- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is a verdict with Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:04Speaker 2: and it's really nice to have you with us wherever
- 0:06Speaker 2: you are around the country. We've got a lot to
- 0:09Speaker 2: unpack on this show, Senator, including a new smoking gun.
- 0:14Speaker 2: The Russian hoax exposed even more, and we're being told
- 0:18Speaker 2: now that Hillary Clinton apparently greenlit the entire idea to
- 0:24Speaker 2: hide her email scandal, and declassified documents are now showing
- 0:29Speaker 2: exactly that well.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Newly de classified documents show, as you noted, that Hillary
- 0:34Speaker 3: Clinton personally approved the Russia hoax and she did it
- 0:39Speaker 3: to distract from her own email scandal. She did it
- 0:42Speaker 3: with the complicity of the corporate media, and she did
- 0:45Speaker 3: it with the complicity of the FBI. These emails are
- 0:49Speaker 3: bombshell emails that show that George Soros and his foundation
- 0:53Speaker 3: was intimately involved in the entire operation and that this
- 0:58Speaker 3: was a lie from day one, and the political operators,
- 1:02Speaker 3: including Hillary Rodham Clinton, knew fully well that it was
- 1:06Speaker 3: a lie. On top of that, we had a vote
- 1:08Speaker 3: this week on Israel, and I will tell you every
- 1:11Speaker 3: day every week, the Democrats abandoning of the state of
- 1:15Speaker 3: Israel gets worse and worse and worse. This week, more
- 1:19Speaker 3: than half of the Senate Democrats voted to cut off
- 1:21Speaker 3: military funding for Israel. The degree to which today's Democrats
- 1:25Speaker 3: have been captured by the pro Hamas radical left wing
- 1:28Speaker 3: of their party continues to get worse, and it is
- 1:31Speaker 3: dismaying and sadly they were echoed by the governments of
- 1:35Speaker 3: Great Britain and France and Canada all this week. The
- 1:39Speaker 3: left has decided Hamas, they stand for Hamas, and they're
- 1:43Speaker 3: no longer willing to stand with Israel. And finally, a
- 1:47Speaker 3: new story about Harvard's tie ties to the Chinese Communist Party,
- 1:52Speaker 3: their explicit partnership with a major organ of the Chinese
- 1:55Speaker 3: Communist Party to train the leaders of China. The leaders
- 1:59Speaker 3: that are involved in horrific human rights abuses, the leaders
- 2:03Speaker 3: that are involved in the tyranny of the Chinese government
- 2:06Speaker 3: are more and more Harvard trained. We're gonna lay out
- 2:08Speaker 3: the evidence for that.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is incredible. It's a lot to unpack
- 2:12Speaker 2: on today's show. All right, I want to take a

- 3:59Speaker 2: off your first order. All right, So, Centater, where were
- 4:02Speaker 2: you when you found out the Russian hoax is now
- 4:05Speaker 2: being exposed? And what was your initial reaction to Hillary
- 4:09Speaker 2: Clinton greenline this? It's like for me, I was like, Yep,
- 4:11Speaker 2: that makes sense, Yep, that adds up, Yep, that matches.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Look, the evidence has been coming over the last several weeks,
- 4:17Speaker 3: so Telsea Gabbard released significant evidence that the intelligence community
- 4:21Speaker 3: had been telling Barack Obama and the Obama administration that
- 4:26Speaker 3: Russia was not trying to hack the election. They'd been
- 4:28Speaker 3: doing that for months. We covered that on a previous pod.
- 4:30Speaker 3: And then this week the portions of the classified annex
- 4:35Speaker 3: of John Durham's Special Council investigation were released, and they
- 4:39Speaker 3: were released by my colleague Chuck Grassley, who was the
- 4:41Speaker 3: chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and I got to say,
- 4:45Speaker 3: it is stunning what is in these new lead to
- 4:49Speaker 3: classified documents. So they reveal quote confidential conversations between members
- 4:57Speaker 3: of the Democratic National Committee and Georgie Soros's Open Society
- 5:01Speaker 3: Foundation that occurred before the twenty sixteen election, and in particular,
- 5:08Speaker 3: accorded to the declassified files, Hillary Clinton personally approved a
- 5:13Speaker 3: plan that had been proposed by her foreign policy advisor,
- 5:16Speaker 3: woman named Julianne Smith, to quote smear Donald Trump by
- 5:21Speaker 3: magnifying the scandal tied to the intrusion by the Russian
- 5:25Speaker 3: Special Services in the pre election process to benefit the
- 5:28Speaker 3: Republican candidate. And by the way, Julianne Smith was later
- 5:32Speaker 3: appointed to serve as ambassador to NATO under President Joe Biden.
- 5:36Speaker 3: So it turned out this was this was a profitable
- 5:40Speaker 3: role for her to be involved in this massive hoax.
- 5:44Speaker 3: There's an email in particular that is that is really remarkable.
