Speaker 1: bu things, and yall good Steve listening together for I
• 0:38
Speaker 1: don't joy. You gotta gotta turn you gotta turn turnout,
• 1:42
Speaker 1: turn got to turn them out to turn the water
• 1:47
Speaker 1: the water. Come come on your baby now, huh, I
• 2:02
Speaker 1: sure will. Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice,
• 2:07
Speaker 1: Come on dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey
• 2:10
Speaker 1: got a radio show. Man. If y'all only knew, I
• 2:15
Speaker 1: think I'll tell it to you. This morning man started
• 2:19
Speaker 1: off real crazy. But it's just those little mishaps where
• 2:23
Speaker 1: we as people who are striving to be successful that
• 2:28
Speaker 1: makes all the difference in the world. When you have
• 2:31
Speaker 1: those little minor things that come up, you can't let
• 2:34
Speaker 1: the minor things stop you. You've got to keep pressing forward. Now.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: Could I have played the role of where is my car?
• 2:43
Speaker 1: Where is my car? Oh? Where is my car? Instead
• 2:47
Speaker 1: of hustling and grab a cab? So what am I?
• 2:51
Speaker 1: Am I above a cab ride? Now? Or do I
• 2:55
Speaker 1: have to look at the bigger picture and say, okay,
• 2:57
Speaker 1: I could act like a little spoiled brat some type
• 3:00
Speaker 1: of star and go I don't ride in cabs or
• 3:03
Speaker 1: where as my car? And then go to blaming people
• 3:05
Speaker 1: for not having a car, or do I make the
• 3:07
Speaker 1: adjustments because ain't like I ain't been in the cab before?
• 3:09
Speaker 1: Now slow down. Ain't like I ain't never been in
• 3:12
Speaker 1: a beat up car before. Slow down. Ain't ever like
• 3:16
Speaker 1: I ain't never had a carm and roll the bus before.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: Slow down? Ain't like I ain't never been homeless before,
• 3:22
Speaker 1: and they have nowhere to go? Slow down. So in
• 3:26
Speaker 1: those moments right there, always remember where you come from,
• 3:30
Speaker 1: but even more importantly, always remember where you're trying to go,
• 3:35
Speaker 1: because it's important for me that I get here as
• 3:38
Speaker 1: many mornings as I possibly can. It's important because that's
• 3:41
Speaker 1: the goal. And so many people allowed a minor things
• 3:44
Speaker 1: to stop them on their road to success. And I'm
• 3:47
Speaker 1: giving you this example today not to say hey, look
• 3:51
Speaker 1: at me, but to say to you, hey, listening to me.
• 3:54
Speaker 1: There are going to be a lot of things that's
• 3:55
Speaker 1: gonna happen along your way to being successful, and if
• 3:58
Speaker 1: you allow the small things to start, there's no way
• 4:01
Speaker 1: you'll make it. You've got to always press forward. And
• 4:04
Speaker 1: stop looking at the situation for what it is and look,
• 4:06
Speaker 1: sometimes you have to take your offer right now and
• 4:09
Speaker 1: put your eye in the future. You know, God has
• 4:11
Speaker 1: blessed me in so many ways. I mean, what can
• 4:13
Speaker 1: I say? You know, I ask God for this syndicated show.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: He gives me a syndicated show. Now I act like
• 4:19
Speaker 1: I don't want to come to it. Hold on, man,
• 4:21
Speaker 1: slow down. Did not you ask for this? Do I
• 4:24
Speaker 1: not realize that there are certain people, man, who look
• 4:27
Speaker 1: forward to this message in the morning. I've heard it
• 4:30
Speaker 1: from people. So from the hundreds that I've heard it for,
• 4:34
Speaker 1: that could represent thousands for all I know. So if
• 4:38
Speaker 1: I think somebody's counting on me, I got to try
• 4:41
Speaker 1: to get there and give something. So today I didn't
• 4:44
Speaker 1: have any time at all to think about what I
• 4:45
Speaker 1: might say. I just walked right in and the jingle
• 4:48
Speaker 1: was playing, and so I decided to just tell you
• 4:51
Speaker 1: about my day and maybe you can relate it to
• 4:53
Speaker 1: something you're going through alone the way, because no matter
• 4:56
Speaker 1: who you are, you're going to have some moments man,
• 4:59
Speaker 1: where things are going to happen. And like I always
• 5:01
Speaker 1: tell my kids, and I just had this conversation with
• 5:04
Speaker 1: my little girl. It ain't that things ain't gonna happen.
• 5:07
Speaker 1: It's how you handle what happens that matters. But it
• 5:10
Speaker 1: don't matter. It's how you handle what happens that's the
• 5:14
Speaker 1: determining factor on where you get in life and how
• 5:17
Speaker 1: soon you get there and how long you stay there.
• 5:20
Speaker 1: That will always be a mishap, something that's gonna throw
• 5:26
Speaker 1: you off. That will always be something man that could
• 5:29
Speaker 1: deter you. That will be something somewhere, man that will
• 5:33
Speaker 1: make you doubt it. Now that you know that's gonna happen,
• 5:37
Speaker 1: then let's talk about how you handle what happens, because
• 5:40
Speaker 1: it's going to happen. So now what do you do
• 5:42
Speaker 1: as a person when these moments come about in your life?
• 5:45
Speaker 1: How do you handle? Oh? Woe is me? Oh? I
• 5:49
Speaker 1: guess it wasn't meant to be. Well, if the Lord
• 5:53
Speaker 1: wanted me to have this, I'd have that. Know how
• 5:55
Speaker 1: many deal how many times you hear people say that?
• 5:57
Speaker 1: You know, man, it really irks me. Man, Stop using
• 6:01
Speaker 1: God as your excuse. God ain't no excuse. God is
• 6:05
  Speaker 1: a reason. He's a reason why the good happens. He's
• 6:11
Speaker 1: a reason. He's not an excuse. God don't have no
• 6:15
Speaker 1: excuses in none of his scriptures or writings, not that
• 6:18
Speaker 1: I but he just don't make excuses. I would have
• 6:21
Speaker 1: done this. But you know there's a scripture that says
• 6:25
Speaker 1: the poor will all shall always be amongst us. Why
• 6:28
Speaker 1: that's got to be you. Yeah, he said the poor
• 6:31
Speaker 1: will always be amongst us, because you know, everybody ain't
• 6:34
Speaker 1: gonna follow the principles of success. But he also said
• 6:37
Speaker 1: he came to give you life and give it to
• 6:39
Speaker 1: you more abundantly. He said that too, But oh no,
• 6:42
Speaker 1: you don't want to hear that because your life kind
• 6:44
Speaker 1: of trip it out a little bit. So now what
• 6:46
Speaker 1: you do with it? Now you twist it and you
• 6:49
Speaker 1: go to that one little scripture that say well, the
• 6:51
Speaker 1: poor shall always be amongst us. Well, that's put in
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: there because that's a that's suggesting case. See, that's a
• 6:59
Speaker 1: just in case she all don't want to follow the scriptures.
• 7:02
Speaker 1: That's just in case you don't understand that faith without
• 7:06
Speaker 1: works is dead. That's just in case you have not
• 7:09
Speaker 1: because you ask not. It's just in case you don't
• 7:13
Speaker 1: believe and shall not doubt. He got all that in there.
• 7:15
Speaker 1: But in case you don't want to do that, there
• 7:18
Speaker 1: is a scripture that tells you what don't happen if
• 7:21
Speaker 1: you don't do it, and here it is the poor
• 7:23
Speaker 1: shall always be a monster. But then you get that
• 7:25
Speaker 1: when they say, well, that's I guess that's the Lord's will,
• 7:29
Speaker 1: Lord's will, really, really, really really that's amazing. I just
• 7:34
Speaker 1: don't believe that about him. I don't believe that God
• 7:38
Speaker 1: created your life to be a life of misery. I
• 7:42
Speaker 1: think that we make decisions along the way that caused
• 7:46
Speaker 1: us to have lives of misery. But I really really
• 7:49
Speaker 1: just don't believe that God created you for that. I've
• 7:55
Speaker 1: heard Nelson Mandela speak, and you know, you gotta go
• 8:00
Speaker 1: all those years in prison. Man, what was it about.
• 8:04
Speaker 1: When you hear him speak, you understand what it was about.
• 8:08
Speaker 1: He said he always knew he would be free one day.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: Now what he said he never knew was he said
• 8:14
Speaker 1: he never knew that he would be the president of
• 8:17
Speaker 1: that country. Oh my goodness, what a long way around.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: But he could have sat there and got involved in
• 8:26
Speaker 1: prison activities that wasn't up to pawing things like that.
• 8:31
Speaker 1: And they said whenever young inmates used to come in.
• 8:34
Speaker 1: He was telling the story one time of how young
• 8:36
Speaker 1: inmates used to come into the prison. They all sit
• 8:38
Speaker 1: around and talk to him about what they were doing
• 8:40
Speaker 1: and how many kids they had in their lives, and
• 8:42
Speaker 1: it helped them keep track of the outside a little bit,
• 8:45
Speaker 1: and it kept a sense of time for them, and
• 8:48
Speaker 1: it reminded them in to talk about what they left behind,
• 8:51
Speaker 1: and it kept them going because something was greater on
• 8:55
Speaker 1: the other side. Had he allowed that to stop him,
• 8:59
Speaker 1: had allowed the imprisonment, which is a pretty major deal. Oh,
• 9:02
Speaker 1: by the way, then guess what he would have never been?
• 9:06
Speaker 1: To Nelson Mandela that we know to day, a martyr,
• 9:08
Speaker 1: a leader, a great force. People want to go around him.
• 9:12
Speaker 1: Even people that imprisoned him could not understand his staunch strength,
• 9:18
Speaker 1: his faith, his unwavering commitment. They couldn't understand it. So
• 9:23
Speaker 1: things are going to happen in your life, but it's
• 9:25
Speaker 1: how you handle what happens doesn't matter. So keep pushing, y'all.
