- 2:05Speaker 1: You'all listening to the voice, come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah,
- 2:12Speaker 1: I do. Took of me what I said, but I
- 2:14Speaker 1: do like I say always. It just is a constant
- 2:18Speaker 1: reminder of how good God has been, of all the
- 2:22Speaker 1: things he's brought me through, all the challenges he's allowed
- 2:25Speaker 1: me to overcome, all the times he's forgiven me, all
- 2:29Speaker 1: the times he's allowed me to get it all wrong
- 2:32Speaker 1: and turn around and get it right. And I still
- 2:35Speaker 1: got a lot of challenges in front of me, still
- 2:38Speaker 1: got a lot of changes I probably need to make
- 2:40Speaker 1: some of my question to you is what's stopping you
- 2:44Speaker 1: from having the life that you want? What's stopping you
- 2:48Speaker 1: from having the life that you want? I don't really
- 2:52Speaker 1: know a person that doesn't want a good life for
- 2:55Speaker 1: themselves or for their families. Now, I know a lot
- 2:58Speaker 1: of people who have been beaten down by the process,
- 3:02Speaker 1: who because of some mistakes and some setbacks, some mishaps,
- 3:09Speaker 1: a set of circumstances. Uh, sometimes just life just deals
- 3:15Speaker 1: them a hand of cards and and they just figure
- 3:19Speaker 1: it's all defeat. I know a lot of people who
- 3:23Speaker 1: have given up on achieving the life of their dreams,
- 3:27Speaker 1: but I know they still want them if they could
- 3:30Speaker 1: get to them, But they just allowed to settle for
- 3:34Speaker 1: so many reasons. So who I'm talking to is you today?
- 3:40Speaker 1: What's really stopping you from having the life that you want?
- 3:43Speaker 1: What's really at the core of stopping you? What is that?
- 3:48Speaker 1: Is it your friends or your associates. Is it the
- 3:52Speaker 1: fear of what you think somebody else will think of
- 3:55Speaker 1: you if you decide to change. Is it what I
- 3:58Speaker 1: used to call the call of the wow? Is it
- 4:01Speaker 1: the fact that you keep thinking that the thing that
- 4:05Speaker 1: you're doing that's providing you these momentary moments of pleasure
- 4:09Speaker 1: that really ain't really good or healthy for you. You
- 4:13Speaker 1: don't want to stop doing that because you've got just
- 4:15Speaker 1: a little bit more something else you want to do.
- 4:17Speaker 1: I call that the call at a while. You know,
- 4:20Speaker 1: it's just out there the streets is calling you. Them
- 4:22Speaker 1: lights is calling you, you know them girls, is calling
- 4:25Speaker 1: you them Guys that's on the wrong side keep calling you.
- 4:29Speaker 1: You can't seem to make a decision by the right guy.
- 4:31Speaker 1: You keep picking the wrong guy all the time. What
- 4:35Speaker 1: is it that stopping you from having the life that
- 4:38Speaker 1: you really want to have? So whatever the reason you're choosing,
- 4:42Speaker 1: that's the reason that's stopping you from having the life
- 4:46Speaker 1: that you want to have, it's no good because at
- 4:49Speaker 1: the end of the day, here's the real deal. See,
- 4:52Speaker 1: God is available, and God is available for all of us,
- 4:56Speaker 1: and God has a plan for all of us, and
- 4:59Speaker 1: God wants to very best for all of us. That's
- 5:01Speaker 1: the truth of the matter. So now what we're gonna
- 5:04Speaker 1: do to get started having that life? First of all,
- 5:09Speaker 1: if it's your friends, I want you to understand something.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Your friends can't save you. A lot of your friends
- 5:15Speaker 1: offer no real help for you. Most of your friends
- 5:18Speaker 1: don't have the answer themselves. I mean, it's just a
- 5:21Speaker 1: wide range of reasons. And misery love company. So usually
- 5:25Speaker 1: when your friends are in a bad position, they kind
- 5:28Speaker 1: of like company in that bad position. Your friends ain't
- 5:32Speaker 1: going to church, You're gonna be their friend. They don't
- 5:35Speaker 1: really want you to go to church. You know your
- 5:38Speaker 1: friends don't pray, so why would they offer up prayer
- 5:41Speaker 1: as a solution to you. You know, your friends don't
- 5:46Speaker 1: really really get the fact that if you treat people better,
- 5:50Speaker 1: people would treat you better. So what's that? So your
- 5:54Speaker 1: friends are a lot of times the reasons, you know,
- 5:57Speaker 1: to peer pressure of what and then and the thought
- 6:00Speaker 1: in your mind of what they're gonna think once they
- 6:03Speaker 1: find out I don't do what they do anymore. Who
- 6:06Speaker 1: cares what they think other than you? I mean, really,
- 6:10Speaker 1: you can't let what somebody thinks if you stop you
- 6:14Speaker 1: from having the best life you wanted to have. If
- 6:17Speaker 1: I went by that theory right there, I wouldn't I
- 6:20Speaker 1: wouldn't even be on this mic this morning. I would
- 6:22Speaker 1: have never become a stand up I would have had
- 6:24Speaker 1: I listened to the people around me who clearly told
- 6:29Speaker 1: me when I quit my job to pursue this. Boy,
- 6:32Speaker 1: don't you quit your job? You got a family, boy,
- 6:35Speaker 1: don't you do this. You ain't got no bit dad,
- 6:37Speaker 1: ain't ain't no security in that. Get yourself a job.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Go down here and with your brother, go to work
- 6:43Speaker 1: over here, go to I heard all of that. I
- 6:46Speaker 1: didn't let that stop me from pursuing this. Why would
- 6:49Speaker 1: you allow that to stop you from pursuing your relationship
- 6:52Speaker 1: with God so you can have the best life you
- 6:54Speaker 1: could possibly have. You gang bang because they've convinced you
- 6:59Speaker 1: that this is the family situation and love that you
- 7:02Speaker 1: don't have, and they've convinced you that this is your
- 7:05Speaker 1: only way, your only source of getting over And then
- 7:10Speaker 1: you drum up these ignorant reasons man for staying with it.
- 7:14Speaker 1: But they sound so good when you're listening to everybody
- 7:18Speaker 1: else you're surrounded by, telling you why we gang banging,
- 7:21Speaker 1: Why we're holding this blockdown while we slanging this thing
- 7:25Speaker 1: here right here, why we're letting it go like this here.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You keep listening to them when all in your heart
- 7:32Speaker 1: of hearts you know this a right, you already know,
- 7:35Speaker 1: but you allow that form of the call of the
- 7:39Speaker 1: wild that wanting to be accepted by a group of
- 7:42Speaker 1: people who trying to get you to accept the way
- 7:45Speaker 1: so you can further their progress. To even prove that
- 7:48Speaker 1: you're worthy to be around them, you got to commit
- 7:51Speaker 1: some type of crime to even prove that you're worthy
- 7:54Speaker 1: to be around them. Then when you get busted on
- 7:57Speaker 1: the crime, what happens to that? Where your family that
- 8:00Speaker 1: now they don't come down there to see you because
- 8:02Speaker 1: guess what, they can't turn in their idea to death
- 8:05Speaker 1: at a law enforcement center. So now your homies can't
- 8:09Speaker 1: come visit you. And then you know your family back
- 8:11Speaker 1: out here, they ain't taking care of your family because
- 8:14Speaker 1: it's all about them. And then you learn that what
- 8:17Speaker 1: is it to stopping you from having a life that
- 8:19Speaker 1: you always wanted to have? What is it? Why are
- 8:23Speaker 1: you a repeat offender? Why do you keep checking yourself
- 8:28Speaker 1: back into that institution? Why? Man, why won't you get
- 8:32Speaker 1: it together? Why won't you give God a try? Why
- 8:35Speaker 1: won't you disassociate yourself? Why would you continue to be
- 8:39Speaker 1: a part of a revolving door system and becoming the
- 8:42Speaker 1: farm system for these institutions that ain't got nothing for you?
- 8:47Speaker 1: But you keep going back in there, And then every
- 8:49Speaker 1: time you go in there, and then your little homies
- 8:51Speaker 1: or your gang banging, little little silly little friends try
- 8:54Speaker 1: to make you think that's a badge of honor. There's
- 8:56Speaker 1: no badge of honor. Man, that's one mode. What's one
- 8:59Speaker 1: most cratch on that record. That's one more that's one
- 9:03Speaker 1: more nail in that coffin. That's one step closer to
- 9:06Speaker 1: that third strike where you ain't gonna ever get out.
- 9:09Speaker 1: It's one step closer to that graveyard. You keep on.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Why would you not give God to try? Why would
- 9:16Speaker 1: you not go and see what your life could really be?
- 9:19Speaker 1: What is it that's stopping you? What is it? Because see,
- 9:23Speaker 1: I got news for you. There's nothing like waking up free.
- 9:27Speaker 1: I don't care who you are. There's nothing like waking
- 9:31Speaker 1: up with the joy in your heart. Now, if you
- 9:33Speaker 1: ain't gonna be free, get the joy in your heart,
- 9:36Speaker 1: the satisfaction of knowing that you're accomplishing something with your life.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Help somebody behind them bars, get in the program. Show
- 9:43Speaker 1: these young cats when they come in a better way.
- 9:46Speaker 1: But don't you dare sit there man and just ride
- 9:49Speaker 1: it out, and man, just just go and get the
- 9:53Speaker 1: fullest life that you can have. What you know what
- 9:56Speaker 1: it feels like to wake up and be on your
- 9:58Speaker 1: way somewhere, knowing that you have something to accomplish, that
- 10:02Speaker 1: you can change somebody, that you can stop somebody from
- 10:04Speaker 1: going down the road you went down. It's a whole
- 10:07Speaker 1: lot of ways to make your life better. But why
- 10:09Speaker 1: would you not go and have the best life you
- 10:11Speaker 1: can have? What is it that's stopping you? What is
- 10:14Speaker 1: it really? Really? So you think that Satan really has
- 10:19Speaker 1: your best interests at heart? That della thing your mama
- 10:23Speaker 1: kept telling you about praying, you wasn't listening. It was you.
- 10:26Speaker 1: But you know, it ain't ever too late to get
- 10:28Speaker 1: back to that, and ain't ever too late to get
- 10:30Speaker 1: back to where you're from. It ain't ever too late
- 10:33Speaker 1: go back home. It ain't ever too late to turn around.
- 10:37Speaker 1: It ain't ever too late to get your life together.
- 10:39Speaker 1: It ain't ever too late to seek God, and it
- 10:42Speaker 1: ain't ever too late to pray. Don't forget to pray,
- 10:46Speaker 1: don't be ashamed to pray, and don't be too proud
- 10:49Speaker 1: to pray, because prayer changes things. Prayer change people too.
- 10:54Speaker 1: I'm a witness to that. You're listening to need a

