Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Whistleblower Was Silenced for Calling out the LIES in the Russia Hoax plus Kamala & Colbert, Bitter & Angry Together
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Good Monday morning. It's nice to have you with us.
- 0:03Speaker 1: It's Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you
- 0:05Speaker 1: as always and Centater. We've got a lot to cover,
- 0:08Speaker 1: including a whistleblower who has come forward revealing how they
- 0:11Speaker 1: were quote silenced and threatened to go along on the
- 0:15Speaker 1: Russia hoax. This another bombshell and the unraveling of the
- 0:20Speaker 1: deep state.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Well, every day it seems new news is breaking about
- 0:24Speaker 2: how the Obama administration deliberately concocted the Russia hoax to
- 0:28Speaker 2: go after President Donald Trump, and how they lied, how
- 0:32Speaker 2: they knew they were lying. We now have evidence that
- 0:34Speaker 2: the intelligence community for months had concluded that Russia was
- 0:38Speaker 2: not attempting to hack the election, and yet they deliberately
- 0:40Speaker 2: lied for political purposes. We've now had the story break
- 0:43Speaker 2: that Hillary Clinton personally approved the Russia hoax as a
- 0:47Speaker 2: way to distract from our own email scandal, and now
- 0:50Speaker 2: the latest, a whistleblower from within the Obama intelligence community
- 0:54Speaker 2: tried to blow the whistle, tried to stop, tried to
- 0:57Speaker 2: say this is a lie. The whistleblower was silenced, the
- 1:01Speaker 2: whistleblower was ignored, and we now have damning emails laying
- 1:05Speaker 2: out the record. We're going to tell you all about that.
- 1:07Speaker 2: We're also going to tell you about Kamala Harris. It
- 1:10Speaker 2: turns out, no, she was not kidnapped by space aliens. No,
- 1:12Speaker 2: she did not go into witness protection. She did the
- 1:15Speaker 2: next best thing, which is she went on Stephen Colbert's show,
- 1:18Speaker 2: and the four people watching her, they found out that
- 1:21Speaker 2: Kamala has a new book, the people of California. She's
- 1:25Speaker 2: not going to subject herself on them by running for governor. Instead,
- 1:28Speaker 2: she's trying to sell a book, and of course she's
- 1:31Speaker 2: with Colbert. We're going to tell you just how pitiful
- 1:33Speaker 2: that was. We're going to cover both of those on
- 1:35Speaker 2: today's pod.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I want to talk to you real quick though, about
- 1:37Speaker 1: something that's really cool, and that is, how would you
- 1:40Speaker 1: like to have a make a difference standing up for
- 1:42Speaker 1: what you believe in with something you use every day?
- 1:46Speaker 1: Your cell phone. I know there's a bunch of choices
- 1:48Speaker 1: out there for your cell phone company, but there is
- 1:51Speaker 1: one that boldly stands in the gap for every American
- 1:54Speaker 1: that believes that freedom is worth fighting for, and that
- 1:57Speaker 1: company is Patriot Mobile. Now I want to get give
- 2:00Speaker 1: you a free month of service when you switch. I'm
- 2:02Speaker 1: gonna tell you about that in a moment. But what
- 2:04Speaker 1: really is amazing about Patriot Mobile is this. Not only
- 2:07Speaker 1: do they outgain the competition when it comes to technology,
- 2:10Speaker 1: but also with coverage. Patriot Mobile is one of the
- 2:14Speaker 1: only carriers in the nation with access to all three
- 2:18Speaker 1: major US networks. What does that mean for you? Amazing
- 2:21Speaker 1: nationwide coverage along with the ability to have multiple phone
- 2:25Speaker 1: numbers on different networks on a single smartphone. It's a
- 2:29Speaker 1: game changer. They also offer unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots,
- 2:35Speaker 1: international roaming, internet backup, and so much more. Switching is
- 2:40Speaker 1: easier than ever. You can activate minutes from the comfort
- 2:43Speaker 1: of your home, keep your same number you've got now,
- 2:46Speaker 1: keep your phone you've got, or upgrade a new one.
- 2:48Speaker 1: So why not switch? Because when you pay your bill,
- 2:52Speaker 1: that's where the magic happens. They take about five percent
- 2:54Speaker 1: of your bill every month, that no extra cost to you,
- 2:57Speaker 1: and they give it back to organizations and support our
- 3:00Speaker 1: First and our Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn babies.
