- 2:06Speaker 1: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:09Speaker 1: radio show. Yeah do I thank God for it every day?
- 2:14Speaker 1: Every day. I try to remember that too, you know.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I try to remember to be grateful, you know. I
- 2:22Speaker 1: think gratitude, um is you know, one of the things
- 2:26Speaker 1: that helps keep me grounded. You can go as far
- 2:30Speaker 1: as you want in life. If you don't mind who
- 2:32Speaker 1: gets the credit. Well that applies to God too, don't it.
- 2:38Speaker 1: I mean, you know, really, if you don't mind who
- 2:40Speaker 1: gets the credit? Um, you know, I'm I'm surrounded by
- 2:48Speaker 1: very competent people. I'm surrounded by a lot of people
- 2:53Speaker 1: who work hard on their jobs, on their career, who
- 2:58Speaker 1: are dedicated, uh you know, employees, and and and also
- 3:05Speaker 1: just dedicated to their families and you know, you know,
- 3:08Speaker 1: dedicated to their own set of aspirations. I don't expect
- 3:11Speaker 1: anybody to work for me, you know, forever, I always
- 3:16Speaker 1: look at my job opportunities as stepping stones because I
- 3:20Speaker 1: want everyone around me really to aspire to be more.
- 3:24Speaker 1: I mean, that's that's really the way I am. I'm
- 3:27Speaker 1: not any other way. I'm not trying to hold you
- 3:30Speaker 1: to this position. Uh you know, tell you there's no
- 3:32Speaker 1: room for growth, uh any of that. But even though
- 3:38Speaker 1: I'm surrounded by these people, uh, I'm grateful that God
- 3:43Speaker 1: placed them in my path in my life. But in
- 3:51Speaker 1: my mind, in my spirit and everything in me, the
- 3:57Speaker 1: credit still belongs to God. I'm sorry, the credit still
- 4:05Speaker 1: belongs to God. See if you were just for a moment,
- 4:12Speaker 1: stop thinking about yourself, just for a moment. I know
- 4:16Speaker 1: that's hard, but just for a moment, stop thinking about
- 4:19Speaker 1: yourself and realize that maybe you are who you are
- 4:23Speaker 1: because God is who he is. Maybe that's the case.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Have you ever considered that you know that's that's the
- 4:31Speaker 1: strongest possibility I can give to you. You know, how
- 4:35Speaker 1: do you think you know you're the one that made
- 4:38Speaker 1: it through? How you think you're the one after all
- 4:43Speaker 1: of the ignorant decisions we have made? And oh my goodness,
- 4:47Speaker 1: let's all be honest. Ain't we made some Ain't we
- 4:50Speaker 1: made some crazy decisions I'm talking about, man, I have
- 4:54Speaker 1: made decisions so adverse to my destiny and career and
- 4:59Speaker 1: my my promises. I've made some decisions man to knowingly
- 5:06Speaker 1: you hear me knowingly do something wrong, And in spite
- 5:10Speaker 1: of all that, I'm still here standing. Okay, come on now, really, really, really,
- 5:18Speaker 1: all the dirt you've been done, everybody done dirt, all
- 5:23Speaker 1: the mistakes you've made, You're in a position you in
- 5:28Speaker 1: today because of what cause you all that? What cause?
- 5:32Speaker 1: It's about you? Because you work harder than anybody else. Look,
- 5:38Speaker 1: I work hard, I'll be the I'll tell you in
- 5:41Speaker 1: a minute. I work hard. But I don't think I'm
- 5:43Speaker 1: the hardest working person out there. I'm pretty sure somebody
- 5:47Speaker 1: didn't work way harder than I have. So okay, so
- 5:50Speaker 1: you work hard? Okay, cool, I got all that, But man,
- 5:56Speaker 1: what about his grace and his mercy? What about his faith?
- 6:02Speaker 1: How many times, man, you didn't rely on that, even
- 6:06Speaker 1: when you ain't know you was relying on it. How
- 6:08Speaker 1: many times man, God has shown you mercy? You ain't
- 6:12Speaker 1: even deserve it? You know you do? You know how
- 6:15Speaker 1: many things I've done wrong? I just didn't get caught
- 6:19Speaker 1: at it. Look, man, you know, Um, let me see
- 6:27Speaker 1: how simple I can be. Here. You speed, you jay Walt,
- 6:37Speaker 1: You cut in front of people in line. Um, you
- 6:45Speaker 1: lie to police when you get pulled over that you
- 6:48Speaker 1: wasn't speeding. You go to court and argue you wasn't
- 6:51Speaker 1: speeding when you was. Um, you make you turns. I'm
- 6:59Speaker 1: just doing trap epic violations. Um. Now let's get off
- 7:05Speaker 1: traffic for a second. Let's get on human violations. You
- 7:09Speaker 1: talk about people when you're not supposed to. You indulge
- 7:14Speaker 1: yourself in gossip even when you don't really have all
- 7:17Speaker 1: the facts. You pass judgment, You lust for people that
- 7:24Speaker 1: don't belong to you. You say things to people that
- 7:30Speaker 1: you're not supposed to say. So look all of us,
- 7:36Speaker 1: we all, we're all guilty. Now See, I'm I'm pretty
- 7:41Speaker 1: sure if if you I'm not saying you do all
- 7:43Speaker 1: of that. But I'm saying I'm pretty sure I hit
- 7:46Speaker 1: you somewhere in there, just somewhere in there. You to
- 7:49Speaker 1: lie before you know you lied recently. I mean, come on,
- 7:53Speaker 1: And I'm just saying so with all that in mind, See,
- 7:56Speaker 1: I'm just looking at the little things that we do
- 7:58Speaker 1: that we don't get busted for. Not to mention the
- 8:01Speaker 1: chips you stole when you was a kid and nobody
- 8:03Speaker 1: caught you. Well, that elevated didn't and some of y'all
- 8:06Speaker 1: just didn't stop stealing. The next thing you know, you
- 8:09Speaker 1: was in a car. Now you're sitting somewhere you don't
- 8:11Speaker 1: want to be sitting because of a decision you made.
- 8:14Speaker 1: But through his grace and mercy, couldn't it have been worse? Though?
- 8:17Speaker 1: Without his grace and mercy, could not it have been worse.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I know two dudes that got caught in the garage
- 8:24Speaker 1: one time trying to break in somebody's house, and the
- 8:26Speaker 1: person in the house they broke into just happened to
- 8:29Speaker 1: have a gun and held him in the garage, caught
- 8:33Speaker 1: him and hailed him to the garage to the police came.
- 8:36Speaker 1: That's grace and mercy right there, because they had all
- 8:39Speaker 1: full right to shoot these two people, but they didn't
- 8:42Speaker 1: the grace and mercy. See, all of us have benefited
- 8:46Speaker 1: from his grace and mercy. All of us have done
- 8:49Speaker 1: a wrong, committed a sin, broken the law, and somehow,
- 8:52Speaker 1: through his grace and mercy, got by, doing drugs, buying drugs,
- 8:56Speaker 1: slanging drugs, doing something, got by, jumped on somebody for
- 9:00Speaker 1: no reason, got by, you know. So see how you
- 9:05Speaker 1: figure with all that that can go on in your life?
- 9:09Speaker 1: And then hold on, let me throw a couple more
- 9:10Speaker 1: at you. You can't wake yourself up in the morning,
- 9:14Speaker 1: Mr Big Shot. You don't have the ability to control
- 9:20Speaker 1: the breaths that you take. Really, Mr Big Shot, Really,
- 9:25Speaker 1: let's get real basic with it now. You can't wake
- 9:27Speaker 1: yourself up in the morning. That's favor, that's grace, that's mercy,
- 9:37Speaker 1: that's him allowing you to wake up, just hoping we
- 9:41Speaker 1: get it right. You know, God spared me through all
- 9:44Speaker 1: the dirt I was doing, just hoping one day, man,
- 9:47Speaker 1: can you just straighten up a little bit? When I
- 9:50Speaker 1: finally straightened up, and I'm gonna just say it, straightened
- 9:53Speaker 1: up a little bit. See, I ain't straightened up all
- 9:55Speaker 1: the way, say I ain't gonna sit here and tell
- 9:57Speaker 1: you that I just straightened up a little bit east
- 10:00Speaker 1: blessing me. So the more blessings I gotta started going. Man,
- 10:03Speaker 1: maybe I'll try straighten up a little bit more. So
- 10:04Speaker 1: I straightened up a little bit more, and I still
- 10:06Speaker 1: got a long way to go, but I'm straighter than
- 10:09Speaker 1: I was now. When people judging me and as they will,
- 10:12Speaker 1: and they do, cause that ain't right, but they do,
- 10:15Speaker 1: and I ain't walking just the way they walk. Then
- 10:17Speaker 1: here comes to criticism. I get it all the time.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Stop wanting credit all the time and give out some
- 10:23Speaker 1: credit where credit is due instead of get having somebody
- 10:26Speaker 1: patting you on your back all the time. Why don't
- 10:28Speaker 1: you tell God? Tell people it was really was God? Man,
- 10:31Speaker 1: But you don't really know how you made it that
- 10:34Speaker 1: really man, You have no explanation for your success or
- 10:36Speaker 1: you have no explanation why you still existing today. Why
- 10:39Speaker 1: don't you tell somebody was God today? Don't be ashamed?
- 10:42Speaker 1: It's the truth, ain't it. I mean? Really, man, Let's
- 10:46Speaker 1: give God some credit. Help give God the credit and
- 10:49Speaker 1: the glory and honor. And like that plaque said, you
- 10:52Speaker 1: can go as far as you want in life. If
- 10:54Speaker 1: you don't mind who gets the credit. All right, you're
- 10:57Speaker 1: listening to baby, it is the steam hard the morning show. Baby,
- 11:07Speaker 1: this your boy jams and round and we're holding it