- 15:25Speaker 1: Go to Steve Harvey FM dot com to register to
- 15:28Speaker 1: play chance. Definitely. Well, you know what, it's back to
- 15:33Speaker 1: school time? Okay it is. A new survey is revealing
- 15:36Speaker 1: that thirty four percent of millennials Oh, those millennials. They
- 15:41Speaker 1: admit that they've lied to mom and dad about where
- 15:43Speaker 1: they're spending their parents money while in school. So I
- 15:48Speaker 1: have one, I have one on our I know the fielding. Yeah.
- 15:51Speaker 1: New survey reveals the thirty four percent of millennials admit
- 15:54Speaker 1: that they've lied to mom and dad about where they're
- 15:56Speaker 1: spending their parents money. You get it, I should if
- 16:00Speaker 1: you got it, actually had it right if they think
- 16:05Speaker 1: what you've worked for is there's yeah, yeah, absolutely, just
- 16:08Speaker 1: pick my car key's up, I know, just picking up key. Oh,
- 16:12Speaker 1: he's the one I like. You know, my phone's off. Yeah,
- 16:17Speaker 1: you're not gonna be able to contact me. Okay, I
- 16:20Speaker 1: asked my daughter, I'll see something she has on Where'd
- 16:23Speaker 1: you get that out of your closet? What do you
- 16:25Speaker 1: know of rhetorical our clothes? You know you remember that shirt? Yeah,
- 16:31Speaker 1: the shirt I was gonna wear today. That shirt? Yeah, okay,
- 16:35Speaker 1: it looks nice with these jeans, don't you think. Yeah,
- 16:37Speaker 1: it looks real nice. I thought it would look nice
- 16:39Speaker 1: on me too, all right, but anyway, no, damn well,
- 16:43Speaker 1: he ain't got my little bit right, And they go
- 16:49Speaker 1: get the best whatever, it's the best thing in your
- 16:52Speaker 1: closet that I would drive your cup, but you got
- 16:54Speaker 1: no gas in it. What's that what you're talking to? Alright? Anyway,
- 17:02Speaker 1: they the millennials are liing to us guys, especially while
- 17:06Speaker 1: they're in school. Twelve percent say they haven't lied, but
- 17:09Speaker 1: that's because their parents haven't actually asked what they're spending
- 17:12Speaker 1: it on. So you gotta ask. Okay, let's start asking.
- 17:17Speaker 1: These kids mostly use it to eat out, while fifty
- 17:22Speaker 1: nine percent use it to buy clothes, say they use
- 17:25Speaker 1: it for drinks and snacks. And here's the one we're
- 17:28Speaker 1: getting to right here. Fifteen percent admit that they use
- 17:33Speaker 1: it for parties. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm surprised it's only percent.
- 17:43Speaker 1: That's like water ain't got no kick and all the technology,
- 17:58Speaker 1: you know, they're spending money on that and everything. So
- 18:00Speaker 1: what do you what do you guys? What do you
- 18:02Speaker 1: ask your kids? Or do you ask your kids about
- 18:04Speaker 1: what they're spending their money? We're talking to them. What
- 18:07Speaker 1: do you mean, Tommy? I quit talking to him because
- 18:11Speaker 1: you lie every time you your mind, every time you
- 18:15Speaker 1: say something, it's a lie. I'm tired of getting just
- 18:18Speaker 1: you know what, Why am I even asking when I
- 18:21Speaker 1: know it's a lie coming back. It's quick. So tim
- 18:24Speaker 1: me with the lying. Do they think we're stupid that
- 18:26Speaker 1: we've never been a boy? But yeah, like I wasn't
- 18:31Speaker 1: boring a man. I was, I was a boy. I
- 18:35Speaker 1: used to laugh. I know what line is so original.
- 18:39Speaker 1: We didn't do it to this level. We didn't have
- 18:42Speaker 1: any money to give us, so the money there was
- 18:44Speaker 1: no money then, you know, nothing to We didn't. We
- 18:47Speaker 1: didn't lie to this level though. No, not not because
- 18:51Speaker 1: they do it without fear, without fear, without fear, and
- 18:55Speaker 1: it ain't good at fear what you're lying good without
- 18:58Speaker 1: fair of getting their books when getting beat downs like
- 19:02Speaker 1: we got that's yeah, we don't do to beat that.
- 19:08Speaker 1: We don't do that anymore. Yeah. Where you where you
- 19:13Speaker 1: show out is where you get whoa out? Yeah that's all. Yeah,
- 19:19Speaker 1: we don't know. We don't do yeah today, Yeah you
- 19:24Speaker 1: show you get hurt work. Yeah, we know what. I
- 19:31Speaker 1: don't have a millennial, but I have a ten year old.
- 19:33Speaker 1: And I have to say when I was telling I
- 19:36Speaker 1: got spank kids, you know, I don't know you were down,
- 19:39Speaker 1: but you're saying spanking for radio purposes? Yeah, yeah, you know. Yeah, Okay,
- 19:47Speaker 1: I sat at the kitchen table three hours, not gonna
- 19:52Speaker 1: eat the squash after after the third hour, after like
- 19:59Speaker 1: after like old five swipes with that bill across me.
- 20:03Speaker 1: I couldn't get that squash in my mouth. Took a
- 20:05Speaker 1: mask enough, but yours was squashed. Mine was green peace.
- 20:09Speaker 1: I told you that I had to sit. I hate
- 20:12Speaker 1: beats to this day. Yeah, I hate Lima beans. Oh,
- 20:16Speaker 1: I love Lima But you know, the worst whooping was
- 20:18Speaker 1: the one that they promised you and you thought they forgot,
- 20:23Speaker 1: and you got, you got to sleep. It's not a class.
- 20:29Speaker 1: She forgot. She forgot even on the promised whoopen. You'd
- 20:32Speaker 1: be so helpful around the house and you know you
- 20:36Speaker 1: want gonna take the trash out, but that woman still coming, don't.
- 20:40Speaker 1: But you know what, Jay, I think she did forget,
- 20:42Speaker 1: but I think she remembered. Yeah, remember because we're acting
- 20:48Speaker 1: too polite, right right right? Yeah, you get that midnight
- 20:55Speaker 1: raid beat down, make that but they make that belt
- 21:01Speaker 1: pop pop. I forgot, right, that's the one. Yeah. But
- 21:09Speaker 1: you know what, I will say this, Back in the day,
- 21:12Speaker 1: we used to pile them plates up to no place
- 21:15Speaker 1: used to be too high. That was too much food

