now. The Walkershaw, Wisconsin police chief. He
- 5:48Speaker 1: also came out holding back. Everybody calmed down. Okay, this
- 5:52Speaker 1: isn't a terrorist sacked, even if the guy claims it is,
- 5:57Speaker 1: because he's a black guy. That's a BM guy, and
- 5:59Speaker 1: I'm a black police chief and I'm woke. And even
- 6:02Speaker 1: if this guy tells you he went to a white parade,
- 6:06Speaker 1: someone described it on the BLM side of the movement
- 6:09Speaker 1: on social media as a white parade. I'm gonna tell
- 6:12Speaker 1: you every by chill out for a second. I just
- 6:14Speaker 1: received information that two of the forty eight our children
- 6:19Speaker 1: and their in critical condition. We have information that the
- 6:22Speaker 1: suspect prior to the insta was involved in the domestic disturbance,
- 6:26Speaker 1: which was just prior and the suspect left that scene
- 6:31Speaker 1: just prior to our arrival to the domestic disturbance. When
- 6:37Speaker 1: the suspect was driving through into the crowd, one officer
- 6:42Speaker 1: did discharges fire arm and fire shots at the suspect
- 6:45Speaker 1: to stop the threat, but due to the amount of
- 6:49Speaker 1: people had to stop and stop and fire did not
- 6:55Speaker 1: fire any other additional shots. Officers on imministrative leave as
- 7:00Speaker 1: part of the department protocol. Lauman's injured as a result
- 7:03Speaker 1: on the officer firing his dischargeing his fire weapon firearm.
- 7:08Speaker 1: The Sudric was taking in a custody short distance from
- 7:10Speaker 1: the scene, and we are confident he acted alone. There's
- 7:15Speaker 1: no evidence that this is a terrorist incident due to
- 7:18Speaker 1: the wind yesterday on. Hold on, there's there's no evidence
- 7:22Speaker 1: that there's this a terrist in sense, if a guy
- 7:24Speaker 1: targets people in a holiday parade, how can you immediately
- 7:28Speaker 1: say within moments there's no evidence as a terrorist incident?
- 7:32Speaker 1: Could he be a domestic terrorist? Could he be a
- 7:34Speaker 1: racist who decided to act like a terrorist. What's the
- 7:38Speaker 1: definition of terrorists? Now? Because you guys said Written House
- 7:40Speaker 1: was a terrorist, you said he was a white supremacist, terrorists,
- 7:43Speaker 1: domestic terrorists, an anarchist, a vigilante man. Aren't we calming
- 7:48Speaker 1: down on this guy? How bad is this guy? This
- 7:52Speaker 1: criminal record, as one person subscribed on TV, literally looks
- 7:57Speaker 1: like the menu at the cheesecake factory. That's how long
- 8:02Speaker 1: this dude's record was his rap sheet. As you listen
- 8:06Speaker 1: to some of the details here about this suspect, what
- 8:09Speaker 1: stands out to you? Well, I went through his record
- 8:12Speaker 1: and boy, is that troubling. I mean, we're talking about
- 8:14Speaker 1: forty five to fifty pages and I read forty five
- 8:18Speaker 1: to fifty pages is what this guy has on his
- 8:21Speaker 1: rap sheet? And how much did it cost him to
- 8:23Speaker 1: get out of jail? Virtually nothing. Milwaukee County DA office,
- 8:26Speaker 1: which is also a woke DA, said, quote, the state's
- 8:30Speaker 1: bail recommendation in this case was inappropriately low and live
- 8:33Speaker 1: of the nature of the recent charges. Hold on, so
- 8:36Speaker 1: you're now saying the state's bail recommendation the case was
- 8:38Speaker 1: inappropriately due to what he did in the future, not
- 8:42Speaker 1: on the forty or fifty pages of daddy you had
- 8:44Speaker 1: in the past. That's how woke they are in Wisconsin.
- 8:49Speaker 1: The Milwaukee District Attorney's office, the DA again, listen, this
- 8:54Speaker 1: is their exact words, their statement, the state's bail recommendation
- 8:57Speaker 1: in this case was inappropriately low and live of the
- 9:00Speaker 1: nature of the recent charges. You had forty to fifty
- 9:04Speaker 1: pages of data on this guy. He just tried to
- 9:07Speaker 1: run over the mother of his child with the same
- 9:11Speaker 1: damn car. You guys let him out, and now you're
- 9:14Speaker 1: saying we got it wrong because of what he did
- 9:16Speaker 1: after that. You're telling me the forty to fifty pages
- 9:19Speaker 1: plus trying to run over his own child's mother wasn't
- 9:25Speaker 1: enough to keep him in jail. Every single line. You
- 9:30Speaker 1: know this guy's got at all. I mean, we're talking
- 9:32Speaker 1: about felonies and misdemeanors, crimes of violence, drugs, crimes involving
- 9:37Speaker 1: moral turpitude. His record reminds me of the menu over
- 9:42Speaker 1: at the cheesecake factory, and it's extensive and everything's in there.
- 9:46Speaker 1: But Martha, I'm not jumping on the bandwagon just yet.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Did any particular prosecutor or judge failed in their duty
- 9:53Speaker 1: to keep him in It looks like he did his
- 9:56Speaker 1: time for each of the crimes, and I'm not yet
- 9:58Speaker 1: jumping on that bandwagon yet. Well, the DA came out
- 10:01Speaker 1: later and said, just kidding, jump on the bandwagon, right,
- 10:04Speaker 1: jump on the bandwagon. Now. I appreciate this attorney saying
- 10:07Speaker 1: I'm not gonna jump on the bandwagon yet, because guess what,
- 10:10Speaker 1: he's treating this case the way that you treat a
- 10:12Speaker 1: suspect before you try to indict them, like they did
- 10:16Speaker 1: with written House. Notice how everybody now is being calm
- 10:19Speaker 1: because this guy's a BLM guy, right, He's one of
- 10:23Speaker 1: the chosen ones of the left. Now, the Democrat who
- 10:28Speaker 1: used the written House trout to mock the Walkenshaw Parade
- 10:31Speaker 1: tragedy also has been forced to resign. Yeah, I'll give
- 10:35Speaker 1: you the details on that in just a moment, because
- 10:37Speaker 1: that plays into this all over, this whole thing, and AOC,
- 10:41Speaker 1: this is hilarious. She's now promoting bail reform one day
- 10:46Speaker 1: after the Walkenshaw Christmas Parade massacre. The Open Socialist AOC
- 10:51Speaker 1: promoted bail reform efforts just one day after the Walkenshaw,
- 10:55Speaker 1: Wisconsin Christmas parade with a suspect, Darryl Lee Brooks Junior,
- 10:59Speaker 1: who has an extensive forty to fifty page criminal record,
- 11:03Speaker 1: was released on a thousand bucks a thousand our bond
- 11:07Speaker 1: days prior to when he allegedly plowed an STUV into
- 11:10Speaker 1: the crowd of people. And a tweet Monday morning, AOC
- 11:13Speaker 1: doubling down shared a letter that she penned with Representative
- 11:16Speaker 1: Caroline Maloney Representative Jamie Raskin asking New York City's five
- 11:22Speaker 1: district attorneys for information on quote, excessive bail and the
- 11:25Speaker 1: New York City court system, particularly for low income defendants,