- 5:47Speaker 3: It was written by Open Society Foundation's senior vice president,
- 5:51Speaker 3: a fellow named Leonard Bernardo, and it was dated July
- 5:55Speaker 3: twenty seventh, twenty sixteen. And here's what it says. Quote
- 5:59Speaker 3: hr R CHRC stands for Hillary Rodin. Clinton approved Julia's
- 6:04Speaker 3: idea about Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections. This
- 6:09Speaker 3: is in July of twenty sixteen. That should distract people
- 6:13Speaker 3: from her own missing email, especially if the affair goes
- 6:19Speaker 3: to the Olympic level. And his email continues quote the
- 6:24Speaker 3: point is making the Russian play a US domestic issue
- 6:29Speaker 3: in absence of direct evidence. CrowdStrike and Threat Connect will
- 6:36Speaker 3: supply the media, and GRU which is the foreign intelligence
- 6:41Speaker 3: arm of Russia, will hopefully carry on to give more facts.
- 6:49Speaker 3: And Oka, I gotta say, this is Hillary explicitly signing
- 6:54Speaker 3: on and counting on, counting on the assistance. And then
- 7:00Speaker 3: he goes on to say he says that the Clinton
- 7:07Speaker 3: campaign's plan included quote raising the theme of Putin's support
- 7:12Speaker 3: for Trump and pushing public opinion to quote equote the
- 7:17Speaker 3: Russian leader's influence campaign with actual election infrastructure hacking, and
- 7:23Speaker 3: it involved distributing quote the necessary information through the FBI
- 7:29Speaker 3: affiliated technical structures, in particular the crowd strike and threat
- 7:33Speaker 3: Connect companies, from where the information would then be disseminated
- 7:38Speaker 3: through leading leading US opinion of publications. And that's another
- 7:42Speaker 3: email from Bernardo. And then the email predicts and this
- 7:47Speaker 3: is stunning that the FBI would quote put more oil
- 7:54Speaker 3: into the fire of the Russia collusion narrative. This was
- 7:59Speaker 3: an explicit plan by the Hillary Clinton campaign and by
- 8:04Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton herself to use the FBI to spread a
- 8:08Speaker 3: lie about Donald Trump. And it was in order to
- 8:11Speaker 3: try to win the election. And thank god, the American
- 8:13Speaker 3: people were not deceived and they elected Donald Trump over
- 8:17Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton.
- 8:18Speaker 2: When it went to the FBI, how they categorized at
- 8:21Speaker 2: the time the dossier and everything else. It was paid
- 8:24Speaker 2: for by Hillary Clinton, partially her campaign and then the
- 8:27Speaker 2: Democratic National Committee. They created it out of thin air,
- 8:31Speaker 2: and then they went to the FBI. And even the
- 8:35Speaker 2: FBI had classified, if I remember correctly, as quote user
- 8:38Speaker 2: generated and even offered. I think it was like a
- 8:42Speaker 2: million dollars to steal if he could verify any of
- 8:46Speaker 2: this dossier, which he never got paid on because he
- 8:48Speaker 2: couldn't do it well.
- 8:50Speaker 3: The Steele dossier was designed to be a lie, and
- 8:53Speaker 3: it was straight out opposition research. It was paid for
- 8:55Speaker 3: by the Hillary Clinton campaign. It was paid for by
- 8:58Speaker 3: the DNC. They paid over a million dollars and and
- 9:01Speaker 3: and they hid the fees, uh that they they hid
- 9:04Speaker 3: them as quote legal fees to their law firms, Perkins cooy.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Uh.
- 9:09Speaker 3: They had five point six million in legal fees that
- 9:11Speaker 3: were paid in one bill and they they hid that
- 9:14Speaker 3: amount in there. And and once they created the Steele
- 9:18Speaker 3: dossier that just made blatant lies about Donald Trump, Uh,
- 9:22Speaker 3: they then gave it to the FBI, and and and
- 9:25Speaker 3: Obama DOJ and FBI officials were active in covering up
- 9:30Speaker 3: that this came from the Hillary Clinton campaign. And understand
- 9:32Speaker 3: this is during the presidential campaign, this is while the
- 9:35Speaker 3: campaign is in full speed. This this false oppo research document.
- 9:41Speaker 3: It was just concocted. It was just created out of
- 9:43Speaker 3: whole cloth. It became the basis for for then an
- 9:47Speaker 3: FBI investigation, and and that FBI investigation was then uh
- 9:53Speaker 3: eagerly leaked uh to the press, and the press breathlessly
- 9:57Speaker 3: reported on it. And the fact that the FBI would
- 10:00Speaker 3: investigating it took it as as confirmation that that that
- 10:04Speaker 3: Vladimir Putin was behind the Trump campaign and the entire
- 10:09Speaker 3: the entire operation was a deliberate and false, uh misleading campaign.