- 11:18Speaker 1: words to wrappers delight. I don't know why they know it,

- 11:28Speaker 1: hip up, hippy, hippody, hippoty in that race show the stopband.

- 12:30Speaker 1: remember the first what you were the first time you
- 12:32Speaker 1: heard that was the most amazing song you've ever heard?
- 12:35Speaker 1: The album? Remember, yeah, yeah, yeah, that still it's a
- 12:41Speaker 1: fourteen minute song. I think it's fourteen minutes at least
- 12:44Speaker 1: thirty least the first rap songs, Yeah, rappers, that's what
- 12:53Speaker 1: kicked it off. Did you never go to a friend's
- 12:56Speaker 1: house to eat with a chicken taste? Like? Who come on? Man?
- 13:04Speaker 1: Lyrics right there? I know where I was. I first
- 13:07Speaker 1: heard the song in my crib. But but I was
- 13:18Speaker 1: in the crib. It was amazing. I was in the barbershop.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I never forget. I was in the barbershop, man, and
- 13:24Speaker 1: it had played, I guess a couple of times, and dude,
- 13:26Speaker 1: you got to hit this you got and it kept

- 13:40Speaker 1: sat around and thought up so true jay the song? Yeah,
- 13:53Speaker 1: the look that because they sounded sexy. It was fun

- 14:31Speaker 1: coming up, we have to talk about Paul Manafort the trial. Okay,
- 14:39Speaker 1: it's a very fly guy. We'll talk about it right
- 14:43Speaker 1: after this at thirty two after you're listening to the
- 14:46Speaker 1: Steve Morning Show. All right, coming up in about an hour,

- 15:13Speaker 1: this is what we're calling the baller section of the
- 15:15Speaker 1: show because we're talking about a baller right now. Let
- 15:19Speaker 1: me tell you how baller balls. Okay, big headlines this morning.
- 15:23Speaker 1: One time Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort is in the
- 15:27Speaker 1: hot seat. Uh criminal trial. He's a former campaign chief.
- 15:32Speaker 1: He's it's underway in Alexandria, Virginia. The presiding judge said
- 15:37Speaker 1: today a jury has been seated to hear the case
- 15:39Speaker 1: against Manifort, and opening arguments began yesterday afternoon. As we
- 15:43Speaker 1: told you before, Manaford is pleaded not guilty to numerous
- 15:47Speaker 1: counts of bank and tax fraud and failure to final
- 15:50Speaker 1: reports on foreign financial account Now listen, we're talking about
- 15:54Speaker 1: thirty thirty offshore accounts in number of Okay, okay, making money, yeah, okay,
- 16:05Speaker 1: in this account checks to stand the prosecution. That's right, Jr.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Check that money. Thirty thirty Okay. The prosecution listed evidence
- 16:21Speaker 1: of the extravagant lifestyle. Mana Fort was trying to maintain
- 16:25Speaker 1: seven homes. Seven we're struggling with one a lot of us.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Seven homes for those in cash cash money. Okay. This
- 16:36Speaker 1: is the baller section of the show. We're talking about
- 16:38Speaker 1: a baller right here, and it's not Steve Harvey. Okay,
- 16:43Speaker 1: many baby, Okay. So seven homes paid for in cash
- 16:49Speaker 1: and Mercedes been convertible. Several five million dollar rugs. You
- 16:55Speaker 1: better put your feet off the rough rugs. Okay, several
- 17:02Speaker 1: you blocked that twenty one How much does your watch cost?
- 17:06Speaker 1: J oh I bet it didn't cost twenty one dollars.
- 17:15Speaker 1: That's what Paul Maniforts watched. You get to hang around
- 17:21Speaker 1: with you and tell you to damn time one dollar watch.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Fifteen This is my favorite favorite thing on the list.
- 17:28Speaker 1: A fifteen thousand dollar jacket made from Ostrich. Okay, fifteen
- 17:34Speaker 1: thousand dollars? How many Ostrich A lot? A lot? Yeah,
- 17:39Speaker 1: it doesn't matter. We're talking right, man. But you gotta
- 17:47Speaker 1: hear Trump's response, because Trump said he must have worked
- 17:50Speaker 1: for me. But maybe twenty thirty minutes tops, about three
- 17:56Speaker 1: months or so? Right, No, maybe tops, maybe a minute
- 18:00Speaker 1: and ahead he was in and out, come on, Mr President,
- 18:05Speaker 1: fifteen thousand dollar Ostrich jackets. That's fly right there, that's
- 18:09Speaker 1: fly though, that's yeah. But his defense, his defense, manaforts defense.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I love this. It wasn't me, It wasn't me. And
- 18:21Speaker 1: now he's flipping on Rick Rick Gates. Um, right, there
- 18:24Speaker 1: wasn't that his assistant Rick, Yeah, the one that he said,
- 18:30Speaker 1: I'm I was too busy to keep up with everything
- 18:33Speaker 1: I got. So that's balling right then, Yes it is, sir,
- 18:36Speaker 1: Yes it is. Yes. This is the baller segment of
- 18:39Speaker 1: the show right here. While Manaford charges are the charges
- 18:43Speaker 1: are not directly related to Russian interference in the last
- 18:46Speaker 1: presidential election. This seems like a special Um council Robert
- 18:52Speaker 1: Mueller's team. This seems like something that they want to do.
- 18:55Speaker 1: This is playing right into their hands. Right here. They're
- 18:57Speaker 1: now taking the first step toward making that connection. Meanwhile,
- 19:01Speaker 1: your president is out campaigning in Tampa, Florida, okay, because
- 19:05Speaker 1: he's got to get some rattying behind him. He definitely
- 19:09Speaker 1: has to get some kind of You think I let
- 19:15Speaker 1: him take that oscar jacket to jail with him? Why
- 19:19Speaker 1: can you can you be a d block with you? Tommy?
- 19:24Speaker 1: They're not even letting him take his just for men
- 19:27Speaker 1: to jail. Just trade that oss for his cot Did
- 19:37Speaker 1: they run out of razors too? You're looking scruffy now.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Normally he looks very pulled together, very polished, you know
- 19:46Speaker 1: all of that. But you're gonna meeting a rug and
- 19:49Speaker 1: that five million dollars five homes payton cake. I wouldn't
- 19:53Speaker 1: even want to walk on that because I don't wuldn't
- 19:56Speaker 1: want to mess it up. It's like you forget your kids.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I'm doing it on that, but naked on this rug.
- 20:06Speaker 1: I don't know what your time side. Now. Black people
- 20:14Speaker 1: they want to put plastic on everything as on that
- 20:20Speaker 1: five million dollars have no other smell but new day
- 20:26Speaker 1: he got He got more than one rug, Jay, several
- 20:30Speaker 1: several Come on, but where is we got seven home.
- 20:36Speaker 1: You forget what's stuff that is? Wait a minute? What
- 20:38Speaker 1: house was that in the way? Was I? Well, Okaya
- 20:44Speaker 1: just has an important Carl. Well, you wear Ostrich jacket
- 20:49Speaker 1: and Austrer girl, I'm trying to figure out an Ostrich
- 20:55Speaker 1: jacket like you did somewhere say to the club, but
- 21:00Speaker 1: to Austria. Yeah, that makes sense. Jacket. You don't check.
- 21:05Speaker 1: You don't check that jacket. So what that's where where
- 21:10Speaker 1: Paul wears it, where I wear it? It everywhere? I'll
- 21:19Speaker 1: play a basketball. Alright, coming up, we're gonna hear from

