- 1:05Speaker 7: You love.
- 1:06Speaker 4: You gotta turn. You have to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 5: You probably got to turn the mouth. Turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 5: of the money up looking come come out.
- 1:59Speaker 2: You'll think, uh huh, sure will Good morning everybody. You're
- 2:04Speaker 2: listening to the voice, come on, dig me now, one
- 2:07Speaker 2: and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Well, I
- 2:13Speaker 2: got to tell you something everybody, and this is great
- 2:16Speaker 2: news for everybody that I'm gonna share something with your
- 2:21Speaker 2: principal of becoming successful at whatever level you choose. It
- 2:28Speaker 2: can be successful in the relationship, successful in the family.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Successes may be considered to you becoming a homeowner. It
- 2:38Speaker 2: could be being debt free. Your ideal success could be
- 2:43Speaker 2: sixty thousand a year, fifty thousand a year, one hundred
- 2:46Speaker 2: thousand dollars a year. Doesn't matter if you're considering it,
- 2:52Speaker 2: if you're wanting it, if you have a desire to
- 2:54Speaker 2: become successful, I want to share with you the very
- 2:58Speaker 2: beginning of that. If no one's ever done it. I'm
- 3:02Speaker 2: gonna say the beginning of it today. See scripture makes
- 3:08Speaker 2: it very clear for us you don't The only thing
- 3:14Speaker 2: you need to become successful is already inside of you.
- 3:18Speaker 2: It's not an external need. God wouldn't do that to you.
- 3:23Speaker 2: He puts the core basis of everything you need inside
- 3:28Speaker 2: of you. So if you discover it, if you tend
- 3:33Speaker 2: to it, nurture it, fertilize it, and water it, it grows,
- 3:39Speaker 2: it branches out. Then it reaches out externally and it
- 3:42Speaker 2: starts grabbing things outside of there to make it even bigger, stronger, better,
- 3:46Speaker 2: last longer. But in the very beginning, you don't need anything.
- 3:51Speaker 2: It's all within you. And if you cultivate your relationship
- 3:56Speaker 2: with God, it comes out, it flourishes. Now, let me
- 4:01Speaker 2: tell you that thing that I'm talking about is a
- 4:04Speaker 2: God given gift that He has given to all of us.
- 4:07Speaker 2: We all possess it. It is all within us. Everybody
- 4:13Speaker 2: has a gift. Had somebody told me what I know
- 4:17Speaker 2: now back then, I would have saved myself tons of mistakes.
- 4:20Speaker 2: I just didn't know the principles. I had to learn
- 4:21Speaker 2: them all well. One of the principles are becoming successful
- 4:25Speaker 2: is your mindset. You got to get your mind right now.
- 4:32Speaker 2: This mindset is simply a decision that you can make.
- 4:37Speaker 2: I can't get it for you. I can tell you
- 4:39Speaker 2: what to do, but you got to make the decision.
- 4:43Speaker 2: You that's listening have to decide. You know what, I'm
- 4:46Speaker 2: gonna go on and get at it. I'm gonna stop wrinting.
- 4:48Speaker 2: I'm gonna become a homeowner. You know what. I'm gonna
- 4:50Speaker 2: do it. I'm gonna stop living check to check. I'm
- 4:54Speaker 2: I'm gonna put a budget together. I'm gonna stop stepping
- 4:58Speaker 2: out on my phone. I'm gonna go home. I'm gonna
- 5:01Speaker 2: get it together. I'm gonna stop using when you make
- 5:06Speaker 2: these decisions. That's correcting your mindset. Now. The closer connection
- 5:10Speaker 2: you have with God, the more help you get sustaining
- 5:13Speaker 2: the mindset. How many times have you started to do
- 5:17Speaker 2: something and you stopped? How many resolutions have you made
- 5:20Speaker 2: at the New Year and stopped by February over by me?
- 5:24Speaker 2: And January done in March? Because if you don't have
- 5:30Speaker 2: a clear connection with your creator to help you carry
- 5:33Speaker 2: out the other force out there, that evil force is
- 5:36Speaker 2: designed to get you not to reach your goals. Get
- 5:40Speaker 2: you not to come to resolution with whatever the resolutions
- 5:43Speaker 2: are you made, so he can so you can consider
- 5:46Speaker 2: yourself not worthy or failure or unable to do something.
- 5:51Speaker 2: But the more things you are able to accomplish, the
- 5:53Speaker 2: greater your confidence goals grows. So we got to get
- 5:56Speaker 2: your mindset together. Your mindset is a decision that you
- 6:00Speaker 2: have to make. When you make the decision, you can
- 6:02Speaker 2: begin in the process. Your mindset is also a will
- 6:07Speaker 2: of yours, a will along with the decision, a will,
- 6:12Speaker 2: a willingness to do right, a willingness to change, a
- 6:17Speaker 2: willingness to be better. It's going to then cause you
- 6:22Speaker 2: to have to make a decision to make a change
- 6:25Speaker 2: of direction. Don't go where everybody else going. You got
- 6:28Speaker 2: to go your way. Now. You can't follow the crowd.
- 6:31Speaker 2: You got to take a less travel path. You cannot
- 6:36Speaker 2: do this without changing your direction. You can't keep hanging
- 6:39Speaker 2: with the people you've been hanging with if you want
- 6:41Speaker 2: to be different, because they not. Then you have to
- 6:45Speaker 2: develop an obligation to yourself. You've got to say, you
- 6:50Speaker 2: know what for me and my family, or if you
- 6:53Speaker 2: don't have a family for me, I owe it to
- 6:56Speaker 2: myself I have an obligation to myself to be the
- 6:59Speaker 2: best means that I can possibly be, to be the
- 7:02Speaker 2: best self that I can possibly be, to be the
- 7:06Speaker 2: best father, the best man, the best husband, the best wife,
- 7:11Speaker 2: the best mother, the best daughter, the best son, the
- 7:14Speaker 2: best student, the best employee, the best owner. You have
- 7:19Speaker 2: an obligation to yourself to give yourself a shot at
- 7:23Speaker 2: the best life you can. That's an obligation. You owe
- 7:28Speaker 2: that to yourself. Why would you not live the best
- 7:30Speaker 2: life that you possibly could. You have an obligation to yourself.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Why would you cheat yourself like that? Why would you
- 7:38Speaker 2: take yourself and never allow yourself to see the goodness
- 7:42Speaker 2: that's already in you, to have the abundance that's been
- 7:46Speaker 2: promised to you, to go and explore all the riches
- 7:51Speaker 2: out there that's available to you. But one of the
- 7:57Speaker 2: worst ways that you can rob your self of the
- 8:00Speaker 2: joy of your obligation is to keep comparing yourself to
- 8:03Speaker 2: somebody else. Because guess what, Man, that ain't your life.
- 8:08Speaker 2: You ain't jay Z and Beyonce, You're not Oprah. Instead, man,
- 8:13Speaker 2: that's not who you are. Quit looking around at everybody else.
- 8:18Speaker 2: That comparison of everybody else will keep you broken, It'll
- 8:21Speaker 2: keep you unhappy. You won't even be able to be
- 8:24Speaker 2: grateful for what you have because you steady talking about
- 8:26Speaker 2: what you don't have. That's not the way, man. You
- 8:30Speaker 2: have an obligation to yourself to be the best you
- 8:33Speaker 2: you can be, not the best them. You're not them.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Stop trying to be them. Be the best you. It's cool.
- 8:40Speaker 2: You got a nice little house. That's cool. You know
- 8:43Speaker 2: how many big houses is empty and feel with hate
- 8:46Speaker 2: and resentment. I'd rather have a smaller house fill with
- 8:51Speaker 2: joy in it than to go to a big house.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Man Prince got a line in a song that says,
- 8:56Speaker 2: I realized, in its best disguised the house don't make
- 9:01Speaker 2: a home. Man. Don't you know I know how true
- 9:05Speaker 2: that is? So I'm just trying to tell you now.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Another part of the mindset is taking dead aim at
- 9:16Speaker 2: your life's goals and ambitions. What are they? What are
- 9:20Speaker 2: your goals and your visions? What do you see for yourself?
- 9:24Speaker 2: What do you dream about? If you knew you couldn't
- 9:27Speaker 2: fail at whatever it is you were attempting, what would
- 9:29Speaker 2: you go attempt see? That's what we need to be after.
- 9:34Speaker 2: It's a mindset y'all. It's a decision. It's a will,
- 9:38Speaker 2: it's a change of direction. It's an obligation to yourself.
- 9:42Speaker 2: It's taking dead aim at your life's visions and goals.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Come on, man, you got to get your mind wrapped
- 9:47Speaker 2: around this thing. You owe it to yourself to live
- 9:50Speaker 2: the best life you can be. Come on, man, talk
- 9:53Speaker 2: to God. God got something for you. You just got to
- 9:56Speaker 2: check in with him.
- 9:57Speaker 3: You're listening morning show, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Here we are another day, another blessing. Man, so glad
- 10:06Speaker 2: to be here. Man, have you told him thank you
- 10:09Speaker 2: this morning? I'm gonna be honest with you. I missed
- 10:11Speaker 2: it a little bit this morning, got up running this morning,
- 10:14Speaker 2: got off to a jumpy start. So I want to
- 10:17Speaker 2: just say thank you right now. I appreciate you for
- 10:19Speaker 2: everything you've ever done for me, for the time you've
- 10:22Speaker 2: given me, for all your blessings seen and unseen, for
- 10:25Speaker 2: all the rooms you entered me in with my name
- 10:28Speaker 2: and my name is being said in positive ways. I
- 10:30Speaker 2: thank you. I thank you for my measure of health
- 10:33Speaker 2: and strength. Thank you God. I thank you most of
- 10:36Speaker 2: all for letting me be here. Just another show. I
- 10:38Speaker 2: don't care how it go today. As long as I
- 10:41Speaker 2: get to go in with it, thank you. That's how