- 11:29Speaker 1: because they think when you do crimes, you should immediately
- 11:31Speaker 1: get out right away. You want to know some of
- 11:35Speaker 1: the things on his record that we just apparently overlook
- 11:38Speaker 1: now in society, as long as you are a darling
- 11:41Speaker 1: of the liberal left and the liberal left. DA's give
- 11:44Speaker 1: me one example of this guy's forty to fifty page
- 11:46Speaker 1: rap sheet. What's in it? The Wisconsin parade maskaker suspect
- 11:50Speaker 1: was convicted for impregnating a teen girl. No big deal here,
- 11:53Speaker 1: right yeah. The suspect, said to be charged with killing
- 11:57Speaker 1: at least five Americans in during forty eight others during
- 12:01Speaker 1: that Christmas parade is also a registered sex offender in
- 12:04Speaker 1: the state of Nevada. Records reveal Darrell Lee Brooks, Junior
- 12:07Speaker 1: has been arrested and is expect to be charged with
- 12:09Speaker 1: five counts first degree intentional homicide. But he's not a terrorist, Okay,
- 12:13Speaker 1: we've already declared that at the first press conference afterwards. Right,
- 12:17Speaker 1: No, No No, everybody calmed down, and this guy can't be
- 12:19Speaker 1: a terrorist. He just plowed through a crowd of people
- 12:23Speaker 1: after another domestics. He saw it beforehand, apparently, but no,
- 12:26Speaker 1: it's all good. Records out of Nevada revealed that Brooks
- 12:30Speaker 1: had been a Tier two registered sex offenders in November
- 12:32Speaker 1: of six when he was convictive statutory sexual seduction. The
- 12:37Speaker 1: conviction indicates that Brooks had sexual intercourse and as well
- 12:41Speaker 1: as multiple other types of intercourse with a person all
- 12:45Speaker 1: of the things on the list. Throw it in there
- 12:47Speaker 1: with a fourteen or fifteen year old who was at
- 12:49Speaker 1: least four years younger than him at the time. County
- 12:52Speaker 1: sheriff's officer in Nevada confirmed that they have an active
- 12:55Speaker 1: warrant out on Brooks for his non compliance with sex
- 12:59Speaker 1: offender law. So we let him out on bail after
- 13:02Speaker 1: you try to run over his baby's mother, so he
- 13:07Speaker 1: could then run out and run over a bunch of
- 13:09Speaker 1: other people. Got it. This is what woke liberalism looks
- 13:13Speaker 1: like when you actually implement it and you have a
- 13:15Speaker 1: woke DA that is allowed for this to happen. In Wisconsin,
- 13:20Speaker 1: coring the Sheriff's office, Brooks and pregnant a fifteen year
- 13:22Speaker 1: old girl and was sentenced to probation. Again, another woke
- 13:25Speaker 1: liberal out there saying, oh, yeah, you knocked up and
- 13:27Speaker 1: did a bunch of things or fourteen fifteen year old,
- 13:29Speaker 1: no problem, will give you a probation and then you're
- 13:31Speaker 1: a level two sex offender. Brooks was then subsequently arrested
- 13:35Speaker 1: for not complying with sex offender laws in twenty sixteen,
- 13:38Speaker 1: ten years later, but skipped out on his bail in
- 13:40Speaker 1: that case and did not appear in the Nevada Criminal Court.
- 13:43Speaker 1: But hey, you catch him, let's send him back to
- 13:45Speaker 1: Nevada because we're woke. He's a BLM guy, and we'll
- 13:48Speaker 1: let him go. Brooks has an extensive criminal history on
- 13:52Speaker 1: top of what I just read for you. Weeks ago,
- 13:54Speaker 1: for instance, Brooks was arrested in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin for
- 13:58Speaker 1: allegedly running over a woman in a gas station parking lot,
- 14:02Speaker 1: falling a fight that the two had. That woman is
- 14:05Speaker 1: the mother of his child. Days later, because the woke
- 14:09Speaker 1: judge in the reform that AOC and other Democrats have
- 14:13Speaker 1: been promoting, they referred to it as bail reform because
- 14:17Speaker 1: it's unfair to lock up black men when they commendin
- 14:20Speaker 1: his crimes, because we've gone woke in America. We woke, folks,
- 14:24Speaker 1: we woke. We find out now that they let him
- 14:26Speaker 1: go on a thousand dollar bill. Thousand bucks. Nothing to
- 14:30Speaker 1: see here, folks. This guy's just being the he's just
- 14:35Speaker 1: got the right skin color. White guy does this totally
- 14:38Speaker 1: different scenario. Brooks krimer record dates back to nineteen ninety
- 14:42Speaker 1: nine according to police. Then Brooks was convicted of his
- 14:46Speaker 1: first felony for aggravated battery. He was since three years probation. Again,
- 14:52Speaker 1: let's not lock guys up when they commitdate his crimes
- 14:54Speaker 1: if they are the right skin color. From two thousand
- 14:58Speaker 1: and two to twenty twenty, in addition to rape conviction,
- 15:03Speaker 1: Brooks has been convicted on felony drug charges, convicted for
- 15:09Speaker 1: obstructing an officer, charged with reckless endangerment, charged with having
- 15:14Speaker 1: a firearm as a felon, pleaded no contest for allegedly
- 15:19Speaker 1: strangling a woman, pleaded guilty to drug and bail jumping charges,
- 15:25Speaker 1: pleaded guilty to resisting arrests, and pleaded guilty to felony
- 15:30Speaker 1: drug charges. So he tries to run over a woman
- 15:33Speaker 1: in a parking lot, and because we want bail reform,
- 15:37Speaker 1: we let him go for a thousand bucks after he
- 15:40Speaker 1: ran over a woman. Brooks will now face multiple manatory
- 15:43Speaker 1: life senses if convicted of his newest charges, and I'm
- 15:47Speaker 1: sure they'll convict him. But this guy should have never
- 15:50Speaker 1: been on the streets to be able to even do
- 15:51Speaker 1: this in the first place. But don't worry, He's not
- 15:53Speaker 1: a terrorist. Everybody stopped, calmed down. Not a terrorist, folks,
- 15:57Speaker 1: not a terrorist. Don't jump to conclusions as the press
- 16:00Speaker 1: and said, everybody calmed down. We don't know all the
- 16:02Speaker 1: facts yet. We're not sure exactly what's going on with
- 16:05Speaker 1: this guy. We're gonna hold our judgment, Kyle Rittenhouse, white supremacist, murderer, anarchists.
- 16:10Speaker 1: What else was he? Trump supporter, maga guy, vigilante. Fine, though,
- 16:16Speaker 1: this guy everybody slowed down, not a terrorist, Biden. We
- 16:20Speaker 1: don't have all the facts and details yet. We do
- 16:24Speaker 1: know the walking shop Police Department said the driver was
- 16:26Speaker 1: in another domestic dispute before plowing into the holiday parade,
- 16:30Speaker 1: killing all these people. Oops are bad. He tried to
- 16:36Speaker 1: run down the mother of his child, struck her with
- 16:38Speaker 1: a car, same car ran these people were over with.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Oops my bad. I'm not laughing. I'm I don't know
- 16:45Speaker 1: what else to do but to roll my eyes in disgust.
