Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is in serious trouble, at least in Arkansas.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Hunter Biden is having to go and.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Did go before a court in Arkansas, and this was
- 0:12Speaker 1: a disaster.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Now.
- 0:14Speaker 1: He was not there for what he's done directly with
- 0:17Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. He was not there because of
- 0:20Speaker 1: the deals he made with Russian oligarchs connected to Vladimir Putin.
- 0:25Speaker 1: He was not in court for the deals he did
- 0:27Speaker 1: with a Chinese Communist party. Why was Hunter Biden in
- 0:31Speaker 1: court requesting to pay less per month for a child
- 0:36Speaker 1: that he fathered, that he denied he fathered this child.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Let's always be very clear about that.
- 0:42Speaker 1: A grandchild of the President, the first Lady, that they
- 0:45Speaker 1: don't even count when talking about their grandkids in public,
- 0:48Speaker 1: A grandchild they have never met and refused to admit
- 0:52Speaker 1: is even real. A child that the Biden family doesn't
- 0:57Speaker 1: even want to have their last name and fought hard
- 1:01Speaker 1: to make sure this child does not receive the Biden
- 1:05Speaker 1: last name. He was in court trying to lower the
- 1:09Speaker 1: amount of money in child support he had to pay.
- 1:13Speaker 1: That's right, how much money he had to pay to
- 1:17Speaker 1: this woman to take care of his child. We also
- 1:21Speaker 1: know a lot more about how much money Hunter Biden
- 1:23Speaker 1: has been making in the past. We've been told that
- 1:27Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, for a child he says wasn't his and
- 1:30Speaker 1: still refuses to admit in public is his, pays twenty
- 1:34Speaker 1: thousand a month to Navy Joan Roberts mothers, the attorney
- 1:39Speaker 1: said during the court hearing. Hunter Biden, son of the President,
- 1:43Speaker 1: appeared in person in an Arkansas courtroom for this hearing
- 1:48Speaker 1: in the child support case of his unclaimed four year
- 1:52Speaker 1: old daughter born out of wedlock. Lenden Roberts is the
- 1:56Speaker 1: mother of four year old Navy Joan Roberts. They had
- 1:59Speaker 1: reached agreement with Hunter Biden back in twenty twenty for
- 2:02Speaker 1: the child's paternity and child support payments. This after he
- 2:07Speaker 1: was a deadbeat father and refused to refuse to take
- 2:10Speaker 1: care of one of his own, a child that the
- 2:13Speaker 1: Biden family has refused to admit even exists. Think about
- 2:16Speaker 1: how scumbaggy that is. The case was reopened when Biden
- 2:22Speaker 1: requested adjustments to the child support payments. In December, Roberts
- 2:27Speaker 1: lawyers filed emotion to have the girl's last name changed
- 2:30Speaker 1: to Biden.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Well.
- 2:32Speaker 1: During Monday's hearing, Biden's new attorney Lyles said, the president's son,
- 2:39Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, is paying twenty thousand dollars a month to
- 2:43Speaker 1: the plaintiff. Now that sounds like a lot of money. Well,
- 2:46Speaker 1: if you're paying twenty grand a month, imagine how much
- 2:49Speaker 1: money Hunter Biden is having to admit that he does make.
- 2:52Speaker 1: And we know they love to hide money, so imagine
- 2:55Speaker 1: what he's really making.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:57Speaker 1: The Independence County Circuit judge set deadlines for attorneys to
- 3:02Speaker 1: submit discovery and begin depositions. This is what the Biden
- 3:07Speaker 1: crime family is terrified of, and this is exactly why
- 3:11Speaker 1: the Biden family had them go to Delaware to meet
- 3:15Speaker 1: with prosecutors last week. They need Hunter Biden to be indicted.
- 3:20Speaker 1: They have four things they're willing to admit that he
- 3:23Speaker 1: has done and can be found guilty of and go
- 3:25Speaker 1: to jail because that will stop all of this and
- 3:31Speaker 1: there's a good chance it will save Joe Biden from
- 3:34Speaker 1: real criminal issues.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Quote.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I expect this case to move forward, the judge said,
- 3:40Speaker 1: So get it done. In court, Biden appeared to blankly
- 3:44Speaker 1: stare ahead and had no interaction with Roberts. Robert's family
- 3:49Speaker 1: set behind her, along with Garrett Ziegler, whom Biden's other attorney,
- 3:55Speaker 1: Brent Langdon, described during a hearing last week as a
- 3:59Speaker 1: potential expert witness and the case involving the contents of
- 4:04Speaker 1: Biden's laptop, which reportedly includes some income tax records. The
- 4:09Speaker 1: judge said, the ability to redact information is being abused
- 4:14Speaker 1: by the Biden team quote unquote.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Let's read that again.
