Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Trump Lawyer: "This Is Election Interference, THIS, is Biden Political Warfare"
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump is making a lot of people very angry.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Why because they are now saying he's unhinged, because he's
- 0:09Speaker 1: vowing revenge for prosecutorial harassment. In twenty twenty four. He says,
- 0:16Speaker 1: it will be our turn to clean how so the
- 0:19Speaker 1: corrupt individuals of the DOJ and the FBI if he wins. Now,
- 0:24Speaker 1: I actually think that's not like a bad thing, and
- 0:27Speaker 1: to me, that's a great thing. But of course the
- 0:29Speaker 1: media freaking out right now saying that he is unhinged,
- 0:33Speaker 1: the same way they said he was unhinged in twenty sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen,
- 0:38Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, and twenty two and twenty twenty three.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Yet former President Donald Trump spelling out his plan on
- 0:47Speaker 1: Thursday for revenge over the targeted harassment towards him at
- 0:52Speaker 1: the hands of President Joe Biden's Department of Justice, warning
- 0:56Speaker 1: that look, in twenty twenty four, it's gonna be our
- 0:59Speaker 1: turn to clean house.
- 1:01Speaker 2: He said this.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Look, it's not my fault that my political opponent in
- 1:05Speaker 1: the Democratic Party cricket Joe Biden has told his attorney
- 1:08Speaker 1: general to charge the leading by far Republican nominee and
- 1:13Speaker 1: former President of the United States of America me with
- 1:16Speaker 1: as many crimes as he can concoct to force this
- 1:21Speaker 1: large spend of time and money that I'm going to
- 1:24Speaker 1: have to do to basically defend myself. This is what
- 1:27Speaker 1: he said prior to his arraignment in Washington, d C.
- 1:31Speaker 2: On Thursday.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Now, Trump asserted the Democrats would not be targeting him
- 1:37Speaker 1: with this unprecedented weaponization of the Justice Department if they
- 1:41Speaker 1: wanted to run against him, as some have claimed. Now, look,
- 1:45Speaker 1: there's many saying, look this is great. Democrats want Donald Trump.
- 1:49Speaker 1: They want to make sure he wins the nomination. They
- 1:51Speaker 1: think every time that they indict him, it secures him
- 1:54Speaker 1: and then they won't have to deal with someone like
- 1:56Speaker 1: Ronda Santis or any other candidate.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Is there some truth to that?
- 2:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I do think that Donald Trump is buying largs
- 2:02Speaker 1: the front runner now because many conservatives of rally behind him, saying,
- 2:06Speaker 1: guess what, We're not gonna let you get away with us.
- 2:09Speaker 1: And there are many Democrats that do believe that Donald
- 2:12Speaker 1: Trump is the easiest candidate to beat because he is
- 2:14Speaker 1: so polarizing. He then goes on to say this, but
- 2:18Speaker 1: soon in twenty twenty four, it will be our turn
- 2:22Speaker 1: Trump Warren, suggesting retribution in the future.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Then he wrote, maga.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Now, of course people are gonna hate that in the
- 2:30Speaker 1: middle of America, right, those that are not pro Trump.
- 2:33Speaker 1: But I think the point he's making here is spot on,
- 2:36Speaker 1: and this is why he's leading. President Biden has long
- 2:40Speaker 1: wanted his DOJ to target Trump.
- 2:42Speaker 2: We know that.
- 2:43Speaker 1: We know that the Biden's DOJ was told to go
- 2:47Speaker 1: after him for everything that transpired on January the sixth
- 2:51Speaker 1: of the US Capitol. In fact, in April twenty twenty
- 2:54Speaker 1: two piece in The New York Times detailed these desires,
- 3:00Speaker 1: stating how Biden hoped the Attorney General Garland would quote
- 3:04Speaker 1: be more aggressive in targeting Trump.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Over January the.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Sixth, the Times reported that Biden had confided in his
- 3:11Speaker 1: inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump
- 3:14Speaker 1: was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according
- 3:19Speaker 1: to two people familiar with his comments. That was again
- 3:22Speaker 1: in the New York Times. They also had this quote.
- 3:26Speaker 1: And while the President has never communicated his frustrations directly
- 3:30Speaker 1: to mister Garland, he has said privately that he wanted
- 3:34Speaker 1: mister Garland.