- 16:49Speaker 1: We have two different, two very different justice systems right
- 16:55Speaker 1: now in this country. We have men like this African
- 16:58Speaker 1: American man that can have a forty to fifty page
- 17:02Speaker 1: history of convictions and we let him out for a
- 17:05Speaker 1: thousand bucks. Do you think a white guy could get
- 17:07Speaker 1: away with that? No, we put rittenhouse in jail for
- 17:10Speaker 1: eighty plus days with no running water, didn't allow him
- 17:13Speaker 1: to take a shower for over a month. Wow. But hey,
- 17:17Speaker 1: everybody calmed down. Let's not move through this too quickly.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Let's everybody dial it back. Milwaukee DA announces internal review
- 17:26Speaker 1: of Darryl Brooks bail recommendation. Apparently this is all you're
- 17:30Speaker 1: gonna get. Milwaukee prosecutors say we're conducting, quote, an internal
- 17:34Speaker 1: review and to their own office's decision to make an
- 17:37Speaker 1: inappropriately low bail recommendation for Darryl Brooks Junior, the man
- 17:42Speaker 1: now being charged with plowing his suv through that crowd
- 17:46Speaker 1: at that Christmas parade. Now here's the part people need
- 17:49Speaker 1: to understand. If Daryl Brooks has gotten out, who else
- 17:53Speaker 1: is out right now that should have never been let
- 17:55Speaker 1: go for a thousand bucks or five hundred bucks. I mean,
- 17:59Speaker 1: Brooks has multiple penning cases in Milwaukee County alone, including
- 18:03Speaker 1: a twenty twenty case involving two counts a second degree
- 18:06Speaker 1: reckless endangerment and being a felon in possession of a firearm,
- 18:09Speaker 1: and we had already and we let him out. According
- 18:12Speaker 1: to spokesman for the Milwaukee disric attorney John Chisholm, bail
- 18:16Speaker 1: was originally set ten thousand, later reduced seventy five hundred.
- 18:19Speaker 1: The disc attorney's office set why because the guy was black,
- 18:23Speaker 1: and we got bail reform for African Americans, because that's
- 18:26Speaker 1: what you do now when you're blm and woke. Due
- 18:28Speaker 1: to a court scheduling conflict that would have deprived Brooks
- 18:32Speaker 1: of his right to a speedy trial, his bail was
- 18:35Speaker 1: again reduced, they said, this time of just five hundred dollars,
- 18:38Speaker 1: which was posted on February twenty first. So five hundred
- 18:41Speaker 1: bucks when you're trying to kill people run him over,
- 18:43Speaker 1: no big deal. Earlier this month, Milwaukee authorities charged Brooks
- 18:47Speaker 1: with another reckless endangerment and let him out again felony bail, jumping, battery,
- 18:52Speaker 1: obstructing an officer, and just sort of the conduct he
- 18:54Speaker 1: allegedlie ran a woman over with what may have been
- 18:57Speaker 1: the exact same SUV that reached Havoc at the Christmas Prady.
- 19:00Speaker 1: He was released, this time on a thousand dollars cash
- 19:02Speaker 1: bail quote. The States recommendation. The state's bail recommendation in
- 19:07Speaker 1: this case was inappropriately low night in the light of
- 19:10Speaker 1: the nature of the recent charges. So we only got
- 19:13Speaker 1: it wrong because he went out and cut a whole
- 19:14Speaker 1: lot of people. But if he wouldn't have done that,
- 19:16Speaker 1: we got it right. The bail recommendation this case is
- 19:19Speaker 1: not consistent with the approach of the Milwaukee District County
- 19:22Speaker 1: District Attorney's Office towards matter involving violent crime, nor was
- 19:26Speaker 1: it consistent with the risk assessment of the defendant prior
- 19:28Speaker 1: to setting the bail. I'm gonna go out on a
- 19:31Speaker 1: limb and say that every single journalist shouldn't look at
- 19:35Speaker 1: how many people are out on bail right now was
- 19:37Speaker 1: similar charges. Because I promise you this is my gut
- 19:41Speaker 1: but mark me and I will apologize if I'm wrong,
- 19:44Speaker 1: But I guarantee this isn't the only oops out there
- 19:46Speaker 1: right now walking around among us. Because we've gone woke
- 19:50Speaker 1: with everything in this country. Your African American man, we're
- 19:53Speaker 1: not putting in jail try to run over another woman.
- 19:55Speaker 1: We don't care. We got woke. We need bail reform now,
- 19:59Speaker 1: prisoner reform. Bail reform. Hell, we shouldn't. We're arguing now
- 20:02Speaker 1: that people shouldn't even go to jail no matter what
- 20:03Speaker 1: they've done, even if they try to run over your
- 20:05Speaker 1: baby mama, even if they got an illegal gun as
- 20:08Speaker 1: a failing doesn't matter. Let him out. We got woke,
- 20:13Speaker 1: all right. Let's talk about how woke the people that
- 20:17Speaker 1: have been elected have gotten. Within the Democratic Party. Let's
- 20:20Speaker 1: look at the Democratic district attorney who once championed jail
- 20:26Speaker 1: break policies. So the Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm, a Democrat,
- 20:33Speaker 1: the guy who's like, oh, on this case, yeah, we okay,
- 20:35Speaker 1: we got it wrong, right, This liberal DA saying we
- 20:40Speaker 1: got it along only be wrong only because we did
- 20:42Speaker 1: in the future, not because it was rap sheet in
- 20:44Speaker 1: the past, but in the future. We shouldn't let him
- 20:47Speaker 1: out on five hundred dollars, shouldn't let him out on
- 20:49Speaker 1: a thousand bucks. Okay, all right, Let's see who this
- 20:52Speaker 1: guy actually is. He was championed by progressives as a
- 20:55Speaker 1: leader on quote criminal justice reform before a court commission
- 21:00Speaker 1: release a suspect now accused of killing five Americans and
- 21:03Speaker 1: injuring forty eight others during that Christmas parade on Sunday,
- 21:07Speaker 1: police alledged to thirty nine year old mowed down a
- 21:10Speaker 1: crowd at the annual Christmas parade killing. As I said
- 21:13Speaker 1: earlier five, that number we hope doesn't go up, but
- 21:16Speaker 1: it may. We know that Brooks has an extensive criminal history,
- 21:21Speaker 1: totally at least sixteen arrests since nineteen ninety nine, and
- 21:25Speaker 1: has been repeatedly released by police custie on bail. In
- 21:30Speaker 1: the latest case, as you know, earlier this month, Brooks
- 21:33Speaker 1: was charged with second degree of reckless endangerment, endangering safety, felony,
- 21:38Speaker 1: baill jumping, battering, obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. The
- 21:44Speaker 1: woman claimed that Brooks motor down with his vehicle in
- 21:48Speaker 1: a gas station parking lot after the two got into
- 21:50Speaker 1: a domestic dispute. For the charges, the Milwaukee County Commissioner
- 21:56Speaker 1: sat Brooks bail at a thousand bucks. He posted the
- 21:58Speaker 1: bail was released from police custody soon after brooks arrests.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Chisholm's office released a statement calling one thousand hour bail
- 22:05Speaker 1: inappropriately low because of his conduct now, not in the past,
- 22:10Speaker 1: but now. The case, however, is seemingly in line with
- 22:15Speaker 1: the District attorney Chisholm's record as a progressive former prosecutor
- 22:20Speaker 1: who has been champion in the past for his work
- 22:22Speaker 1: on so called criminal justice reform, efforts to release quote
- 22:27Speaker 1: more inmates from prison and reduce incarceration rates overall. In
- 22:34Speaker 1: two fifteen, Jeffrey Tubin, the guy at CNN that got
- 22:41Speaker 1: fired for if you got kids in the car, your
- 22:43Speaker 1: muffs masturbating on a zoom call with colleagues at a
- 22:47Speaker 1: newspaper profiled this district attorney's work as a quote national
- 22:54Speaker 1: leader on criminal justice reform for The New Yorker and
- 22:57Speaker 1: a piece titled the Milwaukee Experiment. What can one prosecuter
- 23:04Speaker 1: do about mass incarceration of African Americans? That should tell
- 23:08Speaker 1: you everything you need to know. Since two thousand and fifteen,
- 23:11Speaker 1: this guy has been purposely letting specifically African Americans out
- 23:16Speaker 1: of jail and not putting them in jail altogether. Jeffrey Tubin,
- 23:20Speaker 1: the guy who likes to have fun on zoom who
- 23:23Speaker 1: still seen an illegal analysts wrote for The New Yorker
- 23:27Speaker 1: the same place where he was pleasuring himself on camera. Quote.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Chisholm decided that his office would undertake initiatives to try
- 23:35Speaker 1: to send fewer people to prison while maintaining public safety.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Had that workout for you guys there in Wisconsin. Quote,
- 23:44Speaker 1: For a long time, prosecutors have defined themselves through conviction
- 23:47Speaker 1: rates and winning the big cases with the big sentences.
