- 1:06Speaker 5: Love?
- 1:06Speaker 4: You gotta turn.
- 1:31Speaker 6: Okay to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 4: You probably got to turn the mouth the word of
- 1:47Speaker 4: the money. Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Come out you think, uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Good morning everybody you are listening to the voice, Come on,
- 2:07Speaker 2: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvis, man oh
- 2:10Speaker 2: man got a radio show?
- 2:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I do.
- 2:12Speaker 2: God so big to me, Man, I just have to
- 2:15Speaker 2: tell you about it. I can't help it. It's rather
- 2:19Speaker 2: obvious to me how big, how good God is. He's
- 2:23Speaker 2: absolutely tremendous. He's off the chain, you know, Man, I
- 2:28Speaker 2: want to share something with you today. You know, if
- 2:32Speaker 2: you're out there, start your mission today. Why don't we
- 2:37Speaker 2: all decide together better yet? Let's just kill that cause
- 2:41Speaker 2: you don't that just individually? Look you listening, everybody's got
- 2:46Speaker 2: something that's that's on the table that they haven't yet
- 2:50Speaker 2: attacked yet. What are you waiting for? Start your mission today?
- 2:54Speaker 2: Stop the procrastination now. And if you and if you
- 2:58Speaker 2: allow Prassic excuse. Man, if you allow procrastination to set in,
- 3:03Speaker 2: then that that allows then which is a weakness, you know,
- 3:09Speaker 2: but that allows the devil then to just really do
- 3:11Speaker 2: his thing, because an idle mind is the devil's playground.
- 3:15Speaker 1: So if you ain't working on.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Your goals, dreams, aspirations or visions, you just you're just
- 3:20Speaker 2: waking up seeing how today gon and go or the
- 3:22Speaker 2: devil he got plenty for it for you to do.
- 3:25Speaker 1: See.
- 3:26Speaker 2: But if you get your mind right on your goal
- 3:28Speaker 2: and your focus and your purpose, then you can go
- 3:30Speaker 2: on about your business. Then when the distraction comes, you
- 3:33Speaker 2: can catch yourself.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Now.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Don't mean you ain't gonna fall privy or fall prey
- 3:37Speaker 2: to some of your distractions, because you will, but you
- 3:41Speaker 2: will have a goal in mind and aspiration.
- 3:44Speaker 1: That makes you go.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Hold on, man, I got to stay focused here because
- 3:47Speaker 2: what I really want while I'm really trying to go
- 3:50Speaker 2: the thing that I'm really after, this new little thing
- 3:54Speaker 2: that's being introduced, this don't fit into the equation. Man,
- 3:57Speaker 2: Let me keep it moving, or you may step off
- 4:00Speaker 2: the line for a little while. You know, Like I
- 4:02Speaker 2: said yesterday, the thing about God is he's so forgiving
- 4:05Speaker 2: that if you get out of line, he'll hold your place.
- 4:08Speaker 2: See that's the real cool thing. A lot of people
- 4:10Speaker 2: do that for you too. Like I said, if you're
- 4:11Speaker 2: at the movie theater, or you at the amusement park
- 4:13Speaker 2: and you in the line and you forget something, if
- 4:15Speaker 2: you politely ask some person behind you, hey, man, I
- 4:18Speaker 2: gotta run to my car left something, would you hold
- 4:20Speaker 2: my place? Most people say fine, yeah, go ahead, and
- 4:23Speaker 2: when you come back, they don't have a problem. See
- 4:25Speaker 2: your problem is is you want to get out the line,
- 4:28Speaker 2: go do something, then come back and just get up
- 4:30Speaker 2: in the line further up than you were, or cut somebody.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Now you got a problem because see everybody looking at
- 4:36Speaker 2: you now like hy woa partner? Where you come from?
- 4:38Speaker 2: You know the line start back here? But see the
- 4:41Speaker 2: thing with God is God don't do that. God don't
- 4:44Speaker 2: say the line start back here. God hold your place.
- 4:47Speaker 2: When you make a mistake and you fall off the line,
- 4:50Speaker 2: God holds your place. But if you ain't got no dreams, aspiration,
- 4:54Speaker 2: if you ain't got no place, what he holding for you? See,
- 4:58Speaker 2: I mean he got a place for you, but you
- 5:00Speaker 2: gotta come to it. See some people, well here's what
- 5:04Speaker 2: I'm saying, if you got a goal of aspiration to
- 5:07Speaker 2: dream and you fall off track momentarily, you can get
- 5:11Speaker 2: back to that because God knows where you left off.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Now you may have to accomplish a few more things
- 5:18Speaker 2: since you stopped for a long period of time, but
- 5:20Speaker 2: God knows where you left off, you can get back
- 5:23Speaker 2: on track. I look, man, this dream of being on
- 5:26Speaker 2: TV since I was a kid, and it got off track.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Now it got off track. I just kept it as
- 5:32Speaker 2: one of the dreams. And in some real dog moments
- 5:36Speaker 2: when it looked like it wasn't gonna happen, all I
- 5:39Speaker 2: was hanging on to is just the hope that one
- 5:41Speaker 2: day it could.
- 5:43Speaker 1: But that's what faith is really about. Faith is the
- 5:46Speaker 1: belief in things that you cannot see. But faith gives
- 5:50Speaker 1: you the confidence to keep hoping. Man, Sometimes it just
- 5:54Speaker 1: keep hope alive. Sometimes you heard Jesse Jackson say it
- 5:58Speaker 1: just keep hope alive. Sometimes, man, it's just the hope.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I was hanging on a hope.
- 6:05Speaker 2: And I'm talking about when it got real ugly and
- 6:08Speaker 2: funky out there for me, when it looked like I
- 6:10Speaker 2: wasn't gonna ever make it, and all of the facts
- 6:14Speaker 2: was in and everything pointed in the direction you not
- 6:17Speaker 2: gonna make it.
- 6:18Speaker 1: You done really.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Messed up this time. Then I sat there and I
- 6:22Speaker 2: just hung on to the hope. But man, that's what
- 6:25Speaker 2: I'm saying. If you got a dream on aspiration or
- 6:29Speaker 2: vision or something, when you fall off track and you
- 6:32Speaker 2: want to go get back in line, God holds your place.
- 6:36Speaker 2: He knew I was off tracking, out of line, but
- 6:39Speaker 2: he said, okay, here's where we stopped. You want to
- 6:41Speaker 2: be on TV. Now, when you get it together and
- 6:43Speaker 2: you quit tripping, and you come and your turn to me,
- 6:46Speaker 2: I'm gonna hold your place, put you back in line.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Then we're gonna finish the journey. That took me a
- 6:50Speaker 2: lot longer to get here than I wanted to, But
- 6:52Speaker 2: then it was necessary because I needed all of the
- 6:55Speaker 2: mishaps to happen to me along the way. So when
- 6:58Speaker 2: I got on the radio one day, which I did
- 7:00Speaker 2: not see coming, Steve Harvey got a radio show, y'all.
- 7:03Speaker 2: That's why I say it every day. See, because of
- 7:05Speaker 2: this radio show that I didn't see coming. Now I
- 7:08Speaker 2: have stories to tell, and I can tell you about
- 7:11Speaker 2: me better than I can tell you about anybody. And
- 7:14Speaker 2: I done been through enough whereas relatable, where enough people
- 7:18Speaker 2: can go mad that happened to me, appreciate you saying
- 7:21Speaker 2: that that's what it was for. See, I get it now.
- 7:23Speaker 2: See at the time, though I didn't like what was
- 7:26Speaker 2: happening to me. At the time, I was really in
- 7:29Speaker 2: total disagreement with God on a lot of stuff he
- 7:32Speaker 2: was pulling off on me. But in essence I was
- 7:34Speaker 2: really pulling it off on myself. But through his grace
- 7:38Speaker 2: and mercy, he kept me through all of my mistakes,
- 7:41Speaker 2: all my bad decisions, all my miscalculations, all my misfires,
- 7:46Speaker 2: all the times I knowingly stepped out there and did wrong.