- 4:18Speaker 1: The judge said that the ability to redact information is
- 4:23Speaker 1: being abused by the Biden team. Again, there is information
- 4:27Speaker 1: they don't want the public to see because what comes
- 4:31Speaker 1: out of this court hearing and what comes out of
- 4:35Speaker 1: court in Arkansas could have massive ramifications for the investigation
- 4:42Speaker 1: against Hunter Biden and the President in Congress. That's why
- 4:46Speaker 1: they need all this to go away. I am sure
- 4:49Speaker 1: right now the Biden's wish what they would have done
- 4:52Speaker 1: is just not try to pay less money.
- 4:55Speaker 2: I think they didn't realize.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And remember, when you're psychotic narcissists like the Biden Crime,
- 5:00Speaker 1: when you can get away with anything, you probably think
- 5:03Speaker 1: you can get away with all of this in Arkansas too.
- 5:07Speaker 2: So far, they've been way wrong on that issue. Now.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Landon cited last week's Daily Mail article on the case,
- 5:19Speaker 1: claiming it included redacted information and violation of a protective
- 5:24Speaker 1: order and exposing income tax records. Meyer disagreed and said
- 5:29Speaker 1: that the press, what the press comes up with is
- 5:32Speaker 1: out of her control, remarking, I can't gag the whole world.
- 5:37Speaker 2: The judge said.
- 5:37Speaker 1: In other words, this judge is saying, you might be
- 5:40Speaker 1: able to get away with this crap up in Washington.
- 5:43Speaker 1: You might be able to do business with corrupt leaders
- 5:45Speaker 1: of the world around the world, and you might be
- 5:48Speaker 1: able to silence people around the world, but you're not
- 5:50Speaker 1: going to be able to do it here in my
- 5:52Speaker 1: courtroom in Arkansas. So you better get ready for reality,
- 5:56Speaker 1: which is I don't play by the same rules. That
- 5:59Speaker 1: is what this judge is an essence saying to the
- 6:03Speaker 1: Biden crime family. Now, the Biden team has got to
- 6:06Speaker 1: be sweating right now because Lancaster is hammering them with
- 6:11Speaker 1: requests on information of the value of Biden's art, his salary,
- 6:18Speaker 1: slash employment for the past five years, a state slash
- 6:22Speaker 1: funds from foreign persons, last domestic persons, family members, fight
- 6:27Speaker 1: hotel payments, the reason for a promisory note from top
- 6:30Speaker 1: Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris, and documents on business done with
- 6:35Speaker 1: a Chinese firm. In response, Landon said his team had
- 6:40Speaker 1: already turned over more than four hundred and ninety documents.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Biden's attorney also requested Robert's tax returns and her information
- 6:48Speaker 1: on fringe benefits from her employer, father, bank statements, and
- 6:52Speaker 1: Ziegler's witness statements. How fast is this moving? The deadline
- 6:57Speaker 1: for discovery was set for May twelfth, at five o'clock.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Look at your calendar, folks. This is going to move fast.
- 7:05Speaker 1: And this is why the Biden family is desperate for
- 7:08Speaker 1: their son to be indicted, because whatever comes out of this,
- 7:11Speaker 1: if they are, if he's not indicted by then, will
- 7:14Speaker 1: be very hard for the people to not look like
- 7:17Speaker 1: and look at. In Delaware, we also know that depositions
- 7:23Speaker 1: are going to be happening very quickly. For example, Ziegler's
- 7:27Speaker 1: depositions to take place on May the twenty second at
- 7:30Speaker 1: Lancaster's office in Little Rock.
- 7:32Speaker 2: A status conference hearing.
- 7:33Speaker 1: They say, we'll be held on May the twenty third
- 7:35Speaker 1: to address discovery requests, any contempt filings, and a potential
- 7:39Speaker 1: request to push back the trial date. This is how
- 7:43Speaker 1: vulnerable the Bidens finally are, they say, Then, depositions for
- 7:48Speaker 1: both parties and witnesses will take place June the thirteenth
- 7:52Speaker 1: through the sixteenth at Lancaster's office as well. Now, as
- 7:56Speaker 1: of now, this trial that could expose all all of
- 8:00Speaker 1: the Biden crime family's finances has a start date set
- 8:05Speaker 1: for July the twenty fourth. This is why the Bidens
- 8:09Speaker 1: need a deal before then, because there's a lot that
- 8:13Speaker 1: could come out in court, a lot of damning information
- 8:17Speaker 1: that could come out starting on July the twenty fourth
- 8:19Speaker 1: that could put the Biden crime family into serious trouble. Now,
- 8:24Speaker 1: when you talk about depositions, all of the people that
- 8:28Speaker 1: work for Hunter Biden could easily be called in, that
- 8:32Speaker 1: have worked with him or deals with him. They could
- 8:34Speaker 1: be called in to talk about his income and how
- 8:37Speaker 1: much cash he's making from different places. All the financial
- 8:40Speaker 1: records that have been seen by the public because of
- 8:42Speaker 1: his emails could then come in, and there are questions
- 8:47Speaker 1: that could be asked even of the First Lady and
- 8:49Speaker 1: the President. What we also know is last week this
- 8:54Speaker 1: judge ruled that Biden and Roberts must be present for
- 8:58Speaker 1: every future hearing the case, implying I'm not putting up
- 9:02Speaker 1: with your guys gamemanship and crap anymore Biden's attorneys. By
- 9:06Speaker 1: the way, they're not happy with something else, the fact
- 9:10Speaker 1: that this lady wants their child to have the Biden
- 9:15Speaker 1: last name.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Quote.