- 16:16Speaker 12: to do with anytime?
- 16:17Speaker 13: Well, if you were come a little often and read
- 16:19Speaker 13: the bulletin, so you would have known that pastor took
- 16:21Speaker 13: a vacation.
- 16:23Speaker 12: They took a vacation, so everybody knew he wasn't gonna
- 16:26Speaker 12: be there.
- 16:27Speaker 13: Yes, sir, the regulars, the people that come regularly to church,

- 17:08Speaker 12: I tell you what, you know what? You know what
- 17:09Speaker 12: I'm gonna do. I'm gonna come up there tomorrow and
- 17:11Speaker 12: you're gonna give me my one hundred dollars. Either it's

- 17:33Speaker 15: Let me call you something, sir.
- 17:35Speaker 14: You ain't getting nothing from us that you call here
- 17:38Speaker 14: and cuss me asking for some money back you got.
- 17:41Speaker 14: Now you're giving your money from your heart and doesn't
- 17:42Speaker 14: not a whod off that preaching the word of God.
- 17:44Speaker 14: You give because you love God. You ever thought to
- 17:47Speaker 14: me like that, I'll strip you naked, Jim, and then
- 17:49Speaker 14: you know what, You better be glad this ain't twenty

- 18:14Speaker 14: you treat God's people. You have been talking to me
- 18:16Speaker 14: ignocance or picked up the phone. You ain't saying Hi, man?
- 18:19Speaker 14: He doing man?
- 18:19Speaker 12: Can you help me that?
- 18:20Speaker 16: No?
- 18:20Speaker 14: You just start cussing and hollering at me. You don't
- 18:23Speaker 14: talk to people like that. You don't even sound like
- 18:24Speaker 14: a Christian watch them.
- 18:25Speaker 12: Don't do that. Don't you hear me?
- 18:27Speaker 2: Right now?

- 30:41Speaker 11: he stepped aside. No, According to sources, this is a
- 30:47Speaker 11: temporary move. Now, this is a temporary move to make
- 30:50Speaker 11: sure accusations about his conduct over the years don't distract
- 30:54Speaker 11: from the company's mission or success or tank the brand
- 30:59Speaker 11: uh the The plan is for CEO to Tavio Samuels
- 31:02Speaker 11: and Chief brand Officer Dion Graham to continue running the
- 31:06Speaker 11: company day by day. There is no timeline for when
- 31:10Speaker 11: or if Ditty will return to his role as chairman.
- 31:13Speaker 11: There's already been some fallout at Revolt in the wake
- 31:16Speaker 11: of the allegations against Ditty. Last week, John Montgomery, who
- 31:20Speaker 11: hosted a Revolt podcast, announced that she would not be
- 31:24Speaker 11: returning for another season, citing Ditty as the reason. And yeah,
- 31:32Speaker 11: now you know, fifty has something to say about all
- 31:34Speaker 11: of this.
- 31:35Speaker 2: He did.
- 31:38Speaker 11: This is a fifty peg, he said, quote, I'll buy it.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Talking about he'll buy remote TV.