- 7:51Speaker 2: He forgave me, He said, because man, if you ever
- 7:54Speaker 2: come to me, I have a plan for you that
- 7:58Speaker 2: is going to be far and above. It will supersede
- 8:01Speaker 2: everything you've ever dreamed of. That's what I did. I
- 8:05Speaker 2: just got sick of me, good and sick of me,
- 8:09Speaker 2: and I turned it over to God. And then God
- 8:11Speaker 2: started working, And here I am today. Now He threw
- 8:15Speaker 2: with me. Yet Nope, have I arrived yet?
- 8:19Speaker 4: Nope?
- 8:20Speaker 1: But guess what the journey is?
- 8:22Speaker 4: Cool?
- 8:23Speaker 1: And then you know what I found out. That's kind
- 8:25Speaker 1: of what it's like in life.
- 8:27Speaker 2: If you done walked off the cliff in life and
- 8:30Speaker 2: you ain't got no God in your life, It's like
- 8:33Speaker 2: not having a parachute. You step off the cliff and
- 8:37Speaker 2: you just free falling. We all now that fag gets
- 8:41Speaker 2: you closer to the grave, right see, we all heading
- 8:43Speaker 2: to the grave from the moment we're born. But the
- 8:45Speaker 2: cool thing about a relationship with God is when you
- 8:48Speaker 2: step off the cliff and you got God here a parachute.
- 8:52Speaker 2: You still going down, but it's a nice ride. You
- 8:56Speaker 2: guide and you glide, and you're softly, you enjoy. You
- 8:59Speaker 2: look around, you're smiling. You're meeting other people along the way.
- 9:03Speaker 2: You're floating over here to ski a little while. You
- 9:06Speaker 2: over there at the beach for a little while. You
- 9:09Speaker 2: mess around over here, you get to go out the
- 9:11Speaker 2: country a little bit on your parachuting and all that,
- 9:14Speaker 2: and God just helps you your descent.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Appear more like a rise and more like a euphoric fall.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Instead of not having no God in your life and
- 9:24Speaker 2: you just walking off that cliff every day, free falling.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Ain't got no cord, you steady pulling, you hollering the
- 9:31Speaker 2: whole way because you to mess around with yourself and
- 9:34Speaker 2: ain't let God come into your life and provide a
- 9:36Speaker 2: parachute for you. I would rather have a parachute since
- 9:40Speaker 2: I got to jump every day than to not have one.
- 9:44Speaker 2: God has been like a parachute for me. Ask me
- 9:47Speaker 2: where that came from. I can't tell you. But like
- 9:51Speaker 2: I always say, most good things that happen in my
- 9:53Speaker 2: life that I can't explain, its usually him.
- 9:57Speaker 7: You're listening morning show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen right now today, at this particular given time.
- 10:09Speaker 2: This is a moment that you've never had before, and
- 10:12Speaker 2: it is also a moment that you will never ever
- 10:15Speaker 2: get back.
- 10:16Speaker 1: With those two facts in mind, how good is right now?
- 10:21Speaker 2: And oh my God, why would you not be so
- 10:24Speaker 2: grateful for something that you're partaking of that you've never
- 10:28Speaker 2: had before, which.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Is this moment called right now?
- 10:31Speaker 2: So right now, I invite all of you that a
- 10:35Speaker 2: hit can hear me to just in your own ways,
- 10:38Speaker 2: say thank you, Thank you God for everything, Thank you
- 10:42Speaker 2: Lord for all of it. I appreciate it. Man, you
- 10:46Speaker 2: didn't have to do it, but you did. There he
- 10:50Speaker 2: goes doing it. I don't know if you noticed that
- 10:53Speaker 2: that sun is up, Yeah, it is up again.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Ah, he did it. Again, boy boy, oh boy, Steve.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Harvey, Marty show y'all, Shelty Strawberry calling for real man. Third,
- 11:03Speaker 2: the South Mississippi Monica Junior government named kids space the
- 11:07Speaker 2: legend that is Nephew Tommy, yours truly, Junior.
- 11:10Speaker 1: What's on your mind today?
- 11:12Speaker 8: Let me tell you something, unc man. You inspired a
- 11:13Speaker 8: lot of people. You know that closing remark you did.
- 11:16Speaker 9: Yesterday was really aspiring. Yeah, you remember the closing market
- 11:21Speaker 9: did yesterday? Really inspired? You know, by being ugly?
- 11:25Speaker 8: You know, and I i'man I was inspired. I did
- 11:29Speaker 8: some research, little bit.
- 11:31Speaker 10: I did a little research, and I looked up the
- 11:33Speaker 10: definition of ugly come home, and the definition says unpleasant
- 11:38Speaker 10: or reposals, especially in appearance. Similar words, is unattractive, ill favored, disagreeable, grim, homely.
- 11:49Speaker 10: Then I found a study that happened on March eleven,
- 11:53Speaker 10: twenty twenty, which sayd unattractive people considerably overestimate the attracted me.
- 12:01Speaker 1: That like, wow, old estimate the attracted me? What junr
- 12:08Speaker 1: your research on? I didn't know if you added why
- 12:12Speaker 1: would I look it up?
- 12:14Speaker 2: You know you're gonna have to give up poems and
- 12:16Speaker 2: start doing research. Research, research.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Let's go back. Let's go back. Did you say people
- 12:23Speaker 1: that were unfavored? Did you say that? Was that the
- 12:26Speaker 1: first thing he said nothing about I.
- 12:27Speaker 8: Said ill favored, ill faith ill.
- 12:30Speaker 1: There you're gonna na see how that fit in.
- 12:32Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 12:34Speaker 9: So what I'm saying, tom is that you wanted people
- 12:38Speaker 9: to overestimate your attraction, which makes you ugly with the.
- 12:40Speaker 8: Rest of them.
- 12:42Speaker 11: You, I'm overs to make your trying to I'm not listen.
- 12:45Speaker 11: I'm not gonna wake up this morning and be ugly.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Were just not starting, Tommy, to research is that you
- 12:55Speaker 1: went to bed like this. I went to bed beautiful
- 12:59Speaker 1: and answer amazing. Estimating your tractess, that's not.
- 13:06Speaker 11: Over estimating it. But I didn't say, let's just take
- 13:10Speaker 11: some calls if the part you know, I'm ugly, if
- 13:12Speaker 11: the people say I'm ugly, I'll be a if everybody
- 13:16Speaker 11: that listens to.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Make and make sure that I question the people who
- 13:21Speaker 1: call it.
- 13:21Speaker 12: All right, listen, Okay, the ugly continues coming up. In
- 13:27Speaker 12: thirty minutes after the hour. Thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:30Speaker 12: we'll hear from the nephew as he runs that Frank
- 13:33Speaker 12: back right after this.
- 13:34Speaker 1: I want for ugly truth. That's what I want. It's
- 13:37Speaker 1: gonna be hard on you.
- 13:42Speaker 7: Good job, Ju, you're listening Morning show. It is time
- 13:48Speaker 7: now for the nephew to run that prank back.
- 13:50Speaker 11: What you got for his nap nappy half, Shirley, We're
- 13:53Speaker 11: gonna run it back. It's nappy hah. Your child has
- 13:58Speaker 11: nappy had the ugly truth right here.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Your child at the school horrible, Frank horrible.
- 14:09Speaker 11: Can have napper half, but you can't be ugly. Come on, cat,
- 14:13Speaker 11: let's go NAPPI half.
- 14:15Speaker 10: Hello.
- 14:16Speaker 13: Hello, I'm trying to get Francis.
- 14:18Speaker 5: This is she.
- 14:18Speaker 13: Hey Frances, how you doing. My name is Daryl. Our
- 14:22Speaker 13: kids they go to together. Oh yeah, yeah, your daughter's
- 14:26Speaker 13: Kitlin right, yes, okay, my son is DJ Darrell Junior.
- 14:30Speaker 13: They I think I may have met you at the
- 14:32Speaker 13: beginning of the school year. You remember meeting me, darryl Oh, I.
- 14:35Speaker 14: Met a lot of people, but I'm sorry I can't
- 14:37Speaker 14: place you right now.
