- 0:00Speaker 1: But just think about the Department of State of the
- 0:02Speaker 1: United States that set up the office to monitor the
- 0:05Speaker 1: social media post and commentary of American citizens to identify
- 0:09Speaker 1: them as vector the disinformation when we know that the
- 0:11Speaker 1: best way to combat disinformation is freedom of speech and transparency,
- 0:15Speaker 1: and so that's what we're going to be in the
- 0:16Speaker 1: business of doing.
- 0:17Speaker 2: We're not going to have an office that does that.
- 0:19Speaker 3: You're listening to The forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.

- 0:36Speaker 4: So you do not miss an episode.
- 0:38Speaker 5: With that being said, the first big story, well, you
- 0:40Speaker 5: can add human trafficking to the list of the quote
- 0:44Speaker 5: Maryland Man. You may remember Democrats are obsessed with an
- 0:48Speaker 5: illegal immigrant who is an MS thirteen gang member. He's
- 0:52Speaker 5: also now suspected of human trafficking. And we have the
- 0:55Speaker 5: traffic stop tape and we're going to play it for
- 0:58Speaker 5: you in just a moment. Also, oh, Elon Musk and
- 1:01Speaker 5: his DOGE team have been hard at work day after
- 1:05Speaker 5: day after day, and now the staff is revealing that
- 1:08Speaker 5: the Institute of Peace was not peaceful at all, in fact,
- 1:12Speaker 5: giving six figure contracts to former members of the Taliban.
- 1:17Speaker 4: That story as well, and finally the media lied yet again.
- 1:21Speaker 5: And Donald Trump called him out after they claim that
- 1:24Speaker 5: Mike Walt had been fired from the Trump administration. In reality,
- 1:28Speaker 5: Trump gave him a major administration post at the United Nations.
- 1:34Speaker 5: We'll give you the background on that story and how
- 1:36Speaker 5: the media got it wrong, maybe on purpose. It's the
- 1:40Speaker 5: forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:43Speaker 6: Story number one.
- 1:44Speaker 5: The media and the Democrats have called him the quote
- 1:47Speaker 5: Maryland Man or the Maryland Father, the MS thirteen gang
- 1:51Speaker 5: member who had protective orders put out against him by
- 1:55Speaker 5: his wife, and is a man that is apparently a
- 1:58Speaker 5: member of a terrorist organized Well, you can now add
- 2:02Speaker 5: suspected human trafficking to the wrap sheet of the.
- 2:06Speaker 4: Quote Maryland Man.
- 2:08Speaker 5: Tennessee has now released the bodycan footage of a traffic
- 2:13Speaker 5: stop that shows state troopers and their hands tied. Despite
- 2:18Speaker 5: these smuggling clues that he was smuggling people across the
- 2:21Speaker 5: United States of America. The Highway Patrol releasing that bodycam
- 2:25Speaker 5: footage of twenty twenty two in their encounter with Albrego Garcia,
- 2:30Speaker 5: where state troopers suspected that he was involved in human trafficking.
- 2:34Speaker 5: Garcia was twenty nine. He is a Salvadorian who illegally
- 2:38Speaker 5: entered the United States in twenty eleven and in twenty
- 2:41Speaker 5: nineteen was issued a deportation order. Now we have lots
- 2:46Speaker 5: of paperwork on the quote Maryland Father to previous judges
- 2:50Speaker 5: concluded that Albrego Garcia was likely affiliated with MS thirteen.
- 2:55Speaker 5: He was deported in March and sent to the Terrace
- 2:57Speaker 5: Confinement Center in Al Salvador. The Tennessee Highway Patrol pulled
- 3:02Speaker 5: over Albrego Garcia on November thirtieth, twenty twenty two. The
- 3:07Speaker 5: bodycam video that's now been obtained by Fox News through
- 3:10Speaker 5: a public records request shows Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers pulling
- 3:15Speaker 5: him over and he had eight other individuals in the
- 3:18Speaker 5: car for what was initially a speeding violation. All the
- 3:22Speaker 5: people in the car are mail how many rows have
- 3:26Speaker 5: you got in there? Four seats? Four rows of seats.
- 3:29Speaker 5: A state trooper can be heard saying, did y'all put
- 3:32Speaker 5: an extra one in, referring to a row of seats? Huh,
- 3:36Speaker 5: did y'all put another one in? No question mark? They
- 3:40Speaker 5: come like this. I've never seen one with that many
- 3:43Speaker 5: seats in it. The police officers then heard saying he's
- 3:47Speaker 5: hauling these people for money. Another state trooper said, in fact,
- 3:51Speaker 5: I want you to hear the actual bodycam footage and
- 3:55Speaker 5: exactly what they had to say. Listen carefully what you
- 4:01Speaker 5: got right?
