- 0:01Speaker 1: We see one of the first things they do is
- 0:03Speaker 1: try and restrict the vote. This is one of the
- 0:06Speaker 1: things though that this is going to take power to
- 0:08Speaker 1: the streets. And I don't know what the answer is
- 0:10Speaker 1: on this, but I'm kind of I've been saying this.
- 0:12Speaker 1: I think we need a shadow government.
- 0:15Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Good Monday morning. Ben Ferguson with you. It's nice to
- 0:21Speaker 3: have you on the forty seven Morning Update. And here
- 0:23Speaker 3: are the three big stories we're covering. First up, Democrats
- 0:27Speaker 3: are cheering the idea of having an active shadow government
- 0:33Speaker 3: and it's one of the leaders of the Democratic Party
- 0:35Speaker 3: that put it out there and it got massive a
- 0:38Speaker 3: pause from the audience. We'll have that for you in
- 0:40Speaker 3: just a moment. Also, anger and rage. The left no
- 0:44Speaker 3: longer is just going after Tesla, but now they're targeting
- 0:48Speaker 3: and firebombing Republican headquarters. I'll give you the details on
- 0:52Speaker 3: that violence as well. And finally, you may remember the
- 0:56Speaker 3: big thing Signal Gate last week. Well, we've got numbers
- 1:00Speaker 3: that now show it was a big flop for the
- 1:03Speaker 3: Dems and the media trying to make America turn on
- 1:07Speaker 3: Donald Trump, his poll numbers holding strong. It's the forty
- 1:11Speaker 3: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 1:15Speaker 3: We all know the Democratic Party wants to destroy Donald Trump.
- 1:19Speaker 3: We know they tried to lock him up, they tried
- 1:21Speaker 3: to bankrupt him, and they even raided his homes. They
- 1:23Speaker 3: went after his family, they went after his friends, and
- 1:27Speaker 3: they put allies of Donald Trump in jail. Well, now
- 1:31Speaker 3: he's back in the White House after all of that
- 1:33Speaker 3: didn't work. So what does their plan b when we
- 1:37Speaker 3: now know a little bit more about it? As Minnesota
- 1:40Speaker 3: governor and former vice presidential candidate Tim Waltz recently proposed
- 1:45Speaker 3: the formation of what he described as a quote shadow government.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Why would we need this? He claims to provide Americans
- 1:54Speaker 3: with an alternative perspective on the Trump administration's actions. He
- 1:59Speaker 3: was speaking in a town hall in Wisconsin, and Waltz
- 2:03Speaker 3: expressed major concerns over what he perceives as attacks on
- 2:08Speaker 3: voting rights by the current administration. He then went on
- 2:12Speaker 3: to suggest this, take a listen.
- 2:15Speaker 1: We see one of the first things they do is
- 2:17Speaker 1: try and restrict the vote. This is one of the
- 2:21Speaker 1: things though, that this is going to take power to
- 2:23Speaker 1: the streets and I don't know what the answer is
- 2:25Speaker 1: on this, but I'm kind of I've been saying this.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I think we need a shadow government. So when all
- 2:30Speaker 1: these things come up every single day, we've got an
- 2:33Speaker 1: alternate press conference telling the truth about what things are happening.
- 2:36Speaker 1: It's stilling what's going out.
- 2:38Speaker 3: An alternative shadow government. Now, the concept of a shadow
- 2:42Speaker 3: government resembles the shadow cabinet system in the United Kingdom,
- 2:47Speaker 3: where opposition party members mirror the roles of current government
- 2:50Speaker 3: officials to scrutinize policies and propose alternatives. Is what many
- 2:56Speaker 3: Democrats are now saying about. How this idea really shouldn't
- 3:00Speaker 3: be looked at as radical or undermining democracy or our constitution.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Walts's remarks have escalated the criticism from many Republican figures.
