- 0:00Speaker 1: So it was a bike ride that stopped and then
- 0:04Speaker 1: we witnessed the leader of the Free world fall off
- 0:09Speaker 1: of that bike. When I got the video, at first
- 0:14Speaker 1: I just said, I kind of rolled my eyes, like
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm not surprised, right, Like I'm really not. Like this
- 0:20Speaker 1: totally makes sense to me. It's exactly what I would expect.
- 0:27Speaker 1: But then I realized very quickly, like this is not
- 0:31Speaker 1: good for the country, and it's clear that I think
- 0:36Speaker 1: this president is incapacitated. He's fallen on the stairs, he's
- 0:43Speaker 1: gotten scared by a bunny rabbit. He can't remember what
- 0:48Speaker 1: he's talking about. He gets days and years mixed up.
- 0:52Speaker 1: He tells stories that we know our lies over and
- 0:55Speaker 1: over again, things that deal with Amtrak and other ridiculous moments.
- 1:00Speaker 1: He sees people that aren't there, calls his wife not
- 1:03Speaker 1: his wife, and refers to somebody else's wife on stage right.
- 1:07Speaker 1: He's drug around like a like a little child. His
- 1:10Speaker 1: wife's told me can't read all right. He's not allowed
- 1:13Speaker 1: to answer questions of the media because they know what
- 1:16Speaker 1: he's gonna do. His wife was literally caught dragging him away.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I put this up on social media this week from reporter.
- 1:22Speaker 1: He's like, oh, I gotta go. His wife's pulling on
- 1:24Speaker 1: his arm, knowing that she's got to protect him from
- 1:28Speaker 1: the media because he cannot handle the media. Now, this
- 1:32Speaker 1: is a guy that's handled the media for forty plush years.
- 1:35Speaker 1: You will not find a video from five years ago,
- 1:39Speaker 1: or ten years ago, or fifteen or twenty or twenty
- 1:42Speaker 1: five or thirty years ago of Joe Biden's wife handling
- 1:47Speaker 1: him on a rope line. It doesn't exist. You will
- 1:53Speaker 1: not find, I want to be clear about this. You
- 1:59Speaker 1: will not find a video of Joe Biden being told
- 2:05Speaker 1: he can't do something ten years ago or even five
- 2:08Speaker 1: years ago. You will not find a video of the
- 2:12Speaker 1: present being scared by a bunny or falling off a
- 2:15Speaker 1: bicycle while it's stationary. Now, before I get into anymore
- 2:19Speaker 1: the insanity of these people on the left, I want
- 2:22Speaker 1: to tell you real quick about legacy precious metals. You
- 2:25Speaker 1: know what's happening with inflation, you know what's happening with
- 2:27Speaker 1: people now talking about the idea of recession. You know
- 2:30Speaker 1: what's happening with supply chain issues, and you know what's
- 2:32Speaker 1: been happening with your retirement account. If you are not
- 2:36Speaker 1: diversified with part of your financial strategy involving precious metals.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Now is a time to call the people that I

- 2:56Speaker 1: they want to raise taxes. We are seeing a skyrocketing
- 3:00Speaker 1: of our national debt. And if your retirement is in
- 3:03Speaker 1: only investments that are directly connected to the market, you
- 3:06Speaker 1: need to take a look at Legacy Precious Metals. Call
- 3:11Speaker 1: and get the free investors guide right now from them
- 3:14Speaker 1: one eight six six seven five one twenty two eighteen.
- 3:19Speaker 1: That's one eight six six seven five one twenty two eighteen,
- 3:26Speaker 1: or online at Legacy PM Investments. It's Legacy PM Investments
- 3:31Speaker 1: dot com. All right, I want to now get back
- 3:34Speaker 1: to this idea that before we knew anything about the shooter,
- 3:38Speaker 1: immediately the media knew what they were going to do.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Democrats and what they were going to do one go
- 3:42Speaker 1: after guns two and died every conservative. Now the official
- 3:47Speaker 1: line for the White House is his foot got stuck
- 3:50Speaker 1: in the pedal cleat. You could see that his feet
- 3:55Speaker 1: were in these kind of little pockets right, and they
- 3:58Speaker 1: said that when he stopped, he got one foot out
- 4:00Speaker 1: and the other one was stock and that's why I
- 4:01Speaker 1: fell over. What I would say is it's obvious that
- 4:06Speaker 1: this president has become incapacitated mentally, and I think you're
- 4:12Speaker 1: now starting to see the physical decline. You know, when
- 4:16Speaker 1: was the last time you fell on the stairs and
- 4:18Speaker 1: fell off a bike that was stationary? Ask yourself that question.