- 4:02Speaker 6: You know what you got here?
- 4:03Speaker 2: Right.
- 4:06Speaker 7: He's hauling these people for money, is what he's doing.
- 4:09Speaker 6: But sometimes they kim mingled opener. But you know.
- 4:15Speaker 7: There's some eight people in the id' that's what an
- 4:19Speaker 7: extra own sense idea.
- 4:21Speaker 4: So he's getting paid all these people, probably to Maryland.
- 4:24Speaker 4: I would say, if I had my guests, to make
- 4:26Speaker 4: matters worse.
- 4:27Speaker 5: A source familiar with the situation is also told Fox
- 4:31Speaker 5: News Digital that there was, in fact a conversation in
- 4:35Speaker 5: the redacted portion of the video where state troopers in
- 4:39Speaker 5: Tennessee discussed calling US Immigration and Customs Enforcement known as ICE.
- 4:44Speaker 5: The troopers called ICE, which didn't come to pick up
- 4:48Speaker 5: Albrigo Garcia. The source added that when state troopers entered
- 4:52Speaker 5: Albrigo Garcia's name into the National Crime Information Center, a
- 4:56Speaker 5: warning appeer that showed he was suspected of.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Being a gang member or a terrorist.
- 5:02Speaker 5: In the video, you can hear the troopers saying Albrigo
- 5:05Speaker 5: Garcia was in possession of one four hundred dollars in cash,
- 5:10Speaker 5: saying it was probably his payment. A trooper also noted
- 5:13Speaker 5: that Obrego Garcia had an invalid Maryland driver's license, and
- 5:17Speaker 5: the state trooper who pulled over Garcia said they suspected
- 5:21Speaker 5: he was involved in human trafficking. That according to part
- 5:24Speaker 5: of what you just heard on the body camera video.
- 5:27Speaker 5: During the traffic stop, Abrega Garcia was heard changing his
- 5:30Speaker 5: story several times as well. Garcia first said he was
- 5:33Speaker 5: headed back to his residence in Maryland, then said he
- 5:37Speaker 5: was going to a different town for work. He said
- 5:40Speaker 5: the group of individuals were initially driving from Saint Louis, Missouri.
- 5:44Speaker 5: Court records filed in Prince George County's Maryland also revealed
- 5:48Speaker 5: that Albrigo Garcia has a history of being a violent
- 5:51Speaker 5: wife beater quote unquote. In twenty twenty one court filing,
- 5:56Speaker 5: Jennifer Albrego, Garcia's wife wrote at this point, quote vote,
- 6:00Speaker 5: I'm afraid to be close to him. I have multiple
- 6:03Speaker 5: photos slash videos of how violent he can be and
- 6:06Speaker 5: all the bruises he has left on me. The US
- 6:10Speaker 5: district judge previously ordered the US government to quote facilitate
- 6:14Speaker 5: Albrigo Garcia's return to the United States of America, as
- 6:18Speaker 5: the Democratic Party continues to double down, saying that this
- 6:21Speaker 5: is a Maryland man or a Maryland father. We also
- 6:25Speaker 5: now know this the Malusian tweeting out this. The current
- 6:29Speaker 5: checklist for the quote Maryland man the Salvadorian illegal alien
- 6:33Speaker 5: is now including alleged MS thirteen gang member reaffirmed in
- 6:37Speaker 5: immigration court by a judge, accused of being a repeat
- 6:41Speaker 5: wife beater, domestic abuser by his own wife multiple times,
- 6:45Speaker 5: suspected of human trafficking in Tennessee while driving convicted human
- 6:50Speaker 5: traffickers vehicle with eight people and no luggage in it
- 6:55Speaker 5: from Texas to Maryland. Kimar Albrigo Garcia's wife written out
- 7:00Speaker 5: allegation separate by the way from the twenty twenty one
- 7:03Speaker 5: protective order that she requested, also goes into the details
- 7:07Speaker 5: about how afraid she was of her husband. Stephen Miller
- 7:10Speaker 5: also saying this about the entire situation, the difference between
- 7:15Speaker 5: the Biden administration and what Donald Trump is doing right now.
- 7:19Speaker 8: You talk about due process. The Body of Administration made
- 7:23Speaker 8: the decision to give extensive due process to two trained
- 7:27Speaker 8: Aragua terrorists that were apprehended at the border just a
- 7:30Speaker 8: couple of years ago. The two gentlemen, they were from Venezuela.