- 14:39Speaker 13: Okay, no problem. Hey, listen, I was getting a call.
- 14:43Speaker 13: You know, there's only a handful of black kids at
- 14:46Speaker 13: the school, you know, being a private school and all.
- 14:49Speaker 13: And uh, we the the the black parents. We all
- 14:52Speaker 13: got together and had a meeting a couple of nights ago.
- 14:54Speaker 14: Okay, you said all the black parents. Okay, I wasn't there.
- 14:57Speaker 15: Why wasn't I called?
- 14:58Speaker 13: Uh what, we actually had a meeting about your daughter, Kaylin?
- 15:03Speaker 14: Well what about Kaylan? Is she is there a problem
- 15:06Speaker 14: at school that she's crazy or something? I don't even
- 15:08Speaker 14: know about what's going on.
- 15:09Speaker 13: With Well, actually, when we're you know, we feel privileged
- 15:12Speaker 13: to be you know, you know, like I said, there's
- 15:14Speaker 13: only a handful of blacks, and we try to carry
- 15:16Speaker 13: ourselves in a dignified way, our presence, our attitude, the
- 15:20Speaker 13: way we handle ourselves. And you know, Kayla's doing very
- 15:24Speaker 13: good in school from what I understand, and very nice
- 15:26Speaker 13: with all the rest of the kids. She's getting along.
- 15:28Speaker 13: That's not the problem. What we're what we're trying to
- 15:30Speaker 13: get is the grooming of Kaitlyn. You know, Kaylen has
- 15:35Speaker 13: these braids, and what we were trying to do is
- 15:39Speaker 13: give you know, we had a meeting about it.
- 15:40Speaker 15: We want to hold on, hold on.
- 15:43Speaker 14: Did you just say her grooming something wrong with her grooming?
- 15:47Speaker 13: Well, it's not necessarily her clothing, of course, you know,
- 15:49Speaker 13: the kids were the uniforms, but the braids, you know,
- 15:52Speaker 13: we we want to represent ourselves with a lot of dignity.
- 15:56Speaker 13: The way we carry ourselves. We want to be, you know,
- 15:59Speaker 13: pretty much nice and clean, sitting polish. We would really
- 16:02Speaker 13: prefer for her hair was straight and opposed to being
- 16:05Speaker 13: braided up. You know. You mean that kind of gives
- 16:08Speaker 13: off a ghetto type of look to it, and that's
- 16:11Speaker 13: what we're trying to avoid.
- 16:13Speaker 14: Are you crazy? Is something wrong with you? You don't
- 16:16Speaker 14: have First of all, how the hell you get my number?
- 16:18Speaker 14: If you couldn't call me for the meeting, why are
- 16:20Speaker 14: you calling me nothing?
- 16:21Speaker 13: Well, like I said, man, the meaning was to get
- 16:23Speaker 13: the general consensus on where all the parents feel in
- 16:25Speaker 13: the same way about your daughter and her braids. You know,
- 16:28Speaker 13: we're just trying to keep everything classy. When it comes
- 16:31Speaker 13: to the blacks that attendant school, there's only ten of us,
- 16:34Speaker 13: you know, ten children attending.
- 16:36Speaker 14: I tell you what you can attend.
- 16:38Speaker 7: You could.
- 16:38Speaker 14: What you can attend is to is this phone hanging
- 16:41Speaker 14: up in your face? You tell the parents all of
- 16:44Speaker 14: them for me, y'all can go straight and hit rock
- 16:47Speaker 14: bottom out of hell talking about my child and her braids.
- 16:50Speaker 14: Her braids are ethnic, they are nice. She is wearing
- 16:53Speaker 14: brooms and I don't know how in the hell you
- 16:54Speaker 14: got my telephone number, But tell all the parents for me,
- 16:58Speaker 14: the kids to crack of mine.
- 16:59Speaker 5: You know what.
- 17:00Speaker 13: Listen, first of all, I don't like the way that
- 17:02Speaker 13: you're talking to me. Okay, I carry myself with class.
- 17:05Speaker 5: With dignity.
- 17:05Speaker 13: I'm spitting polished man subject you call me, yeah, acting
- 17:14Speaker 13: just as ghetto as her hairstyle.
- 17:16Speaker 14: And let me say something real ghetto to your Okay,
- 17:19Speaker 14: you and all parents can hit rocks from out of hell.
- 17:23Speaker 14: Don't call me no more with no like this. This
- 17:26Speaker 14: is ignorant. I'm far beyond this. My child is well groomed.
- 17:30Speaker 14: She is going to go to as a matter of fact,
- 17:32Speaker 14: as much money as it costs to go there to
- 17:34Speaker 14: y'all should have been meeting on how we can get
- 17:36Speaker 14: together and pay the tuition. How about that?
- 17:39Speaker 13: Are you trying to sit here and tell me that
- 17:40Speaker 13: you've got a problem taking her brains down and wearing
- 17:43Speaker 13: her hair straight so she can look a lot more
- 17:45Speaker 13: classy than what she looks right now. It's a pathetic
- 17:47Speaker 13: look that she's having right now. You know what, I don't.
- 17:50Speaker 14: What's your hair look like? Take a picture of your
- 17:53Speaker 14: self and send it to me texted to me since
- 17:54Speaker 14: you get the Folkes phone numbers and give it to you,
- 17:57Speaker 14: take a picture of your self and text it to me.
- 17:59Speaker 14: I bet you you look black. Who would have taught it?
- 18:01Speaker 14: My daughter's braids are gonna stay up for the rest
- 18:04Speaker 14: of the year. As a matter of fact, we ain't
- 18:06Speaker 14: gonna even rebrate it. It's gonna stay that way. So
- 18:08Speaker 14: it could be meted and represent that's what we're gonna do.

- 18:52Speaker 13: Ma'am. I'm just trying to get some class here. That's
- 18:54Speaker 13: all we wanted. We're not wanting to fight with you.

- 19:35Speaker 14: But that's what told me when your first comment, what
- 19:37Speaker 14: is your real name?
- 19:39Speaker 13: My name is my name? My real name is Tommy Thomas. No, no,
- 19:43Speaker 13: my last name either.

- 20:27Speaker 13: it don't take but two and a half he said. I. Well,
- 20:32Speaker 13: I got one more thing to ask you. What is
- 20:33Speaker 13: the baddest and I mean the baddest radio show in.
- 20:37Speaker 14: The land, Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 20:45Speaker 12: All right, nephew, coming up next, it is asked, the
- 20:48Speaker 12: cl you're listening hard morning show coming up at the
- 20:53Speaker 12: top of the hour. In entertainment news, CNN has Announceable
- 20:58Speaker 12: broadcast a town hall all meeting.
- 21:00Speaker 7: Get this now with Donald Trump next week.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Oh, they're just gone on.
- 21:07Speaker 12: Yeah they fired, Yeah, they fired Don Lemon and now
- 21:11Speaker 12: they're over there. That's why I don't watch them anymore.
- 21:17Speaker 12: Jonathan Majors is hit with the restraining order days before
- 21:20Speaker 12: his court date, and Rihanna will be the voice of
- 21:23Speaker 12: the Blue Bombshell Smurfet in the new Smurfsmooth. Yes, that's
- 21:27Speaker 12: all coming up at the top of the hour, But
- 21:30Speaker 12: right now it is time to ask the clo l
- 21:35Speaker 12: In Dover says, I met a new guy online, and
- 21:38Speaker 12: he insists that we talk on FaceTime whenever we talk
- 21:43Speaker 12: because he lives in New York. That's a problem for
- 21:46Speaker 12: me because I walk around my house naked. I'm tired
- 21:50Speaker 12: of putting on a rope?
- 21:51Speaker 7: Is it too forward to video chat with him naked?
- 21:56Speaker 13: No?
- 21:57Speaker 1: No, no, no no, go ahead with your stupid behind.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Go ahead.
- 22:01Speaker 2: You just can't put no clothes off, he insists. This
- 22:05Speaker 2: can't even be real. See, that's what's wrong with y'all
- 22:07Speaker 2: out here.
