March 10 rally for immigrant legal representation
On Tuesday, March 10, the Campaign for Access, Representation, and Equity for Immigrant Families (CARE4IF) Coalition held a rally at the New York State Capitol’s Million Dollar Staircase in support of the Access to Representation Act (ARA) (S141/A270) and the Building Up Immigrant Legal Defense (BUILD) Act (A2689/S4538) They also caledl for a $175 million for immigration legal services and infrastructure, a figure that was included in the budget resolutions of both houses.