- 4:23Speaker 1: There's a certain point in life where that stuff starts
- 4:25Speaker 1: happening more often, a lot more often. Many of you
- 4:27Speaker 1: may have dealt with it with parents and grandparents, But
- 4:30Speaker 1: it's obvious that this president is incapacitated in his job.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Now there's two parts to this equation, and I want
- 4:38Speaker 1: you to listen to both very carefully because they're important.
- 4:42Speaker 1: There are some that are loving the demise of this
- 4:45Speaker 1: president in real life, and they're saying, look, we should
- 4:47Speaker 1: immediately invoke the twenty fifth Amendment. Now they're the White
- 4:53Speaker 1: House actually had a ceremony that certified the ratification of
- 4:56Speaker 1: the twenty fifth Amendment. And this was something that President
- 5:01Speaker 1: Johnson noted that quote. It was one hundred eighty years ago,
- 5:04Speaker 1: in the closing days of the Constitual Convention that the
- 5:06Speaker 1: founding Fathers debated the question of presidential disability. John Dickinson
- 5:11Speaker 1: funny Enough from Delaware Joe Biden's from there, asked this question,
- 5:16Speaker 1: what is the extent of the term disability and who
- 5:21Speaker 1: is the judge of it? No one replied. The twenty
- 5:26Speaker 1: fifth Amendment was ratified in nineteen sixty seven, and it
- 5:31Speaker 1: now contains several important provisions dealing with the executive branch.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Most notably, it provides a procedure by which the vice
- 5:37Speaker 1: president can assume the role of quote acting president in
- 5:41Speaker 1: the event that the chief executive is incapacitated. The need
- 5:45Speaker 1: for the twenty fifth Amendment was borne out of several factors.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Ones was the increased power and responsibility that American presence
- 5:54Speaker 1: held in the twentieth century. Another was the responsibility presence
- 5:57Speaker 1: had to national security that all changed in the nuclear age,
- 6:02Speaker 1: that the president may be called upon any moment to
- 6:05Speaker 1: determine how to defend the nation. In fact, in the
- 6:08Speaker 1: aftermath of War One, President Woodrow Wilson had suffered a
- 6:11Speaker 1: debilitating stroke that rendered him extremely limited in his ability
- 6:15Speaker 1: to execute his powers as president, Yet there was no
- 6:20Speaker 1: mechanism existed at the time for him to transfer his
- 6:25Speaker 1: power to Vice President Thomas Marshall had he wanted to
- 6:28Speaker 1: do so. Now, while this did not do lasting damage
- 6:33Speaker 1: to our government or our country, a similar situation during
- 6:38Speaker 1: the Cold War could have had disastrous consequences. However, the
- 6:43Speaker 1: most immediate reason that spurred the twenty fifth Amendment was
- 6:47Speaker 1: a realization that, due to advancements in modern medicine, listening carefully,
- 6:53Speaker 1: it may be possible for a president to suffer a
- 6:56Speaker 1: serious health crisis that could render them in capacity citated
- 7:00Speaker 1: for an extended period of time, yet not in their life.
- 7:06Speaker 1: President Eisenhower suffered a major heart attack in office that
- 7:09Speaker 1: led him to work out in informal agreement with Vice
- 7:14Speaker 1: President Richard Nixon on how to manage the government in
- 7:16Speaker 1: Eisenhower's absence, Yet this agreement had no legal standing. President
- 7:23Speaker 1: JFK's assassination was a further reminder that a president could
- 7:27Speaker 1: theoretically be incapacitated and be unable to execute the responsibility
- 7:30Speaker 1: of their office. Thus, there was an urgency to pass
- 7:34Speaker 1: the twenty fifth Amendment, which Congress did in the wake
- 7:37Speaker 1: of the Kennedy assassination. Now, since its passage, the twenty
- 7:43Speaker 1: fifth Amendment's provision for the President to pass authority to
- 7:46Speaker 1: the vice president has only occurred three times, once by
- 7:49Speaker 1: Ronald Reagan and twice by President George W. Bush. All
- 7:52Speaker 1: three times the president was undergoing by Colin Osomi, and
- 7:56Speaker 1: all three times they were done by the voluntary action
- 8:00Speaker 1: of the president. The twenty fifth Amendment contains language for
- 8:06Speaker 1: the president to lose power involuntarily as well, but this