- 10:18Speaker 3: They that they they knew that it was. And and
- 10:21Speaker 3: you know, here's one thing John Solomon uh says about
- 10:25Speaker 3: the Durham Annix that just got released. Quote, this is
- 10:28Speaker 3: the smoking gun evidence inside the Durham Annics. If it
- 10:31Speaker 3: is authenticated by further investigation, it means liberal mega doner
- 10:36Speaker 3: George Soros's team knew the whole Clinton plan for Russia
- 10:41Speaker 3: Gate hoax four days before FBI opened up the probe,
- 10:47Speaker 3: and so did Obama, Brennan and Comy. This was a
- 10:52Speaker 3: deliberate lie, and everyone involved in it knew they were lying,
- 10:57Speaker 3: and they were lying, number one, because they wanted to
- 11:01Speaker 3: effectively steal the election, mislead the American people. And by
- 11:04Speaker 3: the way, the Washington Posts of the New York Times
- 11:07Speaker 3: both won Pulitzer Prizes for reporting on these lies, for
- 11:12Speaker 3: repeating these lies, for being an avenue of propaganda and disinformation. So,
- 11:20Speaker 3: of course the Washington Post and New York Times are
- 11:23Speaker 3: very reluctant to cover what's being released now because it
- 11:26Speaker 3: shows that they operated essentially as misinformation arms of the
- 11:30Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton campaign. They did it at first hoping to
- 11:33Speaker 3: win the election through deception, but then after the election
- 11:36Speaker 3: was over, after Donald Trump was elected to his first term,
- 11:39Speaker 3: they did it within the government to try to undermine
- 11:43Speaker 3: the newly elected president of the United States. And understand
- 11:46Speaker 3: to do this it takes a real contempt not just
- 11:50Speaker 3: for the incoming president, it takes a contempt for the voters.
- 11:52Speaker 3: It takes a contempt for the democratic process. For someone
- 11:55Speaker 3: that's in a senior government position, whether at the FBI
- 11:58Speaker 3: or at the CIA or the Department of Justice, to say,
- 12:02Speaker 3: I don't care that the American people elected this president,
- 12:06Speaker 3: I don't like him, I disagree with him, and so
- 12:09Speaker 3: I'm going to abuse my government position in order to
- 12:14Speaker 3: try to destroy the presidency from within. And this was
- 12:18Speaker 3: not accidental, This was not based on misunderstandings. This was
- 12:23Speaker 3: a deliberate lie, and they knew they were lying.
- 12:27Speaker 2: You look at this and you say, okay, this is
- 12:29Speaker 2: a massive scheme. Now the question is I go back
- 12:34Speaker 2: to it. I feel like I ask you this a
- 12:35Speaker 2: lot when we have these issues come out. Will there
- 12:38Speaker 2: be any accountability for this? We know that there's some
- 12:42Speaker 2: that were pardoned by Biden, for example, that there's the
- 12:45Speaker 2: question of was that the auto pen That doesn't come
- 12:48Speaker 2: into play here. With Hillary Clinton, there have been people saying, Wow,
- 12:51Speaker 2: you're not going to be able to get anything here
- 12:52Speaker 2: because it is what it is. Politics is dirty? Get
- 12:55Speaker 2: over it. Is this in the category of politics is dirty?
- 12:58Speaker 1: Get over it? Or is there more there?
- 13:00Speaker 3: So look, I hope there is accountability. Pambondi, the Attorney General,
- 13:04Speaker 3: has created a strike force that is investigating these lies,
- 13:09Speaker 3: investigating this cover up. The challenge is going to be
- 13:13Speaker 3: the Statute of Limitations, and look at statutal limitations. It's
- 13:16Speaker 3: it's ordinarily for something like this five years. The Statute
- 13:19Speaker 3: Limitations is designed to stop prosecutors from bringing cases on
- 13:23Speaker 3: things that are many, many years decades old. And there
- 13:26Speaker 3: are a lot of reasons for that. But for most
- 13:30Speaker 3: of this conduct it has passed the Statute of limitation.
- 13:33Speaker 3: There's some exceptions. So for example, Andrew McCabe, the Deputy
- 13:37Speaker 3: director of the FBI, lied to Congress and he did
- 13:40Speaker 3: so within the last five years. And so McCabe McCabe
- 13:43Speaker 3: of all of the players. Probably faces the greatest legal
- 13:46Speaker 3: jeopardy because he's got If it can be demonstrated that
- 13:50Speaker 3: he deliberately lied to Congress under oath, that that is
- 13:53Speaker 3: a felony that carries jail time with him with respect
- 13:57Speaker 3: to other conduct, other lies done under oath. If it
- 14:01Speaker 3: happened before the Statute of Limitations. The only way to
- 14:04Speaker 3: bring a prosecution is for the prosecutors to argue that
- 14:07Speaker 3: the information was concealed and that told the Statute of limitations.
- 14:11Speaker 3: That's a plausible argument, but it's difficult to prove it's not.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Courts don't agree with that often, and so that makes
- 14:19Speaker 3: it more challenging to bring those cases.
- 14:21Speaker 1: So is this more of an issue now? Of all? Right?
- 14:23Speaker 2: The American people know they relied to they know that
- 14:26Speaker 2: there's corruptions at the highest level in our government. They
- 14:29Speaker 2: know that they did this while they were in power,
- 14:32Speaker 2: and they know they did to also cover up. And
- 14:35Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton has still not been held accountable. I mean,
- 14:38Speaker 2: some could argue maybe on election day when she's running
- 14:40Speaker 2: against Trump, but with the email scandal and the declassified documents,
- 14:44Speaker 2: you look at what she did compared to what they
- 14:46Speaker 2: rated Marlago over it is disgusting the abuse of power
- 14:50Speaker 2: by the Democratic Party over the last two administrations when
- 14:53Speaker 2: they've been in power.