- 3:35Speaker 2: To act less like a.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing
- 3:40Speaker 1: to take decisive action over the events of January sixth
- 3:43Speaker 1: that also was in the New York Times report. Now,
- 3:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump's latest indictment, in which he faces four counts
- 3:51Speaker 1: conspiracy to defraud the US government, they say, conspiracy to
- 3:55Speaker 1: obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction and attempt to obstruct an
- 3:59Speaker 1: affair initial proceeding, and conspiracy against rights conveniently came the
- 4:05Speaker 1: day after Hunter Biden's former business partner, Devin Archer, implicated
- 4:10Speaker 1: directly the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden,
- 4:13Speaker 1: the influence pedelling schemes of the eighty year old's younger
- 4:17Speaker 1: son Hunter Biden, as well as other family members. Trump's
- 4:21Speaker 1: campaign staffers handed a flyer to reporters in the motor
- 4:25Speaker 1: Kiden route to the courthouse on Thursday, which made the
- 4:28Speaker 1: same point, noting that the latest indictment came a single
- 4:32Speaker 1: day after the househoard testimony that Biden lied about his
- 4:36Speaker 1: business calls with Hunter. It also showed similar parallels with
- 4:39Speaker 1: past indictments, which kicked off in April. In fact, I
- 4:43Speaker 1: had this on our show yesterday and if you missed it,
- 4:47Speaker 1: go back now. The Trump campaign clearly understood exactly what
- 4:50Speaker 1: we did. That the timing here was egregious. Now, Trump's
- 4:54Speaker 1: campaign staffers handed out a flashy when Biden corruption is
- 4:59Speaker 1: a exposed. On the headline, it said below that the
- 5:02Speaker 1: government targets Trump. They looked at the criminal, the criminals right,
- 5:07Speaker 1: the Biden crime family, and the president.
- 5:10Speaker 2: They went through the entire list.
- 5:12Speaker 1: In April of twenty twenty three, the House Judiciary, here's
- 5:16Speaker 1: testimony of Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents. What happens
- 5:19Speaker 1: the next day? An activist prosecutor, Alvin Bragg indicted Sonal
- 5:23Speaker 1: Trump in New York. Fast forward to June twenty twenty three.
- 5:27Speaker 1: FBI releases documents alleging ten million dollars bribe from Barisma.
- 5:31Speaker 1: What happens the next day, activist prosecutor Jack Smith indict
- 5:34Speaker 1: Cnal Trump in Florida. Fast forward to July. Hunter Biden
- 5:38Speaker 1: rejects plea deal after DOJ blanket immunity offer revealed.
- 5:42Speaker 2: What happens.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Activist prosecutor Jack Smith adds more charges to Trump in Florida.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Biden and his family still millions and millions of dollars.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Trump went on to say, including bribes from foreign countries,
- 5:57Speaker 1: and I'm headed to DC to be arrested for protesting
- 6:01Speaker 1: a crooked election, is what Trump said. Untruth social prior
- 6:05Speaker 1: to the arraignment, unfair venue, unfair judge. We are a
- 6:10Speaker 1: nation in decline is what he said after that. He's
- 6:13Speaker 1: absolutely right now. Now, if you look at the timeline
- 6:18Speaker 1: of what has happened and transpired, they just keep charging
- 6:22Speaker 1: Donald Trump with more crimes solely based on when Joe
- 6:25Speaker 1: Biden and the Biden crime family are now being exposed.
- 6:29Speaker 1: It's every time now. It's they're not even trying to
- 6:32Speaker 1: hide it. The Biden DOJ They're not trying to hide
- 6:36Speaker 1: their bias. They're not trying to hide what they're doing.