- 22:20Speaker 1: What you got, King of Pranks? Every now and then
- 22:23Speaker 1: we need a funeral at the club. You understand what
- 22:26Speaker 1: I'm saying. Every nine then it is necessary to have
- 22:30Speaker 1: a funeral at the club. This is Chopper's funeral at
- 22:34Speaker 1: the club. You'all trying to reach your James James, Yeah, yeah,
- 22:42Speaker 1: what's up? Hey? This this is Gerald. I was a
- 22:46Speaker 1: free and uh you your free and chopperl Yeah and

- 22:57Speaker 1: I know they posed a hell the funeral and stuff
- 22:59Speaker 1: over at at my Baptist church. And uh, I don't
- 23:03Speaker 1: really know you, but me, me and me and Choppola
- 23:06Speaker 1: and a bunch of restlers. Man, we used to hang
- 23:07Speaker 1: out at the club not too far from the house.
- 23:10Speaker 1: You know. That's pretty much what choppol world all the time.
- 23:13Speaker 1: And at the club any way, what a bunch of
- 23:15Speaker 1: us was over at the club talking, man and I was.
- 23:18Speaker 1: We was really when he reached out to one of
- 23:20Speaker 1: the family members, you know, and then somebody said, you was,
- 23:23Speaker 1: you know, kind of a good friend of Hells And
- 23:27Speaker 1: when we we we we decided to call you and
- 23:29Speaker 1: see if you didn't mind. Do you think that you
- 23:33Speaker 1: can talk to uh some of the family members and
- 23:38Speaker 1: see if they don't mind having the funeral at the club.
- 23:44Speaker 1: At the club. See what, let me let me try
- 23:47Speaker 1: to explain something to you. James. What we're trying to
- 23:50Speaker 1: do is, see we believe that we believed the club.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Come on the funeral, and that's what I understand. But see,
- 24:00Speaker 1: see chop Choppa ain't really go to church a whole lot.
- 24:04Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. He didn't really really go
- 24:06Speaker 1: long as I've been knowing it. Now, he loved a
- 24:08Speaker 1: lord and stuff like that. But there's a church going folks.
- 24:13Speaker 1: But I understand. But see Choppol wouldn't Choppol and Chopper
- 24:17Speaker 1: went to the club. So what I'm asking you will
- 24:20Speaker 1: less how the funeral at the club? Hell, no, bro,
- 24:24Speaker 1: come on, we can't have no funeral at no club, man,
- 24:27Speaker 1: come on, no, no o. But but what I'm saying is, though,
- 24:32Speaker 1: is that he wasn't really he wasn't really no church
- 24:36Speaker 1: going person. I believe that a person ought to be
- 24:40Speaker 1: uh the last words are to be said over him
- 24:44Speaker 1: in a place he's more familiar with. You know what
- 24:46Speaker 1: I'm saying, player, No, I don't. I don't know what
- 24:49Speaker 1: you mean. Play out now, just just gotta be a funeral.
- 24:52Speaker 1: This is this is a church for I go to
- 24:54Speaker 1: church and all my folks go to church. Now we
- 24:56Speaker 1: we we gotta do this thing up in church. This
- 24:58Speaker 1: is a church thing. But you don't, you don't feel
- 25:00Speaker 1: But do you understand where I'm coming from? No, that
- 25:02Speaker 1: man ought to going on and and the last words
- 25:05Speaker 1: are to be in a place he more familiar. Now
- 25:07Speaker 1: if he went to church, then I understand that. You
- 25:09Speaker 1: seem bro hell no, no, see it's his chance to
- 25:13Speaker 1: get it stuff right? Were don't we don't have him
- 25:16Speaker 1: up in church in front of everybody. You know, that
- 25:20Speaker 1: don't make sense? Who's this again? I mean, who are you?
- 25:23Speaker 1: My name is Gerald? But who is Gerald? I mean,
- 25:26Speaker 1: how do you? How do you relate to this? Are
- 25:28Speaker 1: you preacher or you? No? No, no, no, no, I'm
- 25:32Speaker 1: I'm I was friends with Chopper and see I hung
- 25:34Speaker 1: out at the club and still hanging out there with
- 25:38Speaker 1: a whole bunch of you know, was real good friends
- 25:40Speaker 1: with Chopping, and we were saying that, you know, Choppers,
- 25:43Speaker 1: the last words about Chopper are to be said at
- 25:46Speaker 1: the club because see that's what Chopper would But five
- 25:49Speaker 1: six days a week, that's what Chopper was. But what
- 25:52Speaker 1: church are you affiliated with? I mean, what? What? Why
- 25:54Speaker 1: the hell would I try to talk to the family?
- 25:58Speaker 1: Make me look stupid in front of the family telling
- 26:00Speaker 1: them to put the thing in the club. How that's
- 26:02Speaker 1: gonna go off? We'll see. See, that's what I'm saying.
- 26:05Speaker 1: You know him way more than we do, because see
- 26:07Speaker 1: that you're talking about trying to move from a damn
- 26:10Speaker 1: funeral at a church to a damn nightclub or strip
- 26:13Speaker 1: club or something. No, not no strip club, just a nightclub.
- 26:16Speaker 1: It's the same, ain't it. I mean you're talking about
- 26:19Speaker 1: having folks travel from across the country and meeting in
- 26:23Speaker 1: the damn club. What kind of that? But that's what
- 26:26Speaker 1: Chopper was. That what Chopper was. I'm gonna look, if
- 26:30Speaker 1: I'm the one telling them to wooted to the damn club,
- 26:33Speaker 1: You're gonna look like somebody that's trying to gonna look
- 26:35Speaker 1: like a fool. No you're not. You're gonna look like
- 26:38Speaker 1: somebody that's trying to keep it really come to the
- 26:40Speaker 1: damn funeral. If I will do something like that, Okay, okay,
- 26:43Speaker 1: let me ask you this hit in. Let me ask
- 26:45Speaker 1: you this year or giant do you think do you
- 26:48Speaker 1: think you can maybe get the body and bring it
- 26:51Speaker 1: over to the club. Well, I'm just saying, before they
- 26:56Speaker 1: even do the funeral or whatever, you know I ain't
- 26:59Speaker 1: touching getting the walk in the dog by myself body
- 27:05Speaker 1: for him. Now, we're just trying to say our last
- 27:08Speaker 1: words at Chopper Man in a place that Chopper mop
- 27:11Speaker 1: no him again. Who do you you get my number?
- 27:15Speaker 1: Somebody at the club had your number said you was print.
- 27:18Speaker 1: But why do y'all call me? Of all folks, y'all
- 27:22Speaker 1: call me, they say you good? You in with the family,
- 27:24Speaker 1: and you can tell me what the family. But I
- 27:26Speaker 1: ain't end in the family. Make me look stupid? Hell now,
- 27:30Speaker 1: won't y'all I get all of them to the family.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Y'all call the family. Y'all tell him that yourself, man,
- 27:35Speaker 1: I won't. I just want trying to get you to
- 27:37Speaker 1: brain the body by man and let us no, I
- 27:40Speaker 1: ain't touching. No, we just want to have one last
- 27:43Speaker 1: drink with Chopper Man. You have one with your boys
- 27:46Speaker 1: and you you get together with them and y'all talk
- 27:50Speaker 1: about bottom and let him know I chopped water. What
- 27:53Speaker 1: kind of prison? What what kind of person? We need
- 27:55Speaker 1: to We won't chop up to be there this chopper

- 28:07Speaker 1: we know the man, y'all fully well, we know c
- 28:12Speaker 1: looking like a fool at the damn funeral? What this
- 28:14Speaker 1: about Chopper though? And then I'm writing about Chopper? You'll
- 28:17Speaker 1: break Chopper to that club, y'all tripping, man, I ain't doing.
- 28:22Speaker 1: I'm just going to this funeral. I'm gonna tere to
- 28:24Speaker 1: say with what I think about chopping, and I'm moving.