- 32:05Speaker 2: Man, this is this one right here.
- 32:06Speaker 10: Man, people are Kelly looking at TV saying, oh, this
- 32:09Speaker 10: don't look good right here.
- 32:10Speaker 2: This don't look good at Oh and he know, I think,
- 32:15Speaker 2: you know, man, that should be a way for these uh,
- 32:19Speaker 2: for people to pay for their crimes, you know, do
- 32:22Speaker 2: their time, you know, and get a chance at redemption.
- 32:25Speaker 2: You know, for everybody. You know, everybody deserves a chance
- 32:29Speaker 2: at redemption. I'm doing time and nothing. But that isn't
- 32:34Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 32:35Speaker 16: Also, Capital Preparatory School that ended their relationship, doctor Steve Perry.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Yeah, snowball. Let me tell you something. This this snowball
- 32:49Speaker 2: just getting started. This thing is gonna go down the hill.
- 32:52Speaker 2: It's gonna be avalanche in a minute. Man. This is
- 32:54Speaker 2: a tough one. This is a tough one because in
- 32:59Speaker 2: this culture, in even that that just simply the accusation,
- 33:05Speaker 2: you know, which different, which goes against everything that the
- 33:09Speaker 2: country is supposed to be built on. A person is
- 33:12Speaker 2: innocent and to prove it guilty. But in this country,
- 33:16Speaker 2: that's not how we are. As soon as you get
- 33:19Speaker 2: the accusation, they just start taking stuff from you.
- 33:22Speaker 11: Yeah, the court of public opinion condemns you and all
- 33:25Speaker 11: of that.
- 33:25Speaker 1: You're right, But his actions on paying so quickly the
- 33:29Speaker 1: next day.
- 33:30Speaker 2: That didn't help it. That's okay. I'm just oh no, no, no.
- 33:34Speaker 11: Remember what his attorney said. That is not an admission
- 33:37Speaker 11: of guilt. Remember that thirty million attorney said, that.
- 33:43Speaker 9: Is it?
- 33:43Speaker 2: Thirty is the number?
- 33:45Speaker 9: Right?
- 33:45Speaker 3: They didn't disclose the figure.
- 33:47Speaker 2: Okay, I don't know where I say she.
- 33:49Speaker 3: Was asking what Cassie was asking for?
- 33:51Speaker 2: Thirty million. We've built in here and so long. Let
- 33:54Speaker 2: me tell you about twenty years. We're gonna put it
- 33:56Speaker 2: thirty court. Actually, if I ain't did nothing, no, we're
- 34:01Speaker 2: going to court. But I understand what happens too, You know, people, Now,
- 34:06Speaker 2: there are some There are a lot of cases y'all
- 34:09Speaker 2: that are settled just because it's not worth the grind
- 34:12Speaker 2: and hustle. There are lots of cases that are settled
- 34:15Speaker 2: where people are truly innocent and instead of going through
- 34:19Speaker 2: the rigorous of court and all like this, let me
- 34:22Speaker 2: just get this little fool, this little bit of money
- 34:24Speaker 2: gone by. My business problem with this case is these
- 34:28Speaker 2: are different types of accusations.
- 34:30Speaker 16: Yeah, sexual assault and sexual harassment and rape and all
- 34:34Speaker 16: these are serious, serious.
- 34:36Speaker 2: That I failed and got injured on my job. That
- 34:38Speaker 2: happens all the time you get those settlement cases. That's
- 34:42Speaker 2: insurance companies. Oh I did all that. I did the.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Sexual assault and rape, and that's.
- 34:49Speaker 3: Very very serious.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Yes, No, that's a whole different case. I got hit
- 34:54Speaker 2: in the car one time when I was twenty how
- 34:56Speaker 2: about twenty twenty one, and it was one of the
- 34:59Speaker 2: greatest days my life. Well, when I got hit, I
- 35:02Speaker 2: was laying there. We were pinned in the car, and
- 35:04Speaker 2: I was thinking Jesus the whole time I was in there,
- 35:08Speaker 2: not for saving me before the money. I knew I
- 35:10Speaker 2: was gonna get off the cake for.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Your settlement anyway.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I wouldn't even I was paying in the car.
- 35:15Speaker 2: They had to get the jaws to get us out.
- 35:17Speaker 2: But I was thanking him the whole time because I
- 35:19Speaker 2: knew the money that I wasn't even hurt. I wasn't
- 35:22Speaker 2: even hurt. I was in that just as comfortable. But
- 35:25Speaker 2: all the injuries I had when they did get me
- 35:27Speaker 2: out was based on the case. Yeah, I had whipped
- 35:33Speaker 2: last side, last had everything back. Oh god, can't walk.
- 35:38Speaker 2: I had all that for They opened up the car.
- 35:41Speaker 2: I was standing there and then I realized that wasn't
- 35:43Speaker 2: a good look. Then I laid next to the fender
- 35:46Speaker 2: that was off the car. Yeah, standing up here looking healthy.
- 35:52Speaker 11: Right now, another place here, A passenger opened the exit
- 35:57Speaker 11: door on a plane.
- 35:58Speaker 3: We'll talk about it right after this.
- 36:01Speaker 2: I'll beat his ass with that.
- 36:06Speaker 3: You're listening morning show.
- 36:10Speaker 11: Southwest Airlines passenger having a quote mental health emergency gave
- 36:15Speaker 11: everyone a scare on Sunday when he opened the plane's
- 36:18Speaker 11: exit door and climbed out on the wing.
- 36:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:23Speaker 2: Yeah, the heel his ass that day, the plan. That
- 36:27Speaker 2: would have been your last day of nettiness for me.
- 36:31Speaker 3: The plane, of course, was not in the air yet.
- 36:34Speaker 11: It was parked at the gate at the Louis Armstrong,
- 36:36Speaker 11: New Orleans International Airport waiting.
- 36:39Speaker 2: Are you all right? Oh yeah, we're at the gate,
- 36:45Speaker 2: because now you know how long you'd have delayed that flight.
- 36:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, he sitting out on the wing. What did
- 36:51Speaker 2: he need some fresh air? Yes?
- 36:54Speaker 11: Thirty eight years old unidentified man jumped from the plane's
- 36:57Speaker 11: wing down to the tarmac and was captured by security.
- 37:01Speaker 11: Officers say the man was incoherent and unaware of his surroundings.
- 37:04Speaker 11: He was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation. Luckily,
- 37:08Speaker 11: no one was injured. The plane had to be taken
- 37:12Speaker 11: out of service. Passengers were boarded onto a new plane,
- 37:16Speaker 11: which later took off for Atlanta.
- 37:18Speaker 3: So, yeah, you know that took time.
- 37:20Speaker 2: They ain't even telling you how long that delay was.
- 37:22Speaker 2: That's why the whooping, because now on Southwest, I got
- 37:27Speaker 2: to go out here and get another one of these tanks.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Then I got to wait on the call Mountain. It's time.
- 37:38Speaker 2: We're gonna be second. It ain't no rolls, no more.
- 37:41Speaker 3: The boarding group, ABC, ABC.
- 37:47Speaker 2: Oh that's why when I got on the plane, wasn't
- 37:49Speaker 2: no no but middle seat the whole I got on there, Man,
- 37:55Speaker 2: it wasn't but middle seat, I said, And that's back, Quinn.
- 38:00Speaker 2: You remember Southwest had them seats that faced each other.
- 38:03Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, think we're doing.
- 38:05Speaker 2: I rolled with a Hispanic family the whole flight. Yeah.
- 38:10Speaker 2: I helped raise her family at border out of control,
- 38:14Speaker 2: I raised his ass. By the time we landed, he
- 38:16Speaker 2: was fully mannerable. He was either fully mantable or scared
- 38:21Speaker 2: of black people wanted to tea well. You know.
- 38:26Speaker 11: This incident occurred just a few days after a twenty
- 38:30Speaker 11: six year old woman on board a Korean air flight
- 38:33Speaker 11: from New York to South Korea tried to open the
- 38:35Speaker 11: emergency door mid flight. She was subdued by the crew
- 38:39Speaker 11: and placed under arrest when the plane landed.
- 38:42Speaker 3: Authorities say she was on mess.
- 38:45Speaker 11: Okay, So if you guys were the captain, first officer,
- 38:49Speaker 11: just part of the flight crew, and a passenger thought
- 38:51Speaker 11: about or tried to open the emergency exit door, what
- 38:54Speaker 11: would you say to the fellow passengers?
- 38:56Speaker 3: What would you guys do?
- 38:58Speaker 10: Thank yes, everybody started whipping his ass till I give breath.
- 39:04Speaker 2: There o to speak. We have a timely announcement right now.
- 39:12Speaker 2: I'm you Captain Harvey, right, and I'll let you know
- 39:15Speaker 2: we're going to be on selight de late. We're going
- 39:17Speaker 2: to take about twenty minutes. His fellows, I asked, we'll
- 39:20Speaker 2: get right back to your net. Let you know what
- 39:23Speaker 2: time we'll be taken off.
- 39:24Speaker 11: Y'all have thirty four minutes after the hour. Go small
- 39:29Speaker 11: with your goals New Year's resolutions, we'll talk about it
- 39:32Speaker 11: right after this. You're listening Harvey Morning Show. Go small
- 39:39Speaker 11: with your goals? Okay, the holidays have only just started,
- 39:42Speaker 11: but people are already thinking about their new year's goals.
- 39:45Speaker 11: And this year it's all about going small.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Okay.
- 39:49Speaker 11: Seventy five percent of people make at least one resolution
- 39:52Speaker 11: a year, but a new survey found that respondents would
- 39:56Speaker 11: rather kick off their goals gradually than jump in head first.
- 40:00Speaker 11: Almost half of those surveyed also said they'd rather concentrate
- 40:03Speaker 11: on long term goals, with twenty seven percent saying they
- 40:07Speaker 11: wanted to focus on short term ones. So, Steve, you're
- 40:10Speaker 11: a motivational speaker. You motivate people all the time. What
- 40:13Speaker 11: do you think should people continue to make big resolutions
- 40:18Speaker 11: at the first of the year or should they go
- 40:20Speaker 11: small with their goals?
- 40:21Speaker 2: I disagree with that one thousand percent. I don't understand.
- 40:25Speaker 2: There's no winning in small. There's no winning in small.
- 40:30Speaker 2: I mean, look, what they're trying to say is but
- 40:33Speaker 2: everything they're saying is preparing you for failure. It's assuming
- 40:37Speaker 2: that ain't no need of you thinking big because you
- 40:39Speaker 2: ain't gonna get big. Now that right, there is a
- 40:41Speaker 2: negative connotation to me. You know, remember this, aim for
- 40:47Speaker 2: the moon. In case you miss, you'll still be amongst
- 40:51Speaker 2: the stars. But if you aiming for the fire hydrant,
- 40:54Speaker 2: then you miss, you down in the damn dirt. See
- 40:58Speaker 2: that's the problem with people. Pass no advice to people.
- 41:01Speaker 2: I'm just against small thinking because it costs you no
- 41:05Speaker 2: more to think big than it does to think small.
- 41:09Speaker 2: If you say Volkswagon and Rose Royce, it don't take
- 41:12Speaker 2: no more energy. It's Volkswagon is Rose RoCE. Man, y'all,
- 41:18Speaker 2: don't let people convince you to take the small approach
- 41:23Speaker 2: because then all you can ever get is small results.
- 41:28Speaker 2: I'm just not a proponent of now. What they're trying
- 41:31Speaker 2: to say is, don't disappoint yourself. You go to it
- 41:35Speaker 2: and you don't get it.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Expectation because it's just so high.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Back to me, don't. I just don't like you manage
- 41:45Speaker 2: your expectations. See now, look, either you want be a
- 41:51Speaker 2: person of faith or you ain't.
- 41:54Speaker 16: Give people advice though how to think big and how
- 41:57Speaker 16: to not be not to hold himself back with that
- 42:01Speaker 16: type of thinking.
- 42:02Speaker 1: If you've never okay, here's set that kind of goal
- 42:05Speaker 1: for yourself.
- 42:06Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Well, here's a deal. Here's
- 42:09Speaker 2: something I learned, and I taught this to myself. It
- 42:13Speaker 2: is impossible to think an impossible thought. That's not possible.
- 42:21Speaker 2: It is possible to think an impossible thought. Well, okay, okay,
- 42:28Speaker 2: then how did you think it? Though? If it's impossible,
- 42:33Speaker 2: how did you think it? And that's what you've got
- 42:36Speaker 2: to incorporate into your thinking. Man, it is impossible to
- 42:39Speaker 2: think about you. Tell somebody, man, I had this crazy idea. Man,
- 42:43Speaker 2: I don't see how. I know you don't see how,
- 42:45Speaker 2: but I'm telling you I saw it. And that's how
- 42:49Speaker 2: imagination is given to you. And what we don't realize
- 42:52Speaker 2: as people is that our imagination is given to us
- 42:55Speaker 2: by God. God places what he has for you in
- 42:59Speaker 2: your imagination. Albert Einstein once said, imagination is everything. It's
- 43:05Speaker 2: the preview to life's coming attractions. That's just a fact.
- 43:10Speaker 2: So what God does is he places the life he
- 43:13Speaker 2: has for you in your imagination. The problem we have
- 43:17Speaker 2: is we tell our imagination to the wrong people. Because
- 43:21Speaker 2: if you want to kill a big dream, tell it
- 43:23Speaker 2: to a small minded person. And all of us have
- 43:27Speaker 2: done that. God has shown us something incredible in our imagination.
- 43:32Speaker 2: We took it to our friends and loved ones, and
- 43:33Speaker 2: they shot it down. I don't see how you gonna
- 43:36Speaker 2: do that. Well, I know you don't see it because
- 43:40Speaker 2: God didn't show it to you. He showed it to me.
- 43:44Speaker 2: And I'm gonna trust on that fact right there. If
- 43:47Speaker 2: I thought small, is no way I get here today.
- 43:53Speaker 2: All you got to do is start thinking big. Does
- 43:55Speaker 2: a book I recommend to everybody by David Schwartz David Schultz,
- 43:58Speaker 2: The Magic of Thinking Be Go buy that book. It's
- 44:02Speaker 2: all written off. All self help books have written off
- 44:04Speaker 2: concepts of the Bible. Anyway, a man is as he thinks.
- 44:07Speaker 2: If you think you're small, you're fitting to be small.
- 44:10Speaker 3: I love it all right, Thank you. You are a
- 44:13Speaker 3: motivational speaker.
- 44:15Speaker 11: Coming up next, it is the Nephew with today's prank
- 44:19Speaker 11: phone call any motivation for his nephew and the prank.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Thanks stupid always. Thanks.
- 44:28Speaker 3: Right after this, you're listening morning show.
- 44:35Speaker 11: Coming up at about four minutes after the hour, it's
- 44:37Speaker 11: my Strawberry letter for today and the subject is I
- 44:40Speaker 11: fixed him up for his queen. I don't like the
- 44:45Speaker 11: sound of that one. We'll find out what it's all
- 44:47Speaker 11: about just a.
- 44:48Speaker 2: Few yeah, somebody got a great man.
- 44:54Speaker 3: Thank you, you're welcome. All right.
- 44:59Speaker 11: Well here, well we'll find out what that's all about
- 45:01Speaker 11: just a few because right now it is the nephew's
- 45:04Speaker 11: turn for the prank phone call of the day.
- 45:06Speaker 3: What you got for his nef?
- 45:08Speaker 2: Before we get into the prank, let me say this.
- 45:10Speaker 10: Everybody been asking me about my my my cancer merchandise