- 6:38Speaker 1: It's very clear now. Donald Trump has pled not guilty
- 6:43Speaker 1: to charges relating to January the sixth pro Why because
- 6:46Speaker 1: he clearly says I didn't commit these crimes. He pled
- 6:50Speaker 1: not guilty on the charges alleging that he attempted to
- 6:53Speaker 1: overturn the twenty twenty election results. And he said, hey,
- 6:56Speaker 1: uh huh, no way, I'll show up exactly like I
- 7:00Speaker 1: had before. I did not have a conspiracy to defraud
- 7:03Speaker 1: the United States of America, conspiracy against rights conspiracy to
- 7:07Speaker 1: obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of attempt to obstruct an
- 7:10Speaker 1: official proceeding. That's what they charged him with. What's also
- 7:14Speaker 1: very interesting if you look at these charges. Okay, let's
- 7:18Speaker 1: go back to Russia. Russia, Russia. They said that Donald
- 7:22Speaker 1: Trump colluded with Russia to win the election. He said
- 7:26Speaker 1: he was compromised by the Russians. The Steal dossier, said
- 7:30Speaker 1: that he was getting money from this Russian bank and
- 7:32Speaker 1: that everything was shady with Russia, and they had him
- 7:34Speaker 1: and all of that they knew was alive. Hillary Clinton
- 7:37Speaker 1: had to pay fines the FVC for miscalculating or mischaracterizing,
- 7:42Speaker 1: i should say, the funds that were used to create
- 7:45Speaker 1: this dossier out of thin air, the Steel Dossier. The
- 7:49Speaker 1: DNC had to pay fines the FEC for the same thing,
- 7:52Speaker 1: for mischaracterizing what they were paying for, which was clearly
- 7:56Speaker 1: political propaganda. Now the FBI knew that that piece of information,
- 8:03Speaker 1: that document, that dossier was a lie. They even categorize
- 8:07Speaker 1: it as user generated. They even offered Christophers still a
- 8:11Speaker 1: million dollars if he could corroborate anything that was in
- 8:13Speaker 1: the Steele Dalcier, which he couldn't do. So if you
- 8:17Speaker 1: think about who actually was trying to overthrow an election,
- 8:21Speaker 1: it was the Democratic Party. How they impeached Donald Trump
- 8:23Speaker 1: for something they knew they created out of thin air.
- 8:26Speaker 1: The media knew that Steele Dohsier was crap, and yet
- 8:29Speaker 1: they all conspired to overthrow the will to people because
- 8:33Speaker 1: they couldn't stand the fact that the people chose Donald Trump.
- 8:37Speaker 1: You look at these charges conspiracy defraud the United States
- 8:40Speaker 1: of America. How many different members of the media could
- 8:43Speaker 1: you charge that crime? If we're going down this road
- 8:46Speaker 1: for willingly telling a lie about Donald Trump and the
- 8:49Speaker 1: Steele dossier. How many people could be charged the FBI
- 8:52Speaker 1: for that? How many people could be charged with the
- 8:54Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton campaign, including Hillary Clinton herself for that. How
- 8:57Speaker 1: many people could be charged with the FBI for allowing
- 9:01Speaker 1: a present to be in peach for information they knew
- 9:05Speaker 1: was a lie. Look, you did the tough thing during COVID,
- 9:09Speaker 1: You paid your people and pulled your business through the pandemic.
- 9:13Speaker 1: And now doing the tough thing could qualify you for
- 9:16Speaker 1: a twenty six thousand dollars per employee at COVID tax
- 9:21Speaker 1: Relief dot org government funds are available to reward companies
- 9:25Speaker 1: with two or more employees who stayed open during COVID.
- 9:29Speaker 1: This is not a loan and you don't have to
- 9:32Speaker 1: pay it back. Look, this program is complicated, but nobody
- 9:35Speaker 1: knows more about it than the CPAs and tax experts
- 9:38Speaker 1: at Consumer Tax Advocates. The best part is you pay
- 9:41Speaker 1: nothing upfront. They do all the work, and then they
- 9:44Speaker 1: share percentage of cash that you get. Businesses of all types,
- 9:48Speaker 1: including nonprofits and churches, can qualify, including those who took
- 9:52Speaker 1: PBP loans. Even if you had increases in sales, you
- 9:56Speaker 1: did the tough thing for your employees during COVID.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Let COVID tax Relief.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Dot org help get you up to twenty six thousand
- 10:04Speaker 1: dollars per employee. But the COVID tax Relief dot Org,
- 10:08Speaker 1: that's COVID tax Relief dot Org. COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 10:15Speaker 1: You also have to look at the bias with this indictment,
- 10:18Speaker 1: and it's not just what the media has done. It's
- 10:21Speaker 1: not just a double standard here. It's not just the
- 10:24Speaker 1: absurdity of the actual indictment, but it's.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Also the venue.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Notice where these charges are coming from. It's in places
- 10:32Speaker 1: that are most likely to hate Donald Trump, where Donald
- 10:36Speaker 1: Trump loses in the polls and in the last election.
- 10:41Speaker 2: If you look at where they're.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Going, it's like New York City, Okay, not a great
- 10:44Speaker 1: place for Donald Trump, right, because it's a very liberal place.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Washington, d C. All right, extremely liberal city.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Even Bill Barr, by the way, who said, I didn't
- 10:54Speaker 1: he say last week, I think I would jump off
- 10:56Speaker 1: a bridge. I'm pretty sure he said that if I'll
- 10:58Speaker 1: jump off a bridge if Donald Trump reelected something like
- 11:01Speaker 1: this as former attorney Jon doesn't like him anymore. Even
- 11:06Speaker 1: Bill Barr said DC may not be a fair jurisdiction
- 11:11Speaker 1: for Donald Trump.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Well, let me ask you this, Can mister Trump get
- 11:18Speaker 3: a fair trial in Washington, d C. Because his legal
- 11:21Speaker 3: team is asking for a change of venue, or at
- 11:23Speaker 3: least they say they're going to ask for a change
- 11:24Speaker 3: of venue because they say that DC isn't politically favorable.