- 32:15Speaker 1: this is for the ladies, because you know how we
- 32:17Speaker 1: all feel about Indress man. This is according to bossup
- 32:21Speaker 1: Now UK. Michelle. Recently, she got pretty open and candid
- 32:27Speaker 1: about her ex address in a new interview. It's been years,
- 32:31Speaker 1: of course since their relationship ended, but now Ca Michelle
- 32:34Speaker 1: is opening up and spilling all the tea. First, she
- 32:37Speaker 1: described how she met in Dress. She said, she was
- 32:40Speaker 1: at the Soul Train Awards and yeah, she was just
- 32:44Speaker 1: right at the Soul Train a worse watch everybody get
- 32:46Speaker 1: tickets for the Soul Training words open to meet Indress
- 32:49Speaker 1: now right, interest gonta be there. Anyway, she was at
- 32:53Speaker 1: the Soul Train Awards and she heard this accent say, Michelle,
- 32:57Speaker 1: you're beautiful something like that, and she told him to
- 33:01Speaker 1: his face, your jeans are too tight and your accent
- 33:03Speaker 1: is funny. Uh no, she got his attention, What what
- 33:11Speaker 1: are you talking about? He did the sweetest thing ever,
- 33:13Speaker 1: he dedicated to me. Never trust a big button a smile.
- 33:17Speaker 1: She didn't give him her number, She was basically playing
- 33:19Speaker 1: hard to get her bodyguard did. Though she didn't give
- 33:24Speaker 1: him her number, her bodyguard did. Afterwards, Interest and Ca
- 33:27Speaker 1: Michelle hung out at a party in l a And
- 33:30Speaker 1: while the rest was history, they were an item. Ca
- 33:32Speaker 1: Michelle being said being with Interest was like a movie
- 33:35Speaker 1: because he was so charming. Oh God, haters and a
- 33:48Speaker 1: damn haeter. She said, even though they hit it off,
- 33:53Speaker 1: Ines told her he could never commit to just one woman.
- 33:56Speaker 1: She went on to say that she believes his his
- 33:59Speaker 1: fiancee Brina had something she didn't have, which is why
- 34:03Speaker 1: he's now engaged. Alright that She also mentioned his bedroom skill.
- 34:10Speaker 1: She said that the sex definitely was not whack alright,
- 34:15Speaker 1: uh huh huh uh huh. And he did a lot
- 34:22Speaker 1: of fun stuff. Yeah, it made her feel real good different. Alright, Alright,
- 34:31Speaker 1: let's get to miss Anne. Alright, let's get to Miss Hanne.
- 34:34Speaker 1: We're gonna change because the haters are getting louder and louder.
- 34:37Speaker 1: We'll find out what's the latest. And President Trump J
- 34:40Speaker 1: please introduce miss Anne with our headline stand for the
- 34:43Speaker 1: news with Smiths and trip Y. Thank you very much.
- 34:46Speaker 1: This is and trip of the news. Okay. Upstate New
- 34:49Speaker 1: York Congressman Chris Collins is pleading not guilty after being
- 34:52Speaker 1: arrested and indicted yesterday on criminal charges. US attorney Jeffrey
- 34:56Speaker 1: Burman says the Republican lawmaker was accused of insider trading
- 34:59Speaker 1: and ying to the FBI. Crime that he committed was
- 35:02Speaker 1: to tip his son Cameron so that Cameron and a
- 35:06Speaker 1: few select others portrayed on the news while the investing
- 35:11Speaker 1: public remained in the dark. He placed his family and
- 35:15Speaker 1: friends above the public good. Now that was the news
- 35:18Speaker 1: of that the this this particular pharmaceutical company, and this
- 35:22Speaker 1: particular drug that he was backing was not working in
- 35:25Speaker 1: clinical trials. Collins represents New York's twenty seven district. That's
- 35:29Speaker 1: right outside Buffalo, New York. By the way, Collins was
- 35:31Speaker 1: the very first Washington lawmaker to announce his support for
- 35:34Speaker 1: Donald Trump. He's up for re election in November. He
- 35:36Speaker 1: says he's still in it. A federal judge in Texas
- 35:38Speaker 1: says he's gonna need more time to consider the fate
- 35:41Speaker 1: of President Obama's deferred action for a childhood Arrivals program
- 35:44Speaker 1: that's DACA, which was designed to allow people brought here
- 35:46Speaker 1: illegally by their parents when they were young to stay
- 35:49Speaker 1: here in the US. Texas and six other states asking
- 35:52Speaker 1: the judge to end the doctor program, claiming that DOCA
- 35:55Speaker 1: is unconstitutional and that President Obama overstepped his authority in
- 35:59Speaker 1: setting it up. However, supporters say that seven thousand or
- 36:01Speaker 1: so docer youngsters should be allowed to stay in the
- 36:03Speaker 1: only country they know. So far, three other federal judges
- 36:07Speaker 1: have endorsed the doctor program. A special congressional election in
- 36:11Speaker 1: Ohio yesterday remains too close to call. Many Republicans think
- 36:14Speaker 1: it should have been an easy win, so they're a
- 36:16Speaker 1: little upset about that. Meanwhile, voters in Missouri yesterday rejected
- 36:20Speaker 1: that state's right to work law. That's a victory for unions.
- 36:23Speaker 1: And talking about unions, the Immigration Judges Union, Yes, there
- 36:26Speaker 1: is such a thing, the Immigration Judges Union accusing the U. S.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Department of Justice of interfering with judicial independence. Of Philadelphia
- 36:34Speaker 1: immigration judge says he refused to deport a guy, an
- 36:36Speaker 1: undocumented immigrant who failed to show up to court three
- 36:39Speaker 1: months ago. He said he didn't do it because he
- 36:42Speaker 1: felt the government had the guys the wrong address for
- 36:44Speaker 1: the man and that that was the problem. However, the
- 36:46Speaker 1: Justice Department, which runs the immigration courts, instead of leaving
- 36:50Speaker 1: it as it was, gave the case to another judge
- 36:53Speaker 1: who did deport the man. So now the National Association
- 36:56Speaker 1: of Immigration Judges has followed a grievance claiming that the
- 36:59Speaker 1: agency these actions violate the independence of the first judges