- 8:09Speaker 1: has never been used. The closest this has ever been
- 8:12Speaker 1: a possibility was in the wake of President Ronald Reagan's
- 8:15Speaker 1: attempted assassination. Despite this, the twenty fifth Amendments of value
- 8:20Speaker 1: is shown in such causes, or i should say, in
- 8:22Speaker 1: such cases as the Israeli Prime Minister Aero Sharone. Sharone
- 8:32Speaker 1: suffered a massive an ultimately fatal stroke. He was removed
- 8:38Speaker 1: as prime Minister under Israeli law, allowing the Israeli government
- 8:41Speaker 1: to continue functioning because he couldn't function. He was a lie,
- 8:45Speaker 1: but he couldn't function now. Despite the limited usage of
- 8:51Speaker 1: passing presidential authority, this function is probably what the twenty
- 8:56Speaker 1: fifth Amendment is best known for, and has been well
- 8:59Speaker 1: dramatized and pop culture references such as the movie Air
- 9:03Speaker 1: Force One and the television show the West wing. It's
- 9:06Speaker 1: actually been another part of the amendment, the part that
- 9:08Speaker 1: allows the president to appoint, with the consent of Congress,
- 9:14Speaker 1: a person to fill the position of vice president, that
- 9:16Speaker 1: has been more consequential in US history. This provision was
- 9:21Speaker 1: used by President Nixon to appoint Joe Ford as vice
- 9:23Speaker 1: president after the resignation of Agnew and by Ford to
- 9:28Speaker 1: point Nelson Rockefeller vice president after Nixon's own resignation and
- 9:33Speaker 1: fords elevation to the president. See this, by the way,
- 9:37Speaker 1: is an important point that you should remember, especially with
- 9:39Speaker 1: what we're talking about with the president now and clearly
- 9:42Speaker 1: his cognitive decline. Now I've heard a lot of people
- 9:49Speaker 1: say it's time to invoke the twenty fifth on Joe Biden.
- 9:55Speaker 1: The question is is that the right decision at this
- 10:00Speaker 1: moment in time for the country. And then there's a
- 10:02Speaker 1: second part of this, and that is this is it
- 10:06Speaker 1: the right Listen carefully? Is it the right decision for
- 10:13Speaker 1: the Republican Party to advocate for this knowing what precedent
- 10:18Speaker 1: will be moving forward. Imagine what people would have said
- 10:23Speaker 1: about getting rid of Ronald Reagan towards the end of
- 10:26Speaker 1: his life if he would have fallen off a bike, right,
- 10:29Speaker 1: they would have used this to get rid of him.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Would that have been a bad decision, especially with what
- 10:33Speaker 1: was going on the Cold War? Think about Dick Cheney
- 10:37Speaker 1: for example, not not if you liked him or not.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I'm not talking about that. I'm just talking about when
- 10:40Speaker 1: he shot that guy accidentally shooting going dub hunting or
- 10:44Speaker 1: bird hunting. You don't think Democrats would immediately have retaliated
- 10:49Speaker 1: if we would have used this saying get rid of
- 10:51Speaker 1: the vice president. Remember when George Bush tried to walk
- 10:56Speaker 1: out of a door that was locked. You don't think
- 10:58Speaker 1: Democrats would have said, oh, he's incompetence, he's mentally in comedy.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Kven opened the door. Remember that the door was locked.
- 11:05Speaker 1: You're trying to walk out of the room at a
- 11:06Speaker 1: press event, and and and they mocked him ruthlessly on TV.
- 11:12Speaker 1: So number one, be careful because there is precedent for
- 11:16Speaker 1: everything that you that we do, everything that we advocate for,
- 11:21Speaker 1: and if we use it, I promise you the left
- 11:24Speaker 1: will abuse it. Write that down if you learn nothing
- 11:28Speaker 1: else from me. If we use something, guarantee you not
- 11:33Speaker 1: only will the left use it to their venge, they
- 11:34Speaker 1: will abuse it. If they have the opportunity. Second thing
- 11:39Speaker 1: is this, does it get any better if we got
- 11:42Speaker 1: rid of Joe Biden and put in Kamala Harris. There
- 11:47Speaker 1: is a political aspect to this conversation, and anyone that
- 11:51Speaker 1: tells you there's not as lying to you. And the
- 11:54Speaker 1: political aspect of this conversation is one that we all
- 11:58Speaker 1: should at least ignoit knowledge the existence of it. The