- 11:30Speaker 4: To be honest, I feel strongly that the most important
- 11:32Speaker 4: thing in any of these whether you like the defendant,
- 11:35Speaker 4: whether you're rooting for him or not, is fairness to
- 11:37Speaker 4: the individual. And to be honest, I think that you
- 11:43Speaker 4: know this may not be a fair jurisdiction for him,
- 11:46Speaker 4: given the heat of political sentiment these days, So I
- 11:51Speaker 4: think that motion is worthy of consideration. Are there any
- 11:55Speaker 4: charge I would just point out, Ye, the other case,
- 11:57Speaker 4: I thought the Justice Department sought you in Florida rather
- 12:01Speaker 4: than DC, and then it was moved to even more
- 12:04Speaker 4: favorable jurisdiction for peers, so you know that favors the
- 12:09Speaker 4: president President Trump. I think it would be good to
- 12:11Speaker 4: consider that here.
- 12:13Speaker 1: By the way, I mean, this is Bill Barr saying,
- 12:15Speaker 1: I don't think I feel strong with The most boring
- 12:19Speaker 1: thing is fairness to the individual. I think this may
- 12:23Speaker 1: not be a fair jurisdiction for him, given the heat
- 12:26Speaker 1: of the political sentiment these days. He said, I think
- 12:29Speaker 1: this motion is worthy of consideration to change it. Right,
- 12:33Speaker 1: He said, you know, the Justice Department sought to you
- 12:36Speaker 1: know the venue in Florida, and then Washington it was
- 12:38Speaker 1: moved to an even more favorable jurisdiction that favors Trump. Right,
- 12:43Speaker 1: So he's saying, I would just point out that in
- 12:44Speaker 1: the other case, they've done this because he understands that,
- 12:48Speaker 1: like when you bring these charges here, you're cooking the
- 12:51Speaker 1: books against an individual. Clearly you're cooking the books, and
- 12:56Speaker 1: that's part of the problem here. I also think there's
- 13:00Speaker 1: another great point that was made today by Marjorie Taylor Green.
- 13:04Speaker 1: She was on with Larry Kudlow, and she said, this
- 13:07Speaker 1: latest Trump indictment actually shows that the Biden presidency is
- 13:14Speaker 1: clearly unraveling, and so they're having to go to Banana
- 13:18Speaker 1: Republic style politics to save themselves because they can't save
- 13:23Speaker 1: themselves with a narrative just showing all the corrupt and
- 13:27Speaker 1: shady stuff they've been doing.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Listen to her point earlier today.
- 13:31Speaker 5: Well, reason why Biden has to arrest his top political
- 13:35Speaker 5: opponent is not because President Trump is guilty of any crimes.
- 13:39Speaker 5: It's because Biden can't beat Trump, and the American people
- 13:43Speaker 5: want them back in there. And the Department of Justice
- 13:46Speaker 5: has been covering up Biden crimes. And I've looked at
- 13:49Speaker 5: them myself. I serve on the Oversight Committee. We have
- 13:52Speaker 5: so much proof that evidence is mounting. I cannot wait to.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Get back to Washington, d C.
- 13:57Speaker 5: I wish we were working on it right now, because
- 14:00Speaker 5: we have series to work to do, and an impeachment
- 14:02Speaker 5: inquiry needs to happen.
- 14:04Speaker 6: I mean, Marjorie, I think this the Devin Archer stuff,
- 14:07Speaker 6: which is now more and more is rolling out. We
- 14:09Speaker 6: didn't know all that was in the transcript. And he's
- 14:12Speaker 6: also giving interviews and letters are appearing. The Devin Archer
- 14:15Speaker 6: stuff is absolutely devastating. He is single handedly breaking Joe
- 14:20Speaker 6: Biden's whole story, Joe Biden's whole defenion. I'm calling it
- 14:24Speaker 6: the Malarkey defense. Okay, So this guy Archer, who's don't
- 14:29Speaker 6: I mean, I don't know of his Marjorie, but he's
- 14:32Speaker 6: he's taking Biden down. The whole thing's unraveling. And I
- 14:37Speaker 6: guess my question is is the whole Biden presidency unraveling?