- 46:16Speaker 10: that for me. Now, get to the prank. Today's title
- 46:19Speaker 10: is thick and shut in. Thick and shut in. Y'all

- 46:29Speaker 10: You already know some people that used to be on
- 46:31Speaker 10: that list. I used to know mister Euler May Steptoe.
- 46:34Speaker 10: You're always on the sick and shut in this. Let's
- 46:36Speaker 10: go catch it.
- 46:38Speaker 9: I'm trying to speak it. You got him. I'm doing
- 46:45Speaker 9: I ain't doing too good. You been over praying for
- 46:47Speaker 9: my wife again, right right, right, yes, sir, you just
- 46:50Speaker 9: came over here three times in one week. My wife
- 46:54Speaker 9: had already went through the operation and all that she's
- 46:57Speaker 9: gonna be pining. I don't need you over a praying
- 46:59Speaker 9: three times a week, because honestly, I think it's something
- 47:02Speaker 9: else on your mind when you come over here praying
- 47:04Speaker 9: for my wife.
- 47:05Speaker 17: I ain't stupid, brother, kind of Hold it, brother, this brother,
- 47:10Speaker 17: this is well your wife was on.
- 47:13Speaker 18: The second shot. Ain't list I Reverend asked you to
- 47:15Speaker 18: come by.
- 47:17Speaker 17: Reverend ain't requested that I come by.
- 47:19Speaker 9: Okay, he ain't requested for you to bring your black
- 47:22Speaker 9: to my house for no three times in one week, man,
- 47:25Speaker 9: So you can cut that down with me.
- 47:29Speaker 17: Hold it, brother, I came with Sister Georgia the first time.
- 47:35Speaker 17: The second time I came by myself because she was
- 47:37Speaker 17: able to come by, and I only.
- 47:40Speaker 18: Stayed fifteen minutes these times. So what's the problem.
- 47:44Speaker 9: Could I already know what you what you're doing. I
- 47:45Speaker 9: know you're trying to holler at my wife. I ain't

- 48:17Speaker 7: none of that.
- 48:18Speaker 17: You're talking to the wrong brother, and I okay. Now,
- 48:21Speaker 17: First of all, you're.
- 48:22Speaker 18: Not gonna disrespect me and curse me out.
- 48:25Speaker 17: Okay, that's not even the way brother should be talking
- 48:28Speaker 17: to brother. Second of all, if there's any laying on
- 48:31Speaker 17: the hands, it's gonna be my hands laying on you.