- 22:08Speaker 5: Y'all.
- 22:09Speaker 2: You just you want to do everything you want to do,
- 22:11Speaker 2: and everybody got to go along with it. You can't
- 22:14Speaker 2: put a blouse on to talk to this man. Now
- 22:17Speaker 2: you're sitting up that naked. Why you think this dayton
- 22:19Speaker 2: fit to go exactly where you wanted to go? And
- 22:22Speaker 2: now everybody nicked.
- 22:23Speaker 1: So yeah, just go and do it.
- 22:24Speaker 2: That's why you ain't got nobody. Now, go ahead, that's it,
- 22:29Speaker 2: exactly why your ass is online right now.
- 22:33Speaker 7: Moving on to Cherish and Albany.
- 22:35Speaker 2: No, I mean, but but listen, but think about here's
- 22:38Speaker 2: a woman who he wants to face times because he
- 22:42Speaker 2: want to see what he gonna get now. She wants
- 22:44Speaker 2: to show him all of what he gonna get. Now
- 22:47Speaker 2: when after he see it and he get it, where's
- 22:50Speaker 2: the mystery?
- 22:50Speaker 1: Then after he gets it, he gonna be gone like
- 22:53Speaker 1: the rest of them.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Everybody know you walk around your house, niggad just say
- 22:56Speaker 2: you ain't just type this in today.
- 22:59Speaker 1: You have told this to a lot of people. I
- 23:02Speaker 1: think I think she just didn't.
- 23:04Speaker 7: You know, she just doesn't like to do FaceTime. That's all.
- 23:08Speaker 7: Sounds like I get the naked though.
- 23:11Speaker 2: She don't like putting old clothes. Yeah, so now she
- 23:16Speaker 2: mad every time he called she got.
- 23:17Speaker 1: To go put a rollbo.
- 23:20Speaker 12: She's in her own house though. But anyway, all right,
- 23:23Speaker 12: Moving on to Cherish in Albany.
- 23:27Speaker 1: When they release, when he record her and release up,
- 23:32Speaker 1: come on.
- 23:33Speaker 12: Cherish in Albany writes, I've always hated my big feet
- 23:38Speaker 12: and my long toes. I have never let my boyfriend
- 23:41Speaker 12: touch them, and I have on socks while we're intimate.
- 23:44Speaker 12: He's trying to force me to take care of my
- 23:46Speaker 12: feet and wear sandals this summer? Should I face my
- 23:49Speaker 12: fears for my man?
- 23:52Speaker 2: Well feet, you need to do something. You need to
- 23:57Speaker 2: do something. Now, ain't nothing wrong with big feet. You
- 24:00Speaker 2: have big feet, just to make them look cute. Paint
- 24:04Speaker 2: them right, you know, like if you got big toes,
- 24:07Speaker 2: you know, put listen to me. Paint your toenails bigger
- 24:11Speaker 2: than they are. How do you do that so you
- 24:15Speaker 2: can make your toes look shorter? And if you know,
- 24:21Speaker 2: I'm trying to teach you something. Now, you got to
- 24:23Speaker 2: make your toenails look bigger so your toes won't look
- 24:28Speaker 2: as long.
- 24:29Speaker 8: That means that means six coakes, is what he's saying.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Yeah, she got to do something.
- 24:35Speaker 2: You're all on the kidicle now, you're all outside everything.
- 24:38Speaker 2: You got to go outside them line. You got to
- 24:42Speaker 2: create a new line. You gotta have a whole nother toenail.
- 24:45Speaker 9: You guys, go to the first Knucklena, Yeah, shower baby, Yeah,
- 24:50Speaker 9: first that's gonna come on.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Yeah, what'd you say?
- 24:57Speaker 11: I see why she got wrapped up in socks. I
- 24:59Speaker 11: think you don't want to pull him out right?
- 25:02Speaker 12: Tristan and the DMV says, I'm messing with a married
- 25:06Speaker 12: man and I snuck into his gated community to drive
- 25:09Speaker 12: by his house. On my way out, I got stopped
- 25:11Speaker 12: by security at the gate, and now my tag number
- 25:14Speaker 12: and my driver's license are on file there.
- 25:17Speaker 7: I'm so glad it was a.
- 25:18Speaker 12: Brother and he didn't ask questions. But should I tell
- 25:21Speaker 12: my man what I did?
- 25:23Speaker 7: Just in case?
- 25:24Speaker 4: God?
- 25:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm going and tell him and then y'all.
- 25:28Speaker 7: Gonna break up his break up.
- 25:29Speaker 2: I'm just gonna let you know that. Ye're go on
- 25:32Speaker 2: and tell him because he got to know who he
- 25:33Speaker 2: dealing with. You got stalker rode all over you, you
- 25:37Speaker 2: and my damn neighborhood. What just drive you house gate him?
- 25:43Speaker 8: That sounds like I will not be ignored.
- 25:47Speaker 11: That's what it sounds like. That's what it sounds. Yeah,
- 25:51Speaker 11: gonna they're gonna be balling rabbits in the minute in
- 25:53Speaker 11: the house.
- 25:56Speaker 7: What are you over there for? You know what it
- 25:58Speaker 7: is already, you already know.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Yeah, we discussed this.
- 26:04Speaker 12: All right, Iris and Tulsa says Friday evening, I went
- 26:08Speaker 12: to my booze house and when I stretched out on
- 26:10Speaker 12: the couch, I smelled funk and perfume.
- 26:14Speaker 7: So I went off on him.
- 26:16Speaker 12: He said, I know how to ruin a good night,
- 26:18Speaker 12: and he put me out. How do I get him
- 26:21Speaker 12: to admit that a woman has been in there, you
- 26:25Speaker 12: stretching out for this food?
- 26:27Speaker 1: Said admit? How you gonna get him to admit he
- 26:31Speaker 1: don't put you out?
- 26:32Speaker 7: Yeah, you're done.
- 26:33Speaker 2: He nothing to admit nothing, admit. How do I get
- 26:39Speaker 2: him to admit? Admit?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Are you crazy?
- 26:42Speaker 2: Instead of admitting it, he don't put you out. He
- 26:46Speaker 2: ain't answering these questions. That's the stupid quest How do
- 26:48Speaker 2: I get him to admit?
- 26:50Speaker 1: You still put out?
- 26:51Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 26:52Speaker 1: If the woman over here, Yeah, let.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Me ask you, so, do you walk back over there
- 26:58Speaker 2: and get your face up off these what you thank
- 27:01Speaker 2: you for in the smell?
- 27:02Speaker 1: And get this?
- 27:03Speaker 11: He got to clean his couch though, one from boy,
- 27:07Speaker 11: He didn't know that.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Who come over there and lay they face on the cushion?
- 27:12Speaker 1: Where was the pillow?
- 27:14Speaker 12: She just stretched out on the couch. She didn't even
- 27:17Speaker 12: say she laid her face on the pillow. She stretched out.
- 27:20Speaker 7: That's all she smelled, funking perfume.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Was gaming.
- 27:26Speaker 7: You go, you lie down on the couch.
- 27:27Speaker 4: You smell.
- 27:28Speaker 7: You know women we can smell good.
- 27:30Speaker 4: Uh huh.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Ain't nothing he can do. He don't put you out. Yeah,
- 27:35Speaker 1: so he's made his choice.
- 27:39Speaker 4: Yeah, he gave what he did.
- 27:41Speaker 8: He gave a like smell out sad.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Because he obviously referred something over you he like, he
- 27:49Speaker 2: like it funky fresh.
- 27:52Speaker 7: Yeah, the phone hit the frame, hit her nose. So
- 27:59Speaker 7: he's never going to admit it. What could he come
- 28:02Speaker 7: up with a lie? He couldn't even do that.
- 28:04Speaker 1: What do you gotta come up with a lie for?
- 28:05Speaker 1: He'd have told her, what you tripping for?
- 28:08Speaker 2: Ain't nobody been over here? She done said that. She
- 28:11Speaker 2: kept insisting, so he put out she.