- 14:41Speaker 5: Well, it's unraveling before the American people. The American people
- 14:44Speaker 5: are convinced, Larry, but as usual, Washington, which is disconnected
- 14:48Speaker 5: from the American people, is the last group of people
- 14:51Speaker 5: to get the message. But they don't care about the
- 14:54Speaker 5: American people. They put Americans last, to the point where
- 14:57Speaker 5: regular people that live in my district feel like gotten
- 15:00Speaker 5: Americans because Washington doesn't care about them. But here's what's
- 15:04Speaker 5: really happening. We have Devin Archer came in and told
- 15:08Speaker 5: told our committee that he heard Hunter Biden get Joe
- 15:11Speaker 5: Biden on the phone and meetings with his business partners
- 15:14Speaker 5: over twenty times and what did what did Devin Archer say?
- 15:18Speaker 5: The business the Biden's were in, They're in the business
- 15:21Speaker 5: of influence peddling. We have a ten twenty three form
- 15:24Speaker 5: with a five billion dollar bride to Joe Biden. And
- 15:26Speaker 5: he delivered the goods. He got victors Choken fired to
- 15:30Speaker 5: make the Barisma problems go away. He did his job,
- 15:34Speaker 5: and Hunter Biden did the dirty work of making all
- 15:36Speaker 5: the relations. Look at what Devin Archer did. He came
- 15:39Speaker 5: in even though he's going to jail on totally unrelated chargers.
- 15:43Speaker 5: But you know what, if you've committed crimes and you've
- 15:46Speaker 5: done this this type of deals with the Bidens, the
- 15:49Speaker 5: truth will set you free. And I hope that happens
- 15:51Speaker 5: for him because we need more brave whistleblowers. We need
- 15:55Speaker 5: more brave people to come in and keep telling us.
- 15:58Speaker 5: And I have to tell you, Larry, come in in September.
- 16:00Speaker 5: We are going to be seeing more people coming in
- 16:02Speaker 5: and I can't wait for it.
- 16:04Speaker 1: By the way, when that happens September, the question now is, well,
- 16:07Speaker 1: are they going to indict Donald Trump again in September
- 16:09Speaker 1: to cover that up. There's also a point now where
- 16:12Speaker 1: you have to just talk about is this just the
- 16:15Speaker 1: worst political election interference that we've ever seen if you
- 16:21Speaker 1: look at what has actually been said and what's happening.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Trump's attorney and a spokes person, Alena Habba, slammed Biden's
- 16:32Speaker 1: DOJ indictment against Trump outside the courthouse, saying, this is
- 16:35Speaker 1: election interference at its finest against the leading candidate right
- 16:40Speaker 1: now for the president of the presidency of the United
- 16:43Speaker 1: States of America. This goes back to I think what
- 16:46Speaker 1: you know, Marjorie Taylor Green was saying. There, you know,
- 16:50Speaker 1: and because of Joe Biden's letter to Devin Archer, we
- 16:55Speaker 1: now know he lied about knowing about Hunter's business deal.
- 16:58Speaker 2: So what do you do.
- 17:00Speaker 1: You indict Donald Trump, and you keep indicting him, and
- 17:04Speaker 1: no one's hiding it now. Joe Rogan today also said
- 17:08Speaker 1: something that's very interesting. He said, Donald Trump and diamonds
- 17:11Speaker 1: are the actions of a Banana Republic.
- 17:15Speaker 7: Yeah, and the people that love Trump, they feel like
- 17:17Speaker 7: this is a witch hunt, and they feel like all
- 17:20Speaker 7: the things he's getting indicted for did anyway, not only
- 17:22Speaker 7: does it not work, but it kind of hardens their
- 17:25Speaker 7: position that he's being targeted and that this is these
- 17:29Speaker 7: are like the actions of a Banana Republic. You take
- 17:33Speaker 7: your political rival and you arrest him and specifically you
- 17:36Speaker 7: charge him with things that you're guilty of, like the
- 17:40Speaker 7: the documents, like the classified documents. Biden's guilty of the
- 17:44Speaker 7: exact same issue.
- 17:46Speaker 8: You gotta respect the a level of deceptiveness that's been used.