- 23:51Speaker 1: Nicholas Turner, the president of the Vera Institute, told me,
- 23:54Speaker 1: But the evidence is certainly tipping that the attainment of
- 23:58Speaker 1: safety and justice requires more than just people in prison.
- 24:00Speaker 1: For a long time, prosecutors have to redefine their proper
- 24:05Speaker 1: role in a new errors, the woke area era. And
- 24:08Speaker 1: this was written about this prosecutor, this DA back in
- 24:11Speaker 1: two and fifteen. Chisholm quote stuck his neck out there
- 24:16Speaker 1: and started saying that prosecutors should also be judged by
- 24:19Speaker 1: their success in reducing mass incarceration and achieving racial equality.
- 24:27Speaker 1: So if you're black, you get out. You're white, you
- 24:29Speaker 1: go to jail. That's what this means. We're gonna give
- 24:33Speaker 1: people bail based on their race and give people senses
- 24:37Speaker 1: based on their race. So you commit a Hain's crime,
- 24:40Speaker 1: just like this guy did over and over and over again,
- 24:42Speaker 1: and you're black, you're out. But I promise you, if
- 24:44Speaker 1: you're a white dude, not happening Chisholm's efforts have drawn
- 24:47Speaker 1: attention around the country. The article from twenty and fifteen
- 24:52Speaker 1: says John is a national leader in law enforcement because
- 24:56Speaker 1: he is genuinely interested in trying to achieve the right results,
- 25:00Speaker 1: not only in individual cases, but in larger policy issues
- 25:04Speaker 1: as well. That's what Cyrus Van Junior, the Manhattan distc
- 25:07Speaker 1: attorney said for the New Yorker piece, quote Chisholm decide
- 25:12Speaker 1: to move what he calls an evidence driven public health model.
- 25:17Speaker 1: What's the most effective way to keep a community healthy?
- 25:20Speaker 1: Chisholm said, you protect people in the first place, but
- 25:23Speaker 1: then what do you do with the people who are arrested.
- 25:26Speaker 1: There are two basic models of prosecutor philosophy. In one,
- 25:30Speaker 1: you are a case processor, he said. You take what
- 25:34Speaker 1: is brought to you by law enforcement agencies, and you
- 25:36Speaker 1: move those cases fairly and efficiently through the system. But
- 25:40Speaker 1: if you want to make a difference, you have to
- 25:43Speaker 1: do more than just process cases. He goes on to say,
- 25:47Speaker 1: so the woke DA who allowed this to happen in
- 25:49Speaker 1: Wisconsin began stationing prosecutors in neighborhoods around Milwaukee. If people
- 25:56Speaker 1: view prosecutors as just the guys in the courthouse, who
- 26:00Speaker 1: are concerned only with getting convictions in you are creating
- 26:02Speaker 1: a barrier. He and his team started asking themselves in
- 26:06Speaker 1: every instance what they were bringing with the case, in
- 26:11Speaker 1: every instance, why they are bringing that case. Apparently a
- 26:16Speaker 1: forty fifty page rap sheet isn't exactly what. You got
- 26:20Speaker 1: to ask this question, right, like why? Right? This is
- 26:23Speaker 1: a holistic approach to fighting crime. Why are we Why
- 26:27Speaker 1: are we bringing this case? That's the question, he said
- 26:30Speaker 1: all of his prosecutors needed to ask, and those that
- 26:34Speaker 1: were seen as minor it was the least experienced people
- 26:38Speaker 1: who were deciding whether to bring them. And these people
- 26:42Speaker 1: saw that we had generally brought those cases in the past,
- 26:45Speaker 1: so they went ahead him with him again. But we
- 26:49Speaker 1: started to ask, why are we charging these people with
- 26:51Speaker 1: crimes at all? So people commit crimes and they're not
- 26:54Speaker 1: that big of a crime. So now they've decided that
- 26:57Speaker 1: why would we charges people with crimes even though the
- 26:59Speaker 1: committed crime because the crime really isn't that big. We
- 27:02Speaker 1: started to ask this is wokeism. We started to ask
- 27:06Speaker 1: why are we charging these people with crimes at all.
- 27:10Speaker 1: At the time of the profile, Chishom's office brag that
- 27:12Speaker 1: Milwaukee County was mostly the reason for the state's drop
- 27:16Speaker 1: in its prison population. Two thousand and seven, Wisconsin's prison
- 27:21Speaker 1: population total about twenty four five hundred inmates by twenty
- 27:26Speaker 1: fifteen that have been reduced to about twenty two thousand,
- 27:29Speaker 1: almost exclusively thinks to Milwaukee County and Chisholm and the
- 27:33Speaker 1: DA's office. The New York reported with excitement and similar
- 27:38Speaker 1: statements made in twenty fifteen. Chisholm suggests that more policing
- 27:42Speaker 1: and more criminal convictions were not a solution to reducing
- 27:46Speaker 1: overall crime rates. Why don't you go ask that the
- 27:48Speaker 1: fifty people run over in the five that are dead
- 27:50Speaker 1: in their families again, Chisholm, This is the guy who
- 27:54Speaker 1: allowed this dude who killed everybody in this parade to
- 27:57Speaker 1: get out on a five hundred dollar bail after he
- 28:01Speaker 1: ran over his wife after having a forty fifty page
- 28:03Speaker 1: rapt seat and convicted of multiple felonies, including impregnating a
- 28:08Speaker 1: young girl being a registered tech offender. Chisholm suggested that quote,
- 28:14Speaker 1: more policing and more criminal convictions were not a solution
- 28:19Speaker 1: to reducing overall crime rates. We have to get away
- 28:23Speaker 1: from the concept that all the problems that exist, and
- 28:26Speaker 1: the community can somehow be funneled to the criminal justice
- 28:28Speaker 1: system and that system will solve all the problems. Chisholm
- 28:31Speaker 1: said an event with criminal justice reform advocates. It just
- 28:35Speaker 1: doesn't work. It just hasn't work. He said, I'm concentrating
- 28:40Speaker 1: in concentrated areas of our community for twenty to thirty years.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Now we've gotten the same bad results. So good results
- 28:49Speaker 1: are massacres at Christmas parades. We're not going to solve
- 28:53Speaker 1: the problem by sending more cops and charging more cases,
- 28:55Speaker 1: he ended. So this is the due that allowed this
- 28:58Speaker 1: to happen. Now you understand why the White House, who's
- 29:02Speaker 1: in favor of prison reform and bail reform, is saying,
- 29:04Speaker 1: everybody calmed down. We don't know all the facts yet.
- 29:07Speaker 1: It's one of the media is saying, everybody calmed down.
- 29:09Speaker 1: We don't know all the fact Yet everybody relaxed, Everybody
- 29:11Speaker 1: back up, everybody calmed down. We don't know all the
- 29:13Speaker 1: facts yet, Rittenhouse, white guy, burn him, throw him in jail,
- 29:18Speaker 1: throw away the key, kill him, put a bounty on
- 29:21Speaker 1: his head, call him a domestic terrace, white supremacist. Joe
- 29:24Speaker 1: Biden did that by the way, called him a white
- 29:26Speaker 1: supremacist to win an election. This is where we are, folks.
- 29:31Speaker 1: This is what happens when you try this god awful
- 29:33Speaker 1: experiment of woke justice. It doesn't work and people die.
- 29:41Speaker 1: And there's proof of it in this case and many others.