- 48:56Speaker 18: Now I'm trying to.
- 48:57Speaker 17: Be cool about the situation because I know you may
- 48:59Speaker 17: be just upset.
- 49:01Speaker 9: Okay.
- 49:02Speaker 18: I can appreciate that.
- 49:03Speaker 17: Okay, I have a wife, and I'll be upset if
- 49:06Speaker 17: somebody's coming out there.
- 49:09Speaker 9: And your out with your wife.
- 49:10Speaker 17: I spend my time with my wife. I do you

- 49:26Speaker 17: Hold holder, one man, holdly, one manute. I'll tell you
- 49:30Speaker 17: before being disrespectful. Now, that was a very idiotic statement
- 49:35Speaker 17: for you to make.
- 49:37Speaker 9: Okay, that's what's gonna happen. If I catch your black
- 49:40Speaker 9: drip my house again, I'm gonna play this man, and
- 49:42Speaker 9: then I'm getting on the phone with you, you, your pastors,
- 49:45Speaker 9: any more of them, because if anybody come by my
- 49:47Speaker 9: house again and I ain't there, I'm kicking your black.
- 49:51Speaker 17: That's a promise, you know. Just that's it.
- 49:55Speaker 18: Look here, brother, if that's gonna be any cook and
- 49:58Speaker 18: god on, I'll be kicking your I'm gonna lay my
- 50:00Speaker 18: hands on you and I'm gonna give you a good
- 50:03Speaker 18: sanctified whooping, and then I'm gonna.
- 50:06Speaker 17: Pray for you. I'm gonna pray to heal you by
- 50:09Speaker 17: this foot I'm gonna put up, okay, because I I've
- 50:11Speaker 17: had it with you, you know, And I only went
- 50:14Speaker 17: by to visit your wife because I was asked to
- 50:16Speaker 17: go visit your wife. Now, that was a problem.
- 50:19Speaker 18: You should have called a pastor. Okay, but you're not gonna.
- 50:21Speaker 17: Disrespect me my wife to church on the phone.
- 50:24Speaker 12: Life.
- 50:24Speaker 17: If you want to do somebody, you can meet me
- 50:26Speaker 17: any place.
- 50:27Speaker 9: Well.
- 50:29Speaker 17: As a matter of fact, I can go anywhere I
- 50:30Speaker 17: want in this town. If I be at your house
- 50:33Speaker 17: talking to your wife, if the path asks me to go,
- 50:35Speaker 17: I'm gonna be there.
- 50:36Speaker 12: Okay.
- 50:37Speaker 18: You you know, you just you know. It's just a
- 50:40Speaker 18: stupid brother.
- 50:41Speaker 17: Okay. You need to come to You need to come
- 50:46Speaker 17: to church more off. And that's the problem. You gonna
- 50:49Speaker 17: come to church more off. If you come to church
- 50:51Speaker 17: more off. You want to be talking to me like that.
- 50:53Speaker 17: You want to be worried about me and your wife
- 50:56Speaker 17: because there must be something wrong at your house. You
- 50:58Speaker 17: be worried by me fooling with your wife. Okay, so
- 51:01Speaker 17: you need to check her? Okay, you how about that?
- 51:05Speaker 17: Why don't you do that? Why don't you why don't
- 51:07Speaker 17: you just check her? Okay?
- 51:09Speaker 9: Thomas said, you the one that's cheating with with my wife.