- 28:13Speaker 7: Knew better, soa she knew better and you just got life. Well,
- 28:17Speaker 7: it's what I smell?
- 28:19Speaker 1: Well sure did? He say, Steve, what do you saying?
- 28:22Speaker 1: He said, what are you talking about? You smell what?
- 28:29Speaker 1: I ain't got the call? You smell what perfume? Fun
- 28:33Speaker 1: She said, it smell what perfume?
- 28:36Speaker 16: It's not my perfume.
- 28:39Speaker 2: I don't wear perfume. I'll be funkings sometimes. That's the
- 28:45Speaker 2: fabric of the couch, all right. Look like that most
- 28:50Speaker 2: fabric you know where if you put funk on it,
- 28:52Speaker 2: it has a reflection on it, a reflector that kicks.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Back coming out.
- 28:57Speaker 12: Next entertainment on the Steve Harvey Morty Show. That will
- 29:03Speaker 12: stop you're listening Harvey Morning Show. Well, CNN and Donald
- 29:10Speaker 12: Trump are teaming up yet for a town hall event
- 29:14Speaker 12: to be broadcast next Wednesday, May tenth. Caitlin Collins, the
- 29:18Speaker 12: former Washington correspondent turned morning anchor who was often called
- 29:22Speaker 12: out by Trump during rallies and press junkets, will moderate
- 29:25Speaker 12: the live town hall with Trump from stan Anslom College
- 29:29Speaker 12: in New Hampshire. Trump will take questions from an audience
- 29:32Speaker 12: of New Hampshire Republicans and undeclared voters. This town hall
- 29:37Speaker 12: was announced to CNN now under the ownership of Warner Brothers. Discovery,
- 29:41Speaker 12: seeks to broaden its appeal to viewers who may be
- 29:44Speaker 12: liberal or conservative, and in a statement issued by CNN,
- 29:48Speaker 12: the network boasted that quote, it has a long standing
- 29:51Speaker 12: tradition of hosting leading presidential candidates for town halls and
- 29:55Speaker 12: political events as a critical component of the network's robust
- 29:59Speaker 12: campaign cover and this town hall will be the first
- 30:02Speaker 12: of many for CNN in the coming months.
- 30:05Speaker 7: So now we can kind of understand what Don Lemon
- 30:07Speaker 7: got fired.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Yeah, CNN is a trip, just like everybody else. It's
- 30:12Speaker 1: about the money.
- 30:13Speaker 2: When Donald Trump was on his ratings with sky High,
- 30:17Speaker 2: they know that everybody's working.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Even us.
- 30:21Speaker 2: I mean we went home and cut the news on
- 30:24Speaker 2: just see what he had done. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 30:27Speaker 2: CNN it's gonna take advantage of that and become more
- 30:31Speaker 2: conservative or right wing so they can get him on
- 30:35Speaker 2: their network because of the problems that Foxes had, right,
- 30:39Speaker 2: so they're trying to capitalize on their ratings and pick
- 30:42Speaker 2: up some of those Fox viewers that they may lose.
- 30:45Speaker 1: It's all my money and all my money and ratings. Yep.
- 30:48Speaker 7: But then pay Don.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Yeah you're done. Yeah.
- 30:54Speaker 7: And Chris Cuomo, he's still fighting over there too, all right.
- 30:58Speaker 1: I was hanging out with Don lemon on going out.
- 31:05Speaker 7: Hey, Donns he loves us, so he thanks you, Steeve,
- 31:10Speaker 7: we love him to.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Yep, all right.
- 31:14Speaker 12: Actor Jonathan Major's alleged victim was granted a temporary order
- 31:19Speaker 12: of protection last week, just ahead of the May ninth
- 31:21Speaker 12: court date in which Majors will face charges of resulting
- 31:24Speaker 12: and arrassing this unidentified woman. The Manhattan District Attorney's Office
- 31:29Speaker 12: said in a statement that the full temporary order of
- 31:31Speaker 12: protection means that the two parties must not have any
- 31:35Speaker 12: direct or third party contact, which remains in effect until
- 31:38Speaker 12: the next court date, and in April nineteenth, report. Variety
- 31:42Speaker 12: revealed that multiple alleged victims of Majors had come forward
- 31:46Speaker 12: following his arrest and are cooperating with the District Attorney's office.
- 31:50Speaker 12: Following the allegations, Majors was dropped by his management and
- 31:55Speaker 12: his publicist.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Wow, oh what history is happening here?
- 32:03Speaker 7: But can he have his day in court?
- 32:06Speaker 4: First?
- 32:07Speaker 1: Oh so yes, definitely, No, no, no, because it's already happened.
- 32:12Speaker 2: The court to public opinion is already out and they've
- 32:17Speaker 2: deemed this brother guilty. Because now they're talking about where
- 32:20Speaker 2: these other people come from. I mean, you know, you can't.
- 32:24Speaker 2: It's it's such a atrocity in this country right now.
- 32:27Speaker 2: What's going on the council culture is real and there
- 32:31Speaker 2: are people who will take advantage of it.
- 32:35Speaker 5: Now.
- 32:35Speaker 2: There are real victims in this world, and make no
- 32:38Speaker 2: mistake about it, absolutely, but.
- 32:40Speaker 1: There are also a lot of crooks in this world.
- 32:44Speaker 2: And I think it's really more crooks than victims when
- 32:48Speaker 2: you really look at what they try to do, and.
- 32:50Speaker 1: When a celebrity gets in trouble, here's the deal.
- 32:54Speaker 2: They try to make it such a public case and
- 32:57Speaker 2: put as much information out there as they can to
- 33:00Speaker 2: go for a settlement. This is about money. It's always
- 33:05Speaker 2: about money. DeShawn Watson was about money. And it's crazy, man,
- 33:11Speaker 2: how many people took a settlement and went and set
- 33:13Speaker 2: down somewhere and then the real victims, the ones who
- 33:18Speaker 2: really had something, then all of a sudden they cases
- 33:22Speaker 2: the money. Yeah, and can't be heard and recognized for
- 33:26Speaker 2: the truth that they have, which a real violation of
- 33:29Speaker 2: these women. Now they truth can't be heard because the
- 33:33Speaker 2: little ones that signed up for money got their money.
- 33:36Speaker 2: Now everybody got Now, when you take money and you
- 33:39Speaker 2: sign that NDA, then you got to go somewhere and
- 33:42Speaker 2: sit down.
- 33:43Speaker 1: You see that's great or that it's crazy.
- 33:46Speaker 16: I mean if Deshaun Watson thing, they didn't find him criminally,
- 33:49Speaker 16: he didn't have at all, just at all. Now this
- 33:52Speaker 16: thing with Jonathan questionable too. Yes, these women went out
- 33:56Speaker 16: to the club after the attack happened.
- 34:00Speaker 1: He was ordering drinks.
- 34:01Speaker 16: So it's like it's que about that particular incident. I
- 34:06Speaker 16: can't speak about the past, but it's it's really sad.
- 34:10Speaker 16: Don't put yourself in these situations too. And you know what,
- 34:14Speaker 16: and he he was such a major superstar he had started. Yeah,
- 34:21Speaker 16: it was it, but you know, call it, Like you said.
- 34:24Speaker 2: A good point about the Shaun Watson he was that
- 34:27Speaker 2: he they found two grand juries, found nothing criminal that
- 34:31Speaker 2: they could bring on him.
- 34:33Speaker 1: Now, the hypocrisy of the NFL to protect.
- 34:36Speaker 2: The shield, because they were getting so much flat from
- 34:40Speaker 2: these different groups, they had to act and and and
- 34:44Speaker 2: set this man down and cost him money and and
- 34:47Speaker 2: and then and and lose the rest of the season
- 34:50Speaker 2: because of the public outcry, which is puts his focus
- 34:54Speaker 2: on counsel culture. See here's the part that I hate
- 34:57Speaker 2: for a lot of people. What happens when the man
- 35:01Speaker 2: is found not guilty. What happens when there are no
- 35:05Speaker 2: criminal charge?
- 35:07Speaker 1: Guess what?