- 7:34Speaker 8: There were members of Trained Aragua. The Body of Administration
- 7:37Speaker 8: and Border Patrol apprehended them and made the decision to
- 7:40Speaker 8: provide them with extensive due process, put them onto a
- 7:43Speaker 8: program on a supervised release, and put them on inkle
- 7:46Speaker 8: monitors so they could go through a lengthy legal judicial
- 7:50Speaker 8: determination as to whether these legal aliens who had just
- 7:53Speaker 8: put on US soil might want to live in the
- 7:56Speaker 8: United States for the rest of their lives. What was
- 7:58Speaker 8: the result of that decision. What was a result of
- 8:00Speaker 8: that choice that was made. Those two men kidnapped a
- 8:03Speaker 8: young girl named Jocelyn Hungary from her family. They beat her,
- 8:08Speaker 8: they sexually assaulted her, they tortured her, they stripped her,
- 8:11Speaker 8: they murder her, and they dumped her body.
- 8:13Speaker 5: Yet again, the Trump administration putting Americans first, and a
- 8:17Speaker 5: story that continues to get worse for Democrats as they
- 8:20Speaker 5: continue to stand with an MS thirteen gang member, a
- 8:24Speaker 5: man that is accused of beating his wife on multiple occasions,
- 8:27Speaker 5: human trafficking, and yet the Democrats still want to visit
- 8:31Speaker 5: him out of the country and demand that he's brought
- 8:33Speaker 5: back to live among us.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Next story number two.
- 8:37Speaker 5: There is one story that maybe hasn't been getting that
- 8:39Speaker 5: many headlines lately, and that is the fact that DOGE
- 8:42Speaker 5: is still finding waste.
- 8:44Speaker 4: Fraud, and abuse.
- 8:45Speaker 5: It's certainly a story that the media doesn't want you
- 8:47Speaker 5: to know about, and that's exactly why Elon Muss brought
- 8:51Speaker 5: many of his staffers together to tell what they are
- 8:54Speaker 5: now finding. They did this with Jesse Waters on Fox
- 8:58Speaker 5: News Channel Now. The Doffers revealed something shocking that the
- 9:02Speaker 5: Institute of Peace is not actually that peaceful. In fact,
- 9:06Speaker 5: some of their money was going to members of the Taliban.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Take a listen to this.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Yeah, So it was by far the least peaceful agency
- 9:14Speaker 2: that we've worked with.
- 9:15Speaker 6: Yeah, ironically, of course.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Additionally, we found that they were spending money on things
- 9:19Speaker 2: like private jets, and they even had a one hundred
- 9:21Speaker 2: and thirty thousand dollars contract with a former member of
- 9:24Speaker 2: the Taliban.
- 9:25Speaker 6: This is real.
- 9:25Speaker 2: We don't encounter that in most agencies.
- 9:28Speaker 6: What was the money going to the Taliban for? So
- 9:32Speaker 6: it was a contractor.
- 9:33Speaker 2: They received one hundred and thirty thousand dollars for generic services.
- 9:36Speaker 2: And to Elon's point, there was not actually a clear
- 9:38Speaker 2: description of what the contractor services were for. But was
- 9:40Speaker 2: it for opium unclear? Or weapons or nothing or nothing
- 9:47Speaker 2: for a broad or yeah, And you actually have to
- 9:51Speaker 2: ask the question how did we get here? Like when
- 9:53Speaker 2: the country was founded, there were only four agencies. Today
- 9:56Speaker 2: there are over four hundred, so there's been a one
- 9:57Speaker 2: hundred x increase in the number of agencies since the
- 10:00Speaker 2: founding the nation. And thanks to President Trump, he's now
- 10:02Speaker 2: signed two executive orders to start to reduce the number
- 10:05Speaker 2: of agencies in the government, and the Institute apiece was
- 10:07Speaker 2: one of them, which is why our team went into
- 10:08Speaker 2: try and understand what was going on, and that's when
- 10:10Speaker 2: we found all the craziness, like the weapons and their armory.
- 10:13Speaker 2: We found the payments to the Taliban.
- 10:17Speaker 6: Oh yeah, idea of it right.
- 10:19Speaker 2: So just a few hours after we got into their headquarters,
- 10:21Speaker 2: we found that their chief accountant had actually deleted over
- 10:24Speaker 2: a terabyte of accounting records from several leaders, so you'd
- 10:26Speaker 2: have to ask the question, well, why would somebody do that?
- 10:29Speaker 2: If the Doch team fortunately was able to recover that
- 10:31Speaker 2: data with the help of a few great employees at
- 10:32Speaker 2: the Institute a piece. And I think the most troubling
- 10:35Speaker 2: thing was they received fifty five million dollars a year
- 10:37Speaker 2: from Congress, and any money that went unspent, instead of
- 10:40Speaker 2: returning that to Congress, they would sweep it into a
- 10:42Speaker 2: private bank account which had no Congressional oversight, and that's
- 10:45Speaker 2: what they would use to fund things like events at
- 10:47Speaker 2: their headquarters and the private jets. And so I think
- 10:50Speaker 2: it's a great example because most Americans don't know what's
- 10:54Speaker 2: going on at a lot of these smaller agencies, and
- 10:55Speaker 2: this is a I think the most extreme case of
- 10:57Speaker 2: some of the wasteful spend that we're finding.