- 12:03Speaker 1: political aspect of this is pretty darn clear, Okay. Joe
- 12:12Speaker 1: Biden is probably the best thing that happened to Republicans
- 12:16Speaker 1: for the mid term elections and for Republicans in the
- 12:21Speaker 1: presidential election. Joe Biden genuinely wants to run for president
- 12:24Speaker 1: again in two and a half three years. I don't
- 12:27Speaker 1: know if he'll get there, Okay. I have compassion for
- 12:30Speaker 1: anyone getting older. I have no idea if he's going
- 12:33Speaker 1: to make it to that point cognitively, and I don't
- 12:37Speaker 1: wish ill will on him personally. I disagree with him politically,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and I can stand up for what I believe in
- 12:44Speaker 1: without wishing someone bad health. But I'm watching his decline
- 12:49Speaker 1: and if Democrats want to continue to prop him up
- 12:51Speaker 1: and say and claim that there's nothing wrong going on,
- 12:56Speaker 1: that this is totally normal. There's a large problem. It says, Okay,
- 13:00Speaker 1: let them, let them keep lying to us, because we're
- 13:04Speaker 1: not this stupid. Let them keep lying to us, right
- 13:11Speaker 1: and will and we will take advantage of this situation
- 13:15Speaker 1: come election day. Barack Obama gave us Donald Trump. Imagine
- 13:19Speaker 1: what we're going to get from Joe Biden. The midterm
- 13:22Speaker 1: elections that are coming up are going to be massive. Honestly, selfishly, politically,
- 13:27Speaker 1: I definitely want to make sure that Joe Biden is
- 13:29Speaker 1: the president with the lowest approval rating of any president
- 13:32Speaker 1: I've seen in my lifetime. Okay, Jimmy Carter is the
- 13:36Speaker 1: only one that's understood the lows that we're at right now.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Jimmy Carter, that's how long it's been nineteen seventy nine
- 13:45Speaker 1: when we saw someone that had approval rating this low.
- 13:53Speaker 1: I don't want Joe Biden to go, and I certainly
- 13:56Speaker 1: don't want the twenty fifth Amendment to be used because
- 13:58Speaker 1: the guy fell off a bike. I do think it's
- 14:01Speaker 1: a perfect example of why Joe Biden is incompetent. I
- 14:05Speaker 1: think it's a perfect example that you could use a
- 14:08Speaker 1: piece of evidence on the decline of Joe Biden but
- 14:11Speaker 1: if you think it Joe Biden's bad, you wait till
- 14:14Speaker 1: you get someone like Kamala Harrison there, and then you
- 14:17Speaker 1: got another problem. Who becomes the vice president? How much
- 14:20Speaker 1: more radical could it become? How much more extreme could
- 14:23Speaker 1: it become? That's the other part of this equation than
- 14:28Speaker 1: everyone needs to be talking about. You think it's bad, now,
- 14:35Speaker 1: wait till you get rid of him. Getting rid of
- 14:39Speaker 1: Joe Biden actually fixes the democrats problems. Why do you
- 14:42Speaker 1: think so many Democrats are now starting to step away?
- 14:47Speaker 1: Last week there was a great example of this. Don
- 14:50Speaker 1: Lemon on CNN asked the question right. Don Lemon asked
- 14:55Speaker 1: that question about is the president fit? The White House
- 15:00Speaker 1: Press Secretary actually had a fit that that question was
- 15:06Speaker 1: even asked. There was a conversation debate about it on CNN.
- 15:11Speaker 1: I'm going to play it for you. Listen to this.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Don Lemon's a hardcore lefty who wants Kamala Harris to
- 15:16Speaker 1: become president because he realizes that Joe Biden is terrible
- 15:20Speaker 1: for the Democratic Party and it's going to drag down
- 15:23Speaker 1: the entire ticket nationwide. And so what Don Lemon is
- 15:29Speaker 1: doing is he's playing the politics here, right, Make no
- 15:32Speaker 1: mistake about this. Don Lemon is playing the politics, and
- 15:35Speaker 1: Don Lemon understands the politics, and he understands now is
- 15:39Speaker 1: a time when you need to say goodbye Sionara audios
- 15:43Speaker 1: to Joe Biden, and he personally wants Kamala Harris to
- 15:47Speaker 1: be the president of the United States of America. That's
- 15:50Speaker 1: why the left is turning on their guy. Listen, what
- 15:54Speaker 1: do you think of her response? Ton of course we
- 15:57Speaker 1: should be asking that question. First of all, I'm a journalists.