- 24:01Speaker 1: we're singing. We're singing a song. What song did you
- 24:04Speaker 1: need us to um to sing? Did you tell the
- 24:06Speaker 1: pastor about this? No? No, no, you guys are not
- 24:08Speaker 1: actually gonna be singing a song. Uh. What it is
- 24:12Speaker 1: is that we're we're having a uh and I'm glad,
- 24:15Speaker 1: I'm so glad that you're you're, you're, you're ready to

- 24:30Speaker 1: the road for I can bring my robe by, just
- 24:33Speaker 1: the road. So what's gonna happen is you guys aren't
- 24:35Speaker 1: singing a song, but we're having a wet robe uh contest.
- 24:41Speaker 1: So what now a wet road contest? You're talking about
- 24:47Speaker 1: like a wet T shirt contest type of thing. Well,
- 24:50Speaker 1: it is not a T shirt, it's a robe. So
- 24:52Speaker 1: you don't have a T shirt? Or what what we
- 24:55Speaker 1: need you to do with? No, no, no, no, no no,
- 24:57Speaker 1: not in the church. You're talking about the whole that

- 25:05Speaker 1: a wet road contest. I heard a wet T shirt contest.
- 25:10Speaker 1: That's not that's not the same thing though, right, Well, no,
- 25:13Speaker 1: it's a little bit different. One of is you don't
- 25:15Speaker 1: have a T shirt on. You actually have your your
- 25:17Speaker 1: your quire robe on and you don't have anything underneath it.
- 25:22Speaker 1: You don't wear any clothes underneath. And what we do
- 25:24Speaker 1: is all of ladies listen to me. We're gonna let
- 25:28Speaker 1: wet all of the ladies down, and the sexiest one
- 25:32Speaker 1: that went with their role is gonna win five hundred
- 25:36Speaker 1: dollars and half of the money is gonna go to
- 25:39Speaker 1: the children's vacation. Hello, you're talking about a wet t
- 25:45Speaker 1: shirt contest in the church. No, I'm talking about a
- 25:48Speaker 1: wet road contest at the church. No, I'm not there
- 25:51Speaker 1: getting there and and and and be naked. It's gonna
- 25:54Speaker 1: be it's gonna be out, it's gonna be road. We
- 25:58Speaker 1: need you to be completely naked on the r role.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna win everybody down with the water holes in
- 26:03Speaker 1: the finest one is going to be able to uh
- 26:07Speaker 1: to win five hundred dollars and two hundred and fifty
- 26:09Speaker 1: of that half of that money is gonna go to
- 26:12Speaker 1: the children's They cald on, Hold on, what do you
- 26:13Speaker 1: say your name was? Again? My name? My name is Bryanry.