- 11:00Speaker 7: So the agencies are hiding money from you, they're sending
- 11:03Speaker 7: it to the Taliban.
- 11:04Speaker 6: They have loaded weapons in the department.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Buildings at the Institute of Peace.
- 11:09Speaker 7: At the Institute of Peace, that's right, So this is
- 11:11Speaker 7: a cover up.
- 11:12Speaker 6: When you guys roll in.
- 11:13Speaker 8: If this wanted a cover up, the delete a vast
- 11:17Speaker 8: amount of financial information that's really a definition of a
- 11:21Speaker 8: cover up.
- 11:21Speaker 6: Isn't that illegal to delete evidence? Yes, shred documents.
- 11:26Speaker 2: It's certainly illegal to delete accounting records that the Congress
- 11:30Speaker 2: would certainly want to know where the congressionally appropriated funds
- 11:32Speaker 2: are going from taxpayers.
- 11:34Speaker 7: When you catch them going Hillary style on their computers,
- 11:39Speaker 7: do you refer this to the Department of Justice?
- 11:41Speaker 2: In this case, we did refer the evidence in the
- 11:43Speaker 2: accounting example to the FBI and DJ We're proud to
- 11:47Speaker 2: do that.
- 11:48Speaker 6: So yes we did.
- 11:49Speaker 5: Not only did they say it was a cover up,
- 11:52Speaker 5: but it may have actually been criminal, and that is
- 11:54Speaker 5: exactly why they have references to the Department of Justice.
- 11:57Speaker 5: So if you think that Doge isn't still digging, don't worry.
- 12:00Speaker 4: They are.
- 12:01Speaker 5: In fact, the Dog's team also says there was a
- 12:04Speaker 5: four billion dollar COVID fund in the Department of Education
- 12:08Speaker 5: that had no receipts required, so government and poyees could
- 12:12Speaker 5: draw down on it and use the money for parties
- 12:16Speaker 5: and to rent out venues like Caesar's Palace. Another example
- 12:21Speaker 5: of why so many are fighting against Donald Trump in
- 12:23Speaker 5: the deep state and doing everything they can to get
- 12:26Speaker 5: rid of their receipts, and thank goodness Elon Muskin Doge
- 12:30Speaker 5: keeps finding them.
- 12:31Speaker 3: And finally, story number three.
- 12:32Speaker 5: The liberal Washington Press Corps was going berserk earlier in
- 12:37Speaker 5: the afternoon amid rumors that Mike Waltz was being fired.
- 12:42Speaker 5: Well guess what, he wasn't fired. In fact, Donald Trump
- 12:46Speaker 5: putting this out on true social quote, I'm pleased to
- 12:50Speaker 5: announce that I will be nominating Mike Waltz to be
- 12:53Speaker 5: the next United States Ambassador to the United Nations, high
- 12:57Speaker 5: profile job, by the way, that many were hoping that
- 13:00Speaker 5: they would get this job. President went on to say,
- 13:03Speaker 5: from his time in uniform, on the battlefield, in Congress,
- 13:07Speaker 5: and as my National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz has worked
- 13:10Speaker 5: hard to put our nation's interests first. I know he
- 13:14Speaker 5: will do the same in his new role. In the
- 13:16Speaker 5: interim Secretary of State, Marco Rubio will serve as National
- 13:20Speaker 5: Security Advisor while continuing his strong leadership of the State Department. Together,
- 13:24Speaker 5: we will continue to fight tiresly to make America and
- 13:28Speaker 5: the world safe again. Thank you for your attention to
- 13:31Speaker 5: this matter. Now, why the President put it out there
- 13:33Speaker 5: this way simply because he knew the media was lying
- 13:37Speaker 5: looking for a scandal and trying to make it a
- 13:40Speaker 5: big deal that Mike Waltz was fired from the administration.
- 13:44Speaker 5: In reality, Donald Trump gave him another top administration job.
- 13:49Speaker 5: How me and the media are going to apologize for
- 13:51Speaker 5: all of the lies they put out in the last
- 13:53Speaker 5: twenty four hours, I'm going to guess none of them.
- 13:56Speaker 5: The best part is we've got the receipts of all
- 13:59Speaker 5: the lies on social media and the articles they wrote,
- 14:02Speaker 5: and that's exactly why Donald Trump called them out.