- 16:00Speaker 1: My job is to ask questions, and as the person
- 16:03Speaker 1: who represents the administration and the president, is her job
- 16:05Speaker 1: to answer those questions. I would not be doing my
- 16:08Speaker 1: job if I didn't ask that. Let's just be honest
- 16:10Speaker 1: about this. I didn't question whether I'm not being agist
- 16:14Speaker 1: and saying that the president of United States is the
- 16:16Speaker 1: United States is too old to be president. We can
- 16:21Speaker 1: judge that. I think that's an individual thing, right, But
- 16:25Speaker 1: I do think that as the president of the United States,
- 16:28Speaker 1: we should know the health history, both physically and mentally
- 16:31Speaker 1: of the United States. The president of United States, we
- 16:34Speaker 1: certainly question the former presidents capabilities and whether or not
- 16:37Speaker 1: he should have the mental capacity. Quite frankly, and the
- 16:40Speaker 1: physical capacity to be the president of United States. And
- 16:42Speaker 1: we did it a lot, we had covid Can he
- 16:45Speaker 1: physically be the president of the United States. It has
- 16:47Speaker 1: been said even in these hearings that he is unhinged,
- 16:50Speaker 1: that he you know, he is out of his mind
- 16:52Speaker 1: because of what he you know, things that he was doing. Now.
- 16:55Speaker 1: I'm not comparing the two men, but it is our job.
- 16:57Speaker 1: By the way, this is what I go back to.
- 17:00Speaker 1: If you don't think that the Democrats would weaponize the
- 17:02Speaker 1: twenty fifth against us, if if it was used now
- 17:05Speaker 1: or we started pushing forward or demanding it right as Republicans,
- 17:10Speaker 1: they will throw it back to us ten times worse
- 17:12Speaker 1: than we ever gave it to them. I do think
- 17:14Speaker 1: there's a legitimate case right now for the twenty fifth,
- 17:17Speaker 1: I really do. But I'm not going to be the
- 17:19Speaker 1: one advocating and supporting it because I also know what
- 17:22Speaker 1: president is. And you listen to Don Lemon, he's telling
- 17:24Speaker 1: you right now he believes the twenty fifth should have
- 17:26Speaker 1: been used against Donald Trump. And once you open this
- 17:29Speaker 1: Pandora's box and it becomes a political football, you will
- 17:32Speaker 1: never stop it. You will never end it. It will
- 17:34Speaker 1: never go away. Know that and understand it. It will
- 17:40Speaker 1: never ever, ever ever go away. And that's what Don
- 17:49Speaker 1: Lemon just said there. Well, we certainly look at this
- 17:52Speaker 1: last president and referring to Donald Trump, his mental capacity
- 17:54Speaker 1: as physical capacity. If you were asking the question about
- 17:57Speaker 1: the twenty fifth Amendment with Donald Trump when he had
- 18:00Speaker 1: COVID and was in the hospital for what two days,
- 18:04Speaker 1: that tells you how evil you are. And Democrats were
- 18:06Speaker 1: They're like, oh, maybe he'll die, maybe he'll become incapacitated,
- 18:09Speaker 1: Maybe we can use us to get rid of him.
- 18:11Speaker 1: They were looking for any opportunity to get rid of
- 18:13Speaker 1: them they could possibly get their hands on, right, That's
- 18:16Speaker 1: what they were doing. That is the reality of the situation.
- 18:21Speaker 1: They were anything they could do to try to try
- 18:23Speaker 1: anything they could possibly do to get rid of him.
- 18:26Speaker 1: They were trying it. Folks. There's a lot of Democrats
- 18:31Speaker 1: right now they're saying, I hope Republicans will get on
- 18:33Speaker 1: this bandwagon. I hope they'll start advocating for the twenty
- 18:35Speaker 1: fifth because Democrats want to get rid of Joe Biden.
- 18:37Speaker 1: He is a useful idiot that's now become a useful liability.
- 18:42Speaker 1: You think, imagine if our guy on our side as
- 18:46Speaker 1: a Republican was acting this way what you would be doing.
- 18:51Speaker 1: You don't think Democrats are ready to get rid of him.
- 18:53Speaker 1: You're not paying attention. They're sick of him. They want
- 18:55Speaker 1: him gone, and they are happy. They are beyond happy
- 19:01Speaker 1: to move on to Kamala Harris and the new people.