- 9:17Speaker 1: The Biden name is now synopsis with being well educated, successful,
- 9:21Speaker 1: financially acute, and politically powerful, Roberts, attorney wrote in a
- 9:26Speaker 1: December name change motion. In a rebuttal, the Biden's attorneys
- 9:31Speaker 1: demandaged strict proof thereof that such request is in the
- 9:34Speaker 1: best interests of the child. In a January twenty twenty order,
- 9:40Speaker 1: Meyer declared with near scientific certainty that Biden is the
- 9:45Speaker 1: father of the girl referred to in court documents as
- 9:48Speaker 1: baby Doe following a DNA test. This is how sick
- 9:54Speaker 1: the Biden family is. They refuse to admit a child
- 9:57Speaker 1: that is theirs is actually theirs. By the way, if
- 10:01Speaker 1: you think I'm being mean to the Biden crime family
- 10:03Speaker 1: for saying this, or you think, well, Ben, you shouldn't
- 10:06Speaker 1: say that about the President and the First Lady, this
- 10:08Speaker 1: could just be hunter. President Biden, as president, has refused
- 10:13Speaker 1: to acknowledge the granddaughter was even born. Has refused to
- 10:18Speaker 1: acknowledge the existence of this granddaughter last Christmas season. For example,
- 10:23Speaker 1: the First Lady Joe Biden hung stockings for six of
- 10:27Speaker 1: their grandchildren at the White House, specifically excluding Navy. Those
- 10:33Speaker 1: that were recognized were Naomi Finnigan, Mazie Natalie, Robert Hunter,
- 10:39Speaker 1: Biden the Second, and Boe. They said, no, no, no, this
- 10:43Speaker 1: out of wedlock kid down there in Arkansas with a stripper.
- 10:47Speaker 2: No.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Not only can she not have a stocking, she can't
- 10:51Speaker 1: have our last name either, and we refuse to acknowledge
- 10:54Speaker 1: that she exists. If they will treat their own family
- 10:57Speaker 1: this way, think how little they care about you. Now,
- 11:01Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 11:03Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 11:04Speaker 1: friends at Patriot Mobile. They are now offering a performance guarantee.
- 11:09Speaker 1: If you're not happy with your coverage, you can switch
- 11:12Speaker 1: between the three major carriers for free.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. They
- 11:20Speaker 1: are for nationwide coverage on the best G four and
- 11:23Speaker 1: G five networks, the same network and towers are using
- 11:26Speaker 1: right now. The difference is not only do you get
- 11:29Speaker 1: the same great quality that you're used to, but they
- 11:33Speaker 1: actually are a company that fights to preserve or God
- 11:37Speaker 1: given rights and freedoms. So this year resolve to stop
- 11:41Speaker 1: spending your money with companies that don't align with your values,
- 11:44Speaker 1: in fact, actually fight against what you believe in. Switch
- 11:47Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups,
- 11:51Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and even helping with adoptions.
- 11:55Speaker 2: It is easy to switch.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Call them right now, or go online to Patriot Mobile
- 11:59Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Or call them eight seven eight Patriot. You're gonna get
- 12:07Speaker 1: free activation with the offer code ferguson. That's eight seven
- 12:11Speaker 1: eight Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. There's something
- 12:16Speaker 1: else that's also happening in Washington that deals with this
- 12:19Speaker 1: Hunter Biden issue, and this has nothing to do what's happening.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I'm talking specifically in the case in Arkansas, but the
- 12:26Speaker 1: more that they can find out in depositions in Arkansas
- 12:29Speaker 1: could then be used in Washington. John Ratcliffe, who's the
- 12:33Speaker 1: former Director of National Intelligence, has come out whistleblowing on
- 12:38Speaker 1: Anthony Blincoln lying to Congress to get his job, lying
- 12:42Speaker 1: about putting together all of those Intel officials who then
- 12:46Speaker 1: lied to the American people and the media helps sell
- 12:50Speaker 1: that lot to you to change an alter the outcome
- 12:52Speaker 1: of the election. Show Joe Biden would win by saying
- 12:55Speaker 1: the laptop hunter Biden's Laptop's not real. It's the Russians, right,
- 13:00Speaker 1: the Russian Russian Russian disinformation campaign. Listen to what John
- 13:04Speaker 1: Ratcliffe had to say on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo.
- 13:09Speaker 4: Anthony Blincoln, and Mike Morrell and the fifty former intelligence
- 13:12Speaker 4: officials who didn't have access to intelligence but had put.