- 3:04Speaker 1: And they also stand with our military, our veterans and
- 3:06Speaker 1: are wounded warriors. So with every call you make, you're
- 3:09Speaker 1: making a difference. So stop giving your money to companies
- 3:12Speaker 1: that hate your values. Go to Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict.
- 3:17Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict or nine to
- 3:22Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot, and use the promo code verdict
- 3:25Speaker 1: for a free month of service. That's promo code Verdict
- 3:28Speaker 1: for free moonth of service Patriot Mobile dot com slash
- 3:31Speaker 1: verdict or called nine to seven to two Patriot. All right,
- 3:35Speaker 1: so let's get into this big story number one center
- 3:37Speaker 1: and talk about this whistleblower and what we've now learned.
- 3:41Speaker 1: This whistleblower revealing they were apparently threatened to go along
- 3:46Speaker 1: with the Barack Obama directed Russia hoax.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Well, here's what Tulsey Gabberd tweeted out to the world. Quote,
- 3:54Speaker 2: new whistleblower reveals how they were threatened by a supervisor
- 3:58Speaker 2: to go along with the Obama I'm directed Russia hoax
- 4:01Speaker 2: intelligence assessment even though they knew it was not credible
- 4:06Speaker 2: or accurate. The whistleblower refused. Yesterday, we released the whistleblower's
- 4:13Speaker 2: first hand account of what happened in the crafting of
- 4:16Speaker 2: the January twenty seventeen intelligence assessment. Their year's long effort
- 4:21Speaker 2: to expose the egregious manipulation and manufacturing of intelligence carried
- 4:26Speaker 2: out at the highest levels of government and the ice
- 4:29Speaker 2: detailed in our previous releases, and how they were repeatedly ignored.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Thank you to this courageous whistleblower and others who are
- 4:39Speaker 2: coming forward now putting their own well being on the
- 4:42Speaker 2: line to defend our democratic republic in sure the American
- 4:46Speaker 2: people know the truth and hold those responsible accountable. And
- 4:51Speaker 2: then read the whistleblower's explosive story with emails here and
- 4:56Speaker 2: she links to the entire story. We're going to go
- 4:58Speaker 2: through it right now, but it is this is damning
- 5:03Speaker 2: and there is a reason why under Joe Biden they
- 5:07Speaker 2: did everything they could to cover it up. Here's what
- 5:09Speaker 2: whistleblower says. Quote for the New twenty seventeen ICA I
- 5:15Speaker 2: was directed by blank to focus on Russian attempts to
- 5:19Speaker 2: access US election related infrastructure. IC reporting suggested many Russia
- 5:24Speaker 2: tributed IP addresses were making connection attempts that the IC
- 5:28Speaker 2: could not explain the purpose of. Later, when presenting it's
- 5:33Speaker 2: blocked out who with our findings? Blocked out person directed
- 5:37Speaker 2: us to abandon any further study of the subject, saying
- 5:41Speaker 2: quote it's something else. In light of later development in
- 5:45Speaker 2: open source reporting, I came to have concerns about this
- 5:49Speaker 2: Russia attributed cyberactivity and the abrupt dismissal of the study effort.