- 14:55Speaker 3: It is And you look at a press release the
- 14:57Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton campaign put out and and it reads as follows,
- 15:01Speaker 3: quote Hillary for America a statement on US government formally
- 15:06Speaker 3: naming Russia responsible for election related hacks. John Podesta, chair
- 15:10Speaker 3: of Hillary for America, released the following statement Friday, quote,
- 15:14Speaker 3: the world now knows beyond a shadow of a doubt
- 15:17Speaker 3: that the hack of the Democratic National Committee was carried
- 15:19Speaker 3: out by the Russian government in a clear attempt to
- 15:21Speaker 3: interfere with the integrity of our elections. The only remaining
- 15:24Speaker 3: question is why Donald Trump continues to make apologies for
- 15:27Speaker 3: the Russians. Trump's initial reaction to the hack in July
- 15:31Speaker 3: was to invite further intrusions by the Russians, even after
- 15:34Speaker 3: he was reportedly briefs on the very findings that were
- 15:36Speaker 3: just publicly announced by the US government officials. He stood
- 15:39Speaker 3: on a debate stage one week ago and played dumb
- 15:42Speaker 3: about Russia's role in this hack. He has repeatedly praised
- 15:45Speaker 3: Vladimir Putin, outlined a list of pro Putin policies, and
- 15:48Speaker 3: has done hundreds of millions of dollars of business with
- 15:50Speaker 3: Russian interests. Every word of what that press release said
- 15:55Speaker 3: is false. They knew it was false, and they were
- 15:58Speaker 3: willing to campaign based on Lawe and Hillary Clinton, according
- 16:01Speaker 3: to this emails, personally approved those lies.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Senator, I want to get to this other big issue,
- 16:09Speaker 2: and that is Democrats are not just abandoning Israel. They
- 16:13Speaker 2: are straight up anti Israel, and they're showing it now
- 16:17Speaker 2: as they're voting. A record number of Senate Democrats are
- 16:21Speaker 2: going to block weapons sales to Israel. They're doing it
- 16:26Speaker 2: numbers we've never seen before. And this on top of
- 16:29Speaker 2: the fact that The New York Times has had to
- 16:32Speaker 2: basically correct the claim about a viral photo of a
- 16:36Speaker 2: starving gods a boy they blamed on Israel and actually
- 16:40Speaker 2: wasn't true at all, and they didn't correct it like
- 16:43Speaker 2: in the paper. They did it on x on their
- 16:45Speaker 2: PR account that like no one follows this is now
- 16:49Speaker 2: how bad it's gotten not only in the media but
- 16:52Speaker 2: also in DC.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Well, you know, when I arrived in the Senate thirteen
- 16:56Speaker 3: years ago, there was meaningful bipartisan support for is It
- 17:00Speaker 3: was one of the issues that you could see Republicans
- 17:02Speaker 3: and Democrats come together. Twenty thirteen. When I got here
- 17:07Speaker 3: was the beginning of the second term of Barack Obama,
- 17:09Speaker 3: and Barack Obama began to turn the Democrat Party against Israel.
- 17:15Speaker 3: That turn accelerated dramatically during the Biden administration, and Joe
- 17:19Speaker 3: Biden ended up being the most anti Israel president and
- 17:22Speaker 3: the most anti Israel administration we've ever seen. Joe Biden,
- 17:26Speaker 3: in the midst of a war that Israel was in,
- 17:29Speaker 3: cut off weapons, froze weapons to Israel, and did so
- 17:32Speaker 3: specifically to prevent Israel from killing terrorists Hamas, terrorists who
- 17:37Speaker 3: had attacked Israel viciously in one of the most horrific
- 17:41Speaker 3: terrorist attack in world history October seventh, where Hamas murdered
- 17:45Speaker 3: over twelve hundred civilians, targeted civilians directly, raped and murdered
- 17:51Speaker 3: women and little girls. And the Democrats, looking at the
- 17:55Speaker 3: aftermath of this, more and more of them decided they
- 17:59Speaker 3: stand with Hamas, and sadly, there is a real and
- 18:03Speaker 3: growing pro Hamas contingent of the Democrat Party today. This week,
- 18:09Speaker 3: Bernie Sanders brought a resolution trying to block weapons sales
- 18:13Speaker 3: to Israel. Now Bernie Sanders has been rabidly anti Israel
- 18:17Speaker 3: for a long time, most left wing socialists and Marxist are,
- 18:21Speaker 3: but Bernie Sanders resolutions trying to cut off Israel usually failed,
- 18:25Speaker 3: and usually failed with a big, big vote. Well, this
- 18:28Speaker 3: week the Senate rejected it again, and we rejected it
- 18:31Speaker 3: by a vote of seventy to twenty seven. But there
- 18:33Speaker 3: were twenty seven votes in favor of Bernie Sanders's resolution.