- 17:51Speaker 8: I mean, you look at what Hillary did, going and saying, hey,
- 17:54Speaker 8: it's Russia, but it was really you know what she
- 17:57Speaker 8: was doing, And now they're using a similar play as well.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Banana Republic.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Joe Rogan is absolutely right, and that's why I think
- 18:03Speaker 1: there's no way that Donald Trump at this point doesn't
- 18:06Speaker 1: get the nomination. Now again, Democrats believe he's so polarizing
- 18:11Speaker 1: that he won't be able to get out of his
- 18:12Speaker 1: own way. And he's so polarizing that enough Americans hate
- 18:16Speaker 1: him that they're going to vote against him. More than
- 18:19Speaker 1: more of that, they're going to vote for him. Right,
- 18:21Speaker 1: they're saying he's not gonna get fifty plus one, he's
- 18:24Speaker 1: gonna get forty eight, forty seven, but that's his ceiling. Now,
- 18:29Speaker 1: I'm not sure I believe that, especially as more and
- 18:32Speaker 1: more Americans are realizing two things. One it's harder now
- 18:35Speaker 1: to survive in this country than it was when Donald
- 18:37Speaker 1: Trump was in office. Interest rates are really hurting people
- 18:40Speaker 1: from being able to buy a home and home ownership,
- 18:43Speaker 1: and interest rates in every piece of debt that people
- 18:46Speaker 1: have are changing. Now, that's something you can overlook. Also,
- 18:50Speaker 1: I think inflation is very real. That's gonna have at
- 18:53Speaker 1: least a think of one to two percent at advantage
- 18:56Speaker 1: for Donald Trump compared to where he was in twenty sixteen.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Gas prices are still a lot higher than people want
- 19:02Speaker 1: to be paying. So you add all those things up,
- 19:05Speaker 1: those are one or two points there that could change
- 19:08Speaker 1: the election in my opinion, And I think that's going
- 19:11Speaker 1: to be really good for Donald Trump. But if they
- 19:13Speaker 1: keep indicting him like they are, every time they need
- 19:17Speaker 1: to they get rid or cover up bad news, that's
- 19:21Speaker 1: also going to irritate Americans and think do we really
- 19:24Speaker 1: want to do this? And I also think there's one
- 19:26Speaker 1: other thing here. I don't think a lot of Americans
- 19:29Speaker 1: that are sane and normal. I'm not talking about the
- 19:31Speaker 1: partisan hacks on the psychos on the left that are
- 19:34Speaker 1: just obsessed with Donald Trump going to jail. I don't
- 19:37Speaker 1: think a lot of normal saying Americans think it's a
- 19:39Speaker 1: good idea to put any president in prison for the
- 19:43Speaker 1: rest of their lives, especially for these kind of no
- 19:48Speaker 1: pun intended, trumped up BS charges. Every day, there are
- 19:53Speaker 1: two different economies that are growing bigger and bigger. One
- 19:56Speaker 1: of them is powered by everyday Americans who are sick
- 19:58Speaker 1: and tired of all the up agana being jammed into
- 20:02Speaker 1: every product that we're consuming.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Well, big mobile companies are no different.
- 20:06Speaker 1: For years, they've been dumping millions and millions into leftist causes.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Including planned parenthood.
- 20:12Speaker 1: And you had to have a cell phone, and that's
- 20:13Speaker 1: the reason why you paid that bill, because you didn't
- 20:16Speaker 1: have an alternative.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Well guess what, Now there's an alternative. Patriot Mobile.

- 21:21Speaker 1: Want you to hear what Senator Ted Cruz had to
- 21:24Speaker 1: say about this indictment of Donald Trump and what it
- 21:27Speaker 1: means in Washington.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Also how this is going to play out. Take a
- 21:31Speaker 2: listen to this well.
- 21:32Speaker 9: This week is a huge week in terms of developments
- 21:36Speaker 9: for the rule of law, developments for Joe Biden, developments
- 21:38Speaker 9: for Hunter Biden, and developments for Donald Trump. This week, obviously,
- 21:43Speaker 9: Donald Trump was indicted yet again a third time by
- 21:46Speaker 9: Special Counsel Jack Smith. It is an indictment that I
- 21:50Speaker 9: believe is a political indictment. It is the latest manifestation
- 21:54Speaker 9: of the politicization of the Department of Justice, where the
- 21:57Speaker 9: Democrats every time there are bad developments about Joe Biden,
- 22:02Speaker 9: about Hunter Biden, they immediately turn around and try to
- 22:06Speaker 9: overtake the news cycle with yet another attack on Donald Trump.
- 22:11Speaker 9: And it is doing severe damage to the integrity of
- 22:16Speaker 9: the Department of Justice.
- 22:17Speaker 2: And listen.