• 9:28
Speaker 1: Don't let the little things get in the way, okay,
• 9:30
Speaker 1: And if you just sometimes you just don't know. I
• 9:33
Speaker 1: got in the cab thinking I wasn't gonna make it,
• 9:35
Speaker 1: but at least let's go see, let's try. I made it. Now,
• 9:38
Speaker 1: guess what that gives me another piece of information that
• 9:42
Speaker 1: I have, and all I had to see it again
• 9:44
Speaker 1: to date. Guess what I said today. Man, Sometimes when
• 9:48
Speaker 1: it looked like you ain't gonna make it, just go
• 9:49
Speaker 1: head on anywhere. Now. I could still be back there
• 9:51
Speaker 1: at the hotel time I wear my car, but I
• 9:54
Speaker 1: got up in here made it. So Now what y'all
• 9:56
Speaker 1: gonna do with it? Let's go. You're listening every morning show,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
• 10:05
Speaker 1: My quarantine song today originally recorded by one of the
• 10:11
Speaker 1: great groups of all time to Commodoors. I maybe just
• 10:16
Speaker 1: a foodless dreamer, but I won't out of here because
• 10:26
Speaker 1: I know my happiness is waiting for me. Not here.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: I'm searching for that sealverlining No quarantine I see or
• 10:49
Speaker 1: I like to take off my mask so I can breathe.
• 10:56
Speaker 1: Oh I can breathe. Whoa zoo? I like to fly? Oh? Wait?
• 11:12
Speaker 1: Should I like to fly away? Get straight out of quarantine? Baby? Hello, Shirley, Hello,
• 11:24
Speaker 1: call Darling, Hello Darling, what's happening? Hello, wonderful JUNI y'all morning,
• 11:30
Speaker 1: everybody morning. The incomparable nephew Tommy top top top is Friday. Baby,
• 11:35
Speaker 1: let's get and the mouth of the South. This ship,
• 11:42
Speaker 1: that's morning case. Y'all don't know. Oh, Monica has the
• 11:50
Speaker 1: same voice as Sister Olddlle. She's Sister Old Dale's nick.
• 11:57
Speaker 1: Come morning, morning, morning. Well what a week, huh Friday,
• 12:04
Speaker 1: it's been a strawberry? Yes, sure, well you know. Look
• 12:12
Speaker 1: it's the reality of it. Oh, things are going to
• 12:17
Speaker 1: have to change. They cannot be allowed to remain this way.
• 12:21
Speaker 1: I just want to say to the young people out
• 12:23
Speaker 1: there who are protested, you should protest. You have the
• 12:28
Speaker 1: right to protest. Be careful though, when you're protesting, make
• 12:32
Speaker 1: sure you do it the right way. I know they
• 12:35
Speaker 1: haven't been listening, I know they haven't heard us, but
• 12:39
Speaker 1: do not sacrifice your life. And it's not totally organized
• 12:45
Speaker 1: with the direction, So be careful out there in your protest.
• 12:48
Speaker 1: You should protest, you should mark march, get signs, you
• 12:52
Speaker 1: should gather together. But we need everybody to get involved
• 12:55
Speaker 1: in this protest here. We need everybody. We need Blacks, Jews, gaze,
• 13:02
Speaker 1: anybody that understands what discrimination is about, well meaning people
• 13:07
Speaker 1: who don't suffer discrimination, but who are just sick of
• 13:10
Speaker 1: seeing it done. That's what we need. But continue to protest. Man,
• 13:14
Speaker 1: But y'all be careful out there, man, do it the
• 13:16
Speaker 1: smart way. Don't get yourself shot because they look for
• 13:19
Speaker 1: a reason now and because they don't need one. Yeah,
• 13:23
Speaker 1: we see, be very very careful out there. People, be
• 13:28
Speaker 1: very very careful out there, because that's right, man, that's right.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: Just be careful. And Steve, we're gonna start to show
• 13:34
Speaker 1: off on a lighter note. Okay, we're gonna okay, we're
• 13:37
Speaker 1: gonna ask the CLO, the Chief Love Officer coming up
• 13:39
Speaker 1: at thirty two minutes after the hour, let's write this. Yeah,
• 13:44
Speaker 1: you're listening to all right, Steve, here we are. It's Friday.
• 13:49
Speaker 1: It's been a very heavy week. Food dream. We're gonna
• 13:55
Speaker 1: lighten things up a bit as we bring the CLO
• 13:59
Speaker 1: in the Chief Love right here. Yeah, all right, here
• 14:02
Speaker 1: we go. This one is from Lynn and Maryland. She says,
• 14:06
Speaker 1: I've been married for ten years and I thought I
• 14:09
Speaker 1: had a good marriage until I got into an argument
• 14:11
Speaker 1: over a game of Uno with my sister in law.
• 14:15
Speaker 1: I beat her three times in a row and she
• 14:17
Speaker 1: got mad and went off on me. She told me
• 14:21
Speaker 1: that's all and too many reverses right after you say it?
• 14:29
Speaker 1: Un right, Okay? Her sister went off on her. She
• 14:33
Speaker 1: told me, my husband does not like my natural short hair,
• 14:36
Speaker 1: my cooking is terrible, and my sex is boring him
• 14:40
Speaker 1: to death. My husband didn't say a word. Here we
• 14:43
Speaker 1: are a week later, and I'm still not speaking to him.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: He hasn't even apologized. Is it safe to assume he
• 14:50
Speaker 1: told his sister this stuff about me? Yeah, he said,
• 14:55
Speaker 1: you can't cook, you got shot, and you sexist. Draft.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: He said it, He said it. He told us that
• 15:03
Speaker 1: to his sister, all this, all this because she said,
• 15:08
Speaker 1: oh no, and you pulled out draw folk, she pulled
• 15:12
Speaker 1: out fifty cards. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, But he could
• 15:16
Speaker 1: have at least apologized something. He cannot listen to me.
• 15:24
Speaker 1: He cannot say. I was just Look, I was just
• 15:28
Speaker 1: with my sister and when he was talking. Because you
• 15:31
Speaker 1: can't tell a woman you was talking to her about
• 15:34
Speaker 1: another woman. Yeah, she don't care who the woman is.
• 15:38
Speaker 1: You got short hair, she don't. Hearn't like his short hair,
• 15:41
Speaker 1: he don't like he cooking it, and he don't like
• 15:43
Speaker 1: he loved it. That's everything. When did you get all
• 15:47
Speaker 1: that him out to draw four? All? Right? This one
• 15:52
Speaker 1: is from he don't like the way you look in
• 15:55
Speaker 1: the bed. Those are the very important things. That's everything.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: And if two out of three ain't bad over here,
• 16:07
Speaker 1: all right? Karen and Southfield, Michigan, says, I'm a forty
• 16:09
Speaker 1: two year old woman and I was checking the texts
• 16:12
Speaker 1: on my man's phone yesterday. Yes, he allows me to
• 16:15
Speaker 1: check his phone whenever I want to. I can't across
• 16:18
Speaker 1: the text message about child support for a seventeen year
• 16:21
Speaker 1: old daughter. I asked him about it, and he admitted
• 16:23
Speaker 1: that he has another child and he didn't tell me
• 16:26
Speaker 1: about her because it might run me off. He has
• 16:29
Speaker 1: a total of five children that I know of. Should
• 16:31
Speaker 1: I even be planning a future with the man that
• 16:34
Speaker 1: hides children and doesn't pay all of his child's support.
• 16:37
Speaker 1: That's a good one. Steve, Well, wait a minute. You
• 16:41
Speaker 1: saw a text about child support. He could be behind.
• 16:45
Speaker 1: He got five, you know, he could be behind. He
• 16:48
Speaker 1: didn't tell you about the child because he didn't want
• 16:50
Speaker 1: to run you off. He thought the foe was Max.
• 16:54
Speaker 1: You know five. Now you think he's about not married?
• 16:59
Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. He was right, you know,
• 17:03
Speaker 1: but I think you have to stop the fact that
• 17:05
Speaker 1: the matter is he has been paying child support. He
• 17:08
Speaker 1: might be in the reels a little bit. That don't
• 17:10
Speaker 1: make him a horrible person. Could have just got a
• 17:13
Speaker 1: little side tracked on something, but he trying to do
• 17:16
Speaker 1: right and take care of the child. He didn't tell
• 17:18
Speaker 1: you about him. But how long have y'all been dating?
• 17:20
Speaker 1: How long they say they've been married to dating? Did
• 17:23
Speaker 1: it say in the question? No, it's just just yeah,
• 17:28
Speaker 1: she's planning. You know. You check your man phone. You
• 17:30
Speaker 1: found out, you found out he got some text in it.
• 17:33
Speaker 1: Found about another baby seventeen years old. What you're gonna do?
• 17:36
Speaker 1: He's seventy baby seventeen, baby seven, kild support almost over it? Yeah?
• 17:41
Speaker 1: Are you right? This one not got about another year?
• 17:43
Speaker 1: Unless he the reds good point. Her point is that
• 17:46
Speaker 1: he was lying. Well, he didn't lie. He didn't tell
• 17:49
Speaker 1: you about it. The same things same, No, that's not
• 17:52
Speaker 1: that's not the same it is it is the same Junior.
• 17:59
Speaker 1: Is that the same thing? Hell? No, Tom, is that
• 18:02
Speaker 1: the same thing? Steve? Is that the same thing? Absolutely not?
• 18:06
Speaker 1: Whatever it is holding information, it's different from mine of omission,
• 18:14
Speaker 1: we win O mission love is different from omitting. Steve,
• 18:21
Speaker 1: he lied if he told her he had four kids
• 18:23
Speaker 1: and he got five. No, okay, Shirley asked me a question.
• 18:28
Speaker 1: Watch this just ask Is that a red shirt you
• 18:32
Speaker 1: have on there? Steve, No, what do you mean? No,
• 18:35
Speaker 1: clearly it's red. You just lied to me. No, I didn't.