- 35:08Speaker 2: Everybody who bought the charge is forward. They get to
- 35:11Speaker 2: skip to the low my dogs, right, they get the
- 35:13Speaker 2: walk off in head ain't and like.
- 35:16Speaker 7: Their tarnished though even if they're.
- 35:18Speaker 16: Oh man, if that ain't right, Yeah, that ain't right, man,
- 35:22Speaker 16: But you still need to check your behavior. You may
- 35:24Speaker 16: not have broken the law, you still got to check
- 35:28Speaker 16: your right.
- 35:29Speaker 7: Yeah, you too, and the people around you, the people
- 35:32Speaker 7: you hang around all right.

- 53:54Speaker 11: got it for you here. It is Strawberry Letter.
- 54:01Speaker 12: The subject is moving on is not that easy? Dear
- 54:05Speaker 12: Stephen Shirley. My husband and I were married six years,
- 54:08Speaker 12: and one morning he got up, showered, and got dressed
- 54:10Speaker 12: for work. Before we left the house, he kissed me
- 54:13Speaker 12: on the forehead and said he didn't want to be
- 54:15Speaker 12: married anymore, at least not to me. He told me
- 54:20Speaker 12: that he had a revelation at church and he thinks
- 54:22Speaker 12: we both deserve to be happy. I told him I
- 54:25Speaker 12: was happy, and he shocked me by saying he has
- 54:28Speaker 12: not been happy in a long time. He said that
- 54:31Speaker 12: he'd be moving out soon and we need to sell
- 54:33Speaker 12: the house so he can buy a new house eventually.
- 54:36Speaker 12: When he finally gave me the chance to speak, I
- 54:39Speaker 12: told him that he's selfish and that I loved my
- 54:41Speaker 12: house and I didn't want to sell it. He said
- 54:44Speaker 12: that I deserve a better man than him. I got
- 54:47Speaker 12: angry and told him to stop the it's not you,
- 54:50Speaker 12: it's me bs, and that's when he left because he
- 54:53Speaker 12: hates confrontation. I didn't go to work that day, and
- 54:56Speaker 12: like a dummy, I told everyone close to me what happened.
- 55:00Speaker 12: Well after I finished crying all day, I realized that
- 55:03Speaker 12: I shouldn't have told so many people. Since then, my
- 55:06Speaker 12: girlfriends have called me every day to check on me,
- 55:10Speaker 12: and my mama set up a group chat with my aunts.
- 55:13Speaker 12: They are all trying to figure out ways to make
- 55:15Speaker 12: my marriage work, and I've told them that there's no
- 55:18Speaker 12: going back after the way he handled me. The worst
- 55:21Speaker 12: part is that I'm pregnant and I was waiting until
- 55:24Speaker 12: I had one more doctor's visit to tell my husband.
- 55:27Speaker 12: Because I'm in my forties and considered high risk, I
- 55:31Speaker 12: have to deal with people in my business, my pregnancy,
- 55:35Speaker 12: the move, a divorce and moving on as a single mother. Meanwhile,
- 55:39Speaker 12: he's free to go on and live his life, and
- 55:41Speaker 12: I bet he has a new woman, but that's none
- 55:44Speaker 12: of my business. How can he detach from me and
- 55:47Speaker 12: move on so easily?
- 55:49Speaker 7: Because he's a pig. That's why. He's just a selfish,
- 55:53Speaker 7: low down, filthy, nasty, dirty pig. And I don't like him.
- 55:56Speaker 12: I mean, you don't treat people this way, and especially
- 55:59Speaker 12: your wife of years. I mean, what are you supposed
- 56:02Speaker 12: to do now? I get if you want to lead
- 56:03Speaker 12: the marriage and all of that, but you know there
- 56:06Speaker 12: are ways to do it where you don't have to
- 56:09Speaker 12: be so cold about it. And I'll tell you this,
- 56:12Speaker 12: as hard as it sounds, and you said it yourself,
- 56:14Speaker 12: you do have to move on. Don't even trip about
- 56:17Speaker 12: telling your family and your girlfriends. At least they are
- 56:21Speaker 12: being supportive in some way. And it's way more than
- 56:25Speaker 12: you can say for your loser husband. It's not the
- 56:28Speaker 12: first or the last time a husband has walked out
- 56:31Speaker 12: on a wife or vice versa, but dang, I mean,
- 56:34Speaker 12: who does this to a person? I just think he's
- 56:37Speaker 12: a pig and he's just so cold and heartless about it.
- 56:41Speaker 12: And you do have rights, so don't worry about that.
- 56:44Speaker 12: You do have some rights. You don't have to walk
- 56:46Speaker 12: out or move out right away. You don't have to
- 56:49Speaker 12: sell the house right away. Take your time. The last
- 56:52Speaker 12: thing you need to be is stressed out during your pregnancy.
- 56:55Speaker 12: And maybe your family could help you pack up his
- 56:57Speaker 12: stuff so he can get out. And I'm sure that
- 57:01Speaker 12: you do know that you should get a lawyer, and
- 57:03Speaker 12: of course the lawyer can help you with the rest
- 57:05Speaker 12: of the legal stuff and all that. And please get
- 57:08Speaker 12: all you can, Okay, get all that you can from
- 57:11Speaker 12: this man. The main thing is to make sure you
- 57:14Speaker 12: stay healthy. You got to tell you have to know.
- 57:17Speaker 12: Tell him about the baby, you do. Even though he
- 57:19Speaker 12: is a pig, I think he has a right to
- 57:22Speaker 12: know about his baby. Don't expect anything from him. And
- 57:26Speaker 12: after you tell him, though, because babies can't hold marriages together,
- 57:31Speaker 12: your husband probably does have someone at someone else he
- 57:35Speaker 12: does and I'm sure that helps you decide. That helped
- 57:39Speaker 12: him decide to walk out on you after six years.
- 57:42Speaker 12: Bottom line to all of this, go ahead, have your baby.
- 57:45Speaker 12: You can and will survive, and you can make it
- 57:48Speaker 12: to the other side.
- 57:49Speaker 2: Of this, Steve, Oh, that is crazy. I've known in
- 58:00Speaker 2: to do some things similar this one. When you read
- 58:06Speaker 2: it though, it's it's all chaotic. Now. The other thing
- 58:13Speaker 2: about this letter is this letter is one sided. Now
- 58:16Speaker 2: we're just hearing from her. This is crazy, though, man.
- 58:22Speaker 2: I mean, I feel for the lady that wrote the letter,
- 58:24Speaker 2: because this is a letter full of pain, surprises, hurt, compromises, shock, disappointments,
- 58:31Speaker 2: let downs, and it's just a letter full of this.
- 58:36Speaker 2: And I don't know if I can help you, but
- 58:38Speaker 2: here we go. My husband and I were married for
- 58:41Speaker 2: six years and one morning he got up, he showered,
- 58:44Speaker 2: got dressed for work, and before he left the house,
- 58:46Speaker 2: he kissed me on the forehead and said that, well,
- 58:49Speaker 2: I don't want to be married no more. I don't
- 58:54Speaker 2: want to be married no more, at least not to you.
- 59:00Speaker 2: Now that's a very telling line right here. When a
- 59:04Speaker 2: guy says that I don't want to be married anymore,
- 59:08Speaker 2: at least not to you, that immediately sends you to
- 59:14Speaker 2: the arms of someone else.
- 59:17Speaker 1: That's the giveaway.
- 59:18Speaker 2: He told me that he had a revelation at church
- 59:21Speaker 2: and he thinks we both deserve to be happy. This
- 59:24Speaker 2: is the other part that throws me off about men.
- 59:29Speaker 2: Why would you drag the Lord into this God's voice?
- 59:35Speaker 2: Bishop Alma taught me something about God's voice.
- 59:38Speaker 1: It has no sin in it.
- 59:40Speaker 2: So this revelation that you had at church, you had
- 59:44Speaker 2: this forore you got there. You just thought of some
- 59:46Speaker 2: stuff while use at church. Please don't put this off
- 59:49Speaker 2: on the church, the Lord or a scripture. And if
- 59:53Speaker 2: you didn't have his revelation at church, all right, if
- 59:58Speaker 2: the rest of the letters all said, if I'm gonna
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: have an answer for this woman, I will tell a company.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: All right, That's all I can do.