- 5:55Speaker 2: In addition, I noted other nations efforts to influence the
- 5:59Speaker 2: twenty sixth extine presidential election, but this critical context was
- 6:03Speaker 2: omitted from the twenty seventeen ICA. During conversion of the
- 6:08Speaker 2: twenty seventeen ICA to classified and unclassified versions, key context
- 6:15Speaker 2: was not included, and I was pressured to alter my
- 6:19Speaker 2: views on the twenty seventeen ICA's key judgments. With the
- 6:24Speaker 2: expressed intent by and the name is blacked out that
- 6:27Speaker 2: my concurrence was sought to enable name blacked out to
- 6:32Speaker 2: sway the views of the Defense Intelligence Agency. The narrative
- 6:37Speaker 2: goes on between twenty sixteen and twenty twenty two. Through
- 6:40Speaker 2: first ten involvement, I became aware of multiple events that
- 6:44Speaker 2: may have represented the use or attempted use of national
- 6:47Speaker 2: security authorities to influence domestic politics. I believe some of
- 6:51Speaker 2: these events may have influenced or been intended to influence
- 6:55Speaker 2: congressional and public perceptions of the twenty sixteen presidential election,
- 7:00Speaker 2: and I am concerned others may represent attempts to obstruct
- 7:04Speaker 2: lawful oversight, and it continues with this quote. Through my
- 7:10Speaker 2: role in leading production of the prior twenty sixteen ICA,
- 7:14Speaker 2: I also knew that as recently a September of twenty sixteen,
- 7:18Speaker 2: other elements of the intelligence community had pushed back during
- 7:21Speaker 2: analytic coordination on warnings of Russian intent to influence the
- 7:25Speaker 2: twenty sixteen presidential election, stating that such a judgment would
- 7:30Speaker 2: be misleading, misleadings underlined. Yet by January, at least one
- 7:36Speaker 2: of the intelligence community elements that had pushed back, the
- 7:39Speaker 2: Federal Bureau of Investigation had seemingly altered its position and
- 7:44Speaker 2: embraced a judgment of Russian intent to influence the election,
- 7:49Speaker 2: seemingly without any new data other than the election's unexpected
- 7:54Speaker 2: result and public speculation that Russia had hacked the vote,
- 8:00Speaker 2: a scenario that we and the IC judged simply did
- 8:05Speaker 2: not occur. As for the twenty seventeen ICA's judgment of
- 8:09Speaker 2: a decisive Russian pressure preference for then candidate Donald Trump,
- 8:14Speaker 2: I could not concur in good conscience based on information
- 8:18Speaker 2: available and my professional analytic judgment, I did not rule
- 8:23Speaker 2: the possibil ability out and was willing to be convinced,
- 8:27Speaker 2: But I was not offered access to any of the
- 8:30Speaker 2: supposedly dispositive reporting. When I was asked to review it
- 8:36Speaker 2: as a one time read for almost anything relevant was
- 8:41Speaker 2: normally provided.
- 8:42Speaker 1: You've dealt with a lot of whistleblowers in your day,
- 8:46Speaker 1: and there's a lot to beople come forward. When I
- 8:48Speaker 1: was reading this, it was tweeted out by Tulsi and
- 8:50Speaker 1: then yeah, you can see the redactions here obviously, but
- 8:54Speaker 1: this actually to me seems like it's incredibly damning and
- 8:58Speaker 1: also just comp completely on par with the rest of
- 9:03Speaker 1: the story we've been told about the Russia hoax. It's like, yeah,
- 9:06Speaker 1: this matches up. This makes sense.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Look, it is clear that this was a lie. It
- 9:13Speaker 2: is clear that Barack Obama and the entire intelligence community
- 9:18Speaker 2: who peddled it to the American people, they knew it
- 9:22Speaker 2: was a lie. What we now know is that they
- 9:24Speaker 2: had whistleblowers within the intelligence community yelling from the mountaintops,
- 9:29Speaker 2: this is a lie. This is a lie. This is
- 9:31Speaker 2: a lie. And the political actors who made the decision
- 9:38Speaker 2: to corrupt our law enforcement and intelligence operations did not
- 9:43Speaker 2: care about the truth. They were happy to lie. They
- 9:46Speaker 2: were happy to turn the machinery of the federal government
- 9:49Speaker 2: against the newly elected president. They wanted the newly elected
- 9:51Speaker 2: president to fail, and what they were attempting was quite
- 9:57Speaker 2: literally a coup. It was to remove the president the
- 10:01Speaker 2: American people had just elected. I understand that they're of
- 10:04Speaker 2: a different party. I understand that they didn't vote for
- 10:06Speaker 2: Donald Trump. But nobody in our government has the right
- 10:10Speaker 2: to say, just because the person I don't like got
- 10:13Speaker 2: elected president, I'm going to pervert the justice system to
- 10:18Speaker 2: attack them with lies to try to remove them. That
- 10:21Speaker 2: is profoundly corrupt, and I think it is also quite
- 10:26Speaker 2: likely illegal. I'm very glad that Pambondi and the Department
- 10:29Speaker 2: of Justices have created a strike force to investigate this
- 10:32Speaker 2: because the pattern of criminality, of knowing criminality, and we
- 10:36Speaker 2: talked about in last week's pod, how the George Soros
- 10:41Speaker 2: Foundation did this very explicitly, according to emails that were released,
- 10:46Speaker 2: previously classified emails that were released, did it very explicitly
- 10:50Speaker 2: in concert with Hillary Clinton. She personally approved it in
- 10:53Speaker 2: the middle of the campaign, and they knew it was
- 10:55Speaker 2: just a political lie because she was concerned about the
- 10:59Speaker 2: criticism she was getting for her email scandal, and so
- 11:02Speaker 2: they decided to concoct this lie to try to distract people.