- 26:20Speaker 1: I don't ever remember me. Okay, I've been a member
- 26:24Speaker 1: for about three weeks. Now, like I said, since I
- 26:26Speaker 1: was a majoring in marketing, they actually threw me into
- 26:30Speaker 1: no Way after three weeks that they're gonna put you
- 26:32Speaker 1: in charge of something. I don't understand what another problem
- 26:35Speaker 1: with you trying to pitch in and help. They're trying
- 26:41Speaker 1: to create and you don't want to help me. I
- 26:46Speaker 1: want to help the kids, but I'm not gonna get
- 26:48Speaker 1: up there and no choir road. I'm doing my best
- 26:50Speaker 1: right now not to cuss you out because I'm a
- 26:52Speaker 1: woman of dide. So you're too good to be naked
- 26:55Speaker 1: under your rope? Is that what you're saying? You're too good? Look,
- 26:59Speaker 1: I don't have to claim myself, but I'm not gonna
- 27:01Speaker 1: be naked up to no church. Okay, So so you
- 27:04Speaker 1: couldn't do the naked roll call God, you couldn't do
- 27:07Speaker 1: that for the kids. I know you're not about to
- 27:09Speaker 1: tell me what I can and can I do for
- 27:11Speaker 1: no kids. Now. I don't know who gave you my number,
- 27:13Speaker 1: but I think you need to figure out who else
- 27:15Speaker 1: to call for this because I'm not gonna be a
- 27:16Speaker 1: part of this. Were called all the other CHOA members
- 27:19Speaker 1: and they don't have a problem with it. If you're
- 27:22Speaker 1: at all the fire members. What are their names? What
- 27:25Speaker 1: other client members did you call that? What is that
- 27:29Speaker 1: were called? Were called? Sister Sister Bridge in the quair
- 27:32Speaker 1: to the bridget that I have a problem with it.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Ain't no Sister Bridge in the quai. Okay, how about
- 27:39Speaker 1: Sister Rachel. Sister Rachel and the choir was fine with it.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Ain't no sister Rachel. Sister Rachel wouldn't be getting naked. Okay, okay, okay,
- 27:50Speaker 1: let me ask you to something. Look, look, you know,
- 27:53Speaker 1: I don't know thinking, but I think you need to
- 27:55Speaker 1: get Do you know sister there in the choir? Hello, Yes,
- 28:03Speaker 1: do your little sister de Vita in the class, Yes,
- 28:06Speaker 1: I know, sister Devita. Okay. So so if such a
- 28:10Speaker 1: Devita said that Sister Bridge and it, Sister Rachel didn't
- 28:15Speaker 1: have a problem doing it, why do you have a
- 28:18Speaker 1: problem doing I'm not about to be naked in a church.
- 28:21Speaker 1: But you're not getting naked in the church. You're gonna
- 28:25Speaker 1: be in the back part of the church and we're
- 28:27Speaker 1: gonna spray you down with a water holes on your road.
- 28:30Speaker 1: That's what we're not gonna be up there. This is
- 28:31Speaker 1: disgusting what Tomas said. You would do it. Tomas said,
- 28:35Speaker 1: you didn't have no problem doing Who the hell it's Tommy.
- 28:38Speaker 1: We don't even have a Tommy at the church. You
- 28:40Speaker 1: keep making up of these maids. Tommy is nephew tom
- 28:44Speaker 1: from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. That's who Tommy is. Hello, Yes,
- 28:53Speaker 1: this is Tommy, Baby, this is nephew Tommy. How you
- 28:56Speaker 1: do it? Oh my god, that's not real. This is
- 29:00Speaker 1: not it's not real baby, that nobody was calling you
- 29:03Speaker 1: about doing a wet rope. This you are. I was
- 29:07Speaker 1: gonna go out on you. You were already going off
- 29:10Speaker 1: on me. The Vida got me to prank phone call you.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Oh my god, I'm gonna get I was holding my time.
- 29:20Speaker 1: What you're saying you was about to come. I was
- 29:22Speaker 1: about to cut you out right out. Maybe I gotta
- 29:26Speaker 1: ask you. Gotta tell me what's the baddest that. I mean,
- 29:28Speaker 1: the baddest radio show in the Late Steve Show. Come on,
- 29:35Speaker 1: come on, people alone. It's my job. It's my job.
- 29:42Speaker 1: I'm supposed to do it. Okay, all right, where you
- 29:48Speaker 1: going this weekend? I'm in Burminham. Start don't. Friday said,
- 29:52Speaker 1: this is how you sensed to be this weekend. More
- 29:55Speaker 1: ignorant than that prank? Is that possible? Is that more
- 30:01Speaker 1: ignorant than we can't believe all the stuff man of
- 30:04Speaker 1: folk got. I'm more egnant than the more ignorant than
- 30:08Speaker 1: a fifteen thousand dollar street, seven homes man, more ignorant
- 30:16Speaker 1: than seven homes, more ignorant than a million dot five
- 30:18Speaker 1: million dollar room, several of them. Wow, that's pretty darn
- 30:23Speaker 1: ignorant right there, popid is coming to Burmingham. Get your tickets.
- 30:27Speaker 1: They don't see right now to Friday to Saturday, one
- 30:30Speaker 1: Sunday and tickets are rolling out. Good. Appreciate you all, Burmham.
- 30:34Speaker 1: We're coming out to see you. Carla, Carla and I
- 30:36Speaker 1: are Tommy? All right? Thank you? Nephew Yeah, coming up
- 30:40Speaker 1: French Montana and Tiffany Hattish in entertainment news. Right after this,
- 30:45Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, coming
- 30:50Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes, We're going to play Are you
- 30:52Speaker 1: smarter than nephew Tommy? Let's go. Yeah, you can win
- 30:56Speaker 1: a chance at Steve's grand prize of one million dollars,
- 31:00Speaker 1: but you can't play unless you register. Go to Steve
- 31:03Speaker 1: Harvey FM dot com. Yeah, you lost yesterday and all right, guys,
- 31:12Speaker 1: it's time now for entertainment news. Uh. French montana Um
- 31:17Speaker 1: was targeted in a home invasion early yesterday morning, when
- 31:21Speaker 1: two or more armed robbers two or more armed robbers
- 31:24Speaker 1: broken to his Calabasas, California home. TMZ is reporting that
- 31:28Speaker 1: someone at French's French's spot called cops around nine in
- 31:33Speaker 1: the morning. The home invasion reportedly happened hours earlier, but
- 31:36Speaker 1: victims waited a while to report it. We know that
- 31:40Speaker 1: French was home at the time of the crime, but
- 31:43Speaker 1: we haven't heard how many other people were also at
- 31:45Speaker 1: the property. TMC reports that no injuries were reported. It's
- 31:49Speaker 1: also unknown what the thieves made off with. So y, yeah,
- 31:55Speaker 1: it really is. They're just home invasion. Yeah yeah, and
- 32:02Speaker 1: he was home. Yeah, and he was home. How scary
- 32:05Speaker 1: is that? But but he's alive and that's the best news. Yeah.
- 32:10Speaker 1: And in mind though, I got some fight, mommy, I
- 32:16Speaker 1: don't Yeah, they take yeah anything, Yeah, we don't know.
- 32:20Speaker 1: It's just yeah, we don't know what they made off.
- 32:24Speaker 1: We don't know. Yeah, did they take that monkey he
- 32:29Speaker 1: was playing with the other day that they said? They
- 32:34Speaker 1: all right? And other news, guys, we gotta we gotta
- 32:39Speaker 1: make the monkey I ain't man. This is a serious
- 32:41Speaker 1: story here. Tiffany Hattish appears on the latest cover of
- 32:45Speaker 1: Glamor magazine, and inside of it, she speaks on a
- 32:48Speaker 1: dark time in her past. Um when she says she
- 32:52Speaker 1: was raped by a police cadet at seventeen years old.
- 32:56Speaker 1: He says that the whole experience put her in such
- 32:58Speaker 1: a messed up place for a very long time. I
- 33:01Speaker 1: ended up going to counseling. That's a very good thing.
- 33:03Speaker 1: A lot of people don't go to counseling. I'm glad
- 33:05Speaker 1: she did because it does help uh in these types
- 33:08Speaker 1: of situations. Tiffany goes on to say that that event
- 33:12Speaker 1: still affects how she deals with men even now and um,
- 33:16Speaker 1: she says she notices that men are afraid of women
- 33:18Speaker 1: that are aggressive. Uh, So to protect herself, I become
- 33:22Speaker 1: semi aggressive. Why is she talking now? Well, Tiffany said
- 33:26Speaker 1: the experience has led her to want to help more
- 33:29Speaker 1: victims of sexual assault, but she's still figuring out what
- 33:33Speaker 1: to do behind being vocal about it, beyond being vocal
- 33:36Speaker 1: about it and uh. Another Tiffany news while everyone eventually
- 33:40Speaker 1: says that Salon Nathan is a mystery Beyonce biter. Remember
- 33:44Speaker 1: that story, Uh, when it came out about someone bit
- 33:47Speaker 1: Beyonce in the face. Well, Tiffany wants it to be
- 33:49Speaker 1: clear that she never said it was Sana Lathan. Uh
- 33:53Speaker 1: and and she still hasn't said who it was. She said,
- 33:55Speaker 1: I didn't confirm sugar honey iced tea. The reporter was like,
- 33:59Speaker 1: SANAA Latham. I'm like three drinks in, so of course
- 34:02Speaker 1: I was about to laugh. They thought I'd put her
- 34:05Speaker 1: name out there, but I didn't. I never said anything,
- 34:07Speaker 1: and Beyonce didn't say anything. Let the person who bit
- 34:11Speaker 1: Beyonce bury themselves. I'm not trying to destroy this girl.
- 34:14Speaker 1: So it's like she knows who it is, but she's
- 34:17Speaker 1: not gonna say. She's not saying yea in the face, yeah,
- 34:24Speaker 1: like in the face. All right, listen, j MS and
- 34:28Speaker 1: is here lots of headlines to get to please and trip.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Thank you very much everybody, Thanks guys, This is androps
- 34:37Speaker 1: the news. Okay, a federal judge in Seattle is temporarily
- 34:41Speaker 1: blocking that online distribution of blueprints on how to make
- 34:45Speaker 1: a gun at a hard plastic on a three D printer.
- 34:47Speaker 1: Believe it or not. However, it's not clear just how
- 34:50Speaker 1: that information can be stopped, since a Texas bace company
- 34:53Speaker 1: posted the information online a few days ago and has
- 34:55Speaker 1: already been downloaded thousands of times. This is how to
- 34:59Speaker 1: make a gun on a hard plastic gun on a
- 35:02Speaker 1: three D computer. After years of litigation, in a June
- 35:05Speaker 1: settlement with the Trump administration, the process was officially given
- 35:09Speaker 1: the green light to start today, the attorney generals of
- 35:12Speaker 1: eight states suing, calling to move disasters for public health
- 35:15Speaker 1: and safety, making it easier for people who shouldn't have
- 35:18Speaker 1: guns to circumvent background checks and get them. Critics say
- 35:21Speaker 1: the so called ghost guns are completely untraceable, but just
- 35:23Speaker 1: so as you know everybody, a gun made out of
- 35:25Speaker 1: plastic can get you into as much trouble as the
- 35:28Speaker 1: real thing. A guy in Missouri was sentenced to eleven
- 35:30Speaker 1: years in prison recently for robbing a credit union with
- 35:34Speaker 1: a plastic gun. Facebook says it shut down more than
- 35:38Speaker 1: thirty fake pages and accounts involved in what appeared to
- 35:40Speaker 1: be a coordinated effort to stoke hot button social issues
- 35:44Speaker 1: ahead of the November midterm elections in this country, but
- 35:47Speaker 1: they can't identify the source, they say, despite hints that
- 35:49Speaker 1: Russia is involved. Opening statements begun yesterday and the trial
- 35:53Speaker 1: of former Trump campaign magic Paul Manafort, who was accused
- 35:56Speaker 1: of financial and tax fraud. The panel consisting of six men,
- 35:59Speaker 1: six women, and Manifort facing eighteen council of alleged bank
- 36:03Speaker 1: and tax for it and could spend the rest of
- 36:05Speaker 1: his life in prison if convicted. Manafort accused of laundering
- 36:08Speaker 1: as much as sixty million bucks money he received working
- 36:10Speaker 1: for pro Russian Ukrainian politicians. Thirty five witnesses schedule to testify,
- 36:15Speaker 1: including his longtime business partner Rick Gates, who's reportedly already
- 36:19Speaker 1: struck a deal with prosecutors, and an amazing turn of events,
- 36:22Speaker 1: President Trump actually being dismissive of the billionaire right wing
- 36:25Speaker 1: Koch Brothers. Trump's tweeted quote that the globalist Koch Brothers,
- 36:30Speaker 1: who have become a total joke in real Republican circles,
- 36:33Speaker 1: are against strong boarders and powerful trade, and the ads
- 36:37Speaker 1: that he never sought their support because he doesn't need
- 36:39Speaker 1: their money or their bad ideas. Trump's anti Koch Brothers
- 36:42Speaker 1: tweet comes after the Koch Brothers network placed an ad
- 36:45Speaker 1: criticizing the President's new tariffs and other things that he does.
- 36:48Speaker 1: The President meanwhile, traveled to Florida last night. He was
- 36:51Speaker 1: campaigning on behalf of several Republicans again in advance of
- 36:55Speaker 1: that state August primary. The President has been playing a
- 36:58Speaker 1: huge role in g OPI primaries around the country. He's
- 37:01Speaker 1: been going around it and in most in most cases,
- 37:03Speaker 1: he has been successful. A test conducted by the American
- 37:07Speaker 1: Civil Liberties Union, Amazon's new facial recognition software incorrectly match
- 37:12Speaker 1: members of Congress with police mug shots. According to a BuzzFeed,
- 37:15Speaker 1: the false positives followed an interesting pattern. Twenty eight members
- 37:18Speaker 1: of Congress misidentified, most of them people of color. Finally,
- 37:22Speaker 1: today is National Girlfriend's Day. Where are my girls at?
- 37:28Speaker 1: And we'll be back with more entertainment coming up in
- 37:30Speaker 1: twenty minutes after the hour. Are you smarter than Nephew Tommy?
- 37:33Speaker 1: What on the Steve Harvey Awarding Show. You're listening to
- 37:37Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. It is time to play