- 54:19Speaker 10: We got it for you here. It is Rawberry Letter.
- 54:22Speaker 11: Thank you nephew. Subject I fixed him up for his queen.
- 54:26Speaker 11: Dear Stephen Shirley. I got married when I was twenty
- 54:29Speaker 11: six years old, and we only lasted for four years
- 54:33Speaker 11: because of the way my husband was raised by his
- 54:35Speaker 11: mom and grandmama.
- 54:38Speaker 3: We moved in with his.
- 54:39Speaker 11: Mother after we got married, and she cooked for us,
- 54:42Speaker 11: washed our clothes, and did all of the household chores.
- 54:45Speaker 11: I used to try to clean up the kitchen after
- 54:47Speaker 11: she cooked, but she wasn't having it. I could not
- 54:50Speaker 11: wait to get my husband away from his mom and
- 54:52Speaker 11: grandma and into our own apartment.
- 54:54Speaker 3: I taught him to wash clothes, cook, put the trash out,
- 54:58Speaker 3: and have some kind of order in our home.
- 55:00Speaker 11: His mom was still all in our marriage, saying that
- 55:03Speaker 11: I should cater to her son. So I got fed
- 55:06Speaker 11: up and moved out. For a while, we tried to
- 55:08Speaker 11: save the marriage, but he wasn't the man I needed.
- 55:11Speaker 11: We are divorced now, but we are still friends. He
- 55:15Speaker 11: calls to ask for my recipes because he cooks.
- 55:18Speaker 3: Now.
- 55:19Speaker 11: I have watched him evolve into a grown man and
- 55:22Speaker 11: someone that I.
- 55:23Speaker 3: Can respect and love.
- 55:24Speaker 11: I invited him to dinner just to catch up, but
- 55:27Speaker 11: he insisted that I come to his house for dinner instead.
- 55:31Speaker 3: His place was spotless.
- 55:33Speaker 11: And the pasta he made good was just as good
- 55:36Speaker 11: as mine. I had two glasses of wine, and I
- 55:38Speaker 11: was hoping he wanted to have sex.
- 55:41Speaker 3: I was so wrong.
- 55:43Speaker 11: He started telling me about his queen that he plans
- 55:46Speaker 11: to propose to. He thanked me for making him a
- 55:49Speaker 11: better man for her, and he said that his second
- 55:52Speaker 11: marriage will last because of it. How can he do
- 55:55Speaker 11: all the right stuff for her? I want this new
- 55:58Speaker 11: and improved version of my man. I want to be
- 56:01Speaker 11: as queen. Should I tell him that well, I mean, yeah,
- 56:05Speaker 11: go ahead, shoot your shot. Of course, you can tell
- 56:08Speaker 11: him how you feel and see where it goes, see
- 56:10Speaker 11: how it turns out. I mean, you guys were really
- 56:12Speaker 11: young when you got married, and he was still a
- 56:14Speaker 11: mama's boy and his mom was too much in the business,
- 56:18Speaker 11: you said, But all that has changed now thanks to you,
- 56:22Speaker 11: So put it out there. You have nothing to lose,
- 56:25Speaker 11: You have nothing to lose with all of this. But
- 56:28Speaker 11: you can't be afraid of how you feel. I mean,
- 56:30Speaker 11: that's how you feel, So tell him. Just make sure
- 56:33Speaker 11: that you want him back for the right reasons and
- 56:36Speaker 11: not because he's moved on with a new queen and
- 56:40Speaker 11: you're jealous. He could be waiting to hear how you feel,
- 56:44Speaker 11: and it could change his mind, and it could be
- 56:46Speaker 11: too late. You have to be prepared if you don't
- 56:49Speaker 11: get the answer you want. But an honest conversation between
- 56:53Speaker 11: the two of you would definitely clear a lot of
- 56:55Speaker 11: things up, a lot of things. But I got to
- 56:59Speaker 11: tell you it doesn't look too hopeful. He looks pretty
- 57:01Speaker 11: happy with this new queen. He sounds pretty happy with
- 57:04Speaker 11: this new queen.
- 57:04Speaker 2: Steve Well, Shirley, I ain't mad at you ass. I
- 57:09Speaker 2: could see a lot of value in what she said.
- 57:13Speaker 2: I agree with a lot of the stuff you said.
- 57:16Speaker 2: I don't really know what angle I'm gonna take on
- 57:18Speaker 2: this letter yet. I haven't really decided. You always try
- 57:21Speaker 2: to find another rabbit hole to jump down here, and
- 57:24Speaker 2: you know, yeah, something like that. But I think I
- 57:28Speaker 2: may find it as I read a little bit more.
- 57:30Speaker 2: This twenty six year old girl married when she was
- 57:33Speaker 2: twenty six, only lasted four years because her husband was
- 57:38Speaker 2: raised by his mama and his grandmama. Oh lord old now,
- 57:43Speaker 2: oh not the mama and the grandmama.
- 57:45Speaker 9: Lord.
- 57:47Speaker 2: And then when y'all got married, y'all moved in with
- 57:49Speaker 2: his mama. What she do? She cooked for you, washed
- 57:53Speaker 2: all the clothes, did all the household choice. You didn't
- 57:56Speaker 2: have to do nothing. He ain't had to do nothing.
- 57:59Speaker 2: I used to try to clean up the kitchen out
- 58:01Speaker 2: she cooked. She wasn't having it. See, man, I ain't
- 58:05Speaker 2: got no problem with that. You want to do all
- 58:08Speaker 2: the housework? Man? Woo knock shelf out? Hey, you might
- 58:14Speaker 2: want to be help with the diition? No, thank you'
- 58:15Speaker 2: I man? Now watching TV? Okay? Anyway, I couldnot wait
- 58:21Speaker 2: to get my husband away from his mama and grandmama
- 58:24Speaker 2: into her own apartment. Oh this is where the magic
- 58:27Speaker 2: gonna start to happen, it ain't it. I taught him
- 58:30Speaker 2: to wash clothes, cook, put the trash out, hair, sometime
- 58:33Speaker 2: of order in the house. Oh that's a beautiful thing.
- 58:36Speaker 2: His mom was still all up in your marriage, no
- 58:38Speaker 2: telling you you need to cater to this boy. So
- 58:42Speaker 2: I got fed up and moved out for a while.
- 58:44Speaker 2: See now this is the key part to this letter.
- 58:47Speaker 2: See this is she don't want to focus on that.
- 58:50Speaker 2: I got fed up, So I got fed up and
- 58:54Speaker 2: moved out for a while. Now what she's not telling you.
- 58:58Speaker 2: It's why she moved moved out. It was because of
- 59:02Speaker 2: the relationship between the mother, the grandmother and the boy.
- 59:06Speaker 2: He was a mama's boy, and she got fed up
- 59:10Speaker 2: with the woman interfering with the marriage, but the boy
- 59:12Speaker 2: was allowing it. So now you got fed up and
- 59:15Speaker 2: moved out. Key part to this letter, y'all. We tried
- 59:20Speaker 2: to save the marriage, but he wasn't the man I needed. Okay,
- 59:24Speaker 2: that's another key part. He wasn't the man you needed. Cool.
- 59:30Speaker 2: We are divorced, but we still friend. How that works
- 59:34Speaker 2: at all? I really don't. Once you divorced me, we
- 59:39Speaker 2: are enemies for life. Yes, I can't call me for
- 59:42Speaker 2: no damn help. I don't care how you're doing now.
- 59:46Speaker 2: I ain't checking on you. The last thing we finnh
- 59:49Speaker 2: do with be buddies. Five missia at all. I don't
- 59:53Speaker 2: miss you at all. Part of my life is gone.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Let it be gone anyway. Just the personal thoughts that
- 59:59Speaker 2: I were having when I read that we are still
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: friend wasn't friends when we was married. I don't know
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: out of here we're gonna be buddies now anyway, Let's
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: go on, Steve. He calls to ask for my recipes
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: because he cooked. Now, I watched him develop into a
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: grown man and someone that I can respect in love really,
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: and then it happened. She invited him to dinner to
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: catch up, but he insisted that he come to the house,
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: and when she went to the house, his place was spotless.
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: And when we come back, I'm gonna tell you what happened.
- 1:00:34Speaker 11: All right, Hang on, Steve, We'll have part two of
- 1:00:37Speaker 11: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the
- 1:00:40Speaker 11: hour Today's Strawberry letter subject I fixed him up for
- 1:00:43Speaker 11: his queen.
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 1:00:50Speaker 11: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:53Speaker 11: The subject I fixed him up for his queen.
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: Yeah, this woman, you know, had a little mama's boy.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: She was married to for four years. It ain't last
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: because the mamma and the grandmama kept interfering and he
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: was allowing it. And you know, they lived in their
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: apartment for a while and the mother did everything, cooked, clean,
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: all that. Even if she tried to help, the mother
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: said it, oh no, So she couldn't wait to get
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: their own apartment. They finally got their own apartment. They
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: moved in together and they was having what she thought
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: was wonderful time. So she started training him, taught him
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: how to cook, clean, wash, take the trash out. And
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: I don't know why takes the trash out as a
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: damn skill. And I was this bag of trash, put
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: it nott and walk your ass out there to the
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: garbage can. I don't know why you think that was
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: such a great ass accomplishment. It really wasn't nothing. He
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: took the damn trash out. I know little boys had
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: take the damn trash shout. He said, there got a
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: grown ass man dragging the trash out, thinking you got
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: a real man. Now, he just took the damn trash out.
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: It's a bag. Most of them come with their little
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: red thing. All you got to do is pull it
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: in his cinch tight. You got to put the nott
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: I remember you have to put your fingers in the
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: healthy bag to make yourself or not. Now they got
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: drawstring on it, can knot it up yourself. Now you
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: just impressed. You're too easily and press his pucker ass
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: took the trash out. That's all he did.
- 1:02:03Speaker 9: That.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: Don't make him a man now, damn. Now he can
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: wash dishes? What kind of man is that?
- 1:02:09Speaker 9: So?
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: What? Oh girl? He can wash clothes, cook, put the
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: trash out, y'all? That well, okay, so now you taught
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: him how to do that. And but the mama was
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: still in the marriage. So, like I said, this is
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: a key part of it. So you got fed up
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: and moved out for a while. Couldn't take it no more.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: The mama boy wore you out. You couldn't help with
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: the cleaning and all this is. So you got fed
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: up and you moved out. Key part to this letter.
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: Next thing you know, y'all say, y'all tried to save
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: the marriage, but he wasn't the man I needed. Two
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: key parts. You got fed up and moved out, and
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: he wasn't the man you needed. Now, all of a sudden,
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: we're divorced, but we still friends. I said that earlier.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: I don't know how that works. I don't know where
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: y'all come from. And being friends with the person you divorced.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: We got divorced because we wouldn't friends. Were not finish formed,
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: no friendship. Now you ain't gonna drag me over the coals.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: Get a lawyer in there and just win and win
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: and win all the house and property and everything, and
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: then we finish you friend. I got the damn start
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: over with my life and everything. Now, hell no, it
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: is about me. I got damn this brief. Pig myself
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: out the damn gooda. Every time I get a damn
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: divorce and start over, you're getting alimony, free ash checks
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: and all his head. No, I'm not your damn friend anyway.
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: Let me just move on herself. He calls and asks
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: for my recipes because he cooks. Now, I watched him
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: involved into a grown man as someone that I can
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: respect in love. Oh, you're respecting love and man now,
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: because you know how to cook, take out the trash
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: and clean girl. I invited him to dinner so we
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: could catch up, but he insisted I come to his
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: house for dinner instead. His place was spotless and the
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: pasta he made was just as good as mine. I
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: had two glasses of wine and was hoping he wanted
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: to have sex. Was I was so wrong? He started
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: telling me about his queen that he plans and propose to. Okay,
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: and what ain't he the man you that that you?
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: He wasn't the man you needed? Right? He thanked me
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: for making him a better man for her, and he
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: said that his second marriage will last because of it.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: How can he do all the right stuff for her? Well,
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: didn't you put him into the housekeeping training course?
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: House course?
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: You know how to cook, clean? And he take out
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: the trash? You know how hard he is? Get a man,
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: take damn trash out? Whoa I don't know? No means
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: that take the trash out? Girl? You got something now, Tommy,
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: You ever took the trash out last night? Junior? You
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: ever took the trash out? Yes? Every day caring you
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: ever had tash take the trash out? Yes? I don't
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: do no damn housework? Does she tell me too?
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: How is this about you?
- 1:05:05Speaker 9: Not?
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: The problem I had was she asked me to take
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: the trash out. I ain't no where the damn garbage
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: cans were. I was outside about fifteen minutes behind, walking
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: around trying to find these damn garbage cakes. Anyway, how
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: can he do all the right stuff for her? Because
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: you put him in the house keep a training court.
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: I want this new and improved version of my man.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: I want to be his queen. Should I tell him that?
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: What surely's right? You should tell him that? But he
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: don't want you. You know why he don't want you
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: because you remember when you moved out for a while.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: A man don't forget that. See, soon as it gets rough,
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: you quit. So since you putting people in the house
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: keeping training program, maybe you should should have. Maybe you
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: should have took that course down at the Verie, the
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: how to hang in that when it gets rough courts.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: See you should have took that course. But oh no,
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: your ass moved out and then you tried to say
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: gave your marriage why you was moved out that didn't
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: work because Mama and the Grandmama was in his ears.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: She'd have left you like this, boy, you don't need nobody,
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: just get up on you as soon as they start
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: thunderstorming outside. And it made sense. So now he don't
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: want you. Oh yeah, he cooking and cleaning and making
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: posta and all that's here. But he still might not
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: be the man you need because all he did was
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: graduate from the housekeeping training course. You never went to
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: the hang the hell in that course, That house keeper
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: training course. I'm telling you right now, it's very expensive
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: to offer that New York NYC. Now you can get
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: it down, and Emory has it coming in this right,
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: the house keeper training program that's brand new. And that's
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: what should I tell him that I want to be
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: his queen. He don't want you. It ain't gonna happen.
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: It's old with it's a rap. He got somebody else.