- 18:38Speaker 3: There are only forty seven Democrats in the Senate. That
- 18:41Speaker 3: means more than half of the Senate Democrats voted to
- 18:46Speaker 3: cut off funding for Israel. That is a dramatic shift.
- 18:49Speaker 3: And by the way, if you compare it to in
- 18:51Speaker 3: April we had a similar vote and only fifteen Democrats
- 18:56Speaker 3: voted for it. In November of twenty twenty four, eighteen
- 18:59Speaker 3: Democrats voted for for it. So so moving up to
- 19:02Speaker 3: twenty seven is a major shift and and and it
- 19:06Speaker 3: is a disturbing pattern where when faced with a choice,
- 19:12Speaker 3: do we support Hamas or do we support Israel? More
- 19:16Speaker 3: and more Democrats they're afraid of the aocs, They're afraid
- 19:19Speaker 3: of the ilhan Omars, they're afraid of the Rashida Talibs.
- 19:22Speaker 3: In the House, the the pro Hamas squad, and they're
- 19:26Speaker 3: also afraid of the radical protesters on college campuses. Understand,
- 19:30Speaker 3: those protesters are funded by George Soros. They're funded by
- 19:33Speaker 3: the same people who fund the Democrat Party. And more
- 19:36Speaker 3: and more elected Democrats have decided that that that they
- 19:39Speaker 3: will not anger the pro Hamas radicals and and and
- 19:43Speaker 3: so I've got to say it is sad to see. Uh,
- 19:47Speaker 3: but let me ask you a question.
- 19:48Speaker 1: By the way you mentioned yeah, well, and let me
- 19:51Speaker 1: ask you this.
- 19:51Speaker 2: So, look, we know that there's more people on the
- 19:55Speaker 2: House side, so you'll get some you know, fringe groups
- 19:58Speaker 2: in the House side on the Democratic Party already, even
- 20:01Speaker 2: like more hardcore conservacicy in the past with Conservative caucuses,
- 20:05Speaker 2: you can see numbers move there. The Senate's kind of
- 20:09Speaker 2: been like the place of elder statesmen, and like there's
- 20:13Speaker 2: certain issues that you kind of just see that like, hey,
- 20:16Speaker 2: we're going to be the adults in the room. I
- 20:19Speaker 2: think that's the scariest part of these votes I'm witnessing
- 20:22Speaker 2: now is this has moved from the House and the
- 20:26Speaker 2: radicals there that you kind of expected through that the
- 20:29Speaker 2: AOC and her group, right, you expect it, But now
- 20:32Speaker 2: it's moved into the Senate Chamber. And that is really,
- 20:37Speaker 2: I think telling about the anti semitism of the Democratic Party.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 20:40Speaker 3: More than half of the Senate Democrats voted to cut
- 20:45Speaker 3: off military funding for Israel. That's a milestone that's never
- 20:48Speaker 3: happened before. And by the way, it happened at the
- 20:50Speaker 3: exact same time that we saw three governments worldwide, governments
- 20:55Speaker 3: of US allies but that are led by leftists. The
- 20:59Speaker 3: government of the United Kingdom, the government of France, and
- 21:02Speaker 3: the government of Canada all came out in favor of
- 21:05Speaker 3: recognizing an independent Palestinian state. And I want you to
- 21:09Speaker 3: think about the message that the UK and France and
- 21:12Speaker 3: Canada are saying. They're saying to Hamas your terrorism worked.
- 21:15Speaker 3: They're saying to Hamas, we're glad you murdered twelve hundred
- 21:19Speaker 3: innocent civilians. We're glad you raped women and little girls.
- 21:22Speaker 3: By the way, they're also saying to Hamas, we're glad
- 21:24Speaker 3: you continue to keep hostages to this day. You do
- 21:28Speaker 3: not release the hostages. They're saying to Hamas, we're glad
- 21:32Speaker 3: you're responsible for starving Palestinians and Gaza. Understand that the
- 21:37Speaker 3: human suffering in Gaza is the direct result of Hamas.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Hamas could end this right now. And Donald Trump, by contrast,
- 21:43Speaker 3: put out a tweet this week and he said Hamas
- 21:45Speaker 3: could end the suffering right now by stopping fighting and
- 21:50Speaker 3: releasing the hostages. They don't want to, and in fact,
- 21:53Speaker 3: Hamas is actively negotiating. You know what, they're negotiating for
- 21:57Speaker 3: cut off food aid for Palestinians and Gaza. We Hamas
- 22:03Speaker 3: want to control all the food because it's one of
- 22:05Speaker 3: the ways we keep in power is by starving anyone
- 22:10Speaker 3: who opposes us. That is who the United Kingdom and
- 22:14Speaker 3: France and the Canadian government is supporting. And that is
- 22:17Speaker 3: also sadly who now a majority of Senate Democrats are supporting.
- 22:22Speaker 2: You also look at the media, and there's a second
- 22:24Speaker 2: part of this conversation. The New York Times has had
- 22:28Speaker 2: to roll back acclaim they put it out there of
- 22:31Speaker 2: a viral photo of a starving Gaza boy. It was propaganda.