- 3:10Speaker 3: President Donald Trump's social media team labeled Walt an unhinged
- 3:14Speaker 3: loser for even having this suggestion. Now, before you laugh
- 3:19Speaker 3: and roll your eyes, you also need to understand that
- 3:22Speaker 3: this is a real strategy. Why are Democrats doing this
- 3:26Speaker 3: because they're hoping to convince at least fifty percent of
- 3:29Speaker 3: Americans that if the party in charge is a party
- 3:32Speaker 3: that you don't like aka Donald Trump, then what you
- 3:36Speaker 3: can do is say I refuse to listen to you.
- 3:39Speaker 3: You're not my president, your laws don't apply to my
- 3:44Speaker 3: life and or my business. It's a lot like what
- 3:48Speaker 3: they did with open borders. They were defying the laws
- 3:51Speaker 3: of the American government while they were running it. Part
- 3:55Speaker 3: of this is to just undermine everything in this country
- 3:59Speaker 3: when it comes to law and order. Say you can
- 4:02Speaker 3: pick and choose what you want and when you want
- 4:05Speaker 3: to apply it, and look away the other direction if
- 4:09Speaker 3: you don't like what the law says. So be careful
- 4:12Speaker 3: before you look at this and just laugh. There is
- 4:15Speaker 3: a real campaign here to completely undermine all of our
- 4:20Speaker 3: federal government, and that also means our democracy and our constitution.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Next story number two, there are two major stories that
- 4:28Speaker 3: are now colliding and it all deals with rage in
- 4:32Speaker 3: the Democratic Party. We know that on Saturday there was
- 4:35Speaker 3: supposed to be quote five hundred protests in this country
- 4:39Speaker 3: and around the world at Tesla Dealerships. It was supposed
- 4:42Speaker 3: to turn into a massive fight against Elon Musk and
- 4:46Speaker 3: Doge to try to bankrupt his company. Well, we also
- 4:50Speaker 3: know what has been happening when it comes to firebombing
- 4:53Speaker 3: Tesla's and King People's cars. In New York there was
- 4:57Speaker 3: a group called for actually scraping into the side of
- 5:00Speaker 3: vehicle keying that car with a swastika. This has become normal.
- 5:05Speaker 3: There have been dealerships that have been shut up and
- 5:07Speaker 3: inscegniary devices left at other dealerships in Austin. Well, now
- 5:12Speaker 3: the left has moved beyond Tesla dealerships and now they're
- 5:16Speaker 3: going after Republican Party headquarters. This happening in New Mexico.
- 5:23Speaker 3: The headquarters for the Republican Party in New Mexico was
- 5:26Speaker 3: targeted on Sunday and what is being called a quote
- 5:29Speaker 3: deliberate act of arson, leaving the entryway to the building
- 5:33Speaker 3: completely destroyed. In a post on x, the Republican Party
- 5:36Speaker 3: of New Mexico revealed the damage to the state's GOP
- 5:39Speaker 3: headquarters in Albuquerque also included the words ice equals KKK
- 5:46Speaker 3: spray painted on the wall of the building. The attack
- 5:49Speaker 3: was described as being fueled by hatred and intolerance. So
- 5:53Speaker 3: how did we get here? Well, I have a very
- 5:57Speaker 3: important montage of not only political but also famous movie
- 6:03Speaker 3: stars like John Cusack and members of the media talking
- 6:08Speaker 3: about taking down Elon Musk and Tesla. And these are
- 6:12Speaker 3: the dog whistles for the crazies to go out and
- 6:15Speaker 3: burn things down. And when you ask for this twenty
- 6:19Speaker 3: four hours a day, somebody's gonna actually do it. Now,
- 6:23Speaker 3: Please make sure you take this montage and share this
- 6:28Speaker 3: podcast everywhere you can on social media so that we
- 6:33Speaker 3: can get the truth out of exactly why all this
- 6:36Speaker 3: is happening.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Take a listen, someone threw a molotov cocktail at a
- 6:40Speaker 1: Tesla service center. At least five Teslas blew up. When
- 6:44Speaker 1: you pull out a chainsaw to celebrate firing thousands of people.
- 6:48Speaker 2: They get mad.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Interesting.