- 1:00:06Speaker 12: All right, Steve, we'll have part two of your response
- 1:00:09Speaker 12: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 1:00:12Speaker 12: Strawberry Letters, subject is moving on is not that easy.
- 1:00:17Speaker 12: We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: You're listening hard Morning show.
- 1:00:23Speaker 12: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:26Speaker 12: The subject is moving on.
- 1:00:28Speaker 7: Is not that easy?
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Well, according to this letter, the subject is really apropos
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: I mean, moving on is not that easy, especially when
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: you didn't know you was moving.
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: Let loane on.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: So all of this whole letter is a shot. God
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: got up one morning, been married six years, showered, got
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: dressed for work, kissed on the faehead and saying, I
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: don't want to be married no more, at least not
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: to you. And then he told me he had a
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: revelation at church and he thinks that we both deserve
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: to be happy. I told him I was happy. He
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: shocked me by saying that he ain't been happy in
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: a long time. Well, that really shouldn't have been a shock.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: Here's the partner of the letter. She's leaving out. They've
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: had some medical problems. There has been a disconnect, there's
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: been a change. Now if you weren't paying attention to
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: you don't want to admit to it, y'all. Come on,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: n he walk in the house. This ain't all white
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: ass shocking. You were shocked by the way he presented
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: it to you, But you all have been having some
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: type of issues somewhere if you just look back on
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: and closer. And I'm pretty sure she's playing all this
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: stuff out in her mind.
- 1:01:33Speaker 13: Now.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: He said he'd be moving out soon and we need
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: to sell the house so he can buy a new
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: house eventually. Now you're being dictated to right here, lady,
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: and this is where you gotta gather yourself.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: He can't just come in the house as a married man.
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: You all have a house, tell you he's moving out
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: and that y'all need to sell the house so he
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: can buy a new one eventually.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: That ain't hart as working, They ain't court in the country.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: That's gonna just go along with just the right here.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: See, because once you play back what he said to you,
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: he pretty much that ain't his house.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: He can forget that. He fit the lose.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: When he finally gave me the chance to speak, I
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: told him that he's selfish. I love my house and
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: I don't want to sell it. He said, I deserve
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: a better man than him. I got angry and told
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: him to stop that.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: BS.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: That told him to stop that it's not you as
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: me BS. And then he just walked out and he
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: left because he hates confrontations.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Well, lady, he just walked out and left because he
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: hates confrontations.
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: Now, he walked out and left because he flew with you,
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: you know, quick, dressing up stuff, making excuses for people.
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: He told you earlier before the argument started, he was
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: leaving you. He won't sell the house, kiss you goodbye
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: to marriage over. He don't want to be married no more,
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: at least.
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: Not to you.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: Now, don't stop all this confrontation stuff. I didn't go
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: to work that day like a dummy. I told everybody
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: close to me what had happened. Yeah, that will see.
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: Now you finished crying all day, I realized I shouldn't
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: have told so many people. Since then, my girlfriends had
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: called me every day to check on my mama has
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: set up group track with your aunts, your old ass hunt.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: Now they all in here.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Trying to figure out ways to make the marriage. What
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: you don't think they own she or her MoMA, her
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: aunts is her mama's deal. Since all of them old,
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: they've been trying to figure out ways to make the
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: marriage work. And I've told him they're not, that there's
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: no going back after the way he handled it. Well, okay,
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: you've come to the proper conclusion. Stop answering your phone,
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: don't get on no group chat. Tell everybody you fine,
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: because if you know there's no going back after the
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: way he handled you, then you've come to the conclusion.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: But the worst part is that you are pregnant.
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: And I was waiting until I had one more doctor's
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: visit to tell my husband because I'm in my forties
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: and I'm considered high risk. I have to deal with
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: people in my business, my pregnancy, to move or divorce,
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: and moving on as a single mother. So I'm assuming
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: you all have no children, because now you're talking about
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: being a single mother. So I'm assuming y'all don't have
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: any kids. Meanwhile, he's free to go on with his life. Well,
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: I don't think it's gonna be free.
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: See.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: You can't do people any kind of way you want
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: to and just walk out like it's free. Now he
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: is gonna move on with his life, but he'll be
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: moving on without that house. Hello, And you gonna move
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: on without this child supposed and well that's what you're
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: gonna leave at here, And it looks like you're gonna
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: be end up paying some type of spousal support.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: See broum.
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: When you walk in the house and you tell a woman,
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: listen to me, I'm in the court doctors all.
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: Ain't you're an expert.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: And now if this baby come here, and if you smart, lady,
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: lady lady, you will delay the divorce. And to the
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: child is born, it's delayed the divorce because now you
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: will be going to family courts family courts are way
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: more lenient towards women. And you can ask Tyreeese because
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: he online right now talking about it. I'm just gonna
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: use Tyree's post as a reference for how men get
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: treated in family court. Once you have a child, your
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: case will go over to family court and then it's
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: tilted very heavily towards the family, and the family would
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: be the.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: Woman because if she gets custody at child.
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: They don't take custody for mothers unless you are unfit,
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: so they do not do that. So, lady, you have
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: a lot of things going for you. Stop looking at
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: the negative and look at the positive. You'll be rid
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: of a person who don't want you. And I would
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: rather live by myself than to live with somebody that
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: don't want Keep looking for the blessing in this instead
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: of wallowing anything, and good luck to your sisters.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: You got to do a lot of praying for me.
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: On autop Thank you, Steve.

- 1:07:11Speaker 9: Man, Man, I don't one thing many. I think it's
- 1:07:18Speaker 9: gonna be seven two times because that Jaylen Bronston Man
- 1:07:20Speaker 9: and Julius Randall just showed out last night.
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:07:23Speaker 9: Jaylen Bronton gave him thirty and Julius Randall game twenty five. Man,
- 1:07:26Speaker 9: But don't worry about the man that he has to
- 1:07:27Speaker 9: players show up even.
- 1:07:28Speaker 8: Without Jimmy Buckets.
- 1:07:30Speaker 9: Man, Jimmy Buckets wasn't playing last night, Martin and gave
- 1:07:34Speaker 9: then Jimmy blankety blank Buckets.
- 1:07:41Speaker 8: That's his new name.
- 1:07:43Speaker 9: Jimmy Butler was out last night, But man, he showed
- 1:07:46Speaker 9: up Caleb Martin showed up and gave Vincent showed up man.
- 1:07:49Speaker 8: But I think this game will go seven games.
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: But the Lake show Man, the Lake Show in Golden State.
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: Man showed up.
- 1:07:58Speaker 13: Man.
- 1:07:58Speaker 9: The Lakers took it one seventeen to one twelve over
- 1:08:02Speaker 9: the Warriors. I could just say, man, we got to
- 1:08:06Speaker 9: stop calling him street clothes. He made a look, put

- 1:08:28Speaker 9: Yeah, Man eighty gave him thirty and twenty three rebounds.
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: Man Lebron chipped in with twenty two man. But it
- 1:08:35Speaker 8: was a game, bucket, bucket.
- 1:08:37Speaker 9: The biggest lead I think the Lakers had was like
- 1:08:39Speaker 9: fourteen man, and the and the Warriors ate that up.
- 1:08:43Speaker 9: Curry gave him twenty seven tops and gave twenty five
- 1:08:45Speaker 9: Weeks gave him fifteen man.
- 1:08:47Speaker 8: But the Lakers lead for they say the series.
- 1:08:50Speaker 9: Mon oh Draymond gave six points. God, Okay, that's all
- 1:09:01Speaker 9: he played defense. He just played there, That's all he did. Yeah,

- 1:09:18Speaker 1: I know that gonna do that.
- 1:09:21Speaker 8: He ain't swinging on there, man, So kick brows.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: It's gonna be an issue. I promise it's gonna be
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: an issue.