- 29:44Speaker 1: But if you're white, it's open season on you because
- 29:47Speaker 1: we got woke in this country. Innocent, that is what
- 29:54Speaker 1: Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent, But the left is refusing to
- 29:59Speaker 1: acce scept that he is innocent, including the President of
- 30:03Speaker 1: the United States of America. Why is it that even
- 30:06Speaker 1: Joe Biden refuses to accept that Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent
- 30:10Speaker 1: after being cleared of all charges. Self defense, by the way,
- 30:15Speaker 1: is not illegal in America, but they sure are acting
- 30:18Speaker 1: like it. And why is it that they're continuing to
- 30:20Speaker 1: come after him When all this happened he was seventeen
- 30:23Speaker 1: years old. Now he has done an exclusive sit down
- 30:28Speaker 1: with Tucker Carlson. It will air eight o'clock Eastern Money Night.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Not only that, but behind the scenes, Tucker Carlson has
- 30:37Speaker 1: been doing a documentary on the entire trial, with exclusive
- 30:43Speaker 1: conversations and video with Rittenhouse, his family, in defense team,
- 30:48Speaker 1: the media, is freaking out over that too. Why because
- 30:51Speaker 1: how dare a conservative network or a conservative individual get
- 30:57Speaker 1: the sit down with Rittenhouse? By the way, if you
- 31:02Speaker 1: want to know why anyone that goes through anything close
- 31:05Speaker 1: to this is gonna pick to choose someone like a
- 31:08Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson's because they saw what happened when Nick Sandman
- 31:13Speaker 1: did his sit down interview with a Today's Shoe with
- 31:16Speaker 1: Savannah Guthrine. It was disgusting. It wasn't journalism and it
- 31:19Speaker 1: was horrific. It was pure evil. I have not watched
- 31:24Speaker 1: the Today Show since that interview happened because it was
- 31:29Speaker 1: pure evil to watch a mother, by the way, do
- 31:33Speaker 1: what she tried to do to Nick Sandman and indicting
- 31:36Speaker 1: him is acting like he was the instigator, acting like
- 31:39Speaker 1: he was trying to harass an older man. Now, Nick
- 31:44Speaker 1: Sandman and cal Rittenhouse both have something in common. In fact,
- 31:49Speaker 1: they both spoken to each other. From what we understand,
- 31:53Speaker 1: Nick Sandman said tweeted out that he was in good
- 31:56Speaker 1: spirits when he spoke to Rittenhouse and Rittenhouse as a man,
- 32:00Speaker 1: and now that people are threatening to kill all over
- 32:02Speaker 1: the country, including his family and including his legal team,
- 32:06Speaker 1: they are threatening to kill them hunt them down, because
- 32:10Speaker 1: vigilante justice is exactly what we have in this country
- 32:13Speaker 1: from the left, even the President Nine States of America
- 32:16Speaker 1: getting in on it, saying, well, I'm having a hard
- 32:18Speaker 1: time with this verdict. Now, you gotta understand why he
- 32:22Speaker 1: said that, because he understands the politics, folks. He understands
- 32:27Speaker 1: the politics big time. He understands that dividing the country
- 32:31Speaker 1: solely based on race is good for him, so a
- 32:35Speaker 1: way to solidify and secure your base. In fact, there
- 32:38Speaker 1: are still media organizations that are still out there putting
- 32:41Speaker 1: lies out about Nick Sammon, all in this case, all
- 32:44Speaker 1: over the world, saying that he shot three black men
- 32:47Speaker 1: when in fact he shot three white men, acting like
- 32:51Speaker 1: it was a racial shooting when it happened, even though
- 32:53Speaker 1: it wasn't. There's no race involved. There's protests over the weekend,
- 32:58Speaker 1: which which is hysterical the Black Lives matters having protests
- 33:02Speaker 1: over a shooting that only involve white people. You can't
- 33:05Speaker 1: make that up. You have people that are angry, people
- 33:11Speaker 1: that are furious that Nick Sandman is walking and they
- 33:15Speaker 1: want him dead. His attorneys even said that during a
- 33:18Speaker 1: press conference, saying can't even answer their phones anymore because
- 33:21Speaker 1: they're getting so many death threats. You look at Kyle
- 33:25Speaker 1: Rittenhouse and his attorneys and what they had to say
- 33:28Speaker 1: about this, and you listen to what they had to
- 33:31Speaker 1: say about it, and he talked about it. It's disgusting.
- 33:34Speaker 1: Even his wife from what we've been told Kyle Rittenhouse's
- 33:38Speaker 1: defense attorneys saying even his wife is getting death threats
- 33:43Speaker 1: because the left is psychotic. Budge protected his address everybody
- 33:49Speaker 1: in this case. And when I say that, I mean
- 33:51Speaker 1: prosecution defense. To me, it's scary how many death threats
- 33:56Speaker 1: we've had. You know, I was answering my phone on
- 33:58Speaker 1: the way back from Corton and Osha, I don't my office.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Isn't that fire? After the third death right, I quit
- 34:04Speaker 1: answering the phone. What do you say? Let me just
- 34:09Speaker 1: stop there. You know, can't even count the number of
- 34:12Speaker 1: death rits. And that's an attorney. Because the anarchists of
- 34:16Speaker 1: the lefts left, they refuse to accept, they refuse to
- 34:22Speaker 1: accept that there are people that have a right to
- 34:26Speaker 1: protect and defend themselves when people are attacking them. Armed
- 34:34Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter protesters, by the way, this weekend joined
- 34:38Speaker 1: Socialist Rally for Justice and Kenosha not a joke. A
- 34:42Speaker 1: group of people armed with pistols and semi automatic rifles
- 34:44Speaker 1: joined a socialist group March and Kenosha, Wisconsin on Sunday.
- 34:48Speaker 1: The protesters called for justice after jury quitticle written House
- 34:52Speaker 1: on all charges Friday. The group of about fifty gathered
- 34:56Speaker 1: outside the courthouse on Sunday to march against what they
- 34:58Speaker 1: called an injustice in the buy a jury to find
- 35:01Speaker 1: Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all charges. And you know what,
- 35:04Speaker 1: you basically should have added every liberal Democrat to the
- 35:07Speaker 1: the group because they're all in on it too. The
- 35:11Speaker 1: group gathered around the banner of the Party for Socialists
- 35:13Speaker 1: and Liberation, had workers Unite against Fascism signs up. The
- 35:20Speaker 1: whole system is guilty Rittenhouse walks. Free justice system is
- 35:25Speaker 1: nothing but a protection for fascist killers. Another one of
- 35:28Speaker 1: their socialist signs said. Joining the group were armed individuals
- 35:34Speaker 1: who said they were from Chicago. The group appeared to
- 35:37Speaker 1: have cross state lines to march with two semi automatic
- 35:40Speaker 1: rifles and multiple handguns. I think the media is going
- 35:43Speaker 1: to freak out about that. Nope. One of the armed protesters,
- 35:46Speaker 1: Eric Jordan, came to the rally with his six year
- 35:48Speaker 1: old daughter, Jade, both came to protests armed with semi
- 35:52Speaker 1: automatic rifles. Eric also openly carried a pistol. Think the
- 35:57Speaker 1: media's gonna lose their mind. Nope, because they're sots and
- 36:01Speaker 1: when you're socialists, you're one of us, so we will
- 36:02Speaker 1: look the other way. Eric Jordan told bright Bartnews a
- 36:07Speaker 1: Kendon provide security for the play in March in Kenosha.
- 36:10Speaker 1: When asked if you expected resistance, Jordan responded saying, just
- 36:13Speaker 1: be careful. We need everybody to go home safe. His
- 36:17Speaker 1: daughter Jade, expressed disappointment the not guilty Verdic Canada written
- 36:19Speaker 1: House on Friday, quote, I was disappointed at the very
- 36:22Speaker 1: least as she holds her a R fifteen. That means
- 36:24Speaker 1: he can still legally be able to get a gun. Wow.
