Castries Comprehensive Students Shine in World Home Economics Day Cook-Off
Under the theme "You Are What You Eat, Feeding the Future," 12 students competed in a "Vibrant Veggie" cook-off following intensive mentorship at leading local resorts. The pair of Kayla Assau and Haven Justin secured the top prize of $1,000 EC for their innovative snapper and plantain dish.