- 22:37Speaker 2: It was clearly propaganda from the terrorists and those that
- 22:42Speaker 2: want you to somehow believe that Israel's starving kids. It
- 22:46Speaker 2: did not happen that way at all. The New York
- 22:50Speaker 2: Times was forced to correct it, and I think they
- 22:53Speaker 2: did it in such just a disgusting way because they
- 22:57Speaker 2: issued their statement sharing how they quote originally didn't include
- 23:02Speaker 2: this boy's pre existing health condition, But they didn't really
- 23:06Speaker 2: do it in the newspaper like on the front page,
- 23:07Speaker 2: where the same way they did the picture, the damage
- 23:10Speaker 2: already been done. They corrected the story by going to
- 23:13Speaker 2: the New York Times p R Twitter, not even the
- 23:18Speaker 2: New York Times Twitter account, the New York Times pr
- 23:21Speaker 2: account that virtually no one's gonna see.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Yeah, look, this was not a picture that that they
- 23:27Speaker 3: just had as a kind of side note in a
- 23:30Speaker 3: small story. This is a picture the New York Times
- 23:33Speaker 3: put on the front page. It occupies more than half
- 23:38Speaker 3: of the front page, above the fold. It is a
- 23:40Speaker 3: massive picture, and it's a horrible picture. It's a picture
- 23:42Speaker 3: of a little boy. He appears to be starving. His
- 23:46Speaker 3: spine is sticking out. I mean, it's a very disturbing.
- 23:48Speaker 3: It's an eighteen month old child, which which they they
- 23:53Speaker 3: said he was starving, he faced life threatening malnutrition, and
- 23:58Speaker 3: they blame that on Israel and they used it to
- 24:01Speaker 3: push Hamas's propaganda. After they did that, the New York
- 24:06Speaker 3: Times was forced to issue a correction and they did
- 24:08Speaker 3: the correction, as you noted on Twitter where no one
- 24:11Speaker 3: would see it, And their correction says that what they
- 24:15Speaker 3: didn't tell people Here's what their statement was.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Quote.
- 24:17Speaker 3: Children in Gaza are malnourished and starving, as New York
- 24:20Speaker 3: reporters and others have documented. We recently ran a story
- 24:23Speaker 3: about Gaza's most vulnerable civilians, including Mohammad Zakira al Mataqua,
- 24:28Speaker 3: who is about eighteen months old and suffers from severe malnutrition.
- 24:32Speaker 3: We have since learned new information, including from the hospital
- 24:35Speaker 3: that has treated him and his medical records, and have
- 24:38Speaker 3: updated our story to add context about his pre existing
- 24:41Speaker 3: health problems. This additional detail gives readers greater understanding of
- 24:45Speaker 3: his situation. Our reporters and photographers continue to report from
- 24:49Speaker 3: Gaza bravely, sensitively, and at personal risk, so that our
- 24:54Speaker 3: readers can see firsthand the consequences of the war. That's
- 24:58Speaker 3: their fairly ridiculous retract where they admit they're lying to you.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Now here's what they didn't tell us That Muhamma's mother
- 25:06Speaker 3: indicated that her son suffers from quote a muscle disorder
- 25:10Speaker 3: through which he received specialized nutrition and physical therapy. And
- 25:16Speaker 3: another journalist reported the young boy has quote cerebral palsy,
- 25:21Speaker 3: hypoexemia and was born with a serious genetic order. So
- 25:26Speaker 3: they showed a child who's very sick, but he's not
- 25:30Speaker 3: very sick from starvation, he's very sick from other medical conditions.
- 25:34Speaker 3: And the New York Times happily plays the role of
- 25:37Speaker 3: Hamas's propagandists, and sadly Senate Democrats are cheering on that
- 25:43Speaker 3: false propaganda. Interestingly enough, the pattern of this is exactly
- 25:48Speaker 3: the same as the pattern of Hillary Clinton signing off
- 25:51Speaker 3: on the false Russia story. It is take a lie,
- 25:55Speaker 3: count on the corporate media to spread that lie, count
- 25:58Speaker 3: on Democrat politicians to spread that not lie, and count
- 26:01Speaker 3: on friendly governments to spread that lie as well. And
- 26:04Speaker 3: and everyone involves knows they are lying, but their political
- 26:09Speaker 3: agenda in this instance they hate Israel, they want to
- 26:12Speaker 3: undermine Israel, and they want to elevate Hamas, and sadly
- 26:16Speaker 3: that more and more Senate Democrats are falling into that camp.
- 26:19Speaker 2: Senata, I want to move to this new report that's
- 26:22Speaker 2: come out, and it is something that we have been
- 26:26Speaker 2: really like raising the flag on, saying pay attention to this,
- 26:30Speaker 2: be careful where you send your kids to college, be
- 26:33Speaker 2: careful that they're going to be indoctrinated to hate America. Uh,
- 26:36Speaker 2: and be careful where you send your kids, because there's
- 26:39Speaker 2: a lot of money that's coming in from countries that
- 26:43Speaker 2: are trying to undermine America and hate America. We're now
- 26:47Speaker 2: seeing more of this at Harvard, with Harvard's ties now
- 26:52Speaker 2: directly to the Chinese Communist Party elites. That has been
- 26:56Speaker 2: revealed on a level we haven't seen before, and it's
- 27:00Speaker 2: been more shocking of where Harvard's getting their cash. And look,
- 27:03Speaker 2: China is not doing this because they like Harvard. They're
- 27:07Speaker 2: clearly doing it.