- 37:03Speaker 1: decision making authority that shouldn't have done that. Meanwhile, another matter,
- 37:07Speaker 1: the Judges Union is fighting the Trump administration over some
- 37:10Speaker 1: new case completion requirements which they say are unfair and
- 37:14Speaker 1: they just they think they're set up wrong. Also, so
- 37:17Speaker 1: that's like the National Immigration Judges Union, and yes there
- 37:20Speaker 1: is a union of Immigration judges. Finally, today is National
- 37:24Speaker 1: hand Holding Day. Hold and hold my hand as we
- 37:34Speaker 1: get back with more entertainment coming up in twenty minutes
- 37:36Speaker 1: after the hour, Are you Smarter than Nephew Tommy? Ha

- 56:43Speaker 1: as I mentioned, his son is not my responsibility, right.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I am a forty eight year old
- 56:50Speaker 1: single mother with a ten year old son. My boyfriend
- 56:53Speaker 1: and I recently purchased a house together. He works out
- 56:56Speaker 1: of town, but he's home for half of the month.
- 56:59Speaker 1: He has a fifteen year old son, and he has
- 57:01Speaker 1: joint visitation with his son's mom over the summer. My
- 57:05Speaker 1: boyfriend told me that his son will be living with
- 57:08Speaker 1: us this school year because his mom is having problems
- 57:11Speaker 1: disciplining him. Mind you, my boyfriend lets his son run
- 57:15Speaker 1: over him and his son has an attitude problem. I
- 57:19Speaker 1: told my boyfriend that I don't think I should handle
- 57:21Speaker 1: that responsibility by myself while he's working out of town.
- 57:25Speaker 1: I told him that since his son will be living
- 57:28Speaker 1: with us, he should start looking for a new job
- 57:31Speaker 1: in our city. He told me that if I could
- 57:33Speaker 1: not help him out, then we did not need to
- 57:35Speaker 1: be together. I told him that it would be in
- 57:38Speaker 1: his son's best interest to be with his mother. His
- 57:41Speaker 1: son doesn't respect me or even talk to me, and
- 57:44Speaker 1: since he's been at our house, all he does is
- 57:46Speaker 1: stay in his bedroom and play video games all day.
- 57:50Speaker 1: My son goes to his father's house two weekends a month,
- 57:53Speaker 1: so we share that responsibility. So I don't think I
- 57:57Speaker 1: should have to take care of my boyfriend's son by
- 57:59Speaker 1: my help. He did not even ask me first. He
- 58:02Speaker 1: told me that his son would be living with us,
- 58:05Speaker 1: that this is a problem for me. I want to
- 58:08Speaker 1: do what is best for his child, and I think
- 58:10Speaker 1: that if my boyfriend is not home, his child should
- 58:13Speaker 1: not be there. My boyfriend said, this is a deal breaker.
- 58:16Speaker 1: What do you think? Am I wrong? Please advise? Well?
- 58:19Speaker 1: I mean, I think you know this is something that
- 58:23Speaker 1: you guys definitely should have discussed. I don't know, maybe
- 58:27Speaker 1: before you bought a house together. I mean, you didn't
- 58:30Speaker 1: know all this was going down before you guys bought
- 58:32Speaker 1: this house, Because it would have been nice, and I
- 58:35Speaker 1: think only right for you guys to have discussed this
- 58:38Speaker 1: and for you to have a say and some options
- 58:41Speaker 1: in this situation before you signed on the dotted line. Uh.
- 58:45Speaker 1: And taking care of someone's child is major. Okay, it's major,
- 58:49Speaker 1: and it's not to be taken lightly. We know all
- 58:51Speaker 1: of that. The fact that, uh, this kid is disrespectful
- 58:54Speaker 1: to you and to his own father. You said he
- 58:56Speaker 1: runs over his father. Uh, that's a problem, and you're right.
- 59:00Speaker 1: I think that you shouldn't have this responsibility by yourself
- 59:03Speaker 1: while he's away, So I agree with you. He should
- 59:06Speaker 1: start looking for a job that will keep him home
- 59:08Speaker 1: so he can be there and help you take care
- 59:10Speaker 1: of his son when he's at work or whatever I
- 59:13Speaker 1: mean that is, you know, not unless your man gets
- 59:16Speaker 1: his son's attitude under control. I think he needs to
- 59:20Speaker 1: have a a serious talk with him if he's going
- 59:24Speaker 1: to do this. But it doesn't sound like you're on
- 59:27Speaker 1: board with this at all, like like you're not having it,
- 59:29Speaker 1: and he's saying it's a deal breaker if you're not
- 59:32Speaker 1: on board. But this is a mess because now you
- 59:37Speaker 1: guys are in this house together, You got your money
- 59:39Speaker 1: tangled up together, you, you sign legal documents together, and
- 59:43Speaker 1: now you know his son is coming to live with you.
- 59:46Speaker 1: I think it's okay if you guys are married and
- 59:49Speaker 1: you know he has a child and you take in
- 59:51Speaker 1: that responsibility. But this situation is a little different because
- 59:55Speaker 1: the son wasn't living with you before now he's coming
- 59:57Speaker 1: to live with you. I do think you're your man
- 59:59Speaker 1: should have discussed this before moving in, especially if his
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: son has an attitude problem. So if it's a deal breaker,
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: it doesn't sound like you guys are gonna be together
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: much longer. But you have a house together. You're gonna
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: have to try and work this out some way. I
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: think the best solution is for your man to start
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: looking for a job closer to home, like you said, Jay,
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: al right, first of all, let me get my plugs
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: in Taco Tuesday, Jay Spot Comedy Club any one in