- 6:49Speaker 1: You know, let's send these techno fascist rolag Arcs and
- 6:53Speaker 1: old fashioned Nazis a message loud and clear.
- 6:56Speaker 4: The vandalism really shows the outright anger enraged that people
- 7:01Speaker 4: are feeling about what Elon Musk is doing.
- 7:03Speaker 1: We should all be protesting in the streets about this
- 7:05Speaker 1: and be incredibly angry and.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Has taken the American people to go protest.
- 7:10Speaker 5: At Tesla to get the president's attention.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Try to dismantle the reputation of Tesla in hopes of
- 7:16Speaker 1: hitting Elon muskwer.
- 7:17Speaker 2: He's incompetent, he's a thief, He's a Nazi.
- 7:21Speaker 5: Musk is a pathological liar. He's a criminal, he's a
- 7:24Speaker 5: sociopath and a ghoul. He's literally killing people that he
- 7:27Speaker 5: should really enjoy. Taking this guy down.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I want to see happen on my birthday is for
- 7:34Speaker 1: Elon to be taken down. Yes, Elon Musk kind of
- 7:37Speaker 1: turned out to be.
- 7:37Speaker 4: I don't want to be driving the car built and designed.
- 7:40Speaker 4: But if you drive a Tesla, please sell it.
- 7:43Speaker 5: And if you own stock in Tesla, please dump it.
- 7:46Speaker 4: I've never wanted to buy a Tesla because I prefer
- 7:48Speaker 4: to buy cars made by car companies, not computer companies.
- 7:51Speaker 5: I added Tesla dude to give me a little boost
- 7:53Speaker 5: during the day through twenty five and dropping. Tesla's tinking
- 7:59Speaker 5: right now and I'm locate with that.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Tesla is a beam stock. It is one of the
- 8:05Speaker 1: most wildly overinflated stock.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Tesla stock is way out.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Please don't vandalize, don't ever vandalize Tesla vehicles.
- 8:15Speaker 6: Taking to the streets or the parking lots.
- 8:17Speaker 4: Could I be FBI and ATF now investigating multiple cases
- 8:21Speaker 4: of possible arson?
- 8:22Speaker 6: Oh you guys like pettiacts of domestic terrorism.
- 8:26Speaker 2: BONDI piece is very disturbing to me to hear her
- 8:30Speaker 2: throwing around words like terrorists.
- 8:32Speaker 4: Is it appropriate to increase penalties.
- 8:35Speaker 5: No, it's it's not.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Same thing with Pam Bondy's just stop that a musquerade.
- 8:40Speaker 5: This is just ridiculous. I believe that these protests at
- 8:44Speaker 5: Tesla dealerships meet the definition of domestic terrorism. No definition
- 8:49Speaker 5: that I can think of. First off, I've only heard
- 8:51Speaker 5: about peaceful protests.
- 8:53Speaker 6: You try to kill cops, to overthrow the government and
- 8:55Speaker 6: change an election, that's not domestic terrorism. But somehow having
- 8:59Speaker 6: a protest in far a Tesla dealership is.
- 9:01Speaker 1: He said today he would label violence against dealerships domestic terrorism.
- 9:05Speaker 4: You protest a private company, you are labeled by this
- 9:08Speaker 4: administration and domestic terrorist. January sixth rioters who committed heinous
- 9:12Speaker 4: acts of violence.
- 9:13Speaker 1: On our capital. That's okay, but it's not okay with Tessa.
- 9:16Speaker 6: There's a big difference between vandalism and terrorism and the
- 9:19Speaker 6: consumers basically taking out their feelings on companies with politics
- 9:22Speaker 6: they disagree with. And that's not always vandalism and violence
- 9:25Speaker 6: and you know, throwing fires, but people sort of take
- 9:28Speaker 6: it out in individual companies based on their politics, which
- 9:31Speaker 6: is why some companies are trying to backtrack from politics
- 9:34Speaker 6: in political sense they took in the last decade.
- 9:36Speaker 5: Yeah, and Elon Musk obviously has put himself squarely in
- 9:38Speaker 5: the middle of that.