- 47:33Speaker 1: You brought your ring in? What was it last week?
- 47:35Speaker 1: I actually wasn't here, but you gave it to one
- 47:37Speaker 1: of my sales persons and you wanted to get it
- 47:41Speaker 1: resized as well as getting a praise. Correct, yes, yes, yes,
- 47:44Speaker 1: And you don't have to tell him my own Okay, wow, okay, listen,
- 47:51Speaker 1: I actually do the resize the ring. And first of all,
- 47:54Speaker 1: let me be the first to say, um, congratulations, when
- 47:58Speaker 1: when is your wedding? Thank you, I'm getting married and

- 48:04Speaker 1: to tell you this now, as far as your praisers concerned,
- 48:07Speaker 1: I've looked at your ring over and over and this
- 48:11Speaker 1: this ring is probably worth maybe fifty Excuse me, I've
- 48:18Speaker 1: been I've been in this business for over twenty years.
- 48:20Speaker 1: But you know what, I'm confused on what you just said.
- 48:22Speaker 1: And I understand that. What I'm trying to explain to
- 48:24Speaker 1: you is that I've been in this business for over
- 48:26Speaker 1: twenty years. I've seen so many different pieces of jewelry
- 48:29Speaker 1: and this is something that you that you buy late
- 48:32Speaker 1: night on an infomercial for this is a Cubic Zaconian
- 48:37Speaker 1: stones and the gold is not real at all. It's like, wait, wait,
- 48:43Speaker 1: you lost me. You lost me as much money as
- 48:45Speaker 1: my hand make and as much money as my father
- 48:48Speaker 1: is putting down on his win or has put down.
- 48:51Speaker 1: And understand everything you're saying, but Denise, honestly do is
- 48:55Speaker 1: hold on wait. I need you to hold on because
- 48:59Speaker 1: we need need to convictim. Wait. Wait, man, First of all,
- 49:02Speaker 1: I can't wait wait wait wait wait wait wait, hold
- 49:06Speaker 1: hold on because you wait wait wait, what are you
- 49:12Speaker 1: trying to what you're trying to do, sir? I need
- 49:15Speaker 1: I need you to repeat because what you just said
- 49:17Speaker 1: to me. Okay, I need of personal stuff. Man. You
- 49:22Speaker 1: oh you hit it. It's personal now, So I need
- 49:24Speaker 1: you to hold on. Okay, oh she called man, okay,
- 49:30Speaker 1: thank thank hello, convictim, I need to listen to this
- 49:34Speaker 1: dula that's on the front. I want you to hit it.
- 49:36Speaker 1: And he just told me, hold what's what's the problem?
- 49:39Speaker 1: What you mean, what's the problem? He gonna tell you
- 49:40Speaker 1: what the problem is. Gonna hit on, sir, don't hit on? Hello, Yeah,
- 49:44Speaker 1: who's this all right? My name is Gavin. I'm from
- 49:47Speaker 1: Diamonds and actually your wife, I mean where your fiance rather,
- 49:51Speaker 1: she brought her ring in to actually be re sized,
- 49:54Speaker 1: and we we also did an appraisal on the ring
- 49:57Speaker 1: for her and actually the ring is estimated to be only,
- 50:02Speaker 1: in the words of around fifty dollars fifty that's what
- 50:07Speaker 1: the man said, do sir. Obviously there's some sort of
- 50:12Speaker 1: mistakes sir, Now, what you got to say about that
- 50:15Speaker 1: fifty dollars? That's that's got to be some kind of
- 50:17Speaker 1: mistakes from what do you say your name was, sir?
- 50:19Speaker 1: My name is Gavin. I work here Domonds. I'm the
- 50:22Speaker 1: head jeweler here. I've been here for twenty years. And
- 50:25Speaker 1: there's there's no way that that ring is worth fifty dollars.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I know what I paid for it. So obviously there's
- 50:30Speaker 1: some sort of mistakes. There's out of mistake. I've been
- 50:33Speaker 1: dealing with Drewry. I've seen it. I I can't pretty
- 50:36Speaker 1: much look at a ring, but I actually went into
- 50:38Speaker 1: detail on this one, as I do all of them,
- 50:40Speaker 1: and so I promise you this is probably maybe between
- 50:44Speaker 1: forty and fifty dollars for his workers. Now, absolutely not.
- 50:48Speaker 1: That's that's impossible. How is that impossible? He's the jeweler.
- 50:51Speaker 1: You heard him say, he's been doing it for twenty impossible.
- 50:54Speaker 1: I don't understand all the money that my dad is
- 50:57Speaker 1: putting down on this wedding, and you're gonna say, fifty
- 50:59Speaker 1: bird third, you bought a cheap ring. No, no, no,
- 51:03Speaker 1: I did not buy tea. This is this is this
- 51:05Speaker 1: is obviously some kind of mistake. You didn't got it.
- 51:08Speaker 1: You show that you show got that right. So what
- 51:11Speaker 1: you got to say for yourself? Don't you can't? I
- 51:15Speaker 1: believe that that's right. This is this is obviously some
- 51:17Speaker 1: kind of mistakes. Oh it is a mistake. I'm mistake
- 51:20Speaker 1: and thinking I'm gonna get married to the man of
- 51:22Speaker 1: my dream. I do have the engagement ring that was
- 51:24Speaker 1: purchased and bought for your wife. I don't think you
- 51:27Speaker 1: I don't think you do. I don't think you have
- 51:28Speaker 1: my ring, because if you have my ring, you wouldn't
- 51:30Speaker 1: be telling me this is words fifty dollars. I have
- 51:33Speaker 1: the ring that your wife, your fiance brought his wife.
- 51:37Speaker 1: Yet hold on, hold on. The man is trying to explain.
- 51:39Speaker 1: I'm trying to get to the bottom. Thank you, so
- 51:42Speaker 1: you have I don't think you have the right ring.
- 51:45Speaker 1: I have the right ring. Or what I'm letting you know, sir,
- 51:47Speaker 1: is that this is something you buy on an infomercial
- 51:50Speaker 1: in the two Ocock and the Morning on the home Dude,
- 51:52Speaker 1: you don't like that ain't bottled damn ring on infomercial.
- 51:56Speaker 1: I bought the ring from a reputable establishment. I have
- 52:00Speaker 1: of receipt. I have the certificate. So obviously the mistake
- 52:03Speaker 1: is on your and where you're mistakes out here? Search
- 52:06Speaker 1: you bought a piece of jump? He's been doing it
- 52:09Speaker 1: all these years. How hell he's gonna make his mistake
- 52:11Speaker 1: where you come off telling me I bought a piece
- 52:13Speaker 1: of jump? I know what I bought. If there's any
- 52:15Speaker 1: mistakes that's been made, it's on your end world, where
- 52:18Speaker 1: it's not on my end. Yeah, Hold don't don't ready?
- 52:24Speaker 1: You want things that my dad is paying too much
- 52:26Speaker 1: money for this wedding? You don't pay fifty Do you
- 52:30Speaker 1: wait till I tell him this? Chill? Hold on. First
- 52:33Speaker 1: of all, I don't appreciate you. I want to tell
- 52:35Speaker 1: you this. This is a typical case of you trying
- 52:37Speaker 1: to part it off on us because you bought a
- 52:39Speaker 1: piece of stuff for fifty bucks? Money did you make
- 52:42Speaker 1: and I get fifty worth of a ring? Then he's
- 52:44Speaker 1: hold on, let me talk to this where you get
- 52:46Speaker 1: talk because I never heard of it. So your wife
- 52:52Speaker 1: knows exactly where is she. She's the one that brought
- 52:53Speaker 1: the ring here. I'll tell you what. I'm gonna come
- 52:56Speaker 1: down there to see the ring that you're talking about.
- 52:58Speaker 1: If it's not the ring that I gave girl. I'm
- 53:00Speaker 1: gonna take seventy six hundred dollars out of your because
- 53:03Speaker 1: that's so. Now you want to jump on me because
- 53:07Speaker 1: you bought your wife a piece. Come on, you want
- 53:10Speaker 1: to put it on me. You don't tell me what
- 53:12Speaker 1: the I'm known what the I spin on the ring
- 53:14Speaker 1: and you I don't kind of trying to pull. First
- 53:17Speaker 1: of all, I don't appreciate you coming to my household
- 53:18Speaker 1: trying to mess my and you want to come to
- 53:20Speaker 1: me with this. I know the ring better be real.
- 53:24Speaker 1: If I were you, miss Deniece, I would not marry
- 53:26Speaker 1: somebody that's gonna be I'm coming there, I'm looking for
- 53:29Speaker 1: your pocket and you know what. You don't get the
- 53:32Speaker 1: ring and a right me, and you're gonna go in it.
- 53:33Speaker 1: Can I say one more thing to both of you?
- 53:35Speaker 1: All better? I'll tell you what if they say that,
- 53:37Speaker 1: I don't want to hear me, and you're gonna have
- 53:38Speaker 1: some more problems. This is nephew telling me from the
- 53:41Speaker 1: Steve Orbit Morning Show, y'all just got prank, but the
- 53:44Speaker 1: niece's sister that she ain't got no man to that man. Wow,