- 19:04Speaker 1: They don't want Joe Biden on the ballot in two
- 19:07Speaker 1: and a half years, right, They're ready for Joe Biden
- 19:11Speaker 1: to disappear forever. He is a useful idiot that got
- 19:15Speaker 1: them the White House, who's now destroying them, destroying their
- 19:21Speaker 1: entire party. And I would say this, they were dumb
- 19:25Speaker 1: enough to elect him, Let's take advantage of it in
- 19:27Speaker 1: the midterms. Now. I want to switch gears for a
- 19:31Speaker 1: moment to something else that I think is another really
- 19:35Speaker 1: important story that really ties into this. There's a new
- 19:40Speaker 1: poll that's out that Democrats are touting. It says six
- 19:43Speaker 1: and ten Americans say that Donald Trump should be charged
- 19:47Speaker 1: for January the sixth riot. A majority of Americans also
- 19:50Speaker 1: think the January Committee has quote been fair. And this
- 19:53Speaker 1: is what Democrats are going to use to justify trying
- 19:56Speaker 1: to get Donald Trump to be charged with crimes. Now,
- 19:59Speaker 1: why are they doing this because they don't want to
- 20:00Speaker 1: run for president? In twenty twenty four, with the first
- 20:05Speaker 1: full week of hearings for the House Select Committee's investigation
- 20:07Speaker 1: to the January sixth attack on the US Capitol now complete,
- 20:10Speaker 1: nearly six and ten Americans quote believe that former President
- 20:14Speaker 1: Donald Trump should be charged with a crime for his
- 20:17Speaker 1: role in the indictment. This coming from a new ABC
- 20:22Speaker 1: News poll. Six and ten americans they want you to
- 20:26Speaker 1: Believe also believed the committee is conducting a fair and
- 20:28Speaker 1: impartial investigation, according to the poll. In the poll, which
- 20:33Speaker 1: was conducted in partnership with ABC News, fifty eight percent
- 20:37Speaker 1: of Americans quote think Trump should be charged with a
- 20:40Speaker 1: crime for his role in the riot. That's up slightly
- 20:43Speaker 1: from late April, before the hearing began, when an ABC
- 20:47Speaker 1: News Washington postpole found that fifty two percent of Americans
- 20:50Speaker 1: thought the former president should be charged. An ABC News
- 20:55Speaker 1: Washington postpole that asked a similar question days after the
- 20:58Speaker 1: attack in January twenty one found that fifty four percent
- 21:02Speaker 1: Americans thought Trump should be charged with the crime of
- 21:04Speaker 1: indicting of inciting a riot. Kind Of hard to indict
- 21:08Speaker 1: somebody for a riot when the actual president's words from
- 21:14Speaker 1: that day at that rally, which was far from the Capitol,
- 21:18Speaker 1: said go peacefully. The majority of the people that were
- 21:23Speaker 1: committing the violence on the Capitol weren't even listening to
- 21:26Speaker 1: the president's speech. They were already down by the Capitol.
- 21:28Speaker 1: We also know from the investigation. So how do you
- 21:31Speaker 1: say that the president inspired a riot when the people
- 21:33Speaker 1: that did that weren't even listening to the president when
- 21:36Speaker 1: he was speaking. Facts like this, by the way, shouldn't matter.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Facts like this should be important. Facts like this should
- 21:49Speaker 1: be talked about a lot. They're not. And if you
- 21:54Speaker 1: want to know why, it's clear Democrats are trying to
- 21:58Speaker 1: use the January sixth in especial actually knowing what's coming
- 22:02Speaker 1: right with the midterm elections. This is their last stand,
- 22:07Speaker 1: their best effort to take away the present's ability to
- 22:11Speaker 1: run for the White House bike saying you're a criminal
- 22:14Speaker 1: and we have charged you with crimes. Now, the fact
- 22:18Speaker 1: that six and ten Americans say that Donald Trump should
- 22:20Speaker 1: be respon held responsible and that he should be charged
- 22:25Speaker 1: with a crime, not how responsible should be charged of
- 22:27Speaker 1: the crime. I don't believe these polls. And the reason
- 22:30Speaker 1: why I don't believe them is because look at the
- 22:31Speaker 1: approval rating of right now if Joe Biden, I don't
- 22:34Speaker 1: think that fifty percent of Americans, more than fifty percent
- 22:39Speaker 1: think the president is a criminal, especially knowing how many
- 22:42Speaker 1: Trump supporters are actually out there. Did the President say
- 22:46Speaker 1: go to the Capitol, burn it down, break down the windows,
- 22:48Speaker 1: and attack those involved. No, he did not. He said
- 22:51Speaker 1: you're going to go later today peacefully to the majority
- 22:55Speaker 1: of the people that broke into the Capitol where they
- 22:57Speaker 1: even had his speech. The answer is basically the investigation. No,
- 22:59Speaker 1: they were already down the Capitol planning this out. That's
- 23:06Speaker 1: another problem, another part I should say of the problem.
- 23:12Speaker 1: But if you look this weekend at the talking heads
- 23:16Speaker 1: on TV, there was one thing that was very clear.