- 11:05Speaker 2: And sadly, the FBI happily went along, the New York
- 11:09Speaker 2: Times happily went along, the Washington Post happily went along.
- 11:13Speaker 2: And every one of those supposedly impartial and unbiased institutions
- 11:18Speaker 2: has been demonstrated to have been profoundly corrupted.
- 11:22Speaker 1: What is your gut on what happens now? And I
- 11:26Speaker 1: say this because look, it's obvious that the I think
- 11:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump and his team and those Department of Justice, etc.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Told see the list goes on on, They obviously are
- 11:39Speaker 1: well read in on this. I doubt this whistle boiler
- 11:41Speaker 1: just came forward in the last day or two. They're
- 11:45Speaker 1: pretty well read in one where the ball is going
- 11:48Speaker 1: on this one? Do you believe this is a pretty
- 11:50Speaker 1: good indicator of what you can expect moving forward, that
- 11:53Speaker 1: this may genuinely be the tip of the iceberg?
- 11:56Speaker 2: Yeah? I think more is coming. And what I've heard,
- 12:00Speaker 2: what I've verged Tulsi, what I've verged John Ratcliffe and
- 12:02Speaker 2: Pam Bondi and Cash Ptel is engage in radical transparency.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Let it all come out let it all be public.
- 12:09Speaker 2: I've also urged them to do the same thing with
- 12:12Speaker 2: COVID and doctor Fauci and the government's involvement in funding
- 12:17Speaker 2: research at the Wuhan Lab and what they knowingly covered up.
- 12:22Speaker 2: I think there was similarly a very deliberate cover up there,
- 12:25Speaker 2: and I expect we're going to get more direct evidence
- 12:28Speaker 2: of that in the coming weeks. I'm glad for that transparency.
- 12:31Speaker 2: I think it is owed to the American people. It's
- 12:33Speaker 2: the right thing to do, and it speaks volumes that
- 12:36Speaker 2: when Democrats were in charge, they had zero interest in
- 12:40Speaker 2: anyone knowing what actually happened.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Final question on this one when you look at when
- 12:46Speaker 1: this comes out, and there's so many questions, Now, if
- 12:49Speaker 1: this whistle boy was telling the truth, No, reasonably they're not.
- 12:53Speaker 1: But is this also going to encourage others to come
- 12:55Speaker 1: forward to is? I mean a lot of times we'll
- 12:58Speaker 1: see the dominoes come out.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Look, I hope so and and Tulcy's tweet references other
- 13:03Speaker 2: whistleblowers coming forward, So there may be others as well.
- 13:07Speaker 2: They may have other whistleblower reports. It's possible they've been
- 13:09Speaker 2: rolling these out one every other day or so and
- 13:13Speaker 2: so there may be more that is coming. But if
- 13:15Speaker 2: someone is inside saw what is happening and was outraged,
- 13:20Speaker 2: this is indicating it's a time where people are interested
- 13:23Speaker 2: in knowing the truth. That's a good sign. So I
- 13:25Speaker 2: hope it encourages anyone with knowledge of criminal conduct, with
- 13:30Speaker 2: knowledge of lives that were pushed by the Obama administration
- 13:33Speaker 2: in the Russia hoax, to come forward and make that
- 13:36Speaker 2: information public.
- 13:38Speaker 1: You talk about corruption. By the way, Kamala Harris, now
- 13:41Speaker 1: she's coming out on her book tour. Not a joke.
- 13:44Speaker 1: She kicked it off and joined The Late Show with
- 13:46Speaker 1: Stephen Colbert to do it. Harris coming out swinging, blasting
- 13:51Speaker 1: Scotus for forgetting what quote democracy and the rule of
- 13:54Speaker 1: law is quote unquote supposed to be. She also talked
- 13:58Speaker 1: about her new book and the quote horrors of January
- 14:02Speaker 1: sixth on The Late Show at Colbert as well. I
- 14:04Speaker 1: mean this play a.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Little bit from her announcement video on her new book,
- 14:08Speaker 2: because I have to say, it's almost like a Saturday
- 14:12Speaker 2: Night Live skin Give it a play.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Yeah it is. This is her real announcement of her
- 14:16Speaker 1: real book launch.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Just over a year ago. I launched my campaign for
- 14:20Speaker 3: President of the United States, one hundred and seven days
- 14:23Speaker 3: traveling the country, fighting for our future, the shortest presidential
- 14:28Speaker 3: campaign in modern history. It was intense, high stakes, and
- 14:34Speaker 3: deeply personal for me and for so many of you.