- 56:38Speaker 1: hold on tight, We got it for you. Here it
- 56:40Speaker 1: is the Strawberry Letter. Subject my girl was intimate with
- 56:44Speaker 1: another brother. Uh, Dear Stephen Shirley two years ago I'm
- 56:49Speaker 1: at the most amazing woman. I'm from the hood and
- 56:52Speaker 1: she is from a small country town, and we are
- 56:54Speaker 1: very different in many ways, but we also have a
- 56:57Speaker 1: lot in common. We quickly became best friends, and she
- 57:01Speaker 1: is the only girl that I could see myself with
- 57:04Speaker 1: in a long term relationship. But here's the problem. After
- 57:08Speaker 1: eight months of dating, I was struggling with the fact
- 57:11Speaker 1: that she is white, and I was scared to take
- 57:13Speaker 1: her home to my mother. So I decided to take
- 57:16Speaker 1: a break. But I couldn't get her off my mind
- 57:19Speaker 1: and quickly realized that I had made a mistake. So
- 57:23Speaker 1: after we were apart for two months, I called her
- 57:26Speaker 1: and explained everything. She understood because she had the same
- 57:30Speaker 1: fears because I am the first black guy she's ever dated.
- 57:34Speaker 1: We got back together and our relationship was fine until recently.
- 57:39Speaker 1: We were talking about our breakup and she admitted that
- 57:43Speaker 1: while we were apart, she had unprotected sex with another
- 57:47Speaker 1: black guy and the sex was really good. She said
- 57:51Speaker 1: she regrets it, but she refuses to apologize because she
- 57:55Speaker 1: said she was single at the time. Because I broke
- 57:57Speaker 1: up with her, I know that I can't be mad
- 57:59Speaker 1: at her, but now when I look at her. All
- 58:02Speaker 1: I can think about is that she let another black
- 58:05Speaker 1: man have sex with her, and I'm feeling a bit
- 58:08Speaker 1: intimidated by it. All. I love this girl, but it
- 58:11Speaker 1: is hard for me to get over this. I often
- 58:14Speaker 1: wonder if she's thinking about him when we're being intimate.
- 58:17Speaker 1: How can I get over this? Because I don't want
- 58:20Speaker 1: to lose my girl? Please help? Do you know how
- 58:24Speaker 1: ridiculous you sound right now? I mean she was a
- 58:28Speaker 1: free agent, after all, free agent, free to do whatever
- 58:33Speaker 1: she wanted to do. You guys had broken up. How
- 58:35Speaker 1: did she know you would want to get back with
- 58:37Speaker 1: her one day? Life goes on, People move on, They
- 58:41Speaker 1: get in other relationships, other entanglements. Things like this can
- 58:46Speaker 1: happen when you break up. Okay, that's the chance that
- 58:49Speaker 1: you take. She's not gonna wait around for you and
- 58:52Speaker 1: you know, and hopes that you may come back one
- 58:54Speaker 1: day and just let life pass her by. But but
- 58:57Speaker 1: what is amazing about this is that she slept with
- 59:00Speaker 1: another black guy. Now I have to ask you and everybody,
- 59:04Speaker 1: does this prove that you know that saying once you
- 59:08Speaker 1: go black, you don't go back? Does that prove? I
- 59:10Speaker 1: think she just proved that. I think she did, and
- 59:13Speaker 1: she proved it to be true. But it sure sounds
- 59:16Speaker 1: like that, ain't I think? Well? If I, if I
- 59:20Speaker 1: were you, I would be worried less about the fact
- 59:23Speaker 1: that her little interlude, let's say, her little interlude with
- 59:26Speaker 1: this man was with this black man. I'd worry less
- 59:29Speaker 1: about that, And I'd be more worried about the fact
- 59:32Speaker 1: that she slept with him without a condom. And now
- 59:35Speaker 1: you guys are sleeping together. That's what I would be
- 59:38Speaker 1: concentrating on right now. Jay, there used to be a
- 59:42Speaker 1: commercial a long time ago, I don't remember years ago.
- 59:46Speaker 1: It was called The Other White Meat. Remember that the
- 59:49Speaker 1: other white men talking about pork was about pork. And
- 59:52Speaker 1: what what this brother needs to do is really accept
- 59:56Speaker 1: the fact that there's other white meats out there. Sister's
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: first white love and he's going through it, and you know,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: I understand what he's going through, But do do dude, dude,
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: listen to me, Dude, pull yourself up. There's more. How
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: can I say that there's more whitefishing to see. That's
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: all I'm saying, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, But
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: I'm telling she don't want him. Obviously, this other this
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: other brother has changed nine. So what you need to
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: do is, you know, set yourself up, make yourself more
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: presentable to white women. Really you can do this, dude,
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: This can be done. You need to hang out with Starbucks.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: You meet white women in the Starbucks. You meet nice
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: women there, Whole Foods. You meet nice women up in
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: a whole food you go. You're a pro the produced section.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: There's certain states out of very white. Can you make
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: them out of beauty supply story? Ja, Yes you can?
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: You can? You can you beauty supply? Yeah? I've never
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: seen one any any stop watch man, but you're the
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: expert on the show as far as this anybody else
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: speaking on the Sunday, I'm the one. I'm the one.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: Once you go white, you great to get right, I
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: know what it brother, You'll be all right. Yeah, come
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: on now, I mean you guys were broken up. What
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: do you want? What do you have to say about
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: all of this? Junior? Your mama saying, your mama saying,
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: if she can't use my comb, don't bring it. Not
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: what your mama says, but the problem you have here though,
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: for real problems. First thing you got to do, dog,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: You're bigger problems. You can take color out of it.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: The thing that got me was the refusal to apologize.
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: I'll have my world rock. I'm sorry, but I'm not sorry.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: I have had my whole work. He did nice to
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: me that I have never had. It was really good.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: She said, we gonna get back together. You're gonna have
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: to understand that I'm gonna be thinking about Jerome. I
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: don't care how you feel I did, but this is
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: what I'm gonna be dealing with because when you're looking
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: at me, I'm thinking about Jerome. When you called my name,
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: I'm thinking about jar We're gonna sleep. I would say
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: good night, Jerome. You might well go ahead. You're like Jay,
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: say find you another one. This won't go Man, you
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: ain't changing her. Man in the house. Watch all right, Well,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: we gotta hear from the nephew. We still haven't heard
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: from the nephew on this. We're gonna have part two
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: of the Strawberry Letter. The subject is my girl was
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: intimate with another brother. And uh, we'll be back at
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour with the Strawberry Letter. Right
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to the stew All right, coming
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes. Attention Power fans, I said, attention
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Power fans. Coming up at forty one minutes after the hour,
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: actor Joseph Sakura ak a Tommy from Power will be
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: our special guest. He's going to tell us everything about Tommy,
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: about going about Canaan. He's gonna talk a little bit
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: about Kendrick Lamar as well. But right now, here's a
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: recap of my letter today. The subject my girl was
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: intimate with another brother, UM. A guy wrote in brother
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: obviously UM. Two years ago, he met a most amazing woman.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: He's from the hood, she's from a small country town.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: They're they're different in a lot of ways, but they
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: have a lot of things in common as well. They
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: quickly became best friends. She is the only woman he
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: could see himself in a life long or long term
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: relationship with. They dated for about eight months, and he
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: was struggling with the fact that she's white and he's black,
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: and so they broke up because he didn't know how
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: to take her home and introduce her to the family
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: and she had the same problem. So they were apart
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: for about two months. Two months they were apart during
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: that time. During that time, she got with another brother
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: and had unprotected sex uh then yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: She she he was the first black guy, um the letter,
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: the writer of the letter, that she had ever been with.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: Then when they broke up, she got with another black guy.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: She was the first white woman, um the writer of
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: the letter ever had been with. So any they broke
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: up for two months, they got back together. She told
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: him all about her experience with the black guy, and
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: she said that the sex was really good and and
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: all of that. Agize and she refused to apologize. She
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: refused to apologize because they had broken up. So anyway,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: so he wants to know how can he get over
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: this because he can't help but think you know that
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: she was with another brother, and he just can't get
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: past that. He doesn't want to lose his girl though,
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: so um hey, I told her told him that he
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: sounds pretty ridiculous because they were broken up at the
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: time and she was a free agent, free to do
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: whatever she did wanted to do. So there we go, Tommy,
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: time to search for a new white woman. The title
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: that is the title. It is time to search for
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: a new White woman. I know what you're going through.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: When you hate what you're thinking about, you gotta get
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: that behind. It time to search for a new white woman.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: And that's finally. Let me talk to my sister's first.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: This ain't got nothing to do with y'all. I love
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: y'all to death. The preference is he wants a white lady,
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: so it's time for time to help him out. You
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: had a good white woman, but I'm gonna help you
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: get you a spectacular white woman. There's a difference between
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: the two. It's some certain people you got to hang
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: out with to get you a spectacular white woman. Listen
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: to me, Kanye West got a spectacular white woman. If
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: you hang out in places where Kanye hang out, you're
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: gonna find you an incredible white woman. They got some
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: incredible white women in that house. Let's keep going. Pay
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Diggs found an incredible white woman. You're hanging out with