• 18:40
Speaker 1: This shirt. This shirt is red and black. I think
• 18:45
Speaker 1: you were gonna say that. I knew you were gonna
• 18:47
Speaker 1: say that because you got writing on the side and
• 18:50
Speaker 1: what you're talking about. You know, if you're looking at
• 18:53
Speaker 1: the wrong side of whatever. Right, like most Hill in
• 19:02
Speaker 1: Missouri says, I'm a thirty four year old man engaged
• 19:05
Speaker 1: to a beautiful forty three year old woman. Before we met.
• 19:09
Speaker 1: She was in a relationship with a man for thirteen years,
• 19:12
Speaker 1: and her boyfriend got sick last year and she was
• 19:15

Speaker 1: she calls to check on him and is offered to
• 19:20
Speaker 1: take him food. I feel like she's doing too much
• 19:23
Speaker 1: and this dude is taking advantage of it. I told
• 19:25
Speaker 1: her that I want her to stop talking to him,
• 19:27
Speaker 1: and she said that I am being too controlling and
• 19:30
Speaker 1: making her have second thoughts about marrying me. Am I wrong? Well?
• 19:35
Speaker 1: You know, man, if she was with a man for
• 19:37
Speaker 1: thirteen years and he got really sick. When you break
• 19:39
Speaker 1: up with a person, it doesn't mean you don't you know,
• 19:42
Speaker 1: she may not be in love, but she wants loved
• 19:45

Speaker 1: the situation were reversed, he was the one going to
• 20:15
Speaker 1: his ex. Oh she have a hearted exactly. Yea, So
• 20:20
Speaker 1: I understand, I understand his his doing the most, and
• 20:25
Speaker 1: the dude probably is taking advantage of. But now it's
• 20:29
Speaker 1: do you trust her? Right right? See if some of
• 20:32
Speaker 1: these relationships, you're gonna have to put your big boy
• 20:34
Speaker 1: pants on. Yeah, all right, all right, good advice when

• 21:46
Speaker 1: Grant Grant Stevens right, yes, hey, hey, Grant, this is
• 21:51
Speaker 1: brother Lewis Finley. I'm calling from mom Side and Missionaire
• 21:55
Speaker 1: Baptist Church. You and your wife just joined a couple
• 21:59
Speaker 1: of weeks ago at right, absolutely, yes, okay, So now listen, um,
• 22:05
Speaker 1: I wanted to reach out to you. I know you
• 22:07
Speaker 1: guys have started the uh the orientation and from my
• 22:10
Speaker 1: understanding you you finished one one class at the orientation.
• 22:14
Speaker 1: You got three more to go with that, right? Yes? Alright, alright, alright,
• 22:19
Speaker 1: So first of all, I want to say welcome to
• 22:21
Speaker 1: my side. And I and and I hope you are
• 22:24
Speaker 1: enjoying yourself. I know that you and your wife are
• 22:28
Speaker 1: a mixed couple. You your Caucasian and she's she's black.
• 22:32
Speaker 1: Are you Are you liking the church so far? Grant? Absolutely,
• 22:37
Speaker 1: we really are enjoying it. We completed our first orientation
• 22:40
Speaker 1: and uh yeah, so far we're really enjoying it. Okay, Okay,
• 22:45
Speaker 1: did I catch you a bad time? I am at
• 22:47
Speaker 1: work right now, but it's okay. I've got a couple
• 22:49
Speaker 1: of I've got a couple of minutes, Okay, Okay. I
• 22:51
Speaker 1: just wanted to call you. Man. I was worried I
• 22:54
Speaker 1: know you because I don't think you noticed. But you
• 22:56
Speaker 1: are the first Caucasian to join our church, and I
• 23:01
Speaker 1: just want to make sure you kind of knew the
• 23:04
Speaker 1: language and and just just kind of knowing what the
• 23:08
Speaker 1: Black church is all about. And there's certain sands and
• 23:10
Speaker 1: different things I think you should know so that, uh
• 23:14
Speaker 1: you know, I just don't want you to say the
• 23:16
Speaker 1: wrong thing while you at the church. Does that makes sense, uh? Okay? Okay. So,
• 23:22
Speaker 1: so what I wanted to do, like, I wanted to
• 23:24
Speaker 1: give you a little black church quiz, so you can
• 23:27
Speaker 1: kind of maybe if you could let me know where
• 23:30
Speaker 1: you are. You know, if you want a lower level
• 23:33
Speaker 1: or a high level. It's for being knowledgeable about the
• 23:37
Speaker 1: Black Church. Like fill is blank in for me? Grant
• 23:40
Speaker 1: if and if you don't matter. I just want to
• 23:41
Speaker 1: take liberty of time and I let you get back
• 23:43
Speaker 1: to work. But first of all, give a blank to God?
• 23:49
Speaker 1: What what what would go in that blank? Right there?
• 23:51
Speaker 1: First of all, give a blank to God. All I
• 23:55
Speaker 1: can think of Tom has give give things to God.
• 23:59
Speaker 1: H No, see that wrong, See that's wrong. See to
• 24:02
Speaker 1: see what it is is? First of all, give an
• 24:04
Speaker 1: honor to God, all right? Remember, first of all, give
• 24:07
Speaker 1: an honor to God. You got that? Okay? Yes, yes, okay.
• 24:11
Speaker 1: First of all, give an honor to God, who is
• 24:14
Speaker 1: the blank of my life? What? What? What? What goes
• 24:18
Speaker 1: into blak? First of all, I give an honor to God,
• 24:21
Speaker 1: who is the blank of my life, the love of
• 24:25
  Speaker 1: my life. No, No, that's that's that's that's wrong. First
• 24:29
Speaker 1: of all, give an honor to God, who is the
• 24:32
Speaker 1: head of my life. Okay. I was just are you sure?
• 24:36
Speaker 1: Are you sure about that? Oh? I'm definitely sure about man.
• 24:39
  Speaker 1: I don't. Don't, don't. What I don't want you to
• 24:41
Speaker 1: do is question what what I know? I'm from the
• 24:44
  Speaker 1: Black Church. I know you don't. No, No, I wasn't.
• 24:45
  Speaker 1: I wasn't a question you, sir. I wasn't question. I'm sorry.
• 24:48
Speaker 1: I've just always heard it that way. But okay, So
• 24:51
Speaker 1: so I'm trying to give you the understanding of knowing
• 24:54
Speaker 1: what the Black Church is about. You know what I'm saying,
• 24:56
  Speaker 1: I understand. I just I I appreciate you. I'm just
• 24:58
Speaker 1: I apologize. Okay. Now, now look, I don't know these answers, obviously,
• 25:05
Speaker 1: but I've got a meeting. I gotta get you here
• 25:06
Speaker 1: in a minute like like this. I'm curious if everyone
• 25:09
Speaker 1: in the church gets these phone calls. Well wait, waiting,
• 25:11
Speaker 1: waiting in the grant. I know you have a meeting,
• 25:12
Speaker 1: but what's more important You're meeting or knowing your position
• 25:17
Speaker 1: at the Black Church? What what's more important? I really
• 25:21
Speaker 1: don't have time for this right now. I can't believe
• 25:22
Speaker 1: this actually happening, Like, did you did your pastor even
• 25:25
Speaker 1: know that you're calling you right now? Well? No, I
• 25:28
Speaker 1: took the livery of myself when I realized you was
• 25:30
Speaker 1: Caucasian that I would call and try to help you
• 25:33
Speaker 1: so you would know what to do when you're in
• 25:35
Speaker 1: the Black church when people are saying certain things you okay, okay, Grant,
• 25:40
Speaker 1: if you don't, man, just do this the grant like,
• 25:43
Speaker 1: do you know what hooping is? Hooping? Like who the hooping? Uh? No,
• 25:49
Speaker 1: hooping is when in the past. That is at the
• 25:52
Speaker 1: end of his sermon. So listen to this all good God,
• 25:58
Speaker 1: I'm not do that funny if you if you will
• 26:01
Speaker 1: a grant? Oh hello, oh god, oh night, no, no, no, no,
• 26:09
Speaker 1: what you come on you women? Oh God, I'm i
• 26:17
Speaker 1: gotta get I can't believe I'm doing this. Oh oh yeah,
• 26:24
Speaker 1: oh God almighty. Okay, hey, hey, Grant, do you think
• 26:31
Speaker 1: maybe it's possible that you can have some sessions? I
• 26:35
Speaker 1: spose you come back to the church and I can
• 26:38
Speaker 1: prepare you more. Hey, man, let's listen. You have caught
• 26:42
Speaker 1: me at a really bad time, and I'm quite honestly
• 26:44
Speaker 1: just so frustrated. Like I've never heard of a quiz
• 26:48
Speaker 1: like this. I'm really offended, to be honest, to be like,
• 26:50
Speaker 1: do you guys not want me to go to your
• 26:52
Speaker 1: church anymore? Like a matter of fact, dude, you should
• 26:55
Speaker 1: be calling my wife right now. She's black, but if
• 26:58
Speaker 1: she should already know Nacoia's question. You the one don't
• 27:02
Speaker 1: know who I'm gonna call. I should call you. I'm
• 27:05
Speaker 1: at work right now. I have a meeting to get
• 27:07
Speaker 1: to in just a minute. I don't know what you're doing.
• 27:10
Speaker 1: And I hold on a second. I have got to
• 27:12
Speaker 1: close my office store. And this is so embarrassing. I
• 27:15
Speaker 1: have never ever received a phone call like this in
• 27:18
Speaker 1: my life. And you better be lucky. I mean, I
• 27:21
Speaker 1: want to talk to your pastor. I am going to
• 27:23
Speaker 1: talk to him next Sunday. No joke. Why didn't mean
• 27:27
Speaker 1: for you to get hotstyle like that. I hadn't mean
• 27:29
Speaker 1: that you. I didn't mean to upset you and nothing
• 27:31
Speaker 1: like that. What can I say something else to you?