- 13:16Speaker 5: This letter together.
- 13:17Speaker 4: As you pointed out, Maria, it was fourteen hours after
- 13:21Speaker 4: I made those statements on National TV that they published
- 13:25Speaker 4: this letter. So they knew that the letter that they
- 13:27Speaker 4: were going to put out was false. At that point
- 13:29Speaker 4: it was confirmed by the IC and by the Department
- 13:32Speaker 4: of Justice, but they decided to do it anyway. This
- 13:36Speaker 4: was two weeks before a presidential election. They knew that
- 13:39Speaker 4: the letter that they were putting out was essentially a hoax,
- 13:42Speaker 4: a fraud on the American people, intended to mislead them
- 13:46Speaker 4: and in the process to frame a foreign government for
- 13:48Speaker 4: something that was not taking place. You know that is
- 13:53Speaker 4: you know, that is a fraud on the American people.
- 13:55Speaker 4: It's election interference. And you know, this was the same
- 14:00Speaker 4: group of people like Mike Morrell who tried to do
- 14:02Speaker 4: it in twenty sixteen with the Stele dossier where they
- 14:07Speaker 4: weren't successful, came back in twenty twenty and again knowing
- 14:12Speaker 4: full well, deliberately went ahead and to mislead the American
- 14:15Speaker 4: people and essentially said, look, we only need to keep
- 14:17Speaker 4: this alive for two weeks.
- 14:18Speaker 5: After that we.
- 14:19Speaker 4: Can admit that the Hunter Biden laptop, the Biden family laptop,
- 14:23Speaker 4: is real.
- 14:24Speaker 2: We just need two weeks.
- 14:26Speaker 1: He's right, by the way, they needed to give Joe
- 14:29Speaker 1: Biden the cover that he needed to go into that
- 14:31Speaker 1: last and final debate, to go in there and to
- 14:36Speaker 1: say this is a hoax. This never happened. This is
- 14:41Speaker 1: something that has never ever, ever happened. By the way,
- 14:47Speaker 1: there's one person that did stand up that we're learning
- 14:49Speaker 1: about now who sang I wouldn't sign off on this letter.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Dan Hoffman explained to Fox News Channel why he didn't
- 14:59Speaker 1: sign the Hunter Biden laptop letter by saying this on
- 15:03Speaker 1: Fox News, there was no evidence. I wasn't going to
- 15:08Speaker 1: sign a letter that lied to the American people. Listened
- 15:11Speaker 1: to what he had to say on Fox about saying
- 15:15Speaker 1: no to Anthony Blincoln, no to Joe Biden, no to
- 15:19Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton, no to the entire Biden crime family and
- 15:23Speaker 1: the Democratic National Committee.
- 15:25Speaker 6: Now that the story, now, that story that we promised
- 15:28Speaker 6: it at the top of the hour, and that infamous
- 15:30Speaker 6: letter that was signed by fifty one former intelligence officials
- 15:33Speaker 6: days before the twenty twenty election casting doubt on the
- 15:37Speaker 6: New York Post report on Hunter Biden's laptop.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Former CIA Chief of Station.
- 15:43Speaker 6: Dan Hoffman was asked to add his signature, explaining for
- 15:47Speaker 6: the first time in an op ed in the Washington
- 15:49Speaker 6: Times why he said no. Dan Hoffman is a Fox
- 15:54Speaker 6: News contributor, and he joins us, Now, Dan, this is
- 15:56Speaker 6: my most interesting story of the day. I read this
- 15:58Speaker 6: op ed and I thought, why didn't you tell us,
- 16:01Speaker 6: like a long time ago here? So this letter went out,
- 16:04Speaker 6: We famously now and here's what the basic finding was
- 16:07Speaker 6: that the hundred Biden laptop story has quote all the
- 16:10Speaker 6: classic earmarks of a Russian information operation. You had this
- 16:15Speaker 6: letter circulated to you, They asked for your signature, You
- 16:18Speaker 6: said no.
- 16:19Speaker 7: Why I remember I got the letter October eighteen, twenty twenty,
- 16:23Speaker 7: and at first glance it seemed natural to lay the
- 16:27Speaker 7: blame at the Kremlin's doorstep. Remember, Vladimir Putin is in
- 16:30Speaker 7: the Kremlin and he's well known for cloak and dagger
- 16:33Speaker 7: espionage operations. But at the same time, there was no evidence,
- 16:38Speaker 7: and the letter noted there was no evidence, and I
- 16:40Speaker 7: just felt like we needed to do the forensics. There
- 16:42Speaker 7: was a very convoluted story. Folks will recall that there
- 16:45Speaker 7: was a laptop found at a store in Delaware, and
- 16:48Speaker 7: I remembered at CIA, when we didn't have all the answers,
- 16:51Speaker 7: we would task our sources to get more information so
- 16:53Speaker 7: we could be more definitive. And I felt like in
- 16:56Speaker 7: this case, the FBI could do those forensics and it
- 16:59Speaker 7: was not up to us to speculate.