- 36:32Speaker 1: The ironic part about these wild liberals. Both rifles displayed
- 36:36Speaker 1: orange empty chamber indicators to show they did not have
- 36:40Speaker 1: a round chambered in the rifle. So what's the point
- 36:45Speaker 1: of having the gun? Then? Just asking for a bunch
- 36:48Speaker 1: of normal people. Tucker Carlson getting this first interview, but
- 36:55Speaker 1: he brought up a very important point on his show
- 36:58Speaker 1: after the verdict came, and that is the left refuses
- 37:02Speaker 1: to accept the fact that the justice system work, and
- 37:05Speaker 1: they still want Kyle Rittenhouse. They want him dead. They
- 37:10Speaker 1: want him dead, that's what they want. So technically, as
- 37:15Speaker 1: a legal matter, this case is over. Kyle Rittenhouse has
- 37:17Speaker 1: been proclaimed innocent in a court of law. He's free
- 37:19Speaker 1: to resume his life. But for the authoritarians among us,
- 37:23Speaker 1: this is a disaster. They can't let it go. Why
- 37:26Speaker 1: because they understand the Rittenhouse case is a referendum on
- 37:31Speaker 1: the most basic right of all, the ancient right of
- 37:35Speaker 1: self defense. If Kyle Rittenhouse can save his own life
- 37:38Speaker 1: from the mob, then you can too. And that drives
- 37:42Speaker 1: them insane, so insane that the chairman of the House
- 37:45Speaker 1: Judiciary Committee today, Jerry Nadler of New York, implied that
- 37:48Speaker 1: Kyle Rittenhouse may face federal charges. Today's verdict, Nadler wrote,
- 37:52Speaker 1: justifies federal review by the DOJ. So will Joe Biden's
- 37:57Speaker 1: Justice Department indict Kyle Rittenhouse now that he's been a
- 38:00Speaker 1: quitted by a jury in Wisconsin is hard to believe.
- 38:02Speaker 1: You'd have to be drained even to consider something like that.
- 38:05Speaker 1: What would be the effect on the country, But you
- 38:08Speaker 1: never know with these people. At the very least this
- 38:10Speaker 1: case will be used to justify taking your guns away.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Bet on it. But if this does go to the Feds,
- 38:16Speaker 1: if Kyle Rittenhouse is prosecuted by the dj the case
- 38:19Speaker 1: will likely to handle by Kristin Clark. She's the black
- 38:21Speaker 1: nationalist who runs the so called Civil Rights Division of
- 38:24Speaker 1: the Justice Department, the division that does not protect your
- 38:26Speaker 1: civil rights, in fact that it's trying to take them away.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Last year, Clark weighed in on the Written House case
- 38:31Speaker 1: and immediately, not surprisingly, zero to in on written Houses color.
- 38:35Speaker 1: I want you to think about what he's talking about here.
- 38:38Speaker 1: You have a woman who's in the Justice Department that
- 38:42Speaker 1: was obsessed with the race and the color the skin
- 38:44Speaker 1: of Written House, something she should never ever mention. But
- 38:48Speaker 1: when you're awoke extremists in the Biden administration, this is
- 38:54Speaker 1: what you do. And apparently it's very normal. Now, thank
- 39:00Speaker 1: goodness we have a judicial system in this country that
- 39:05Speaker 1: could see through the propaganda of the media. Thank goodness
- 39:09Speaker 1: that we have a system that refused to be or
- 39:16Speaker 1: go with the insanity of the media. Now, Rittenhouse, he
- 39:20Speaker 1: needs to sue. Rittenhouse needs to sue, and sue for
- 39:24Speaker 1: every dollar he can get his hands on. And the
- 39:28Speaker 1: media and this president who refused to accept the reality
- 39:31Speaker 1: of the situation. They deserve to be held accountable for this. Now,
- 39:36Speaker 1: I hope that Rittenhouse gets millions and one hundreds and
- 39:38Speaker 1: hundreds of millions, but I also be smart about this
- 39:41Speaker 1: and he starts suing and going to court, not taking
- 39:45Speaker 1: the settlements from some of these people that came after him. Now,
- 39:49Speaker 1: I'm will remind you of what the media had to
- 39:51Speaker 1: say about him. They were pure evil and they made
- 39:54Speaker 1: it all up and they lied about him from day
- 39:56Speaker 1: one when this happened back in August. And if you
- 40:00Speaker 1: don't remember what they said, every single one of the
- 40:03Speaker 1: people I'm going to play for you in the media
- 40:04Speaker 1: that I'm about to play for you right now deserves
- 40:06Speaker 1: to lose their jobs. They deserved to be sued. The
- 40:11Speaker 1: networks that they were with deserved to be sued because
- 40:13Speaker 1: they wanted to destroy this kid's life and are still
- 40:15Speaker 1: trying to destroy his life. Even the president United States
- 40:18Speaker 1: of America getting in on it. Why because they want
- 40:20Speaker 1: to divide the country based on race. Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse.
- 40:25Speaker 1: He murdered two people. By the way, Rittenhouse is basically
- 40:28Speaker 1: what you would have had in a school shooter. He's
- 40:30Speaker 1: a seventeen year old kid. He shouldn't have had a gun.
- 40:32Speaker 1: He crossed eight lines to supposedly protect property. No, he
- 40:35Speaker 1: was going out to shoot people. Kyle Rittenhouse, the seventeen
- 40:38Speaker 1: year old vigilante. Kyle Rittenhouse, the vigilante. Kyle Rittenhouse, the
- 40:42Speaker 1: armed teenage vigilante. Seventeen year old vigilante, arguably at domestic terrorists,
- 40:48Speaker 1: picked up a rifle, drove to a different state to
- 40:50Speaker 1: shoot people. Kyle Rittenhouse, a guy who's deeply racist, went
- 40:55Speaker 1: with weapons to a Black Lives Matter protest, looking to
- 40:57Speaker 1: get in trouble. He did. He murdered a couple of people.
- 41:00Speaker 1: Rittenhouse the seventeen year old kid just running around shooting
- 41:06Speaker 1: and killing protesters. You see, the seventeen year old who
- 41:09Speaker 1: was radicalized by trumps Um took his AR fifteenth to
- 41:12Speaker 1: Kenosha and became a killer. Hey Waite Trump supporting MAGA,
- 41:17Speaker 1: loving Blue Lives Matter, social media partisan seventeen years old
- 41:24Speaker 1: picks up a gun, drives from one state to another
- 41:27Speaker 1: with the intent to shoot people. A seventeen year old
- 41:30Speaker 1: boy who drove across state lines with an AAR fifteen
- 41:35Speaker 1: and started shooting people. Up, including a guy with a skateboard,
- 41:41Speaker 1: Kyle Rittenhouse, who has killed protesters unarmed protesters. Rittenhouse a
- 41:46Speaker 1: seventeen year old that went with a weapon into the
- 41:49Speaker 1: middle of protests and then provoke people and then shot
- 41:54Speaker 1: and killed him. Kyle Rittenhouse is the enemy. A boy
- 41:57Speaker 1: from out of state drives up to this state with
- 42:00Speaker 1: an AAR fifteen around his neck and kills a couple
- 42:04Speaker 1: of people, shooting wildly, running around acting like Rindico drove
- 42:10Speaker 1: across state lines armed with a rifle to go and
- 42:15Speaker 1: shoot people. What a dark dystopian saying. Where a seventeen
- 42:23Speaker 1: year old boy is carrying around a rifle, running around
- 42:28Speaker 1: and gunning down protesters, every one of them deserves not
- 42:33Speaker 1: only lose their job, but they deserve to have to
- 42:36Speaker 1: pay millions of dollars. Now, I remind you Nick Sandman,
- 42:42Speaker 1: a kid that was wrongly accused of being this evil
- 42:44Speaker 1: racist Trump supporter while the Native American was banging a
- 42:47Speaker 1: drama's face. Remember that he got over two hundred fifty million,
- 42:53Speaker 1: but they never went to court. And if I'm Sandman,
- 42:58Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, I hope his legal team says,
- 43:01Speaker 1: all right, some of them were just going to take
- 43:03Speaker 1: their money, right, some of them, not all of them,
- 43:07Speaker 1: but some of them, we're gonna get your paid quick.