• 27:34
Speaker 1: One last thing? And I have to go, Okay, I
• 27:38

• 33:19
Speaker 1: almost the whole country is still reacting to the video
• 33:22
Speaker 1: of the last minutes of the life of a black
• 33:23
Speaker 1: man named George Floyd, dead, officials say thanks to a
• 33:26
Speaker 1: now fired white Minneapolis cop named Derek Chauvin, seen on

Speaker 1: charges filed, every second of which he could have removed
• 33:43
Speaker 1: his knee from George Floyd's neck, every one of which
• 33:48
Speaker 1: he could have listened to community around him, clearly saying
• 33:53
Speaker 1: that he needed to stop. I saw no fret. I
• 33:56
Speaker 1: saw nothing that would signal that this kind of force
• 34:01
Speaker 1: was necessary. Why is the man who killed George Floyd
• 34:05
Speaker 1: not in jail? And that's the mayor of Minneapolis. George
• 34:08
Speaker 1: Floyd's brother, Felonas put it all over in human turns.
• 34:12
Speaker 1: But I had to watch the video. Those four officers
• 34:15
Speaker 1: they executed my brother. The paramedics they drug him across
• 34:21
Speaker 1: the ground without administ in CPR. They showed no empathy,
• 34:28

• 34:43
Speaker 1: activists say Chief Medaria A. Rodondo seemed more concerned about
• 34:47
Speaker 1: property than people. The University of Minnesota, whose main campus
• 34:50
Speaker 1: is in Minneapolis, has announced it will no longer a
• 34:54
Speaker 1: contract in Minneapolis Police Department to provide any additional policing
• 34:58
Speaker 1: duties for large events at the college, like the Division
• 35:00
Speaker 1: one football games. Meanwhile, protests continued last night all over
• 35:04
Speaker 1: the place, demonstrate as black, white, and brown took to
• 35:07
Speaker 1: the streets of not only Minneapolis, but Denver, Memphis, Phoenix, Phoenix, Columbus, Ohio,
• 35:12
Speaker 1: and New York City. What happened with Brother Floyd and
• 35:15
Speaker 1: Minneapolis happens every single day to black and brown people
• 35:19
Speaker 1: in cities and towns across this country. My heart hurts,
• 35:23
Speaker 1: my soul hurts because I'd be seeing my people die
• 35:26
Speaker 1: on video. That hurts. And there was seventy arrests in
• 35:29
Speaker 1: New York City and Louisville, Kentucky. Seven protesters were shot,
• 35:32
Speaker 1: one critically. Louisville, the cops busted into the wrong apartment
• 35:36
Speaker 1: back in March and shot and killed a young black woman,
• 35:39
Speaker 1: an emergency medical technician named Brianna Taylor. President Trump, although
• 35:43
Speaker 1: he's asked the FBI and the Justice Department to look
• 35:46
Speaker 1: into it, he said in a tweet, calling the writers
• 35:49
Speaker 1: thugs who were, according to him, dishonoring the name of
• 35:52
Speaker 1: George Floyd, adding, when the looting starts, a shooting starts.
• 35:55
Speaker 1: Twitter flag Dada as a glorifying violence. Colin Kaepernick supporting,
• 35:59
Speaker 1: sayings civility. When civility leads to death, revolting is the
• 36:02
Speaker 1: only logical reaction. Ice Cube was supposed to be on
• 36:05
Speaker 1: Good Morning America, said he doesn't want to be on
• 36:07
Speaker 1: Good Morning America because he's in no mood to tell
• 36:09
Speaker 1: America good morning. Now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
• 36:13
Speaker 1: You're listening to show? All right, guys, time now for
• 36:18
Speaker 1: tell me something good. We've had such crazy news, such
• 36:21
Speaker 1: horrible sad news this week. Here's some good news from
• 36:25
Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Am I my brother's keeper,
• 36:29
Speaker 1: Denzel Washington got out of his car. He was in
• 36:32
Speaker 1: Los Angeles. He got out of his car to help
• 36:34
Speaker 1: a homeless man evade oncoming traffic and to help him
• 36:39
Speaker 1: to safety. Denzel was wearing his mask. He helped the man,
• 36:42
Speaker 1: who was not wearing a mask, to safety and stayed
• 36:45
Speaker 1: with him after the police arrived. Denzel also gave the
• 36:48
Speaker 1: man something to eat and drink, and he comforted the man.
• 36:53
Speaker 1: This is according to People Magazine. Although the police initially
• 36:57
Speaker 1: detained the man for unknown reasons, he would quickly released.
• 37:01
Speaker 1: So good for Denzel. Did he know that was Denzel
• 37:04
Speaker 1: because he had a mask? Did he know had a
• 37:06
Speaker 1: mask on? He had a cap on. He didn't even
• 37:09
Speaker 1: dress down, He did not know. Yeah, you don't know what.
• 37:15
Speaker 1: I have gotten a car back at it. He ran
• 37:18
Speaker 1: back out of the track. Man, Yeah, where we're going?
• 37:27
Speaker 1: Just a random active no man, But did Dennis good
• 37:31
Speaker 1: brother man? Him and his wife. Man are really really
• 37:35
Speaker 1: some really really special people. Man. They're really cool people. Man,
• 37:38
Speaker 1: they really really are. I'm not surprised. Man, that's that dude.
• 37:42
  Speaker 1: He's he's he's a good dude. Man. Yeah, we we
• 37:46
Speaker 1: just said, Carla, I said that has never happened to us,
• 37:48
Speaker 1: and Denzel got out of the car and helped us
• 37:50
Speaker 1: do anything. And I'm glad because we would have never
• 37:53
Speaker 1: heard the end of this. We would have in the traffic.
• 38:01
Speaker 1: Wa Wait a minute, Tommy, these two embarrassing to no
• 38:09
Speaker 1: damn end at my foundation? Gala, Denzel, these two whatever?
• 38:17
Speaker 1: When there is an age limited, this much damn group
• 38:22
  Speaker 1: isn't well, there's not. Ya don't see Shaw's group of
• 38:27
Speaker 1: ass down somewhere, Steve here he comes introducing so embarrassed.
• 38:33
Speaker 1: Oh my god, Oh my god, Steve. It was Denzel. Okay, yes,
• 38:39
Speaker 1: against that pole. I was like, there's a lot of
• 38:44
Speaker 1: people leaning up against poles. There's a lot of people
• 38:47
Speaker 1: leaning up against poles, nota this was Denzel. I think
• 38:54
Speaker 1: that's what they're not getting, Carla. This was a Denzel.
• 38:57
Speaker 1: Y'all through, y'all through, no we got what about. I'm
• 39:02
Speaker 1: gonna tell you one thing. I'm gonna tell you how
• 39:04
Speaker 1: good an actor he is. Though I watched Eli full
• 39:07
Speaker 1: time for funny when you first told I promise you
• 39:15
Speaker 1: I watched a movie full time today finally told me
• 39:17
Speaker 1: he was blind. I went, what super Birds out the
• 39:22
Speaker 1: sky coming up in thirty four minutes after the hour,
• 39:26
Speaker 1: Colin Kaepernick said it is time for a revolution and
• 39:30
Speaker 1: he supports the violent protests. We'll talk about it right
• 39:33
Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. We
• 39:38
Speaker 1: have all been watching the protests, which included parts of
• 39:41
Speaker 1: Minneapolis burning as people are outraged about the police brutality
• 39:46
Speaker 1: the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis, and now the
• 39:51
Speaker 1: National Guard has been requested to come to Minneapolis to
• 39:55
Speaker 1: combat the looting and the rioting amidst the protests. Colin
• 39:58
Speaker 1: Kaepernick recently spoke out about the protests. He posted that
• 40:02
Speaker 1: they just don't get it because all the national discussions
• 40:05
Speaker 1: have not stopped the horrendous killings of black men, So
• 40:08
Speaker 1: it's time to ramp up the protests and not worry
• 40:11
Speaker 1: about keeping the peace. Well that's you know what, that's
• 40:17
Speaker 1: a great statement calling if you're gonna be out there
• 40:20
Speaker 1: with them, disrupting the peace and putting your life on
• 40:23
Speaker 1: the line and you run the risk of getting shot,
• 40:26
Speaker 1: murdered and going to jail, that's fine if that's what
• 40:29
Speaker 1: you're going to do. But let's not those of us
• 40:33
Speaker 1: who are not going to put it on the line
• 40:35
Speaker 1: like that protest is wonderful. I'm in total agreement of protests,
• 40:40
Speaker 1: but we cannot send our folks out there without a
• 40:43
Speaker 1: game plan to just go out there and start doing
• 40:46
Speaker 1: acts of violence, because now that violence allows them then
• 40:52
Speaker 1: to use their form of violence, which they don't need
• 40:54
Speaker 1: a real good reason for anyway. And I'm not a
• 40:57
Speaker 1: proponent of sending our young people out there in the
• 41:00
Speaker 1: streets if you're not gonna get out there in them
• 41:02
Speaker 1: streets with them. So no, I believe in protests. I
• 41:06
  Speaker 1: think there's a way to protest. I don't want to
• 41:09
Speaker 1: promote violence because I don't want their hate to get
• 41:14
Speaker 1: turned back on them, which is all they gonna do.
• 41:16
Speaker 1: They're gonna bring in National Guard and they start killing folks,
• 41:19
Speaker 1: and then distraction will beyond that and not on the
• 41:21
Speaker 1: real issue like they but just like yesterday, the the
• 41:29
Speaker 1: officer who killed them. Yeah see, And I understand the anger,
• 41:33
Speaker 1: and they have every right to be angry. And I
• 41:36
Speaker 1: understand that when you take the oppressed and you keep
• 41:39
Speaker 1: pushing them and you're not listening to them, I know
• 41:43
Speaker 1: what it turns into. I was in the riots in
• 41:46
Speaker 1: Cleveland as a young boy. I was in them riots.