- 17:01Speaker 5: So I didn't sign the letter.
- 17:02Speaker 7: I typically don't put my name to other people's words.
- 17:05Speaker 7: My wife was in her late in her third year
- 17:07Speaker 7: of fighting cancer, and I didn't have the time to
- 17:09Speaker 7: go back to Michael Morrell and ask him what the
- 17:11Speaker 7: point was about the letter, So I just left it
- 17:13Speaker 7: and didn't sign a letter and didn't respond.
- 17:16Speaker 6: And we are still to this day. So sorry for
- 17:18Speaker 6: the loss of you, dear wife. You said a second
- 17:22Speaker 6: ago that this didn't invite further inquiry, which is what
- 17:24Speaker 6: you're right.
- 17:24Speaker 3: About in the Washington Times op ed.
- 17:26Speaker 6: You say, but the email I received from mister Morrell
- 17:29Speaker 6: did not invite any further discussion or debate. The letter
- 17:32Speaker 6: was a feticom play. It was being passed around for signatures,
- 17:36Speaker 6: not edits. I've never been one to put my name
- 17:39Speaker 6: to words someone else wrote on my behalf, So this
- 17:44Speaker 6: thing was cooked and he was just looking for signatures.
- 17:47Speaker 3: And you could have been number fifty two.
- 17:50Speaker 6: But you said in the break that there were a
- 17:51Speaker 6: lot more as well, people who didn't sign onto it.
- 17:54Speaker 5: Right, there were many others who didn't sign it.
- 17:56Speaker 7: Look, when I was at CIA, we would sit in
- 17:58Speaker 7: Michael Morrell's office when we had a particularly difficult, challenging
- 18:03Speaker 7: intelligence issue, and we would hash out all the evidence
- 18:06Speaker 7: that we had, the intelligence we had, and then Michael
- 18:08Speaker 7: would draw analytical conclusions with some level of confidence, low media.
- 18:13Speaker 5: Or high, and bring it to the White House.
- 18:15Speaker 7: We didn't have that debate about this laptop issue. We
- 18:18Speaker 7: weren't invited to debate it. And I also felt like
- 18:21Speaker 7: I was somebody who was a Russia hand. I spent
- 18:23Speaker 7: many many years focused on Russia, and I was a
- 18:26Speaker 7: little surprised that I and others who had that same
- 18:28Speaker 7: experience weren't involved in even discussing whether such a letter
- 18:32Speaker 7: was worth writing.
- 18:33Speaker 6: Now, during the debate, the one debate of the twenty
- 18:36Speaker 6: twenty election campaign, now President Biden and Canada, Biden said,
- 18:40Speaker 6: as we showed at the top of this fifty intelligence
- 18:43Speaker 6: officers signed on to this letter, saying it was a classic.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Russian disinformation campaign.
- 18:48Speaker 6: You write in your op D, the American public should
- 18:51Speaker 6: be careful to distinguish between retired and actively serving US
- 18:56Speaker 6: intelligence officers.
- 18:57Speaker 7: Explain, Well, the part that I didn't know, and I'm
- 19:01Speaker 7: assuming that my former colleagues who signed the letter probably
- 19:04Speaker 7: didn't know either, was that Michael Morrell had discussed the
- 19:07Speaker 7: laptop issue with then campaign advisor Tony Blink, and so
- 19:10Speaker 7: Michael was aware of the campaign's interest. And there's a
- 19:14Speaker 7: straight line from that to the letter, to the debate
- 19:17Speaker 7: and the comment from then candidate Biden about the laptop.
- 19:22Speaker 7: And so the point that I made in the op
- 19:24Speaker 7: ed is, look, if you're serving actively at the CIA,
- 19:28Speaker 7: we vote. But look, we serve under presidents for whom
- 19:31Speaker 7: we voted and those for whom we didn't.
- 19:33Speaker 5: When I served in Iraq. Look, half of.
- 19:36Speaker 7: Us probably voted for President Bush and the other half didn't.
- 19:38Speaker 7: It doesn't matter. We're focused on our sacred mission of
- 19:41Speaker 7: recruiting spies and stealing secrets and delivering the best analytical
- 19:45Speaker 7: conclusions we can to the president, and that's.
- 19:47Speaker 5: What we do.
- 19:48Speaker 7: But retired intelligence officers who wish to engage politically can
- 19:52Speaker 7: do so as long as they don't reveal classified intelligence.
- 19:56Speaker 7: They're free to speak their mind, and that's their choice,
- 20:00Speaker 7: and it carries with it all of the implications for
- 20:04Speaker 7: them because they're going to have to defend their public statements.
- 20:08Speaker 5: And that's what we're seeing right now.
- 20:09Speaker 3: I'll tell you your op ed is eye opening.