- 27:08Speaker 3: For influence, unquestionably, and you know, you know, some have
- 27:12Speaker 3: criticized the Trump administration going after Harvard University. Harvard is
- 27:17Speaker 3: the most influential university on the face of the planet,
- 27:21Speaker 3: and it also many universities in America have been in
- 27:25Speaker 3: bed with the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese government spends
- 27:30Speaker 3: millions of dollars trying to get influence and trying to
- 27:33Speaker 3: brainwash our students, trying to control our universities, and far
- 27:37Speaker 3: too many universities have been really eager to participate in that.
- 27:40Speaker 3: And Harvard has been right at the front of the
- 27:42Speaker 3: list well this week that the House of Representatives has
- 27:45Speaker 3: an investigation and they sent a letter to the President
- 27:48Speaker 3: of Harvard. This is a letter from John Mullinar, who
- 27:50Speaker 3: is the chairman of the Select Committee on the CCP
- 27:53Speaker 3: in the House. It's from Tim Wahlberg, who's the chairman
- 27:55Speaker 3: of the House Committee on Education and Workforce. And it's
- 27:58Speaker 3: from Alie Stephonic, the chairwoman of House Republican Leadership. And
- 28:03Speaker 3: here's what the letter says. It's addressed to the President
- 28:05Speaker 3: of Harvard University, Alan Garber, and it says, Dear President Garber.
- 28:09Speaker 3: The Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party and the
- 28:12Speaker 3: Committee on Education and Workforce have identified new evidence related
- 28:15Speaker 3: to Harvard University's connections to the Chinese Communist Party and
- 28:19Speaker 3: request additional information. During our investigation, multiple whistleblowers told us
- 28:24Speaker 3: that Harvard has maintained close formal relationships directly with Chinese
- 28:30Speaker 3: Communist Party entities. Specifically, whistleblower information revealed ties between Harvard
- 28:37Speaker 3: and the Central Organization Department of the Central Committee of
- 28:40Speaker 3: the CCP, as well as certain Chinese government entities. The
- 28:45Speaker 3: CCP Organization Department is one of the most powerful bodies
- 28:48Speaker 3: within the Communist Party. It is responsible for the regimated,
- 28:52Speaker 3: regimented training program centered on Shijingping thought provided to the
- 28:57Speaker 3: party elites, and controls the p placemen of CCP members
- 29:01Speaker 3: in key leadership positions. The whistleblowers also revealed that Harvard
- 29:06Speaker 3: cultivates ties with elite CCP members. For example, whistleblowers reveal
- 29:12Speaker 3: that the Harvard Kennedy School hosts a formal partnership with
- 29:15Speaker 3: the Chinese Executive Leadership Academy Poodong, which is controlled by
- 29:20Speaker 3: the CCP Organization Department. Under that partnership, the rising CCP elite,
- 29:25Speaker 3: who are being prepared for senior Communist Party leadership positions,
- 29:29Speaker 3: participate in training at Harvard in the United States. Additional
- 29:36Speaker 3: publicly available information indicates that some of these relationships have
- 29:39Speaker 3: been in place for at least a decade. In twenty sixteen,
- 29:44Speaker 3: a high ranking member of the Chinese Academy of Social
- 29:46Speaker 3: Sciences stated that Chinese Quote Party and government cadres participate
- 29:52Speaker 3: in education and training run by the CCP Organization Department.
- 29:56Speaker 3: The Chinese government sends some cadres aba abroad to the
- 30:00Speaker 3: John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. This
- 30:05Speaker 3: is shocking, and it certainly appears from this investigation. And
- 30:11Speaker 3: they request all documents related to any engagement between Harvard
- 30:15Speaker 3: and the CCP and the government of China, and a
- 30:18Speaker 3: list of all money that has come from China and
- 30:20Speaker 3: the Chinese government. And my prediction is Harvard is going
- 30:24Speaker 3: to fight tooth and nail not to turn this over
- 30:26Speaker 3: because they don't want people to know just how eager
- 30:31Speaker 3: they have been to be in bed with the communists
- 30:35Speaker 3: running the Chinese government.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Can we also just be very queer, like China doesn't
- 30:39Speaker 2: do this because they like higher education or they're just
- 30:42Speaker 2: trying to get let's say they're students in That would
- 30:44Speaker 2: be like the most g rated version of the story
- 30:47Speaker 2: that you could tell. They're doing this to buy genuine
- 30:51Speaker 2: influence at the highest levels in academia and America. And
- 30:55Speaker 2: also this could have major consequences for the US when
- 30:59Speaker 2: it comes to national security or spies and countless other
- 31:03Speaker 2: infiltration activities that they're part of all the time.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Look, that's exactly right. You look at Harvard trains many
- 31:12Speaker 3: of our nation's elite. For example, I just typed in
- 31:15Speaker 3: a quick list on on on Ai how many senators
- 31:20Speaker 3: went to Harvard, and Ai promptly gave me an answer.