• 41:50
Speaker 1: I went up there when my parents told me not
• 41:52
Speaker 1: to go up there. I watched all my neighborhood bird
• 41:56
Speaker 1: in Cleveland saw it. And that was winning the seventies
• 42:01
Speaker 1: or sixty eight. And yeah, we're still going through this.
• 42:08
Speaker 1: People are so mad right now. And and but now
• 42:11
Speaker 1: for a man like Colin Kaepernick, you have to be careful, brother.
• 42:15
Speaker 1: And I love Colin Kaepernick. I love the kneeling. I
• 42:18
Speaker 1: understood what he was doing. But they flipped the scrip
• 42:21
Speaker 1: on him, they did. But now this right here, man,
• 42:23
Speaker 1: we cannot send these young people out in these streets
• 42:26
Speaker 1: like this without an organized plan. Now we won't. But
• 42:31
Speaker 1: but you forced them out there when you don't listen
• 42:34
Speaker 1: to them, so they don't voted. They went out and
• 42:38
Speaker 1: and asked you to pay attention. Now they setting stuff
• 42:41
Speaker 1: on fire. That's what happens when you take oppressed people
• 42:45
Speaker 1: and you keep pressing them and don't expect the pressure
• 42:48
Speaker 1: buster pipe charges yesterday. You we look at this video
• 42:55
Speaker 1: and we're saying in this moment, what else does the
• 42:58
Speaker 1: DA need to see? Why exactly this wrong investigation? The
• 43:05
Speaker 1: mayor fired the four officers right away, immediately he did.
• 43:09
Speaker 1: But the judicial system here we go. Now watch this
• 43:13
Speaker 1: here we're gonna investigate it. Now watch this here. Then
• 43:15
  Speaker 1: we're gonna do a convene a grand jury. When a
• 43:19
Speaker 1: black person kill a white person, we don't do grand jury. Yeah,
• 43:23
Speaker 1: your ass going to jail. The rusted immediately we saw
• 43:27
Speaker 1: him with his knee on his man's neck, as as
• 43:31
Speaker 1: Benjamin Crump said, for nine straight minutes, to the point
• 43:35
Speaker 1: where this white man is so comfortable he put his
• 43:37
Speaker 1: hands in his pocket, come screaming. You have the situation
• 43:46
Speaker 1: under control, you have no fear of your life, you're
• 43:49
Speaker 1: not in any danger. Your hands are in your pocket,
• 43:52
Speaker 1: and this man is pleading for his life, and you
• 43:55
  Speaker 1: ignored him. That's murder. That's murders. That's murder. It's very
• 44:02
Speaker 1: hard to watch them with that press conference yesterday, those
• 44:06
Speaker 1: lead leaders of those particular counties and areas, they were
• 44:09
Speaker 1: all white, no minority representation up there in that moment. Yeah,
• 44:14
Speaker 1: so now they call it in the National Guard. Yeah,
• 44:18
Speaker 1: it's serious, right, all right, Um, coming up next, we're
• 44:24
Speaker 1: gonna switch gears here, Nephew Tommy in the building with
• 44:27
Speaker 1: today's prank phone call that's coming up right after this.
• 44:31
Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Show coming up at the
• 44:35
Speaker 1: top of the hour about four minutes after. It's my
• 44:38
Speaker 1: strawberry letter for today. Subject my boyfriend and I sleep
• 44:42
Speaker 1: in his ex's driveway. What god, man, god right, my
• 44:50
Speaker 1: boyfriend and I sleep and his exs driveway. We'll get
• 44:53
Speaker 1: into it, but first it is the nephews turn to
• 44:56
Speaker 1: give us a prank. What you got for us today?

Speaker 1: My boyfriend and I sleep in his ex's driveway. Girl, Okay,
• 54:30
Speaker 1: this is so stupid. All right here we go. Steve
• 54:34
Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley. I am a twenty nine year old
• 54:36
Speaker 1: female in a confusing dating situation. We've been dating for
• 54:41
Speaker 1: almost two years, but I waited for four months before
• 54:43
Speaker 1: we had sex to make sure his last relationship was
• 54:47
Speaker 1: totally over. He has three kids by three different women,
• 54:50
Speaker 1: but the youngest child's mother has been a problem in
• 54:54
Speaker 1: our relationship. My boyfriend lived with her when we met,
• 54:57
Speaker 1: but now he lives inside his art V that's parked
• 55:01
Speaker 1: in her driveway. I stay over there with him in
• 55:06
Speaker 1: the RV sometimes, but he mostly stays at my place
• 55:09
Speaker 1: because I told him it's weird to make love to
• 55:12
Speaker 1: him on her property. The other day, his child's mother
• 55:16
Speaker 1: facetimed me from my boyfriend's phone so I could see
• 55:20
Speaker 1: that my boyfriend was asleep in her bed. I begged
• 55:24
Speaker 1: her to wake my boyfriend up, but she refused. I
• 55:27
Speaker 1: called my boyfriend's phone repeatedly, but she had turned the
• 55:31
Speaker 1: phone off. A few hours later, my boyfriend called to
• 55:34
Speaker 1: say he fell asleep watching a movie with his son,
• 55:37
Speaker 1: and his son wanted to watch the movie on his
• 55:40
Speaker 1: mommy's TV, so that's why he was in her bed.
• 55:44
Speaker 1: He swore nothing happened, but it looked like he was
• 55:47
Speaker 1: passed out drunk. When she facetimed me, he surprised me
• 55:52
Speaker 1: and said he would take me on a trip when
• 55:54
Speaker 1: it's safe to travel, so he can show me that
• 55:57
Speaker 1: I'm number one and he is only concerned with making
• 56:00
Speaker 1: me happy. I was really excited, so I got a
• 56:03
Speaker 1: bottle of wine and decided to pop up and celebrate
• 56:07
Speaker 1: with him. When I pulled up, his child's mother came
• 56:10
Speaker 1: out and said that they were inside her house having
• 56:13
Speaker 1: dinner and I should come back later. I'm at the
• 56:18
Speaker 1: end of my rope with this woman. Is he really
• 56:21
Speaker 1: doing all of this because of his son or is
• 56:24
Speaker 1: he in there playing house with his ex and playing
• 56:27
Speaker 1: me for a full? What is really going on here?
• 56:29
Speaker 1: Please help? All right, everything that you just mentioned, playing
• 56:34
Speaker 1: you for a full, playing house with this ex, all
• 56:37
Speaker 1: of that over there because it's his son. He's doing
• 56:40
Speaker 1: all of that. Okay. Everything you mentioned he's doing at
• 56:44
Speaker 1: one time or another. All right. You've been with this
• 56:47
Speaker 1: guy for two years. Two years, okay, and you wanted
• 56:53
Speaker 1: to wait until his last relationship was over. It's not over,
• 56:58
Speaker 1: and it's never gonna be over. Okay. He's over her
• 57:01
Speaker 1: house a whole lot, and how can he help it.
• 57:04
Speaker 1: He lives in her driveway. Okay. I like the fact
• 57:09
Speaker 1: that he spends time with his son. That is the
• 57:11
Speaker 1: only thing I like about this guy. Baby mama likes
• 57:15
Speaker 1: it all too, Okay. She likes him. She likes everything
• 57:18
Speaker 1: he's doing for her son. She likes everything you said.
• 57:22
Speaker 1: She's a problem for you now, Well guess what. She's
• 57:25
Speaker 1: going to be a problem for you forever? Forever? Will
• 57:28
Speaker 1: she be a problem because you're in a relationship with them.
• 57:32
Speaker 1: They're in the relationship and you're in it with them. Okay.
• 57:36
Speaker 1: Everybody's involved, the three other children, the three children, the
• 57:39
Speaker 1: three baby mamas. There's too many people you him her.
• 57:43
Speaker 1: All of these people sound like tell me when I
• 57:46
Speaker 1: say that, all these people in this relationship, and he's
• 57:50
Speaker 1: living on her property in an ivy RV he's got
• 57:53
Speaker 1: way he might need an ivy. He's got way too
• 57:55
Speaker 1: much going on there. It's just too much. It's too much.
• 58:00
Speaker 1: He's still living with her. You said he was living
• 58:03
Speaker 1: with her when you met. He's still living with her.
• 58:07
Speaker 1: So guess what you need to do. You need to
• 58:09
Speaker 1: get out of this today, right now. Forget about buying
• 58:12
Speaker 1: a bottle of wine because you're so happy because he
• 58:15
Speaker 1: wanted to take you on a trip. Don't go anywhere
• 58:17
Speaker 1: with this man, please, this is too much mess. Get
• 58:20
Speaker 1: out now. There are plenty of single men out here
• 58:24
Speaker 1: that are not living in their excess driveways in an RV.
• 58:29
Speaker 1: All right, get it through your head that you can
• 58:32
Speaker 1: do better than this. Steve who wrote dish damn letter
• 58:40
Speaker 1: twenty nine. Yeah, you're twenty nine. You've been dating a
• 58:46
Speaker 1: man for almost two years. You waited for four years
• 58:51
Speaker 1: for your hand sex with him, and this what you
• 58:54
Speaker 1: had sex with Yeah, for a month. You waited four
• 58:58
Speaker 1: months for your hand six This what you waited for
• 59:03
Speaker 1: So you can get in that RV in that lady driveway.
• 59:08
Speaker 1: Hell lives in an RV, pat in his excess driveway?
• 59:17
Speaker 1: Who do that? Well? I guess I going up in
• 59:22
Speaker 1: the driveway and go home. Come on in, girl, let
• 59:27
Speaker 1: me ask you something. When you're gonna knock on the
• 59:29
Speaker 1: RV dough is your back against the other house? You
• 59:36
Speaker 1: ever told your dress on the fence? Question? Steve, I'm
• 59:40
Speaker 1: just asking do they have them aluminum steps for it?