- 43:09Speaker 1: But there's going to be others. There's going to be
- 43:13Speaker 1: others that we are going to absolutely own them and
- 43:22Speaker 1: take them the court and make them defend themselves and
- 43:26Speaker 1: what they did. And I think that is a long
- 43:31Speaker 1: overdue proposition at this point. Now you may disagree, but
- 43:38Speaker 1: I think that's exactly what he should do. In fact,
- 43:40Speaker 1: that's exactly what Tucker Carlson was talking about in his monologue.
- 43:44Speaker 1: There are people that refuse to accept what a court
- 43:48Speaker 1: has said, and they refuse to accept that he was
- 43:51Speaker 1: defending and protecting himself because they need him to be guilty,
- 43:56Speaker 1: like his race was some kind of crime. She described
- 43:59Speaker 1: him as a quote armed white man murdering innocent protesters
- 44:03Speaker 1: a quote point blank range. He's talking about the woman
- 44:09Speaker 1: who is in charge of the Civil Rights Division of
- 44:12Speaker 1: the justic Department that may do double jeopardy now and
- 44:15Speaker 1: charge him with federal crimes. This is a woman that
- 44:18Speaker 1: was obsessed and actually said it's about Sam Man. So
- 44:21Speaker 1: now that we find out that Jerry Nadler another said no,
- 44:24Speaker 1: the Justice Department unity to go after Sam Unity got
- 44:27Speaker 1: to Ritten House again. This is what they were saying
- 44:30Speaker 1: about Written House. And if I said Sam and backs
- 44:32Speaker 1: and I'm sorry, I apologize, But this is what they're
- 44:35Speaker 1: saying about Written House. What does his race have to
- 44:38Speaker 1: do with anything? Well, does have anything to do with anything,
- 44:42Speaker 1: of course, But it's been a fixation of the Democratic
- 44:45Speaker 1: Party from the first moments. They've tried to racialize this case.
- 44:48Speaker 1: And by the way, Christian Clark is far from the
- 44:49Speaker 1: only member of the parties trying to do that. Just
- 44:52Speaker 1: hours after the jury's verdict, the chairman of the Democratic
- 44:54Speaker 1: Congressional Campaign Committee, Sean Patrick Maloney, a congressman, releached to
- 44:58Speaker 1: this statement, quote it is discussed and disturbing that someone
- 45:01Speaker 1: was able to carry a loaded assault rifle into a
- 45:03Speaker 1: protest against the unjust killing of Jacob Blake, an unarmed
- 45:07Speaker 1: black man. End quote. Savor that for a minute. That's
- 45:11Speaker 1: from the head of the Democratic Party's congressional campaign arm
- 45:15Speaker 1: Everything about it is wrong, not just a lie, but factually,
- 45:18Speaker 1: and Jacob Blake was not killed. He was also not unarmed.
- 45:22Speaker 1: He was carrying a knife. You know that, because he
- 45:24Speaker 1: said he was carrying a knife. He was allegedly trying
- 45:26Speaker 1: to kidnap a child. That's why the police showed up
- 45:28Speaker 1: and when he grabbed a knife they shot him. Again.
- 45:31Speaker 1: That's not in dispute and he's still alive. But it
- 45:35Speaker 1: doesn't matter because these people facts don't matter. Clearly, Sean
- 45:39Speaker 1: Patrick Moloney has no interest in what actually happened. Kamala
- 45:43Speaker 1: Harris said that she was proud of Jacob Blake last year.
- 45:45Speaker 1: The Democratic Party is sticking with that too. They are
- 45:48Speaker 1: trying and they have from the very beginning, to make
- 45:51Speaker 1: this case into a racial divide, to further divide the country.
- 45:55Speaker 1: Kamala Harris today said that the outcome of this case,
- 45:59Speaker 1: the jury's verdict, was proof that our judicial system is
- 46:03Speaker 1: not quote equitable, whatever that means. It needs to be changed.
- 46:08Speaker 1: The Attorney General to State in New York said, it
- 46:10Speaker 1: needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt. Our justice
- 46:13Speaker 1: system that we've had for two hundred and fifty years
- 46:15Speaker 1: is the best thing in our country. The idea that
- 46:17Speaker 1: you are tried on the basis of the facts, not
- 46:19Speaker 1: on the basis of what you look like. But they'd
- 46:21Speaker 1: like to change that. ABC News, by the way, just
- 46:24Speaker 1: reported the same thing they told us. ABC News, a
- 46:27Speaker 1: news Corporation has told us that, in fact, Jacob Blake
- 46:31Speaker 1: was killed in Kenosha. Watch this, well, it's very significant.
- 46:35Speaker 1: First for the community of Kenosha. This city was traumatized
- 46:40Speaker 1: by the police killing of a black man, Jacob Blake,
- 46:44Speaker 1: the police killing of a black man who is in
- 46:46Speaker 1: fact still alive. So what are they doing when they
- 46:50Speaker 1: tell lies like this, lies that you can check very easily,
- 46:53Speaker 1: or if you have a memory that extends into last year,
- 46:55Speaker 1: you recall very well. Well, they're inciting people. Of course,
- 46:59Speaker 1: they're trying to whip people into a frenzy on the
- 47:01Speaker 1: basis of claims that are totally provably untrue. What kind
- 47:06Speaker 1: of a frenzy? Well, consider this. This is from a
- 47:09Speaker 1: senior advisor at the d Triple C, the Democratic campaign arm.
- 47:13Speaker 1: His name is Daiwan Tatro. He is issued an explicit
- 47:16Speaker 1: call for riots, no justice, no peace, he wrote in
- 47:19Speaker 1: the wake of the verdict. Who is Daiwan Tatro will? He,
- 47:22Speaker 1: according to news reports, spent a decade in prison after
- 47:25Speaker 1: he shot two people. Now he works with the Democratic Party.
- 47:28Speaker 1: Just in case you're interested in who side thereon? But
- 47:31Speaker 1: you knew that. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Congressman valdemings On
- 47:35Speaker 1: the Democrat offered this assessment. The core of the far
- 47:38Speaker 1: right movement is that they should be able to kill
- 47:40Speaker 1: you if they want to. That's the official line of
- 47:44Speaker 1: the Democratic Party tonight. Keep in mind, and if you
- 47:48Speaker 1: watch the trial, you know this. Kyle Rittenhouse was walking
- 47:51Speaker 1: down the street when he was charged by a convicted
- 47:54Speaker 1: child rapist and then charged by a number of other people.
- 47:58Speaker 1: He sought no conflict, never any evidence that he was
- 48:01Speaker 1: the aggressor in any case he was aggressed against. So
- 48:07Speaker 1: Joe Biden also waited on this, and he gave two
- 48:10Speaker 1: versions of his views on it. First he said we're
- 48:14Speaker 1: going to respect the jury's verdict. And then, of course,
- 48:16Speaker 1: when his advisers took over and a new press statement,
- 48:20Speaker 1: he told us how upset he was by the verdict.