- 23:20Speaker 1: They wanted to make sure that you didn't talk about
- 23:25Speaker 1: Joe Biden and him falling off a bike. No, they
- 23:28Speaker 1: wanted you to believe that this was Watergate blown out
- 23:34Speaker 1: of the water. In fact, Adam Kinsinger, the Republican who
- 23:38Speaker 1: couldn't run for reelection because he was gonna get beat
- 23:41Speaker 1: so bad, a useful idiot of the Democratic Party, who's
- 23:45Speaker 1: one of two Republicans quote Republicans, one of them being
- 23:49Speaker 1: Liz Channey him being the other that's on this January
- 23:52Speaker 1: sixth committee. He actually said that the January six blows water,
- 23:56Speaker 1: get out of the water, and Trump is guilty of
- 23:58Speaker 1: knowing what he did, so therefore he should not be
- 24:01Speaker 1: able to run for president again. Listen, Look, the president
- 24:05Speaker 1: knew what he was doing. There was a plan, but
- 24:08Speaker 1: nothing's changed. You say the president knew what he was
- 24:11Speaker 1: doing in six and ten Americans, according to our new
- 24:13Speaker 1: poll with IPSOS, believe the President should be criminally prosecuted
- 24:16Speaker 1: for his role in the January sixth insurrection. But as
- 24:20Speaker 1: you know, there are difficulties in prosecution as well proving
- 24:23Speaker 1: state of mind. Proving intent is the key factor there.
- 24:27Speaker 1: How do you do that? Look, I mean what we
- 24:31Speaker 1: can do from the committee's perspective is show, you know,
- 24:34Speaker 1: as we have so far, for instance, the pressure that
- 24:36Speaker 1: was coming down on Mike Pence, and how the president
- 24:39Speaker 1: knew what he was doing and how he had been
- 24:41Speaker 1: stopped prior at other areas. We're gonna be talking Thursday
- 24:44Speaker 1: about some of the stuff with the DOJ. We're going
- 24:46Speaker 1: to have a discussion Tuesday about state pressure, and so
- 24:49Speaker 1: you can see where the president knew all of that stuff.
- 24:53Speaker 1: We can I think show the American people that, now,
- 24:56Speaker 1: what can the Department of Justice do in a court
- 24:58Speaker 1: of law, that's up to them. They can have their
- 25:01Speaker 1: own information, They'll be able to see what we're doing here,
- 25:04Speaker 1: and it truly is unprecedent. But let's be honest. This attack,
- 25:08Speaker 1: this attack on January sixth, is unprecedented, and the rot
- 25:12Speaker 1: that led up to it is also unprecedented. It isn't
- 25:15Speaker 1: essential at this moment that we get a grip on
- 25:17Speaker 1: this and figure out how to defend our democracy. It's
- 25:20Speaker 1: up to the Department of Justice in the end. But
- 25:22Speaker 1: if you reach enough, if you've reached the conclusion the
- 25:25Speaker 1: President Trump should be prosecuted. I certainly think the President
- 25:30Speaker 1: is guilty of knowing what he did, seditious conspiracy, being
- 25:34Speaker 1: involved in these you know, kind of different segments of pressuring, DJA,
- 25:38Speaker 1: vice president, etc. Obviously, you know we're not a criminal
- 25:43Speaker 1: charges committee, so I want to be careful in specifically
- 25:46Speaker 1: using that language. But I think what we're presenting before
- 25:48Speaker 1: the American people certainly would rise to a level of
- 25:51Speaker 1: criminal involvement by a president and definitely failure of the oath.
- 25:55Speaker 1: The oath has to matter here. Your personal a man
- 26:00Speaker 1: to stand for. The Constitution has to matter, and if
- 26:02Speaker 1: you have people that don't regard that at all, there
- 26:04Speaker 1: is no law in the world that we can pass.
- 26:06Speaker 1: It's going to make a bit of difference. There's their argument, right, Well,
- 26:10Speaker 1: he knew what he was doing, even though he said
- 26:12Speaker 1: go peacefully, he knew he was inciting a riot. He
- 26:15Speaker 1: knew they were going to go down there and burn
- 26:17Speaker 1: down that capital. He knew they were going to go
- 26:19Speaker 1: down there and kill people. You notice they're having this
- 26:23Speaker 1: conversation on TV the week that Joe Biden has hit
- 26:27Speaker 1: the lowest approval rating in history of his presidency. Dana
- 26:33Speaker 1: bash Right talking to Adam Shift or the January six
- 26:35Speaker 1: committe holding back evidence? If you want dig to move
- 26:39Speaker 1: on Trump, why not help them out right, which means
- 26:41Speaker 1: either they're lying to the American people, but evidence they
- 26:44Speaker 1: claim they have that they're not. Why are you doing this?
- 26:46Speaker 1: And Adam Shift is the same guy that seeing him
- 26:48Speaker 1: puts out there on Father's Day, Right, They put him
- 26:53Speaker 1: out there on Father's Day and they praise his credentials.