- 1:00:40Speaker 1: if you take a big pot, a big old pot,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: put it on the stove, turn it on and you
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: put some jelly beans in there, Put some rice, some popcorns,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: some sugar, some grease, some ice, some vodka, cranberry juice, lemonade,
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: ice cream, corn bread, all out one. You got all that?
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: What you have? You got a big smith? What you
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: got with this situation? Lady, you gotta you and this
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: boy bought a house, y'all ain't married. You gotta with
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: his dad. You gotta what they bought a house? What
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: they bought a house? And his his son just showing
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: up here in his room. He gonna be out of town.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Just ain't nothing but a mess. This is a mess.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: You in a mess. What's lemonade? Ricey grease? Don't forget
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: the grease of holes every day we can. You got
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: a big ass mess. You didn't get out this man?
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Turn that pot off and leave, That's what. And he
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: needs to come home and take care of his son
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: and get his son under control. Come on, Junior, without
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: a big thank you, Jay, I'm just gonna say this, Uh,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: it's deal. Brokend lock that day on boy and then
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: rud his father come home, visit that and we're out
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: of time. You ain't got to deal with this boy
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: is too much get that light. He like to play
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: video game. Change that lock you. All right, we're gonna
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: have part two of the guy's responses coming up at
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour. Today's letter his son is
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: not my responsibility? Right. We'll be back at twenty three
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: after the hour. You're listening to the Steve Show, all right.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, Carlo is
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: back with her reality update. But right now, here's a
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: recap of today's Strawberry letter, the subject his son is
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: not my responsibility right. This was written by a forty
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: eight year old single mother. She has a ten year
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: old son. She and her boyfriend. Her boyfriend just recently
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: purchased a home together. Her boyfriend works out of town
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: half of the month, and he has a fifteen year
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: old son. He has joint visitation with his son's mom
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: now over the summer. Her boyfriend told her that the
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: son will be moving in. Notice I said. He told her.
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: They didn't make an agreement to this. They didn't do
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: any of that. He just told her, Hey, look, my
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: son's moving in now. The woman who wrote the letter
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: has a problem with that because she says his son
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: has discipline problems. His mother can't discipline him. She said,
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: he runs all over the father. When he is at
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: the home, he doesn't talk to anyone. He stays in
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: his room and plays video games. She doesn't want to
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: deal with this by herself because you know, it's an issue.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: So the her boyfriend, the man she has a home with,
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: says it's a deal breaker for him. He if she
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: can't do what he needs her to do, then this
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: is a deal breaker. So she wants to know is
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: she wrong? His son, her son, meanwhile, goes to stay
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: with his father a couple of weekends out of the month.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: So it seems to UH that she has her part
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: of it under control. But this man is out of town.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: But while he's out of town, he wants his son
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: to be there with her. Uh. And you know, anyway,
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: it's a deal breaker. She doesn't want to take him in,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: and she doesn't want to take him in. So there
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: we are with the letter. Uh, Tommy, you're up, what
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: you got? Well, you know what, we're gonna do this
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: when like we got some sense today, you know what,
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: this is a deal breaker. We're done. We're done. Put
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: up a sale sign in the yard. You know what.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: First of all, he bluffing you. We're telling about this
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: is a deal breaker. You know what, We're done, Then
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: we're done. This is not your son. You should not
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: be taking care of him. Y'all put the carriage before
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: the hearts though. You did that completely wrong, and that
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: is the biggest problem, because y'all should have been married
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: when you bought this house. The cart before the all
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: you bought this. You bought it. You bought this house. Uh,
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: and you should have been married before you bought it.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Y'all should have done it the right way. You already
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: been married once or had another relationship, and he had
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: another relationship. Why not do this one right the second
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: time or round. So you did it wrong, and when
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: you do it wrong comes all these problems. And here
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: you are with these problems. So guess what. Tell this
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: man he's right, it is a deal breaker. We're done.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: Put up a sale sign in the yard, stick it
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: in there, and get to sell in this house because
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: we threw that. Yeah, that's where they're going. I'm sure. Yeah,
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: what's wrong because you're making sense this boy, I'm just saying, no,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: it is the problem is they signed on the dotted
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: line with this house. You know she's in money's involved contract. Yeah,
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: you can't do that. Here's my problem, the disrespect of
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: him pushing it up on her without him having a
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: conversation with her, saying can we do this and talking
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: it all the way out so that we're both on
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: the same you know, we both have an understanding of
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: this is what we want to happen. He just decided
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: we're gonna do this and this high it's gonna be,
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: and that's it. That's wrong. I think that's wrong for
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: any man that just tell you this is how it is.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: That ain't cool. I just don't understand how they got
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: to this point. Uh, you know, before signing on the
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: dotted line, you gotta you gotta lay everything out on
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: the table. You gotta talk about this stuff before you
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: put your money. You know, she puts yeah, you know,
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: she puts some money up and all that. They're not married,
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: so it's going to be a problem for sure and them.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: I'm just gonna wade them. I'm gonna say this is
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: probably ninety five and non African Americans were denning with here.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: I don't think happened now, just saying right now, just
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: because I don't know what somebody else's I'm just saying,
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: no this Jenny Bean sugar, lemonade, ox tails, ammonious, bleach,
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: what you got. She's listening because this is a deal breaker,
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: and she should break the deal. Yeah, they have to
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: put the house up for sale. They have to. They
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: have to, or like I said earlier, he has to
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: get another job. He had this what happened in his
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: last relationship. He was over that, trying to control everything
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: and telling somebody what they're gonna do. What they can't
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: even control his own son, he cannot even control trying
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: to control all the females. How your son run over you? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: she said it. What child is there when you're gonna
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: tell your son it's a deal break? Yeah for real? Yeah,
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: you know, mama tes deal but you know, keep the
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: damn boy right. And you know she's kicking herself for
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: something for doing this, for buying the house, for doing
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: all this. You know she is because she didn't see this.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: She did and that's her. Yeah, split the money we
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: are Yeah, all right, Well, thank you guys. We gotta
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: get out of here. You can email us you did.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: I mean, I think we're all on the same page
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: with this one. Yeah, and you even sounded different. That's
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: the scary part. Yea. You know what he knows. Steve
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: coming back, so he's gonna stop making trying to help.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: I hear what your email US or Instagram about your
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: thoughts on today's Strawberry letter at Steve Harvey f M.