• 59:43
Speaker 1: When you get in they shift a little bit in
• 59:46
Speaker 1: the r Yeah? Can you flush the toilet, cut on
• 59:50
Speaker 1: the stove and drive from the same chairs Nation. You're
• 59:56
Speaker 1: twenty nine dating a man and for two years that
• 1:00:02
Speaker 1: lives in an RV, which stands for recreational vehicle, in
• 1:00:07
Speaker 1: the driveway of his ex Why ain't that RV somewhere else?
• 1:00:15
Speaker 1: Trailer Paul? Yeah? Yeah, Why my parking lot? Okay? Don't
• 1:00:21
Speaker 1: down at the lake truck stop? Okay? Why pull up
• 1:00:27
Speaker 1: in your driveway? It moves? Why is he in her
• 1:00:33
Speaker 1: damn driveway? I'll be back hang on, Steve. Yeah, we'll
• 1:00:36
Speaker 1: have part two of your response coming up at twenty
• 1:00:38
Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry Letters subjects my
• 1:00:42
Speaker 1: boyfriend and I sleep in his excess driveway. We'll be
• 1:00:45
Speaker 1: back right after this. You're listening to show, all right, Steve?
• 1:00:50
Speaker 1: Come on, let's recap today's crazy strawberry letters, subject my
• 1:00:54
Speaker 1: boyfriend and I sleep in his excess driveway. Put nine
• 1:00:59
Speaker 1: year old girl mandating this man for two years, waited
• 1:01:04
Speaker 1: four months before she slept with it, hundred and twenty days.
• 1:01:09
Speaker 1: And what did you win? The man that has an
• 1:01:13
Speaker 1: RV that's parked in his excess driveway that they happen
• 1:01:20
Speaker 1: to have a baby by, But he got three babies
• 1:01:23
Speaker 1: by three different women. There's a lot of places this
• 1:01:27
Speaker 1: RV could be. I have suggested Walmart parking lots down
• 1:01:32
Speaker 1: at the Lake Lake Trailer parks, truck stops, RV park
• 1:01:41
Speaker 1: How about your damn driveway? Why don't he pull it round? Now?
• 1:01:49
Speaker 1: It got wheels on it. Now you stay over there
• 1:01:54
Speaker 1: in the RV with him sometimes, but it mostly stayed
• 1:01:58
Speaker 1: in my place because I hold him. It's weird to
• 1:02:02
Speaker 1: make love to him on her property. You in the driveway,
• 1:02:06
  Speaker 1: that's what you're worried about. That's why it's weird to
• 1:02:09
Speaker 1: make love at in the driveway between two houses. You
• 1:02:16
Speaker 1: ain't even in the garage. You in the driveway that
• 1:02:23
Speaker 1: ain't even a real stove in now inside the mad
• 1:02:31
Speaker 1: about it? Yeah, he's mad about it. Arms folded. That's
• 1:02:36
Speaker 1: a PopOut so far. Yeah, you ain't making love in
• 1:02:42
  Speaker 1: the bed. That's a day bed. That's a murfy bed.
• 1:02:45
Speaker 1: To pop out the wall. Then the other day, his
• 1:02:50
Speaker 1: child's mother face tied me from my boyfriend phone so
• 1:02:54
Speaker 1: I could see that my boyfriend will sleep in her bed.
• 1:02:58
Speaker 1: I begged her to wake my boyfriend. Excuse me, please
• 1:03:02
Speaker 1: wake him up. Wake him up. You think she called
• 1:03:06
Speaker 1: you to wake him up? She facetimed you so you
• 1:03:10
Speaker 1: can see him sleep. She refused. I called my boyfriends repeatedly,
• 1:03:16
Speaker 1: but she turned the phone off. That a few hours later,
• 1:03:18
Speaker 1: my boyfriend called and said he fell asleep watching a
• 1:03:21
Speaker 1: movie with his son, and his son wanted to watch
• 1:03:24
Speaker 1: the movie on mommy's TV. So that's why he was
• 1:03:27
Speaker 1: in her bed. They just got a TV in the bedroom.
• 1:03:32
Speaker 1: That's probably the same room they made the son in.
• 1:03:39
Speaker 1: You don't find you some memory in now he swoke,
• 1:03:44
Speaker 1: nothing happened, looked like he was passed out drunk. Why
• 1:03:48
Speaker 1: he looked drunk? Sleep? You facetiming? He surprised me. Then
• 1:03:53
Speaker 1: it looked at not just what he did. Then he
• 1:03:56
Speaker 1: surprised me and said he wants to take me on
• 1:03:57
Speaker 1: the trip when it's safe to travel so he can
• 1:04:00
Speaker 1: show me I'm number one, and it's only concerned with
• 1:04:03
Speaker 1: making me happy. I was really excited. It don't take
• 1:04:06
Speaker 1: a lot to get you excited. Dude. You was excited
• 1:04:09
Speaker 1: to move into the RV in the driveway. You was
• 1:04:13
Speaker 1: excited with making love in the RV instead of at
• 1:04:17
Speaker 1: your house. You was excited to meet this man with
• 1:04:19
Speaker 1: all these damn kids. You just excited. So I got
• 1:04:23
Speaker 1: a bottle of wine. I decided to pop up and
• 1:04:26
Speaker 1: celebrate with him. You don't. You don't pop up at
• 1:04:29
Speaker 1: nobody driveway. You squeeze in the driveway. R V is wide,
• 1:04:34
Speaker 1: poor driveway. The RV is a little bit wider because
• 1:04:37
Speaker 1: it's got a living area. And so you didn't pop up.
• 1:04:40
Speaker 1: You squose up in the driveway. And when I pulled up,
• 1:04:47
Speaker 1: his child's mother came out and said they were inside
• 1:04:50
Speaker 1: her house having dinner and I should come back later.
• 1:05:00
Speaker 1: Then guess what she said, I'm at the end of
• 1:05:02
Speaker 1: the rope with this woman with this woman. Yeah, your
• 1:05:05
Speaker 1: man is in there eating at a real table. He
• 1:05:08
Speaker 1: didn't got tired of eating at the damn because see,
• 1:05:14
Speaker 1: you don't pull up a chair in a mobile home.
• 1:05:16
Speaker 1: It's a booth, a mini booth. Sits like eating that
• 1:05:22
Speaker 1: waffle house. He didn't got tired and had eating at
• 1:05:26
Speaker 1: this day waffle house with no waffles. I'm going inside
• 1:05:30
Speaker 1: with a woman I used to sleep with it make
• 1:05:32
Speaker 1: babies with because this woman. Now, yeah, this is ignorant.
• 1:05:38
Speaker 1: Is he really doing all this because of his son?
• 1:05:41
Speaker 1: Or is he there playing house with his eggs every
• 1:05:43
Speaker 1: time you go over there? Here in the house. Now
• 1:05:45
Speaker 1: he eating dinner. The other day he was sleeping the bed.
• 1:05:48
Speaker 1: But you think he even he didn't got tired of
• 1:05:51
Speaker 1: the damn RV and your ass keep popping up at
• 1:05:55
Speaker 1: the r V and he didn't got tired at all?
• 1:05:59
Speaker 1: Is he played me fall food? Now he ain't got
• 1:06:01
Speaker 1: to your food? What's really going on here? Please help?
• 1:06:06
Speaker 1: What's really going on? Is you keep igning? What's really
• 1:06:09
Speaker 1: going on? You pop up over there? He in the
• 1:06:13
Speaker 1: bed asleep? You pop up over there. She meets you outside,
• 1:06:16
Speaker 1: say he and there having dinner? Bag hunt to wake
• 1:06:20
Speaker 1: him up? She said, hell, no, he lives in her driveway.
• 1:06:28
Speaker 1: Who do that? Who? Who'll stay at the ex is driveway? Oh?
• 1:06:34
Speaker 1: Who puts up with that? He said, wow, won't he
• 1:06:39
Speaker 1: moved the fee someway. Why don't he push the vat
• 1:06:48
Speaker 1: on the street. Okay, post your comments on today Strawberry
• 1:06:52
Speaker 1: Letter at Steve Harvey FM and Instagram and Facebook, and
• 1:06:56
Speaker 1: then don't forget to check out the Strawberry Letter podcast
• 1:06:58
Speaker 1: on demand coming up at forty six minutes after the hour.
• 1:07:01
Speaker 1: Some serious news. The manhunt for the Yukon murderer is over.
• 1:07:05
Speaker 1: We'll tell you about it right after this. You're listening
• 1:07:08
Speaker 1: to show The sixth day manhunt is over for the
• 1:07:14
Speaker 1: University of Connecticut white male student Peter Manfredonia. That's over.
• 1:07:19
Speaker 1: Manfredonia is accused of killing killing two people and injuring
• 1:07:24
Speaker 1: a third victim. The police said there were no injuries
• 1:07:28
Speaker 1: to any law enforcement personnel or to the subject Mandredonia,
• 1:07:33
Speaker 1: and he was arrested. The authorities did say they found
• 1:07:37
Speaker 1: a firearm which they believed to be the murder weapon. Believed. Yeah,
• 1:07:43
Speaker 1: what had you been chasing his as for six days?
• 1:07:46
Speaker 1: For right? If you believed it? Let me ask your question.
• 1:07:51
Speaker 1: If you're running from the police for six days, ain't
• 1:07:54
Speaker 1: that resistant risks? I would think, so, yeah, what that is?
• 1:08:01
Speaker 1: So let me ask your question, if you're chasing a
• 1:08:06
Speaker 1: person that had you know you chasing him because they
• 1:08:10
Speaker 1: didn't kill two people? Yes, wouldn't that make you feel
• 1:08:16
Speaker 1: for your life as a police officer? Yeah? Yeah, when
• 1:08:21
Speaker 1: he evaded arrest, resisted arrest, and he killed two people,
• 1:08:29
Speaker 1: which means you probably would have considered him armed and dangerous. Yes, yeah, yes, Oh, okay,
• 1:08:37
Speaker 1: so he was armed and dangerous. He had killed two people,
• 1:08:41
Speaker 1: so you would feel for your life. He was resisting arrest, definitely.