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: the wrong people. You gotta hang out with the people
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: who know we're incredible. It's some great white women out there.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: You can find him. He found one, Yes, he did.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Now watched me closely. Michael Jordan laid in the carrel
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: found white white woman. You can find great white women.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: You're just hanging with the wrong people. If you hang
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: out with Tiger Woods. He gonna take you to waffle house.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: You're gonna find incredible white women. You can find them
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: there there. Luke Cage got a white woman. Look, you
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: can find hero Yeah right there on see anything band
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: Jo got a white w Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, dude,
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: you're not hanging with the right people. You're hanging with
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: people that just so so. You want to spectacular white woman.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: What's that boy named cam Bell with the big hell? Yeah,
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: got a white woman. Yes, come out, you can find
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: great white women. Sir, you're looking in the wrong places, James, Joe, Yeah,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: you don't, don't yes, yes, yeah, okay, okay, okay, okay,
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: don't don't hate, don't hate, don't hate the game. He's
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: so happy right now here. Hang out with Ellen. Don't
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: hate the game play. I got a cold white woman.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: What were talking about? What you're talking about one of
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: the sikes on what you're hanging out with the wrong people.
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: Hang out with people that have spectacular white He wants
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: to be with her, he wants to be with her anything.
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: He can't be with her no more because he thinking
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: Warrior been with her. He keeps thinking about man Dingo. Yeah,
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: that one down. Do you know how bold you got
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: to be to say, I'm not apologizing you. If you
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: if you go to a comedy show, there's a reason
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: why the opening act don't follow the headline because he
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: he shouldn't have broken up with her? Yeah, but if
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: he really yeah? Yeah? Where how do you know this?
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: Because that day white, that day white, exclusively, exclusively, you
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: don't made any black women chase? How many times we
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: got to keep going through this? I don't want to
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: know you you're treating me as if I just know
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: you're treating me as if I just started here? I mean,
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: how long I have to work on this damn job
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: as a woman. I want to know. Okay, what's the
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: name of that place? The last part of it is Fitch,
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: but I can't pronounce the first Amber Crombie. They full
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: of him up in there. That's what they'd be shopping with.
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: The keys them the store, sullove them where else Jay
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: Well or any bed, bath and beyond. Let's just go
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: there to Okay, guys, we gotta go. Yeah, email us
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: your Instagram? What's your thoughts on today's crazy strawberry letter
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: at Steve Harvey f M coming up in ten minutes.
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: It's promised anyway, that's a wheat grass in the kara
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: a k A. Tommy from Power will be our special guests.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: He's going to tell us everything about the show, everything
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: about Power. Oh j that's coming up right after this.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Oh I'm
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: not ready for us one. What Season five of the
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: stars hit drama Power is well underway? We all know that, right. Yeah,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: the plot got twists, we got new characters, we got
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: shootouts and all kinds of stuff going on. Our special
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: guests this morning stars as Tommy on the show I'm on.
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: But the first time in his life he's got his
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: daddy in his life? Or does he really? Let's find
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: out and see what we can expect for the rest
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: of the season. Puts your hands together for the one,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: the Only, Mr Joseph the Cora yea on the show Man.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: We're all big fans. Let me tell you that that. Um,
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: we're glued to the TV every Sunday night checking you out.
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: You got your father in your life now, yes, straight
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: out of prison. So tell us about what can we
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: expect with this relationship? Is just gonna turn and go
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: crazy without spoiling it? Well, I think that Tommy, and
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: I think we all know that Tommy is giving his
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: dad a little too much credit. You know. I think
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: that when you grow up without somebody in your life,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: when they come back in your life, it's not dissimilar
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: to when Kanan got out of prison and Tommy was like, Hey,
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: look look at what I did. Look at how much
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: I've grown, look at everything I've accomplished. Because you respect
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: that person, or because you would respect what your images
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: of that person, you know, you want to show him
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: all this stuff. So I think Tommy is letting his
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: dad in and giving him passes on all this stuff
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: because he wants to show him look at look at
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: everything I did, Look at everything I accomplished. But he's
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: also keeping him a little bit on distance. I mean,
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: the old man keeps asking, uh, you know you need
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: help for this, you want to do this, and tomm
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: He's like, no, I got this, I'm good. So he
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: is hesitant, but he is He's definitely giving him a
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: little bit of extra leeway because of this position. Yeah, Tommy,
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: don't kill his dad, I think so, I say, Tommy,
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: we're so caught up with the show. I mean, Joseph,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: we're so caught up with the show. We we love
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: it so much, we really do. In your great actor,
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: I appreciate it. I think last week such a good time.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: I have fun. So that's my default and I think
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: people can tell. And in this this past episode, man,
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: you you had, uh Tarik in the car, who's played
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: by Michael Raney Jr. You had to wreak in the
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: car and uh, we all are waiting for Tarik to
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: get a good old fashioned butt whooping. But is he
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: turning into a little tough guy now? Uh? You know,
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: I I think he's so representative, at least to me,
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: of UM a lot of a lot of his generation, UM,
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: you know, wanting the immediacy of of gratification, UM, you know,
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: media gratification of stuff. But I think that that's something
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: that's prevalent in youth, um society right now. And I
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: think that that is it's honorably reflected in the character
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: of Tarek Um. I think if it was written a
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: little bit more severe, I think Tommy would have happily
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: given um a couple of spankings to Tarik in that ride.
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: But that was Michael Arney Jr. Is a fantastic actor.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: He's such an excellent young actor and he's only getting
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: better and better. And that was one of my favorite
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: scenes of the of the season for sure, was that
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: one in the car I Love. I have a question.
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: I have a question. Okay, Joseph, I know you can't
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: really answer them, but if there was somebody you could
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: take out on the show, who would that be? As Tommy,
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: I think that I haven't taken out Dre yet the world.
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: He said that on the episode Sunday he wanted to
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: kill Dre that day. Yeah, Joseph watched the show and said,
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: I can't believe Tommy ain't taking Jake. You've heard him. Yeah,
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: it was good man. Was Kanan up to man? It
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: seemed like it seems like Kanan is playing everybody the
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: whole time. Yeah. Yeah, that's kind of what Kanan does.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: Um uh, you know. It's it's interesting. He plays both
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: sides of the sense. It's something that he does really well.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: And I think that his duplicitous nature is something that
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: wasn't lost on Ghost and Ghost set him up with
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: the police to go to prison. Um you know, because
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: he always said it was either that or kill him,
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: and he didn't want to kill him, but you know,
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: so it's always it's interesting. I think that I think
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: that you will see and I don't think this is ruining,
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: and they say, I'm pretty pretty sure this isn't the
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: spoiled but you'll see that Tommy isn't getting played as
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: much as we think that Tommy is getting played by
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: canaan Um. But Tommy does have true respects for Canaan.
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: I think that when Tommy was coming up, canaan style
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: of kind of bopping for each corner and making sure
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: that he would just go one street at the time,
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: I think Tommy enjoys that kind of stuff and enjoyed
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: that method, but he's seen that the finest that ghost
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: brings to the game is something that works as well,
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: and it's a way to expand yourself. So Tommy's kind of, uh,
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: you know, Canean fifty percent ghost in a lot of ways,