- 1:08:46Speaker 1: You get mad though sometimes about sports. You know it
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: just story shallows shallow sports story. I don't do deep
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: sports stories. I'm not going into stats. Okay, I just
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: see the headline. I just tell y'all. Well, yesterday we
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: talked about the men cheerleader. It's male cheerleaders coming into
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: the NFL. You know what's going on now, Well, now
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: they have female strength and conditioning coaches. I like that.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: Girl's actually smart though. That is if you want, if
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: you want really to impress a woman, let her train
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: you jump up there and touch that ceiling and frying
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: this effort. Watch this effort of fiss to put in.

- 1:12:49Speaker 1: go back to pat it right around the backside, right
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: around because they fit in. That's right, because all you
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: here thige me heldn't he wouldn't even recognize a real

- 1:13:45Speaker 1: that needs to get the Oscar is what kind of
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: forever listened to me? Chay Boseman. He didn't play everybody
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: in the world. He you know, here's the Angela Bassett
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: of playing all day, all the people. But he was
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: fined as an African dude was fine. Oh uh, Trump
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: is in trouble. I got this. Trump is in trouble.
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: Mutlu done got him. He cornered him on the obstruction
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: of justice where he got people lying and talking. How

- 1:15:14Speaker 1: That's racism. Don't be talking about he talk about everybody. Now,
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: that's racism. When you want to say that the black
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: person is stupid to say black people, let me tell
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: you something people ain't don't understand what we have done.
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: The gas light, the refrigerator car, the gas mask stopped,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: like the cell phone, the dust pass. Everything black people

- 1:15:52Speaker 1: Almost every great in you know, the black man invented
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: the peanut. Y'all don't understand. We have Dr George Rosti Carba,
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: but far better. Simple for Tony working in the laboratory,
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: he wanted to make toes but didn't have butter. He's like,
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: got the peanuts, he mashed, spread it over the bread.
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: He had three white boys that stole peanut butter from him.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: That worked for him. Skip it, Jip show, We gotta go,
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: Thank you so very much. We love you. Coming up
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: in the Top Colors Reality update right after this. You're
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: listening to the Steven Show. Alright, nephew, is about that time.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: Let's go, Let's get it. Let's get it. She is here,
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: the one and only Carla with Reality the dates. You
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: don't you don't help me with my intro. You don't
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: I don't need go ahead, y'all don't have to fight
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: over me that love. Well, let's talk about this season
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: from me or of keeping up with the Kardashians. Well,
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: Kim is beefing with her older sister Courtney. Why over
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: a Christmas card photo shoot? Yep, Christmas card a photo
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: shoot that Kim wanted to put together the entire family
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: to do this Christmas card photo shoot. Well, you know,
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: the Kardashians are busy. Everybody has a busy schedule, and
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: so Kylie couldn't make the photo shoot and the ray
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: uh the brother he decided Rob, I said, Ray, Rob
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: decided to lay low about it. Kindle. She came to
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: the photo shoot, but they had to crop her in
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: later because you know, everybody's busy making moves and scheduling
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: and everything. Well, here's the problem. Courtney was not willing
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: to change the schedule and be flexible, and Kim, her sister,
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: let her have it. She was sick of Courtney. She
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: was sick of scheduling everything around Courtney. Because Kim's point
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: is that we're all busy, we're all doing things, and
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: so take a listen to this exchange Kim had with
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: her sister Courtney. Uh, Mom, Chris was there, Chloe was there,
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: Take a listen and go out of here and go
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: No one wants you there, and shoot, I'm planning it
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: nice too, so we don't want you in the shoot
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: I'm eating it? Did I already say that the morning?
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: I don't care to do it. Don't be in it yourself.
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: It's annrning. No, but it's like I'm not. You are annoying, Courtney.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: You're being annoying because Kim wants it around her schedule
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: about the aren't day you were passionate about? Then you
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: wouldn't know what it takes to run a business? But
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: you don't. Man, can I say one thing? Can I
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: just say one thing? There's eight million pitches of the Kardashians.
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: Can't they just do this in post? And I mean Carlin,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: didn't Kim tell her that she was the least interesting
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: to look at as well? Courtney? You could go, you're
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: the least interesting to look at anyway? It was yeah, Yeah,
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: it really hurt Courtney. Courtney was upset. She left and
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: then she called Chloe back, and then you know, Chloe
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: had her on speaker phone. And you know, Courtney just
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: said that she wasn't here to be mistreated by her blanking,
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: blanking family, and it was it was rough and they
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: Kim apologized later, but Courtney didn't believe her. She felt
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: that what Kim what she said, she meant all of it,
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: and then he came from, you know, an ugly place.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: So after the episode, they continued beefing on Twitter, Kim
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: and Courtney. And I think for Courtney, the bottom line
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: is that she wants to be a mother to her
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: kids and that is her top priority. And Kim's point
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: is that hey, we're all moms, were all doing it,
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: and she's a business owner and she's an entrepreneur, and
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: I can be a good mother too. Plus I have
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: a job. So don't slam me, because this is what
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: this really hurts. Man. You have this many fine women
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: are I can't. I can take this. This bothers me.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: Yeah yeah yeah. So hit me up on lips A
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: by Carla and you on team Courtney or a team
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Kim or do you think the fight was staged because
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: a lot of people think maybe it was staged for
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: the season premiere episode. So let me know what you did.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: Nobody stopping to nobody. Nobody, Nobody, Three women move on?
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: Please these guys mess all right, let's move on love
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: and hip hop Hollywood. Yesterday the crew we talked about
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: this yesterday, you know ray J and the hat and
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: the beanie and moving around different yeah, and different scenes.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: And if you missed it, A one he fronted Safari
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: about him sleeping you know, these rumors about him sleeping
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: with his wife Lyrica and A one. You know, he
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: thought that Safari was his friend, so he was ready
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: to go there and kick his behind. Then ray J
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: played detective and just basically as Safari did he sleep
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: with Lyrica. And then this particular scene, this is what
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: everybody's been talking about on social media. Ray J's beanie
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: hat from that scene. It was trending because it moved
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: so many times. Yeah, it was. It was very very
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: very magical hat. That's a purely very magical hats. So
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: listen to this. Did you see the scene though with
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: A One's mom and Lyrical's mom's she making pancakes? O cake?
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: I don't know, wasn't the most interesting thing in that scene?
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: Oh it's corn bread? Yeah that makes sense. Well, anyway,
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: the corn brand Nix ended up on a one his mama.
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: It was too much. He kicked his mom at the house.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: There was a lot going on in that episode. And
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: then let's on a serious note though, there was the
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: cast member Brook. You know, she talks about having a
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: breast reduction on the show and it got a little
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: serious and the doctors talked to Brook about her serious
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: there's some serious health issues that she's having with her
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: breast health care. And you know, they found some lumps
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: and they wanted to do some testing. So it was
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: serious and she was very emotional and scared about her situation.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: And as you know this this, I want to tie
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: this all in. I'm a tireless breast cancer advocate and
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: coming this fall, I'm going to be traveling all around
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: the country doing Sister struct three k walks this fall,
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: and my first stop is in Houston, Texas, going down Saturday, September.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: We are strutting to fight to in breast cancer, going
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: down yes at Memorial Park. And you can go to
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: all of my social media pages that lives by Carla
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: to get more information. And finally, finally, Basketball Wives, your girl, Jennifer.
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: You know the ladies are still mad. Shawn he's not
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: talking to her about the rumor that she spread about
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: Evelyn and her ex shacks leaping together. And Jennifer says
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: she had receipts about the text message exchange with Tammy,
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: but she didn't have the receipts. It was ugly. So
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: we will see what happens next week. And we're getting
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: ready for the reunion show of Basketball Wives. That is
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: reality update. Hit me up on lips of our Carla,
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: you want to talk about it more on social media.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Show, all right, as we mentioned, Uh,
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: we've been talking about it for a while. We're headed
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: to Paris today and this weekend. Yeah, we're going to
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: meet up with Steve. See will be back on Monday.
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: The ladies, the guys aren't going. You guys are working
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: this weekend. Yeah, but just Carlin and I. Monica of
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: course is going and we're gonna be talking about shopping.
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: We're gonna be doing a lot of shopping, not just
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: talking about it. We're gonna be doing some eating, all
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: of that, but um, we're gonna shop. And now j
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: is here to talk about shopping too. I don't know
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: what this has to do with Paris. But what do
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: you want? What do you want to talk? Yeah, no,
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: we ain't going all the way to Pass to hang
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: out with Steed. We're just gonna talk about our comfort
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: stores right here in the States without going way over there.
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: Everybody's got to come by the that just does it
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: for you. You got to go in. You might not
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: even buy anything when you go in there, but just
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: you just feel good. Me mine is the container Store.
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I love that stuff. I love it. I
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: love what's your junior? Was yourn? Do you hear me?
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: Christma Green? Yeah? I like that with two man, you