- 20:11Speaker 6: There's no question but that everybody who's interested in this
- 20:14Speaker 6: should read it.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Everybody should read it, by the way, because what Dan
- 20:18Speaker 1: Hoffman is saying here is very clear. They cook this story,
- 20:22Speaker 1: and they knew they were cooking this story. They decided
- 20:26Speaker 1: that it was important to cook this story. This AXCIA
- 20:32Speaker 1: Moscow chief refused to sign the Hunter Biden letter, saying
- 20:36Speaker 1: there was no evidence at all that Vladimir Putin was involved.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Think about that.
- 20:46Speaker 1: This is the guy that is the ex station chief
- 20:50Speaker 1: in Russia in Moscow. He's the former Moscow station chief
- 20:54Speaker 1: for the CIA, saying, yeah, I was given the chance
- 20:57Speaker 1: to sign into a letter attacking the posts bombshell report
- 21:00Speaker 1: on Hunter's infamous laptop and possibly rushing disinformation. It's the
- 21:04Speaker 1: guy that would know about it, right, this is the
- 21:06Speaker 1: guy that's over at the CIA in Moscow. And he said, no,
- 21:11Speaker 1: I'm not doing it. He was present and pressured with
- 21:16Speaker 1: signing that letter signed by fifty other fifty one top
- 21:20Speaker 1: US intelligence officials. He said, but I didn't sign it
- 21:24Speaker 1: because there was quote no evidence of Russian disinformation, Russian involvement.
- 21:30Speaker 1: At a first glance, it seemed natural to lay the
- 21:32Speaker 1: blame at the Kremlin doorstep. Hoptman said during that interview,
- 21:36Speaker 1: Remember Vladimir Putin is in the Kremlin, and he's well
- 21:39Speaker 1: known for cloak and dagger espionage operations. But at the
- 21:42Speaker 1: same time, there was no evidence in the letter, noted,
- 21:46Speaker 1: there was no evidence. They just wanted to win the election.
- 21:50Speaker 1: They wanted to lie to you to win an election,
- 21:53Speaker 1: to overthrow the will of the people. Plain and simple.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Let's talk about a great opportunity for your IRA. In

- 22:54Speaker 1: GOLDRA or Augusta Precious Medals dot Com. I want to
- 22:59Speaker 1: move to another story real quick that the media was
- 23:01Speaker 1: obsessed with when it first broke because it dealt with
- 23:04Speaker 1: an individual that killed people with an AR fifteen. Now
- 23:09Speaker 1: they don't want to touch this story because one it's
- 23:13Speaker 1: a Mexican national who not only apparently killed five in Texas.
- 23:18Speaker 1: But the second problem is he had a criminal pass
- 23:21Speaker 1: and has been deported out of this country multiple times.
- 23:26Speaker 1: How many times have we caught him and deported him
- 23:29Speaker 1: four different times?
- 23:31Speaker 2: But with an open border?
- 23:33Speaker 1: This Texas shooting fugitive Francisco or a Posa who killed
- 23:38Speaker 1: allegedly killed five neighbors has been deported four different times,
- 23:43Speaker 1: and they're like, oh wait, this doesn't fit the narrative.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Never mind.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Now, what did the media sound like when this story
- 23:49Speaker 1: first broke over the weekend. Here is what they were
- 23:52Speaker 1: saying on CNN.
- 23:54Speaker 8: A desperate man hunt is underway in Texas, a gunman
- 23:57Speaker 8: killing five people, including an eight year old, and police
- 24:00Speaker 8: are racing to a house in Cleveland, Texas overnight on
- 24:03Speaker 8: reports of an active shooter. At least three others were
- 24:06Speaker 8: wounded in the brutal attack, and now the search is
- 24:09Speaker 8: on for the suspect, who took off before police arrived
- 24:13Speaker 8: on the scene. CNN's Ryan Young is following this breaking
- 24:16Speaker 8: story for so tell us what we.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Know thus far?
- 24:19Speaker 8: This taking place in a house? Does this mean that
- 24:22Speaker 8: everyone knew each other, meaning the suspect and the victims.
- 24:25Speaker 9: Well, it appears they were neighbors, and in fact, they
- 24:27Speaker 9: were talking to him across the street. He had a
- 24:29Speaker 9: gun and apparently he's been firing in that yard. According
- 24:32Speaker 9: to the sheriff, many times. They asked him to stop
- 24:34Speaker 9: shooting because it was disturbing the baby inside the home.
- 24:37Speaker 9: At some point, apparently he became angry and then actually
- 24:40Speaker 9: went inside the home and started shooting.
- 24:43Speaker 5: He shot five people, according.
- 24:44Speaker 9: To the Sheriff's department, including an eight year old. And
- 24:47Speaker 9: one of the details about this that stands out that's
- 24:49Speaker 9: quite scary is the fact that two of the women
- 24:51Speaker 9: who were killed seemed like they were covering younger children.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Three other children survived this.