- 1:09:42Speaker 12: Coming up as usual at the top of the hour,
- 1:09:44Speaker 12: we got a question for Steve right after this You're.
- 1:09:48Speaker 7: Listening Morning show.
- 1:09:53Speaker 12: An unidentified woman recently attended a performance by the Los
- 1:09:56Speaker 12: Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, and she got so turned on by
- 1:10:01Speaker 12: this performance that she had what is described by many
- 1:10:04Speaker 12: audience members as a very loud and full body oh.
- 1:10:08Speaker 7: You know what an O is, oh for orgasm right
- 1:10:11Speaker 7: in her seat.
- 1:10:14Speaker 12: It allegedly happened while the Philharmonica Orchestra played Tchaikovsky's Fifth Symphony,
- 1:10:20Speaker 12: and the lady became aroused by the music, all right.
- 1:10:23Speaker 12: One witness seated near the woman told the La Times quote,
- 1:10:26Speaker 12: I saw the girl after it happened, and she was
- 1:10:29Speaker 12: breathing heavily, and her date was smiling and looking at
- 1:10:31Speaker 12: her like in an effort to not shame her.
- 1:10:34Speaker 7: It was quite beautiful.
- 1:10:37Speaker 12: Another concertgoer claims the woman had a quote breakdown of
- 1:10:41Speaker 12: some sort, and a lot of people thought she was
- 1:10:43Speaker 12: having a medical emergency. So here's a question, guys, has
- 1:10:48Speaker 12: your favorite song ever gotten? You were roused in public and.
- 1:10:53Speaker 13: Not right just.
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: What I wish. It was a song.
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: Nothing but earth winding fires Stea No.
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: Never Princess.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: That's when y'all and I played that Hundy dance right now.
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: Weird though, with that obsession.
- 1:11:20Speaker 12: Like that, speaking weird, what is the weirdest place you've
- 1:11:25Speaker 12: ever been around?
- 1:11:26Speaker 13: Then?
- 1:11:26Speaker 7: Where were you?
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: I didn't know.
- 1:11:29Speaker 8: I didn't know I was around, but probably was in
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: like third grade?
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: Yeah, was aroused in the third grade.
- 1:11:36Speaker 7: I didn't know.
- 1:11:37Speaker 8: I didn't know what that was.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: You grew up another weird what's wrong with this body?
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: Where you go with this?
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: Right here?
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: But we fin had this little child it's going on moment.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: You couldn't have have. That was not what I was thinking.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: I'm not tell me what you were thinking. Hell Fire saying,
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: we were.

- 1:20:01Speaker 9: If I learned that Tommy Old estimates his attractiveness, I've
- 1:20:04Speaker 9: learned that today.
- 1:20:05Speaker 7: Learned that today?
- 1:20:07Speaker 8: Yeah, well what I had to do the research? I
- 1:20:08Speaker 8: foind o I know why I see that?
- 1:20:11Speaker 11: And I learned you want to do it with miss
- 1:20:12Speaker 11: Mary mac mac mack. I'm dressed in black, black blank
- 1:20:15Speaker 11: with silver button. But butt now down the bad.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: Who didn't that that was nice?
- 1:20:19Speaker 8: I said, we didn't, my man. That's I mean fat,
- 1:20:25Speaker 8: I had heard.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: To that day.
- 1:20:28Speaker 11: So so Gretel from hamsl and GIRLA or Oliver red Riding?
- 1:20:31Speaker 11: Which one? I'm sorry, my bad.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: Hey, both of these are children. We were children.
- 1:20:43Speaker 8: Differ, we was kids.
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: We was kids. Okay, clear that up right? I didn't.
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: I just would.
- 1:20:51Speaker 11: I'm not going anything. We were children specific let me
- 1:20:58Speaker 11: growing up a little bit. Ginger, Marianne, Hey, that's.
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: Yeah, come on now, yeah, Ginger. I was cool either
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: one of them. I didn't care. Man, whatever that long gown.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: I'm cool with either one of them, our little boy,
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: Lord petticoat Junction, all of them, all the white.
- 1:21:28Speaker 7: Girls, right, I know, no Carol and Julia.
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: Yeah, Lord, I wanted her, Julia. I wanted her to
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: beat my single mother so bad. I was just sitting
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: over there on girl, I'll come over there and take
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: care of that boy to day.
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: But Steve, I.
- 1:21:54Speaker 7: Wanted to ask you about aging gracefully.
- 1:21:59Speaker 12: You seem to have gotten uh like a grip of
- 1:22:04Speaker 12: it or a hold of it as far as you
- 1:22:07Speaker 12: know what you're doing. You're eating, playing your work. Yeah,
- 1:22:12Speaker 12: you know, I mean, because you know, we have no
- 1:22:14Speaker 12: alternative but to grow older. You know, you know what
- 1:22:17Speaker 12: the alternative is.
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: I have a saying, I have a sweatshirt that says, uh, father,
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: the time is undefeated. But there's honor in the fight.
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: And you know, I think what we have to come
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: to as we start to age, as everybody does. Now,
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: if you sit there. I have news for you fall
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: the time, and aging is just gonna come take you away.
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: And it's and if you don't fight back, it scoops
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: you up and roll your ass down. That he'll quick man. Ah,
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: So you're gonna let these free radicals set in your body. Ah,
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: So you don't mind being stiff. You ain't gonna do
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: no stretching. Oh okay, so your muscles, you don't mind
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: getting up pulling muscles in cramping.
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: Oh okay.
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: Oh wait a minute, wait, wait a minute. So you're
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: not gonna practice getting up out your chair with no hands. Oh,
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: you're gonna use the grunt technique. Oh, that's what you're
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: gonna do. Okay, So you're gonna take the elevator all
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: the time instead of going up them steps.
- 1:23:22Speaker 5: Oh.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: So way, you're not gonna get on you're not gonna
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: go for walks, and you're not gonna get on this
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: exercise bike or treadmill. Oh, you're gonna just let the
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: aging process come. If you do that, it will come
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: and take you away so fast. Now, you can't prevent aging,
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: but you can definitely slow it down. And another very
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: important thing. And I people think I think I think
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: people don't realize this. Laughter is a huge component. Man.
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: The age person don't laugh a lot. Man.
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: And when you laugh, it releases and doorphins in your
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: body and you feel better.
- 1:24:05Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: Laughter is like medicine.
- 1:24:07Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: I love laughter.
- 1:24:09Speaker 7: I love having fun and.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: You provide so much laughter to us. You love for that. No,
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: it's cool. I mean we all do.
- 1:24:21Speaker 7: That's how that's our job, you know, Yes it is yesterday.
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: Yeah, get offendished sometimes go ahead. The beauty of less
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: watching you admit that though.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: I don't know if you.
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: Know, Tommy, I damn you teared up. No, man, you know, Tommy.
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: Sometimes you just got to come through. You have to
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: be authentic with yourself. And I know something. It's hard
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: for you to just sit there and just lie to
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: yourself about being attractive and everything. And then finally you
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: just sat back and had a real moment. Yeah you
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: just said, I ain't. But I noticed when you be
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: saying this is always on the radio. You need you
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: need to get a mirror. I need to get a
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: mirror for what so you can look at yourself next
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: time you say you're cute.
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: But way about yourself?
- 1:25:16Speaker 11: Right until you realize I'm sexy? Man, life is gonna
- 1:25:19Speaker 11: be bad for you though. You gotta just you gotta,
- 1:25:21Speaker 11: you gotta, you gotta, you gotta accept this. Man, I'm
- 1:25:26Speaker 11: actually finna start walking around with a Jerome with somebody
- 1:25:29Speaker 11: with a mirror.
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: I mean, I'm gonna, I'm gonna escalate this thing. Yeah,
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna do the mirror.
- 1:25:36Speaker 9: Y'll be replacing the mirror so fast, cracking.
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: Out of the mirror, mirror on the wall. Can you
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: tell me who's the fairest of them all the mirrors?
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: Response?
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: Fu, I love to Tommy as soon as I can
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: see you, But you're gonna have to get on something
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: because your ass ain't tall.