- 14:38Speaker 3: Since leaving office, I've spent a lot of time reflecting
- 14:42Speaker 3: on those days, talking with my team, my family, my friends,
- 14:47Speaker 3: and pulling my thoughts together. In essence, writing a journal
- 14:51Speaker 3: that is this book one hundred and seven days. With
- 14:55Speaker 3: candor and reflection, I've written a behind the scenes account
- 15:00Speaker 3: of that journey. I believe there's value in sharing what
- 15:03Speaker 3: I saw, what I learned, and what I know it
- 15:07Speaker 3: will take to move forward. In writing this book, one
- 15:12Speaker 3: truth kept coming back to me. Sometimes the fight takes
- 15:16Speaker 3: a while, but I remain full of hope and I
- 15:20Speaker 3: remain clear eyed. I will never stop fighting to make
- 15:24Speaker 3: our country reflect the very best of its ideals. Always
- 15:30Speaker 3: on behalf of the people. So thank you for being
- 15:33Speaker 3: in this fight with me. I am forever grateful and
- 15:36Speaker 3: I cannot wait for you to read this and I'll
- 15:40Speaker 3: see you out there. Take care.
- 15:42Speaker 1: I mean, it is Saturday Live worthy. It's also one
- 15:46Speaker 1: of the funniest things ever because she's basically saying oh,
- 15:48Speaker 1: by the way, I'm not going to run for governor
- 15:50Speaker 1: in California. That came up as well, and it's like,
- 15:54Speaker 1: here's my book on how bad my campaign sucked, but
- 15:56Speaker 1: I'll rewrite the history and that and oh, by the way,
- 15:58Speaker 1: I'm basically saying I'm probably gonna run again.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Well, you know the script that she's reading there, that's
- 16:04Speaker 2: clearly a script she's reading from a telepropter. And I
- 16:07Speaker 2: just sort of love with candor and reflection, a behind
- 16:12Speaker 2: the scenes tale. And look, it's so clearly written by
- 16:15Speaker 2: a book publicist. The chances that there is anything resembling
- 16:19Speaker 2: candor or reflection in this book are zero point zero percent.
- 16:23Speaker 2: There is not. This is a a sanitized, whitewashed version
- 16:30Speaker 2: of how you know, the good ship Lollipop was was
- 16:36Speaker 2: derailed by by evil Donald J. Trump, by by evil voters.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Oh those voters. And I got to say, it's interesting
- 16:47Speaker 2: how little candor and reflection Kamala has. I want you
- 16:50Speaker 2: to listen to her with Stephen Colbert. And if there
- 16:55Speaker 2: is an even less gracious, kind, balanced, normal person on
- 17:01Speaker 2: TV than Stephen Colbert, I don't know who that is.
- 17:04Speaker 2: This is one partisan shrill to another, but listen to
- 17:08Speaker 2: how neither one of them has learned anything from the
- 17:12Speaker 2: twenty twenty four election. Give a listen.
- 17:14Speaker 3: This is a time for people to you know, I mean, look,
- 17:17Speaker 3: we designed our democracy with three independent, co equal branches
- 17:23Speaker 3: of government. I mean, when you see that the President
- 17:27Speaker 3: of the United States is trying to get rid of
- 17:28Speaker 3: the Department of Education, and Congress has the role and
- 17:32Speaker 3: responsibility to stand in the way of that, and they're
- 17:36Speaker 3: just sitting on their hands, and then they go on
- 17:37Speaker 3: recess because they don't want to deal with transparency.
- 17:40Speaker 4: And the Supreme Court says, and the Supreme Court says
- 17:44Speaker 4: that he can ignore law that established it.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Yeah, but the Supreme Court, we knew what they were doing.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Remember I talked about it in one hundred and seven days.
- 17:52Speaker 3: I don't put that in the book.
- 17:53Speaker 5: By the way, this is about this is an exclusive
- 17:58Speaker 5: for the Stephen Colbert Show. But the Supreme Court basically
- 18:03Speaker 5: gave whoever would be president.