• 1:08:47
Speaker 1: So when you so when you found him, how long
• 1:08:52
Speaker 1: was your knee on his neck? Steve? I'm just asking
• 1:08:58
Speaker 1: because I know goodding will if you didn't kill two people,
• 1:09:01
Speaker 1: been running from police, been chasing your ass all across
• 1:09:05
Speaker 1: the country for six damn days, and you gotta whop
• 1:09:08
Speaker 1: them then presumed you must be armed and dangerous. You
• 1:09:13
Speaker 1: got to tell me that they cast to at least
• 1:09:18
Speaker 1: throw your ass on the ground. Did he get tased?
• 1:09:23
Speaker 1: Wait a minutely, did he get tased? No? Is his
• 1:09:27
Speaker 1: mouth busted? So did they throw him on the carpe
• 1:09:33
Speaker 1: anybody whoop his ass with a billy stick? Nope? Nope? Did?
• 1:09:38
Speaker 1: Did let me ask you another question? Ain't nobody shot
• 1:09:43
Speaker 1: at him? No? No? When they put him in the car,
• 1:09:48
Speaker 1: did they bend his head down with their hands, so
• 1:09:50
Speaker 1: he didn't hit his head on the edge. I'm pretty
• 1:09:52
  Speaker 1: sure they did. I don't know. I saw a picture
• 1:09:55
Speaker 1: circulating on social media. It looked like they gave him
• 1:09:59
Speaker 1: some water. Yes, they did. Well, come on, you've been
• 1:10:06
Speaker 1: running for six days. Joe asked Gos to be thirsty.
• 1:10:10
Speaker 1: He was handcuffed and they poured water in his mouth.
• 1:10:12
Speaker 1: By any chance, was he quite? Yeah? Definitely? Absolutely. All right.
• 1:10:17
Speaker 1: We'll be back with more on this subject right after this.
• 1:10:21
Speaker 1: You're listening to, all right, So, yesterday President Trumps signed
• 1:10:28
Speaker 1: an executive order cracking down on the censorship of social
• 1:10:33
Speaker 1: media sites. This move we talked about. This is in
• 1:10:36
Speaker 1: retaliation against Twitter's decision to put fact checking labels on
• 1:10:40
Speaker 1: President's tweets and President Trump's tweets. The president also said
• 1:10:44
Speaker 1: he would get rid of his Twitter account, but his
• 1:10:47
Speaker 1: social media presidence allows him to counter news stories that
• 1:10:50
Speaker 1: he disagrees with. So what you're gonna do, mister president?
• 1:10:55
Speaker 1: Who just get rid of him? I don't think he's
• 1:10:59
Speaker 1: mad because he made a statement and what Twitter deal
• 1:11:03
Speaker 1: was they fact checked the statement. So now he has
• 1:11:06
Speaker 1: this executive order that's going to slam social media sites
• 1:11:10
Speaker 1: for silencing the voice of the conservatives. But if you
• 1:11:15
Speaker 1: come down on social media sites, mister president, you're silencing
• 1:11:20
Speaker 1: the voice of what you consider liberals or democrats. So
• 1:11:24
Speaker 1: you want to be able to freely what you want
• 1:11:26
Speaker 1: to be. You want to be able to freely say
• 1:11:28
Speaker 1: what you want to say as a conservative. But can't
• 1:11:31
Speaker 1: nobody freely say what they want to say that's counter
• 1:11:34
Speaker 1: to what you're saying. See, it doesn't make any sense.
• 1:11:37
Speaker 1: It doesn't make any sense at all. And for them
• 1:11:40
Speaker 1: to let him do this because he's president, this is
• 1:11:43
Speaker 1: utterly ridiculous. This is the most self serving man that
• 1:11:48
Speaker 1: has ever been out the occupant of the White House. True,
• 1:11:52
Speaker 1: this is the most self serving guy. He He doesn't
• 1:11:55
Speaker 1: care what you want. You know, what, where does the
• 1:11:59
Speaker 1: president stay? Men on this? Uh? George George Floyd incident?
• 1:12:04
Speaker 1: He said he gave it to is looking into it.
• 1:12:08
Speaker 1: I didn't like what I saw, Yes, okay, but what
• 1:12:14
Speaker 1: is he doing? Nothing? He just may not do something.
• 1:12:19
Speaker 1: Do something, man, I'm tired of this. You you got
• 1:12:22
Speaker 1: Bar investigating the Russia probe. You got Bar investigating trying
• 1:12:27
Speaker 1: to come after all a President Obama. Every chance you got,
• 1:12:31
Speaker 1: you use Bar like a puppet. Have bar he's head
• 1:12:34
Speaker 1: Adjustice department. Have him look into the Floyd case. Have
• 1:12:38
Speaker 1: him bring Yeah, they are looking into it. They're watching
• 1:12:42
Speaker 1: closely the investigation. To listen to me closely investigate something.
• 1:12:46
Speaker 1: I saw the tape. We saw the tape. There's no investigation.
• 1:12:50
Speaker 1: Here's the tape. Yes, here's the tape. Now what else
• 1:12:55
Speaker 1: do you need? I don't understand that for the life
• 1:12:57
Speaker 1: of me. Why such a big investigation when it's right there,
• 1:13:01
Speaker 1: nine minutes of it, this officer with his knee on
• 1:13:05
Speaker 1: George Floyd's neck. I don't know what else you could
• 1:13:09
Speaker 1: possibly need? What he didn't have a gun? What? Yeah?
• 1:13:16
Speaker 1: I'm just done with this. I'm done with all of it.
• 1:13:20
Speaker 1: And yes, I think the president should do something. You know, look,
• 1:13:25
Speaker 1: he shifts the blame for everything, So why not. You're
• 1:13:29
Speaker 1: the president. You're pardoning all these criminals. Why don't you
• 1:13:33
Speaker 1: e been doing nothing? Du he ain't been doing that.
• 1:13:36
Speaker 1: Why you think he can do something that he's supposed
• 1:13:38
Speaker 1: to calm the nation as their leader of taste. They're
• 1:13:41
Speaker 1: protesting in more cities than just Minneapolis. They're protesting in Denver, La, Memphis,
• 1:13:47
Speaker 1: all over the country, all over the country. He ain't come,
• 1:13:50
Speaker 1: He ain't calm the nation in four years, y'all think
• 1:13:53
Speaker 1: he findn't get to start the comments of no, no, no, Tommy.
• 1:13:57
Speaker 1: I really don't believe he's gonna do anything at all.
• 1:14:00
Speaker 1: But I won't at least front him about it, because
• 1:14:04
Speaker 1: when you front him about stuff, he counters you up
• 1:14:10
Speaker 1: here worried about Twitter. Let me tell you something, if
• 1:14:13
Speaker 1: you told him he could get black votes by doing this,
• 1:14:17
Speaker 1: I bet he'd do something him have barbraina charges? Yeah,
• 1:14:23
Speaker 1: why can't? Yeah, that's what we need for the officer
• 1:14:29
Speaker 1: to be arrested. That's what we need and charged. Unbelievable.
• 1:14:36
Speaker 1: It's unbelievable that they still want more evidence with this investigation.
• 1:14:42
Speaker 1: I don't know what else they're looking for. And then
• 1:14:44
Speaker 1: did you hear the FBI guy yesterday saying if you
• 1:14:47
Speaker 1: have any tip, no tip is too small to please
• 1:14:50
Speaker 1: let us know tip. You got the whole, We got everything.
• 1:14:54
Speaker 1: Who hasn't seen this take? Who hasn't seen it over
• 1:14:58
Speaker 1: and over again? Yeah? What you're looking for a different angle? Right?

Speaker 1: that mean called mickey Mouth? Gonna have a man probably
• 1:15:36
Speaker 1: probably better that he cool. You got the gloves on
• 1:15:46
Speaker 1: head many everybody. Yeah, she's so solid. They're having the
• 1:15:55
Speaker 1: social dishes than people that's inside of a small world.
• 1:15:57
Speaker 1: They're going to start social just all them countries. They
• 1:16:00
Speaker 1: you go saying that employees and guess what, they're required
• 1:16:08
Speaker 1: to wear face coverings, undergo temperature checks and before entering
• 1:16:13
Speaker 1: the park and things like they used to. But it's
• 1:16:19
Speaker 1: good news for the employees. So they get to go back.
• 1:16:23
Speaker 1: You're gonna be every other seat, every other seat. Is
• 1:16:25

Speaker 1: Show coming up at thirty three minutes after Hands and Times.
• 1:16:55
Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
• 1:17:00
Speaker 1: President Trump's campaign has used tis song whatever you like
• 1:17:04
Speaker 1: in an attack against Joe Biden. Take a listen. Is
• 1:17:15
Speaker 1: he out of his mind? He's he's crazy? But yeah,
• 1:17:19
Speaker 1: what did he see the video he did about his wife?
• 1:17:23
Speaker 1: Go ahead, yeah, Carl, what did you're using? TI? Yeah? Right,
• 1:17:27
Speaker 1: So he sang, I don't want Joe Biden, need Joe Biden.
• 1:17:32
Speaker 1: As long as you got me, you don't need Joe Biden.