- 24:56Speaker 9: But when you think about this desperate search right now,
- 24:58Speaker 9: the Sheriff's department does tell us they do have an
- 25:00Speaker 9: ID from the man who's involved in the shooting.
- 25:03Speaker 3: They talked to his wife.
- 25:04Speaker 9: They believe he's about twelve miles away from the shooting
- 25:06Speaker 9: scene in a wooded area. They're chasing him down. But
- 25:09Speaker 9: take a listen to the sheriff.
- 25:10Speaker 10: When they got here, they found four people deceased inside
- 25:14Speaker 10: of the residence, and there was an eight year old
- 25:20Speaker 10: that had been shot. Everybody that was shot was shot
- 25:24Speaker 10: from the neck of almost execution style. We know him
- 25:28Speaker 10: by name Vader Bird, and we've got his Mexican consulate tark. Plus,
- 25:33Speaker 10: there was a ring doorbell on the victim's house that
- 25:38Speaker 10: we actually captured him coming up to the front door
- 25:41Speaker 10: with the weapon.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Yeah, clearly this is troubling, but you hear.
- 25:45Speaker 9: That the ring doorbell that they had there then shot
- 25:47Speaker 9: almost execution style. The kids who were also in that
- 25:51Speaker 9: home who survived were covered in blood.
- 25:53Speaker 3: There were ten people in that home, and then you.
- 25:55Speaker 9: Think about the five other shot execution style, including their
- 25:58Speaker 9: five year old. Obviously a desperate Hopefully we'll get more
- 26:01Speaker 9: details as today goes long, because the active man search
- 26:03Speaker 9: is going on right now.
- 26:04Speaker 8: Terribly sad, but probably not on the wrong run for
- 26:08Speaker 8: very long, given we're given the images and the idea
- 26:12Speaker 8: that they already have. All Right, thanks so much, Mine
- 26:14Speaker 8: Young appreciate that.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Why did CNN love this story early on because it
- 26:18Speaker 1: was an ar fifteen. You notice then they didn't know
- 26:21Speaker 1: that this person had been deported from this country multiple times.
- 26:26Speaker 1: They didn't know that four different times we had him.
- 26:30Speaker 1: And this is a thirty eight year old, right he
- 26:33Speaker 1: has been apprehended and deported by US Immigration and Customers Enforcement.
- 26:38Speaker 1: He was first supported back in March of nine. He
- 26:41Speaker 1: was then deported again in September of nine same year,
- 26:44Speaker 1: and another time in January twenty twelve after he was
- 26:48Speaker 1: convicted in Montgomery County for driving lind tyks get a
- 26:51Speaker 1: kid that killed somebody. Then he was then deported again
- 26:54Speaker 1: back in July of twenty sixteen. It remains unclear what
- 26:57Speaker 1: his current immigration status is or when he came back
- 27:00Speaker 1: into the country. So now what's happened, Well, there's now
- 27:03Speaker 1: more than two hundred and fifty law enforcement officers on
- 27:06Speaker 1: the hunt for this man. Obviously, he's considered armed and
- 27:09Speaker 1: dangerous after he fled the blood bath inside that Cleveland
- 27:13Speaker 1: home about fifty miles north of Houston. Survivor and grieving father,
- 27:18Speaker 1: Wilson Garcia, said he and his wife confronted him on
- 27:21Speaker 1: Friday night after he was allegedly shooting his.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Gun while drunk in his front yard.
- 27:25Speaker 1: When the gunman refused, Garcia said, he called the police
- 27:28Speaker 1: five times, but it was the shooter who arrived his
- 27:32Speaker 1: home armed with an ar style rifle, and that's when
- 27:37Speaker 1: he decided to do what he wanted to do. Told
- 27:40Speaker 1: my wife get inside this man has e loaded his weapon.
- 27:43Speaker 1: My wife told me to go inside because he won't
- 27:46Speaker 1: fire at me. I'm a woman. The gambit, however, failed.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Sonya Guzman, twenty five, was the first person to be
- 27:54Speaker 1: slain in the rampage. Garcia said that after his wife
- 27:57Speaker 1: fell to the ground, it was his son, Daniel, nine,
- 28:00Speaker 1: who rushed to try and help her. He died because
- 28:03Speaker 1: he wanted to defend his mother, along with a mother
- 28:06Speaker 1: and son. Police identify the other victims as a twenty
- 28:10Speaker 1: one year old, a thirty one year old, and an
- 28:12Speaker 1: eighteen year old. This is what happens when you allow
- 28:15Speaker 1: legal immigrants into this country, and when you deport them
- 28:18Speaker 1: and you have an open border and a porous border.
- 28:22Speaker 1: This is what happens. Santa Sinto County Sheriff noted that
- 28:26Speaker 1: this man clearly had been dealt.
- 28:29Speaker 2: With before with law enforcement.
- 28:32Speaker 1: But if you can break into a country, are you
- 28:34Speaker 1: really worried about law enforcement? You're probably not worried at all.