- 18:06Speaker 3: When I was in the campaign, I talking immunity. Immunity
- 18:12Speaker 3: we talked about So we're not surprised what the Supreme
- 18:15Speaker 3: Court is doing. And God thanked those members of the
- 18:18Speaker 3: Court who are brilliant, the sents and remind us of
- 18:23Speaker 3: what the democracy and the rule of law is supposed
- 18:27Speaker 3: to be.
- 18:28Speaker 1: You know, you hear that and it's like, what are
- 18:32Speaker 1: you even talking about.
- 18:34Speaker 2: There's so much in what she's saying that is incoherent
- 18:37Speaker 2: and wrong. Let's start off where she's saying. Okay, the
- 18:43Speaker 2: President is trying to abolish the Department of Education and
- 18:47Speaker 2: Congresses is refusing to do its jobs. No, we actually
- 18:51Speaker 2: agree with abolishing the Department of Education. This was something
- 18:55Speaker 2: that the President campaigned on. And the reason the American
- 18:58Speaker 2: people agree with abolishing the federal Department of Education, it's
- 19:01Speaker 2: not because education doesn't matter, but precisely the opposite, because
- 19:05Speaker 2: it matters so much that people are ticked off that
- 19:08Speaker 2: a bunch of left wing, woke bureaucrats that you and
- 19:11Speaker 2: Joe Biden appointed tried to take over schools, tried to
- 19:14Speaker 2: indoctrinate kids, tried to push Marxist ideology in our children,
- 19:17Speaker 2: and tried to convince them the boys were girls and
- 19:20Speaker 2: girls were boys, and tried to let boys compete in
- 19:22Speaker 2: girls sports and force this on schools. And the red
- 19:25Speaker 2: tape and the bureaucracy and the waste and the ideology
- 19:28Speaker 2: from the Department of education is precisely why President Trump
- 19:33Speaker 2: is working to abolish it. And I've actually had Democrat
- 19:37Speaker 2: senators say to me very much what Kamala is, Well, well,
- 19:41Speaker 2: we're just the Senate is irrelevant because you're not stopping this.
- 19:44Speaker 2: It's like, no, the Senate is relevant. In fact, we're
- 19:47Speaker 2: voting on it. At one senator say this to me
- 19:50Speaker 2: when we voted to shut down NPR and PBS. She
- 19:53Speaker 2: was like, how can you be doing this? The Senate's
- 19:55Speaker 2: not doing our job. I'm like, no, we're precisely doing
- 19:58Speaker 2: our job. The American people are interested in spending billions
- 20:01Speaker 2: of dollars to fund left wing propaganda. The irony is
- 20:06Speaker 2: Kamala frames what she's saying as a defensive democracy. What
- 20:10Speaker 2: she's mad at is democracy. What she's mad at is
- 20:13Speaker 2: the American people elected Donald Trump. What she's mad at
- 20:16Speaker 2: is the American people elected a Republican House. What she's
- 20:19Speaker 2: mad at is the American people elected a Republican Senate.
- 20:22Speaker 2: And she's really really mad that President Trump and the
- 20:26Speaker 2: Republican Senate and the Republican House are doing what they
- 20:29Speaker 2: said they would do. In other words, they are honoring
- 20:32Speaker 2: and respecting democracy by carrying out the campaign promises they
- 20:35Speaker 2: told the American people, and that infuriates them. And the
- 20:40Speaker 2: irony of her claiming that she believes in democracy. This
- 20:46Speaker 2: was an administration, the Biden Harris administration that repeatedly indicted
- 20:52Speaker 2: her political opponent, Donald Trump. This was an administration. Democrats
- 20:56Speaker 2: across the country try to remove Trump's name from the
- 20:59Speaker 2: ballot because nothing says protecting democracy like stopping the voters
- 21:04Speaker 2: from voting for your opponent. This is an administration. Kamala
- 21:07Speaker 2: Harris has demonstrated utter and complete contempt for democracy. And
- 21:13Speaker 2: so when she says, well, gosh, we must defend democracy,
- 21:17Speaker 2: what she means is we need radical left wing policies
- 21:23Speaker 2: and if the voters don't like them, to hell with
- 21:26Speaker 2: the voters. We want them anyway. That's what she's saying.