- 9:39Speaker 4: You do it to a Tesla dealership, it's really bad.
- 9:42Speaker 4: But when they do it to the halls of Congress,
- 9:44Speaker 4: we should pardon them. They're legitimately upset and m Elon
- 9:49Speaker 4: mok pinny fingers at the left or with that spate
- 9:52Speaker 4: of attacks against Tesla vehicles and dealerships across the country.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Violent attacks, these acts of violence and vandalism. Is there
- 9:59Speaker 3: any evidence to indicate that there is a connection between
- 10:03Speaker 3: the attacks and any of these democratic groups.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Absolutely zero.
- 10:06Speaker 6: There is no evidence that this is something that's being
- 10:09Speaker 6: orchestrated or organized by the left. And I don't even
- 10:13Speaker 6: know if the folks who are doing the vandalism are
- 10:17Speaker 6: actual Democrats or Republicans both sides. Both sides feel unseen, unheard,
- 10:22Speaker 6: and they're taking violence to express themselves.
- 10:25Speaker 5: We have to make them really get afraid. People are
- 10:28Speaker 5: going to die and it's going to get as ugly
- 10:31Speaker 5: as we can think. It's time to make them pay.
- 10:34Speaker 3: So if you want to know who the bad guys are,
- 10:37Speaker 3: just look for the guy John Cusack and the party
- 10:40Speaker 3: behind him that are tearing down Tesla's telling you it's
- 10:44Speaker 3: time to do it. And also, you know, burning down
- 10:48Speaker 3: Republican headquarters. This is the Democratic Party in twenty twenty five.
- 10:53Speaker 2: And finally story number three.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Over the last ten days, it's been very clear that
- 10:58Speaker 3: the Democrats wanted to hurt Donald Trump, and they saw
- 11:01Speaker 3: an opportunity. They went all in on something they dubbed
- 11:05Speaker 3: signal Gait, demanding that Donald Trump either fire or that
- 11:10Speaker 3: leaders resign in his apparatus. Why because they were killing
- 11:15Speaker 3: terrorists and had a message app open called signal We're
- 11:19Speaker 3: inadvertently the Atlantic had one of their big dogs that
- 11:23Speaker 3: actually got on the message thread. Now, they went all
- 11:29Speaker 3: in hoping the American people will be shocked by this accident,
- 11:33Speaker 3: and it clearly was a mistake. No one saying that
- 11:36Speaker 3: it wasn't. But the reality is the American people are
- 11:40Speaker 3: smarter than the radical left and the media attacks on
- 11:44Speaker 3: the Trump administration. How do we know this well? CBS
- 11:49Speaker 3: News polls found that the presence of approval rating is
- 11:52Speaker 3: doing just fine at fifty percent. The poll, released on
- 11:56Speaker 3: Sunday mornings, surveyed more than two thousand and six hundred
- 11:58Speaker 3: Americans from across the country on March to twenty seventh
- 12:02Speaker 3: and the twenty eighth after Signal Gate exploded, and what
- 12:06Speaker 3: do we find out Well, The vast majority of respondents
- 12:09Speaker 3: said that last week's signal incident, in which the National
- 12:12Speaker 3: Security Advisor Mike Waltz accidentally added the Atlantic editor in
- 12:16Speaker 3: chief Jeffrey Goldberg into an encrypti group chat where plans
- 12:20Speaker 3: to attack terrorists were discussed, was quote serious, but it
- 12:24Speaker 3: did not affect Donald Trump's job approval. Translation, the American
- 12:30Speaker 3: people actually care more about the fact that Donald Trump
- 12:34Speaker 3: is killing terrorists. So the moral of the story is this,
- 12:37Speaker 3: the Democrats are going to keep trying to take down
- 12:40Speaker 3: Donald Trump any way they can. But it also seems
- 12:44Speaker 3: the American people are onto their game. They don't trust
- 12:47Speaker 3: the media, and they sure as hell don't trust the
- 12:49Speaker 3: Democratic Party.