- 31:23Speaker 3: There are currently twelve senators who are Harvard alumni, and
- 31:27Speaker 3: I will admit sadly that it came back and says
- 31:30Speaker 3: the list includes individuals like Ted Cruz, Tim Kane, Jack Reed,
- 31:33Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer, and Mitt Romney. So so I'm a little
- 31:35Speaker 3: embarrassed to be the first name on that list. But
- 31:39Speaker 3: that is part of the reason that that that that
- 31:41Speaker 3: Harvard puts that Harvard, that China puts that money into Harvard,
- 31:46Speaker 3: into Columbia, into elite universities across this country. Is they
- 31:51Speaker 3: want to train America's leaders. They want to train members
- 31:54Speaker 3: of Congress, they want to train members of the executive branch.
- 31:56Speaker 3: They want to train federal judges. They want to train
- 31:58Speaker 3: the foreign pologies apparatus uh and and and they are
- 32:02Speaker 3: trying to train them uh and and they're trying to
- 32:04Speaker 3: propaganda as they use this for brainwashing, they use this
- 32:07Speaker 3: for espionage. And and far too many of our universities
- 32:12Speaker 3: have been so eager to take the money. Uh that
- 32:15Speaker 3: that that they have welcomed Chinese communists with open arms.
- 32:20Speaker 2: When you look at where they are right now and
- 32:23Speaker 2: you look at Harvard, is this just about the money,
- 32:26Speaker 2: do you think or is this also about the fact
- 32:29Speaker 2: that Harvard has no problem agreeing on a lot of
- 32:32Speaker 2: issues with China.
- 32:35Speaker 3: Well, it's both and and listen, the Harvard faculty is
- 32:37Speaker 3: is hard left. One one point I've I've said many
- 32:40Speaker 3: times is that when I was a student at Harvard
- 32:42Speaker 3: Law School, there were more professors who were Communists than
- 32:48Speaker 3: there were who were Republicans. And and that's not hyperbole
- 32:51Speaker 3: that there were at least a dozen professors who openly
- 32:54Speaker 3: said they were Marxists, that they were followers of the
- 32:56Speaker 3: teachers teachings of Karl Marx, and and followers of of
- 33:00Speaker 3: you know, Karl Marx is the father of Communism. When
- 33:03Speaker 3: I was a student there there was only one professor
- 33:05Speaker 3: who openly identified as Republican. That was Charles Freed. And
- 33:10Speaker 3: by the way, Charles Freed, the loan Republican on the
- 33:12Speaker 3: faculty voted for Barack Obama, so so their loan Republican
- 33:16Speaker 3: voted for Obama as well. That that was the range
- 33:19Speaker 3: of thought thirty years ago, and it is much much
- 33:23Speaker 3: worse now, as you know. My most recent book is
- 33:27Speaker 3: entitled Unwoke, How to Defeat Cultural Marxism, in America, And
- 33:31Speaker 3: the opening chapter talks about cultural Marxism, how it it.
- 33:35Speaker 3: It grew at Harvard University, it spread to universities throughout
- 33:40Speaker 3: this country. It spread to K through twelve, education, to journalism,
- 33:43Speaker 3: to big business, to big tech, to entertainment, uh and
- 33:46Speaker 3: and and sadly, you know, I called the universities the
- 33:49Speaker 3: Wuhan lab of the Woke virus because they're where it
- 33:53Speaker 3: was created, They're where it mutated, and they're where it spread.
- 33:57Speaker 3: And and and Harvard was ground zero for that spread.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Final question on this, will Congress be able to really
- 34:07Speaker 2: do anything on this issue to stop this type of
- 34:11Speaker 2: money coming into these universities.
- 34:14Speaker 3: Look, I hope.
- 34:15Speaker 1: So.
- 34:15Speaker 3: One of the very first pieces of legislation that I
- 34:17Speaker 3: passed thirteen years ago was legislation that banned Defense Department
- 34:22Speaker 3: money from going to universities that have Confucius institutes. Confucius
- 34:27Speaker 3: institutes were paid for by the Chinese Communist government. They
- 34:31Speaker 3: were at universities all over the country. I got that through,
- 34:34Speaker 3: I got that passed and signed into law. I actually
- 34:36Speaker 3: got bipartisan support for it, and as a result, dozens
- 34:40Speaker 3: of Confucius institutes shut down all over the country. So
- 34:43Speaker 3: we can make a real impact. I've got more legislation
- 34:47Speaker 3: to require transparency of foreign money going to universities. We
- 34:51Speaker 3: ought to know about it. And look, the Trump administration
- 34:54Speaker 3: is trying hard to expose this and to stop it,
- 34:58Speaker 3: and I salute the president for doing Don't forget.
- 35:01Speaker 2: We do this show as a podcast three days a week.