- 21:30Speaker 2: And by the way, when she's denouncing the courts, what
- 21:33Speaker 2: she's really saying is she wants radical unelected judges to
- 21:37Speaker 2: ignore the will of the voters, to ignore democracy, and
- 21:40Speaker 2: to force her very unpopular policies on the American people anyway.
- 21:44Speaker 2: Doing things like she doesn't want illegal immigrants, Venezuelan gang members,
- 21:51Speaker 2: murderers and rapists and child molester her She doesn't want
- 21:53Speaker 2: them arrested, she doesn't want them deported, and she wants
- 21:57Speaker 2: these radical judges that she was responsible along with Joe
- 22:00Speaker 2: Biden for appointing, to stand up and say, we don't
- 22:03Speaker 2: care what the American people voted for. We are going
- 22:07Speaker 2: to decreate release more illegal immigrants into your neighborhood. Because
- 22:11Speaker 2: that's who the Democrat Party represents today.
- 22:15Speaker 1: By the way, you mentioned represent the Democratic Party. Kama
- 22:18Speaker 1: Harris was asked a question by Stephen Colbert and it's
- 22:21Speaker 1: one that went viral. It is the biggest question that's
- 22:25Speaker 1: being asked in the political world right now. Who is
- 22:28Speaker 1: in charge of the Democratic Party? And I want you
- 22:32Speaker 1: to hear this word, salad and get your take on it.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 22:37Speaker 4: Who's leaving the Democratic Party. I'm just curious.
- 22:40Speaker 3: There are lots of leaders and we're generally.
- 22:42Speaker 4: A leader of the Democratic Party, you know, like, oh,
- 22:45Speaker 4: that's the leader Donative Party. Who comes to mind.
- 22:48Speaker 3: I think there are a lot of I'm not going
- 22:50Speaker 3: to go through names because then I'm going to leave
- 22:52Speaker 3: somebody out and then I'm going to hear about it.
- 22:54Speaker 3: But let me just let me say this. I think
- 22:58Speaker 3: it is a mistake for us who want to figure
- 23:03Speaker 3: out how to get out and through this and get
- 23:06Speaker 3: out of it. To put it on the shoulders of
- 23:10Speaker 3: any one person, it's really on all of our shoulders.
- 23:14Speaker 2: It really is.
- 23:17Speaker 1: All of our shoulders. It's not a great answer, is it.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Well, Look, look, I actually have a little bit of
- 23:23Speaker 2: sympathy for her, because there's no way to answer that.
- 23:25Speaker 2: The real answer is there is no leader of the
- 23:27Speaker 2: Democrat Party. They are leaderless. They are rudderless. They are
- 23:30Speaker 2: running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Look,
- 23:33Speaker 2: who would you say. You could say Chuck Schumer. But
- 23:36Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer's not leading anything. He's utterly terrified of AOC.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Whatever AOC in the squad demands, that's what Schumer does.
- 23:43Speaker 2: So she's not gonna say Chuck Schumer because the audience
- 23:45Speaker 2: would laugh if she said Chuck Schumer. They'd laugh if
- 23:48Speaker 2: she said a Keen Jeffries. Most of them would say,
- 23:51Speaker 2: who's that? Like, he's not leading anything. He's just in
- 23:53Speaker 2: the House, and in both the Senate and House. Schumer
- 23:57Speaker 2: and Jeffries are essentially just in by rage and hatred
- 24:01Speaker 2: to Donald Trump. They don't have an agenda beyond open
- 24:04Speaker 2: borders and lawlessness and hatred to Donald Trump. That's the
- 24:07Speaker 2: entirety of the Democrat Party. And then beyond that, you've
- 24:11Speaker 2: got all their ambitious governors. You know, Gavin Newsom is
- 24:13Speaker 2: desperately trying to be super liberal and supermoderate whatever you want,
- 24:17Speaker 2: and slick it all around. And suddenly he knows boys
- 24:20Speaker 2: aren't girls until tomorrow and then boys are girls. But
- 24:23Speaker 2: she can't say him either, and so there is no
- 24:26Speaker 2: answer she can give because this is a rudderless party.
- 24:29Speaker 2: And to the extent there is a leader, it is
- 24:32Speaker 2: the pro Hamas contingent, It is AOC, it is ilhan Omar.