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: because most people that we are trying to all become
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: ghost um like like Tarik is really kind of a
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: reflection of ghost. Courtney Kemp, the show's creator, actually said
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: that what she does with a lot of the characters
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: is create these alternate ghost characters like Dre, like Tarik
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: that are kind of becoming that character, But I don't
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: think that that ever. Tommy, you know, Tommy keeps becoming
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: more common. Yeah, you know what, Joseph, I just want
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: to say it is it is really hard for me
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: to watch Ghost unravel. But by the same yeah, rock
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: Bottom on the show. I'm really emotionally invested in the
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: I think I need help, but but it's it's hard,
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: and I love how you're playing your character as well.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: The two of you together. It's such an interesting, uh
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: you know, exchange between the two of you. Guys. Do
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: you think Mari Hardwick and I Maria Hardwick obvious? Who
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: please Ghost? I mean, he's just a tremendous actor and
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: he and I have just real true chemistry. You know.
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: It's rare that you find that in your career. It's
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: rare that you find that in your people in your life. So, um,
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: I think we take advantage of it. We approached the
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: craft very similarly, and we're kind of all in actors
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: and very loose, you know. Um if Omari goes, if
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: Omary digs isazag and we just have a real natural
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: chemistry on screen together. So I love having the scene.
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: So I missed the scenes of us together. But you know,
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: it's a testament to his acting. Um, how well he's
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: playing goes, how well he's able to play the highs
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: and play the lows with you know, equal accuracy. Oh,
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: this is good high Let know a lot of behind
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: the scenes. Let's ask him, how does it he and
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: the whole Somebody gonna call him in the office when
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: you get back. We're gonna have more Tommy from Power
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: at the top of the hour. I can't wait, juicy,
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Oh, we're so excited,
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. Actor and we can call him friend now.
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: I think Joseph Sakura from Power. You know him as
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: Tommy from the hit TV show Power. Yes, he is
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: our special guest. Come on, nephew, we gotta get back
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: into this. Let's get used to have an opportunity to
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: watch Kendrick lamar Um I did. I thought Kendrick killed it.
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: I thought he crushed us. He was educated. You know
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: what he's you know, the black or the berry. You know,
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: he got it one. And we want to see you
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: and Keisha get back together too. Joseph, what was the struggle?
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: I mean, Keisha keep saying that she's not about that light.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: She doesn't you know this this is she's not built
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: like that. She keeps and constantly says that. So it's
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: it's it's a really well traded up that you know.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: It's is he going to respect her the distance she
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: wants to have, you know? Or are you just kind?
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: And did you give into whatever kind of chemicals and
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: whatever kind of attraction you have to somebody that superceed
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: did so? I think that you know, we'll we'll see
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: where that relationship goes. Man, you you you are you
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: are so dead on your character. Man, I mean you
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: you're nailing it. What where are you? Where are you
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: pulling that from? What kind of background did you have?
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: Did you did you have a life at all? You
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: know A little bit sure? Yeah, I was a graffiti
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: writer and I got my hands dirty and a couple
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: of little things, um, you know, so you know it's
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: it's alternate lifestyles here, urban lifestyles where I just I
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: you know, you have to really navigate. I grew up
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: in Chicago, and you have to navigate all the different
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: streets of Chicago in different neighborhoods, and you're going to
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: every area of the city to go put your name
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: on stuff. You gotta really know where you're at and
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: what you're about. So people often ask me that question,
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: and I said, man, I used to roll through all
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: these neighborhoods and people in Chicago as they would say,
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: what you be about, and I'd say, man, I'm riding
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: new charm brother, just trying to get to the bug.
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: And that's usually respected, but sometimes it's not. And then
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: you gotta fight or flight. So you know, there's a
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: little bit of that. And I faced a lot of
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: Tommy on the guys I was heard of growing up.
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: All right, is Tommy gonna have anything to do with concilman? Take?
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: Please tell me? So? I know that church team, That
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: church team boiled me a watching it. I was like,
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: Tommy grew up because he actually said, Okay, I'll go
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: sit in the sea. Yeah at the funeral. Yeah. If
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: that catches up a councilman, take sneaky little that yeahs
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: take show. Yeah. And Tommy working with his enemy here, Angela,
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: it seems like, well, I would attest to this. I
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: would say that Angela is working for Tommy right now.
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: I like it. Yeah, you know, yeah, because Tommy, I mean,
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: we've seen Tommy for five seasons say that he would
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: rather die than that. He would rather you know, he's not,
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: but he's this is this, and we've seen him put
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: that into practice. So for him to do a full
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: one eight on something like that is absurd, you know
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: what I mean. It's just it's not this guy. He'd
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: rather shoot himself in the mouth than um work with
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: the FETE or anybody in the government. So but I
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: think that, like we've seen Tommy growing up and learn
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: how to manipulate UM better than we ever have before,
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: and when he sees an opportunity, and this isn't like
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: you know, there was a guy, a real real gangster
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: called Um Johnny and machine Gun Johnny in Chinatown in
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: New York um in the eighties, and so what he
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: would do this is not what Tommy is doing. And
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: what the machine Gun Johnny would do is he would
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: call the police. He would inform on his competition, so
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: the police would go get him. This is see, this
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: isn't what Tommy do it. Tommy's like, look, give me
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: that tracker. You know what you're doing with that track
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: or all you and you and if you think you
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: know where I'm going, then that's on you. So Tommy's like,
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: you know, if you can keep up, keep up. If
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: you can't, you can't. But you know, make no mistake,
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: that's Angela working for Tommy and and chasing Tommy, you know,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: still chasing Tommy around. Tommy's not like, hey, look I
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: got information on this. I got information on this. Tommy's
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: like sink or swim, you know, so you know you
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: better get start doing the press stroke. Well, I jose,
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: what about what about that new police lady that's that's
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: kind of dibbling and dabbling around. Yeah, Blanca, Um, she's great.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: I'm just fantastic character. But she's um, she is you know,
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: you as you can tell, incredibly intelligent, and she is
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: putting everything and all. It's gonna it's gonna be a
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: very difficult challenge for Angela to escape get getting at
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: it from both sides because angel But Angela has done
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: and she's now kind of because she's like, well I'll
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: work with Tommy on this or I'm you know, she's
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: now put herself into two really dangerous worlds with people
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: coming at her from both directions. So she's gonna pretty
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: precarious position. Yeah, we can take a hand. Just tell
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: us We can talk to you all day about power,
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: but we know you have to go go ahead. Tommy,

- 1:23:19Speaker 1: miss power. Lovely show guys, keep doing your thing, and

- 1:23:47Speaker 1: The little girl's gonna say something. When she does speak,
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: she'll make more sense than fit the sin. I'm here
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: to take that. Wait, Tommy, you're saying the little girl.
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: You mean the st patrick at other little girl. Okay,
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: we got one that passed away. Now she started talking.
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: We really got I'm surprised they haven't done that yet.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: But I like the fact that he was still open
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: about everything. Yeah, because he's told us a lot, but

- 1:29:34Speaker 1: they had to take the short stop Jose Rays and

- 1:35:54Speaker 1: got dirty bank account in the right time, I'm sure.
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: And countries, yeah, around the world. Yeah, she is so understanding,
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: because I I don't think I know the woman I
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: ever met that would be that understanding if you haven't
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: seven houses. So you got seven So you got seven houses.