- 22:18Speaker 9: Actually, yesterday one of Trump's lawyers outside the courtroom expressed
- 22:23Speaker 9: it really powerfully the shameless timing of each of these indictments.
- 22:29Speaker 9: Give a listen.
- 22:30Speaker 10: The fact that I am standing here for the third
- 22:34Speaker 10: time in five months is not a coincidence. This is
- 22:38Speaker 10: the Biden political law fair that we have seen time
- 22:42Speaker 10: and time again. It is a deflection from everything that
- 22:46Speaker 10: they have done. And if you don't believe me, look
- 22:49Speaker 10: at the facts. On March seventeenth, Hunter accidentally admits that
- 22:54Speaker 10: it was his laptop from health. The next day, Dan
- 22:59Speaker 10: Alvin b A indicts President Trump. June, an FBI document
- 23:06Speaker 10: is released showing that the Ukrainians paid the bid In
- 23:09Speaker 10: crime family millions and millions of dollars. The next day,
- 23:15Speaker 10: the Mari Lago rader and the Marilago indictment. Last week,
- 23:20Speaker 10: Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea deal fell through when the judge
- 23:25Speaker 10: realized it had blanket immunity. The following day a superseding
- 23:30Speaker 10: indictment against Donald Trump. July thirty first, Devin Archer goes
- 23:38Speaker 10: to testify in front of the House. That was only
- 23:42Speaker 10: after they failed to put him in jail prior to
- 23:46Speaker 10: the fact. What happens the next day, the January sixth
- 23:50Speaker 10: indictment that we're here for today. This is not a coincidence.
- 23:55Speaker 10: This is election interference at its finest against the leading
- 23:59Speaker 10: candidate right now for president for either party.
- 24:05Speaker 1: You hear that, and this is I'm so glad that
- 24:08Speaker 1: the Trump team did this to remind people. We actually
- 24:12Speaker 1: did this on the show Center just a couple of
- 24:15Speaker 1: days ago. They're not even trying to hide how biased
- 24:19Speaker 1: they are. It's like, all right, you do something exposing
- 24:22Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. We're gonna put Donald Trump in
- 24:25Speaker 1: prison for now, what is it, five hundred and seventy
- 24:28Speaker 1: six years. I'm not exaggerating. It's actually like pretty close
- 24:31Speaker 1: to the number if he's found guilty on everything.
- 24:33Speaker 2: They're not hiding it at all.
- 24:35Speaker 9: But you can't understand the objective is not to put
- 24:38Speaker 9: Donald Trump in prison for a day. The objective Joe
- 24:41Speaker 9: Biden's political objective, Merrick Garland's political objective Number one, they
- 24:45Speaker 9: want Trump to win the primary, and they have recognized
- 24:48Speaker 9: that every time they indict him, his numbers go up
- 24:50Speaker 9: in the Republican primary. But number two, the reason, one
- 24:54Speaker 9: of the key reasons they want him to win the primary,
- 24:57Speaker 9: is they want in September and October of next year,
- 25:00Speaker 9: right before election day. They want ideally multiple criminal trials ongoing.
- 25:06Speaker 9: They want Trump being prosecuted. They want all of the
- 25:10Speaker 9: headlines to be about anything other than the disastrous Joe
- 25:14Speaker 9: Biden record. They don't want to talk about the chaos
- 25:18Speaker 9: at our southern border and seven million illegal immigrants under
- 25:20Speaker 9: Joe Biden. They don't want to talk about the train
- 25:23Speaker 9: wreck that is Bidenomics, including seeing the US credit rating
- 25:27Speaker 9: downgraded after Biden and the Democrats engaged in trillions of
- 25:31Speaker 9: dollars of a reckless spending spree. They don't want to
- 25:34Speaker 9: talk about rising crime rates because of their assault on
- 25:37Speaker 9: law enforcement and police across this country. They don't want
- 25:40Speaker 9: to talk about the disaster of foreign policy, including the
- 25:43Speaker 9: largest land war in Europe since World War II. They
- 25:45Speaker 9: don't want to talk about the shameful surrender to the
- 25:49Speaker 9: Taliban and withdraw in Afghanistan. They don't want to talk
- 25:53Speaker 9: about how every enemy of America is stronger today and
- 25:57Speaker 9: how Joe Biden has weakened and undermined our allies across
- 26:00Speaker 9: the country. None of that do they want the conversation
- 26:03Speaker 9: to be about. They want the conversation to be about