- 24:36Speaker 2: It is the extreme left wing squad that is driving
- 24:44Speaker 2: the rest of the party and that everyone else in
- 24:45Speaker 2: the party is terrified of.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Yeah, it's amazing. It is actually fun for once to
- 24:51Speaker 1: watch the Democratic Party from top to bottom being just
- 24:56Speaker 1: complete and utter disarray, because, honest.
- 25:01Speaker 2: You got to play one more clip. You got to
- 25:02Speaker 2: play the clip when when when Colbert asked if she
- 25:05Speaker 2: was running for governor.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Yeah, this is amazing. Take a listen.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Today, you made an announcement that you're not running for
- 25:12Speaker 4: the governor of California. Correct, You said you're going to
- 25:15Speaker 4: set this one out, Why are you saying this? Are
- 25:17Speaker 4: you saving yourself for a different office that obviously people
- 25:22Speaker 4: will project onto.
- 25:24Speaker 3: And honestly that it's more perhaps basic than that. I
- 25:29Speaker 3: am Listen, I am a devout public servant. I have
- 25:33Speaker 3: spent my entire career in service of the people. But
- 25:38Speaker 3: to be very candid with you, I had to defend
- 25:41Speaker 3: my decision to become a prosecutor with my family is
- 25:44Speaker 3: why is it then, when we think we want to
- 25:46Speaker 3: improve a system or change it, that we're always on
- 25:49Speaker 3: the outside on Ben Didnee or trying to break down
- 25:52Speaker 3: the door. Shouldn't we also be inside the system? And
- 25:55Speaker 3: that has been my career. Recently, I made the decision
- 25:58Speaker 3: that I just now I don't want to go back
- 26:01Speaker 3: in the system. I think it's broken.
- 26:04Speaker 1: I think it's broken. You can't make that up either.
- 26:07Speaker 2: But you know what's broken about it?
- 26:10Speaker 1: What is the head that she lost?
- 26:13Speaker 2: That's her whole definition of whether the system is working
- 26:17Speaker 2: or it's broken. It is broken because the American people
- 26:20Speaker 2: voted for Donald Trump and not for Kamala Harris. It
- 26:22Speaker 2: is broken because the American people voted for a Republican Senate,
- 26:26Speaker 2: not a Democrat Senate. It is broken and in her
- 26:28Speaker 2: view because the American people voted for a Republican House
- 26:31Speaker 2: and not a Democrat house. In her view, democracy the
- 26:36Speaker 2: system only works when she and other left wing lunatics
- 26:40Speaker 2: are in power. That's how she defines whether it's working
- 26:44Speaker 2: or whether it's broken. It is purely it is one
- 26:47Speaker 2: hundred percent about power. And look, look part of why,
- 26:53Speaker 2: to be honest, you and I we don't listen to
- 26:56Speaker 2: Stephen Colbert, and we very rarely listened to Kamala Harris.
- 26:59Speaker 2: The reason why we're playing this exchange is because it
- 27:02Speaker 2: really does show that there's not a moment of reflection.
- 27:07Speaker 2: You know what she had in her book promo about
- 27:09Speaker 2: candor and whatever, There's none of that. She continues four
- 27:15Speaker 2: years of a disastrous agenda, open borders, twelve million illegal immigrants,
- 27:21Speaker 2: the worst illegal immigration in our nation's history. She takes
- 27:23Speaker 2: no responsibility for that, doesn't acknowledge that, abandoning all of
- 27:27Speaker 2: our friends and allies, going from peace and prosperity to
- 27:30Speaker 2: two simultaneous wars across the globe. She takes no responsibility
- 27:34Speaker 2: for that. The Democrat Party becoming rabidly anti Semitic, her
- 27:39Speaker 2: funders funding violent anti Semitic riots on college campuses. She
- 27:43Speaker 2: takes no responsibility for that. That there's not at all
- 27:48Speaker 2: an acknowledgment of Gosh, people voted for Donald Trump in
- 27:54Speaker 2: significant part because they were really, really really unhappy with
- 27:59Speaker 2: the radical policies that Joe Biden Kamala Harris put in place.
- 28:04Speaker 2: No acknowledgment of that at all, and their view the
- 28:07Speaker 2: system is broken. Why because the democracy is functioning. To
- 28:12Speaker 2: her mind, if the voters can vote her out, the
- 28:15Speaker 2: system is broken. That is the essence of the contempt
- 28:20Speaker 2: that today's Democrat party has for big D democracy.