- 1:25:00Speaker 1: that you get to know the people that work this
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: Charles work over the department. Yeah. Well I didn't grow
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: up with Walmart, so once iime no, but once I
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: found out about Walmart, Oh lord, I love Walmart. Love it.
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: You know another one because I'm getting let me tell
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: you jo want let me get in there too? While
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: mart Is Come on, don't do it, man, they got everything,
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: but y'all missing one. What if you get on the
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: lumber ale at home deepot and smell that you ain't
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: ain't build anything? Just being in there you're feeling nothing,
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: smelling what Okay, I hate to admit it, but bed bath? Yeah? Yeah?
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: What what is the beyond? Set bad path? And then
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: now you came up with this on your own, ja,
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: because we all have comfort stories, stories that you're going
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: and you do sometimes you don't buy anything. You just
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: feel good when you're going. Best Buy is one of mine.

- 1:26:22Speaker 1: is that a question? Yeah, every time you see me,
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: it came out of Okay, okay, here's another one. If
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: you see what you want, pick it up, don't set
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: it down, because when you come back, it's gonna be gone.
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: Ross dressedfu less, keep your eyes, hold, hold, don't do it.
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: I got man, and I'm sure everybody feel the same way.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: When I go to the stove, whips and chains and how,
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: oh my god, I lose it. Change handcuffs and I'm

- 1:27:32Speaker 1: to tell you right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: Steve Mary Morning Show. Almar Rossa's years of loyalty to
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: Donald Trump have apparently been incinerated by a new book deal.
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: Amar Rossa also insists that she wasn't fired. He resigned. Hey, hey,
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: she says she resigned. She quite said, he didn't do it. Yeah,
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: that's like that, that's right. Multiple sources are telling The
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: Daily Beast that she not only secretly recorded discussions with
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: the President and the West Wing staff on her smartphone,
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: she played them. While those who have heard the recordings
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: say they're pretty benign, it certainly raises questions about the
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: leaks that have appeared to flow freely out of what
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: should be one of the most secure areas on the planet. Okay,
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: so she how was she in there taping the president
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: and their conversations? What a deal? Yeah about nothing though? Well, Yeah,
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: as for the content, it's described as everyday chatter, So
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: there you go. Um, yeah, that sometimes includes Mr Trump.
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: So why did she do it? Well, why do you
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: think so she could get the book deal she did?
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: You get fired, you start getting prepant. I just started
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: taking pens, paper, penscols. You've been fasting with Joe. Uh.
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: It's a book deal, that's right. And what's been described
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: as a tell all about her time in the White House.
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: It's called Unhinged and Insider's Account of the Trump White House.

- 1:29:33Speaker 1: it'll be out unhand what you dollar ben so fast

- 1:30:01Speaker 1: you're not mad at you're taping. Yeah, you're taking white.
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: I don't know how she did that with all that security. Yeah,
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: I think we said all that stuff going on. Yeah,
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: you can take a conversation on your smartphone. Oh, taping
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: somebody who wasn't smart. I can see that. We'll be
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: used for everything. But read Unhinged and Insiders Account of
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: the Trump White House. I think we know though, I
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: think I think we already know what's going on. And
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: love at that table. Little pot of reading. It got
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: enough trump, Yes, be on the nine for one sale
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: by one. It's probably a thick book, you think, you

- 1:32:51Speaker 1: j Hat moves around a lot, have that magic hat. Yeah,
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: we learned that Mueller gonna have to chop it up
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: with Trump. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, it's gonna get to that.
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: It's coming. I'm curious how this is going in. I

- 1:33:14Speaker 1: manifs well, yeah, we kind of know how it's gonna end,

- 1:33:23Speaker 1: but we know it went down pretty much. Yeah, I