- 26:05Speaker 9: today in the criminal trial against Donald Trump. Here's the
- 26:08Speaker 9: horrible testimony we heard. They believe that's how they win,
- 26:13Speaker 9: and that We've talked a lot in this podcast about
- 26:17Speaker 9: how the far left, what they accuse you of, is
- 26:22Speaker 9: what they're doing that is an assault on democracy because
- 26:26Speaker 9: they don't trust the voters. They don't want the voters
- 26:28Speaker 9: to vote on Biden's record because if we vote on
- 26:31Speaker 9: Biden's record, Biden loses. Instead, they want to use the
- 26:35Speaker 9: Department of Justice to steal the election. And let's be clear,
- 26:40Speaker 9: they're trying to steal it by dominating the headlines, by
- 26:45Speaker 9: bringing the full force of the federal government to bring
- 26:49Speaker 9: case after case after case and listen, we talked about
- 26:52Speaker 9: on Wednesday's podcast how the objective of this latest indictment
- 26:58Speaker 9: isn't to central Trump to jail. It is rather to
- 27:03Speaker 9: bring this case before a DC jury that is overwhelmingly Democrat,
- 27:07Speaker 9: that overwhelmingly despises Donald Trump. They got lucky, and they
- 27:10Speaker 9: got one of the most left wing, if not the
- 27:12Speaker 9: most left wing, federal district judge in d C who
- 27:15Speaker 9: presumably is going to rule against Trump over and over
- 27:17Speaker 9: and over again. There's a very real possibility they get
- 27:21Speaker 9: a guilty verdict from a DC jury, and in their
- 27:25Speaker 9: perfect world, they'd like that guilty verdict maybe about October
- 27:29Speaker 9: twentieth of next year. Would would be the Democrat dreams scenario.
- 27:34Speaker 9: Now they know full well if there is a guilty verdict,
- 27:39Speaker 9: when that goes up on appeal and when it gets
- 27:41Speaker 9: up to the Supreme Court, it is overwhelmingly likely to
- 27:44Speaker 9: be thrown out. That this indictment is an indictment for
- 27:49Speaker 9: challenging the results of an election, which you're entitled to do,
- 27:52Speaker 9: which Democrats do after election after election after election. It's
- 27:55Speaker 9: an indictment for engaging in free speech and Donald Trump's
- 27:58Speaker 9: standing up and expressing his views about voter fraud. It's
- 28:01Speaker 9: an indictment saying it is criminal that he did not
- 28:05Speaker 9: believe some of the advice he was given. You read
- 28:07Speaker 9: the indictment and it's really laughable. It says, well, Trump
- 28:10Speaker 9: knew his claims were false, because so and so told
- 28:12Speaker 9: them they were false. Now, mind you, he had other
- 28:15Speaker 9: people telling him they were true. And according to the
- 28:18Speaker 9: Biden Department of Justice, if you pick the wrong person
- 28:21Speaker 9: to listen to, that is now suddenly a criminal offense.
- 28:24Speaker 9: This is election interference.
- 28:26Speaker 2: It is also.
- 28:28Speaker 9: Ongoing news management. And so we talked about in Wednesday's
- 28:32Speaker 9: pod how you and I sat down Tuesday afternoon to
- 28:35Speaker 9: record Wednesday's pod and the entire topic was going to
- 28:40Speaker 9: be about Devon Archer, that it was major news breaking,
- 28:44Speaker 9: and as we were sitting down we were about to
- 28:45Speaker 9: record it, we both got over our phones. Trump's notification
- 28:50Speaker 9: I'm going to be indicted at five pm to day
- 28:52Speaker 9: and we're like, oh, never mind. And not only was
- 28:56Speaker 9: a successful in clearing Devon Archer off of the six
- 28:58Speaker 9: o'clock news on every set, which it probably would have
- 29:01Speaker 9: done anyway, but it even cleared it off of this podcast,
- 29:05Speaker 9: where we had to devote Wednesday's podcast to that indictment,
- 29:09Speaker 9: which meant we didn't get to Devin Archer. So what
- 29:12Speaker 9: we're gonna do now, Listen, there's gonna be plenty of
- 29:15Speaker 9: time and podcasts to come to analyze the legal issues
- 29:20Speaker 9: in Trump Indictment number one Trump and dit No. Number
- 29:22Speaker 9: two Trump Anddictment number three Trump, Indictment number four hundred
- 29:25Speaker 9: and thirty six, All of the ones that are gonna
- 29:28Speaker 9: bring There'll be plenty of time for that.
- 29:30Speaker 2: Make sure you share this with your family and friends,
- 29:32Speaker 2: and I'll see you back here tomorrow