- 1:08:11Speaker 3: She made it for me, get to it.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: She saw that fur I had on last week and
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: she vomited. I said, well, what you're gonna make me? Then?

- 1:08:21Speaker 2: made the holiflower. Yeah, I'm gonna have my mink on
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: next week. Though, I don't give a damn. But he
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: ain't got nothing to do with me. Ain't. I ain't

- 1:10:25Speaker 11: after you've crossed the line and had sex?
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening morning show?
- 1:10:35Speaker 11: All right, So Steve, this is from Dasia in Columbus.
- 1:10:38Speaker 11: Daisha says, I've had a friends with benefits relationship with
- 1:10:42Speaker 11: a married man for three years. I started dating another man,
- 1:10:49Speaker 11: and my married guy said he doesn't like to share.
- 1:10:52Speaker 11: He said, if I start sleeping with a guy i'm dating,
- 1:10:54Speaker 11: he will cut me off. I value our friendship, so
- 1:10:57Speaker 11: I hate we started sleeping together. Is it possible to
- 1:11:00Speaker 11: just be friends after crossing the line.
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: No benefit benefit? No? The whole time y'all talking friendly,
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: he gonna won't be more friendly?
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: So then are they friends or not? No?
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: No, they ain't never been from I see why she
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: thanks you. She dating a married man. What he need
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: a friend for? He got a wife. You're not there
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: for friendship. That's what she thought. Every time y'all was
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: being friendly, talking and laughing. How did they end up?
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: So no, little girl, little girl? But then you you
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: and you see you not that smart? A married man
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: told you he don't like to share, but he's being shared.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: But he'll tell you he don't like to share. Okay, cool,
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: and now you're trying to work it out. That don't
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: make no sense, little girl, Go do your life. Yeah,
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: he from the lead his wife, So go do you?
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: I got you being that thing that ain't no problem.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: I don't care about that. I ain't being judgmental. But
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: go do you stop? Quit telling him everything?
- 1:12:10Speaker 3: Okay?
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: Just go see the other dude?
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: Why are you telling.
- 1:12:14Speaker 3: Him their friend?
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: Because if he.
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: Was your friend, if he was truly your friend, he
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: would want the best for.
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: You, exactly, exactly move on.
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: But he don't. He won't the best for him. He's
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: not your fault his nakedness.
- 1:12:32Speaker 11: All right, we have time for another one, Steve. This
- 1:12:35Speaker 11: is from Ramanda in The Bronx. She says, I had
- 1:12:38Speaker 11: a silly crush on a man for years, and my
- 1:12:40Speaker 11: husband knew it and tease me about him all the time.
- 1:12:44Speaker 11: It's been years since I've seen the man, but my
- 1:12:46Speaker 11: husband and I ran into him at a concert. I
- 1:12:49Speaker 11: was so happy to see him, and I guess I
- 1:12:51Speaker 11: brought it up too many times to my husband because
- 1:12:54Speaker 11: he told me he didn't want to hear about the
- 1:12:57Speaker 11: guy anymore. I think it's because the man is ill,
- 1:13:00Speaker 11: in shape and handsome, and my husband has some health issues.
- 1:13:04Speaker 11: Why did he switch it up on me like that?
- 1:13:06Speaker 11: Has he lost his sense of humor in his old age?
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: Now he's just sick as hell. You just said he
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: has some healthy sick ass people don't laugh like you
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: ever noticed that?
- 1:13:16Speaker 3: She said he has some health issues. She didn't say, well,
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: she's sick as hell.
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: You know in health, Well, what is a health issue?
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: If you're healthy, you ain't sick. You see, healthy health
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: issues is create sadness. You be trying to laugh, you'd
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: be going, that's what happened when you try to laugh
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: when you got health issues, or you start laughing, start
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: gasping for air. But sheldy. You know if you saw
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: me when I had health issues, when you was at
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: the house talking about my fat as was going up
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: to them steps squeezing, see, then that's when I knew
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: I had health issue. Yeah, but I wouldn't motivated me.
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: Look at me now, I'm sixteen percent body fact, thanks
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: to Share, because I didn't know what I asked was
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: wheezing until I heard her saying yes, I was going
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: up to see her. Steve, what's wrong? I just ate
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: a whole hand, that's what you know.
- 1:14:23Speaker 11: What do you tell this woman Ramanda in the Bronx?
- 1:14:26Speaker 11: Why did he switch it up on her like that?
- 1:14:28Speaker 11: He has he lost his sense of humor in his
- 1:14:30Speaker 11: old age?
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: Yeah he had. He ain't healthy, no more, ain't nothing
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: funny when you hard to laugh, wheezing and hard to
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: laugh when you know got high blood pressure.
- 1:14:40Speaker 4: You laugh when you got blood.
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: Blood. I had high blood you got start laughed, your
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: head started feeling like it fit to pop. You can't
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: laugh real hard. I tell you right now he has
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: started throbbing, and I had high blood pressure. I'll tell
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: you what I know. God, Yeah, yeah, he he'd have
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: lost his sense of humor because because the boy you
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: got to crush on, he steal in shape.
- 1:15:04Speaker 3: Uh huh.
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: You're looking at your little fast sick as husband. You're
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: going damn.
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: I could have head of night coming up in twenty minutes.
- 1:15:12Speaker 19: After the hour, we'll have more of this ignorant show
- 1:15:16Speaker 19: right after this, you're listening Hard Morning Show. On Monday
- 1:15:23Speaker 19: night's episode of Nightcap with Shannon Sharp and Shadow Chosenko,
- 1:15:27Speaker 19: they mentioned Megan the Stallion and Shannon gave explicit details
- 1:15:31Speaker 19: of what he'd like to do to her.
- 1:15:33Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:15:33Speaker 11: Shannon's remarks did not go over well with his podcast fans,
- 1:15:37Speaker 11: and ESPN even issued a statement. ESPN said, quote, love Shannon,
- 1:15:42Speaker 11: but this is wildly inappropriate.
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: He is employed by ESPN. They don't play that.
- 1:15:48Speaker 11: He needs to tone it down on these types of comments.
- 1:15:51Speaker 3: It's not the nineties anymore, that's right.
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: Okay, who saved that ESPN?
- 1:15:57Speaker 11: Yeah yeah, yeah, ESPN said, yeah, that's all the whole
- 1:16:00Speaker 11: quote from ESPN.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: It's not like somebody else will see.
- 1:16:07Speaker 11: Yeah yeah, yeah yeah, but that's not Yeah, the whole
- 1:16:10Speaker 11: quote is ESPN.
- 1:16:11Speaker 2: Okay, Well tone it down, buddy.
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: Trying to find his number right now, like watch you
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: know you know they call him, but I'm the real unk.
- 1:16:22Speaker 3: Yeah you are.
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: I'm Finnish called little un and have conversation with his ad.
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: You're gonna mess around, mess your money up? Yeah, how
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: he messed around with Ocho.
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: Yeah, and saying things like that show no show.
- 1:16:35Speaker 3: So are you thinking?
- 1:16:36Speaker 11: Are you saying Chado Chosinko is influencing Shannon to bring
- 1:16:41Speaker 11: this out in Shannon.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: Fann'll be classy every time I see him. What are
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: you on there with? Steven A? And Shannon is a
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: great dude man, Shannon Sharp is a great dude man.
- 1:16:51Speaker 3: Wow, all right, coming up next.
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: You don't take a ball. This is what happened. You
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: don't take a ball, It just gets there.
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: Will play around him?
- 1:17:02Speaker 11: Would you rather coming up at thirty three minutes after
- 1:17:04Speaker 11: right after this.
- 1:17:06Speaker 3: You're listening Hard Morning Show. It is time now for
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: a round of would you rather? Would you rather do
- 1:17:13Speaker 3: two light.
- 1:17:14Speaker 11: Two laps in a race car at three hundred miles
- 1:17:16Speaker 11: per hour? Or would you rather zip line over the ocean?
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: The ocean?
- 1:17:21Speaker 3: Yeah, the ocean?
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: Where does that end?
- 1:17:24Speaker 4: That?
- 1:17:25Speaker 12: No?
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: Damn, oh it don't. It don't really matter to me
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: because I'm gonna be passed out in either situation. I'm
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: not even conscious because my ass got black out either way.
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: Junior race car.
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: Or zip line race car. He dead, he did.
- 1:17:42Speaker 3: It's just two laps, race car.
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: Two laps. Oh yeah, but this end hold up step
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: three ft. That's a lot though, but still three would you.
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: I was just at formula one. I watched this one
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: eighty No.
- 1:17:58Speaker 10: No, but when we get through these two left, your
- 1:18:03Speaker 10: ass is still over the Pacific.
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: I'm not zip Lynes. What is options? See?