- 28:38Speaker 1: He also noted how brave these two individuals were that
- 28:40Speaker 1: it used their bodies to protect the three children who
- 28:43Speaker 1: were found uninjured but covered in blood inside the home.
- 28:47Speaker 1: He had that all five victims were shot from the
- 28:49Speaker 1: neck up execution style during the massacre of Garcia said,
- 28:54Speaker 1: one of the women demanded he'd jump out a window
- 28:55Speaker 1: to escape the carnage. Garcia said the victim told him
- 28:59Speaker 1: he needs to survive because my children were without a
- 29:03Speaker 1: mother and one of their parents had to stay alive
- 29:06Speaker 1: to take care of them. The heartbroken husband said that
- 29:09Speaker 1: even though the gunman tried shooting him, with bullets flying everywhere,
- 29:12Speaker 1: he was somehow able to avoid getting hit. Garcie has
- 29:16Speaker 1: now launched a go Fundme page to help bring his
- 29:19Speaker 1: wife and son's bodies back to their native Honduras. Authorities
- 29:23Speaker 1: have yet to comment on the immigration status of the victims,
- 29:26Speaker 1: but at least one Alvarado, was confirmed to be a
- 29:31Speaker 1: permanent US resident. When you have lawlessness at a border,
- 29:35Speaker 1: you get lawlessness in a country. When you have lawlessness
- 29:39Speaker 1: at a border and you have an open border, then
- 29:43Speaker 1: even when you catch people committing crimes and deport them,
- 29:46Speaker 1: they just come back. When you've caught a guy four
- 29:50Speaker 1: times over, can we just say that again four times over?
- 29:57Speaker 1: This guy was caught, He could have killed somebody, was
- 30:00Speaker 1: caught drunk driving. But if you're not from this country,
- 30:03Speaker 1: do you really care?
- 30:05Speaker 2: Right?
- 30:05Speaker 1: If you get caught drunk driving in America, you're not an
- 30:08Speaker 1: American citizen.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Do you really care? The answer is no, you probably don't.
- 30:15Speaker 1: If you get caught in this country and you get deported,
- 30:17Speaker 1: do you care, The answer is no, you probably don't.
- 30:20Speaker 1: And the reason why, the reason why it's pretty simple.
- 30:25Speaker 1: You know that you can just come back in. We
- 30:28Speaker 1: give more rights to illegal immigrants in this country than
- 30:33Speaker 1: we do to American citizens. We give more protections to
- 30:37Speaker 1: illegal immigrants in this country then we give to American citizens.
- 30:41Speaker 1: We give illegal immigrants more chances to screw up and
- 30:45Speaker 1: come back than we do to American citizens, who we
- 30:47Speaker 1: will put in jail. Why is that Because the Democratic
- 30:51Speaker 1: Party is doing everything they can to flood this country
- 30:55Speaker 1: with illegal immigrants, and they will never stop. They get
- 31:00Speaker 1: as many in here as they can, and then they're
- 31:02Speaker 1: going to give them amnesty. Never forget, by the way,
- 31:06Speaker 1: what Donald Trump said, they send really bad people here.
- 31:08Speaker 1: They send their worst, they send their their rapists, murderers,
- 31:11Speaker 1: and people like that, right, And then people said, oh,
- 31:14Speaker 1: he's disparaging Hispanics. No he wasn't, he was disparaging criminals.
- 31:18Speaker 1: This is also, by the way, if you want to
- 31:20Speaker 1: go back in history and just look at history.
- 31:22Speaker 2: This is no different than what Fidel Castro did.
- 31:24Speaker 1: And I think it was what in nineteen seventy nine,
- 31:26Speaker 1: nineteen eighty, somewhere in that timeframe where he decided to
- 31:29Speaker 1: take his worst people and send them to America. He's like,
- 31:32Speaker 1: we don't want him here, right, we amped out the prisons.
- 31:35Speaker 1: We don't want you go to America. Be their problem.
- 31:38Speaker 1: I don't want to have to take care of you
- 31:40Speaker 1: in prison. I don't want to have to deal with
- 31:41Speaker 1: you when you get out. And he said, see you.
- 31:44Speaker 1: So the idea that everybody coming across the border is
- 31:47Speaker 1: someone that deserves a hug is a lie. This guy
- 31:51Speaker 1: just took the lives of countless people and now has
- 31:54Speaker 1: cost against millions of dollars millions of dollars in this
- 31:58Speaker 1: man hunt, millions of dollars, millions of dollars in the
- 32:05Speaker 1: media all of a sudden doesn't want to report on
- 32:07Speaker 1: the story because early on, okay, early on, they were
- 32:13Speaker 1: obsessed with the story because they said of using Air fifteen.
- 32:16Speaker 1: But after they found out the details of who he was,
- 32:18Speaker 1: they moved on very quickly. And that is what you
- 32:22Speaker 1: call propaganda. Make sure you share a podcast, we'll keep