- 26:57Speaker 1: It's the same guy that tried to impeach the President
- 26:59Speaker 1: of the United States of America. Who should be trusted
- 27:04Speaker 1: by no one over information that he knew Hillary Clinton
- 27:08Speaker 1: and the Democrat National Committee paid to be created and
- 27:11Speaker 1: fabricated out thin air, the Russian Trump dossier. Adam Schiff,
- 27:18Speaker 1: while he was impeaching the president of Unitis America, trying
- 27:20Speaker 1: to overthrow the will of the people, knew that all
- 27:24Speaker 1: of that information was not credible, and he knew that
- 27:27Speaker 1: it was paid for by Hillary Clinton. He knew that
- 27:30Speaker 1: the federal government, the dj had said and the FBI
- 27:34Speaker 1: had said that this information was not plausible. He had
- 27:40Speaker 1: that information and he knew it. And what did he do.
- 27:43Speaker 1: He tried to overthrow the will of the people by
- 27:45Speaker 1: getting rid of a president he didn't like. So you
- 27:48Speaker 1: would think that maybe people would stop having this toolbag
- 27:51Speaker 1: on TV. No, no, no, no, no, We're gonna let
- 27:54Speaker 1: him go on TV and tell us a story about
- 27:57Speaker 1: January the six We're gonna let him go on TV
- 28:01Speaker 1: and tell the story about January the sixth, because apparently
- 28:05Speaker 1: he has so much credibility, right, He's got so much
- 28:11Speaker 1: credibility with the American people. But even though he's a
- 28:14Speaker 1: guy that tried to over throw the country and get
- 28:18Speaker 1: rid of a present that he knew he was impeaching
- 28:20Speaker 1: off of lies. We're gonna put him right back on
- 28:22Speaker 1: TV in a most powerful position the Democratic Party and
- 28:26Speaker 1: treat him like everything he says as fact. Listen. Congresswoman
- 28:29Speaker 1: Zoe Lofgren told my colleague Jake Tapper this week that
- 28:32Speaker 1: some information has been provided on a confidential basis from
- 28:36Speaker 1: your committee to the Justice Department. You know this. I'm
- 28:40Speaker 1: sure you're hearing this. So many people watching your committee
- 28:44Speaker 1: hearings are asking what is going to come of this?
- 28:48Speaker 1: Is the Justice Department going to file criminal charges? First
- 28:53Speaker 1: question is why haven't you given everything over to the
- 28:56Speaker 1: Justice Department that they are asking for and they say
- 28:59Speaker 1: they need in order to potentially do that. I don't
- 29:01Speaker 1: think Congress has ever done that. And I've been participating
- 29:04Speaker 1: now in several investigations where there have been parallel investigations
- 29:08Speaker 1: I've done by the Justice Department. Congress never says, hey,
- 29:11Speaker 1: Justice Apartment, other branch of government, just come and go
- 29:14Speaker 1: through our files. We also don't say, hey, we want
- 29:17Speaker 1: to go over and just rifle through your files when
- 29:20Speaker 1: the Just Department asked for things specifically, Hey, you know
- 29:23Speaker 1: we're looking at a case we're investigating. This person can
- 29:26Speaker 1: you give us what we have, we work with them,
- 29:28Speaker 1: and we'll work with them here. You know, I do
- 29:30Speaker 1: want to point out the Justice Department has the subpoena
- 29:33Speaker 1: em power too. They can convene a grand jury, they
- 29:35Speaker 1: can bring in witnesses. Traditionally they don't wait for Congress
- 29:39Speaker 1: to do that work for the department. So we're going
- 29:42Speaker 1: to work with them. We want them to be successful
- 29:44Speaker 1: in bringing people to justice. But I can't go into
- 29:47Speaker 1: the private conversations. Have you seen evidence that the Justice
- 29:50Speaker 1: Department has already opened an investigation into the former president?
- 29:55Speaker 1: I know, just looking at the public record, I have
- 29:58Speaker 1: not seen, for example, grand juries convened in places where
- 30:02Speaker 1: I would think they would be convened if they were
- 30:05Speaker 1: looking at some of the conduct. For example, that Judge
- 30:07Speaker 1: Carter in California wrote he believed that Donald Trump was
- 30:11Speaker 1: engaged in multiple acts that violate the criminal laws. How
- 30:17Speaker 1: can you even have this guy on TV when you
- 30:20Speaker 1: know he tried to impeach the president and lie to
- 30:22Speaker 1: the American people about that impeachment for two and a
- 30:24Speaker 1: half three years. This man should never be allowed on
- 30:28Speaker 1: TV again. As a quote expert. It's disgusting, all right. Lastly,