- 48:23Speaker 1: And that's what aired on MSNBC all day. The next
- 48:26Speaker 1: time there's a protest of some sort, and it may
- 48:30Speaker 1: get politicized that gun owners with a certain ideology may
- 48:36Speaker 1: feel incentivized now may feel even emboldened. What some may
- 48:40Speaker 1: take from this verdict is that vigilante justice prevail. Knowing
- 48:45Speaker 1: the history of vigilante justice in this country all the
- 48:48Speaker 1: way back to times of enslavement when people would be
- 48:53Speaker 1: deputized to go out and track down enslave persons who
- 48:57Speaker 1: ran away to lynching mob and this is twenty one.
- 49:02Speaker 1: It is to tell the current and future Kyle Rittenhouses
- 49:05Speaker 1: of the world that they can engage in white vigilanteism
- 49:09Speaker 1: and be let off for it, be defended and protected
- 49:11Speaker 1: for perpetuating white supremacy. You notice the obsession here with
- 49:17Speaker 1: the media. You understand it from the White House down.
- 49:20Speaker 1: This is part of the mid terms. Get everybody divided,
- 49:24Speaker 1: get everybody angry, Tell everybody that a white guy killed
- 49:28Speaker 1: black people when he didn't. Tell people that they're the
- 49:31Speaker 1: protesters were justified and being there because of the killing
- 49:34Speaker 1: of a black man, which also didn't happen. Multiple networks
- 49:38Speaker 1: lying about that they're going to correct the record, of
- 49:40Speaker 1: course not. And they're willing to sacrifice a seventeen year
- 49:47Speaker 1: old child, take away his entire life, and put him
- 49:50Speaker 1: on a hit list for the rest of his life,
- 49:52Speaker 1: just because they want to divide the country and win elections.
- 49:57Speaker 1: That's pure evil in this country. You were supposed to
- 50:04Speaker 1: be innocent until proven guilty. What we now know in
- 50:10Speaker 1: this country though, when it comes to people like the
- 50:13Speaker 1: President of the United States America, Joe Biden, that you
- 50:17Speaker 1: are no longer afforded that no, no, no, you are
- 50:22Speaker 1: guilty until proven innocent. There are people angry today because
- 50:28Speaker 1: there was a picture of Kyle Rittenhouse eating with his
- 50:31Speaker 1: family at a restaurant in Florida after he apparently did
- 50:36Speaker 1: his interview with Tucker Carlson, and people were tagging the
- 50:41Speaker 1: picture saying, look at this murderer. Everybody that's doing that,
- 50:46Speaker 1: I hope you get sued. I really do. All these
- 50:50Speaker 1: people in the media who were attacking and saying these
- 50:54Speaker 1: horrific things about Kyle Rittenhouse again, I hope that you
- 51:00Speaker 1: get sued. The President the United States of America saying
- 51:03Speaker 1: what he said, I hope you get sued. You listen
- 51:07Speaker 1: to even the media after the fact, and they just
- 51:13Speaker 1: want to divide the country and they want there to
- 51:15Speaker 1: be a race war, and they want there to be
- 51:17Speaker 1: a race war because this is all they have right
- 51:20Speaker 1: now in this country, is that they can just divide
- 51:23Speaker 1: the country fifty fifty and get people to not realize
- 51:26Speaker 1: what's happening in the economy, not what's happening with inflation,
- 51:29Speaker 1: not look at the gas pump, but be screaming at
- 51:33Speaker 1: minorities saying you have to vote for me because the
- 51:35Speaker 1: other side wants to kill you. Rittenhouse is one of them.
- 51:39Speaker 1: You don't want them to be in charge of this country.
- 51:42Speaker 1: That's the only card they have to play. And it's
- 51:44Speaker 1: very clear that the media is colluding with Biden, with
- 51:49Speaker 1: the Democrats to try to make sure that this country
- 51:52Speaker 1: stays divided, even if they have to lie about it.
- 51:56Speaker 1: Next time there's a protest of some sort, it may
- 52:00Speaker 1: get politicized that gun owners with a certain ideology may
- 52:06Speaker 1: feel incentivized now may feel even emboldened. What some may
- 52:10Speaker 1: take from this verdict is that vigilante justice prevail. Knowing
- 52:15Speaker 1: the history of vigilante justice in this country all the
- 52:18Speaker 1: way back to times of enslavement, when people would be
- 52:23Speaker 1: deputized to go out and track down enslave persons who
- 52:27Speaker 1: ran away, to lynching mobs, and this is twenty twenty one.
- 52:32Speaker 1: It is to tell the current and future Kyle Rittenhouses
- 52:35Speaker 1: of the world that they can engage in white vigilanteism
- 52:38Speaker 1: and be let off for it, be defended and protected
- 52:41Speaker 1: for perpetuating white supremacy. Wow, white vigilanteism, white supremacy, white, white, white,
- 52:49Speaker 1: white white that was all over media all day long,
- 52:52Speaker 1: explicit racial attacks. You want to know why they're doing this.
- 52:57Speaker 1: The reason why is because they want to indict all
- 52:59Speaker 1: of us. They're just waiting for the next white guy
- 53:02Speaker 1: to defend and protect themselves from the mob. We've what
- 53:07Speaker 1: we've learned from this is if you're a white person
- 53:11Speaker 1: and they can turn you into a Trump supporter or
- 53:13Speaker 1: a conservative, they will burn you at the stake, even
- 53:16Speaker 1: if you're protecting yourself or your business or your family.
- 53:20Speaker 1: This is no different than what happened when that husband
- 53:22Speaker 1: and wife went out on their private property when Black
- 53:26Speaker 1: Lives Matter protesters started marching on their street with their guns,
- 53:30Speaker 1: and what do they do. You had a over zealous
- 53:34Speaker 1: DA that charged them with criminal with crimes try to
- 53:39Speaker 1: turn into federal crimes. Remember everybody that freaked out over
- 53:42Speaker 1: those that couple because they were on their own front
- 53:46Speaker 1: porch with their firearms, because there was a bunch of
- 53:50Speaker 1: people that were on their private property, which you have
- 53:53Speaker 1: a right to protect and defend your private property. Doesn't matter.
- 53:56Speaker 1: They're evil, rich white people. Let's burn them at the state.
- 54:01Speaker 1: They're not going to stop this. By the way, and
- 54:05Speaker 1: when the next election happens. I hope people remember this
- 54:09Speaker 1: because when you get people like this power, they abuse
- 54:13Speaker 1: it every time. And if that means they have to
- 54:16Speaker 1: ruin people's lives, they will do it. They don't care.
- 54:19Speaker 1: If you're a child, they don't care. If you're an adult,
- 54:24Speaker 1: they don't care. If you're a senior citizen, they don't care.
- 54:26Speaker 1: For you're a single mom, they don't care. I hope
- 54:31Speaker 1: every one of you will take the audio that I
- 54:33Speaker 1: just played for you, and I hope you share it.
- 54:37Speaker 1: I hope you share a podcast. I hope you let
- 54:40Speaker 1: everybody hear what the media is doing, even after he
- 54:44Speaker 1: was found innocent. No, they're not going to stop, folks.
- 54:48Speaker 1: And they're not even worried about losing money. It's almost
- 54:50Speaker 1: like they're okay paying millions of dollars and fees just
- 54:54Speaker 1: so they can keep the race war alive, because that's
- 54:57Speaker 1: the only way that they can take over this country
- 55:01Speaker 1: is if they do it this way. They're not afraid
- 55:04Speaker 1: of paying out huge settlements to written House because they
- 55:08Speaker 1: want to destroy his life and everybody else's life. Even
- 55:12Speaker 1: if they have to say they're wrong with money, they'll
- 55:14Speaker 1: still say they're right on TV. It's pure evil and
- 55:18Speaker 1: everybody better pay attention. Download our podcasts wherever you get