- 1:18:16Speaker 11: It's just too all right? Would you rather your wife
- 1:18:19Speaker 11: talk less? Would you rather if your wife talked less?
- 1:18:22Speaker 11: Or if she spent less? Which one?
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: I'm not doing this, y'all. Not We're going right on
- 1:18:33Speaker 2: in the Christmas nice No?
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: Less to talk? Yes, Steve, yes.
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: Mine talk less. I pay for that. I pay for sid.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: What what about?
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: I'm gonna get another bag? Go ahead. I'm not I
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: just got mad. I can't say nothing on this. I
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: can't do that anyway.
- 1:18:58Speaker 4: Yeah it is. Yeah.
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: Hey, y'all, they're not gonna stop. They're not gonna start,
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: all right, So might as well get some quiet at
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: your house.
- 1:19:11Speaker 11: Would you rather eat whatever you want without gaining weight?
- 1:19:15Speaker 11: Or would you rather say whatever you want without any consequences?
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: Be okay? Say it please, I'll be back on stage
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: next Friday. Please no consequence. Boy, Let me tell you something. Please,
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: please don't worry about the eating way. I take my
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: fat ass right on back out there. Though you love food,
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: I don't give it themn't.
- 1:19:43Speaker 3: Weight or anything.
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: Steve, I don't care about that. I don't caay, I
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: keep cold plunge that I work with that. Just let
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: me go out here Friday and say everything and ain't
- 1:19:53Speaker 2: no coquestion. I'm telling you right now, all these groups
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: need to tune in. Everybody that's in the group, every
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: nationality needed to tune in. Wait, tune in, if you shop,
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: tune in, come on, tune in.
- 1:20:10Speaker 17: Tune in.
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, you got you driving with a stick
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: of hanging on your rear view mirror.
- 1:20:17Speaker 3: Tune in.
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: All right, I'm gonna have it for everybody.
- 1:20:20Speaker 3: We'll be back with her living tune in.
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: I'm gonna start with me, so everybody get comfortable with.
- 1:20:26Speaker 9: It from.
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: After this. You're listening Morning Show.
- 1:20:34Speaker 11: All right, guys, it's time for us to close things out.
- 1:20:37Speaker 11: It's our last break of the day. And before we
- 1:20:39Speaker 11: get out of here, Steve, I know you have some
- 1:20:41Speaker 11: closing remarks for us.
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: Surely, enlightening, I'd like for you to read that little
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: story you read earlier today.
- 1:20:48Speaker 3: All right, it says, go small with your goals.
- 1:20:51Speaker 11: The holidays have only just started, but people are already
- 1:20:54Speaker 11: thinking about their New Year's goals and this year it's
- 1:20:58Speaker 11: all about going small. Seventy five percent of people make
- 1:21:02Speaker 11: at least one resolution a year, but a new survey
- 1:21:05Speaker 11: found that respondents would rather kick off their goals gradually
- 1:21:09Speaker 11: than just jump into them head first, and almost half
- 1:21:12Speaker 11: of those surveyed also said that they'd rather concentrate on
- 1:21:15Speaker 11: long term goals, with twenty seven percent saying they wanted
- 1:21:19Speaker 11: to focus on short term ones.
- 1:21:21Speaker 3: So earlier in.
- 1:21:21Speaker 11: The show, Steve I asked you, since you're a motivational speaker,
- 1:21:25Speaker 11: do you agree with that?
- 1:21:27Speaker 3: What do you think?
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: And I said one hundred percent. I do not listen
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: to me, folks. Stop listening to people who are not
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: where you're trying to go. Stop listening to people who
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: are not supportive of your visions, of your dreams, of
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: your goals. If you meet a person that's constantly trying
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: to short side what you're telling them, and when it
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: comes to your ambitions and your dreams, you are talking
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: to the wrong person. You have got to surround yourself
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: with like minded people. It is a horrible thing when
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: I hear statistics like these telling people to think small,
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: have smaller goals. That makes no sense at all. It
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: don't make no sense. First of all, just as a
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: person of faith, Just as a person of faith as
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: many of you are, why would you short God? Why
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: would you think that God has some form of limitations.
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: You either believe that God can do anything but fail
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: or you don't. But man, don't head your own bet.
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: Why would you do that? You know? The saying is
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: aim for the moon. In case you miss, you'll still
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: be amongst the stars. That's why you aim. How you
- 1:22:53Speaker 2: know that? Set that weight gold in the new year.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: I'm gonna lose twenty pounds, I'm gonna lose fifteen, I'm
- 1:22:59Speaker 2: gonna thirty pounds, But accept that number. That's the only
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: way to achieve it. The Bible says, a man is
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: as he thinketh. If you think small, guess what you
- 1:23:10Speaker 2: gonna be small? You cannot be big thinking small. I'm
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: sorry that to think. If you let anybody tell you
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: to think small, they're doing you a disservice. Folks, they're
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: doing you a serious disservice. And it's amazing, man, how
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: many people get away with this? And then they come
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: up with statistics. Seventy five percent of the people say
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: they gonna lord their expectations half of them don't ever
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: accomplish their expectations, and twenty seven percent say they want
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: to start off with short term goals. Okay, do you
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: know what I've always wanted to be in my life.
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: I wanted to be in the five percent of club
- 1:23:50Speaker 2: because those were the people who seem to be doing
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: the most to me. And I'm not talking in terms
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: of just money. I'm talking about in terms of using
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: your capacity to its highest level. Okay, let me share
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: a statistic with you that I learned a long time ago.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: Five percent of the people make ninety five percent of
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: the money in this world. This is just a stat
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: I learned. You may find something that says something else.
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: I don't care. I'm just telling you what I learned.
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: It was somebody bought it up one day and I
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: just kind of memorized it. Five percent of the people
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: in this world make ninety five percent of the money.
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: Then I learned another statistic that the average person when
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: he dies, only uses five percent of their total mental capacity,
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: and they die with ninety five percent of their mental
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: capacity never ever being tapped into it. So I got
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: to think it. One day, I said, if five percent
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: of the people in this world make ninety five percent
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: of the money, and ninety percent the people in this
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: world die only using five percent of their brain power.
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: Then I went to start thinking. I said, well, man,
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: I need to start using more my brain power so
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: I could get in the upper percentage. But if you
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: don't make it to the five percent, let's just make
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: Let's say you make it to the twenty percent. Why
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: not aim for the five because if you miss, you
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: can still be in the top twenty. See to think small,
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: it serves you no purpose. It just doesn't folks, And
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: be careful listening to people who prescribe to that type
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: of thinking, because it's not gonna get you where you
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: want to be. Because you gotta aim big. You gotta
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: think big, you gotta aim strong, you gotta aim tall,
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: because there's gonna be some challenges along the way. There's
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: gonna be some setbacks along the way. And on this journey, man,
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: as you get hit with this thing called life, you
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: got to have aimed in a way so when you
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: get knocked down, you ain't all the way down. Get
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: back up and get yourself back together and get on track.
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: And please, man, stop listening to people. I wish I
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: knew who wrote this, because I can tell you one thing.
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: I bet the person that wrote this thing that Shirley
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: read today is not who you want to be. I
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: promise you it's not because he done set up here