• 1:17:35
Speaker 1: He probably had to stop that. I mean, that's such
• 1:17:37
Speaker 1: a stretch. Though, it's such a ridiculous stretch. But but
• 1:17:42
Speaker 1: but when you take a person's music, you have to pay,
• 1:17:45
Speaker 1: Yeah right, yeah, but you also have to the person
• 1:17:48
Speaker 1: can say you can't use my music. Yeah, t I
• 1:17:51
Speaker 1: didn't authorize it, he didn't give his consent. I have
• 1:17:54
Speaker 1: nothing to do nothing to help Trump. You listen nothing
• 1:17:58
Speaker 1: this dude right here? Yeah, y'all got wrong. One. His
• 1:18:01
Speaker 1: legal team is on it and they're moving expeditiously with
• 1:18:04
Speaker 1: the Same Man podcast. Yeah yeah, yeah, they're they're trying
• 1:18:10
Speaker 1: to block the song because yeah, they didn't get permission,
• 1:18:12
Speaker 1: none of that, you know, come on, yeah I ain't
• 1:18:18
Speaker 1: no yeah no. Also uh and other entertainment news. This Sunday,
• 1:18:25

• 1:18:39
Speaker 1: yom new fresh, uncut, never seen before episode. So it's

• 1:18:48
Speaker 1: FAB five. Yeah, yeall got the tune to watch me
• 1:18:53
Speaker 1: because but you know, RuPaul is the captain of the
• 1:19:00
Speaker 1: fun No, no, no, no, that's that's a different one.
• 1:19:05
Speaker 1: The Ogs is the dude that's been on my talk
• 1:19:08
Speaker 1: show a few times. OG stands for old gays. And
• 1:19:12
Speaker 1: then uh yeah, Carson, Carson Press like he's really cool,
• 1:19:23
  Speaker 1: he's funny. Man. I like, he's a lot for me.
• 1:19:25
Speaker 1: But he knows that. And I tell him that. Steve
• 1:19:29
Speaker 1: glad to see Ya said what's up? I'm a hugger.
• 1:19:31
Speaker 1: I said, hey, come on, dog, you know being he
• 1:19:33
Speaker 1: hugged me anyway, So and then it was the Ogs
• 1:19:37
Speaker 1: against the Queer Eye for this trade cap and uh boy,
• 1:19:42
Speaker 1: let me tell you something. Now, RuPaul was in there
• 1:19:51
Speaker 1: with a drag race against Oh that's another episode. That's
• 1:19:56
Speaker 1: another episode. Okay, yeah, RuPaul, it was different that one.
• 1:20:01
Speaker 1: Right down? Good this season right here, you're boring ran Form.
• 1:20:04
Speaker 1: All I can tell you do is tune in. Coming up.
• 1:20:08
Speaker 1: It's our last break of the day, this last break
• 1:20:12
Speaker 1: out of the day, and we'll have some closing remarks
• 1:20:16
Speaker 1: from the one and only Steve Harvey at forty nine
• 1:20:18
Speaker 1: minutes after right after this. You're listening, all right, guys, Wow,
• 1:20:26
Speaker 1: last day of the week. It's been a trying week.
• 1:20:29
Speaker 1: We got through it, thank god. Um a lot this
• 1:20:33
Speaker 1: week one. Yeah, you know what it is. Let me
• 1:20:38
Speaker 1: let me say this, um in closing, just let me
• 1:20:44
Speaker 1: say this. Here's here's what we're trying to say to America,
• 1:20:56
Speaker 1: and this is what we've been trying to say to America.
• 1:21:00
Speaker 1: Now it's not working, but this is what we've been
• 1:21:04
Speaker 1: attempting to say that the way we are treated is unjust,
• 1:21:14
Speaker 1: it's unfair, it's unethical. Our patience is done. We have
• 1:21:22
Speaker 1: no more patience. These people are protesting across the nation.
• 1:21:29
Speaker 1: They're angry at what they've seen of what they repeatedly
• 1:21:33
Speaker 1: have to see over and over and over again. And
• 1:21:37
Speaker 1: it keeps reoccurring to the same type of people, Black men,
• 1:21:44
Speaker 1: over and over and over, and it happens to black
• 1:21:48
Speaker 1: women over and over and over. We can't do anything.
• 1:21:54
Speaker 1: We can't go to the store, we can't play our music,
• 1:21:59
Speaker 1: we can't talk on our phones, we can't walk in
• 1:22:02
Speaker 1: our grandmama's backyard. We can't go to the store to
• 1:22:06
Speaker 1: get skittles and nice tea. We can't do anything, man.
• 1:22:12
Speaker 1: We can't sell cigarettes, we can't get pulled over for
• 1:22:16
Speaker 1: a traffic violation. You know, none of these things that
• 1:22:20
Speaker 1: I'm announcing to you our felonies. But we get sentenced
• 1:22:26
Speaker 1: to death for the simplest of things. And it keeps happening.
• 1:22:32
Speaker 1: And I just gotta tell you, I'm not gonna get
• 1:22:34
Speaker 1: off of this. We need everybody who is sick and
• 1:22:40
Speaker 1: tired of seeing this happen to black people over and
• 1:22:46
Speaker 1: over and over and over to stand with us. See
• 1:22:51
Speaker 1: if you don't stand with us, man, this thing ain't
• 1:22:53
Speaker 1: gonna help. We need peer pressure to stop this. These
• 1:22:57
Speaker 1: are white people in the police department who repeatedly perpetrate
• 1:23:03
Speaker 1: these crimes or these vigilantees who take matters into their
• 1:23:07
Speaker 1: own hands, as it did the case with the Young
• 1:23:10
Speaker 1: Aubrey God as the same thing that George Zimmerman did.
• 1:23:15
Speaker 1: Who gives them the right to do this? Well, if
• 1:23:19
Speaker 1: there's no pressure, no consequences is if there are no
• 1:23:25
Speaker 1: there are no no nothing that costs you when you
• 1:23:29
Speaker 1: make these types of judgments, then they're gonna keep on
• 1:23:32
Speaker 1: doing them. And then the police department, let me say this,
• 1:23:35
Speaker 1: because the majority of police officers are good officers, but
• 1:23:38
Speaker 1: we got enough bad ones out here to give them
• 1:23:40
Speaker 1: all a bad rap. You know how that works. I
• 1:23:43
Speaker 1: got news for you. Spend happening to us. The majority
• 1:23:46
Speaker 1: of black people are beautiful, wonderful, law abiding people, but
• 1:23:50
Speaker 1: we got a couple of bad ones in it. And
• 1:23:52
Speaker 1: guess what we pay for that? But we keep paying
• 1:23:57
Speaker 1: for slavery. We're not slaves anymore. We're not your property.
• 1:24:01
Speaker 1: You don't own us. We are perfectly fine people. Whether
• 1:24:06
Speaker 1: you want to acknowledge that or not. We justin't got tired.
• 1:24:10
Speaker 1: We got sick and tired. And what we want is
• 1:24:15
Speaker 1: we want those of you who are tired with us
• 1:24:19
Speaker 1: to join with us to stop this hate against the group.
• 1:24:23
Speaker 1: This is unethical what they do to us. And you
• 1:24:27
Speaker 1: know it. If you are a Southern Christian, white evangelical
• 1:24:33
Speaker 1: and you preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and you
• 1:24:38
Speaker 1: believe in that Bible. Where you at, where we out
• 1:24:41
Speaker 1: here marching? Where you at? Where the Christian community at
• 1:24:47
Speaker 1: the white Christian community? Because all I see is black
• 1:24:50
Speaker 1: ministers out there? Where are the white evangelicals who love
• 1:24:55
Speaker 1: the Lord? Where you at? Because this is against the
• 1:25:00
Speaker 1: human race. Well, you're supposed to be able to go
• 1:25:03
Speaker 1: to church for comfort, but y'all got different church. Are
• 1:25:08
Speaker 1: black people allowed at your church? Are you just the
• 1:25:11
Speaker 1: white evangelicals? See, I'm calling you out. The Jewish Defense
• 1:25:18
Speaker 1: League should help us with this because this is a
• 1:25:21
Speaker 1: hate crime. The gay community should help us with this
• 1:25:24
Speaker 1: because this is a hate crime. The Arab community should
• 1:25:27
Speaker 1: help us with this because this is a hate crime.
• 1:25:31
Speaker 1: Do you understand that if we allow hate to exist
• 1:25:35
Speaker 1: and we don't fight it at all levels, it's gonna
• 1:25:37
Speaker 1: spread back over to you sooner or later. Jewish people
• 1:25:40
Speaker 1: gonna always have to deal with this. Gay people are
• 1:25:43
Speaker 1: always gonna have to deal with this. White black people
• 1:25:45
Speaker 1: are gonna always have to deal with this. If we
• 1:25:47
Speaker 1: don't start helping one another when it comes to this.
• 1:25:50
Speaker 1: We need well meaning white people to get involved with
• 1:25:54
Speaker 1: the problem that keep happening the black people. And you
• 1:25:57
Speaker 1: know it ain't right because I tell you what, if
• 1:25:59
Speaker 1: it was happening to you, I bet you wouldn't be
• 1:26:02
Speaker 1: handling it this way. I bet if your sons were
• 1:26:06
Speaker 1: being murdered at the same rate as our sons, you
• 1:26:10
Speaker 1: wouldn't be handling it at this matter of fact, you
• 1:26:13
Speaker 1: bet not kill one white person. You're bet nine. Let
• 1:26:17
Speaker 1: the police officers kill one white person unjustly and see
• 1:26:20
Speaker 1: what happened. But you can keep killing black people and
• 1:26:24
Speaker 1: nobody's upset. And Peter Peter went and got a dog
• 1:26:29
Speaker 1: from a lady who they didn't even mention the injustice
• 1:26:34
Speaker 1: what she was doing to the black dude, the calling
• 1:26:37
Speaker 1: him out, the fake phone called the racist attempt. No
• 1:26:42
Speaker 1: mention of the black dude, but the damn dog though,
• 1:26:46
Speaker 1: or they wouldn't got that dog because they are for
• 1:26:49
Speaker 1: the ethical treatment of animals. Well, Peter, y'all to add
• 1:26:53
Speaker 1: an a on it. If Peter was for people for
• 1:26:57
Speaker 1: the ethical treatment of African Americans, we might get somewhere.
• 1:27:03
Speaker 1: That's all I'm trying to say, man, have a great weekend, everybody.
